The next presidential campaign is already rigged before it happens.
Biden bawks at taking a drug test ahead of the presidential debate.
have a lot to unpack here on the gateway pundits we can review my name is elijah shaffer and this is the gateway pundits weekend review where we cover the top five stories of the last 24 hours in around 10 minutes Our top story today from thegatewaypund.com: Biden campaign box won't commit to a drug test, Christina Lila reports.
The Biden camp officially refused to drug test Joe Biden ahead of Thursday night's highly anticipated presidential debate.
Joe Biden is currently hiding at Camp David and doing debate prep.
President Trump and Joe Biden will face off for the first presidential debate next Thursday.
The debate will be hosted by CNN in Atlanta.
The microphones will be muted, except when it is a candidate's turn to speak.
The bar is set so low for Phoebo Biden that all he has to do is show up and not kneel over, and he will be applauded.
Former Wine House physician Dr. Ronnie Jackson demanded Joe Biden take a drug test before and after the debate.
President Trump has offered to take a drug test before the debate, but Joe Biden, however, is refusing to take a drug test because he has to be heavily medicated just to make it through the day.
Now, this is absolutely the most sad thing ever.
Nobody can really even guarantee whether or not Joe Biden is undermedicated or he's over-medicated.
They simply just do not understand that Joe Biden is not only incompetent, but he's likely being treated for Parkinson's disease, as we reported earlier this week.
I'd love to know in the comments what you think is actually happening to him because these debates almost seem pointless.
The fact that Trump can't speak or interrupt him, he's allowed to just speak according to the terms.
Plus, don't forget, CNN is also moderating people's ability to commentate on the debate, citing copyright restrictions.
It's gotten insane, but you already know that.
Our next story from Patty McCurry says: Justin, Representative Ana Paulina Luna lowers the boom on Merrick Garland, warns that he has until Friday morning to turn over tapes or be taken into custody.
Earlier today, Representative Ana Paulina Luna announced that she would be holding a press conference to address the statement she made last week about holding Merritt Garland accountable after he was found in contempt of Congress.
We will hold Merrick Garland in inherent contempt of Congress.
No one is above the law.
Tune in, she wrote on her ex account.
Press conference is about to start, and we will hold Merrick Garland in contempt.
Just now, Representative Ana Paulina Luna appeared in public to discuss the arrest of Barack Obama's failed Supreme Court justice nominee and America's most crooked ever attorney general.
Below is the transcript of her speech.
We'll read it very briefly.
She said, We are here today because of the double standard that exists within the justice system.
As you know, on February 27th, the Oversight Committee, as well as the House Judiciary, had sent a subpoena to Attorney General of our Attorney General Garland, of which we received no response.
Then, after referring him for criminal contempt within 48 hours or less, the Department of Justice refused to prosecute.
Inherent contempt is clearly within our Article 1 authority, and Congress does have the power to investigate all legislative powers.
Investigations are part of our legislative process, and people who interfere with these processes should be held accountable.
Inherent contempt was first used in 1795, and this was further upheld in a Supreme Court decision in 1927 and McGrain versus Goherty, which stated that Congress does indeed have this authority.
It is important to note that when an individual is called before courts across the country, they appear.
Why should the Attorney General, who is supposed to be head of all law enforcement authorities, be any different?
We always know that it's rules for thee, but not for me when it comes to both the Biden and, as I call it, Obama's third term.
It's really sad that there are individuals from January 6th who, like Joe Biggs, get 16 years, 17 years in prison for very minor misdemeanors, but great violations of the law, like extreme money laundering in Ukraine, stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from international taxpayers, that gets absolutely no jail time at all.
The Biden crime syndicate continues to get away with murder, literally.
Our next story from the gateway punnet, Joe Saunders, explains that Trump was poised to throw enormous curveball just before the debate.
Here's what he has to say.
This could really shake things up in Atlanta.
As the clock ticks closer to Thursday's presidential debate pitting former President Donald Trump against President Joe Biden, a report is circulating that Trump could be springing a big surprise on his Democratic opponent and upending the presidential campaign in the process.
NBC News reported Tuesday, citing sources identified only as people familiar with the situation.
Trump could be revealing his running mate before he and Biden even take the stage at CNN headquarters.
Trump has previously said that he would reveal the name of the individual he's chosen before the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, which begins July 15th.
But that timetable might have changed considerably, and Trump is now considering a curveball that could knock Biden off an already unsteady feet.
People familiar with the discussion about a pre-debate announcement had differing views about Trump's leanings.
One said that he is eager to fill his ticket before he squares off with Biden, and another said that he would like the opportunity to throw a curveball to distract Biden before they meet, but understands that such a move could create logistical and political complications.
Any news report is only as credible as its sourcing, and anonymously sourced reports should always be treated with a grain of salt.
But there's no denying a Trump announcement on a running mate would be a headline-grabbing move that would suck up the oxygen surrounding the Atlanta face-off.
It would be a national story, and it would put Trump on the top of the news cycle.
It would almost certainly set his opponent back a step.
Now, I don't know who you think is going to be Trump's running mate, but a lot of people think it's going to be Vivek Ramaswamy.
Now, I'm old school.
So maybe I'm just a traditionalist and I'm not looking to have a Hindu in charge of the office.
I know a lot of you are more open-minded, this big tent conservatism.
I'm more like, you know, let's get back to the country our founding fathers envisioned.
You know, if we didn't have all this diversity, quotas and crap, we wouldn't have BLM and DEI.
Everyone says diversity is good, but we've gotten more diverse since 1965.
It's created, you know, we have higher crime, higher house prices, lower income to debt ratio.
I mean, we're not doing better, and our standard of living really hasn't gone up in terms of the middle class.
So I don't think diversity is our strength, but I'll tell you this.
Vivek clearly does love our country.
However, sometimes I feel like no matter who we're electing into office, they all just support foreign wars, whether it's Ukraine or Israel.
People really don't seem to care about America first.
And I really hope that Trump and whoever he picks can make a difference this year.
Although with those that are in power, I have my doubts.
Our next story from Jim Hoft, breaking the Supreme Court rules horribly on the most important free speech case in a century.
Northeast versus Missouri with Gateway Punts Jim Hoft as one of five top plaintiffs is rejected by the court.
United States Supreme Court ruled horribly.
In a stunning 6-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the Biden administration's policy of deleting, suppressing, and deplatforming specific people, topics, and ideas is immune from suit, leaving no one able to challenge it in court.
The ruling written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett came down with the following key decision.
Neither the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established Article III standing to seek an injunction against any defendant.
In sum, the court rules that two different types of parties, states, and individuals harmed by these government policies do not have standing to sue.
This case procedurally related to the request for a preliminary injunction for the government to stop the censorship regime while the case was going on.
This decision will make the trial court action in this case more difficult, but insiders say not impossible.
It's a horrible decision, but the underlying case at the lower court marches forward.
The Gateway Pundit is dedicated to fighting the government for free speech rights of everyone.
We are committed to ultimate victory, said John Burns, general counsel for Gateway Pundit.
In addition, Justice Coney Barrett let the government off the hook for the censorship regime the government created and maintained.
Here's a key passage: Platforms had independent incentives to moderate content and often exercise their own judgment.
To be sure, the record reflects that the government defendants played a role in at least some of the platforms' moderation choices.
But the Fifth Circuit, by attributing every platform decision, at least in part to the defendants, glossed over complexities in the evidence.
This is damning.
This essentially has given the Supreme Court the authority to tell the federal government you can petition private companies to censor Americans, and you know damn straight they're going to fall in line because if not, what they'll get audited by the IRS or investigated or raided by the FBI for some auspicious, you know, alternate accusation, maybe even some rape charge or Me Too movement.
This makes me sick.
Our last story is just an update on the horror with the Boeing 737.
Korean-airing Boeing 737 drops almost 27,000 feet and flies in the circles for five minutes shortly after takeoff.
A Korean Boeing 737 MAX 8 bound for Taiwan experienced a near catastrophic failure shortly after taking off from Incheon International Airport this Saturday, plunging 26,900 feet and executing multiple erratic loops before stabilizing.
The plane departed, and you can read the rest of the story, but it seems like we are once again seeing the decline of American engineering.
And instead of confronting the issue, they continue to murder their whistleblowers.
I'm Elijah Schaefer.
Thank you so much again for watching another episode of the Gateway Pundits Week in Review.
Have a great rest of the week, as always, and may God bless the United States of America.
