Speaker Time Text
elijah schaffer
Well, I predicted this.
Brian, if you can go right to my screen here, 1984, YouTube just reached out to me to clarify that discussing the New York synagogue tunnels, and we're talking about an old video from last week, is now considered hate speech on the ground that it's using a, quote, conspiracy theory to demean a protected group.
The tunnels are now conspiracy.
And if you wonder why I'm bringing that up at the beginning of a show about the wokeness, I want to remind you that this was just a historical video about what really happened in New York.
And I called this out right here on January 9th.
I said, within 90 days, you will be labeled an anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist if you say the Jews have tunnels under New York.
Then 15 years from now, the same people smearing you for wanting answers will admit it's true and be like, so what?
That was in 2024.
Wild.
How did I know they were going to start calling it conspiracy and persecuting you for it?
Well, because we have a thing called protected groups.
And unfortunately, if you are white, if you are straight, if you're a patriotic Westerner, if you're even a damn male, you're definitely not in the protected group.
Speaking of a WOG, I love and know and respect.
Comedian John Bernard is with me to talk about this woke backlash.
He's been censored.
He's been attacked.
He has a new victory in court.
John, welcome to Nightly Offensive.
jon-bernard kairouz
It's a pleasure to be on.
Elijah, I got to say, I'm a big fan.
Love what you're doing.
You know, especially with the amount of censorship, whether it's in Australia or worldwide, you're on the front lines of it, mate.
And thank you for having me on.
elijah schaffer
Well, you're on the front lines too.
We're going to talk about your victory in court and the things that have gone on.
But dude, when we talk about this censorship, like when we go into this, I bring this up because when we're talking about the fight against woke, the repercussions of this are real.
And it's not just people in the bank that have to use the right pronouns with their customers.
It's not just people in church who are afraid of losing their job if they don't sanction same-sex marriages.
It's creators, it's parents, it's children in school.
Like the punishments that we get change from country to country.
And I want to clarify to people.
In Australia, they think it's not free because the police will knock down your door for doing the wrong thing or saying the wrong thing.
In the U.S., the police aren't going to come, but you're going to get fired.
You're going to get demeaned on the internet.
You're not going to be able to earn a living for your family.
So whether you're bankrupt in prison or you're bankrupt sitting at home eating Cheetos, either way, they have control in every Western country.
And you know that firsthand.
jon-bernard kairouz
I do.
I mean, and this goes back three years ago.
I was just attending a protest with my family.
My dad runs a small business.
It's a gym.
And he went along down to the lockdown process.
And just the repercussions of that, even three years on, I was in court for three years fighting it.
They found me guilty of inciting a crime just because I was a person of notoriety there.
And they went after certain individuals.
And then that has repercussions on your friends and family.
That has repercussions of my brother's job, my job at the time.
And I'm still feeling the effects of it to this day with being in this space.
No brands really want to touch you.
They think you're not family friendly.
They feel like you're not going to toe the line, so to speak, of any agenda that's out there.
So it's still going on.
And to say that Australia is not included is just naive.
unidentified
Yeah.
elijah schaffer
And I want to make sure that everybody knows that you're not protected anywhere.
A good example of that would be just the fight that wokeness is, which is taking away people's money.
Now, we're talking about some stories today, including how people, if you follow the woke regime, you get special protections, which I think is pretty crazy because it's like, well, just because you cut off your dick, you don't have to go through any more punishment.
I get it.
I mean, your balls are literally chopped off.
That's enough punishment as is.
But it's the same thing we see, right?
I mean, I just watched a cops video in Australia yesterday.
And a white guy got an $1,100 ticket for not having his car registered, his car that he owned.
And an Aboriginal guy crashed a stolen car, drunk, got caught on the side of the road, still drunk under the influence, and he got a $1,000 fine and released.
He got less of a consequence for stealing a car, crashing it drunk, and being publicly intoxicated than a white guy did for just not registering his own vehicle.
And it's that unequal legislation.
It's that thing that we're trying to fight.
That's what I want to bring up today that we know.
And unfortunately, even if you're not white like yourself, still, if you're a man, if you're patriotic, they'll find some reason to throw you off.
You literally have to fit every box or they'll still fuck you over.
jon-bernard kairouz
100%.
I mean, even like just going back to the court case I just had two days ago, there was two people on a pill before I was.
There was a man that committed domestic violence and a woman that was three times, four times over the limit.
The judge was very lenient with them, gave, you know, quashed their charges, whatever it was.
I was literally just at a protest and, you know, said, you know, for the small businesses, people doing it tough, all they want is freedom.
Tried to keep it lighthearted, add a bit of humor in there.
And no, no leniency for me because, you know, lockdown, very scary time and we're breaking the law back then.
But I think you're 100% right.
There's definitely a lot of bias and a lot of double standards in the West.
elijah schaffer
Absolutely.
And like I mentioned, but on a good note, though, it doesn't just do with the blocking of speech.
It's also financial.
If you go to my screen, Brian, Meta just updated their new ability to sponsor their creators and they unveiled their new creator program, which I got into.
And for 15 million views on my videos, I got paid 36 cents, which means if I do as well as Mr. Beast did on X with 250 million views, I have the potential of making $6 per month, which is really incredible.
We're talking about pen, like we're talking about pennies per 10,000 or 100,000 views.
This is amazing.
Anyway, my name is Elijah Schaefer.
We have John Bernard, who is a comedian on today.
We are talking about the insane repercussions of a world where individuals are not given proper punishment when they are breaking the law if they fall into the woke categories and how Elon Musk is fighting back in an extreme legal battle.
Plus reminding you that because we are censored everywhere, please follow us on Rumble.
You can follow us on rumble.com/slash slightly offensive and continue to support us directly on censored.tv, my promo code Offensive20.
As I mentioned, we were hit yesterday with three strikes, almost deleted our channel on YouTube.
And suddenly, when we do our next live stream, we're down from a thousand live viewers down to 150.
They've completely destroyed that channel.
And so we need you to support us over at Rumble and on Censored.
let's start the show all right we're sick of this crap I'm here with John Bernard.
And to talk about the wokeness, let's just talk about this for a second.
Brian, go to my screen here.
Bonds, popular brand, sort of like you could think of this like Haynes, but higher quality, is facing backlash after using a non-binary model with a beard to show off its latest bikini.
But John, as I began looking at this, you know, there's a lot of woke backlash.
I don't think that it's the model's beard that people were mostly noticing.
Am I wrong there?
jon-bernard kairouz
I think it's his large slong there on the right.
Very, very uncomfortable.
Look, at the end of the day, Bonds have done this before.
Other underwear companies have done this before.
They try and push the limit.
And yes, there's backlash, but what's the ultimate goal for this?
Do they genuinely think there's that many people clamoring for these products that guys can wear female underwear?
I don't really understand it.
And every time they do it, it might be once a year.
There's a bit of backlash and then it just goes away and they start selling the same old products.
I feel like there's got to be a greater purpose to it.
It doesn't make sense.
Are they making that much money from pushing guys like that, you know, with beards and big dicks to sell women's clothing?
elijah schaffer
And dude, you know, I think it's weird too.
Brian, bring that back up.
We got to keep that on the screen.
I want to make people throw up today.
If you're an audio-only listener, we call those our blind viewers.
You're lucky today.
If you're listening on podcasts, if you're listening on Spotify or iTunes, what we're looking at here is Jonathan Vaness looking motherfucker.
And if you don't know who that is, good on you.
This is a queer eye for the straight guy.
And he's wearing a bikini.
And he's got a massive bulge, huge, thongy-dongy magwongy stuffed in there.
This is Jesus queerst, not to be confused with Jesus Christ.
This is something very, very strange.
Now, this is a Netflix adaptation of the passion of the Christ maybe actor.
That's what I'm thinking I'm looking at here.
But they said, you know, they're facing backlash because people got mad that the person had a beard.
And I find this weird, John, that, you know, they see an issue that at least they recognize it.
Like, people don't really like this ad.
And then some man named Max Itkinson from the Daily Mail Australia, of course, says, it must be that people just have an adverse reaction to facial hair in underwear ads.
And then that's how they conclude.
jon-bernard kairouz
Listen, at the end of the day, who in the marketing team, when they sit down, where they get on a Zoom call or they sit down at a desk and say, hey, we're going to push this product out.
I've got the perfect person that can advertise this product.
It's a man with a beard.
And in the ad, we want to show that he's got a massive bulge in this female underwear.
That's the best way.
And then they all agree on that.
Say, yeah, this will be good.
Then they do the photo shoot.
They take the photos and then they review it and they go, yeah, this is perfect.
And they push it out.
Do we actually genuinely think that the people making these decisions have the best interest?
Is it actually going to sell?
Like, it just doesn't make any sense.
It doesn't make any sense commercially.
And obviously, from the backlash that it's gotten, no one wants to see this shit.
You know what I mean?
elijah schaffer
Well, that's my point.
Is I also think people too is like, it's crazy, but we've always had Speedos, budgie smugglers.
It's not the Speedos that are weird.
If you've got the balls, literally, if you've got the balls to wear them, then do it.
It's the bikini talk.
What is sexually attractive about a man's nipples?
Brian, if you can go to me full screen, before we jump into this, we're going to be talking about this case here.
You can see the demon in the back.
That's him, the transgender attack witch who raped children and got off of it, reminding you that it is more illegal in some countries, literally, to misgender someone if you're a straight male, especially if you're white straight male, than it is to rape kids and or rob stores, depending on which country you're in.
It is literally more illegal.
This is not a joke, okay?
I just want to remind you that there are people rotting in prison for January 6th who shook fences at the Capitol.
But there were two gay dudes who literally each other in the ass, and there's no investigation.
So that's just the reality of where we're at in Western nations.
That's just the truth, and that's the unfortunate reality.
Before we begin, I want to give a huge shout out to the wellness company for keeping us prepared in emergencies for what may be ahead, guys.
You have to realize that the wellness company is a health community that has these emergency kits.
This is not just your band-aids and gauze you can get at Costco.

All right, we're talking about the highlighted story of the day.
There's two stories that we're going to be getting into with John Bernard here, as well as looking a little bit about who he is and what he's done.
If you don't know who John is, you might have seen him before.
He's extremely viral on TikTok and he knows a thing or two about woke.
Brian, go to my screen.
Here's some of John's content and who he is.
You can follow him at TikTok there at John Bernard.
Uh, K. Listen, okay.
unidentified
Is it okay if I touch him?
Yeah, okay, cool.
Okay, if I touch you, all right, before we get started, do you mind if I touch you?
I'm also gonna cut my hair.
jon-bernard kairouz
Do you mind if I touch you?
unidentified
Are you serious, bro?
jon-bernard kairouz
Just calm my hair.
elijah schaffer
Is it cool if I touch you?
Yeah, okay, cool.
jon-bernard kairouz
That's usually just customary.
I ask the person before I touch them.
unidentified
Just color, cuz.
And what were your pronouns?
Uh, she they, she, they too.
Yay, he him.
She, her.
jon-bernard kairouz
And what are your pronouns?
elijah schaffer
Are you serious?
jon-bernard kairouz
Bro, just come on here.
unidentified
What are your pronouns?
jon-bernard kairouz
They them.
elijah schaffer
She, they.
unidentified
I'm glad we exchanged those.
Yes.
jon-bernard kairouz
And what are your pronouns?
unidentified
Listen, bro.
I don't do that shit.
Don't fucking touch me.
Don't I'm out of here.
elijah schaffer
Dude, I love it, man.
Yeah, tell me about that, dude.
I love it.
You saw this.
I saw this video too.
This girl is retarded.
And this is like basically the idea of the wokeness.
She's getting people in the chair, asking them for their permission to touch their hair.
And then you just decided to say, dude, I'm going to show her what the fuck would happen if we tried this on some fucking Lebos in Sydney, eh?
jon-bernard kairouz
Exactly right.
And you know what's funny about that?
That's my highest viewed video of all time.
I did something like 50 plus million on Instagram and 35 plus million on TikTok.
But what's funny is I actually got the idea because I follow you on Instagram and you posted about it.
And I was like, this is crazy.
I need to make a video about this.
And exactly what I thought.
I was like, how would this go down in Bankstown in Sydney if you asked permission for them to touch your hair?
It doesn't make any sense.
And people in the comments resonated with it.
When I put it out, I didn't think it was going to do that well.
But people, I think, are getting sick of this shit.
Like, it's going too far.
Like, it doesn't make any sense.
You're just pandering at this point.
And it's virtue signaling.
And people are willing to have a laugh now.
You know what I mean?
And saying, this is bullshit.
This is, it doesn't make any sense.
elijah schaffer
Well, yeah.
And that's why I want to talk to you about this crazy thing.
So, Libs of TikTok brought this up and we're going to explain the story.
The whole story is on Redux.
So there was a man named Mark Childers.
He's a trans daycare worker in Kentucky who was arrested and charged with sexually abusing a baby.
Now, he allegedly sexually abused a baby while changing the baby's diaper, which is like, do you ever read this and just think like, just you want to take out an AR-15 and blow someone's head off their shoulders?
Because that's how I feel when I, when I read children, again, getting abused.
This is not 16-year-old and 18-year-old in a confusion of age of consent.
This is a baby in a diaper being abused. by a mentally ill man.
It makes me sick.
I don't know what you think about this.
jon-bernard kairouz
No, the guy's obviously sick, but at the end of the day, man, I don't have kids, but I've got a younger brother.
If he had done something like this, you definitely want to kill this bloke.
You'd definitely be a proponent of the death penalty.
It is disgusting.
And the fact that, you know, this bloke's even allowed to work near children is a red flag.
Who's doing the fucking hiring at the end of the day?
And also, the parents there, you're not vetting the people looking after your kids.
Like, I wouldn't let this guy near a fucking park, let alone a daycare.
So very disturbing.
And yeah, I feel like you should be able to call this shit out.
elijah schaffer
Well, and what I think was one of the weird parts is, is that he didn't receive any jail time.
And so we need you to read, I need to read this to you here.
Transgender daycare worker from Redux avoided prison.
Now, a trans, let me see if I can zoom this in for our viewers there.
There you go.
A trans-identified male in Kentucky has reached a plea deal after being charged with sexually abusing a baby and will avoid prison so long as he meets certain conditions.
Maria Childers, a former daycare worker, hired a prominent trans activist lawyer to represent him in the sickening case.
As previously reported, Childers was arrested in 2023 after the Department of Community-Based Services received an anonymous tip detailing an alleged incident of abuse that had occurred in November of 2022.
Now, again, he had made inappropriate comments towards a kid in the diaper and touching the baby inappropriately.
Now, following the receipt of the initial anonymous complaint, the DCBS caseworker and police officer from the police department went to the daycare.
Now, it goes on to say that according to the witness, Childers for assistance in Boba and changing the diaper, that he was rubbing the infant's genitals.
I don't even like talking about this stuff.
Honestly, I have a son.
And, I mean, he likes to touch his own wiener.
And I'm actually proud of him for that.
He's very obsessed now.
He's 11 months old.
And as my wife says, the moment you take his diaper off, he's like, hell yeah, I got one of these things.
And I remember telling him, I said, buddy, it doesn't get any different.
For the rest of your life, you just suck on titties and like to think about one part of your body and like to take nice shits.
It doesn't get any better.
But I'll tell you this.
If anybody else tried to come over to my son, I mean, even if it was a woman trying to put her breast in my son's face, especially a man, I probably would murder them.
Like realistically speaking, like I probably would, because if you're touching a child's genitals, I feel like you deserve, you just deserve to bleed out.
Like there's really, and I'm not even doing the wood chipper bit from the right wing.
It's just like if you're doing something like that, you are on, you are unfit to live in society.
Like you are unfit, but not prison.
You're unfit to live.
And maybe I'm extreme, but that's how, that's how I feel about it.
jon-bernard kairouz
I feel like, yeah, you're spot on.
I mean, look at UFC fighter, former great Kane Velasquez.
I think a similar thing happened with him at his child's daycare, and he legit tried to murder the guy and is up on charges for it.
I mean, a lot of people feel sympathy for him.
And if you're in his shoes, you would do the exact same thing.
So I feel like the judge should probably tread a little differently in his case.
But again, it's a disgusting thing.
And, you know, it's sickening.
I don't even like talking about it.
It's like, it's so wrong.
And to even, if you're not even advocating for this, if you're even just scared to talk about that and call that out, you're what's wrong with the world at the moment.
Because it's such a, because, you know, this bloke might be trans or whatever.
You don't want to touch it or you don't want to report on it.
Like, literally sickening.
elijah schaffer
Yeah.
And all I'll say is this, and I bring this up because we got to talk about the contradiction.
He ended up going, getting his bond reduced from $100,000 to $5,000.
And his just conditions were to stay away from that daycare.
And so this brings up the question about fighting back is Elon Musk said, we look, we can't sanction this kind of stuff, right?
This is a different story.
Unironically, a TikTok star, Rachel Queen Burton, pleads guilty to child abuse offenses.
Like, can we just admit people who look like this are mentally disturbed and it's not a human rights issue?
And I think that we need to confront that as a society.
You know that we're backwards when the courts go after people like you.
They go after ripped Chads who are patriots, who are funny.
And there's really nothing that the left hates more than dudes who know how to laugh and are ripped.
And I mean that.
Like, of course, if you're white, they do hate you more.
But try even being not white and being a ripped dude that likes to laugh and understands a sense of humor.
Like that is, even Shane Gillis, we'll get to later, is a comedian.
He's not even ripped, but he's funny.
And they just don't like guys to be able to laugh and have fun.
They're trying to take the bros' time away.
They're racist, they're sexist, but most importantly, they have the wrong enemy.
And so John Bernard down here, this is the enemy.
This is the enemy of Australia.
This is the enemy of the West.
Giga Chad, fucking ripped super bro.
And that is supposed to be a hero.
And then everyone's like, what?
unidentified
What?
elijah schaffer
John Bernard got off his criminal conviction, and the weird man in a wig with chest tattoos of babies ends up being a pedophile.
Consider me fucking surprised.
It is like, we live in a backwards world, dude.
jon-bernard kairouz
Listen, bro, you do a night out on Oxford Street in Sydney.
You'll see about, you know, 100 of these blurs.
And I'm not saying that they're all like that.
And you're probably the same.
Do whatever you want in your own time.
But like, again, pushing it onto children's wrong.
And there is a massive double standard.
Like, I honestly, I couldn't believe it took three years for me to even get past this whole case of a COVID lockdown fine.
And then they try to get me for inciting violence.
But there's the Jeffrey Epsteins of the world, the Ghislaine Maxwells, and there's nothing that's come out of those cases.
There's these cases where nothing ever eventuates and they get a little slap on the wrist.
It is a massive double standard.
And to your point, I appreciate the compliments, but I feel like it comes from the companies.
And it's not even the governments pushing it down people's throats now.
It's these woke corporations that are pushing the agendas onto people.
Places like your alcohol brands, your BWSs, your big betting agencies that work hand in hand with the government too.
And you can tell it's who they partner with, who they align with, what message they push out.
And it kind of all adds up.
But like you're doing, you know, just maintain being yourself authentic and people will resonate with you.
Even if you get kicked off online, there's always ways.
And I'm not going to be a victim and make excuses.
And this is unfair.
And I'm a victim of racism.
No, it's, you know, that's the way the world is at the moment.
And we just have to work through it.
And, you know, you can be faithful and just always have faith in God that there is a plan.
And you know, we can just continue to laugh at it because that's the best way to do it, I think.
elijah schaffer
Dude, 100%.
I want to give an update on that with like of experiencing the other side of the law.
While they're letting these people off, we're going to get into your court case because I think it's pretty interesting.
But I want to remind people that there is a real consequence to this woke nonsense outside of the law.
And I want to look at a funny video here.
We're not going to watch all of it, but this is real.
So, Chile decided to highlight an all-woman SWAT team for international competition in the UAE.
We're not going to watch the whole thing.
And this is not a joke.
Here's how it went: diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is the world they want.
You are being held hostage.
This is who's coming to save you.
Let's go full screen.
Just watch a couple minutes of this.
unidentified
This is fantastic.
Ramos, five ladies teams involved in the UAE SWAT challenge this year, Belarus, Thailand, Chile.
Two teams from the M oh the first one to get wet in the ice bath today.
And well, they are stuck in the middle of that zip line.
Remember, if you fall in the ice bath, go back to the beginning of the zip line and do it again.
And currently, Chile have three team members stranded in the middle of that ice bath.
thankfully the water will be a little bit warmer than it was earlier on this morning this is painful This is real.
we're not watching this sitcom three team members in the drink Oh, it's all going horribly wrong.
Well, forget about getting wet.
elijah schaffer
Why does it drop, right?
unidentified
They may just say for dropping weapons in the water.
elijah schaffer
Trying to make it look like she's not weak, right?
She's not going to give up.
She's a woman.
She's got a nice ass, though.
unidentified
Considerable.
The net.
elijah schaffer
It's just, I'm sorry.
unidentified
Retrieve those weapons from the ice bath.
And well, I said it on a couple of occasions today that if that first member does not get across the ice bath and carry that momentum, it forces those behind to stall.
And that's when the problems begin.
And we saw that, didn't we?
It almost happened a little bit.
elijah schaffer
Problems begin.
That's not where they end.
It's interesting, though, John.
Like, I've got to laugh at this a little bit because it's like they say they want a world of diversity.
And in every objective measure, a little bit of diversity is normal in the world.
But the diversity that they want is forced.
It's unnatural.
And that diversity is really just putting the retards to the front and importing the third world.
And that's their diversity.
And I feel like a country that prioritizes putting women on the front lines of war, putting retards in positions of power and bringing in millions of people who don't share our values is a recipe for a fucking disaster.
jon-bernard kairouz
You're saying that as American, it applies here in Australia too.
I mean, there's a lot of female police.
I'd like to see them go through the SWAT test because I wouldn't want them responding to an emergency, if I'm being completely honest.
There's a burning house.
That's the old argument.
I think I want a male fighter for, you know what I mean?
And that's just, it's embarrassing.
I mean, you could throw a guy in there with no training.
He's getting past that zip line.
And it is.
And it's an example of how bad this HR diversity push is, whether it's in the workplace and especially in physical activities, whether you're a policeman, you know, a firefighter, first responders, whatever it is, it doesn't make any sense.
And, you know, we do a beep test here, Elijah.
I don't know if you're familiar with the beep test.
It pretty much tests your cardiovascular ability.
The parameters are lower for females in the police and their beep test requirement to a male.
Like, why does that make sense?
Why wouldn't you set one set standard?
And that's the standard to be a police officer.
Literally, me and my brother will walk past female police, probably rather larger police officers, fatter cops and be like, listen, if I were to steal something, she's not chasing me.
I could easily get away.
It becomes stupid to a point where you're actually, it's a detriment to people that are paying for the police.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, and it is an interesting thing because you've been at the wrong end of law.
And I have you on here because I know we have some celebrations, but like these are the people that are in power and they're unimpressive.
If you can go to my screen here, Brian, John Bernard is a comedian.
He was a comedian too.
But I know that you were found guilty over Sydney COVID lockdown rally speech.
Can you please tell us again what happened here before we even go into the update?
jon-bernard kairouz
Yeah, so essentially, this is three years ago now.
It was 2021.
And Sydney, along with Melbourne, was one of the worst lockdowns in the world.
It was very, you know, crazy measures.
You couldn't leave your house for more than five kilometers.
You couldn't be congregated with more than two people.
And it was insane.
And I was producing a lot of content online, being very critical, making fun of it.
And the skits were doing really well.
I went through a period where I was also putting out the COVID numbers before the premiere was in the morning.
So I grew some notoriety on social media.
My parents operate small businesses.
They were fed up with the lockdowns.
They wanted to go to this rally and I attended it with them.
I didn't realize I would, you know, be meeting people there.
I was taking a lot of photos with people.
And essentially, I got up and they kind of pushed me to say something.
I kept the moniker of the people's premier and essentially just said, you know, for small businesses, people that are doing it tough, all they want is freedom, kept it lighthearted, referred to myself as the people's premier.
And that was pretty much it.
It walked, walked back to the car at the end of the rally, and I could immediately see news article.
And, you know, honestly, my following was just going down.
It was, I was something at like 300,000 at that point in 2021 on TikTok, 50,000 on Instagram.
And just from that initial backlash of being there present, had a massive decrease in following and just massive hit pieces online saying this guy's killing people.
I was copying cop and backlash online.
And then ultimately that ended up me getting served by police with a criminal charge for inciting crime.
elijah schaffer
Can I say how funny this is?
Like, okay, this headline makes me laugh.
So if you guys want to know the backstory on this, John was releasing the case numbers for COVID-19 before the government and he was getting them right.
And when I read this article, I remember this back years ago.
It's like TikTok comedian John Bernard gets New South Wales COVID-19 case numbers wrong.
Like the government, it's in the title, is trying to get its outsmart a TikTok comedian.
Like that's how fucked up this was.
They were like, hey, we're trying to push out propaganda.
Who's getting in our way?
Oh, it's a TikTok comedian.
And then they're smearing you.
And instead of like trying to make you seem like you're better than you are.
or somebody more notable or more intelligent, which I know you are, but you don't brand yourself that way.
They actually call you a TikTok comedian and are like, ha ha, we outsmarted the TikTok comedian.
He got the case numbers wrong.
And this is why, this is why they targeted you is you were exposing their propaganda.
So they tried to put you in prison over this, right?
I mean, not this directly, but that you were on their hit list because they were mad that a TikTok comedian outsmarted their plan to fool the public and lie about the COVID numbers.
jon-bernard kairouz
At the end of the day, yeah, there was a fair few people that were probably on social media that attended the rally too.
And I think that definitely played a part in it.
Me giving out the numbers.
I remember getting a call directly from New South Wales Health saying it's in your best interest to stop putting out the number.
And, you know, we were just having fun with it.
It was in a really dark time where people were just watching this update every day.
That's all you could do.
11 a.m., it would come out every morning.
And we made it fun.
And, you know, we took the piss out of the out of the premier at the time.
And they did get the shits.
And it definitely played a part in them, you know, giving me a criminal charge.
And they wanted me to plead guilty to it.
They offered a deal.
And I said, listen, this is, it is retarded.
And I'm not guilty for inciting crime.
Like, it doesn't make any sense.
And it just shows you the priorities of the police here.
There were other rallies that took place after it.
There were no charges because it was for another cause.
It wasn't for, you know, something that was going against a really stupid measure at the time, which was lockdown.
And, you know, as much backlash as I got it from at the time, I know, I don't regret it because, you know, I feel like history will look back on it kindly because everyone looks back on that time and says, what the fuck were we doing?
Like, what were we doing?
elijah schaffer
Yeah, dude, right here, though, I know it said that you were spared conviction in 2022, but you just had a court update.
You won.
You were able to overturn this.
And I want to get an update from you, but remind people that during this time, it was not easy to be doing this.
It was not a walk in the park to resist these measures.
And I'm going to compare this to modern day issues where it's the same thing.
I mean, we can go back to Ukraine after this.
I've explained to people who are new on the show, I had episodes pulled from my network for being a Putin apologist, almost fired over that.
And I was right.
You know, when you go down even further, the same thing goes with all of Ukraine.
And then you go even with the Israel war.
I'm still getting shit for that.
But, you know, people are starting to see we were right about that too, about that being sort of an inside job.
They allowed that to happen.
It was a, it was sort of a false flag like 9-11.
Maybe Israel didn't do it, but they let it happen to get the war they wanted.
You know, when we're talking about the election, the 2020 election, they admit now that it was probably rigged and there was probably fraud.
You know, they always admit it after the fact.
And it's really easy to just move on when you didn't get any consequences and then agree with the targeting.
And even more recently, just look at the Jew tunnels.
I so know how this works.
How could I predict that my videos would get taken down about the synagogue tunnels for a conspiracy theory before it even got marked a conspiracy theory?
Because it's, I've gone through it and you have too.
You've seen how it works.
You're not stupid anymore.
They dragged you through hell, man, through years of hell.
You getting banned from casinos and everything.
They're trying to keep you out of everyday life.
What's the update?
jon-bernard kairouz
Well, yeah, I did appeal that initial decision.
So they didn't give me a criminal charge, but they found me guilty.
I appealed that and said I'm not guilty.
And they gave me a two-year good behavior corrections order.
So I had to, you know, be on the straight and narrow, no more criminal charges for two years.
And they postponed it.
They delayed it.
They dragged it on for a year.
We finally got a date, and that was two days ago.
And essentially, the judge that was on the appeals court agreed.
He said, Why did we waste our time prosecuting this when there's so much more serious matters at hand?
And what Mon he even quoted, one might wonder why they were even going after this in the first place.
And the fact that even when it was popular among people to say this was this was a bad time, and I don't know why we attacked it like that.
The police and the prosecution still went after us and wanted to uphold a guilty measure.
They could have withdrawn it at any time.
So the judge, as much as he disagreed with the ruling, maintained the guilty, but dropped the corrections order and said this was a complete waste of time.
So again, it's good that it's finally done, but you know, I'm kind of happy in the fact that no matter what the cost was, that I stood my ground and didn't just say, you know, I just want to get it over with.
And yeah, I'll plead guilty to it.
No, it was, it was just, it was just a stupid waste of taxpayer time and money.
And it just shows you how irresponsible the government can be.
elijah schaffer
Yeah.
Let me let me bring up another topic with you here.
And we're happy that you are out of that, that ridiculousness, because it is very, very problematic.
I've had some woke issues myself.
I have a lot of legal issues still to this day, but it is absolutely crazy.
Now, another person, of course, they tried to cancel during this time.
I want to talk about cancel culture as a comedian and jump into this.
TMZ recently brought back up comedian Shane Gillis.
Are you familiar with him?
jon-bernard kairouz
Yeah, I watched his special.
I know he got sacked from SNL.
Yeah, I'm a fan.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, me too.
And so TMZ brings us back up.
The comedian Shane Gillis, racial ethnic slurs are resurfacing before SNL hosting gig.
So apparently he's going back to host SNL.
I believe that's what's happening.
Reminding you that he got canceled from being a permanent star or cast member on SNL over previous comments that he had made.
AKA, he got fired originally for being funny, but not just being funny, for being funny as a white, straight man.
That's the key thing.
He's not allowed to say things because you can say the N-word if you're black.
You can say, you know, you can call people a bundle of sticks if you're gay, but if you're a white, straight man, you can't say anything.
And now they're trying to cancel him again with the same thing he said.
I've never seen this before: a double cancellation.
And I never heard the reason why he got canceled, but I got to say, I'm like him more now that I finally heard this.
Check this out.
shane gillis
Of the bus didn't show up for two hours.
We were all sitting on the bus, hot ass bus for two hours.
See a white guy.
unidentified
Nah, he was ethnic.
Woo!
shane gillis
Come out, media, dude.
We in the house, baby.
unidentified
White people, white people, white people, white people.
shane gillis
Why the fuck is CNN on in here?
unidentified
That's always you guys fucking gay now.
shane gillis
This is fucking right-wing white shit.
Get this CNN juice shit off here.
I need some alt-right fucking Fox news, dude.
Yo, Rafe, I fuck with that, dude.
unidentified
Fuck that.
shane gillis
Fuck heavy with that.
And they're like, this next song was because it was a real sad song.
And we wrote it because 2016 was such a hard year for us because of the election.
unidentified
I was like, yo, these guys are so fucking gay.
shane gillis
And it was, I turned around to this chick that I'm seeing and I was like, yo, I fucking love Donald Trump.
And she's young.
And like, yeah, she's young.
So she's like, what?
What did you say?
elijah schaffer
Is this the first she's hearing of this?
shane gillis
She's the first time I genuinely turned to her and was like, for real, these fucking pussies make me love.
Like 90% of the time, I'm like, man, I wish someone else was the president.
All it takes is four pussies with acoustic guitars being like, 2016 was really hard for us.
I'm like, yo, 2020, Trump.
We're getting it.
Let's go, baby.
Let's get it, boy.
elijah schaffer
So there's the real reality of why he got canceled.
And before we talk about that, I need to give a huge shout out to one of our sponsors for today.
Guys, let's talk about Undertak, specifically Undertak Boxers, which is an amazing company.
And not only do they have the best and highest quality undergarments for all of you guys made with Modal, which is like cotton on steroids.
It's breathable.
It does not ride up.
It is comfortable.
It has got a perfect elastic waistband.
Of course, the website, they don't have any gay models.
They don't have any people's stuff in the underwear.
There's no transgender non-binary Bonds models with their dicks hanging out in the bikinis.
This is just an underwear brand for men who need something simple, straight to the point that's going to last a long time and isn't going to be toxic and is going to be able to wick away moisture, keep odor out.
And of course, is Battle Forces tested.
So it doesn't get holding it easily.
Now, this company that brought you the best boxers in America now also has clothing, which is freaking comfortable and amazing.
Not only do they have the EDC T-Packs, great for working out, great for showing off your muscles or buy a little size bigger.
Maybe you aren't so trim.

They support us from the very beginning, and they've been supporting the security of my testicles longer than I can remember now.
Not only that, but of course, you can get them.
They're better than the competition, but they're cheaper in price, which is amazing.
Now, I've had Tommy Johns and other companies that have been on the show, and they stopped supporting because of my ideas.
And this company said, we want to double down, triple down on your ideas because we care about real men.
And real men laugh, they make jokes.
And most importantly, they work hard and they need boxers that can support them the way they support themselves and their families.
So go to undertack.com, UN D-E-R-T-A C.com.
Use my promo code Offensive20, O-F-F-E-N-S-I-V-E-2-0 for 20% off the entire store.
Check it out today.
I'm with John Bernard, TikTok comedian, also known as the People's Premier.
But Shane Dillis, it is interesting.
It's on compound media.
Anthony Cumiya was supposed to be honest with tonight.
I don't know what the fuck happened, but he's Anthony Cumiesto.
He just does shit like that.
But the most important part about this is it's like he got canceled for what?
For making jokes.
He was on a comedians podcast in New York talking about comedy, just being himself, dicking around, talking like a guy.
He already got canceled.
And now TMZ is coming out like, hey, maybe he shouldn't be on TMZ because, you know, remember, he said some things that we said were racist a little while ago.
I call it bullshit.
jon-bernard kairouz
He initially got canceled.
He was set to be on SNL and a cast member.
He didn't appear on one episode because people dug up old footage like that where he said the word retard and he said the word gay and SNL never put him on and he never commented on it.
He never apologized for it.
And ultimately, at the end of the day, he's one of Joe Rogan's boys.
I think he's going to be all right.
He's not feeling sorry for himself, but to then announce him as host and then people go and bring up more shit.
It's like, I feel like we're way past that.
Cancellations back then don't hit us hard now because people don't care anymore.
I think they're starting to get sick of it.
The guy's a funny comedian.
He's got his Netflix special.
And, you know, at the end of the day, he doesn't really need SNL.
He doesn't need SNL.
And he's very entertaining.
I feel like, and the same goes for here.
People try and put hit pieces on everyone here.
I mean, I myself, just for what we spoke about earlier, like just being in those COVID, you know, in the papers for being at a lockdown protest at the time, you lose friends.
Brands don't want to work with you.
Even if you're in the space where you're performing better than people on TV, better than other people in your space, people will forego that because they're too scared to work with you or think you're some crazy, you know, conspiracy theorist or whatever it be.
But that's just the way of the world now.
And Shane Gillis is going to live on parses.
I don't think it's going to affect him that much, but that just shows you even still where media is to this day.
elijah schaffer
Yeah.
It's weird to me that you can be canceled for being funny.
But I think the flip side is, is that success never lies.
And no matter how shitty and how woke people get, the reason why I tell people continue to work hard, don't give up, is because hard work, dedication outweighs the shittiness of the current age.
Now, a good example of that is not just Shane Gillis, who now is popular.
He gets views.
So they're going to platform him, but also Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
Everybody thinks Elon Musk, you know, and Donald Trump, they say that he's the worst.
He's the worst, but they still talk about them.
unidentified
Why?
elijah schaffer
Because they're rich, because they pull views, because they're successful.
So sometimes people are going to hate you.
And I found that in my own life.
You know, I've been canceled multiple times.
And I've had people very good friends, man.
It's despicable and it makes me feel sick sometimes even thinking about it.
I've had people that I thought were my good friends that even like abandoned me or even would call me like, hey, I know the reason why you're getting canceled isn't true for A, B, and C, but I'm really afraid to speak out because I have my own dirt in my closet and these people know this.
And you're like, you fucking retard.
And Louis C.K., who's been canceled, which I think is funny because it's like Louis C.K. got canceled for masturbating.
Like that's like the least of the problems in, it wasn't even like against someone's will.
It's like in his own apartment or something.
Louis C.K. got canceled for that.
And I think Louis C.K. made the funniest statement about being canceled.
He was like, you know, when you're canceled, you find out who your real friends are.
And it's kind of, he goes, it's not fun to be canceled because your real friends aren't the ones you wanted.
It's not the ones you wanted.
Like your cool friends, they're not your real friends.
They're gone.
And the attractive ones, they don't stick around.
It's like that one guy that's like, I'm there for you, buddy.
I'm going to stick with you through this.
And you're like, oh, that guy, fuck that guy.
I don't even want that guy.
And it's kind of true, right?
And I mean that, like, like you do find your friends and you do find out who's real.
And like, yeah, after being canceled, now I make more money than when I worked at a big network.
I have more of a fun time.
I'm about to go travel the world, go to London, make content all over Europe.
I have a better life now.
Someone could say, how do you have a better life?
You have less views than when you're on a network.
unidentified
Yeah.
elijah schaffer
Well, even if you have three times as many views, you got 30 other hands pulling money out of it.
So if you got a third, you know, of the views, but 29 less people pulling money out of your show, you're getting 10 times more money.
So it's a lot better of a deal.
But with Shane, it's the same way where it's like, dude, in the end, his, oh yeah, but by the way, my point was, is now I have these same people being like, can I come on your show?
Oh, want to hang out?
When you come back to America, let's make content together.
Hey, fuck you, you little fucking pieces of shit.
I know who you are.
You're fucking weasels.
And I feel like people like Shane realize that too.
It's good to go through a canceling.
And this is what I'm saying.
It's good to go through that.
It's good to go through pressure because it teaches you stuff about life and it gives you a perspective that you can't get unless you go through the shit, right?
You start to get this like, you stop, you stop being such a little bitch.
You realize people are fickle.
You realize the legal system sucks ass.
You realize the world's not fair.
And it gives you a sort of strength and an authenticity that can only come from going through tough shit.
jon-bernard kairouz
At the end of the day, one of my favorite comedians is Owen Benjamin.
I follow him on Twitter.
He was canceled before it was popular to be canceled.
And he talks about the same exact things that you spoke about.
You know, he got dropped from his agent and whatever it be, but he is the barometer of funny right now because he pushes the envelope where no one, people in the mainstream are too scared to go to.
And that's where I want to, I kind of want to fall into.
I mean, it's probably not in my best interest to work with brands to jump on a show with Elijah Schaefer, but I don't care.
I enjoy your content.
I enjoy the message that you put out.
And like you said, hard work trumps everything.
And it doesn't matter about the amount of views.
It's your message is resonating with people and people find it funny or it's interesting.
It's entertaining.
And like at the end of the day, bro, you know, whether it's Shane Gillis or whatever going through a cancellation, like you said, it delineates who is who are real people and who is just toll on the line.
And I found it's a lot of close friends and family.
And that's all I really care about on the opinion of me and what content I make.
Because at the end of the day, I just want to make content that I enjoy, that I think is funny.
And if you don't like it, well, you can get fucked.
Like, I don't really care.
I find it funny.
And if people like it, they like it.
You can switch off.
And look at Kanye West, for example.
He had to put out the other day that he can't get put on in a venue right now.
He had to put out a message to say, Hey, if there's anyone that can get me in your arena, please put me on.
And all these people start coming out of the woodworks.
Hey, we can house you here.
So there's always going to be alternatives.
And, you know, you just kind of got to back yourself and believe in yourself, I think.
elijah schaffer
Because they don't stop.
I want to talk about Mark Cuban, a very important story here about how money doesn't mean success.
And sometimes we got to call these motherfuckers out.
And I think we're winning.
Mark Cuban has a good friend.
Her name is Arlen Hamilton.
And she was defending the diversity, equity, and inclusion practices that they were using.
Now, Mark Cuban got exposed for hiring people intentionally because they're black, because they're women.
This is no shocker to us.
We know they do this.
But she goes out and says, this is completely normal.
Why wouldn't you expect a fat woman of color to really work as hard as a giga chat?
I don't know.
Maybe because she's fat.
But anyway, she actually says that, you know, the issue isn't people pushing woke ideology.
The issue is people fighting against it.
And no matter how successful you are, these people won't go away.
That's what I want people to listen to here.
If you're waiting to like be liked, if you're waiting to be uncanceled, and even on the flip side, do you know how many people are not taking action because they're afraid of being canceled?
So they're like, well, I don't want to put my neck out because then I might get chopped.
Okay, well, fuck it.
You know, you're going to end up against the wall anyways.
This is our last chance.
We're all dying eventually.
You know, you don't escape this world alive.
So either you can fight your way out of it now with us and join and maybe we can win this, or you can be a pussy ass bitch and then be like this woman here who's saying, you know, the real issue isn't us.
The real issue is people who are against DEI and they're racist.
And we're going to talk about Elon Musk's new lawsuits where he said, fine, fuck you guys.
I'm going to hit you where it hurts in your checkbook.
Seriously, but here's what she had to say.
unidentified
Punched down, as it were.
And it kind of triggered, I was triggered already by Elon's incessant talk about why DEI is racism and that people, other corporations coming forward and stopping their programs or going into hiding.
And Mark Cuban seems to me to be the only billionaire brave enough to talk back to him.
But I mean, I think Elon is like the dumbest genius there is.
Like, I just don't know why things come out of his mouth, except for I think he's racist.
I don't know if I can say that here, but I just think you can say whatever.
I think he's a racist.
And I think that he has the carte blanche to just be his full racist self.
And that would be fine.
He can go and scream at the clouds and do all his shenanigans, but he is affecting people because he has a voice.
And so that was the kind of mind space.
It touched a nerve.
And so I started responding to him, but instead of responding to him, I just blogged him and I took the response to my people because I always wanted to say, I don't want you to look at my Instagram and just think everything's going perfectly.
I want you to understand that every single day I have to fight trolls, I have to fight all sorts of institutions.
Wow.
elijah schaffer
Dude, that sounds really intense, John.
She's she has to fight trolls online and stuff.
And you know, it's just a really tough world to be a person of color these days.
You have online internet, you have mean, mean people on the internet, you have institutions and shit or whatever she's talking about.
I mean, I don't know, man.
You're, you're, uh, people don't know what a wog is.
Tell them what a wog is.
And, and, how, how, how is, how is life, man?
I feel bad for you.
How is life being a puck, man?
A person of color.
How are you doing?
Are you, are you holding up?
Are you okay?
jon-bernard kairouz
I mean, look at the skin tone.
Maybe I can get away with brown, but a wog essentially is a person of ethnicity, like an Italian, a Lebo.
You're a wog in Australia.
That's what they call you.
I don't know if you can say that in the UK, but look, I don't think my experience has come close to her.
You know, I'm not that much of a victim, if I'm being completely honest.
But to Mark Cuban's point and what people, I think, Wei Jing Wang, the Chinese pearly things, what she campaigned for was put me as point guard on the Dallas Mavericks.
Let's see how I go.
If you're so for diversity and inclusion, let's put a small five-foot-one Asian as your point guard and see how many points he scores.
If it doesn't work on the basketball court, why would it work in corporations?
Literally, hire the best person that's going to be the most profitable for your business.
It is really as simple as it's just numbers.
And to say that you need to put someone in there for diversity and inclusion, why?
Like, what's the point of it?
You're actually, uh, you're you're like Elon said, you're being racist to the person that deserves a job that wants to put food on the table for their family.
And I'm sorry, you've got enough food on your table, love, at this point, from what I can see.
Um, and it just doesn't make any sense.
And it's, it's just the world we're living in right now.
elijah schaffer
It makes me laugh too that Elon's like, okay, well, if you guys want to call me racist, then uh, fuck you sincerely.
And I think it is time we fight back.
You fought back in court.
I'm fighting back.
I'm working on forming my own agency, network, this whole thing behind the scenes.
Part of the reason why I'm traveling is that, and I've had to create an entire brand that is uncancelable.
We now make zero dollars off networks.
We make zero dollars off of big tech.
And I don't rely even a single view on YouTube for any of the revenue that I generate in my life.
And I do completely unalt tech media, completely unparalleled economy.
These people are so retarded.
They've made me a stronger person and they've made me have to work to be cancel proof.
So thank you for that.
But Elon Musk, they can call him a racist.
He goes, you can call me a racist.
And I like that phrase.
Call me a sexist, call me a racist, call me a transphob or a homophobe.
If doing the right thing makes me call bad names, then I don't care.
So Elon Musk has decided, let's do something about this.
Mario Nafal reported that Elon offers legal support to anyone Disney discriminated against.
After funding Gina Carano's lawsuit against Disney, Elon has opened the offer to everyone, potentially sparking a wave of fresh lawsuits against Disney.
If you're discriminated against by Disney or its subsidiaries, just reply to this post to receive legal support.
Caitlin Jenner replied, Hulu never put me on my family's show.
I had been on since day one when it switched from E.
So we're so far in a place of woke that this monstrosity of a man, you know, Bruce Jenner's a fucking unit of a dude.
And of course, you have Elon Musk wearing the satanic outfit.
I just want to remind people he has the Baffomet and the this was literally a satanic outfit he wore.
And he talks about this.
So you have the satanic billionaire and the transsexual are now being discriminated against.
This thing has gotten out of control.
And so Elon says, well, let's just tie these people up in court.
And I do think it's funny to watch this.
And it's about time people do get tied up in court because we talk a lot of shit, but it's like, fuck these people.
They need to pay.
I feel like they need to pay, man.
I don't know if you agree with that.
jon-bernard kairouz
I mean, he is pushing that lawsuit with Gina Carano.
They're suing Disney as well.
It's interesting because, you know, you want there to be repercussions.
You want there, it's like the Bud Light thing.
You know, they put someone as a face of their brand, it sinks.
But ultimately, I think these corporations, they just keep moving.
And money is, it's not really for the money.
Because look at Netflix, you know, they'll shove diversity down your throat.
And it's, I feel like it's just kind of like a propaganda machine.
I haven't watched a decent movie on there for about fucking five years.
So it's good that people are fighting back, but I think it's got it.
It's probably got to come from people like yourself, people that are on the internet creators that just got to say, listen, I don't care anymore.
Say whatever you want.
People are self-censoring themselves, whether you're a small business or even larger companies or individuals online.
You just got to have the balls enough to just say, I don't care.
I'm going to have faith that everything's going to be okay.
And if as long as you're putting out a good message, that's okay.
Elon, I don't know.
I don't know about him because one day you think he's doing great by the people that are censored.
The next day, you know, he's trying to put a chip in the back of someone's head.
But ultimately, he's led a lot of people back on X that I think is for the better.
And it has been less censoring, but I don't know.
I'm not sold on him.
You sold on him?
elijah schaffer
No, that's why I call him the satanic billionaire because I genuinely feel like there's something more nefarious going on.
And the people that are riding his dick make me feel uncomfortable, right?
I think they're just looking at him for comments or to boost their posts.
But it's like the dude is a billionaire, satanic motherfucker who's trying to create a one government app to buy, sell, and trade.
And then he wants you to be able to control it using your brain.
I feel like he's kind of evil.
He's also behind all the EV stuff too, which is kind of, you know, I just don't, I don't buy it, but I don't, I don't hate it.
And I'm not against him right now.
I just think this has the potential to get really bad really quickly.
Am I wrong?
I wonder if I'm just a pessimistic or something like that.
But that's what I feel.
jon-bernard kairouz
I feel like it's a little bit of controlled op, but like at the end of the day, like you said, I feel like people are a bit still on the fence about just putting themselves out there and being on the side of funny.
Like for me, as an example, I don't do what you do and comment on everything politically and have a political show.
I make funny videos online.
You know, I do some stand-up comedy and I try and put out a good message.
It's usually truthful and it's got a funny spin on it.
And I feel like that's the role of a comedian in society nowadays, but people are a bit scared to push the boundaries.
In your opinion, as someone that's been kicked off platforms and someone that's lost their jobs at a network, do you feel like people should try and maintain and be within the rules of a certain platform?
Because it is harder to grow and harder to get a message out when you're canceled.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, okay, it is harder.
And I do think that there is a truth to the fact that, like, you know, Kanye West is so big.
He's had so many sales.
He can say the most minor things about Jews, and the weight that it holds is so much bigger because his platform is bigger.
And he's known for his art.
He's known for his work.
So I think there's a lot of people who say the truth, but they don't say it in a way that is appealing.
And so they end up kind of canceling themselves and then complaining about big tech censorship.
Meaning, look, dude, if you want to get pussy and you go around talking to the baddies about Andrew Tate, whether or not he's telling the truth, don't be surprised when you ain't getting pussy tonight.
Okay.
You can go, you can go exit the Matrix, but you have to understand that these women, these baddies, that's not the wavelength they're on.
So if you're not interested in getting baddies and you just want to talk about Andrew Tate with women, that's fine.
But you have to understand that there still is a natural order to things.
And you still have to kind of play the game.
You should never treat women like they're equals.
You should never treat women like they're friends.
They are different species.
And they're pretty easy to game and figure out.
But for the most part, we have an entirely rigged system.
And we got to be very careful.
You know, you can slap your friend on the ass.
Like, I walked into my gym, my trainer slapped me on the ass.
Do that to a girl.
You'll be in jail for two years minimum because they can't take a fucking joke.
They can't take anything lightly.
You hug a woman wrong, sexual assault.
That's how it is today.
So I think people need to realize that just because it's wrong that the society is geared towards, you know, letting women off of accountability, punishing men unequally, if you try to challenge that system, you can, but you still might get fucking burned.
You know what I mean?
I'm just saying.
So you got to realize there's a real order to it, like you said, being canceled, but you should challenge it and speak out against it.
You should be using your voice, but you should be smart about it.
Like myself, like yourself, I mainly have notoriety from doing work as a journalist and I'm mainly known as doing work as a reporter.
And I just run a show on the side.
Even now, I work with the GOP.
I make money in a lot of other places.
I help in the real political spectrum and battles of the country.
I'm helping, you know, find talent for networks that won't even let me be on their network right now.
I get sourced to find new hosts for networks that won't work with me on camera.
That's how funny is.
They trust my judgment to find talent, but they won't let me speak on their network.
The world is complicated.
So if you don't get that, that's completely fine.
But I agree, it is harder from a canceled point because you see people, you know, like the good guys, like Graham Allen or other show hosts that say absolutely nothing.
unidentified
It's just like, oh, I'm so mad at the freaking, I'm so mad at Democrats.
elijah schaffer
Democrats are just so bad.
And they'll go into like a city that's all black and blame it on Democrats when you could literally go to any Democrat city in the Northeast of America that's all white and they're safe cities, beautiful.
You know, liberals really ruin cities, really.
Because I've gone to a fucking ton of liberal cities in the Northeast of America and they're fucking impeccable.
I don't think that Democrats ruin cities.
I think minorities and women in power ruin cities.
That's a different story.
I think it's important to keep calling this shit out and don't let the grifters and the people get in the way who are fucking, you know, getting in the way.
But always remember, you will get rewarded for cocking out.
You will get rewarded for grifting.
And so, you know, so just realize that if you want to fucking make money and you want to get ahead and you want to avoid problems, the devil has made it very easy for you.
And don't be frustrated that the devil's in power of media and in control of the world.
And if you don't want to be canceled, you don't have to be.
Be a fucking bitch.
Not only is it legal, it's promoted and it's preferred.
And there's a lot of opportunities for motherfucking bitch ass motherfuckers.
And if you want to be another one of them, then go right the fuck ahead.
There's a bank account waiting for you, bitch.
But no, if you're not a part of that, they're going to have the consequences.
Just be willing to get smart about it and don't fucking be a retard or don't be the wrong kind of retard.
Be a good kind of retard.
You know what I mean?
jon-bernard kairouz
I think, yeah, I think you're spot on, man.
It's like the people that get promoted here, whether it's on TV, whether it's on social media, they're all kind of, you know, it's okay.
But the thing is, I don't think they can be funny.
Like, I feel like you're that protected and you're that brand safe.
You can't even be funny anymore.
You can't push the envelope to a certain extent.
And that's what separates people.
And, you know, like for me going forward, I've only been doing this for two, two and a bit years and I want to be funny.
unidentified
I don't want to be, I don't want to be a cuck, like you said.
elijah schaffer
Is that it?
You just don't want to be a cuck.
That's the final point.
I don't want to be a cock.
jon-bernard kairouz
I don't want to cuck out.
I don't want to cuck out because like you said, we've got people that work with brands here.
And like being in the social media space, you have brands that are offering tens of thousands of dollars to people.
And you've got networks, sporting networks that will put people on and it's like it's flogged to death.
The same stuff has been on TV and they just stick with it.
The same comedians roll through TV and they're not funny anymore because they can't be funny.
And it's the marketing, it's the white women marketing mafia that are picking these people to say, hey, these guys are funny.
Let's put them.
Let's put them in this scenario.
And you're not doing anything that is truthful, that's funny, that resonates with people because to be honest, it's just like it's just nothing content.
So, you know, if I want to continue to go down this path of being an actual true comedian, whether it's in stand-up or whether it's online, it's probably playing the smart game and doing it within the parameters, but pushing the envelope as much as I can.
elijah schaffer
Absolutely.
And to remind people before we go to Q ⁇ A for my boy here, John Bernard in the super chats, the reason why it's important to talk about this, he said the white woman mafia marketing team is they say that, you know, we don't want to be identitarians, but we should be identitarians because identity is destiny and it is policy.
Okay.
You don't want to hate people.
You want to love people by recognizing that identity is destiny.
Now, an example of that is a voting map in the United States.
So if people of color only voted, the POCs, the fact that we have to call them POCs is just fucking retarded.
Like, I don't even know what that means.
But if not only non-whites voted, the whole country would be left.
Blues denoted left.
If only women voted, the country would be in terms of electoral college, close to 90% of electoral college would be left.
If only men voted, regardless of race, it would be about 70% right-wing.
Just men, just gender, just male alone voting, the country would be entirely right-wing by a large majority.
It's similar map if white people, including women, but by color of skin, look at the difference between people of color and white people.
If only white people voted, the whole country by about 70%, it's a super majority of the country would be right wing.
White women is even crazier because you look at the women here, and the women is majority by like 90% left, but it's still about 60% of the country, 65% of the electoral college would go right wing.
Then, even if you look at based on education, college versus non-it's still majority right-wing.
And if white men were the only ones who voted, it would be 95% right-wing policies and almost even California and New York, or not, I mean, not New York, except just not New York, not New York, but California would be right-wing.
Now, there's Portland, Oregon.
There's no saving Oregon or Washington.
Fuck those states, apparently.
But the non-college educated whites are here.
But, like, dude, this is what I mean by this.
This is why they want to cope with, they want to focus on every identity except for men, because people say, well, it's just white men.
Look, I'm not going to cuck out on that.
Yeah, making Western nations not white is about pushing left-wing policies.
It's not because they like minorities.
There was already minorities in these countries.
They don't care about minorities.
They want them to be the majority because they tend to vote left.
That doesn't mean all minorities vote left.
And that doesn't mean that's the case.
But you have to be honest about that.
Same thing with women.
If you add people of color with the women, even white women vote majority right-wing.
They want to get rid of white people and demoralize men for the sake of getting rid of nationalism, of strong borders, of law and order.
Like that's got to be their ultimate goal.
If it's not, maybe you have a different idea.
I don't know what would be their main reason for attacking white people in their own homelands.
jon-bernard kairouz
Well, I mean, that graph pretty much makes sense as to why all these borders are just left open from the outside looking in over at the United States.
But I think the same thing happens here in Australia.
Like we push diversity.
We can't even celebrate Australia Day here anymore.
And that's coming from a wog.
You find that a lot more foreigners are more proud to be Australian than actual Australians here, which is actually crazy.
And like I said, with no comedians wanting even to touch a subject online, I think I was one of the only few people that made a joke about Woolworths in their marketing meeting deciding on not to celebrate Australia Day or offer Australia Day products.
But like you said, it's, I don't feel like they want people to be proud of the country that they're in and really just pushing different agendas.
I don't know what it is and why they want to, but you show on that graph, it makes a little bit more sense.
There's less family values.
There's, you know, it's just becoming a society that, you know, it's, it's like, like what you said at the top of the show that are looking at blokes in bikinis in a Bonsad doesn't really make sense to me.
But I think Vivek Run Swami was mentioning that before he dropped out.
elijah schaffer
Yeah, and I want to go to the QA.
I want to talk a little bit.
We're taking some super chats, some QA from the Discord for John Bernard.
Don't forget, you can leave a Rumble rant there live at Rumble Rants or on Stream Labs.
You can have it read on the show as well as on locals.
If you guys had been here later or later in the show, don't forget to support our sponsors, the Wellness Company, to get your emergency kit, which a lot of you guys have gotten and love, as well as your undertak boxers, which is absolutely amazing.
I still need to get down to Sydney and do some street content with you.
I'm getting back into it and it's doing really well.
I'm starting to like, I'm getting my footing again.
I've just had to reinvent myself and I decided to sort of be like dissident media.
But the nice thing is I'm not dissident enough that I'm like, I'm like, I'm not sigh hiling on air or anything like that.
But I want to keep it 100 because I really feel like our countries are on the line.
And I feel like as somebody who I trust in God, you know, I've stopped drinking.
I've stopped, I've worked out.
I've started to take care of my health deeply, invest in my family.
I've started to tackle other addictions and problems.
And I've realized that there were no answers for me in the church.
That when I went to go to the church, it was a lot of, it was a lot of bullshit.
It was a lot of religion.
It was a lot of people just telling you to come and feel good.
It was like a social club.
When I went to politics, it was a lot of people complaining.
And you got a lot of fat retards being like, the country's going down.
The libtards are getting us.
And you're like, dude, you're a fat, fucking ugly bitch.
Get off the couch.
You're depressed, not because Democrats are in power.
You're depressed because you have cardiovascular disease that could be reversed if you fucking walked further than from your computer to the damn fridge.
And then, yeah, but on the flip side, too, there's people that are just like, you know, there's cucks, there's simps, there's white knights.
Like, I know a lot of people who are rich, but they were simps and cocks.
And it's like, like I said, they're cocking to the media.
You have money.
So I'm like, where's life?
Is it in the money?
Is life in the politics?
Is life in the, in, in, in just, you know, looking good to people?
I was like, no, life is in reality as a man.
The ultimate goal is the reason why men kill themselves at such a high rate is because it's really difficult as a man to be at peace with yourself, to be alone with yourself.
The reason why substance abuse is higher, the reason why men even struggle with pornography is because we're always looking for a dopamine hit.
We're looking for something to cope and to distract with the misery of what is going on in our mind.
And so what the battle is, the spiritual battle, the battle that belongs to God, the battle against the culture, the political battle can all be summarized as submitting your heart, submitting your mind to God, taking seriously your calling, and learning to get into submission your thoughts.
It says to submit every thought to God.
Take every thought into submission.
Cast all of your cares, all of your anxieties onto your father because he cares for you.
And so as a man, you know, I just want to, I wanted to end with this before we go to this, is that I realize with all this stuff in matter, well, what do I do about it?
People say, what do I do about it?
You just talk about the wokeness.
I don't have money.
I'm not Elon Musk.
Here's what you do about it.
Here's how you can take control.
You're going to take control in this world by taking care of yourself and taking care of your family.
Because a lot of people say, well, men have nobody in the world.
The only people that are truly loved are women and children.
And that's true because God put man over woman and woman over child that on this earth, the only people who have a human looking out for them and truly love them are women and children.
But God put himself over authority over you as a man.
So you feel like there's no hope here.
You feel like nobody gets you.
The only way that you get, you know, rest is by hitting the bottle, by smoking weed.
The only way you get rest is by jerking off or by just ranting on the internet.
That's because you're looking to the earth to satisfy a spiritual problem, but you've got to look towards God.
You've got to look towards your father in heaven to give you peace that passes understanding and find control in your heart of hearts.
And if you can sit alone on your balcony and be at peace, then I promise you, you've already won the battle.
And even if you're up against the wall and they're going to shoot you, you still will find peace.
And this stuff won't get to you.
And you'll be a better vessel for God's use.
John, I want to give you the last word on this on wokeness on response.
You're a healthy guy.
You've taken control of your life.
Agree or disagree, final word.
unidentified
And then we'll switch over to Rumble and end in Q ⁇ A. Man, I got to agree with you.
jon-bernard kairouz
And I think that's why I resonate with you a lot, especially on Twitter.
Man of faith and, you know, you've been canceled however many times I've kind of gone through a similar thing.
And ultimately, I'm lucky enough where I've got myself, you know, I've got four brothers, a good family, a God-fearing family.
And ultimately, you're going to get tempted.
No one's perfect, but there's always time to repent.
And, you know, like you said, giving yourself up to God is an admirable thing because I think the easy way to go throughout life is just submitting to all the degeneracy that's in the world at the moment.
And that's the easy route.
It's easy to go out clubbing and write yourself off every night with alcohol and drugs and bang a lot of women.
that the harder I think the harder way is is through discipline and I feel like a person I follow online said a said a pretty cool thing and is life's not a fucking amusement park it's uh it's suffering it's um toil it's responsibility and that's the way I want to live my life Um, and and and pass it on to to kids down the line.
And I think the way you summarized it is uh is great and a way that people can go about it is, I feel everyone has an intuition of what's right and wrong.
Yeah, it's in the back of your mind.
Lean towards more god and truth and and that's how you, you're gonna set yourself free, sweet.
elijah schaffer
All right guys, go over to Rumble.
Uh, we're gonna be.
We'll be back in one minute.
We're gonna do a q a and let John go uh for the night.
So if you want to watch the rest of the show, the last 10 minutes here, so we can do some q a's with him, some super chats and uh, wrap up.
It may only be five minutes.
If you guys didn't send a lot remember, you can send your questions on censor.tv.
Right there you can join with promo code offensive for 20 off.
You can be a part of the community.
It's absolutely fantastic and your direct support of the show continues to help us be on the air, to be cancel proof.
So join the fight against cancellation and against the big networks, because you know what some networks may not like it.
If you say Mormons are going to hell uh, and you may never not, may not, be able to work there anymore.
If you say something like that uh, but this uh, this group Censor TV is not an.
I don't have a contract with them.
They literally i'm not joking with this.
I literally am not joking with this.
Uh, John would find this funny.
We have a verbal agreement and I said that's crazy in the media industry.
And they said yeah, contracts are Jewish, and so they were like that's we're like, we're Christians, like we don't our word matters and so like we we, we abide by the rules here, and you give us your word.
And you said, you'll produce x amount of content.
Why would we tie you up in a Usury Jewish system that was made in 1914 in the United States?
That's not the way of western civilization.
So this company practices what they preach.
And, by the way, the people that work there are Zionists.
They're not Anti-semitic, like people that are like Jews.
There's Jews that work there, even that have shows but they're like, hey, we're a Western Nation national company and we don't do contracts and usury and interest and bullshit.
We just do what we say.
And if you don't do what you say, we just don't talk to you anymore.
And so it's been fucking cool working there, because I've never worked at a company like that.
Every other media company I worked for had hundreds of pages of contracts with wording that I didn't understand.
To remind you, when I got out of some of those contracts, they tried to make it illegal for me to use my own name, which is why I'm E on Twitter, because for a while, I couldn't use my own name on the internet.
It's fucking crazy, but that's true.
Anyway, head over to rumble right now, rumble.com slash slightly offensive.
Go to my screen here.
This is what it's at.
You're going to type that in.
We'll have a new graphic next week or by Friday.
I think we have it done to tell you to go.
And we'll see you in a moment.
Brian, let's go ahead to the be right back for a minute and a half.
Export Selection
