[00:00:12]  There are thousands in attendance here to push back against Joe Biden's mandates.
[00:00:16]  Let's go talk to some people.
[00:00:17]  I have your sign here that reads, do not comply, stop the mandates.
[00:00:21]  Talk to us about why today is important to you.
[00:00:24]  Because my husband shouldn't have to get a vaccine just so he can go to work and provide for his family.
[00:00:28]  My father is unvaccinated.
[00:00:30]  He has quad bypass.
[00:00:32]  He has strokes.
[00:00:34]  And he is denied care in a health care facility to rehab from his injuries or his sickness that he's trying to recover from.
[00:00:45]  We shouldn't be subjecting our children to this in no way, shape, or form.
[00:00:49]  We need to protect our children.
[00:00:51]  I'm here because I believe in freedom.
[00:00:53]  I'm a veteran and I served my country for freedom, so I still uphold that today.
[00:00:58]  You guys flew in from Hawaii, so Hawaii, Hawaii has some pretty strict vaccine mandates and protocols.
[00:01:05]  Talk to us about what life in Hawaii is like.
[00:01:07]  Absolutely strict.
[00:01:08]  And our senators are the ones that proposed the bill to require the booster in order to travel between states.
[00:01:15]  And so that means that people from Hawaii wouldn't be able to leave or travel or go see their family anywhere else without a booster.
[00:01:22]  We've been on lockdown at several occasions.
[00:01:26]  Lockdown since day one.
[00:01:28]  We've never been out of lockdown.
[00:01:30]  We've never been able to go to a grocery store.
[00:01:32]  I am not allowed to go in a restaurant anymore because I don't have a card, so I can't take my granddaughter to our Sunday morning breakfast spot.
[00:01:38]  We have found all three of the anti-mandate protesters or pro-mandate protesters.
[00:01:44]  I'm not exactly sure what they would be called, but they're basically out here today.
[00:01:48]  They're very angry because we have thousands of people out here who are protesting against the mandates.

[00:01:57]  Now, would you be interested in talking to me about why it's important that you're protesting this today?
[00:02:02]  Because I'm not a selfish person who thinks it's all about me.
[00:02:07]  If we could get a 90% good immunity, not natural immunity, we could get back to our lives.

[00:03:47]  I disagree with what President Biden has been doing with the federal contractor mandate, the OSHA mandate for 100 plus employees, the health care worker mandate.
[00:03:58]  I disagree with all of it and I just want with my sign, I'm pretty deliberate in this sign.
[00:04:03]  I want to make sure that people know that we're here because we love our fellow citizen.

[00:04:17]  I've been asking people today, do you think that America is still a free country?
[00:04:21]  It is becoming scary, right?
[00:04:23]  I mean, we're in a state where people are losing their jobs if they refuse to comply with a vaccine mandate or people are afraid of speaking the truth.
[00:04:35]  I feel like we're on our way out if we don't stop it now.

[00:04:41]  We're totally controlled by the communists.
[00:04:43]  I was scared to leave my island to come here, but I'm also scared for the island and the people, and I'm scared for the world.

[00:04:52]  I think we are a country of coercion and not freedom anymore.
[00:04:56]  And if we don't stop it now, our children are going to have to fight later.

[00:05:08]  As a veteran, what you've seen over the past two years with the mandates, with the lockdowns, with forcing people to get vaccinated or choose between their job, how does it make you feel as someone who fought for American freedom?

[00:05:22]  And I'm heartbroken.
[00:05:24]  And that's not what this country is about.
[00:05:26]  We're free enough to be here in person, but are we free on social media?

[00:05:34]  If you have the wrong opinion about vaccines or the wrong opinion about our president touching children, you will get kicked off.
[00:05:45]  If you tell me, Mr. President, that I need to do something so I can have a job, so I can get tax refunds, so I can be a citizen, a paying citizen, which I am, I have to go ahead and take a shot.
