[00:02:22] Awesome. [00:02:23] Do you mind if I ask you a little bit about your flyer, what you're raising awareness for about peace? [00:02:27] Okay. [00:02:27] Awesome. [00:02:28] So what's your first name? [00:02:29] Kathleen. [00:02:29] Kathleen. [00:02:30] Great. [00:02:30] Awesome. [00:02:31] So what is your paper? [00:02:36] Why are you telling her? [00:02:37] Dude, I'm going to call the police on you. [00:02:39] Hey, listen, if you do that again, I'm registered press. [00:02:42] I'll call the police on you and they'll arrest you. [00:02:44] You're getting in the way of my job. [00:02:45] So thank you very much. [00:02:47] Okay? [00:02:47] Thank you. [00:02:53] What's up bro? [00:02:55] What's up, man? [00:02:56] All right. [00:02:56] So what are you here at this march to talk about? [00:02:59] I'm here to talk about Venezuela. [00:03:02] And stop deporting people that are for Venezuelan immigrants. [00:03:09] Help us out. [00:03:10] I can guarantee someone told him that. [00:03:12] He's never seen our work. [00:03:13] It's a lie, a smear that the left does. [00:03:15] I don't want to divide. [00:03:17] You could literally go to slightlyoffensive.com and talk to me and check it out. [00:03:20] I'm not afraid of my work. [00:03:21] It's fantastic. [00:03:22] Thank you. [00:03:24] Just here. [00:03:26] I'm fighting against the fascists right here. [00:03:28] This guy who's stopping people from talking to the press. [00:03:30] Not cool. [00:03:32] It's fascism. [00:03:33] I think socialism is good. [00:03:41] I think the United States maybe wants to make socialism look bad because they're getting worried that we're having more and more people who want to be democratic socialists here. [00:03:52] So anyway, that's kind of a lot of motivation for me. [00:03:56] First of all, what's your first name? [00:03:58] Juan. [00:03:59] One? [00:04:00] And then, question, what is it particularly about this that you're trying to get out of this protest? [00:04:06] Yankee go-ho! [00:04:07] I'm just here supporting the U.S. intervening. [00:04:10] Yankee go-ho! [00:04:12] Sir, you're interrupting our interview. [00:04:15] Sir, thank you. [00:04:16] Could you give us a couple minutes here? [00:04:17] Yankee Go-Ho! [00:04:19] Okay, thank you. [00:04:20] Okay, cool. [00:04:21] So, what is it particularly? [00:04:23] Sir, we agree with you in this march. [00:04:25] Why are you yelling at us? [00:04:26] Yankee go-ho! [00:04:27] I'm against the Venezuela invasion. [00:04:28] Thank you. [00:04:29] I don't know why he's yelling at us. [00:04:33] What? [00:04:33] But you're not going to include the talking point where you just said the U.S. [00:04:37] I can't. [00:04:37] I'm not supposed to put any of my talking points for me. [00:04:40] It's a stop hitting yourself. [00:04:42] I don't mind. [00:04:42] If I'm in an interview, I could. [00:04:44] The U.S. has a stop hitting yourself mentality. [00:04:46] All the interventions in Nicaragua, all the interventions, and all over, they're all documented. [00:04:50] They're admitted, well admitted by the CIA, that all they do is intervene and they tear apart places, aka make the economy scream, and they set up these governments to fail, and then they go and they turn around about face and say, oh, look, it's burning. [00:05:04] We should go help them. [00:05:05] Capitalism will save them. [00:05:07] It happens over and over and over again, and it's ridiculous. [00:05:10] He knows who we are. [00:05:11] He knows who we are. [00:05:12] And the thing is, is you think that communists and socialists are leftists? [00:05:16] Like, that's wrong, by the way. [00:05:18] Like, you have some real fundamental lack of understanding of actual political spectrum. [00:05:22] Well, I know they're different. [00:05:24] I know they're different. [00:05:25] Just sitting here listening to talk about politics is really painful, like, I mean... [00:05:29] Where do you disagree? [00:05:30] Severe lack of understanding of where do you disagree? [00:05:32] World history, first of all. [00:05:33] World history is the U.S. intervening and setting up and encircling with other imperialist powers. [00:05:39] I actually agree to that. [00:05:40] I said we shouldn't be doing that. [00:05:41] I said we shouldn't be. [00:05:43] I literally said we do that. [00:05:44] You're interventionalist. [00:05:44] You're non-interventionalist. [00:05:46] I think we shouldn't be intervening in foreign proxy wars, yeah. [00:05:48] Okay, well then we shouldn't have been in Iraq. [00:05:51] We shouldn't be in Afghanistan. [00:05:52] I don't believe in any of those. [00:05:53] Then you would disagree with a lot of the U.S.'s policy then. [00:05:56] A ton of it. [00:05:57] Yes. [00:05:58] So what kind of conservative do you call yourself then? [00:06:00] I call myself centrist. [00:06:01] I was saying they're saying he's accused. [00:06:03] He's accusing us of being right-wing. [00:06:04] I say he doesn't know. [00:06:05] By being a centrist, you're not taking a principled stance on anything. [00:06:08] In my personal life, when I vote at the voting booth, yes, in a show where I'm trying to get both sides, I try to be fair and not give that one-sided slant. [00:06:16] Well, I mean, you by becoming here and being contrarian and saying you're a centrist was really just not that helpful. [00:06:21] Yeah, this guy's a Nazi just. [00:06:23] I'm not, actually. [00:06:25] Because he always plays like this, but he's also a weenie amongst them. [00:06:29] Like, he has like a very few followers, so we don't even need to pay attention to him. [00:06:32] Oh, yeah, yeah. [00:06:33] Yeah, let's ignore him. [00:06:34] Dude, from a guy who's face looks like a melted So just stay out, let him go If the country needs an invasion, maybe it's the U.S. Maybe we need somebody to come and clean up this mess. [00:06:56] This guy's assaulted me twice on camera. [00:06:58] hit me we're just freaking interviewing people and now we're freaking okay stop stop stop stop stop please don't do that to us stop No, this is public property, dude. [00:07:08] We're marching. [00:07:09] What are you doing? [00:07:10] Tommy Robinson. [00:07:13] You said you have to go, so why do minorities need to leave? [00:07:16] Like, why do minorities have to go? [00:07:18] Like, you guys want minorities to leave. [00:07:20] This is YAF. [00:07:21] You said they should go. [00:07:22] So why should minorities and women leave? [00:07:24] This is the contradiction. [00:07:26] You should go. [00:07:27] Why AF? [00:07:27] Is that what happened when you came here? [00:07:29] I never came here. [00:07:30] You should leave. [00:07:31] I've never came here. [00:07:32] You were. [00:07:33] You were just over there. [00:07:34] Who am I? [00:07:34] That camera got destroyed, didn't it? [00:07:36] Yeah, by the guy. [00:07:37] You should leave. [00:07:38] Is that a threat? [00:07:38] We're talking about you. [00:07:40] Why are you threatening me? [00:07:41] Leave. [00:07:42] Why are you threatening me? [00:07:43] I don't need to leave. [00:07:44] Just as long as you're right at this page. [00:07:45] Yeah, I have a right to be here. [00:07:47] He coordinates attacks on all of us. [00:07:49] And I just like, I mean, if I looked like that, I would coordinate attacks on people too that were taller and better looking than me. [00:07:55] I would. [00:07:56] I really would. [00:07:56] Because. [00:07:57] His mustache is weird. [00:07:59] While I've been reporting, like he's hit me twice. [00:08:03] Well, what you call it doesn't matter. [00:08:05] It's freedom of press. [00:08:06] You're dishonest. [00:08:07] I mean, have you seen anything I do? [00:08:09] I literally just agreed with you on your points, and then you're telling me I'm dishonest. [00:08:13] I literally said, Yes, I agree. [00:08:14] We shouldn't be in the wars. [00:08:15] How is that bad? [00:08:17] Face and the things you actually support are. [00:08:19] What do I'm down to talk about? [00:08:21] What do you think I support? [00:08:21] And I'm down to having discussions. [00:08:22] I'm not hearing that function to talk, so really. [00:08:24] I mean, I just overheard some of the, I overheard some of the malarkey. [00:08:27] Yeah. [00:08:28] I'm not a, I'm not a, but to call someone a Nazi, dude, is really, really strong, especially because a lot of my family's Jewish. [00:08:34] That's really like a victim, dude. [00:08:36] To stop being a victim, just stop being a victim. [00:08:39] If he talked to you, you changed your mind. [00:08:40] Stop talking to us about anything after he told you we're a Nazi. [00:08:43] I think you guys is a waste of time. [00:08:44] I just was happening to overhear a lot of the points that you have. [00:08:49] I think people actually, you talking to me, would really respect you. [00:08:52] And the fact that we came to an agreement helps the dialogue in the country, actually. [00:08:56] And somebody coming in calling me a Nazi is not cool. [00:08:58] You got to look at the context, and this is a demonstration to support. [00:09:02] Why can't we just be friends? [00:09:03] Do you know what I'm saying? [00:09:06] That's what the press should do. [00:09:07] Should the press stop being contrarian of Trump? [00:09:09] Should they stop challenging Trump? [00:09:11] Yes, I work with Blaze Media, actually. [00:09:12] It's actually a registered second-largest conservative network in the country. [00:09:15] Yeah, Blaze Media is definitely an entertainment group. [00:09:19] Yeah, but there's still a media company. [00:09:20] They have a whole press as an entertainment group. [00:09:22] That's fine, but we still have press abilities, so that's fine. [00:09:24] That means you're not a reporter, you're an entertainment. [00:09:26] A reporter is reporting on what's going on. [00:09:28] I didn't say I'm the news. [00:09:29] All right, man. [00:09:30] I appreciate your talk and all that. [00:09:31] But for real, I don't want to fight you. [00:09:34] I literally want to figure out why we can't get along. [00:09:37] You can go ahead and say all you want. [00:09:38] You know, just keep on, you know, like mealy mouths. [00:09:41] I'm actually saying, for real, on the issues, I think we agree on a lot more than people like to say. [00:09:46] And they like to say, oh, they're Nazis. [00:09:47] Oh, they're communists. [00:09:48] But I think that we agree on a lot. [00:09:49] The centrist approach is really just cowardly. [00:09:51] It's not principled. [00:09:52] That's fine, but I'm actually trying to have some integrity here and come to you from a double angle here, which is like, I think we get along on a lot of issues. [00:10:00] Like, I don't think that we're enemies the way that someone might try to make it out to be. [00:10:04] Like, I think we're Americans and we agree on a lot. [00:10:06] They say they say a lot of like this and this, and then they turn about face and say a lot of other things. [00:10:09] So, I mean, it's just dishonest. [00:10:11] Okay, fine, that's fine. [00:10:13] It's fair. [00:10:14] I don't mind. [00:10:14] That was so easy to get in, to change his perspective. [00:10:18] Yeah, that was very bizarre. [00:10:22] Hey, guys, we figured it out after a while. [00:10:23] This guy's a Nazi. [00:10:24] We figured it out when I stuck my finger up my Pacific Ocean. [00:10:39] Nice! [00:10:42] So are you going to follow us the whole day, man, and impede the press or what? [00:10:46] Are you going to follow us the whole day? [00:10:49] We're not enemies, man. [00:10:51] Trump is not that bad. [00:10:52] That's your YouTube channel right there. [00:10:53] Yeah, he's not that bad. [00:10:54] Well, you think he's the worst? [00:10:55] I mean, he's okay. [00:10:57] Is nationalism racist? [00:10:59] Is it? [00:11:00] Is that bad to ask people questions? [00:11:02] Like, what happened to press? [00:11:04] You know what I'm saying? [00:11:10] Alright, thank you for watching another episode of Slightly Offensive. [00:11:12] We were here at the Venezuela hands-off march. [00:11:15] It is true that a lot of people have a point. [00:11:17] We shouldn't have our hands on another country. [00:11:19] Proxy wars have failed our nation and the establishment for almost two decades as we've had failed wars in Libya, in Syria, in Iraq, and Afghanistan, just to name a few, not even going back decades. [00:11:30] But today, people don't want to talk to us because, of course, we don't agree on all points, so that would make us Nazis because that makes sense. [00:11:38] That makes a lot of sense, right? [00:11:40] But whatever. [00:11:41] We had good conversations with people. [00:11:43] A lot of people shared their opinions. [00:11:44] And besides the yellow vest police people or whatever, it's been a pretty good day. [00:11:50] So make sure you like, share, subscribe, support what we do, and keep independent media and journalism alive. [00:11:55] Signing out. [00:12:04] See, this is a good test to the viewer. [00:12:07] We're going to try to change our mic flag to just say SO so that people don't have to hear the word slightly offensive. [00:12:12] Here it's slightly offensive. [00:12:13] We not only offend people slightly, we also slightly recycle. [00:12:18] But do you know that it's not useful to throw away your bottle caps inside the recycle bin because they don't recycle those anyways? [00:12:23] Apparently, according to most Californians whose heads are not on straight, you're supposed to take the cap off, throw it away because it's non-reusable, and then put the bottle in, maybe even without the label. [00:12:33] But I'm not that dedicated to our country or to the environment. [00:12:35] I live in L.A., so you're a good person if you just don't poop on the ground. === Finally Given Chance (00:21) === [00:12:51] I've been waiting for a chance, and I think it's finally come because I die. [00:12:57] I don't care what they do, and I don't care what they know. [00:13:04] And I don't care what they say about me now.
