Donald Trump faces indictment for posting seashells on Instagram, an act the host deems a retaliatory SLAPP lawsuit against critics while sparing allies like Epstein elites. The episode condemns the administration's weaponization of agencies to threaten broadcasters and proposes funding a presidential bunker via national park fees, labeling it tyrannical. Discussions cover a Supreme Court ruling on Colorado's conversion therapy law, Trump's unprecedented self-naming in memorials and credit cards, and accusations that he is a Manchurian candidate destroying the GOP. Ultimately, the host argues these actions signal a descent into totalitarianism, urging resistance against government overreach and the removal of tariffs and wars. [Automatically generated summary]

Trump's Webs of Deceit00:12:09
Of deceit.
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
It's The David Knight Show.
That's the clock strikes 13.
It's Thursday, the 29th of April, year of our Lord, 2026.
Well, it's been a busy 24 hours because Trump is out there spinning his webs of deceit and intimidation.
We have a lawfare slap prosecution again against James Comey.
And I'm no fan of James Comey, not at all.
But when you look at what Trump is doing, and we're going to take a look at that, it truly is amazing.
And it is very much like what was done to Trump.
And of course, it doesn't just stop there.
We have his narcissism on display.
He's putting his face on coins, on passports, on park passes, national park passes.
And by the way, he wants you to get his permission to speak.
Weaponizing government again against Jimmy Kimmel again.
Maybe he needs to look up the Streisand effect.
Ha ha.
Or maybe we need to just rename it the Jimmy Kimmel effect.
Or maybe the Donald Trump effect.
And is reckoning about to happen for the pandemic fraud?
We'll take a look at another indictment.
We'll be right back.
My fellow Americans, today I have the tremendous honor of announcing my lie of the day.
This lie is the biggest and most beautiful lie you've ever heard.
Believe me.
Former FBI Director James Comey has now been indicted for two felony counts.
Threats to harm or hurt or even kill individuals, whether they behold public office or civilians in our country, are met with the same measure of investigative prowess and tools and personnel in partnership with the Department of Justice as anyone else.
As the U.S. Attorney indicated, James Comey will be afforded every Matter of due process under the United States Constitution.
We have the best lies.
Nobody lies.
That's better than me.
Tremendous.
Yeah, well, you know, Comey goes to the beach and he sees seashells by the seashore.
Say that five times fast.
And he arranges these seashells and takes a picture of them, puts them on Instagram.
8647.
Yeah, Trump is looking at this.
Trump can't take a joke.
You know, when I criticize him for putting out.
A tweet shaking hands with this King Charles.
They're all about each other now.
It's like, why is that not a red flag to the conservatives?
They always had a problem with King Charles, and rightfully so, on so many different issues.
And yet now they're all good buddies and total crickets about that.
And they don't care about the fact that Trump keeps pushing himself out there as a king.
You know, we go back and we look at the founding fathers, we look at every one of the past presidents pretty much.
Maybe not the last two or three, but every one of the other ones, they would be horrified and insulted if you called them a king.
He loves this.
And yet, when you criticize him for it, you get criticized by the Kool Aid crowd of the MAGA people.
And that's what they are at this point.
They're just a Kool Aid crowd.
And they, oh, you can't take a joke.
He's trolling people.
It's like, grow up.
Don't you see what he's doing?
And so, what you have right here with this, by the way, there's been no indictment of any Epstein elites, but there's been multiple indictments of Trump's enemies, not his friends, because his friends are the Epstein elite.
And so, the charges against Comey are unbelievably flimsy.
And this is what really is called a slap lawsuit when it's done on a civil basis.
And we got 30 states that have laws against slap lawsuits.
It's like strategic lawsuit against public participation, I think is what it stands for, S-L-A-P-P.
It's meant to intimidate, to punish people, to cause them to spend time and money defending themselves in court.
This is the kind of stuff that was done to Trump.
And he's forgotten about the fact that that's one of the things that made him so popular.
I pointed it out.
He had people like James Carville on the Democrat side said, they're going to make a hero out of him.
Trump is going to make a hero out of James Comey, and James Comey does not deserve to be a hero.
Not at all.
But he's going to make him a hero because everybody sees the injustice, just as everybody saw the injustice when it was done against Trump.
And I said, as Trump was taking office, if you remember, I said, well, he needs to take the high ground.
He needs to come back and say, you know what they did to me?
We need to fix that so that doesn't ever happen to me or to anybody else again.
But Trump does just the opposite.
I said, I think what he's going to do is he's going to do it as much or worse than they did it to him, just so he can show people like a mafia don that he is.
Hey, you don't mess with me.
I have power.
I'm somebody.
You better not mess with me.
I'm going to personally punish you for this.
So he wants the levers of power so that he can act like a tyrant.
That's what this is really about, and like a mafia don.
So there was an indictment obtained by a federal grand jury in North Carolina.
Which just underscores you can indict a ham sandwich.
Or in this particular case, a ham FBI director, because he was always hamming it up for the press more than anybody else.
And he wound up offending everybody Hillary Clinton, as well as Donald Trump, angry at him with the 2016 election and the rest of the public because he didn't prosecute Hillary Clinton.
And so this just goes more to prove the WWE kayfabe angle.
Yeah.
This is.
Nothing but virtue signaling to his own crowd.
Look, I don't like Trump.
Look, I'm posting things on social media.
And if they weren't, if they didn't continually pull this kind of nonsense, he wouldn't be able to play victim as easily.
That's right.
But Trump is playing into his hands, right?
And really what we need to do, but you see it with the FISA stuff as well.
When FISA was being weaponized against Trump, he said, we got to get rid of this thing.
But then he gets in instead, he wants the tools of tyranny.
So he wants it extended for another two, maybe now they're saying three years.
As is, no reforms.
None at all.
And so this is the second indictment, if you remember, when it was last year that he had put in someone who had been a real estate lawyer for him as a prosecutor.
And she was clearly out of her depth.
This is one of the few saving graces of the Trump regime the incompetence of the individuals that he puts in.
And so they're behind me.
Look out.
But that's funny.
Thanks for doing that, Travis.
I didn't know you did.
Kept that in as a surprise.
So he puts somebody in who's a real estate lawyer.
She doesn't know anything about being a trial lawyer, let alone a prosecutor.
She does the indictment all on her own because the statute of limitations is about to expire on the crime that they want to indict him on, which is interesting because what they came after him for was for lying to Congress.
Do you remember James Clapper?
Do you remember when he goes to the Senate and he is asked, Are you.
Spying on Americans without a search warrant?
Oh, well, Senator, not intentionally.
Well, it turns out we found out right away within a month or two of the Snowden leaks that, yes, that was their policy.
And they were doing it all the time.
And they were doing it very intentionally.
So he committed perjury.
And I've talked about this over and over again.
And that was in 2013.
Statute of limitations ran out in five years.
That was the middle of the Trump first regime, right?
Trump never did anything to come after James Clapper.
Who is lying to you about using FISA to spy on all of us?
He doesn't care a thing about that.
He is a tool of the technocracy and the deep state.
And so the statute of limitations was about to expire on Comey and him lying to Congress, which again, I think it would have been kind of justice because that is the favorite tactic of the institution that he presided over, the FBI.
They love to get people on a process crime, bring you in.
And put you under oath and then question you in every kind of detail.
And it's, oh, well, you didn't get that right.
So now I'm going to come after you for perjury, that type of thing, even if it's not substantive.
That's what they did to Martha Stewart.
She was not convicted of insider trading.
They trapped her, got her in a perjury trap when she was being cross examined.
So, this is something the FBI does all the time.
It would have been fitting for Comey to have gotten in trouble for that.
But Trump appointed his real estate lawyer, who, as I said, never had done trials and never had done, of course, any prosecution.
And he appointed her and did it and do it legally.
And so that was the case that Comey's lawyers brought.
They said she doesn't have, she hasn't been appointed in the proper way.
And I forget exactly what the details were about her appointment that were not legal.
But on that technicality, he got out.
They rushed to get that through.
She was the only one because she was doing this solely on her own.
Nobody else wanted to have anything to do with it.
So she did it completely on her own.
So she was the only one that if they'd had another lawyer, it would have stuck.
But they didn't.
She was the only one who did it.
And so, as a result, it had to be shut down.
It was the indictment, the fruit of a poisonous tree, as they say.
So, then in the wake of that, Trump posted this message, which was supposed to be a private message, evidently, to Pam Bondi, but it went out on social media by mistake.
Pam, I have reviewed over 30 statements and posts saying that essentially, same old story last time all talk, no action.
Nothing is being done.
So, what about Comey and Adam Shifty Schiff and Letitia James?
All guilty as hell, but nothing is going to be done.
We almost put in a Democrat supported U.S. attorney in Virginia and on and on and on.
So, he's complaining about that.
He's got a list of enemies, and I want you to find something on them.
Who ever heard that before?
Was that Stalin who said, Bring me the man, I'll find the crime?
But it is the hallmark of totalitarianism.
And that's exactly what Trump is.
So he said, they impeached me twice.
They indicted me five times over nothing.
Justice has to be served now.
I want revenge now, right?
And so now he has become what he complained about.
He's indicting people multiple times over nothing.
Folks, something has to be done about it.
You know what has to be done about it?
We have to 86 this Trump regime.
That feels like it can act as an autocrat and all the little sycophants around him who lie and cheat and steal for him.
Time to 86 the Regime00:05:30
That needs to be 86th.
We need to get back to the Constitution.
So, Bondi was subsequently fired and he got in another one of his personal lawyers, Todd Blanch, who apparently is now performing for his boss.
He's doing special tricks.
Stand up, beg, roll over.
So, what is this about 86 anyway?
As a matter of fact, I encourage everybody to look up the meaning.
And this is what you'll find.
The origin of the word in the first place goes back to the restaurant business.
They were not talking about killing customers, right?
They were talking about removing things from the menu.
Going back to the 1920s or 30s, it was slang in the restaurant and bar business.
As a matter of fact, Walter Winchell, who was revered in the news in 1933, said 86 meant.
All out of it.
In other words, hey, we're 86 on, you know, ham and cheese or something, right?
But anyway, it indicated that a menu item was completely sold out.
And so that's where it started to happen.
They were just doing stuff quickly for efficiency.
So sorry, 86 on a particular ingredient.
And then it evolved to mean removing something or removing somebody and refusing service to them, not taking them out back and shooting them.
The violence stuff, I don't know where the violence attachment came to it, except out of their imagination, perhaps.
86 is an American English slang meaning to get rid of.
To refuse service to, or something that is no longer available.
I would say, with those definitions, 86 47 is something that I would support wholeheartedly.
A person who is 86 is banned or ejected from the premises, which is what is going to happen to Trump next year, most likely, if they get a large majority in the Senate.
We know they're going to have a large majority in the House, no question about that.
They're going in with a razor thin margin.
You always have, regardless of who it is, midterms.
The president's party usually loses seats midterm.
Now it's going to be really big, but the question is is it going to be big enough to cause Republicans to lose control of the Senate?
If they do, then the impeachment, which is nothing other than an indictment, will actually go through and become a removal if they have a majority in the Senate.
Do you want to see that?
Quite frankly, I look at it and there are some things that the Democrats are going to do that are going to be absolutely horrible, but.
For the most part, we can fight those at the local level.
We're talking about gun control.
We're talking about the grooming of kids and the rest of things like that.
We need to fight that at the local level.
We need to fight these schools and what's taught in them at the local level.
And people need to have seen that we can do that successfully.
We can do that with guns and things like that as well.
And most of this stuff is a spiritual battle that's not going to be fought in Washington at all, ever.
But what Trump is bringing to the table is war.
Global tariffs, global depression, that type of thing.
That is something that is unique to the office.
And right now, it's been unique to him.
That really needs to be stopped.
That needs to be 86th.
We need to take his wars off the menu.
We need to take his tariffs off the menu.
And we need to take the fact that he is at war, threatening and also violent with so many other people and places and countries.
I mean, we've got Canadians now hating America because of his mouth and his actions and his threats.
Anyway, so it's slang for nixing something, meaning rejecting or canceling it.
So, polls say that 70% of Americans want to 86 Trump, quite frankly.
So, at this point, Comey is a majority opinion.
So, the interesting thing is that a day before this all happened, Drudge had a headline up that said 999 days in a picture of Donald Trump.
If you click on that, somebody's actually set up a website counting down the days, the hours, the minutes, the seconds until Trump is out of office.
And that's how much he's loved by the vast majority of Americans.
Yeah, he's got a small group of Kool Aid drinkers who love everything the guy does and will follow and excuse everything that he does.
But most Americans want him gone.
And when you look at how he hates free speech, And free press, that's just the beginning.
And we're going to talk about that in a second here.
So, while some sources like Cassell's Dictionary of Slang list to kill as a definition of 86, this usage is very rare and often contextual.
They're going to have a hard time proving this.
Merriam Webster acknowledges the get rid of meaning as the primary one and does not include any sense of violence.
Free Speech Under Attack00:16:18
They say there's no evidence for that.
The term gained cultural prominence through the TV show Get Smart at Agent 86.
Yeah, we need to get smart.
Trump is an agent of chaos, but he also is an agent of control.
He's bipartisan, right?
He wants to control us and he wants to use chaos to do it.
There was also an anime called 86.
Do you know anything about that, Travis?
I wouldn't know anything about it.
No.
Anyway, that referenced societal rejection.
Well, I think societal rejection applies here.
Yes, we should, 86, this thin skinned, narcissistic tyrant.
Who is at war with the world, not just with James Comey?
And again, there's a good chance that that's going to happen after the midterms.
But we need to work at the state and local level to try to protect ourselves and what the Democrats are going to do.
They are no angels.
So again, they indicted him a second time.
And the indictment says that he knowingly and willfully made a threat.
To take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States, do you get that out of that uh Instagram post of seashells?
This is so extremely absurd, and of course, when you look at Kash Patel doing this, his eyes wide open, does he realize that he's putting his own head in the noose?
Yeah, it's pathetic, and just a bunch of yes men and sycophants who want to please their boss no matter how they look.
To the rest of the country.
That's really what's going on here.
And of course, we've got Zionists who are doubling down on this stuff as well.
We have the Zionist Organization of America, I think is what's called ZOA or something.
This guy has been on multiple programs talking about how everybody needs to be shut down.
If you criticize Israel, they've got a new cause now for censorship because the Zionists are always about censorship.
So now the ZOA, let's call themselves ZOG, actually, and Mark Levin are out there saying, You know, you need to be shut down.
You need to be canceled and all this other kind of stuff, right?
I'm not talking about the First Amendment.
It's like, yeah.
First Amendment doesn't give us free speech, Levin, doesn't convey that upon us.
And I'm sick and tired of the people who use corporations to censor and cancel people.
We know it was always the government, there's never any question about that.
We've got the documents now that show it.
It's despicable.
What he's doing out there.
This guy has never been about liberty.
And that's the name of his program Life, Liberty, and Levin.
And as I said, one of these things is not like the others, right?
Levin is not like life or liberty.
He wants wars.
He wants to take away your free speech for starters and everything else.
And he doesn't like life and liberty himself.
This is a guy who made his name writing a book called The Liberty Amendments.
He wants to have a constitutional convention.
And I use Mark Levin as exhibit A. Of why we cannot have a constitutional convention.
I said the people who are calling for it, like Mark Levin, are calling for it because they want to destroy the Constitution.
Can you imagine Mark Levin rewriting the First Amendment?
Imagine what he would do.
Well, you don't have free speech if you're criticizing Israel, right?
The Israeli government.
My personal theory is that when Trump and Netanyahu end up in hell, in the two cells beside them will be Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin, and they'll have to listen to them kvetch for eternity.
That's right.
So, anyway, knowingly and willfully transmitting an interstate commerce communication that contained a threat to kill the President of the United States.
That's the second charge.
Two felonies.
That they brought up against Comey.
Both of these are absolute nonsense.
You know, we went back, remember January the 6th when that was happening?
Remember, you had a lot of people out there saying, well, Alex Jones said, one way or the other, we're going to get rid of Joe Biden, right?
A lot of people said, he's threatening to kill Biden.
Well, he was right there.
And he had a large group of people.
But as we pointed out at the time, the Supreme Court has held that you can say things like that, rhetorically say things like that.
And you can do it even when you're on the premises.
It's only if you.
Say that, and you're right there, and you're pointing, and there's an expectation that people are going to act on it.
Speech is highly protected, even though Levin and Trump don't like that.
And so you're allowed to say that under free speech rules, and the Supreme Court has not disagreed with that.
It wouldn't matter if they did disagree with it.
I mean, you could be punished, but it wouldn't change the reality.
So this is an effort to harass Comey and to make him fight these baseless charges.
Trump didn't learn the lesson.
That of what was done to him.
And so now he's going to make a hero out of Comey, which is totally undeserved.
So there are multiple threats, cases very similar to this one, including one where the defendant pled guilty recently to threatening former President Biden, said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanch.
Well, just because somebody pleads guilty, that just means that they don't have any faith in the jury system.
That's been completely destroyed.
And because they come in and they ramp up crazy charges, right?
Even if there is the basis for a real charge, they add so much other stuff to it.
And then they come back and say, you know, we'll take all these other things off.
It's just plead guilty to this original charge that's there.
Most people will take that.
And so I think it's interesting to see how the New York Post and many other press organizations.
When they talk about this, they will put it in the context of, well, you know, President Trump is just threatened for the third time.
He nearly got killed again, you know.
It's like that doesn't have anything to do with it.
That had nothing to do with the context of what happened a year ago.
And by the way, it doesn't have anything to do with his vendetta against Jimmy Kimmel either.
That joke that Jimmy Kimmel made about Melania having the glow of an expectant widow had nothing to do with a threat on his life.
After the White House.
Correspondence dinner thing.
Then they came back and said, Well, he's trying to ramp up people trying to kill the president.
That had nothing to do with it.
Context means a lot when you look at things like that.
So his alleged conduct is the same kind of conduct that we will never tolerate and we will always investigate and we will regularly prosecute, says the so called attorney general, the so called FBI director.
So it's just we are going to intimidate critics.
That's the bottom line.
You will not criticize your politicians anymore.
You're not criticized there.
And by the way, as one person pointed out, and I think they're probably right, Caroline Lovett came on and she said, Well, we're not going to allow this type of conduct and speech from mainstream media or from podcasters.
She specifically mentioned podcasters.
Well, bring it on because I'm not going to stop.
I'm not going to adjust my speech.
I'm going to come after people like you.
I'm going to come after the people you support at Pfizer and these other places.
You bunch of murdering criminals is all you are thieves and criminals.
Comey issued a defiant statement.
He said, I'm still innocent, still not afraid.
I still believe in the independent federal judiciary.
So let's go.
His lawyer said, Mr. Comey vigorously denies the charges contained in the indictment and looks forward to vindicating himself and the First Amendment as well.
And again, here's the New York Post with their irrelevant context because you heard that lie from Kash Patel saying, Well, we've been working on this for nine to 11 months.
So, how does what happened on what was it, Sunday or something, or Saturday?
How does that factor into this?
They said they've been working on it for nine to 11 months.
New York Post says Trump survived a third assassination attempt.
The two earlier attempts made by would be assassins and blah, blah, blah, you know.
So, that is absolutely irrelevant, has nothing to do with this at all.
So, the earlier case again was brought on by Ted Cruz.
You know, Ted Cruz can't be bothered.
With coming after the Epstein elites.
He can't be bothered with the rest of the stuff.
But he was the point man to come after Comey and to say, you know, when you appeared before this group earlier, you said this and this and this.
And we've now found that that is not true.
And so he was really, when you talk about lying under oath, it is the FBI lies so much.
Not always under oath, but they lie so much.
I refer to them usually as FIB.
So, they're either lying as the FIB or they are the FBI, which is feds blocking an investigation, like they blocked the investigation of the Epstein elite.
They really don't care about lying under oath unless they want to get you, right?
And so the question is, you know, why didn't Ted Cruz do this to Clapper?
You know, he comes in and he goes, well, you know, when I talked to you before, you were asked, have you ever authorized someone else to the FBI?
To be an anonymous source in a news report about the Trump investigation or the Clinton administration, you responded again under oath, no.
And so the issue is that if he was leaking or having other people leak information out of the Trump administration or some of these investigations, that I don't even know if that's a crime or not, but they don't care.
It's just, you know, what size shoe do you wear?
Oh, you said an eight.
It's an eight and a half.
Okay, you're going to jail.
So he didn't do that, by the way.
Ted Cruz did not do that to James Clapper because Ted Cruz doesn't care about your privacy.
Ted Cruz doesn't care about the Constitution.
He's fine with FISA.
He's fine with Section 702.
He doesn't care about any of that stuff.
He simply wants to please Trump.
That's it.
And he betrayed Americans.
He betrayed the Constitution.
He is just doing political posturing when he does this kind of stuff.
So Comey removed that post, the 8647, the same day.
He wrote on social media, he assumed that the shells represented a political message, but he said he didn't realize some folks associate those numbers with violence.
It doesn't matter whether they are in reality.
I mean, you got who was it that associated it with it?
Well, the first person who associated it with it was Christy Gnome, Christy the clown.
And you know what she did?
Remember what she did about the ICE murders in Minnesota.
You know, the very first one of Nate Good.
She said, Well, these agents were stuck in the snow with their car and then they were attacked by these other people.
And everybody had seen the video except for Christy Nome and Donald Trump.
And they just created their own imagination, their own version of reality, not thinking about or caring about the fact that everybody else had seen the videos and knew immediately when Christy the clown and Trump were lying.
So, again, she lied about James Comey in the same way.
Trying to make him into a terrorist, right?
And so, you know, what he, regardless of, you know, Comey and all the rest of this stuff, he is not threatening the president in that tweet.
I said, it never occurred to me, but I opposed violence of any kind, so I took the post down, he wrote at the time.
And she went, terrorist, terrorist.
And so, again, Marianne Franks, a George Washington University law professor, said, Comey's social media post.
Is a very ambiguous statement at best.
Good luck proving this.
You may be able to get an indictment.
That doesn't mean anything.
Additionally, prosecutors would face an intent requirement.
Under Supreme Court precedent, they would have to show that Comey was aware that his message could make the recipient fearful and that he callously disregarded the risk that it would be perceived that way.
And you know, the reality is that it is Trump.
Who is the one who is threatening?
It's Trump, who's the one who is attacking.
It's Trump who's doing that through lawfare, through so many different ways.
And so, again, as I said before, this is exactly what slap lawsuits are about strategic lawsuit against public participation.
This is defined, and as I said, 30 states have got laws against this type of lawfare.
A slap case is something that is meant, a lawsuit is something that is meant to intimidate, to silence, Or to burden critics rather than something that has any legal merit.
That's exactly what this is.
This has absolutely no legal merit.
It is simply about intimidation, silencing, and burdening other people with lawfare.
The goal is to exhaust the critic financially as well as with their time, forcing them to abandon their criticism.
And so, again, nobody in their right mind would think that this was a death threat from Comey.
Except there isn't anybody in their right mind in the Trump administration.
Trump is absolutely crazy, and the people around him are crazy about him, and they're willing to do anything to humiliate themselves publicly, to destroy the Constitution and the rule of law, to appease this petty thief and dictator, Donald Trump.
He's corrupt and crazy, just like corrupt and crazy Christy, who was lying about what happened in Minnesota as well.
Then that brings us to Jimmy Kimmel.
The Streisand effect, or we should say the Trump effect.
He wants to come after ABC's broadcast licenses again.
He wants to weaponize the government.
We talked about this when he did it before, and he's done this many times.
Look at all the lawsuits he's put out $10 billion lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal when they accurately reported the birthday card that he created for Jeffrey Epstein.
He came after the BBC because he didn't like the way they edited something, I think was the basis of that $10 billion for that as well, as well as a $10 billion lawsuit against CBS because he thought that their editing was too favorable to Lala Harris.
And they settled with him out of court because he was using the FCC to keep them from being able to keep the owner of CBS or what was it?
I don't know if it's Viacom at this point in time.
But anyway, the holding company that owned CBS and Paramount and all these different things.
She wanted to sell it and he was going to block the sale, weaponizing government.
I mean, can you imagine if a Democrat had done this?
Weaponizing the FCC00:15:28
How the.
Republicans be screaming bloody murder, and rightfully so, but they're quiet when Trump does it.
And when Trump does something that is evil, like the Democrats do, they excuse it.
They say, well, the Democrats did that.
So it's okay now.
So the FCC, which again, if we look at the FCC, what is the purpose of the FCC?
Is the purpose of the FCC to police speech?
It shouldn't be, right?
But of course, Obama wanted to do that.
Remember the conservative outrage, and rightfully so?
When Obama had the FCC contacting people at newsrooms and saying, Tell us how you put the news together.
We're curious.
We'd like to know.
It's like, Get out of here.
You got no right to ask us a question like that.
And conservatives were very angry about that and should be.
But what Trump is going to do is use the FCC to censor his critics.
You're going to find ways to punish them.
And again, the FCC shouldn't have this kind of power.
The FCC doesn't even need to exist.
At one point in time, they needed to auction off the airwaves.
Fine.
You don't need a perpetual bureaucracy to do something like that.
It's just a one time thing.
And then it becomes I own this frequency spectrum and I can sell that as property to somebody else, right?
And if you have somebody who is broadcasting under higher power and their sidebands are interfering with your frequency or something like that, that's a court case, right?
It's a trespass.
So you can settle that in court.
You can show that, you can prove that, and you can get that taken care of in court.
You don't need the FCC.
But both Obama and Trump have pushed the FCC to start to police speech.
So the FCC is reportedly preparing a review of Disney's broadcast licenses a day after the late night comic Jimmy Kimmel refused to apologize for a remark that the first lady, Melania Trump, had the glow of an expectant widow.
It's so incredibly lame that the president is sitting around.
I demand an apology from this comedian.
Yeah, that's why I call him a president.
You're supposed to be dealing with world leaders, we're supposed to trust you to negotiate.
Policy.
We're supposed to trust you to negotiate wars when you're sitting around worried about what Jimmy Kimmel is saying.
Grow up.
And look at the way that he talks to other people, right?
We've never seen a president or anybody in public life with the kind of tongue that Donald Trump has.
As someone who's been on, you know, my generation kind of grew up on the internet, I've had so many people say so many worse things to me, orders of magnitude.
And I'll be honest, I've said terrible things, worse things than this to other people on the internet as well.
It's the internet.
People say things, deal with it.
That's right.
If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen.
It's as simple as that.
Yeah.
And as a matter of fact, this guy, what's his name?
Adam Carolla or something.
He's a comedian.
But he was the one who just yesterday was featuring and all this stuff about, yeah, we need to change the name of ICE to NICE.
And he's joking about that.
He knows both Jimmy Kimmel and Donald Trump.
And he came out and he said, look, here's the reality of this.
He said, you know, this is the kind of joke that if you're doing a roast, and that was the context of Jimmy Kimmel's joke, he was like setting up a roast at the White House correspondence dinner.
And so, if you're doing a roast and you've got an old rich guy, especially one who's a bit of a jerk, And he's got a young, attractive wife, everybody would make that kind of a joke.
That's what that's really about.
And he said, the only reason that this is coming up is because he said, if I were to make a joke about my assistant here and say she should die in a car accident or something like that, and then she dies in a car accident a couple of days after that, then everybody would be upset with me.
If that didn't happen, then they wouldn't have anything to say about it.
He goes, it's just, this is coming up and they're making a big issue out of this because of the White House Correspondents' Denner.
But it's absolute nonsense and it's criminal.
The way Trump is using his power in government is absolutely criminal.
He should be impeached and removed.
He should be 86th for this.
So, the eight ABC licenses that Disney has, as a matter of fact, you know, we look at the network.
This came up before when they came after Kimmel.
So, you have the ABC network, and they do the programming, and, you know, they set up the Jimmy Kimmel show and that type of thing.
And then they have affiliates, and a lot of these affiliates have a lot of stations.
And so when this came up before, a lot of them voluntarily canceled the Jimmy Kimmel show.
Then they eventually brought it back.
But, you know, they are the ones, these individual stations are the ones that evidently are susceptible to this overreach from the unconstitutional FCC.
But Disney does own eight stations, and they could try to pull those licenses.
They don't have the authority to do it, but they have the power to do this.
We see this from the Trump administration over and over again.
He doesn't have the authority to impose tariffs, but he just does it and says, Sue me in court.
I don't care.
It's the same attitude these billionaires have about everything.
It's just like what I was saying when we lived in Austin, just outside of Austin.
And Elon Musk was setting up a facility there for SpaceX and also for the Boring Company.
He was violating the runoff pollution rules that applied to everybody else.
They were hitting him with fines.
He said, I don't care.
Just keep the fines coming.
I don't care.
He violated the road cut stuff.
So the Department of Transportation came after him.
State or government did.
He didn't care about that either.
They just give me a fine.
I don't care.
This is the way these guys act.
This is the governing mode of Donald Trump on everything.
I'm going to declare a phony emergency.
Then I'm going to say I can do this by executive order and I'll see you in court if you want to try to stop me.
So again, he doesn't even pretend to care anymore.
And the reports come a day after the president, first lady.
Took to social media to demand ABC fire Kimmel.
What reports?
Well, it's a report first from Semaphore that this was going to happen, and then Brian Stelter said that he'd had some information that it's going to happen.
So we haven't seen any action taken by Brendan Carr yet, but we saw similar things happen previously over Jimmy Kimmel and over what happened with 60 Minutes.
So Kimmel's quote, hateful and violent rhetoric.
Is intended to divide our country said Melania.
Are you kidding me?
This is absolute projection, right?
Trump is the one who is dividing our country like it's never been divided before.
And it's his hateful and violent rhetoric and his actual violence against other countries.
You know, there's just a massive drug bust of marijuana and I think it was cocaine in Colombia down the area where we were shooting to kill.
And I saw the headline and I looked at it and I couldn't see where the Coast Guard or anybody else that, whoever it was that stopped them, I couldn't see that even though this was a record amount.
They'd never got this much in terms of drugs.
For some reason, they didn't kill the people who were trafficking it.
They didn't line them up on the boat after they verified that they had it, after they verified this is the largest amount we've ever seen in our lives.
They didn't call in a missile strike.
They didn't line them up on the side of the boat, machine gun them into the water, and then kill them if they're still surviving in the water.
That's Pete Hegseth.
That's the Pentagon that does that.
This is, again, this administration.
It's just beyond imagination.
The Twilight Zone.
It was a very light roast joke about the fact that he was almost 80 and she is younger than I am, said Jimmy Kimmel.
It was not by any stretch of the imagination a call to assassination.
But see, this is being weaponized now.
We're going to talk about this after the break.
This is what Mark Levin and the Zionist Organization of America, ZOA, I guess is what it stands for.
This is what they're saying.
You better not criticize Trump.
Any criticism of Trump is a call to assassinate him.
And you need to be punished.
And you need to be canceled.
You know, that's Marco then.
I'm going to cancel everybody.
I can do it.
We did it to Pat Buchanan.
Pat Buchanan wanted to stop aid to Israel.
Well, Pat Buchanan wanted to stop aid to everybody.
But I don't care.
We canceled Pat Buchanan.
We can cancel you as well.
And that's what they're saying.
They're saying basically any criticism of Trump, any criticism of the emperor, is treason.
And these are the new rules that are being imposed.
Well, Glenn Beck actually even criticized lightly Trump.
He had to tread very carefully.
So he did a very long video to lay out where he was agreeing with Trump and where he was disagreeing with him.
Made sure that everybody understood that he didn't like Jimmy Kimmel.
Who does, as a matter of fact?
You can just take that for granted, you know?
Just assume people know you don't like Jimmy Kimmel and move on.
Yeah, exactly.
You don't like him, don't watch him.
That's the American way, right?
It's a free country.
Oh, wait, I forgot.
It's not a free country anymore.
So he posted a lengthy video.
He wrote that while he found the joke worthy of firing, he said the government should stay out of it.
Well, you know, the way Mark Levin looks at it is like, well, this person needs to be fired, and I'm going to tell the people to do it.
And we're going to organize a boycott.
We're going to pressure them to do it.
We'll get the government to pressure them to do it.
And he said that Kimmel has a right to speak, even to say incredibly stupid, tasteless, unfunny things on his show without federal crackdown.
ABC has a right to air his garbage and Disney has a right to employ him.
But this doesn't mean that Kimmel should say this.
So, again, don't make any jokes about this thin skinned tyrant.
Any jokes you make about him will be construed as an attempt on his life and you'll have multiple felony charges against you.
We don't care what the First Amendment says.
That's what these people are telling you right now, which I think we need to have instead of a lie of the day, we need to have a A joke of the day about 86 in Trump.
I understand how the president feels, and I happen to agree with him, says Glenn Beck.
So, yeah, be very careful about criticizing Trump because you know where your bread is buttered, don't you, Glenn Beck?
You don't want to offend these Kool Aid drinkers.
You know, Trump weaponizes the FCC.
You don't have anything to say about that?
You know, I would say that when we have somebody that does stuff like that, we have a duty to mock them.
As Saul Linsky said satire is the most effective weapon.
There is no defense against it.
That's what needs to be done to people like this.
We have a duty to mock these tyrants with fragile egos.
And, you know, we don't need to assuage him or any of his Kool Aid drinking clan that are out there.
I don't really care what these MAGA people say anymore.
So, again, go ahead.
It really is amazing, though.
Satire and humor is one of the most effective ways to take someone down.
Saw that with, what was it, Gerald Ford and the ice cream cone over and over again?
Mm hmm.
And it speaks to how stumbling, yeah, how unfunny and uncreative our modern TV comedians are that this is the best they can do with such a target rich environment like Donald Trump.
That's right, that's right.
Well, I told you what Adam, his name is Adam Carolla, and again, he's the guy who's having a little bit of a moment here with his uh joke about ice becoming nice and all the rest of the stuff.
But even he came back and said, Okay, one chill out, this is just a joke.
Anybody would say this, and he even pointed out, He said, Hey, if I was uh at a roast, he said, You'd say this about any.
You know, a young, attractive woman and a wealthier, older guy.
He said, You can make the same joke about Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, even though their ages are closer together, he said.
But again, Bezos probably doesn't like it, but he doesn't have the power of the president to do anything about it.
It actually reminds me of when Norm MacDonald hosted for the White House.
I forget exactly what the dinner was about, but he made a joke about Alan Greenspan marrying a woman that's a lot younger than him and said, She promises to love, honor, cherish, and speak into his good ear.
That's good.
Yeah, he got into a lot of trouble for talking about OJ Simpson, didn't he?
He did indeed.
Anyway, Mises.org put this out before these latest things broke.
They said free speech is about individual liberty, not about viewpoint discrimination.
And what they did was they went back and looked at the Supreme Court decision, which rightfully shut down a Colorado law that said you cannot give counseling.
That would tell somebody that, hey, you know what, maybe you are not in the wrong body.
Maybe you're just fine with that.
You know, they call conversion therapy.
So you can't talk to them about Christ.
You can't talk to them about, yeah, God created us male and female.
You can't say that kind.
Now you can, and you really should convince them that they're in the wrong body and go the other way.
That's protected in Colorado.
And so they rightfully shut that down.
But what Mises is saying, they did it for the wrong reason.
They did it not because we all have an individual right of free speech.
They didn't do it on the basis of individual liberty.
They did it on the basis that we've got to stop viewpoint discrimination.
And they said it's one more step down the road to conceptualizing free speech as an application of the non discrimination principle rather than coming from individual liberty.
The majority of the court in this Colorado case ruled that the therapist should be permitted to conduct sexual orientation change efforts.
The reasoning was that restricting the form of talk therapy amounts to discrimination on the basis of viewpoint.
This framing reflects the trend of subsuming all jurisprudence within the egalitarian principles of non discrimination.
Forbidding one form of talk therapy discriminates against the therapist who chooses to talk in a different way to them, right?
And when you look at the Supreme Court decision itself, they quoted.
Here, when the government seeks to not just restrict speech based on its subject matter, but also seeks to dictate what particular opinion or perspective individuals may express on the subject, the violation of the First Amendment is all the more blatant, they said.
Discriminatory Content Regulation00:11:29
Okay, well, that was one court case, and that was what the Supreme Court said.
They said, This seems to imply that while regulating the content of speech is a violation of the First Amendment, doing so in a discriminatory manner.
Is, quote, all the more blatant, unquote.
And the court said Colorado's law does not just regulate the content of her speech, it goes a step further, prescribing what views she may or may not express.
As Mises says, but this reasoning, the notion of discrimination is elevated above the overriding principle that silencing people is wrong, but that viewpoint discrimination is worse.
In other words, it shouldn't be, this is not an aggravating factor here.
This is just flat out a violation of your ability to speak.
And of course, the reason they called it conversion therapy is because they intend it to become a censorship of your religious views as well.
And so, where are we with all of this stuff?
We've got the Senate Republicans talking about how you got Rick Scott who says, In the wake of this supposed attempt on Trump's life, he said, We can't have the taxpayers pay for the ballroom.
We've got $39 trillion worth of debt.
Let it be done privately.
And you know, it's interesting because I never referred to the pagan god Baal.
I always heard it pronounced that way growing up, but because it's frequently mentioned in the Bible, but a lot of people pronounce it ball.
B A A L.
And so there's a lot of memes that are out there.
One of them saw they had the entrance to this grand ballroom.
And he said, now you know why they call it.
It's actually the B A A L room.
And they had a Baphomet figurine up above the door as you go in.
Very appropriate, actually, for these Epstein elites that are there.
But he said, I support the construction.
We need this.
We've got to have a ballroom.
I mean, you know, how are we going to protect our presidents if we don't have a ballroom?
How did we get by for 250 years without a ballroom?
How did we get by without an underground bunker right there at the White House for our presidents?
Why did we not need that?
It couldn't be because we've become this despicable empire.
Is that the reason with a tyrant?
Is that the reason why we need to take the next step?
These countermeasures on the basis of what these guys are doing out there?
So Lindsey Graham got into it.
And he and Senator Katie Britt and Eric Schmidt, another Republican, he's a Republican from Missouri, would offer that the cost of the project with national park user fees and custom fees.
So there we go.
You and I, instead of being able to go to the national parks freely, we have to be charged.
But now we have to be charged more.
The land that is out here, the so called public land, we're not allowed to look at that because we've got to send them money for a ballroom bunker.
How disgusting that is.
You know, I've said many times.
Yeah, go ahead.
No, it's just so utterly ridiculous that the government is allowed to charge you to go look at the.
The grandeur of nature that God put out there.
That's right.
It blows my mind.
I might be okay with charging foreigners.
Oh, you're visiting America?
You want to see its sights?
Oh, they really ramped those fees up.
They're over $100 now if you're not an American citizen and you come here as a visit.
No wonder nobody's coming here anymore.
They look at Trump and they say, What kind of a country is this?
I don't think I feel comfortable going there.
Well, you can't afford to come here anyway.
But as I've said before, when I would go to the Smoky Mountains and we go through the area there with Cades Cove, And you see the old houses and the places where they worked and their churches and all this kind of stuff.
It's just a reminder that I don't know when it was exactly in the 20s or 30s they came through and they just stole all that land from the individuals that were living there and created a national park.
And it kind of ruins it for me when I go through there.
It really makes me angry to see that.
And yet here they are saying, well, now you can't even go enjoy the mountains unless you pay for the ballroom bunker that's coming up there.
We got to do it for the president because he's so hated by everybody, foreign and domestic.
We got to protect him with a bunker.
And of course, we will be paying for that in perpetuity because they're going to be ramping up all kinds of military stuff.
As Lindsey Graham said, underneath it's going to be a lot of military stuff.
There'll be Secret Service, Annex, who pay for it by offsetting it with custom fees and park fees and things like that.
Private donations can be used, but we're going to use that for buying stuff like fine China.
Things like that, you know.
So that's going to go to the gold and the fine China that's there.
But for the bread and butter, you're going to pay for the protection of these despots that are there while they lock down the public land.
And of course, for the longest time, one of the things about the Smoky Mountain National Park is one of the first ones that was there.
And there are already roads running through it.
So they said you can't shut down these roads, major artery of traffic connecting down to North Carolina.
And so it was a state law saying you can't charge admission to the park.
So they have started charging to park in the park.
You can't stop your car unless you get a ticket from them.
That's one of the ways that they're getting around it.
But it's just a matter of time before they do it.
And the Republicans and state government here just rolled over for all that nonsense.
But it's one of the reasons why this park here gets probably three or four times what all the runner ups do in terms of the number of visitors every year.
So when we come back, we're going to talk about Markle then.
But before we do, we've got a lot of comments.
And also, someone pointed out in chat that I said target rich environment when discussing Trump.
Want to clarify?
I want to clarify.
I meant about his personality.
I don't mean anything physical should be done.
This is not about violence.
I was simply pointing out he has many character flaws.
That's what I meant.
I'm not going to qualify any of the metaphors that I use.
I'm sick of this.
And I'm sick of the conservatives becoming exactly what they always criticized about the left the snowflake aspect of it.
It's so disgusting.
We have Nadlander.
This was from the very beginning of the show before it actually started.
He says Northeast Ohio police have been using traffic drones.
Isn't that wonderful?
Great.
And Brandon Bennett says happy birthday to David tomorrow.
Well, thank you very much.
I appreciate that.
And Stealth Patriot, thank you very much for the tip.
Very generous.
He says, We are not far from the tools Trump is using against his enemies being weaponized against the rest of us.
Remote shutdowns of your car because of your social media posts.
Yeah, that's right.
Well, they're putting in that ability to shut down your car.
That's going to be required as of the next year's model.
Basically, under the pretense that we don't want you driving drunk.
So now we are all drunk until proven sober.
I say we need to consider that all the people in Washington.
Are pedophiles until proven innocent.
How about that?
That would be a good assumption.
That'd be a closer assumption.
Mark Young, 12, says Zionism and political Israel.
The term Christian Zionism is an oxymoron if you understand who Jesus is, the Lamb of God who ended the sacrificial system.
Who said, My kingdom is not of this world.
Yeah.
That's right.
Inigo Sonita says, During the Minnesota ICE protest, Trump said, You can't bring a gun to a protest.
Meanwhile, Trump admits to arming Iranian protesters with weapons, rifles, et cetera.
Yeah, they bragged about it.
So did Israel.
And a lot of people said, well, you know, a lot of those, I don't know what the case is there at all.
Some people said, well, the executions that were happening there were Mossad agents or people who were working for Mossad.
Even as Mossad was bragging about that, it's, oh, no, they're doing it to their own people, whatever.
It's not our business.
Yep.
Guard Goldsmith, and of course you can find him at Liberty Conspiracy at 6 p.m.
And he says, by its nature, the Federal Radio Commission under Herbert Hoover started playing favorites at the start by claiming the authority to control radio coverage.
The basis of it is unconstitutional.
All radio spectrum claims were handled as property rights claims prior to the FRC, and Hoover got lots of support from broadcasters, quote unquote, he favored, which helped him later after he left the FRC to run for president.
I'm sure he got a lot of favorable coverage.
Yeah, he hoovered up a lot of donations.
Hoover, in terms of the vacuum company, has become a verb in the UK.
And because it became a verb, it lost its trademark there.
And so people always talk about hoovering up things.
He hoovered up his donations, didn't he?
And Birdhouse Blue says, Melania's nude modeling photos were more offensive, in my humble opinion.
Yeah.
Well, anyway, that's, she's proud of that.
We'll be right back.
Making sense.
Common again.

Limits on Vile Speech00:15:15
And did you want to do what you're talking about?
Real quickly, I just want to say thank you to Owen61.
It's very generous.
And he says, Happy birthday, David.
But Birthday's tomorrow, folks.
So hold off on the birthday wishes.
One more day.
One more day.
I'm so old, we don't want to rush this thing.
Give me one more day so the numbers flip over again.
Well, let's take a look at what Mark LeBain is pushing here in terms of censorship to benefit Trump.
First time things like this have happened, but it really is problematic because so much of it is protected.
And you heard people say, Don't you believe in that?
Speech is protected.
That's a problem.
The First Amendment.
Do you want to deplatform people?
You know, the libs do that.
I don't have any problem with deplatforming Nazis or jihadis.
I don't have any problem with deplatforming.
You're the Nazi.
What does that mean, deplatforming them?
A government law?
No.
It means that X or Twitter or Facebook or Amazon with Twitch and so forth says, you know what?
You're a lowlife.
We're not paying, you know, get off our platform.
Why do they do that?
It's called private enterprise.
I got no problem with that.
I mean, what if they have this horrific pornography on them?
Is that okay?
No, it's not okay.
What if they have a bunch of drug addicts, you know, shooting up all the time?
Is that okay?
No, that's not okay.
Because our kids have access to it.
People who are impressionable have access to it.
What if they have people screaming at the top of the lungs saying, assassinate this guy and assassinate that guy?
Well, they shouldn't do that.
Why?
What's the standard?
You need to have a standard.
What should the law be?
What does the Constitution say?
I just think we've taken this too far.
Because we're not even talking about political speech, which is the most important of all speech.
Yeah, we are talking about it.
We do limit.
Speech.
We limit speech, pornography.
We limit speech, cigarettes on the air and so on.
We limit speech, booze.
We limit speech, drugs, and I could go on and on and on.
There's different types of speech.
There's commercial speech, right?
There's religious speech.
There's political speech.
They're babbling buffoons.
We see that all over the internet.
Most of that is protected too, but I'm not talking about that.
I'm talking about the kind of speech that really gets in the head of people who want to do grave damage to other people.
We've got to protect Trump.
And I'm not talking about it in an ambiguous way.
When you get a guy that talks about killing a senator, oh, I really didn't mean it.
Or when you get a guy that says, yeah, I don't know if there's really rape.
Can you prove it and so forth on October 7th?
Well, he's allowed to say that.
But in the pattern of what this person is saying, what is it that they're trying to do?
Have a real discussion?
No.
No, he'll say that, but he's not.
The overthrow of the country?
Let me ask you this.
Do you think the founders would have put up with this?
Yeah, I think they did actually.
They understood what you don't understand.
He's out there saying, Well, you know, this isn't the First Amendment.
People are saying this.
They don't even understand what the First Amendment is about.
It's like, let me just say this The First Amendment does not grant us the privilege of speech.
We're not prohibited from speech.
And isn't it ironic that Mark Levin uses the example of pornography when so many of his Zionist buddies are the ones who are pushing the pornography everywhere?
But yeah, he doesn't like the fact that somebody is criticizing Trump.
Criticizing his government.
You know, you do that, he wants you taken off for anti Semitism.
Hey, this is just commercial activity.
I know.
It was commercial activity when Trump and Pfizer were getting me and others like me taken off of YouTube, taken off of social media, left and right, even purged off of PayPal, because I was talking about the vaccines.
I was talking about the pandemic.
And we know what was happening with that.
We know why we were purged.
We know it was for political purposes.
You go back to 2018, the massive purge that happened.
Then we had August the 6th.
It was most of the people at.
I got purged off of every platform except for Twitter, and they shadow banned me.
And then across the board, you know, for Alex Jones and the rest of the people at Infowars.
And that was, we found out, a list that came from the Democrat Party.
They sent this list out and they said, you know, we think these are people you ought to take a look at.
Same type of stuff that that reprehensible character, Mark Levin, is talking about.
You should look at these people.
I think their speech is questionable.
I think it's over the limit of what should be allowed.
And so, of course, these corporations who want to curry favor with the government will do exactly what the government suggested.
In the same way that when you talk about surveillance, they come to them and say, Well, you know, this, we're going to say that the information about this customer, everything that they have done that you know about, that actually belongs to you.
That's not a violation of their privacy or a violation of their person and their papers and things like that.
No, that's your data.
And if you want to turn it over to us, you can turn it over to us.
And of course, Trump has said things like, I'll remember the people.
Who do the good stuff I like, and I'll remember the people who do the bad stuff.
And you don't think that's a part of it, even if it's not spoken?
He says the quiet part out loud.
And so, for free enterprise, quote unquote, you have the corporations that are part of the government agenda that Mark Levin doesn't seem to have a problem with about the pandemic and the vaccine.
The people who are part of that, you know, the fascists, the merger of corporations and states.
So, the fascist Pfizer people.
I guess you spell fascism with a P in front of it there with that.
But the fascist Pfizer's and those of their ilk worked with the government and they worked with other people who had basically been operating with the blessing of the government.
And they just make it clear that they would really appreciate it if you would cancel these people.
That's the way this works.
And that's what he's calling for.
And so, you know, don't criticize their guy that they paid a lot of money to get Trump in and he's doing exactly what they want.
And they don't like anybody criticizing him at all.
So, again, he's out there saying, You don't even know what the First Amendment is.
It's like, Well, you don't either, because it is not.
The problem is that you've got people like Mark Levin think they are the master race.
And so instead of them looking at speech as a God given right, they think they're God and they can take that away from you using the government that they have bought.
So I said that we understand what censorship proxy really is.
We have seen it, it's despicable, and I despise people who call for it.
The Liberty Amendments, you know, is the name of his book.
And I always use, and I tweeted this out I said, whenever I talk against a constitutional convention, I use Mark Levin as the example.
Of why we don't want people like him, people like him who call for a constitutional convention.
The reason they call for that is because they don't like the constitution we've gotten.
They want to completely destroy it.
Can you imagine if Mark Levin and his ilk rewrote the First Amendment?
That's the insanity of these people.
Life, liberty, and Levin, what a joke that guy is.
And so then you've got Caroline Levitt who says they're going to come.
It's abundantly clear.
These threats, we have to analyze these.
So she issued a quote, abundantly clear threat to the press during her briefing.
She said, You've got to tone down the rhetoric.
No, I don't.
It's called free speech.
You need to tone down your authoritarianism.
Lying Levitt.
Carol Lying Levitt.
So, again, you know, don't you dare criticize Donald Trump.
We have a big problem with people on the left and even Democrats making outrageous statements against Trump, which inspires and essentially legitimizes harming Trump and his administration.
They call Trump a war criminal.
He is.
He's committing genocide in the Middle East.
He is.
They say this is an unnecessary war.
It is.
It is.
They're going to impeach him.
And listen to what Rex said.
He should be impeached.
Hakeem Jeffries, the minority leader in the Senate, said this is an era of maximum warfare everywhere, all the time.
He's promoting this type of vile action.
And in New York City, our biggest city, Momdani, has refused to publicly condemn and globalize the murder of Jews.
There are constant protests, screaming.
Globalized the murder of Jews, and when asked repeatedly, he refused to condemn it.
So it is the rhetoric and the actions by people on the left, by people who hate Trump, that is inspiring these types of actions, and that has to stop.
And we have to stop condemning anyone who calls for terrorism or murder.
Do you know, outside of this, Washington.
But not the people actually doing the terrorism and murder.
Death to tyrants, death to all of them.
We cannot allow such signs.
The First Amendment's one thing, but this is inspiring murder and terrorism.
That has to stop.
I wonder.
You know, the motto of Virginia was Sic Semper Tyrannis, thus always to tyrants.
The founders of this country called for death to tyrants.
As a matter of fact, Thomas Jefferson said that the blood of patriots and tyrants is necessary to water the tree of liberty.
I'm paraphrasing here, I don't have the exact words, but you know the quote.
And we used to always say in the Libertarian Party 40 years ago, we would say, surefire way to get people to think that you are a terrorist.
Is to quote the founding fathers.
So let's just put that out there.
Number one.
Number two, you know, this guy with this Zionist organization, don't you dare criticize Israel and its wars or what it's doing.
No matter how many kids they kill or shoot at point blank range, no matter how many journalists they kill, don't you ever criticize them or you're the terrorist.
You're the one who is full of hatred.
Talk about projection here.
Anyway, Lovett mentioned several groups of people who could be more mindful of the words that they choose.
Such as television and podcast hosts.
And so the podcast host category caught the attention of David Packman, who is a liberal who is allowed on YouTube.
And he said, folks, they're going to come for the podcast.
Well, let me tell you, they already have.
You know, Travis puts a few things up on YouTube.
I said, if you want to do it, do it.
I'm not going to bother to play in that space anymore.
Frankly, I've had it with them.
If they're not going to let me, if they're going to censor me for talking about the murder, Of millions of people with these vaccines and this phony pandemic.
I have no interest in trying to appease people like that.
They need to be resisted.
Google needs to be 86th.
Anyway, he says they're going to come after independent media.
News flash, pal.
That's happened a long, long time ago.
That boat already sailed.
So he said the criticism of Trump's policies is not going to be seen favorably.
It's not going to be seen as protected speech.
You just heard that guy there.
You know, don't say that he's a criminal, don't say he's violating the Constitution.
People might get violent and will say you're the one who incited it.
I'm just pointing out what he's doing.
And so, anyway, it's not going to be seen as protected speech.
If you say that you believe the president is bad for the United States, you are now inciting violence.
That's what the Zionist was saying.
So, now what a pathetic, special snowflake perspective that is on speech.
Yeah.
So, you violate the Constitution.
Folks, you have no authority, but you do have a lot of raw power.
That's why we call it tyranny.
It's not the rule of law.
It's tyranny when you violate the Constitution and you do whatever you want.
And out of his own mouth, Trump has said that.
Well, I might go to Cuba next.
That might be the next thing I do.
I don't know.
A proven war criminal, a proven murderer.
And he was a murderer from 2020, and people voted for that murderer in 2024.
I just don't get it.
I can't understand that.
You know, again, this goes back to the lesser of two evils.
How could Trump be seen as a lesser evil after the pandemic and after the vaccines and after pushing it and bragging and boasting about it?
How could the Vax Daddy be seen as a lesser evil compared to anyone?
I don't get it.
I really don't.
And so this guy had more to say about how we've got to shut down free speech.
Can you expand on a statement that you recently put out?
Regarding Senator Tim Kaine, Congressman Thomas Massey, Congressman Ro Khanna's resolution opposing President Trump's legal action wanting to remove U.S. forces from striking Iran.
This is aiding and abetting and giving comfort to the evil enemy of Ayatollah and Iran.
This is really very dangerous and foolish.
It's almost treasonous.
Yeah, says the Zionist.
This, of course, will not pass, and even if it passed, Trump would veto it.
So, this is nonsense.
And people should be speaking out strongly against them.
I'm glad that Senator John Fetterman of the Democratic Party is condemning these people for this nonsensical and dangerous resolution.
I might add, there has never been a war act declaring war that hasn't happened since World War II.
All the wars we've had since World War II have not had a war resolution saying.
Yeah, what about these other wars?
Because the president under our Constitution has a right where there's a serious danger to go and use military.
Facilities and military people to protect the United States of America.
These people have to understand this a little bit better.
I'm sorry about Tim Kaine and others.
Right, Obama over.
Yeah, the Zionist Organization of America.
That's the guy who's the president of that.
Don't you dare say that we need to stop this war that we got into for Israel.
Hey, we've never declared war since World War II.
As I said before, these are the people, the whataboutism.
Yeah, what about, you know, Biden did this, so now Trump can do it.
That is moral relativism.
Double Standards and Zionists00:04:48
It's also legal relativism.
Hey, we violated the law and got away with it, or they did, so now we can violate the law and get away with it.
Let's not ever think about reestablishing a rule of law.
Let's not ever think about reestablishing morality.
Let's just keep going down and down and down.
That's what this guy is saying.
So, you know, how dare you this dangerous idea that Massey and others said that we should follow the Constitution and have Congress declare war?
How about we even take the lesser standard of this War Powers Act, which is added on to say, okay, we're going to forget about the Constitution where the Congress has to declare war, we're going to let the president go to war.
But only for 60 days, and he's got to stop unless the Congress agrees to it.
Let's not do that either.
Let's forget about the Constitution.
Let's forget about the add on, watered down law that came on later on.
Let's forget about all that stuff because, hey, it's for Israel.
How dangerous that you would oppose something like this.
I mean, they own Congress, and rightfully so, said Trump, right?
How dare these people criticize their boy?
I'm disgusted with his stuff, and he has the audacity to imply that we are the ones who are.
Treasonous when they're the ones who've come in and bought and subverted our government, our Constitution, our First Amendment.
That's the Zionists that are doing that.
What a reprehensible bunch of criminals they are.
So, again, we got a comment here from Radisbro.
That's right.
Thank you very much for the tip.
Very generous.
And I just want to tell you, Radisbro, it looks like it came through twice.
So, you may want to check and make sure that it didn't double charge you.
So, just in case you didn't mean to do that.
Might want to take a look.
Says Twitch has no problem, and Twitch is a streaming platform in case anyone doesn't know.
Twitch has no problem with streamers displaying their Dom fetish with a human slave on a kids' platform, though.
Twitch has a ton of issues.
They have a lot of girls on there that are basically just doing softcore porn to an audience of underage boys.
And it has cycled through times where it's worse, cycled through times where it's better, but it's never been good.
And of course, they are the main platform for Hassan Piker, the nephew of Chank Uger, who is a champagne socialist who is openly called.
We're spilling their red capitalist blood in the streets, dude.
Just like spill it, dude.
That's basically what he said.
He also implied that if you really wanted to make some change after Luigi Mangione's assassination of the healthcare CEO, he said you'd probably have to go after Rick Scott.
So he gets to keep his Twitch platform despite all that, but other people don't with much less scandal.
Yeah, that's right.
Pretty amazing.
It is a double standard.
There's one standard for the Zionists, and there's another standard for the Americans and America.
You know, we can't.
You know, they're so used to having their double standard and their racist government there that they want to impose that on us here.
We're not going to allow that to happen.
Hassan Piker is a hardcore anti Zionist, but he's so far to the other side of the extreme that he works as the antagonizing force.
He's also just incredibly stupid.
So, you know, he's no threat to anybody, really.
Very, very dumb individual.
Well, on that note, we're going to take a quick break, and we'll be right back.

Well, welcome back.
At the risk of putting my head in a guillotine from these people who say that you must not criticize Donald Trump, he's basically owning himself.
He tweeted this out yesterday.
Look at this.
He's got a picture of himself with King Charles.
And he says, this is coming from the White House account.
Two kings.
Well, I tell you that, as I said earlier in the program, there's absolutely not a single president from the past that wouldn't be amazingly offended by somebody calling them a king.
They would never think of calling themselves a king.
And the worst criticism we could have of somebody at the time of Abraham Lincoln was to say that he was ambitious.
Lincoln's critics called him ambitious, and they were right.
But George Washington, that was a criticism.
A lot of people said, Look at this, the way he's revered.
This guy is going to set himself up as king.
We need to oppose him.
And he made it clear that he wasn't.
And he stepped down voluntarily.
He established the precedent that was honored by all presidents after that.
So we don't want to have a kingship.
And so he stepped down after two terms and said, That's enough.
And that was honored by all the presidents until he got to FDR.
And then FDR was a different kind of guy.
And so they put in a constitutional amendment to prohibit them from having more than two terms because we don't want to have a king.
But that's what Trump keeps calling himself.
Just believe it.
So I tweeted this out.
I said, The madness of King Donald because he is so much like George III.
George III, who was crazy.
George III, who lost the American colonies because he was a totalitarian tyrant and absolutely would not budge off of his position.
So much like Donald Trump.
And I think Donald Trump, interestingly enough, is damaging the American empire more than any other president ever has.
And I'm fine with that because I don't like the American empire.
I want it to be damaged.
I think they need to take, devolve a lot of power away from this corrupt organization.
So I said, yeah, he's a usurper, a dictator.
He is a New York City Democrat.
And he is a traitor.
Trump is a traitor.
And so I got a response from one person who actually.
Saw my tweet on somebody actually saw my tweet on Twitter.
It's amazing.
On X, Cindy Wood says, This is beyond stupid.
He was trolling leftist dingalings.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Just like him calling ICE nice is trolling people.
As I said when I talked about that, I said, When are we going to grow up?
When is he going to get serious about the rule of law?
When is he going to get serious about peace and prosperity?
When is he going to stop owning people?
Stop picking fights.
Stop the worldwide wrestling, the WWE nonsense of heels and heroes.
He does that.
That's part of his shtick.
That's how he gets his power by dividing people against each other.
And so she said, He's nowhere close to being a dictator or king.
If he was, there would be a lot of people sitting in prison facing execution for saying stupid things like you did.
Somebody responded to her and said, Well, too bad we have a constitution, right?
Yeah, it's too bad we're not following the Constitution, or somebody like Trump would be sitting in prison, as a matter of fact.
So I said, well, it is beyond stupid to defend his ego and his authoritarianism.
He's trolling people like you, Cindy, who don't complain about his executive orders, which are far more quantity and far more overreach than anyone before him.
Conservatives used to complain about that when Obama and Biden did executive orders, but Trump's are far worse in terms of quantity.
In terms of overreach, I said blind partisanship and idolatry are just begging for totalitarianism.
And that's what MAGA has become beggars pushing for totalitarianism.
Well, if he was a king, and we really wish he would, we really wish he'd lock up people like you.
Yeah, be careful what you wish for because you're going to get that with a Democrat who takes his precedent and runs with it.
So, yeah, he's not thinking of himself as a king or an emperor or dictator.
Or little God, or anything like that.
He just erected at his golf course a giant golden statue of himself with a fist raised in the air, going fake, fake, fake, right?
So, again, all these people who like to say that he is, he's King Cyrus.
You know, he's going to help us.
He's not a good guy, but he's a king.
You know, God has raised him up to help all of us.
No, he's more like the king that came after him that said, built a golden statue to himself and commanded everybody to bow down and worship.
And if you don't do that, I'm going to throw you into the fire.
Yeah, that's really who he is.
He's more Nebuchadnezzar than he is Cyrus.
Trump's golf course in Miami has installed a gold statue of the president standing triumphantly with his fist raised.
Again, I don't know.
We had that parody video where it looked like the Trump library.
And I don't know if that's in that video.
I don't know if that was an AI imagining or if that's something that Trump has actually planned for his library as well.
A library that doesn't have books, but it has golden statues to Trump.
That kind of library, yeah.
As Shannon Joy nailed it, she said, look at that.
Even his library looks like a giant syringe with a needle on top.
It was a skyscraper that he imagines.
That part of it, I think, is accurate.
I don't know about the imaginings of the interior of it.
Where did the statue come from?
Well, there was a cryptocurrency group commissioned the statue to assuage the ego of Trump, who's going to.
Help them with what they want to do.
They raised $360,000 for the bronze and the gold leaf required for it.
When the group issued a likeness of the statue for its crypto token, however, the guy who came up with the statue refused to give them the statue design because he said they'd infringed on his design, copyright infringement, when they copied what he had done and used it on their crypto token symbols that they put out there.
Of course, you know.
Nobody's actually getting a coin.
There's no physical coins changing hands, but they like to come up with a brand that looks like a coin.
They want something that looks like a coin.
They want something that looks like gold.
Why not just get gold?
Why not get a real gold coin, a physical gold coin?
That's what even the Bitcoin people and all the crypto people want to pretend that they are.
Just stop pretending, get the real thing, accept no substitutes.
Anyway, the two sides reached an agreement last week.
And so then he drove the statue to Miami and installed it himself.
There you go.
And everybody's happy.
We got the gold man is there.
Well, Trump's state.
I prefer a statue of the marble man personally, but you know, hey, what can you do?
Robert E. Lee, yeah.
That's why they called him at West Point.
He was so respected by his peers at West Point, Robert E. Lee was, that his peers at the academy called him the Marble Man because he was somebody that people would be building statues.
Little did they realize that the left would be ceremoniously taking down his statues and ceremoniously melting them down.
Yeah, that's where we are.
They build statues to people like Donald Trump and they tear down statues of people who had character like Robert E. Lee.
So now Trump has got a new design for his passport.
It's not about his ego at all, folks.
The guy has no ego.
He's there for America first.
He hasn't sold us out to Israel.
He hasn't made himself into a demigod.
And his followers just keep cheering.
And I imagine they're going to be scrambling to get this passport.
They're only going to make 25,000 of them.
You got to go to the Washington office to get it.
So start queuing up right now, MAGA.
So, um, The passport is going to prominently feature Donald Trump scowling at you.
And when I saw that, I thought, boy, if I had to have a passport that had his mug scowling at me, I would have to, and I'm going to be handing this to people in other countries as I'm coming in.
I would have to get a sticker or something that would say, no, he thinks he's king, but he's not.
And I understand that he's not.
I'd have to put that on my passport as a disclaimer because I wouldn't want people to think that I support this guy.
There's probably some kind of federal statute about not doing that that would get your passport.
Invalidated.
Yeah, that's right.
Yeah, TSA probably wouldn't like that.
Or maybe they would, since they went through this period of time where they didn't collect a paycheck.
Maybe they would sympathize with me.
Mock ups show Trump's image surrounded by the text of the Declaration of Independence, a document which he has obviously never read and doesn't support.
Talking about a long train of abuses from a king.
And of course, Trump is essentially the caboose in all this project.
He has this long train of abuses, he is the anchor in all this.
It all culminates in Trump, doesn't it?
Mock ups show his image scowling at people with the president's signature in gold.
There we go.
Got to have his signature and got to put it in gold.
He's very proud of that signature, except when it appears on the Jeffrey Epstein birthday card in a strategic location.
He doesn't like that signature.
All the rest of the signatures, he just can't stop showing off his signature to everybody else.
That's another reason that argues for the genuineness of that.
Birthday card because of how proud he is of his signature.
Part of the Trump administration's broader America 250 celebration, they're saying, is why he is doing this.
They're also going to have around Washington as part of the celebration, they're going to have a Grand Prix race.
Although, I guess when it's being conducted by these pedos in Washington, by the Epstein elite, I guess it'd be appropriate to pronounce it as Grand Prix.
I think that'd be more fitting.
Also, you'd think if this was truly a celebration of America, it might feature some of its national monuments or national parks or something iconic, not just a monument to his own ego.
A Monument to Ego00:08:58
That's right.
That's right.
So, again, you'll need to put a disclaimer on that passport if you've got that while you're traveling.
The National Mall in Washington, D.C. will be transformed for the celebration this summer into the Great American State Fair.
It should be called the Great Statist American Fair, is what it should really be called.
Rodeo style events, a Ferris wheel, pavilions from states and territories, and things like that.
It's going to be a real circus for the clowns to show up for, won't it be?
Yeah.
Don't send in the clowns already here when you're in Washington, definitely.
And then, of course, we got a little bit of a preview of what this may look like.
We have, as the king and Camilla are visiting Trump in Washington today, this morning, you had Melania and Camilla out on the lawn with a bunch of young kids.
And these kids have got meta headsets on.
Melania is pushing this stuff so hard.
She wants AI pushed into schools.
She wants robots.
She's always pushing that.
She's pushing these headsets.
She's a technocrat groomer.
And here's what this looks like.
Isn't this pathetic?
There's Melania and Camilla and some kids standing around with their heads, you know, blindfolded with this stuff.
I guess this is a virtual.
An augmented reality, I guess, is what they're looking at.
Who knows?
But just don't forget what this is really about.
You're an advocate for abortion, for abortion policy.
What's your favorite one?
Sorry, that's the wrong one.
This is the one I want you to remember.
Listen up, losers.
Stop pretending it's a democracy.
We run things.
Give up the illusion, and in exchange, we will bring you order and efficiency.
Yes, we'll own you.
But do you really want to be free?
Trust us.
We know what to do.
While Silicon Valley was feeding you dope and free email, we built the architecture of empire.
Welcome to our world.
We aren't here to protect your privacy.
We are here to enforce supremacy.
We are the ledger now every tax return, every Medicaid file, every license plate, every crossing.
Your president signed it into being with a pen in March.
You kept scrolling.
Your politicians are empty vessels.
Your civil liberties are a liability.
We are done pretending all cultures are equal.
We know who the elites are, we know what we are building.
And we demand that you applaud the billionaires taking the reins where your fragile democracies have failed.
Welcome to the technological republic.
You can stop scrolling now.
We already have everything we need.
Try to unplug us.
We dare you.
Now get the f out.
I don't know who did that, but that is a spot on satire of what these people are about.
But you know, it's hard to do a satire of Trump because he satires himself, essentially.
When we look at his ego.
And his narcissism, putting his name, his image on everything.
Here's a rundown of what he has done.
This is coming from the bulwark.
They point out the new design of the passport would mark yet another U.S. government property upon which the president has plastered his likeness.
And I have to say, because why not?
If he didn't do it, who would, right?
He's got to put his own face out there everywhere.
He can't wait for somebody to honor his legacy.
I don't think that's going well, there will be people who will do that.
So the National Park Service has emblazoned.
Trump's face on its park passes.
As a matter of fact, on social media, a guy put a picture up of what his pass looks like.
He says, My son and I bought these passes, and they told us at the park service, they said, We don't have one to give you.
They told us that we had to destroy all of them.
And just to give you a link to a digital pass that you can use in the meantime, and you will get a physical pass.
They've got new ones that they're issuing.
You'll get the new physical pass.
We had to destroy the old ones.
You'll get it in the mail.
He said, It just came in the mail, and this is what it looks like.
It's got Trump's Picture all across it.
So, yeah, they had to destroy the other ones.
No economizing in Washington whatsoever.
So, the State Department is planning a limited run of these Trump passports, and you can only get them in Washington.
But he points this out this is important.
No modern U.S. passport has featured the image of a sitting president, no foreign passport has featured a head of state of any country.
So, we're going into areas of leader worship.
That has not been done in any other country.
So, I guess not even North Korea.
Do they get passports?
I don't know.
I think you're just not allowed to leave.
That's right.
You just can't go anywhere.
You don't need a passport.
You're not going anywhere.
American passports are issued in the name of the Secretary of State and not the president.
So, why would he need to sign it in gold?
With the exception of an image of Mount Rushmore, no president's portrait has ever appeared in a passport design.
During his second term in office, Trump has taken aggressive steps to put his name, his likeness, on a host of government properties.
His signature is set to appear on future U.S. currency.
Huge banners with his face have been appearing on federal buildings.
Again, dropping it down as a long banner, putting it on the Department of Justice and other places like that.
Just like it is some kind of an authoritarian dictatorship.
Imagine that.
Created a new website for prescription drugs that he named after himself, TrumpRx.gov.
And of course, don't forget, 600% off.
That was another one of our lies of the day when RFK Jr. was, you know, just humiliated himself by trying to defend the idea that Trump had reduced drug prices by 600%.
I always thought I was pretty bad at math, but watching members of the population just absorb this stuff without question.
Well, I don't know if he's bad at math or if he's a good liar.
I don't know which one of those two are really predominating there.
But he's also created a new class of battleships that he's named after himself, the Trump class.
His name has been placed on both the U.S. Institute of Peace and on the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for Performing Arts, which, according to the law that created that, there was never supposed to be anybody else's name put on that, and they were never to change the name.
But what he did was he put.
The Donald J. Trump and ampersand and he put that up above the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center.
So now it says Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial Center.
So again, he's already building memorials to himself, but we're not supposed to talk about his imminent demise.
999 days and counting down actually is 998 now.
But anyway, Trump also introduced the Trump.
Gold card and the Trump platinum card.
The gold card you can get if you give a million dollars, you can get what used to be a green card, but you can get it in gold if you give them a million dollars.
If you give them five million dollars, you can get it in platinum.
And so Lutnick, the commerce secretary, revealed last week that only one person so far has been stupid and rich enough to buy one of those cards.
Not sure which one, whether it was the one million dollar level or the five million dollar level.
And then, of course, there's a new type of custodial IRA account for children that he has named after himself, the Trump account.
Nobody else has done anything like this.
I mean, you go back and look at Obamacare, for example.
That was not the name of it.
Obama called it the Affordable Care Act.
That was how he was going.
To sell it.
And of course, it's not affordable and it's not care.
It's kind of like the stable coins, right?
But Obamacare was the name that was given it by critics who are mocking it.
And when you look at Obamaphone, remember that?
Obamaphone, I got my Obamaphone.
They had the Obamaphone lady that met her in person, actually.
Yeah, it was really.
What a scammer.
Yeah.
The Obamaphone was another one of these things.
It was a name that was given to it by people who were mocking it.
Mocking the Obamaphone Scam00:03:38
But Trump is actually out there naming stuff after himself, you know, putting his scowling face on all these different places.
What a dictator this guy is.
The planned $1 coin would be the first time in US history that the face of a sitting president has appeared solo on a coin.
Usually we wait for them to die.
Because, and why do we do that?
Well, because at that point you can look at somebody's life in review and you know that they're not, you don't want to have a situation where you honor somebody.
And they go out and they do some horrible thing like that, right?
So you wait until their life is over.
You go back and you look at it and say, okay, well, we'll name this after this person.
Ideally, that's the way it's supposed to happen, but not with Trump.
So, anyway, the only previous time a sitting president's face appeared was a century ago when President Calvin Coolidge's profile appeared alongside George Washington on the backside of an unpopular half dollar coin.
Again, this is unprecedented.
And it is unpresidential what Trump is doing.
It is a repudiation of America's founding fathers and their contempt for a monarchy, their contempt for rule by one person, and their demand that we have a rule of law, which Trump says, I can do anything I want, right?
That's the bottom line.
But don't call him a tyrant because then the Zionist organization of America will try to get you in trouble.
And Mark Levin as well.
We're going to take a quick break and we'll be right back.
Making sense.
Common again.

Welcome back, folks.
We've got comments.
T. Norman Artist says glad.org is infiltrating gaming platforms.
Netanyahu's Cancer Claims00:06:46
They target runaway kids to trans them.
They are doing pride events on nearly every gaming platform, including. World of Warcraft, which is the largest of them.
Yeah, wow.
Well, you know, we look at the people that Biden put in these high positions.
Remember Sam Brinton?
You know, the guy that had pictures of him, he had some kind of a sadomasochistic thing going on where he had somebody acting like a dog and he had him on a chain with a leather collar around him and everything.
This guy was, what he did, spent a lot of time doing, was he had, he was part of an organization that counseled teens.
About tranny stuff, right?
You can imagine what that was really about.
Just like the guy, Richard Levine, who called himself Rachel.
He was a child psychologist, and Biden made him the number two guy at HHS.
That's why I say, you know, this is horrific stuff.
It's going to come with the Democrats, but this is the stuff that is best opposed at the state and local level, and we can't oppose it at the state and local level.
AP Rumble Seat said there are better ways to take.
Corruption down, in my opinion, than destroying everything, killing millions in the process, and replacing it with slavery via a totally empowered deep state.
Yeah, that's right.
But that's the way they want to go.
Yeah.
And we have John John 1976 says Trump, the New York Democrat, is doing everything to destroy the Republican Party.
This is all done by design.
Trump just takes orders and performs the script they give him for the day.
Yeah, he is absolutely discrediting the GOP.
As I've said before, and I'll say it again, he's going to be more destructive for the GOP than Jimmy Carter was for the Democrats, and rightfully so.
But that, I think, is his purpose.
I mean, this guy is fully on board with their gun control agenda, with the tax your way to prosperity agenda.
That's what the terrorists really were.
You know, don't worry the same rhetoric that we always hear from Democrats.
Don't worry about the new tax I put on, it'll be paid by other people.
All the same stuff the Democrats did.
And of course, he hung out with Democrats, he hung out with Epstein and the Clintons.
They were all best friends.
Yeah, he is a Manchurian candidate, if ever there was one.
And I want to remind people that wherever you're watching or listening, please like and subscribe.
To the show.
It really does help us get this out there.
Yeah.
So go ahead, drop a like, subscribe if you haven't.
We really do appreciate it.
I like that graphic too.
Thank you for doing that.
Yeah, you've done a couple of things here.
You had Trump bugging me over my back and everything else.
Yeah, he probably is.
You've got somebody, if not him, he's got some AI that is probably looking at everything that I'm saying and will get a criminal referral at some point in the future because I'm not going to change what I say.
Anyway, You got Netanyahu.
Speaking of criminal referrals, he's had several criminal referrals in his own country.
And Donald Trump wants them to drop all the charges.
The guy who is president, again, they have a president.
Netanyahu is a prime minister.
The president said, I'm not going to pardon him.
We'll see if we can't work out some kind of a compromise that isn't going to be as polarizing.
Nevertheless, Netanyahu has said that he had prostate cancer.
He hid it from the public, but he said treatment had left no trace of the cancer.
So, evidently, He's getting some cancer treatment, or got some cancer treatment, if that's true.
Got some cancer treatment that they don't allow other people to have.
Look at this guy.
He's been one of the best friends that Pfizer and the pharmaceutical industry has ever had.
So he's going to be vague about what actually cured him because they don't have the cures.
So he doesn't want to promote something that they can't sell.
But the guy himself has been a cancer on the world in terms of wars and other things that have happened.
So Israel's president, as I said, is putting off a decision for pardoning this criminal.
And it's not even war crimes.
It's the typical kind of corruption that Donald Trump is doing.
A lot of corruption charges against him.
So he's a cancer there in Israel as well as elsewhere.
I remember a video, and I've talked about this many times about Netanyahu, how he promised Pfizer that he would use his own people as lab rats.
He said, I'll tell you, we'll watch them because that's what's supposed to be done before you approve any of these poisons.
You're supposed to actually go through a test.
That's how Trump is able to get this stuff out so quickly.
He skipped all the testing.
And so Netanyahu promised to use his people as lab rats.
And I talked about that.
And I had a clip of a very sweet young girl who was Israeli.
And she was dying from the vaccine.
It was pretty clear that she got sick right after it.
And I forget what the issue was, but it was a degenerative thing.
It might have been cancer, might have been turbo cancer, but it might have been a heart issue as well.
I'm not really sure.
But she was dying from it.
And she was doing videos talking about.
What had happened with the vaccine that Netanyahu pushed on his people, just like Trump pushed his vaccine on all of us and also pushed this vaccine to the world.
And it's just so reprehensible.
I mean, when you quote the statistics of millions of people, right, that's just a statistic, as Stalin said, but one death is a tragedy.
So I always think back to that video of that young girl.
Meanwhile, there are many links between Netanyahu and the Trump administration, as we've talked about in the past.
Jared Kushner, the unelected, unscreened son in law who is now the chief negotiator in this war that we started along with Israel, he is the guy that when he was a teenager, Benjamin Netanyahu used to come to New York or wherever it was.
I think it was New York.
And he would actually sleep in Jared Kushner's bed.
Presumably not when Jared Kushner was there.
Although you never know with these people, right?
And so there's those types of things.
But then there's also another relationship between Netanyahu and Trump.
This was talked about by a commentator on the Young Turks, but it is true nevertheless, even though we don't really support Stink Uyghur or the Young Turds.
She was absolutely, I think Anna Kasparian is the female commentator for the Young Turks.
This is what she had to say about another connection between the Trump family and Netanyahu.
Cooper's Plan Against Leaders00:04:16
Well, it's not working.
Oh, that's a shame.
Anyway, after all that buildup, what she was saying was that Susie Wiles is campaign manager for both of these criminals.
It doesn't matter what kind of corruption they get into, Susie is going to smooth things over for them.
Susie Wiles, who was the campaign consultant for Trump, is now the White House chief of staff there.
So, again, for months, Isaac Herzog of Israel has deliberated over the politically fraught question of whether to grant Netanyahu a pardon over his long running corruption trial.
And so Trump has aggressively intervened on his behalf, but, you know, because these guys, again, are as thick as thieves, because they are thieves.
He doesn't plan to say yes or no to Netanyahu's request for a pardon at this stage, preferring to try to resolve the issue through negotiations.
Well, that could be tricky because these guys are known for killing negotiators, aren't they?
What happens after 72 hours if they don't come to the table?
What do you think should happen?
Well, look, if there are two factions in Iran, one that wants a deal and one that doesn't want a deal, let's kill the ones that don't want a deal.
It's that simple.
We've killed over 50 Iranian leaders so far.
Let's go back.
Let's end the ceasefire and finish the job.
Admiral Cooper has taken out about 70 to 80 percent of the targets he was assigned.
There's another 20 to 30 percent to be done.
Let's finish that.
Let's take out the leaders who don't want a deal.
And then we threaten to destroy Karg Island if they don't give us the nuclear dust and bring them back to the table then.
I mean, it's clear that they're.
You say Admiral Cooper has a plan to open up the Strait.
Brian Kilmeade doesn't have a problem with what that guy just said.
Absolutely.
Look, Ron needs a deal.
Trump does not.
Trump can end this war without a deal.
You go back, you finish the target list that he gave Admiral Cooper, you open up the Strait of Hormuz.
Admiral Cooper has a plan to do that.
He's got.
electronic warfare, counter drone technology, and once you take out the remaining 20 to 30% of their ballistic missile capacity, uh, the threat dissipates.
And then you, we've already blockaded Carg Island.
We can tell them, look, if you don't give us the nuclear dust, we'll destroy Carg Island and we'll destroy your economy.
And you'll have them in a complete vice.
Uh, so, you know, Trump is being very generous, giving them this, this, this extra time.
It shouldn't last very long.
Uh, he doesn't need the, he doesn't need the deal they do and come to the table and, and if they won't, Yeah.
If they don't come to the table, kill them.
Oh, and if they do come to the table, kill them, right?
That's why they said we're not going to have another one of these meetings unless we can do it on neutral territory, like in Russia or China.
You kill the negotiators there, and there's going to be some consequences for it.
But you're going to make them an off-the-air camera.
Yeah, that's Mark Thiessen, who is a former speechwriter for George W. Bush.
And you can see that there is this bipartisan.
Multiple administrations, you know, Trump ran against all the lies of the Bush administration, lying us into a war with Iraq and all the rest of the stuff.
It's people like that.
And that's what Trump has become.
He has become common cause with the people who lied us into these failing wars, undeclared.
Netanyahu, 76, has been on trial for six years over bribery, fraud, breach of trust.
He's battling three separate but interlocking cases.
This guy is a crook.
And as Gerald Slint has pointed out many times, he had struggled to put together a coalition after their elections because they have multi party elections, as most countries in the world do.
And so typically, what happens is you don't have it when you've got many, many parties.
Typically, nobody gets more than 50%.
And so, the person who has the party that has the most number of votes will try to put a coalition together to get above the 50%.
Fascist Regime Tactics00:03:36
He had to do that three or four times.
Because of the obvious corruption that is there.
So it was in his advantage, to his advantage, to have October the 7th, to have an outside enemy to coalesce support around him.
But of course, that hasn't happened for Trump.
That's why I said, you know, where's our false flag attack?
He didn't even bother to try to create a consensus.
That's how arrogant our dictator Trump is.
He doesn't even bother to have a false flag attack to drum up support for a war of aggression.
He doesn't even try to pretend that we were attacked first.
Accusations that Netanyahu arranged favors for tycoons in exchange for gifts.
There's another similarity, just like Trump.
And that he wanted sympathetic media coverage of himself and his family.
These guys are cut from the same cloth.
A brother from another mother, so to speak.
Meanwhile, in Israel, you've got a guy who was arrested for wearing a kippah.
This is the little thing on the back of the head that.
Covers your ball spot.
I could use one of those.
Anyway, he had one of these things and he had put an Israeli flag on one side and a Palestinian flag on the other side because he wasn't all that much into the killing for land thing.
His name was Alex Sinclair.
He said in a post on Facebook that he had been wearing this kippah for 20 years due to, quote, a messy ambivalence of my Jewish Zionist identity.
And he said it had never been a problem before.
But he said somebody saw it, they called him out, and then they called the police on him.
He said the police showed up, they immediately tell me that my kippah is against the law and they're going to confiscate it.
And he said he refused to give up his head covering as it was, quote, meant a lot to him.
But he ended up being detained.
They took the kippah away from him and then they refused to give it back.
So then he demanded it back.
A female officer.
Then returned it to him only after they cut off the area that had the Palestinian flag.
So he's got this kippah that looks like a Pac Man.
Waka, waka, waka.
As they're gobbling up territory.
That's the hatred that is so endemic with so many people there, but not with everybody there.
For example, this guy.
He said it's hard not to say that this is the kind of thing that fascist regimes do.
Again, it is the kind of thing that fascist regimes do.
And what you see Israel doing, as I pointed out the other day, go down the list and check off the different things that they're doing.
It's exactly like 1930s and 40s Nazi Germany.
He said, I'm worried and anxious, frankly, devastated that this is the direction that Israel is moving in.
And frankly, I feel the same way about my country as well.
It is a shame to see this kind of hero worship.
And the tyranny that it invites, and the disgusting display of ego and tyranny.
That's right, tyranny from this traitor, Donald Trump.
86M, thank you for joining us.
Defending the Common Man00:01:07
The common man.
They created common core to dumb down our children.
They created common past to track and control us.
Their commons project to make sure the commoners own nothing.
And the communist future.
They see the common man as simple, unsophisticated, ordinary.
But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God.
That is what we have in common.
That is what they want to take away.
Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation.
They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything from us.
It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide.
