Pee Wee German's Ice Storm 00:14:56
In a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
It's the David Knight Show.
As the clock strikes 13, it's Monday the 26th of January, year of our Lord 2026.
Well, we were all told to be careful.
There was an ice storm coming over the weekend.
And yet it turned out to be a very different kind of ice storm.
So much so, as a matter of fact, that the Trump administration, Christy Noam, these people who are so focused on image and PR above all else, Christy Noam and Homeland Security told FEMA, which is under Homeland Security, just like ICE is, don't refer to the storm as ice.
We don't want to have any memes or jokes made about that.
Refer to it as freezing rain.
Maybe solid water.
Who knows?
But these people are solid liars.
We're going to take a look at the awful but lawful take.
And I'm disgusted with this stuff.
I hope you are as well.
We don't need to have an awful but quote-unquote lawful government.
Any government like that needs to be altered or abolished.
Stay with us.
We'll be right back.
On top of all the hypocrisy, and I've said this from the very beginning.
This is the Democrats and Republicans both working together to create a problem with the great replacement and the welfare magnet that they've got, to create a problem and then to offer us their solution.
And they've got a lot of different solutions.
Well, everybody's got to have ID to do everything.
Got to have government approval and ID to get a job.
You got to have government approval and ID to travel.
You got to have government ID, blah, blah, blah.
Fill in the blanks, okay?
The solution is always government ID.
It's always police surveillance state, isn't it?
But go back to where this all started and the open border issue.
And not just people coming across the border.
I mean, the Smalleys, we didn't get hundreds of thousands of Somalis because they walked across the Mexican border.
They came in as quote-unquote refugees.
And they got massive welfare subsidies just for being refugees before all the fraud with the daycare centers and all the rest of this stuff.
Guess what?
Trump and Mike Johnson and the Republican Party just put in their little mini omnibus bill, $5 billion for more welfare for more refugees coming in.
Where are these going to come from?
Are we going to start importing criminal gangs from Ukraine or Venezuela as we go in and start wars there as well?
Do you understand how you're being played?
I had some idiot on Twitter who sent in response to my criticizing what I said, put up this meme from the film that came out, was it last year, Civil War, was that when that came out?
It's got that blonde guy with the rose-colored glasses, and they stop people, you know, what kind of American are you?
before he kills them all, right?
And the guy puts this meme up and it says, well, this guy was trying to help Somalis stay in.
So I don't really care if I shot him.
Yeah, fine.
Okay.
How about your guy, Trump?
He's trying to keep people like the Somalis in while he pretends that he's all about the fraud.
Look, that fraud was known about during Trump's first term.
He did nothing.
You got Tom Emmer, who's number three in the Republican Party.
He did nothing.
As a matter of fact, he pushed back against the people who were criticizing what was going on with the Somali fraud and called him racist.
Tom Emmer, the number three Republican in the House, was part of the Somali caucus or something like that that he created with a Democrat.
So he's pushing back against that, saying, if you criticize all these poor Somali refugees coming in, you're racist.
Well, now what are they going to do?
They're going to put another $5 billion in the pot to make the welfare magnet bigger.
Rand Paul, when he came out against this, he said, well, look, you want to bring in refugees?
Fine, that's on you.
You can be their sponsor.
You can help them.
You know, we used to have, they used to be white Americans that all the time.
At the time Alexis de Tocqueville came, we wrote about democracy in America in the early 1800s.
That was the way it was always done.
You got people who are in genuine need, fine.
The community comes together.
The community provides for them at their expense.
They're better able to tell if there's a real need or if there's fraud than the federal government that is thousands of miles away can determine that.
And so he says, if you got churches that are bringing people in, the churches shouldn't then dump them on the taxpayer.
100% right.
Why can't the churches do charity?
This is one of the things that's so wrong with our government.
And of course, all these leftist social justice warriors in these liberal churches, they want the government to do everything.
They don't want to do anything themselves.
And so, as one person tweeted, Andy, he put up the quote from 1984, the party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and your ears.
It was their final, most essential command.
That's right.
And as a matter of fact, that's what we're hearing over and over again from Christine Ohm, from Donald Trump, from this bovine guy that they've got as head of the Border Patrol.
What a piece of work he is.
He's smarter than Christine Ohm, though, because rather than just coming out and telling you a bullface lie like she does every time they kill somebody, oh, they were stuck in the snow and she tried to run them over with her car when they were stuck in the snow.
Christy, you're not smart enough to even look at the video.
You're not smart enough to even defer this question when they pinned Bovine down on one of these shows.
He's like, well, we don't know.
We can't make a judgment about that.
Yeah, you showed that to me, but you know, you can't believe your lying eyes.
Orwell told us that, right?
Don't believe what you see in that video.
We're going to have to have a trial.
And we'll have to see what happened, okay?
Well, guess what?
They're not doing that with the first killing.
They shut down any investigation by local state government.
And then they pronounced that these agents of theirs have absolute immunity.
So you think there's going to be any vetting of that?
And so then you got one of the worst people, the worst of the worst, Stephen Miller.
As one person put in a meme and put him in a Nazi uniform and called him Pee Wee German.
Well, Pee Wee German is back.
His take on this that he tweeted out was a would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement and the official Democratic count sides with the terrorist.
You are a terrorist.
You are a Nazi monster.
You are what we fought.
We have to always be careful that we don't become what we fight.
Stephen Miller is exhibit A of becoming what you fought.
The authoritarian Pee Wee German.
And so the question is, as one person said, if you always wondered what you would do to put up this meme here, you ever wondered what you'd do during slavery, the Holocaust civil rights movement?
Well, you're doing it right now.
And Stephen Miller is doing it right now.
The heart of a Nazi.
And I don't mean that anyway except as literal as you can take it.
Peewee German.
Well, we know how we got to a lot of this stuff because we've got people that have adapted the tactics of the IDF, the Israeli Defense Force.
As one person pointed out, you know, you got a bunch of guys masked up as ICE agents sitting in a classroom scenario.
And the guy up at the board has got IDF on him.
And, you know, here's the three steps that you take.
Shoot first, block the ambulances, then call the victims terrorists.
That's what Pee Wee German does.
It's exactly what he does.
Well, let's take a look at how this all began.
Okay.
Here's what you have happening.
See that?
The ICE agent shoves a woman onto her back on the ground.
Fortunately, she didn't hit her head.
So this guy stands in front and you're like, hey, calm down.
So then they attack him.
And the thugs gang up on him, get him to the ground.
And we're going to show you the closer video here where you can see one of the ICE thugs removes his gun from the back.
And then after that, the guy who is restrained on the ground, unarmed, they shoot him, I think, 10 times.
Multiple guys were shooting him.
They offered him no assistance as a physician who begged to help him.
Finally, they let the guy.
Oh, where's your license?
Show me your medical license.
Like you walk around all the time.
But again, these guys default to the Nazi position.
Your identity papers, please?
Can you prove you're a doctor?
Anyway, one of the guys let him go over and start to do first aid to him after he frisked him and all the rest of the stuff.
He said when he went over there, he said, the guy's laying on his side.
I thought, this is so strange.
He's laying on his side.
Why would you ever do that?
And he said, they weren't trying to give him CPR.
They weren't trying to stop bleeding.
They were counting the number of bullet holes they'd put in him.
That's why they flipped him on his side.
I want to throw up.
If you can handle this, I have nothing to say to you.
You're beyond hope at this point.
So he stands in.
He got the ICE guy.
Let me just show the beginning of this because I want you to see everything that this ICE guy who initiated this stuff did.
First, he pushes a woman to the ground.
Then there's somebody who's just standing close by.
He runs over and sprays him or her in the face with pepper spray.
Then this guy walks over, like, hey, calm down.
And he sprays him in the face.
You can see it right here.
He pushes the woman down.
Then he sprays this guy, the guy who they eventually kill in the face.
Then he sprays this other person who's just standing on the side, sprays him in the face.
This is what they're doing all the time.
As a matter of fact, one of the things that's really outraged people is a picture of a bunch of ice agents piled on top of somebody, having them pinned to the ground.
Another ice agent comes up and puts the pepper spray right in their face and sprays them on the ground.
Why isn't there any accountability for that?
Why would we let them do that to us?
We're not slaves on your plantation.
You're not the overseers who are charged in beating us into submission.
I'm not going to stand for this kind of thing.
You know, show your hands, obey commands.
This is what you hear from all these people.
The lawyers are out there saying, well, it may be awful what happened, but it's lawful.
No, no, it's not just.
It's not just.
So, again, you have the close-up video of the ice shooting.
Shows the moments leading up to the ultimate violent act.
Woman holding the camera saying, What are you doing?
What's wrong with you?
As you saw the initial stuff, Aries, pushing women on the ground, spraying people in the face with pepper spray.
They're no threat to him.
He simply doesn't like them being there.
He doesn't like them filming him.
You know, he's wearing a mask.
He got all masked up for this stuff.
And you're going to film him?
He doesn't want to be seen because he knows what he's doing.
I got a real problem with cops who wear masks, folks.
I've got a real problem.
There's no way I'm going to accept this.
No way that that can be explained away.
They need to be held accountable.
They need to be held to a higher standard.
They need to not only not wear masks, they need to put their name tag on and wear a uniform.
So, again, just absolute murder.
Here's a stabilized video that's up close.
It's on motion.
And if you look, you can see the guy, he's got a gun that is tucked in behind him, into his pants behind him.
The guy pulls it out.
Now they start shooting him.
Yeah, yeah.
Isn't that great?
America.
America.
That's what it's become.
And these people who say, I voted for this.
Yeah, we had people who voted for Hitler, too.
Everybody says, well, no democracy has ever started a war with anybody else.
Well, that hasn't been true my entire life.
We've been starting wars with people.
But Hitler was voted into office.
Never forget that.
So the guy that they killed, and now let the character assassination begin, right?
Because it's like, yeah, but what about this guy?
I don't like this about him.
I don't like that about him.
You saw the same thing happening with Renee Good.
Oh, she's a lefty.
She's a lesbian.
She was working with an organization that got some Soros money.
Wait a minute.
The Treasury Secretary was George Soros' partner, breaking the Bank of England.
He worked for Soros for years.
He's also a homosexual.
And he and his buddy trafficked kids, calling it an adoption.
Don't have a problem with that, do you?
MAGA maggots.
Anyway, he's always, he's called by these people the suspect and all the MAGA media stuff.
What's he suspected of?
Standing on the street?
He was where he shouldn't have been, said one of the people.
He should never be in a place like that.
Well, let's take a look at what Scott Besant had to say on one of the talk shows here about the fact this guy had a gun.
Okay, so here's your hero, your Soros Soyboy.
For the Veterans Administration, and there's no evidence that he brandished the gun whatsoever.
The fact that he brought it up.
But he brought disarmed before him.
Scott Besant On Guns 00:08:07
He brought a gun.
Have you ever gone to a protest, John?
I mean, we do have a Second Amendment in this country.
Jonathan, have you ever gone to a protest?
I mean, have you gone to a protest?
I mean, I've no, actually, as a reporter covering it.
Okay, I've been to a protest.
Guess what?
I didn't bring a gun.
They're probably protesting you.
Secretary of Besant, thank you.
Yeah, I've been to a protest.
Guess what?
I wasn't carrying a gun.
Well, I've been to protests carrying cameras where other people were carrying guns.
And the only time that they haven't attacked reporters and stuff like that, it was when the other people were carrying guns.
They had a Second Amendment rally down at the Alamo because they were trying to get constitutional carry in Texas.
At that point in time, Alex Jones was for the Constitution, not the police state.
So he went down there to cover it.
And there were cops everywhere.
They were filming us as if we care.
You know, oh, yeah, let's film them.
We'll get them.
I took pictures of them.
They're up in a third floor window with all their cameras recording everybody and everything.
It's like, hey, spell my name right.
But so they're doing all that stuff, and everybody's walking around with rifles shouldered.
Very peaceful.
Very peaceful.
You know, that's the way it works, Scott Besant.
As Robert Heinlein said, and I think it was in the moon as a harsh mistress.
He said, an armed society is a polite society.
Before that, it was said by Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Fremantle of the Cold Stream Guards, who came to the U.S. during the Civil War to observe the tactics of the armies and that type thing.
He said, as he went through the South, he wrote a book when he went back called Three Months in the Southern States.
He said, I've never seen a society where everybody is armed like they are in the South.
And I've never seen such a polite society.
That's basically paraphrased by Robert Heinlein.
And so if so now it's a crime, MAGA is now telling people that it's a crime to carry weapons.
I mean, we're seeing this over and over again, not just from soyboy Besant.
We're seeing it from Fox News.
We're seeing it from even MAGA media.
Well, he went to this thing with a gun, obviously.
You know, he was looking for trouble.
It is not a crime to carry a gun.
This guy went through the extra process, which I would never do, never did, never would do it, of getting permission from the government.
Constitution is my permission to carry a gun.
I started carrying a gun when we had the video stores because we had situations where I'd get calls in the middle of the night because some sign moved when the air conditioning turned on that set off the burglar alarm.
And they would call the police and the police would eventually show up.
Usually I could get there before them, and I lived an hour away from some of these stores.
And my biggest concern was that, you know, police wouldn't do anything except they might shoot me.
So I told the alarm company, do not call them at all.
Call me instead.
And so I would go and I would take my pistol with me.
And I didn't get a permit.
I would not get a permit from the government.
I don't need your permission to protect myself.
And I, you know, people say, well, you know, he had this gun on him.
Look, we got people who get caught at TSA all the time with guns.
You look at that and say, why would somebody take that to the airport?
Haven't they gotten a memo yet?
Of course, they know that you're not allowed to take a gun through the airport security and onto a plane.
However, when you carry this stuff all the time, you get used to it.
It feels strange not to have it.
It's just something you do out of habit.
You put it on.
I would not be surprised if that were not the case in this particular circumstance.
But isn't it interesting that all of the character assassination that they were throwing at Renee Good could be thrown at Scott Bessant on steroids?
Orders of magnitude worse in terms of Soros connection.
Orders of magnitude worse in terms of what he does with children.
Just amazing.
But yeah, I'm sure that he's been to a protest.
He probably went to places where they were protesting him as a billionaire.
And like all of these billionaires, Scott Besant doesn't think that you rabble need to have guns.
As a matter of fact, you rabble having guns is a threat to him and his armed security guards that are always surrounding him and Trump and all these gun control liberals.
Because Trump is a gun control liberal.
He is a New York City Democrat gun control liberal who said, take the guns, do the due process later.
Fortunately, I can ban whatever I wish.
I can ban bump stocks.
And guess what?
The only people, the NRA didn't say anything about that.
It was the gun owners of America who have been solid on this.
And the NRA has been silent as the Trump administration and the MAGA media has attacked the idea that it's lawful to carry a gun.
Now, if you carry a gun, you're threatening.
You're threatening people.
The only people to push back against that so far in terms of gun organizations that I know of has been Gun Owners of America.
You need to understand who your allies are.
You need to understand who the people are that are in it for the grifting and for the influence.
That's the NRA.
Gun owners of America has stuck to the principles.
Remember that.
And we're going to talk about the media people as well.
You need to understand that as well.
Well, you had, let's see, where is that here?
Yeah, this one right here.
Here's the guy who came, as Christy Noam said.
Well, he came as a terrorist.
He came there to assassinate them.
Does that look like that's the case?
Who's in whose face there?
Who's in whose face?
You know who's in whose face.
You saw the video.
This guy is going around everybody, shoving women on the ground, and he's holding a camera in his hand.
Why would he hold his camera in his hand if he came to shoot people?
And so, yeah, you got we're going to hear from Bovino.
I think we call him Bovine.
This little guy right here.
Screenshot of an agent in a green jacket approach Predi, and then he appeared to take a gun away.
When the agent took the gun away, which seems as though it was Predi's gun, that happened before Predi was shot.
Why was an unarmed man shot multiple times by law enforcement, by your Border Patrol agents?
Dana, you don't know he was unarmed.
I don't know he was unarmed.
Yeah, we do.
Freeze-frame adjudication of a crime scene.
Yeah, don't believe your eyes.
That's why we have investigations.
Believe this little liar.
Why we have an investigation that is going to answer.
You're not doing an investigation on the good shooting.
The Renee Good shooting.
Where were the guns?
Where were the guns located?
All those questions are going to be a good idea.
Sir, I just want to see the screen in the investigation.
We're not going to adjudicate that here on TV.
You're going to give these guys absolute immunity.
A video of one of your agents taking the gun away, and that happened before Predty was shot.
We don't know that agent was taking that.
The facts are going to come to light.
So you're disputing the video.
Yeah, that's what happened.
That's why we investigate.
Well, with respect, you say that's why we investigate, but you're also drawing other conclusions that sort of fly in the face of what you're doing.
Yeah, you don't investigate.
Investigating Corruption 00:02:05
That's the problem.
You don't have an open investigation.
That's the huge problem.
You see, it goes back to what can't remember his name, Al Pacino movie.
Serprico, Frank Serpico.
It goes back to what Frank Serpico said.
He said, in every organization, there are bad people, right?
You might have the Sheriff's Department in Mayberry, and you got a Barney Fife, who is really psychologically not a loose wire that's ready to go off on people, right?
People like that should not be there.
You got bad people who are corrupt.
You got criminals.
You got people who just can't handle the stress of the job.
You got a lot of different issues.
The issue, however, says Frank Serpico, he says, you're always going to have every institution is going to have good and bad people in it, right?
The test of the institution is whether or not you purge the bad people out, or do you defend them simply because they're part of your institution?
If you defend them simply because they're part of your institution, then the institution goes bad.
That's why our government is so horrible.
That's why ICE needs to be abolished.
How many centuries did we have an American government before we had ICE?
Right?
If you're going to have the federal government control immigration, if the federal government is going to define what citizenship is and other things like that, which is in the Constitution, I disagree with the people who say otherwise.
We can have that discussion, okay?
So we can have a discussion as to whether or not immigration should be done by the federal government.
I think from a pragmatic standpoint, I think even from a legal and constitutional standpoint, it makes sense to have the federal government do it.
However, regardless of what you think about that, that doesn't mean that ICE needs to do it.
That doesn't mean that ICE and Homeland Security are good organizations.
They are completely and thoroughly corrupt.
ICE's Constitutional Controversy 00:12:53
And we have seen that over the last several months.
Those organizations need to be ended.
And if you want to move those duties and responsibilities, start over with a clean slate.
That's the real issue here.
Regardless of what you think about immigration and whether it should be enforced or how it should be enforced or what level it should be enforced, understand where ICE is right now.
And you see people like Bovino, okay?
This little guy with the Napoleon complex dressing like a Nazi.
He's got his shaved head and all the rest of stuff.
Yeah, look at he's a little man out there.
As Jerry Salenti is like, a little man of nothing.
Yeah, he definitely is.
He's smarter than Christy Noome, though.
Rather than outright lying to people, absurdly lying to people, insulting our intelligence, thinking that we're as stupid as she is.
Smarter than Christy Noam is a dubious honor at best.
Yeah, well, you know, what he does, rather than making up absurd lies, he evades the question.
Well, we're going to have to look at this and take our time, you know, making this decision.
Well, you've got videotape.
You've got videotape multiple angles.
You got videotape that can be slowed down, zoomed in.
You can see exactly what's going on.
You can see this guy pulling the gun out of the back as they've got him on the ground pinned.
And then you can see the guy shooting him.
Another guy starting to shoot him.
Don't believe your eyes.
That's why we started with that, right?
Well, well said.
The most important thing for the party.
And so then we have the MAGA influencers, people like Jack Pesoviot and his post-millennial organization.
Alex Peretti's parents speak out after their son's death, saying they warned him not to engage with the feds.
So what Jack Pesobiot, his quote-unquote news organization, it's an influencer propaganda rag.
What they do is really despicably spend this story.
To make it sound, they cherry-picked quotes from his family to make it sound like they were criticizing him, like he was this Yahoo off on, you know, couldn't control him.
We had this discussion with him two weeks ago, you know, that go ahead and protest, but don't engage.
Don't do anything stupid, basically.
He cared about people deeply.
He's very upset with what was happening here.
He felt that doing the protesting was a way to express that, you know, his care for others.
One angle of the shooting officers are heard yelling, he's got a gun, and shots rang out, writes the post-millennial.
Well, whether or not you agree with this guy, his speech is protected.
And he has a right to film cops who are in public.
And the fact that they wear plain clothes, the fact that they wear masks, is all the more reason to film them.
It's all the more reason why it's very dangerous.
And one angle, the shooting officers are heard yelling, he's got a gun, and shots rang out.
Problem is, Jack Pesobiot and these people spinning this at the post-millennial don't tell you that the gun had already been removed long before they killed him.
A targeted operation in Minneapolis against illegal aliens wanted for violent assault, said Homeland Security in their statement.
So they put that in there.
Oh, so it's a violent assault, wasn't it?
I saw the violence was all on one side.
If you watch the videos, you will see the violence is completely one-sided.
Yeah, one guy, one guy, and it takes a platoon of Barney Fifes to arrest an individual who's wanted for violent assault.
You got to send that many people to get one guy who's wanted for violent assault.
I'm telling you, there is something wrong with this narrative, every aspect of it.
Of course, it's kind of different, isn't it?
You know, ICE agents versus a Texas Ranger.
The whole thing about Texas Ranger was: hey, you know, they have a riot and they send one Texas Ranger.
He said, is that it?
Nobody else is coming.
He goes, one riot, one Ranger, right?
That got pretty famous.
But here you got one suspect and you send out a gaggle of ICE agents.
What do we call them?
I mean, you got a gaggle of geese.
You got a, I guess, like Ravens, right?
You got a group of Reagan of Ravens.
You call them a murderer or crows, I guess.
Is that crow?
Anyway.
I think it applies to both ravens and crows.
Yeah, maybe it applies to ICE agents as well.
We got a murder of ICE agents out here.
It's a group of them.
When they get together, they start killing people.
Well, you know, he had this gun on him.
And as we all know, we now have learned that the Trump administration thinks that having a gun is a basis for you being labeled a terrorist and killed if they feel like it.
I like this cartoon.
It shows these jack-booted masked thugs armored up, fully armed.
You got the Statue of Liberty lying on the ground, bleeding out.
And they said, well, she had she was carrying a torch.
It was dangerous, right?
So, this is what we're told.
And this is where I have to disagree with Sheriff Mac.
This magic incantation.
And he's not the only one to say it.
We got multiple lawyers who are saying this.
Reason magazine laid this out.
They said, hey, you know, there's a difference between what is right and wrong and what the law is.
It's like, yeah, I noticed.
I noticed that.
But hey, it can be awful.
And somebody, they might kill somebody because they were afraid.
But they don't even have to have a justification for being afraid.
All they do is this magic incantation.
It's like what Trump does.
He wants to do something.
And the law is in his way.
The Constitution is in his way.
So what he does is he says, emergency.
And he does whatever he pleases.
The equivalent of that in law enforcement is for them to say, I felt like my life was threatened.
That's why I killed them.
Are we going to allow that to continue?
That cannot be allowed to continue.
And folks, that's not just ICE.
That's all of law enforcement.
Tell it to a jury, like the rest of us have to do.
So, but just by declaring that you felt that you were in fear of your life, whether or not there was any justification for that, you get off.
It is a license to kill.
And let me tell you something: 007 just isn't just their number.
007 is also their IQ.
So Jack Pesoviette twisting what the family said to make it sound like they're criticizing him.
I don't know what's the matter with that boy.
I just tried to tell him, don't go, don't engage with these people.
It's all his fault.
All his fault.
That's Jack Pesoviot.
And then the other articles, here's another headline.
Family of ICE victims call out, quote, sickening lies, quote unquote, from Trump administration.
Say, quote, reprehensible and disgusting.
That's the headline.
That wasn't anywhere in the Jack Pesoviot post-millennial story, was it?
I think Jack's not playing straight up with you.
He's not accurately representing what the parents said.
He's spinning it for his own agenda.
And his agenda is to support Trump no matter what.
But he also has another agenda.
Remember, it was Jack Pesoviot, who when Trump was saying, well, you know, fentanyl is coming in from Canada.
So Jack Pesoviot went to the Canadian border, small, quiet, peaceful town.
And he says, look at this.
Anybody could just walk across here.
There's no barbed wire.
There's no guard dogs.
Nothing.
Anybody could just walk across there and they could bring fentanyl with them.
Yeah, Jack.
Jack's selling the police state, isn't he?
You know, it's make America great again over Auschwitz.
Or he could say, ICE Mach Frei.
ICE is going to free America from the immigrants that were brought in by the Republicans and Democrats who paid them to come here.
Now we've got to have the Nazis come in to free us.
ICE mach frei.
Well, here's the real quotes from the family.
Here's the full quote without the editorial censorship of Jack Pesoviot and the disgusting spin.
They said his last thought and act was to protect a woman as this ICE agent shoves her to the ground.
He's going over to beat her up some more.
He stands there.
wait a second you know and then the guy comes after him like bullies always do like the gang of bullies this is what the family said in their statement the sickening lies told about our son by the administration are reprehensible and disgusting and i would include jack besobiot in that as well alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by trump's murdering and cowardly ice thugs He has his phone in his right hand.
Here, let me, I got a picture of that.
Let's see.
No, that's not it.
Let's see.
Yeah, there we go.
He's got his phone in his right hand, and his empty left hand is raised above his head while he is trying to protect the woman that you see on the ground from that thug who is spraying him in the face and spraying the woman who is running behind him.
He got two women there.
And he's running around, shoving them to the ground, spraying them in the face, the ICE agent.
ICE had just pushed down all the while being pepper sprayed.
So, yeah.
And look at the difference between what they had to say and what Jack Besobiot said about their son.
Please get the truth out about our son.
He was a good man.
They're going to have a bit of a problem trying to do character assassination on this guy because he was an intensive care unit nurse at the VA.
He had been vetted for concealed carry.
That's not a small thing in a lefty state like Minnesota.
So go ahead, try your character assassination.
That's what you always do, the Soviet.
And then you've got this lawyer talking about the awful but lawful stuff.
His name is Andrew Branca, and I had trouble downloading the video, so I only have the audio.
But it's just a talking head.
I put up some memes while he's talking.
One of the ICE guys perceived the gun on the suspect, this gun, and took it off his person and was turning away, walking away with the gun to secure it from the suspect.
But what might have happened, remember, there's a whole bunch of officers involved.
And one officer might have seen the gun and said the word gun.
And that might have triggered that first shot by an officer.
And then all the other officers begin shooting in response to that initial discharge.
That does not make the shooting unlawful.
It just, it would be an awful but lawful shooting.
So what's required for the shooting to be lawful?
The officers have to have a reasonable perception of an imminent threat of unlawful deadly force harm.
That's it.
If the answer to that is yes, this is a lawful shoot.
They're struggling with this gun.
If they perceive this guy as being non-compliant with arrest, fighting with officers, as reaching for a weapon, they will have reasonably perceived an imminent threat of unlawful deadly force harm.
Except no, that has deadly defensive force.
And their perception does not have to be correct.
Their perception has to be reasonable.
Reasonable.
Does it matter that you're calling the woman names before and after you killed her?
Does your attitude prior to that matter?
Do your actions matter at all?
Will we even have an investigation into this?
No, I don't think so.
Again, as I said, it's a magic incantation.
I was in fear for my life.
Claims of Self-Defense Questioned 00:15:25
It's an emergency.
And of course, we can do whatever we want at that point in time.
Well, Steve Scalise, if you remember a few years ago, he was playing baseball with a congressman or anything.
He got shot.
And so he was on and they asked him questions about the shooting and what he thought about this.
We turn now to House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, who joins us from New Orleans.
Good morning to you.
Good morning, Margaret.
I know in addition to being a leader in Congress, you have this unique experience of having been the victim of political violence yourself.
You know how dangerous rhetoric can be.
We've heard a lot of anger in the past 24 hours, and your fellow Louisiana senator Bill Cassidy said the events in Minneapolis are not only incredibly disturbing, but the credibility of ICE and DHS are at stake.
What credibility is a joint federal and state investigation?
Would you join his call?
Well, I don't understand the credibility of ICE.
They're doing an incredibly hard job.
Look, we are all just feel sorry about what happened in Minneapolis.
And this has happened over and over again.
I mean, I'm not just talking about regarding ICE.
I mean, they've got some failed local leadership.
They let their city burn down years ago.
They have chaos, it seems like, all the time in places where other cities don't.
ICE is operating in a lot of cities, Margaret, and you don't have these kind of incidents in any other city but Minneapolis.
You don't see these numbers.
Yesterday didn't happen.
What's that?
You don't see these numbers either, though.
When we looked at, for example, at the federal response in New Orleans, I mean, it's just a fraction of the number of federal agents.
Nearly 3,000 is quite a lot for a city the size of Minneapolis.
Yeah, yeah, they're not doing that type of thing anywhere else.
They want a confrontation, folks.
This is a push.
And if you can't see this, if you can't see the phony problem created by the Democrats, the Republicans campaigned on it, but the Republicans kept feeding it.
Trump is going to give another $5 billion to bring in more refugees like the Somalis that are there.
They complain about the fact, well, look at this.
Tim Waltz presided over fraud.
You know, let this thing happen.
Well, so did the Republicans.
It's a bipartisan thing.
Everybody's known about this since 2018.
We've known about this stuff.
Trump didn't do anything about it as president.
Tim Waltz didn't do anything about it.
I think Waltz is probably getting kickbacks.
That's just my guess.
But it's horrific.
They got $18 billion and half of it, they said, is fraudulent for the food programs, for the daycare programs.
I don't think that the Trump administration would have still done anything about it if it hadn't been brought up by that journalist.
Because if you look at what happened, they never did anything about it before.
And when they kicked off this ICE stuff, was that a top priority?
No.
They didn't talk about that at all.
It was only after that report that they started talking about it in the Trump administration.
Only after that report did they send in a bunch of people.
And then if you want to look at the proper way to address this, rather than going house to house, investigate Waltz.
Investigate the mayor there.
Investigate Ilhan Omar.
Absolutely.
Call in the accountants and the auditors.
This is a white-collar crime.
This is not something that you need to go door to door dragging people out of their homes with an army of masked, armored, and armed SWAT team guys, dragging this elderly man who's been a law-abiding citizen in this country for three decades or more, dragging him out in his underwear into 10-degree weather, driving him around for a long time before they figured out who they had.
Well, they would know who they had if they'd done a search warrant.
They don't bother with that kind of stuff.
And so instead of going door to door, dragging people out, killing people, creating confrontation, why don't you go after the crooks at the top?
And that requires some investigation.
Maybe it's because these ICE agents can't read.
Is that the problem?
Can't read, can't do an investigation.
So you're just going to go around and get kinetic with people.
It's disgusting.
Well, I think Scalise unknowingly summed this whole thing up when he said.
If you're Chuck Schumer and a good day for you is defined by how much suffering you can impose on other people, including our men and women in uniform.
That's not just Chuck Schumer, that's Donald Trump.
And check yourself at the door and wonder what it is you're up here trying to accomplish.
Is that really why Chuck Schumer ran for office?
To inflict pain on other people?
He could have a good day, a better day for himself.
When that is your measuring stick for a good day, is how much pain you're inflicting on other American families.
You have lost your way.
And yet they vote over and over again to keep the government shut down.
How much pain Trump can inflict, how much chaos, how much conflict he can do on a given day.
That's when he has a good day.
You know, when he fights with Canada and threatens 100% tariffs, or with China, or with the EU, or whatever, or with Greenland, okay?
That's a good day for him to create chaos and conflict.
Yeah, I'm sure Chuck Schumer is probably the same way, but we've never seen anyone like Trump in that regard.
So again, going back yet another, this is from WND.
At least they reported what the parents said accurately, unlike Jack Pesoviot.
And of course, WND does cover for Trump incessantly.
But here's a headline from WND: Sickening lies.
Parents of armed man killed by a federal agent in Minneapolis go nuclear on Trump's murdering thugs.
Now they throw in the armed man killed by federal agents.
That's not why they killed him.
Perhaps as they pull this thing out, you know, there's been two explanations offered.
Both of them ought to get these people dismissed from any kind of further law enforcement.
At the very least, they ought to be fired.
But suppose there are two justifications that they've come over.
Not two justifications.
Neither one of these would be justifications, but two reasons.
One of them is that the guy pulled out the gun and says, gun, gun.
And then, oh, he's got a gun.
You know, kill him.
The other one is that this particular type of gun has this SIG has had a history of, I guess, what do you call it?
A hairpin trigger type of thing where it's dropped or jostled.
It's had a lot of accidental misfires.
And so some people say, well, I think the first shot that went off is, you know, from that gun.
They pulled it off.
I don't think so.
Look, what was happening to him prior to that point?
If the thing was going to go off accidentally with all the beating that he was taking and run over the ground and everything, don't you think it would have gone off before that point?
So I don't think it was that.
I think it was some guy yelling, gun, gun, gun.
And the other guys pull out their guns and just start shooting at the bad guy that's on the ground.
And they all ought to be fired.
They all ought to be put on a list saying they're never eligible for rehire for any type of pretend law enforcement anywhere.
There shouldn't be security guards at the mall.
And so Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump's murdering thugs.
They report that here.
But then they have the rebuttal, since it's WorldNet Daily.
They have the rebuttal from Christy Noam and Homeland Security.
The officers attempted to disarm the suspect, but the armed suspect violently resisted.
So that's not.
Fearing for his life and the life and safety of his fellow officers, he had to kill this guy.
Yeah, Chris Christie.
Not Chris Christie.
Christy Goebbels is who she is.
You just made claims that the individual posed a threat to law enforcement.
That is no claim.
It is the facts.
The facts of this situation.
This individual showed an law enforcement operation with a weapon.
And don't forget your makeup on inflation.
He wasn't there to peacefully protest.
He was there to perpetuate violence.
And he was asked to show up and to continue by a governor who's irresponsible.
They were there to perpetuate violence.
And we won't stand for it anymore.
These law enforcement officers take an oath.
They get up every single day and they go out to protect the public.
Many of these individuals live in their communities.
And this mayor and this governor have doxxed them.
They have allowed people to threaten them and their families.
Yeah, we should never know the name of our master.
In order to instill fear and violence, and that's not what America is about.
Installing fear and violence.
That's not what America is about.
That's right.
That's what Homeland Security is about.
That's what ICE is about.
Yeah.
Yeah, she had a torch.
She was brandishing a torch.
We had to kill her.
And again, Elizabeth Farah, who is now the editor of WND, is her husband, had a stroke a few years ago, Joseph Farah.
She tweeted out and put it in the article here.
Man brings a gun to a lawless demonstration.
It's not lawless to film police.
It's not lawless to blow whistles to get people's attention to what the police are doing.
What is lawless is for our government to claim national security and you can't even look at me.
You can't film me.
Well, they've got cameras all over the place that they're feeding into computers to do biometric analysis and all the rest of the stuff.
They're filming us.
They're filming our cars, the flock cameras everywhere, you know, creating profiles of individual cars, not just reading the license plates, but looking at unique idiosyncrasies of the different cars so they can put it in a database.
They went to a lawless demonstration defying our ICE officers.
That's right.
Show your hands.
Obey commands.
Tries to shoot a law enforcement officer, said Elizabeth Farah.
Shame on you.
Shame on you for lying like that.
You really should be ashamed of yourself.
You know better.
You're better than that.
You can actually look at the pictures that people have slowed down.
What's the matter with these people?
And she's just as bad a liar as Christy Noam.
So Trump shared an image and said, this is the gunman's gun.
He wasn't a gunman, simply carrying a gun.
Trump hates the Second Amendment.
Get that through your head.
You know, why is it that people like Alex Jones, who loves guns, why does he love Trump so much?
Trump doesn't shoot.
Trump's never owned a gun.
He's got armed bodyguards like Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton.
He doesn't understand or appreciate guns.
He doesn't see the need for them.
They're only a threat if the Hoi Poi got them, right?
So he hates the Second Amendment.
Scott Besant and MAGA hate it as well.
Well, that's what they're saying.
WND, Jack the Soviet.
The Daily Mail out of the UK, listen to their headline.
Crystal clear new video raises horrifying questions about the killing of a Minneapolis nurse by DHS.
Yeah, Trump calls him a gunman.
Doctor on the scene claims agents were counting bullet holes instead of helping him.
And you know, it's not the only thing.
I've seen videos that they, as they break off and back up, one guy is clapping, you know, like, yay, touchdown.
Disgusting people, absolutely disgusting people.
Well, the footage has been stabilized and slowed down to capture the final seconds before the gunfire erupted, contradicting claims by Homeland Security that Predi brandished a weapon.
He didn't.
Or that he posed an immediate threat to officers.
He didn't.
Instead, the footage appears to show federal agents already restraining Predty on the ground when his firearm is removed moments before another agent shoots him.
Adding to the scrutiny, a doctor who witnessed the aftermath from his nearby apartment said in an affidavit that the federal agents deployed performing, or rather delayed performing life-saving aid.
So are you going to believe?
You're going to believe your lying eyes?
You're going to believe this lying physician?
Or are you going to believe somebody that has been a liar about everything?
Christy Noam, this bovine character shoveling BS, the head of Border Patrol.
The unidentified pediatrician claims the agents appear to be, quote, counting his bullet wounds instead of administering CPR as he lay critically wounded.
He said, I've reviewed, this is a reporter who said, I have reviewed every available video of the shooting, and there is one angle in particular that I think is very important to see.
You can see the agent in gray pull Predi's gun out from the back of his pants right in front of the Border Patrol agent who draws his weapon.
That's the other thing, too.
The guy who draws his weapon sees, can't help but see that the guy on the ground has just pulled out.
He's standing right there in front of right there behind him as the guy's pulling out the gun right in front of him.
Why would he draw his weapon and shoot then when he sees that the guy has been disarmed?
That agent then fires up to 10 times after Alex Predty is disarmed.
I froze the video right before the second shot, which appears to be right into Alex's back.
These are people who are backshooting an unarmed man that they just ganged up on and beat.
I can't describe my contempt for people like this.
And I don't give a damn if you wear a badge.
That's all the worse that you wear a badge and you claim that nobody's allowed to shoot you.
Film you, I should say.
I've shown you the picture of this guy, the leader of the group.
One guy is talking to a woman who's filming.
She said, I got a right to film you.
And this guy's disputing it.
Then the leader comes prancing up and knocks it out of her hand, right?
Knocks the camera out of her hand.
These guys are cowards, Nazis.
But anyway, the reporter says his station confirmed that Predty was legally permitted to carry a firearm in Minnesota.
But, you know, Alex Jones at Infowars claims that he had a, yesterday he had a 100% proof that this shooting was justified.
Cheering for Violence 00:08:14
Just amazing.
Just amazing.
Multiple DHS agents are seen surrounding him, struggling to restrain his arms and legs as he is held face down on the pavement.
They remove the gun.
The guy standing behind the guy, standing right there looking at the gun being removed, then shoots him in the back.
Awful, but lawful, we're told.
Reason said it.
Lawyers have said it.
Sheriff Max said it.
Folks, we have an awful, unlawful government.
They don't respect life.
They don't respect the law.
So again, Christy Noam blames Tim Waltz, the governor, for the latest shooting.
At first, ICE agents wouldn't let me through, said the doctor.
They repeatedly asked me for my physician's license, which I obviously don't carry with me.
Your identity papers, please?
Nazis.
I could tell the victim was in critical condition.
I insisted that the agents let me assist him.
Normally, I would not have been so persistent, but as a physician, I felt a professional and a moral obligation, which, of course, ICE people don't feel any moral obligations to anything.
I'm just imagining, you know, there's that old joke, you know, is there a doctor in the house?
Need to amend it.
Is there an accredited doctor with valid documentation, an ID in the house right now?
Yeah, that's right.
Yeah, let me see your papers first.
Eventually, the doctor said one agent agreed, but only after patting him down to make sure that I didn't have a weapon.
When he reached Predi, the doctor said he was confused by what he saw.
As I approached, I saw the victim was lying on his side, surrounded by several ICE agents.
I was confused as to why the victim was on his side, because that's not standard practice when a victim has been shot.
Well, they don't know what standard practice is.
They haven't had any training.
Checking for a pulse and administering CPR is standard practice, he said.
Instead of doing either of those things, the ICE agents appeared to be counting his bullet wounds.
Yeah, that's where I shot him.
So Caleb Spike came from a nearby suburb to show his support and his frustration.
He said, it feels like every day something crazier is happening.
What's happening in our community is wrong.
It's sickening.
It's disgusting.
And it's continuing.
And it's being cheered by MAGA, by the MAGA media, by the Trump sucker proxies.
And we're being lied to our faces by Trump, Christy Noam, and the rest of these people.
A nearby donut shop and clothing store stayed open to offer a place for people to warm up, as well as water, coffee, and snacks.
So again, the New York Times headline, videos show the moment in which agents killed a man in Minneapolis.
Videos show Mr. Predty was holding his phone, not a weapon, when they pulled him to the ground.
Let's see.
I got so many pictures.
I don't know which one that was.
I didn't label it.
The Department of Homeland Security said the episode began after a man approached Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.
No, they didn't.
And they tried to disarm him.
See how they lie to you?
They know they can lie.
Yeah, there's the picture right there.
Thank you, Travis.
They know they can lie.
And they've got a lot of people, influencers, Pied Pipers in the media, quote unquote.
People like Alex Jones, Elizabeth Farah, Jack Basoviot, who will push their lies.
It's an insult to our intelligence from people who don't have any intelligence.
About eight seconds after he's pinned, agents yell, he's got a gun, indicating that they may not have known that he was armed until he was on the ground.
So obviously, he did not walk up to them brandishing a gun and threatening.
That's the Christy Noam story, just like she said about the Renee Goode killing.
Well, they were stuck in the snow.
Everybody can understand they weren't stuck in the snow.
Even the people who can't figure out that she had her wheels turned.
You can obviously see her wheels turned.
Then when you get the video of Jonathan Ross, the guy who murdered her, the one that he did, she's not even looking at him and she's turning her wheel.
She's not trying to run him over.
So again, it takes us right back to where we started.
You got to reject the evidence of your own eyes.
That's what Orwell said.
That's what they want you to see.
So Trump comes out and says, need to let our ICE agents do their job.
He rages after the armed suspect is shot by the Border Patrol and dies.
So yeah, let our agents do their jobs.
I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot someone and I wouldn't lose any voters.
I could send a masked mob of thugs without warrants into the streets and they could shoot anybody they wish and we'd give them absolute immunity and I wouldn't lose any voters.
I could start wars everywhere and create a militarized police surveillance state in America and Alex Jones will keep me from losing any voters.
My people, my influencers like Tim Poole will push civil war and DC Drano will help me hide my pedophile rapist depravity and I won't lose any voters.
Yeah, that's right.
That's the way it works, isn't it?
I left out the part about killing millions of people with his mRNA bioweapon.
That you had people like Alex Jones selling that as sugar water.
Now he's selling these sugared lies to you about the police state.
After that sellout, Alex Jones did documentary after documentary about the police state.
He's now cheering it because he can make money supporting Trump.
And he'll support Trump no matter what Trump does.
Yeah, Christian Ohm says the ICE agents fired defensive shots after they pinned him to the ground, beat him up, removed his gun, then they killed him.
Defensive shots.
And she'll give them absolute immunity.
JD Vance and Trump, all on board with that.
Investigation?
No, that's just something some bovine BS producer is telling you.
They're not going to do any investigation, just like they didn't do with the other shooting.
Meanwhile, all this is happening while Trump quietly restores tens of millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood after he bragged about stopping that killing.
Now they've refunded Planned Parenthood.
And now they're going to continue $5 billion for refugees to come here on the welfare magnet.
That's Trump.
He's doing this.
And these people who are cheering for him saying, yeah, we got to do something about it.
Look at all these Somalians all over Minneapolis and all the rest of this stuff.
We got to stop that.
And he just added $5 billion to the pot to do that again.
Perhaps it'll be a different ethnic group, but it'll be the same type of thing.
Just be a Ukrainian mafia or maybe a Venezuelan mafia.
That's the way this operates.
I think when I look at somebody like JD Vance talking about absolute immunity, you know, he's a technocrat puppet.
He not only cheers the mRNA stuff, he and Vivaik Ramaswimy have got their own company making self-amplifying mRNA.
You know, I'd vote for Karl Marx before I would vote for JD Vance.
He'd be less dangerous than this technocrat puppet.
It's amazing.
You know, when you talk about the lesser of evils, understand, folks, both the Democrats and the Republicans are not just evil.
They are pure evil.
They're as evil as it gets.
How in the world could anybody with a conscience vote anymore?
Conservative News Pushback 00:15:28
I don't understand.
I'm sure you can find somebody at a local level that you can support.
But these people at the top that everybody fights over, you know, the election for president or even the election for congressman, you know, you get somebody like Emmer in there.
Makes no sense anymore to me.
I'm done with the election stuff.
So again, Greg Bovino, I just call him Bovine, gives a jaw-dropping defense for fatally shooting Minneapolis nurse Alex Predty.
It's a headline from Daily Mail.
Shot dead by officers in broad daylight after they beat him, subdued him, removed his gun.
Bovino would not give a straight answer when pressed about whether he ever pulled out his weapon.
Did he ever pull it out?
Did he ever threaten anybody?
No.
The only time it was pulled out was just before they killed him.
And it was pulled out right in front of the guy who fired the first shots.
So Bovino says, we don't know what the suspect did.
He brought a weapon, a loaded 9mm high-capacity handgun to a riot.
Well, it wasn't a riot until he started killing, beating people and spraying them in the face.
You're the riot.
So he wants to reserve judgment, he says, for the ICE killer.
But he doesn't reserve judgment for Predty, does he?
You mean, don't jump to any conclusions about my ICE agent.
But I'm going to tell you, that guy brought a gun to the riot.
He was brandishing that gun.
He was going to kill us all.
You didn't jump to a conclusion, did you?
Oh, don't look at that video or that picture.
We're not going to use that as evidence.
I'm going to tell you what happened, and I don't have anything that backs that up.
There's not a single still or video that backs anything that Bovino or Trump or Noam have said.
Not a thing.
But the stuff that contradicts him.
Don't look at that.
Don't look at that.
I will tell you what to think.
That's how it all begins, right?
Yeah, that's how it begins.
With a push and a shove.
And, you know, you need to understand to reject the evidence of your own eyes.
Yeah, don't look at any pictures.
Don't look at any video.
Don't look at any stills.
I will tell you what happened.
I don't have any video to back up the fact that they were stuck in the snow or they came brandishing a weapon.
He was going to kill everybody.
I don't have any video that shows anything like that.
It shows just the opposite.
But listen to me.
I'm the authority figure.
I'm the Orwellian tyrant.
I will tell you what to do.
And then this from MediaITE, which is a left-wing publication, the federal government is gaslighting the public about ICE killing Alex Predi.
You know, I would say that's true, except that because of the obvious lies and everything.
But I don't believe that they're gaslighting MAGA because I think the majority of people don't buy into this.
Majority of people know that these are absurd lies.
The problem is, is that MAGA wants to believe this.
They want to believe this in spite of what they see, in spite of the videos and the still photographs and everything else.
MAGA wants to believe the lies from Trump and Alex Jones and Jack Pesoviot and Elizabeth Farah and on and on and on.
Tim Poole, all the rest of them.
That's what they want to believe.
And the scariest thing about that is that they want to believe it because they want to kill.
They hate the left so much that they want to kill the left.
And of course, the left hates the right as well.
And here I am stuck in the middle with you.
They just, the two sides have got their bloodlust up.
It's the season.
It's like a mating season.
And, you know, you see the, you go up into The Rockies, and they've got the big elk up there, and they have that cry that sounds like some kind of dinosaur out of Jurassic Park.
It was a really strange cry.
And they tell you, get away from them.
You know, it's running season and all the rest of the stuff.
Stay away from them when they're this time of thing.
And that's where we are right now with the left and the right.
It's like mating season for them.
And it's this bloodlust.
You know, they want to mate with the other side and kill them.
And by the way, you know, you can get stuck in that as well.
But yeah, the left and right are going to get mated and they're going to get mated good and hard.
Let's just hope that we're not involved in any of this.
It's the politicians at the top that are feeding this.
And Trump isn't, notice how he's not going after Tim Waltz.
He's not doing an investigation about Tim Waltz and the fraud.
I'm not going to pay attention to that.
Instead, they're going to go door to door threatening and killing people.
Well, over and over again, we see many people are pointing out the video contradicts DHS's claims about killing of Alex Pretty.
This is Free Thought Project, an article from Common Dreams, and it covers the same stuff that we've just been talking about.
A lot of people see that.
But the people that many think are being gaslit by this want a civil war.
They want to believe this.
And then this, which I thought was the most amazing thing, and I'll end with this one here.
MRC TV.
This is a conservative news outlet.
And the guy who runs it, Brent Bozell, just had his son swooped up in the January the 6th zealous over-prosecution and all the crimes that were involved with that that Biden committed, coming after people who were peacefully assembled, redressing their grievances as protected by the Constitution.
His son was just caught up in that.
Sad to see it.
But did he learn a lesson from that?
No.
Instead, listen, he wrote an article.
Here's the headline here.
CNN's Phillip claims, quote, legitimate fear, unquote, of ICE in Minneapolis justifies running from them.
And then he criticizes that.
He mocks that idea.
Let's hold this.
Let's backtrack a little bit.
Remember, it's awful but lawful.
All anyone in law enforcement anywhere has to do is say, well, I was in fear for my life, and so I killed him.
But if that makes you afraid, if that makes you cautious, if you get paranoid then, and it's not paranoia, if it's really true, if you then decide to run from them, well, then you should be shot.
So if you don't obey their commands and show your hands, if you run from them because you know they're murderers who can get away with it because they've been given absolute immunity by the Trump administration, and you run from them, now they're also entitled to kill you.
What do we do about this?
That's being pushed at us by MRC TV.
So, yeah, that's right.
They can kill you for that.
And they should kill you for that.
Yeah, as one person put up, got the Gadson flag there, don't tread on me.
They replaced the snake with a sheep wearing a mask.
Comply or die.
And I said, there, I fixed it for you.
That's where we are right now with the awful but lawful crowd.
Well, we're going to take a quick break, folks, and we'll be right back.
I'm going to, I need to get out of this mindset a bit.
So we're going to take, well, I guess what we'll do is we'll play Shenandoah, because these people want to put us in a civil war.
Just remember the war that in this story, the central character, Jimmy Stewart, doesn't want to be a part of either side of this.
But what happens to his family?
Several of them were killed.
His son is kidnapped and pressed into service.
I want to talk about MAGA's turning on the Second Amendment.
One by one, they're turning against the Constitution.
Trump got them to turn against the First Amendment.
Now Trump is getting them to turn against the Second Amendment.
It's amazing to see.
As I said before, conservative?
What are you trying to conserve?
You're not trying to conserve the Constitution.
You're not trying to conserve our liberties.
You're not trying to conserve our God-given rights.
You're trying to conserve Trump's power over people.
That's all you're trying to conserve.
Well, before we move on, we do have a lot of comments.
Yes, yes.
I just didn't get those out.
Truck Berger says: if this stands and we need to avoid law enforcement at all costs, having a CCW is now a death sentence, according to the feds.
That's right.
That's right.
Guard Goldsmith says, citizenship is in the Constitution, but not policing non-citizens.
The process of becoming a citizen, otherwise known as naturalization, is in the Constitution, but not policing non-citizens.
That was left to the states, as Jefferson said.
So ICE should be abolished because it's unconstitutional.
Well, I think it is clearly a corrupt, lawless, out-of-control organization, and it needs to be abolished for those purposes.
But, you know, when you look at, and this is an issue, you know, what you're talking about, Guard, there, about the policing of non-citizens.
You know, when I said about this guy who it turns out that he was a human trafficker, but the Trump administration wasn't smart enough to make that the issue.
Instead, they made up a bunch of lies about tattoos on his hands and knuckles that didn't exist, that they photoshopped in or somebody photoshopped in.
And they made up all kinds of personal ad hominem attacks.
The relevant issue was the fact that he was stopped as he was trafficking people by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
And the Biden administration said, let him go.
He had like eight guys, none of whom spoke any English.
They weren't citizens.
And he was in a car that he was driving that belonged to a guy who had already been convicted of human trafficking.
So they will focus on those types of things, but then they'll say, well, he doesn't get any due process.
Just send him away right away.
And I said, no, due process is there.
I had so many people argue with me.
Due process is only for citizens.
No, it doesn't say that in the Constitution.
It talks about people, talks about human rights and that type of thing.
We have these rights because we are endowed by our creator, not because we're American citizens.
And if you allow a government to thumb its nose at basic human rights, the same thing applies to these guys that they've murdered extrajudicially, meaning without due process, and the boats in Venezuela.
And of course, we do have a process to deal with that in our illegal, unconstitutional war on drugs, which the government has done more to smuggle drugs than any other gang.
And yet they've had their war on drugs.
And as part of that, they would interdict ships.
They had a very precise legal procedure that they would follow.
And they would have legal experts who would search the ship.
And if they found things, they'd bring the people back and try them in due process.
That's very different than what War Pete and Trump want to do and brag about doing.
No, we saw this boat.
We think that they're smuggling fentanyl or cocaine or something like that.
And so we just killed them all.
And then when we didn't kill them all with the first strike, we circle back around and we murder the people who were shipwrecked.
Well, that's okay because of Venezuelans, we can do whatever we want to.
A government that doesn't respect human life will do the types of things that we're seeing in Minnesota now.
Because if you don't respect human life, and that's what we've always said about the abortion industry, that kind of callous approach.
You know, we're talking about innocent babies or we're talking about drug smuggling guys.
The bottom line is there has to be due process and a legal thing.
And so whatever we say about immigration is irrelevant as long as we've got an out-of-control ICE, as long as we've got an out-of-control Pentagon.
That's the reality.
Go ahead, Travis.
Con, thank you.
Thank you very much for the tip.
It says, how many ICE officers have been killed by protesters?
AI says only two ICE agents have died while on duty in its entire 22-year existence.
Yeah, exactly.
But they're the victims.
Over and over again, we hear Christy Noam and Trump and this bovine BS shoveler saying they're the victims.
You know, the ICE agents are the victims.
Not true.
Second wind says, stop the welfare magnet and make it illegal to employ illegals with five years prison time for anyone that employs an illegal.
They will all self-deport.
Problem solved.
That's right.
You can do it as white-collar crime.
Just like I was saying with Tim Waltz and these other Minnesota officials.
You got a problem with the Somalian fraud?
I do too.
Let's get the people who enabled it, the people who passed out the checks at the top, rather than going door to door trying to gin up a civil war, which is exactly what Trump and Noam are trying to do.
Yeah, I do agree.
Why ICE Agents Are Not Victims 00:08:36
This is where you start.
I, however, don't think they will all self-deport.
I think to a large extent, being poor here in America is better than being poor anywhere else in the world or largely anywhere else in the world.
So there will come a time where you do have to force people out.
But if you get rid of the welfare, you'll get rid of the majority of them.
I don't support the welfare state for anybody, but I certainly don't support it for anybody who comes here as an immigrant.
You know, you want the Ellis Island experience.
The Ellis Island experience is you came here with a shirt on your back and you made your way.
And if you look at other countries like Switzerland, for example, or even New Zealand, I was thinking of immigrating to New Zealand back in the 1990s after all the stuff with the Waco and Ruby Ridge kicked off.
It's like, oh, I think this is it.
I was a little bit early.
This is it, I think, now.
But I'm not leaving for New Zealand.
But when I was looking at it, you had to show that you had a certain amount of wealth as well as income, that you're going to be able to sustain yourself and your dependents before you get citizenship.
Switzerland's very much like that.
Switzerland not only had to be self-sustaining in terms of your wealth and income, but you also had to have lived there for like a decade.
And you had to produce character references of people who said, yeah, this person's going to fit in with our community before you could become a Swiss citizen.
So why are we doing it the way we're doing it?
It makes no sense whatsoever.
But it is the welfare magnet, and they're going to add another $5 billion to the welfare magnet.
These people say it's necessary for us to send in troops as well as our militarized police force that we call ICE.
We've not got to send in National Guards.
They've got people at Fort Bragg that they're training to come in.
They've also been telling people in Alaska, get ready to be deployed to Minnesota because you're used to the cold or whatever.
And so they want to escalate this into a civil war.
And we've got people like Tommy Lauren and Tim Poole saying, yeah, let's do the Insurrection Act.
This is a civil war.
Let's fight it like a civil war.
Incredibly stupid and dangerous.
I hope you're not deceived by them.
Go ahead, Travis.
We have stealth H. Baird 36 says in every video and photo, masked heavy agents are beating the bloody crap out of some random cuffed or completely subdued victim.
How is this professional law enforcement behavior?
Well, when you run a giant bonus operation, say, hey, join ICE right now and get $10,000, you're just going to get whoever needs $10,000.
Well, it's worse than that, as a matter of fact.
They are giving people $90,000 salaries and $50,000 bonuses.
And while we're on that subject, this is a reporter who talked about how she got hired by ICE and they didn't do any vetting at all.
Laura Jade works for Slate, left-wing publication.
They're very anti-Trump, and she said, you know, she just wanted to see what the process was like.
And she said she figured that as soon as they vetted her and found out who she was, they would kick her out right away.
But she is now, she said she got a job offer from them in spite of not even filling out all of the paperwork for them.
They gave her a job offer.
So they're pushing back and saying, we never did.
We never did, but she's got the evidence.
Don't believe it, though, because it's only photographs and videos.
So you can't believe them, believe ICE, who doesn't have anything to back up their story.
She's now become embroiled in a public dispute with ICE after pinning an article on how she was, in effect, offered a position with the organization following an interview that took less than six minutes and did not require her to complete, quote, a single signature on agency paperwork.
This has been challenged by Homeland Security.
They call her a liar.
I think we know by now who the liars are.
Slate journalist Laura Jade described how she attended an ICE career expo in August of 2025.
Recruiters were advertising immediate hiring opportunities for deportation officers.
She said her initial plan was to learn what it was like to apply to be an ICE agent.
She ultimately shared a breakdown of how she somehow ended up getting hired by the organization.
DHS probably has no idea whether ICE offered me a job, which is kind of the point of this article.
They have no idea what they're doing.
After finishing high school, she enlisted in the U.S. Army and was deployed twice to Afghanistan in the 82nd Airborne Division before later working as a civilian analyst.
Now 38, she's openly critical of Trump and identifies as, quote, anti-ICE.
She said something she wrote in her piece that she believed would disqualify her once her background was reviewed.
After scheduling an appointment with a recruiter and waiting briefly, her ICE interview consisted only of basic questions like, what's your name, your date of birth, your age?
Do you have any military or law enforcement experience?
And the reason for her departure from the armed forces.
Maybe it's kind of like, are you breathing?
Can you stop other people from breathing?
Okay, you're hired.
So she said she was told they're prioritizing current law enforcement first.
They're going to adjudicate your resume.
She was instructed to watch for an email outlining what to do next.
Before leaving the event, she spoke with an active deportation officer who told her that if hired, she would probably not, quote, hit the streets right away.
When she responded that she might actually prefer to have a desk-based role, she said the officer's demeanor changed.
And he replied, just to be upfront.
The goal is to put as many guns and badges out in the field as possible.
Wait a minute.
I thought these guys were like, badges, we don't need no stinking badges.
Well, I got to say, if they're looking for more people to do more shootings, getting more female officers out there is the way to go.
That's right.
That's their only thing.
We'll have them pulling the gun instantly.
That's right.
So she said she received the anticipated email on 3rd of September informing her that she was being extended a, quote, tentative offer, unquote, and directing her to log into a government job portal and complete several attached forms.
These documents requested details about her driver's license, any past domestic violence convictions, and permission to conduct a background check.
She said she didn't complete any of the required steps, but she still received another email three weeks later thanking her for moving forward and asking her to schedule a drug test.
Despite having used cannabis roughly six days before the scheduled test, she chose to proceed.
She said nine days later, impatience got the best of me.
For the first time, I logged into the USA jobs and checked my application to see if my drug test had come through.
What I actually saw was so implausible, so impossible, that at first I didn't understand what I was looking at.
She discovered that ICE appeared to have formally offered her a job, even though she had not submitted key documents, including a domestic violence affidavit, background check authorization, or identification details.
Her onboarding status was shown as, quote, entered on duty, unquote.
Janine said she turned down the offer, suggesting that, quote, ICE is running an extremely leaky ship when it comes to recruitment, unquote.
Well, it does have Christy Noam at the helm.
They're probably staring for an iceberg, right?
Anyway, if they missed the fact that I was an anti-ICE journalist who didn't fill out her paperwork, what else might they be missing?
How many convicted domestic abusers are being given guns and sent into other people's homes?
How many people with ties to white supremacist organizations are indiscriminately targeting minorities on principal regardless of immigration status?
She told The Guardian that if she were the DHS, I would probably be concerned about the security implications of the story rather than immediately dismissing the problem out of hand.
She says another example of how little they care about the safety of the American people that they are allegedly protecting.
So again, $50,000 bonus, folks, and a $90,000 salary.
And, you know, who knows if they get any training at all whatsoever.
Hot Sauce Connoisseur 00:02:48
So go ahead, Travis, go back to the comments here.
That's right.
We've got Stealth Patriot.
Thank you very much for the support.
We appreciate it.
Very kind.
It says, you do not secure your safety through compliance.
That is how you ensure your slavery.
Absolutely right.
I have responded to so many people who say, well, just show your hands and obey commands.
I just say, you have the mindset of a slave.
And unfortunately, that is the mindset of MAGA now, the mindset of slaves.
We have five industries.
It says this ice tyranny is taking its toll on the Knight family.
Thanks for covering this topic, but please take a break for your sanity and health.
Yeah, it does.
It gets me down.
But fortunately, over the weekend, I pretty much avoided it until the end of the week until yesterday.
Let's talk a little bit about the Second Amendment.
Real quickly, though, I would like to remind people about our sponsor, HomesteadProducts.shop.
Today, they have on sale their medium hot sauce.
I've plugged this before, but it is delicious.
I stole it and have used it all.
So there's no more than that.
We have to have some ourselves.
Yeah, we don't have the sample bottle here anymore because I ate it.
But it's really, really good.
It's a vinegar-based hot sauce.
Got a lot of flavor.
It's not very spicy.
And Travis is a hot sauce connoisseur.
I'm not one of those guys that can eat ghost peppers and not feel anything, but I do like spicy food.
So I'm saying it's not hot.
It might be hot for some people, but I think it just has a lot of very good flavor.
It's on sale for $8 right now.
So if you like hot sauce, if you like vinegar-based hot sauces, this is the one for you.
Pick it up, give it a try.
And of course, they do a really good job making sure their products are high quality made in America.
That's right.
As a matter of fact, there used to be in Gatlinburg, there was a hot sauce place that came up years ago when Travis was like in high school.
And I think Jason Aldean, is that the guy's name?
That is a guy's name.
Yeah.
Well, his restaurant that he put there is where that used to be.
And we went in there and Travis was trying all these things and he got him to give him the ghost sauce.
He turned bright red and went running out the door.
It's the only time I've seen him get something that was too hot for him.
But he does love hot sauce.
Yeah.
And he loves that one.
Yeah, it's delicious.
It's medium.
It's not going to burn you like some of those other ones do.
Yeah.
No, it's not going to burn you unless you have no tolerance for spiciness.
So give it a shot.
Great stuff.
It's on sale.
It's $8 and you can get 10% off anything on their website with promo code Knight.
And again, it's homesteadproducts.shop.
Yeah.
Guns Against the State 00:05:36
Did you have some more comments?
We're done with that.
Well, let's talk about the Second Amendment because it's also taking a beating.
And not by the ICE agents as much as by the MAGA cult and the media there.
So one gun policy expert responded to what former California Assemblyman Bill Asiley, I guess is how you pronounce his name, E-S-S-A-Y-L-I.
I'll say Asali.
Anyway, Trump appointed him as U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California in April of last year.
On Saturday, after this shooting, this former congressman and now A U.S. attorney said, if you approach law enforcement with a gun, there is a high likelihood they will be legally justified in shooting you.
Well, you know, of course, under our awful but lawful rules, police are going to be legally justified in killing any of us, folks.
This is what we're looking at here.
If we allow this to stand, they can kill any of us.
You don't have to have a gun, right?
Renee Goode didn't have a gun.
And so, but now this is an extra threat for people who carry weapons.
Are you paying attention?
Real conservatives?
Not the MAGA people.
I'm not talking to them.
They set off alarm bells for gun policy journalist Stephen Gutowski, who said, this is an insane claim.
You're arguing that merely being armed in public is justification for police killing you?
That's well beyond even the dubious claims that DHS is making.
And again, as I pointed out, you know, we had the Alamo open carry rally, and everything was fine.
Everything was peaceful until it started getting very sparse.
And then the cops who were there like an army came out and started harassing the last couple of guys that were there.
It's amazing.
And I tell you, you know, I was at the Bundy Ranch.
You talk about a protest where people are armed.
That's the only kind of protest to go to, folks, because that is a deterrent.
We don't want to have a civil war, but firearms in the hands of citizens, not civilians.
You call people civilians.
It says that you see yourself as the military, as an occupying standing army.
I'm not a civilian.
I am a citizen.
And that's the difference.
But yeah, if you're going to go to a protest, go to one where everybody is carrying openly.
That does tend to make the government more peaceful.
It really does.
It's called a public statement from a U.S. attorney's account.
And the standard that he articulates is nuts if you care about lawful carry, he said.
He's on video putting hands on an agent.
So another commenter pushed back and said, he's on video putting hands on an agent to help another protester escape detainment before violently resisting being detained himself.
Are we really pretending that he was just standing around while carrying?
And so Stephen Gutowski said, this is not an accurate description of what happened in the video.
Not at all.
Regardless, the U.S. attorneys claim that simply approaching an officer while armed is likely justification for you to be killed is completely insane.
But that's the Trump administration.
Thomas Massey also weighed in on the comments from the U.S. attorney.
He said, carrying a firearm is not a death sentence.
It's a constitutionally protected, God-given right.
And if you don't understand that, you have no business in law enforcement or the government.
Well, I would say, yeah, nobody in the Trump administration understands that or supports the Second Amendment.
And I would say that they obviously don't have any authority.
They are just exercising unrestrained, unconstitutional, unlawful power.
In other words, tyranny.
And these people in the Trump administration have no business in law enforcement or the government.
Well, it's interesting.
Before all this happened, toward the end of last week, he had Mises.org had this article, Guns Against the State, prior to all this stuff happening with this shooting.
This is the way they open up the article.
Self-defense and gun ownership are constantly being attacked in modern discourse and by the mainstream media, yet their legitimacy rests on principles that are far older than any constitution.
Preceding and transcending any political framework.
The importance of self-defense lies in its role as a safeguard against both private and state aggression.
Unlike modern states, which increasingly disarm their citizens and leave them defenseless, a private law society would place no restrictions on the individual ownership of firearms or other weapons.
In a genuinely free society, the preservation of liberty does not depend on armies or governments, but on morally responsible individuals capable of self-reliance.
Security must never be entrusted to the very institution that holds a monopoly on force.
It must remain in the hands of the people themselves.
ICE Must Go 00:08:24
And this, folks, is why ICE needs to be abolished and why we need to impeach a lot of them.
You know, start with ICE.
We can do ATF, the IRS, the Federal Reserve.
Just start going down the list.
Almost everything that this morally, legally, financially bankrupt federal government does should be abolished.
So, the Trump administration, as I said before, warns FEMA not to talk about ICE during the winter storm because they're scared that people will use eclipse to make fun of ICE.
That's what I said.
When you look at their orientation, everything that Trump, especially Christy Nunboy, is she not the poster girl for all this stuff, ICE Barbie, always doing her cosplay, dressing up, you know, makeup and body armor.
It's all just about PR.
It's all just about role-playing.
So, on Thursday, Homeland Security officials instructed disaster response staff at FEMA to avoid using the word ICE in public messaging about the impending storm for an incredible reason.
Because of the outrage surrounding the other ICE, the immigration and customs enforcement, they said if FEMA says keep off the roads if you see ICE, it'd be easy for the public to meme it.
Yeah, if you see ICE, get rid of your guns.
Don't show your guns.
Anyway, ICE posing a threat to the safety of American citizens.
Well, it's a little bit of gallows humor, isn't it?
The unorthodox guidance was delivered informally by officials at Homeland Security that oversees both FEMA and ICE, and it comes as ICE faces an ever-intensifying public backlash against this brutal and deadly crackdown in Minnesota.
And so, again, avoid using phrases like, watch out for ICE.
Officials suggested using terms like freezing rain.
As I said, you know, watch out for solid water, you know, or watch out for lies out of Washington, D.C.
And then we get back to where we kind of touched on this with the interview that I had with Sheriff Mac.
Is there a possibility that sheriffs and peace officers, if there's any left, could actually be the adults in the room?
And he gave several examples of where he'd had situations of that.
Of course, you know, another sheriff that I have a lot of respect for, Sheriff Hathaway, David Hathaway in Arizona.
He's got a level head on his shoulders.
He was elected basically because they said he doesn't want to lock the county down during COVID.
And so they thought they were going to hurt him by putting that out.
And when they did that, he won the landslide.
And so he's been the adult in the room where he is.
But that's what it really needs.
It needs somebody who's not necessarily going to grab all the Barney Fifes around him and go running out and doing a, let's say, Mexican standoff, I guess you could say, with the ICE agents.
Instead, you talk to them and say, that's not going to happen here.
This is my jurisdiction.
And we haven't reached the point yet, although we may get there soon, where that can't work.
That could work.
The problem is that in Minneapolis, as I pointed out last week, first of all, they've been absent with most of this stuff.
They should be standing there as witnesses.
They should be calming the ICE people down because they don't follow the procedures that are there.
And so, as they pointed out, federal agents attempted to demand the city's police officers stay away from gunshots, stay away as gunshots rang out on Saturday.
But Police Chief O'Hara, straight out of Batman, refused to do that.
And again, they all know there's going to be no investigation of this.
They don't want any filming.
They want to wear masks.
And they say they have absolute immunity for any of this stuff.
Minnesota officials have complained that they were frozen out of the shooting by ICE, no pun intended.
But that's exactly what happened.
They're not going to do an investigation of that.
As Reason says, ICE demonstrates why we need the Second Amendment.
The right to keep and bear arms is about resisting tyranny.
And it really is about mutually assured destruction.
We don't want to have.
We used to talk about this when I was running for office.
I was with the Libertarian Party.
I had all these reports that, well, you think that you're going to, you know, same stuff that we heard from Eric Swalwell, then from Joe Biden, and then from Beto O'Rourke.
You think you can hold off the American government with a bunch of small arms?
It's like, well, I've seen it happen multiple times in other countries.
But no, that's not what I'm saying.
I'm saying is that it's going to be so costly to have that asymmetric war that the U.S. government has lost time and time again in other countries.
It'd be so costly for them that it wouldn't be worth it for them.
So that's the deterrence.
Yes, it would be bloody.
It would be horrible for both sides.
But the Second Amendment is there as a deterrent to the evil that governments always want to do.
And so you had several different officials.
One of them, an attorney general in Arizona, said, well, you know, we are a stand-your-ground state, and these guys are running around without any uniforms, with any search warrants, with masks on, everything.
You're not allowed to shoot police officers, but how do people know that they are police officers?
They need to stop this clowning around.
Well, she was attacked viciously by Breitbart, by all people, A.W.R. Hawkins, who usually is strong on the Second Amendment, but he just threw that under the bus for partisan reasons.
So Reason says that they are a law enforcement officer does not mean that you are obliged to allow yourself to be killed.
In 1995, the National Association of Radio Talk Show hosts awarded radio personality and former Watergate figure G. Gordon Liddy a Freedom of Speech Award for urging resistance to violent raids by the agents of the BATF at a time when anger was rising against the agency's abusive enforcement of gun regulations.
Remember, this is in the aftermath of Waco and Ruby Ridge.
He said, as he was talking about the agency's abusive enforcement of gun regulations, G. Gordon Liddy said, shoot twice to the body, center of mass.
If that doesn't work, then go to the groin area.
He later specified that if somebody is shooting at you using deadly force, the mere fact that they are law enforcement officer, if they're in the wrong, does not mean that you are obliged to allow yourself to be killed.
Well, he's absolutely right.
He's in good company, as Reason points out.
All the founding fathers would have said the same thing.
Alexander Hamilton said if the representatives of the people betray their commitments or their constituents, then there is no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense, which is paramount to all positive forms of government.
Jefferson says famously, rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.
The right of citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered as the palladium of the liberties of a republic since it offers a strong moral check. against the usurpation and the arbitrary power of rulers.
That many Americans find ICE as reprehensible as self-defense advocates view the ATF is clear from the protests in Minneapolis that have been resulted in several shootings, including the killing of Ray Goode and now this most recent one of Predty.
61% of Americans believe ICE is too tough in the way that it stops or detains people.
52% say ICE operations make communities less safe.
56% call goods shooting unjustified.
An agency that almost half of Americans believe should be abolished and that a majority believes is shooting people without justification is a prime target for self-defense.
And yet you have conservative media is concerned about the fact that you've got community members in Minneapolis standing guard with rifles.
3D Printers and Government Surveillance 00:09:38
Now, I don't care what their political orientation is.
I probably don't agree with any of them on any policies.
But I got to tell you that that is a restraining thing to see that.
It restrained the army of cops in San Antonio at the Alamo when a bunch of conservatives showed up with rifles slung over their shoulders.
And it restrained the Bureau of Land Management at the Bundy Ranch.
I'm all for this.
And yet you have, this is Breitbart.
Oh, they're wringing their hands and clutching their pearls.
It's just amazing to see this.
I got to say.
Just remember, as you get into all these fights with everybody, just remember, Trump and the Republican Party, Mike Johnson, all want to give $5 billion more to the refugee program, which is how we got Minnesota filled with Somalis.
They're not about stopping the program.
They want to feed the problem because they want a civil war.
It's exactly what they want.
So again, Breitbart News.
They're pushing really hard on this stuff.
Oh, this is the end of the world.
We've got liberals with guns.
Well, let me just say one more thing.
This is, okay, 3D printing.
Okay.
They're going after 3D printing as well.
This is from a YouTube guy.
He goes by the name of LegalMoses, and he's done several things about this.
He's all about 3D printing.
And there's a law coming out of Washington State, and he talked about that.
And the Washington, they call it the Washington gun law.
I'm sorry, Washington gun law is one of the think tank places that are there.
But anyway, it's a proposed Washington law about registering your 3D printers.
In other words, having it so that there aren't any 3D printers that would be allowed to be manufactured unless every time that you give it a file, it would have to vet that file and report that file to the government as you were printing it or before you're printing it or whatever.
So it has to tell the government everything that you're doing on your 3D printer.
You have a problem with that?
He said, this is a real issue.
Now it's being done because they say they want to get rid of the 3D printed guns.
They call them ghost guns.
And so now they want to do that by controlling all of the 3D printers.
And he said, I got a lot of people pushed back and said, I don't care.
I don't print guns.
I don't care about that all.
He goes, well, you understand it's much bigger than that.
He said, right now, looking at the reaction to this bill, I think many of you are missing the bigger point.
And that's really the reason for this video.
This bill is not about 3D printed firearms.
And there seems to be a lot of confusion about that.
That is the Trojan horse.
You see, when they go in and say everybody needs to have a digital ID to use the internet, because we've got kids out there who are getting into pornography on the internet, well, there's a lot of different ways that you're going to attack that program, right?
But of course, their default bias is to always go for a quote-unquote solution that is going to give them more control over everybody and everything.
So our solution is that we've got to have a digital ID for you to use the internet, that type of thing.
And so in this, he points out, he says, the language in Washington House Bill 2321 is focused heavily on manufacturers.
It requires aggressive blocking technology.
It requires a database of prohibited files.
And right now, that database might be focused on firearm components.
But who manages that database?
The Washington State Attorney General, who decides what gets added to that database next year.
The Attorney General.
Once that infrastructure is built, once your printer has a direct line to a state-run list of banned shapes, do you honestly think that they're going to stop at firearms?
And again, Cody Wilson pushed this very hard.
He did this as a test case.
He took it to court.
He won on the principle that the government cannot ban these files that show you how to print gun components.
And it's a First Amendment right.
However, the way they're doing this is just the same way that they banned speech on social media.
We're not going to be dealing directly with the individual, right?
In other words, I'm not going to censor your speech.
What I'm going to do is I'm going to threaten, I'm going to blackmail and bribe the social media companies to shut you down.
Hey, I respect private property and I respect the First Amendment, right?
They do it to give themselves plausible deniability.
As I used to always talk about it before Elon Musk released the files proving that that was the case, used to always say, we know that the social media companies, everybody's saying, well, they're shutting people down because they're lefties and they don't like what you're saying.
Well, that's true enough.
But the reason they're doing it is because they are the velvet glove on the iron fist of tyranny.
And so they're doing, the government is doing the censorship.
They're just using these other people as a kind of a sheep-dipped thing, right?
So he says, so this brings me to the scariest part, which is the perfect framework for copyright enforcement.
He says, today it's a Glock frame, which many of you might not even care about.
But tomorrow, that database updates and suddenly your printer refuses to print a Star Wars helmet because Disney flagged it.
Or maybe ICE.
I guess ICE probably bought the rights to the stormtrooper helmets.
I don't know.
Next week, you can't print a replacement part for your truck or your tractor.
This is the real case, right?
Because Ford or John Deere claims that it violates their intellectual property.
They are building an architecture of censorship right inside your home.
And they're selling it to you as public, selling it to you as a public safety issue.
There's dangerous ideas floating around in the comments of my previous video that pre-banned machines are safe.
You think that because you own a 3D printer today, you're going to be grandfathered in forever?
That's wrong.
They aren't going to allow a million unregulated manufacturing factories to exist in basements across Washington and New York.
History shows us exactly how this plays out.
They start with the sale of new products and they stop the flow of new devices.
Then they work backwards and they will use safety, the claim of safety, to force mandatory firmware updates.
Or they will simply pass a new law that says possession of a non-compliant device after a certain date is a felony.
We've already seen this with firearms and firearm accessories.
People bought items that were 100% legal.
They owned them for years.
Then a ruling changes and overnight without doing anything wrong, these people become felons.
Your two-year-old printer that doesn't have the government spyware installed will be deemed to be a public safety threat.
He said this bill also includes subtractive manufacturing.
By that, he means the CNC machines, numerical control machines.
So in other words, these are things that start with a block and then they cut it down to make the shape versus the 3D printers, which are additive.
You know, they start with a blank, with an empty platform and they build it up with plastic.
So it covers both of those.
Any machine that is controlled by code that removes material from an object, and then it includes a section that exempts your machines, including 3D printers, if you have a federal firearms license.
This is a full-on press on manufacturing and machine shops, not just on 3D printers.
They're destroying all at-home manufacturing by requiring all these machines to comply with a ridiculous level of complexity or to be licensed.
You're at home with your Carvera CNC machine.
It'll be illegal unless it connects to the same blacklist system as your 3D printers.
So he goes, so would you get a license, a federal firearms license to have your 3D printer in your farm so you can print products for your John Deere tractor, which John Deere doesn't want you to print, and which they will eventually ban that as well.
So he says this would be a logistical nightmare.
And of course, there'll be pressure from three states, Washington, New York, and California would be immense.
And the companies, just like we've seen over and over again with cars, if Washington state and New York State and California especially, if they say that you've got to make a car to meet these standards, then they're not going to have a California model that they make and then another model for the rest of the world.
They're going to make everybody conform to what California is doing.
He said, same thing is going to happen with these 3D printer machines as well.
It's amazing, isn't it?
So he says, be a creator, be a uniter, share your stories.
Tell people how these laws are going to crush creative freedom.
Will the 3D printing companies just give up or will they fight for us?
I want to know what you think.
He says, let me know in the comments below.
Again, that's very important.
Practicing Control: The Dark Winter 00:06:56
But we're seeing the noose close on us in so many different directions.
And so let me just say, you know, when we talk about what can we do at this point, what can we do to be peacemakers, for example?
And, you know, what are we talking about with the Civil War that they're pushing?
There was an article from Futurism, and they point out that there was recently a simulation that was done because these guys are always doing simulations, right?
They do simulations, they do war gaming, they do germ games and stuff.
That's what the original Dark Winter was.
Two months before 9-11, they came up with a scenario and had everybody practice it and had news reports overcoming and getting people's reactions to it to train them how to fight this stuff.
They did that two months before 9-11.
They did the Trump lockdown practice, the first dark winter.
And then they practiced it every year for 20 years.
And you had the usual suspects in it.
You had Anthony Fauci.
You had the former CIA director, Woolsey, you had Johns Hopkins.
You had all these people.
They were practicing it and practicing it with government bureaucrats the entire time.
And so you think they won a civil war?
You know, Trump, when he memes, when he speaks, he's always showing his contempt for people, for the rule of law, and the rest of this stuff.
I mean, stop and think about it.
You know, how many times would you have you seen a president who does a meme of himself burning the Constitution and going to war with a city that didn't vote for him, Chicago?
Very unsafe places, and we're going to straighten them out one by one.
They're saying you're trying to take over the Republic.
And this is going to be a major part for some of the people in this room.
That's a war, too.
It's a war from within.
I told Pete, we should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military.
Can you picture what will be slowly red and set free?
Desperately in need of some strangers have been a desperate land.
Yeah, so we got Trump who puts out memes of himself burning the Constitution and of dropping excrement on people below as he wears his crown.
But there's nothing to see here, right?
We'd be overreacting if we thought there was anything to that.
In October 2024, researchers at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law at the University of Pennsylvania conducted an experiment in which a president ordered a widely condemned federal law enforcement operation in Philadelphia.
To carry out the operation, the simulated president tried to federalize the Pennsylvania National Guard, which the governor resisted.
National Guard troops who sided with the state followed suit, prompting the fictional president to order acting U.S. military troops to march on Philly.
Of course, that's just a simulation, right?
You think that Trump and the people around him don't know that we're in the fourth turning?
You think they haven't wargamed that when they wargamed the pandemic and all the rest of this stuff?
Dark winter.
According to the Searle director, the breakdown of the simulation, newly published in The Guardian, this experiment culminated in a violent confrontation between state and federal forces in a major U.S. city.
The director's name is Finkelstein.
He noted that the wargaming exercise included actual government officials and former senior military officials, none of whom considered the scenario unrealistic.
And again, that's what we saw with Dark Winter.
We had current and former officials practicing this, what they were going to do in 2020 with Trump.
Of course, they didn't tell people it was going to happen in 2020, but they practiced it for two decades.
The results are based off the assumption that during a rapidly evolving civil emergency, courts would be largely ineffective at stopping federal overreach.
And isn't that what we see now?
You don't think the Trump administration knows this?
We can do whatever we want.
And by the time the courts get around to deciding whether or not my arbitrary tariffs are constitutional, we will have created such a mess in terms of taxes that we collected and all the rest of the stuff that we can use that as an argument so they don't follow the law to get them to follow a pragmatic approach.
We just say it's going to be too much of a mess if you try to unwind this thing.
So just leave it the way that it is.
And it'll be a year or more before they get around to that part.
And so we can get this established.
They know exactly what they're doing.
And this is why Trump and these Nazis like peewee German Stephen Miller around him.
That's why they're constantly doing this stuff.
Jump in and usurp the power and then dare them to stop us somehow.
So though the early stages of the simulation closely match the brutal events in Minneapolis, the agents and the difference is that the agents in Minneapolis and the municipal and state officials don't seem to be interested in attacking ICE agents anytime soon.
So there's not really any conflict between the state government and the federal government.
The federal government is attacking individual citizens.
And so John Whitehead at the Rutherford Institute says, here's the way we move forward in a peaceful way.
Here's how you nullify the police state.
And what he's talking about is jury nullification.
I've talked about that for a very long time.
As a matter of fact, that's how I got the job at Infowars.
It was a report that I did on jury nullification.
I forget the guy's name.
Do you remember the guy's name that I interviewed?
He was a professor in Penn State of all places.
And he was pretty elderly, but he had worked as a fully informed jury activist for a very long time.
So much so that he knew when he saw the cops coming, he would get down on the ground and put his hands behind his back because he didn't want them to throw him to the ground.
Jury Nullification 00:02:47
But of course, that doesn't help today.
You know, they'll still shoot you in the back like they just did this other guy.
But that's the reality, folks.
That's the way you stop this stuff.
It's about the only thing we've got left.
The ballot box doesn't work anymore.
The jury boxes where you can nullify this stuff and you need to start educating other people about this.
That's it for today's broadcast.

Ice Agents Piled On 00:17:05
You're listening to The David Knight SHOW is a
revolutionary act.
Well, on top of all the hypocrisy, and I've said this from the very beginning, This is the Democrats and Republicans both working together to create a problem with the great replacement and the welfare magnet that they've got to create a problem and then to offer us their solution.
I mean, the Somalis, we didn't get hundreds of thousands of Somalis because they walked across the Mexican border.
I had some idiot on Twitter who sent in response to my criticizing what I said put up this meme from the film that came out, was it last year, Civil War?
Was that when that came out?
It's got that blonde guy with the rose-colored glasses, and they stop people.
What kind of American are you?
before he kills them all, right?
And so, as one person tweeted, Andy, he put up the quote from 1984: The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and your ears.
It was their final, most essential command.
That's right.
And as a matter of fact, that's what we're hearing over and over again from Christy Noam, from Donald Trump, from this bovine guy that they've got as head of the Border Patrol.
His take on this that he tweeted out was a would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement and the official Democrat account sides with the terrorist.
So this guy stands in front and like, hey, calm down.
Finally, they let the guy go.
That's why they'd flipped him on his side.
It shows the moments leading up to the ultimate violent act.
Women holding the camera saying, What are you doing?
What's wrong with you?
As you saw the initial stuff, Aries.
Pushing women on the ground, spraying people in the face with pepper spray.
I got a real problem.
Anyway, he's always called by these people the suspect and all the MAGA media stuff.
The fact that it brings a gun.
But he brought disarmed before.
He brought a gun.
Have you ever gone to a protest, John?
I mean, we do have a Second Amendment in this country.
Jonathan, have you ever gone to a protest?
I mean, have you gone to a protest?
I mean, I know, actually, as a reporter covering it.
Okay, I've been to a protest.
Guess what?
I didn't bring a gun.
They're probably protesting you.
Secretary Besant, thank you.
Yeah, I've been to protests.
Guess what?
I wasn't carrying a gun.
Well, I've been to protests carrying cameras where other people were carrying guns.
And the only time that they haven't attacked reporters and stuff like that was when the other people were carrying guns.
Took pictures of them.
They're up in like a third floor window with all their cameras recording everybody and everything.
Why Cameras Deter Gun Violence 00:07:04
It's like, hey, spell my name right.
But so they're doing all that stuff.
And everybody's walking around with rifles shouldered.
Very peaceful.
Very peaceful.
You know, that's the way it works, Scott Besant.
As Robert Heinlein said, and I think it was in the moon as a harsh mistress.
He said, an armed society is a polite society.
Before that, it was said by Lieutenant by Colonel Arthur Fremantle of the Cold Stream Guards, who came to the U.S. during the Civil War to observe the tactics of the armies and that type thing.
He said, as he went through the South, he wrote a book when he went back called Three Months in the Southern States.
He said, I've never seen a society where everybody is armed like they are in the South.
And I've never seen such a polite society.
That's basically paraphrased by Robert Heinlein.
And so if, so now it's a crime.
MAGA is now telling people that it's a crime to carry weapons.
Usually I could get there before them and I lived an hour away from some of these stores.
And, you know, people say, well, you know, he had this gun on him.
Look, we got people who get caught at TSA all the time with guns.
You look at that and say, why would somebody take that to the airport?
Haven't they gotten the memo yet?
And like all of these billionaires, Scott Bessant doesn't think that you rabble need to have guns.
I think we call him Bovine, this little guy right here.
Sir, I just want, I think you can see the screen in the investigation.
We're not going to adjudicate that here on TV.
Okay.
You're going to give these guys absolute immunity.
A video of one of your agents taking the gun away, and that happened before Predty was shot.
We don't know that agent was taking that.
The facts are going to come to light.
So you're disputing the video that's what happened with an investigator.
That's why we investigate.
Well, with respect, you say that's why we investigate, but you're also drawing other conclusions that sort of fly in the face of what you don't investigate.
Bad People Investigated 00:02:05
That's the problem.
You don't have an open investigation.
That's the huge problem.
You see, it goes back to what I can't remember his name, Al Pacino movie.
ICE Agents vs. Suspect 00:13:50
This little guy with a Napoleon complex dressing like a Nazi.
He's got his shaved head and all the rest of stuff.
Yeah, look at he's a little man out there.
As Joel Salenti would say, a little man of nothing.
Yeah, he definitely is.
He's smarter than Christy Noam, though.
You've got videotape, multiple angles.
Or well said.
To make it sound, they cherry-picked quotes from his family to make it sound like they're criticizing him, like he was this Yahoo off on, you know, couldn't control him.
We had this discussion with him two weeks ago, you know, that go ahead and protest, but don't engage.
You're not doing anything stupid, basically.
In one angle, the shooting officers are heard yelling, he's got a gun, and shots rang out.
Problem is, Jack Pesobiot and these people spinning this at the post-millennial don't tell you that the gun had already been removed long before they killed him.
A targeted operation in Minneapolis against illegal aliens wanted for violent assault, said Homeland Security in their statement.
So they put that in there.
Oh, so it was a violent assault, was it?
And they said, is that it?
Nobody else is coming.
He goes, one riot, one Ranger, right?
That got pretty famous.
But here you got one suspect and you send out a gaggle of ICE agents.
What do we call them?
I mean, you got a gaggle of geese.
You got a, I guess like Ravens, right?
This magic incantation, and he's not the only one to say it.
We got multiple lawyers who are saying this.
Reason magazine laid this out.
They said, Hey, you know, there's a difference between what is right and wrong and what the law is.
It's like, Yeah, I noticed, I noticed that.
But hey, it can be awful.
And somebody they might kill somebody because they were afraid.
But they don't even have to have a justification for being afraid.
All they do is this magic incantation.
It's like what Trump does.
He wants to do something, and the law is in his way.
So Jack Pesoviot twisting what the family said to make it sound like they're criticizing him.
Remember, it was Jack Pesoviot who, when Trump was saying, well, you know, fentanyl is coming in from Canada.
Or you could say, ICE Mach Frei.
ICE is going to free America from the immigrants that were brought in by the Republicans and Democrats who paid them to come here.
Now we've got to have the Nazis come in to free us.
ICE Mach Fry.
Oh, wait a second, you know, and then the guy comes after him like bullies always do, like a gang of bullies.
This is what the family said in their statement.
The sickening lies told about our son by the administration are reprehensible and disgusting.
And I would include Jack Besobiot in that as well.
Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump's murdering and cowardly ICE thugs.
He has his phone in his right hand.
It's an emergency.
And of course, we can do whatever we want at that point in time.
Well, Steve Scalise, if you remember a few years ago, he was playing baseball with a congressman and everything.
