Mon Episode #2177: ICE Militarization Escalating Violence And Conflict
00:00:49 — Minnesota Shooting Was Not Self-Defense
Knight argues video evidence shows the ICE agent was never in the vehicle’s path and fired from the side, making the killing reckless and unjustified.
00:02:12 — Federal Agents Lying in Real Time
He accuses Trump and Kristi Noem of repeating a false narrative even after viewing the footage, calling it institutional gaslighting.
00:04:01 — Shooting Into Vehicles Violates Longstanding Police Policy
Knight explains why most departments prohibit firing at moving cars and why this incident meets the standard for reckless homicide.
00:06:18 — “Fear for My Life” as a Legal Escape Hatch
He argues courts now allow police to kill based on subjective fear alone, even when video evidence contradicts the claim.
00:08:44 — Border Patrol’s Documented Pattern of Provoking Shootings
Knight cites internal CBP reports showing agents deliberately stepping into danger to manufacture justification for lethal force.
00:11:02 — Masked, Militarized ICE as a Provocation Force
He argues ICE tactics are designed to escalate confrontation rather than enforce immigration law calmly or lawfully.
00:13:28 — Criminalizing Filming the Police
Knight warns federal agencies now treat observation and recording as obstruction or terrorism, gutting First Amendment protections.
00:16:05 — Loyalty Over Law on the Right
He condemns MAGA media figures who defend the killing purely out of partisan loyalty rather than facts or principle.
00:31:08 — Drug War Logic Turned Inward
Knight warns the same due-process-destroying tactics used abroad in the drug war are now normalized inside U.S. cities.
01:05:34 — Civil War Is Being Deliberately Accelerated
He argues escalating police violence and propaganda are meant to push Americans into internal conflict.
01:12:04 — “Failure to Obey” as the Ultimate Crime
Knight explains authoritarian systems punish disobedience more harshly than actual harm, reducing law to submission.
01:27:01 — Police State Logic Is Now Fully Normalized
He concludes Americans are being conditioned to accept executions, surveillance, and repression as routine governance.

As the clock strikes 13, it's Monday, the 12th of January.
Hear of our Lord, 2026.
Well, we're back again, and we've had some technical issues.
We had some new equipment, and we decided to take the Operation Warp Speed approach.
Let's just do it quickly and not test it sufficiently.
So we had a crash, but we're back again.
And as I said before, We're going to take a look at where we are in this country.
Did we not learn anything from 2025?
We learned a couple of things that are being repeated.
First of all, no matter what Donald Trump does, MAGA and the MAGA media will make excuses for it.
Secondly, the left and the right are both willing to accept complete erasure of all civil liberties and freedoms and go into an absolute police state.
If they have enough fear.
Fear of a virus.
Fear of immigration.
Fill in the blank of fear.
We'll be right back.
In the wake of the Minnesota fraud, Governor Abbott is now directing an investigation in child care programs.
This is the heart of the issue.
It's no coincidence that all this stuff is taking place in Minnesota, is it?
That we've got another 2,000 agents we're sending That the right is hopping mad about the Somalian corruption.
And we should be.
And this is a problem that has been going on for a very long time.
Mainly the fault of waltz, but the Republicans have fault in this as well.
The Trump administration knew about this.
I reported about this nearly, well, let's see, what was it?
It was about 2017, 2018.
It was already well known.
And you had people like Tom Emmer, the number three Republican in the House, the whip.
He's also from Minnesota.
And he was meeting with people and telling them, yeah, it's racist to criticize the Somalians.
We love our Somalians.
Don't talk about fraud.
And he even set up a Somalian congressional caucus.
But I tell you, this audio is really harsh.
I really don't like it.
So far, at least 98 people have been charged, including 85 Somalians, for their role in alleged fraud scheme Services through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
And so they're beginning an investigation into Texas.
Because this is what you do when you have fraud or crime.
You start with an investigation.
All crime prosecution should start with an investigation.
And they proceed with the investigation.
You get search warrants.
Then if there's something there, you get indictments.
Then you arrest people.
Trump is like, well, arrest the people and we'll do the due process later.
We've seen this kind of garbage before.
We saw it in New York City.
Remember Adrian Schoolcraft?
He was talking about the corruption in New York City policing.
He was a policeman whose father was a policeman.
And he was very concerned about what was happening there.
So they told us on Halloween, just go out and arrest a bunch of people.
We'll figure out what to charge them with later.
Are we seeing that now?
At least in New York City, they didn't have them wear masks.
And drive unmarked cars and so forth.
But this is the way that it ought to work.
This should be a process.
An orderly process.
And that's all been skipped.
Just like we skipped the testing for Operation Warp Speed.
Texas has also been a target of billions of dollars worth of health care fraud schemes involving Medicaid.
In July, 55 people involved in a $15 billion health care fraud scam were federally charged in the Houston area.
The schemes collectively accounted for more than $177 million in fraudulent billings, $1.7 million in illegal kickbacks, and unlawful diversion of over 10 million opioid pills, said Ken Paxton in Texas.
Charges included conspiracy to commit health care fraud, unlawful distribution of controlled substances, and violations of federal and kickback statutes.
So in response, Trump has cut off $10 billion in funding to five Democrat states, the usual suspects, California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, New York.
And they're also funding a block of $2.3 billion will affect these states except for Colorado. Another nearly billion dollars, $869 million, from social services block grant coffers is being kept from all five states. And this is part of the issue. There's this long chain of command, so many fingers involved in this, I could call bureaucratic structure,
that it invites fraud. You know, I was talking about the election issue. One of the guys that was a consultant to the Trump organization in terms of looking at the election issues said that he contacted people there when he saw what was happening with the COVID funds that Trump was putting in. He said,
this is going to be massive fraud. There's absolutely no controls for anything, any of this money that's going out. And they said, well, we haven't had any yet. He says, you haven't even started the program yet. You've only got the outlines of how you're going to run this thing. And it's guaranteed to have massive amounts of fraud, which we have seen as well. And so we are right to be upset about the fraud. But what they always do is they get everybody so hyped up about something, real or imagined. In the case of COVID,
it was the imagined pandemic. Everybody got so hyped up about it, especially on the left, they're willing to accept any kind of draconian tactics. Let me tell you that these agents, this army of 20,000 ICE agents roaming around with masks on, doing as they please, and attacking you physically or ramming your car if you film them,
that is something that is far more dangerous than when they try to put masks on us. I wouldn't wear a mask, and I'm sure most of you wouldn't either. But this is something that is far more dangerous when you have militarized police to put on the mask. That's a very different dynamic,
and this is something that the idiots, the fools, and MAGA are cheering. They want to see this because they think it's going to help them with this problem that the government has ignored and kicked the can down the road for decades. When you look at immigration issues and border issues, there was an amnesty back under Ronald Reagan, and that was going to fix everything. We're going to give amnesty to everybody this year, but they didn't You know,
half the people that they gave amnesty to did not apply for citizenship. They didn't want it. And so it's been going on and on, and this is a football they kick back and forth, and a can that they kick down the road. And neither side ever does anything about it. But when you look at what is happening with the Somalian fraud,
here's Washington State Attorney General. This is a report by the New American. He says, journalists who probe daycares there face hate crime charges. Yeah. Yeah, that's how bad it is. Well, it's just the Democrats, right? No, it isn't. If you remember, That's what Tom Emmer was, threatening these people.
So that sounds awfully hateful.
That you're talking about the Somalian businesses and and the um, the fraud and that type of thing, these daycare stuff, don't say that said the Republican leader.
Well, he's not the leader, he's the number three guy, the whip.
So you got the speaker, you got the leader, then you got the whip and he was the one who was saying that the number three guy in the house Republicans was saying it's racist to criticize Somalian fraud.
Now you've got the attorney general.
Now this is a Democrat.
Uh, Nick Brown, the state's top law enforcement official, is apparently worried that those journal what those journalists will do for Washington Somalians Somalians, what journalists Nick Shirley did in Minnesota to expose them as fraudsters.
You Policing the taxpayers.
Independent Gonzo journalists Chris Sims and Danny Rebel 333 did indeed show up at so -called daycares and found exactly what you would expect.
No sign of children at the daycare.
They also found the majority of the Somalian daycare centers had serious violations.
KOMO News in Seattle found almost 300 daycare centers in Seattle that list Somali as their first language.
This is, again, and it's not just Minnesota and Washington.
Minnesota and Washington don't want to do anything about it, but it's also in Texas.
Maybe what we should do is approach this from the standpoint, do we really want to have a welfare magnet?
Do we really want to have a welfare state?
Well, I don't want to have either one of those things.
And I've said for the longest time, the way you approach the immigration thing, the way you get people to leave.
is to stop offering them massive financial incentives to come here. That's what our government is doing, Republican and Democrat, and it hasn't stopped. And so, in addition to those massive financial incentives to come and live off the U.S. taxpayer, they've now added these fraudulent programs, and they are reluctant and slow to do anything about it. As a matter of fact, if you point it out,
both Republicans and Democrats call you racist. Now, Emmer has changed his tune. Now he wants to deport everybody that's Somalian. Even if they've gone through the citizenship process, I don't care about it. Fine. Go ahead. But that's not legal. It's purely grandstanding. He's not going to get away with that. And so the attorney general said,
My office has received outreach from members of the Somali community after reports of home-based daycare providers being harassed and accused of fraud. And so he puts this out as a warning. 300 of these daycare centers,
Somalian daycare centers, in Seattle alone, and that he would not investigate this, that a large number of them would be empty. But this is the same type of thing that the number three House Republican did in his district when it was shown years and years ago. What are we talking about,
eight years ago? So his post was very blunt. Don't investigate fraud independently. Or else, he says, my office has received outreach from members of the Somali community, and we got people that are being harassed and accused of fraud with little or no fact-checking. Well,
he's not interested in checking anything, is he? So anyway, Sims and his partner continued to investigate. On December 30th, they showed up at a Somali daycare center. They said they were very unhappy to see me. He said there was no signs of kids or of it even being a daycare facility,
he pointed out. We went to six more Somali child care locations today in the Kent, Washington area. I was told by a few that they weren't daycares, despite receiving taxpayer dollars as a daycare. One yelled, call the police behind the door,
because this is the way it operates in the U.K. as well, right? They come after the people who are pointing out the crimes by the migrants, rather than coming after the criminal migrants. Days later, Another Somali daycare was very angry to see me.
He said, no sign of kids or even of being a daycare facility.
Honey Family Child CARE, LLC, has received $770 ,000 since 2023 in taxpayer dollars.
So then the mayor of Seattle jumps in.
So first it was the Attorney General of Washington State.
Now it's the mayor of Seattle, where there are 30 of these Somali daycare centers.
And he says, I stand with the Somali child care providers who have experienced targeted harassment.
And I condemn the surveillance campaign promoted by extremist influencers.
Again, Republican Tom Emmer did basically the same thing eight years ago in Minnesota. Number three Republican in the House. So yes, absolutely indict, arrest, deport these people rather than jail them at taxpayer expense. Don't accept masked, federal, militarized police who are accountable to no one, who obey no laws,
don't accept that as the only alternative. Don't be fools about this. I'm so sick and tired of what I see on social media, I've got to stay off of it. It's ridiculous what I see people saying out there. I voted for this. I fully support this. Well,
you're a traitor. You want the immigrants to Rape our women and steal our money. I actually had somebody say that to me. David Knight wants these immigrants to take all of our money and rape our women. What do you even say to somebody that's stupid? I said, well, I know it's difficult to think for you, but try. I know it's hard, but still, please try to think. So the Seattle Homo News,
AOMO News. Found 283 child care centers in our state that list Somalia as their primary language. So where's the FBI? Are they playing golf in Scotland like Kash Patel? The FBI would not comment on whether it was investigating fraud in Washington,
and state child care officials offered a bland statement that crooks who rob the taxpayers have to return the money. Oh, they figured that out. The FBI has investigated. And that's what has to happen, right? Except they're completely AWOL, as usual, unless it is something political that they can run for their political advantage. So then the news reports, mainstream media reports, they say,
they talked to one guy, he says, as a Somalian, as a small business provider, we're really scared. People are afraid. Well, again, maybe you'd be happier in Somalia. Governor Rob Ferguson met with state and local leaders, including Somali community representatives,
to discuss their concerns Monday afternoon in Seattle. So again, when you look at this, it is Republican, it is Democrat. They have both set this thing out while it runs rampant. And what we're left with now is a militarized police force from the federal government, Centralized policing, militarized policing.
No rules, no laws.
Folks, this is being used like 9.
-11 was used to create homeland security.
What was the purpose of that?
Centralization of control.
Evading rules and laws of law enforcement.
And what have we gotten from homeland security?
Are we more secure?
You think this fertilized policing thing is going to work out?
You think you're going to get these people taken out that you want?
They give you a problem, they offer you a fake solution that's only going to Give you another problem, in addition to not doing anything about the initial problem.
It's just like the entire drug war.
The drug war has done nothing.
Not one single person has been kept off of drugs by force.
You can get an overdose in prison.
And so, it has done absolutely nothing for the stated purpose. But look at how much it has cost us. Look at how it has corrupted law enforcement. Look at how it has corrupted our courts. Look at how it has destroyed the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The drug war. And now it is metastasized into a full-on regular war, Being used as an excuse by, and I think I'm going to start calling him this, Pepe Escobar, calls Trump a neo -caligula.
I think that's a good way to describe him.
He doesn't deserve to be called Caesar.
Caesar was a smart guy, He was a disciplined guy.
Trump is neither of those.
He's a caligula.
He is a moral Who is trying to move the levers of power.
Trump is a neo -caligula, not a Caesar, and certainly not a king.
He's an emperor wannabe.
And so, as I see the people out there on social media, I put out, I said from the beginning, Trump's ICE tactics were designed for immigration, not for immigration control, which I favor, but they were designed for confrontation and provocation. ICE is being used to foment a civil war. Both right and left are taking the bait. And like the cops who get in people's faces and scream at them,
baiting them to push back so they can beat or kill them, ICE is being used as the institutional equivalent of cowardly schoolyard bullies. Now, when I put that up, I had people saying,
I want the immigrants to rape people. Another guy saying, well, I missed the part where Trump No, he didn't tell the left to stalk them. He didn't tell the left to film what they're doing either. He doesn't want to film. These guys don't want to film. They want to wear their mask, And if you have a camera out, they're going to come after you.
And we have seen this repeatedly.
Shame on you.
Listen, have y'all not learned from the past couple of days?
Have you not learned?
Learned what?
What's our lesson here?
You're not supposed to film me.
What do you want us to learn?
Following federal agents.
Give me my phone.
And he knocks the phone out of her hand.
Yeah.
Don't you film federal agency?
Knocks the phone out of her hand.
Haven't you learned?
Show me your hands.
Obey commands.
You're a slave.
Get down on the ground.
Kiss my feet.
I'd rather die on my feet than grovel on my knees to these thugs.
And you are a bunch of thugs.
You get all hyped up with your militarized weapons and your body armor.
And you go out looking for a fight.
And you go out looking for a fight and if you can't find one, you're gonna make one right.
And if you can't find one, you're going to make one, right?
It's hard to imagine if I worked this hard to find and arrest all the Epstein clients right, said one person.
It's hard to imagine if I worked this hard to find and arrest all the Epstein clients, right?
Said one person.
Go ahead and watch now.
I absolutely agree with that.
So um yeah, um.
Another thing to point out is that you know whether Donald Trump gave the order.
If you put two groups of crazy people together, two groups of people that are looking for a fight together, a fight will happen.
That's right.
These are groups that are diametrically opposed to each other, that hate each other.
That's right.
They don't.
They're tweaking everybody.
Yep, this is a scenario where it is bound to become violent.
It's an, it's an inevitability, that's right.
And so we got all kinds of provocations happening, but especially from law enforcement.
I blame them more than I blame the radical left protesters.
You know, we got the usual stuff.
Oh, well, look, this is this group gets money from Soros and so forth.
Yeah, really?
I don't care.
I just, you know, Soros is bad.
So is the federal government.
This other group over here wearing masks, fully armed military armor, you know, armed to the teeth with weapons and aggressively fighting people.
That one is also funded by an evil organization.
It's called the federal government.
And so you got the border patrol doing things like this.
Now, there's no sound for this.
There's no sound for this, and so this is.
And so this is this guy gets upset.
This guy gets upset.
He just pushes the car out into traffic.
He just pushes the car out into traffic.
Uh and uh, this is the kind of tactics these guys are doing.
And this is the kind of tactics these guys are doing.
You know, this other person over here in this car is following them.
Uh, they really don't care.
As one person says, um, they're now.
This is this video, even though it doesn't have any sound.
It was all over social media so I couldn't verify, but we have seen this type of thing happening before, and look at the way this individual is acting here and I believe that is Border Patrol.
Border Patrol agents are now ramming civilian cars, forcing them through red lights, driving away in Minneapolis in this video.
you can see an agent who has their bumper right up against the car, stopped at a red light. No emergency lights. No sirens to say, get out of the way. The agent then accelerates and physically pushes the car through the intersection with the light still red. The car turns, The agent turns, then the agent just drives off.
This is not law enforcement.
This is reckless dangerous, illegal federal agents do not have legal authority to hit civilian vehicles, force them into traffic violations or flee the scene.
That is vehicular assault.
Weren't we just told over and over again that use of a weapon is uh, use of a vehicle as a weapon as terrorism?
I think that's the way our government operates, because terrorism is the use of force or the threat of force to achieve your social and political goals.
I think that's what we're seeing here.
Terrorism so that's an abuse of power puts everyone on the road at risk.
Puts everyone on the road at risk.
If local police did this, people would be calling it exactly what it is.
If local police did this, people would be calling it exactly what it is.
So why are federal agents being allowed to do it in plain sight?
So why are federal agents being allowed to do it in plain sight?
Because they're there to solve a problem, just like we had to have the masks and the vaccines to solve a problem.
Because they're there to solve a problem, just like we had to have the masks and the vaccines to solve a problem.
So we've got this dangerous problem and it's got to be solved.
Uh, so ICE agents also point out.
They did a huge recruitment drive for ICE JOIN ICE, JOIN ICE JOIN ICE.
This is another job where you want to be very selective about who you hire.
That's right.
You want to make sure that you're hiring someone that has the temper, temperament for this and, if anything, the.
If you look at the recruitment ads, what they're doing is recruiting people who've already got a chip on their shoulder.
They're looking for people who are politically aligned with Trump.
They're looking for brown shirts.
That's what they're looking for out there, not law enforcement.
Are you an angry, violent?
potential criminal that wants to get some revenge on people that you dislike? Come join ICE. That's right. We want, that's not the type of ad campaign you want to run. You want to, are you a calm, collected individual that cares deeply about freedom? Then help us bring freedom back to the United States. But that's not what they're doing at all. And it's schoolyard bully tactics. Take a look at this. This is a guy who is filming. Ice agent doesn't walk up and say, You know, move back or, or this or that, or i'm going to arrest you, right?
Which is again uh, not something that you should be arrested for?
Filming the police.
But of course these people aren't police, are they?
We can come up with a name for them.
But look at, this guy is filming guy, walks up to him just kind of blindsided, doesn't even give him a um, a shot that he's going to push him down.
Pushes that.
That's very dangerous, you know uh, people can hit their head and um, be severely injured.
This is illegal, says Brian Casenstein, as it is excessive in terms of force.
Courts routinely rule that throwing or violently pushing a non-threatening person to the ground for a minor obstruction is unconstitutional.
The legal remedy here would be to pull the man away or gently push him or escort him away, but he doesn't do that you.
because they've been trained to be bullies. The Bully Patrol. BP. Border Patrol. And then you have ICE, as instructed by Trump,
trying to intimidate anyone who is filming. Look at this. We have your plate number. We saw you driving erratically. Very dangerous to the public. There's a lot of effort in this. Can we get that? What are you doing? Warning. You're interfering with our operations. You could be arrested under 18 U.S.C. 111. Nope. Not under the Constitution. You've been interfering with our operations. Take your mask off,
you coward. Watch what you're doing, dude. Numerous times you've been interfering with our operations. Not interfering. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. Look how far they had to walk. You will be in handcuffs. You will be arrested. You will be prosecuted. U.S. Code 111. Get that through your head, dude. That's a lot of numbers you just wrote. Good job. I'm not breaking the law and you fucking know it. Yes, you are. One more time and I'll put you in handcuffs! One more time! Schoolyard bully. Big man, you got all the guns,
right? Oh, you're a tough guy. These guys are no different than bank robbers. They're just robbing us of money but of our rights. Robbers. Masked robbers. I tell you what, You know.
You can like me or hate me.
You can turn me off, but I will never support that.
And shame on the people who do.
I work for a guy who did multiple documentaries about the police state.
Did multiple documentaries about how they're going to use militarized police in cities.
Now he's cheering this stuff.
Why?
For money.
For money.
America watches one shooting and comes to two different conclusions.
It's very true.
That's WALL Street Journal headline.
Some Trump supporters say his maximalist approach at home and abroad this week marks an overreach.
It defines his character.
He is a bully as well.
So the question is, are you going to live in the land of the free or are you going to live in slave -landia?
And most people are more than willing, if they are hyped up enough, fearful enough, hyped up enough about a problem and become very fearful, they go begging to the government, put me in a mask, put those other people in a mask, arrest them. Find them. Take their job if they don't get the vaccine. Same stuff. Just rhyming, right? History doesn't repeat. It rhymes. And here we are with Trump 2.0. So,
as I said before, this is not a choice of either an open border welfare state or a lawless, fascist police state of a standing army of masked, militarized thugs and bullies like you just saw there. That's not the choice, folks. There's a lot of different ways that this can be handled. As a matter of fact,
let's just start by not financially incentivizing people to come here. You know, why, with all the noise and disturbance about drugs,
why for years has the U.S. been giving massive amounts of money to the Colombian government, the center of the cocaine trade? Why is that? The only reason that that got cut off was because he sassed Trump and taunted him. Oh,
you taunt Trump will cut it off, but hey, if you want to send in massive amounts of cocaine, no problem. You know, we've got this drug war thing. That's not about stopping the drugs, folks. That's about power. That's about the addiction to power in Washington. It's about giving them carte blanche to do whatever they wish. And so just stop the welfare magnet. That'd be the first thing that you could do. The Minnesota fraud scandal is just the tip of the iceberg,
Says Reason Magazine, Medicaid fraud has been endemic in that state and at federal levels for decades, and it's not just Minnesota.
And so we've known all about what was happening in Minnesota in the first Trump administration.
You had high-ranking Republicans who were there, who knew about it, who called people racist, who complained about it.
The outrage is justified because Americans are finally getting a concrete look at what happens when pushing public money out the door matters more than verifying the eligibility of the recipients, confirming services were delivered, or even ultimately being a good steward of taxpayer money.
So again, what about Trump's massive COVID-19 financial fraud?
Trillions of dollars.
not billions. The massive fraud in Minnesota, that was billions of dollars. Trump's fraud was trillions of dollars. No one needed to be locked down. And then even if you accepted that premise, that false pandemic, the remedy for that, the training wheels for universal basic income in order to move the Overton window,
his CARES Act and all the rest of this stuff. Massively invited fraud, and we saw it happening. And some of that has been exposed, but not much of it. Minnesota is not the exception, But it is rather the example that Americans finally noticed.
That's true.
That's true.
Medicaid fraud has been endemic in the state and federal levels for decades.
Politicians haven't done much, even with scholars and journalists raising the alarm for over on this particular case for over a decade, but it's been going on everywhere for a very long time.
It's tempting to treat the Minnesota scandal as a morality play about managerial incompetence and yes, Tim Waltz deserves the blame when red flags persist for years across multiple programs.
Failure of leadership is part of the story, but focusing on a single official or a single state, this is the deeper lesson.
First, we need to simplify the structure of the programs that propose, produce improper payments and fraud, federal matching grants and which Medicaid is largely built around, push states to build systems far larger than they would ever fund themselves, diluting accountability and encouraging growth for its own sake. Well, I agree with that. However,
the first issue is that the welfare state is something for which I can find zero authority in the Constitution. None whatsoever. People say, oh, well, it's to promote the general welfare, so we must be able to have a welfare state. It's right there at the beginning of the preamble of the Constitution. No, that's not what it was talking about. But even if you accept that premise, that was amended by the Tenth Amendment,
the Ninth Amendment, saying, you know, if you don't have specific authority to do something, you cannot imply or infer that. You cannot usurp that from the states. And from we, the people. So, no. That is not there at all. And even if it ever was there, even if you want to say, well, that was what was intended in the preamble, which I disagree with, even if you accept that premise,
it was shut down by the 9th and 10th Amendment. And from a practical standpoint, that's what we've said from the very beginning. It's what Alexis de Tocqueville, one of the important things that he found when he came to America, he wrote about democracy in America. He contrasted it to France. He said, in France,
we have these government programs that do this stuff, but in America, it's done in the community. And if you do it in the community, if you do it one-to-one, there are so many benefits for both the giver and the receiver. And one of the things that happens is that you are able to,
for the most part, ferret out fraud. You can see it because you're there. You're inviting corruption like that. Let's fix the corruption problems. Let's do something about that. Certainly in Minnesota and the Somalis and that type of thing. But let's not accept as a phony solution masked,
militarized federal bully patrol. Let's not do that. Second, do away with automatic enrollment and the pay now, scrutiny later style of oversight. Any beneficiary's eligibility has to be regularly reaffirmed. Third, ultimately no oversight regime can police a government so large and so complex. That's the whole thing about it. Even if you wanted to do welfare by the federal government,
even if you wanted to do a welfare state, the worst possible way to do it is the structure that is there now. It's a pragmatic issue as well. This is from another organization. Renee Good's killing reveals why fact-based journalism loses the narrative battle. I disagree with this. This is a leftist outlet,
Mediaite. Well, the audio just keeps kicking off of me. The gating is just really off. It's difficult to talk with this stuff. Anyway, the aftermath of this, what they're saying is, well, you know, the people who are out there who are doing this for money and for audience, They get everybody really hyped up, and they want to say the fact-based journalists are trying to take it slow. They want to take it slow. They don't want to jump to conclusions. They want to wait and see what is going on. And so,
you know, the lie travels halfway around the planet before the truth can get its pants on, is basically what they're saying. That old thing. I think that was from Mark Twain. One side saw a clear vehicular attack that justified lethal force. The other saw an unjustified killing,
followed by an official lie. Each of them accused the other of gaslighting, and each insisted that the facts were obvious. Well, you know, here's the thing. It doesn't have to be laid out the way they're doing it. You don't have to wait and wait and wait to look at this. And it isn't, you know, by the time when you see the video, as they say,
And somebody's political stance. I don't like her. She's got a wife, she says. LGBT. And these people, these lefties, they've got to be wrong, that type of thing. And then you were told, many people were told what had happened before they actually saw the video. And then you also had the people who were talking about it, like Trump and Kristi Noem, Who obviously had never seen the video before they told us what had happened.
It was an act of domestic terrorism.
What happened was our ICE officers were out in an enforcement action.
They got stuck in the snow because of the adverse weather that is in Minneapolis.
They were attempting to push out their vehicle and a woman attacked them and those surrounding them and attempted to run them over and ram them with her vehicle.
An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively shot to protect himself and the people around him.
And my understanding is, is that she was hit and is deceased.
We're continuing to gather more information, but this goes to show the assaults that our ICE officers and our law enforcement are under every single day.
Everything about that was a lie.
except for the fact that he killed her. Everything else was a lie. And then Trump is no better. The guy was run over. He's in the hospital. It's amazing he survived. And then in the Oval Office, he was arguing with some New York Times reporters, and then he said to his assistant, go get the video and show it to him. As they showed it to him, he went silent. It's like, uh, uh, uh. And then he changes the subject. There was nothing he could say. The lie was so obvious. This is the issue. And when I look at people,
I mean, I've seen people like Juanita Broderick, Ben Garrison, people out there who are jumping in. Well, that should prove it. And we got another video, and that should prove it. And I'm going to show The one that was being shot by the murderer. And I call him a murderer. This guy was not run over. He was not injured. This is the guy walking away afterwards. This is also the guy. Yeah, He looks like he's really torn up about killing somebody.
Right then, doesn't he?
Poor fellow.
Poor fellow.
Yeah, he had his balaclava friends wearing balaclava masks show up and take all this personal belongings somewhere.
We're supposed to feel sorry for him because he's in hiding.
He should be taken somewhere where he's behind bars.
But people see what they expect to see.
They select evidence that confirms their belief.
The observation describes how audiences receive information, but it understates how quickly those realities are constructed, And so, as I point out, by the time people saw the video,
they'd already been told what happened. And in the case of Kristi Noem and Donald Trump, They'd already told you what had happened, even though they hadn't seen the video. They're just going to push their institution. They're going to push their politics. Forget what's in the video. A celebrity scandal breaks and immediately the takes harden before the facts emerge,
or a corporate crisis produces a polished statement within hours while details surface over weeks. A police shooting is framed officially, or video complicates the story, and a large portion of the public never revisit their initial conclusion. If you say that you don't yet know, it sounds evasive, and video stops being evidence to examine and becomes ammunition to deploy. This is why I say, I look at these pictures that are put up, and one person put a thing up, it was the one from the side that I showed,
where you could clearly see that the guy was shooting at her from the side, and not in danger. And they said, please keep posting this video. We got to get the lefties to see what happened. I think we can see Who is not running him over. Who had the wheel turned from the very beginning. She had the wheel turned. I think what the most likely explanation is,
is that, again, she thought she was going to be arrested. She's waving people across. She didn't block the entire road. Including the car of the guy who shot her. She was not blocking the car. She was letting cars go, including ICE cars, Go by.
And I think when the guy came over and wanted to get into her car and wanted to arrest her, I think she panicked.
And I think she backs up.
Why would you back up if you're going to run somebody over?
You don't do that.
And why would you turn the wheel if you're going to run somebody over?
None of this matches what we saw from the very beginning.
And I guess that's a As a matter of fact.
You've got to let them tell you how to interpret what you see.
Yeah, like the Supreme Court, right?
Yeah, the Supreme Court.
I can't trust my understanding of English.
I can't read this for myself, so please tell me what this means. And please invent some new rights. You know, it's kind of interesting. Christine Ohm. Part of this might be that, you know, how much of this do we chalk up to dishonesty? And how much do we chalk up to just stupidity? Kristi Noem is doing an interview, and listen to this. She says, you know, we can't trust government. And the person says, but you are the government. That's what I'm saying,
she says. I remember a time when Republicans were very careful about and worried about the government, particularly unelected people. But we can't trust the government anymore. Having access to personal data. Yeah. Oh, absolutely. You are the government. Yes, that's what I'm saying, is that the American people now are saying that we have had our personal information. Yeah, and so, you know, the Trump administration is out there massively escalating the surveillance state to go along with the police state. So,
video of the Minneapolis ice shooting does not resolve the issue of whether or not it was legally justified. This is reason. And that truly is the amazing thing. So you can have a situation where the police initiate everything, just like the FBI goes out and initiates these things and they then run a sting. You can have the police go out and initiate an action and say, well, that made me feel threatened. So if I felt in fear of my life,
I can kill the other person. And the Supreme Court says that. And Reason says that as well. It doesn't matter whether their life was actually in danger. They're allowed to kill you. Think about that. It might save your life or the life of your children. Just understand that any encounter with police,
no matter how silly, it could be jaywalking, they feel entitled to kill you. And the law will back them up on it. As a matter of fact, you know, when you, let's see, here it is, right here. Listen to this. Well, that was quick. I asked if someone could find the report. And they did. What are we talking about? The internal report produced by Customs and Border Patrol, Which stated that U .S.
Border agents were intentionally stepping in front of moving vehicles to justify shooting at Them.
This article came out in 2014.
It was based on a report that I couldn't find, but fortunately, someone else found it for me, my good friend Victoria.
And here is the report from CBP.
And right here on page 8, they found that Border Patrol agents were intentionally stepping in front of vehicles to create justification to shoot the people inside.
Most reviewed cases involved nonviolent suspects who posed no threat other than a moving Vehicle.
It states they were doing this out of frustration.
Once again, Jonathan Ross, the man who shot the woman in Minneapolis, was a part of CBP during those years. He was there when that was happening. I will leave a link to that in the comments so you can read it for yourself. Thanks. So the guy who murdered her was at Border Patrol when they had an issue with Border Patrol,
kind of a policy, step in front of the car. Now we're threatened because I stepped in front of the car. So now I can kill you. He's already had a situation, and they made a big deal of this with the conservative influencers on X. Well, this may change your thinking. This is a guy who not too long ago was dragged 300 feet by a car and had to have 30 stitches. And so, did he learn anything from that? Or is he going to keep repeating those same mistakes? So,
we're going to take a look at the video that he shot that's supposed to change everybody's mind. Well, I'll see if it changes your mind or not. But the bottom line is, is that this guy has conducted himself In a way that is not only reprehensible, but threatens his safety and other people. And I talked about how, going back even to 1972, 54 years ago,
the New York Police Department said at the time, we are not going to shoot into cars just to stop them because it's a vehicle. Somebody's driving away, or even if they're threatening people with a car, we're not going to shoot into the car if they don't have a weapon. Why? Because you're most likely not going to hit them. You're going to most likely hit somebody else, maybe even a police officer. And those are the ones we care about,
right? Not the innocent bystanders. So you're not going to shoot them because you're most likely going to hit somebody else besides the driver. And if you do hit the driver, they're just as likely to step on the gas as this woman did when she was killed as to step on the brake or to have their foot just fall to the floor. And now you've got an unguided missile that is very,
very dangerous. So he violates all of these rules that are there. Bystander video of the incident, immediately cast out on accounts. Footage from various accounts that this is self-defense,
as we heard from Trump and from Christine Holm. This is reason. Footage from various angles appears to show the agent, later identified as Jonathan Ross, was not in the path of the SUV when he fired three shots at close range. The New York Times reported on Thursday the SUV did move toward the ICE agent as he stood in front of it,
the Washington Post noted, but the agent was able to move out of the way and fire at least two of three shots from the side of the vehicle as it veered past him. And here is, if you take the freeze frames of the spots where you hear the gunshots, this is what it looks like. And a person did a graphic of this. You see shot one, shot two,
shot three. And what they did was to make it easier for you to see where this agent is. In the bottom row there, they outline the person's body in green. And so you can clearly see that in shot two and three,
the car is passing him. He's well beside the car. And the other one, you can see that he is not really in front of the car. And that's one of the reasons why he wasn't hurt. One of the reasons why he wasn't knocked to the ground. I said from the very beginning, how is that just, oh, she ran him over, you know, and the lies that Trump told were repeated pretty much by other people like Juanita Broderick and others, you know, saying that, oh, well, you know, his life was in danger. And it's like, no,
it wasn't. He was off to the side. Even that one shot that went through the windshield was off to the side. And at the angle where that shot enters the curved part of the windshield on the side near the A The only way that that angle could have gone through it from that side and hit the person in the car is if he's standing well off to the side,
as you just saw in that picture. And we could also see from the very beginning that the wheel was turned. If your intention is to run somebody over, you don't turn the wheel like that. Maybe she was panicked. Maybe she's a poor driver. Who knows what was going on in that situation,
but it was not a terrorist threat. The Post said the videos it analyzed do not clearly show whether the agent is struck or how close in front of the vehicle he comes to striking him. But nevertheless, says Jacob Solem at Reason, he can still be legally justified, which hinges on whether or not he reasonably believed that he was in danger at that point, even if that belief may have been mistaken. Yeah, this is the Peter Pan defense,
You know, You got to believe.
If you believe, Tinkerbell comes back to life.
Let's everybody clap for that, right?
And it's really kind of what you saw with COVID.
Well, you know, we did the best that we could.
It wasn't malicious, It wasn't intentional.
We really thought that there was a pandemic, We really thought that there was a bioweapon that came from the Wuhan lab.
And so we had to do all these things to you because of that.
Not justified.
It's not justified.
Even if that were true.
And even if this guy was afraid.
What he did is clearly not justified.
I don't buy it.
The Justice Department's policy on the use of force jives with what the Supreme Court has said.
Deadly force may not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect.
Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles.
You understand?
How many times do they have to break their policies?
How many times do they have to break the law?
How many times do they have to recklessly endanger other people and themselves before they're blamed?
Well, evidently, they will never be blamed.
Not by Trump, not by Noem, not by MAGA.
The Justice Department explains, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless, number one, a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle. You hear that? That's Department Number two, the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectable reason, reasonable means of defense appears to exist,
which includes moving out of the way. I had somebody ask me, well, what would you do if you're in a situation like him? I said, I would have moved out of the way. He put himself in front of that vehicle, and when I play the video, you're going to see That after she, well, I'm not going to tell you. I'm going to let you see it yourself, and then I'm going to tell you what I see out of it. I will say, from a young age, you instructed me not to stand in front of cars. I got that lesson right around, you know, three or four,
something like that. You are creating a scenario where you are giving yourself justification for lethal force. That's right. That's what the Border Patrol people were taught to do. And that's what they were doing. You know, Let's, let's put ourselves in danger.
So I can use lethal force and i'll just kind of get on the side here so I can quickly sidestep it and, if anything, I get brushed by it.
But I can use lethal force because i'm really fed up with these people.
Right, he was taunted just before he shot this woman.
As a general rule, people that are going to run you over are not the same people that are going to drive away if you aren't blocking them.
So you're not really creating a scenario, except for one where you get to shoot someone.
Yeah yeah, yeah.
It looks more and more to me like road rage on his part, rage at what was said to him by um, the quote-unquote wife of the person who was killed.
So again, moving out of the path of the vehicle would be one of the things that you can do. The circumstances of the Minneapolis shooting suggest that Ross violated that policy. It's kind of like when you look at the Pentagon policy, and it specifically uses the example of people who are shipwrecked, even if it had been a legitimate conflict, Which it wasn't to start with.
It really was not a conflict.
There was nobody endangered by these people in the boats.
They were not shooting at people.
They actually had turned around and were fleeing.
They were shot.
Then the military circles back.
And executes them in the water like a U -boat commander.
And it was specifically because the U -boat commanders were doing that during World War II that it was put in as an example in the Pentagon manual.
But now the Pentagon is under WAR PETE, and the Department OF Justice is under NOME, and they probably don't even read the manual, and even if they did, they wouldn't obey it.
Well, when the president does it, that means that it is not illegal. That's right. Or when the War Pete does it. Or when the Kristi Noem does it. Local and state officials said Good was acting as a legal observer. They said at the beginning of her fatal encounter,
her Honda pilot had been positioned sideways on the street, blocking one lane of traffic for about three minutes. She repeatedly waved at ICE vehicles on the street, indicating that they should go around her. And they did, including the person who went around her, got out, and came back and wound up killing her. He says they also gave her conflicting instructions. One said she should drive away,
while another told her to get out of the car. Video shows one agent grabbing the handle of the driver's side door, apparently in an attempt to enforce the get out of the car command. And again, you know, this is, we are to show your hands, obey commands. And I've seen Pictures of people who have done that, who have still been executed. You remember the father? They were called, I think it was on a drug case or something like that, some drug call,
and it was at a hotel. And it was the father with the young family there. They go, get on the floor, get on the floor! Yelling and screaming at him, he's got his hands up, he gets down on the ground, and they shot him anyway. Killed him anyway. He's doing everything they said, and he still shot them. You know, when you try to obey a tyrannical government, they will still kill you folks. Yeah, in that video specifically, they're making him belly crawl along the floor, and his pants start to come down, so he reaches back to try to pull his pants up,
and that's when they shoot him. Yeah. Yeah, it's amazing. So the SUV backs up a little bit, then begins to move forward. The front wheels turned to the right, away from the agent. That was the first thing I saw. Ross initially is standing near the left front bumper, But he quickly moves out of the way.
He fires three shots at the car as it moves past him.
Again, he was not even knocked down.
You know, we've had people who have uh, been knocked down.
Uh, like this, here's a nice car, boom hits the person, knocks them to the ground.
You know, just like um, you know ramming cars at intersections, they can do whatever they want.
No wonder they wear masks, no wonder they get so upset if you film them because they're criminals, all right.
So let's take a look at the um, at the video.
Wait, I got one more thing I want to say.
This is where it really got me upset with the Reason Magazine article and they said uh, so he may not have been justified in killing her, but you know.
we have a system here where all the police have to do is say, I was afraid for my life. And legally, then, he is now justified. That's all they have to do. Local prosecutors, and one example here, well, let me give this example here. Uh, South Carolina, Seneca, South Carolina, and this is a 2015 fatal shooting over a two-bit marijuana sting. Police had lured 23-year-old Tori Morton,
who ultimately was arrested for possessing 10 grams of marijuana, to a Hardee's parking lot so they could arrest her for selling pot. She was on a date with 19-year-old Zachary Hammond, who drove her to the restaurant, and she was eating an ice cream cone in the front seat of his car when Lieutenant Mark Miller, Mark Tiller, sorry, who was assisting the undercover officer who had arranged to buy marijuana from Morton,
approached the vehicle. Tiller said Hammond, who was unarmed, saw him, panicked, and tried to run him down, forcing him to fire two shots through the driver's side window in self-defense and kill the driver. Tiller's account was inconsistent with dash cam video of the incident,
however. Which showed that Hammond was already backing up as Tiller approached the car. Hammond continued on his way, making a sharp left. The only difference between these two accounts, one of them turns left, the other one turns right, but they both turn away from the cop, and the cop still kills them. So, Tiller ran into the path of the car, just like this guy, then backed up to avoid being hit. When Tiller fired the first shot,
which entered Hammond's chest to the left side, he was no longer in the path of the car.
Tiller fired a second shot, which hit Hammond in the back as Hammond was moving past him, shot him in the back.
There was no indication that Hammond aimed the car at Tiller, and Tiller was not in danger of being struck when he fired those two rounds.
Local prosecutors nevertheless declined to charge the murdering cop.
Tenth Circuit solicitor concluded that Tiller actually believed that he was in imminent danger of losing his life or sustaining serious bodily injury.
Yeah, see if that works for anyone else.
That's right.
That's right.
A Justice Department investigation of the shooting apparently went nowhere, but a lawsuit that the Hammond's family filed to the city of Seneca resulted in a $2.2 million settlement.
Tiller was fired about six months later.
So we've seen this like the O.J. Simpson thing.
The jury.
because of their prejudice, allows O.J. Simpson to get away with murder. Same thing here, except the prejudice is for the police. But then you can get compensation through a civil lawsuit, because the justice system is completely broken. So then we get to the video itself, that was shot by the agent on his cell phone. I've got to say,
I've got several articles even today from the New American that I agree with, and we'll talk about it later. This one, I think they're completely wrong. They've completely bought into this, which is really disturbing,
considering the fact that the New American should be leading the charge against the federalization of police, the militarization of the police. They've forgotten what they did 60 years ago. Now they're cheering this BS. Here's the headline from the New American. Ice agent's cell phone footage clearly shows a woman attempted to run him down before the shooting. Well, Let me play it for you and see if that's what you think is going on here.
Matter of fact, what I did was, I've got the clip that they say is proof of this.
That's all in real time.
And then I took the shooting part and put it behind it at 25 % speed so that you can see it right after the full clip.
Here's the clip.
This is the cell phone footage of the murderer shot.
He just got out of his car because she just let him pass.
She's like, I'm not mad at you.
That's her, quote-unquote, wife.
Who is taunting him?
it is slow. Right, now look. She's looking off to the side. Now, as she backs up, she's turning the wheel before she even starts to move. But notice that when she stops after the backing, he runs up to the front of the car. Did you see that? Did you see that? Again, jumping in front of the car so he's got an excuse to kill her. She backs up,
which is not what you're going to do if you're trying to run somebody down. She's clearly not an unhinged lefty as Infowars and others are trying Uh, so she, she's, um, backing up. You know, she just said to the guy, that's okay. I'm not angry with you, dude, or whatever. She's backing up. And then even before she starts to move forward, she's turning the wheel to the right. He runs up as she stops backing up before she puts it in gear to go forward. He runs forward to the car. Uh,
you can clearly see that. So again, he's walking around holding the phone. Uh, he was able to get in front of the car and she's backing You can see that she immediately turns the car to the right, and then he runs,
rushes forward, and then backs up a bit as the car starts to move, and then starts shooting at her. And so, again, the way this is reported in the New American, it says, it shows the woman's attempt to mow down the agent. Is that what you saw? Juanita Broderick, the New American, Ben Garrison, all say that she was trying to run him over. I didn't see that! I've watched that over and over again. You should watch that yourself and see, is that really what is happening there? I mean,
forget your frustration with the left. Forget your frustration with illegal immigration. Forget your frustration with Somalians. That's a different issue than if we're going to give a green light to cops to execute us, to create a system where they say,
well, I was threatened by jumping in front of the car, by rushing forward to the car. That's what I saw. Maybe I'm blinded. I'm sure people will say that. I just got to go with what I saw. And I'm not going to deny what I saw. I don't engage in double-think. I know what I saw. So again,
the woman looked at him and accelerated, knowing that she would hit him. No, she was turning the wheel before she even stepped on the gas. And she didn't accelerate. It'd be the easiest thing in the world if she wanted to run the guy down. She could have just stepped on the gas and gone forward. Why would she back up? None of that makes sense that we're being told by the conservatives. Trying to escape an apparent arrest,
the woman accelerated toward the agent. He shot her three times and killed her. They failed to mention from the side. From the side, he shot her. You know, if she was running straight at him,
she could have killed him. The fact that she did is the key issue here. So when DHS claimed self-defense, the mayor claimed Said that that was BS. Tim Waltz then called it propaganda. Yeah,
you know when Kristi Noem says that they were stuck in the snow as they were trying to get their car out of the snow, she tried to kill them with the car. Yeah, I think that's lies. I think that's BS. I think that's propaganda. I think Trump saying the man was run over and had to be hospitalized. It's amazing that he's still alive. Yeah,
this guy right here. It's amazing he's still alive, isn't it? It's amazing they still believe Trump's lies. That's the issue. Democrats repeatedly called the shooting a murder and a cold-blooded killing, said the New American. Well, let me say, I am not a Democrat. I called it murder and a cold-blooded killing from day one. As a matter of fact, that was my title of the show last week. Personally, it's not what we put up,
but I put ice-cold murder. That's the way I saw it from the very beginning. And I'm not a Republican, and I don't subscribe to either of their visions for America. I don't want a welfare great replacement from the Democrats,
and I don't want a militarized police state from the Republicans. And that's what both of them are offering us. I reject both of those false choices. Isn't it amazing that they always come up with two choices for you? They never say there's a third option,
right? Let's go back to the COVID thing. Even if that had been true, we didn't have the option of, well, you stay locked up and masked up and isolated and all that until we can get a vaccine rushed out to you. That's the only option that's going to be allowed. Can't have anything else. Can't have ivermectin. Can't have HCQ. And you have to believe that this is a threat. Number one. Number two. Nothing else will be allowed. To me,
that was the biggest tip-off. Especially Since I knew they'd been practicing that very scenario since two months before 9-11. So, it isn't that they're stupid. They know what they're doing. And I stand by what I said. I think this is deliberate. I think this is deliberately trying to push us into civil war. And we're getting there faster all the time. So,
So, again, the New American puts in, you know, the wife, quote, unquote, wife, Rebecca.
And I understand, you know, I don't believe in same-sex mirage.
You know that as well.
That's a different issue.
I also don't believe in killing people who do that.
And I believe that a government that has no rules, no law, no oversight that attacks people who try to look at what they're doing.
I've seen this over and over again.
Oh, you're not allowed to see the COVID data.
Oh, you're not allowed to see the climate data.
You can't see the raw data that I based all these policies on.
Well, then you're lying if you're trying to cover up this information so hard.
And so I have seen this type of thing happening over and over again.
They'll always go to an ad hominem attack.
And it's very easy to do that with this individual.
They, you know, they're a different tribe.
You know, we're not the LGBT tribe.
so let's kill those people, right? And I knew that this would blind a lot of people. Oh, well, you know, She had a wife. It would blind them to the police action. And so, you know, when I push back against that, just like when I push back against the drug war, oh, well, you want people on drugs. No, I don't. No, I don't. I just, this is a separate thing. It doesn't solve the problem. And, you know,
if we have a country where people haven't caught on in 54 years to the understanding that attempt by the government to force us to not use drugs is an absolute failure and will never succeed. If people haven't caught on to that in 54 years,
they're not going to catch on to this other stuff, which is really what is so concerning. So when we look at the tactics of all of this, as one person said, one person who was a consultant to law enforcement said, Walking around carrying a cell phone, you're supposed to keep your hands free so that you can react to things, right? And again,
everything this guy did was in violation of common sense and law enforcement policy. But they're going to circle the wagons and protect him because they don't want to have a precedent where anybody in law enforcement is ever made to be accountable for anything they ever do. As they point out,
she doesn't look like a domestic terrorist. She's smiling. She's saying, I'm not mad at you. Just before he killed her. But the quote-unquote wife was, and was taunting him. So,
Nome calls it stalking. ICE officers and agents approach the vehicle of the individual who was blocking the officer in with her vehicle. And they're impeding ICE by photographing them. Yeah. They've been stalking and impeding their work all throughout the day. Well,
if you're not doing anything wrong, law enforcement, you ought to be okay with being observed in public. These are the people who are putting flock cameras everywhere. They've got cameras everywhere to record us. I had this same discussion with a TSA agent. Remember that, Travis? We went through two separate lines and they were going through. Travis, I pulled out my phone and I started photographing what was happening there. The guy got really angry with me. How dare you photograph us? I said,
look around here. Do you see? There's cameras everywhere. You're being photographed all the time. Why is it that it bothers you that a member of the public photographs you? Right? But they believe that they are allowed to know everything about us. We are not allowed to know anything about them. Does that bother you? That bothers me. That is,
I think, very dangerous and foolish. So, The bottom line here is that I've got one more that I want to talk about before I get to the bottom line. I know I've been going on for a long time here. Eric Peters. I'd like to see what Eric Peters had to say. Good,
Eric. Can always count on you to be principled and consistent. Eric Peters of Eric Peters Autos. He got it right. I mean, I have seen Alex Jones did documentary after documentary about the police state. And he's opposed to it when it's Obama,
but when it's Trump, he's cheering it now. He did documentary after documentary about fake wars and regime change, but now he cheers it because it's Donald Trump. Eric Peters is going to stay true to principle. He said, there's a tragedy that's behind this tragedy. And I couldn't say it as well as Eric, so I'm going to read you what he wrote. He said, people have generally taken sides, yet again,
with regard to the shooting and death of the woman in Minneapolis. But the thing to understand is that we're all on one side now. It's the side of those who face summary execution by armed government workers. If we, quote-unquote,
resist in any way, this resist encompasses attempting to drive away, which is what the woman who was shot to death was trying to do. Many of whom manifest a dog-like admiration of armed government workers,
which is hugely strange, given that they say they are very leery of government. You know, Christine Olam says, you can't trust the government. But you are the government. I know, that's what I'm saying. You can't trust me? Trust no one, especially me. So,
he says, the murdered woman bumped the armed government worker, but was never in any danger It was never in any danger of being run over, and it is pretty clear that the woman was not trying to run him over. If she had been,
she would not have turned her wheel to the right. She would have driven straight ahead. And we knew that she'd turned her wheel to the right before we got the video, cell phone video from the guy, because we could see it from the back angle. You could see her wheel was turned. You know how that works? Have you ever driven a car? You know, why does somebody back up in the turn? She's trying to do a three-point turn, Shouldn't be executed for that. She just wanted to get away. Yet for failing to obey, in other words,
this is the ultimate crime in any authoritarian system. As evidenced by how severely it is punished. This is why I got so angry about that video that was put up by that one guy who said, show your hands, obey commands. It's like, what are you talking about? I put all that stuff together from They Live, you know, he puts the glasses on everything he sees is, obey, submit. All the rest of this stuff. That is the ultimate crime in any authoritarian system. You know,
I've been in a traffic court more times than I would like to have been for speeding tickets and things. I got to tell you, I saw people who had dozens of drunk driving convictions let go,
which I think is the most dangerous thing anybody can do in a car, bar none. And they were let go, yet the person who was there driving without a license. They hammered that person. A year in jail. It's about authority. It's not about safety. So,
videos of armed government workers tackling, beating, and shooting people who aren't criminals in the sense that whatever they were being initially pestered over was some petty statutory offense that entailed no harm done to anyone. A man, here's an example and a link to it, a man ordered to get down on the ground Now, this is IDF, Israeli Defense Force tactics, beaten over jaywalking,
but his real crime was not to obey the orders, right? How about a turn signal violation? Anything is like this. This is like, again,
we need to understand what is being put in place by so-called conservatives. They're not trying to conserve the rule of law. They're not trying to conserve the Constitution, the Bill of Rights. They're not trying to conserve freedom. This is like the creation of Homeland. Created under a false pretense. A dangerous,
unnecessary institution. And change of an institution. To centralize control. And to avoid accountability. And it's hard to pin it down exactly, says Eric, but it is sometime in the mid-1990s that Hut Hut Hut got normalized. We saw it on TV. The cop shows became a huge hit, normalizing and even fetishizing the Hut, Hut,
Hut I just showed you last week, before all this stuff happened, you got people in Japan going to unbelievable amounts of um effort and they're larping live action role-playing right, pretend that they're police and uh, they've got the cars wrapped with the same kind of markings that you have a police car.
They got full uniforms, they got body cams and they've got uh, I think it's like airsoft guns or something like that, or maybe it's um uh, you know the um, I believe, airsoft paint.
Yeah, I don't think it's paintballs anyway.
Uh, they're going around and we're laughing at it because it was so absurd and so over the top.
And yet to them, they're imitating what they see on tv about how cops act and they're imitating what they know about America, which is America is a police state.
You know the very fact that they're doing this.
They want to play police.
So what do you do you, you?
it's not the German police anymore. You know the old joke? Hell is where the police are German and the chefs are British. And I forget what the other aspects of it were, but yeah, that's, you know, the bad food from Nazi cops. And so they're running around,
you know, Paris, Paris, open up! And then they say, the door rocked! And they kick it down. But Eric Peters goes back to Randy Weaver, his 14-year-old son,
executed on their own property. And what did we see from that? To this day, I remember the name of the sniper, the FBI sniper, euphemistically called the hostage rescue And how he shot Randy Weaver's wife point-blank as she was holding a child. Shot her right between the eyes as she slumped to the ground holding the child. And it was a point-blank shot. I mean,
he was so close with that sniper rifle. It's the same as if he had just put a gun in her face. Like that trainee killer in Nashville. I've said so many times, how could somebody do that to a nine-year-old? How could somebody be so full of hate? Like that tranny killer in Nashville that she would just walk up to a child and shoot him point blank in the head. Well,
that's what this FBI sniper did to a mother who was holding her child. What do we say about that? Well, the government, both Democrats and Republicans, remember, Ruby Ridge happened under George H.W. Bush. And a lot of the same people who were involved in Ruby Ridge then later did Waco under Bill Clinton. Those are not two separate things. The bureaucracy doesn't change,
and it doesn't matter who you vote for. They're going to do their thing. So they gave Lon Horiochi a medal, not a prison sentence, which he deserved. I've seen this happen over and over again. I've watched them, and he mentions the Branch Davidians. They said, yeah, they were religious weirdos. You know, that's one of the things that really stuck with me about that. I remember when that happened, and I remember the Christians that I knew. Many of them, oh,
those crazy religious kooks and everything. And it was almost like they had a death wish for these people because they were embarrassed by their over-the-top actions and calling themselves Christians. Well, I'm embarrassed by what Pete Hegseth does, but I don't want to see him executed. I don't want to see him and his family burned alive. And I just want to see him removed from office. But I've seen that type of thing before, and that's the ultimate It's tribalism,
isn't it? That Christians could say, I don't like their theology. Look what they're doing, you know. And they're marrying kids at young ages and so forth. The kind of ages that people used to get married at throughout history. And I'm not doing a Megyn Kelly here. I'm just saying that,
you know, we're not talking about consensual sex with minors. We're talking about parents engaging children to other people. That was not that much of an historical aberration,
but they wanted these people killed. I mean, they really applauded that, thought it served them right. And so that's the kind of tribalism that we have to avoid. And how do you avoid that? You have to look at what is really happening. You have to have some moral principle foundation that you evaluate things from. And you have to be honest with what you're looking at,
rather than getting into this Kool-Aid drinking cult called MAGA. So, the operators were and are taught to regard the slightest act of recalcitrance as resisting, Says Eric Peters, and respond as if this constituted a threat to their safety.
The president and his minions approved that message.
No hint of empathy, no expression of rueful sentiment that just maybe things got out of hand.
There is no uncertainty about it at all.
They cheered it immediately.
They gave false details immediately.
And I challenge anybody to show me the footage of these guys stuck in the snow.
We can all see that didn't happen.
We're all coarsened by this.
Humanity is diminished by this.
The ice goon who shot that woman could have just stepped aside and did, by the way, and let the woman go.
This is exactly what would have happened in America before the mid -1990s.
Cops didn't shoot at people who weren't shooting at them.
So who was just?
People who were just trying to get away from them?
Instead, the ICE goon did what he has been trained to do, and what government goons know they can do with impunity. The tragedy isn't primarily that it was done. It is that it can and will be done to any of us. Because so many of us have accepted it as okay to be done to any of us. That's exactly right. They've all been trained not only to be Barney Fife,
but they fully arm and armor them up and then send them out to push people. So, again, Kristi Noem, I thought one of the best exchanges of this was that Kristi Noem and Jake Tapper. And he brings in January the 6th. And I said that from the very beginning. And when you look at this clip of Kristi Noem and Jake Tapper, you see the tribal blindness,
I would say, of them both. Jake Tapper is hopping mad about J6. And he thinks all those people ought to go to jail for life. And the peaceful protesters as well. You had people show up,
and I knew it was going to be an entrapment, and I warned people to stay away from it. I was fired because I called it a grift, because Alex was funding it and making money off of it at the same time. And so when you look at what happened with it, there's a lot of evidence to show that the police escalated and even initiated a lot of this conflict, which is what I said would happen. And then as some people, not all people, some people fought back,
you had The police then, you know, that's where these guys start their coverage, the people who are fighting back. And so now we should take everybody that was there, and that's what they did for five years. With the help of Bank of America, for example, the Biden administration went after everybody that was there, even if they weren't there,
even if they were just in the general area of Washington and were conservative. They looked at their political Background, they looked to see whether they owned guns or whatever. Not that they had guns or they were a threat to anybody. But they just looked at all that stuff and they came after people. And the punishment that they had,
even for the people that were violent, even for the people who were destructive of property, was cruel and unusual punishment. To law enforcement,
quote-unquote, to do whatever they wish. And Jake Tapper is blind to that, just like Kristi Noem is blind to that. But listen to this exchange. It's not working. Can you do it? There we go. I think our hard drive may have just failed. Great. Okay. Yeah,
we changed everything late last night and didn't test anything. Okay. That's fine. We won't play that there. Let's just go take a break. Can we take a break? I don't know. Just give me a minute. This is wonderful today. Thank you. The hard drive is the thing that's causing the issues,
which is actually an old piece of tech. I feel threatened. I'm going to start shooting here in a minute. Alright, give me just a moment. Should I sing a song for you? I don't know. Even our green screen thing is not working apparently. Sorry,
folks. I think our hard drive is dying. I'm working on it. Give me just a moment. I want to continue with some of this stuff. I'll just read you the transcript. I've got that here in front of me here. So,
Noam tried to insist that there was no double standard. So first they began by saying that those law enforcement officers were being physically attacked, Tapper said of the January 6th officers. By this standard, would any of those officers be justified in shooting and killing? The people causing them physical harm. Well, you know, they actually did that. Isn't it interesting? You know,
Ashley Babbitt shot in the head by a guy that he was not in danger of his life. And of all the people that he could have felt threatened by, why would he pick out a woman to shoot in the head? Now, you know, Trump has defended her. He's called her a patriot. He said, very bad things ought to happen to this guy. He called him a thug three times, from July of 2021 to most recently 2023. And yet,
when it's on the other shoe, simply nothing has changed except the issue that they're fighting over. But the way that law enforcement engages people is exactly the same way. And so for Ashley Babbitt,
she was not a threat. And the people who disagree with her politics want her killed. Just like the people who disagreed with this woman named Good. They disagreed with her politics. They disagreed with the fact that she's LGBT. They want her killed. It's just that simple. And that's what's really concerning to me. When you look at the grassroots and how everybody wants a civil war. I mean,
they want somebody killed simply because of their political beliefs, simply because of their lifestyle. They want them killed. Noam said, yeah, but they know that when people are putting hands on them, when they're using weapons against them, when they're physically harming them,
that they have the authority to arrest those individuals. Well, yes, you do. But do you have the authority to just shoot unarmed people in the head? Tapper quickly pointed out that Trump views the two situations very differently. He said the president pardoned every single one of those people. Noam tried to insist that there was no double standard. Tapper said,
I just showed you the video of people attacking law enforcement officers. Undisputed proof, undisputed evidence, and I just said Trump pardoned all of them. And you said that Trump is enforcing all the laws equally. It's not true, he said. There's a different standard for law enforcement officials being attacked if they're being attacked by Trump supporters. We just saw that. Now, he's right about that. But Jake Tapper also has a different standard. He wants to see people,
if they are Trump supporters, he wants to see them punished, but he doesn't want to see other people. Look, we have to support the right to peacefully protest, or we lose all free speech. I mean,
we've got Israeli billionaire Shlomo coming over here and saying, yeah, we're going to have to destroy the First Amendment to save it. And we've got to create a database, and we've got to rank people based on what their belief system is. And that's You see people ranked based on what their politics are. And guess what? If you're down at the bottom of their ranking because they don't like your politics, You should be killed, summarily executed.
So it's more even than just the issue of whether or not law enforcement can do whatever they wish.
So again, you know, over and over again, Trump had celebrated Ashley Babbitt.
And then over the weekend, you also had Jesse Ventura speak out.
And he was very, very angry.
And one of the things you notice about Jesse Ventura is that he is really, even though he's an independent, he is a hardcore Democrat in terms of his beliefs.
And that came across in his video, in his rage about January the 6th.
However.
he is right when he looks at the police state that Referring to Trump as a draft dodger, rich white kid, and all that is true, but he said, I went to Vietnam, and he talked about when he was in another adjacent country, when they declared martial law, and he goes, what do you see with martial law? You see military troops on the street with fully automatic weapons. He goes, we see that today. He goes,
that is what I'm talking about in terms of police state. Now, he's absolutely right about that. I disagree with this politics. I disagree with this take on January the 6th. I believe that what happened was a lot of people who were peacefully protesting were punished. And I believe that the people who,
you know, even with the physical contact, I believe that the punishment was unusual and cruel. And that is also specifically prohibited by the Constitution. So, we've got a couple of comments here. By some time. So, yeah, you say the drive is back. You think it's working? I believe it to be working. The drive, however, is dying. Okay. Well, Stealth Patriot, thank you very much for the tip. Maybe we can put that towards a new drive here. Could it be that ICE is intentionally violating the Fourth, Fifth,
and Ninth Amendment in order to be discredited? So that the Hilergy plan can go back into full swing like under Biden? Just a thought. Well, I think that the whole purpose of this, They understand the time that we're in, but they understand this is a fourth turning.
They know the pattern.
I mean, they use all the terminology about the generations.
This is a millennium, the millennial generation.
These are the generation X and Y and Z and all the rest of the stuff.
They use all the terminology from Strauss and how, but they pretend that they never read the fourth turning because the central part of that is the cycle of about 80 years.
Every four generations that all the institutions are basically changed.
You typically have an economic crash and then all the institutions, everybody loses faith in the institutions.
And then all the institutions, everybody loses faith in the institutions.
There's something of a revolution towards the institutions.
There's something of a revolution towards the institutions.
And usually there's a war.
And usually there's a war.
Why?
Why?
Because when the government feels threatened, they take you to war.
Because when the government feels threatened, they take you to war.
So they're pretending that they don't know all this stuff, but they are ramping it up.
And Trump is busy making enemies foreign and domestic.
I've said for the longest time, this fourth turning, previous one was the Great Depression and World War II prior to that, the Civil War prior to that, the Revolutionary War.
I said, I think this one is going to be a combination of all three.
I think it'll be a Revolutionary War, Civil War, and a World War.
And he's working very hard to make that happen.
As a matter of fact, even when you look at his insane plans about Greenland and all the rest of this stuff, even as the rhetoric just keeps escalating to the extent that now Denmark and the UK are saying, oh, we got special forces that were moving to Denmark and all the rest of this stuff.
I don't think it'll happen that way.
I think he will take it over.
I think he'll take it over by just moving a massive number of troops there.
which, again, I always said, if you think that there's a defense issue, a national security issue, you've already got a treaty that allows you, we've already got a military base there, we had a lot of military bases there,
we had a lot of people. Taking that all down because nobody believed that it was necessary for national security. But if you're going to maintain that it is necessary for national security, you could put all the troops back tomorrow. And he could occupy that country. And he's working very hard to try to bribe the people in Greenland $100,000 each. How much is your freedom worth to you,
right? Not 30 pieces of silver, but well, how about $100,000? American fiat dollars. How about that? It's like continental currency. And he wants a continent. That's exactly what he wants. And it is the plan that the technocrats have had since 1938. If you look at what he's wanting to do,
it's exactly what they wanted to do. They wanted to unify everything from Greenland to the Galapagos Islands. They want it to all be one big technate. They want to unify North and South America. And that's what he's working on. I believe that really is the issue. Yeah, Those are going to be our tortoises, and don't you forget it, Marky.
Mark, thank you for the tip.
He says.
How can anyone see anything besides what happened?
It's obvious that miss Good turned away from the ice agent.
Yeah, you can see the wheel right, I know how that works.
I've driven a car before.
I don't like what I found out about miss Good, but that doesn't justify her homicide.
I absolutely agree, and I even said that about that guy, Abrigo Garcia, or whatever I said.
You know, their first instinct was to come after him with an ad hominem attack, call him a wife beater and all the rest of stuff, and it's like okay well, you know.
Still, if he he's here illegally uh, deport him.
but give him due process. That's really what we need to have. And then they added to the lines. They said, look, he's got MS-13 on his knuckles. They put that, it was quite obviously, put in. After the fact, with Photoshop or something, actually, the words, it was not even tattooed on his hand there. And he had some symbols that people said, well, that's not the way the drug guys do it. They're big and proud and loud about their MS-13. They put it all over their entire chest or their back. Real big, MS-13. So,
you know, that didn't look like any of that stuff was real. But at the same time, Trump and Christine Ohm were pushing these personal attacks. And fake information about Garcia, it also emerged that in Tennessee,
he had been involved in human trafficking and was caught by the Tennessee Highway Patrol. He had like, you know, half dozen or eight different guys in the car with him. None of them spoke English. None of them were citizens. The car that he was driving belonged to a guy that had already been caught and convicted of trafficking, human trafficking.
And the Biden administration let him go.
And they let this thing go on and on and on.
And the conservatives, not just Trump and Noem, but all of the quote unquote influencers that were out there, kept doing these ad hominem attacks on Garcia, rather than pointing out the fact this guy really was associated with one of these trafficking gangs.
And I think he really was.
Nevertheless, he still needs to have due process.
And I said, it's because if you skip due process, you wind up turning our own government into the most dangerous possible gang that you could have.
And that is unlimited amounts of money, unlimited use of force, and no accountability, which is what we're really talking about here.
There's also the fact that multiple things can be true.
Yeah, this woman can be an obnoxious liberal scumbag that none of us would want to be friends with, that none of us would want to have their policies put into place. That's right. And this guy can also be a thug. Mm-hmm. But, you know, you don't want to give up the rule of law here. A Syrian girl says she's not very bright. You saw how that reporter reminded her she was the untrustworthy government, and it went right over her head. Yeah, we're talking about Kristi Noem. She really does,
and she's so dense that she bragged about shooting her own dogs and thought that was going to be okay with the public. Pisano Vante 1776. This was a filmed execution. Just like LaVoy Finicum. That's right. That's another example. Isn't that amazing? I'll never forget that. Travis had a chance to talk to him when he went up there. Yeah,
I think I was the last person from InfoWars to ask him anything. Yeah, yeah. Because, you know, he had, what was it, Pete Centelli was saying, Oh, you can't interview any of these people. I've got exclusive on this stuff. And Travis said, No, you don't. He went over and he talked to Lavoie Finnegan, who was sitting out in front of the compound, wasn't he? Yeah, he was just sitting there and said, you know, they want to arrest me, I'm right here, they can come get me, I won't fight back, I won't do anything, if memory serves. He just said, you know, come take me,
we're not going to, you know, have a firefight, you can just come arrest me right here. Yeah, except that they did have a firefight, didn't they? They set up an ambush, and as he's getting out of the car, and he's showing his hands! And they execute him,
shooting him in the back. They're already shooting into the car. He got out to save the lives of the people in there. Fuzzy Mateo, the same CBP that let in 20 million illegals are now tasked with removing them. They're yes-men. They don't follow the law. They follow the leader. That's right. The lost boys. You know,
that's the other thing about it, too. If you look at Stephen Miller's quota, right? I want this many arrests per day, and you go out and you do the math. Yeah, the number of days that they're going to be there, which is about 1,200 days, let's say. If they were following that quota every single day, they would only get about $3.5 million of the $20 million that they brought in. Again, it is not worth turning our country into a police state for Stephen Miller's quotas. Guard Goldsmith, Liberty Conspiracy. Good to see you,
Guard. The problem of ICE is root-caused. Centralized authority. Over freedom of association, meaning that it sometimes sees the president push migrants into the U.S., and sometimes it sees Trumpist police statist invasion of states. That's right. It's whatever the policy is, they will follow it. As the other person said, yes, man. Trump Burger says,
feds get mad when you don't lick the boot. That's right. And even if you do lick the boot, the future is the boot stomping you in the face forever. says Orwell. As one person said, you know, it's really getting tired to keep using this phrase Orwellian when you talk about the new things that Trump does every week. But it fits. If the boot fits, wear it, as they would say, I guess.
New Republic rising 83.
If you watch the video, you can see him observing the rear of her car, looking at the swag and sizing her up.
It looks to me like that's when he decided to execute her because he didn't like her.
Yeah.
He obviously did not like her.
And, uh, the, uh, the other woman didn't do anything to help that.
Um, so again, you know, when, um, I kind of wonder what kind of a face he was making when the woman he killed said, Hey, it's okay, dude.
I'm not mad at you.
I mean, was he scowling at her?
Why did she say that?
I don't know.
Uh, Chris O1 Marines says, what is crazy as this on Infowars?
They were doing a vote to see if the shooting of the lady was justified.
More than 90% said yes.
Only 9% said no.
Truly sad.
Already selling the lie that people buy.
Yeah.
I've seen that over and over again. I mean, they bought the lie about Stop the Steal. They bought the lie that it was sugar water. That it was Trump's vaccine. It wasn't bad like Gates' vaccine. They bought the lie that, yeah,
you can buy the Infowars mask and all the rest of this stuff. 2020, I saw Alex deny Everything that he had ever pushed in his life. Come on, you can take the vaccine. It's just got aluminum and these other things of formaldehyde in it. It's a little bit of adjuvant but you can take that. He had talked a great deal about the harm of just ordinary vaccines for the longest time. He had opposed wars. He had opposed militarized,
centralized, federalized police. He abandoned all of that for Trump because he wanted audience and money. And you can see how that works out. I mean, it is a business model. It's not investigation, and it's just disgusting to watch what it's become. I got some other things I want to talk about. As a matter of fact, I want to talk a little bit about the crumbling empire and the fiat currency that is the foundation of the American empire. If you don't know what shaky ground we're on,
just take a look at the dollar. And again, it's not just the not worth a continental. Which is, this is a Zero Hedge article, but they go through it and they talk about, well, you know, in Germany, they had the 100 billion mark banknote, 100 billion marks in one piece of paper. The paper mark was printed in mass quantity to buy foreign currency in order to pay back reparations. And what happens is you wind up having,
as they say, how does a very rich person go bankrupt? Well, there's one person, you know, Hemingway. Had the character say, well, gradually then suddenly. And this is the way hyperinflation always begins. Gradually then suddenly. In Hungary,
they had a hundred million billion denomination there in 1946. Hungary was severely strapped for money as a result of World War II. The central bank was instructed to issue currency proportional to whatever the budget required. Sounds like Trump was running it. Silver coinage disappeared. Trump is now filing criminal charges against Jerome Powell. He can't wait for this guy to get out. That's how eager he is to manipulate the financial system. I'm telling you,
this, I think, in my personal opinion, if gold was in response to economic instability and problems that we had, you know, Trump is stepping on the pedal like a crazed leftist radical that he wants It's amazing how he's accelerating everything. Yugoslavia,
1993. They had a 500 billion dinar banknote. Yugoslavia, economically weakened by regional war, had used up all of its hard currency reserves, meaning gold, and decided to loot the savings of its citizens. It did this through the printing of money and increasing restrictions on citizens' savings in government banks. As always,
the governments are always certain. They can control inflation. Until they can't. In Zimbabwe, a $100 trillion banknote. That was in 2008. Their civil war emptied the country's treasury, and in the beginning of 1998, Mugabe took land and other assets from white farmers, redistributed them to less experienced black farmers, food exports plummeted, prompting Mugabe to print more currency. Revenues to government suffered as a result,
with wages failing to keep up. Hospitals and schools developed chronic staffing problems because nurses and teachers could not afford bus fare to get to work. The capital of Harare was without water because the authorities had stopped paying the bills to buy and transport the treatment chemicals. By 2008,
prices were doubling every 24 hours. So there's a lot of different paths that political leaders can take to destroy a country's economy through hyperinflation. But leaders who follow the standard checklist of the most common components to collapse can generally be assured that the economy will be destroyed. So what are these? And he's got five different things. See how many of these apply to us right now. First one,
first checkbox, war. It can be a major war, or it can be a perpetual small war. It's one after the other. Second one, depletion of gold reserves. Excessive debt. I think we clearly check all three of those boxes,
especially the debt one, thanks to Trump. A devaluation of the currency. Print massive amounts of currency to diminish debt. Quantitative easing. And Trump has just taken it upon himself to do another form of quantitative easing, purportedly to help the home mortgage market, because every time they cut the rates, it wouldn't help the home mortgage market. People would say, well, these rates are going to be inflationary. With the kind of deficit debt that we have here. So if it's a long-term mortgage,
I'm actually going to go up.
So when they would cut the rates, it had exactly the opposite effect on home mortgages.
So he's going to do it directly, right?
And then the fifth and final one is the loss of control of inflation.
So I'd say that we have checked four out of five boxes of that.
As this person And is reaching the tipping point at which the fifth one kicks in.
The fifth one, hyperinflation, never is actually anticipated by governments, and it always occurs suddenly.
Always.
And so, as he points out, in 1787, Americans' founding fathers took the highly unusual step of enshrining in the Constitution a control to assure that private banks would never again create fiat currencies because of their experience with the fiat currency of the continental. The 1792 Coinage Act provided for a coin of the land,
the American Eagle, which was to be made of gold. The interesting thing is that the silver certificates that they've had, the gold certificates they have had,
have long since disappeared. But we still have U.S. Gold Eagles being minted. And the Eagle has the same purchasing power that it did in 1787. One ounce of gold purchases the same amounts of goods as it has throughout history. Gold,
in essence, does not go up and down. It is the standard by which currencies go up and down. Over the course of history, there have occasionally been anomalies in which gold is down for a brief time, or it is overbought and a bubble briefly occurs, but gold is like the seas. It has tides, but like water, it seeks its own level. And it invariably continues as the standard of value. And that's what we're looking at right now. You know,
as we look at the massive debt that is out there and the things that Trump is trying to do in terms of Venezuela, there's no way that he's going to be able to run that country or rebuild the oil industry that's there. He had a lot of the usual suspects in a lot of these big oil companies,
and he browbeat them on Friday to commit fortunes into building an infrastructure in Venezuela. The Chinese have been there for a while, but as we've seen in so many different examples of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, they would come in and say, we're going to build this infrastructure for you. And the infrastructure would be flawed, not functioning. And yet,
You would still be on the hook to the Chinese to pay for it, and that's basically what they're seeing.
They said you can see how shoddy the infrastructure is from space in terms of the amount of methane that is coming up from Venezuela.
What that tells you is that there's inefficiencies, there's leakage and all the rest of the stuff, and I said it is.
It is incredibly bad.
What is there?
And then to that you add the geopolitical risk I should not say geopolitical, but the political unrest that is there and the fact you have these collectivos that are going around stopping people and looking for anyone that they think is sympathetic to America and especially for American citizens.
Are the oil companies going to send their people in in that kind of a situation?
Can they trust that an American government is going to provide security for them for a long enough time they can get their investment back?
The only one that actually made any concrete commitment was Chevron.
which never left in the first place. Exxon got out, and all the other oil companies got out, but Chevron stayed. And as a matter of fact, if you go back and you look at it, It's interesting that these people who are financial backers of Trump, like Singer, who stands to gain a lot from the normalization of relations.
For Chevron, they've committed to a lot more investment and increased production, but nobody else is really looking at that and it's going to be very difficult.
He's actually making it more difficult for them to go back in and rebuild the infrastructure, because now there's going to be a guerrilla war.
What Trump has done uh everybody, you know this is so old now right, we're not talking about Venezuela too much anymore because now we're talking about the shooting, But it's only been a couple of weeks, and everybody thinks, oh, everything is fine now.
You know, we've decapitated the leadership there in Venezuela, so to speak, and we're now in control. As a matter of fact, I think I talked about it last week, the fact that in Russia, you've got hardliners like Alexander Dugin,
whose daughter was assassinated by Ukrainian spies, and he's a real hardliner on Ukraine and all the rest of the stuff. As well as some Russian politicians say, why isn't Putin kidnapping Zelensky? And then over the weekend,
we had Zelensky and the UK Minister of Defense. The UK Minister of Defense says, we should kidnap Putin. This is the effect of the Trump precedence. He's making the world a much, much more dangerous place,
both domestically and internationally. He's creating conflict. Where none existed before. We never had any problem with Canada before. He's created this stuff out of thin air. Making enemies, making, you know, turning the apple cart upside down. I'm all for change in terms of a better deal for America, but I'm not for just coming in and turning everything upside down,
which is what he did with his stupid tariffs. And I got to say that his geopolitical politics are just as dumb as his, you know, Stephen Miller is just as stupid when it comes to geopolitics as Peter Navarro is when it comes to economics. And their politics are very destructive of American interest. If you want to say American interests are the American people,
it's very destructive for farmers, for small businesses. It has been horrific in terms of what it has done. The number of small businesses that are going out of business, and it's not just Same thing is happening in Germany as well. Small businesses are dying at a rapid rate. So we see this happening across the world as the debt is stacking up across the world. And so I think we're just going to stop the feed because we can't get anything to play. So normally,
I guess I could have Travis whistle the tune to play me out here. That's it. Again, we have never, I apologize, So much technical problems as we did today. And I finally actually diagnosed what's wrong with it. Oh,
good. OBS popped up a bunch of tiny windows behind it that let me know that the drive was full, but it didn't actually bring them to the front to let me know. Okay, well, we'll have things corrected by tomorrow,
