Wed Episode #2045: Trump’s $5 Trillion Betrayal: Omnibus Bill Passes With Vance’s Tie-Break
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
It's the David Knight Show.
As the clock strikes 13, it is Wednesday, the 2nd of July, Year of Our Lord, 2025.
And Trump's big, beautiful bill has passed.
And the American people are going to be on the hook for all of it.
The CDC finally decides they're not going to recommend flu shots with mercury in it.
Wouldn't it be nice if they just didn't recommend them at all?
And CO2 is helping farmers around the world.
Despite the continued demonization, we're going to take a look at that.
Stay with us.
Welcome, folks, on the 2nd of July.
Hope you're having a good morning so far.
Hope you're all enjoying your lead up to Independence Day.
And as I said, we're going to start with the big, beautiful bill.
Isn't it wonderful?
It's passed.
The big ugly is through.
JD Fantz, of course, had to cast the tie-breaking vote.
And Elon Musk had said that if this passes, he's going to start his own political party the second it does.
So we'll see if that happens today.
We'll keep an eye on the headlines as time goes on and see if there's any announcements from Mr. Musk.
But I wouldn't count on it.
Donald Trump can be very vindictive, and if he were to do that, he might end up with a horsehead in his bed from good old godfather Don.
And of course, Ted Cruz was utterly humiliated when his AI protection was voted down 99 to 1.
And the Big Beautiful bill, of course, had the ban on any state or local regulation of AI for 10 years, which is clearly unconstitutional.
It's not looking good, folks.
I guess it would be more like a lithium-ion battery in his bed when Julian Musk wakes up.
In a blow to big tech, senators strike AI provision from Trump's big, beautiful bill.
This is from Business Insider.
And, of course, Ted Cruz proved he is absolutely for sale, not just to APAC.
He's not just Israel's greatest ally, but big tech's as well.
He's out there to shill for anyone with enough money, it seems like.
Early Tuesday morning, senators voted 99 to 1 to strike a section in the bill aimed at preventing states from regulating AI.
That provision championed by Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas had drawn criticism from Democrats and fellow Republicans.
That's right, 99 to 1.
99.
Very rarely do things achieve that level of bipartisan support.
Ted Cruz put forth one of the most unpopular pieces or an amendment to a bill.
And just like him, it was unpopular.
The proposal had already been tweaked multiple times.
Initially, it would have been an all-out ban on state-level AI regulation for 10 years.
Then it was changed so that states could regulate AI, but they'd lose out on federal funding for AI deployment.
And then on Sunday, Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee had struck an agreement to shorten it to five years and add some carve-outs for child safety.
That agreement apparently fell apart just a day later.
And of course, this is still a violation.
This is not a delegated power.
The federal government does not get to tell you.
It does not get to tell the states.
No, you don't get a say in this.
We're going to put a data center over here and there's nothing you can do about it.
Of course, Blackburn wants to be the Tennessee governor, but doesn't seem to understand state powers.
So who's to say?
Doesn't seem like she'd be a very good one.
The Tennessee senator later introduced an amendment to strip the language from the bill, and with other Republicans opposed the provision.
It became clear the bill could not pass if it remained.
Federalism is preserved and humans are safe for now, Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia wrote.
Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Later on Tuesday, the Senate narrowly passed Trump's mega bill by a 50-50 vote, with Vice President JD Vance breaking the tie.
Good old JD.
He's just a regular country boy.
And he's going to vote for these massive big tech these bills.
Because he's good friends with all the members.
He's one of the insiders now.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said that It would be quite bad to have a patchwork regulatory framework in which multiple states are passing different AI laws.
Yeah, it'd be bad for them.
It would be difficult.
It would make things more challenging.
We want this all decided at the very top.
We don't want to have to bribe too many people.
It'd make it so much easier if we were able to just bribe a few people at the top of government.
We don't want to have to go to each state individually.
It would be so much nicer for us if we just went to Washington, D.C. and spoke with the president and he gave us what we wanted.
Good old Sam Altman.
Isn't that...
It's...
It was obvious that it was going to, just from the fact that the GOP is 100% behind Trump at all times at this point.
There are very few people.
You have Thomas Massey and occasionally Rand Paul.
Occasionally will stand up and say no to him.
But as a general rule, the vast majority of the GOP will just fall in line and do whatever he says.
So it's not a surprise that it passed, but it is still disappointing.
That will slow us down at a time where we don't think it's anyone it's where we don't think it's in anyone's interests for us to slow down.
Oman said saying he prefer one federal framework that is light touch, that we can understand and that lets us move with the speed that this moment calls for.
We want to rush recklessly into this.
We want to have no one looking over our shoulder saying, is this safe?
Is this going to help the American people?
We don't want to consider those things.
We want to be free to do whatever we want.
Your safety, your freedom is not our concern.
We don't want to have to be concerned with it.
Palmer Lucky, a co-founder of Andural Technologies, had said the provision was absolutely critical for the economic, educational, military, and cultural future of America.
Of course, that's all the more reason to kill it.
When people like this are using that kind of language, it should make your hair stand on end.
It should make you feel uneasy.
And Joe Lonsdale?
Of course, Anduril is a military industrial contractor.
Uh-huh.
And of course, Anduril was Narsil reforged.
It was the sword Aragorn used after it had been reforged in the books, The Lord of the Rings.
They like using these names from Lord of the Rings, Palantir, Anduril.
It gets people to lower their guard.
Oh boy, I love Lord of the Rings.
They like Lord of the Rings.
They must be good people too.
They're not.
It's not that we have total faith in the wisdom of Congress, it is that we see the huge problems of a state-by-state system for new technology.
I don't want to see innovation sabotaged, Lonsdale wrote.
But of course, it's more about making sure that the technocrat rule is evenly distributed over everyone.
They don't want any opposition.
They can shut it down.
At the top level, they will.
Blackburn Amendment stripping AI moratorium from Big Beautiful Bill passes 99 to 1.
Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn's amendment to strip a 10-year moratorium on state-level laws regulating artificial intelligence from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act passed the Senate in an early Tuesday morning vote.
The amendment filed Monday evening as S. Amendment 2814 passed by a 99 to 1 vote.
North Carolina U.S. Senator Tom Tillis was the only member to vote against it.
So it seems like even Ted Cruz voted against.
That's how unpopular it was.
Ted Cruz.
The AI moratorium, of which Blackburn's been officially removed from the budget reconciliation bill, would have imposed a 10-year prohibition on states from enforcing any state law or regulation addressing AI and automated decision-making systems.
State Attorneys General, governors, and advocacy groups had rallied against the AI moratorium since it was included in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
In May, Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skirmetti led a bipartisan coalition of attorneys general in sending a letter to congressional leadership opposing the AI text in the bill.
The Attorneys General argued at the time that such a ban on state enforcement of AI regulation laws would prevent state AGs from fulfilling their mandate to protect consumers and would affect hundreds of existing and pending state laws passed, considered by both Republican and Democratic state legislatures.
Of course, what about the Tenth Amendment?
Oh, they don't really care about that, so no reason to even bring it up, no reason to mention it.
It's all about pending legislation.
What we know is this.
This body has proven that they cannot legislate on emerging technology.
It is frustrating.
There are all of these pieces of legislation dealing with AI that we haven't passed.
But you know who has passed it?
It is our states.
They're the ones that are protecting children in the virtual space.
They're the ones that are out here protecting.
Seems I lost the last page.
But that was Marcia Blackburn as well.
She at least seems to have some concerns.
Not necessarily for the right reason, but at least she's not wholeheartedly behind this, pushing for it.
Senate passes Trump's one big beautiful bill.
Measure now returns to House.
Of course, my dad keeps calling it the big ugly.
It's not a big beautiful bill.
It's a hideous piece of legislation.
Thousand pages, sixteen hours to read.
People don't really know what's in it.
You can't know what's in it at this point.
You have to pass it to find that out.
Then you can sit around at your leisure and figure out what's been done to you, what kind of Frankenstein monstrosity has been unleashed upon the American public.
Passage comes as Congressional Leader I a tight, self imposed Friday deadline for sending the bill to the Oval Office.
It's always Amazing to me that they continue these farces where, well, we've only got a certain amount of time.
We've got to do this before.
Who knows?
They always seem to be about to retire, always about to go home for a while.
And they've got to pass it before that.
Every single time there's some massive piece of legislation, of course they schedule these things that way.
They want to get them through so they will make it so it comes up for a vote right before these people are about to go home.
And they'll just vote however so they don't have to delay.
The vote was 50-50 in the 100-member chamber with Vice President J.D. Vance casting the deciding tiebreaker vote.
The vote at about noon Washington DC time followed a marathon overnight amendment session and leaders of the GOP control chamber wrangling the final votes.
Going into the morning, four Republican senators, Kentucky's Rand Paul, North Carolina's Tom Tillis, Maine's Susan Collins, and Alaska's Lisa Murkowski, where the no GOP votes, leadership eventually reached a deal that convinced Murkowski to vote yes.
The entire Democratic Conference, which includes two independent senators, voted against the measure.
The GOP holdouts were essentially concerned about the bill's reductions to Medicaid, leaving millions of Americans without health care.
We're calling for steeper cuts to hold down deficits ballooning with the measure's tax cuts, according to the Associated Press.
Of course, there's not going to be any cuts for illegals getting Medicaid.
The welfare magnet is still intact, so don't worry.
They'll still be drawn here.
They'll still be getting free stuff.
And of course, we can continue to have our play act of ICE trying to get rid of them.
We can continue to pretend that this is making a difference.
Of course, the deficit is going to go through the roof.
Inside the bill, the deficit ceiling was raised.
It can now go to $5 trillion.
They keep saying it's going to cost.
Oh, you know, it'll be about $3.5 trillion, which would still be absurd.
But whenever they raise the ceiling that they're allowed to get to, it will reach that ceiling.
So the real cost is going to be at least $5 trillion.
$3.5 trillion would have been absurd enough, but we know that's not where it's going to stop.
Sabbath, 1974, Big Beautiful Bill, Fine Print would end up stealing 250 plus million acres of American land, just like FDR stole the gold by outlawing it, hiding it behind closed doors of Fort Knox, then siphoning it off.
They're always stealing something from the American people.
They're always taking something, whether it's your rights and freedoms, which is always a given, or if it's actually something tangible.
They're always taking something.
The government loves stealing from the American people.
It's their favorite pastime.
This is a travesty.
Chip Roy goes off on Senate changes to Trump's big, beautiful bill.
On Fox News, Republican Chip Roy of Texas sounded off on Senate's changes to President Donald Trump's big, beautiful bill as the upper chamber voted on it on Tuesday, calling it a travesty.
Asked by Fox News Harris Faulkner to talk to me, Harris Faulkner too.
Talk to me about what you are watching as senators cast their votes.
Roy responded, yeah, Harris.
I mean, first of all, the president is absolutely right to want to see a bill get through that will extend the tax cuts.
It is absolutely something that Republicans should deliver on.
We should also deliver on the border funding that you and I were talking about right before we broke to that press conference.
We need to do that.
We need to help Tom Homan.
These are all good friends who are doing a great job.
Question here is whether the Senate is going to deliver on the spending restraint that is necessary to deal with the inflation tax that is crippling the average American.
We talk about the tax increases that would occur if we don't deliver.
That is correct, we must deliver, but if we do not deliver on spending restraint, bond markets are going to crater.
Inflation will continue.
Interest rates will go up, houses will be less affordable, he continued.
And let's talk about this stuff that I believe I'm being told in real time that has been added to cut a deal at the last minute.
For example, to water down the termination of the Green New Scam significantly, I don't have the final text yet, but I was looking at an amendment right now before you cut to me, and I believe that they are massively watering down what we did to deliver for the president on the green new scam.
The Senate is doing swamp things.
Well, the entire bill is a gigantic swamp thing.
It's the swamp itself.
Yeah, this yeah, this is deals that was cut with Republicans in order to try to get this bill through the Senate.
It is going to undermine the good things we did in the House to deliver on the President's agenda.
That's right, it's the President's agenda.
It's all about him.
It's all about his legacy, his ego.
This is to make sure that people remember, oh, that was Trump's bill.
You want to talk about swamp things?
We played the video yesterday of Mike Johnson talking about how, oh, this is great to have everything all in one bill.
That way, the Democrats who would oppose us on these things, they'll just go along with it because, of course, they're getting appeased with their cut of the swamp in this bill.
Everyone gets their own private pork barrel.
Trump vs.
Musk is from Zero Hedge.
Big, beautiful bill feud sparks overnight political firestorm.
Elon Musk on President Trump this morning.
So tempting to escalate this.
So so tempting, but I will refrain for now, said Musk on Twitter.
Musk continued, and how are we supposed to reach Mars if America goes de facto bankrupt?
Well, I think we'll be printing little pieces of paper that say debt on it, and we'll stack them up and reach it that way.
We'll use the accumulated debt as a mountain to reach Mars.
President Trump on Elon Musk this morning.
Trump says Musk is up.
Musk is upset he lost the EV mandate, but he could lose a lot more than that.
Trump asked about deporting Musk says he has to take a look at it.
Reporter, are you going to deport Elon Musk?
And President Trump responds, I don't know.
I think we'll have to take a look.
We might have to put Dog on Elon.
Dog might have to go back and eat Elon.
Wouldn't that be terrible?
He gets a lot of substitute.
I don't know.
We might have to put Doge on Elon.
You know what Doge is?
Doge is the monster that might have to go back and eat Elon.
Wouldn't that be terrible?
Wouldn't that be terrible?
There's a lot of subsidies, Peter.
But Elon's very upset that the EV mandate is going to be terminated.
And you know what?
When you look at it, who wants?
Not everybody wants an electric car.
I don't want an electric car.
I want to have maybe gasoline, maybe electric, maybe a hybrid, maybe someday a hydrogen, if you have a hydrogen car, it has one problem if it blows up, you know?
So I'm going to give that one to Peter.
One problem, what if it blows up?
All right, that's enough.
Yeah, as you can see, there's some back and forth between Elon and Trump again.
I don't think people should be forced to buy an electric car now that Elon is opposing me.
Before it was all right, maybe I'll stick you with one of those exploding hydrogen cars.
Uh the only time that there's any talk of cutting subsidies for these people is when they damage and bruise Trump's ego.
Elon Musk knew long before he so strongly endorsed me for president that I was strongly against the EV mandate.
It is ridiculous and was always a major part of my campaign.
Electric cars are fine, but not everyone should be forced to own one.
Elon may get more subsidy than any human being in history so far, which is true.
He may be the most subsidized man of all time.
Without subsidies, Elon would probably have to close up shop and head back home to South Africa.
We're deporting him.
We're going to send him home.
No more rocket launches, satellites, or electric car production, and our country would save a fortune.
Perhaps we should have Dog take a good hard look at this.
Big money to be saved.
Isn't that nice?
We're going to save so much money by cutting off Elon Musk.
If only this was based on principle and not hurt feelings.
Trump only does things for his own ego, for his own self aggrandizement.
As we've seen, he calls Thomas Massey a grandstander over and over again, but that's just projection because he is the prime grandstander.
He is the one that everything he does is based around grandstanding, every single thing.
The true social post came after Musk slammed Trump's big beautiful bill on X ahead of the final vote vowing to launch a new political party, claiming that Republicans and Democrats are merely a uni party operating with a limitless taxpayer-funded credit card.
That's right.
They are.
He's right on this.
He's correct.
They're a uni party, and they're spending your money to pass and do whatever they want.
But that doesn't mean a Elon Musk-funded third party would be any better.
Anyone who campaigned on the promise of reducing spending but continues to vote on the biggest debt ceiling increase in history will see their face on this poster in the primary next year.
And of course you can see the tweet there.
He's got a little Pinocchio burning.
They just pretend to be two parties.
It's just one uni party in reality.
If this insane spending bill passes, the American party will be formed the next day.
We'll have to check the news here in a minute.
See if Elon Musk has delivered.
But I don't think so.
I don't think he will.
Seems like it would be something he would tweet about but not actually deliver on.
Tesla has long benefited from the 7500 EV tax credit which the BBB plan aims to eliminate.
While this move has been widely anticipated, it could ultimately work in Tesla's favor, hitting rivals like Ribyon, Lucid, and Legacy Automakers far harder, as many still rely heavily on such subsidies to stay afloat.
As for Trump's threat about no more rocket launches, satellites referring to Musk, SpaceX, good luck following through on that.
SpaceX is the reason the U.S. is leading the global space race.
You can see here in this chart that they have in the Zero Hedge article orbital launches by provider.
SpaceX is at 36, and there's four launches from the Russian Ros Komos.
There's 25 launches altogether combined between the others, and 36 from SpaceX.
So all combined, every other company has achieved 25, and SpaceX has done 36.
Yeah, good luck indeed.
Of course, I'm of the opinion that I see no real reason to be going to space.
I don't care that much about it if you're doing it on your own time, on your own dime.
Fine.
But I have zero.
I've never really understood the wonder of space.
I like to look at it.
It's very pretty.
But I have no interest in like, oh wow.
Did you ever want to be an astronaut?
No, that sounded lame.
There's nothing up there.
It's empty.
It looks very pretty, but it's a lot of nothing.
Who's going to replace SpaceX?
Blue Origin?
Laughable.
And of course, that is true.
Blue Origin has achieved nothing of note, really.
So, we've got some comments here.
Assyrian girl, I don't complain about Congress going home for break.
My complaint is that they keep coming back.
Yeah, that's true.
If they would just stay gone, we might eventually get back on the right track if they would just leave us alone.
Sabbath 1974.
Abolish, outlaw, any and all omnibus unreadable pork-filled 1,000 plus page bills used to hide Luciferian agendas in plain sight.
Individual issue single line item standalone bills only.
I fully agree with you.
These massive omnibuses are always bad.
They are always used to hide these terrible pieces of legislation deep inside them.
And then they get to go, well, we have to pass it.
It's got this wonderful piece of inf this wonderful piece of legislation here.
Just ignore the terrible parts of it.
Just ignore this other little thing here that's going to rob you of your freedoms.
The real octospoop spook We keep looking for heroes in government or to hire by election heroes to represent we the people How do you see here and feel that is working for us?
There are no heroes in Washington It would be nice if we could send a mister Smith there and he could take care of the problem But I don't think mister Smith is going to Washington.
I don't think he's going to make it.
Dougda 007 You're having to rely on subsidies in order for your business to stay afloat.
You must be doing something wrong.
Well, in today's modern world, if you get subsidies, you're doing something right.
That's where you're going to make a lot of money.
The government, as your biggest customer, affords you a lot of leeway if you can get them to mandate you somehow.
If you can get free money from the government, that's how you get rich.
Making a good product is secondary.
Selling products to the American people that are useful and at a reasonable cost is something of the past.
Why do that when you can just go to Washington, DC and get Donald Trump to give you a handout?
Or whoever else is in power, whoever else in the Senate, whoever you can lobby?
Elon Musk pledges to launch third party if Big Beautiful Bill passes Congress, and of course it has passed Congress.
We're going to go to break here shortly, and when we do, we'll look at Drudge, see if there's any news from Elon about this.
But of course, there's this tweet here from Elon.
This was from June 30th.
If this insane spending bill passes, the American Party will be formed the next day.
That would be today, the 2nd of July.
And of course, we can only assume this would be a technocrat uni party.
His grandfather got kicked out of Canada for trying to take over with a technocrat party.
Perhaps it'll be the same here in the United States.
Perhaps he'll form his technocrat party and get the boot, get sent back to South Africa.
Sometime around April 2026, approximately 15 months if not sooner, Elon Musk will be in opposition to Donald Trump and demanding people choose.
Today is January 5th, 2025.
Bookmark this tweet said The Last Refuge And that was a very prescient, very prescient tweet from The Last Refuge here.
Seems as though he might have a magic eight ball or something, able to look into the future.
Or perhaps he is simply a good study of human character and knew that these two narcissists, these two megalomaniacs couldn't function in close proximity for long.
Elon is asking for it.
What Musk's latest Trump spat means as Tesla sales sink.
This is by Alan Onsman.
Elon Musk's tantrum over President Donald Trump's budget bill that adds trillions of dollars to the federal deficit raises the possibility that the intemperate billionaire is once again courting new risks for his companies, especially Tesla.
The spat comes as the car maker is expected to post a big drop electric vehicle sales tomorrow, and of course that would be today now as well.
Meanwhile, it will soon lose federal incentives for EV sales and charging services.
Its proposed robo-taxi business may hinge on whatever federal regulation the Trump administration cooks up.
And of course this person is looking at it from a purely Machiavellian standpoint of well, why would you oppose him on anything when you might need him to cook up some legislation that's good for you?
He might be able to help you there.
And my dad has been saying his prediction is that you won't get robo taxis until the car companies, the people providing them, are provided legal immunity like the vaccine manufacturers, because these robo-taxis are seen to cause all kinds of problems in their small rollouts.
It seems very unlikely they're going to let them or put them out on the street when they might be held liable for who knows what kind of damage they might cause.
But if you give them the immunity, the free get out of jail free card that you have given to vaccine manufacturers, hey, sky's the limit.
They can do whatever they want.
The robo-taxi crashes into the rear end of a 18 wheeler and kills your family?
Well, you know, too bad.
There's nothing you can do about it.
Given how reliant Tesla and SpaceX have been on federal support for the past 15 years, he has much to lose.
Forbes estimates Musk companies have sucked in at least $30 billion of public support since 2010, including lucrative rocket launch and satellite contracts for SpaceX, a low-cost federal loan for Tesla's first factory and billions of dollars of free money it generates selling federal California pollution credits.
The U.S. is highly reliant on SpaceX, so it's less likely to suffer in the near term.
Tesla, however, will be hurt by the elimination of these $7,500 tax credits for EV buyers, now likely to phase out in September.
And again, this guy is just looking at it from a purely, well, Trump can do some good for you.
He can keep those tax credits or reinstate them or something.
You don't want to piss him off because it might hurt your business.
You don't want to take any kind of stand on principle.
Not that I think Elon Musk is.
But this guy is somehow even more spineless.
He is looking at it purely from a business standpoint of, well, we might be able to get some handouts, some carve outs.
You don't want to do that, Elon.
You want to make sure that you can keep soaking the American people as necessary.
The Godfather Presidency, how Donald Trump's governing style mimics the mob.
This is from Vanity Fair.
And every once in a while, even places like Vanity Fair can make a good point.
They can get something right.
The article describes how Donald Trump's governing style resembles that of a mob boss.
Trump's transactional approach to politics characterized by favors, payoffs, and threats is reminiscent of the tactics employed by the mafia.
It is, of course, as he said, as this person said, very transactional.
We can see that in the way he cynically said, well, Hillary Clinton showed up to The wedding because I paid her.
And this is how you do business.
You pay off these people.
He's flat out admitted things like that in the past.
It's incredibly transactional.
He doesn't stand on principle.
It's just, you do this for me, I do this for you.
He's more open and honest about how he does business than a lot of the people in Washington.
You can at least say that.
Forget the comparisons to fascists and autocrats.
The most accurate model for understanding the transactional tough guy in the White House is a politically connected underbelly of the 1970s and 80s New York real estate.
And of course that makes sense because Donald Trump was around in the 70s and 80s.
Half a century ago in the 1970s when Trump was learning to navigate New York politics, the city itself almost went bankrupt.
It couldn't afford to repay nearly three billion in federal loans.
A whole universe of operators was bilking the system.
A complex but largely hidden raft of bankers, investors, money lenders, and lawyers who were mismanaging the nation's greatest city.
The citadel of world finance, and getting money or power or both while they did it.
The citadel of world finance.
Mismanaging the nation's greatest city.
The writer has a very high opinion of New York City.
Makes me think they're probably from New York City or at least have lived there.
New York City is one of the most regional places in the world.
It is certainly very hard to imagine anyone calling New York one of the nation's greatest cities unless they are personally connected to it or a New Yorker.
Yeah, I'm of the opinion that there are no really great cities.
I've never been to one where I think, oh wow, this is worth it.
This has made the traffic, the horrible people, the crushing amount of them worth it.
I would love to come back.
There is no city I've ever been to that has made me feel that way.
I've been told there are parts of New York that are worth seeing.
I've been told I haven't seen them myself.
I don't have an interest in finding out for myself either.
If I never have to go back to New York, I'll be just fine.
New York governance consisted of a thick web of 1,500 to 2,000 people in the estimate of the journalists Jack Newfield and Paul De Brule.
In the 1981 book, The Permanent Government, a dissection of the city's largely hidden political class, Trump appears in it as its youngest player, a rising star who they wrote, at not yet 35 as the city's most aggressive and politically connected developer.
Keywords are politically connected.
The idea espoused by Beltway sophisticates that Trump was a political novice was badly misplaced.
In fact, he grew up in politics not so different from Washington's own, but more direct.
That's right.
Trump and Musk are both very alike.
They both.
Maybe Trump did learn something from his time as a failed casino owner.
Exactly.
He learned that you don't want to flip the bill yourself.
You want to make sure that the taxpayer does.
Trump says Dog should investigate Musk.
Musk, a former ally of Trump.
Got a good comment.
Got some comments from KWD68.
He's the Don.
The art of the deal you can't refuse.
That's right.
And SoloCat says Trump is a celebrity mobster.
That's right.
He is just a mobster.
We're going to make you an offer you can't refuse.
If you try to go against me, you're going to sleep with offices.
Musk, a former ally, or briber of Trump is probably more like it, stepped down as the head of Dog last month amid disagreements with the president over a so-called big, beautiful budget bill, which includes a $5 trillion debt ceiling increase.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has repeatedly criticized the legislation, saying it undermined his work with Dog to cut federal spending.
And Tech Billionaire attacked the bill and its supporters again on Tuesday as the U.S. Senate began voting on the amendments to Trump's 940 page proposal.
Well, as I said, we're going to take a quick break here and we'll let you know if Elon Musk has formed his new party.
Because he said it would happen immediately.
Right the next day.
It would happen.
He's on it.
He's going to save us.
Well, that doesn't seem to be the case.
It wasn't last night.
No rumblings about that beyond what he had initially said.

PIANO PLAYS
Defending the American dream.
You're listening to the David Knight Show.
Welcome back, folks.
I had Lance check the news, and it doesn't seem like there's anything new about a new party.
Seems like Elon Musk has yet to make an announcement.
We'll see.
I won't hold my breath.
I don't think I would survive.
You'd have me turning blue here on the show.
And I just want to let you all know that on Friday, we're going to be doing a rebroadcast as it will be the 4th of July.
I know you all will probably want to spend time with your families, and we would love to spend more time together ourselves.
And let you know that today's third hour.
We're going to be replaying an interview that my dad did with Scott Shara.
With the news about the case, I think it's a good time to replay that and let people learn more about it.
So third hour will be an interview with Scott Shara, breaking down what happened with Grace.
And that's that.
As I said yesterday, that case is truly remarkable to me.
I cannot fathom the type of people who were on that jury.
I don't understand it.
I don't understand how they could look at what happened and return that verdict.
It doesn't make any sense to me.
I truly cannot believe it.
It should have been a slam dunk.
It should have been an easy victory.
If I had been on that jury, it would have gone differently.
I would have pulled at 12 angry men.
They would have been locked in there with me until they could no longer stand it.
Doug did it, 007.
If your only goal is to get rich quickly, then you're...
Since I would rather produce a quality product that I feel good about selling to people, I would be a bad businesswoman, according to their standards anyway.
That's right, Dugda.
You'll never get rich with that attitude.
Providing a high-quality product, actually giving someone something that's useful.
What are you thinking?
That's not how we do business here in America anymore.
You've got to scam people.
You've got to go to the government hat in hand and say, give me money.
I'll do whatever you want.
Come on, Dugda.
Get with the Times.
Get with the program.
No more of this.
High quality products.
N Max, casinos destroy families.
Read of father-spending daughters, college-funded casino, many bankruptcies, and much crime is from casino spending.
Robbed to pay bills, but where's the media coverage of this destruction?
Not a peep.
Politicians get many donations from this tax-free enterprise.
Casinos are horrifying.
I went to one with a friend one time.
I have no interest in gambling.
I didn't really partake.
I brought $50 that I was content to lose.
And I was like, well, if we're going and this is happening, I'll support them with $50.
They can have $50 of my money, but that's it.
And I very quickly lost it and was free to no longer participate.
But the saddest thing is the people who just sit on these slot machines.
And you'll see them there pulling the lever over and over.
It's usually older people.
And you just have to wonder, what else could they be doing with this money?
They're just sitting there, feeding it into this machine relentlessly, over and over again.
I remember specifically there was this one woman, and she had an oxygen tank sitting next to her.
She had to be in her 80s.
And it was just horrifying and sad to me to watch this woman with nothing To do and no one around her just sit there over and over again pulling the lever.
I don't understand how people can find enjoyment in that.
I understand that some people are addicted, but it's just so sad to me.
You know, it is an interesting thing that no one really talks about.
It is a mark of someone's character to be okay with running a casino.
It is built on scamming people.
You are specifically setting it up to rob people in an unfair setting.
You stack the odds in your favor, and you prey largely on a group of people that have no self-control, that have lost the ability to stop, that are addicted to the feeling, the excitement of, am I going to win?
It's truly sad.
And it is definitely the manner in which Trump conducts his presidency.
It's all the, you know, paying off politicians, favors, as that article just said.
It's clearly where Trump learned the ropes.
Yes.
We were inoculated against casinos at a fairly young age.
We took a trip there at one point with our mother and father.
And this was during the time period where Vegas had kind of cleaned up its image and said, oh, we're a family friendly place to go.
Bring your kids, see some shows, that sort of thing.
We got a very good deal on a trip there.
And my dad, as we were walking through one of the casino areas, pointed at these people and said, don't be like them, basically.
Do not ever become like these people.
Well, it was, yeah, he points at the giant marble pillars and beautiful decorations and everything.
It's like, look at this place.
Look at how wealthy and opulent it is.
And then look at the people that are just pouring money into it.
Vegas is not built on winners.
It's built on suckers.
It's built on losers.
KWD68 Massey signs are already showing up here.
Haven't seen a Reed sign yet.
And it puts the little Israel flag.
Well, you know, you have to start looking out for the Reed signs, as you said, with the little Israeli flag next to it.
He's going to be their greatest ally.
He's going to make sure that Israel is continually backed and has nothing to fear.
Early reviewers say Trump's fragrance line doesn't pass the smell test.
This is from Raw Story.
And of course, the big beautiful bill doesn't pass the sniff test either.
There's something rotten in Washington.
Imagine buying Trump fragrance.
Yeah.
Smells like bullcrap.
Who even bought this in the first place?
Who looked at this and thought, oh yes, Donald Trump.
I want that fragrance.
President Trump has been promoting his Trump branded merchandise since the moment he came down the golden escalator at Trump Tower.
However, his fragrance isn't getting good reviews.
Victory forty seven for men pitches itself as having rich, masculine notes, with a refined finish.
Wired wrote Tuesday.
That the details don't list any ingredients much less a scent profile.
Scent enthusiasts.
At the fragrance forum, Parfumo are leaving reviews that it doesn't pass their smell test.
Fragrance enthusiasts.
So far users have given a rating of one point nine out of ten.
That's not a good score.
One point nine out of ten, my goodness.
Lots of room for improvement there, Donnie.
Get your fragrance scientists on this.
Perhaps you should have allocated some money from the big beautiful bill for some funding research.
They listed as having the main accords as oriental, fruity, with hints of floral, powdery, and synthetic.
That doesn't sound nice at all.
How does something smell oriental?
That's the question that I have.
What is an oriental smell?
Do you just kind of smell like a wok?
They rate the appearance of the bottle at a 2.4, which is the highest of all the categories.
2.4 is their highest score out of 10.
Wow.
Don't even like the way it looks.
The users then rated longevity at 2.1, sillage at 2.3, and value for money at 1.9.
They also categorize it as more of a wintry scent.
A wintry scent.
This is a you wear this around Christmas time.
It has already been tagged as a controversially rated scent.
The $249 bottle is 3.3 fluid ounces, and Wired explained that the price is comparable with mainstays of blockbuster Lux lines such as Tom Ford, Noir Extreme, both $240 each.
But the cache between the two is likely as far apart as Tom and Donald's politics.
I don't know anything about cologne, luxury or otherwise, but $240 a bottle.
$249 from Donald Trump.
Spending $240 to smell like Donald Trump.
Maybe what they're not understanding it is as the essence of Big Mac in there.
That would have made more sense.
You know, you get to smell like a McDonald's.
Ah, yes, the wonderful scent of a crisp, delicious French fry.
The essence of Big Mac, undertones of McFlurry.
Now that would have been a scent that truly represents Donald Trump.
Comes at a time when Trump is also launching his own cryptocurrency and cell phone brand.
Will the cell phones be made in America?
Probably not, probably coming directly from China.
Which the Trump organization initially said would eventually be manufactured in the USA.
But they will definitely be gold.
I can tell that already.
Exactly.
If you want the world's ugliest cell phone, I'm sure Donald Trump will be able to help you with that.
That has since evolved, and the Trump organization removed the statement made in USA from its website.
We're thinking.
They'll replace it with a statement that says we're thinking about making them in the USA.
We're considering it.
Maybe one day.
Eventually.
Weird also recalled that Trump attempted a fragrance in 2004 called Donald Trump the Fragrance.
He then tried Success by Donald Trump in 2012 and Empire by Trump in 2015.
He wants into the cologne market so badly.
He wants to be a part of it, but he just can't seem to get it right.
Ironically, success by Donald Trump was a total failure.
How again, who is buying these?
Who?
Empire by Trump 2015?
Well, he was more honest than apparently.
He is turning the United States more directly into an empire.
He is very dictatorial in his personality.
He's making it quite obvious, even for people that have blinders on.
Well, that's enough about the au de Trump.
I suppose we'll have this happen again.
He seems to circle back to it once every so often, so I can't imagine he's given up just yet.
He doesn't know when to quit.
I'm sure in the next ten years or so, there'll be another overpriced bottle of cologne, which we'll be able to discuss.
It's one of those things where if it was cheap, I would probably buy a bottle just to review it for y'all.
But there's no way I'm spending $250 to smell how they described oriental and synthetic.
KWD68, strong hints of orange in the Trump scent.
Strong hints.
That would probably actually smell better if you smelled like a nice, ripe Florida orange.
That would actually be fairly nice.
Tunnel Lord 1337.
Who bought these stupid golden shoes Trump sold?
I've wondered the same thing.
I've never once seen a Trump product that looked nice.
It's all tacky, gaudy, over the top.
He has some of the worst taste I've ever seen in a human being.
I'm not one of those people that goes in for minimalism.
I think the only good thing about minimalism is by design there's little of it.
But he is so over the top, so as I said, gaudy and tasteless, that it almost makes me like minimalism if it keeps that away.
Daily Mail online, more travel chaos as multiple major airports across eastern US ground all flights for a second day.
This kind of chaos will never go away.
It is part and parcel with what happened after 9-11.
They made air travel so much more difficult, so much more of a hassle.
And until those implementations are rolled back, what they implemented then is rolled back, it'll never end.
It will always be chaos.
Things will always be problematic when you get to the airport.
And of course, just as the COVID chaos will never end.
Flights at several major U.S. airports have been grounded in preparation for severe thunderstorms set to batter the East Coast.
Newark Liberty Airport and LaGuardia issued ground stops until 6 p.m. while Philadelphia International Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport are set until 5 p.m.
Ronald Reagan, Washington National Airport, put a ground stop until 4.30 p.m. and Baltimore slash Washington International Airport will be at a standstill until 5.45 p.m.
A lot of airports are always at a standstill.
You get there and the line for TSA is barely moving.
It is a nightmare anytime you fly.
I am content to never fly again, if need be.
I don't enjoy it.
It shortens trips wherever you go, and somehow makes them infinitely more miserable.
My wife and I routinely go back and forth between here and Texas, and we do it driving.
I thoroughly enjoy the drive.
I love seeing the small towns.
I love going back and forth.
Driving is a lot of fun.
I especially enjoy it late at night when there's not many people on the road.
Getting into the real loneliness and the emptiness of some parts of America.
I really enjoy that.
Makes me feel that with a few decades of neglect, this place could be real nice again.
LSTEM's proposed ban on ICE agents wearing masks.
Of course, why are these law enforcement individuals wearing masks?
I don't think law enforcement should ever be wearing masks.
We need to be able to see them.
If they're truly here for our benefit, they shouldn't get to cover their face like a thug.
Democratic lawmakers are pushing forward to advance legislation that would prohibit federal agents from wearing face masks or coverings during immigration enforcement operations.
The No Anonymity and Immigration Enforcement Act would require immigration and customs enforcement agents conducting enforcement operations within the United States to display clear identification with limited exceptions for public safety threats.
The images we've seen of masked anonymous people grabbing residents off the street in broad daylight don't make our communities safer, California Democratic Representative Laura Friedman told Newsweek in a statement.
ICE has been facing growing scrutiny under the Trump administration for allowing its agents to carry out targeted enforcement operations in plain clothes and face coverings.
ICE officials argue that the masks are crucial to protect the identities of agents and their families from death threats.
Agency has been thrust into the national spotlight as President Donald Trump directs his administration to remove millions of migrants without legal status as part of a hardline mass deportation policy.
And of course, I am all for deporting illegals.
I think if you came here illegally, you have already broken a law and as such, you are up for deportation.
That is a criminal act and you can be removed for such.
I'm just against these deportations where they send people to these horrific prison conditions without establishing that they are deserving of them.
I don't think crossing illegally into the United States is in itself worthy of being put in one of these horrific, horrific prisons.
And ICE isn't helping with what they're doing, overstepping and even going after in many cases that we've seen get public media attention people that are here legally with valid visas that they come after as though they were illegals while leaving the dangerous illegals alone because they're a lot harder to get to.
A lot more dangerous to go after the drug dealers and whatnot.
They're taking low-hanging fruit.
They're not grabbing the people that are a real threat.
Elon Musk claims Steve Bannon is going back to prison for a long time amid Trump feud.
That's right.
Elon Musk took to X on Tuesday to claim that Steve Bannon is going back to prison.
As tensions between Musk and President Donald Trump continue to escalate.
And of course, Steve Bannon was calling for the nationalization of SpaceX.
So that's why him and Elon Musk are feuding now, too.
Bannon is going back to prison, this time for a long time, Musk wrote in response to a user saying Bannon wants to nationalize Musk's SpaceX.
He's not happy.
The post Musk was relied to was itself a response to a true social post in which Trump that which Trump targeted Musk.
The president claimed, once again, that Musk's problem with this big, beautiful bill budget is that it cuts electric vehicle mandates.
Musk and Trump's relationship has soured over the bill, with Musk calling it an abomination that will add to the national debt.
Well, you know, he's right.
It is an abomination.
It is going to add to the national debt.
Trump has hit back by teasing looking into cutting Musk's government contracts.
SpaceX revenue is more than NASA's budget, and cutting EV subsidies would be actually better for Tesla.
Go on, Trump, pull your stunt.
Get humiliated and beg Russia to bring your astronauts back.
This is by Space Sedor at Space Sedor on X. Don't you love it when these politicians fight each other?
They all tell the truth about their opponents, that this bill is going to raise the deficit.
It's going to be horrible for fiscal matters.
Yes, that's true.
And then he comes back, oh yeah, well, you only got rich because you live off of government subsidies, which is also true.
They only tell the truth when they're trying to attack each other.
Bannon has long been a critic of Musk and has taken multiple public digs at the billionaire when the latter's feud with the president, calling out his calls for a third party and deeming his work with Dog to be a failure.
And of course, it largely was a failure.
They promised to cut so much but ended up cutting so little.
And what little they did cut was basically completely undone by the big, beautiful bill.
It didn't end up mattering at all.
It was a good publicity stunt, though, while it lasted.
That's what Trump likes.
He likes publicity stunts.
They don't end up really accomplishing anything, but they grab people's attention for a bit.
And then they're forgotten and he moves on to the next publicity stunt.
Paleo Armory, ATF, and DEA and Drug Task Force all wear masks.
They will continue to wear them no matter what people say or want, including Congress.
That's right.
They're thugs.
They cover their face.
They make sure that you can't see them because they know what they're doing is wrong.
ProPublica, Christy Noam secretly took a cut of political donations.
A dark money group paid $80,000 to Noam's personal company.
When she was governor of South Dakota, she did not include this income on her federal disclosure forms, a likely violation of ethics requirements, experts say.
In 2023, while Christy Noam was governor of South Dakota, she supplemented her income by secretly accepting a cut of the money she raised for a nonprofit that promotes her political career, tax records show.
In what experts described as a highly unusual arrangement, the nonprofit routed funds to a personal company of GNOME's that had recently been established in Delaware.
Payment totaled $80,000 that year.
A significant boost to a roughly $130,000 government salary, since the nonprofit is a so-called dark money group, one that's not required to disclose names of its donors.
Original source of the money remains unknown.
Gnome, or is it unnamed?
Nome then failed to disclose the $80,000 payment to the public.
After President Donald Trump selected Noam to be a secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, she had to release a detailed accounting of her assets and sources of income from 2023 on.
She did not include the income from the Dark Money Group on her disclosure form, which experts called a likely violation of federal ethics requirements.
Oh no, a dishonest politician?
A politician that isn't adhering to the standards of ethics?
This has never happened before.
How could we have not How could we have let this happen?
Experts told ProPublica it was troubling that Noam was personally taking money.
That came from political donors.
And a filing group, a nonprofit called America Resolve Policy Fund, described $80,000 as a payment for fundraising.
Oh no.
Oh Christy.
You'd think she would at least have the good sense to disclose it, knowing that it would get found out.
But of course, it doesn't seem like anything ever happens to these people anyway.
Seems like they can largely get away with whatever they want.
We'll take a quick break and we will be right back.
Thank you.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
The David Knight Show.
The David Knight Show.
Thank you.
Sense Common Again.
You're listening to the David Knight Show.
Welcome back, folks.
As I said when we started the show, we're going to look at the CDC and how they finally stopped recommending flu shots with thimerosol.
They didn't ban them.
They just said, well, we're not going to recommend them anymore.
Of course, they made it seem as though they had phased out thimerosol, but they had not.
Is thimerosol and flu shot safe?
Experts discuss CDC vaccine decision.
This is by Gigan Mimoser.
A CDC advisory panel voted 5-1 to recommend only flu vaccines without the preservative thimerosol.
Well, isn't that nice?
I wonder who the one person that dissented was.
Thimerosol is a mercury-containing compound used as a preservative in vaccines and other drugs.
It's preserving it.
It's making it last longer.
Doctors and physician advocacy groups warn that the decision could lead to more confusion and vaccine hesitancy.
Oh no, we wouldn't want that.
We wouldn't want people to wonder if this is actually hurting them.
You gotta love that logic.
If we admit that this is harmful and we've been injecting people with mercury for decades, it might cause them to not trust us as much.
So therefore, we should continue to put mercury and stuff and not admit that we've done anything wrong.
Exactly.
We can't admit what we did wrong because that would make these people question.
These people are evil.
A CDC Advisory Committee voted 5-1 on Thursday to recommend only single-dose formulations of flu shots that do not contain the preservative thimerosol.
The vote follows a shake-up of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, the ACIP, in which Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dismissed all 17 members of the panel and hand-picked their replacements.
Youster and subsequent ASIP vote have caused alarm among doctors and physician advocacy organizations, including the American Medical Association, the AMA, and the American Academy of Pediatrics, AAP, who claim the committee is stoking confusion and distrust in vaccines.
How are they going to afford a second boat, another yacht, a new car, a new house, if they're not getting these huge payouts if people stop coming in and getting the vaccines?
How are we going to afford all these wonderful, nice things if we don't poison your kids?
Again, they're not saying, no, this is really good for you.
It's great.
You're going to be injured more if we take this out.
No, they're saying, if we admit this, then people won't trust us.
Gotta love our doctors, folks.
First, do no harm.
It further undermines vaccine confidence, and they're doing this despite a massive amount of data that confirms that thimerosol is a safe and effective preservative, said Jake Scott, MD, clinical associate professor of infectious diseases at Stanford Medicine.
This man is either an idiot or evil.
That's the two options.
There is a mountain of evidence that shows thimerosol is not safe, that these are injuring and damaging people, that it is causing all kinds of long-term issues, that it is leading to problems, and it is specifically causing issues in children.
Thimerosol has been a terrible, a terrible scourge.
And yet they're like, oh, this is going to cause hesitancy.
It's safe and effective.
These people are liars.
Little Ford Schoolhouse, I think even if they did take it out, they'll keep it in there and not tell anyone.
I wouldn't be surprised.
At minimum, they're going to keep it in other vaccines.
At minimum, your doctor is still going to be able to recommend different vaccines.
They're going to push whichever one gets them the biggest payout.
Whichever one is most cost-effective for them.
They have no interest in your health.
Namirosolimery containing preservative has been used since the 1930s in vaccines and other drugs.
Since the 90s, it has been the target of intense speculation and debate due to claims now debunked That linked it to autism and neurotoxicity.
Now debunked, of course.
Who paid for these studies that debunked them?
How were they debunked?
How was the testing done?
ASIP's new recommendations contradict numerous studies and decades' worth of data showing no link between thimerosol and autism or other neurological conditions.
Don't believe your lying eyes.
Just trust our studies.
We would never lie to you.
We have your best interests at heart.
Ignore the fact that we're all getting rich off this.
Ignore the fact that it makes us a lot of money.
That there's tremendous incentivization to ignore and cover over the issues.
And Max, it's obviously an agenda to harm you, otherwise it would just take out mercury, fluoride, quit chemtrailing, and GMOing.
They hate the average person.
They have no interest in keeping you healthy.
In fact, have a very large interest in keeping you sick.
KWD68, warp speed autism.
We went from zero to everywhere in 20 years.
That's right.
When Lance and I were growing up, we went to quite a few churches.
We knew a lot of kids.
We met hundreds of them over the years.
I think over those years, we only met two that had autism.
And now, just in general, I so frequently see parents with severely disabled autistic children when I'm out.
Just wherever you go, it's really sad.
It's truly sad to see it happen, especially because, you know, these parents thought they were doing the right thing.
They were told that this would protect their child, that it would help them, keep them safe.
Their fears were preyed upon.
They just wanted what was best for their child.
And instead, they were lied to.
These people didn't care.
They didn't care what it would do to the child.
They just knew it would make them money.
I don't think I think these people are some of the most evil, despicable people that have ever existed.
This decision does not appear to be data driven at all, said Sahir Khan, MDPHD, an infectious disease specialist with Keck Medicine of USC.
Sahir Khan MDPHD This will sow a lot of distrust and probably lead to reduced vaccine uptake rates because they are sending a message that indirectly says that we don't think vaccines with thimirosol are safe, whereas the evidence shows that they are safe, Khan said.
Evidence that is bought and paid for.
Evidence that if it didn't come back that way would have led to a huge drop off in profits.
Evidence against it, of course, is covered up and silenced with their, you know, specialized vaccine courts that never give any compensation and always give NDAs with any minor compensation.
There is a tremendous industry built around keeping vaccines in place.
Defy Tyrant 1776, my local pharmacy still has a big sign up right by the front door as you walk in saying COVID shots given here daily.
That's right.
Places like CBS and Walgreens are always pushing one vaccine or the other.
It's flu season.
Come in and get your shot.
And the fact is, I've spoken with so many people who continually say the only time they've gotten the flu is when they've gotten the vaccine.
So many times that is the case.
Thimerosol, which contains about 50% mercury by weight, is one of the most widely used preservatives and vaccines.
Every time a drug vial is pierced, it is susceptible to bacterial and fungal contamination.
Thimerosol prevents microbial growth and contamination.
Today, the use of thimerosol-containing vaccines has declined due to the advent of single-dose vaccine formulations.
All routinely recommended vaccines for U.S. children ages 6 and younger are available in formulations without thimerosol.
The vast majority of flu shots administered last season, about 96% were also free of thimirosol.
Even these people have started to phase it out.
But we can't admit, we can't let them do this because it would make people skeptical.
It might make them look at it a little bit closer and go, well, why?
Why did it have to be phased out?
Why did they have to get rid of it?
Of course, I do not support any vaccines.
I don't think any of them are safe, thymerosol or no.
I would not get them.
ASIP's recommendation this week against thimerosol containing flu shots applies only to vaccines packaged in multi-dose vials.
While multi-dose vials make up only a small subset of flu shots, the format is important for public health.
Public health.
It's about the corporate body, the public health.
We need herd immunity.
Multi-dose vials are cheaper, easier to deploy, and essential for equitable access.
They're especially important during pandemics.
They proved to be essential during the H1N1 pandemic when single dose supplies run out a lot faster, said Scott.
Equitable access.
If you don't support this, you're going to hurt poor communities.
It's going to be racist, probably.
If we don't have these thimerosol laden vaccines, you're going to impact the black community or minority communities.
Equitable access Anytime you see the word equity or equitable or any variation thereof, it should immediately make you skeptical.
It's other one of those buzzwords that they use to make people go, oh no, oh no.
Kolemos 360.
Just remember, thimerosol free means reduced to trace amounts.
Following a review in 1999 conducted as part of the FDA Modernization Act, FDAMA, the FDA National Institute of Health, NIH CDC, and others recommended that thimerosol be removed from childhood vaccines as a precautionary measure.
That recommendation was based on scientific uncertainty at the time and sought to reduce total mercury exposure in infants.
Well, why would you want to reduce mercury exposure in infants?
What's the big deal, right?
Who cares?
You found no evidence of harm This was back during a crazy uncertain time Where we thought Injecting mercury into infants might not be a good idea What a time it was.
The dark ages of science before Pfizer came along with its big suitcases full of money.
Exactly.
The review found no evidence of harm caused by thimerosol in vaccines beyond localized reactions.
And of course, we know how difficult it is to get these doctors to admit any kind of adverse reaction can be tied to vaccines.
We know how hard they fight to not acknowledge it.
I don't trust any of their studies.
Getting them to admit damage by vaccines is so incredibly difficult.
They don't ever want to admit that, because it might impact their profits.
Even though they're completely immune from the only immunity in the vaccine industry is the fact that they're immune from consequence.
Of course, passed in 1986.
They were completely and utterly protected.
No matter what happens, the companies can't be sued.
No matter what they do, they're protected.
In the lead up to this week's vote, Lynn Redwood, a retired nurse practitioner and president emeritus of children's health defense, a group formerly chaired by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whose mission is ending child health epidemics by eliminating toxic exposures, reiterated many claims against thimerosol in an ASIP presentation.
However, those claims, especially the alleged link between thimerosol and neurotoxicity, have been extensively debunked.
Again, they continually say they've been extensively debunked, but very rarely, in fact, I don't think I've ever seen them link to where they've been debunked.
And if they do, I would love to see who funded those studies.
I would love to know who paid for them.
I'd love to know how they were conducted, how long they ran.
The sample size.
These are all things that any time someone does a study have to be considered.
These are all things that if someone on our side of things does a study, they screech about.
They want to know, did you do it properly?
But they get to say, oh, it's been debunked, and they move along.
They never, ever give you that information.
Because these people don't really do science when it comes to this.
When they'll get a study in their favor, which of course is always funded by them, they will shout it from the rooftops.
But then equal amounts of studies against it just get covered over and ignored.
We actually have a clip of a Pfizer whistleblower here, which I'm going to play for you.
Let's take a look at this video.
I don't know if you've heard of Brooke Jackson, her case.
She sued Pfizer.
She was a whistleblower, so she was one of the heads of the research clinics, and she was in charge of overseeing the protocols.
And she found that they were skipping necessary steps.
They weren't following up with injuries.
She basically became a whistleblower, and then they've immediately fired her.
And now she's suing Pfizer.
But this has been going on since 2020.
And the DOJ, unfortunately, has stepped in and tried to shut down the case, which normally the DOJ comes in and helps people when they're trying to sort out a, this is a Key TAM case.
And, I mean, it could bankrupt Pfizer, but now our own government and even this is under We can't have that.
The new DOJ is coming in to stop this case from happening, which is bothersome.
But these two cases...
Because it would impact public health policies.
It would go against our country's public health policies by proceeding with this case and letting it go to trial.
It might put a spotlight on these issues.
That is basically what they said.
Have you tried to steel man what they're saying?
I mean, I'm not, it's not my case, and I don't, you know, the lawyer would probably have a better explanation, but it's just met with so many roadblocks.
But have you tried to steel man their case?
I imagine the only steel man, the only steel case is the steel cases that are loaded with money that show up on people's doorsteps.
No, I don't really believe there are cases filled with money.
You don't need that.
You pay them off.
As I've mentioned, as most of you know, these insurance companies give huge payouts to doctors' offices if they reach a certain level of vaccine compliance.
The doctor my wife and I take our son to is not able to receive those because they don't reach that level, that threshold, because they don't push it on people.
They asked us about it and we said, we don't want to do that.
I'm like, okay, we're very thankful that our doctor is not pushy, does not try to continually get us to vaccinate him.
But many doctors, we've seen it here, we've seen the people in chat tell us that when they take their children in, they have been pushed.
They have been told that they were going to kill their children.
They have been abused and berated for it.
They have been kicked out, told, don't come back because if they can get them off the books, it's more profitable.
It's more profitable to remove someone that won't vaccinate because you don't want to risk going beneath that threshold of vaccination.
It's all about the money.
And Max, first we need to quit taxpayer funding of vaccines.
Many take them because they are free.
This has to end.
That's right.
It's free.
It's for your health.
Well, how is it free?
It's because you've already paid for it.
It's because you have already paid for it via taxation.
Nights of the Storm.
Mostly safe vaccines.
That's right.
Mostly safe.
Some scattered thimerosol showers.
There have been multiple well-controlled studies, randomized meta-analyses, and trials comparing vaccines with thimerosol to vaccines without thimerosol to see if there was any difference in neurological outcomes.
And these trials generally did not find any connection between thimerosol of the doses used in vaccines and neurological conditions, said Khan.
Generally.
Did not find.
Generally.
I wonder how much lifting that word generally is doing.
Did they account for the fact that they're injecting 80, around 80 vaccines into children over a time span?
Did they account for toxicity buildup?
Well, we gave them one injection, and it didn't really seem to impact them at all, versus one that didn't have thimerosol.
Okay, interesting.
What about the fact that you're going to continue to inject them?
Are you going to give them 79 more doses of thimerosol?
Nice of the storm mostly safe vaccines, even though the inserts say death is a possible side effect.
Well, you know, a little bit of death here and there never hurt anybody.
Who's afraid of death, right?
Big Brit is back again.
Most legal drugs have side effects longer than your arm.
That's right.
That's why they have to read them so fast at the end of those commercials.
Well, you know, it's going to help you with this issue you're having here, but it might cause you depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, who knows what else.
And those are just the mental ones.
Not to mention the fact that it can damage your liver or kidneys or heart or whatever else.
But certainly, don't care about that.
Don't worry about that.
We want to focus on the profits for big pharma.
Knights of the Storm, I would like to know what the threshold between safe and not safe is.
50%, 20%?
They don't clarify what safe means.
No, they never do.
They like to obfuscate this.
They keep it as black box as possible.
You don't get to know.
It's not something you need to know.
Because if you did, as I keep harping on, it might impact their profits.
An often cited Danish study that included over half a million children found no causal relationship between thimerosol, the development of autism.
Another large study of more than 100,000 children in the United Kingdom also found no evidence to support a link between thimerosol and neurodevelopmental disorders.
And again, I want to know, did you give them one injection?
Or did you account for the fact that you're going to give these children dozens of injections?
Dozens of them.
Because that's what we're really looking at here.
It's not one singular injection that contains thimurasol.
We're looking at dozens that might contain it.
And Max, yes, RFK Jr., who was our vax warrior, just added a handful of new jabs to the childhood schedule.
Good old RFK, what, as you said, a warrior he is against vaccines.
He said, he continually shies away from the anti vax label.
I'm not anti-vax.
I'm not, I'm not.
I am.
RFK Jr. doesn't seem to have the intestinal fortitude required.
KWD sixty eight RFK, what a hoax.
Make America fooled again.
That's right.
Won't get fooled again.
But seems that we will.
A twenty ton study found that exposure to thimerosol in prenatal or infant stages did not increase the risk for autism spectrum disorder.
They keep citing these studies, but I want to know how the study was conducted.
I want to know what the parameters were.
Yeah, did they do a double-blind study of people that weren't getting the vaccine?
I'm 100% certain they didn't.
That would be, oh, too dangerous to give a placebo vaccine.
Or even just look at the rates amongst groups such as the Amish that don't do it, and it becomes very apparent.
Yes.
The Amish are a wonderful control group for this kind of thing.
You would think that amongst them they would be dropping dead of measles, mumps, rubella, all these different diseases that we're supposed to fear.
But they don't seem to be.
They don't seem to be dealing with the kind of autism epidemic that we have here.
They seem to be quite healthy and happy.
From the Expose, CDC recommends thimerosol-free flu vaccines.
You might have thought its use ended decades ago, because of course they implied it did.
They implied heavily that, oh, we're going to stop doing this, but they just kept right along.
Well, not just implied.
There were many people outright stating that thimerosol in vaccines was a thing of the past.
We're done.
We're not going to do that anymore.
Don't worry.
Pay no attention.
The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recently voted to recommend that single dose thimerosol-free flu vaccines become the standard for all age groups.
The key phrase is thimirosol-free.
Despite thimerosol being phased out in most U.S. pediatric vaccines since the early 2000s, it remained in some flu vaccines for cost and shelf-life reasons.
After all, who needs a healthy kid if we can save some money?
This is by Rhoda Wilson.
Flu cases have plummeted in recent years.
Not only is a flu vaccine unnecessary, but public health agencies have proved themselves untrustworthy when they claim vaccines are safe.
So what is the problem with thimerosol?
Thimerosol is a mercury-containing preservative used in some vaccines.
Mercury is a neurotoxin.
It has been widely used since the 1930s.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration states that all vaccines routinely recommended for children six years of age and younger are available in formulations that do not contain thimerosol.
And vaccines without thimerosol are also available for adolescents and adults.
A robust body of peer-reviewed scientific studies conducted in the U.S. and other countries support the safety of thimerosol-containing vaccines, the FDA claims.
This is not true, and the U.S. government knows it.
In 2000, Dr. Stephanie Cave, who has seen over 8,000 autism cases, gave testimony to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Government Reform about the link between mercury and autism.
The timing of infant and toddler vaccines with mercury corresponds to critical periods of neuronal development, she said.
The injection of mercury appears to affect only certain children, but I fear that we have underestimated the devastation by concentrating on the autistic children, she said.
Autism can be very, very obvious.
It can be one of those things that is impossible to hide, but it's hard to say what other, more subtle effects this is having.
You can search for the ingredients and vaccines used in the UK on the University of Oxford's Vaccine Knowledge Project, and they give a link.
Americol was removed from the UK vaccines between 2003 and 2005 and is no longer found in any of the childhood or adult vaccines routinely used in the UK.
The Vaccine Knowledge Project states, adding the World Health Organization and the European Medicines Agency, previously, the EMEA, have both stated that there is no evidence of risk from thimerosol in vaccines.
Who and the EMA are being deceitful?
In a previous article, we noted the damning evidence linking thimurosol-containing vaccines with autism, a neurodevelopmental disease, and the systemic suppression of this evidence, as we've been talking about.
They do everything in their power to discredit and hide and bury these studies.
In the US, UK, and Europe, thimurosol is removed from vaccines as a precaution.
This was in line with the global goal of reducing environmental exposure to mercury from all sources.
The Vaccine Knowledge Project says, This is not true, as the FDA states on its website, and the Wellness Company points out below.
The following is an email campaign set by the Wellness Company on the 30th of June 2025.
Recently, the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices issued a new guidance for flu shots.
Single-dose thimerosol-free vaccines are now the preferred standard for all age groups.
The old multi-dose vials, many of which still contain thimerosol and mercury-based preservative, were quietly pushed aside.
Wait, thimerosol?
Wasn't that phased out years ago?
Well, no.
While most pediatric vaccines have been thimerosol-free since the early 2000s, multi-dose flu vials kept it around because of cost and shelf life.
And yes, this includes vaccines for children.
After all, who needs a healthy kid if we can save a buck or two?
So why now?
That question echoes louder when you look at the numbers from 2014 to 2019.
The flu bug hit millions of Americans each year, infecting between 7% and 13% of the population, but then something odd happened.
In 2020, at the height of COVID-19 pandemic, flu cases fell like an unattached bungee cord.
Just 1 million infections, 0.3% of the population down from 11.9 the year before.
That's like a summer in Las Vegas with freezing temperatures and snow warnings.
But that's not the crazy part.
The crazy part is that no one raised an eyebrow.
No national press conferences, no deep dive from the NIH.
And of course, we know why that was.
It was so that they could raise the numbers on COVID.
COVID was what we were supposed to be afraid of then.
They didn't have time for any other scare tactics.
It was all in on COVID.
Anthony Vauci was quick to attribute the decline to protocols that were put in place for the pandemic.
We had practically non existent flu season this year, merely because people were doing the kinds of public health things that were directed predominantly against COVID-19, he said at the time.
Remember those public health things, right?
One way aisles and stores masking except when opening one's mouth to eat in public, restaurants, and of course the six foot social distancing rule that Fauci later admitted just appeared.
What a clown Fauci was, an obvious clown.
Completely let to run free and do as he pleased by Donald Trump.
Rochelle Wolinsky, the CDC director from 2021 to 2023, was even more adamant, insisting that the unbelievably mild flu season was thanks in part to community mitigation measures used to control the spread of COVID 19, making the country ripe for a severe influenza season.
In other words, she believed that unless we kept up the masking, distancing, and sanitizing routine, we'd be hit with a flu wave worthy of Pompeii.
Ironically, those measures fell well short of stopping COVID.
The flu practically vanished.
In 2021, just 3.3% of the U.S. population got the flu.
Only in 2023 did infection levels return to normal.
That's a huge statistical anomaly shrugged off by the same institutions now telling us which vaccines to take, when, and how often.
It shows you the type and level of research they'll do when it doesn't fit their narrative.
What they're willing to ignore.
I mean, I'm not sure if this writer is going to state it, but the cause of the flu disappearing during their push of COVID is blatantly obvious that every case that would have been called flu was called COVID because they can PCR test it.
No, no, you have COVID.
Anyone who believes that a long-term consistent measure suddenly dropped to statistical zero due to COVID mitigation efforts, which didn't work for COVID, might be interested in some emails we've received regarding a rather large inheritance from an African prince.
Look, this isn't a conspiracy theory, it's basic math.
The loss of public trust in vaccines doesn't stem from anti-science or anti-vax biases, it's a product of logical thinking.
Just as we have moved on, while some of us have from superstition, and various gods as the driving force behind everything that happened to us, we innately know, even if we don't admit it, that walking one direction down a store aisle probably won't prevent us from getting COVID or any other disease.
And we naturally distrust those who claim it does.
It's why the Wellness Company was started.
Because trusting your health to broken systems doesn't make sense.
That's right.
Still.
It still blows my mind.
I know I mentioned this recently, but the fact that you'll still see people wearing masks out in public, wearing masks in their cars.
We have just utterly Convinced that they have to continue doing this because COVID is still out there.
It's still going to get them.
It's utterly insane.
It's ridiculous how many people were fooled.
They just believed whatever was said by someone in authority.
Defy Tirement 1776.
It's called the healthcare industry for good reason.
They pump babies full of poison that will cause them to acquire many illnesses and diseases, and profit from treating them for the very diseases and illnesses they purposefully caused.
There's a lot of money in keeping you sick, in keeping you a permanent customer of Big Pharma.
Why would you cure something when you can treat it forever?
We've talked about it before, and I forget which company it was, but they produced a drug that actually cured something.
It got rid of it permanently.
And their revenue spiked.
It went up massively.
But then it dropped back down because people don't need a second dose.
And these consultants came in and said, that's where you went wrong.
You don't make a cure.
You make a treatment.
You don't want to cure something.
Because then you don't have repeat customers.
This was a few years ago.
But this is how the medical, the healthcare industry, as you said, operates, how big pharma operates.
They don't want to cure things.
They want you to keep coming back to make them more money.
New report, the true COVID pandemic was one of policy, not pathology.
It's again by Rhoda Wilson on the Expose.
Mortality patterns during March to May 2020 in Europe and the USA are incompatible with having been caused by person-to-person spread of a novel infectious virus.
Instead, the first peak period excess mortality, March through May 2020, where it occurs, was of institutional and iatrogenic origin, caused by mistreatment of frail and vulnerable people in hospitals and nursing homes, a new report by Correlation concludes.
In other words, the true pandemic was one of policy, not pathology.
Of course, my dad has been saying this for years.
These were deaths caused by the treatments prescribed, by ventilating people, by giving them things like remdesivir, by isolating them, by removing their family connections.
On 13th of June, Correlation, a Canadian nonprofit research organization, published a new report titled Constraints from Geotemporal Evolution of All Cause Mortality on the Hypothesis of Disease Spread During COVID.
They really got to work on their titling here.
Authored by Joseph Hickey, Dennis G. Rancourt, and Christian Leinard on 18th of June, the report was published on preprints.org at 400 pages, including hundreds of graphs.
It's a long read.
Below lies our unbecoming summarizes correlations report in a question and answer format.
Hospitals, not viruses, what really caused the COVID-19 death spikes?
In early 2020, the world recoiled as reports of a novel coronavirus purportedly unleashed from a laboratory or wet market ignited a global crisis.
Official narratives amplified by the World Health Organization's 11 March 2020 pandemic declaration framed COVID-19 as a relentless, contagious pathogen sweeping through populations, overwhelming hospitals and claiming lives indiscriminately.
Yet as Dennis Raincourt and his team meticulously demonstrate in their groundbreaking study, this narrative crumbles under rigorous scientific scrutiny.
Their analysis summarized here in 27 Questions and Answers reveals a startling pattern.
Excess mortality did not align with the expected dynamics of viral spread, but instead correlated tightly with aggressive medical interventions.
Synchronized death spikes across Europe and North America, defying geographic logic, erupted immediately post-declaration with no significant excess deaths prior.
That's right, once they gave them the guidelines of how to treat people, that's when the deaths spiked.
That's when people started dropping dead.
It was caused by the treatments.
It was not about COVID.
It was not caused by COVID.
These people killed so many.
And of course, you can lay this all at the feet of Donald Trump.
You can point to him and say, you're the one that gave us warp speed.
You're the one that let Fauci run the country.
At minimum, he abdicated his position and let these people put these policies in place.
He could have said, no.
He could have said, this is nonsense.
You're not doing this here in America.
But instead, he locked people down, said, you're not essential.
Killed so many businesses and let them put into place these standards of care.
The standard of care that killed who knows how many.
KWD68, give it a few years and you'll have to have an implant monitor your health and maintain all jabs to keep health insurance.
That's right.
If you don't take the implant, we can't really monitor your health effectively.
How will we know if you're really sick?
We don't want you to progress down the pipeline.
It'll cost too much.
If you don't let us monitor you constantly, we can't effectively treat you.
We can't guarantee your health.
There's going to be all kinds of horrors coming in the next decades.
But I agree, injectables, it's not going to be just wearables.
They're going to want to be underneath your skin.
They're going to want as much data as they can get.
And of course, who knows what kind of awful problems injectables will cause.
We'll be right back, folks.
Stay with us.

We got a comment here from iHandy.
I was given orders to withhold all respiratory care other than masking the patient in 2020.
I could give oxygen, but no medications or ventilation during CPR.
There was a no-transport policy if the patient was in cardiac arrest.
2020 in EMS was unreal.
2021 was worse.
What they did to people during the pandemic, quote unquote, is unconscionable.
The number of people who died due to bad care, due to bad practices, truly shows that the first do no harm was thrown out the window.
KWD68, don't expect justice for these people in this world.
I sadly think you are right.
I don't expect any justice to be handed out to these people.
don't think they will face justice in this life but i think we Those who thirst for justice are blessed, or they shall be satisfied.
They will have justice in the next life.
Bird flu is far from over.
Why, the worst could be yet to come.
That's right.
They're still hyping bird flu.
It's so dangerous.
It's so deadly.
We've got to cull millions of chickens.
Of course, we've had geesebusters on who deals with wild birds.
He's not seeing a spike in the number of dead birds everywhere.
They're not just dropping out of the sky.
But we're supposed to be afraid of it.
We have to worry.
We've got to kill these birds.
And of course, they are incentivizing it, giving them a massive payout.
Or saying they will.
Because of course, Geesebusters pointed out that a farmer complied.
He went and was like, oh boy, I'll cull these.
I'll get a massive payout.
And then later I'll be able to raise the prices for eggs and meat.
But the government apparently stiffed him on that payout.
That's what you get for trusting the government, buddy.
The May Consumer Price Index reflected another drop in egg prices, something President Trump and other officials from the administration have misleadingly touted as a sign that their moves to reduce the cost of groceries are working.
While the price decrease, albeit slight, provides welcome relief on grocery bills as children start to raid the fridge during summer break, egg prices are still 41% higher than they were a year ago.
And of course, that is because of the culling.
They killed millions of chickens, millions of egg-laying chickens for the bird flu scam.
You have to be afraid of it.
NMAX, your wearable device says you didn't get your monthly shots.
Go now or your digital currency will be shut off.
That's right, you are a threat to the public health.
You can't be allowed out, so we're taking your money until you go get it.
Your electric vehicle, your self-driving car, will only take you to the clinic to get your shot.
It won't take you anywhere else.
That's a not too absurd future, a not too distant future.
It's more right around the corner than too far to see.
Well, the price decrease, albeit slight, provides welcome relief.
And the truth is under the policies followed by both Biden and Trump administrations, those prices will likely go back up.
The main cause of the spike in egg prices has been the three-year bird flu outbreak.
That's right, the bird flu is the problem.
It's killing chickens.
It's causing them to just drop dead.
Oh wait, no, it's the government that's killing chickens.
It's them that's causing the spike in prices.
Yeah, you remember that horrific video of bird flu being pumped in as a foam that was killing all of the birds on that farm?
Oh wait, no, that wasn't bird flu that did that.
It's truly amazing, this article just being like, oh, oh no, it's the bird flu.
It's the bird flu that's doing it.
It's bird flu's fault.
It's not the fact that we've culled millions of chickens.
It's not the fact that the government came in and started euthanizing them.
The main cause of the spike in egg crisis has been the three-year bird flu outbreak.
The US under both Biden and Trump has failed to drive an effective response to this pandemic.
While Trump promised a change in direction, the USDA's new response to bird flu can be summed up with one contrast, more money for big corporations, less money for scientists.
We were highly critical of the Biden administration's weak and insufficient response to bird flu, arguing that it was too slow and too deferential to industry concerns.
What an authoritarian this author is What an absolute just sycophant for the government.
We're too weak on the birds.
We've got to just kill them all.
And we're just going to kill them.
When Trump's Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins announced she would break with their approach and commit one billion to the crisis, including $100 million, to develop vaccines for poultry, it seemed like a potential turning point.
That's right, we're going to vaccinate all of our farm animals more.
We're going to pump them full of mRNA and chemicals.
Isn't that wonderful?
And of course, we've already seen this happening.
Less than two weeks later, Rollins flipped.
After speaking with industry leaders, she announced vaccines were off the table.
Instead, she would focus on repopulation, a term the industry invented to allow the government to bail it out not once, but twice.
Meanwhile, USDA staff who were actually monitoring the outbreak are reportedly among those being laid off by Trump's dog team.
Well, at least they did some good, I guess.
Getting rid of some of these useless idiots, these policy pushers, these people.
And I use that term loosely.
The meat industry's iron grip on agricultural policy has clearly survived into the second Trump administration.
That's right, big meat is in control of the government.
They're the ones that are calling the shots.
Big beef, big chicken, big pork.
That's why I always hear about pork barrel projects, because big pork is the one that runs everything.
Niburu 2029 Egg prices haven't gone down.
The government industrial complex now subsidizes the corporate suppliers with taxpayer funds, creating the illusion of price reductions.
They'll always they love handing out your money.
The stubborn ongoing spread of bird flu has driven up egg prices and the chances of a deadly human pandemic.
That's right.
The stubborn ongoing spread of bird flu.
Not that we, you know, can actually find it.
Not that we really have it spreading.
This person is such a fear monger.
USDA's policy on containing it has been dictated by what's best for profits of big chicken and egg companies.
That's right, folks.
Big chicken.
They're in control.
And has entirely ignored the agency's other responsibility.
They've kept people in back rooms discussing how to get people to eat more chicken.
It's the cows from the Chick-fil-A ads bigger in control of everything.
Those Chick-fil-A cows.
To protect the public health and economy.
That's right.
It's the USDA's job to protect public health and the economy.
This person is such a sycophant for government for overreach, for control.
It is not working.
Under Biden, the USDA strategy was based on the hope that the outbreak could be contained to a few locations and that the industry as a whole did not need to make any changes.
The USDA asked meat and egg companies to report any infections, then kill the entire flock in order to stamp out the virus before it could spread.
To encourage compliance, USDA paid these companies indemnity payments, essentially bailouts that covered both the cost of the lost birds and the killing operations.
This plan has been an expensive and spectacular failure.
And let's remember that report any infections and then wipe out the entire herd means if any of them has a positive PCR test famous for its false positives, then you wipe out the entire herd.
Oops, sorry.
This test, which we can find anything on, said one of your chickens has this disease.
So they've all gotta go.
Despite the $1.25 billion in bailout payments, to egg and poultry producers, the virus is spreading faster than ever.
Three years into this most recent outbreak, almost 40% of the infections in egg-laying hens have happened in just the last few months, according to the bailout data, including the emergence of a new bird flu, D1.1.
Oh no, not a new bird flu.
Not a new strain.
It's evolving.
It's changing.
How will we ever combat this?
This is not surprising.
These taxpayer bailouts have removed any market incentive for these companies to behave responsibly.
Bird flu continues to spread quickly through the U.S. farm system because that system is inherently a viral playground.
The horror of it all.
The birds, they're just dropping dead.
And we're going to have a human pandemic next.
It's going to make the jump.
It's going to infect you next.
Who is being scared by this?
I mean, I know who it is.
It's the same people that are still masking over COVID.
The same people that bought into that propaganda.
It's amazing how effectively they have been propagandized over the years.
Any hint of a disease, and they roll over.
Whatever you need to do, government, I'll do whatever you say.
Wear a mask, except when I'm eating, taking bites.
I'll walk one way down the aisles.
Six feet distance, of course everyone knows that you can't get sick from someone else if you're six feet away from them.
It's utter insanity.
The birds are dropping dead.
It just happens to coincide with them pumping massive amounts of poisonous foam into their enclosures.
That's right.
It's bird flu, just so long as you consider being smothered by a giant foam wall bird flu.
USDA has refused to mandate any changes to these conditions, nor has it forced companies to take any meaningful preventative measures.
As a result, the largest egg and meat companies like Genny O, Herbux, and Calmain Foods have received huge payments.
And I do not want these companies to receive huge payments either.
I don't want them receiving bailouts.
I want the government to butt out, not bail out.
Genny O has received the most bailout money, roughly $120 million since the beginning of the outbreak.
The brand is a division of Hormel Foods, which made $1.1 billion in profit in 2024.
In fact, our investigation revealed that the government has paid out at least $365 million to repeat offenders.
As of December, USDA data shows that 67 farms has had H5N1 outbreaks twice or more, with 19 reporting three or more separate occurrences of reinfection.
The real question is...
It's these mega farms getting massive amounts of money essentially paid for their livestock that they're culling, which is going to hurt the buyers because, you know, obviously they can't purchase the food that they were forced to pay for through taxes.
But in addition to that, smaller farms that can't just write that off as, okay, we've sold off our entire flock and then continue because they need to have a steady, reliable customer base that they can continue to be a reliable supplier for.
They get put out of business by this.
While these major mega farms that have many locations can afford to just take it, they don't just take it as a loss.
They're taking this as profit since they're selling off their entire flock in one big mass culling.
That's right.
They're actually making money destroying these chickens, culling them.
Supposedly, the USDA has coupled these bailouts with new requirements for companies to implement biosecurity measures, such as employees showering before and after work.
but there's zero practical enforcement.
I imagine...
If you work in a chicken farm, chickens are gross creatures at the best of times.
They're pretty disgusting.
Do you really have to mandate showering?
The USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection.
I dread to meet the person that comes home from a long shift at the chicken plant and decides, eh, no shower today.
That's a horrifying individual.
The USA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service recently admitted that its audit process was worthless.
It thus far involved no visual inspection and allowed companies to certify their own compliance by filling out a paper-based audit form.
Unsurprisingly, no company has ever failed this so-called audit, despite the rapid spread of disease.
It's spreading.
It's everywhere.
Be very afraid.
So this author thinks we need more testing, that's the solution.
Exactly.
More PCR tests.
More chicken vaccines.
A new rule was released in December that was meant to increase the rigor of inspections, but the rule still allows for exceptional and virtual inspections, with the company controlling what inspectors see.
You're gonna put the chicken on a Zoom call.
Cluck into the microphone for me.
Uh oh, sounds like it's got a raspy throat.
In fact, the majority of farms don't face any safety requirements at all.
Under a loophole, small industrial scale farms are deceptively classified as small producers and are exempt or under a loophole, industrial scale farms are deceptively classified as small producers and are exempt from implementing any biosecurity plans whatsoever before getting bailout money.
This author wants any bailout money to come with the strings attached.
If you're going to implement these new biosecurity measures, whatever those might be.
Of course, we know that they want to start vaccinating all of our food with mRNA injections, which who knows what the long-term effects of that could be?
Who knows what that could lead to?
What kind of horrific consequences for the average American.
But they don't care.
They have been poisoning our food for years.
We'll move along from that.
I've had enough of bird flu.
I cannot handle any more.
This author is wringing their hands because the government isn't doing enough.
It's not stepping in and doing enough.
People have too much freedom.
We need the boot to come down harder.
This is from The Vigilant Fox on X. Joe Rogan horrified as Dr. Mary Talley Bowden reveals COVID patients were euthanized to free up beds.
This story will make you furious.
Bowden, there's actually a lawsuit today that's the first jury trial in the country over these hospital protocols.
Of course, that is.
It's first jury trial in the country over these hospital protocols, where they had a young woman with Down syndrome.
They basically euthanized her.
They gave her a DNR order, even though she didn't have one.
And the father has just been wonderful to Shara.
Why did they do that?
They euthanized her for what?
I've seen this.
I have reviewed records from these hospital patients, and they'll euthanize them.
They need the bed.
They say, well, they're going to die anyway.
What was this person in the hospital for?
COVID.
COVID protocol.
And they, wait, wait, wait.
So they were in the hospital with COVID and they gave them something to kill them?
Yeah.
That happened also.
I'm sorry, but I hate, I mean, that happened.
People, they give them morphine and insulin.
Yeah, yeah.
That's common?
Yeah, yeah.
I've reviewed charts.
In this situation, they gave her a DNR, which is do not resuscitate.
I mean, if they look like they're dying, you don't do anything, which that was not the case.
So they're suing for battery, which is one way of getting around the PrEP Act, because a PrEP Act is very hard to penetrate.
The PrEP Act protects everybody, all the doctors, all the hospitals, from any wrongdoing during COVID.
So it's been this big challenge trying to get around the PrEP Act.
And this case has hope of getting around the PrEP Act because they're charging for battery, and they're in trial.
It started today.
It's in Wisconsin.
So that gives me hope.
But of course, we know how that trial turned out.
And I am personally not a fan of Joe Rogan.
I don't listen to his podcast.
I don't listen to his show.
But at least someone with a large audience, a very large audience is talking about this.
Hopefully it leads to something positive.
It is truly despicable what they did to Greg Shara.
Truly despicable the verdict that came back.
It doesn't make any sense to me.
And as I said, we're going to play the interview or one of the interviews that my dad did with Scott Shara from last year.
Because I think it bears repeating.
I think it's worth replaying.
Refreshing the facts of the case in people's memory.
We have just a few minutes left before I jump out to that video.
It is so horrifically upsetting to me that they could come back with that verdict.
I don't understand it.
I've said it before, and it's just...
I cannot understand these people.
How could they look at what was done and return a verdict of not guilty?
And of course, the PrEP Act completely protecting them from any wrongdoing.
Well, it was part of COVID, so you can't charge them.
You can't be mad at them.
You can't get any sort of compensation.
The medical industry has done so much damage to the American people that they are evil.
They have completely surrendered themselves to greed.
They don't care about helping people.
They don't care about providing any sort of actual treatment.
It's about money.
It's about making a ludicrous amount of money.
And of course, status.
We see it over and over again.
People becoming doctors or nurses because it's an easy way to climb the social ladder.
It gets them an immediate amount of respect from people who see that profession and just go, oh, wow, you're a doctor or a nurse?
Thank you so much.
But have no clue about what they've actually done.
No clue that they're just pushing poison on Americans.
We're going to play that interview with Scott Shara now.
Of course, as a brief intro, Scott is the father of Grace, the young woman who had Down syndrome that was euthanized, in my opinion, by the hospital.
She was given morphine.
They put a do not resuscitate order on her against the wishes of the family.
They kicked her family out of the room because they said they were being difficult, because they didn't like that they were standing up for their daughter.
Because they were asking questions.
Because they didn't like what they saw when the hospital staff was interacting with their daughter.
It's one of the most horrifying cases I have seen in a long time.
But this is not a one-off.
This is not only something that happened to Grace Shar.
It happened to who knows how many people.
But this is the interview.
Thank you all so much for watching today.
I'll be back tomorrow.
So, here's that interview.
Well, joining us now is somebody who is trying to defend Americans' lives.
It is too late for him, for his daughter, who was murdered as part of this financially incentivized medical mass murder and martial law.
But he is trying to make a difference here with a lawsuit to explain to people what is happening.
He's now set up a podcast.
He's got a website about his daughter and how they murdered her.
And we're starting to see the whistleblowers coming out.
You know, when you come after our families, we're going to do something about it.
And so joining us is Scott Sherub.
The website is ouramazinggrace.com.
Thank you for joining us, Scott.
Well, thanks for having me, David.
The website, by the way, is .NET, but that's okay.
If you go to .com, it'll end up going to .NET because we also have that URL.
But thanks for having me on again.
Oh, no, not at all.
You know, since I last talked to you, my son has been injured.
My other son, Travis here, my other son has been injured with an antibiotic.
He hasn't been able to walk for nearly a month now.
And so, you know, This type of thing is happening.
It is rampant throughout the so-called medical community.
It's not medical at all, it is just maniacal.
And so, but tell people what happened to your daughter, Grace.
Because some people have heard the story, it's been a while, so I think they would be well informed to hear it again.
But some people have not heard the story.
So tell us what happened to Grace during this.
You know, what's interesting about what happened to Grace is God used this specific circumstance to open my eyes to show that this has nothing to do with COVID.
This has been going on for a long time.
And before I do that, I just want to tell you two days ago, we celebrated Grace's golden birthday.
She was 22 on September 22nd, which was, it was pretty awesome.
You know, you start remembering all those years she gave us.
And she was, she was a gift from the Lord, David.
And we just are, we're blessed to have her.
So as you know, we get into Grace's story.
Grace just had a cold.
And unfortunately, I was not awake then.
Yeah, I was somewhat awake.
Grace was never vaccinated, but I was not awake that COVID was a PSYOP and this whole agenda to reduce the population and the government control.
I just thought the government was not something that you submit to, but it certainly wasn't against us.
Well, of course, I've gone completely opposite of that now, now that I'm woken up.
But anyway, so I took Grace to the hospital with a cold.
We had gotten into the fear porn relative to COVID.
So we had done a home COVID test.
Ultimately, the hospital emergency room physician suggested checking Grace into the hospital for three to four days as a preventative, put her on oxygen and a steroid.
And if they would have only done that, if I would have never taken Grace to the hospital as another option, Grace would be alive today.
But they didn't do that.
And seven days later, she was dead.
They euthanized her with a combination of Pressadex, lorazepim, and morphine, which that combination helped me to open my eyes to see, oh, this is much bigger.
And ultimately, when it came time to revive her, my daughter or our daughter, Jessica, was in the room with Grace.
I had been taken out by an armed guard three days earlier.
She called us panicking because Grace, we didn't know they gave her this combination of meds.
And her numbers started to crash.
We started screaming through the FaceTime call to save our daughter.
And the nurses from outside the room with a guard hollered back, she's DNR.
Do not resuscitate.
And of course, we screamed, she's not DNR, save our daughter, but they refused.
The doctor had put an illegal do not resuscitate order on Grace's chart.
And we watched her die on that FaceTime call the evening of October 13th of 2021.
It took a bit for me to start realizing what was going on.
But two months after that was my first opportunity.
I was on national TV with Newsmax, and that started the whole process of jumping in.
And now, you know, this is our full-time responsibility to attempt to wake people up.
Yes, yes.
Well, you know, you talked about the beginning of it, and you said, well, you weren't awake and you were concerned because you're getting fed misinformation and lies.
That's not your responsibility.
These people know what they're doing.
They did this deliberately.
They poison people.
They kill people with their drugs, with their ventilators, with their midazolam.
And that was the drug of choice for mass murder in the UK.
And they're now finding that out.
And you've got whistleblowers, doctors, and others saying we were told to euthanize people.
And we were told, especially people who had Down syndrome or elderly or whatever, we were told to euthanize them and to claim that it was a COVID death so we could get the statistics up.
While all the while we had an empty hospital, this was just pure evil.
And, you know, it is not your responsibility for this at all.
It's the people who committed this murder, the people who financed it, who incentivized it, who demanded it eventually.
And so you are now involved in a lawsuit.
And that is, and you had a major, your lawsuit is very important because it's not just about medical malpractice.
Tell people about the lawsuit.
Yeah, the lawsuit, you know, first of all, I'll just frame the lawsuit.
And you referenced, I forgot to say Grace had Down syndrome.
And I have become convinced that is why she was taken out as part of this collectivism idea that we have too many people on Medicare and Medicaid.
It's too expensive.
And, you know, so Grace was on Medicaid.
The elderly are generally on Medicare.
And that's the excuse they're using.
Of course, it's much deeper than that, but people buy into that concept.
You know, we have too many, you know, we got to ration care.
We don't have enough care.
My uncle, we just went to his funeral on Sunday.
He was 84 years old.
He was doing fine, short of breath, and they killed him.
The doctors literally told the family, we don't have enough resources.
We have to ration care.
It's a complete lie.
Anyway, so you jump into the lawsuit.
The lawsuit, as I have really studied now and become kind of the fifth attorney on the team, I guess you would call it.
We have four attorneys on the legal team.
The legal industrial complex is in bed with the medical industrial complex.
So what we're using the lawsuit for is a platform.
It gives me an opportunity to share the truth, to shed light on the evil, both in the legal system and the medical system.
So while we have a lawsuit, I'm not expecting justice through the lawsuit.
That is not how you get justice, not using an anti-price legal system.
Our claims are wrongful death.
You asked about the detail, wrongful death, medical malpractice, of course.
And then lack of informed consent.
That's a biggie.
Interestingly, in Wisconsin, which is where I'm from, lack of informed consent has been put underneath medical malpractice by precedent.
So, I mean, you can't make this up.
So what we ended up doing is getting a fourth claim, which is medical battery.
So to get around This idea that lack of informed consent, which is a battery, is underneath medical malpractice.
We have a separate claim for medical battery because we weren't told anything.
And then our fifth claim is a declaratory judgment relative to the illegal do not resuscitate order.
And all of those claims have survived.
We've had multiple motions to dismiss last July, last October.
We are in discovery right now.
We finished the first round of depositions in May.
Interestingly, we had two of the attorneys on the ground from Ohio.
We had our family depositions, my wife and my daughter's depositions done.
And the defense had a discussion with us, me and the legal team, and said, we're not going to proceed with the doctor and nurse's depositions unless Scott signs a gag order.
And so we said, okay, we'll go under a gag order as long as you file a motion with the court.
So the court makes a decision on the gag order.
And that decision was just happened July 29th, two months ago.
And the judge released the gag order relative to the transcript and the audio.
I'm still under a gag order relative to the video component of the depositions.
You know, the idea, it's so crazy, David, but the idea is that, well, if I show these videos, so then a person has a picture of the person who did this to Grace, that could put their life in jeopardy.
So anyway, that was the message the judge gave us, but at least I can now release the details.
I have, we're only a third done with the depositions, but I would say I have roughly 50 lies reported under oath in the depositions.
I mean, you can't, this stuff, people would think that once somebody's under oath, they're telling the truth.
You know, we had a doctor, a doctor who I never met.
They never met this doctor, and he's talking about how he met me, and I told him how Grace is a golfer.
Well, Grace has never picked up a club other than in mini golf.
It's ridiculous.
But that's what's going on.
And that's why the legal system, people are thinking, oh, Scott, this is great.
It's great because we have an opportunity to have a platform to share the truth.
But I wouldn't wish going through a lawsuit on people because it's a time-consuming process.
And your mindset has to get into standards of care, which, and that's the main thing I want to talk about today is standards of care because just to give you just a blunt reference, David, you know, during COVID, they were pushing ventilators.
We turned down the ventilator five different times.
Grace was never on a ventilator.
And I believe because we rejected the ventilator, which was about a $300,000 payday, that's why they euthanized Grace to turn the bed.
So ultimately, if Grace would have been put on a ventilator and died on the ventilator, which would have been statistically what would have happened, because nine out of 10 people when they were put on a ventilator died on the ventilator, we'd have no lawsuit because that was the standard of care.
Doctors are immune from liability if they follow the standard of care to kill you.
That's just amazing.
And I've talked about the economics of this.
And of course, that number that you gave, typically I say, well, you know, they were told if they pointed somebody and say, you got COVID, $13,000.
You put them on a ventilator, $39,000.
The ventilators cost them $50,000.
They're already in the black with it.
And then they get to charge you for your daily use.
And then because it's a COVID patient, they get a 20% bonus for everything.
So what was that number that you came up with?
300,000?
The reason I say 300,000 is because the government incentives weren't 300,000.
But when you add, when you look at statistically what was going on, the average hospital stay with somebody on a ventilator was 22 days.
That's right.
Yeah, the daily use.
And then they get 20% over what they would have normally charged from the government.
So they're financially incentivized to kill these people on the ventilators.
That truly is amazing.
And the standard of care, and of course, Remdesivair, Fauci made that the standard of care when they had never done any people who are pulmonologists, people who are respiratory technicians said, what is this about putting people who are having difficulty breathing, putting them on ventilators?
Or people who are having difficulty breathing, giving them respiratory suppressant drugs like midazolam and things like that.
You know, this absolutely makes no sense, unless it is the purpose of the government to kill people.
Now, part of a couple of things that stand out in your lawsuit.
First of all, the idea that in Wisconsin, informed consent is just ignoring that is just malpractice.
It's not a crime.
That's kind of interesting because that flies in the face of the Nuremberg Codes where you have to get an informed consent.
But then also when you talk about the fact that the key thing in your lawsuit was that you were able to get this medical battery charge, which is outside of malpractice, because always in malpractice, they like to just have the insurance companies paper this over with a lot of cash and then it goes away.
But this is a medical battery charge.
And that is very important because that does come down to the malicious murder of people.
I had just this last week when I was talking about the information coming out of the UK.
I had a listener who called and talked about how they had killed his wife, put her on a ventilator, and then said, well, she can't handle the ventilator anymore.
She's not going to survive.
So they take her off the ventilator, give her this cocktail of midazolam and a couple of other things to suppress her respiratory system as well.
He said she still survived 40 minutes, even though they wouldn't help her.
You know, it's just amazing how criminal these people were.
And they did it for money.
That's the other thing.
They did it for money, didn't they?
What's, you know, as I've studied this, and you referenced my podcast, my podcast is called Deprogramming with Grace's Dad.
Well, the programming is so, it's by design.
These, you know, not just the population has been programmed, but the medical profession has been programmed.
And, you know, they follow these standards of care like a religion.
And they actually think, a lot of them think they're doing society a favor by following standards of care.
They believe in rationing because they've been sold a lie over and over and over and it's become the truth to them.
That does not get them out of their choice, by the way, but it is part of what I've seen with the banality of evil.
I mean, you, I'm sure, know of Hannah Aaron.
She coined that phrase when she studied the Adolph Eichmann trial.
And that is what's going on.
The very few people who are truly awake see it, but otherwise, they have everybody participating in this.
Right down, my wife went to a Girl Scout camp a couple of weeks ago.
And in the documentation for her to sign up for this, she was a former Girl Scout leader.
And I mean, the Girl Scouts is another bought organization.
I'm not going on that rabbit trail right now, but you get into the minutia, and they would not let her go to the camp unless she was vaccinated.
And there's no religious exemption.
So, of course, she just said, I'm not getting it.
If you don't want me to come, I'm not coming.
But, I mean, this is how they get everybody to participate.
This vaccination agenda, I mean, the number of pediatricians and the people who believe that that is our way to save ourselves, it's hard.
But they've been working on that vaccination SIOP since the 1880s.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
It's very ingrained in everybody's thinking and ingrained at a very early age.
And now Pfizer is going around with a mobile school classroom propagandizing kids about the next lockdown and the next germ game and all the rest of the stuff and how you're going to have to wait.
And we're going to be the ones who are going to come to the rescue with a rapidly created vaccine that's going to be required of everybody to get out of their homes.
I mean, it's just, they used to be propagandizing the people in the medical community, the government and that type of thing for 20 years running these germ games.
Now they're taking the germ games out to the young kids.
So they're going to have allies and true believers that grow up believing this stuff.
It truly is amazing.
You want to talk about standard of care.
Tell us a little bit about what you wanted to.
Yeah, I do because, you know, you start with just think through what we all believe relative to the Hippocratic oath.
And we believe, if you want to bring up the first slide, Travis, you know, you'll see the title of this.
I say standards of care is standards of death.
And what we've been told regarding the Hippocratic Oath, if I just did a man on the street interview, it would, people would say, assuming they know what the Hippocratic oath is, they would say, first, do no harm.
That's what we've been programmed to believe.
Well, the reality is that if you actually read the Hippocratic Oath, and this is why I try to take, every time I have a chance to talk, I want to take it outside of COVID to show people how long Satan has been playing this game and using the law of entropy to his advantage.
Because the Hippocratic Oath, the first paragraph of the Hippocratic Oath, if you read it, it's an oath to four satanic gods.
So you wonder, why are we in the trouble we're in?
In 400 BC, the Hippocratic Oath was already written to four satanic gods, and that's been the acceptable standard.
So for over 2,000 years already.
That's what's going on.
So I want to get into, you know what, I do want to show a couple pictures of my beautiful daughter.
Yes.
If I can.
That's the second slide.
Okay.
Yeah.
So Travis, if you want to bring up the second slide, you can see some pictures of Grace.
And I always tease with the second slide that the picture on the left is my hair color before I hired four attorneys.
Anyway, you're lucky that you're able to find four attorneys that are going to go after the doctors in the medical system.
Most of them are afraid to do that.
So that's good that you found somebody.
Yeah, well, I agree with that.
I mean, there's not enough attorneys for this, but also what they have done is make it near impossible to win because the attorneys can only, assuming that they're doing it on contingency, we're not doing ours on contingency, but if they're on contingency, our state statutes say they only can get a third.
The maximum malpractice claim is by claim, not by individual you're suing, is $750,000.
So our lawsuit is estimated to cost $800,000 in legal fees.
So think it through.
Attorneys aren't going to take these cases on because there's no money in them.
That's right.
There are other people talking about these types of antibiotics and other things.
Somebody, I read an article yesterday.
They said, we talked to attorneys, and I think it was actually a listener who said, we talked to attorneys and they said, we can't take that.
It bankrupt us.
Because they've made sure they so control the system and they have so much money.
It's one of the reasons why they started with RICO statute to come after organized crime.
And I don't agree with that.
You know, just take the money first and then we can come after them.
I don't agree with that principle, but that's why they were doing that because they couldn't get convictions against organized crime.
And they can't get convictions against pharmaceutical companies for the same reason.
They're organized crime.
They've got all the money.
So you're not going to be able to beat them in this crooked system in most cases.
I agree.
Yeah.
I mean, and these laws, I mean, people think that the PrEP Act is what we're fighting, that that gave immunity for COVID.
The PrEP Act is child's play compared to the statutes that have been around since the 70s.
Even just another quick one is because Grace was a legal adult, Grace was 19 years old, there is by statute no loss of companionship claim by statute.
I mean, this is why you wrap your head around this and it's so evil and it's so many angles.
And that's why when I, like I said, when I get a chance to talk, I like to zoom out and show, okay, this has been happening for 6,000 years.
I've come to the conclusion, we'll bring up slide three.
By the way, David, I don't see them on your screen, but I have them on mine.
We got it.
You got it?
Okay.
On the third slide, what I'm first exposing, I've studied this quite a bit, the law of entropy.
So the law of entropy says we go from freedom to control, from order to chaos.
Well, God is a God of order.
God is a God of freedom.
So we don't, these things that are happening are not from God's system or God's way.
So I've come to the conclusion that the law of entropy did not exist before the garden until the first sin entered the world.
And so then now Satan uses the law of entropy and the Hippocratic oath I already explained.
Okay, well, the Hippocratic Oath, if that is put in place in 400 BC and that gets repeated over and over and over and all of a sudden propagandize it to first do no harm and that's what people believe, it's no wonder we trust the white coat.
And then you, what I have also seen is that in Genesis 18, 17, this is when right before God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, he said to Abraham, Shall I withhold from Abraham what I'm about to do?
And that is a principle, that's a biblical principle.
And Satan is under God, even though Satan is the prince of this world.
He is under God and he has a responsibility.
Satan's also a legalist.
So he legally, not lawfully, but legally exposes what he is going to do.
The Hippocratic Oath becomes a big one.
The virology vaccine agenda in the 1880s that we already referenced, already in the early 1900s, doctors were using reason.
We can't fight Satan with reason, but they were using reason to speak out and say, listen, 100% of my patients who have cancer are vaccinated.
I don't see cancer in any unvaccinated patients.
This was already in the early 1900s, but nobody would listen because the propaganda was already starting way back then.
Jacobson versus Massachusetts.
This is huge.
I'm going to read out of that decision because it's that big.
This is how they pulled COVID off.
Jacobson was a pastor.
He didn't want to take the smallpox vaccine.
His case went all the way to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court decided 7-2 in favor of the state of Massachusetts.
And what they did was put a stake in the ground that said collectivism is now legal.
And here's what they said.
In every well-ordered society charged with the duty of conserving the safety of its members, the rights of the individual in respect to his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint to be enforced by reasonable regulations as the safety of the general public may demand.
So this is what they did with COVID.
In 2012, it became legal to use propaganda against their own citizens so then they can do a fake pandemic and use this spirit of collectivism stake in the ground from Jacobson versus Massachusetts to do lockdowns, masks, forced vaccinations.
All those things became legal.
They're not lawful.
And Jacobson versus Massachusetts started that process.
And of course, point out to people, you know, he fought this.
They never vaccinated him, but they did make him pay the fine and that.
Correct.
And as you point out, it was the beginning of this whole idea of public health being more important than the individual's health, more important than the individual's consent.
And that's why I say, you know, when you look at public health or you look at public education, they're not about health.
They're not about education.
They're collectivist organizations.
They're about subordinating the individual to the collective.
And that's why they're fundamentally Marxist in their orientation.
And you briefly mentioned 2012, when it became legal to propagandize the population.
Smith Month Act was repealed by the Obama administration, saying we're going to now directly propagandize people in the United States.
They'd had that prohibition there when they created Voice of America and Radio Free Europe and other things like that.
Said, oh, we'll only do that over there.
You know, same type of thing we're seeing with the CIA, the NSA, spying on Americans from their inception, now removing any legal penalties for them to lie and to propagandize us.
So, yeah, I just wanted to fill that in as well.
Yeah.
It's just fantastic.
This is why when you asked me to come on, I would jump on it because you and I, it's just, you have such a, you've been doing this a lot longer than me.
I'm a newbie on the block.
And, you know, when I'm seeing this, it's like, oh my gosh, you know, and you fill in those gaps.
It's just, it's fantastic.
You know, the Flexner report in 1910, the Carnegie family hired Abraham Flexner.
This is where conventional medicine got started in 1910.
Allopathic conventional medicine.
And this report threw all other modes under the bus, chiropractic, naturopathic, osteopathic, everything else was labeled quackery.
And what I want to dive into a bit with the time we have left is Medicare.
Medicaid was passed into law July 30th, 1965 by President Johnson.
And I believe by design, these laws that the government claims are to help the citizens, so this was to take care of the elderly and the disabled.
I believe that was put in place by design.
They were able then to pull it off through standards of care, which started in the early 1980s.
And now the standards of care are literally designed to hasten our death.
And I'm going to go through an example of that in just a little bit.
Oh, yeah, you're absolutely right.
You know, when you look at Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, that was how they pushed all this stuff through.
They were the ones that are giving the standard of care, as you point out.
They're also the ones who are giving the bonuses of 20% and that type of thing.
And after getting these people hooked on that money, then the following year, when Biden comes around and says, now you're going to vaccinate all of the people in the hospital, all the doctors and nurses who had been partnering with them to do this to the rest of us, now you're going to vaccinate them.
And if you don't, we're going to cut off all of your Medicare, Medicaid, and you're going to go out of business because they've gotten so reliant upon that.
That's what they do.
They always throw the money out there.
They get you addicted.
It's like a drug dealer, right?
Because that's the way these guys operate.
They get you hooked on the money and then you're theirs and they can do to you whatever they wish.
That's absolutely, you're absolutely right.
It was Medicare was a big part of it.
And you know, I just mentioned this last week how everybody was so afraid of Hillary Clinton's health care and rightfully so that they're going to have death panels and they're going to decide what we can and cannot have in terms of health and they're going to ration care and all these other things.
Well, guess what?
That all happened with the lockdowns in 2020.
You know, we got all of that stuff that we were so worried about.
They're able to run it through and they will run it through with a Republican on us.
It's just amazing.
Well, it's insane.
And now that you mentioned CMS, Travis, if you can bring up the fourth slide, I referenced CMS here.
So we get this idea.
Think about the programming here.
We're programmed.
Hey, when you retire, you can be, you know, you've got Social Security, you get free health care, blah, blah, blah.
Well, you know, then a couple times a year, they throw this out that, you know, Medicare is going to go bankrupt.
Social Security is going to go bankrupt.
That's all a lie to get us to fight for our own demise.
So then we fight back.
No, you can't take my Social Security away.
You can't take my Medicare away.
And those are designed to kill us.
So we end up Participating in our own demise by them throwing out those lies.
So it's the ultimate bait and switch for our life.
CMS is CMS controlling standards of care is illegal because that's the federal government.
But they have been able to pull it off through the Chevron Doctrine from 1984.
You know, the Chevron Doctrine was now repealed three months ago, but we'll see how that shakes out.
I mean, that also could be another bone that they get us to chase because we're still in that system.
All right.
So then we'll go to slide five, Travis.
I want to just show Satan's legalism in two very specific things relative to standards of care.
So the first one is in Obamacare.
Obamacare passed March 23rd of 2010.
And Obamacare, we're the greatest country in the world, David, at projecting our sins.
So we look at the Canadian-made medical assistance and dying program, all those naughty Canadians.
Well, we invented it.
Here you see right in Section 1555 that we're authorizing assisted suicide, euthanasia, and mercy killing right through Obamacare.
Then before that, President Reagan authorized vaccines to kill us with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, November 14th of 1986.
So now we have the two major ways they kill us, vaccines, euthanizing, and they both were codified into law.
So this is Satan's legal agenda.
And let me tell the people who are listening, because we do have some people listening on audio only, this Obamacare thing that you're referencing here, which you've got underscored, that these organizations may not, they're required to say if the entity does not provide any health care item or service furnished for the purpose of causing or for the purpose of assisting and causing the death of an individual, such as by assisted suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing.
And so, you know, the issue is that they're laying the groundwork there for that, as you point out.
Exactly.
I mean, this is why I say Satan is the ultimate legalist.
All these things are legal.
They're not lawful, but they're all legal.
And that's why, you know, the odds of holding anybody to account for COVID and all the atrocities before COVID is very low.
Because they're operating with the legal authority.
If we go to slide six, this is statistically what they're trying to do.
And slide six, I call it the death funnel.
And they want us all on Medicare.
So you think, well, they're trying to get us off Medicare.
It's just the opposite because once you've bought into Medicare, your supposed free healthcare, which isn't free, of course, then you are subscribing to the standards of care.
And the standards of care are designed to kill you.
I'm going to give you a very specific example with the next slide.
And so the question becomes, can you avoid signing up?
There's 135 million Americans on Medicare Medicaid today.
That's over a third of our population.
The cost is approaching $5 trillion a year for those people when you include their Social Security.
That's over 50% of the annual federal budget.
You can see why this spirit of collectivism was so important to implement because their goal was to get people on the programs.
Why?
So they can kill them.
So can you avoid signing up?
And the answer is the only way you can avoid signing up is to not take your Social Security.
That's how they married those two things together because once you take your Social Security, you are signed up.
That was by design.
All right.
So then we'll go to slide seven.
I want to just cover.
What that CMS does is it financially incentivizes the doctors to do even more to you, right?
You know, for the longest time, we had cash patients and we had one of these Christian ministries.
And when you tell them that, hey, I'm a cash patient, well, we would normally do this, this, and this, but we don't have to do that.
So we won't do that.
It's like, well, great, because those types of tests and procedures could wind up killing you.
So, you know, besides costing a lot of money.
But once you've got that label there, now you're a cash cow.
And now they're going to do everything they can think of to get the money out of you.
That's the real danger of that.
Yeah.
And the services they provide to get the money out of you are designed to kill you.
And that's right.
One that just about everybody would be familiar with, and that's why I like to use this one, is cancer.
So the standards of care for cancer have been around since the early 80s.
Already in 1984, there were doctors speaking out, and that's the cover of this book, Dissent in Medicine, was written in 1984 by nine doctors.
They're speaking out against the cancer standards of care, which are the same then as they are now.
Chemo, radiation, and cutting.
Those were the standards of care in the early 80s.
They're the standards of care now.
They don't tell you that chemo has a 97.9% kill rate.
They will not tell you most cancer has been cured.
Why?
Because they'll lose their licenses if they do.
They'll lose their million dollar mortgages if they do.
They have to follow the standard of care to kill you.
This is what these guys wrote in the book already in the 84, trying to warn people again by reason.
This is a satanic agenda.
That's why reason didn't work.
They wrote the entire field of orthodox oncology will disappear as chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation for cancer are revealed as fundamentally irrational and scientifically insupportable.
So these MDs already knew this was a lie and they just thought, well, we can just, we want to warn our profession so we stop killing people.
You know, ultimately, they concluded a patient stands a better chance of recovering if he's never diagnosed.
So this is what's going on.
This is why I say the standards of care are really standards of death.
Then relative to the vaccine agenda, so that's the, that's to euthanize somebody.
What about vaccines?
Slide eight, Travis, if you bring that up.
This is from a nurse, David.
She's a labor and delivery nurse.
My daughter, Jessica, found this on Facebook about two months ago.
And she's proud of herself.
She put her picture and her name on this Facebook post.
She wrote, as a labor and delivery nurse, it was up to me to inject the newborn.
Even back then, over 30 years ago, we had patients that would refuse.
I know that it is their right as parents to refuse, but as not only a nurse, but also a mother, I just could not send a baby home defenseless.
I know what I did was not right, but I would inform the parents I was taking the baby to weigh him or her on a more precise scale and then take them to the nursery and inject them.
Just had to do it.
No baby was going to bleed out on my watch in spite of the parents' stupidness.
Wow.
Wow.
Travis, my son, is they're just a couple months away from having their baby.
Travis, you better stay with that baby everywhere.
They got to take him somewhere.
You're going with him as well.
I mean, that's just you cannot leave the baby at all.
You cannot fall trap to their foolishness.
They're ratcheted it up.
So, you know, Travis, I know you're listening.
I would encourage you to not even go to the hospital to have the baby.
And the reason is, is if you start rejecting the hospital protocols, they can call CMS on you, or not CMS, CPS on you, Child Protective Services.
And they do it with legal authority because we are under medical military control right now because we are still under a public health emergency.
It's not a joke.
So you literally cannot leave the baby.
And better yet is to have the baby outside of the hospital.
Oh, I've covered so many stories about hospitals kidnapping kids.
That's just amazing.
But yeah, that's another story.
Continue with yours.
I'm sorry.
I didn't mean to.
All right.
On slide nine, what I have documented, why do doctors follow this?
If they know these standards of care are killing, why do they follow it?
Well, part of it is, of course, their program.
But also, as I mentioned earlier, the state licensing boards, the state statutes, and it's so deep that we believe that we have informed consent, and yet informed consent is kind of a cursory thing.
And the Cures Act, C-U-R-E-S, in 2016, effectively removed informed consent.
So you've got to have an advocate with you, always never leaving your side if you're in a hospital state.
The clip that I have underneath the training AI, this is, we had an attorney involved to approach the district attorney in our county with a criminal case against the doctor who euthanized Grace and put the illegal DNR.
And this is what she wrote back in response to the attorney.
She wrote, a doctor is not required to administer treatment she or he believes is not medically effective.
This includes authorizing a DNR.
The parties clearly had a dispute about how Dr. Shokar should treat Grace.
Dr. Shokar did not abide by the wishes of the family.
However, there's no law in Wisconsin that requires him to do so.
Wow.
Wow.
And this stuff is, you know, your brain should explode when you hear this and you think, oh, gosh, this is really what is going on.
And the answer is yes, this is really what's going on.
We are involved with a hospital rescue right now.
My wife is in a hospital with a lady in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, trying to get her out.
She didn't have any paperwork or anything available ahead of time.
She didn't plan.
She has special needs.
So the state assigned a guardian.
She has become a ward of a state under a guardian, and they're trying to kill her because she's on the system.
All right, big picture.
I always want to close out with a couple big picture things.
Let's go to slide 10.
And this is when I keep saying this is a satanic agenda.
The idea of public health is a complete lie.
It's public death.
Why?
Because the globalists have been submitted to Satan and they believe they're going to live forever with transhumanism.
We don't have enough resources.
People are too expensive.
And so they have all the money.
We have a fiat currency so they can buy off everybody who isn't one of God's.
And, you know, ultimately, big pharma, big corporations control our government.
And the government just becomes a puppet implementing Satan's agenda.
If you read Ephesians 6, 12 in the Geneva Bible, because they've eliminated it in the translations most people read, you'll see that the government is a function of how Satan operates.
And then I do want to explain, God always warns us ahead of time, slide 11, Revelation 18, 23, for your merchants were the most important people of the earth, because with their sorceries or pharmakia, they deceived all nations.
So that's what's going on.
We see this big picture.
You know, the medical industrial complex is the biggest one in the world on purpose because God said this is, God prophesied, this is how it's all going to come to a close.
All right.
So then I want to just close with one more big picture slide and then people obviously, what are we going to do?
So I do want to close with what are we going to do.
But one more big picture slide, slide 12.
What I see happening, David, is we have this desire for security and comfort.
Everybody want to get things back to normal.
Gas two weeks ago in Wisconsin dropped to $279 a gallon.
Oh, you know, thank God everything's back to normal.
Well, it's not back to normal.
And God warns us against delusions.
In 2 Thessalonians 2, verses 10 through 12, he says they perish because they refuse to love the truth and so be saved.
For this reason, God sends them a powerful delusion so they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth, but delighted in wickedness.
So, you know, we see this over and over and over.
We got this, you know, politics right now.
Everybody is engulfed in politics.
I mean, it's a delusion.
It's a delusion to get us to participate in our own demise.
And I've done a lot of studying on this.
You can see in the bottom right-hand corner, I did about a 500-hour research project called The Matrix Revealed, where I expose this in a lot of detail.
So then now what?
Slide 13, Travis.
Before you leave, I like the cartoon down to the bottom, the illusion of free choice.
You got the cow looking, and there's a left and a right there, and there's two different paths, but both those paths converging in after that wall and going back into the slaughterhouse.
And that really is what these elections are.
And I agree with you.
You know, we need to understand that we're never going to break through with any of this stuff as long as we fight this simply as a, you know, try to rationalize this With people who have absolutely no reason to think that they need to do the right thing because they have rejected God and they've rejected morality.
You're not going to get anywhere with those people.
They're going to look at what is in ultimately, when push comes to shove, they're going to do what's in their best interest, which is going to be money and power.
Sometimes it also involves sex, but when we're talking about the medical stuff, it's money and power.
They're going to make those choices in what somebody would call enlightened self-interest, but they're not going to make these choices as someone who is responsible and accountable to God.
And if we don't have that as a society, that's why our society is coming apart.
That's why we're seeing the corruption that we see everywhere.
That's correct.
And what your bright light test, you know, when you start hearing the politicians that are solving everything, if they do not call for repentance, they're lying.
So both sides lie.
You might as well get it through your head.
We're not going to elect our way out of this.
Yeah, they don't think that they need to apologize for anything they've done either.
They absolutely have no conscience on it.
Talking about the Bible, we were just talking about this this weekend with my family, how negative the Bible is about physicians.
Yes.
Going back to the Old Testament, right?
King Asa, and as he says, well, he got an illness in his foot and he went to see a doctor, so he died.
And just kind of leave it there, you know?
It's like, well, it's true.
We got to think about that.
And then coming forward, you know, at the time of Jesus, this woman comes up to him and she's had this illness, this bleeding, whatever, that she's had for a very long time.
And the doctors haven't been able to heal her, it says, but they have taken all of her money.
It's like, yeah, okay.
Over and over again, you see the same thing in that quote that you got there about the merchants, the great merchants of the world, the pharmakea, the sorcerers, as it's usually translated, but the pharmacia.
I call them the pharmake all the time.
That's exactly that.
That is so spot on as a description of these people.
And it's just as appropriate today as it was 2,000 years ago.
And of course, they saw this coming to the extent that we've never seen it before.
We've never seen the pharmake with this much power.
We've never seen these merchants with this much money and with this much ruthlessness and this much just unrepentance about the murders that they do to people.
They really don't care.
We've never seen this type of thing ever before in humanity.
Humanity doesn't change in terms of it, but the extent of it we have not seen to this extent.
Partially we see it because they have, through the banality of evil, dumbed down the population through the public fool system.
Yeah.
That's right.
And that really helps them implement this agenda.
You know, the event that you referenced in Jesus' time, it comes out of Mark chapter 5.
And that's a great segue into slide 13 because the only, what the end of that story is, so the doctors took all that lady's money and they didn't cure her.
But the end of the story is she came to Jesus and he said, it's your faith that has healed you.
So once she had a repentant heart and realized I blew it, she came to him and he did not hold that against her.
And that's the Jesus of the Old Testament, the New Testament, and the Jesus today never changes.
And so this slide 13, I put now what?
Legislation.
I've had several people come up to me.
We should have grace's law so that we don't have DNR orders.
Believe me, we cannot, we've never been able to legislate morality, so I'm not biting on that.
The new administration, I mean, God warned us in 1 Samuel chapter 8.
You know, Trump is not a savior.
The desire for a king in 1 Samuel 8, God warned them, I'm the king.
And so then once he said to Samuel, give him their king.
But when they find out the king is going to enslave them, and when he does enslave them, when they come crying to me, I'm already done with them.
I warned them.
So, you know, a new king is not going to fix this.
And you think, well, we don't have a king here yet.
Well, we do.
I mean, we live under that same, because it's not a literal king with a crown on his head, but it's the idea that we want a king to fix everything for us instead of a king.
And then, of course, conservatives and liberals want that.
Let's send somebody to Washington that's going to fix everything for us, right?
Yeah.
So the courts, you know, we covered that enough.
So the pharmaceutical picture that I have on the left or on the right is not meant to be a pharmaceutical.
When I did the Matrix Revealed series, I ended up doing an explainer video and I called it the solution to both the blue pill and the red pill.
Those traps, the matrix is the white pill.
And the white pill is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
So he's always been the solution.
That's good.
I like that as opposed to not get out of this without revealing.
I agree.
I don't really like that.
Exactly.
We got the red and the blue pill.
Well, we got the black pill.
People, it's just, I'm so, you know, negative about everything.
Well, we got the white pill that we're offering.
I like that a lot.
I've not heard it before.
I want to show on, you've already showed my website.
So I want to just go to our latest billboard, slide 15.
And we put this up the week after the gag order was lifted.
Will you survive the hospital say?
We have two of these up, both about 25 minutes away from the hospital that murdered Grace.
Last time I was on, we talked about my medical murder series and this URL, medicalburner.net, links to my medical murder series, which is medical murder is the number one cause of death in the United States by design.
And that's where that goes if people want to study more.
And the last slide I have is outside the courthouse, slide 16, outside the courthouse, after our first victory, July 14th of 2023, the attorneys made me wear a suit.
I don't normally wear a suit, but they said, you got to do it for the hearing.
So I did.
Our daughter, Jessica, is on my right, my beautiful wife, Cindy, on my left.
And I am here because they messed with the wrong girl.
Yes.
Good for you.
Good for you.
Well, we need to do what we can to pursue justice.
And that always needs to be the case.
And as you pointed out, you know, politics, having a grace's law or whatever.
We have a good constitutional system, but we don't have people that will follow the Constitution.
I've said this so many times when you have people say, let's have a constitutional convention and fix all this stuff.
Mark Levin, you know, talking about doing it.
It's like, no, no.
Who's going to be writing the new constitution?
The people who won't follow the one that we've got right now.
And the problem is moral.
It is not legal.
We have a good legal system.
The problem is we've got immoral people who won't follow that legal system.
As John Adams said, this form of government is not going to work for people that are not, if it's not a moral people.
If you don't have any self-governance, if it's just going to be dog, eat, dog, whatever anybody can get away with, they don't think they're ever going to be held accountable, not in this world and not in the next world.
Well, then you're not going to have a society where anybody's going to be interested in following the law.
So you can pass all these laws and all these prohibitions and they will just swipe them away.
I mean, what were we talking earlier about what happened with the FISA Act?
That was supposed to stop them from doing mass surveillance.
Instead, what they did was they turned it around and used that as a legal excuse, legal permission for them to spy on everybody.
And they actually ramped it up and did it in our face after they had the law to prohibit it.
And so that's when you have immoral people who are ruling your country, no law is going to stop them.
It's just a piece of paper.
And they will tell you, it's just a piece of paper.
I don't care what it is.
You're going to have to have that white pill.
And that's where our hope is.
Our hope is not in enforcing these people, but our hope to be good.
We can't do that.
But it is showing them the God that can make them good and that can change their life.
And that's really the key thing.
Right on, David.
Very well said.
Nice closing.
Well, again, tell us a little bit more about your website.
And of course, if people want to support you, you've got merchandise there and a lot of other things.
I've got some printouts of your website here.
Tell us a little bit about your website there and what is there.
Yeah, so the website is ouramazinggrace.net.
In the upper right-hand corner, you can subscribe to our sub stack.
That's the main tool I'm using to get the research out that I'm doing.
If people want to contribute, you'll see we have a give, send, go.
We do have merchandise now.
We started some shirts.
My daughter, Jessica, got this going.
She did a great job.
The goal with these shirts is to get the message out.
We receive $5 a shirt.
You hire a vendor to do all this stuff.
But what's cool about the shirts, I'm just actually going to grab a couple and show you so people can get a grip on what we're doing.
Yeah, and that's the key.
They are trying to do this on their own.
And it is very important what he's doing in terms of educating people.
We don't know what it is.
They can really blindside us and they can blindside us with fear, with ignorance.
They can get us redirected to the condition itself so we don't look at what it is that they're giving us.
It's very important.
Very important what you're doing.
So when you wear these, I would like to wear them in airports because you're going to strike up conversations.
There you go.
That's great.
I like that.
And then we have one for the unvaccinated lives matter in the form of Black Lives Matter.
And so will you survive a hospital stay, medicalmurder.net.
That's certainly good.
Yeah, I like that.
So those are the type of shirts you're going to see on the website.
We have some ones that are emphasizing our beautiful daughter, Grace, too.
But I want people to wear these things because everybody, nobody is necessarily going to do what I'm doing.
I get that.
I was at retirement.
So I mean, I have the time and the resources to be able to do this.
And also God built me a certain way.
He made me for a time such as this.
But everybody can wear a shirt and then engage with the person in the grocery store.
It becomes our responsibility.
We all have to do our part.
That's what the parable of the talents is about.
And people may not even say anything to you about it.
They just may look at that website there and go to that website and look at it themselves.
That's absolutely right.
Well, that's very important.
And again, I'm so sorry for your loss, but thank you so much for what you're doing.
It is very important in terms of educating people so that they're not taken advantage of by this system, this horrible predatory system that's been put in place.
It truly is evil and it is satanic.
Thank you so much, Scott Shara.
And sorry about your daughter, our amazinggrace.net or you can go to dot com either one of them take the same place thank you so much scott i appreciate it well thank you god bless you david the common man they created common core to dumb down our children they created common past to track
