	19th of December, 2024. I've got to get my head out of this article here.
	We've got a lot to talk about today.
	We've got massive turmoil in Canada and Germany.
	There are governments that I haven't talked about yet.
	I want to make sure I get to that today.
	But we're going to begin with turmoil in our own government.
	As we look at the pushback against what Speaker Mike Johnson has done and what is in this bill.
	One of the reasons that they dropped these gigantic bills and give people only a little bit of time to consider them is because of the garbage that's in there.
	But they caught on to that trick.
	We're going to talk about that as well as Gavin Newsom and the mainstream media are now pushing bird flu yet again.
	It never goes away.
	But now they are targeting towards backyard chickens.
	That's right.
	Got to get after all of the local food production.
	We're going to take a quick look at PCR and what is really behind all of this stuff and the new digital PCR.

	Well, Congress's first gift to Trump could be a legislative kitchen sink, said Just the News.
	Actually, it's the first grift.
	The first grift.
	Folks, what we're looking at with this bill, Mike Johnson said, no, no, no, we're not going to do an omnibus Christmas thing.
	I've seen that done before.
	That's contemptible.
	No, we're not going to do that at all, he said, in September.
	And here it is.
	And then he comes out and he says, no, this is just a continuing resolution.
	Except there's a lot of things in there that aren't continuing.
	They're being added as new.
	And he is continuing some very reprehensible stuff.
	And he is using the issue of helping people who have been harmed by this hurricane.
	Here we are in December, you know.
	When this thing happened, Johnson didn't want to interrupt his campaigning or anybody else's campaigning to help those people.
	And so we'll take care of it when we come back.
	Yeah.
	And here we are, just before Christmas, they still haven't done anything, except they want to keep using this to push through everything under the sun.
	So it is an omnibus bill.
	But as people look closer, I think we could call this an omni-BS bill.
	You're out of it.
	Take the you out of it.
	It's not about you.
	It's about their BS. It's not even a bus here.
	This is everything in it.
	Is BS. So that's the omni BS bill.
	So as one person was talking about it, you know, we said, we got to work with these Democrats, got to put this stuff in there.
	We don't have a lot of wiggle room.
	You got to remember, we can only afford to lose one person in the House, you know?
	We can only afford to lose, what, about four people in the U.S. Senate?
	Well, I think you've lost then.
	Because you've got a lot of people who are pushing back against this.
	The House Freedom Caucus tweeted out and said the Cramnibus is what they called it.
	I like Omni BS better.
	I think that's all BS. It's 1,550 pages.
	With $100-plus billion unpaid for spending negotiated behind closed doors, at least it should move under a rule that ensures, number one, a full 72 hours to read it, number two, a vote on the Doge Act to cut non-defense spending, 13%, and three, an amendment to stop Biden's ongoing fire sale of border wall stuff.
	That's a pretty narrow objection to it.
	The bottom line is we've had...
	It was this kind of nonsense that was created by Nancy Pelosi, continued by Eric Boehner, and others.
	It's one of the reasons why they came after Kevin McCarthy.
	He agreed not to do this kind of stuff.
	And then when he starts betraying them in other ways, they kick him out.
	They put in Mike Johnson, who just appears out of nowhere.
	Nobody had ever heard of this guy before.
	And they can't decide on who the new speaker is going to be.
	Is it going to be the second or third person?
	Is it going to be Scalise or Tom Emmer?
	Well, no, no, no.
	We got this new guy.
	His name came up and we all just agree he's a great guy.
	He said some great stuff at the very beginning.
	And then he turned out to have feet of clay and be a spineless tool of the establishment.
	That's why he was pulled out of there at the last minute.
	Congress failed to cut big spending, and now it's giving itself a year-end pay raise.
	This is one of the things that's in there.
	You're in pay raise.
	See, when I talked about this yesterday, there's a lot of stuff that was in there we didn't know.
	It starts leaking out a little bit at a time.
	One of the listeners put up, yeah, they've got stuff in there to hide house documents and other things like that.
	We'll talk about the implications of that as well.
	But let's talk about their money, first of all.
	Because like I said, you know, It's an omni-BS bill, because they've taken you out of the equation.
	It's not about you at all.
	It's about them.
	A salary bump for members of Congress, who are currently paid $174,000 per year, is included in the 1,547-page spending bill.
	They had put in automatic cost-of-living adjustments.
	But since 2009, for 15 years, every year, Congress has voted to block that.
	So it's there in the law, but they voted to block it.
	Except not this time.
	They just forgot to put that in, I guess.
	We forgot to block our default pay raise.
	So we get it.
	The House Speaker gets $223,500 annually.
	The Senate Majority Leader makes $193,400.
	As I said before, how did Fauci make over...
	400 and something.
	He made more than the president.
	And again, everybody's salary is kept at that of the vice president, except for Anthony Fauci.
	Isn't that interesting?
	Somebody should look into that someday.
	Don't you think that somebody in the mainstream media, or even the alternative media, would say, okay, let's get some answers here.
	How does he get that kind of a salary?
	Anyway, so they're making...
	In general, they're making $174,000 a year.
	The average salary in the United States is $66,621.
	So they're making two and a half times what the average American does.
	And we really like what they're doing because they've got a 19% approval rating.
	It's about the lowest for any institution or profession.
	I guess they profess to be doing something.
	But yeah, pay raise.
	They snuck in there at the last minute.
	Mike Johnson.
	And the good thing about this...
	You've got to look at the bright side of things, right?
	When we saw the Hunter Biden pardon...
	Everybody knows he's a criminal.
	Everybody knows the only convictions the Bidens have are those that they get in court.
	And they're not going to get those convictions now.
	But when I looked at the Hunter Biden thing, I was very happy with it because I said, this is going to put so much pressure on Trump to pardon the J6ers.
	And then Biden has continued to double down.
	They've got about 1,500 people, but so far, the Department of Justice has set its sights on.
	Only a couple of them could even be claimed to be violent.
	But then, again, you should look closely at those and see what was behind that.
	But for the most part, they're all nonviolent protesters, which is specifically protected under the Constitution.
	But I don't have any problem with any of the J6ers.
	The problem I have is with the people who set them up.
	The people who entrapped them.
	That's the problem I have.
	Includes Trump.
	But anyway, that's one of the reasons I thought it was a good thing.
	Because with a Hunter Biden pardon, and now he's followed it up with a pardoning of about 1,500 of his pals.
	So Trump, they've laid everything out there for him to, the people who selected him put him in office.
	They want to make him look good.
	And I guess they can't rely on Trump doing the right thing.
	So they get Biden to do the wrong thing.
	So that Trump can have pressure put on him to do the right thing.
	Johnson took the lead on negotiating the bill for Republicans, they said.
	And the interesting thing is...
	Is that he only talked to Democrats with all of this stuff.
	And you've got a lot of people coming forward and talking about that.
	People in Congress.
	He didn't talk to any of us.
	He just went to the Democrats.
	I said, well, we've got to get the Democrats on board because we need all their votes.
	Well, you've got enough votes to win if you get all the Republicans on board.
	But they didn't bother with that.
	So, this spending bill...
	Extends funding for a lot of censorship and reprehensible organizations.
	The GEC, the Global Engagement Center, has got lawsuits against it because it is a censorship organization.
	No doubt about it.
	The controversial program is supposedly designed to target foreign disinformation, but has several times led to the censorship of U.S. citizens and media outlets.
	Imagine my surprise, right?
	We look at the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
	They're using that now as a cover.
	It was supposed to prohibit them from spying on Americans.
	And so only, you know, for doing things, spying on foreigners in foreign countries.
	They couldn't even spy on foreigners in the U.S. But then they turned that around, and they used it for legal cover so that they could get a search warrant for Mr. and Mrs. Verizon.
	Everybody.
	and this is what's going on with this so-called global engagement center oh it's just for foreign censorship what is the u.s government doing in foreign censorship any anyway right uh so this is all pushed in uh at the 11th hour and when we look at um uh this the fact that it's pushed in at the
	It's not just the Congress that doesn't have the ability to look at what's happening with it, but the public doesn't either.
	It's one of the reasons why Nancy Pelosi, and actually she's telling you the truth, she said, we'll have to pass it to find out what's in it.
	Did that with Obamacare.
	Dropped it at the last minute.
	And they don't really care because they're just authorizing some broad general agenda And the devilish details will be put in by the bureaucracy that they kick it over to.
	And so it didn't take people too long to find out what's in this Omni-BS bill.
	Going back to the GEC thing.
	Critics argue that GEC collaborates with social media giants like Facebook and YouTube.
	That's not an argument.
	It's a fact.
	advising them on misleading narratives that they need to keep an eye on to censor people.
	And funding initiatives that blacklist and remove online content.
	Opinions deemed to be inconvenient are suppressed, says Reclaim the Net.
	Media outlets like the Daily Wire and the Federalist have joined forces with Texas in a lawsuit claiming that the GEC unfairly targets right-leaning platforms as disinformation, throttling their reach and their ad revenue.
	Now, that's where they're coming at it, folks.
	That's the demonetization of the media, right?
	It's all about the ad revenue.
	Why do you think people in the MAGA media who absolutely, behind closed doors, I've seen them, who absolutely hate Trump, why do you think that they applaud him all the time?
	It's for the money.
	And when you look at big pharmaceutical companies, the advertising that they're able to do with mainstream media, I get CNN and Fox and all of them to never, never investigate or question anything that pharmaceutical companies do because they're the biggest sponsor.
	It's all about the media.
	Now, on the other hand, if you say certain things, the public will censor you.
	If you say other things, the government will censor you through GEC by making sure that no advertisers will advertise on your platform.
	That's a key thing.
	They can demonetize you on YouTube, then they can ultimately ban you.
	They can demonetize you even with ads.
	And that's what NewsGuard is about.
	NewsGuard is also caught up in this, also being funded by this.
	And I want you to just think about this.
	This is what Speaker Mike Johnson threw more money to.
	Johnson doesn't have a problem with this.
	He's paying for it.
	Isn't that reprehensible?
	Yes.
	Now, hold that thought, MAGA, because it's also reprehensible when Trump funded the bad Democrat governors.
	If it was just Democrat governors, it was still Trump funding them.
	In the same way that Mike Johnson is funding these censorship organizations, Trump funded the people who wanted to censor your business, to censor everything about your life, who wanted to destroy the Bill of Rights and your business and your life.
	He gave them money, just like Mike Johnson is giving money to these censors.
	It's all about the money.
	The money is the control.
	They can control the press by making sure, by creating this organization that then advises advertisers, don't organize with so-and-so because they're bad.
	And it's because people will tell them the truth about whether there are any of these MacGuffins.
	Whether it is the climate MacGuffin or the COVID MacGuffin or the coming bird flu MacGuffin, you tell them the truth about that.
	Oh, you're awful.
	You're bad.
	Get rid of this person.
	And so they use social media companies to censor people, but they also use this structure to basically bankrupt them.
	And make sure that they can't get...
	This is why I don't pursue ads.
	This is why I depend on your contributions and thank you for doing that.
	I mean, we just passed the four-year anniversary.
	I'm not going to chase ads from these people.
	I'm surprised...
	We've had a lot of sponsors who have dropped us on the podcast, but I'm surprised that we still get ads there, frankly.
	I mean, they pulled a number on us last December.
	Somebody complained because I had a headline saying the pharmaceutical companies are murdering people because they are murdering people.
	And imagine that.
	You know, I told people the pharmaceutical companies are murdering people.
	And so I got kicked off.
	And I got kicked off for a weekend.
	They shut my podcast down.
	That had like seven years or so on there.
	And then we got it restored.
	But they didn't restore the advertising revenue.
	Basically what they didn't do was they didn't push it out to most of the places where people see it.
	There's only one or two places that it got pushed out.
	I had to go in and manually reactivate all these things.
	They got their ways.
	They've got their ways.
	But getting back to this, notice another turncoat here.
	John Cornyn comes up yet again.
	John Cornyn worked with Chris Murphy to pass the amendment to keep this censorship stuff going on.
	John Cornyn, one of the two senators out of Texas, the other one Ted Cruz, John Cornyn was right there with Trump.
	You know, he was on the right hand of Trump while Dianne Feinstein was on the left hand.
	And they were like, yeah, this is great.
	We're going to do gun control by executive order.
	And we're going to do all this stuff.
	And Trump said, yeah, whatever you want to do, we'll do that.
	Bump stocks, I can do that myself.
	But you guys, you know, Cornyn and Pelosi, put this stuff together.
	I'll sign anything you want.
	Get rid of guns in the Second Amendment.
	And here's John Cornyn coming after the First Amendment.
	What's the matter with people in Texas?
	Seriously?
	Conservative state?
	What are you trying to conserve?
	He's trying to conserve censorship.
	That's what he's trying to conserve.
	When did that become values?
	The GEC is facing lawsuits, many of them, over the funding of the Global Disinformation Index, which is a British group.
	Well, you know, we've outsourced this to the British spy group.
	That's the five I's.
	I mean, the U.S. CIA and the British intelligence, they all work together.
	To undermine our countries, both of our countries, all of our countries.
	You know, the Five Eyes is US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
	They're trying to undermine all of the English-speaking countries working with each other.
	You know, they even play these games.
	It's like, well, I'm not allowed to spy on Americans here in America, according to FISA. Of course, they find a way to do that.
	But they can also tell their British partners, you know, I can't spy on Americans, but you can spy on Americans, and you can tell us what you found.
	That's the kind of partnership.
	One of the reasons why they've got the five eyes.
	So that they can get around the laws in their countries.
	It's a supranational conspiracy.
	A cartel.
	An intelligence cartel that is a conspiracy.
	To undermine our rule of law.
	That's the way they work.
	They just tell the other people, do what we can't do legally for us.
	And we'll do the same thing for you.
	Got some prohibitions against this kind of stuff?
	No problem.
	We can work with that.
	So, the Global Disinformation Index is a British group that pressures advertisers to take off their ads.
	NewsGuard, same thing.
	Guards Goldsmith has talked many times about how miserable they make his life when he does stuff for MRCTV. He's got to file all these reports when NewsGuard comes after them, constantly on them, trying to shut them down, and constantly pushing back on it for MRCTV. NewsGuard is a blacklisting organization that rates levels of news outlets To call it misinformation.
	And they use it to censor conservative organizations by taking away their money, their funding, their ads.
	So, another aspect of this Omni-BS... Would be to block the probe of the January 6th committee, you know, and other records.
	Now, what first came up, the listener who put that up yesterday said, oh, look, they're going to cover up information about themselves.
	Well, this is especially targeted toward this J6 committee.
	People want to know what these people were saying to each other as they were coming after the January 6th people and indirectly, you know, coming after Trump.
	And they don't want people to see that.
	As Trump is saying, well, we're going to take a look at Liz Cheney.
	This is a way to shut all that down.
	So, you know, they had a witch hunt going there with the J6 committee.
	And a lot of people would like to know what they were doing.
	They're going to shut that down.
	And a lot of other things, too.
	Because there's a lot of stuff.
	It's not just January the 6th committee.
	There's a lot of stuff that Congress is doing.
	And they don't want you to have any ability to audit it, just like they don't want you to audit the Fed.
	So, the provision that would allow Congress to block the Trump administration from investigating congressional committees and their members.
	Mike Johnson put this in.
	Mike Johnson.
	Protect the possibly illegal activities of the select committee that investigated the mostly peaceful protest at the U.S. Capitol.
	Mostly peaceful.
	It was nearly entirely peaceful.
	And anyway, accuses former GOP representative Liz Cheney of colluding with a key witness on her testimony.
	And the J-6 committee itself of withholding or otherwise not archiving key records.
	So let's block it.
	You know, where did this rhino Johnson come from?
	Amazing.
	In September, Johnson said no Christmas omnibus will pass.
	And then he changed all that.
	And then lied to us again.
	Said it's not an omnibus bill.
	It is an omnibus bill.
	He just keeps lying.
	Johnson said he'd talked to Musk and his Doge partner, Ramaswamy, on Tuesday night about their concerns.
	I was communicating with Elon last night.
	Elon, Vivek, and I were on a text chain together.
	And I was explaining to them, he said, the background of all this.
	And he said, Vivek said, look, I get it.
	He said, we understand you're in an impossible position.
	Everybody knows that.
	And so Johnson goes on and says, remember, guys, we still have just a razor-thin margin of Republicans, so any bill has to have Democrat votes.
	And yet, Vivek said, well, it's not directed at you, Mr. Speaker, but we don't like the spending.
	And he said, I told him, guess what, fellows?
	I don't like it either.
	Well, I think you do, you liar.
	I think you love lying to people.
	What?
	Anyway.
	So, in a long post, Ramaswamy expanded it.
	He said in his criticism, he said it's full of excessive spending, special interest giveaways, pork barrel politics.
	If Congress wants to get serious about government efficiency, they should vote no.
	Well, they're not serious about it.
	Come on.
	He said the bill could have easily been under 20 pages.
	Instead, there are dozens of unrelated policy items crammed into the 1,547 pages.
	72 pages worth of, listen to this.
	Pandemic preparedness and response.
	A lot of people are not talking about that.
	They even threw that in there.
	They're still going to come back at us.
	Bird flu, whatever, disease X, whatever they make up.
	And we're going to talk about that coming up.
	Renewal of the much-criticized Global Engagement Center that I just talked about.
	The tactic of government-funded institutions to tell advertisers not to advertise with media organizations that the government doesn't like.
	You got a problem with that?
	Oh, that's not censorship, is it?
	Oh, yes it is.
	It absolutely is.
	Because it's all about the money, right?
	Just like Trump and his pandemic.
	Federal censorship is what it is.
	17 pieces, he said, of commercial legislation.
	I mentioned that yesterday.
	New football stadium in Washington, D.C. How is that part of a continuing resolution?
	Yeah, it's continuing the crony capitalism and corruption that Washington is famous for.
	Why do you think so much money was spent on the election?
	Because of what they're going to get out of it.
	And of course...
	To put Elon Musk in there as Mr. Efficiency, he's going to get the most out of all this stuff.
	That's what's so phony about all this stuff.
	Gotta call it the dodge, because that's what they're really doing.
	It's not doge, it's dodge.
	They're dodging all of this.
	A pay raise for congressmen, making them eligible for federal employee health benefits as well.
	He said they're trying to get this passed today while nobody is paying any attention and not giving them the time to take a look at it and not giving the public time to take a look at it, I would say, also.
	He said, can this be called a continuing resolution if it includes a 40% pay raise for Congress?
	I didn't realize it was going to be that high.
	That's higher than I've seen in other reports.
	But maybe he's right.
	Maybe he's right.
	I don't know.
	So, they want to stymie any investigations into Congress.
	They want to use this for censorship, for graft and corruption.
	Upon a motion made promptly by the House office or provider for a House office, a court of competent jurisdiction shall quash Or modify any legal process directed to the provider for a house office if compliance with the legal process would require the disclosure of house data of the house office.
	So we're going to quash and modify any request for information while we quash and modify media outlets that we don't like.
	Benny Johnson said a new provision on the latest continuing resolution and so forth.
	Let's Congress block subpoenas for House data, including emails, potentially preventing any investigation into the J6 committee and who knows what else.
	Jim Banks, a Republican in Indiana, said, did Liz Cheney negotiate this?
	Trump Jr. said, so the House is going to vote to protect itself from glaring and obvious wrongdoing?
	The American people didn't vote for this.
	Well, of course, I can say that pretty much about everything that they do.
	Elon Musk said any member of the House or Senate who votes for this outrageous spending bill deserves to be voted out in two years.
	Uh-oh.
	Now everything changes.
	Let's you know who's running the government, doesn't it?
	And after he said that, Trump jumped in on it, but it was Elon Musk that made the difference.
	I bet it even put some shockwaves through little Mike Johnson, who spent the weekend photobombing the pictures of Musk and Trump together, as he does all the time.
	He never has a seat at the table, but he's always got his head sticking over there in the picture.
	Rand Paul.
	Didn't pull any punches.
	Rand Paul said this bill is full of pork.
	And it shows that Johnson is a weak, weak man.
	See, this is the good thing about it.
	People are calling Johnson out.
	This guy has been a limited hangout.
	It's been a control factor since he was appointed.
	And finally, people are starting to have enough.
	And there's an opportunity, if they're disgusted enough with him, that maybe he won't win the speakership next year.
	So it would be good that if people would wake up to this Manchurian candidate, Mike Johnson.
	Rand Paul said, I'd hope to see Speaker Johnson grow a spine.
	But this bill full of pork shows that he is a weak, weak man.
	And a liar as well.
	So Elon Musk is the one who's opposing this Johnson-backed spending bill.
	The most powerful man in Washington right now, of course.
	The richest man in the world, and Washington runs on money.
	Trump then came out and said he's totally against this.
	And now Speaker Johnson says that he's considering himself to drop it for a clean, continuing resolution.
	As a matter of fact, here are some other GOP reactions.
	We're told right now in the past 30 or 40 minutes here that they might try to pull this interim spending bill off the floor and maybe just go with a clean bill.
	Unclear what that means for disaster assistance.
	Here's what happened.
	That means you just did the disaster assistance.
	Sent shockwaves through the Capitol.
	House Republicans were trying to see if they have enough votes to pass the spending bill in the next hour or two.
	Musk posted that anyone who votes yes should lose their office in two years.
	And lawmakers are scrambling.
	Tweets from Moscow, has that complicated this?
	This is Thune.
	I think that there's always a lot of...
	The next Senate leader.
	...what's happening up here, and...
	This is more than interest.
	They're telling people if they vote yes, they should be voted out.
	The social media world is a part of our politics, and I think members have to expect that.
	There will be a lot of hard votes in the next couple of years.
	A member of the House Republican leadership told Fox that Musk is not helping.
	The lawmaker added that Musk has bigger fish to fry than picking a fight with House Republicans.
	One source said the bill is now bleeding support from the GOP. When asked how many Democrats the GOP needs to pass the bill, a senior aide replied, quote, a lot.
	Lawmakers who had hurricanes devastate their districts are torn.
	The fact is, is that, look, this is a sandwich.
	I don't know how else to say that.
	We're being forced into this position.
	They could have done a standalone.
	They did this because they knew that it would put members in this position to support it.
	We're damned if we do.
	We're damned if we don't.
	Now, the bill has about $100 billion in disaster relief, nearly $30 billion to restock FEMA's coffers, and there are lots of health care provisions.
	They take a cut, don't they?
	Everything together in one bill means some Republicans will not support Mike Johnson for speaker in January.
	Have any other of your colleagues said that they're not voting for Johnson?
	I've talked to a few who don't seem like they're going to vote for him.
	You have to ask them.
	I'm not going to betray anybody's position.
	Will you just vote president or will you vote someone else's?
	I'll vote for somebody else.
	He makes it clear.
	I think he just lost that one vote.
	Well, isn't that interesting?
	He can only lose one vote.
	And you can count Thomas Massey out.
	Thank you, Thomas Massey.
	And there might be some other people as well.
	That was Luna, the representative there in Florida.
	And she said, you know, they put us in a situation.
	We vote for this.
	Everybody hates what's in here.
	Makes us look bad.
	But then if we vote against it, I'm voting against aid for people who have been harmed.
	And we're, you know, several months into this now.
	Still no money because the games that Mike Johnson is playing.
	And when they talk about a clean bill, Johnson's leadership team is in discussions for a Plan B, according to Politico.
	And that would drop $100 billion in disaster aid.
	Oh, okay.
	So we clean it up by taking the one thing that everybody wants and dropping it out of there?
	Or putting it in a separate bill.
	That's the key thing.
	When they say a clean bill, that's what it ought to be.
	It ought to be a clean bill.
	It should have been that a long time ago.
	It was so devastating to so many people in so many states.
	They should have come back from their campaigning and done something about it, but they didn't do it.
	And they're still playing games with all that stuff.
	Jason Barker says all bills should be exclusive to the task at hand.
	None of this bundling stuff.
	And it's even worse than the bundling, because where does the bundling happen?
	It happens in the tightly controlled committees.
	And this is, if you recall, when Chip Roy and other people and Thomas Massey were pushing and putting conditions on McCarthy.
	What they were saying was, first of all, we're not going to have these omnibus bills.
	And secondly, we're going to be able to make motions from the floor.
	This is another legacy from Pelosi that the Republicans in charge love.
	There's always these people at the top.
	The speakers always love this device because it gives them 100% control.
	They control who's in the committees and they tightly control what even makes it to the floor.
	And they won't allow any modification on the floor to any of this stuff.

	J.D. Vance wrote a statement from Trump as well as from himself in response to this original package that Congress is considering a spending bill that would give sweetheart provisions for government censors.

	The bill would make it easier to hide the records of corrupt J6 committee, which accomplished nothing for the American people and his security failures that happened that day.
	This bill would also give Congress a pay raise.
	While many Americans are struggling this Christmas.
	And so he said, Republicans want to support our farmers and they want to pay for disaster relief.
	So why don't you just do that?
	Why don't you have a farm bill?
	Why don't you have a disaster relief bill?
	Because they play these games.
	They use these things to get the stuff in, the pork bills and the special deals, and they estimate that you're not going to see it and that the other people will have to do it because of these high-profile bills.
	I can't vote against the disaster aid thing.
	So I'll vote for all of this stuff that Mike Johnson has put in there to make himself rich and powerful.
	You know, I was thinking about it the other day as he was photobombing everybody and hanging out at the Army-Navy game.
	Now, you know, of course, Trump and Vance are not president and vice president yet.
	Everybody seems to think they are.
	You know, but he keeps his stuff up.
	You know, he goes everywhere with them, right?
	So if he's hanging around like a fifth wheel on all this stuff, he's a third one in line to power.
	So if you've got some terrorist event and the president and the vice president are together, and the Speaker of the House.
	I mean, we've taken out number one, number two, number three.
	I don't know.
	I don't remember what the chain of command is from there.
	I think it goes to Kiefer Sutherland or something.
	He's like a designated survivor.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, separate bills.
	Would anybody vote against the disaster relief?
	Of course not.
	They could have put up a standalone disaster relief bill a long time ago and gotten it through.
	The fact that they didn't is not only his total disregard, Johnson's total disregard for the people who needed help, but it is also a cynical ploy.
	I can use that.
	He's going to use their suffering.
	To get through his corruption.
	Think about that.
	One of the reasons why I despise this guy so much.

	A MAGA made one, said, Trump and Vance call for no more debt ceiling.

	Trump also wants to have a say on interest rates, because he's not happy about the fact that Powell said, I'm going to give you another one today, but I'm not going to give you all the interest rate cuts that you're expecting next year, you know, when Trump is president.

	He said, yeah, Trump pushed them, and he went along with it to keep cutting interest rates.
	Anyway, this comment from the Federalists, because Federalists is one of the places that's being censored by this organization that Johnson wants to continue to fund.
	Johnson's latest spinning scheme proves that he's the Democrats' useful idiot.
	Well, he's a useful lady of a lot of people.

	Following days of backdoor scheming, and they all are, congressional leaders released a text of the bill to fund the federal government, deceptively marketed as a continuing resolution, bears all the hallmarks of a bloated omnibus package that he said he was not going to do back in September.

	You can call it whatever you want.
	We can see it for what it is.

	He is also the same speaker who told us, in no uncertain terms, that he would not authorize more taxpayer dollars for Ukraine without an accompanying deal to secure the U.S. border, only to turn around and do exactly that.

	They're escalating the bird flu thing again.

	It's bird flu!
	No, it's a drone!

	It's got a flying MacGuffin.
	Whether it's bird flu or drones or you name it.
	The first severe bird flu case confirmed in the U.S. That's about as far as most people will go.
	They'll look at the headline.
	They'll look at a picture of a chicken head.
	And that's it.
	Oh, okay.
	Well, it's factual.
	But if you actually read this thing, it doesn't hold up to any scrutiny.
	A patient has been hospitalized with the first confirmed severe bird flu in the U.S. They have already played this card, by the way.
	And they played this card with a child.
	And they don't mention that, that the child was hospitalized and all the rest of this stuff.
	And I talked about that as well when they did this a couple of months ago.
	I said, nobody else in the family got it.
	They're not sure that it's bird flu.
	And they went on to say that.
	They said, well, you know, the CDC hasn't confirmed it, but, you know, it suggests that this is what happened.
	We believe.
	So they confirm it.
	The media confirms it for you, even when the CDC doesn't.
	That's the way they run this stuff.
	That's what they're doing with the drone.
	I talked about that earlier this week.
	It's this partnership between the media and the government.
	The media pushes, keeps it in the public eye.
	Oh, look, more information about bird flu.
	Oh, look, more information about drones.
	And hyping it, okay, to get people scared.
	And then they quote a government source that says, there's nothing to worry about.
	Everything's fine.
	Don't worry about it.
	So the government keeps tamping it down while the media keeps pushing it out.
	It's like this good cop, bad cop type of thing, right?
	But in this particular case, I guess you could call it the freaked out hysterical cop.
	And the calm cop.
	You know, the yin-yang that's going out there.
	But they're normalizing all that stuff.
	But people are looking at this and it's like, I don't know.
	Is the government lying?
	Is there really something to be worried about?
	Because the media keeps pushing it.
	And it looks pretty scary to me based on all the stuff that the media is reporting.
	And then, lo and behold, one day, after they got everybody prepared...
	After they've normalized the fear and the danger, the government, which has been saying, well, there's nothing to fear, now comes out and says, be afraid!
	We're all going to run!
	Run away!
	Run away!
	We're going to do this crazy thing that we've never done before, right?
	And you've got to give all power to me because I'm going to save you.
	That's the game.
	We saw them do that with COVID. They're doing it now with the drones.
	They're doing it now with the bird flu.
	They keep running the same thing.
	Understand their tactics.
	They keep doing the same stuff over and over again because it works.
	Don't let it work.
	Expose it.
	Talk about it.
	So, I can tell you that if anybody was really sick, and of course nobody died.
	We can say that about this.
	This is not Sandy Hook.
	These lies.
	Nobody died.
	You know that if somebody had died, that it would be all over the place.
	And nobody ever gave any of this stuff to other people.
	As a matter of fact, these people got nothing.
	They say, oh, look, we got, you know, 60-some-odd farm workers.
	They got sick.
	What did they get?
	They got pink eye.
	Fever?
	No.
	Respiratory illness in their chest?

	One or two of them said, well, I feel like I got pink eye and a little bit of a sore throat.
	Oh, he's got bird flu.
	Well, if that's it, we don't really have to worry about it.
	They take the most common things that they can find.
	Cold.
	Pink eye.
	And they call it bird flu.
	And they tell us, we're all going to die.
	We've got Robert Redfield, the guy who ran the CDC for Trump.
	The guy who's now a friend of RFK Jr., you know, RFK Jr. really came after him.
	But then when Redfield said good things about RFK Jr., well, now Redfield can be trusted.
	And Redfield is telling us it's inevitable that it's going to jump to humans and it's going to kill 25 to 50 percent of the people who get it.
	Now, the only thing inevitable is that Robert Redfield is going to lie to you.
	That is inevitable.
	He never stops.
	He never stops.
	It's all about misinformation and misattribution.
	You take things like a cold or flu or pink eye and you attribute it to bird flu.
	And you back it up with a PCR test that nobody understands.
	It worked like a charm with COVID and it's going to work like a charm again this time if we don't expose this.
	While an investigation of the source of the infection in Louisiana is ongoing, it has been determined that the patient had exposure to sick and dead birds in backyard flocks.
	You see?
	This is where they're going.
	This is what this is about.
	Hey, he was in proximity to it, and he had a PCR test, which doesn't mean anything at all.
	It's not a test.
	It's not a test that tells you if somebody's sick or not.
	It is the first bird flu case in the U.S. to be linked to backyard flocks.
	They repeat this over and over again.
	They want to come after raw milk, and they want to come after your backyard chickens because they want you completely dependent upon them.
	California is being used in this.
	Newsom immediately declares a state of emergency.
	Because California wants to ban private cars and California wants to ban private food.
	Everything must flow through the corporations and the government that's there.
	They said, this case underscores that in addition to affected commercial poultry, dairy operations, backyard flocks can also be a source.
	Here we are in three paragraphs, and they mention it three times.
	Backyard chickens, backyard chickens.
	It's just like the raw milk stuff.
	And California is at the forefront of this, because California had been at the forefront of raw milk.
	You could sell it at a retail store.
	And they said, oh look, we did a PCR test and we found bird flu and some raw milk and so forth.
	They didn't say they had anybody.
	Nobody's gotten sick with it.
	Oh, but it's there.
	So be afraid.
	Be very afraid.
	The bird flu genotype says this article from Metro in the UK. But they're getting their information from the US government.
	The bird flu genotype of this patient's case is different from the one detected in dairy cows and sporadic outbreaks in humans.
	There have been no outbreaks in humans.
	And in poultry in several states.
	Again, this is the pink eye.
	No fever.
	No respiratory involvement.
	Bird flu.
	And let's talk about this.
	What they're telling us.
	You know, this sounds very scientific, doesn't it?
	The genotype.
	The genotype.
	Well, we had, during the COVID, if you remember, we had more than 200 labs contacted.
	And...
	They all said, we don't have any isolated COVID stuff.
	We don't have it isolated.
	No, we don't.
	How do you set this up to shut down something you're not even isolated?
	Is that science?
	No, it's not.
	By the way, Handy asked me about a book, and I'm sorry I didn't get back to you yet, Handy.
	I got a couple of things that people have asked questions that I've been getting behind on getting back to people.
	But I would recommend to people The Last Pandemic by Samantha Bailey and her husband.
	I think his name is Mark.
	I remember her name because she goes by Sam.
	I thought Sam Bailey was the guy.
	But the two of them wrote this.
	Both of them are physicians.
	And they started looking at this and said, you know, there's not any science in this if you can't isolate it.
	If you can't reproduce something, right?
	That's how we do science.
	No, the way they do science, what they mean by science is that they come up with a computer model of a virus and they send out this genetic sequence and that's what they want to look for on the PCR test.
	And so show a picture of this article here that I've been talking about.
	And they've got all these pictures there.
	Supposedly, the Getty images of bird flu.
	Look at that.
	Scroll up.
	I think there's another one further up.
	Yeah, there's another one.
	See, and that one, they're blue, and the other one, they're yellow, and all this kind of stuff.
	Is this legitimate?
	I don't think so.
	If they haven't isolated this, how did they get a photograph of it?
	Right?
	And because when they rode around these 200 labs, They said, no, we don't have any isolate of the COVID. We never do that.
	They said about a dozen of them.
	We never isolate any of these viruses.
	Never do it.
	And, of course, we've been told by Kerry Mullis, the guy who did the PCR, just how ridiculous it is to think that you can look into an electron microscope And see the virus.
	What is it about humanity that wants to go to all the details and stuff and listen, you know, these guys like Fauci get up there and start talking, you know, he doesn't know anything really about anything.
	And I'd say that to his face.
	Nothing.
	The man thinks you can take a blood sample and stick it in an electron microscope and if it's got a virus in there, you'll know it.
	He doesn't understand electron microscopy and he doesn't understand medicine and he should not be in a position like he's in.
	Most of those guys up there on the top are just total administrative people, and they don't know anything about what's going on at the bottom.
	You know, those guys have got an agenda, which is not what we would like them to have, being that we pay for them to take care of our health in some way.
	They've got a personal kind of agenda.
	They make up their own rules as they go, they change them when they want to, and they smugly, like Tony Fauci, does not mind going on television in front of the people who pay his salary and lie directly into the camera.
	You can't expect the sheep to really respect the best and the brightest.
	They don't know the difference, really.
	I mean, I like humans, don't get me wrong, but basically there is a vast majority of them do not possess the ability to judge who is and who isn't a really good scientist.
	Yeah, that's right.
	That picture of there, bring me a small liar.
	That's from a comedy film where the guy wants to sing a song and he wants them to bring him a liar, L-Y-R-E. And the centurion grabs a little guy who's known for lying.
	Maybe somebody like Fauci, for example.
	And so I call BS on these pictures.
	Because they don't isolate any of this stuff.
	And because you can't look into an electron microscope and see what this is.
	So, what is all this stuff?
	It's a fantasy.
	The genotype found in the Louisiana patient was linked to a recent human cases in Washington State and British Columbia, Canada.
	And to wild birds and poultry in the U.S. Oh, was it really?
	I don't believe any of that stuff.
	This is just being dictated.
	To these people in the press, I can imagine them sitting there, you know, taking notes.
	Genotype.
	Could you spell genotype for me, please?

	They're just writing this stuff down verbatim, whatever some small liar tells them.
	They just write it down verbatim.
	Despite the case being classified as severe, it does not change the CDC's overall assessment of the immediate risk to the public's health from bird flu, which remains low, said the agency.
	You see the tactic again, like I said, the media hypes and hypes and hypes and hypes and says, well, yeah, but they're still telling us we don't have to worry about it.
	It looks pretty worrying to me.
	I mean, we've got genotypes out there.
	Do you realize that?
	And then at some point, you will see the CDC flip it just like they did four years ago.
	CDC advises the best way to prevent catching bird flu is to avoid exposure.
	Well, it seems to me like these small children who got it and nobody in their family got it.
	They said affected animals can also shed the virus through respiratory secretions and other bodily fluids like raw cow milk.
	Why they single out raw cow milk of all the bodily fluids that you could get.
	There's a whole trail of bodily fluids and solids that trail cows wherever they go.
	Watch your step.
	But we're going to talk about raw cow milk because that's the agenda, folks.
	Don't be duped by these people.
	Raw milk and now backyard birds.
	Backyard chickens.
	It's what they're coming after.
	Because they want to normalize the danger.
	Then they're going to tell you a super dangerous...
	And they're going to tell you, when they look at all of this stuff, that you've got to...
	Be afraid.
	Yeah, really.
	Be very afraid.
	Yeah, it's a cartoon.
	It really is.
	And so they say, well, we've colorized this electron microscope image.
	Except, I don't believe it is an electron microscope thing.
	The media wants you to think that you can look through an electron microscope and see the virus.
	I think I would believe Carey Mullis before I would believe them.
	And you know, when you look at an electron microscope, the magnification that it has is like 50 million times.
	When they put a PCR test through there, even the old PCR test, they're running it through an absurd 40 cycles.
	Which magnified it 1.1 trillion times.
	So they're magnifying it over 20,000 times, which you can see with an electron microscope.
	As Kerry Mullis said, they can find anything anywhere.
	But it doesn't mean that you're going to get sick from it.
	Because you've got to have a certain amount of anything in order to be sick.
	And so the CDC is out there telling people what the bird flu symptoms are.
	Symptoms of H5N1 bird flu may include fever or feeling feverish or chills, and respiratory symptoms such as cough, sore throat, running or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, and tiredness.
	Eye redness or glutenivitis has occurred with bird flu too.

	That's it?
	That's it?
	Why are we afraid of any of that stuff?
	I mean, I have that kind of stuff.
	A stuffy or runny nose, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath, a sore throat, a cough, body aches, blah, blah, blah.
	We had something much worse than that.
	I mean, Thanksgiving, Karen was very sick throwing up.
	Five days later, I got very sick.
	It wasn't anything that we ate.
	I don't know what it was.
	But, you know, we were really sick.
	I mean, we were throwing up for about 14 hours.
	Couldn't keep anything down.
	That was much worse than any of this bird flu stuff.
	And I survived it, even at this old age.
	And so did Karen.
	So, yeah, nobody died today.
	These symptoms, pink eye, pink eye.
	Yeah, stuffy, runny nose, fatigue, shortness of breath, all the rest of the stuff.
	It's nothing to worry about.
	But...
	Yeah, there's no symptoms at all in these people that they identified as being victims of bird flu that were respiratory, with one exception.
	Somebody had a sore throat.
	And they said there were upper respiratory issues.
	In other words, it didn't really hit them.
	But this is what they're doing now with the new PCR. I had a listener who wrote us and said, I work with one of these companies.
	I think he's in the UK. And he said, this new digital PCR stuff is much worse than Than what we had four years ago, when they were magnifying everything by 40 times.
	And what that means is, they get a sample, and they double it.
	And then they double it again.
	And they double it again.
	Okay, you do it three times.
	That's a PCR cycle, a threshold of three.
	If you double something 40 times, you make it 1.1 trillion times bigger than it is.
	This is why they can find anything anywhere.
	But now the new PCR test...
	It's even more sensitive because it's digital, and here's how they explain it.

	They just need to have an excuse, something that is plausible, something that people have been conditioned by the media and by the government to believe it.
	And that's why you need to understand the games that they're playing here with this ridiculous magnification.
	I didn't stop the video, but when they got, you know, they were showing the The QPCR, the analog, I guess, version of it that they had before, that, you know, 40 was way out there, but that was what their standard thing was, and nobody would talk about that.
	and so now we've got in california with this happening governor nuisance has declared a state of emergency in california you got a severe case of bird flu they said in louisiana nobody else in his family's got it but and we don't know if it is bird flu again they're playing these games 2 000 miles away roughly in louisiana uh gavin newsom is concerned that it's an issue there
	And we think about how far that is, you know, 2,000 miles away.
	You know, I thought, how does that compare to, like, all of England?
	You take the southernmost, I looked this up this morning, southernmost part of England to the northernmost part of Scotland.
	You know, let's take the vertical max of Great Britain.
	833 miles.
	But if you just look at England itself, It's only about 300 miles across.
	I'm sorry, 300 miles north-south and going across east-west, 426 miles at the longest point.
	So this is like somebody in Germany freaking out because there's something.
	Maybe Germany is not far enough away.
	Maybe Germany is not 2,000 miles away from England.
	But that's what Newsom is doing.
	Building on California's testing and monitoring system, the largest in the nation.
	California said we're committed to further protecting public health.
	Folks, we've got to get rid of public health and public education.
	They're not about health.
	They're not about education.
	They're about controlling us.
	They're about destroying our children, destroying our lives.
	645 dairy herds in California have reportedly been infected with bird flu, they said.
	So again, they want to focus on the cattle.
	There's also been a number of infections identified in pet cats in California, including three announced on Wednesday.

	What's the problem with these people?
	You know, whenever you tell them about what injured Whistler, well, it's rare.
	We heard that from the pharmacist.
	We talked to him this weekend.
	It's rare.
	Yeah, is it?
	I mean, we first introduced this garbage, this poison, about 40 years ago.
	You got 250,000 cases that were reported.
	How many of those were not reported?
	Right.
	And it's continued on for 45 years, and you guys continue to do this.
	We hear this all the time about the COVID shot, about the Trump shot.
	That's rare that anything happens.
	No, this stuff is rare.
	Boy, they focus on a single issue of this.
	They do articles about...
	A couple of guys, I think it's in California, were growing some marijuana themselves, and they used bat feces.
	And they both died.
	They got some rare fungal infection, right?
	Now, that was rare.
	We've got two people who died.
	I guess before they died, they went batshit crazy.
	But they died.
	But, you know, we want to talk about people growing their own marijuana, right?
	So we're going to highlight this, even though they admit that it's rare.
	We've got two cases of it.
	We've got three cats.
	That started acting strange or something.
	And so they tested him and said, oh, well, the PCR test looks like they've got bird flu.
	And they're trying to scare us with this.
	In California, that's the reason for us to have a state of emergency.
	Now, you've got a state of emergency about these COVID shots.
	That's a bioweapon.
	And you don't want to even talk about that.
	According to the CDC, 61 people have acquired the virus that they never isolated since March.
	The vast majority of them at dairies or commercial poultry operations, but most suffered from mild illness, including pink eye and some upper respiratory irritation.
	They had a sore throat.
	I think we can handle that.
	Again, the most common things, and they take the symptoms of the most common illnesses.
	They identify it as bird flu, and it's still rare.
	It's still rare.
	California, 34 people associated with infection.
	The outlier was a child in Alameda County.
	The source of that infection has not been determined.
	So why are you talking about it?
	Why is the mainstream media talking about it if it hasn't been determined?
	They said it is a suspected case of a child in Marin County who drank raw milk, but the CDC was unable to confirm the illness in that child.
	Okay, so to bolster the case for the emergency, they talk about two kids who got sick with a cold, and kids get sick with a cold all the time.
	One of them was suspected.
	Another one has not been determined.
	But even the one that was suspected, the CDC wouldn't confirm it.
	But the media will confirm it.
	Because the media, they're the crazy cops right now, right?
	They're the hysterical cops.
	Cops.
	And then you've got the CDC for right now.
	It's very calm.
	Don't worry about it.
	I'm not worried about that at all.
	All of a sudden it's like, be afraid!
	Be afraid!
	Run for the hills!
	That's coming up.
	After the hysterical people have been going on and on and on and the calm person in the room has been saying there's nothing there.
	Then they flip the narrative.
	And they both start screaming at you.
	And then everybody panics.
	That's how this works.
	That's how it worked last time.
	So, again, you can't even prove it with a PCR test.
	Two cases that they talk about as if they were real.
	And not even with a PCR test magnified beyond anything that we can comprehend.
	They still won't confirm it.
	But the media will confirm it for them, you see.
	The media is actually better at lying, perhaps.
	You know, CDC only does 40 cycles.
	The media is like a digital PCR in terms of its lies.
	So, again, you know, we can play all these games.
	The electron microscope, 50 million times magnification.
	The old PCR was 1.1 trillion.
	As a matter of fact, I'm wrong about that.
	It's not 20,000.
	It's even higher than that.
	Anyway, the CDC investigating the patient's contacts and performing further genetic analysis of the patient's virus.
	Yeah, it sounds like science, but don't be fooled again, folks.
	It's not any science.
	They haven't isolated anything with this stuff.
	None of the children's family members or contacts were infected, suggesting the changes occurred in the teenager during the infection.
	Therefore, the virus reached a dead end when it was unable to spread beyond the child.
	This is pure speculation.
	What else could you...
	They're suggesting this.
	They're imagining this.
	Here's what you, you know, well, it infected this child, but it mutated so rapidly that it reached a dead end and couldn't infect anybody else.
	Is that a logical conclusion to all this stuff?
	Wouldn't a more logical conclusion suggest there wasn't anything that was contagious at all?
	Wouldn't a logical conclusion, since this child could not be confirmed even with a PCR test, wouldn't a logical conclusion mean that it was maybe something else and not bird flu at all?
	How ridiculous this is.
	By the way, when I said trillion, you know, instead of billion, it would have been 20,000.
	Let's see, 20 times that would get you up to billion.
	Yeah, I was right, 20,000.
	I'm second-guessing that.
	20,000 times higher.
	The cases associated with this strain in the nation's dairy herds have so far resulted only in mild symptoms, and yet they'll keep going forward and back.
	You know, two steps forward, one step back.
	Two steps forward, one step back.
	But we've got to stop all the raw milk and we've got to stop the backyard chickens.
	That's the agenda.
	Still, researchers, they said, indicate the changes in at least one viral isolate.
	They didn't isolate anything.
	They never do.
	That is a full-on lie.
	Again, folks, by the way, I started to say to, sorry to jump around here.
	Handy had asked me, he said, you know, what is it that, what's a book that you'd recommend?
	And I would recommend the one by Sam Bailey and Mark Bailey.
	I didn't give the title, I don't think.
	That was the last pandemic.
	The last pandemic.
	I got that in Reddit before I got them on.
	I find it very convincing.
	Convince me that these people are blowing smoke at us.
	That a virus is simply an intellectual construct that has not been verified by any science.
	It's like a theory.
	It's like a theory about the Big Bang or about black holes or about dark matter or something like that.
	It's just a theory that is there to explain something that they have an effect that they don't have another explanation for.
	So they said they had a viral isolate that was taken from a dairy worker in Texas who had acquired mutational changes that allowed for the airborne transmission between mammals.
	What did he do?
	Sprout wings or something?
	Give me a break.
	And then they said, and it's proven to be 100% lethal in lab ferrets.
	Yeah?
	Prove it.
	Prove it.
	And just like Thomas Sowell said, you know when these people come at you?
	First of all, you say to them, prove it.
	Secondly, you say to them, so what if it's true?
	So what if it's true?
	So what if it kills ferrets?
	If you got something that you isolated, prove that you isolated it.
	If you say that it is lethal to them, I want to see your data.
	You never show the data on any of this stuff, whether we're talking about COVID or climate or any of this stuff.
	We're supposed to just go with their conclusions, and we're never allowed to see their data.
	It's like Michael Mann.
	So what if it is true?
	What if you got something here that is contagious and that kills ferrets?
	That doesn't mean it harms humans.
	We have diseases all the time that only affect one species of animal.
	It's believed that this version was unique to the dairy worker.
	And that's why it didn't spread beyond.
	Look at all of these illogical conclusions that are being pushed to you.
	So this person had a one-off bird flu mutation.
	That's their exploitation.
	That's why nobody else got sick.
	Boy, are they begging for this conclusion or whatever.
	According to Newsom's office, California has already established the largest testing and monitoring system in the nation to respond to an outbreak.
	And, of course, they're going to push it.
	Just like they pushed the climate MacGuffin to ban cars, they're going to push the bird flu MacGuffin in order to ban raw milk, in order to ban backyard chickens, and all the rest of the stuff they don't want you to have.
	And you need to be very careful About what you say to people.
	This is an interesting case, and we're going to talk about this when we come back.
	Somebody who's been arrested and charged as a terrorist because of something they said to their insurance company when their claim was denied.
	You know, when you look at this guy, Luigi, they were only going to charge him with second-degree murder.
	That's an interesting story in and of itself, and we'll talk about how they got to a first-degree murder charge and why they arrested this woman and what she had to say when we come back.

	And so they have, you know, just like the Milgram experiment where they've got somebody who's an authority.
	Well, look, Fauci says this, and we all believe Fauci.
	He is science himself.
	And then we've got the bots on social media and the people who are allowed to speak, but you're not allowed to speak.
	And that's the kind of peer pressure that they put on everybody.
	They know exactly what they're doing.
	They war-game this with psychological experiments.
	Chefkin321, New Jersey is so bad that they're bringing mask mandates back in hospitals.
	Yeah.
	And I've seen it.
	Handy mentioned that as well.
	They're starting to sneak that stuff back in.
	See, it never went away.
	And this is the problem.
	People got tired of it, and people just said, ah, heck with this.
	I'm not going to keep doing this anymore.
	And of course, the criminals who did it, who are part of government, our elected officials as well as the unelected bureaucrats and public health, they were never held accountable.
	Nobody held any of them accountable because they were all in it together.
	And so as a result, that was left there as a precedent to be done again.
	And even worse, you got people like I mentioned Rand Paul.
	He called out Speaker Johnson for what he is.
	A spineless, weak, weak man.
	But you got people like Rand Paul who are pushing this lab leak theory.
	And that covers up all the crimes of these people as well as preparing a foundation for them to do it again.
	Well, we did everything we could think of.
	Yes, it didn't work.
	None of it made any sense and it didn't work.
	But, you know, we were trying the best we could.
	So, you know, don't throw us in jail or anything.
	No, they need to be held accountable.
	And when we just walk away and we don't comply, that's good.
	That's good.
	But, you know, it leaves this thing open.
	Because there's been nothing done about it.
	And nothing is going to be done by government about it.
	That's the sad thing.
	Because Republicans as well as Democrats are all complicit in this, and so is the media.
	The mainstream media as well as the alternative media.
	The liberal as well as the conservative media.
	They're pretty much all complicit in it.
	And there's a few people out there who are telling you the truth.
	And boy, are they shadow banned, like me.
	You've got a lot of people out there who are telling you the truth.
	Actually, a few people out there who are telling you the truth, and they make sure that they don't get a lot of engagement.

	Let's talk a little bit about how dangerous it is to criticize your government.
	This is from The Guardian.
	And, you know, The Guardian would come after you if you criticized the COVID pandemic.
	They would come after you if you criticized vaccines or whatever.
	But now the left has adopted...
	The attitude that supposedly...
	And again, it's an allegation.
	To me, it looks like the guy did it.
	We'll have to wait and see.
	The jury will decide that.
	But this manifesto and the anger about insurance companies, that's there.
	They didn't want you to get mad at the Guardian and the people on the left.
	They didn't want you to get mad at the pharmaceutical companies.
	And they still don't want you to get mad at them.
	But it's okay to get mad at the health insurance companies.
	And so The Guardian picks up this story, not picked up by conservative media.
	Delay, deny, depose.
	And then you get detained.
	Don't criticize your masters here.
	Thanks to the tireless work of the Florida Police Force, everybody in the U.S. can now feel a little bit safer.
	On Tuesday, Florida's Lakeland Police Department charged Brianna Boston, a 42-year-old mother of three, with threats to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism.
	What did she do?
	Well, she was rude to a customer service representative.
	Boston had reportedly just had a medical claim denied by her health insurance company, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and allegedly said to the person on the phone, delay, deny, depose.
	You people are next.
	This appears to have been a reference to the words written on ammunition discovered at the scene of the crime where UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was killed.
	She apologized for what she said.
	As the Guardian said, there's no reason with the information that we have now to think otherwise, though.
	She didn't mean anything by it.
	Referencing a high-profile assassination was obviously extremely poor judgment on her part.
	However, to any reasonable person, this whole thing sounds like a woman lashing out at a corporation rather than a credible death threat against an individual.
	Boston has never had any criminal charges or convictions, according to her attorney.
	She also told police that she doesn't own any guns.
	And so then, you know, they said, well, if they find out she's got guns, I will eat my words and my hat as well.
	Does that make you guilty too?
	Right?
	I mean, what we're talking about here is the First Amendment and the Second Amendment.
	But you say some speech that they hate, well, they will come after you.
	You know, what if she did have guns?
	That still doesn't justify them charging her with terrorism or a threat to conduct a mass shooting.
	Now, think about this terrorism charge.
	As I said before, the only way that they got to a first-degree charge with Luigi, they'd said before that he was going to get a second-degree murder charge.
	And they didn't hear anything about it for a while because he was fighting extradition to New York and everything.
	But when I saw that, somebody said, why is he going to be charged with a second-degree murder charge?
	Well, because to get a first-degree murder charge, you have to kill a cop in New York.
	Other things, it's going to be a second-degree.
	Or...
	If it's an act of terrorism.
	So, if you kill a cop, didn't happen here, or if it is an act of terrorism, they can charge you with first-degree murder.
	And I think...
	That they threw that in because they didn't want people to see that in New York they don't care if it's a pre-penetrated murder of somebody as long as it's not a cop.
	They're not going to charge you a first-degree murder.
	I kind of think they did that.
	But it is a very dangerous precedent.
	And it's even more dangerous because now in Florida and Lakeland, the police have established the idea that if you get angry...
	And say something even though it's not a credible threat.
	And look, we've had, we talked about this with the January the 6th thing, that you can, even in a group of people, if you say something like, you know, go attack or whatever, that's still protected speech.
	It's been protected by the Supreme Court.
	As long as you're not instrumentally facilitating that or whatever, that's not chargeable speech.
	And so, that's why some of the people were not charged with stuff, I'm sure.
	But now they're saying that if you make any reference to this situation that they have charged Luigi with, well then, they're entitled to call you a terrorist and arrest you.
	That's how dangerous this is.
	But you know, the Guardian would have wanted...
	People arrested who said that masks don't work, that vaccines don't work, that six-foot superstitions don't work, right?
	They were very angry.
	And you've seen over and over again how they thought that anybody who pushed back against this nonsense was going to kill people.
	Not much of a stretch to see that people who pushed back against all this nonsense being put out by the Trump administration in 2020, all the people on the left, Saying, you're going to get people killed.
	And they're still saying that.
	They're saying that about bird flu now and about RFK Jr. I've seen a lot of posts, a lot of memes from the left, saying that RFK Jr. is going to get people killed because they think that he's going to push back against polio or MMR or bird flu or other things like that.
	They really do see it as a form of terrorism.
	And they think it's justified, as I said the other day.
	They've got 41% of the millennials think that he was justified in shooting this CEO. These are people who think that he's guilty.
	And they're willing to let him go because you ought to kill these people, but not somebody like Albert Borla at Pfizer.
	And it's kind of interesting.
	Brian Shalhavi, Health Impact News, It has a story, RFK Jr. betrays the entire health freedom movement for personal gain.
	You had Albert Borla of Pfizer go to Mar-a-Lago and meet with Trump and RFK Jr. Do you have a problem with that?
	I do.
	I mean, it's like, you know, Trump going to the World Economic Forum and meeting with Klaus Schwab and then right after that.
	Being a part, actually leading this worldwide coordinated conspiracy to pull the lockdown and the masks and the six-foot social distancing.
	All of this nonsense and all of these leaders, regardless of what they said their political philosophy was or their political party, they all did it, including Mr. Anti-Globalism himself, Donald Trump, who had just gone to meet with a globalist a few weeks before this stuff happened.
	And so, if you go back and look at the transition team in 2017, you remember that Trump called in RFK Jr. Trump had made some comments saying that he thought that autism was connected to vaccines.
	I am absolutely certain of it.
	And so he had made those comments and he called RFK Jr. into Trump Tower.
	And the media that is owned by the pharmaceutical companies freaked out.
	Pfizer gave Trump a million dollars and Trump ghosted RFK Jr. and never talked to him again about that.
	And RFK Jr. talked about that.
	Talked about how that all happened.
	And so now we fast forward eight years later.
	And as this Trump transition team is happening, instead of Trump meeting separately with RFK Jr., separately with Pfizer and the pharmaceutical people, he brings them all in at once.
	And he does it at Mar-a-Lago.
	So what do you think about that?
	RFK Jr. invited to a dinner party with Trump, where he met executives from Big Pharma, a lot of them.
	Including Robert Borla, CEO of Pfizer, who made, he puts billions, tens of billions at the very least, in Trump's first term.
	By securing from Trump an FDA emergency use authorization for these injections, we're all familiar with that, the so-called vaccine for the so-called pandemic.
	Also attending the dinner at Trump's residence in Florida was his chief of staff, Susie Wiles.
	Who, Brian says, is also a lobbyist for Pfizer.
	That's been widely reported, but I believe it's been widely misreported.
	As one person contacted me and gave me the information, and I sort of looked her name up.
	I forgot her name.
	But she thoroughly researched this.
	It was actually people at the lobbying firm where Susie Wiles worked had in the past lobbied for Pfizer, but they weren't lobbying for Pfizer when she was there, and she didn't do it herself.
	Nevertheless, I don't think that she would have any problem, any ethical issues at all.
	Lobbying for anybody whatsoever, that's the way the lobbyists are.
	So, again, she is there.
	Susie Wiles is there.
	It says, here's what Kennedy publicly stated about Borla almost two years ago, and he's got a Twitter post that RFK Jr. put up.
	There it is right there.

	Pfizer CEO Albert Borla made misleading and unqualified comments promoting the use of the mRNA vaccines for young children during an interview on the BBC. Now, he put that out in 2023. Things have changed pretty rapidly.
	That was in February of 2023. On Kennedy's own website, Children's Health Defense, Brian Shalhavi says you will find even worse reports about Borla and Pfizer, at least for now, until they might take them down as a requirement for Kennedy to be confirmed.
	Pfizer has a long history of fraud, corruption, and using children as human guinea pigs.
	It was one of the articles from Children's Health Defense that he puts in there at healthimpact.com.
	Big Pharma still dominates lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C., spending billions each year advertising pharmaceutical products.
	Pfizer's CEO, Albert Borla, claimed during a November 2021 interview that a small group of, quote, medical professionals, unquote, who are intentionally circulating, quote, misinformation, critical of the Pfizer vaccine narrative, are criminals.
	Maybe they're terrorists.
	Who knows, right?
	Maybe they should be arrested by the Lakeland police.
	And so there's a long history of this that they talked about.
	Children's Health Defense talked about.
	Pfizer's long history of criminal behavior.
	Going back to 1992, 1994, 1996, 2004, 2008, all these convictions that they start to put out there.
	I'll just mention a few of them.
	1992, Pfizer agreed to pay between $165 million and $215 million to settle lawsuits arising from the fracturing of their heart valve, which at the time had resulted in nearly 300 deaths.
	And by 2012, resulted in 663 deaths.
	Oh, but it's rare.
	We don't care.
	663 people died?
	I don't care.
	Who's the terrorist here?
	If you're going to kill 663 people, oh, as long as you're doing it for money, it's okay?
	In 1994, Pfizer agreed to pay $10 million to settle Justice Department claims that the company lied to get federal approval for a mechanical heart valve.
	But then it gets much bigger than that.
	In 1996, Pfizer administered an experimental drug during clinical trial on 200 children in Nigeria.
	And we'll come back to that.
	In 2002, Pfizer agreed to pay $49 million to settle allegations that they had defrauded the federal government and 40 states by charging too much for Lipitor.
	Lipitor, listen to this, had sales in 2001, just one year.
	They had sales of $6.5 billion.
	They got a fine of $49 million.
	That fine, and they did this for many, many years, that fine was 0.7% of what they had taken in in one year.
	And, you know, what if he did that with bank robbers?
	Well, of course, in California, they don't even bother to arrest thieves if they're shoplifting, you know, but let's say you're a bank robber, right?
	You go and you steal a million dollars and They have you pay seven-tenths of a percent fee to them as a fine, and you get to keep the rest of the money.
	I guess you'd keep robbing banks, wouldn't you?
	That's why Pfizer's still doing what it's doing.
	In 2004, Pfizer agreed to plead guilty to two felonies and paid $430 million.
	You notice how the crimes keep getting bigger, right?
	Again, if you don't punish this, it gets bigger and bigger, just like we saw in California when they stopped arresting people for shoplifting.
	All of a sudden, it becomes real organized crime, and that's what you're seeing here with Pfizer.
	These fines keep getting bigger and bigger, and the crimes keep getting bigger and bigger.
	In 2008, the New York Times published an article titled, Experts Conclude Pfizer-Manipulated Studies.
	In 2009, they were fined $2.3 billion.
	So we started out with just like a $10 million fine.
	That's nothing, right?
	Another $49 million fine when they make $6.5 billion in just one year on that particular thing they were fined for.
	Well, we'll keep going.
	So 2009, they're fined $2.3 billion, which was then, at that time, the largest health care fraud settlement, the largest criminal fine ever imposed in the U.S., They misbranded a painkiller and promoted the drug to treat acute pain at dosages that the FDA had previously deemed dangerously high.
	They were bribing and giving doctors.
	They said the government alleged that Pfizer had kickbacks to compliant doctors and also promoted three other drugs illegally.
	So they're giving kickbacks to doctors to over-prescribe this drug, put it out in dosages that the government has said are dangerous.
	In 2009, they also paid $750 million to settle 35,000 claims that a drug there was responsible for 63 deaths and dozens of liver failures.
	In 2010, Pfizer was ordered to pay $142 million in damages for violating federal anti-racketeering law.
	And it's marketing of Neurontin.
	Neurontin, I guess, is how you pronounce that.
	But, you know, they said they violated federal anti-racketeering laws.
	And what happens when somebody, a drug dealer like El Chapo, violates this and they come after him with the racketeering laws?
	Well, they take everything he's got before they even go to trial, right?
	That's what RICO is about.
	That's how Rudy Giuliani used it.
	You just go in and take everything the person's got so they can't hire any lawyers and you get a conviction.
	Because if they have that much money, guess what?
	They can buy lawyers and judges and politicians and they can get off.
	So they started, so we're going to take the money first and we'll do the due process later.
	But, you know, it's not the way that it works when it's Pfizer or when it's the Sackler family and their opioid epidemic or when it's Johnson& Johnson.
	They don't come in and take everything from those people.
	They negotiate with them.
	In 2010, the New York Times said Pfizer admitted that it paid about $20 million to 4,500 doctors and other medical professionals because they're buying doctors to prescribe their stuff.
	In 2010, Blue Cross Blue Shield filed a lawsuit against Pfizer because they were bribing 5,000 doctors with lavish Caribbean vacations, golf games, massages, massages, And other recreational activities.
	In 2010, leaked cables between Pfizer and U.S. officials in Nigeria showed that Pfizer had hired investigators to unearth evidence of corruption against Nigerian Attorney General to blackmail him to drop the legal action of the controversial 1996 trial that involved children with meningitis.
	This is like the Tuskegee experiments.
	And then when somebody starts investigating it, 14 years later, Pfizer tries to get that attorney general who's going to investigate their crimes.
	They work with people in that country to try to get him taken off the trial and convicted of the crimes.
	Can we find something we can use against him?
	In 2012, The SEC, Securities and Exchange Commission, charged that Pfizer had violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, not just because of what they're doing in Nigeria.
	No, this is about still bribing doctors.
	Over and over, this is a pattern of bribing doctors.
	Here, in 2012, they were bribing doctors in foreign countries.
	Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, Serbia...
	They're bribing doctors to prescribe their stuff.
	In 2012, they paid $1.2 billion to settle claims by nearly 10,000 women that its hormone replacement therapy drug, it's a prem pro, caused breast cancer.
	And that settlement came after six years of trials.
	2013, Pfizer agrees to pay $55 million to settle criminal charges, failing to warn patients and doctors about the risk of kidney disease, kidney injury, kidney failure.
	From another one of their drugs, Protonix, in 2013, Pfizer set aside $288 million to settle claims by 2,700 people that its drug, Shantix, caused suicidal thoughts.
	It was also associated with a higher risk of heart attack.
	2014, Pfizer paid $35 million to settle a lawsuit accusing its subsidiary of promoting the kidney transplant drug, Rapamune, for unapproved uses, including bribing doctors to prescribe it to patients.
	And they bribed media to leave them alone.
	In 2016, Pfizer was fined a record 84 million pounds in the UK for overcharging their National Health Service.
	All of this is just a partial list of the fraud.
	That only got us up to 2016. What about the tens of billions of dollars overcharging?
	Trump gives them the money to develop this stuff, gives them the liability protection, Brags about it, pushes it, markets it for them.
	They had $250 million of Ad Council money under Trump to push the pandemic and push this as the only solution.
	So again, first transition.
	Pfizer gives them a million dollars, meeting with them separately.
	RFK Jr. gets ghosted.
	This time at Mar-a-Lago.
	They bring in Pfizer and they bring in all the pharmaceutical companies.
	And so what does RFK Jr. do?
	After meeting with Trump...
	And Pfizer CEO and all the big pharma people.
	RFK Jr., now apparently good friends with Borla.

	Borla said, and Reuters reported it, if he's confirmed, we'll work with him to make sure that we advance the right policies.
	And people in the alternative media have been foolishly publishing lies about how RFK Jr. is going to go to Washington and put Big Pharma in their place.
	Well, you know, RFK Jr. has already flipped on Redfield.
	He called him out for what he was.
	But then when Redfield complimented him and came out, you know, flattering him and so forth, RFK Jr. changed publicly.
	And this is even as Redfield is pushing all these lies about bird flu.
	So, yeah, he said he was going to put Big Pharma in their place.
	You know where their place is?
	Mar-a-Lago.
	Yeah, they paid to be there.
	That's their place.
	Trump's their boy.
	And so, folks, you know, we can always look at this and, you know, who knows?
	Maybe something will happen.
	Don't get your hopes up.
	Just take a look at this about polio, for example.
	This is the line of attack.
	Glitch McConnell, others leading in this line of attack.
	RFK Jr. is meeting with senators this week in D.C. about the approval and the confirmation hearings.
	The pro-vaccine, pharma-funded corporate media is hammering him on his vaccine views, said Brian Shohavi.
	And an attorney who works for RFK Jr., who litigates in the nation's vaccine court and is a very fine attorney, whom I have covered in the past, says Brian Shohavi.
	His name is Aaron Seary, has previously petitioned the FDA to revoke approval of the polio vaccine in the U.S. Kennedy basically stabbed Seary in the back and stated that he was all for the polio vaccine.
	Big reversal from what Children's Health Defense has always been about.
	Big reversal from what Aaron Seary, his attorney there, and others have done.
	Kennedy says he's all for a polio vaccine as GOP senators raise questions about his views.
	That's the mainstream media headline.
	Brian says the polio vaccine is the holy grail of the pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines.
	That's supposedly their success story.
	Now, they've got a couple of stories that they used to bolster this up.
	Well, we've got the 1917 flu epidemic, and look at the polio vaccine.
	They're both lies.
	They don't hold up under scrutiny.
	There would be no chance that Kennedy would be appointed to any government health agency if he was opposed to it.
	Polio vaccine.
	Even though nobody is dying in the U.S. from polio.
	While many are injured, crippled, and killed by the polio vaccine every year.
	And we talked about that when they said, well, we have to vaccinate all the kids in Gaza.
	Oh, look, we tested the sewerage somewhere.
	We found it.
	Well, what they did was they found their vaccine.
	He says, here's an article published by Children's Health Defense in 2019 called, Is HHS Engaged in, quote, Heavenly Deceit?
	They said it is increasingly apparent that HHS, the Center for Disease Control, this is 2019, under the Trump administration, Children's Health Defense said they are the leading vaccine proponents.
	Of course, the CDC is the leading vaccine seller.
	And a captured and compliant mainstream media are intentionally engaging in deception.
	Their claims of vaccine safety are fraudulent.
	They are a con, a scam, a ruse, said Children's Health Defense in 2019. We're being lied to, manipulated, and tricked into participating in a medical practice by an industry that is free of liability for the harm caused by their products.
	Brian says, but now that Kennedy has met with the CEO of Pfizer, who apparently has set him straight, and has now publicly admitted that, quote, if he's confirmed, we will work with him to make sure that we advance the right policies, Kennedy is now apparently also backtracking on autism.
	In the connection to the vaccines.
	Kennedy refused to answer CNN's questions Monday about whether he stands by his previous comments tying vaccines to autism.
	Well, all I can say is this.
	It reminds me of when we'd have the Supreme Court confirmation hearings, and every time they'd make a big deal out of, well, what do you think about Roe v.
	Wade?
	And they'd all have to say, well, it's the law of the land.
	It's the law of the land.
	And yet, things can happen, right?
	Because, first of all, it wasn't the law of the land, and anybody who is a lawyer, let alone a judge, let alone a Supreme Court justice, should be disqualified to say that a Supreme Court decision is a law.
	Laws are made by Congress.
	Courts have decisions.
	Bureaucracies have rules.
	They're not laws.
	They're different things, first of all.
	But it was to tell people that it was settled, you know, like the science.
	The law is settled just like the science.
	Well, it's not.
	And so all of these people who were being asked questions about when does life begin and all the rest of this stuff, they were cagey about it.
	They didn't say it.
	But we just had a situation where they overturned Roe v.
	Wade.
	And they overturned it, not by saying, we're going to decide that...
	Babies are human beings at all times.
	They just said, well, we don't have any authority here because of the Tenth Amendment.
	And so there are things that can still be done, and that's what you need to pray about.
	I don't give credit to Trump for what happened.
	He didn't know it was going to happen.
	He obviously didn't want it to happen.
	He ran from it, so the people that he endorsed ran from it as soon as it happened.
	You know, they started changing their websites and all the rest of us.
	He didn't make it happen.
	He didn't want it to happen.
	He hated that it happened.
	He ran from it when it happened.
	It wasn't him.
	I give the credit to God.
	I give the credit to people who prayed that this thing would be overturned.
	You know, God holds the heart of the kings in his hand, doesn't he?
	And he can turn them any way that he wishes.
	And so when we look at this, even though You know, RFK Jr. is playing all these games, even though Trump is courting big pharmaceutical companies.
	MAGA isn't going to talk about this.
	Good for Brian Shalhavi for talking about this stuff.
	You'll never see this reported by Breitbart, or by Infowars, or by WND, or by whatever Ben Shapiro's thing is.
	None of these people will talk about it.
	But he talked about it.
	He's meeting with the big pharmaceutical companies there.
	RFK juniors are being compliant with all this stuff.
	But look, one of the ways that you could get this, two things.
	Two things need to be done.
	First of all, you need to take away their legal immunity for the harm that they've done.
	That alone would basically put this to an end, a lot of this stuff.
	Secondly, you need to stop their advertising.
	And look, I am not for government-prohibiting speech.
	However, there is a legal precedent for this, and that is stopping people from advertising cigarettes, for example.
	And so that is something that could be done, and it should be done, because they completely own the media.
	The media will not only investigate them, not investigate them, but they will lie to cover up for them, lie to No matter how absurd the lines, they will cover for them.
	So they have two ways where they have immunity.
	They have legal immunity from lawsuits, and they have immunity from investigations and criticism and publication of what they do.
	And those immunities need to be taken away.
	Now, if they were to take that away, RFK Jr. doesn't have to come out and talk to people about polio or anything else specifically.
	At that point, when you take away their legal immunity for the harm that they have done, at that point, let the lawsuits begin.
	So again, we can look at this.
	I don't want to be too pessimistic about all this stuff.
	I don't want to be optimistic or naive about it either.
	These people are bought and sold, but God can direct them any way that he chooses.
	So just pray about that as we look at it.

	That's something to be afraid of.
	And that's something we hopefully can do something about.
	But, you know, the rest of this stuff, well, I'm going to catch fatal diseases from anybody I come in contact with.
	That's why they're still wearing the mask.
	It's been inculcated at a very early age.
	It's the kind of stuff they're doing with all of the, you know, the metal detectors and locker stuff and the police all the time at the schools.

	Train these kids to live in a police state.

	The government will take a tremendous amount of money in fines, and they'll get in ahead of the people who got ripped off.

	Let's talk a little bit about, we were just talking about keeping people apart, making sure people don't communicate with each other.
	You know, it's an interesting story.
	This is from ABC. Most U.S. teens are abstaining from drinking, smoking, and marijuana, says the survey.
	Well, that got my attention.
	I told Karen, I said, well, finally, I got something in common with the younger generation.
	And so I was curious.
	It's like, so why?
	Why is this happening?
	I had a suspicion, and it was confirmed.
	Now, there's both good news in this, that they're abstaining from drinking, smoking, and marijuana, but there's also bad news in this.
	They're also abstaining from other people.
	And this is the knock-on effect of what Trump and his cronies, his globalist cronies that they were doing in every single country of the world doing this.
	Every single one of them at the same time.
	You know, and then they'd roll the thing out and they'd say, and then in two months we're going to do this because, you know, it's an emergency.
	So we're going to wait another two months and we're going to take another incremental step to destroy your liberty, your society, the rule of law.
	And they would do it.
	And they would do it together in sync.
	About two-thirds of 12th graders this year said that they hadn't used alcohol, marijuana, cigarettes, or e-cigs in the previous 30 days.
	They said...
	That is the largest proportion of staining since the annual survey began in 2017. Amongst 10th graders, 80% said they hadn't used any of those substances recently.
	That was another record.
	Among 8th graders, 90% didn't use any of them.
	And the same was reported in the previous survey.
	Well, so let's think about this a little bit, okay?
	The flip side of it, you know, you're talking about the glass being half full or half empty, right?
	80%.
	Of 16 year olds, in other words, had not used any of those substances.
	That means 20% of them did.
	20% of them did.
	And when you talk about 14 year olds, 10% of them did use this stuff.
	They said this year's findings are based on responses from about 24,000 students in grades 8, 10, and 12 in schools across the country.
	Early on in the pandemic, students across the country were told not to go to schools, to avoid parties, to avoid other gatherings.
	They were at home.
	Alcohol and drug use of all kinds dropped because experimentation tends to occur with friends, spurred by peer pressure, said experts.
	See, the reason for this is not good news.
	Because they're not abstaining for this for any of the right reasons.
	You abstain because you understand the danger of this stuff.
	You abstain because you don't need it, right?
	When I was talking about that guy, I remember his name was David Stoner because he started out smoking marijuana, then moved on to harder drugs, met his wife who was into very, very hard drugs as well, and she got him, pushed him along further.
	It's very much like a tale of the days of Wine and Roses.
	And I said at the time, I saw that as a young child, and it scared me to death about alcoholism.
	Such a sad story.
	Beautiful song.

	And of course, I came from a family that didn't do any of that.
	And so I wasn't susceptible to peer pressure with any of that stuff.
	But the problem is, these people are not doing it just because they're not hanging out with anybody.
	So what happens when they hang out with somebody?
	Are they going to turn into the characters in Days of Wine and Roses?
	Somebody comes in and now they want to have a relationship with this person, a friendship with the person, and this person's heavily into it.
	They'll fall into that trap if they don't have the right reason.
	This is down simply because these kids have not...
	Are not immune to any of this stuff.
	Instead, they have an aversion to the company of other people.
	You see?
	That's the subtle thing that's underneath this.
	It's very bad.
	As the lockdown's ended, I think everyone expected at least a partial rebound in this, but it didn't.
	Because they have not recovered socially.
	And when they do, they're not going to have a reason not to do drugs.
	That's the problem.
	Marijuana use wasn't falling before the pandemic.
	Vaping was on the upswing.
	It was only during the pandemic that those two saw enduring declines.
	They said teens are socially inhibited now, and they have less opportunity to use drugs.
	It's a complicated relationship.
	Well, it's not at all.
	You know, always the peer pressure has been something that is really important.
	This is an article from Jeffrey Tucker, Brownstone, and he talks about preference falsification and cascade.
	Now, what is that about?
	He said he had to look it up as well because it was Marc Andreessen.
	I remember I played a clip earlier this week where he talked about why, when he had always supported Democrats, and he goes to the Biden White House and they say, don't you even think about getting into artificial intelligence?
	There's only going to be two or three companies.
	We've already decided who they're going to be.
	And that field of science is closed off to you.
	He says, what?
	What?
	Yeah, and we've done that before.
	We closed off entire fields of physics to people.
	He goes, well, I didn't know those two things before.
	I learned something there.
	And he goes, this is horrific.
	So he says, I started supporting Trump because these people are going to be that bad that they'll even tell you it.
	Of course, it probably happened under Trump, but he won't tell you.
	But when he was talking about that, he also put out some stuff.
	He said, we're living through the most dramatic preference cascade of my life.
	A preference cascade.
	Every day, I'm hearing the most amazing things, he said.
	And so Jeffrey Tucker said, well, that's an unusual phrase.
	I looked it up.
	He said it comes from a book that was written about 30 years ago.
	The title was Private Truths, Public Lies, The Social Consequences of Preference Falsification, done by Duke University economist Timur Karan.
	So he said, I got the book, read it.
	He said he thought it was brilliant.
	He said, Karan gives us a language to describe a remarkable feature of our times.
	He says, how is it that only a few months ago people were afraid to wear MAGA hats and then Trump, having survived multiple assassination attempts, won not only the Electoral College but also the popular vote sweeping the House and Senate in with him?
	How can it be that during this transition time people widely assume that the president, the vice president, is already not Biden and Harris but it's Trump and Vance?
	How can it be that foreign leaders are making pilgrimages to Mar-a-Lago while royals praise him as a great leader?
	Well, you know, when you look at what is happening with us, we could take it a little bit further back, and you could say, how was it that everybody was wearing masks?
	The six-foot social distancing, and, you know, don't step on a crack, you'll break your mother's back, and all the rest of this stuff, right?
	He says, Koran speaks of a preference falsification.
	Which is the act of misrepresenting one's genuine wants under perceived social pressure.
	Now, this is a lot of, you know, heady psychobabble to just summarize, trying to explain what Christians have always been told and what Alexander Solzhenitsyn always made it very clear.
	Do not live by lies.
	And so what they're really talking about, this cascading of preferential falsification, it's just people who are living by lies.
	Jeffrey Tucker says it's different from self-censorship because people outright lie about what they really think.
	And when the lie persists long enough, people begin to believe the lie, and essentially they live fake lives.
	You see?
	That's what Solzhenitsyn said.
	Do not live by lies.
	He said even if you, in the Soviet Union, where they owned everything and other people owned nothing, right?
	That's what they want for us.
	He said even if you go along with this because you don't have the strength to defy them, you know that you'll lose your job, as Solzhenitsyn did when he told the truth.
	You know that you'll lose your home, as he did.
	They'll evict you from the home that they own.
	They might even put you in a gulag in Siberia, which they did to him, right?
	I think it was Siberia.
	But, you know, you might even wind up in a desolate prison somewhere, freezing to death.
	If you tell the truth in the Soviet Union.
	He said, so if you don't want to go that route, he said, if you lie to them, at least don't lie to yourself.
	Don't believe it.
	Because he said, if you do, that's the most devastating thing.
	That's why the tyrants always want to say 2 plus 2 equals 5. You've got to accept that 2 plus 2 equals 5. You've got to be able to hold these contradictory thoughts.
	At the same time, you've got to be able to deny reality when they tell you to deny reality.
	So even if you were to lie to somebody, you must not believe it, is what Solzhenitsyn said.
	And so this guy is just giving it a different name.
	I like to live not by lies better than I do preferential falsehood.
	He starts in the book, though.
	This guy writes an entire book of what Solzhenitsyn was able to condense into an essay.
	Why?
	Because he was coming at it from Christian ethics.
	So you cut to the chase if you've already got a system of ethics, if you've already got a worldview that is based on Christian morality.
	But this guy begins with his example.
	He starts the book with a mundane example of wall paint.
	You're invited to a friend's house, and the walls of which have been repainted in a fashionable starkness of which the owner is very proud.
	Your opinion is solicited, and instead of saying what you think, you simply go along, And proclaim it to be just great.
	So you've falsified your preferences.
	Let's just say you lied, okay?
	These intellectuals, you know, they always got to...
	That's how you wind up teaching at Duke University.
	You take something very simple and you pretend that you've invented it by creating a new name for it.
	Preference falsification aims specifically at manipulating the perceptions that others hold about one's motivations or their dispositions.
	As when you complimented your host to make him think that you shared his taste.
	It's all about social pressure, peer expectations, the desire not to stick out, the drive to conform.
	It's about the emperor's new clothes.
	The intriguing feature of Koran's book is that he's writing as an economist, but he's rejecting the usual economist's toolbook, relying instead on psychology and sociology.
	Well, again, Solzhenitsyn was a Christian.
	That's why he could write with much greater clarity and with far fewer words.
	He said, this is why, though, Quran's book is newly in play.
	I highly recommend it, and I further recommend other books in this genre, including Psychology of Totalitarianism.
	These books help us to understand ourselves and our times.
	Well, here's my suggestion.
	Forget that.
	Read the Bible.
	That'll help you to understand yourself with greater clarity.
	It'll help you to understand the fallen condition of mankind, and it'll help you to understand God.
	I mean, that's a better thing.
	I mean, even if you understood the fact that you're lying to please other people, there's nothing in these books that really address how you can change and how you can be forgiven for those lies, right?
	There's nothing in there about starting new.
	Well, Big Brother is changing how your brain works.
	This is fascinating.
	This is from Technocracy News.
	And they've had a study, all these studies.
	This study has determined that living your life under a Big Brother camera It's not just about violating your privacy.
	It's not just about constant surveillance and trapping you and everything.
	But because you understand that it's there, you consciously will change your behavior.
	But it also changes you in ways that you are not even aware of.
	That's what this study found.
	Yeah, this all gets worse.
	The ultimate pressure to conform that you're not even aware of.
	That is happening internally with you, with these pervasive cameras.
	He says, every time you walk down a street, electronic eyes are watching you.
	These cameras might be doing more than just recording your movements.
	According to a new study that peers into the psychology of surveillance, they could be fundamentally altering how our brains process visual information.
	To cut to the chase here, What they found was that when you were involved in surveillance, they gave them certain patterns to try to remember.
	And it didn't affect their comprehension and their memory of certain things.
	But what it did affect was their ability to remember faces.
	Isn't that fascinating?
	That was the only thing that it affected, was their relationship to other people.
	So while previous research has shown that surveillance cameras can modify our conscious behavior, making us less likely to steal or more inclined to follow the rules, a new study published in the Neuroscience of Consciousness suggests that being watched affects something far more fundamental, the unconscious way that our brains perceive the world around us.
	They said, we found direct evidence that being conspicuously monitored via a closed-circuit TV markedly impacts a hardwired, involuntary function of human sensory perception, the ability to consciously detect a face.
	They said this was done in the University of Technology in Sydney.
	They designed an ingenious experiment to test how surveillance affects our unconscious visual processing.
	They recruited 54 undergraduate students and split them into two groups.
	One of them, they didn't do any surveillance cameras, but the other group was not only had a camera there watching them, but they took them backstage and they showed them the whole setup.
	Here's what we're going to be recording.
	Really driving that home to them.
	And had them sign consent forms.
	They're going to be watched.
	They're going to be recorded.
	Showed them the equipment, how it's going to be done, all the rest of this stuff.
	And then they took the cameras and positioned them.
	They weren't just kind of inconspicuously put up in the corner of the roof or something like that.
	They put the cameras right up to them to capture their whole face, their whole body, their face, even their hands as they were performing tasks.
	So the visual task itself employed a continuous flash suppression, that's what they call it, where they temporarily prevent images shown to one eye from reaching conscious awareness while the brain is still processing them unconsciously.
	Participants viewed different images through each eye.
	One eye saw rapidly changing colorful patterns, while the other saw faces that were either looking directly at them or away from them.
	They said our surveilled participants became hyper-aware of face stimuli almost a second faster than the control group.
	And it occurred, though, without participants realizing it.
	When the researchers ran the same experiment using simple geometric patterns instead of faces, there was no difference between the watched and the unwatched groups.
	The enhancement was specific to social stimuli, faces.
	Suggesting that the surveillance taps into fundamental neural circuits that process social information.
	And so, they had problems remembering these faces.
	But they could remember the other stuff that they were shown.
	They said, perhaps most unsettling was the disconnect between participants' conscious experience and their brain's response.
	Unsettling findings that depict participants reporting little concern or preoccupation with being monitored.
	Its effect on basic social processing were marked highly significant and imperceptible to the participants.
	You don't even know this is happening.
	It's like subliminal suggestions and other things like that.
	So there's like this subliminal suggestion that is, in a sense, making you reject human faces.
	Because of the presence of that camera.
	The study suggests that constant observation may be affecting us on a deeper level than we previously realized.
	So not only are they watching everything that we're doing, not only are they recording everything that we're doing, but the very process of them doing that is kind of creating a subconscious revulsion between us and other people.
	It's amazing how they're trying to isolate us.
	From each other.
	Everything that Trump did in 2020 and all these other politicians in every other country did, all of that stuff, very carefully designed to keep us isolated from each other.
	The implications extend beyond individual privacy concerns to subtle ways that surveillance might be reshaping human cognition and social interaction.
	Big Brother, it seems, isn't just watching us.
	He's changing how we see the world and how we see each other.
	Now, let's talk about something that's positive.
	This is also on Brownstone.
	The season for living.

	Oh, it's a different picture.
	Maybe it's further down.
	Yeah, that's the one that we want to talk about right there.
	In October 2020, Bob Moran published a cartoon privately on social media.
	He was still employed by the Telegraph newspaper, though he would soon be sacked from his position.
	Because he was somebody who pushed back against the social distancing.
	He pushed back against the masks that keep us from being able to see other people's faces.
	That kind of damage that was being done psychologically to the very young children, the mask thing.
	Bob's cartoon was of an old man and old woman on a hill overlooking rolling fields and nestled homestead.
	And it was titled, Never Surrender Your Right to Be With the People You Love.
	Now, that's the first one that he did.
	He later did this one right here, where they're in the snow, in a harsh situation.
	Why?
	Because things were getting harsher, right?
	And I think Bob Moran felt that.
	He felt like the harshness of winter, the coldness of these lockdown measures that were put onto us by, you know, conservatives like Boris Johnson and conservatives like Donald Trump, and then liberals like Justin Trudeau or Emmanuel Macron, right?
	Didn't matter.
	So, the following year, he published the variation on his cartoon that you see there, where the fields are covered in snow, and the man and the woman stand closer to one another than in the first one.
	Same title, Never Surrender Your Right to Be With the People You Love.
	His reputation for resistance to the COVID restrictions grew and grew, and Bob Moran, with searing simplicity, said, There are people and places that are of you And for you, always.
	And so most of this brownstone thing was talking about the power of a picture, you know, worth a thousand words and so forth.
	But just saying that he was reaffirming what we fundamentally know.
	And saying that sometimes when we codify what we fundamentally know, and we put it into words, sometimes it diminishes its power.
	Because as this person said, When we defend our right to a fundamental good, we somehow diminish it.
	We admit as possible what ought to be impossible.
	It should have been impossible for them to separate us.
	I've seen all the pictures of family members going to visit others, and they've got plastic between them, and you've seen the pictures.
	They've got like a shower curtain or something.
	Oh, let me hug you in the shower curtain.
	How sad that people would submit to that.
	How foolish that they would believe the lies.
	I mean, you just have to, it doesn't even pass the sniff test or the sanity check.
	Being with one another in their world is not up for discussion.
	And Bob depicted that with a directness that no words could achieve.
	The man and the woman fit with each other in their world as pieces of a human jigsaw.
	There's no other place, no other way for them, and they are enchanting to look at because they are enchanted.
	And that's the key thing with all this.
	He said, and so then what happened with him?
	Well, he got fired.
	He got fired because he was a COVID critic.
	He got fired because he was a mask critic.
	He got fired by the Telegraph.
	And he had his tweets removed by Twitter at that time.
	That is what happens to us now.
	But he is still there.
	He's published his first book of cartoons.
	It's called Bob 2020 to 2024. And this author, Sinead Murphy, says it is a fine restorative for this Christmas for anybody keeping the empire at bay.
	I don't know if that's available in the U.S. or not.
	It might be.
	But again, good for him for fighting it.
	And of course, when you fight them, they will fight back.
	There is a cost for opposing this tyranny.
	DGA says, David Mar-a-Lago is nothing more than the lobbying capital of the USA. That's absolutely true.
	It is gilded with gold.
	I'm reminded of when they were talking about that movie, The Apprentice, which came and left very quickly because nobody wanted to see the early beginnings of Donald Trump and how he was essentially the apprentice to Roy Cohn.
	Really corrupt lawyer who was the right-hand man of Joe McCarthy.
	Look, Joe McCarthy was right about communist infiltration in Hollywood for sure, right?
	But...
	The tactics that he did were reprehensible, and of course the tactics were the work of Roy Cohn.
	A mentor to Donald Trump, a mentor to Roger Stone as well, by the way.
	But nobody wanted to see that, but the thing I thought was interesting when I read, I didn't see it either, when I read somebody talking about it, the making of it, they told him when they said, when you do the sets, make it look expensive and tasteless.
	Now, I haven't seen all of Mar-a-Lago, but it does look expensive, but it is tasteless in its excess, I think.
	Too excessive.
	It always reminds me...
	When I took that European tour in my senior year with some other kids that were in chorus and band, and there would be always...
	Americans would always ask, and somebody called him out on it, you know, one of the adults there said, how much is that thing worth?
	Some guy just turned around and says, what is it with you Americans?

	Federal cuts in interest rates.
	The rate decision follows two consecutive months of rising inflation.
	Only two?
	This is ABC News saying that, right?
	The central bank predicted fewer rate cuts next year than it had previously indicated, suggesting concern that inflation may prove more difficult to bring under control than policymakers thought just a few months ago.
	The major stock indexes inched downward in trading after the announcement.
	Are you kidding me?
	Inched downward?
	The Dow plunged more than 1,100 points.
	Better not get a foot long.
	I mean, if it goes down by a yard or a foot, we're in the Great Depression again, I guess.
	Marked its longest losing streak since 1974. And so, they said the forecast from the Fed on Wednesday said it anticipates only a half a percentage point of rate cuts next year and another half a percent cut in 2026. You know, we're just a few days away.
	As a matter of fact, it's Monday.
	Monday is the 23rd, the 111th anniversary of this deception we call the Federal Reserve.
	Created deceptively, you know, the creature from Jekyll Island, all the rest of this.
	But I guess, you know, we should celebrate it like Bilbo Baggins.
	I'm 111 today, right?
	And just like Bill Baggins, they have the superpower that they can make things disappear, including themselves, whenever they want.
	But we were told from the very beginning that the Fed was going to be able to manipulate markets by doing this exact type of thing.
	They'll make them go up.
	They'll make them go down.
	They'll profit on the side.
	It's exactly what is happening.
	So they are going to get hawkish.
	That means that next year, he said, we're only going to have two cuts instead of four cuts.
	And maybe, he said, another half a percent in 2026. How does he know what he's going to do two years from now?
	And how do we know that he isn't going to be susceptible to what Trump is doing?
	But even if they keep the interest rates, I mean, they're still cutting the interest rates, as they're saying inflation is there.
	Does that make any sense?
	And, of course, as Gerald Slenty pointed out many, many times, he said, so, yeah, you're going to make it 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, whatever?
	That's not going to control the inflation.
	The real inflation rate, you know, we talk about all the time how they lie about everything.
	They lie about the jobs numbers, how many jobs are created and where they were and everything.
	It's a total lie.
	But they also lie about inflation.
	They change the way they calculate inflation.
	You can go to shadow stats and you can see what the true inflation number is.
	And even with the high interest rates that they're talking about, it's just a fraction of what inflation is.
	So there's no way that you're going to get inflation under control when it's at a much higher rate than your interest rates are.
	But what it will do, as Gerald Slenty pointed out, it will drag the economy down.
	You're not going to have stagflation.
	You're going to have dragflation.
	And I think he's exactly right.

	And then Trump raised spending, cut taxes, did all this stuff.
	Don't let Doge fool you.

	The whole thing is a dodge.
	And you're supposed to believe that the king of crony capitalism is going to make government fiscally responsible.
	What a joke!
	Doge was a joke coin, and this whole Doge thing is a political joke on you.

	Longest losing streak for the stock market since 1974. Actually, 1,123 points is when it went down, 2.6%.
	And the stock markets, all the markets were moving out of fear, not out of reality so much yesterday.
	And they react to this stuff, making it very volatile.

	Gold can look volatile compared to the dollar, but it's really the dollar that is going up and down.
	And when you look at the stock market, when you look at Bitcoin, they're popping up and down.
	Yesterday, I got a notification on Cash App, because I have Cash App.
	They tell you about Bitcoin.
	And it's amazing to me how frequently...
	I'll get a notification on my phone that Bitcoin has gone up or gone down by 5%.
	It's amazing how volatile it is.
	I mean, everybody's freaking out because the market went down by 2.5% or whatever it was, a little over 2% in a day.
	But it's not uncommon at all for Bitcoin to jump around by more than 5%.
	You know, it was up at 108,000 per coin last week.
	I don't follow the price every day.
	Like Scrooge McDuck with a sticker tape thing or something.
	But it did drop more than 5%, and it was down yesterday evening at 99,000.
	And so I thought, so I wonder what has happened today.
	So I did check it today, and it jumped back up to 102. All over the place.
	I mean, it is a roller coaster.
	It truly is.
	But people are saying, well, so what's going to happen in the future?
	As if they could tell.
	They can't tell.
	But if we look at everything that Trump is doing, it really is.
	And be careful, because as Catherine Austin Fitz was saying yesterday, it's a pump and dump operation.
	And they want to get you out of real stuff into something that is digital, something that is not private.
	Something that is going to push us toward a digital ID. And that's the key thing.
	When we look at the awareness of a lot of people, and it's a good thing, two years ago nobody knew what CBDC was.
	Now it's well known, people don't want any of it, and they're prohibiting CBDC in various state legislatures, but you've got to focus on the qualities that are dangerous about CBDC. And the qualities that are dangerous about it is the digital ID, the surveillance, the ability to lock us out of things and other stuff like that.
	That's what needs to be in the state legislatures, prohibitions against those things.
	CBDC is just one way that they could do it.
	And what Trump and these technocrats are doing is they're working on other ways to To accomplish the digital ID, the surveillance, the control of what you buy, and so forth, taxing your energy usage and all the rest of the stuff.
	They're working on other ways to do that and not call it CBDC, because it's not going to be CBDC, but it'll be just as effective.
	Those are the things that we need to focus on prohibiting, and you can call it whatever you want.
	As soon as you put a name on it, as soon as you don't talk about the principles involved, you know, that's one of the things about our society today.
	Nobody thinks about principles.
	The people who founded this country really understood the principles about things.
	They were specific about some things, but they broadened it out in terms of principles.
	It's the principles that are behind CBDC that have to be banned.
	Looking ahead to 2025, predictions about Bitcoin's price are bound to be staggering.
	Some enthusiasts boldly speculate it could reach a million dollars per coin by 2025. While there are calls for caution regarding such optimistic forecasts, you better be careful.
	As we said, we've seen this kind of mania just recently with NFTs.
	And you've got...
	BlackRock and these other companies jumping into ETFs for Bitcoin even.
	Be very careful about that.
	ETFs, NFTs, these are all about tokenization.
	This is all about securitization.
	It's all about creating derivatives that they can manipulate and that they can detach from something that is real in the same way that they did with the mortgages.
	And look at how that harmed people.
	But this could apply to everything.
	And yet, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved spot Bitcoin ETFs and attracted a wave of retail investors.
	Well, how has the spot ETF for gold and silver worked?
	I mean, you ought to be able to look at that and how it does not track the true price of physical gold and silver and understand there's fraud that's going on.
	They don't really have that gold in the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
	It's been shanghaied.
	Past performance, they said, gives no indication of future results, and these statements do not constitute and cannot replace investment advice.
	They'll always say that.
	And they'll say that to protect themselves, not to protect you.
	That's a disclaimer from being seen.
	So, in Florida, could gold and silver become currency in Florida?
	I had mentioned this briefly, but the Florida CFO, Chief Financial Officer for the state of Florida, his name is Jimmy Patronis, who's also running for a vacant seat in Congress.
	He's launching a study to help figure out how gold and silver could be used as currency to buy goods and services in the state.
	Precious metals like gold and silver are not legal tender under current Florida law, but if the state's Chief Financial Officer gets his way, That could change.
	And so what are the implications of that?
	A study which will be conducted by the Florida Department of Financial Services will focus on physical gold and silver in the form of bars and coins.
	This is an exciting initiative that has the potential for enormous growth in our state.
	Gold and silver have been trusted assets for thousands of years.
	It makes perfect sense to use them as legal tender, said Patronus.
	The proposal includes certain tax exemptions as well, including making sure that gold and silver are not taxed as personal property.
	Sean Clark, a financial advisor with Mosaic Financial, said gold-backed currency has benefits, but it also has drawbacks.
	He said, I think a lot of Americans have been looking for some more independence, and gold and silver currency could help with inflation.
	He says that there's only a certain amount of gold, so they typically work well in inflationary times just because as the price of things goes up, so is the price of gold.
	So, you know, we're talking about pricing things in the dollar.
	But then they interviewed a guy who has a coin and precious metals business.
	His name is Mark Bonnet, and he's in Tampa Bay.
	He said, to me, it'd be very difficult to make this happen on a day-to-day basis because he's in the process of valuing each coin and each piece of gold or silver that comes into his shop.
	He said, I think you'd have to have a specialist at every store and every register, and you'd have to test this stuff because, obviously, anything that has value, they'll fake it.
	He said they fake Rolex watches.
	They fake gold coins.
	They fake everything that has value.
	By the way, they fake cash as well.
	I mean, we had those retail stores.
	We had people pass a fake bill on us.
	The bank caught it, and we were out the money because they wouldn't do anything to try to get the counterfeiter.
	I mean, we had a situation one time where somebody faked a check that was made out to us, and it had all the dots in it and everything that were raised.
	It's like a cashier's check written on the machine where it writes out the amount and it does it in raised dots.
	And they manipulated that thing on us.
	And it looked very authentic, even after we were told that it was fake, you know, but the bank pulled that out.
	So, yeah, you can fake anything.
	And that's one of the reasons why you want to, when you get gold and silver, you want to get it from somebody that you trust, like Tony Arterman, who knows the ins and outs and looks at this stuff.
	But that is a good point.
	You know, what do you do if you're going to use it and trade with people or you accept it and trade with other people?
	You know, how we're going to use it as currency.
	Seems to me like there might be something that tech might be able to, I mean, if we can detect bird flu everywhere, we certainly ought to be able to detect gold.
	Just kidding.
	We do a PCR test.
	That's the answer to all of it.
	No, but, you know, when you look at some of the stuff like the gold bills that Tony will include sometimes, those are pretty cool, and they've got a little bit of gold in them.
	And, you know, that's not a trivial thing that people would be able to counterfeit, but people are not familiar with it, right?
	You have to know what a real bill looks like.
	And that's the key thing.
	So there's an educational thing that is there.
	But still, people are looking for stuff that is outside of the dollar, which we know for a fact that even if it is an authentic Federal Reserve note, we know it's counterfeit.
	Counter fiat.
	Fiat is counterfeit money, no matter how authentic it is, whether it's from the Federal Reserve or not.
	Clark says several other states around the country have adopted gold and silver as a form of currency, but says we'll most likely not see the use of it as currency in Florida in the immediate future.
	But tax exemptions and the fact that the chief financial officers proposed for gold and silver currency, that could benefit consumers.
	So it looks like there would not be a sales tax, which would be a game changer for consumers.
	Look, we just need to have government not punish it, right?
	That's the key thing.
	And I think people can figure out all the rest of this stuff.

	Let's talk a little bit about Canada and what is happening in Germany as well.
	I've had this on my desk for a couple of days here.
	Canada's finance minister, of course, Chrystia Freeland, infamous for what she did to the truck protesters of the lockdowns and things like that.
	And as she was leading that as a finance minister, you know, criminalizing their protests, their free speech protests.
	De-banking people, you know, using the financial system to punish them.
	People started looking into her background, saw how she was connected to the World Economic Forum.
	Also, RT doesn't miss an opportunity to point out her family's Nazi connections.
	But she was fired by Justin Trudeau, and this is over Trump's threats of tariffs.
	And this is kind of interesting that they're taking him seriously.
	These people deserve to be kicked out.
	We're taking Trump seriously.
	So they pointed to the grave challenge posed by Trump's policy of aggressive economic nationalism.
	Again, everybody's acting as if he's president, as if these policies have already been put in.
	You know, there's a lot of things that have to happen.
	He can't just arbitrarily impose these.
	And if we accept that he can do that type of thing, that's a very dangerous thing.
	We don't want to keep putting more and more.
	Look, we have concentrated power.
	Just take a look at education, right?
	It used to be that it was controlled by parents and local community.
	And then they start moving it, you know, to the county level.
	Then they move it to the state level.
	Then they move it to the federal level.
	And everything in life has to be solved by government at the federal level.
	But now we're concentrating everything into the presidency.
	And that's why everybody is fighting so hard over who's going to be president.
	Because they want everything to be dictated to us by the President.
	He can't dictate these tariffs.
	Anyway, Friedland said the decision comes after Trudeau informed her last week that he no longer wanted her to be his government's top economic advisor.
	Her resignation came hours before she was due to provide an annual fiscal government update in Parliament.
	The move may push Trudeau's already shaky minority government to the brink.
	After nine years in power, the Prime Minister has faced growing calls to resign over concerns that he is a drag on his party's fortunes.
	They don't mean the way he dresses.
	He's been involved in that kind of stuff before.
	So they're putting out this, that he is on the brink of resigning.
	He's fixing to do it.
	Um...
	In a stinging resignation letter, Chrystia Friedland dismissed Trudeau's push for increased spending as a political gimmick that could hurt their ability to deal with the 25% import tariffs that Trump is saying that he will impose.
	She's also served as deputy prime minister in one of the biggest crises Trudeau has faced since taking power in November 2015. Yeah, she revealed herself to be just like him, completely controlled.
	You know, as Klaus said, we got our people in all these different cabinet positions.
	And, of course, he loved Trudeau.
	Conservative leader, Pierre Polyev, Polyevir, I guess I don't know how to pronounce his last name.
	So the government was spiraling out of control.
	We cannot accept this kind of chaos, division, weakness while we're staring down the barrel of a 25% tariff from our biggest trading partner.
	He believes it's real as well.
	Her resignation came just hours before she was due to present a fall economic update to the parliament.
	And so he is seeing his coalition unravel before his eyes.
	And so is the German government.
	The German government, which used to be the biggest economy, still perhaps is, in the European Union.
	And now the government there has collapsed.
	Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
	Lost a confidence vote in the German parliament on Monday, a defeat that effectively ended the increasingly unpopular government that he's led since 2021 and ushered in elections next year.
	German lawmakers voted to dissolve the existing government by a vote of 394 to 207, with 116 abstaining.
	The collapse of the government came just nine months before elections had been scheduled in an extraordinary moment for Germany, which is now a laughing stock.
	And at the mercy of both China and Russia, says Zero Hedge.
	And they're right.
	It is a laughing stock.
	Olaf is an oaf.
	These are people who have done everything they can to sabotage their own country.
	Not just the open borders, but also the green agenda.
	They are de-industrializing Germany, just as the Labour Party has de-industrialized the UK. They've already achieved that there, and they're rapidly doing it in Germany.
	Destroying the car companies and everything else that is there over energy costs.
	This will only be the fourth snap election in the 75 years since the modern state was founded.
	And this is happening, by the way, they knew that they were in trouble.
	They're trying to outlaw and to debank and everything they can to the popular populist alternative for Deutschland, the AfD party.
	The confidence vote, same month that the French government fell also.
	Deepens the crisis of leadership in Europe at a time of mounting economic and security challenges.
	Why?
	Because both the economic and the security challenges are because of failed government policies that everybody knew were going to fail.
	They were, you know, they're trying to commit suicide demographically and everything else.
	The war in Ukraine has reached a pivotal point with Russia set to make decisive territorial gains and perhaps even push toward Kiev.
	Trump is set to take office in the U.S. and now Europe's largest and second largest economies because of the green sabotage, the open borders, and the war.
	They're now in the hands of a caretaker government as the continent is sent reeling in a tailspin of chaos and revulsion of the status quo.
	Schultz had little choice but to take an unusual step of calling for a confidence vote after a three-party coalition splintered in November.
	Now, the political uncertainty could last for months.
	The elections are expected to be held in February, but even if that all goes through, there'll be times for this to, you know, make the adjustments and everything, just like we see.
	We have the election early November, but it's the end of January the new one is put in.
	So it's not going to be until April or May, according to the New York Times.
	And so they're mired in debates about how to revive their struggling economies.
	Look, they're the ones who are subverting it from within.
	It's just that simple.
	Macron is going to name his fourth prime minister in a year and is under mounting pressure to resign.
	He has said he's not going to resign, and they evidently don't have a way that they can make that happen.
	Well, let's take a look at...
	The implications of the open borders and the rest of the stuff, but also at the implications of declining population.
	And we see throughout Europe, the United States, Japan, all the Western nations, population is collapsing.
	It's even collapsing in China, everywhere.
	Part of it has to do with some depopulation shots, you know?
	And there's many different aspects of it.
	But one of the aspects is sociological.
	And cultural.
	And there was an interesting thread put up by Culture Critic.
	It said the fall of Rome is widely misunderstood.
	It wasn't an invasion.
	It wasn't disease.
	It wasn't famine.
	It wasn't a kill shot that truly brought it to its knees.
	Rome collapsed because its birth rate collapsed.
	And their birth rate didn't collapse because they were being given poison and bad food like we are.
	That also, I mean, we can quantitatively measure the fertility in Western countries.
	We can see what they call the spermageddon, you know, the sperm motility and other measures of sperm just collapsing.
	All that is physiological, food and drugs and things like that.
	But it's interesting.
	Pull up the chart there if you got it.
	You don't have it.
	Well, what it shows is at the time of Pax Romana, it's almost like a bell-shaped curve.
	And they find that the bell-shaped curve at its peak when Rome – there it is right there – where Rome was ruling the world, their population was at a peak.
	And look at how that just went down basically to zero as it fell.
	So the same is true of urban populations throughout history.
	Rome's fertility problem was identified as early as 49 BC by Caesar, and Augustus later tried to encourage childbearing.
	Childlessness was especially common amongst the upper classes.
	Well, why is that?
	Well, because they've become more concerned, he says, with status than with family.
	In other words, more concerned with wealth.
	They became lovers of themselves.
	And, of course, the love of money, the root of all evil.
	Children became luxuries which only the poor could afford, said one of them, right?
	Because they're all about pursuing social status by using their money.
	Wealthy women were having less than two children on average, a huge problem when you have a lot of infant mortality as they did back then.
	You need to have at least six or more children on average per woman in order to be able to maintain the population.
	Now that we have less infant mortality, it still needs to be over two, but back then it needed to be over six.
	Abortions and infanticide were also rampant in the culture.
	Early Christianity pushed back by championing a pro-natal culture, though it remained a relatively small movement until the 4th century.
	They had a child that was unwanted, a child that was born with any kind of a defect.
	They would just take them out and abandon them on a rock or something, right?
	And they had particular places where they would leave the kids.
	And they had Christians who would watch that.
	And when they abandoned the child, they would go back and they would take it and they would adopt the child and raise it.
	Same thing's kind of happening even now, you know?
	Foreign countries like China, where they were killing the girls and everything.
	A lot of Christians would go in and adopt the kids there.
	Augustus tried to fix things.
	He gave special privileges to citizens who had three or more children.
	We're starting to see this now in a lot of different places.
	Now, China has reversed itself from the one-child policy, and they're now trying to encourage people to have more children.
	Putin is doing the same thing.
	You've got talk about the tax code.
	We should be doing that here in the United States.
	There are also tax penalties for the unmarried and the childless for men over 25 and for women over 20. So, a carrot and a stick.
	If you've got more than three kids, we'll give you special privileges.
	If you don't have any kids, we're going to give you a special tax.
	It still didn't work.
	You see?
	It's got to be internal.
	Once you become lovers of self, you know, one of the things you see in the Bible all the time in terms of turning society around, God will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children.
	Why was that?
	Well, because in those days it was assumed that women's hearts would be turned toward their children.
	You know, it was a natural maternal instinct.
	That we've been able to, through careful propaganda in the educational institutions, through media, entertainment, the rest of the stuff, we've been able to kill that maternal instinct so that women are even less likely today in the United States to want to have children than men are.
	Even less likely to want to get married than men are.
	But they're working on that with men as well.
	They want people separated.
	When the birth rate problem had spread to the agricultural classes by 100 AD, Trajan's welfare program tried to stimulate the birth of freeborn men, but all such policies fail.
	Tacitus later said, so powerful was the attraction of a childless state.
	In other words, being single.
	Low fertility, combined with war, plagues meant so many farms in Italy were abandoned that by 193 AD, Pertinax offered the land for free to anybody who would cultivate it.
	As the empire's outward expansion ceased and its free population dwindled, emperors were forced to import more and more barbarians to sustain their armies.
	If we had a historical timeline, this is where you'd put the arrow and say, you are here.
	you are here uh they have done this deliberately uh the great replacement is um is upon us with this when romulus augustulus was eventually deposed 476 a.d to mark the end of the empire it was by the barbarians in his own ranks barbarian mercenaries by this point dominated the roman army and chose for themselves a new leader
	war and pestilence had a lot to do with the collapse, but Rome had outlived those horrors many times before.
	But this time, Rome ate itself from within first.
	No great nation is ever conquered until it has destroyed itself.

	And so when we look at this, where are we today?
	You know, we have this strange situation that the Supreme Court is going to decide if South Carolina can defund Planned Parenthood.
	How is there a right for Planned Parenthood to get money?
	Please explain that to me.
	Well, they're inventing this right by saying, well, since we have a welfare state, since you've said that we can get medical health care, I should be able to choose where I want to get my medical care, and the state shouldn't have any say-so in this.
	The very fact that you have set up in the Medicaid Act They said it unambiguously confers a private right upon a Medicaid beneficiary to choose a specific provider.
	Folks, welfare is not a right.
	Life is a right.
	Planned Parenthood is set up to destroy the right to life.
	And the sad thing about this, and look, I agree with them fighting it.
	You've got the Alliance Defending Freedom.
	They've done a lot of good stuff.
	They're filing a challenge to this.
	The Supreme Court says that they're going to hear this case.
	But here's the thing, as I've said for the longest time, even about Roe v.
	Wade, don't beg them for this.
	This is a power that they have assumed that they don't have.
	And if you beg and plead with them, what you're doing is you're effectively entrenching that power.
	And when we look at this whole argument, we're supposed to believe that welfare is somehow a right for this.
	This goes all the way back to the positive and negative rights that are there.
	You don't have...
	A right to something that must be provided by somebody else.
	But, you know, Obama and other people have said, oh, no, that's a positive right.
	You've got a right to food and welfare and this and that.
	No, no, no.
	You have God-given rights as a human being.
	And we have prohibitions against the government interfering with us.
	So they call that, oh, that's a negative right.
	No, no, no.
	We're looking at government-granted privileges versus God-given rights.
	That's what we're looking at.
