	Well, today we're going to begin by talking about the 5G zombie apocalypse, which is a question someone had that I got to just before the show ended.
	And I thought, well, why are they asking me this?
	Is this something Infowars did?
	Yes, it is. So we're going to talk about that.
	And we're going to talk about what you really need to be concerned about with 5G. And I want to tell you why you don't need to be concerned about that.
	But we also got immigration news, Second Amendment news.
	The immigration news just keeps getting crazier.
	And there's something else that I think shows the real agenda here better than anything else.
	A homeschooling family here in Tennessee being deported to Germany where they're going to try to take the kids away.
	But we're not going to give them asylum here in America.
	We'll talk about that. And, of course, Menendez and all the rest of the political corruption and the district of criminals.

	I try not to talk too much about money, but I'm going to begin the show today talking about money because it would be ungrateful on my part not to thank all of you who contributed on Friday, and especially to Fay who matched the contributions.
	Contributions have been down for the last couple of months, and we were only at about 50% before Friday, and that got us up to three quarters on the gauge.

	And I had a person who criticized us for doing that, and I'm going to talk about that in a minute.
	But first, the positive stuff.
	This came from Faye, and she said she loved it.
	It was a wonderful surprise to see what was done on the screen that Travis and Karen put together with the golden sparkles whenever somebody would contribute.
	She said it was funny to see that, especially when Gerald Salenti was in the middle of a rant about Cuomo.
	So she said it made her drive very enjoyable, and it was her birthday, but she gave the gift to us, and yesterday was her anniversary, seventh anniversary, so thank you so much.
	She said she loved the article about the...
	Reading the minds of chickens, he said, I've been a crazy chicken lady my whole life, and I can tell you from personal experience, they're definitely always hungry, so usually that's something to do with food.
	I know people like that, actually.
	All they want to do is talk about food.
	Certainly don't want to talk about religion or politics.
	But sometimes you have to talk about money, and so I got this, as everybody was so kind on Friday, and Leaving tips and helping us with this.
	I got this message.
	The subject was, so the only way to communicate with you is to send money.
	And then all he said in the body of it was, as much as I appreciate your show, I'm going to pass on that offer.
	And I said, well, I think you just did communicate to me.
	I said, I read many comments yesterday from people who did not send tips.
	I was on Saturday when I saw it.
	I said, Travis is doing multiple things while the show is running, but he makes a special point to give me the tips so I can thank people.
	He misses a lot of the other comments.
	He's trying to do moderation, but he looks at the comments.
	I can't talk and read and watch all the multiple streams, and it's difficult enough for Travis when he's just doing that.
	And I pointed out to him, I said, look, the show is not behind a paywall.
	I said the vast majority of people never give anything.
	And that's okay.
	I understand. I understand it's a difficult time right now that a lot of people that are going through are going to be going through.
	And it was my intention from the very beginning...
	I've had a lot of people say, you need to work with Adam, the podfather.
	And I know him, and I like him.
	I don't have a problem doing that.
	I just don't want to put the whole show behind a paywall.
	And Adam Curry.
	And, you know, that's the issue.
	And so we put it out here and we're trying to, you know, figure out what we can do for people who are subscribers and make it easier for them.
	We give them a link to the show that doesn't have any commercials in it in terms of the podcast, the audio podcast.
	And there's no commercials, any of the video stuff on any of the platforms either or the videos that we cut out of it.
	And at the same time that person was complaining, another one came back.

	People are talking about the trials and tribulations of Russell Brand.
	Poor guy. He's on Rumble and he charges $60 for what he's got on Rumble a month.
	What am I doing wrong here?
	He puts out a tiny fraction of content of what we do here.
	And I guess I put out too much content.
	I've been told that.
	But a lot of people look at something and it's like, you know, three hours long, I'll take a pass.
	You know, that's one of the reasons why we cut out shorter segments on the other video things.
	But enough about me.
	Let's talk about this 5G thing.
	Because as I said, I got to it at the very end.
	And by the way, it was a question that somebody asked that did not have a tip attached to it.
	But Alex, Travis said she really wants to get an answer.
	And so I don't know what was up with it.
	Did she leave multiple statements or something?
	Yeah, he's nodding yes. And so I just said it real quickly.
	At the very end of the show, And then after the show, I thought, this must be coming from something that was at Infowars.
	Because people always ask me about what's on Infowars, as if I know or care.
	You shouldn't care about what's on Infowars.
	And I'm going to make this an example of why you shouldn't care about it.
	And just to tell you that there's nothing to be concerned about.
	And let me, it was a report from Greg Reese.
	He called it 5G Zombie Apocalypse.
	Not a clickbait title at all, right?
	That's all it was.
	It's just clickbait garbage.
	He put together a thing and he had a graphic of an antenna, you know, sending out radiating stuff out.
	And he had two clips from other people.
	He had one guy who said they've investigated what is in the vaccine and they believe that encapsulated in the liquid nanoparticles that they have various pathogens.
	And he went on to say that he thinks that these LNPs are going to be activated by different frequencies.
	Now, I have no way to prove or disprove that.
	That's an extraordinary claim.
	I don't know if the guy did any evidence about that.
	I didn't look it up because, quite frankly...
	There's not anything I can do about it.
	I mean, it might be a point of interest, but the key thing is to stop people from getting the vaccine, isn't it?
	And to let people know how people are dying in massive numbers?
	I've got a study today I'll get to where they went through and looked at four different continents.
	And they looked at details about deaths and so forth.
	They didn't find any excess deaths in the majority of them before the vaccines.
	They found no evidence that the vaccines had reduced any excess deaths, none whatsoever, in any of these, all four continents, 17 different countries.
	But according to their estimates, as they extrapolated out from the 17 countries on four different continents, they believed that 17 million people Have been killed by the Trump shots.
	Now let me ask you, why don't they focus on the Trump shots instead of saying that there's going to be some kind of a zombie apocalypse from the Trump shots that's coming up later?
	Yesterday morning, On my way to church, I got a text from Shiva Ayyadurai.
	Dr. Shiva sent me a thing, said, Alex just endorsed Trump.
	I said, what, again?
	It's like, he loves Trump, he loves Trump not.
	He loves Trump, he loves Trump not.
	I mean, it's... It's his daisy election endorsements.
	He's endorsed everybody.
	He's endorsed RFK Jr.
	and then unendorsed him and Trump and unendorsed him and then DeSantis.
	It's whoever's in lead in the polls.
	Alex now sticks his finger into the wind to see which person he wants to get behind.
	He used to not be like that.
	He used to be a political atheist.
	He used to not be a cheerleader for a particular person or particular party.
	Used to focus more on issues.
	Not anymore. That's where the money is of Trump.
	And so he's placing his bets on the surest fire bet that's out there at the moment.
	But look, you know, all of this stuff about the lab in Wuhan, which is being resurrected by RFK Jr., for example, why is he talking about that?
	Let's continue to focus on the real bioweapon, the jab.
	The jab. And let's focus on not giving another term to the guy who created the jab.
	And that was another question one person said at the very end of the show.
	Why? Why don't you criticize Biden more?
	I'm sick and tired of hearing you criticize Trump.
	Well, here's the thing, and I've said this before as well.
	When you have a war, and we're at war, you have two kinds of threats.
	You have the people who wear the uniform and carry the flag of the enemy.
	That would be Biden.
	He's waving his rainbow flag, and there's no doubt about where Biden is coming from.
	He is our enemy.
	But then you also have the people who sneak around and do espionage and stab you in the back.
	The fifth column. The betrayers.
	The Benedict Donalds.
	Those people have always been held to a different standard.
	You know, we have a hot war, a kinetic war.
	Soldiers, we have a code for how we treat soldiers who are wearing the uniform and flying the flag.
	They're supposed to be given humane treatment under the Geneva Convention.
	But spies are executed.
	Why do we treat them worse?
	Because quite frankly, they can do more damage, but it's the betrayal aspect of it as well.
	That's why I despise Trump.
	He's a spy. He's a traitor for the globalists.
	Biden is flying the globalist flag.
	Biden is flying the rainbow flag.
	Trump does as well.
	But people want to pretend they don't see it.
	And that's why I have to keep mentioning.
	Do you understand? He calls everybody else a rhino.
	Do you understand who the biggest rhino is?
	Trump. Trump is the biggest rhino.
	Trump said, we'll take the guns and do the due process later.
	Trump said, you got to get the shot over measles.
	Trump locked us down, put us under medical martial law, masks on us, trillions of dollars to make that happen that he put out from his administration to make sure the governors and the public health officials were showered with money and the hospitals so that they would do whatever he wanted.
	He leaned on the factories to create ventilators that killed people.
	And on and on and on.
	Traitor! Traitor! And I'll continue to call him a traitor.
	And we don't need to have a civil war over this guy.
	And that's what the Democrats are trying to do.
	So as Trump gets more and more popular, and I get more and more unpopular, I'm not going to change, quite frankly.
	I don't really care about that.
	I'm not going to sell this country out for audience, as some people will.
	So let's talk about that.
	Here's the 5G zombie.
	Okay, so there's two people that Greg has in his report.
	He's got the guy who says, and he doesn't get into the details of, you know, the guy's case.
	And this is an extraordinary claim.
	It's not beyond the realm of possibility.
	Certainly anything is possible with nanotechnology.
	But there needs to be some evidence for it.
	So he talks about that.
	And then he weds it.
	To this October the 4th national emergency broadcast thing.
	And he references the specifics about that.
	So there's two different things.
	Are there pathogens and can the pathogens be released by 5G? And then you go to Jason Shurka who says, yes, and it's going to happen on October the 4th.
	Here's that part of his report from the Jason Shurka part.
	Hi. Popular online personality Jason Shurka has recently posted a warning that on October 4th FEMA will be using 5G frequencies to activate nanopathogens in the blood of the vaccinated.
	On October 4th at 2 22 p.m.
	Eastern Time, the emergency broadcast system will be activated across the entire United States Listen to this music.
	...leadership of FEMA disguised as a test.
	However, this test will be used to send a specific high-frequency signal through devices like smartphones, radios, and TVs with the intention of activating graphene oxide and other nanoparticles that have been inserted into billions of human beings around the world through the obvious mediums.
	If the October 4th date does not occur for any reason, the backup plan will be to do it on October 11th at the same time.
	In the case that this is not able to be stopped, I ask you all to shut off your phones and all other relevant devices at 2 p.m.
	Eastern time for a period of two hours to be safe.
	I don't know who this guy is, but I will add that we probably want to turn the 5g off for good.
	And we definitely need to take control of our government because a plan as diabolical as this would be game over reporting for info wars.

	And especially that music.
	I mean, this is like the day the earth stood still, right?
	Robert Wise. I forget who did the...
	Was it Elmer Burns?
	I don't know. You could look it up on IMDb.
	But look, does this guy believe it?
	Does Jason Shurka believe it?
	No, he doesn't.
	And let me tell you, he doesn't believe a word of what he just told you.
	Jason Shurka. Why?
	How do I know? Well, because Gregory says, I don't know who this guy is, but...
	You don't know who this guy is, but he's the core of your report.
	It's not hard to find out who he is, Greg.
	You just look up Jason Schurka, and you'll find that he's talking about the event of the year is coming.
	Whoa. Except not on October the 4th.
	The event of the year is a conference that he's going to be having in March of next year.
	If someone is selling you something after the end of the world, maybe take a closer look at what they're actually saying.
	Yeah, it's like getting a coin that is stamped 4BC. Actually, that was a case of a guy who did that that we unfortunately had some business with.
	And we didn't buy his coin that said 4BC. But he was ripping people off and got charged.
	So this is kind of that same type of thing.
	It's kind of a big tell.
	Not only is he having a conference on March 8th through 10th in Orlando, 2024, in case you want to go, he is charging $1,500.
	$1,500.
	He is a New Age cultist.
	And he's telling you that one of the reasons he got involved in this is because he's got some machines that he sells.
	He calls them EE cubes.
	And he sells them for $15,000.
	Or you can go somewhere and you can rent some time where you sit in front of one of these things.
	And he's, you know, got healing energies from the EMF stuff.
	And I'm not saying that that can't be true.
	Look, electroceuticals, I believe that 5G does affect us, does affect our health in a negative way.
	It's possible that it could be positive in some ways.
	But electroceuticals is the big thing that the pharmaceutical companies have been working on for quite some time.
	As I've said many times when I started looking up the history of Monsef Slowy and Anthony Fauci, they go back a long ways.
	And Francis Collins, and they were speaking at a lot of these conferences, and what they would always talk about was electroceuticals.
	I mean, they talked about that more than they talked about vaccines.
	And so, yeah, I'm not saying there's not any health effects with that, but this guy is heavily into New Age stuff.
	And so, yeah, you might want to check this guy out before you do special reports on him.
	That's just one aspect of it, though.
	And I wanted to talk about the other aspect of this as well.
	You know, clearly he doesn't believe it because he's got a big conference and the people who are following him don't believe it because they're plunking down $1,500 to go to this conference.
	But the other thing about this is just the absurdity of this.
	Look, if there is something that, if they're going to change the frequencies on which they broadcast on a particular day, turning your phone on or off doesn't make any difference at all.
	Do you understand that? You're receiving these frequencies from them.
	It's not like you're going to change the frequency that your phone is communicating on.
	This is the thing.
	I don't understand why people don't get this.
	It's kind of like AM and FM radio and how we got different channels on both of those bands or CB radio or whatever.
	You realize that if you've had a walkie-talkie, anything like that, there's a lot of different frequencies that you can communicate with people on.
	And they could change the frequency at which they're sending stuff out on 5G, theoretically.
	I don't think that's going to happen.
	And so, you know, if you're concerned that...
	They could add an additional frequency, let's say.
	If you're concerned about unleashing some nanoparticle pathogens or something, that's a different case.
	And you would have absolutely nothing to say about that.
	If they decided to do that on October the 4th or on October 31st or whenever, on Halloween, you wouldn't have anything to say about that.
	Your phone isn't going to have anything to do to change that.
	And if they send that out in a different frequency, your phone can't respond to that.
	None of that made any sense.
	And in so many ways, it was very much like the sting from Steve Pachenik.
	He was talking about all this nonsense about quantum computing and blockchain watermark ballots.
	And just like the sting, and just like with this, there was a big tell.
	Even if you didn't really get the idea and understand that what they were doing was just throwing out a bunch of technical buzzwords that didn't have anything to do with reality or with each other, right?
	In that particular one, the big tell was Steve Pachenik said there's 20,000 National Guard out rounding people up.
	Well, you would know that if that had happened.
	That was two days after the election, he said that with Owen.
	And Alex kept having him on, and every time he'd have him on, I would go bat nuts, trying to push back against that.
	It's like, I have nothing to do with this guy.
	He's lying to you. They're lying to you.
	That's why it got me fired.
	You know, that all opposing January the 6th, but specifically the sting.
	And Pchenik, CIA agent, wanted me fired.
	So, look, this is the way they operate today.
	They add garbage to reality.
	We should be very concerned about 5G. We should be concerned about the surveillance aspects of 5G. We should be concerned about the health aspects of 5G. Regardless of what's going on with a vaccine.
	That may be another component to it.
	I don't know. I haven't seen any proof of that yet.
	But honestly, I haven't looked for proof of that yet.
	But there are real health consequences for EMF. Real health consequences for normal cell phone towers.
	And this is something that is completely different.
	And just like the vaccines, it's completely untested.
	They don't care if there's any health effects.
	So that's over and above any interaction with the vaccines.
	But just like, you know, he's saying, well, okay, they're going to activate this thing on October the 7th or maybe another week or 4th or maybe 7 days later on the 11th.
	But he's taking registrations for his conference and charging people big bucks.
	And the same kind of simple tell for Steve Pachenik was a lie about how all these people were being arrested.
	Didn't happen. Never happened.
	And we would have known it if it had happened.
	Everybody, you couldn't cover up something like that.
	So, as a matter of fact, you know, we already missed another date.
	Just to let you know. Yeah, Alex Jones, always right.
	Here's a... We were going to have a new pandemic that was going to be unleashed on September 13, 2023.
	This is, I don't know if this is where Alex kind of had it.
	All these people say, Alex is saying that they're going to lock everything down and declare a new pandemic in the middle of September.
	He just got it from the World Economic Forum.
	It's probably a war gaming thing that they've got there.
	But look, you know, it's just about clickbait stuff.
	And I've never had any problems with Greg.
	You know, nice guy. Every time I'd see him, I didn't really know him.
	We worked on a different schedule.
	I had a lot of people complain to me about this kind of David Icke, Chariot of the Gods report that he did.
	By the way, Chariot of the Gods.
	Eric Daniker or something like that, I'm just going to remember.
	That guy was a Swiss hotel clerk.
	Yeah. We came up with that thing that became so fashionable about, you know, this is the origin of life.
	They kind of tried to tie it in with Crick and Watson, who were running as hard as they could to any theory they could find other than a creator god.
	They saw the DNA, and they knew that DNA was designed.
	It couldn't have possibly happened by accident.
	Too sophisticated. It is actually an information code.
	I mean, think about the complexity of DNA versus the SETI project, the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.
	If they just find a repeating signal like they saw with a quasar once, a dipole, electromagnetically charged rotating object that generated a recurring radio frequency signal.
	So, oh, that's intelligence.
	Because it's repetitive. It's not natural.
	Well, it was natural. But, you know, they can look at something like DNA, which is a code.
	It has a lot of error correction in it as well and other things.
	And so they just completely skip over that.
	But he didn't report And he's tying in, it's kind of like David Icke, or, you know, all these religions say that there are some extraterrestrial.
	Yeah, they call it God.
	And so they've got all these different things, and he said, and so Jehovah was the name that the Hebrews gave this extraterrestrial intelligence in these UFOs.
	They called them Jehovah.
	It's like, wow, wow.
	So I had all these people writing me about that, and it's like, look, I don't have any control over what anybody else did there.
	And that was one of the things when Megyn Kelly came with her, I guess at the time she was working for NBC or MSNBC or something like that, and she came with her entourage, and they wanted to ask us, you know, well, so how do you guys put the news together?
	You know, who runs the meeting in the morning where you decide what stories are going to be covered and all this other kind of stuff?
	It's like, There's none of that.
	I mean, that can be a really good thing, not to have that central control, until people start getting on this clickbait thing.
	You know, when it becomes a competition, as it has at InfoWars, just, you know, they see Alex doing it, and they know that's what he wants.
	And so it becomes this clickbait competition to see who can get the most sensational stuff, and they don't care if it's true or not.
	Who gets the most clicks?
	Who gets the most views? So going back to this Jason Shurka guy, He's written a book called The Pyramid Code, and he's got a quote from it on his site.
	Imagine living in a world without time and space, without walls, without borders, without wars, without disease, without vaccines, without toxins, without drugs, without doctors, without time and space.
	Well, that's the next life that we're in, but I don't think this world you're going to be able to escape the space-time continuum.
	Maybe his box will let you do that.
	I don't know. A world of love, brotherhood, and harmony.
	It sounds like he needs to get the real thing.
	You can find that in the Bible.
	A world of happiness, of wealth, of eternal abundance and equality.
	A world without a false religion and a fake book of laws that controls us.
	Where we are the law itself.
	A world of justice, because, you know, we don't have a fallen nature or anything like that.
	A world without false rabbis, false priests, or any other corrupt religious leaders.
	Nobody but Jason Shurka, who's selling you a $1,500 cube that's going to heal every disease you've got.
	Yeah, you talk about false prophets?
	You are the man, Jason.
	Nathan said to David, you are the man.
	A world without corrupt lawyers, judges, and politicians.
	It is doable. It's already happened.
	And it will happen again.
	That's where this guy's coming from.
	The New Ager. And, yeah, March conference in Orlando.
	So, it truly is amazing.
	And on that third day, it's a three-day conference.
	On the third day, the last day, you'll learn the art of alchemy.
	How to turn darkness into light.
	That's a light switch.
	Alchemy would be if you're taking iron and turning it into gold or something.
	Now, that would be useful. But if I just need to turn darkness into light, I can do that in my home in multiple places, actually.
	How to become the conscious director of your life with actions, steps, and direct formulas.
	They can be applied to your daily life.
	This is the day where you will truly break into a liberated and transformed life.
	Well, there you go. There's a sucker born every minute.
	And evidently, he's got quite a few.
	He doesn't have to get that many suckers if he's charging $1,500.

	We are, and when you talk about nanotechnology, that is a big unknown, and it's a very dangerous thing, because it's the one thing they haven't really talked about a great deal.
	You know, we talk about their technologies for transhumanism and depopulation.
	The acronym is GRAIN, genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence, and nanotech, and that's the one that we know the least about.
	So anything can happen with that.
	And all these technologies could possibly have a runaway effect that doesn't relate to anything that they designed.
	But their designs are bad enough, so we should be very concerned about that.

	Who sent this and said, well, there's only one suspect who would have hacked the missing F-35 stealth jet and flown off with it.
	Yep, Russia, he said.
	To show the U.S. that they're tangling with the wrong guys.
	It's designed to get the U.S. to back off now or else.
	The Pentagon knows who stole their jet, and they know where it is.
	It's in Russian hands, he said.
	Well, I agree with the motivation that Russia would have for doing it, and it could be Russia.
	I said China because I think that because of the past and because what's already been admitted, multiple hacks from China, especially targeting the F-35.
	And both Russia and China would have that same motivation.
	I believe that is a motivation to, you know, show, hey, we own you.
	So don't start anything, right?
	I think it's the U.S. that keeps pushing for a nuclear war.
	I think the other side would, you know, certainly we're in a Cold War, and I think this is a very strong message, either from China or Russia.
	As to where the jet is, despite the excellent impersonation of the sound of a plane flying close by overhead that we heard, he didn't see a crash, he didn't see the smoke.
	Nobody did. They don't have any witnesses that say that they saw that.
	Isn't that strange? That crash story doesn't really...
	It's got a lot of holes in it.
	Including the fact that the pilot...
	Was found in that same area where they said that they found the downed plane.
	And, you know, they were saying that it traveled, you know, for quite some time.
	And 40, was it 40 or 80 miles or something like that?
	Anyway, the other thing is that China has only been the focus of the military-industrial complex.
	If you remember when I had that interview with Paul Charest, who wrote The Four Battlegrounds, I had him on to talk about the incorporation of artificial intelligence into weapon systems, specifically making them more and more autonomous, which is a very, very dangerous thing.
	And he's very concerned about it as well.
	I think he's genuinely concerned about it.
	He works for an organization, the Center for a New American Century.
	I could not find that it was connected to the Project for a New American Century, but it sounds exactly like it.
	Project for a New American Century, PNAC, that everybody's talked about for a long time.
	Heavily influenced by Dick Cheney, by Bill Kristol, and a lot of other big neocons.
	And of course, whether they're connected or not, you know, the name is almost exactly the same.
	They do have the same approach.
	And so the entire book, the bigger context of the book, I want to talk to them about the details of the artificial intelligence stuff.
	But the broader context of the book were four battlegrounds where the U.S. and China are competing on artificial intelligence technology.
	And of course, they're competing on hacks as well.
	And so what he's saying is, you know, whoever wins this is, you know, this is like during the original Cold War where they were competing with nuclear bombs.
	Who could come up with a faster, better delivery system and have more bombs and that type of thing?
	That's what they're working on with the artificial intelligence.
	And so I had another listener, Martin, sent me an article, which I had not seen this.
	So thanks for sending this, Martin.
	NSA details the Chinese theft of the F-35.
	NSA concluded that Chinese compromised key weapons systems, including the F-35, the B-2 bomber, the F-22 fighter bomber, the space-based laser, and other systems.
	I didn't get into the specificity of this, I talked about the fact that not just the, well, this is an NSA slide that was leaked by Ed Snowden.
	This has been hacked for quite some time.
	I talked about how in 2019, the General Accounting Office, the GAO, and another project for oversight of government, POGO, both of them had said they identified back doors in the Pentagon weapons systems.
	Where, you know, hostile people could get in and take them over.
	They said it's all vulnerable.
	And that was in 2019.
	Both of them talked about that.
	But well before that, and I had mentioned many of the different hacks, especially the ones that were attributed to China.
	There have been a lot of hacks.
	The amount of stolen data was the equivalent of five libraries of Congress.
	50 terabytes of the NSA. And that's a thousand gigabytes.
	So he sent me this article, which is from Freebeacon going back to January of 2015.
	But the core of the article was really about a slide that was leaked as part of the Snowden documents.
	And just like the one that I talk about all the time, where they mocked us about the cell phone, you know, and said, who would have thought in 1984, they show a picture of the Apple computer, 1984 commercial, where in the Super Bowl, they introduced the Mac. Who would have thought in 1984, next slide, Steve Jobs is holding an iPhone and says that this would become Big Brother.
	The third slide is a picture of everybody lined up at the Apple store and that the zombies would line up to buy it.
	So there you go, the zombies.
	That's a zombie apocalypse right there.
	And so that appeared, that was part of the leaks, and Der Spiegel picked it up, but you wouldn't see any U.S. media talking about that, because they get ad revenue from Apple.
	They don't want to talk about that.
	So that was released in Germany.
	I've talked about that slide many times.
	Similar thing with this.
	In Der Spiegel, they talked about the NSA's slide, part of a presentation where they were telling people in the Pentagon just how bad the Chinese hacks had gotten.
	NSA details Chinese cyber theft of the F-35 and other military secrets.
	China obtained more than 50 terabytes of data from U.S. defense and government networks, notably the Joint Strike Fighters stealth radar and engine secrets.
	Now, again, that was a decade before this.
	It was 10 years ago that this was leaked by Snowden.
	And these were things that had already been done prior to him leaking it.
	So this had been more than 10 years earlier, 10 years ago, through cyber espionage.
	According to newly disclosed NSA documents, the NSA briefing slide labeled top secret, headlined Chinese exfiltrate, in other words, steal, sensitive military data, says that Chinese have stole a massive amount of data from U.S. government and private contractors.
	The document was made public by the German magazine Der Spiegel.
	In two articles detailing how the NSA in the mid-2000s was capable, so again, mid-2000s, of conducting global cyber intelligence gathering by tapping into the networks of foreign intelligence services and stealing the data they were collecting from others.
	For the F-35, according to the NSA, the Chinese were able to obtain digital design information on several different types of radar modules used by the fighter, On F-35 engine schematics, the Chinese stole data on the methods used by the turbine to cool gases, along with leading and trailing edge engine treatments and engine heat reduction data.
	Also, key elements of stealth design.
	You want to be able to reduce the heat signal so they can't find you, right?
	It isn't just radar that you look.
	And you want to be able to be stealthy, you've got to get rid of that...
	That thermal profile.
	You know, like last week, two weeks ago, or whatever.
	Yeah, yeah.
	As a matter of fact, you know, they got enough that they were able to duplicate the jet.
	So you don't think that they could hack it and take it over?
	The NSA, or the Russians either, for that matter, the NSA estimated in the briefing slide that the Chinese had conducted more than 30,000 cyber attacks as part of the massive defense industrial espionage as of a decade ago.
	I guess they've quit, though, in the last 10 years.
	They don't do that anymore, right?
	That was just... Not today.
	They don't do that today. More than 500 attacks more than a decade ago were significant intrusions in the Department of Defense systems.
	More than 1,600 network computers were penetrated.
	At least 600,000 user accounts were compromised.
	Other losses to Chinese cyber spies included the air refueling schedules of the U.S. Pacific Command.
	That would be engaged in any future conflict with China.
	They know tactics and strategies, weapon systems, and they can probably take them over.
	Just imagine how surprising it was to have the controls taken over on autopilot and then be ejected all of a sudden.
	So, yeah.
	None of this made any sense except as a hack.
	The NSA also revealed that the Air Force's networks were infiltrated by Chinese hackers, an attack that resulted in the loss of 33,000 records for general and field grade officers.
	See, their real beef is not with the Alabama Senators holding up their promotions.
	Maybe the Chinese are holding up their promotions.
	Navy losses to Chinese hackers included data on missile navigation and tracking systems, nuclear submarine and anti-aircraft missile design, and over 300,000 user IDs and passwords.
	What would you need that for?
	To do more hacks. So, anyway, the NSA concluded that the Chinese compromised key weapon systems, including the F-35, the B-2 bomber, the F-22 fighter bomber, the space-based laser, and other systems, as well as the backdoors that were openly talked about in 2019.
	The amount of data stolen was the equivalent of five libraries of Congress, they said at the time.
	So, the Spiegel documents were partially redacted.
	An indication that the news organization coordinated publication of the documents with authorities.
	A limited hangout.
	But the hangout was bad enough.
	Espionage against the F-35 was so successful, they were able to build a copy of it.
	Photos of the F-35 and the Chinese J-20 revealed remarkable similarities between the two aircraft.
	Just a coincidence, I'm sure.
	And when we're talking about hacks and what we should be concerned about, Austin, Texas has just had a robo-apocalypse of sorts.
	They wanted to, and the whole state of Texas, you know, just begging for the autonomous car industry to come there.
	Please, you know, Put these 80,000 pound semis under software control and not the driver.
	You know, the governor of Texas Abbott and all of them are just begging.
	They want that tech money.
	And they want to enroll everybody in Texas as part of that experiment.
	And so in Austin, they wanted to make themselves as friendly as possible to the robo-taxis.
	And then this happened, just like in San Francisco.
	Twenty robo-taxis all come together at an intersection and cause gridlock.
	Here's what it looked like.
	As this camera pans around, there's all the robo-taxis right there.
	If it wasn't for the special stuff there, I would just thought that was regular traffic in Austin.
	Wow. It's so bad there, the traffic.
	But it can always get worse.
	You can always add robo-taxis, and look at them.
	They're all there, all lined up in every direction.
	They all came there. There's no way to get out of this?
	She loves it.
	She doesn't like cars, I guess.
	There's a lot of people like that that don't like cars in Austin.
	One user on X said, well...
	Nothing says hacked like a dozen AI robots all going to the same place at the same time for no reason.
	I suspect there are some shenanigans here.
	A traffic cone can block the autonomous cars long enough to cause a pileup of multiple cars.
	The man-made traffic jam is what we're seeing.
	Some may want to give this tech a bad reputation.
	Or maybe they're just having fun on a slow night.
	Who knows? Maybe it's a Chinese.
	Be careful, because we can shut down your infrastructure with autonomous robo-taxis if you're stupid enough to put them in your city and beg people for it.
	And then finally, we're talking about surveillance and control.
	Canadian Town Council, and this is from Exposé News, It's schooled on how the 15-minute cities are the gateway to total digital surveillance and control.
	This is a good thing.
	I was glad to see this.
	This is being done by Joel Sussman, one of the directors of Vaccine Choice Canada.
	And he has seen the MacGuffin.
	You know, going back to the Civil War, or the war between the states, depending on if you want to be accurate or not.
	Going back to that, And the soldiers who fought in it would say, after they'd seen battle, they would say, well, we've seen the elephant, right?
	Well, a lot of people who did battle with the medical martial law that was imposed on us in 2020 have seen the elephant.
	And the elephant looks like a MacGuffin.
	It's not a lion on the Scottish Highlands.
	It's an elephant. Because it's really big.
	And it looks to crush us.
	And so he has seen it.
	And even though he, you know, as he was involved in fighting against vaccines and vaccine mandates, it's like, you know, this is really the Agenda 2030 thing that's happening here.
	And see, this is why we don't want to attach false sensational stuff to reports.
	Going back to the whole thing about October the 4th, If, you know, we jump on this thing and it's going to be, you know, not too much more time here before it's going to be discredited.
	And, of course, they'll say, well, we stopped it.
	You know, we had the white hats that got out there and they stopped it.
	No, it would have never worked again.
	It doesn't have anything to do with your phone.
	If they want to change the frequencies, they'll change the frequencies.
	It doesn't matter whether you turn your phone on or not.
	Keep it away from your... None of that stuff matters.
	The 5G is in the air.
	It's everywhere. It's all around.
	You can't see it.
	No, but seriously, we should have some concerns about it.
	We should have real health concerns about 5G. Now, after this thing, you know what's going to...
	The CIA throws this kind of garbage out there.
	And then when somebody has real legitimate concerns about the health issues of 5G or about the surveillance issues of 5G, Oh, you're those tin foil hat people who said it was going to create a robo-apocalypse on October the 4th.
	You see, that's how they operate. That's why they do this kind of stuff.
	It's not why people like Infowars.
	They do it for view counts.
	But the people who are feeding them this stuff, they've got their own agenda.
	So Joel Sussman, Director of Vaccine Choice Canada, he laid it out to a town, Aurora Council in Ontario, Canada.
	So there was about 110 people there in attendance.
	And I think this is important.
	You know, we've had...
	Years ago, and Rosa Corey was fighting really hard against this.
	She was a liberal leftist person in California, a lesbian, who was always a Democrat, and she was a green environmentalist and everything.
	And then she figured out what the UN wanted to do with all this stuff.
	And it was a real eye-opener for her.
	And she's passed away recently.
	But I've interviewed her in the past.
	And what she would talk about a great deal is what he's talking about here.
	That's the history of it.
	This UN organization that was put up, ICLEI, I think is the way you pronounce it.
	It's ICLEI Network.
	That was put together by the UN, and as he's pointing out to these people, he says, look, the UN, in terms of Canada, he said in 1992, you had Brian Mulroney, who was a Canadian prime minister at the time, he signed up onto the UN Agenda 21.
	It was published in 1992, and it covers the period up to 2099.
	And they have specific goals that they want to achieve by decades.
	So they have certain goals that they want to achieve by 2030, others by 2040, others by 2050.
	So the UN has their...
	This overreaching Agenda 21 thing.
	And then as part of that, you've got the UN 2030 Agenda, which we've talked about a great deal of time.
	But of course, every decade has got its own plan about what they want to accomplish.
	And so he's trying to get the people to understand how this has been going on for a long time.
	Now, by the way, I just want to interject here that Brian Mulroney was a quote-unquote conservative president.
	Prime Minister in Canada.
	The party called themselves Progressive Conservatives.
	I don't know all the details. I didn't have time to look it up of all the different Canadian parties.
	But again, you know, it was a right of center party was the way it's defined by people who I don't necessarily trust.
	But, you know, it is that they like to get people Who are conservative in name only or Republican in name only.
	And that's what they did with Bush.
	And that's what they did with Trump.
	You know, the two shoes to drop.
	9-11 and Operation Warp Speed.
	They love to pull this stuff off with conservatives because everybody lets their guard down.
	And so, in 1994...
	They had a municipal primer issued to all local towns outlining how they were to restructure their governments.
	You see how this operates?
	They have their agenda just like they did with the model state emergency health powers.
	That followed up after dark winter two months before 9-11, then one week after 9-11, the anthrax attack, and then Congress puts together some model legislation and sends it out to the states and says, here, enact this.
	Make this part of your state law.
	Because there's going to be something happening in the future.
	We've just got to prepare for this.
	And then they practiced it for 20 years, and then Trump gave them the money and the executive orders from Alex Azar in January, and then Trump's executive order in March, and all the cash from them, and all the...
	Recommendations from Fauci and all that kind of stuff.
	Okay, that was... But they had a plan and they, you know, enact all this stuff.
	And that's the same way that these globalists always operate.
	They have a very detailed plan.
	They have a time schedule that they want to do this on.
	And they always send this legislation out and tell people at the local level to run it through.
	So in 1994, they had a municipal primer to start putting people on the path to the smart cities.
	Our public officials, the mayor, the counselors of that day were partnered with a private corporation, the corporation of the town of Aurora, who appointed a chief administration officer to implement the global agenda instead of a local one.
	And again, what Rosa Corey was really focused on In the mid-2000s, her book is still available, of course, Behind the Green Mask.
	And she talked a great deal about ICLEI, the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives.
	And they would go place to place doing exactly the opposite of what this guy was doing.
	What was his name? Sussman here?
	Yeah, Sussman. ICLEI would go around.
	And they had a technique that had been developed by the Rand Corporation.
	They called it the Delphi technique.
	And they would say, you know, all you environmentally concerned people, that's how she first found out about it.
	All you environmentally concerned people, come on, we're going to have something here about what we can do locally to protect the environment.
	So let's get together.
	And they had facilitators of the discussion, and they have everybody go around the table, and they ask you questions.
	And then these facilitators, along with some insiders who were, you know, pretending to be part of the town or whatever, They would direct the discussion in a way that these people would come up with what they already had decided they wanted.
	And then they would portray this to these people as if it was something that they had come up with locally.
	And they've been doing that for a very long time.
	Going back to the early 90s, 30 years.
	As of 2023, more than 2,500 cities, towns, and counties, local governments in more than 125 countries form a part of the ICLEI network.
	And there was a link in this article from expose-news.com of the different cities and towns.
	I clicked on that. I was happy to see that there weren't any in Tennessee.
	Quite a few in Texas, though, especially centered around Austin, but not in Tennessee yet.
	We've got to keep it that way. So why should the citizens of Aurora bow down to the intrusive dictates of an unelected foreign entity, he said.
	The fact is we should not, and we will not.
	And he quoted Patrick Wood about the 15-minute city.
	Patrick Wood said, There's a cover for a data collection bonanza for technocrats who would design and operate them.
	Cities designed for maximum efficiency always reveal technocrat thinking that efficiency itself is the goal and that maximum surveillance allows for maximum control to achieve even more efficiency.
	At its very root, this mechanistic thinking is anti-human.
	And again, you know, if we look at what our goals are, how many times have we been told that the goal of government is to make us safe?
	Or to make us efficient, or whatever?
	No. Let's go back to the founders.
	The purpose of government is to defend our God-given rights.
	Simply. You have to have, if you don't have that as your compass, You're going to get government that's going to be dangerous.
	And it doesn't really matter what it's looking at.
	If it's not looking at protecting our individual rights, because we are created in the image of God.
	If your government is not about that, if they can get the people to be focused on safety or efficiency or whatever else, it's going to be weaponized against us.
	And you're going to have exclusion zones.
	You're going to have geofencing. As I was looking through this and the different checkmark they put up here, you know, you won't even be able to use your money in certain areas, right?
	You get outside of that little 15-minute zone.
	Sorry, your money's no good here.
	And they don't mean that because they're going to treat you.
	They mean it really is literally no good here.
	But it also, and I think about it from the standpoint of buying something, which, you know, of course, that would also be from the standpoint of selling things.
	Because if they can control a transaction with geofencing, they can also give monopolistic control to their friends and say, only our friends can sell stuff wherever, right?
	In any geofence. That's one of the reasons why this is so dangerous and one of the reasons why the powers that be are going to push so hard to get it.
	Because they will have, on the seller side, it's one way for them to give their cronies a monopoly.
	And we'll talk about, you know, just like you see Menendez doing, right?
	Except it'll be a lot easier for them to control that.
	Of course, property and car ownership will be outlawed.
	The eviction from farms and rural areas so they can get people in the cities.
	We know all of that. It's just this whole thing about the geofenced monopolies of sellers.
	Something I haven't seen people talking about.
	I just thought about that today when I looked at it.

	He said the troops sent to the border are, quote, just helping folks come in.
	He says, I'm looking at your split screen here, and I'm seeing DPS. We're seeing Border Patrol.
	We're seeing they're talking about sending military folks over there.
	He says...
	They're just helping folks come in.
	You can send a lot more Border Patrol agents.
	You can send a lot more DPS. You can send the military there.
	But what do they actually do when somebody hits the U.S. border?
	Tell me what they do. And that tells you that you've got to have repercussions of policies and do the work outside of the 20-yard line.
	I'm not really sure what he meant by that, outside the 20-yard line.
	I've just got to say.
	If there's a pot of gold at the end of that journey, and that's our policies outside of the 20-yard line, you know, the skirmish that's happening there, they're going to keep coming and they're going to keep pushing.
	That's their best way to get what they want.
	And, of course, there's a lot of criminal organizations that have motivations with that as well to get what they want.
	You've got to stop the magnet pulling people in.
	You've got to stop the business opportunity of human trafficking and all the rest of this stuff and drug trafficking.
	This is a large part of this.
	We've created these gigantic cartels.
	You go back and you look at our unconstitutional prohibition And that's not to say that I defend the use of any of this stuff.
	I don't. Look, I don't even use alcohol.
	I don't want to, but I'm against alcohol prohibition.
	Everybody learned that that was a bad thing, but we did it constitutionally.
	This is an unconstitutional war on drugs.
	This has been going on for 50 years, not a decade, like alcohol prohibition.
	And so it is not the way that we attack The addiction problem.
	Instead, what it does is it creates with alcohol prohibition.
	It created Al Capone and some of these other organized crime things.
	But they didn't really get off the ground because they only had about a decade or so to organize and to build themselves up.
	These people have had 50 years to continue to get more and more dangerous.
	And so the Border Patrol is not happy about this at all.

	And so this is videotaped by some Border Patrol agents, and then they leaked it out.
	So this is what our meetings look like.
	And the guy who's running it is saying, well, you've got a job to do.
	We've got to stay focused and continue to do the job.
	And they're saying, well, it's kind of hard because we want to defend the Constitution.
	He says, well, you know, you've got to keep doing what we tell you to do.
	I'm a team player. Listen to this.
	We continue to do the job and the mission that we signed up for.
	We all signed up for it.
	We all raised our hand. Sworn oath.
	It's not hard to say it.
	It may be hard for you to say it, but I've been doing this for 31 years.
	It's not hard for me to say it.
	Every day I wake up and I'm committed to this organization and I'm committed to each one of them.
	You're getting bogged down in the policies of the policy.
	You can't even say illegal aliens.
	What's happening? That's why Chief Scott left.

	I don't know the date of that, but if you look, there's several of them are wearing masks, and I imagine that that was done a year or so ago.
	This is an ongoing problem, and it's only worse now, of course.
	The guy's saying, well, we can't even say illegal aliens anymore.
	He goes, well, you're arguing semantics here.
	You know, you guys raised your hand, you took an oath, and they said, yeah, to the Constitution.
	And he goes, no, I'm talking about to this institution and to me and my loyalty to you.
	Not about any of that.
	It's not about your institution.
	They become their own little empires, their own little fiefdoms.
	And that's why, you know, when you look at education, for example, everybody is loyal to the institution of the school or to the school system or something like that.
	No, you have a mission of educating kids.
	And actually protecting them, but you become predatory of that.
	These institutions, this is characteristic of a fourth turning.
	We're right smack dab in the middle of a fourth turning.
	Our institutions have all failed.
	It happens every fourth turning, but in this particular one, it has been deliberately targeted by the Marxists who wanted to march through the institutions, and they've been very successful.
	They have been turned into Marxist promoters, They've been turned into groomers, but they've been thoroughly corrupted in every way possible.
	That's just one example in that video.
	Again, that's been around for a while, but I just saw that pop back up on social media.
	What is happening now?
	Texas has declared an invasion as tens of thousands are illegally crossing the southern border.
	On Thursday, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Ducey Asked the White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, so what do you call it here at the White House when 10,000 people illegally come across the border in a single day?
	She says, so what do you call it, Peter, when the GOP put forth a wait?
	No, no, no, no, no, no, you can't.
	And then she shuts him off. We're moving on.
	So who's the problem? Well, they're both a problem.
	And quite frankly, we didn't get this thing fixed under Trump either.
	From September the 1st through the 20th, the Biden administration ordered the release of more than 100,000 illegal border crashers, enough to double the population of cities like Yuma, Arizona.
	Think about what Biden is doing to this country with his out-of-control border policies.
	How many millions more will come here?
	We know, and that's a comment, a tweet from the Border Patrol Union.
	I've interviewed people who work for the Border Patrol many times.
	They are not happy with what is being done.
	They're on the front lines, and they're not happy with this, most of them.
	But as we saw with the Lampedusa in Italy, the small island had 6,000 Italians.
	In one day, 6,000 people landed.
	Double the population. These people have no place to live.
	They have no money.
	What does that do to crime?
	What does that do to the humanitarian aspects of this?
	And then it didn't stop with that.
	They've had, now it's up to 18,000 people have joined the 6,000 people who had a life there.
	And there are enough people, as the listener in Indiana pointed out, this could be coming to every town.
	Not just to New York. Right now, they're all looking.
	They want to go to New York.
	They're going to go to New York and they're going to find out that there's nothing there for them.
	And then they're going to start looking for a home.
	The bull weevil song came out where kids are looking for a home.
	But they're going to be going around like bull weevils looking for a place to live and they don't have any place to live.
	And so they're going to be tearing up the cotton fields.
	Back home. Almost all legacy media, including the DNC, says Elon Musk, the DNC cheering squad, relentlessly attacked Trump as being heartless and cruel for wanting to secure the border, even for policies that were unchanged from the Obama administration.
	And I remember talking about that a great deal.
	Remember they have people in cages and all this other kind of stuff, and it's like, Those pictures were actually from the Obama administration, most of them.
	And so we'd say, well, yeah, that's still happening, but your pictures show that this is happening under Obama.
	But now, what's the flip side of this?
	Yes, the libs were criticizing Trump for continuing on with the policies of Obama.
	Now, the conservatives praise Trump for continuing the policies of Obama.
	The insanity that just drives me nuts.
	That's right. He didn't really do anything different than Obama.
	He kept Obama's DACA program.
	Deferred action on childhood arrivals.
	Oh, you can't deport somebody, you know, the anchor baby thing, right?
	Somebody comes here illegally, trespassing.
	They're not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, so the kids that they have here should not be citizens, according to the 14th Amendment.
	However, We now create this fantasy that, well, okay, if the illegal parents are here, the kids are now a citizen because, you know, the baby dropped while they were here.
	They dropped anchor, so to speak.
	Dropped anchor baby.
	But then they extended it.
	And I said, okay, now the child is not born, but because it's a young person, If you can get that young person into the United States, now that child now becomes an anchor baby.
	You see, they kept extending it.
	And then they tried to do it with the parents, the adults.
	And the Congress said, nope, nope, nope, not going to do that.
	But the DACA thing stayed there, and Trump didn't do anything about it, as I've said over and over again.
	It was a hot potato.
	He didn't want to deport anybody.
	You know, you see what the Border Patrol agents are saying?
	We've got to send these people back.
	Henry Quaylar, Democrat, says we've got to send these people back.
	They're not here legally. Well, that was what Trump was supposed to do with DACA and with other things as well.
	And didn't have the guts to do it.
	Sent it to the Supreme Court.
	The Supreme Court said, you can't get rid of Obama's executive order.
	You know, he was the real president.
	You're not a real president, I guess.
	Whatever the justification was.
	Nonsense. And he didn't, and he went with it.
	He didn't fight it, because he didn't want to have the responsibility for sending people back.
	And so about 2 million people from every country on Earth, writes Elon Musk, are entering through the U.S. southern border every year.
	The number is rising rapidly, yet no preventive action is being taken by the current administration.
	And it's not any one particular country.
	They're coming from all over the place because they're paying their money or somebody is paying their ticket to come in.
	It could be some terrorist organization.
	It could be George Soros, which is a terrorist organization as well.
	You know, it could be any organization, any NGO paying their way in.
	Africans spilling into Mexico.
	Like World War Z, the picture here.

	If you aren't aware, the southwest border is beyond blowing up.
	The second train full of illegals arrived and no one is stopping them.
	Biden is inviting illegals to surge the border by providing them special status and ID cards.
	You see, the magnet. The magnet.
	And in California, come in.

	We'll put you on unemployment. You want to go to school?
	We'll give you a state tuition, whatever state you want to go to.
	They get superior benefits to Americans who have lived here and paid taxes all their lives.
	This is the magnet, and it's pulling people, it'll pull them through the wall, over the wall, under the wall, around the wall.
	So, when you look at this, is there any question that Biden, what Biden is trying to do?
	Well, he wants cheap labor as well.
	They will give...

	I have a big problem with E-Verify.
	I would rather they have a job than to put them on welfare.
	But Biden's focus on this, and labor unions, as part of the Democrat Party, might want to pay attention to his deliberate intention to lower the cost of wages.
	I mean it. First, we put in place policies that process people in a fair and fast way.
	Second, we're significantly expanding legal pathways for entry so businesses can get the workers they need.
	Families don't have to wait for a decade to be together.
	I've also directed my team to make a historic increase in the number of refugees admitted from Latin America.
	People fleeing violence and persecution.
	We simply want the kids to have a better life.

	Third, we're supporting states and cities that have seen a surge in immigrants.

	Political refugees are people who simply want a better life.
	He's very selective in terms of who he wants to bring in.
	But overall, this is part of his idea to replace the population.
	And I want to talk to you about his approach to a German homeschooling family that has been here for many years.
	They had seven kids, so they still got some kids that are homeschooling.
	But now the Biden administration wants to deport them.
	These are people who simply wanted a better life, but beyond that, We're being persecuted by the German government because they wanted to homeschool.
	The German government does not want homeschooling in any way, shape, or form.
	But it is also part of what Biden has talked about in terms of replacement.
	He wants to bring in more people from Latin America or from Africa or any place other than Europe.
	If they're Europeans, if they're white, if they're Christian, get them out of here.
	An unrelenting stream of immigration.
	Non-stop. Non-stop.
	Folks like me who are Caucasian of European descent for the first time in 2017 will be in an absolute minority in the United States of America.
	Absolute minority.
	Fewer than 50% of the people in America from then and on will be white European stock.
	That's not a bad thing.
	That's a source of our strength.
	Yeah, source of our strength.
	So over a decade, this German family has been living here in Tennessee.
	I remember this story, and I remember other stories as well.
	I remember a family where the wife was a citizen of another country.
	Her husband was German.
	And it might have been Germany.
	It might have been Holland. It might have been one of the Scandinavian countries.
	But they were trying to get the kids out of there.
	And they stopped them from leaving.
	They arrested them at the airport.
	No, you're not. You tried to homeschool your kids.
	We're going to take them away from you.
	And we're going to put you in prison.
	There have been stories like this, and this family that is here in Tennessee, I remember this story as well, because this is percolating through in the Obama administration about a decade ago.
	And the Homeschool Legal Defense Association, by the way, if you're going to homeschool, you need to belong to the Homeschool Legal Defense Association.
	They do more than anybody to protect that right.
	Politicians, you know, we have to organize on an issue-by-issue basis.
	Politicians are a real mixed bag, and they're not really going to stand up in a situation like this to defend people.
	It's going to be, you know, organizations that are set up to protect our Second Amendment rights, organizations that are set up to protect our parental rights, our homeschooling, and all that type of thing.
	So the family is the Romakey family, if I'm pronouncing that correctly.
	Uwa and Hannelore Romake and their seven children seeking freedom to homeschool their kids in the United States.
	Something that the Germans don't like.
	The Germans, I don't know, they're kind of like Nazis or something, you know, when it comes to homeschooling.
	Strange how that works.
	Now, they're the ones who really started all the government education of kids for the most part.
	Even kindergarten, right?
	That's a German word.
	It means child garden.
	You're growing these kids at a very early age, and you're growing them to belong to the state.
	That was the whole idea behind kindergarten, right?
	Give me the kid when they're very young, and they'll be mine for life.
	Everybody knows that. God has told us that.
	God has told us, and we've had political dictators who've always sought to do that.
	On September the 6th, 2023...
	The Romakeys were told during a routine check-in at their local Immigration and Customs Enforcement office that they had four weeks to secure passports and return to Germany.
	The news came without warning and with no apparent cause or explanation.
	Homeschool Legal Defense Association President Jim Mason said the Romakey family should be able to stay in the United States and home-educate their children.
	America is a land of freedom and opportunity.
	Well, it used to be. The family decided in 2006 to educate their children in Germany based on two core beliefs.
	A deep conviction that they were responsible to God for their children's education.
	And a growing concern that the content of the German public schools curriculum, particularly its anti-Christian and sexual elements.
	Sounds like our schools, doesn't it?
	Exactly right. Oh, they're not putting their kids in American schools.
	They know better than that.
	They're homeschooling them, but they don't have the freedom to do that in Germany.
	It threatened to harm their children after enduring years of harassment and fines that exceeded their family income and the forced removal of their children from their home.
	The family fled Germany.
	In August of 2008, Homeschool Legal Defense Association assisted the Ramachis in securing visas to enter the United States where they applied for asylum.
	The Department of Homeland Security granted the Romakees asylum, but immigration officials overturned that decision.
	After five years of legal battles, the Obama administration granted the Romakees indefinite deferred action status in 2013.
	Because, you know, it would kind of look bad if they're going to give DACA deferred status to...
	So many people coming across the southern border, if they wouldn't do it then, so yeah, okay, we'll give it to you.
	But now, the government giveth, and the government taketh away.
	Religious freedom, parental rights, and all the rest of this.
	Over the past 10 years, the Ramakees have had to regularly report to their local ICE office in Tennessee, but have otherwise been allowed to live, work, and to homeschool their children in peace.
	We are stunned, says HSLDA, to hear that the Romakees have now been ordered to return to Germany and are actively working to secure their continued lawful future here in the United States.
	Just another example of the Biden administration, how they have weaponized and politicized against their enemies.
	And, of course, their enemies would be anybody who is white and Christian.
	They made that very clear. So they're living in Morristown, Tennessee.
	For 15 years they have lived there.
	They've had this protected status for 10 years.
	The father is a piano accompanist at Carson Newman University here in eastern Tennessee.
	They said that they had...
	Their last fine that they had from the German government was about $9,000 for educating their kids.
	But again, the fines have been accumulating.
	They keep issuing these fines, and it was more than their entire family income.
	They were going to take the kids away from them.
	An immigration judge initially granted the family's application for asylum.
	The Department of Justice appealed the decision.
	The U.S. board, and that was under Bush, under Bush, And the U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals revoked the family's asylum status.
	Then the family, with the help of the Homeschool Legal Defense Association, appealed to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and a three-judge panel unanimously ruled against the family.
	We don't want these filthy white European Christians here, do we?
	I mean, can you imagine what the country would be like if we had more of them?
	The next thing you know, we'd be parading our slaves up and down the streets, right?
	Yeah. I tell you, you know, you listen to Biden.
	They are at war.
	There's an ethnic war that has been unleashed here.
	And the problem with these Christians is that the Christian religion is the only solution against this ethnic war.
	It's the only thing that is going to stop this tribalism because Christians understand that we are all created by God.
	They understand that we're all descended from Adam.
	We're all descended from Noah.
	That God has made of one blood all nations of the earth.
	There are differences in nations, tongues, and tribes.
	Or, you know, countries and, you know, borders, language, and culture, that type of thing.
	The judge said in his ruling that the Ramakees did not prove that the German government persecuted them for their religion because they applied the homeschooling law regardless of religion.
	It is still their parental rights.
	It's still their God-given rights to educate their children.
	That's the basis of why they were doing it, was because of their religious beliefs.
	Otherwise, they would not have homeschooled their kids.
	So this was a violation of their free exercise of their religion.
	But we have the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, an immigration judge, the Department of Justice, and all this is under the Bush administration, And then finally, they work with the Obama administration that gives them a deferral.
	And they've had that for 10 years, and now the Biden administration is taking that away.
	They're here with the approval of the U.S. government, but without permanent residency or citizenship status, said an attorney who is working with them on behalf of HSDLA. Our oldest children, they said, were in school in the German public schools, and their personality literally changed.
	We wanted to help them to grow up in what they believed and what we believe in and not get basically indoctrinated with something that we don't want.
	You know, this is the motivation of the pilgrims who came here on the Mayflower.
	The Scrooby pilgrims.
	They had fought for their religious beliefs in England.
	They were persecuted. They were arrested.
	They went to Holland. Holland gave them freedom.
	But Holland, like America, was a very...
	Holland, they gave them religious freedom because in Holland at the time, they didn't care about religion.
	It wasn't important. I don't care what you do.
	I don't believe any of this stuff.
	And it was a very corrupting environment, just like America.
	Anything goes. And so the pilgrims said, well, we can't stay here.
	Even though we're free to practice our religion, they're going to corrupt our kids.
	That's why they went to the trouble of getting ships and then going back to England and then coming to the United States.
	That's what the Mayflower journey was all about.
	Ramake said he and his wife moved to the United States.
	They've had two more children since they moved here.
	And two of their adult children are married to U.S. citizens.
	Now, why is it that they don't get the anchor baby privilege?
	Well, again, because there's one law for certain types of people and another law for other types of people.
	You know, you don't get the anchor baby status, just like you don't get considered to get into a college based on your ethnic background.
	And so, no anchor babies for the white Europeans who come here, who are Christians and want to do that.
	Now, two of their adult children are married U.S. citizens, so those two would be able to stay here.
	But they said, they work here, everything is here in America.
	We don't have any place to live there in Germany.
	I don't have any work to provide for my family over there.
	Well, that's tough, pal, because Biden has decided that he wants to replace Europeans, as you heard him say.
	With other types of people.
	And so the people who call everything racist are some of the biggest racists that you could ever possibly have.

	Well, on Friday after the show, I saw that Drudge Report, everything at the top of the Drudge Report, it's all red-listed and all about Menendez and his latest corruption thing.
	I thought, well, that's kind of interesting, and I looked and I didn't see anything or anybody was talking about his past history.
	It is swept under the carpet so much that even if you go to Wikipedia, you'll see a little thing there about this most recent indictment, a little thing about a previous indictment, but, you know, they don't really talk about that at all.
	And so I put it up on Twitter.
	I said, well, regarding the Menendez charges, I said, number one, remember that Jack Smith lost the case against him for corruption involving Medicare fraud with a Florida dentist and so forth.
	And it was one of several failures by Jack Smith.
	So you would think that the conservatives would talk about this, but you know, they don't.
	They want you to think that Trump is going to jail, that Trump's going to be assassinated, and all the rest of this stuff.
	I talked about this at the very beginning.
	I said, well, you know, Jack Smith doesn't have a really good track record as a prosecutor.
	He's had several different cases.
	Menendez was one. He had the Breck girl, John Edwards, a senator in North Carolina when we lived there, and they called him the Breck girl because they had satellite footage of him primping, combing his hair.
	You get the stuff where the satellite feeds.
	And I really miss that.
	There's some great things that used to come out of that.
	But... No, he wasn't able to secure a conviction for John Edwards.
	He wasn't able to secure a conviction for Menendez.
	And he was really hammered over an attempt to get former Virginia governor saying that he had gotten paid off from other people and that type of thing in terms of gifts.
	They really hammered him down with that.
	So I said, you know, Jack Smith doesn't really have a very good record.
	And he has a record of overcharging, like he's doing with Trump, and of losing, like I think he's going to do with Trump.
	Although, you know, it's a slam dunk to convict anybody in Washington, D.C. today.
	That's not a problem.
	So I would say that, you know, anything that is in the Washington, D.C. jurisdiction, You can pretty much put that in the bag, but anything outside of that, you know, these other prosecutors are really, really, really reaching.
	So that was one thing.
	And so the second thing is, that nobody is talking about, is how in Menendez's previous indictment, you had Lindsey Graham take the stand as a character witness.
	Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
	That's all I could think about when I was seeing all this stuff about massive amounts of...
	The FBI took pictures of...
	They had like a black jacket that had embroidered on their Senator Menendez or something.
	So they laid that out on the bed and they put all the stacks of cash, spread them out, and all these gold bars and spread them out.
	Took pictures of that and put that out on the FBI. Up to the usual stuff.
	Anyway, even if it's true, I mean, it's just the way they present this stuff.
	It's kind of comical.
	But, no, Lindsey Graham was a character witness on behalf of Menendez.
	I said, birds of a feather.
	Because Lindsey has declared his undying love for Zelensky, just like Menendez has.
	These two guys are two.
	What was it that they had in common?
	You know, because Menendez is a Democrat, Lindsey Graham is a Republican, but they love war.
	And they love all the graft and corruption that comes with it.
	And so when we look at the Menendez thing, $480,000 in cash, $100,000 in gold bars found in his home.
	Again, you might want to question the ratio of gold to cash.
	Tony Arderman certainly would.

	As we said earlier in the program, one person said they got on the monthly contribution program there.
	And so just throwing that out there.
	Menendez, he gets his stuff in bulk.
	So he's got enough cash there.
	Anyway, cash, gold bars, and a Mercedes.
	Guy just gave him a late model Mercedes as a gift.
	Part of the, you know, corruption.
	Totaling more than $710,000.
	Recovered between his home and his safety deposit box.
	His newly married wife, who didn't have a job and was in some financial troubles until she married him.
	And the next thing you know, he's got her doing texts back and forth.
	She was like the intermediary.
	He would send her texts about, you know, well, this is coming down the line for Egypt.
	And then she immediately take that text and forward it to the Egyptian guy.
	Got her involved in all this stuff as well.
	So, you know, they're looking at all of this stuff.
	One of the ways that they identified this, they said they looked at the fingerprints on the envelopes that were stuffed with cash.
	Fingerprints on the gold bars and stuff like that said...
	It yielded DNA and fingerprints of the guy that was bribing him or his driver, as well as Menendez.
	And so, you know, there's a lot of, let's say, circumstantial evidence in this allegation.
	I have to say that.
	Serial numbers on the bars indicate that they were once under Divey's ownership of the indictment.
	And a day earlier, prosecutors said this guy got lunch with Menendez's wife, with her later texting him, Thank you, Fred, with emojis, a prayer hands, a heart, and an X and an O. The couple's third co-defendant, Uribe, is accused of providing a Mercedes Benz worth upwards of $60,000 to the couple in 2019.
	This was allegedly in exchange for Menendez's alleged help in interfering in a New Jersey criminal investigation into an associate of his.
	This has a very familiar ring to the case of the dentist.
	The dentist was involved, and I think he might have actually done some time.
	I'd have to go back and look that up.
	I didn't do it. I'm just trying to remember.
	But the dentist had made millions of dollars in overcharging Medicare.
	And the dentist was in Florida.
	But, you know, New Jersey, Florida.
	People in New Jersey usually have a presence in Florida.
	Snowbirds or something. Anyway, he was connected with this dentist.
	And he tried to intervene with Medicare on his behalf and so forth.
	But, you know, again, interfering in a New Jersey criminal investigation to one of these guys' friends.
	And so he gives him some money.
	Same kind of stuff that we saw with Ken Paxton in Texas.
	But of course, Ken Paxton could not possibly be guilty because he likes Trump.
	And he's inoculated himself from some charges that are over a decade old.
	He's inoculated himself by sucking up to Trump and by helping Trump with his election protests.
	So Ken Paxton's just good.
	Anybody who says otherwise is a rhino.
	Even though it was about 80% of the Republicans who said otherwise in the House.
	Senate, as I said, is easily controlled in Texas, only about 30 people.
	Among other actions, Senator Menendez allegedly provided sensitive, non-public U.S. government information to Egyptian officials and otherwise took steps to secretly aid the government of Egypt.
	So it's not just, you know, graft and corruption, but it's also involving foreign countries.
	Who does this guy think he is?
	Hunter? Biden or something?
	You can't do that.
	That's part of the president's job description.
	Menendez improperly allegedly pressured a senior official at the U.S. Department of Agriculture to protect a lucrative monopoly that the government of Egypt had awarded to this guy.
	So, again, you know, you're going to pressure people at the FDA? Or the CDC? I think for this lockdown.
	Anyway, he makes $174,000 as a senator, but on his side hustle, he made $710,000.
	So, you know, a pretty good increase there.
	And he wasn't driving for Uber.
	His wife, Nadine, Was, quote-unquote, unemployed before she and Menendez began dating in February of 2018, according to the filing.
	And so, how did Menendez respond?
	They're coming after me because I'm Hispanic.
	Maybe, you know, don't worry, they're not going to deport you.
	They may put you in prison, but they'll probably release you with that as well.
	He said, those behind this campaign simply cannot accept that a first-generation Latino-American from humble beginnings could rise to be a U.S. Senator and serve with honor and distinction.
	Yeah, you know, he and Lindsey have been making trips to Taiwan, probably pushing everything they can for Ukraine, and of course, you know, if you do what the military-industrial complex wants, they tend to look the other way.
	Are they going to be able to get a conviction this time when they couldn't do it before?
	Again, you find, if you look for this, very, very little information about his previous indictment.
	It turns out that they let him go because it was a hung jury, and then the Department of Justice decided they would not try the case again.
	Again, that was a Medicare thing.
	He was... Pushed to change billing policies because as Florida dentists, you know, kind of like what Ken Paxton was pressing to change laws so that a friend of his who came to America 2008 when real estate was in the tank and he made a killing by buying stuff up cheap.
	And then when Trump locked everything down, He couldn't evict people, and he was leveraged to the hilt.
	I mean, he just, you know, he borrowed money and bought as much property as he could when he came in in 2008, and he was about to lose it all, and so he wanted to be able to evict some of these people, and so he's pressuring Ken Paxton to hold off on that stuff.
	He's like, yeah, we can do that.
	He had some people who were subordinates of his, at least four of them, who pushed back.
	I think it was like eight.
	Four of them sued him.
	And got an award of millions of dollars, and then Kim Paxton goes to the Texas legislature and said, here's a bill.
	I want you guys to pay for what I did.
	And they said, what's this about?
	And that was when the impeachment began.
	But he has now been cleared by the, found not guilty by the Senate there.
	And, uh... It was a massive campaign by the Trump Republican Party on his behalf.
	So the bribery case against Menendez shines a light on a powerful New Jersey developer as well, who is also accused of corruption.
	There's a lot of people that he was involved in.
	See, I mentioned a couple of foreigners.
	The Egyptian and then another guy.
	Now here's another guy, Philip Selinger, a private practice lawyer and former fundraiser for the senator.
	Is assessing his potential fit as the next U.S. attorney for the state of New Jersey.
	But if appointed, Selinger would assume control of one of the largest prosecutor's offices in the country back in 2020, a post that comes with power to bust mob bosses and to go after corrupt public officials.
	But Menendez, federal prosecutors say, was fixated on a less consequential matter, ensuring that future prosecutor would act sympathetically towards a friend of his, Facing bank fraud charges, a real estate developer, Fred DiBees.
	Now a key figure.
	So we see how this goes around.
	It's a very interesting pattern of behavior that looks very much like what he was indicted for before.
	I wonder if Lindsey Graham will do some character witnesses for him, and I wonder if Jack Smith...
	It's going to be the one prosecuting this, or if he's so busy with Trump, they'll find somebody else, because Jack Smith has already failed once in this.

	you Let's talk about the Second Amendment.
	California's 10-round magazine limit has been declared unconstitutional by a federal judge.
	And this is a judge who knows his stuff.
	It already slapped down some gun rules like this from California in the past.
	Specifically this one.
	And when the Supreme Court made their decision with Bruin, they said, and here's several cases that have been wrongly decided.
	And they sent it back.
	Now, this judge had rightly decided it, but then it had gone up to an appeals court, which made the wrong decision.
	And so when the Supreme Court sent it back for them to reconsider it, they gave it to this judge, who now has done the right thing yet again.
	He said there is no American tradition of limiting ammunition capacity.
	He said California's cap of a 10-round magazine...
	It is arbitrary, capricious, and extreme.
	Bingo. You could pretty much describe most of California's laws that way, as well as unconstitutional.
	So the court vacated four appeals court decisions after they decided Bruin.
	And one of those cases was this one, Duncan v.
	Bonta, involved California's ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
	The judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, Roger Benitez, said, There is no American history of tradition of regulating firearms based on the number of rounds that they can shoot or of regulating the amount of ammunition that can be kept and carried.
	Because the state did not succeed in justifying its sweeping ban and its disposition mandate with a relevantly similar historical analog, he writes.
	It's hereby declared to be unconstitutional in its entirety and shall be enjoined.
	And so, that's his decision, right?
	And when I looked at this, I thought, well, we've got to be careful because, you know, part of what the Bruin decision was that the Supreme Court said, the devil is always in the details.
	And one of the details that is troubling about that decision is talking about historical analogs.
	And in this time of post-modernism, in this time that we've now become post-truth, post-objectivity, post-history, Where we have things like the 1619 Project and so forth.
	We should be concerned about historical analogs and about people who might invent a historical precedent where none really exists.
	So that's a very dangerous thing, and I think that's going to come back to haunt us.
	Right now, it's okay, but it's not going to last, I don't think.
	This is not the first time that Judge Benitez had concluded that California's restriction on magazine capacity was inconsistent with the Second Amendment Rights Reason magazine.
	In 2017, it issued a preliminary injunction against Proposition 63, a ballot initiative from the previous year, 2016, that prohibited possession of what California calls, quote, large-capacity magazines.
	Two years later, he made that injunction permanent and expanded it to cover earlier restrictions on these large-capacity magazines.
	That decision initially was upheld by a three-judge panel at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
	But then they met in Bonk.
	So, in other words, what they'll do is they'll have a case that comes up And typically it'll be handled just by three judges.
	And I don't know how many the Ninth Circuit Court...
	They all have a different number of judges.
	It's a really big panel.
	But if there's enough people who disagree with what the three-judge panel decides, then they'll have all of them meet and they'll all vote on that.
	And that's exactly what they did.
	And so then they overruled.
	So he rules and says you can't restrict the number of rounds in a magazine.
	The three-judge panel says you're right.
	They can't restrict it.
	And so then the Ninth Circuit Court, one of the most leftist extremist crazy circuit courts, gets together, all of them, and they overrule that.
	And so...
	And that gets us to this case where Bruin comes in and the Supreme Court says, no, by the way, you need to go back and look at that case.
	You got that one wrong. The state requested and received extra time to study the historical record.
	See? Scrutinize the historical record.
	They produced a list of 316 laws covering 550 years from 1383 to 1933.
	Wow. Wow.
	You got too many arrows in your quiver in 1383?
	You know, they did have prohibition against crossbows.
	You could have the longbows, and as a matter of fact, they would require that the yeomanry, the The militia, the ordinary citizens, you know, from 16 to 60, they would require that they practice.
	And I remember when we were in the UK, I had a guy who was an historian, and he was talking about how they were required to practice, especially on Sundays or day off.
	And he said, and you could actually even see in the skeletons, you could see the left arm where they'd hold the bow out.
	You could see that it had denser bones in it.
	And so they did a lot of practicing with a longbow.
	But the crossbow was really kind of a, you know, small shoot this ball to go through armor of the knights and stuff like that.
	So they wanted to keep that under close control.
	So they had prohibitions on that type of weapon because it's all about political power.
	And they feel threatened by an armed citizenry.
	Many of those laws said the judge were not relevant in assessing the original public understanding of the right to keep and bear arms.
	Because they were enacted either before 1791, when the Second Amendment was ratified, or long after 1868, when the 14th Amendment required states to respect that right.
	So, he's actually looking at the law.
	It's actually as if the Second Amendment changed things.
	Which is what I've always said.
	You know, all the people who say, well, under the Commerce Clause, which is how they try to argue that we have a war on drugs authority, under the Commerce Clause, you know, it's traveling across state lines, or even if it doesn't travel across state lines, as we saw in that decision from the New Deal under FDR, you know, a guy wanted to be able to raise corn or wheat or whatever his crop was, and they said, no, you can't do that.
	You've got to coordinate that through the federal government, and they'll pay you not to grow some of this stuff, but you can't just decide what you're going to grow.
	And he goes, well, I'm growing it, and I'm not taking it across the state lines.
	I said, well, even if you're growing it inside the state, that's still going to affect the market in general, and those effects of the market in general are going to go outside of your state.
	I was like, no, you know, the Ninth and Tenth Amendment took care of all this stuff.
	All this Commerce Clause, and the original intention of the Commerce Clause was not to restrict commerce, but to stop any restrictions on it.
	So, like everything else, they turn it upside down, inside out, and backwards.
	But, no, the Ninth and Tenth Amendment made it clear that if you don't have any powers that aren't specifically given to you, and if it's not specifically given to you, it's retained by the states and by the people.
	And so, you know, they conveniently forget about all that stuff.
	Anyway, California cited a 1784 New York City law that imposed a 28-pound limit on the amount of gunpowder that could be stored in a building.
	I guess this would be the Guy Fawkes writer, you know.
	But they said, the judge says, no, that was not an ammunition limitation.
	That was a fire safety regulation.
	He said the same was true of a 19th century law that was cited by California that prohibited Bostonians from leaving loaded, unattended firearms in a building.
	You should be carrying those firearms with you.
	I guess those were kind of fire hazards like an electric scooter that's burned down so many buildings in New York.
	Anyway, that's what they should be concerned about in New York.
	Not firearms, but fire scooters.
	By 1868, California also noted a dozen or so states had laws that prohibited the carrying of concealed pistols.
	Now, this is interesting. They've said this a long time as well.
	And the judge noted this, quote, The concealed carry laws did not prohibit either keeping pistols for all lawful purposes or carrying all guns openly.
	Prohibiting the concealed carrying of a pistol was constitutionally permissible only when a citizen could freely keep and carry the same gun openly.
	That's what I've said many times while we're talking about constitutional carry, being able to carry a gun without a permit.
	The way that we got into all of this...
	Was because, you know, people would say, well, you know, everybody was carrying a gun.
	I mentioned that, you know.
	An armed society is a polite society, as Robert Heinlein said.
	But before that, you had Colonel Arthur Fremantle, who spent three months in the southern states and wrote a book about it.
	He said, I've never been anywhere where, like in the south, where everybody is armed.
	And where everybody is so polite.
	And so, you know, it was a given that people would see the arms there being openly carried.
	But if you were trying to carry concealed, oh, you're up to something, right?
	You got a Derringer up your sleeve or something like that?
	So that was the thing.
	If you're going to carry something concealed, you may be up to something, so you've got to be vetted and you've got to have permission to do that.
	That's how that started coming in.
	And then they perverted that and said, well, we're not going to let people carry anything without a permit.
	But the judge got it right.
	prohibiting the concealed carrying of a pistol was constitutionally permissible only when a citizen could freely keep and carry the same gun openly this guy is really good Although, quote, detachable magazines were invented in the late 19th century, he said, the first restriction on them was not enacted until 1990 when New Jersey proposed a 15 round limit that was later reduced to 10 rounds.
	Even today, such limits are unusual, he said.
	Our federal government and most states impose no limit.
	And in the states where the limits are imposed, there is no consensus about an appropriate cutoff.
	It's kind of like, you know, when can you murder a baby?
	What age do you murder a baby?
	Another problem, California implicitly concedes that large-capacity magazines can be useful for self-defense.
	Listen to this. In its ban, they exempt current and former law enforcement officers.
	A provision that would be puzzling if magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds had no legitimate use.
	In other words, by saying that we're going to make an exception for law enforcement officers, you're saying that this is something that people have for their safety.
	Furthermore, he said, California's argument that the need to switch magazines can have life or death consequences in the context of a mass shooting means the same is true in self-defense situations.
	California emphasized that, you know, they said, well, you've got some shooter who comes in.
	He's taking shots at people.
	If he runs out of ammunition, there's a critical pause.
	That's their phrase. A critical pause while he changes magazines.
	And so the judge replied, and he says, well, from the perspective of a victim that's trying to defend their home, that could have consequences for them if they have to change their magazine.
	That makes them vulnerable.
	Same thing. Magazines that hold more than 10 rounds are possibly the most commonly owned thing in America, says the judge.
	Like I said, this guy is really good.
	So the magazines number over 100 million magazines out there that are 10 or more a capacity.
	A 2021 survey of gun owners found that nearly half had owned magazines that exceeded California's limit of 10, and on average had owned about half a dozen of them.
	Suggesting that the current total is in the hundreds of millions.
	The judge said, for handguns, the most popular size ranges up to 17 rounds.
	The most popular size for rifles is 30 rounds.
	In other words, the magazines that California has deemed intolerable are clearly, quote, in common use for lawful purposes, unquote, he said.
	Fitting the Supreme Court's definition of arms that Americans are presumptively entitled to own.
	Well, in other words, and that's the whole problem.
	You know, there's still this aspect of this Bruin decision that there's a privilege involved here.
	It's not a privilege, it's a right.
	And you don't infringe on even the edges of it.
	But going back, you know, it's what we have right now.
	It's a better position than we were in before.
	How long it lasts after Clarence Thomas and Alito are gone?
	Who knows? Because the rest of them are...
	Totally unreliable. California, nevertheless, has determined that such magazines are not necessary or even suitable to engage in private self-defense, he said.
	But he said, in conclusion, that's not your decision to make.
	So, California has another way.
	You know, they'll keep coming different angles.
	And so, there are other ways to do this other than an outright prohibition.
	And understand, this is why, you know, when I talk about what happened...
	In 2020, I said, you know, people say, well, Trump's not going to mandate this stuff.
	They do it all through money.
	They do it through fines or they do it through subsidies.
	They bribe, they blackmail.
	California now is going to put an 18% tax on firearms and ammunition, you see.
	And even, you know, Trump admits that he knows that this is the way that you're going to do things.
	He talks about how, well, I'm going to cut money from this program and that program.
	If you put me back in, I'm going to start putting my policy out with money.
	Of course, he did it on other policies while he was in office.
	He was flooding all these different institutions with money to get them to do everything that Fauci said.
	And that's the way you always do this.
	You attack people's purse.
	They wanted, and this is part of the long-term plan that he enacted, you know, going back to 2001 when they put out the Model State Health Emergency Powers Act.
	When they put that out, they wanted the states to give themselves that power, and then they, you know, activated that.
	And rewarded the states that activated it to the way that they did it.
	So, again, that's the way that this always operates.
	We have the Federal Reserve supplying the paper that destroys our life.
	The gun and the ammo tax only make the cost of self-defense even more expensive for the law-abiding citizens, especially those in poor areas where the crime is higher.
	So, yet again, we see the anti-gun state of California.
	Pushing the envelope, says Zero Hedge.
	Actually, this is a quote from Gun Owners of America.
	Yet again, we see the anti-gun state of California pushing the envelope when it comes to infringing the Second Amendment and the right to keep and bear arms.
	Now they're creating a new tax to prevent the most vulnerable people From protecting and defending themselves, attacks that will do nothing to keep guns or ammunition out of the hands of criminals, but it will make it difficult for the people living in poor areas to be able to afford it.
	Joe Biden's comment on all this stuff, he says, well, hey, if you need 80 shots in a magazine, you shouldn't own a gun.
	Well, pal, if you can't even read a teleprompter, you shouldn't be president, okay?
	And if you don't respect the Constitution, maybe you shouldn't be president.
	On September 19th, Biden announced plans to launch a new initiative for gun control from the executive branch.
	Two days later, he has tapped Lala Harris to be the new gun control czar.
	Maybe... It's going to help us.
	She certainly didn't do anything when he announced that she was going to be the border control czar.
	So maybe as the gun control czar, she'll be just as ineffective.
	Or maybe she'll be so zealous and clueless that maybe she'll do what Governor Grisham in New Mexico did, you think?
	So Biden is going on, he says, well, you don't need to have a weapon that can fire over 30, 40, 50, even up to 100 rounds unless you think the deer are wearing Kevlar vests or something.
	Well, Joe, the deer are not the ones who are trying to enslave us.
	The Second Amendment is to keep people like you, tyrants like you, at bay.
	That's what it's for. It's a deterrent to that.
	So, Lala, the gun czar.
	She's gotten fresh from her experience with electric school buses.
	She's now going to take on gun control.
	Of course, she never did go to the border as a...
	Orders are. So, will she ever look at a gun or hold a gun as the guns are?
	Don't know. Maybe she could start by showing us how, you know, Joe Biden has told women over and over again, don't get an AR-15, get a shotgun, you know, side by side, over or under.
	And of course, the viral video that went around showing novice women who did not know how to shoot a shotgun, giving it to them and getting them knocked on the ground.
	And then giving them an AR-15, which has very little recoil.
	It's one of the reasons why people like to shoot those.
	It is superior for women, but of course, I would like to see Lala Harris, who probably has never held a gun, I would like to see her try to shoot a shotgun.
	That would be a viral video for sure.
	So she is going to oversee, she said, the first ever White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.
	Well, what credentials does she have to make her the first ever gun czar?
	And again, you know, going back to Bill Bennett, who was the first drug czar, that just, I've always hated that.
	What's the matter with people?
	You know, why would, that's like calling yourself a tyrant to call yourself a czar.
	You know, czar comes from Caesar.
	And of course, they have crossed the Rubicon over and over again.
	But, you know, we had Caesar.
	Then the Germans had the term Kaiser.
	That was an autocrat, a dictator.
	And the Russian Tsar, all the rest of this stuff.
	Why would we have an American Tsar?
	I can't think of anything that is more un-American than for somebody to be a Tsar.
	So, the White House might stealthily lean on anti-gun organizations like Giffords or Everytown, because, you know, they're not going to be able to get much from Lala.
	You know, she's going to...
	Guns. That's something to think about.
	Funded by billionaires who want to disarm law-abiding citizens to push anti-gun policy via the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.
	So, Aidan Johnston...
	Director of Federal Affairs at Gun Owners America said Congress should immediately defund this new Office of Gun Control.
	But again, you know, when we look at this, I have a suspicion that New Mexico Governor Grisham did not step out on her own.
	Yes, everybody in the Democrat Party pushed back against her pretty much right away, locally.
	They were all elected Democrat officials there in that big city of Albuquerque.
	You had the mayor, you had the sheriff, you had the police chief, you had the district attorney.
	Everybody was pushing back on her on this.
	And then, of course, the judge shut it down.
	But don't you think that maybe somebody had whispered in her ear at the Biden White House, hey, let's use this health executive order?
	Because they've been talking for a long time.
	The American Medical Association and other groups have been talking about a health basis Let's just tie these things together.
	You know, Trump did the executive order.
	As a matter of fact, you know, when Trump not only said, take the guns and do the due process later with the red flag law, but he also did gun control by executive order for the first time with the bump stock, which again was non-consequential.
	Gun owners of America pushed back against it, but not the NRA. The NRA said, well, we don't care about that.
	Gun owners of America understood the principle.
	And they push back on it.
	And they've put that through court and it's been overturned, I believe.
	But Trump also ran through the pistol brace thing that is so hated by Biden.
	And he only pulled it back after the election when he wanted people to send him money and show up on January the 6th.
	It was pulled back in December 2020 after the election.
	But Trump had also tried to ban the pistol brace.
	No wonder Biden thought he could do that.
	Because Trump had set up the precedent of gun control by executive order and even had done the exact same thing with the pistol brace.
	But I would imagine somebody at the Biden...
	And Lala Harris...
	I said, when Trump did gun control by executive order of the farm stock, I said, you know the Democrats are going to do this, and it wasn't even a week.
	And Lala Harris came out and said, well, when I become president, I am going to tell them what I want done to prohibit guns, and if the Congress doesn't do it within 100 days, I will do it by executive order.
	I said, see? How long did that take?
	It was like a week or two. And so maybe these people whispered in the ear of New Mexico Governor Gresham and said, hey, let's try this executive order thing.
	Well, it was a big flop, so much so, and I did not give this update to what she did.
	She was shut down by everybody.
	Even David Hogg got in on this and, you know, this is going to be a tweet that will live forever because he was saying that you don't suspend the Constitution with a public health emergency.
	There is no public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution.
	Think about that. Unpack that from David Hogg.
	So what he's saying is the Constitution protects the right to keep and bear arms for individuals.
	Not only that, but with this specific law, it protects the right of people to carry right there in those areas, openly, without a permit.
	So that's pretty amazing that he would admit that there's a constitutional right to keep and bear arms and to carry them and so forth.
	And it's also important to understand that there's no public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution, if he really means that.
	He'd be a better president than Trump.
	Trump thinks that the whole Constitution can be, you know, suspended with a public health emergency declaration because that's what he did.
	And then you have a Democrat, Ted Lieu, California.
	I support gun safety laws, he said.
	So these people, they push back on her everywhere.
	The sheriff who was there said...
	Sheriff John Allen, also a Democrat, and he's somebody who has been supported by gun control organizations like every town that Bloomberg had.
	But he said, the temporary ban challenges the foundation of our Constitution, which I swore an oath to uphold.
	He was wary, he said, of placing my deputies in positions that could lead to civil liability conflicts, as well as the potential risks posed by prohibiting law-abiding citizens from exercising their constitutional right to self-defense.
	Wow. Wow. And so her reply to him was, we've given you the tools, Sheriff Allen.
	Now stop being squeamish about using them.
	I will not back down from doing what is right.
	And yet she did. Because every branch of the government and people on the outside, even her own fellow Democrats, pushed back on her.
	Which is a really good thing, you know.
	And again, I think that this might have been something that the Biden administration had suggested to her.
	Because, you know, Lala is itching to do something like that in executive order.
	But it really did backfire.
	Santa Fe, New Mexico columnist Milan Simonich said, Grisham acknowledges that thugs, thieves, and drug dealers will continue carrying guns, meaning that her order theoretically applies only to the people who obey laws, he said.
	As far as lawbreakers are concerned, an executive order to disarm isn't worth the paper that it's printed on.
	And all the noise Grisham is generating taking the focus off enforcement and creates a new, a different target, the governor herself, he said.
	So what she did was two days after a judge blocked her gun decree, She did a save face order.
	She says, all right, I'm taking that down, and we're going to temporarily suspend being able to carry firearms only at parks and playgrounds.
	That's it. That's her response to it.
	So it remains to be seen what, if anything, Lala Harris will do.
	And this is why I say this could work out to our benefit.
	The reason Grisham was being opposed by so many of her own party was because they realized just how over-the-top this was.
	And I think the same thing is going to happen with Lala Harris.
	I'm very optimistic about that.

	Well, as I mentioned earlier in the program, a new study estimates that 17 million people have been killed by the COVID injections, also known as the Trump shots.
	That's what I call them, the Trump shots.
	The thing that Trump said he was the father of the COVID vaccine?
	The Trump shots.
	The thing that he said, you know, we were going to have this massive...
	Millions of people would die.
	So he killed them with his...
	Trump shot. And the risk of death is highest in older age groups.
	Surprise, surprise. That's why they went for them first, right?
	And that's why at the very beginning of all this, in January of 2021, as these things were rolling out, I'll never forget, the guy, maybe about 30 years old, he was in tears.
	He said, we protected these people all this last year.
	Not a single person died.
	They did all the social distancing and the masks and all kinds of extra cootie protections so nobody got any cooties.
	Nobody died because there was no pandemic.
	He said, we were so careful and not as didn't lose a single person here.
	And he goes, and then they injected people.
	And I forget, it was something like 14 or 15 people had just died instantly.
	He said, the rest of them around here just in a daze, just looking forward.
	And he was in tears. And so now we're a little bit further, and people are putting together some of these studies.
	The study quantified the fatal toxicity risk per injection.
	It estimated that the COVID vaccines have killed 17 million people worldwide.
	The Trump shot that was sent around the world.
	The COVID injections have killed 1 in 470 people in less than 3 years.
	Yeah, as I said before, this is why, you know, the difference between a traitor who will stab you in the back or stab you in the arm And I tell you, it's for your own good.
	Versus somebody who flies their flag and wears their uniform.
	That's what I said about Biden, and I said that in 2020.
	People said, well, you're not going to vote for Trump?
	I said, nope. They said, well, you're going to get Biden.
	He's going to be even worse. He's going to mandate the vaccines.
	I said, well, at least you'll understand that that's wrong.
	I said, when Trump does it, He will do it with incentives.
	And we already had evidence of that.
	And Trump had already said, you got to get the shot, you know, for the kids with MMR who had parents had religious or medical exempt.
	No, no. You got to get the shot.
	That measles thing, it's really going around.
	And I said, look, Trump is older than I am.
	We didn't have a measles vaccine back then.
	It was not a dangerous, it was a very rare exception.
	Very rare. I'd never ever even heard of it until they started pushing the vaccine of people dying from measles.
	It was that rare. It wasn't like autism or something, which now is common.
	You know, autism was rare.
	People dying from measles is rare.
	But now autism is very common.
	Anyway, the study revealed the risk of death is not equal across all age groups, but increases with age.
	The toxicity risk per injection It's exceedingly large in most of the elderly.
	This is an organization, a Canadian not-for-profit corporation.
	It's called Correlation.
	And two of the researchers, Dennis Rancourt and Joseph Hickey, together with two other researchers, Maureen Bowden and Jeremy Mercier, published their study titled COVID-19 Vaccine-Associated Mortality in the Southern Hemisphere.
	They just published it on the 17th of September.
	The researchers pointed out that in nine of the 17 countries, they said there is no detectable excess mortality until the vaccines are rolled out.
	And that's when it starts.
	And that was in nine of the 17 countries.
	That was in Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Paraguay, Philippines, Singapore, Suriname, Thailand, and Uruguay.
	In the other eight of the 17 countries, there was a new regime of higher mortality that was initiated after 11th of March.
	But then it went up with the COVID vaccine.
	And so the question is...
	We know that people have been killed with the hospital death protocol as well.
	Still doesn't mean because it went up in those other eight countries.
	So nine countries that didn't.
	There was no excess mortality until they started with the vaccine.
	But in other countries, they did have an excess mortality, and then it goes up with the vaccine use.
	But that doesn't mean that they weren't killing people with the ventilators, remdesivir, all the rest of this stuff.
	In all 17 countries, vaccination is associated with a regime of high mortality, and there is no association in time between the Trump shot and a proportionate reduction in all-cause mortality.
	In other words, there is no efficacy of this thing at all.
	Dr. Mike Yadin, who used to be a vice president for Pfizer, said, A shared correlations paper on his Telegram channel, he said, this is really devastating.
	While this is not a new idea, of course, that these gene-based injections injure and kill, it was likely to come to some of us from the period before the emergency use authorization.
	That's right, we knew that.
	But this paper, he said, more accurately quantifies the burden of deaths directly caused by these jabs.
	To my knowledge, no one has rebutted any of this report.
	Plenty of criticism, but no specifics, said Dr.
	Michael Yadin. Again, we knew what was happening.
	I mean, we look at what they practiced for 20 years.
	Can't have anything other than you got a lockdown until the vaccine is ready and we're going to force it on you and all the rest of the stuff.
	It was pretty clear that this was malevolent.
	And untested, everything about it stunk from the high heavens.
	It's just unbelievable that these people got away with it.
	But they needed to have Trump in place for that.
	He was essential.
	In previous studies relating to, and of course he continued to push this until just a few months ago, When his campaign officially began.
	And everybody was telling him.
	For their own benefit. They wanted to attach themselves to Trump.
	But they're out there screaming about these horrible shots.
	And he's bragging about it.
	And so you've got people like Wayne Allen Root.
	And you've got people like Alex.
	Stop bragging about the vaccine.
	Let this go away.
	Previous studies.
	Data from India, Australia, Israel, the U.S., Canada.
	They calculated that the vaccine dose fatality rate across all ages to be approximately 0.05% or one death per 2,000 injections, except for the extreme case of 1% in India.
	But in the latest study, the researchers said that detailed mortality and vaccination data for Chile and Peru allowed resolution by age and by dose number.
	In Chile and Peru, the vaccine dose fatality rate increases exponentially with age, and it doubles approximately every four years of age.
	Now, that's interesting because in past research, you know, what they're saying is your risk doubles with every four years of age.
	Wow, it goes up very, very rapidly then.
	It multiplies like a PCR test.
	But in previous data, we have seen for the Pfizer vaccine that each booster that you would get would double your risk.
	And, you know, so you get three of them, eight times the risk, four, 16 times the risk, that type of thing.
	And so you multiply that out by the age factor as well.
	They said that it reached approximately a 5% number for those who are 90 years older in those age groups.
	And they said deaths by COVID vaccine correspond to a mass event, harm from health care, that killed 0.21% of the world's population in less than three years, the authors wrote.
	That equates to one death per 470 living persons.
	All of these deaths from a vaccine that did not measurably prevent any deaths, they added.
	Again, these are one death per 470 living persons in excess of where it would normally be.
	The overall risk of death induced by injection with the Trump shots, they said, is globally pervasive.
	And much larger than reported in clinical trials.
	The large age dependence and the large values of vaccine dose fatality rate, quantified in this study of 17 countries on four continents using the main vaccine types and manufacturers promoted by Trump, financed by Trump, should induce governments to immediately end the baseless public health policy of prioritizing elderly residents for injection.
	You see, this is, when you look at what DeSantis has done in Florida, for example, right?
	He has warned, he and Latipo, his Surgeon General, have warned younger people, don't take these things.
	Don't take these things. The risk to you is not outrage, but by the, you know, the risk to you from the vaccine is greater than the risk from COVID. Well, yeah, for everybody.
	There is no risk from COVID. There's risk from hospital death protocols.
	There's risk from the money that Trump is paying and Biden's paying to have you killed.
	But they're continuing to say, but if you're elderly, yeah, you should get it.
	You see, that's exactly the opposite of what this study is saying.
	This study says the risk goes up and doubles with every four years of age.
	Don't get this if you're elderly, especially if you're elderly, they say.
	Now, the reason that they're talking about this with kids is because with the elderly, the older you get, The easier it is to explain this away as, oh, that was a comorbidity.
	That doesn't have anything to do with the vaccine.
	Exactly the opposite of what Fauci was using to push the idea of a pandemic.
	Oh, no, everybody who dies is dying from COVID now.
	I've said it many times.
	I couldn't believe it one day when I was walking out of InfoWars and I saw on the monitor Mike Adams with a CDC chart.
	And he says, look at this.
	There's more people dying of COVID than dying from heart disease or cancer.
	It's like, come on, Mike, you know better than that.
	You know better than that.
	Sell your mask and storable food stuff.
	Despicable. So continuing to do this with the elderly who have an even greater risk.
	Again, DeSantis is not stopping the vaccine.
	There are several counties now who are putting out stuff saying, we've got to stop all the vaccines for all ages.
	It's going to come from the grassroots up, folks.
	It's not going to come from anybody who's running for president.
	It's not going to come from anybody who's in Washington.
	It's going to come from the grassroots up.
	Got a lot of Republican county governments saying, we've got to stop this stuff.
	Maybe what we need to do...
	It's to label these things and use the same laws.
	There's laws against physician-assisted suicide, isn't there?
	What is this other than physician-assisted suicide?
	Where the government pays the physicians, the government pays the hospital, the government pays the drugstore to put this stuff out.
	Here's this. This is from Mary Talley Bowden, MD. She said, I spoke to an insider at HEB today.
	HEB is a big grocery store chain in Texas.
	I don't know if they're any other place, but I mean, they pretty much had almost a monopoly in Austin.
	I spoke to an insider at HEB today.
	He said they're having an employee competition to see who can push the most RSV shots.
	Because they have the highest profit margin of 47%.
	And because the new COVID shots aren't in yet.
	And so one person replied to that and said, well, I can't say I'm an authority, but I worked in a hospital clinic pharmacy for several years, and I don't recall ever seeing a chart of an adult patient with a diagnosis of RSV, because it's usually something the kids get.
	Is this a new phenomenon?
	She asked. Yeah, maybe it's just a new vaccine profit center, right?
	Dr. Bowden replied and said, well, exactly.
	She said it happens in adults, but it rarely causes hospitalization or death.
	But we take a look at what is happening with the grocery stores like HEB and their pharmacy or CVS and Cigna.
	You know, this story from a week or so ago, CVS and Cigna are charging $6,000.
	For generic drugs that only cost $55.
	You see? It's about the money.
	Follow the money. A Wall Street Journal analysis of pricing data found that they were able to do this because they set the prices with the pharmacies that they also sometimes owned.
	You see, as everything in this current system, all these institutions are currently owned by fewer and fewer people.
	All the media companies now fall, pretty much all of them are pretty much owned by Disney.
	Used to be we had three, we had like five media companies after massive consolidation, then three, and now it's pretty much just Disney buying everything if it's successful.
	You know, we've got banks that are too big to fail.
	We got these corporations that own everything.
	Across a selection of these so-called specialty generic drugs, Cigna and CVS prices were at least 24 times higher on average than roughly what the medicines manufacturers charge, found the Wall Street Journal.
	We're talking about generics.
	These are things that anybody can manufacture.
	The patent has expired on them.
	CVS's price is 24.2 times higher on average for 17 generic drugs.
	And you wonder why this is all happening?
	And this article from Zero Hedge points out, Medicare isn't the answer.
	Medicare for all is not the answer.
	Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare have fostered a system of collusion, of graft, of case scenario of Obamacare, where you would deny treatment to people for whatever your political purposes were.
	And he did that.
	He enacted the biggest fears of everybody.
	You want to talk about a death penalty?
	What do you call it when you deny somebody a kidney transplant because they haven't been vaccinated?
	Is that a death penalty?
	Is that a death penalty? Is that something that we got from Obama or we got that from Trump?
	You see, they are two sides of a professional wrestling team.
	And Trump care.
	That we experienced in 2020, and then Bidencare that we got in 2021.
	Worse. Some of the worst aspects of Obamacare that we had feared.
	According to Medicare.gov, no Medicare drug plan may have a deductible more than $500 in 2023.
	Some Medicare drug plans don't have a deductible, and some plans that do have a deductible drugs on some tiers are covered before the deductible.
	And this is why they push the drugs on elderly people.
	For years and years, we had used one of the Christian medical programs where you pay an annual fee to the people who administer it, but then they publish the needs and you send the money directly to the person who's got a need.
	And it's a Christian thing.
	You pray for them and you send them the money.
	And I really liked it because it was direct.
	And the other benefit of it was, because I had known this from a story that was put out by the LA Times.
	When Obamacare was being debated, and they said, if you look at the medical bills of people who don't have any health insurance versus the people who do have a health insurance plan, they've got a deductible.
	They said the amount that the people with the health insurance plan were paying was more or equal to, equal to or more, than what the people who did not have health insurance paid.
	And so the reason for that is that the hospitals will work with people who don't have insurance.
	But if you've got insurance, let's ramp it up.
	And then the other part of it is that they will add things that are not necessary.
	Unnecessary tests and this and that.
	And we experience that ourselves.
	You know, we go in and say, well, technically we don't have any insurance.
	Well, if you had had insurance, we would have done this and this and this, but we're not going to do that.
	And in many cases, those procedures, even the test procedures, It can be really dangerous.
	It was a test procedure that gave my mother a massive stroke from a cardiologist.
	Anyway, the GOP representatives are now moving.
	You want to talk about money? Let's talk about Fauci's money.
	They're now moving to eliminate Fauci's multi-million dollar taxpayer-funded chauffeur and security detail that he is still getting.
	And this is from Jordan Schachtel.
	Fauci's taxpayer-funded perks include a limousine, a full-time driver, and a fully-staffed U.S. Marshals security detail.
	Now, RFK Jr., in spite of the fact that his father and his uncle were assassinated, he doesn't get that.
	But Fauci does.
	Fauci does. You know, the guy who killed 17 million people with Operation Warp Speed, looking over his shoulder, perhaps?
	Representative Dale Strong, a Republican from Alabama, introduced a bill Thursday that's so far been branded the, quote, no taxpayer-funded detail for Anthony Fauci Act.
	He said, when I first discovered that Fauci still had a taxpayer-funded driver and personal guards after he stepped down, I felt that it was another example of Washington bureaucrats putting themselves above the American people.
	Yeah. Yeah, fraud father.
	Ha, ha. The fraud father.
	Our country is $33 trillion in debt, he said.
	And of course, you know, Fauci helped to make that happen.
	Fauci and Trump? Now, you can't go to work, taking your job, taking your business.
	Hey, we'll give you a taste of universal basic income.
	How about that? Fauci's taxpayer-funded detail is estimated to cost the U.S. taxpayer about a million dollars per month.
	Wow. And he's not even really retired, they say.
	He remains on staff, technically, so that he gets this limousine, and so that he gets the U.S. Marshal security detail, but he doesn't take the limousine to work.
	You know, he might have to shake hands with somebody there.
	Or, you know, he couldn't wear a mask.
	I don't know what the deal is. So he works from home.
	He has a Zoom detail.
	But he needs to have a security detail and a chauffeured limousine, even though he doesn't go to work.
	But he's still on staff, technically, so that he can keep all of these benefits.
	So far, the bill only has four co-sponsors.
	Mike Rogers in Alabama.
	Mike Collins in Georgia.
	Andy Biggs from Arizona.
	Barry Moore from Alabama.
	This is going around in Alabama.
	These guys are on him.
	So again, if you didn't hear your representative's name there, give him a call.
	Say, what's going on?
	Why has Fauci got a million dollars a year of security details chauffeur-driven livenzine when he doesn't even work for the government anymore?
	I mean, you stop and think about how crazy this is that he made more than the President of the United States.
	The highest paid federal employee ever in history.
	What does that tell you about the mission of the federal government?
	It is to kill us.
	Nobody has done a better job of killing Americans than Fauci and the presidents who worked for him, Trump and Biden.
	Again, by law, he is supposed to, no department head even, his boss and his boss's boss's boss, their salary is capped at the salary of the vice president, which is just a little over $200,000.
	The president makes like $400,000.
	He made more than $400,000, and he gets a pension that's going to be bigger than any of them as well.
	How does he get away with this stuff?
	He's got some very powerful friends, doesn't he?
	In July, Rand Paul announced on Fox News that he'd confirmed the rumors of Fauci having a taxpayer-funded limo, driver, and security detail.
	Over the course of 2019 to 2021 and COVID hysteria, Fauci became very wealthy.
	He saw his net worth increase from $7 million in 2019 to $12 million.
	Oh, okay. So, about a 75% increase.
	On Thursday, he went on MSNBC with a White House stenographer to justify his taxpayer-funded perks.
	He said, I'm getting death threats from these far-right extremists.
	You know, I've got like a, there's like 17 million people I've killed on four continents and 17 countries.
	That ain't even counting the United States, right?
	Yeah, he's done hits on everybody in the world.
	Well, again, I'd be really upset about this if I didn't understand that God is a God of justice.
	There will be justice for Fauci.
	Anyway, he said, in my career, I've been involved in saving literally millions of lives.
	Yeah, that's why he needs to have protection, because he's such a humanitarian.
	Cancers are appearing in ways never before seen after COVID vaccines, says Dr.
	Harvey Reich, who, you know, you want to talk about credentials here?
	Dr. Reich is a professor emeritus of epidemiology from Yale's School of Public Health and Yale's School of Medicine.
	He said in an interview that patients now have to wait for months, not for weeks, to get an appointment in an oncology clinic in New York.
	He said, difficulty in observing whether a vaccine can cause cancer is because it can take anywhere from 2 years to 30 years, depending on different types of cancer, from leukemia to colon cancer.
	But he said what clinicians have been seeing, for example, are 25-year-olds with colon cancer who don't have family histories of the disease.
	That's why, you know, I've interviewed Dr.
	Makis out of Canada several times.
	He's an oncologist.
	And he's seen a lot of this stuff.
	He said, never seen the kind of rapid turbo cancer that we're seeing now.
	And this is another guy, epidemiologist from Yale.
	He said, the 25-year-olds with colon cancer who don't have family histories of the disease, he says, basically impossible with the known paradigm that we have for how colon cancer works and how other long latency cancers work.
	That now they're seeing in very young people.
	Never seen this type, so it's accelerating.
	Never would see that before.
	He said, that's not how this cancer normally develops.
	There has been some initiating stimulus to why this happens.
	As a matter of fact, Dr. Makis, remember when we talked to him, he said, I've seen several cases of people being diagnosed and it rapidly metastasizing so quickly that they're dead in just a few days.
	Anyway, Dr.
	Reich says, we know that COVID vaccines, Trump shots, have done various degrees of damage to the immune system in a fraction of the people who have taken them.
	This is something we were also told about very, very, very early.
	It was spring of 2021 where you had Dr.
	Ryan Cole, a pathologist, was talking about how he was looking at people's blood and the killer T-cells are the body's first line of defense against things like cancer and stuff like that.
	The killer T-cells are disappearing.
	He said, we're going to see massive increase in cancers and the rapidity of which the cancers move.
	Another example Dr.
	Reich gave was breast cancer.
	Which normally, if there is a re-manifestation after surgical removal, the re-manifestation typically occurs after two decades.
	However, vaccinated women are now seen to re-manifest breast cancers in a much shorter period of time.
	So he said, and you go back, and we talked about this in the beginning as well.
	When we saw people who were dropping dead right after they got a shot, Or other things were happening.
	Those deaths were counted as unvaccinated people because they would not, he says here in this article, he says adverse effects occurring a few days after the vaccination were officially not counted as health conditions in unvaccinated people.
	And they wouldn't, you know, they would, I said, typically it'd take more than two weeks to start manifesting.
	But it was bad enough that what would happen is they would not count until you'd had your second shot, which was spaced out at 30 days.
	So if you'd had one shot and you died right away, or you died between the time that you got the first shot and the second shot, then you were unvaccinated.
	It didn't matter if they stick a needle in your arm and you fall over dead.
	Well, that person was unvaccinated.
	They've been rigging these numbers in every ridiculous way that you can imagine, and more than that even.
	So three-quarters of the adverse effects are being recorded as happening to unvaccinated people.

	If you look at who is leading in the polls, as I pointed out last week, both Trump and Biden have pushed CBDC.
	Jared Kushner in the Trump administration was pushing it.
	His Goldman Sachs advisor in the Treasury Department was pushing it.
	Of course, Biden has taken it to the next step in terms of detailed plans and timetables that they want to roll this stuff out.
	So just be aware that it's coming.
	Be aware that it's likely that inflation is coming as well.
	When I look at the economic news, you now got articles that are being put out by Bloomberg saying, well, you know, there isn't any good news at all in the stock market.
	It hasn't been all year except for artificial intelligence.
	And maybe if this doesn't perform the way people are expecting it to, Then that's going to be the pin that bursts the stock market bubble.
	I know Gerald Salenti doesn't think that.
	I still do. I still think that this is going to be a replay of the dot-com thing.
	But he is right in terms of the sense that they're going to do everything they can to pump up the economy before the election.
	And so that's going to be inflationary.
	So you're going to have inflation from that.
	You might have massive economic unrest because of, you know, the stock market issue and artificial intelligence when they realize whether or not it's going to be something that's going to make them money in the future.
	You know, that certainly was the case with the internet and the dot-com bubble.
	But, you know, they over-promised on what was going to happen with that.
	So just keep that in mind.

	New York Republicans are suing to block Governor Hochul in New York.
	She's got a law to expand early mail-in voting.
	Where do we get that precedent?
	Trump did it. And why is it that we ran the last set of elections still with all this mail-in stuff?
	That was one of the things on January the 6th I was very upset about because that was the day after the Georgia primary on January the 5th where they ran that election.
	Using all the same rules that Trump and all these people were saying, well, you know, this mail-out ballots and everything, that's really bad.
	Well, they did the same.
	They didn't change anything in Georgia.
	And so you had the Democrats win both of those races.
	And we've now had another entire election, the 2022 election, still running under these pandemic rules.
	And now, and the Republicans have stayed silent about it.
	They don't want to criticize Trump.
	And now you've got, in New York, the Democrat governor wants to expand the vote-by-mail stuff.
	And finally, the Republicans have said something about it.
	So they put out a lawsuit to keep her from expanding the Trump precedent.
	So, again, they'll talk about it because they can criticize a Democrat.
	They're not going to criticize Trump.
	And so when we look at what is happening with the last week on Friday, I didn't get to this on Friday.
	But, you know, Trump is going around and he is just getting high fives and accolades from Breitbart, from Infowars, from everybody, because he went to a bar in Iowa and a young woman came up and wanted him to sign her tank top.
	And I pull up the...
	Pull up the picture there, Travis, and show people what.
	And so, you know, this is great.
	The people, the conservatives, this is what the conservative party has become under Trump.
	No principles whatsoever.
	You know, if you've got Andrew Tate prostituting women, engaging in pornography, it's fine as long as he supports Trump.
	Russell Brandt.
	Bragging about raping people.
	He's fine as long as he supports Trump.
	Now, Howard Stern, on the other hand, Howard Stern is disgusting and filthy because he doesn't support Trump.
	And that's one of the reasons why Howard Stern is out there, virtue signaling about how woke he is.
	Because he knows that if he praises the left, they're never going to do anything about it.
	They will do something about it if he opposes them.
	If he supports Trump, they'll do something about it.
	But they'll leave him alone just as the BBC left Russell Brand alone to do whatever he wished.
	But it isn't even about that.
	What bothers me about all this is the rank and file and how they'll look the other way.
	A good example of the double standards, as I said last week, was the way that Howard Stern came after Lauren Boebert For, you know, groping and her behavior and going to see a play.
	She got thrown out.
	So he comes after her, but he's got nothing to say about this Virginia nurse practitioner running for state office who was a porn star.
	See, conservatives...
	Don't have anything to say about Andrew Tate, who is making all his money off of porn and exploiting women.
	And the Democrats are just fine with Susanna Gibson, who is making money off of pornography.
	I guess because she's self-employed.
	She's not being trafficked by somebody, the ilk of Andrew Tate.
	But again, the grooming that Tate was doing, openly, that's what people are paying for.
	Teach me how to groom a woman, how to control her psychologically.
	It's all the stuff that is so reprehensible that is happening to our kids in school, and yet nobody really cares.
	56% of Virginians want this porn star, Gibson, Susanna Gibson, to drop out of the race.
	Folks, that means that 44% don't care.
	They want her in.
	And so that means that most of the Democrats that are there are giving her a free pass on all of this stuff.
	This is where we are in this country.
	And this is how this thing just keeps metastasizing.
	Let's take, before we run out of time here, there's one more thing I wanted to say about the lab poison.
	And that is that it's not about the Wuhan lab.
	And as you see all of this happening, now you've got the intelligence community, you've got Biden, you've got everybody now saying, oh, it's the lab, it's the lab, it's the lab.
	And the Republicans are more than happy to join in because that lets them criticize Fauci, it lets them criticize China.
	And everybody's had a hand in this vaccine stuff, one way or the other.
	And so it allows them to pretend that it's not killing people left and right.
	Spikes in heart deaths among Japan's working-age men supports the hot lot hypothesis that different rates are reported because of different concentrations.
	And I've reported this for a long time.
	It varied by a factor of 33%.
	The active ingredients is in these vaccines when they looked at it.
	Different lots, and it's not within a lot, but when they looked at the lots, they found that some lots had only 3 micrograms, others had 33 micrograms.
	And so, I'm sorry, it had 100 micrograms.
	So it varied by a factor of 33.
	This is not individual variation within a lot.
	But this is a variation between lots, which says to me that they're doing this deliberately.
	If you were going to test a drug, of course, one of the things that you have to test is the dosage.
	And you do that basically by trial and error.
	If you're giving somebody a dosage of a medication...
	Too little dosage and it wouldn't do anything.
	Too much and it'd be dangerous, of course.
	You can kill people with too much of anything.
	And so when this varies from lot to lot and not from individual vials within a lot, you see, that would indicate if it varied from within the lot, that would indicate they have very poor quality control.
	If it varies from lot to lot, That would indicate that Pfizer and Moderna were doing an experiment on you, which would be part of the testing thing.
	We were all lab rats if you took the vaccine.
	That's the way they planned this whole thing to work out.
	And then, of course, the earliest batches were given to the Most elderly first, as well as to workers.
	And in Japan, they worked at getting it to the healthcare workers before they got it to the sick and to the elderly.
	And so we see these types of differences when you give it to the health workers who are younger, who don't have coexisting morbidities or age issues.
	Then that is even more of a smoking gun that it's coming from the vaccine and it's not some other factor.
	The high-risk elderly only started getting jabbed two months after low-risk health workers did, which reminds us that the jabs are primarily sold to the population as a way to stop the spread, but also because it means that the early batches delivered to Japan went to working-age people first.
	Now, the only other thing about this is that in the US, they may have changed the distribution of these targeted lots.
	They may have changed that distribution to get at certain populations that they don't like.
	Clear spikes in death among men aged 20 to 49 due to arrhythmia, heart failure, It doesn't necessarily prove the hot lot hypothesis beyond doubt.
	Maybe the CIA was trying out a new version of its heart attack gun in Japan at the time.
	But absent any other convincing explanation, The writer says, I'm going to assume that Pfizer and BioNTech were scraping the bottom of the vat to enable healthcare workers in Japan to roll up their sleeves for the first and second COVID jabs back in early 2021.
	Look, as I've said before, correlation does not prove causation, but it demands an investigation.
	And as we look at...
	I had concerns about this for a number of reasons.
	Even when they were talking about it in the summer of 2020, in August, the CDC put out how they were going to track this.
	And they wanted to track it by lot number.
	And so they wanted to track you by when you'd had your shots...
	And supposedly to remind you, right?
	But then they tracked the lot number.
	That was the key thing. And that raised a big red flag with me.
	In addition to the fact that they're going to give you two doses.
	And I thought, that's really strange.
	Never done that before. And then the super, super cold requirements for refrigeration, of course, talking about Japan, we saw they threw out over 2 million doses because they started getting a very dark magnetic, it would interact with magnets, but it precipitated out of the vaccines when they were not refrigerated properly or evidently.
	And so a lot of suspicious stuff with these things.
	But again, a key thing is the fact that on that questionnaire they put out, they would, when did you get the first one?
	So we can tell you to get the second one.
	And then they had a field there where at the drugstore, wherever you got your Trump shot, They would put down their refused, you know, for your physician or something.
	It's like, well, okay, if this is to track and to remind people to come back in 30 days, you don't need that.
	Because if I refused it, I don't need to come back for a follow-up dosage.
	So I said, there's something else going on with this.
	They've got to trace these lot numbers.
	And I think that's a key part of this.
	And so they keep testing to see if these proteins that have been injected into people, if they start to disappear.
	And as they keep pushing it out further and further, they keep seeing, no, it's not disappearing.
	We're still seeing it there.
	It is self-propagating.
	And that was one of the other things I said when they described the mechanism.
	I said, okay, so you're going to turn this on and you're going to make the body manufacture this?
	That's how you can do it so fast at warp speed?
