	The 250th anniversary of the Boston Massacre.
	You gotta hold that down.
	One of the Sons of Liberty that was shot, by the way, was black.
	That's right.
	He was an active member of the Sons of Liberty.
	Crispus Attucks.
	But of course today he would be denounced as, I don't know, would he be a racist, a slaveholder?
	Because that's what AOC and everybody else tells us, right?
	We need to go back and take a look at our history.
	We need to take a look at this on our 250th anniversary of the Boston Massacre.
	Of course, there were five Americans that were killed that day by British soldiers the night of March the 5th, 1770.
	We're now at the 250th anniversary.
	The Boston Massacre had its roots in retaliation for acts of the British government that sought to transfer governing of the colonies from the people to the English Parliament.
	That was open violation of the Magna Carta.
	And we have a similar situation today as we look at this back and forth about Chuck Schumer.
	We're going to take a look at this.
	There's a number of different angles to this that I think are important.
	First of all, we see the thuggish behavior of Chuck Schumer.
	We also see how outraged everyone is that he would threaten a Supreme Court justice.
	Bow to judicial supremacy, Chuck!
	Well, that's the one thing I wouldn't criticize him for.
	He shouldn't threaten them.
	It sounded like a physical threat.
	And actually, it's against the law.
	There is a law That says you will not threaten these judges in the course of their work, which is exactly, exactly what he did.
	Now they're trying to spin this and say, no, no, no, when I said they're going to reap the whirlwind, what I meant was it's going to be political whirlwind for the Republicans who put these two judges in there.
	Well, okay, so you're saying that this is a political appointment?
	Yeah, we know that the Supreme Court is nothing but political, and we know that the basis of the Supreme Court Is to do exactly what the people were concerned about when they had the Boston Massacre.
	And that is to transfer lawful governance of ourselves, lawful governance by the state powers, to the federal government.
	In violation, not of the Magna Carta, but in violation of the Constitution that they swore to uphold.
	And that is really what is happening behind all of this.
	Transferring power to the federal government and to unelected bureaucrats, like Supreme Court justices, who then ignore the Ninth Amendment, the Tenth Amendment, all the Bill of Rights as a matter of fact.
	They don't care about unwarranted search and seizure.
	That's just fine with them if that's a political calculation that they make.
	And what we have today There's not taxation without representation.
	Yes, we have that because these bureaucracies can enact taxes on you.
	As a matter of fact, it was the Supreme Court that said, hey, you know, they created Obamacare.
	It's a tax and they can do that.
	And so you had your unelected Supreme Court representatives enact that tax on you in the first place.
	And that's now up for revision.
	After they removed that tax, that was the lying justification that John Roberts used.
	But we also have regulation without representation.
	Not just taxation without representation, but regulation without representation.
	We are in a much worse situation than the people in Boston in 1770, 250 years ago.
	Far worse!
	When are you going to wake up?
	Well, your wake-up call is going to be right after this commercial break.

	UK teen fined under house arrest for asking trans police officers gender and it hurt their feelings.
	UK mother spared jail for misgendering trans woman ordered to pay thousand pound fine because it could have caused anxiety in the new royalty.
	That's the thought police.
	If a leftist has their feelings hurt for any reason, you get fined and you go to jail.
	This is tyranny, these people are bullies, and it's sick, and it's evil, and it's part of a scientific anti-human takeover.
	Resist it!
	Speak out against it!

	Welcome on this Thursday, March the 5th, Year of Our Lord 2029.
	I'm David Knight, your host, and today we're going to take a look at a wide variety of issues.
	We're going to have an update, of course, on the coronavirus, what is happening economically, what is happening in terms of the panic that they are engendering to force quarantines.
	I mean, that was my concern from the very first day.
	Yeah, it's interesting how this thing started.
	And it's interesting in terms of, you know, but it is what it is.
	And we will find out just how bad it is eventually.
	And we're getting mixed information on that all the way along.
	My real concern about this was the way that they were panicking everybody from the very beginning.
	The media.
	And so as we see this moving forward, this is going to be used to move the forced vaccination agenda.
	No question about it.
	They've already moved public opinion, regardless of whether anybody gets sick.
	And we're talking about nine people dying, and that certainly is a tragedy.
	However, how does that compare to the usual cold and flu season?
	How does that compare to the tornado?
	We had two dozen people die.
	Just like that.
	You can die from a lot of different things.
	It is not a major cause of death.
	I don't understand why we're getting so concerned about this, but the reality, the economic reality, is upon us.
	And the legislative reality is going to be coming down the road.
	And now we have a pushback We're from mainstream media now bringing back the weird animal narrative.
	You know, this came from a pangolin, that weird animal that... Google it to see what it looks like.
	But now we're being told, seriously, oh forget the bioweapons labs, don't worry about that.
	See, that's the key thing you should be worried about.
	Regardless of whether this is a bioweapon that was designed and deliberately released or an accidental release of something that was very dangerous in the labs, what you should be worried about is the fact that these labs exist and what is going on with the gain-of-function research.
	As I pointed out, UNC, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, in 2015, two years after they said, don't fund this kind of research anymore, They were doing that kind of research.
	They released a paper.
	After it was shut down in 2013, the National Institute of Health, Francis Collins, said, well, it's okay.
	We told them they could continue with it regardless.
	And then they released a paper.
	How they were working with the coronavirus and a bat from China combining the DNA to create a chimera virus.
	Oh, yeah, no problem.
	No problem.
	But let's get back to, we're going to take a look at some legal issues first, because as I pointed out at the top of the hour, 250th anniversary of the Boston Massacre.
	Five people dead there.
	Nearly as many as the coronavirus so far.
	And it set off a viral reaction.
	And as I said at the top of the hour, just so that the people who say black lives matter, but they hate America, they hate the founders of this country, Well, you know, take a look at Crispus Attucks.
	One of the five.
	A black man.
	An active member of the Sons of Liberty AOC.
	All these people who want to portray patriots as rabid, racist, and crazy.
	They don't know anything about black history, do they?
	They have a very specific bent on how they're going to do history.
	Even black history!
	You think that black lives matter?
	No, no, no.
	We have to frame American history as being racist, without any kind of understanding of what's going on.
	After they fired initially, the soldiers raised their weapons to fire again, but the captain of the British troops, Captain Preston, ordered them to stand down and, in fact, knocked their weapons out of position.
	It was too late.
	The shots had been fired, the flames of resistance had been fanned, By the way, I'm reading from The New American.

	Upon hearing the ruckus, men and women began crowding into the streets of Boston shouting, two arms, two arms!
	All told, almost 500 Bostonians took to the street that night with their firearms.
	See, this is why the Democrats don't want you to have firearms.
	They weren't going hunting that night.
	It was not about that.
	It was not even about protecting themselves from criminals that weren't wearing uniforms.
	They determined to deal justice to the killers, these soldiers, and once and for all to rid themselves of the British army of occupation that had terrorized the city for two years.
	Captain Preston was savvy enough to see how such an encounter would end and he led his squad in a hasty retreat back to the guardhouse, but It had started.
	It was done.
	And then they made some other bad decisions.
	They tried to take the state-of-the-art military weapons from the Americans, as well as their cannons.
	But as we're talking about shooting, let's talk about Chuck Schumer shooting his mouth off yesterday.
	And now it has created quite a stir in Washington.
	There are some real substantial issues here we're going to talk about, centered around the Supreme Court, around abortion, around where the lines of power are in Washington, because that was a central focus of why everything was happening at the time of the American Revolution.
	In violation of the Magna Carta, they had violated American rights, they had transferred power back to the English Parliament, Denying the people in America any representation in their taxation or their regulation and I'm telling you that's exactly what's going on right now in Washington.
	They can regulate and tax us to death and we have nothing to say about it because it's being done by the bureaucracy.
	Not even our elected representatives have a say in most of this.
	That's why Nancy Pelosi said we got to pass it to find out what's in it in Obamacare.
	They said, well, we'll put this thing together and we'll send it to the Supreme Court and we'll let them figure out how to violate the Constitution.
	And they did.
	You had Justice Roberts, as I pointed out yesterday.
	When the Obamacare case that is working its way to the Supreme Court now, when that comes before him, he will be reversing himself one way or the other.
	Because we had the novel situation where he wrote both the dissenting and the majority opinion.
	He wrote the opinion, first of all, says we have no right to force people to buy a product from somebody.
	I mean, it's obvious, right?
	There's nothing in the Constitution about that, but there's a prohibition against them assuming powers that they don't have.
	That's the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	And they had already had discussions saying, this is not a tax, we can't call this a tax or anything.
	And then at the last minute, I believe somebody blackmailed him.
	And he wrote the opinion saying, it's a tax!
	Nobody saw that coming because everybody knew that he had already written the opinion to oppose Obamacare to say that they didn't have the authority to do that.
	That had been out there for a long time and then the last minute he writes the other decision and switches sides and he was the deciding vote.
	So now, as it comes back, because the Republicans came back and said, all right, we'll remove the tax.
	And they did.
	And you now had a lower court judge as well as an appeals court both say, well, if there's no tax and you said the basis for this was a tax and they didn't have any other basis to impose Obamacare, then it's done!
	And so that's now going to be going back to the Supreme Court.
	But what Chuck Schumer was talking about was the abortion case that is coming before the Supreme Court.
	Let's play video clip number 8 so you can hear Chuck Schumer in his own words, because he's been trying to spin this, saying, oh, no, no, no, I'm talking about the price to be paid.
	This is not a threat against the justices out there, you know, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
	No, no, no, I'm not threatening them.
	I'm threatening that there's going to be electoral fallout for Republicans.
	Well, you listen to this clip and see if that's what he said.
	Video clip number eight.
	And they're taking away fundamental rights.
	I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price.
	You won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.
	Okay.
	So he calls them out by name, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
	He says, you'll pay the price.
	You won't know what hits you if you go forward with these decisions.
	Now who's making the decision?
	It would be those two guys that he just named.
	They came back, his staff came back and tried to spin this and said, oh no, I wasn't threatening them.
	I would never threaten the Supremes.
	You know, our judicial tyrants.
	No, no, no, I would never threaten them.
	Now he said it was about election, except they don't stand for election, do they?
	That's part of the problem.

	Alright, so we have Chuck Schumer who says, gets on the steps of the courthouse, the Supreme Court, and is part of a rally.
	He says, you will pay the price.
	You have released the whirlwind.
	You will pay the price.
	You won't even know what hit you.
	OK.
	I'm telling you, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, you will pay the price if you go through with this decision.
	And then people come back and you have Mark Meadows, In the House, Congressman Mark Meadows said, did the Senate Democrat leader, Schumer, just threaten two conservative justices?
	Where is the media?
	Good question.
	Well, the media is right here.
	Now, Mark Meadows probably isn't going to like what I have to say about the rest of this.
	But, you know, did he threaten them?
	I think he did.
	Now, the spokesman for Schumer is trying to spin it, of course.
	He said, this was a reference to the political price that they will pay.
	For putting Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the court.
	Do you really want to remind people in election year that President Trump put two hopefully conservative justices on the Supreme Court?
	I mean, and I say hopefully, we don't really know what they're going to do, right?
	Because these guys are career bureaucrats, now they're not answerable to anybody.
	And we've seen how this goes time and time again.
	We've seen what happens with Justice Roberts, right?
	But the question is, to me I look at this, you will pay the price and everybody is getting their panties in a wad because they threatened Supreme Court justices and he did.
	And that is against the law, we'll talk about that.
	And it is going to be probably some kind of a censure.
	Mitch McConnell is going to be addressing it today as the Senate meets.
	But just think about this.
	Should there be a price to pay Should there be a price to pay for killing babies?
	Evidently not.
	There shouldn't be any political price, right?
	Let me tell you something.
	If there is no political price to pay for leaders that we have the ability to elect, yeah, once they get elected, there's a lot of different things that they can do that we can't really control, but we can't throw these rascals out.
	And if we continue to support this as a nation, as a people, we will.
	Reap the whirlwind.
	Make no doubt about that.
	We will reap the whirlwind.
	But the Unsafe Abortions Protection Act was introduced, and this is coming out of Louisiana.
	It was introduced by a Democrat state senator.
	A woman.
	Katrina Jackson.
	She said she considers her bill to be a health standard law.
	That is very common sense.
	So understand this, what Schumer and the Washington Democrat establishment are fighting is a bill that was introduced by a Democrat woman in Louisiana to protect women's health.
	They keep telling you that abortion is about and the Planned Parenthood clinics are about women's health.
	No they're not!
	No they're not!
	This is all about killing babies, not protecting women's health.
	She said basically Louisiana unknowingly to us had a lower standard of care for women who elected to have abortions in some places and so what we did was to make sure that that standard of health that we established in Louisiana for years also applied to abortion.
	Now this bill that is coming before the Supreme Court Is almost exactly, exactly like the Texas bill that already went before the Supreme Court when it had a different makeup.
	And Kennedy at the time was instrumental in helping to shut that down, but of course he's now been replaced.
	And so has Scalia, but Scalia I think was on the right side of the issue.
	The bill in Texas to protect women's health was a direct response to what had happened with Kermit Gosnell in Pennsylvania.
	And you remember there was not only did he kill babies that were born alive, that's the other side of bills that have been shut down by Democrats, not only did Kermit Gosnell, and he was convicted for this, kill babies that were born alive, But he also, his clinic and the lax standards that were there resulted in the death, and he was held guilty and responsible for the death of a woman who went there to have an abortion because there was a complication.
	And they did not have wide enough doorways, wide enough hallways to be able to get a gurney in there so they could get her to emergency health care.
	As a response to that, In Texas, they passed a law to say, well, you're going to have some precautions there because things can go wrong with an abortion.
	And we're going to protect women's health.
	And they said, no, you're not.
	And we had Wendy Davis, who we affectionately call Abortion Barbie here, do a filibuster and then eventually ran for governor here for the Democrats and was annihilated.
	Yeah, they paid a political price for that.
	But she did a filibuster to try to stop this.
	She wasn't able to do that, just like she wasn't able to win the election.
	But the Supreme Court did stop it with different justices.
	They didn't care about women's health whatsoever.
	Because women's health is not as important as killing babies.
	We have to get our priorities straight.
	And our priorities are going to be dictated to us by these politically appointed, that's the point that you need to take away from Schumer, he's exactly right.
	They are politically appointed.
	And so, and I think that the right response is to not say, well we've got to have the right president in there to politically appoint them.
	Because that's been a failing strategy for 40 plus years.
	And many different.
	Longer than that.
	Longer than that.
	We need to stop allowing the Supreme Court to have judicial supremacy, the power to violate at will.
	The Constitution?
	State Constitutions as well as the Federal Constitution?
	To violate the will of the people as they also did with marriage and with many other things?
	To tell people that you have absolutely no rights when you're traveling, that the TSA can do anything that they want to to you, that the surveillance state can watch anything and everything that you do?
	Who are these people?
	Who are these people that suspend the Constitution at will and don't even offer us a plausible explanation for it?
	Who are these people?
	Who told us, nearly 50 years ago, that we can kill babies if we wish.
	Who are these people?
	Why do we give them that kind of power?
	So as we look at this, the question is, did Chuck Schumer threaten these precious judges?
	Well, you know, it does say a lot about his thuggish qualities and he did violate the law.
	Chuck Schumer, according to 18 U.S.
	Code 115, The law says whoever threatens a federal official, quote, with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such official, judge, or law enforcement officer while engaged in the performance of official duties.
	Now, if he threatens Kavanaugh and Gorsuch by name, don't you do this decision!
	There will be a whirlwind, a price to pay.
	Right?
	Is he trying to impede them?
	Is he trying to intimidate them or interfere with an official, a judge, a specifically mentioned, while engaged in the performance of their duties with the intent to retaliate against such official or judge on account of the performance of their official duties?
	Well, that individual shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment of as much as 10 years.
	Uh, so much for serving in the Senate for the rest of your life.
	Look, I think maybe a compassionate judge would require him to go to an abortion clinic and watch an abortion on ultrasound.
	And then to watch as a baby who survived an abortion was set over on the side and allowed to die without any medical care.
	Force Chuck Schumer to do that, judge.
	We always promote being prepared.
	Having firearms, knowing how to use them, and being self-sufficient.
	And learn how to hunt, and learn how to garden.
	I mean, it's just, it's what we're meant to do.
	It feels good when we do it.

	You know, everything else aside, what Chuck Schumer did was not a very smart move politically.
	As I said, he's reminding people, hey, if you want more conservative judges that are going to vote for life, you know, President Trump's the one who put them in.
	But he also is not helping himself as this case comes before the Supreme Court, because the central figure in all of this is John Roberts.
	He is now the swing vote like Kennedy used to be.
	And he is increasingly moving to the left.
	Chuck Schumer may have just moved him the other way.
	Because in a rare rebuke, as NBC News puts it, Chief Justice Roberts slams Schumer for, quote, threatening comments.
	All members of the court will continue to do their job without fear or favor from whatever quarter, said Roberts.
	He said, statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous.
	And again, You had Schumer's spokesperson saying, well, we were just talking about political prices.
	We weren't directly threatening any judges like Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
	Even though he mentioned them by name, even though he threatened them by saying, you better not make that decision, you will pay, you will reap the whirlwind and you will pay the price.
	Mitch McConnell today plans to blast Schumer in a speech on the Senate floor, and according to excerpts from his remarks released ahead of the speech, he will say, this is what Mitch McConnell will be saying today, I won't say it the way Mitch will say it, I'll just read it normally.
	Contrary to what the Democratic leader has tried to claim, he was very clearly not addressing Republican lawmakers or anybody else.
	He literally directed the statement to the justices by name.
	And he said, quote, if you go forward with these awful decisions.
	Who's making these decisions?
	Oh, the two justices that he named, right?
	If you go forward with these awful decisions, is what Mitch McConnell is going to say, which could only apply to the court itself, the minority leader of the U.S.
	Senate threatened two associate justices of the U.S.
	Supreme Court.
	Period.
	Oh, that sounds pretty severe.
	I think maybe Chuck Schumer is not going to go to jail for 10 years like anybody else would.
	I just read you that statute, specifically mentioning judges at every level of it.
	You don't threaten a judge when they're in the process of making their deliberations.
	Can you imagine if we'd said something like that to Roger Stone's judge, Amy?
	No, no, no.
	We're not going to do that.
	You know, Chuck Schumer's certainly not going to threaten Roger Stone's judge.
	She's still got a gag order on Roger Stone.
	When was that conviction?
	Yeah, that was back in November, wasn't it?
	Still under a gag order.
	He still can't speak, according to that judge.
	I mean, this is what judges typically do.
	This is a Supreme Court judge.
	I mean, we bow down to judges in this country, but not Chuck Schumer.
	They later issued a second statement yesterday trying to get control of this from Chuck Schumer's office saying, for Justice Roberts, so then they attacked Justice Roberts, for Justice Roberts to follow the right wing's deliberate misinterpretation of what Senator Schumer said while remaining silent when President Trump attacked the justices Sotomayor and Ginsburg last week shows Justice Roberts does not call balls and strikes only.
	Right?
	Well, that's the whole problem.
	None of them do.
	And so again, he pointed out that it's not only inappropriate, but it is dangerous.
	And it is dangerous for Chuck Schumer if he doesn't want this decision to go through.
	Perhaps he wants it.
	Here you go.
	Here's the conspiracy angle on this.
	Maybe Chuck Schumer really wants to make sure that the Supreme Court Protects women's health and makes, you know, some of these shoddy abortion clinics that are endangering women's health in Louisiana.
	Makes them shut down according to the law that was put in by a Democrat woman in Louisiana.
	Maybe he really wants that to go through.
	Maybe he thinks that he can use that for political capital coming up with the Democrats because they got to get excited about something other than Marxism, right?
	Let's get back to our traditional angles here.
	So maybe he really does.
	We want the Supreme Court to do this, so maybe that's behind it.
	I'm going to really piss off the Supreme Court justices, including Roberts, by threatening them, and then they'll vote against this, and then that'll help us in the election.
	I don't know, that's just a conspiracy theory.
	Roberts, as NBC News says, will likely determine the future of reproductive rights in America.
	See, that's their editorializing.
	It's reproductive rights.
	It's not the right to life.
	Right?
	It's reproductive rights.
	Makes all the difference in the world what terms you use, right?
	That's why the liberals are so careful about that.
	That's why the AP has style rules that they impose on journalists.
	If you don't write like this, we're not going to put your stuff in the Associated Press and it won't get, you know, seen by anybody.
	If you talk like I talk, you'll get kicked off even of YouTube, right?

	Anyway, the role used to be filled by Justice Kennedy, who was widely held to be a moderate jurist.
	No, he wasn't!
	He was a radical left-wing guy.
	He wasn't a moderate.
	And they said back in 2016 when Kennedy was still there, the court struck down a substantially similar if not virtually identical law that was enacted in Texas.
	That's the one I just told you about.
	It was exactly identical.
	And again, was he threatening them?
	Of course he was.
	Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, you will pay the price.
	You won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.
	So if we were to deconstruct this, From a grammatical standpoint, who does the U refer to in these sentences, English students?
	This is your little high school.
	You can do your sentence structures and see what the U's modify.
	We all know who he's talking about.
	And as Breitbart points out, he has a habit of bullying Supreme Court justices.
	They said shortly after the Citizens United decision in 2010, you had Barack Obama with the State of the Union, and of course, with the State of the Union, you have the President, and you have both houses of Congress and the Supreme Court sitting there, and so with the Supreme Court sitting there, Obama Criticize them for their decision.
	He said, with all due deference to the separation of powers, last week the Supreme Court reversed a century of law that I believe will open the floodgates for special interests including foreign corporations to spend without limit in our elections.
	And as he said that, and as Breitbart correctly points out, it was a very very bad distortion of that case.
	That is not what happened at all.
	That's not what that case was about at all.
	And as he was saying that, Justice Samuel Alito was there on the front bench.
	And you could see him saying, not true.
	He was mouthing the words, not true.
	And for that, he was excoriated.
	Excoriated just for saying, not true.
	That's not true.
	No.
	And it wasn't true.
	Not true at all.
	As a matter of fact, well, I'm not going to get into Citizens United.
	Trump also slammed Schumer's threat against Kavanaugh.
	He said, serious action must be taken now.
	This is a direct and dangerous threat.
	To the U.S.
	Supreme Court by Schumer, if a Republican did this, he or she would be arrested or impeached.
	That's absolutely true.
	Like I said, you want to criticize Judge Amy, Roger Stone's judge.
	I mean, look at all the different things that she has punished him for.
	You had a picture there.
	And I'm interpreting this logo back there to be a crosshair behind a picture of me.
	So you're threatening to shoot me and all this other kind of stuff.
	I mean, you talk about Yeah, extending that out to a threat?
	That was not a threat.
	This was a threat.
	And so President Trump tweeted out, serious action must, uppercase, must be taken now, uppercase.
	And I read for you some of the remarks that are going to be made by Mitch McConnell today.
	Josh Hawley, Missouri Republican Senator, is going to introduce a Senate motion to censure Chuck Schumer.
	for intimidating the Supreme Court justices.
	Oh, that should really make a difference to him, I guess.
	Does that really matter to him if he gets censured?
	Oh, the shame of it.
	Why don't they just make him wear a cone of shame or something, you know, like a...
	Talk has had an operation on their ears.
	Make Chuck Schumer wear a cone of shame for, I don't know, the next two months or something.
	Or every time he gets up to make a speech for the next year, he has to put on the cone of shame.
	That would be suitable.
	Censure?
	That doesn't make any difference at all, quite frankly.

	And this is another woman, another Democrat woman, and she goes on to say she's also an atheist.
	But she's also pro-life.

	Kevin Work is a disgraced doctor who's had multiple run-ins with medical regulators.
	His license was suspended four times.
	Eventually his license was reinstated with strict limits.
	The only type of medicine he was allowed to practice was wound care.
	Where does a quack like that go to find a job at an employer who quickly looked the other way?
	Where else but two abortion centers in Louisiana?
	If he had been screened by a hospital for admitting privileges, the problem could have been uncovered immediately.
	Instead, it fell to pro-life advocates on the ground to investigate who he was and to lobby state authorities to intervene.
	Who knows how many patients he put at risk in the meantime?
	We have seen it over and over again!
	The abortion industry cannot police itself!

	And she said, as a Democrat, a proud Democrat, I am proud to support this bipartisan law that represents the opinion of 21 million pro-life Democrats voting in America today and the 72% of Democrats who want to see abortion more restricted than it is today.
	She said, this bill is championed by one of my personal heroes, Democrat Katrina Jackson of Louisiana.
	This is signed into law by Democratic Governor John Bel Edwards.
	And as a feminist, I am proud to support this obviously pro-woman bill.
	You heard her say, the abortion industry cannot police itself.
	It always puts profits first, and women last.
	And I'm telling you, that's what the Democrat Party does.
	People like Chuck Schumer.
	They put politics and power first, and women last.
	And babies.
	Below them.
	And that's really what's going on.
	It's just naked politics that's happening.

	But, seriously, when we're talking about what is at the bottom of this, We had the Republican governor of West Virginia, Jim Justice, just sign legislation on Monday.
	We didn't talk about this because all the Super Tuesday news and so forth, so many different primaries.
	And we've got a lot of other results.
	from the election across the country to show you what's happening to other candidates and to other issues across the country as we take a look at Tuesday's results.
	But Jim Justice, Republican Governor of West Virginia, signed legislation to ban the killing of infants who survive attempted abortions.
	And this is not happening on the national level.
	And we're going to talk about that, how the Republicans want to keep the abortion issue alive More than they want to keep babies alive who've survived an abortion attempt.
	That's the bottom line here.
	It's really shameful.
	But, in West Virginia, they did the right thing.
	The Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act requires abortionists to administer basic medical treatment to children delivered alive after failed abortions.
	Violators would face discipline from their medical licensing board up to and including potential revocation of their license.
	The bill passed the House in January and it unanimously cleared the West Virginia State Senate last month and signed into law by the governor on Monday.
	He said, it's unbelievable to tell you the truth that we even have to do such a thing.
	What a difference between Virginia and West Virginia's governors.
	It was Ralph Nolvum, Governor Coon Man of Virginia.
	The Ku Klux Klan guy, or the guy who was playing the part of a black man about to be lynched.
	I don't know which one he was in that picture.
	Did he ever decide?
	He never even owned up to the fact that he was one of those two people.

	But they can set the kid over on the side and let it die without any medical care.
	And that's why the West Virginia governor says it's unbelievable that we have to pass a law to prohibit that kind of practice, the kind of practice that the governor of Virginia, Northam, just accepts.

	As West Virginia passes, it was passed unanimously in the state senate.
	It was passed in the House in January and the Governor signed it on Monday.
	The Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.
	And the Governor of West Virginia says it's unbelievable to tell you the truth that we even have to do such a thing.
	He said that today we're going to put a stake in the sand that says for us, for us at least, we stand for life and we stand for the right stuff.
	And yet, what is being done at the national level?
	You know, as we see Chuck Schumer Threatening Supreme Court justices and so forth.
	We had on last week, on Friday, we had the Democrat House again block another bill on Friday protecting babies that were born alive in a botched abortion.
	And it follows Democrats having blocked two other pro-life bills in the Senate last week as well.
	And how did they block those bills?
	Well, understand that they had a born alive bill in the U.S.
	Senate.
	It was called the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, just like the one in West Virginia.
	Same name exactly.
	And did the same thing.
	I said, you're not going to kill a baby if it survives your abortion attempt.
	We've had many people go public in the media showing the serious effects that they had of the abortion, ripping their arms or their legs off, but they survived.
	And it's absolutely horrific, this practice that is being done.
	It's barbaric.
	And yet, you know, in the Senate, you had 56 people to 41, 56 to 41, they voted to protect babies who survived an abortion attempt and were born alive.
	56 to 41, and yet it didn't pass.
	Why is that?
	Well, if you look at the conservative press, they'll say the Democrats in the Senate used a rule in order to kill this bill.
	Yeah.
	Is it killing a bill or is it killing babies?
	But the Democrats used a rule.
	I would say to you that Mitch McConnell used a rule because he's more important about keeping the abortion issue alive than Mitch McConnell and the Republican establishment is about keeping babies alive.
	This is one of the reasons why we still have Roe v. Wade.
	We're pretending that the Supreme Court Can tell states what kind of laws they can pass to protect the health of women and the lives of babies.
	There is no authority for the Supreme Court to say that.
	Just like there's no authority for them to weigh in on most of these other issues that they've weighed in on.
	And yet we continue to pretend that.
	And we also continue to pretend that there is some kind of a sacrosanct rule that they have to have 60 votes.
	In order to push this.
	They had 56 to 41 said we're not going to kill babies if they survive an abortion.
	They said, well that's it.
	We have this little rule here that says that the majority does not rule.
	Where'd that come from?
	The Constitution?
	No, that was put in in 1917.
	That's when that started.
	Rule 22.
	President Trump has on multiple times said the Senate must go to a 51 vote majority instead of the current 60 votes.
	Even parts of full repeal Need 60.
	Eight Democrats are controlling the Senate.
	It's absolutely crazy.
	And remember, going back to 2013, Democrats controlled the Senate.
	They were frustrated by the slow pace of nominees that Obama wanted to put into courts, and so they came up with what they call the nuclear option.
	And that is to say that we're not going to follow the rule that we've had in place since 1917.
	We're just going to go to a simple majority vote.
	If we got 51 votes for a judge that Obama wants to put on the bench, then we're going to go with that.
	That's the nuclear option.
	Except that's not the only time that they've used it.
	McConnell has been using the 51 vote rule.
	He did it for budget reconciliation.
	He did it to try to get Obamacare repealed.
	They do it whenever they have a trade bill.
	When they talk about fast-tracking something, I say, well, we're not going to have any vote about the 60 number of rules.
	As a matter of fact, we're not even going to let you have time to read this many thousands of pages of regulations.
	We're just going to have a vote.
	And you're not going to stop it with a 60-vote rule or a filibuster.
	None of that stuff.
	We're going to fast-track this, because this is important.
	This is what the globalists, the open trade people want.
	The people who are selling out our workers and sending our factory and our industries overseas.
	That's what they want.
	So we're just going to fast track this.
	Now when it comes to something like protecting babies who have survived even though they've had their arms ripped off, no we're not going to do anything about that.
	Not going to do anything.
	Trade agreements, if it's about military base closures, If it's about other political agendas that are very important to them, but see the political agenda that was important to Mitch McConnell and the Republicans was to keep abortion alive, not babies.
	And, you know, when you look at what's going on with this, as a matter of fact, Trump has tweeted out very many times about stopping this 60 vote nonsense that was put in in 1917.
	Lindsey Graham on the other hand, oh yeah, Lindsey Graham, always wrong.
	He warned that if the Senate does away with this requirement, it will be the end of the Senate.
	But you know, frankly, this article that I have here from theconversation.com rightly points out that what makes the Senate unique Is the fact that it represents the power of the states.
	You get equal representation from all the different states.
	They also have a six-year term instead of a two-year term like they do in the House.
	All of those things make it different.
	And it used to be a lot more different because these people not only represent the power of the state, but they were appointed by the state because the states had power.
	We completely eviscerated state power now.
	And that means that a lot of people say, well, gee, the state's right, so that's just racist.
	No, it's not.
	It was about a division of power.
	The thing that the founders of this country, the framers of the Constitution, feared more than anything was a consolidation of all power into a central government.
	And that is now what we have.
	They also feared a democracy, quite frankly.
	And now we can see why, can't we?
	So, I'm telling you that as reprehensible as what Chuck Schumer is doing, what is actually being done to children, and how the Republicans are playing games with this.
	Look, this was not the Democrats doing this to you.
	This was Chuck Schumer doing this to you.
	And they did this just before the election in South Carolina, so that Lindsey Graham could put forward a bill And say, I'm on the side of babies out here.
	But then he would say, but I don't want to make this a simple up and down vote here.
	So, you know, 56 to 41, that's not enough to protect the baby's life.
	No, no, no.
	We've got to keep this issue going.
	But you can see that I really want to stop abortion because I put the bill in there.
	While at the same time, the son of a gun is playing games and the mainstream media is lying to your face about what's going on with this.
	I'm not going to lie to you about this.
	I'm not a Republican sycophant.
	And I'm not going to carry water for Mitch McConnell, certainly not for Lindsey Graham, that warmongering... well, you know what he is.
	I'm not going to carry water for any of these people.
	They do the right thing?

	You pay attention to what they do, not what they say.

	But you're not allowed to do that anymore.
	The Illinois student government is proud to partner with the Native American Indigenous Students Organization for this buyback event, they write.
	And of course, you just trade in your old mascot clothing that used to be Indians of some sort.
	And again, I say Indians because that's what Russell Means said.
	See, I'm a Native American.
	My family has been here for centuries.
	I'm nothing but an American.
	And that's what Russell Means said.
	He said, you confuse the idea when you tell people of European descent that they're not Native Americans.
	He says, say Indian.
	That's why he created the American Indian Movement, or was one of the founders of it.
	And so, you know, we used to honor Indians, but now we're not allowed to, because that's cultural misappropriation, and they have multicultural advocates to shut down real multiculturalism, frankly.
	Yeah, there you go, there's Justin Trudeau, just in time.
	So, you know, you can wear whatever you want, right?
	Unless they don't like what you're wearing.
	They will encourage you to wear stuff that's going to groom kids for pedophiles, right?
	So, yeah, some people can wear whatever they want, but other people can't.
	It just depends on what's really behind the clothing, right?
	What the agenda is.
	And then, you know, you can say whatever you want, too, right?
	Well, no, of course not.
	Here's an example in a Kentucky school.
	I was just talking about yesterday with Alex Newman, how Kentucky is putting through a transgender from kindergarten on.
	Conservative Kentucky!
	They have a bill introduced there.
	Better wake up, people in Kentucky.
	A bill introduced there to start pushing this gender confusion to kids as early as kindergarten.
	Now, in a Kentucky school, they had in a locker room, somebody had put up a Bible verse and a religious message.
	It was from Jeremiah 20, verse 11.
	But the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior.
	Oh, that is offensive if you are an atheist, and so we've got to shut that down.
	So a Wisconsin-based group of atheists, they call themselves the Freedom From Religion Foundation.
	You notice how I said they take everything and they turn it upside down?
	See, the Constitution isn't about freedom from religion.
	It's about freedom of religion.
	Those are diametrically opposed.
	The free exercise of religion.
	And they say, no, no, no.
	It's freedom from religion.
	No, it's not.
	Everything is turned upside down by these people.
	Just the same way they turned the 9th and 10th Amendment upside down.
	They said, the district violates the Constitution when it allows its schools to display religious symbols or messages.
	That is a verifiable lie.
	As I've said many times, if you look at what establishment is, establishment of religion, when the people who settled, the Europeans who settled in America and created the original colonies that became states, they came to the U.S.
	primarily To escape religious persecution.
	Many of them also wanted economic freedom that they couldn't get back home.
	But mainly it was religious persecution.
	People were being locked in jail.
	They were being killed because of the church that they attended.
	You know, just like John Bunyan, the guy who wrote Pilgrim's Progress, spent a great deal of his life in prison simply because of religion.
	William Penn helped establish jury nullification.
	And Habeas Corpus, because they had a law that would come after Quakers.
	So he founded Pennsylvania, along with these other people.
	So each of these different areas had different religions that they kind of protected.
	And it got so far that they would actually, the establishment of religion meant that you had to pay money to that state church.
	You know, so if the state church was Baptist or if it was Catholic or if it was Quaker or whatever, Congregationalist, you would have to pay money to that official state church in that state.
	And some of the states actually required you to go to church.
	It had attendance laws as well.
	And so when they created the federal government, that was a key thing they were concerned about.
	They said, well, we've got all these different state-established churches.
	We want to make sure that the federal government isn't going to pick one and then shut down everybody else's choices.
	That was what that was really about.
	It wasn't to create a freedom from religion, an absence of, you know, to purge out of the public square.
	Any free exercise of religion, which is the way it's being used from the middle of the 20th century on.
	And you even had, after the Constitution was passed, after the First Amendment was passed and so forth, you had up until the 1840s in Massachusetts, for example, they still had an established state church where you had to pay money to that established state church.
	It went on for more than 40 years after they passed the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
	So this has absolutely nothing.
	The Bill of Rights is protecting your freedom.
	It isn't putting restrictions on the people, it's putting restrictions on the government.
	That's why Obama called it negative rights.
	It's bad when you restrict the government, but it's positive rights When the government says, no, you don't have any natural rights like Biden.
	You don't have natural rights, Clarence Thomas.
	Why are you saying that?
	I'm going to throw you out of the Supreme Court process because you said there's such a thing as natural rights or, you know, you were created equal by that, you know, the thing.
	No, you're not qualified then if you want to refer to God or natural rights.
	Because you don't have any rights unless we give them to you.
	And the stuff we're going to give you is positive rights.
	We're going to say you have a right to health care.
	You have a right to income.
	You have a right to housing.
	You have a right to education.
	Fill in the blanks.
	It's a right to this.
	We're going to provide you stuff.
	But if you say I have natural rights from God and I've got prohibitions here that keep the government from taking them from me, Oh no, that's not allowed.
	That's negative, by the way.
	That's the way they portray that.
	No, I think that's a very positive notion.
	And we're positive that's what the Constitution says.
	And we're positive we're going to put that back in effect.
	And so when they come in and say the district violates the Constitution when it allows schools to display religious symbols or messages, they're absolutely lying to you.
	Because for more than 40 years after the Bill of Rights was passed, you had not only the display of this, but you had taxes to support the schools.
	Now, I don't support that.
	But it clearly indicates that this interpretation that's being forced upon us, again by the judicial supremacists, that, you know, you can't exercise as a government employee, if you're a teacher or something, you can't, you don't have free exercise religion anymore.
	And this is being applied in many cases, even when people are not on the job.
	This display, as well as the previously reported displays, violate this basic constitutional prohibition, and it is not.
	By creating the appearance that the district prefers religion over non-religion, Christianity over all other faiths.
	Well, they caved in Kentucky.
	Just like they are going to cave, I think, on the transgender stuff for the kids.
	We better get back and understand where this is all headed.

	But before we get away from the presidential race, besides Bloomberg exiting, and again, a very funny report from Babylon Bee about paid mourners weeping as Bloomberg exits the primary.
	As I said, yeah, he's going to Disney World just to buy Disney World.
	And then, of course, he can shut down Pizza Planet because, you know, they're selling soft drinks and pizza, you know, trans fats and all that kind of thing.
	Just shut it down!
	And throw those Pizza Planet people up against the wall.
	You know, Woody and Buzz as well.
	Just up against the wall.
	Well, he exited and actually nobody is crying.
	I don't know.
	Even if he paid people, they wouldn't cry.
	I think you may have some of his paid staff crying because they're probably making a lot of money.
	They may be crying over their lost jobs.
	But Elizabeth Warren has now bowed out as well.
	We were just talking about how people are having to turn in their Indian logo costumes at the University of Illinois.

	She didn't have a stronger finish than third place, and she got that in her own home state.
	She came in third.

	And so now she is dropping out of the presidential race.

	Now, as we're talking about Bloomberg getting out, one of his worst fears is realized in North Carolina.
	A black man with a gun!
	This is a total political newcomer.
	A non-politician.
	A guy who's never held office before.
	And in the Republican primary he had such a strong finish that this pro-gun black candidate won the Republican primary for lieutenant governor in North Carolina and he doesn't even have to have a runoff.
	And this is even more interesting because he defeated The State Superintendent of Public Instruction and a former Republican Congresswoman as part of that.
	One of the candidates spent more than a half million dollars in this campaign effort.
	And again, he beat everybody and he doesn't even have such a strong finishing that he doesn't even have to have a runoff race.
	How did he get there?
	It's based on, essentially, one speech that made him famous, and then he went on from that.
	And that speech was given in Greensboro, North Carolina.
	They were talking about shutting down gun shows in Greensboro, North Carolina.
	And two years ago, he made an impassioned speech.
	They were going to do it in the aftermath of Parkland, the Parkland shooting.
	He made an impassioned speech.
	He vowed to raise hell, just like these loonies from the left do, until you listen to the majority of the people in this city.
	And I am the majority!
	I am a law-abiding gun owner, and you're not going to shut this down.
	He had a grand total of only $90,000 that had been contributed to his experience there.
	And he said, we're not pretentious.
	I'm not spreading a political message.
	I'm spreading a message of strong conservatism.
	He's a black male.
	He believes there's a false narrative being spread about racism in the Republican Party.
	He said, we've allowed other people to dictate the narrative and to tell the story.
	I've not seen any racism in the Republican Party the whole time I've been in it.
	I'm very excited to see this, quite frankly.
	I'm very happy to see anybody, black, white, whatever, I'm very happy to see somebody who is upset about a freedom issue and has never been in politics before, a clean slate, a clean candidate coming in, and it's like, hey, I'm not doing this for power, I'm doing this because I'm passionate about this issue.
	In this particular case, defending the Second Amendment.
	So good for him.
	I hope he becomes a lieutenant governor.
	They need to move away from these Democrats in North Carolina.
	And then this.
	You have... We played the clip multiple times.
	I've talked about it.
	I've put a video out about it.
	I've tweeted about it on Twitter.
	Super Thursday!
	President Trump tweeted about it.
	It's actually pretty funny that Joe Biden put that out.
	And there was actually a trending hashtag called Super Thursday.
	But you have a journalist, Alex Koch, I think is the way you pronounce his name.

	He tweeted, Beto, Pete, and Amy are all falling in line behind Joe Biden.
	Meanwhile, Joe Biden tells voters to get out and vote on Super Thursday.
	Titanic meets iceberg.
	Now for that, he got blocked by Twitter.
	Joe Biden actually did say that.
	He actually did say Super Thursday.
	You're not allowed to have fun with that?
	For that, he was limited.
	He could not tweet for 12 hours for committing the crime of journalism, wrote Jen Dees.
	They said, you may not post content providing false information about voting or registering to vote, said Twitter.
	And see, that gets right to the heart of what I was tweeting about.
	I tweeted and I said, wait a minute, if Joe Biden tells voters to show up on Super Thursday Then that would be a crime according to Elizabeth Warren.
	Elizabeth Warren said, you give people false information about voting and we're going to make that a crime.
	Not just going to kick you off of social media, we will prosecute you for trying to interfere with the election.
	And Joe Biden says that.
	So I said, so would they ever do that?
	Would she lock up Joe Biden for telling voters to show up on Super Thursday?
	Maybe that's how he won.
	Who knows?
	Maybe he interfered with the election.
	Maybe he's the reason that Elizabeth Warren lost.
	She should come after him.
	She should come after Joe Biden.
	He told my voters to show up on Thursday.
	And so they didn't come and vote for me in Massachusetts.
	I finished third and that was my best showing anywhere was in Massachusetts.
	I could have been somebody.
	But that's exactly the excuse that they used to shut this guy down on Twitter.
	He made a joke about a candidate who was a joke.
	Joe Biden.
	Now the nominee of the Dementia Party.
	Many young voters set out Super Tuesday.
	That's why Bernie Sanders is very concerned about that.
	You know, he had the Youthful idiots who are going to show up for him.
	He said, you know, as USA Today puts it, they turn out in throngs at his rallies.
	Well, that's because there's concerts and there's other people and they're hanging out and there's a party, right?
	But you go to vote.
	That's kind of boring.
	Besides, there's all that reading.
	You know, you gotta read all these names on a ballot and you gotta mark it.
	It's like taking a test!
	Nobody likes to take a test!
	Right?
	Especially these young people.
	They don't show up!
	As I pointed out, they had record turnout in Virginia.
	More than 1.3 million voters compared to 800,000 who voted four years ago.
	But exit polls showed that the share of young voters, as a percentage, declined in Virginia.
	And in Alabama, only 10% of the voters were in the 17 to 29 age group, compared to 14% four years ago.
	So they just don't show up.
	Like I said, it's like taking a test.
	Who wants to do that?
	Meanwhile, we have Occasional Cortex failed her tests.
	She endorsed multiple candidates And they didn't do too well, especially here in Texas.
	She had a couple of hopes, hopeful candidates.
	She was pinning her hopes on Cristina Ramirez, a candidate for Senate, and Jessica Cisneros, a challenger to Congressman Henry Quaylar.
	Now, Ramirez lost To an establishment-backed Democrat Senate candidate, Heger.
	And that's an Air Force veteran.
	And then she actually even came in in third place.
	This person who was endorsed by Occasional Cortex came in third with only 13% of the vote.
	Meanwhile, Jessica Cisneros, a 26-year-old attorney, was coming after Qualar because he's a Democrat who is pro-gun.
	He's actually got an A rating from the National Rifle Association.
	And he beat Cisneros, Occasional Cortex's 26-year-old attorney candidate that she was supporting.
	He beat her.
	And in this race, he defeated her by four percentage points, 52 to 48.
	And then there was one other candidate that was endorsed by Occasional Cortex in San Diego.
	This is somebody who had been part of the city council there and came in second place in a congressional race there, losing to a former Hillary Clinton advisor who got only 29% of the vote.
	So the AOC candidate is not doing too well.

	He was backing a DA candidate in LA.
	And again, as we've seen over and over again, George Soros Has been focusing for the most part on district attorneys and prosecutors throughout the country.
	In many cases he'll go in and spend millions of dollars.
	He did it in San Antonio in the last, not this last election, but the one prior.
	And he tried to get out an incumbent who actually took law enforcement seriously.
	Because he wants to use the district attorneys to basically not prosecute any illegal aliens, but also to completely get rid of any kind of law enforcement at all.
	And we can see this in San Francisco yesterday.
	I just played for you.
	What it looks like in San Francisco.

	You can just go in and fill up your bags.
	We saw the videos of people doing that, filling up the bags and people were filming it.
	Call the police, call the police.
	That isn't going to do you any good.
	The police aren't going to do anything about that.
	It's now a misdemeanor.
	As long as they don't take more than $950.
	And they can go out, hand it to somebody, come back in and get another $950.
	And if you try to stop them, you're going to be stopped by the police because now you got violent with somebody who was stealing $1,000 at a time from you.
	That's what San Francisco has turned into.
	And they had a candidate who was running in LA, endorsed by Kamala Harris, funded by George Soros.
	And I don't know how much money George Soros put into this race, but he's been doing this across the country.
	Trying to basically shut down America by putting in these district attorneys who want to abolish prison.
	They want to legalize theft of $1,000 at a time.
	And again, George Gascon, with the backing of Soros Money, challenged this lady.
	Jackie Lacey was elected as the first African-American district attorney of L.A.
	She was going after her third term, but they had radical anarchists and the movement to abolish prison.
	Very angry with her.
	You probably saw the video.
	We didn't play it here on this show, but the video of people showing up to her front step and the people who want to abolish prisons banging on the doors.
	And her husband came to the door with a gun in his hand and said, get out.
	We're calling the police.
	And they're going to show them what the inside of a prison looks like.
	Uh, hopefully.
	They won't see what the business end of the gun looks like.
	And they're just like, can you believe this?
	He just pointed a gun at me!
	And all this kind of stuff.
	And it's like, yeah.
	Well, do you want to put him in prison?
	I thought you wanted to abolish prisons.
	So you wouldn't, if the guy pointed a gun at you, you wouldn't put him in prison, right?
	What if he were to shoot and kill you?
	Would you put him in prison?
	You want to abolish prisons?

	And this guy had been the San Francisco District Attorney helping to create that situation.

	Newsweek reports that Sanders and Warren camps are in unity talks as she considered her campaign future.
	Now she's made the first step.
	She got out.
	Now who's she going to get back in on the side of?
	Is it going to be on the side of Bernie or is it going to be on the side of Biden?
	Is she, how is she going to position herself here?
	See, Elizabeth Warren, as Washington Post, Henry Olsen wrote in an op-ed piece, he was very upset with her.
	He said, Elizabeth Warren has persisted.
	And because she persisted, she has broken the progressive cause in the process.
	Yeah, she ran as the progressives dreamed.
	She was reliably woke.
	You know, she had a program and a mandate for everything, everything in your life, every detail of your life.
	Again, no restrictions on central power.
	I can do anything that I want to you.
	That's authoritarianism, right?
	And then if you do it with every detail of somebody's lives, that is totalitarianism.
	As a matter of fact, my daughter is in a homeschooling group.
	I had her history teacher give her an assignment to explain the difference between...
	Between socialism, communism, democratic socialism, and fascism.
	I said, I've got this.
	Tell my wife I'm going to get her loaded with beer.
	Anyway, that's one assignment that I'm relishing here.
	Reliably woke, unrelentingly leftist in her economics, and completely totalitarian.
	Warren's appeal has consistently been tilted strongly to the party's left.
	Both pre-primary and exit polls have shown that her support is clustered among voters who say that they are very liberal.
	And it drops off precipitously the less liberal the voter is.
	And so that is the question right now at this point.
	What is she going to do?
	But even more importantly, look at the massive numbers of votes That Bernie Sanders got.
	I mean, it shows, doesn't it, that Marxism is on the march.
	At least in the Democrat Party.
	Think about the fact, you know, we're told, Bernie Sanders does not represent the Democrat Party.
	Well, he doesn't represent the Democrat establishment politicians because the Democrat establishment politicians want to keep their power, they want to keep their privilege, they want to keep their money.
	Right?
	they want to keep their ability to get to squeeze money out of people.
	And so, yeah, we've got a video here of Elizabeth Warren saying that Sanders called her a liar.
	So, I don't really know how this is going to work out because, you know, they've had a little bit of back and forth there.
	So, even though she wants to, you know, suck up to the left there.
	And, again, Warren, consider the fact, got $25 million in January.
	He got $50 million, nearly, in February.
	And a lot of that is coming from individual contributors.
	I'm telling you, the base of the Democrat Party is embracing Marxism.
	That's what it is.
	You know, there's no, as I've said before, socialism, communism, they're euphemisms for totalitarianism as it's being put out there by these people who call themselves progressives or social democrats or whatever.
	It is authoritarianism.
	It's just a euphemism.
	And so, by the way, is environmentalism.
	It's also a euphemism for totalitarianism.
	They want to seek, they seek to control every aspect of your life.

	They kept saying, well, you know, don't tell people you're going to take the guns.
	Now they're saying they're going to take the guns.

	Now they've got the, you know, they said, well, don't tell people that you're going to take the, you're going to ban planes and you're going to take their cars and you're going to take the meat off of their table.
	Don't say that as part of the Green New Deal.
	I don't support the Green New Deal, said Nancy Pelosi, but now she does.
	Now it's cool.
	So this is how it's rapidly that the mask has been dropped off of their totalitarian agenda.
	They've always hidden behind that mask.
	They've always denied that they want to confiscate the guns, the cars, the food, the house, your energy, the electric grid, and so forth.
	But with people like AOC and Bernie Sanders, that's why the Democrat establishment doesn't like him.
	It's just the way that they're presenting it.

	Who is now talking about health care.
	And you have to ask yourself, after the pronouncements of Joe Biden, and look, Joe Biden is not a moderate.

	Booty Marx is a more appropriate, you know, his gayness is his marketing feature.
	He hides his Marxism.
	And as I've told you many times, I believe he's more Marxist than Bernie Sanders.
	Because he'll lie to you about his Marxism.
	That's the way they get into office, is by deceiving people.

	We just had Congress reach a $7.8 billion deal to fight the coronavirus.
	They're much more worried about the coronavirus than they are, well, let's say, border security.
	How's that going to work out for us?
	We've got an open border.
	We're going to spend $8 billion on the coronavirus, but we don't spend that much money on the borders.
	As a matter of fact, ICE has got a $6 billion budget.
	I mean, this is a lot of money that they are allocating to fight the coronavirus.
	Meanwhile, HHS Secretary Alex Azar has said that, quote, for most of us, the risk of getting the novel coronavirus is low.
	So joining us now is Matt Bracken.
	What do you think about that, Matt?
	Yeah, I think that's a crock.
	I think that the $8 billion is way behind the curve, because we should have been preparing for this from early January, instead of staying in this denial phase of, oh, it's just like the flu.
	If you've never heard of a tsunami, if you've never seen or experienced a tsunami, and your only experience with water going up and down is a daily two-foot tide, And somebody comes running down the beach saying, head for the hills, a hundred foot wave is coming.
	You're just not going to believe them.
	And saying, well, you know, 20,000 or 50,000 die from the flu is like that up and down two foot tide every day.
	It's steady.
	It's a steady rate.
	It may fluctuate a little bit, but it has a 0.1 fatality rate.
	Now the WHO is saying coronavirus aggregated all the countries.
	is a 3.4 fatality rate among the cases of people that get it.
	Harvard has said 40 to 70 percent of Americans can expect to get it.
	40 to 70.
	This is so contagious people can't comprehend.
	It's contagious like the measles, but it's fatal like the Spanish flu or worse than the Spanish flu.
	And unlike 1918 America, You know, we don't believe our government anymore.
	In 1918, they could enforce quarantine.
	They could do a lot of things in 1918.
	You can't do anymore because people won't believe the government.
	China, to get this thing under control, is doing draconian quarantine.
	They say that it's tapering off, but I watched Chris Martinson's Peak Prosperity every day and a few other channels.
	And he puts the lie to that.
	He shows, you know, recent satellite video from China.
	If it's under control, how come there's still no smokestack activity?
	You know, you can compare the none and no, and traffic, things where you can like look at cameras in China.
	There's no, no vehicle traffic, no road traffic between cities, no smokestack activity.
	So people have said that, or have contacts in China that can, you know, have trust VPNs, things like that.
	have said that hospitals in China have been told you have a quota.
	They're controlling the numbers in a propaganda way, not in a medical way.
	So basing anything on China's got it under control is probably false, taking us down a blind alley because China is trying to manage this in a propaganda way.
	Like the Russians saying Chernobyl is not a problem.
	We've got it fixed.
	And they put like the first sarcophagus on it.
	But the radiation satellite imagery didn't lie, you know.
	That's right.
	And China's small... And that's one of the reasons why I don't trust the government, you know.
	You mentioned, you know, they have Much more government trust and much more rigid obedience by the people in Korea and other places.
	And here in America, it's going to be hard for them if this is something that turns out to be very fatal.
	And of course, we already see what the economic effects of this are.
	Because of China being shut down.
	Yeah, I think we're going to be much more similar in overall.
	And remember, as far as I'm concerned, The difference, other than the fact that China can force quarantine much more harshly than we can, the difference is just time.
	It started late November, early December in China, they covered it up in Wuhan, then it blew up.
	But we're just like two months, three months behind, but the same progression is going to happen.
	And we've seen from Washington State, they do a study of the genomes of these viruses, that it was lurking under the radar for the last six weeks before the first cases came above the radar.
	So you can, and it's in New York City, it's all over the place, so you can bet that it's in every state right now, and six to eight weeks from now, every state will be like Washington, and then in another month, it'll be like Iran, and I don't know if we have time to roll that Iran footage.
	But, you know, YouTube has been squelching this.
	We've got about four minutes before the break.

	Remember, YouTube is a globalist organization run by Google, you know, owned by Google.
	And Google is tied into China big time.
	And we are still in, this is for the World Health Organization, which is very much controlled by China.
	And our own CDC.
	We're still in the what I call the Jaws Amity Fourth of July Festival phase, where the Chamber of Commerce still outweighs, you know, the shark hunters.
	The people concerned about the stock market are saying, we don't want to cause panic.
	So videos like the Iran morgue videos are being scrubbed off of YouTube.
	Okay, follow this through.
	It just goes room after room.
	This is just a Iranian, what do you call it, not a mortuary, where they prepare bodies.
	Anyway, This video in a moment is going to show people dropping on the street, people with masks.
	You get so weak from this.
	You're trying to get home.
	You're trying to walk down the sidewalk, get home from work, and boom, you're down on the ground.
	And later in the video, it shows them digging mass graves, you know, with limestone and people in suits carrying away the bodies.
	This is what's really going on.
	And at this level, and it's starting to happen in Korea, the hospitals become overrun.
	So not only can they not effectively treat, in Korea now, we're talking a pretty first-worldy kind of a country, technologically.
	They can't treat all of the patients they've got.
	The ICU beds are all taken.
	You run out of personal protective equipment.
	You know, the hospital staff gets sick.
	Every hospital staff taken out is less readiness at the hospital.
	Never mind if you have a heart condition or having a baby with difficult, you know, conditions.
	You're just out of luck.
	The hospitals are overrun.
	So that 3.4 fatality rate that they talk about is kind of on the optimistic side because that assumes you've got that ICU where they can you know do invasive lung and oxygen procedures on you. Once you're just stacked up in the waiting room the 15% severe rate becomes a fatality rate. So we still don't know the fatality rate because most of the numbers are what's coming out of China because it had the
	most reported cases.
	But the China information, I'm convinced, is pure propaganda.
	It's just being fed to the world to put China in the best light.
	And what's really going to happen in America is going to look more like Iran than China.
	And even Korea, where people will wait in line for miles to get masks.
	Americans won't wait in line for miles to get a mask.
	They're going to storm the pharmacy and loot it.
	And once the security is gone, once there's panic buying at the supermarkets and the shelves are stripped, Then the normal resupply of supermarkets won't happen because an 18-wheeler full of food is like Fort Knox on wheels at that point.
	Today, just a truck driver and an 18-wheeler can drive anywhere in America and unload food.
	Once supermarkets, once panic food buying starts, real panic food buying, I'm not talking about like last week at Costco, I'm talking about the real thing, then you need a platoon of soldiers and Humvees to guard every 18-wheeler.
	They don't exist.
	Not to mention, the troops will be on quarantine lockdown.
	You know, they'll be getting sick.
	Well, and of course, we know what's going to happen.
	The government is going to protect themselves.
	You know, they're not going to send out, even if they had the resources, they would circle the wagons and protect themselves just like they did when they were making plans for the Cold War.
	You know, you look at Raven Rock.
	That's right.
	And the fact, you know, they were going to let everybody else die.
	They weren't even going to build nuclear shelters for people.
	And I don't think that they've got any plans to protect the population.
	They'll probably use the $7.8 billion to protect themselves, maybe to incentivize a rushed vaccine that will only, in my opinion, make all of this worse, because you're still going to have the virus out there.
	Then you're going to have a vaccine that's going to weaken your immune system and probably create secondary and tertiary effects for your immune system and for your body as well.

	Welcome back, we're talking to Matt Bracken about coronavirus.
	And as Matt was saying, the big problem here is that unlike places like Japan and Korea, the government says get in line, self-quarantine.
	People aren't going to do that.
	If there are shortages, people are going to riot and loot and they're going to try to take stuff away from you.
	It's going to be every man for himself if it gets to that point.
	Now I'm hoping it doesn't get to that point and one of the things that I'm concerned about is that we have a misplaced trust in government.
	I mean we hear figures about 3.4% Matt, you know when we look at that as I was talking to Del Bigtree yesterday he said we don't really know what the denominator is because we don't know how many people have got it who are walking around asymptomatic and so you know we say a 3.4% overall I mean it's a little bit more accurate to look at some of the numbers and again these are all government numbers is whatever government anywhere I don't think you can trust any government at this point because even the Western
	Countries are guarding the information and trying to, you know, filter what you're going to hear.
	But, you know, we look at some of the information.
	Essentially, children under 9, they've had a 0% of them die.
	If you're in your 70s, it's about 8%.
	If you're in the 80s, it's about a 15% fatality.
	But we don't really know what that denominator is outside of those very small samples.
	And now we've got testing kits that we got ridiculous results from in the past.
	False positives, false negatives, so bad that the CDC pulled them off the market.
	Now they're saying they're going to have them back tomorrow.
	They're going to start testing people.
	But again, do we know if that's going to be reliable? Are we going to, if they're 99% Realistic.
	Does that mean that we're going to put 30 million people into quarantine because we misdiagnosed them with that?
	And then we have the vaccines that are being rushed to market.
	So I'm very concerned about all of this.
	The fact that there's so much talk about rushing vaccines to market and what we just saw on Tuesday, for example, Matt, in Maine.
	They had a referendum that was going to try to nullify a law that eliminated any informed consent on vaccines whatsoever, on any basis whatsoever, because you objected to it for medical reasons or because you objected to it for religious reasons.
	They said, no, you're not going to have that.
	So they put it on the ballot.
	And as the articles are talking about, they said, well, the coronavirus is a backdrop for this.
	You had the governor, Janet Mills, in Maine telling everybody, well, you know, look at this.
	We've got to have vaccines.
	They save lives and so forth.
	That's what I'm really, the long lasting effect of this is going to be devastating in terms of health freedom and informed consent, I think.
	And so I'm concerned about all those different issues as well as the forced quarantine and the misplaced quarantine.
	Your response?
	Well, I think that at this point it's almost a luxury to think about vaccines because it's at least a year off even if they made a miracle vaccine.
	So we're going to have to deal with the first and second wave of this thing with no vaccine.
	So if you make it to the vaccine stage...
	They're not talking about anything that could help people other than vaccines.
	I mean, you know, we've had a...
	Just social distancing.
	They've got trials going on right now with vitamin C to help people.
	We've had people talk about how effective other natural...
	You know, people will discount things that are natural, things that are herbal and so forth.
	Oh no, I've got to have something that's designed by, you know, Pfizer or Monsanto.
	That's the only stuff that's going to work.
	No, there's a lot of very safe and effective stuff that's going to help cold-like, corona-like viruses and probably be effective to this coronavirus as well, but they don't ever talk about that.
	It can hurt, but this is such a specific bullet.
	Those little spikes on the coronaviruses fit little receptors in your lung like a lock and a key.
	It's like a perfect sniper shot.
	And here's my fear.
	Whether it's 3.4% or 7% or 2%, keep in mind the Spanish flu of 1918, when we had a socially much more cohesive country that did trust the government, that did do their best to not riot and things like that, that was 2.5%.
	That's pretty much proven because they've had a century to study it.
	So 2.5% almost led to a crumbling of society.
	In our country today, if we had something like the Spanish flu, our supermarkets will get looted.
	So the second and third order, the knock-on effects, can be worse than the disease because once you have supermarkets looted in urban areas, they won't be restocked.
	Period.
	Security will not allow that.
	There won't be the security.
	It'll have to be National Guard with MREs, but we don't have enough and they'll be quarantined.
	So, I'm not so concerned whether the death rate is going to be 2% or 7%.
	What happens to our society when people start rioting?
	I'm concerned that that's going to happen, whether or not the virus is as dangerous as some of these indicate, because they could use this as an effort to institute martial law or what other agenda they want to do.
	So if they start this, just like we've seen... What's that?
	That were to drag you away to a quarantine camp.
	You could be a dissident.
	They come to your door and say that the test from the hospital said, you've got to come with us.
	So in that in that in security environment, anything is possible.
	And in terms of the elections, how are we going to have political rallies a month from now?
	How are we going to have conventions?
	By then, we might be in a situation where there's no meetings of more than five people.
	And by law, you have to stay five meters from each other.
	And you know, Italy and Iran And Korea, Japan, they have no school.
	Think about that.
	If you've got kids in school and you go to work, now your kids from college to kindergarten, they're home, by law, in Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea, and China.
	So the economy will tank because people are going to say, I'm not going to work.
	Where I work in an office, I will absolutely get sick.
	You know, the worst place to catch this is in a hospital.
	In the ER waiting room.
	The staff at the hospitals, these heroes we need, are the ones most at risk of catching it.
	It's not just, well, look at it like it's just a numbers game and I've got a 97% chance of not dying.
	Maybe of not dying from this coronavirus, but you're probably going to catch it.
	Harvard says 40 to 70% will catch it.
	So your young kid might be showing no symptoms and bring it home from school and infect his parents who do die from it.
	Then they're not going to work.
	Now you've got kids who are going to be at home with no adults to care for them.
	And of course what we're seeing are these... I don't think we can handle it.
	Yeah, we're seeing the economic effects preceding any of this stuff happening.
	And that's the key thing.
	Because, you know, as we see already shortages of medicine.
	Because of India and China, even shortages of raw materials that we use to make medicines here.
	Once you've got a shortage of medicine, once you've got a shortage of food, that's when the problems really begin, regardless of what the virus itself is.
	I mean, these problems, these economic and supply chain problems, because we've got just-in-time delivery and we've got a fragile, complicated infrastructure that is global in nature, These types of shortages are going to precede, I think, the disease itself, and they're going to cause their own problem, regardless of the disease.
	Yeah, this reminds me of, you know, if you could look back in history and say, what are like the stupidest things you ever, that, you know, after the fact, it's so obvious.
	Well, like having the Titanic, you know, setting a speed record through icebergs without enough life rafts.
	Really stupid.
	Pearl Harbor, let's put all the fighter planes wingtip to wingtip, because it's more convenient, you know, and better security from sabotage.
	Really stupid.
	How about have all your personal protective equipment and medicine come from China, and what doesn't come from China comes from India, and India just put an embargo on exports.
	So we're screwed.
	The globalists, in the search for the highest profit, put us all at tremendous risk.
	You know, they tweaked the system with just in time and sourcing to slave labor in China and child labor in India, so they were willing to put our Like an oxygen supply essentially through a hose going to somebody that can step on the hose.
	And one of the things you could add to your list there, you know, besides Pearl Harbor and these others, and putting all the planes tip-to-tip, is look at what happened in China.
	You know, the 50 million or so people that were starved to death by Mao's Cultural Revolution, there was no cause beneath that.
	Other than central planning and a dictator's whims.
	And that's what really concerns me and has concerned me from the very beginning of this.
	And they would do it again.
	You don't even need to have a cause to basically kill 50 million people.
	And they would do it again.
	all the economic age. Yeah, exactly. They'll do it again.
	They have a surplus male population.
	And they look at it now.
	I compare this to Dr. Strangelove, the scene in the war room where General Buck Turgidson is saying, you know, we didn't mean for this accidental B-52 launch.
	But now that it's happened, you know, the Russians are going to retaliate.
	We might as well exploit it.
	And the Chinese have to be thinking, you know what?
	In 10 years, Africa might be empty.
	You know, China's been colonizing Africa.
	And in 10 years, all the Africans might be dead because if they can't deal with this in Korea and Japan, how are they going to deal with it in Nigeria and Uganda?
	I mean, seriously.
	That continent could be open for the Chinese to walk into, and they'll have a billion people left!
	Yeah, they have quite an incentive to do that.
	Yeah, as you point out, excess male population, their desires to take over Africa are very clear with their Belt and Road Initiative, and they may just be viewing this coronavirus as the thing that's going to sweep the room clean so they can move in.
