	We've got a lot to look at today.
	We're going to be taking a look at the latest developments in our technocracy.
	And it is, as I've said before, a public-private partnership between government and giant corporations.
	However, some of the apocalypse that is headed our way has shown to us that we're already underway in China, because in China they've already got a full merger of corporations and government.
	They're not the chi-coms anymore.
	Yes, they have a communist ideology, but they're thoroughly fascist.
	Thoroughly fascist in every sense.
	I mean, they're hyper-nationalist, pushing their superiority over everybody else.
	But also, in the economic definition of it, they have merged government with ownership, you know, the control of the various corporations.
	You're not going to be doing business in China unless you're doing business with these crooks that are running it.
	And that's essentially what we're moving to a little bit more slowly here in the United States.
	And we can see that.
	All the different things that have been enacted in China, you know, they were the ones to first enact censorship on the Internet in a big way.
	People called it the Great Firewall of China.
	They didn't want their citizens to see anything.
	And then the eye of Sauron turned inward and looked at what their citizens were watching in a great deal of detail and then assigned social credits to them and then is now using those social credits to allocate economic resources or to dole out punishments to those who don't follow their lead.
	But today I want to take a look at something else that is on the horizon here.
	We've talked many times about killer robots, and I've had Professor Noel Sharkey on multiple times.
	He's an Irish scientist who is very concerned about the danger of autonomous killer robots.
	You know, we're going to program them so that they can identify who the good guys are and the bad guys, and then we're just going to turn them loose and let them fight the wars for us, right?
	And this is already being rolled out by China.
	And just understand, this is a regime that doesn't really care too much about human life.
	And we've also are going to be having this next week, the Senate is going to be taking up the issue of how are we going to regulate autonomous cars?
	Well, here's the answer.
	They're not.
	So we need to look at the safety and how we're going to test these things.
	They've been testing them on public roads for a couple of years already.
	Just think about that and think about the fact that the day before they began that discussion, they're going to have a discussion about the woman who was killed by the Uber autonomous car.
	Now, think about that.
	Think about the fact that An autonomous car killed a pedestrian, and yet we're going to arm autonomous drones and just send them out to kill?
	Let them make the kill decision?
	What could possibly go wrong?
	Well, pretty much everything.
	And the Chinese are now selling killer robots into the Middle East.
	They're doing their most advanced, and I'm afraid it's not nearly advanced enough, And I'm also concerned that they don't have Isaac Asimov's laws for robots programmed into them.
	Nothing nearly that sophisticated.
	So we're going to talk about what that's going to look like and the push by China that is affecting everything.
	Not just what we see in terms of 5G, but also especially the information that we see.
	Constantly seeing this coming from Hollywood.
	You know, yesterday I talked about how Disney purged that number out of Lady and the Tramp as they did a remake of it about Siamese cats.
	Did they do that because they wanted to be able to sell their wares in China?
	They thought Chinese might object to that?
	And we just had a remake of Midway.
	And they needed Chinese funding for that, to get that done.
	So, we'll talk about all those things when we come back.

	Today we're going to talk about the shooting yesterday.
	Moves, new moves, of course, after every one of these shootings to push gun control.
	But I want to talk about the checkbook media and how they reacted to it as well.
	Got lots of news, but I want to begin with the Chinese killer robots that are now being sold into the Middle East.
	Let's just have them go in with big containers of gasoline and set the whole place on fire, because that's basically what's going to happen.
	You're going to introduce fully autonomous military drones into that tinderbox?
	They're putting in, reportedly, their best quality, state-of-the-art, fully autonomous killer drones.
	As one individual said, Mark Esper, U.S.
	Defense Secretary, former, well, he's also the current Defense Secretary.
	Because, you know, we're going to have a killer robot, autonomous killer robot gap here.
	So we've got to catch up to these people.
	This is what's really dangerous about this.
	And this is what Professor Noel Sharkey has said, as I've interviewed him, and he's gone around the world talking about this.
	It's always this insecurity.
	You know, we've got a gap.
	We've got a gap.
	We've got to get more killer robots.
	We've got to have more 5G.
	We've got to have more of this and more of that.
	We've got to get ahead of them.
	So he's saying, as we speak, the Chinese government is already exporting some of its most advanced military aerial drones to the Middle East as it prepares to export its next generational UAVs when they come online.
	In addition, Chinese weapon manufacturers are selling drones advertised as capable of full autonomy.
	Including the ability to conduct lethal, targeted strikes.
	An Australian outlet, so this is not just something being hiked by the Defense Secretary.
	An Australian news outlet, news.com.au reports that a state-controlled Chinese defense company is negotiating the sale of its Blowfish A3 armed helicopter drone to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
	Yeah, this is the...
	I guess maybe this is what the Uber CEO was thinking about.
	You know, when he was talking about how his autonomous taxi mowed down and killed that pedestrian who was crossing the road.
	He said, you know, mistakes are made just like Saudi Arabia made a mistake with Khashoggi.
	Okay, so Saudi Arabia is going to get helicopter drones that can kill.
	And maybe they're going to be just as accurate as those Uber Self-driving cars.
	As the Australian Strategic Policy Institute analyst Dr. Malcolm Davis said, authoritarian adversaries do not need to conduct the same domestic debate on lethal autonomous weapons as Western liberal democracies because they're not answerable to their people.
	There is no ban killer robots movement in China or Russia.
	So see, we've already got a gap right there.
	We've got an ethics gap.
	So let's get rid of our ethics.
	We've got to catch up to the Chinese.
	Just as we already have with the Great Firewall.
	First they instituted censorship of internet.
	Now we've done that.
	We've caught up in that gap.
	We're right there with them.
	And who do we have do it?
	We have our corporations do it so we can pretend that we're not violating the First Amendment.
	And who is setting up our social credit system?
	With biometric surveillance and everything else, and then assigning different ranks to your activity online, and what you do in physical space.
	Well, there are corporations that are going to do it for us there as well.
	You know, we've got Google's going to run the smart cities for them.
	Plausible deniability.
	We're not violating the First Amendment, Google is!
	And they're entitled, right?
	It's a corporation.
	We love it.
	They won.
	Yeah, there used to be a song back in the 80s.
	We're all becoming, we're all turning Japanese, right?
	No, no, we're turning Chinese.
	We're instituting their authoritarian policies.
	Just remember that it was DARPA that began the first self-driving car competition.
	So that was their very first competition, defense competition.
	The Defense Advanced Research Projects, DARPA.
	They put it out there and they said, well, we'll let all you guys, we'll turn loose.
	The innovation of competition and private companies and you guys come up with your best solution on self-driving cars.
	And now we've got killer robots and of course one of the more recent contests was the autonomous robots would be able to find their way through and of course it wasn't going to be killing people like Terminator robots they were going to be finding their way through A dangerous nuclear facility because we just had Fukushima.
	And then, of course, I guess I could also illustrate helping little old ladies across the street, but we all knew where this is headed.
	And Boston Dynamics and all of the companies that were engaged in that.
	Google had their own entry.
	But Google didn't have the best entry, but they did buy all of the other companies, including Boston Dynamics in that.
	So when you look at this, let me just tell you how this is kind of going to roll out.
	I've talked about, I think, one of the best authors out there.
	It's kind of like the Michael Crichton of today.
	His name is Daniel Suarez.
	And I've talked in the past about his projections of where DNA manipulation and editing were going to go.
	A brilliant scene at the very beginning of the book, an introduction where a couple goes in, and you can see how the salesman is pushing them.
	One parent is reluctant to do this, and of course it's all black market.
	It's been prohibited by the government, but that's not going to stop it.
	And they go in and they start talking about, well, you can, uh, we can improve his health or her health.
	Uh, we can improve the baby's, uh, longevity.
	Uh, we can improve their intelligence.
	And just remember that, uh, you know, we have these as separate packages, uh, and you know, each of these are this much money and so forth.
	Uh, but remember that any of these attributes that you give to your child, You're also going to be giving to your grandchildren and your great-grandchildren and so forth.
	Oh, and by the way, if you choose not to do this, because one of the parents says, I don't know, I'm worried about the effects of this, what if it goes wrong?
	And he says, well, if you choose not to do it, all these other people who have money, they're doing it for their kids and their grandkids.
	And you know what's going to happen?
	Your kids are going to be their slaves if you don't do this.
	And that's the way the military industrial complex operates, isn't it?
	You're going to have a DNA gap, or you're going to have a killer drone gap, or a killer swarm gap.
	And Daniel Suarez also did another book, Kill Decision.
	And in that, and it's a brilliant book, it talks about setting up these autonomous killing swarms of robots and how the things operate.
	And I don't want to give away too much of the plot, But just suffice to say, and the details are really what is interesting about this book, but in the overall scheme of things, what is driving this is a desire by some of the corporations within the military-industrial complex to render conventional weapons, including the aircraft carriers and everything, everything that is conventional weapons, the entire arsenal
	That the military-industrial complex has would be rendered obsolete by these autonomous swarms of killer drones.
	Which means that you would now kick this off and they would have a new profit center that could put this stuff out there.
	Which, quite frankly, is what's going on as they're replacing, mandating the replacement of all of our internal combustion engines.
	And as they're mandating that we shut down all of our so-called fossil fuel, and they're not fossil fuels, they're finding more of that stuff all the time, but as we shut down all of our power plants and go to quote-unquote renewables, all of this is so that we can just completely shut down one industry and build another one.
	And in that book, kill decision.
	It's the military-industrial complex itself that is making its own products obsolete, as Steve Jobs said.
	You're either going to make your products obsolete or somebody else's.
	And that's one of the reasons why Exxon and Rex Tillerson and all these people are pushing all this climate change stuff, because they want to make their petroleum-based economy obsolete so that they can be the first in line for what's going to replace it.

	More than 50 to 1, some estimates have it.
	But the point is, they were outnumbered, and the General was told, General, we're completely surrounded.
	He said, good, we can attack in all directions.

	But it's going to become more critical than ever as the censorship becomes complete.

	About a month ago, President Trump announced that he was going to move his domicile from New York City to Florida, where he's always said he planned to retire to.

	They said, oh, he's about to resign and leave instead of facing impeachment.

	He knew the leftist controlled appeals courts were going to say that he had to give up his tax returns so they can pour over them and harass every business partner he's got.
	They want to terrorize people that he's worked with.
	And by moving his domicile from New York to Florida, that gets around the New York law they passed to get his tax returns that are supposed to be private.
	So all those people out there holding their breath for the president to resign, in his words, we're kicking the deep state's ass and he's never going to resign.
	The globalists know that I will never willingly give up.
	I've said it many times, I will never give in.
	I will never give up, but I could give out.
	And it's very, very frustrating to see them committing all their crimes against humanity, to see evil running rampant like this, and to know that most Americans have already been silenced in cyberspace.

	And to know that most Americans feel powerless and don't realize how much power they have.

	We had a shooting yesterday at a California high school, and I was absolutely amazed at how much airtime was devoted to that by Fox News.
	Now, it is a tragedy, no doubt.
	Two people died In that shooting.
	And yet, are you going to devote your entire day's programming, everything?
	I mean, after the show, late in the afternoon, I had to stick around for a meeting, and when I went into the break room, where we have cable news on, they were still talking about it, had an aerial shot, and they're waiting for something to happen, somebody to talk to, or so forth, and they had scheduled Nikki Haley!
	One of my favorite politicians.
	I talked about her yesterday.
	They'd scheduled her to come on and talk about her book.
	I don't make mistakes.
	Oh no, that was it.
	With all due respect, that's it.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, no, she's not due any respect whatsoever.
	When she said, we're going to go into...
	We're going to push Russian sanctions and we've got to go into Syria and so forth.
	And when she said the thing about Russian sanctions, Kudlow said, I think she was mistaken.
	She got a little bit ahead of this.
	And she said, with all due respect, I don't make mistakes.
	And so now she's got her book out there telling more lies, pushing herself out like the Machiavellian politician that she is.
	But I'm just amazed at how many conservatives don't see it.
	So they were going to push her, of course, because she is a ardent neocon and Fox News likes those types of people.
	But even Nikki Haley had the discussions of her book preempted because then they wanted to talk to her About how she had handled the shooting in South Carolina.
	That heinous situation when Dylann Roof goes into a black church.
	And they're sitting there, about ten people praying, and he pulls out a gun and kills them.
	I mean, that's just unbelievable.
	But her reaction was to ban the Confederate flag everywhere.
	It was Nikki Haley who began that.
	It's like, yeah, the guy's got a picture of himself, he's got the Confederate flag in the background.
	What he did was absolutely racist, but you know the Ku Klux Klan, these people, they not only fly the Confederate flag, changing the meaning of that, people who understand Civil War, who understand Southern Heritage, they understand that that's not the Ku Klux Klan, it's a different thing.
	Because, you know, the Ku Klux Klan also takes Christian symbols, like the cross, and they burn it on people's lawns, and they burn them standing up.
	So are we going to ban all crosses as well?
	Or are we going to make a distinction?
	Not Nikki Haley.
	Maybe she doesn't understand it since she's from India.
	I don't know if she's Christian or Hindu or whatever, but she certainly doesn't know our history.
	Anyway, they spent all day talking about this shooting in California.
	And two students, 16-year-old girl, 14-year-old boy, were killed.
	Three other teens were injured.
	And then the last shot, the 16-year-old suspect saved for himself.
	He is now in a hospital in grave condition.
	He missed when he shot himself, evidently.
	Didn't quite finish the job.
	They spent the entire day talking about that and what we're going to do and how we've got to push red flag gun laws and so forth.
	About five days ago, and I didn't talk about this, and it was an interesting story, I thought.
	I saw it in all the different car publications.
	I picked it up.
	Some other news publications picked it up.
	Another two people were killed somewhere else.
	We talk about body counts and it's supposed to be a greater tragedy depending on how many people are killed.
	It's a tragedy for everybody that's killed.
	Regardless of how they're killed.
	Two people were killed in this California high school shooting.
	Two people were killed in, let's see, what town was this?
	Tom's River.
	I'm not sure what exactly, what state this is.
	But you had two guys, a 22 and a 23 year old.
	And they were driving a red Porsche Boxster.
	Very fast, evidently.
	One of them was.
	They weren't both driving.
	And they hit the median and went airborne.
	And they flew across the road and hit a house on the other side of the road.
	So on the left side of the road.
	They hit a building, it's not a house, in the second story.
	They flew up and hit that building in the second story.
	Now, it was an office building.
	It looks like a home, but it was a brick office building.
	And, of course, they were completely killed.
	The car was completely demolished.
	They didn't even know there were two people in the car for quite a while.
	Because, you know, it just destroyed them completely.
	And the building itself is so severely damaged that there was a question as to whether or not they were going to be able to get the car out because they didn't want the workers to go in there and risk their lives to get that car out of there.
	The building has been condemned.
	Now, that is a freak accident.
	And a lot of people picked that up and reported on it, but the national news didn't.
	And you know, Fox News didn't spend an entire day talking about two youngsters, one of them driving irresponsibly, using a car irresponsibly, Now, was he showing off?
	Perhaps.
	Was the shooter showing off?
	Maybe he wanted attention.
	Do you think that if you are somebody who is thinking about doing this, do you think that the checkbook media like Fox News... I expect CNN and MSNBC to spend all day on any shooting anywhere that goes wrong.
	They will never talk.
	They won't spend two minutes or two seconds Talking about a situation where somebody defends themselves.
	Like I talked about last week, we had a pregnant woman who defended her home from armed invasion.
	Her husband was overpowered and the pregnant woman got an AR-15, AR-15, Democrats, and defended her life, her baby's life, and her husband's life with that.
	And then we had an elderly couple, also victims of an armed
	Home invasion and the elderly man Was able to get a shotgun see that's one of the reason good things about guns is That if you're old or you're a woman or what and you're at a physical disadvantage to somebody You can help but you know can defend yourself You have an opportunity to defend yourself doesn't mean that you're going to be able to I mean somebody can always blindside you
	But you at least have something of a fighting chance.
	I mean, if they didn't have an AR-15 or a shotgun and these people came in and they were armed, they wouldn't have had any chance whatsoever.
	The gun at least gave them a chance under those circumstances.
	But they're not going to talk about that on CNN, MSNBC.
	I don't think they talked about it on Fox News, but they spent all day on Fox News and the other outlets as well because they want to push the fear about guns.
	And of course they didn't talk about this, but you know what?
	The day is coming that they will spend all day talking about two people misusing a car and dying.
	They will spend all day talking about that.
	And you know this guy, again, probably died because he wanted to show off his Porsche and how fast it could go.
	These shooters who do this, they want attention.
	Do you think they're going to be more likely to do this when even Fox News spends all day talking about that?
	Oh, I could be a celebrity.
	Everybody would be talking about me all over national news for at least a day.
	I'd have more than 15 minutes of fame.
	They might even enact legislation in my honor.

	And now the Supreme Court's come out and ruled that gun manufacturers can be sued into oblivion for what criminals do using their firearms.
	My goodness, ladies and gentlemen, this country's under such incredible attack.
	But more and more towns and cities are saying they're sanctuaries for the Second Amendment, and they're going to follow the original Bill of Rights and Constitution, and they're not going to help in the confiscation of guns.
	So you see, a lot of these cities ignore illegal aliens.
	Well, we could ignore all your unconstitutional laws.
	I've made a lot of predictions that have come true.
	But I'm here to tell you, most of those really weren't predictions that came out of a crystal ball.
	I could see where the Globalists were going.
	I could see what their in-game agenda was, what their goal was.
	And I knew that when they were setting us up to be de-platformed, that they were really setting the precedent to take everybody off air, to silence everyone, to ban words and names and information on fake whistleblowers so that their false narratives couldn't be opposed.
	What the globalists really feared was independent media and platforms in the future.

	As I said, we had all the major news media spend all day about the school shooting where two people were killed.
	Ignore all these other incidents where people are killed tragically, senselessly in other places, or murdered deliberately, either by accident, by recklessness, or murdered deliberately.
	They ignore when people defend themselves with guns.
	So that's the whole thing behind this Remington trial.
	The whole premise behind this.
	Is that anybody that manufactures a gun is making a killing machine.
	But that's not true.
	As I've said before, my grandfather used to have a route where he collected rent in a poor neighborhood before the Depression.
	And he and his brother-in-law both did that.
	And they would go around every Friday, they would collect the rent not on a, you know, they didn't wait for people to mail it in.
	It was a poor neighborhood and they would go around on Friday when it was payday because I know a lot of people would drink their checks, you know, go have a party and they wouldn't have the money come Saturday.
	And so they'd go around on Friday and they would collect the cash and it was known, you know, they had a regular pattern and it was known.
	So one day a guy waited for my grandfather's brother-in-law Killed him with an axe and put him in the back of the car.
	The police couldn't find him for a while.
	Surprise, surprise.
	My grandfather found him dead.
	And my grandfather always carried a gun.
	That's not going to do any good if somebody sneaks up on you with an axe from behind.
	But he was a little bit more cautious after that.
	And a few weeks later, a guy is hiding on the floor Behind the front seat of his car as he starts to get in it.
	He sees the guy.
	He pulls out his gun and points it at him and says, if I ever see you again, I'm going to shoot first.
	And the gun was never fired.
	There was no police report.
	On that.
	That type of thing happens all the time.
	You also have, as I point out, a pregnant woman, an elderly man, both of them defending their homes with guns.
	One of them using an AR-15, which is the boogeyman right now with the Democrats.
	Has to be stopped.
	If you just manufacture one now, then that is a crime.
	And of course, the Supreme Court, you only look at this, whether or not the Supreme Court is going to review the right of whether these These people in Connecticut associated with Sandy Hook, they will do anything, violate any system of justice or laws in order to come after guns.
	That's really what Sandy Hook is all about, folks.
	All about.
	Suing us over free speech, suing a manufacturer who not only is exercising their Second Amendment, But even in 2005, we had the Senate say, you're not going to sue people because Democrats are already doing that.
	They've got a second amendment and they can't win enough elections to amend the Constitution and get rid of guns, in spite of what Beto O'Rourke and all these people say.
	It just makes them more unpopular when they say they're going to take the guns.
	And so they tried to do it with lawsuits.
	They knew they were going to do that with lawsuits.
	And so the people who were our elected representatives doubled down in 2005 and said, you're not going to be able to sue people if they're making a legal product and they didn't do anything wrong in the manufacturing of that product.
	You know, if they make a gun and the gun blows up in your face and kills you, then they have negligence, right?
	They said, no, we have rules for lawsuits, negligence and, you know, irresponsible activity and so forth.
	But if you're making a legal product and you do it right, you can't be sued.
	Regardless of how somebody else who buys your product uses it.
	You know, if they have a car and they run people down, they can't do it.
	Or if they buy an axe and they murder somebody, oh no, you can't do that.
	Can't sue the axe manufacturer.
	But, you know, Connecticut just ignores that.
	Because Sandy Hook happened in 2013.
	And so, you know, Bushmaster, or the Bushmasters, the model, Remington is the company that made it.
	Remington says, well, let's go to the Supreme Court and ask them to review this and stop this.
	Why?
	Because you can drain people dry with lawsuits, right?
	And you've got people like Bloomberg funding it, or Soros funding it, or Democrat coalitions and people out of Hollywood funding it.
	They can fund these anti-gun lawsuits until they bankrupt you.

	And so they appeal for justice to the Supreme Court to apply the law to stop this because Connecticut is out of control.
	And it takes four justices to say we're going to grant cert on this.
	Certiorari, or however you pronounce it in Latin.
	But basically they say we'll review that.
	And I don't know, but they couldn't find four judges who said, yeah, we don't want the legal system abuse to put people out of business if they manufacture guns and do it properly.
	Isn't that amazing?
	We're supposed to have a 5-4 majority of conservatives and they couldn't find four justices who said we're not going to allow this abuse of the legal system.
	We're not going to allow lawsuits to put people out of business.
	Isn't that a shame?
	And yet, as we have Fox News, the checkbook media, because if it bleeds, it leads, and so they harp on this all day, and it had the desired effect.
	You've got the celebrities like Michael Moore tweeting out, I have no prayers, he puts no prayers in uppercase, screaming that, no prayers.
	Yeah, I know, he's an atheist.
	He hasn't got a prayer.
	You should pray for him, however.
	This guy is completely, completely lost.
	I have no prayers but many thoughts.
	We Americans are a strangely frightened people, with 340 million guns in private possession.
	Madness!

	We Americans are violent people.
	Kill, kill, kill.
	Kill the Indians, lynch black people, or shoot them in their homes.
	I just talked about invade nations.
	I just talked about home invasions, where people were invaded by armed intruders.

	And people were able to defend themselves and their families.

	That wasn't an accident.

	Let's take a little bit of a look at the state of liberty here in the United States.
	And again, as the Senate is going to be meeting next week, they're going to try to pass some legislation.
	This isn't going to be legislation to control abuses of self-driving cars.
	It isn't going to be legislation to get them off of our public roads, where they're experimenting on the public.
	No, it's going to basically pave the way for them to do even more of that.
	As Karen Driver was saying, Congress has been unable to pass legislation addressing the burgeoning technology.
	Since when did they need regulations about safety in cars from Congress?
	I mean, that's typically done by the bureaucracy.
	They're mandating all of this stuff.
	They make the rules.
	We have had Congress come in at different times.
	They did regulate speed limits, for example, as I said, as we're going to break.
	1942 to 1945, they reduced the speed limits nationwide to 35 miles an hour.
	Now, that was before they had the interstate system.
	Remember?
	That was post-World War II.
	So you couldn't go faster than 35 miles an hour.
	You know, the cars back then really couldn't go much faster than that.
	I recently went to a car show, and there was a guy there.
	He was in his 80s, and he had a 49 MG.
	1949 MG and he bought it new.
	He was the original owner and he still owned it.
	He still drives it around and goes to car shows and stuff like that.
	He bought it, had a right-hand drive because he bought it when he was in the military stationed in the Bahamas and he used to drive around his commanding officer's wife and he brought it back with him and he's had it ever since.
	That car had a top speed of 42 miles an hour.
	Couldn't go any faster than 42.
	Even brand new couldn't go any faster than 42 miles an hour.
	So you put a speed limit of 35 miles an hour.
	You don't have an interstate.
	You don't have cars that can really go that fast.
	That really wasn't pushing it.
	But after World War II, they took speed limits off.
	And you know we had speed limits going up to 75 miles an hour?
	Think about that.
	Anybody that's driven one of these old Old cars with their circulating ball steering and big steering wheels and everything.
	I mean those things really get floaty when you start to go very fast.
	I wouldn't go that fast in those things.
	But then we got to the oil crisis in the 1970s.
	1974 we put on the 55 mile an hour speed limit.
	Again to save fuel like they did in World War II.
	And I remember when that happened because I was driving at that point in time.
	And, uh, you know, the cars were a lot better in the 70s than they were back in the 40s.
	A lot better.
	It was pretty ridiculous to see the speed limit where we were, 65, dropping down to 55.
	Nobody liked that, but it stayed in effect until 1995, and they returned that back to the States.
	Uh, late 90s, my wife and I were going through Montana, uh, actually, yeah, it was about 2000, uh, 99, 2000, 2001, sometime around there.
	And, uh, they didn't have any speed limits there.
	And I had been driving as fast as the car would go and I was taking a break because we were just driving straight through.
	We weren't stopping to go all the way out to Yellowstone from North Carolina.
	I put 8,000 miles on the car that trip.
	That's my ideal vacation.
	I like to drive.
	And so I turned the steering wheel over to my wife and she drove for a while and she was going well over 100 miles an hour.
	And, um, there was a highway patrolman there, and I said, there's no speed limits here.
	She just went right past him, and after a while he pulls her over, and she said, now you've got me in trouble.
	And he just pulled up and he said, hi, how you doing?
	I said, I thought there were no speed limits.
	And he goes, that's right, no problem.
	I just wanted to remind you, just warn you, that down the road there's some Construction going on.
	I said, that's the way it ought to be.
	I mean, that's like Andy Griffith's Mayberry, you know?
	I don't mind it when somebody's telling me something that really is helpful.
	But I do mind it when they turn it into a revenue booster.
	And they're going to do much worse than that.

	And I'm also going to show you, I say every time I talk about this, I say, well, why wouldn't they take our cars, our homes, the most tenuous connection or allegation of drugs or whatever.
	They don't have to find you guilty.
	They don't even have to charge you.
	They can charge your property and just keep it.
	And the police get to sell it and keep the money.
	And now it's gone in an amazing direction in Massachusetts.
	We have some states where people are seeing the abuse that is happening with us, and a lot of it is targeted towards poor people, just like the confiscation of children is targeted predominantly to poor people who don't have the resources to fight in court to get their children back.
	And in Chicago, they have a rule.
	If the police take your car, it costs you.
	You have to sue them.
	They're not going to find you guilty.
	They're not going to charge you with a crime.
	They're just going to say, well, you know, I think your car, I think I found a joint here on the floor.
	So I'm going to take your car.
	And if you don't like that, I'm not charging with a crime.
	There's no crime here.
	That's just a rule.
	It's a rule.
	It's not a crime.
	You understand the difference?
	I don't.
	Do you?
	There is no difference.
	It's just a semantic legal fiction.
	But they say, well, you know, you haven't been charged.
	We have charged your car.
	You know, it's the state of Massachusetts or the state of Illinois or Cook County versus your car, vehicle number, blah, blah, blah.
	And if you want it back, you're going to have to sue us.
	Guess what?
	It takes $900 to start the process as a filing fee to sue them to get your property back that they've taken without finding you guilty of any crime.
	And guess what?
	The typical value of the car that they take is about $1,000.
	They're coming after poor people.
	Coming after poor people.
	Even if they had the money to fight in court.
	It doesn't make any sense for them to do it.
	That's the same type of strategy, by the way, we're seeing against Remington, right?
	You sue people to destroy their lives, to destroy their businesses.
	You know, you can tie people up in court, you can use litigation as a weapon.
	Well, in Massachusetts, they've decided that they don't like e-cigarettes.
	And so now, they're going to do civil asset forfeiture on people who have vaping equipment or who have vaping liquid in their car.
	Police may seize vehicles in which they find untaxed vaping products, they say.
	The Institute for Justice As I said, Massachusetts has, quote, the worst civil forfeiture laws in the country, but they're about to make them even worse.
	They have approved a bill that would ban flavored e-cigarettes.
	It would also impose a 75% excise tax on electronic nicotine delivery systems, including the e-liquids, as well as the devices.
	And it would authorize forfeiture of cars that were driven by vapors who were caught with untaxed products.
	I say that e-cigarette flavors were quote-unquote created and designed for one reason only for young people to become addicted to nicotine and to become lifelong users unquote.
	Now when I look at this I've talked about alcohol prohibition, drug prohibition, tobacco prohibition.
	Look, folks, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't use drugs.
	But I do like the Constitution.
	I'm addicted to liberty.
	And I don't like to see our country corrupted.
	I don't like to see us enslaved under these pretenses.
	You see, I don't use any of those things, and I don't need a police state to keep me from destroying my life with any of those things.
	And if you want to destroy your life with any of those things, the police state isn't going to stop you.
	It hasn't stopped anybody with drugs, has it?
	And it didn't work with alcohol prohibition, did it?
	Now, the interesting thing about all this is that when we look at drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, there was alcohol prohibition for a while, we got rid of it.
	Drug prohibition, which we didn't even bother to do it legally.
	We didn't even amend the Constitution like they did for alcohol.
	But neither alcohol prohibition or drug prohibition has worked.
	Tobacco, on the other hand, they did not prohibit.
	Instead, what they did was they conducted a massive education campaign talking to people about the health effects.
	Lung cancer, heart disease, and so forth.
	And they were able to drastically reduce the use of tobacco.
	Think about the difference.
	Think about the fact that alcohol use and drug use went up after we prohibited them.
	We got more dangerous forms after we prohibited them.
	That's what I tweeted out about today.
	These liberals wanting to do gun prohibition.
	And yet, with tobacco, we took a different approach.
	We tried to educate people about the health issues associated with it.
	And now, though, they're going to go back to the prohibition approach.
	We're going to prohibit it, right?
	There's no good use for this.
	It's like a class one drug.
	And so we're going to prohibit it, and we're going to use the same criminal tactics that have metastasized their way into the drug war, civil asset forfeiture.
	The bill also says that a police officer who quote discovers an untaxed electronic nicotine delivery system in the possession of a person who is not a licensed or commissioner authorized electronic nicotine delivery system distributor that police officer may seize both the product and the quote-unquote receptacle receptacle in which it is found including but not limited to a motor vehicle a boat or an airplane "...in which the electronic nicotine delivery systems are contained or transported."
	So, the receptacle!
	And so, Dan Alban, a senior attorney at the Institute of Justice, said, "...this is completely insane.
	It endangers the property rights of anyone in Massachusetts, even if you don't have a quote-unquote untaxed electronic nicotine delivery system." Are you going to be searched?
	Is every passenger in your vehicle going to be searched?
	Are you going to be responsible for searching every passenger that gets into your vehicle?
	Because under civil asset forfeiture laws, we've seen situations where a kid is driving the parent's car and, you know, they've got two or three kids in it, so the police decide they'll stop and, you know, see if they can find anything on these kids.
	And they find one of the kids With a joint in his pocket.
	Oh, I'm going to take Mom and Pop's car.
	Now the kid who was driving it, you know, their son, he didn't have any marijuana on him.
	The parents are not guilty, but their car is taken.
	Is that going to happen now with e-cigarettes?
	You're going to have to, alright everybody, empty your pockets before you get in my car.
	I ain't going to have any e-cigs in here.
	And then the question is, does receptacle include a house as well?
	Well, of course it does.
	We have seen people who have had their homes confiscated by the police who came by and said, oh, we saw your son smoking a joint on the back porch here, taking your whole house.
	I'm not charging you with any crime.
	You didn't do anything wrong.
	I'm just taking your home, leaving you homeless.
	That's happened.
	One of the first cases of this that I saw, and I've mentioned this before, a guy who had a charter jet service.
	He had a couple of businessmen in suits.
	They had him fly them to Canada for a business meeting.
	He waited for them.
	They came out in the afternoon.
	He flew them back to America.
	When he landed, his plane was surrounded by the DEA.
	They arrested these two individuals.
	They said they've been involved in a drug deal in Canada.
	And we said, we're taking your plane.
	He goes, what?
	I didn't have anything to do with this.
	We know.
	You have no knowledge of this.
	We understand that.
	We know we had all this thing under surveillance.
	We know that you had absolutely nothing to do with it.
	But your plane was a vehicle for this drug transaction.
	So we're going to take that.
	In Boston, we had the prosecutor up there.
	Her name is Ortiz.
	They were promoting her to become the next governor.
	And she decided that she would go in and confiscate a hotel, which over a period of 15 years had had four drug busts of people who were renting rooms in that hotel.
	Four.
	Over 15 years.
	And so she decided, after the fact, well, you know, I'll take that hotel.
	And there was such an outrage, even there in Massachusetts, about that, that it ruined her aspiring political career.
	And rightfully so.

	They hide that so they can keep the kids.

	Child Protective Services saying to a parent, you will submit to me Or you will never see your child again.

	Those parents and many others we've spoken with claim Child Protective Services in Orange County is out of control.
	They say some social workers lie, fabricate evidence, even perjure themselves in schemes to take their children, often for trivial reasons.
	If a parent does not act sufficiently deferential at the first meeting with a social worker, they stand a very, very high probability of losing their child.
	Deanna Fogarty, a former Miss California, says after she argued with her social worker, Marsha Vreken, Vreken made up lies about her.
	I said to her, if you know, You just walked into a court of law, lied, and cost me my children.
	Based on the social worker's testimony, the judge took away Fogarty's two daughters.
	Then she says Vreaken threatened her.
	If I wanted to get my kids back, I needed to submit to her.
	They actually told her, you will submit to me, or you will never see your children again.
	McMillan sued Orange County on behalf of Fulgerty and won.
	The jury found social workers lied, falsified evidence, and did so with malice.
	All right, and this is happening all over this country.
	And beginning of that report, most people don't believe this can happen until it happens to you.
	That's why I have so many people on all over this country that have had that happen to them.
	Yeah, it takes a village to take your child.
	You know, going back to Hillary Clinton.
	Bill Clinton had some advice for President Trump on impeachment.
	He said that my message would be, look, you got hired to do a job.

	But Bill Clinton got past that because the economy was doing well.
	And because he worked on the agenda that the people who had elected him wanted him to do.

	They call it a coup, as I do.
	And one individual that they quote there says the Republican Party is on trial.
	As a matter of fact, one guy says, it's just a show.

	They've already made up their mind.
	This isn't going to do anything.

	Just another reminder of how corrupt our judicial system here is.
	I want to get an update about Marty Gottesfeld.
	We have his wife who is joining us now.
	And just to review real quickly what happened, you know, we just had the report out of Orange County talking about the abuse by CPS kidnapping kids.
	The father who said, you will submit to me or you will never see your children again.
	Well, it's not just CPS.
	There are cases of medical kidnapping happening across this country as well.
	And, of course, they also usually get CPS involved in that, in addition to that.
	And in this particular case that involved Marty Gottesfeld, there was a young girl, then 15 years old, back in 2014, Justina Peltier.
	She had a severe physical, medical, physical condition.
	She was being treated by a specialist at Tufts, and because of a temporary situation, one weekend they had to take her to the hospital.
	They wound up taking her to the Boston Children's Hospital, which is operated by Harvard University.
	So this is also not just a case of medical kidnapping, of child kidnapping, but it is also an example of corporate political power.
	How powerful giant corporations like Harvard can be.
	And how, if they perceive you as an enemy, you can be treated as a political terrorist.
	And that's exactly what has happened to Marty.
	As she went to Boston Children's Hospital, her physical diagnosis was a change to a mental one by a person who just happened to be doing a research project on exactly what she diagnosed Justina Peltier.
	She was wasting away as her parents were not allowed to take her out of the hospital.
	She was physically wasting away.
	Her condition was severely deteriorated.
	She was no longer, she was dying, quite frankly.
	She had been, even in spite of her physical issue, she had been active, had been an ice skater and so forth.
	And as people are trying to get attention to her case, bring attention to her case, their computer system was hacked at one point during a fundraiser.
	Very embarrassing for Boston Children's Hospital to be exposed as medically kidnapping a young girl, nearly killing her.
	But of course it was pointed out by a lot of different news media outlets.
	and uh... marty was accused of that and found guilty and he has now been put in a very high security prison where we put our political prisoners Or the people who criticize big politically connected corporations like Harvard.

	I know he's constantly trying to push back against this and to do some of his own legal work there, but it's very difficult because they put him in this communications management unit that you gave us a great deal of information about in the past.
	It's kind of like, people think about it like Gitmo, that's where they put terrorists down there, but they also put high-profile political prisoners at our communication management unit to make sure they don't talk to people.
	Have you been able to get in touch with him much?
	No, I actually haven't heard from him in about six and a half months.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	Totally shut him off.
	Yeah.
	He's filing legal work in his case against the former acting director of the Bureau of Prisons, Hugh Hurwitz, and officials at MCC New York for keeping him in solitary confinement for 91 days.
	without any administrative detention hearings.
	So I'm following what's happening through that lawsuit.
	I don't know if you saw, but just recently at another prison in Indiana, an inmate had been kept in solitary for, I believe, years without any administrative detention hearings and was awarded 100,000 for each year he was kept in there.
	That's amazing.
	And to think about this, what they found him guilty of was hacking a computer during a fundraiser.
	It didn't have anything to do with endangering anybody because of hacking any equipment that was associated with the hospital.
	And to think that he is treated.
	Like some kind of, actually worse than jihadi terrorists are treated.
	Solitary confinement for 91 days.
	How do you know, is, how is, you getting any, you haven't talked to him in six months, but you have been getting written information from him?
	How do you know any of this?
	Well, the lawsuit is publicly available.
	Court documents, you can follow it online.
	I haven't gotten any calls or emails or letters.
	What I've heard, what's come to my attention, is that they're actually not putting him in communicado, but they're threatening him, saying, try to write to her and see what happens, implying solitary confinement.
	This CMU is psychological warfare.
	It's psychological games, for example.
	There's no list of what you can and can't write, for the most part, because they want to imply rules after... They want you to self-censorship just by intimidation, right?
	Yeah.
	So one of the big things that he has going on right now in the lawsuit is a request for a temporary restraining order against the prison.
	Protecting his right to publish.
	If you go into prison, you don't lose your First Amendment rights.
	Those should be upheld and protected.
	But the prison is able to censor what comes out.
	And as you know, Marty's a conservative journalist.
	He frequently writes.
	His stuff is picked up at InfoWars.

	And, you know, Censorship of conservative journalists is such a big deal, especially when it's critical of the government.
	Yeah, you've got other places where they believe that they're going to get the prisoners to vote Democratic, they're going to let them vote in prison, while they're still in prison.

	And you have to basically go through and scan legal filings in order to try to put the pieces together as to what's happening.
	That's how you can figure out that he's been held in solitary confinement for a long time, because you can see that that's part of his complaint, I guess.
	Yeah.
	And so one of the big things now, the CMU is such a uniquely interesting and terrible place.
	I think most Americans, most people probably have never even heard of these kinds of places.
	There are only two prisons in the U.S.
	They're sometimes called black site prisons, where the Bureau of Prisons can change all the rules And play these types of games with people to prevent them from speaking and connecting with their family, from reaching out to legislators, all male, including privileged, confidential information with their lawyers, with the courts, with legislators, all get read and oftentimes blocked.
	This place is horrible.
	You know, Marty was at a different jail.
	He was at MCC New York, but they've moved him to this communications management unit and now we're not giving him supplies.
	Um, through commissary in order to file, uh, timely legal motions and an ongoing case.
	So what they can do is just move people around to prevent them from taking part in their legal work.
	This has been so, I know I always say this every time I come on, but it's been so illuminating, um, to actually put systems to the test and realize, uh, you know, anytime the American government is allowed to fester And work in the dark.
	They're always going to take advantage of the American people.
	We have to fight so hard for our rights because they're not given, they're defended.

	You know, when I look at all these people crying crocodile tears for a CIA whistleblower, and they absolutely have no concern for Julian Assange or for Marty Gottesfeld.

	About a month ago, President Trump announced that he was going to move his domicile from New York City to Florida, where he's always said he planned to retire to.
	And the left got so excited.
	They said, oh, he's about to resign and leave instead of facing impeachment.

	As we talked to Dana Gottesfeld about her husband Marty, just look at the treatment that he's getting.
	The allegations and the conviction was that he had hacked into a computer.
	That's what they convicted him of.
	Hacked into a computer during a fundraising event at Boston Children's Hospital, which is owned by politically connected Harvard.
	I remember Shiva Iyadurai was talking about how Harvard controls that town.
	Absolutely controls it.
	And in the same way, you've got these big corporations that are working hand-in-glove with DARPA, with the military-industrial complex.
	Corporations like Google and Facebook are allowed to do anything that they wish because their goals actually coincide with the same goals of government.
	That is to control the population, in every sense of the word, to reduce the population, With the things that they do to us environmentally, that they do to our food, our drink, our water, what they do to the air that we live in, not just the air that we breathe.
	mean they've air pollution is not the issue that used to be but there's a different kind of air pollution that the environmentalists are not concerned about this electromagnetic pollution and how it affects your internal organs and that sort of thing so that they're working to control the population soft kill as well as to track us and to control what we do to take away our
	freedoms and when you stand up against that as Marty did when you blow the whistle on their corruption If you're a real whistleblower, they come after you.

	Well, let's take a little bit of a look at the environmentalists.
	I see some hand-wringing going on out there about Venice.
	Venice is flooding.
	Is it climate change?
	You know, we've been told that the oceans are rising because the polar ice caps are melting.
	And none of that is happening.
	The polar ice caps, as a matter of fact, are not melting.
	You know, they keep sending expeditions up almost on an annual basis, and they get stuck in the ice as they go up there to measure it.
	It's like, well, that should be a pretty good measure of what's going on up there.
	But you've got the Obamas who went to Martha's Vineyard and bought waterfront property there that should be underwater.
	As a matter of fact, you can go to one of these climate alarmist websites, and they talk about how much of coastal areas are going to be shut down.
	And they do it on a county-by-county basis, so you can avoid doing exactly what the Obamas did.
	Obviously, they don't know about this website.
	Or maybe they don't believe that the oceans are going to rise and swallow up their $15 million estate.
	That the community organizer now has that kind of money to throw around.
	What a bunch of hypocrites.
	And so now a lot of people said, Venice is flooding.
	Some people are blaming it on climate change.
	Is it climate change?
	Well, no, actually, the city is sinking and floods are not really anything new to Venice.
	They have a phenomenon there that, translated, is simply just high water.
	They have a special name for it.
	Exceptional tide peaks are there as part of the Adriatic Sea, and you know, you have tidal Peaks that come and go, influenced by the movement and the phase of the moon, and wind strength, and other things like that.
	You see, just like the sun affects our climate and our temperature and the seasons, who would have thought?
	The moon affects the tides and the levels of the water, or maybe it's the amount of rain that they have.
	Scientists have tracked the elevation of Venice and they found that it and the surrounding lagoons over a 10-year period, they said that on average the city is sinking up to 2 millimeters every year.
	Now think about that.
	2 millimeters every year.
	You know, 25 millimeters is an inch.
	So that means that they're going to drop an inch every 12 and a half years.
	And that means that in about 150 years they'll drop about a foot.
	They better start building dams like they did in Holland, because they're going to be way below sea level.
	So it's dropping about a foot every 150 years!
	How often does it flood?
	Exceptionally high tides in Venice occur once every four years on average.
	Minor flooding in the city happens about four times a year, usually during the winter months.
	It's not climate change.
	This happens in Venice during the winter months.
	It's just a bit high.
	In 2018, the water has reached a height of 156 centimeters in October.
	Now we have 2019 November, it's reached 187.
	156 centimeters in October. Now we have 2019 November, it's reached 187. So from 156 last year to 187 and this is the highest the flood has been since 1966.
	But, in 1966 it was higher!
	This is like, you know, it's like weather.
	I keep telling my wife, I don't do weather, but I do do climate nonsense.

	And I guess you could say that rising tides float all boats because Greta is now sailing for Europe.

	And he got all the other Democrats on the stage, nine others, to agree and said that he was a hero.

	Now, those Democrats have taken all the guns in the cities they control.
	Their blue cities are literal crap holes covered with needles and with massive drug dealing and incredible levels of violent crime.

	And now the Supreme Court's come out and ruled that gun manufacturers can be sued into oblivion for what criminals do using their firearms.
	My goodness, ladies and gentlemen, this country's under such incredible attack, but more and more towns and cities are saying they're sanctuaries for the Second Amendment, and they're going to follow the original Bill of Rights and Constitution, and they're not going to help in the confiscation of guns.
	So you see, a lot of these cities ignore illegal aliens.

	This pension fund, on the other hand, has a pool of $2.9 trillion in assets.
	You talk about a minority interest there!
	And there are 2 million people who have invested in that.
	They've invested in the fund.
	They want to try to actually make money.
	But he doesn't want them to make money.
	He wants them to do green things.
	And so here's one person out of two million.
	That's actually, what percentage is that?
	Well that's five one hundred thousandths of a percent, or a better way to look at this is five to the ten to the minus seventh.
	I find that a little bit easier to get my head around.
	It's such a menace.
	One person out of two million?
	And he's going to dictate this to everybody?
	I mean, he's got less of an interest in this than, um, Pocahontas has got in the Cherokee Indian tribe.
	Or whatever Indian tribe she claimed to be a part of.
	You know, he's less a part of that fund than she is a part of an Indian tribe.
	And he's going to tell this $2.9 million fund how they should be investing their money when he's only got $57 of that $2.9 million.
	Trillion.
	Trillion.
	Not million.
	Trillion with a T. Trillion with a T. See, this is the kind of bullying and intimidation that has become the hallmark of the left.
	Just like we're talking about this Remington lawsuit.

	Let's talk a little bit about the green policies.
	As I said earlier in the program, next week you're going to have the Senate Look at regulations for self-driving cars, and I can I'll make a prediction.
	I'll make a prediction I think this is going to go the way that we have seen attempts to try to control GMO Monsanto's glyphosates and so forth you saw local communities come in local communities that were predominantly farmers who understood the issue and Many of them who had organic farms or farms where they did not want to be forced to use Monsanto's seeds because, you know, once the glyphosate gets on, it poisons
	the land for growing anything other than Monsanto's genetically modified seeds that can handle the glyphosate, but anything else it kills.
	They completely destroy the livelihoods of a lot of poor farmers in India, committing suicide because they had to, every year, they had to buy seeds from Monsanto.
	They couldn't buy the seeds once and then redo them, and you know, farming is a tough Business is not lucrative.
	Most people do it because they like the work, but it's hard to make a living out of it, especially if you've got to buy all of your seeds from Monsanto every year.
	So in a lot of those communities, they push back against it.
	And then you heard from the federal government, we've got a patchwork of regulations.
	Can't have that for our corporations.
	We've got to protect Monsanto.
	So we will get rid of this patchwork of regulations and we'll set up one set of rules for everybody across the country.
	And guess what?
	That rule is, Monsanto and the big corporations can do whatever they want.
	How about that?
	You like that rule?
	You know, that was the dark act.
	Saying, we're not going to tell you what's in your food, and so forth.
	And we're not going to allow these kinds of prohibitions on a community by community basis.
	It was just a complete violation of the 10th Amendment, for example.
	Regulating something that they had no authority to regulate.
	But doing it under the banner of the Commerce Clause.
	The Commerce Clause, the intention of the Commerce Clause was to make sure that you were going to have free commerce.
	That you're not going to have protectionism from one place to the other.
	So they say, well, we're not going to let you do that.
	But of course, the Commerce Clause or the General Welfare Clause or any of these things that they appeal to for the unconstitutional expansion of government were in the body of the Constitution and they were superseded by the Ninth and Tenth Amendment anyway.
	So we don't even have to argue those arcane points.
	It was never the understanding Of anybody, until we got to at least the FDR New Deal, that any of that was really going to be used as the guiding principle of how government was set up.
	But, as we look at what's going to be happening with the cars, already experimenting on the public roads with cars that are not proven.
	We saw that with the individual who was killed and we've seen that with many other accidents.
	There have been at least 37 accidents by Uber alone, one of them involving the fatality that you saw.
	So they're going to have, they haven't been able to pass any legislation at the federal level, and I predict that they're going to have a dog and pony show talking about how wonderful this is all going to be, and then saying that they're not going to allow various communities to prohibit the big corporations from experimenting with the lives of you and your family on the highways.
	You're going to be their lab rats, because you're going to be their lab rats with 5G as well.
	Not just the cars, because they've got to have 5G as the founding technology, the baseline foundational technology to even make these centrally controlled cars work.
	So let's take a look at just the electrical side of this for a moment.
	We talk about the self-driving side of it, but of course there's also the electric car side of this, the battery side of this.
	We just had a coup in Bolivia to make sure we're going to have a good supply of lithium for these car batteries, right?
	That's what that was all about.
	It was a naked, just a naked move to take the lithium.
	Zero Hedge, Caitlin Johnstone, writes, the latest U.S.-backed military coup is in Bolivia, as I reported yesterday.
	She said, the justifications of this are so cartoonishly reachy and desperate that it boggles the mind.
	The main argument that you'll see in favor of a coup in Bolivia is that Evo Morales was elected after Bolivia's high court ruled that he could run for a fourth term, but That court, which is democratically elected, ruled against a 2016 referendum on presidential term limits.
	That's it.
	That's it.
	I don't even understand that argument.
	Quite frankly, what's the problem with that?
	She said that's a weird pedantic appeal to a particular interpretation of a bureaucratic technicality.
	And that's the entire argument in support of a literal military coup that is backed by the United States.
	And the publication Grayzone has published an article that documents all these ties from the coup plotters back to Washington.
	There's a fascist leader there, his name is Camacho.
	I remember when there was... wasn't there a wrestler, I think?
	I used to... professional wrestling used to be big in Florida when I was growing up.
	I never went to it, but I would hear it all the time.
	And I think they had a guy named Macho Camacho.
	Is he now the ruler of Bolivia?
	Did the CIA put a professional wrestler in charge of Bolivia?
	I don't know.
	Could be.
	Could be Macho Camacho.

	He openly tweeted, Camacho did, that the military was actively pursuing the former president, Morales, to arrest him prior to the ousted leader's escape to Mexico.

	Presumably because that admission made it much harder to call this a military coup than anything other than what it really is, a military coup.
	So I've got the military pursuing my predecessor.
	We just threw him out and he's running.
	He's on the run.
	We're going to catch him with the military.
	It's a military coup.

	And I don't have any connections to Washington either.

	And now, lo and behold, as they've engineered this coup in Bolivia...

	I pointed out yesterday the coup that happened in 1953 in Iran, where they took out a leftist guy.

	Not somebody that I would have voted for, but you know, when you go in and overthrow a democratic election, instead of allowing these socialists to show how their economic policies are going to destroy the nation so they can get voted out, If you go in and you overthrow them and put in the Shah of Iran and let him set up a horrific regime there, then after 20 years they throw him out, they capture your embassy and then they chant every day about how we're the great Satan.

	But let's take a look at what happened, you know, it wasn't long ago.
	We talked about that fiery crash of a Tesla in Austria.
	It was about a month ago.
	And they had to, because these things will catch fire and then continue to burn even after they put them out, you gotta use special equipment to put out the battery fires.
	And then after you put out the battery fire, they're like the joke birthday candles that keep reigniting.
	And so they had to bring out a special vehicle to put the electric vehicle in, a special tow truck that could carry a lot of water and keep it submerged.
	And, as a matter of fact, they had a container that had 11,000 liters.
	That's about 3,000 gallons of water.
	And the vehicle itself, typically a fire truck, only carries about 2,000 gallons of water.
	And so they had to have 3,000 gallons of water to submerge this.
	They put it in a container that was 6.8 meters long, 2.4 meters wide, and 1.5 meters high.
	Waterproof.
	And it weighed three tons.
	So I guess, you know, when we look at this half trillion dollars that Schumer is going to incentivize people getting it, does that include all the special safety equipment for the firefighting communities to be able to handle this?
	Is that part of the half a trillion dollars or is that just the subsidy that we put out there?
	Is that going to also include the infrastructure to charge these things?
	I don't know.
	I, like I said before, I think, you know, we've had the Cash for Clunkers program under Obama.
	Maybe we just call this one Charge It.
	Charge It.
	You know, put it on your government credit card.
	The government credit card for crony capitalism.
	That's really what this is all about.
	But let's go back to what has happened now a month later.
	This individual is still trying to get rid of this car.
	I don't know if he's having to pay rent for it, wherever it's stored, or what the deal is.
	It burned up.
	It's totaled.
	But the owner is having trouble finding somebody who will recycle his wrecked car and the battery.
	Now, that's not green, is it?
	I mean, this is something you can't recycle?
	Nobody wants to touch this thing?
	Now, how green is that?
	It's got a 600 kilogram lithium ion battery.
	600 kilograms.
	I mean, that's like, you know, 1,200 pounds.
	A little bit more than that.
	It's like 2.2 pounds per kilogram.
	The owner says he feels abandoned by the manufacturer, Tesla.
	He says to try and get the car taken care of after the wreck.
	Reports zero hedge.
	He reached out to Tesla's Austrian disposal partner, Ukar Autoverwungtanktungs.
	Tesla's website says Ukar Automobile Recycling has a large network of authorized recycling and disposal partners.
	That are fully licensed by the Department of the Environment.
	But UKAR reportedly has no permission to take over Tesla models, they said.
	Many disposal companies don't want to deal with a Tesla battery because it is a fire hazard.
	You do not remember, said one of them, where the battery starts and where it stops.
	As a matter of fact, a waste disposal expert at the Schwartz Environmental Company, DACA, That's D-A-K-A.
	That's not our program here.
	They said, such a large lithium battery cannot be taken over by my company, since one does not even know the mix of dangerous substances inside them.
	The electric vehicle manufacturers kept the composition of their elixirs.
	Oh, their elixirs.
	Is that... If you're a spy, you call a...
	You call your papers dossiers.
	If you're a scientist, you call it an elixir, I guess.
	So they keep the composition of their elixirs top secret, so as not to lose their competitive edge.
	The liquid in which the accident car was cooled is a dangerously poisonous brew, but now a coveted drop.
	That means, I guess, this is kind of a rough translation from German, so it means it's very dangerous, but we would like to be able to analyze that.
	The company, associated with a university there, of Laban, Has already secured samples of it in order to discover the secret of its content.
	This secret toxic elixir.
	Their special sauce that they use to make these batteries.
	Hot sauce, I guess.
	Chair for Waste Utilization Technology there in that city, Laban, when asked how to deal with a Tesla battery, simply said, I do not know.
	I know nothing, said Schultz.
	Rethinking ever buying a Tesla again, the owner said, I will not buy anymore now that I know the time bomb I am sitting on.
	He lost control of his Tesla, crashed into a tree after first hitting a guardrail.
	At that point, the vehicle caught fire.
	Basically, its design, folks, is the same as the Rivian electric vehicle.
	All these vehicles that Chunky Schumer wants to throw cash at you so that you'll then throw cash at his corporate friends.
	These vehicles, they call them electric skates because it's a, in between the two axles, there's a rectangle that is under your feet, under the floorboard, and that's where the battery is.
	Which is nice, because you've got to have a pretty bad accident in order to, you know, to cause something to get past the axles.
	But it can be punctured from underneath.
	Or it could be punctured from the side.
	And once these batteries are punctured, that's when the fires can begin.
	And it's very difficult to put them out.
	As I pointed out, people passing by the scene of the accident took the man out of the vehicle.
	I just reported the other day.
	About how one of these incidents, a guy who was an anesthesiologist was trapped in the Tesla because the special door handles and the people that were there trying to get him out, even the firemen couldn't get him out.
	They watched him burn alive.
	And now the family is suing over the door handles.
	In order to put out the fire, they did get this guy out.
	In order to put out the fire, however, the street had to be closed, the fire authorities had to bring in a container user to cool the vehicle.
	The container held 3,000 gallons of water, 11 tons, and was designed to eliminate the risk of the battery re-catching fire.
	A fire brigade spokesman was worried that after the accident that the car could still catch fire for up to three days after the initial fire.
	Why do you worry about that?
	Well, that's because it's happened.
	It's happened many times.
	And so when we look at this, you know, every technology has got its upside and its downside.
	And the bottom line is, if you want to get an electric vehicle, fine.
	I don't have a problem with people buying electric cars.
	I have a problem with the government banning your choices for other types of automobiles.
	And that would include any type of automobile that you might get, right?
	We're going to have to have electric cars.
	They don't really want to do anything about hydrogen cars, for example.
	But we've already got an infrastructure that works perfectly fine for petroleum-based products.
	You know, we've got a diesel, that's a very durable engine, and you can even run these things off of waste products.
	I was going to do that once with one of our diesels.
	We seriously considered turning it into what they call a greasel.
	And that is a long-term scenario. That's why they came after Volkswagen so hard at the EPA. We'll be right back.

	Only people who are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
	And that would mean, you know, people like the, that it was written for, the newly freed slaves of the 13th Amendment that freed them.
	And then they said with the 14th Amendment, and oh, by the way, they are fully American citizens.
	They don't have a second class citizenship.
	You know, it's not just that they're not slaves, but they're also citizens.

	That's a 13th Amendment.

	No, somebody who is criminally trespassing, who is a foreign citizen criminally trespassing the United States, has even less right to be a citizen of the United States than somebody who is a foreign diplomat who is here with our permission.
	But, yeah, you're not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States if you flaunt the laws.
	I mean, all these Democrats are out there saying, we've got to legalize all these people coming in and, you know, this whole debate about The DACA recipients, as they call them.
	The dreamers, as they call them.
	There was never a DREAM Act that was passed.
	But these are people who weren't even born in America.
	They were brought here after they were born.
	And now insist that because they were young, they get to stay here.
	This is coming from the party that doesn't respect the life of babies before birth.
	Doesn't support the life, protect the life of babies at birth.
	You even had some of these individuals push euthanasia of these kids.
	Well, they don't have a good quality of life, so let's kill them later.
	Or if they attempt an abortion and it doesn't work, we'll just call it comfort care.

	People who were born in a foreign country and they, you know, came over here, well, everything for them as well.
	Judge Walton is the guy who shut this down.

	The killing of one and a half million Armenian Christians By the Turkish Muslims.
	And, you know, that was the first time the term genocide was coined.
	That's when they were coming after Christians.
	Isn't that interesting?
	And yet, you know, when you see what's going on in China, nobody pays any attention to the persecution of Christians, even to this day.
	They don't care.
	They're very upset about what China is doing to the Muslims.
	And they should be.
	I'm not saying it's okay to do it to them because they're Muslims.
	I just find it fascinating, the double standard.
	And the hand-wringing that's going on about the brutal treatment of Muslims, and nobody paid any attention to the brutal treatment of the Christians or the Falun Gong people.
	I don't know anything about Falun Gong, but, you know, the Chinese come after anybody they don't like like that, and so do the Turks, by the way.
	So, Lindsey Graham blocked a resolution on Wednesday that would have formally recognized the Ottoman Empire's genocide against the Armenian people.
	He said, and here's why, I just met with President Erdogan and President Trump about the problems we face in Syria by the military incursion by Turkey.
	I do hope that Turkey and Armenia can come together and deal with this problem.
	Not because of the past, but because of the future.
	Well, you know what's the future?
	Remember we had those Russian pranksters who called up Lindsey Graham a couple of times and had long conversations with him?
	Representing themselves as the defense ministers for Turkey?
	And Lindsey was like, yeah, we can give you $10 billion and you buy those F-35s.
	We'll give you free trade and $10 billion to buy those F-35s.
	You buy those?
	That's why I call him Lockheed Lindsey.
	And so maybe Lindsey's had some more discussions.
	He might have this time.
	He might have actually gotten on the phone with the real defense minister.
	I know Lindsey's trying to get on President Trump's good side.
	And so he's out there, you know, really standing with him on this CIA coup.
	For now.
	Don't get on Lindsey's bad side, because like he said, I'll be your worst nightmare if you get on his bad side.
	But he's on President Trump's side for the moment.

	Well, because you've got the Democrats who want to try to make President Trump look bad.

	You know, some of the people that we showered with military weapons to overthrow the Syrian regime there, you know, they're Marxists.
	They're full-on Marxists.
	The Kurds are a large ethnic minority, the largest ethnic minority in Syria, the largest ethnic minority in Turkey, now that the Turks have killed most of the Christians there.
	And a hundred years ago.
	So they're like 20% of the population in Turkey, 15% of the population in Syria, the large percentage of the population in Iraq, and guess what?
	In every one of those countries, they're Marxists.
	Marxists.
	And they're passing the weapons back and forth to each other.
	That's why the Turks came across to take them out.
	Not that I am a big fan of the Turks either, but you have to understand where all these things are and why it's another example of why we need to just get out of there and come home.

	They took that out, and as I thought about that, I thought, you know, I didn't say this yesterday, but I think they took that out to make sure they appease the Chinese.
	We are Chinese if you please.
	We are Chinese, and you won't play it in our country if you don't please us, right?
	That's what's really going on.
	I mean, come on.
	Stereotypes in a cartoon?
	That's what cartoons are about.

	Yes, it was a violation of the law.
	Should we punish people for that?
	No, they said.
	So they let people go.
	And that's why we had trial by jury.
	Going all the way back to when they came after William Penn.
	And told him, because they had the official Church of England, you Quakers can't have your church.
	They did it anyway, so they padlocked the doors, and so then they held their church service on the steps, and then they arrested him.
	And then the jury established, said, well yeah, he violated the law, but we don't think he ought to go to jail for, you know, having a different church service.
	And so what they did was they established jury nullification, right there.
	And it's the most important thing.
	But now the juries are just sheep.
	And this particular case was reported yesterday.
	That judge screened people out who were Republicans.
	That disqualifies you.
	But you could be a high-ranking Obama official.
	She okayed.
	And then after everybody started talking about it, after it became news, she threatened the reporter who revealed it.
	And then she said, okay, we'll dismiss her and put somebody else in.
	But she allowed a woman Who had been a high-ranking Obama official and Clinton official, and her husband had been part of the group that came after Roger.
	You're talking about a conflict of interest in the first place.
	But yeah, they didn't come after James Clapper.
	They never charged him with lying to Congress, even though he obviously did.
	Martha Stewart, General Flynn, Martha Stewart went to jail not for insider trading, but because of the accuracy of her statements to the FBI.
	The jury should have let her go.
	I mean, we've got Schaefer Cox, who was in jail, not because of a crime, but they charged him with conspiracy.
	They dropped the crime that the conspiracy was supposed to be about, and then they sent him to jail just for conspiracy.
	When are we going to have juries who stand up and say, you know what, you're not going to send people to jail for lying to the FBI, because we know the FBI lies to us all the time about that.
	And we know that Congress lies to us all the time.
	So we're not going to let you lock up people, even if you think that they lied to Congress.
	And Roger didn't lie to Congress.
	Absolutely amazing.
	Guilty on all seven counts.
	I guess they'll have a sentencing thing here.
	You know, it's going to really show what President Trump is made of.
	Whether or not he pardons Roger Stone.
	He may think that it's going to be too much of a political cost to him.
	I tell you what, it'll be a political cost to President Trump if he throws Roger Stone under the bus for this.
