	That day is significant because it is the last day, the deadline, for candidates to enter the presidential race in Alabama.
	That's why you had Bloomberg come out and officially fly his flag that he's going to be running in the Democratic primary.
	You know, he wanted to step back and let the other people attack each other for a while.
	Look, he may not be a good guy, but you can't say that he's not smart.
	And so he's let these other people have at each other for quite some time.
	Let the field clear out a little bit.
	Let the dust settle.
	And then he comes into the race.
	And it's not just Bloomberg billionaire coming in.
	Of course, Elizabeth Warren has to come across as a schoolmarm.
	Welcome to the race, Mike Bloomberg.

	Yeah, she's got nothing to offer.
	But debt and arrogance and she doesn't have any way to pay for that.

	I mean we're talking about universal.
	The entire universe is And that includes space aliens, not just foreign citizens.
	I mean, anybody can come here and get all the services that they claim that they can pay for.
	There's absolutely no way, absolutely no way that any of this works.
	So, yeah, but that's her snarkiness that's there.
	But when we look at the outsized influence of these billionaires, Michael Bloomberg was dropping lots of cash During these elections in Virginia and other places, but not nearly as much as George Soros.
	In Virginia, there were four prosecutors who just won elections in Virginia.
	Now, this is a strategy that Soros has been following in California, in Texas, across the nation.
	And it's actually part of the strategy They came together with Obama and Eric Holder after President Trump won.
	They said, we need to get a strategy of fighting them in courts.
	You know, like I said, they can't win in the ballot box.
	They can't win in the public square debating ideas.
	And so what they decided they would do is began a lot of legal challenges trying to overthrow districting.
	And to also make sure to help in those kinds of legal challenges and other political persecutions like you see happening with Roger Stone, like you see happening with President Trump in Manhattan, run by a district attorney.
	They decided that they would focus on getting politically aligned district attorneys who will go on political crusades to persecute their opponents across the country.
	Very effective strategy.
	And this is where the Democrats are.
	Their policies are so unpopular with the electorate that the only place that they can win is in the courtroom.
	And so as a result, you've got Soros pouring money in, millions of dollars, in local district attorney races across the country.
	He was very successful in California.
	He lost here in Texas in San Antonio precisely because The Republican that he was targeting for defeat made a point of saying, why, in a district attorney race, why is George Soros pouring millions of dollars into the race against me?
	And he outed George Soros.
	Evidently that didn't happen in Virginia.
	You have one of these guys, got nearly a million dollars, $850,000 to somebody named Buddha by barrage.
	There you go.
	Those are the kinds of people.

	If you're wondering why Michael Bloomberg filed to run in the Democrat primaries in Alabama, I saw the headline and I told my wife, oh yeah, he's going to do really well there.
	I don't think so, because Michael Bloomberg is about as far left as you can find anybody.
	You know, he's somebody who was a lifelong Democrat.
	He has funded more gun control initiatives than any other person that I can imagine.
	And institutions.
	He is adamant that you should not have guns.
	And of course he's very liberal when it comes to social agenda.
	His definition of marriage matches that of the Supreme Court.
	And supporting abortion as well.
	So I just don't think he's going to do really well in Alabama.
	But today was the deadline.
	And so that's where he began his campaign.
	He was heavily invested in the Virginia race, and as I pointed out yesterday, after the Democrats won the majority in both houses in the state of Virginia, they made it clear that they believe they have a mandate to do massive gun control.
	And they also have a chick from Michael Bloomberg to do the same thing.
	So he thinks that the Democrat field is pretty weak.
	He's set back and let these people fire at each other for a while.
	And now he's going to come in, position himself as the adult in the room, the savior, and so forth.
	Another billionaire who got involved in these elections that we had this week in a big way in Virginia.
	As I was saying, is George Soros.
	Again, his strategy is to elect attorney generals and district attorneys across state attorneys general in many states, as well as local district attorneys.
	And you might say, well, why in the world is he doing that?
	Well, I would just suggest that you take a look at what's happening to President Trump in Manhattan.
	That is the operation of a local district attorney.
	They can do quite a lot.
	They can also file lawsuits to accomplish in courts What they are unable to do in the political process, and that's the whole point.
	That's what the Democrat Party has become.
	They are so disconnected from the American public and every single issue that they have to go to court to sue people, to sue jurisdictions, and to politically persecute The people who are winning the elections.
	And so, how this looks is, you've got George Soros, poured money into four different district attorney races, prosecutors, in Virginia.
	All four of them won, as reported by, let's see, who is this?
	This is the Washington Free Beacon.
	They said, Soros and other liberal Democrats, like Bloomberg, spent millions on prosecutor races ahead of the elections.
	Because, you know, these prosecutors are going to be the ones that are going to need to come round up your guns and things like that, right?
	And to come after any local law enforcement that doesn't want to comply with those unconstitutional laws that wants to support the Constitution.
	So they say, well, we want them to have, we want criminal justice reform, we want to get rid of the death penalty.
	Oh no, they want gun control, they want political persecution.
	In addition to $1.2 million that Soros spent on the House of Delegates and Senate races in Virginia, he spent an additional $2 million on four Democratic prosecutor candidates.
	Think about that.
	He spent twice as much to get four prosecutors elected as he did on all of the races to get Democrats elected to the legislature.
	That tells you something about their strategy and you better pay attention.
	And we better come up with a way to get the judicial system that is totally out of control in this country, we better come up with a way To make them understand that they are not the preeminent branch of government.
	I mean, if we continue down this legal fiction that if any judge anywhere tells the president that he can't protect the border or build a wall or move troops within the United States or whatever, fill in the blank, right?
	We have to obey everything that any judge says.
	And out of the hundreds, thousands of judges, federal judges that there are, I think it's a couple of thousand, all it takes is one or two of them to tell President Trump what his immigration policy is going to be.
	Just one judge can blackball the president.
	One of these thousands of federal judges.
	And we have to understand they are one branch of government.
	The president is a co-equal branch.
	He's not superior, but they're not superior to him.
	But what we've allowed them to do is to set up a pyramid structure of government where we don't have divided power between three branches of government.
	Where we don't have divided power between the federal government, the states, and the people.
	But everything is aligned in a hierarchical pyramid with the judiciary and the Supreme Court at the top.
	And that's not the Constitution.
	And we don't want a system like that either.
	The Democrats, however, do.
	And because they've been able to impose this system, we have rule by judges, rule by the Supreme Court.
	That is why Soros is putting all this money into these races.
	And if we don't stop that, and if we don't stop the out of control bureaucracies in Washington and get back to a system where our elected representatives are the ones who write our laws and then get rid of this legal fiction that if it's a regulation that is created by our unelected bureaucrats in Washington, well if you violate a rule, then that is a civil matter and you don't have any presumption of innocence and you don't have any due process
	and you don't have any protection against excessive fines and they will determine whether or not you are guilty or innocent.
	As a matter of fact, they'll just assume that you're guilty and take the stuff, and you'll have to sue them.
	We don't want a system like that.
	But that tells you why Soros understands the reality of what we have here.
	The Democrats do as well.
	That's why he's not putting much money in the Democrat races for the elected representatives in Virginia.
	He puts all the money on the lawyers.
	On the lawyers.
	The persecutors that are going to be out there.
	One individual, Buddha by barrage, Running against Nicole Whitman.
	Buddha was given $850,000 by Soros.
	How about that?
	Anyway, plus some other cash.
	So we'll be talking about Bloomberg and we'll be talking about some politics here as well.
	Also, open borders.

	But I want to just begin by how brutal and hateful politics is getting worldwide.
	We talked about how many different countries we have now embroiled in violent conflicts across the country.
	And in Brazil, we see this violent conflict going between Glenn Greenwald and another journalist on air.
	They start screaming at each other and then it breaks out in fisticuffs as the other journalist attacks Glenn Greenwald.
	Now, Glenn Greenwald lives in Brazil.
	He is the editor of The Intercept and he was on a live radio broadcast Thursday.
	He got angry because the other individual on the broadcast Accused him of not properly raising his kids.
	Speaking Portuguese.
	There go the blows.
	He stands up, slaps him in the face.
	People in the studio have to pull them apart.
	Okay, so what is the basis of this argument here?
	It is politics.
	It is politics.
	That's what it comes down to.
	And threatening Glenn Greenwald with essentially a Brazilian equivalent of CPS.
	You are not, because you're spending all your time getting stolen emails, you can't properly take care of your kids.

	We were just talking about the back and forth in Brazil.
	Glenn Greenwald attacked by a Brazilian journalist on air.
	I guess we could call this the Empire Strikes Back.
	That's what's going on here.
	As they're screaming back and forth about each other.
	And again, his beef with, uh, he brings it into the family, comes after him for the family.
	Now, of course, nobody would ever try to get your kids removed from your home because they don't like your religion or your family or the fact that you homeschool or what you do about vaccines, right?
	I mean, that would never happen anywhere, right?
	That happens all the time.
	sticking CPS on somebody because you don't like them personally for whatever reason. And of course politics is one of the reasons that people do that.
	He is not coming after Glenn Greenwald apparently as far as I can tell.
	I mean all we have is a transcript and that immediate back and forth in Portuguese.
	So we have a translation of that.
	But he's not coming after him and his family because he's homosexual.
	He's coming after him because he gets stolen emails.
	The same reason that you've got people torturing Julian Assange and trying to kill him.
	Because you want to talk about protecting kids?
	Why don't you protect kids from war?
	Why don't you expose the criminal surveillance that is being set up to enslave our children and future generations, if you care about kids.
	Why don't you do something about that? And so what happens is, he said, you don't have enough time to raise your children. He also called for Brazil's juvenile court to investigate Greenwald and his partner for their parenting.
	Again, not because he has any concern with them personally, because he doesn't like The politics of Glenn Greenwald.
	So let's stick CPS on him, right?
	Glenn Greenwald, he says, I was thinking of this couple.
	Glenn Greenwald spends the day on Twitter or working as a recipient of stolen messages.
	David is in Brasilia.
	So who takes care of the children they adopted?
	That's what the juvenile court should investigate.
	And so That was a previous comment.
	So when Greenwald went on his program, he said, that is the most disgusting thing I have seen in my life.
	And then he asked him whether or not he still stood behind those comments.
	He says, I want to know if you still believe that a judge should investigate our family with a possibility of taking our children away from home and returning them to the shelter without a mother, without a father, without a family.
	He says, uh, I invite him to prove when I asked some court to do it.
	I just said that his companion spends time in Brasilia and he spends all of his time dealing with stolen material.
	So Glenn Greenwald repeatedly called him a coward.
	And at that point, the other guy proved that he was and started slapping him.
	And they stand up and they're trading blows and the people are pulling them apart.
	But look, something similar to that happened on The View with Donald Trump Jr.
	And again, it's all about whistleblowers, right?
	All these people who care so much about whistleblowers, don't they?
	That's why they're killing Julian Assange.
	That's why they sent John Kiriakou to prison.
	Because he exposed the CIA out of control and torturing people and providing falsified intelligence to get us involved in the fiction of the Iraq War, saying that they had proof of weapons of mass destruction.
	After, of course, they tortured people and got them to say whatever they wanted them to say.
	And so, yeah, speaking truth to power, as James O'Keefe pointed out, you know, we've had CBS now.
	Fire a staffer because they think this person might be the whistleblower.
	They don't know for sure.
	They said, well that person worked at ABC and ABC has accused them of being the person that leaked this information because they had access.
	So they don't know.
	We had James O'Keefe say corruption.
	Why is CBS covering for ABC News?
	By the way, do you really think that CBS person is the right source?
	He goes on to say, you fire somebody simply because they quote-unquote had access to a tape from a rival company?
	Journalism executives clued to punish a source for helping to bring to light the cover-up of abuse.
	Truth to power?
	Media is the power.
	Said James O'Keefe.
	And he's exactly right.
	And that's exactly the beef that this guy, his name is Nunes in Brazil, that attacked Glenn Greenwald.
	That's his problem as well.
	See, he doesn't like the fact he talks about stolen emails.
	Oh, you're speaking truth to power.
	Don't do that.
	Don't tell the truth about governments.
	Don't tell the truth about the military-industrial complex.
	Don't tell the truth about people who lie to get us into wars.
	You're receiving stolen emails.
	We ought to take your kids, he says to Glenn Greenwald.
	That's right.
	And so that's exactly, you know, oh, they're so concerned about kids, right?
	These same people who protect the military-industrial complex, these same people who worship individuals like Madeleine Albright, who was asked Your sanctions in Iraq caused the death of 500,000 kids.
	Was it worth it?
	Yes, it was worth it.
	As I've said many times, she didn't have the decency to deny it.
	And Leslie Stahl didn't have the decency to call her out on that.
	Just amazing, isn't it?
	How the corporate media covers up for these mass murderers.
	Yes, that's right.
	They're in the same category as Chairman Mao and Pol Pot and Stalin and Hitler.
	Mass murderers.
	People who start wars.
	People who kill their own citizens.
	People who support and protect and defend and cover up the crimes of these people, including pedophiles like Epstein.
	So this was a female staffer that was fired by CBS because ABC said, we think that she turned in, you know, exposed Jeffrey Epstein, or wanted to expose Jeffrey Epstein.
	And she blew the whistle on us when we covered up for the Clintons and the Royal Family.
	Kind of.
	She didn't do it, but this individual exposed this.
	So yeah, get rid of that person, as one individual pointed out.
	So the person who got fired in this situation was the one who was trying to protect the children who got trafficked.
	CBS sides with a pedophile.
	That's right.
	Because, you know, just as they always do, it's the whistleblowers who get attacked.
	It was the whistleblowers who blew the whistle at what was happening at the NSA.
	People like William Binney and Thomas Drake, they were the ones who got threatened with jail.
	The whistleblower like Julian Assange, who was being tortured to death.
	The whistleblower John Kiriakou, who exposed the CIA torturing so they could lie.
	And he's the one, the only one, who went to jail.
	None of the torturers went to jail.
	None of the people who made so much money training the torturers, these psychologists for hire.
	Not Brennan.
	Not Clapper.
	None of these liars or murderers.
	None of them.
	You know, Brennan with his disposition matrix, his drone assassination program, killing people extra-judicially.
	In other words, without any due process.
	We just take the life.
	And we do the due process later on.

	All right, so we had the tape that surfaced of Amy Robach.
	Furious about the fact she wasn't 100% certain they had this all documented.
	And she had this story three years ago.
	And they said on it, she said it was because they got calls from the palace, Buckingham Palace.
	and the Clintons were there.
	And you know, her boss, the chief news guy there, George Stephanopoulos, he was White House communications director for Bill Clinton, then he got Elevated to Senior Advisor, and then he went to ABC News, where he is now a Senior Advisor for the Clintons, and also a Communication Director for the Clintons, and so forth.
	And it was his program in the morning, Good Morning America, that she was a reporter for, so of course he's going to spike that stuff.
	And she was very upset about that.
	And when that tape got leaked, now ABC, after being embarrassed by that, They tell CBS to fire the person they think was involved in that, and CBS does.
	And then with NBC, as I was pointing out, you have Ronan Farrow in his book that came out in the middle of October, so it's only been out a couple of weeks, maybe three weeks, Catch and Kill, Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators.
	You mean at NBC too?
	Not just at ABC and CBS?
	All these people that, you know, that's the way it is all these years.
	We're told if they say it, you know, that's it.
	It's definitive, right?
	The book accused NBC News of covering up Ronan Farrow's story about Harvey Weinstein and his sexual predations.
	Catch and kill?
	The Daily Caller makes serious allegations against NBC News detailing how Weinstein allegedly pressured the outlet into dropping a story because he blackmailed them over Matt Lauer.
	He knew what Matt Lauer was doing.
	The alleged sexual misconduct that has been alleged by many many people and evidently NBC believed it because after that surfaced they fired him.
	And what Ronan Farrow is saying is that Weinstein blackmailed NBC News and said, well, I'll put the information out about Matt Lauer if you put out information about me with Ronan Farrow.
	Ronan Farrow exposed both of them.
	And so NBC denied killing the story to protect itself, but Ronan Farrow noted in the book, he said, there is proof and a paper trail.
	Sorry, not in the book.
	He said it is detailed in the book, so he made that comment after they denied it.
	And of course, Buckingham Palace threatening people, that's no news, as I pointed out.
	You know, it's not just NBC, ABC, CBS.
	It's also the venerable BBC.
	And I shouldn't say venerable, because they're not venerable.

	NBC News is the only one of those outlets to have a story about it even on its website.
	When contacted by Washington Examiner, CNN pointed to Brian Stelter's Tuesday night newsletter.
	I guess that's something on his own personal blog or something?
	So it's not on their website, wasn't on their broadcast, but what he said was Tuesday's video clip, this is Brian Stelter on his little newsletter, Tuesday's video clip caused widespread outrage, particularly on the right, with many commentators using it to stoke hatred of the media writ large.
	Oh yeah, we shouldn't hate them for lying to us about pedophiles in order to cover up for the Clintons and Buckingham Palace.
	We shouldn't hate them for lying to us about 9-11 when you got the idiot reporter standing there with the building that supposedly has already fallen down over her shoulder.
	We shouldn't, we shouldn't hate them for lying to us No.
	Personally, he said, the most troubling part to me is Epstein's usage of high-profile, high-priced lawyers to intimidate news outlets.
	No, really.
	There's no self-censorship going on here at ABC News?
	That's what Amy Robach said when she was being honest and candid.
	Later on, she destroyed her own credibility by cowering to the network.
	And so Fox is the only cable network to cover that, and yet Fox is caving on using the name of the whistleblower.
	So you can't say the name on Fox News.
	They have told Fox News Channel Management, have ordered network hosts to refrain from using the alleged name of the so-called whistleblower, reports Breitbart.
	Forbidding their hosts from using the name.
	You know, the name.
	The name that shall not be mentioned.
	He who shall not be named.
	It's not Voldemort, though.
	I mean, it is Eric CIA Romella.
	I understand it's a difficult name to pronounce and I still don't know how to pronounce it because I'm waiting for Sean Hannity to say it.
	And he won't say it!
	He's got a picture right there.
	He's got a Fox News square over his mouth.
	I'm waiting for Hannity to say it so I know how to pronounce it.
	So, Rand Paul said, just print the name.
	You know, it's hard to say.
	And so I kind of take something in the middle there.
	You know, we go through it phonetically.
	It's spelled C.I.A.
	Romella.
	So we just call him C.I.A.
	Romella because he worked for the CIA.
	He's a lying, devious spook working with Obama and Brennan.
	And if he isn't the whistleblower, we ought to say his name just for that.
	For what he is.
	For what we do know he has done, for sure.
	And I don't understand this because, quite frankly, does the Fox News management not think that this is newsworthy?
	Do they not understand how this works?
	I mean, this was put out over a week ago by Real Clear Investigations.
	They made the allegation.
	They made the case.
	Now, even if you don't agree with their assessment that this guy is the whistleblower, you just say, I'm not saying it.
	It was RCI that said it.
	They're alleging it.

	And then I deconstruct the CNN, MSNBC articles.

	Okay, we're talking about the Efforts to try to cover up the name of this whistleblower.
	Think about that.
	You know, they go to great lengths to cover up any information about what Jeffrey Epstein and the Clintons and the Royal Family are doing.
	They go to great lengths to cover up the person that is alleged to be a CIA operative working with Brennan and Obama that is behind this second coup attempt.
	And yet, anybody who exposes this is fired, or imprisoned, or tortured to death.

	So, we have CNN Business stating that while some Fox News personalities want to use the name that is reportedly linked to the whistleblower complaint, the name that shall not be mentioned, bosses have warned against the move.
	On October 31st, an unnamed executive emailed staff that the network had not independently confirmed the name or identification of the anonymous whistleblower and advised not to fulfill any video or graphic requests.
	So in other words, don't go get any, don't show any pictures of this alleged individual who shall not be named?
	Don't put his name up on any lower thirds?
	None of that.
	Okay?
	You've got to embargo that everywhere.
	So all the lower staff who are putting this stuff together, as well as the talk show hosts, they are not going to be using that name.
	And Jeanine Pirro suggested Friday that the hosts were to follow the guidelines, telling viewers that she and other employees, quote, apparently can't say C.I.A.
	Romello's name.
	Hannity said he confirmed independently the so-called whistleblower's name, though he opted against revealing this name.
	He said, you know what, I'll play the game for a little bit, he told viewers.
	I'll take the lawyers' threats that they're going to sue me.
	It wouldn't go anywhere.
	Of course it wouldn't.
	And I don't think they're going to do it anyway.
	Look, it was real clear investigations that put this out over a week ago.
	And all you do, and they know this, Fox News knows it, all the hosts know it.
	They're just doing what the management tells them to do.
	But as journalists, you just say, look, this is what they're saying.
	They're alleging this.
	This is the case that they're making.
	I mean, if anybody's got a problem with that, they're going to sue real clear investigations, right?
	And guess what?
	They haven't.
	And they haven't done anything to InfoWars or Breitbart or any of the rest of us who've been using this name for the last week.
	Even before Real Clear Investigations reported it.
	CIA Romella's name had been floating around circles of political observers and social media.
	You even had Breitbart was the article that was retweeted by Donald Trump Jr.
	that got everybody so upset.
	He retweeted an article from Breitbart, which was on the Grudge Report, as he points out to The View, right?
	So even before that, it had been detailed how CIA Romella had previous ties to individuals behind the Steele dossier that they don't want to talk about anymore.
	That's just kind of disappeared, hasn't it?
	The dirty dossier?
	The filthy fiction?
	Commissioned by Hillary Clinton?
	Passed around by John McCain?
	He went to the UK?
	You know, sent staff, I think, or he went there personally, I forget which, where they did that, but he was one of the key people doing that.
	And you're going to hear Meghan McCain get so upset about Donald Trump Jr.
	Oh, well, you know, how does it feel to be part of a family that hurts people?
	Well, I guess, you know, you'd have to ask, she would know better than anybody.
	It was her father.
	Who has funded and armed Al Qaeda and ISIS and every other one of their aliases for decades before he died.
	It was her father who tried to hurt the Trump family by shopping around a filthy fiction.
	So yeah, how does it feel, Megan, to be a part of a family like that?
	That's really what Donald Trump... Donald Trump's son was a little bit too polite to point that out, but I'm not.
	Anyway, it was CIA Romella who had ties to the people who put together the Steele dossier.
	And he was also part of the Obama administration email chain that celebrated the eventual signing of a billion dollar U.S.
	loan guarantee to the Ukraine.
	CIA Romella also was part of the interface to Ukraine with individuals who played key roles in facilitating the infamous anti-Trump dossier produced by Fusion GPS, reportedly financed by Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and the DNC.
	One of those individuals, then Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs, Victoria Nuland, part of the massive Ukraine skullduggery that goes way beyond the Biden report.
	I mean, she was involved in all kinds of changing of regime in Ukraine and so forth.
	Updates on Ukraine issue from a dossier author, Christopher Steele, in addition to Nuland's direct role in the dossier controversy.
	And as we look at this, the people who are freaking out about this, people like Dianne Feinstein, or people like the former U.S.
	Office of Government Ethics Director Walter Schaub, you know, they're very upset about this.
	You know, how dare you?
	Whistleblowers are sacred.
	Did these people ever, ever do anything?
	To defend William Binney?
	Or Thomas Drake?
	Or Weirby?
	Or John Kiriakou?
	No!
	They didn't do anything!
	And they didn't do anything to the criminals that these people put their lives and their careers on the line to expose.
	Dianne Feinstein didn't do anything about that.

	For example, you know, we had the paper that came out saying that, again, reminding us just how real this climate emergency is.
	So we had 11,000 scientists say, we've got to do something about overpopulation there.
	It's always, like I said, it's always whether it is global cooling, which is what it was.
	A new ice age was the argument for killing children and population control by government fiat and mandate.
	And they eventually got that enacted in China, just as they were saying, well, you know what?
	We'll get that completely.
	I'm sorry.
	It's not going to be a new ice age.
	It's going to be global warming.
	That's it.
	You know, 1979, they had made the case for ten years, Paul Ehrlich and Eric Holdren, who was the... John Holdren, was it?
	Anyway, it was Obama's science czar.
	And they were making the case that because we have too many people on Earth, all these horrible things are going to happen, and it was going to be a new ice age.
	And we're going to be famines by the mid-1970s.
	And even though none of that stuff happened, by 1979 you had China begin their one-child policy.
	And they kept it until 2015.
	And as I pointed out the other day, in 2015 you had university professors in Massachusetts saying, this is outrageous.
	Nobody should be allowed to have more than one kid.
	And we've got to have the government step in and do that.
	You don't have a right to have children just as many as you want.
	Uncontrolled reproduction.
	We can't have that.
	And I said at the time that came out, I said, since these people have lied to us for 50 years, who are these 11,000 scientists?
	Well, it turns out we couldn't find the signatories.
	And I wanted to know if Paul Ehrlich, who is still alive, I think he's in his late 80s, 87 or something like that, did he sign this?
	Because I thought that'd be kind of interesting.
	And although we could find the letter online, we couldn't find the signatures published.
	And in the past, as Dellingpole points out at Breitbart, he says, well, you know, in the past we did find the signatures and they did this once before.
	They didn't have 11,000 signatures.
	They had fewer than that.
	But as we looked at some of those signatures, they had in some of these authorities, you know, they're scientists, so you believe them, right?
	You just take the number.
	Well, 11,000 people signed this.
	Well, who signed that in the past?
	Well, we had in the previous document that they put out, they had somebody sign it as Mouse, Mickey.
	Professor at the Mickey Mouse Institute for the Blind, Namibia.
	They had people signing pseudonyms on there.
	I'm sure that it was kind of passed around the office and it's like, well, if you don't sign this, you're not going to be on the staff here anymore.
	You're not going to get that research grant.
	Here, hand me that paper.
	I'll sign it.
	Put it down.
	Mickey Mouse, or Mouse, Mickey, professor at the Mickey Mouse Institute for the Blind, Namibia.
	As I pointed out before, when we were in China, they were big in terms of ignoring intellectual property.

	Nevertheless, Buzz Bissinger, who at the time was writing for the Daily Beast, said that Piers Morgan should shoot Alex Jones with a semi-automatic weapon.

	And Abby Huntsman said, yeah, I'd love to see that.

	And so now she's saying, how dare you say this?
	This is, you know, you're trying to intimidate people and get them killed.

	We do live in an outrage culture.
	But he asked to be anonymous.
	Your family did not.
	There's a difference.
	But it was literally millions of people and for days he's been out there in the media.
	But does that make it right?

	Protection of government processes and obstruction of pending proceedings.
	And I'm going to read this for you because you're going to see that it doesn't really apply to what she's talking about.
	So maybe you could get some of that money back.
	You know what you should do?
	If you're a lawyer, Hostin, you ought to sue the law school that you went to.
	Maybe you can get a refund on some of that tuition.
	Anyway, section 1505.
	It amends the Victim and Witness Protection Act of 1982, but Section 1505 is not about victim and witness protection.
	What it's saying is, you should not corruptly or by threats of force or by any threatening communication influence, obstruct, or impede any pending proceedings before a department or agency of the U.S.
	or Congress.
	And they clarified what corruptly meant.
	And they said that would be acting with an improper purpose personally or by influencing another, including making a false or misleading statement, or withholding, concealing, altering, or destroying a document or other information under the False Statements Accountability Act of 1996 that amended it.
	Now, wouldn't this apply?
	As Travis reminded me when he found this, he said, wouldn't this apply to Strzok and Page?
	Weren't they the ones?
	It's now become obvious that they doctored the 302 from General Flynn.
	I just talked about a guy who was with the FBI for 25 years.
	He says, as an FBI agent, you don't ever tell anybody to alter something there, especially somebody who wasn't even there.
	And, you know, if you have anything about that before, they're supposed to memorialize any conversations within five days, and it gets formally filed, and before you formally file it, you might tell them, hey, your capitalization or your punctualization is awful, so you need to fix that up before you memorialize this permanently, so you don't look bad.
	But you don't say anything to them about the actual content of it.
	And yet, that's exactly what was happening with Strzok and Page.
	And then it looks even worse for Schiff.
	Because what it says, it prohibits anyone from withholding, misrepresenting, removing, anyplace, concealing, covering up any answers to written interrogatories or oral testimony.
	Isn't that what Schiff is doing?
	Isn't that what he's doing with this criminal proceeding?
	Yeah, it actually is a criminal proceeding the way that he is running it.

	Remember, President Trump immediately declassified the phone call in question so everybody could read the transcript.
	And then he declassified the complaint.
	And we all saw immediately at the top, I remember when that was released, the beginning of this program one day, and I read it and said, look at this!
	He wasn't even there!
	This is hearsay!
	The guy was not even a witness to anything that happened.
	This is a hearsay complaint.
	Well, I heard around the water cooler, blah, blah, blah.
	So, President Trump declassifies the phone call, declassifies the complaint, but this person, this gossiper, don't call him a whistleblower.
	He is a gossiper.
	He is a hearsay witness.
	He's not even a valid witness.
	He's not a whistleblower.
	This political operative who slanders President Trump to get this phony coup, Part Deux, started, it is reasonable to want to know who this guy is, isn't it?
	Because this whole thing smacks of hypocrisy and a political setup because he wasn't there.
	And when you look at that complaint, again, it's not just the fact that he wasn't there, but as I pointed out, look at the timeline that he puts up.
	You can clearly see That the efforts to investigate the corruption preceded by several months.
	It's like four months.
	He was already holding interviews saying, yeah, we've got to get a hold of the people who did this, the investigator who shut this down.
	Why was it shut down and so forth?
	He was talking about that and he opened up the phone call by saying, yeah, President Trump, we've got to drain our swamp here.
	We've got a lot of corruption problems here.
	So who is this guy that was not there for the phone call but is putting this stuff out?
	And that, folks, is why the Democrats don't want you to hear his name.
	Because there's nothing to this.
	Contrast the fact that President Trump declassified everything right away and these people even want to keep the name of the accuser who wasn't there.
	Admits that he wasn't there.
	They want to keep his name quiet.
	Why?
	Well, it's because of his connections to Obama, to Biden, to Brennan, to the CIA.
	That's why they want to keep it quiet.
	This whole thing is politically corrupt.
	And that's why the Democrats are so adamant to keep this quiet.
	Yeah, when we go back and we look at this, and again you had Hostin there on The View saying, well, you know, I have a law degree and I say that it's illegal to say this guy's name.
	No, it's not.
	No, it's not.
	As a matter of fact, the law that she quotes does say that what Strzok and Page did was illegal because you're not supposed to Destroy or alter documents, which they did with the FBI 302.
	And as I pointed out yesterday, 25-year veteran of the FBI, supervisor of the FBI, said this is absolutely unheard of.
	He said, I always want to believe that it is incompetence, laziness, sloppiness, and not malice that's behind these types of things.
	But he goes, after what was revealed, In the Sidney Powell report, and she is the new lawyer for General Flint, he said, what was revealed in that?
	This is absolute corruption, it's malice, it's conspiracy, and it's a violation of that same law that Hostin is talking about.
	And then furthermore, think about this in context with what Schiff is doing.
	The Section 1505 that she threw at Donald Trump Jr.
	Specifically prohibits anyone from withholding information as part of an investigation, misrepresenting, removing any from any place, or concealing, or covering up, or destroying, or mutilating, or altering, or any other means falsifying any documentary material, or answers to written interrogatories, or oral testimony that is a subject of a proper investigation.
	So when I look at that it's like, well wait a minute, doesn't that indict shift?
	Shouldn't it?
	I mean, what would his excuse be?
	Well, this isn't a proper investigation.
	Yeah, I guess he's right.
	It isn't a proper investigation.
	So I guess that law doesn't apply.
	But the real get-out-of-jail-free card for these people is that, as I said from the beginning, Democrats cannot commit crimes.
	You've just got to understand that.
	That's written in the Constitution.
	It's right there in the preamble.
	Nobody in the Democrat Party can commit a crime.
	Nobody in the intelligence community can commit a crime.
	Because everything is allowed.
	If you are defending national security, yeah, you gotta have those people are protected no matter what they do, right?
	And none of our rights, no laws, get in their way.
	The only crime is to investigate their crimes, to talk about their crimes even.
	And then we go on to Meghan McCain, who says to Donald Trump Jr., does your family hurting people make you feel good?
	She said, character in politics, I believe, is important.
	It was how I was raised.
	I thought she was raised by John McCain.
	Who raised her?
	Do you guys know who raised Meghan?
	She must have had a nanny or something.
	I don't know.
	It's the way I view the lens of America.
	I understand what you're saying about policy, but when you're talking about attacking families, Gold Star families, who have given the ultimate sacrifice more than anyone in this room has given, and you put them through pain, does it make you feel like this is worth it?
	And what she's talking about is the Muslim family that was honored by Hillary Clinton as she got the nomination.
	And President Trump had something to say about that.
	You know, why are you elevating Islam everywhere?
	You know, and I said something about that because I was there at the TNC convention.
	I said, so you're going to elevate Islam and you're going to elevate the LGBT groups and do you realize the inherent contradiction of that?
	Do you realize even the inherent contradiction between the L's and the T's and the LGBT?
	I mean, it is a house divided.
	Again, the only way that the Democrat Party can stand Is by making sure that they control all the levers of the judicial system, and that's why our judicial system is getting so much more corrupt all the time.
	Anyway, when we talk about this, lecturing him on character, you know, her dad, John McCain, the man who set nations on fire, the man who funded and supplied arms to ISIS, to Al Qaeda, And all the other names that they used, Al Nusra and everything, who posed with these terrorists.
	The guy who in the 1980s was taking people from the Mujahideen that became Al Qaeda, he was taking them around to Republican women's meetings and telling people, you need to adopt a Mujahideen, you know, give us some money for this.
	Yeah, yeah, that guy.
	He's a character, isn't he?
	Mr. Trump, a lot of Americans in politics miss character.
	Well, I think she mischaracterized her father, quite frankly.
	He was a character actor.

	goes after Whoopi Goldberg, after recalling her defense of a child rapist, Roman Polanski.

	He had very successful movies, and so he's entitled to do whatever he wants to.

	Sexually.
	No problem.
	Bring him back.

	And so Donald Trump Jr.
	calls out Whoopi Goldberg for defending Roman Polanski.
	And then he makes a statement about Joy, Joyless Behar, and her blackface episode.
	And she flat out lies.

	When they called him out on things, he put it right back in their face, showing their hypocrisy.
	First, he talked about Whoopi Goldberg.
	She was saying, you know, you should be ashamed.
	You should be ashamed of all the stuff that you and your family are doing.
	He says, well, we've all done things that we regret.
	But if we're talking about bringing the discourse down, Joy, you have worn blackface.
	Joy Behar says, no.
	No, I have not.
	No, I have not.
	He called out Whoopi Goldberg for downplaying Roman Plansky's rape allegations.
	He says, I know it wasn't rape, rape.
	It was something else.
	I don't think it was rape, rape.
	Yeah, just bring him in.
	He's a successful director and maybe I could get a job with him, you know, because my career is like in shambles.
	If I didn't have this show, I don't know what I'd be doing.
	But let's just go back and see whether or not Joy Behar was telling the truth about the blackface.
	No, I have not.
	I have not.
	She adamantly denied it.
	Go back to, you know, just this year, right?
	When this all became a big deal.
	All the blackface stuff.
	Remember we had, first of all, Megyn Kelly, who got fired because she said, you know, so what is racist?
	You truly do get in trouble if you're a white person who puts on blackface at Halloween.
	Or a black person who puts on a white face.
	She said, what's going on with this?
	That was okay when I was a kid, as long as you weren't dressing, as long as you were dressing like a character.
	Oh well, you know, they wanted to get rid of her at Fox News.
	I'm sorry, at NBC.
	And so they used that to fire Megyn Kelly.
	Megyn Kelly didn't show up in blackface.
	She didn't have any pictures of her wearing blackface.
	She just simply said that, and they were so anxious for a reason to get rid of her.
	They seized on that and got rid of her.
	But then four months later, you got Joy Behar, and this was reported by Radar Online.
	She admitted during a taping in 2016 to dressing as a beautiful African woman at a Halloween party when she was 29.
	She said, yeah, that makeup was a little bit darker than my skin.
	And what happened was you had her co-host, Raven-Symoné.
	As a matter of fact, she was very proud of it.
	She put the picture up, and Raven-Symoné, her co-host, said, Joy, are you black?
	And she says, oh, I was so cute.
	Joy, are you my aunt?
	My auntie?
	My Auntie Jemima or something?
	Was that what the character was?
	I don't know.
	Did you have on tanning lotion, Joy?
	And, uh, Uncomfortable reports, uh, Radar, Uncomfortable, Behar admitted she was wearing makeup that was, quote, a little bit darker than my skin.
	And Raven-Symoné said, yeah, you're not black.
	You're not black.
	But, you know, Megyn Kelly got fired just for saying it, but Joy Behar can actually do it.
	And, uh, nothing happens to her.
	And then she can lie about it.
	Because instead of kicking her to the curb, reported Radar Online, the show will attempt to use the scandal as a teaching moment.
	Joy isn't going to hide or pretend it isn't her.
	Well, that was February this year, and here we are.
	It's November, so we're nine months later, and she is denying it and hiding it and pretending it wasn't her when Donald Trump Jr.
	calls her out on it.
	And of course, it was okay for Ralph Northam, you know, he was dressed up in blackface, literally did it, okay?
	And was caught on that when he was in high school, but you know, those rules don't apply.
	And again, you know, I would agree with Megyn Kelly.
	I think you're putting it on as a Halloween costume or something like that, especially if it was decades ago.
	But the rules of the left don't apply to the left.
	Again, Democrats can't commit crimes.
	It doesn't matter whether it is some new social justice rule or construct that they're forcing on us, or whether it's actual law or the Constitution.
	They can't violate any of that.
	We're the only ones.
	Who can get in trouble, even for questioning their rules.
	You know, that's what happened to Megyn Kelly.
	She got fired for questioning their new rules about what you can do and cannot do at Halloween.
	But Joy Behar can dress up that way.
	They don't hide it.
	They're going to be 100% behind her, they said, back in February this year.
	February the 7th.
	And here we are, nine months later, on November the 7th.
	And she hides it.
	She says, no, I haven't.
	I have not.
	I have not done that.
	And so he gave as good as he got.
	And it was so bad, as a matter of fact, that Joy Behar had to remind the audience that this is not a MAGA rally, she said, because the audience was applauding Donald Trump Jr.
	Remember when we had a previous Discussion on The View, about a real whistleblower, about Julian Assange, and you had Meghan McCain.
	You know, this person who was raised to, you know, Meghan McCain and Abby Huntsman, these people who are so concerned about innocent life, they don't care about Donald Trump Jr.' 's family when they have a White powder sent to them.
	And they don't have a problem threatening people that they don't like, like Alex Jones and so forth.
	And they don't have a problem getting so furious about Julian Assange that Meghan McCain stormed off the set when that whistleblower, when that whistleblower was defended.
	I mean, that whistleblower was telling us the truth about people who lied us into war.
	And we're talking about even Speaking the name of somebody who filed a bogus complaint based on hearsay, and the complaint was absolute nonsense, the phone call was declassified by President Trump, but the name of this political operative closely connected to the CIA and to the Obama administration, CIA Morella, that name must not be put out there.
	You do not talk about that.
	You know, to sum this up, you have to understand, when you look at something like The View, as I've said many times, it's hard to understand what's going on in this country if you don't know who the teams are.
	The teams are not Republicans and Democrats.
	The teams are the military-industrial complex and the Washington establishment.
	That's one team.
	And then America and the rest of us is the other team.

	They have joined with them to lie, to deceive, to push war for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all.
	To arm every single side in a conflict after you occupy a country.

	And the Republicans, the Democrats will.
	And the Republicans will break party loyalty to come after a very popular president if he even talks about not supporting the military-industrial complex.

	All right, so we've got the parents whose baby was killed, the headline from Breitbart points out, baby was killed in a routine doctor visit.
	They're now fleeing Cuba after threats of imprisonment.
	Now the interesting thing to me about this is how Breitbart and other news organizations, if they even talk about this, typically the conservative organizations have picked this up and have used this to criticize Cuban authorities.
	Not to look at vaccine safety.
	This is the MMR vaccine.
	Measles, mumps, rubella.
	And this is the way they put it.
	Cuban authorities have not yet provided an explanation for why Paloma Caballero died October the 9th, but have dismissed the possibility of a flaw in the MMR vaccine.
	Of course.
	Of course.
	See, the Cuban Communist government is no different from the American government in that regard when it comes to vaccines and big pharmaceuticals.
	They go on to say, for other children, Also exhibited what the Cuban government calls adverse reactions to the vaccine at the same medical center.
	Now, it wasn't just four that they were reporting.
	They said that a couple of dozen children had adverse reactions and one other child died.
	At this particular time reports indicated as many as 24 children were affected and that two had died not just this family's child Cuba pushed back and said no we've had one child die and four others had adverse reactions to the vaccine immediately it was July of 2018 that I reported and of course you you would have heard that if you listen to this program But I don't know anybody else in America that really reported this
	I mean this just really wasn't something you just don't talk about it when people have adverse reactions to vaccines.
	It's not allowed.
	You've got to maintain the fiction that they are 100% safe.
	I mean the reality folks is that there is nothing that is 100% safe.
	You know nothing at all.
	No product is 100% safe and yet Uh, except for vaccines.
	And why do we have to do that when the vaccine companies have been given complete immunity?
	No liability, no matter what happens with their product.
	And in July of 2018, two children, two toddlers, just like this toddler, died immediately after getting the MMR vaccine.
	And then here we are, a year and two months later, three months later, the same thing happens in Cuba.
	Two children die and 24 others have an adverse reaction.
	What is going on with that?
	Why did they work so hard to sweep this under the carpet here?
	And what happened was it caused a major issue In Samoa, and it got reported in the news in New Zealand, but that's basically where they put a ring around it.
	They didn't bring that information into America for you.
	Subsequently to that, they had immediately exonerated the vaccine companies in Samoa.
	They said, well, you know, that's not what happened.
	And the tragedy of it was, That as the parents were there, the one child gets the vaccine, immediately dies.
	Another mother is there with her child.
	She says, we're not going to get this.
	They literally forced her, took the child and gave the child the shot and the child died in her arms.
	And so it became a big story in Samoa, a little bit of a story in New Zealand and was spiked everywhere else.
	You know, kind of like ABC did about Jeffrey Epstein.
	And they immediately said, it's not the vaccine.
	Vaccines never have any problems.
	And it's not the responsibility of the hospital.
	It's those nurses.
	It's like, the nurses?
	How can it be the nurses?
	Well, we think maybe it's the nurses.
	Maybe they didn't properly refrigerate the vaccine.
	And I said, oh, well, there's a risk factor that they've never talked about before.
	refrigeration of the vaccine.
	But we gotta pretend that they're 100% safe and nothing can ever happen with that.
	And so for three months, for three months, it was such an outrage in Samoa that they took the MMR vaccine off the market.
	They didn't give anybody any shots for three months.
	And then after three months, what they said was, well, we think that it was the nurses because we think that maybe they mixed in an expired anesthetic.
	But on day one, they exonerated the vaccine companies.
	On day one, they exonerated the hospital.
	They said, well, it's got to be the nurses.
	And so they came up with a plausible excuse to go after the nurses.
	They did say, well, maybe it wasn't refrigerated, and so forth.
	And now, after the same thing happens in Cuba, Even though Cuban authorities have not yet provided an explanation for why she died, they have dismissed the possibility of a flaw in the vaccine, the MMR vaccine, of course, of course.
	Even though there was an adverse reaction to the vaccine at the same medical center, they admit at least four other children as well as this child who died.
	Now, other people say it was two children who died and 24 who had an adverse reaction.
	Now, because she spoke out, And because some people have taken this as a criticism of the Cuban government's medical system and not of vaccines, because it's got to be anything other than the vaccines.
	I mean, we can throw the entire Cuban medical system under the bus, but let's not say anything about the vaccine.
	And again, the Cuban medical system deserves this, that they're going to cover up for the vaccine.
	They're going to say, well, we don't know what it was, but it wasn't the vaccine.
	If they're going to take that route, and I guess maybe they say, well, we don't take that route, maybe, I don't know, will the big pharmaceutical companies cut off their supply of drugs?
	I don't know.
	What do they have on them?
	Now this mother, who went public with this, Has confirmed to an independent Cuban outlet that she and her husband have left the country, Cuba, for Mexico after authorities threatened her with prison time and expedited her passport application, a sign that she took to mean that the regime wanted her to get out of the country.
	She said, that is how everything works.
	It's a shame, but nobody will shut me up.
	Well, I will say to her that they will try.
	Facebook will shut you up.
	Twitter will shut you up.
	Everybody will shut you up if you start talking about vaccines.
	If you make it about the Cuban medical system, you'll be allowed to say that in some quarters.
	But if you make it about the vaccine adverse reaction, they will threaten you.
	She says, I was threatened.
	I was going to go to jail.
	And interestingly enough, when Breitbart reported on this, Two weeks ago, again, they take the tact that it is about the Cuban medical system.

	Yeah, welcome back as we have the Cuban mother whose daughter died immediately after getting an MMR vaccine.
	Reports that there were two of those, just like in Samoa.
	In Samoa, they say, well, it wasn't the vaccine, it wasn't the hospital, but we think it was the nurses somehow.
	They took it off for three months.
	And then just yesterday in Samoa, the government has now lowered the age that they want the MMR vaccine to be given out.
	They doubled down on this essentially, doing it at an even earlier age, demanding this at an even earlier age.
	And they said, yeah, it was very difficult.
	It's a huge task, they reported two days ago, a huge task to relaunch MMR vaccines.
	Again, they had to completely suspend it for three months, and here they are, 14 months later, and they're starting to reintroduce it again, and now they're going to lower the age as well.
	And so when this story hit in America, most people were not picking up on it, but Breitbart picked up on it and used it as an occasion to criticize the Cuban health care system rather than the vaccination, the MMR vaccine.
	Cuba's health care system, they said, has been dangerously ill-equipped to provide for the Cuban people for decades.
	Cuba sends its best doctors to work for free around the world in a slave doctor system that nets the regime as much as $11 billion a year while investing minimally in its health care system at home.
	The slave doctor program also serves as propaganda that touts Cuba's alleged advances in medicine and so forth.
	Cuban doctors who denounce the shortcoming of the communist health care system often find themselves imprisoned.
	Well, in America, media outlets and individuals who talk about vaccine risk, which is really what this subject was about, are silenced, just like this mother was silenced.
	And she had to leave the country because she said she felt very threatened by the Cuban government.
	Yeah.
	It's amazing.
	But it's a $6 billion industry just for the flu vaccine.
	Just for the flu vaccine.
	And flu shots are responsible for nearly 70% of all cases of shoulder injury related to vaccine administration.
	Because, you know, everybody gets them.
	You know, you can pull up at the filling station now and get a vaccine.
	You think they might not be administering the shots properly?
	I mean, that goes above and beyond whether or not you are happy with what they're actually shooting you with, which is another area of concern.
	But bad injection technique, where they inject it into the muscle instead of just worrying about the toxic substance itself.

	We had 108 people die in a 10-year period.
	That's about 10 per year in the United States.
	And yet, at the same time, do we have our FDA protecting us against this?
	No, no, no, no.
	They're allowing that to happen, just like they allowed the opioid epidemic to happen.
	And then you've got other organizations.
	You know, CDC is the major seller of vaccines.
	And the FDA, instead of protecting us from things like that, is now demanding that stem cells Using your own stem cells.
	Be stopped.
	And if you have, as we have in my family, set aside some stem cells of our own body.
	This is not stem cells that can be patented by the big pharmaceutical companies because they were taken from aborted babies.
	That's what they're holding out for.
	That, by the way, has not worked out well.

	You know, we had earlier this week the horrific story of the three mothers and their six children targeted and murdered in Mexico.
	I pointed out that as we're messing around in Syria, not bringing the troops home but actually sending more of them there, now we're going to be guarding oil fields and perhaps taking the oil from them.
	When are we going to start protecting our border?
	When are we going to realize That the really dangerous border, and the real thing that we should be concerned about, is not whether or not the Turks are going to go across the border to go after our Marxist-Leninist allies, the Kurds, that John McCain and others gave weapons and money to, so that they could fight the Islamic jihadis that they also gave arms and money to.
	So that they could overthrow the government there, and then when the Turks come across to come after these people that they consider to be a threat to their sovereignty.
	They don't want the Kurds to get their independence.
	We'll get all upset about that, but who's going to protect us when the cartels come across the American-Mexican border?
	These same cartels that just did this to these families.
	They have absolutely no respect for life.
	Tulsi Gabbard said when she was interviewed by Breitbart News yesterday, she said, we don't have a nation if we don't have borders.
	That's absolutely true.
	We don't have a nation if we are going to give away jobs By the tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, as North Carolina Senator Tom Tillis is bragging about the green card giveaway to India as we're outsourcing jobs.
	Well, we're not really outsourcing jobs to India.
	We're insourcing employees.
	We export our jobs and we import employees from India and elsewhere.
	He's very proud of that.
	You see, this is not simply the Democrats who are doing this.
	And yet there's been another attack Not just the one that happened against the Mormons who have, I think, dual citizenship.
	I think they're American.
	There's about 11 million Mormons who moved to Mexico.
	Mitt Romney was a part of that group at one point in time, came back.
	But yeah, so they've got an immigration flowing the other way.
	But it's not just there.
	They had 10 dead after a cartel gunman attack in Juarez.
	Many victims are innocent factory workers.
	A team of cartel gunmen torched at least 16 vehicles Tuesday in Juarez, resulting in the deaths of at least 10 victims.
	Members of Los Mexicalis, an armed wing of the Sinaloa cartel, also opened fire on a government building.
	And remember, it was a couple of weeks ago that there was a protracted war for hours with the Sinaloa cartel after they'd captured El Chapo's son.
	Eventually, the Mexican military surrendered and gave the son up.
	This is, this goes back to the, this has all been created by our war on drugs.
	And although we could now defund the cartels if we were to stop the war on drugs, we now have created some very dangerous crime families and crime organizations, and they're not simply going to go away.
	They're going to, as we saw when marijuana was legalized, It really harmed their profits for that very profitable crop and so they started to turn to other things.
	Human trafficking and even going after avocados.
	That's become a big deal for the drug cartels there.
	The problem is we've created ruthless gangs of killers and if we don't protect this border and that doesn't mean just simply putting up a wall and walking away.
	We really do need to use our military to protect that border.
	I talked to Matt Bracken about this at one point in time.
	He says it's very simple.
	Do what the Hungarians did.
	You know, you put concertina wire, several layers of it there, and you put live soldiers on the other side.
	I mean, you're not going to get past something like that.
	If people start to cross into the no-man's land, you just lob some tear gas stuff over there.
	Let them know how serious you are.
	That will stop it.
	You know, we have manned the border between North and South Korea, the demilitarized zone.
	We've done that for decades.
	We have American troops everywhere, except to protect our own border.
	And if you don't think it needs to be protected, take a look at this story that was put out by ProPublica two years ago, talking about something that happened in 2011.
	Because this war on drugs, unlike alcohol prohibition, where we created gangs that were doing drive-by shootings with Tommy Guns, Al Capone and others, that only went a couple of years.
	This has gone on for several decades.
	Take a look at just one incident.
	In early 2011, the DEA obtained a rare and highly valuable piece of intelligence about the leaders of Mexico's Zetas cartel.
	An agent in Dallas persuaded one of the cartel's leading cocaine distributors in East Texas to hand over a trackable cell phone identification number for the group's most wanted kingpins.
	It was an intelligence coup.
	With those numbers, authorities could track the brothers' movements and ultimately capture them.
	But the DEA made a decision with fatal consequences.
	Against the wishes of the lead agent on the case, whose informant had warned of the potential for bloodshed, the DEA told a Mexican federal police unit, with a long history of leaking to traffickers, that it had the information.
	Within days, the Zetas were in turn told that the DEA was on to their leaders.
	And the leaders guessed immediately which of their cell phones, which of the cells in their organization had betrayed them, and they began hunting for the snitches.
	When the suspected traitors couldn't be found, listen to this, they couldn't find the traitors, so they decided to just get everybody.
	They went after anybody that was remotely connected to them.
	Dozens, possibly hundreds of people were killed and kidnapped in and around Allende, a quiet ranching town in a northern Mexican state, about 40 minutes from the U.S.
	border.
	Think about that, 40 minutes.
	Many of you, like me, have a commute that's that long every day.
	That's how close these people are to the border, and we won't protect our border.
	This is what happened.
	Zeta Gundman grabbed a 15-year-old high school football player who was hanging out with his friends, whose parents ran a health club where one of the suspected snitches had lifted weights.
	So just a suspected snitch worked out of this health club.
	And so they grab the son of the people who own that health club.
	They took an 81-year-old woman, as well as her six-month-old great-grandson.
	One family lost nearly 20 members.
	For years, Mexican authorities did next to nothing to investigate the massacre.
	Meanwhile, people in Allende, understandably distrustful of the authorities, sworn to protect them, kept their mouth shut.

	Let's talk a little bit about emoluments, because this is something that we keep hearing over and over again, and it is kind of an archaic term to most people.
	They don't really understand what is meant by that.
	But it is in the Constitution, and I'm sure you've got something that you can tell all of us about emoluments, because this is the way they're coming out.
	One of the tactics that they're coming after President Trump, saying that he is making money from people who are staying in his hotel, and if anybody from another country stays in his hotel, then he's guilty of taking an emolument from him, as they threw that accusation at Donald Trump Jr.
	yesterday on The View.
	He said, we're not making any money.
	Well, let's just go to the Constitution itself.
	Three separate references to emolument.
	to make sure that they have, you know, filed the proper paperwork and so forth and so on.
	So it actually costs us money when these people stay in our hotel.
	But your comments about emoluments.
	Well, let's just go to the Constitution itself.
	Three separate references to emolument.
	One of them is Article I, Section 6, Paragraph 2, talks about legislature, that they can accept emolument.
	Then the next one is Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 7, talks about the president can accept emolument.
	Then we go to Article 1, Section 9, Paragraph 8, and it says other officials of the government can accept emoluments.
	So the question is, what the heck is emoluments?
	It's kind of a hidden term, kind of a term that we don't really know about.
	But here's the definition from Webster's Dictionary of 1828.
	The profit arising from office or employment, that which is received as compensation for services, or which is annexed to the position of office as salary, fields, and prerequisites, or profit advantage gains in general.
	But it's related to the position of the person, and the person is receiving an emolument Because of his position, not because of any business he has somewhere else, but because of his position.
	Now it does say in the article, in the one about President and legislatures, you can't have an office.
	Let me just read it here exactly the way I've written it.
	In other words, he can have an increase in income resulting from their position in government, or income from a civilian job because of their position, or income from a civilian job created by the federal government.
	Now, that's kind of what the definition in 1828 says.
	It's all to do with the position and an income resulting from that position.
	Now, I know this is a little technical point, but if you have a hotel, Or you have a grocery store that people shop at from foreign countries.
	That's not because of your position in government.
	That's because of a store that your family owns.
	That's not an emolument.
	And that they owned that before you ever got that position in government.
	I mean, when you look at a situation like the Biden family, for example, you know, he takes a trip with John Kerry to China, and the allies in Japan and South Korea thought that he was going to kind of push back on the Chinese as they were making some aggressive moves to other countries in that area.
	Instead, he went very soft on them, and as they left after that meeting, both John Kerry's son and Joe Biden's son We're given very lucrative positions on a business that, you know, board of a business that they have had absolutely no experience in whatsoever.
	That's an emolument.
	It's indirect because it's to the family member, but it's still an emolument.
	Kind of an honoraria, you know, to them because of their position.
	Look what Hillary Clinton has done with her Clinton Foundation.
	That whole thing was set up, and money came in from foreign governments, foreign states, foreign people.
	Millions of dollars, better not say billions, millions of dollars flowed into that.
	And it's all be considered an emolument because of how the Constitution's written in Article 1, Section 9, Paragraph 8.
	That's right.
	I've had a counted on who has studied that in detail, the Clinton Foundation, and he said, look, they've never even filed a paperwork for a charitable foundation.
	Charles Ortel talked about that.
	He says, I've gone through this.
	It's quite clear.
	Paperwork has to be filed.
	They never file the paperwork and nobody ever calls them on it.
	They are working strictly on trading on their position, their office, and people hoping that they're going to get something from them in the future.
	And that is exactly what an emolument is.
	And people don't call that out.
	They're trying to make something against President Trump, but in fact, their whole organization, i.e.
	the Democratic organization in government, is full of these people doing exactly what the Constitution says they cannot do.
	Why?
	Because nobody cares.
	Nobody here in the United States knows what the Constitution says, and nobody cares even if they do in government.
	You know, the funny thing about this, Richard, is yesterday in the back and forth with Donald Trump Jr.
	on The View, one of the individuals there said, well, you know, you can't put the name out of a whistleblower and so forth.
	And she quoted a piece of, quoted a section of U.S.
	code.
	And if you actually look at that, what it showed that the Democrats like Schiff were the ones who were actually violating the law.
	When you actually look up the law, you find out it's the Democrats who are breaking the law.

	The term emolument, as he pointed out, is used three times in the Constitution.
	...to talk about it from the standpoint of the legislature, then again with the president, and then again with other office holders.
	But, you know, even though it's three times in the Constitution, that term emolument probably hasn't been used three times in the last 100 years until President Trump became president.
	And then the Democrats thought, well, you know, we can use this to come after him.
	And now we're hearing it about three times a day.
	So Richard pointed out, he said, well, you know, since this is kind of an archaic term, not in common usage, Let's go back and take a look at the 1828 Webster's Dictionary because that's how it was being used at the time.
	That's how people understood it as they put it in to the Constitution.
	Let's talk a little bit more about that, Richard.
	Anything else that you want to say about that and how it's used?
	And then I want to talk about how they're coming after President Trump in terms of the investigation.
	Yes, yes.
	Just a quick one.
	You know, it's difficult for everybody to keep track of everything I say when I make all these references.
	But if you have my book, Saving the Constitution, you just go to the index.

	It says about emolument right there in the index, and then it says it's located on pages 47 and 78 and 98.
	So you can go right to it and see exactly what the Webster's Dictionary says, exactly what the Constitution says, what they're talking about, what it means.
	In detail, it's easy to read.
	And again, saving the Constitution, that is a commentary on the Constitution, line by line, section by section, article by article, whatever.
	And that's for adults.
	And then you've got another one for children, a Constitution if you can keep it.
	So, something that you can teach your kids, because if they get any instruction at all about the Constitution in school, it's going to be misinformation.
	Yes, it will be.
	Now, if you want the kids to find the volume, you look in the index again and how you keep it.
	It'll be different pages because the books are different, but it's there just the same for three references.
	It's very clear.
	Hey, we're the only one to mention, you know.
	And just to sum up again, you know, as you pointed out, an emolument is money that is given to you because of the office that you hold.
	And that clearly does not apply to President Trump and his hotels.
	He had those, those people are paying to stay at his hotels.
	That is something that he had before he ever became president.
	It's not an honorarium that is being given to him.
	It's not a bribe that's being given to him.
	We do have seen that with Biden and with the Clintons over and over again.
	But that's not what is happening with the Trump hotels at all.
	It's complete misrepresentation.
	It's arising from the position of the person.
	Arising means it's starting from the position of the person.
	I mean, it's clear.
	It's clear as you look at it in the Constitution.
	It's muddled when these people try to use things incorrectly, and that's the constant problem of today.
	Yes, exactly.
	Now, let's get into what's going on with the tax returns.
	And just as some context to this, I reported at the beginning of the program how in the elections that we had this week in Virginia, we had George Soros spending over two million dollars to get four district attorneys elected in Virginia.
	He spent about a million dollars To help Democrats get elected to the House of Delegates, I think they call it there, so the House of Representatives.
	But anyway, to the House and to the Senate in the state of Virginia, he spent $1 million.
	But to get four district attorneys put in, he spent twice that, $2 million.
	Very, very concerned and strategically doing this across the country.
	He did it here in Texas, he's done it in California, spending millions of dollars in a race for district attorney.
	Why is he so interested in getting this, you think, Richard?
	Well, district attorneys can, they decide.
	They decide what's going to be prosecuted and what's not going to be prosecuted in the state.
	The police department will get all the evidence, give it to the district attorney, and he'll decide whether or not to prosecute.
	I mean, if he doesn't feel the evidence is there, he can prosecute.
	Well, at the same time, that same person would have power to find evidence and call it enough and prosecute.
	That's right.
	That's right.
	And you can have a political persecution, not just a prosecution.
	And we're seeing this across the country, and this is being, this is a long-term strategy by George Soros and the Democrat Party to weaponize the judicial system against their political opponents.
	Oh, and you know, this is so bad because, never mind, we've talked about the judicial system.
	I mean, the judicial system is so corrupt in our country that most of them should be in prison.
	Have you heard the term recently, above the law?
	Above the law.
	Above the law.
	My first record was in a movie Steven Seagal did about the CIA, and they called themselves the CIA above the law.
	Well, the CIA in that movie was above the law.
	Now let's talk about the use of the term today.
	The use of the term today is saying that he's above the law because he's not responding to the demand for his tax returns.
	Come on, guys.
	What law?
	There is no law.
	This is another one of those lies.
	You say it often enough, people think it exists.
	There is no law that says you or I, Dave, have to return, give our tax returns to anybody.
	In fact, in the Fourth Amendment it says we are secure in our papers and effects.
	We have a right to be secure.
	They have no right to look at any tax return.
	If we really look at it closely, the IRS doesn't have any right to a tax return either, because the 16th Amendment is completely unconstitutional, even though, again, the judges, in their biasness, decided it was.
	Oh yeah, I agree, absolutely.
	Anyway, I mean, the 4th Amendment says we're secure, you can't get into our papers.
	The 5th Amendment says you can't be criticized or, oh, I don't want to say you don't have, you can't witness against yourself.
	The Sixth Amendment says you're not guilty unless you have a trial by jury. The Seventh Amendment says you're not guilty unless you're tried by a jury. The Sixth is criminal and the Seventh is civil. I mean, it just goes on and on and on. Yeah, but we're operating, we're not operating under the Constitution of the Bill of Rights anymore.
	We're operating under the principles set out by Stalin.
	Bring me the man and I'll find the crime.
	Exactly.
	That's exactly what's going on.
	Precisely.
	And when you get to Article 6, it's very clear.
	No law that's not in accordance with the Constitution is valid.
	It's very clear.
	But nobody knows the Constitution.
	That's right.
	And that's why when we look at this, we have become so hyper-partisan that you have Democrats who want to cancel anybody or purge anybody that they disagree with.
	And they don't realize how this is going to come back around to them.
	And this is why when we look at what's happening with President Trump, we look at what's happening with Roger Stone.
	I talked about that a great deal yesterday.
	It doesn't matter whether or not you like President Trump or Roger Stone, because these principles that were laid out hundreds of years ago, because they understood human nature, they understood the nature of power and how that power will be abused.
	If you allow that power to be abused against people that you don't like, eventually it's going to be abused against you and the people that you do like.
	That's how it's always done.
	You set precedences, you set a pattern, you set a custom, and then everybody looks around and you get caught.
	Well, let's talk a little bit about what President Trump should do.
	Since there's no law that he is breaking here, they're going to continue to use that, and you would agree that he should just ignore what this district attorney is trying to manufacture, wouldn't you?
	Well, I would say that he should ignore it, but I think that a little bit different tactic would be better, because if you ignore something and you pretend it's not there, it just grows and grows and grows.
	That's true.
	So, the answer, I think, just me, just me, I'm the only guy in town here.
	Well, the answer, I think, is that he should point out there is no law, and the judges don't have any authority to even look at my stuff, and they don't have any authority doing what they're doing, whether it's a federal court or a state court.
	They have no authority.
	I agree, and I wish that President Trump would do that, and should have done that, to establish those lines of authority.
	He should have done that a long time ago with other issues, like the border, where you have a single federal judge out of thousands will come in and say, No, you can't put up an immigration restriction from countries that we're currently at war with.
	We're not going to allow you to do that.
	We're going to call it a Muslim ban, you know, because he says, well, you can't come in from North Korea.
	That's a Muslim ban, right?
	You should have said at the very beginning you don't have any authority to do that, which is what you had Andrew Jackson tell the Supreme Court.

	You know, we have an article from Intellectual Takeout referring to a study done by a group, Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation.
	And what they do every year is they look at people's attitudes towards communism, and our guest is Richard Proctor.
	He has written books on the Constitution, he's written books on economics, he's done it for both children and adults.
	And Richard, I just wanted to give you a couple of these statistics and get your reaction to this.
	This year's study from these people Show the increased support for communism.
	36% among millennials, with only 1 in 2 among millennials having a favorable opinion of capitalism.
	So communism is rising very rapidly with these people.
	It's almost up to the point of where they are in terms of capitalism, but if you look at some of the other details about this, I'm not sure if that support for capitalism isn't overstated.
	It says 70% of millennials say they're likely to vote socialist.
	22% of millennials believe that society would be better if all private property were abolished.
	And you look at that, that's 22% think that.
	Only 1% of the silent generation, that'd be people who are older than the Millennials, only 1% of them thought that.
	But now 22% of Millennials support the idea that all private property should be abolished.
	Only 57% of Millennials believe the Declaration of Independence guarantees freedom better than the Communist Manifesto.
	Your comments, Richard?
	And professors, okay, they use words and become wordsmiths.
	They use words to say what they want them to say.
	And they present things in positions that make evil look good.
	Hollywood does that all the time.
	That's the way it's presented, the words that are used.
	And these kids are just being bombarded with garbage in their schools and their universities.
	...about socialism and the good things and the bad things and the communism being so good.
	I've never mentioned this on the program, but I have a school of my own.
	It's my school, Provis Institute of Political Economics.
	I teach these things correctly.
	I help people learn them.
	It's done on the internet, and it's available.
	The cost is minimal.
	And I teach about these things.
	The schools are turning our children into... Well, anybody knows the words.
	I don't want to say some of the words I would use.
	It's terrible what's going on.
	Yeah, as part of this article, Richard, they looked at South Carolina.
	Now, South Carolina is not California.
	You would think they might be kind of conservative, right?
	Except these standards are really national.
	And so in South Carolina, what it is, this is part of their guidelines for teachers, what is, it is essential for students to know about U.S.
	history and the Constitution.
	And let me just give you one example here.
	What they say about post-Civil War industrialization.
	Students should understand economic growth was fostered by both government actions and changes and factors of production.
	You want to emphasize the role of government in providing a business environment.
	A common misunderstanding is that government impedes economic growth.
	That American individualism was sufficient to promote America's emergence as an industrial power.
	This sounds like it was written by Barack Obama's speechwriters who said, you didn't The government built that.
	That's what they're teaching the kids.
	And that's what they say socialism is good.
	That's how they say socialism is good.
	Because they pervert the words, they say the things they want, they say them in such a way that it sounds so nice and easy.
	I mean, all these things our youth are being taught.
	Against the Constitution, against the country, every day.
	It's a brainwashing division here.
	How much money do we spend sending kids to universities that just brainwash them like that?
	I mean, it's been going on since Dewey started the public school system.
	It's just gotten worse and worse and worse.
	And it was a purpose of why they started it that way, and it's been so effective for them.
	That's why they want to make college free, because they keep you in there from kindergarten to graduate school.
	They've got you, for most of the people.
	And that's the plan.
	I'm going to wander back to the comment you made just before the break.
	You talked about they were blaming Trump because it could be just Muslims, and this is bad.
	You can't just ban Muslims.
	Let me read you what the McCarran Law says.
	Now, this is in Volume 6 of my book on page 164 of my Liberty series, okay?
	This is what the McCarran-Walter Act says.

	The suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the President, whenever the President finds that the entry of aliens or any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.
	The President may, by proclamation, and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens As immigrants or non-immigrants or impose any restrictions on the entry of any aliens he may deem to be appropriate.
	Now that's in the law.
	That is the law.
	Yeah.
	Why do you think the Trump administration put that out there?
	You would think they want open borders?
	It's just fascinating the things that we say, you know, you can't do that.
	From page 161 to 187 in my sixth volume of the Liberty Series, it discusses this entire garbage that occurred to President Trump from when he started his administration clear until September when the Supreme Court finally said, well, he can do that.
	But it took it took that many months and over and over and over again.
	And they appealed and they fought him and the judges, activist judges, Everything they could do to destroy the concept and he was in accordance with the law passed in 1952 precisely.
	Yes, yes.
	And I think that the answer is that, you know, he's got a lot of people there who are in his administration who he's relying on for advice that are opposed to his policies.
	And they will conceal this information from him.
	They will not argue the case for him.
	Instead, they will deceive him.
	You know, just as he was saying, well, we're going to bring the troops home from Syria.
	Mike Pompeo said, well, you know, the president says things.
	And then we present facts and things to him after that, and then we bring him around.
	So he's getting gaslighted and misinformed by the people who are in his own administration, I believe.
	Yeah, I don't understand why he hasn't hired me.
	I know this information backwards and forwards.
	I wish he would.
	I honestly wish he would.
	You've got to get somebody who agrees with him, number one, so they're not constantly undermining him.
	That would be an advantage to have people in his cabinet that actually agreed with him on principle and on direction, but then also who understood what the law is and could make a case for that.
	He doesn't really have people like that.
	You know, Dave, I've written 750,000 words, okay, over 3,000 pages on these very things that he's having trouble with every day.
	I have studied this in depth.
	Yes.
	That's what my Liberty Series is, a political situation, how it arose and where we are.
	Then I wrote the Economics books, and then I wrote the Constitution books.
	It's my series.
	I have 10 books out, and they all discuss the things we're faced with every day.
	Yes, yes, exactly.
	It's very important, and look, if your political leaders are not going to be informed, if the people around them are going to be misinforming them, it's important that you know.
	And that's why, you know, it is very important for people to get this information, to educate themselves, to educate their community.
	You know, we can't, we're going to have to do this from a grassroots level.
	We're not going to be able to have people who are just going to hand us liberty.
	That never has happened.
	The founders understood that.
	They said we're not going to be carried to a state of liberty on a feather bed.
	Nobody's going to do that for us.
	Nobody else is going to do the heavy lifting.
	We're going to have to do it on our own.
	And part of that is to really understand the Constitution and understand the law and our rights.
	And it's not that difficult.
	That's the thing about your book.
	It doesn't get highly technical.
	You don't have to have a law degree to really understand this.
	You can just read it.
	It's written in English.
	I write everything the way I talk.
	People say, you know, I can't hear you talking when I read your books.
	I just talk.
	I just talk.
	I don't have any... One guy said your conversational style is the best feature of your book.
	That's great.
	That's great, yeah.
	The problem is, too, is that we have to understand and we have to not lose the next generation.
	And we are losing them to this misinformation, miseducation.
	I was talking about post-Civil War industrialization.
	They say the same type of thing about the next section and what your kids need to know about the Gilded Age.
	They focus on the evils of unfettered competition.
	And that's really the problem with the robber barons.
	It wasn't crony capitalism according to them.
	It was unfettered competition.
	So we've got to put competition in chains.
	That's the approach they have.
	And that's the way they word-smith.
	That's the way they word-smith.
	Because they refer to the robber barons and then they say we've got to feather it or chain it.
	And that's where the kids get carried away wrong.
	Because of the wordsmith wording that people use to deceive.
	They take the high ground with the terminology.
	That's why it's important to get to the facts.
