	I'm David Knight, your host.
	We're going to talk about what's going on with impeachment.
	I said a week ago, as this broke, and I think it first came out on Thursday, Thursday afternoon after this show was over, Immediately said the next day.
	So it was either Wednesday last week or Thursday last week in a program.
	So it's been either a week or a day shy of a week.
	I said, this is a move against Biden.
	And they see it as a twofer.
	They can go after President Trump as well.
	Try to sully his reputation by bringing impeachment charges against him, which they cannot get through in the Senate.
	But it would appeal to their base.
	It would try to throw some mud at President Trump.
	But I think it's going to blow back on them.
	Now we've had Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats.
	Looks like they're actually going to drink the impeachment Kool-Aid.
	Yes, as a party, they are committing suicide.
	About the only rational Democrat there is, Tulsi Gabbard, has refused to join in and drink the Kool-Aid.
	So we're going to take a look at that.
	And we're going to take a look at what it's actually doing to Biden.
	That part of it is mission accomplished, I believe.
	So we're going to take a look at what is happening with that.
	And of course, I want to take another look at what is really going on with mind control.
	There's so many different aspects of this.
	We have an article that's up on the Drudge Report.
	That, from InfoWars, we'll talk about that, but also the broader context of what is happening with geospatial intelligence, even the Internet.
	I've talked about this at least once a week, sometimes more, because I want people to understand where this is going.
	I want you to understand the long-term plan about this.
	They had the church committee hearings in the 1970s because they were already grabbing data without search warrants using the telephone company.
	That had basically been given a monopoly.
	And so you had this public-private partnership.
	Now the Democrats are always looking at this and saying, you know, these evil corporations, look at what they are doing.
	Well, they're doing it Because we don't have any legal structures that prohibit corporations from doing the kind of criminal activity that we prohibit government from doing.
	And we don't prohibit government from doing it either in most cases.
	But they have plausible deniability.
	They use the corporations to do this for them.
	And then even when you have a hearing like we did in the 1970s with the church hearings in the Senate looking at the CIA, the Pike hearings in Congress looking at the NSA, out of that came the FISA court.
	The FISA, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
	And yet what did they do?
	They used that to increase the surveillance.
	So it didn't have any effect in terms of slowing it down.
	And then immediately you had a DARPA psychologist saying, you know, we could come up with this internet thing.
	They helped to fund it in the late 1990s and about six years ago.
	And we reported it at the time here at InfoWars.
	We were talking about it.
	I talked about it a great deal.
	The Brain Initiative by Barack Obama.
	And DARPA, again, ways to identify and to read your mind.
	And folks, it isn't just the physiological reading of your mind.
	That is frightening, the idea that they want to be able to read your thoughts, access your memories, delete selected memories, implant selected memories.
	I mean, this is part of the brain project that was funded by Obama and DARPA.
	It's still going on.
	And when you look at the ability of them to manipulate the public mind, the hive mind, using social media and the internet as well as Hollywood and the media.
	It is a very frightening situation.
	Alright, so when we come back we're going to take a look at what's going on with impeachment.
	We're also going to take a look at that other story that everybody forgot it so last week.
	The Saudi oil situation.
	Remember that?
	Remember, we were right at the threshold of war, and it's a good thing that didn't happen.
	I'm not saying, let's bring this back, but I want to take a look at what's really going on with Saudi oil production.
	I think it is very instructive, and it should help us to pull back even further from this brink of war.

	It's Wednesday, September the 25th, Year of Our Lord 2019.
	I'm David Knight, your host, and we're going to take a look today at how the Democrats are about to do it.
	They're about to line up and drink the Kool-Aid, and I'm quite anxious to see this because I think this is really going to be the end of the Democrat Party.
	The only rational Democrat, as I said at the top of the hour, that hasn't joined in on this.
	The only one who's rational.
	Tulsi Gabbard.
	And she knows where this is headed.
	And this began, I believe, I believe this began as an attack on Joe Biden, and then they could throw some mud at President Trump as well, and it's kind of gotten out of hand.
	Nancy Pelosi, the radical, irrational elements of that party.
	Are pushing her, she's now given in to Hollywood, to the squad, the quad squad, the traveling sisterhood of burkas.
	So she's, we'll take a look at what's going on with that.
	We'll also take a look at what about Biden?
	What about Biden?
	Where is he in all of this?
	Why is the media being so quiet about that?
	Well, I think this is still going to blow back on him more than it will on President Trump.
	It'll blow back on him and also blow back on the other Democrats.
	They want him out of the way.
	He is a very, very weak A candidate, mentally weak.
	He's not up to this.
	They've got to clear him out of the way.
	He's a front-runner.
	We'll talk about that coming up.
	Before we do, real quickly, I want to talk about this other story.
	Because that was my take, actually, last week when this first came out.
	I said this is really directed at Biden to get him out of the way.
	But last week, remember, we were talking about the very concerning attack on the Saudi oil fields.
	Took out half of their production, which was five percent of the world's oil.
	Immediately, the markets reacted.
	We saw spikes in that.
	We had Pompeo and the neocons saying, this is it.
	We gotta go.
	We gotta, you know, we're locked and loaded.
	We're just waiting for instructions from the Saudis and so forth.
	Fortunately, nothing happened.
	And let's take a look at where we are right now.
	We're being told today by Bloomberg that Saudi oil capacity has recovered faster than expected from the attack.
	Bloomberg says Saudi Arabia is recovering faster than expected from the biggest attack ever on its oil industry, beating its own target for restoring capacity by about a week.
	State oil producer Saudi Aramco has boosted total production capacity to more than 11 million barrels a day according to people with knowledge of the situation.
	And this news helped to push crude down by as much as 1.8% in London as the kingdom's efforts to resolve the world's disruption and to avert a global supply crisis.
	Now of course a global supply crisis will be exactly what happens if we attack Iran.
	It'll be exactly what happens.
	It'll be a global depression.
	And it will keep President Trump from getting re-elected.
	Not just because we don't want a war, but because it's all about the economy.
	Stupid.
	Remember?
	That was what the Clinton administration said when Bill Clinton had been impeached for obviously committing perjury.
	Even though Ken Starr covered up all the other charges, didn't really investigate all the allegations of physical, sexual attacks, and rape, Ken Starr didn't investigate all of the financial corruption.
	Instead, he couldn't avoid the fact that Bill Clinton got caught in a lie.
	A lie under oath.
	And so they brought that up, and everybody said, nah, nothing to that, and they let that go.
	Right?
	It didn't pass in the Senate.
	And at the time, his campaign said, it doesn't matter.
	He hasn't been damaged.
	The economy is doing well and he will get elected based on that.
	Nancy Pelosi was around at that time.
	She was reluctant to pull things out but we'll see what happens.
	But getting back to the Saudis.
	Is it back up to production?
	We just saw on September the 22nd there was a tweet out from one individual And this is Wall Street Journal and others.
	Summer said, put this out, Saudi officials say there's little sense of calm at the highest levels of the company and the Saudi government.
	It could take contractors up to a year to manufacture, deliver, and install made-to-measure parts and equipment, said Saudi officials.
	Ramco repairs could take months longer than the company anticipates.
	This is an article from the Wall Street Journal.
	I said, even though this may take up to eight months to put it back, we had already had, that was September the 22nd, prior to that, in September the 17th, five days earlier, we had heard that Saudi Arabia's oil supply was nearly fully back online.
	And that was coming from the Energy Minister there in Saudi Arabia.
	And as I reported that last week, I said, well, they're saying that it's, they've restored 70% of what they had lost.
	So that means that their overall supply was really only down by 15 percent.
	That means their world supply was only down by one and a half percent.
	It appears that they've now made that up by boosting production elsewhere.
	But can we believe that?
	I mean, did they restore it?
	Or is it going to take eight months according to the Wall Street Journal?
	Who do we believe?
	Well, here's an article by Simon Watkins at oilprice.com.
	Why the Saudis are lying about their oil production.
	And I would add, everything else.
	Saudi Arabia's comments about its hydrocarbons industry has long been regarded by industry experts as being as believable as China's comments about its economic growth.
	That is, it's not believable at all.
	Its latest lies along the lines of, everything is fine after the attacks and we'll be right back to full production really quickly, are relatively nuanced.
	Saudi statements may not contain any direct falsehoods as such, but nor are they entirely being fulsome with the truth, said Richard Mallinson, Senior Energy Analyst for Energy Aspects in London.
	And so, as he says in the article, I used to think the Saudis thought all of us oil traders were idiots with all the rubbish that they used to come out with and thought that we'd believe.
	But recently it's occurred to me that they genuinely don't know anything about the oil industry.
	They didn't discover it.
	They had no use for it.
	They didn't know how to refine it.
	They didn't discover it.
	They couldn't pull it out of the ground.
	Couldn't refine it.
	It had no use for it anyway.
	You don't need petroleum to run a camel.
	These guys living in tents had absolutely no use for it.
	We were the ones who had use for it, and our corporations paid them richly.
	A few of them, and they've passed that on somewhat, but they have big troubles inside the Saudi kingdom.
	But anyway, he said, this recently occurred to me, they don't genuinely know anything about the oil industry, so they don't understand that other people actually do know what they're talking about.
	And this has been one of the big reasons for the constant delaying of the Aramco sale, by the way, said one senior oil trader based in Asia.
	Okay, well, nevertheless, as we see the Wall Street Journal giving one side of the story, the Saudis giving another side of the story, maybe none of them are true.
	They had their biggest week in 50 years for oil.
	You've seen the price of gasoline spike the pump immediately.
	The gasoline was already in the ground, they'd already paid for it, but immediately they jacked the price up.
	But the one thing that hasn't changed is that over the weekend, the Houthis in Yemen Offered a truce.
	Saudis responded with bombs.
	At least 27 Saudi airstrikes were reported against targets in northern Yemen in just the last 24 hours.
	And that was on the weekend.
	The Houthis described the attacks as a dangerous escalation, reiterated that they meant to get everyone together for a peace process.
	So, you know, we look at this, are the Saudis bad guys?
	Well, of course, yes, they are.
	We obviously know that.
	But there are bad guys, right?
	We don't want to align ourselves with bad guys in Iran anymore, even though we did with the Shah of Iran and the Savak that we had.
	Our CIA helped him to train those vicious secret police.
	But the guys that are there are not good guys either.
	We have Iran's General Salami.
	I'm not making this up.
	This is not the Babylon Bee.
	Iran's General Salami boasts of a hidden special military power.
	So, I don't know.
	I mean, this guy, Salami, is he pork or beef?
	Probably beef because it wouldn't be halal.
	Is that what it is?
	Yeah, I think halal is good.
	Haram is forbidden, right?
	Anyway, so we've got General Salami feeding us a load on the Iranian side.
	In America, we've got Mike Pompeo and the CIA and the Saudis.
	And their story is as full of holes as the Swiss cheese.
	And they've got us all stuck in the middle of this sandwich and we are in a pickle.
	But we'll be right back.
	Hopefully nothing is going to happen.
	Just remember, all these people are liars.
	There's no good guys.
	We don't need to be in that fight.

	But what about Joe Biden?

	You've already admitted to doing what they're accusing President Trump of doing.

	It kind of reminds me, and it's an interesting coincidence, you know, when we say, say it ain't so, Joe.
	Remember, it was a hundred years ago that we had the World Series was thrown.
	Do you remember that?
	There was a movie about it that was done, not a hundred years ago, but maybe about 20 years ago, 25 years ago.
	Eight men out.
	Remember that?
	It was about the Chicago White Sox.
	Eight players in the Chicago White Sox threw the World Series.
	They were bribed as part of, you know, people who were gambling on the series.
	They paid them to throw the World Series.
	And they took bribes and let the Cincinnati Reds win the 1919 World Series.
	And so people called the Chicago White Sox the Black Sox, and after that it was the Black Sox scandal.
	There were eight men out, and of course the guy that really kind of became the embodiment of all that was Shoeless Joe Jackson.
	Not Biden, Joe Jackson.
	And the reporters saying, say it ain't so Joe, say it ain't so, right?
	We need Joe Biden now to say it ain't so.
	Will he say it ain't so?
	I don't know.
	And did he implicate Obama in the Ukraine quid pro quo scandal when he confessed and bragged about it?
	Monologuing like a supervillain to his globalist pals at the Council on Foreign Relations?
	Caught on video?
	Obama was also a part of this.
	He should be out there contradicting the allegations of impropriety against Joe Biden, but Obama has been very silent about that.
	He's not silent when it comes to criticizing President Trump, but when it comes to defending his reputation, his administration's reputation, and his agent, Vice President Joe Biden, he doesn't really have too much to say.
	You know, Trump, as Nunes is saying, Trump is being accused of what Biden admitted he did.
	Let's play video clip number eight.
	There's a lot, look, the left knows that Biden's son is a problem for him.
	This is why when Hillary Clinton was running, these stories first originated, first originated back when Hillary Clinton was trying to make sure that Biden didn't get in the race.
	So now that these have been resurrected, I don't know who came up with the scheme.
	Maybe this whistleblower is not a partisan.
	We want to hear from that whistleblower.
	But it sure looks like the scheme has backfired.
	Like I said, I think this is probably the end of Biden's campaign.
	End of his campaign?
	I really do.
	Not that he's still formidable.
	He still has a block of support.
	But if you look, his lead is basically down to zero.
	If you look at what happened in Iowa now, it looks like Elizabeth Warren is in the lead.
	Yeah, so you notice that it was first leaked by Hillary Clinton when she wanted to make sure that Biden wasn't going to run.
	And now I guess, you know, a few years have passed and Joe is kind of forgetting things.
	Kind of forgot all about that Ukraine thing.
	Kind of forgot all about that Chinese stuff as well.
	I guess maybe he thought the media would cover for him and they are covering for him.
	MSNBC anchor Ali Velshi, that's the guy's name, said there is absolutely no evidence that Biden pressured Ukraine, even though Biden admitted to doing it just a little over a year ago.
	Giuliani, meanwhile, had a Twitter storm.
	talking about this. He says that the Ukraine paid Hunter Biden three million dollars in laundered money while Joe Biden and Obama looked the other way. If there's a problem, it's a problem for Biden, says Rudy Giuliani.
	Here's what he was tweeting out. Today he said this on Monday, though it's the three million dollar laundered payment classical proof of guilty knowledge and intent that was kept from you by the swamp media.
	Ukraine, Latvia, Cyprus, U.S.
	is a usual route for laundering money.
	Obama's U.S.
	embassy told Cyprus Bank not to disclose the amount to Biden.
	This stinks, says Rudy Giuliani.
	Next tweet.
	New fact.
	One $3 million payment to Biden's son from Ukraine to Latvia to Cyprus to U.S.
	When prosecutor asked Cyprus for the amount going to his son, he was told the U.S.
	Embassy, that is Obama's U.S.
	Embassy, instructed them to not provide the amount.
	The prosecutor was getting too close to the son, and Biden had fired him.
	Next tweet from Giuliani.
	Did Obama know that his VP, the one he put in charge of giving billions to Ukraine, had a son who was making millions on the board of one of the most corrupt companies in Ukraine?
	Biden's boss had stolen $5 billion from Ukraine and was a fugitive.
	Did Obama know that?
	Did he approve of that?
	If the Democrat Party doesn't call for investigation of Biden's millions from Ukraine, and it's billions from China, they will own it.
	Biden's made big money selling their public office.
	How could Obama have allowed this to happen?
	Will the Democrats continue to condone and enable this kind of pay for play?
	And then yesterday, he had another tweet.
	He said, I'm going to take a day off from Biden, said Rudy Giuliani.
	I'm going to focus on Iran.
	Yeah, focus on the lies that I just talked about with the oil stuff.
	Tomorrow we will resume with the videotapes and the video documentary evidence establishing very serious suspected criminality in Ukraine.
	Then we'll move on to China, which is sadly and tragically worse.
	That's right.
	I've talked about this before.
	Those of us who are not part of the establishment Democrat media have talked about it.
	The fact that you've got Biden making these deals that happened coincidentally as his father's there and his father even bragging about the Ukraine deal.
	In the Ukraine, it's about an actual gas company.
	Did you know that Hunter Biden was an expert in that?
	Well, actually he isn't.
	And then in China, it was a A company that was going to specialize in biometric technology.
	Did you know that Hunter was an expert in that?
	Well, no, actually not.
	He doesn't know anything about any of those industries.
	But he knows it's more important who you know than what you know.
	And that certainly is the case in the Biden family.
	Pat Buchanan is saying now what I said last week.
	Ukraine gate will endanger Biden and not Trump.
	Again, going back to all this, he said there was a obvious quid pro quo.
	He said, Biden's stumbles, this is Pat Buchanan, Biden's stumbles and gaffes have already raised alarms among his followers and have been seized upon by rivals such as Cory Booker, who has publicly suggested the 76-year-old former vice president is losing it.
	You know, when Julian Castro did that, he was booed by the crowd.
	He made a not-so-veiled accusation about Joe Biden's mental capacity.
	and senility. And so he got booed. So a direct attack against Joe Biden and his mental competency isn't really going to help them.
	But they can drudge up this stuff and keep him out. And that is exactly what this plan was about.
	And you can see that now with Elizabeth Warren. And then Pat Buchanan also says, another issue raised here is a matter of whistleblowers having the power to decide for themselves whether the president's violating his oath.
	Remember JFK, through his brother Bobby, cut a secret deal with Khrushchev to move missiles out of Turkey six months after the Soviets removed their missiles from Cuba?
	That was Russiagate!
	Russia, Russia, Russia!
	He's talking to Russia, trying to get peace, right?
	Yeah, that was JFK.

	The fact that Joe Biden's niece sold more than $100,000 in a credit card scam.
	And then she got a deal.
	She's 29 years old, not a teenager.
	And she pled guilty to one charge of grand larceny, another of pettit larceny, and agreed to make a restitution of $110,810.04.
	Four cents.
	If she pays it all back, including the four cents, she can keep her nose clean, she can return to court, and she can enter a substitute plea to a lower misdemeanor charge of pettit larceny and be sentenced to two years probation.
	So she's probably already finished with probation now.
	Because I'm sure that she probably got the cash advance from Hunter.
	He's flush with it.
	I mean, that's just a small part of the kickback from Ukraine alone, not even counting China.
	But she'll stay out of jail.
	They reported back in June of 2017 that Biden's niece would stay out of jail, even if she failed to live up to the plea deal, even if she didn't pay it back.
	Instead of getting sentenced on a felony larceny charge, she would just get five years probation.

	We don't care about your free speech.
	We don't care about due process.

	I'm directing our six committees to proceed with their investigations under that umbrella of impeachment inquiry.
	The president must be held accountable.
	No one is above the law.
	Yeah, well, it'll be interesting because President Trump is calling their bluff.
	And again, as Pat Buchanan said, since when do we have politically connected whistleblowers who get to second-guess everything that presidents say to people in foreign countries?
	Remember, JFK working with the Soviet Union to try to de-escalate things after the Cuban Missile Crisis, the secret deal about missiles and Turkey and so forth?
	Oh, you know, was JFK a puppet?
	No, see, there used to be a time when you would work with foreign leaders to try to de-escalate tension.
	Even called it detente.
	And that was a good thing!
	An easing of strained relations.
	Avoiding a nuclear war or many other things that could be done.
	I would look at this and say, well, isn't this a win for the American people?
	If you know that you've got government officials who are involved in a massive corruption scandal and you talk to the foreign president and say, why don't you investigate this?
	It'd be good if you investigated this.
	That's not just something that would benefit President Trump, but it would also benefit the American people.
	Because we need to get rid of this type of corruption, this type of quid pro quo.
	The idea that we can have politicians brag about how they used quid pro quo, which is now what they're accusing President Trump of.
	We had Biden brag about it.
	And nothing ever happened to him.
	Wouldn't that be a good thing for the American people?
	Wouldn't that be a win-win for us?
	But Nancy Pelosi says no one is above the law.
	This is the woman who enabled insider trading for her and others.
	But more specifically, look at what she has done.
	No one is above the law.

	taxpayer, paid off the victims to be silent about that?
	That all came out.
	And you had people in her own party say, we need to investigate this.
	She covered it up.

	So where are we now?
	Well, impeachment begins in the House, and it just needs a simple majority of the House's 435 members.
	That means they need to get 218 people to say, yeah, we want to do an impeachment.
	That's like an indictment by a grand jury.
	Then it has to go to the Senate, where they need a two-thirds majority vote of the 100-member Senate.
	So that means they've got to have 67.
	Senators to do that.
	This has never happened.
	We've had a couple of presidents who have been impeached.
	Nobody has ever, that has never passed through the trial in the Senate.
	But, how close are they to filing impeachment charges?
	Well, again, the number is 218.
	Politico reported last night they had 207 Democrats publicly supporting impeachment.

	And so that is 11 So we'll see what happens.
	They think that they're going to have it by tomorrow.

	Alright, let's take a look at what some of the Democrats are saying.
	Let's start with Adam Schiff, because he's always the most entertaining and out there of all of the candidates.

	I think all of those facts, which are uncontested at this point, compel us to move down the path of a formal impeachment inquiry.
	And so we'll see what the transcript has to say, but if it says merely what the President has acknowledged, that's damning enough.
	Well, actually, no it isn't.
	He didn't tell Ukraine to manufacture evidence.
	And we're going to have the transcript released, and we're getting information now about who that whistleblower is.
	I'll tell you about that in just a moment.
	But the pressure.
	That is pushing these people.
	It's not a pressure from events.
	It's not a pressure from facts.
	It's not a pressure from a whistleblower.
	It's really pressure from their base.

	Representative John, yeah, we don't even need to do an inquiry.
	We know he's guilty, right?
	At this point, the bigger national scandal isn't the President's law-breaking behavior.
	House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, you heard what she said.
	The Inspector General determined the matter is urgent and therefore we face an emergency that must be addressed immediately.
	AOC, occasional cortex.
	At this point the bigger national scandal isn't the President's law-breaking behavior, it's the Democrat Party's refusal to impeach him.
	Congressman Dean Phillips.
	I came to Congress on a mission to clean up corruption and restore America's trust in our government.

	I think we've had about enough of this, and if they want to go for a second bite of this, I think they're making a very, very big mistake.
	Of course, Tulsi Gabbard, by the way, has qualified for the next debate.
	She is now the twelfth Democrat to qualify for it because of her position in the polls.
	She got two percent, which was the threshold, so she's going to be in the next debate.
	Whether or not she will get asked any questions, that remains to be seen.
	But another Democrat, Even though she wants to go for impeachment, again, she's a Democrat from California, so she needs to pay attention to the Hollywood lobbyists.
	Katie Hill, Vice Chair of the House Oversight Committee, said, yeah, this pushed each of us further and further and further toward the question of that, and what point do we need to push this towards a full-on impeachment proceeding?
	You know, you've got all the, you've got the radical left wing, you've got the Hollywood people and everything, to say, the scandal here is that we haven't done it already, said AOC.
	She said, but yes, it's, we know it's risky, right?
	We know that ultimately we're doing what we have to do to uphold the oath, of course.
	And that we took when we got sworn in in January.
	But we also know that it's coming potentially with the risk of losing our seats.
	But we know it's the right thing to do.

	They're going to lose their seats.

	You know, when I was giving you those comments from Democrats in Congress about how urgent this is and how necessary it is, one of those comments was from Nancy Pelosi.
	She said, the Inspector General determined the matter is urgent.
	Therefore, we face an emergency that must be addressed immediately.
	Well, here's something else that the Inspector General, the Intelligence Community Inspector General found.
	When looking at this whistleblower, the Inspector General also concluded that the whistleblower behind these allegations had, quote, political bias in favor of a, quote, rival candidate for U.S.

	And he has retained lawyers who worked for Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer.

	Meanwhile, you've got the White House working as fast as possible to release the actual complaint and to release the transcript.
	It looks to me like the White House doesn't have anything to hide, and the Democrats do.
	And it looks to me like this is a frame-up, another one of these things like the dirty dossier, the filthy fiction that had the fantasies of the Clintons all over it.
	They must have worked that up In conjunction with some input from Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein, right?
	What they came up with that dirty dossier that was totally fictional.
	As people are looking at this and saying, well, it looks like President Trump is ready to take on the establishment, the intelligence establishment.
	He is just getting so arrogant, and he's cozying up to Vladimir Putin and so forth.
	They never said that, as I pointed out.
	They never said that when there were secret meetings between JFK and the Soviet Union, making a deal to try to de-escalate things.

	I never said anything about that with them accusing him of cozying up to Khrushchev.

	Nevertheless, when we look at this, President Trump, they expect President Trump, and I hope he does, to release a great deal of documents that are going to expose things from the intelligence community.

	I didn't link the aid money to Ukraine's investigative actions.

	And even if it is in your interest, I mean, you can, as we had these discussions before, they were talking about it, you can give a politician, this happens all the time, happens to Nancy Pelosi by the way, you know, people give her lots of money, she passes laws to benefit those people and so forth, And there's no crime there, because you can't prove that it was a condition.
	It just was a coincidence, right?
	And if there's no quid pro quo evidence, and that is very hard to prove, unless you've got somebody like Joe Biden admitting it, admitting it on videotape, you can't really prove that.

	Because that, I think again, I think the real point in all of this was to throw a lot of mud at President Trump.
	But also to take Biden out of the running.
	But Biden actually did a quid pro quo, bragged about it.
	We've got the videotape of it.
	But we also had these Democrats, the Democrat Party itself, many Democrats.
	We had Robert Menendez in the Senate, Dick Durbin, Pat Leahy.
	All of them were telling, wrote to Ukraine in May of 2018 demanding that the Ukraine investigate President Trump.
	Demanding it!
	Now, how is that different from President Trump and Rudy Giuliani saying, you know, we've checked the way this money is traveling.
	It's routed from this country to this country, Latvia, Cyprus, and so forth.
	That's the way they typically launder money.
	Instead of just transferring it directly, they routed it through two or three different countries as well.
	Why don't you take a look into that?
	Aren't you interested in that?
	And yet, you know, that is supposed to be something that's impeachable.
	The Democrats did that in May of 2018.
	Please investigate Trump.
	Meanwhile, by the end of the week, Trump is going to release the transcript of the conversation.
	He's going to release the complaint from the whistleblower and the Inspector General's report.
	And that's going to happen by the end of the week.
	Doesn't look too good for them.
	And of course, the Senate GOP has said that they're going to quash the impeachment articles.
	Nobody has ever gotten an impeachment through in the Senate.
	Never, ever.
	We've had a couple, I think it's three, four people, I think maybe three, that have been impeached.
	Nevertheless, nobody has ever had that go all the way through in the Senate.
	And it isn't going to go through in this Senate either.
	So that isn't going to happen, but I think this whole thing is going to blow back in their faces massively this week.
	Let's talk about you and I. Let's talk about these corrupt people who are saying, we are just obliged by our oath to the Constitution to impeach President Trump.
	It has nothing to do with the politics in Washington.
	It has nothing to do with partisan politics.
	They just have to do it because of their oath to the Constitution.
	Well, let's talk a little bit about that oath to the Constitution.
	Let's talk about how they have violated this in order to establish The kind of control structures, weaponized control structures, that we now see being put in place very rapidly against you and I. We've had a lot of talk in the last couple of weeks, again, about brain reading technology, about neurocapitalism and so forth.
	This is nothing new.
	Quite frankly.
	We're now seeing, however, Zuckerberg at Facebook, Elon Musk and his Neuralink.
	As a matter of fact, Facebook, one of the things that came out in the news within the last week, are going to buy a company, Control Labs, CTRL Labs.
	They build software to let people control a digital avatar using only their thoughts.
	Same kind of technology that Elon Musk is talking about.
	You know, you just put on some kind of helmet or skull cap or net or something like that on your head and it can wirelessly read your thoughts.
	And so Facebook is going to pay between 500 million and a billion dollars to buy this company.
	As the Bloomberg article points out, they've been pushing deeper into augmented reality technology.
	In 2017, Facebook announced a brain-computer interface that could someday let people turn their thoughts into actual text on a screen by monitoring brain signals.
	Well, where is this kind of stuff coming from?
	Where's Elon Musk getting all of this information?
	We have various individuals writing for kind of left-wing papers.
	Very, very concerned.
	Vox, for example.
	A writer there, Seagal Samuel, is very upset about what corporations are doing.
	And so he talks about neurocapitalism, because, you know, capitalism is a dirty word to these people.
	Let me tell you what this really is.
	This is a public-private partnership, as I've said many times.
	You know, when we had Eisenhower talk about the military-industrial complex, he was originally talking about the academic military-industrial complex.
	Let's break that down.
	We're talking about the universities.
	They're the ones who get the research contracts, the money.
	We got the military, DARPA, and other people like that who are funding it.
	And then when we talk about industrial, that part of it, we're talking about corporations.
	Yes, it is a fascist system, a merger of government and corporations.
	And don't forget the academic part of that as well.
	And then they funnel all of this stuff through these corporations and say, well, it's not coming from us.
	We're not violating your due process.
	By spying on you without a warrant.
	It's the corporation that's doing that.
	And then they're just turning over that information to us because they own it.
	You do business with them, they collect information on you, they own that information about you, and they can turn it over to us freely.
	And they worked very, very hard, very, very hard to give these corporations legal immunity so they couldn't be sued by you for violating your privacy, for turning that information over.
	That's what they did with CISPA many times.
	SOPA, ACTA, PIPA.
	Finally they got CISA through.
	They had to kill Aaron Schwartz in order to do it.
	Because he fought them pretty hard to keep that from happening.
	But as Vox is talking about this, their only concern is the corporation, right?
	They talk about Facebook funding research on brain-computer interfaces.
	They say the researchers say they've already built an algorithm that can decode words and brain activity in real time.
	Yes, we know that.
	Musk's company has created flexible threads that can be implanted into a brain.
	That would allow you to control your smartphone or your computer with just your thoughts.
	And Musk wants to start testing on humans by the end of next year.
	So be afraid.
	Be very afraid of the corporations.
	Not of the government.
	Not of the military.
	But of the corporations.
	Your brain, the final privacy frontier, may not be private much longer.
	And I agree.
	I mean, we should be concerned about this.
	But when you look at the left, they don't ever believe that the government could do anything wrong.
	They don't ever believe that the government is the one that is the instigator of this and is the hidden hand behind the actions of people like Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk.
	They go on to say existing laws are not equipped to handle how these technologies are emerging.
	One individual tells Vox, I'm very concerned about the commercialization of brain data in the consumer market.
	The technologies have the potential to interfere with rights that are so basic that we may not even think of them as rights.
	Well, where are these people?
	When social media decides, even though they've announced that their business model is a digital public square, where are these people?
	When social media starts acting like authoritarian dictators.
	Come on in, everything is free, we've got these rules.
	Oh no, those rules don't apply to you.
	And we're going to change those rules and we're going to do whatever we want to.
	And now we can even say, even though we got immunity by saying we're not a publisher, now we can even say that we're a publisher.
	In the lawsuit with Laura Loomer, they can say they're a publisher and still do it.
	So they can be the public square, they can be a publisher, and they can still not take any responsibility as a publisher.
	And I'd have any liability for owning a digital public square.
	That is their business model.
	Meanwhile, we drag all of the bakers, the photographers, the calligraphers into court and say, you can't not do custom stuff for people.
	And so, Vox has a couple of ideas.
	We've got to update our laws, they said.
	We've got to have the right to cognitive liberty.
	We've got to have the right to mental privacy.
	We've got to have the right to mental integrity.
	We've got to have the right to psychological continuity, and on and on.
	I say, no, it's not that complicated.
	Just say that corporations can't do what we forbid government from doing.
	They can't track us.
	They can't steal from us.
	They can't lie to us.
	They can't create a public square and then control it?
	Right?
	Just say that corporations cannot do what government is prohibited from doing.
	And then we're going to have to take another step further.
	We're going to have to actually stop the government from violating the Constitution.
	All of these Democrats out there saying that your oath to the Constitution is just compelling you to impeach President Trump?

	Well, sooner than expected, the President has now released, unclassified, the telephone conversation that he had with the President of Ukraine, President Zelensky.
	Very interesting how this, I just got this, I was looking at this through the break.
	We'll get back to the brain stuff, because there's something I want to point out with that, that pull that stuff together.
	But let's take a look at this transcript.
	Again, it starts out with the President, President Trump, I'm saying congratulations.
	You know, they're exchanging compliments and so forth.
	You ended up winning easily.
	It's a fantastic achievement.
	Congratulations.
	President Zelensky then says, well, we did win big and we worked hard for this and we worked a lot, but I'd like to confess to you that I had an opportunity to learn from you.
	And we use quite a few of your skills and knowledge and blah, blah, blah.
	So they're complimenting each other, as you would expect in a diplomatic conversation.
	Finally, Zelensky concludes by saying, I think I should run more often, so you can call me more often, and we can talk over the phone more often.
	And the president laughs and says, that's a good idea.
	I think your country is very happy about that.
	Then Zelensky says, and this is kind of interesting, he says, well, yes, to tell you the truth, we are trying to work hard because we wanted to drain the swamp.
	So Zelensky says, we want to drain the swamp.
	So we've kind of imagined that the conversation from that point Funny you mention that, because there is a lot of corruption and there's been a lot of talk about corruption.
	As a matter of fact, let me just interject here.
	When I was talking about this whole history with Biden and so forth, in the previous administration there had been a lot of criticism about the corruption in Ukraine and how the prosecutor had looked the other way.
	the prosecutor who was eventually fired, had looked the other way, had not investigated the prosecutions.
	And yet there was one case that he was looking at, and that was the one that involved Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.
	And that was the one that he wasn't supposed to look at.
	And that was the one that Joe Biden bragged about the fact, we told this guy to shut this thing down, and they had that prosecutor fired within six hours.
	And then I left, and I went to the Ukraine.
	And so they've had a long history of a lot of scandals and so forth.
	And Ukraine is pretty corrupt, just like Washington.
	And so he said, we wanted to drain the swamp here in our own country.
	We brought in many, many new people, not the old politicians, not the typical politicians, because we want to have a new format, a new type of government.
	And you're a great teacher for us, and in that.
	Then President Trump says, well, it's very nice of you to say that.
	I will say that we do a lot for Ukraine.
	We spend a lot of effort.
	Not like Germany.
	Germany does almost nothing for you.
	And then he goes on to talk about Angela Merkel.
	She talks Ukraine, but she doesn't do anything.
	I wouldn't say that it's a reciprocal agreement between Europe and Ukraine.
	Necessarily because things are happening that are not good, but the U.S.
	has been very, very good to Ukraine.
	Zelensky then says, yes, you're absolutely right.
	Not only 100% right, but 1,000% right.
	And I can tell you the following.
	I did talk to Angela Merkel and I did meet with her.
	I also talked with Macron.
	I told them that they're not doing quite as much as they need to be doing on the issues with sanctions.
	They're not enforcing the sanctions.
	He said, logically, the European Union should be our biggest partner.
	But technically, the US is a much bigger partner than the European Union.
	And I'm very grateful to you.
	And then he says, we're almost ready to buy more javelins from the US for defense purposes.
	I don't know what kind of a weapon.
	I'm assuming that that is not a spear.
	Yeah, we're going to get some spears.
	We're going to give them our very best weapons.
	Tell you what we'll do.

	Is that okay?
	I don't know what the javelin is.
	It must be some kind of a missile system.
	Anyway, the President goes on.
	I would like you to do us a favor, though, because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it.
	I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine.
	They say CrowdStrike.
	CrowdStrike.
	I guess you have one of your wealthy people, the server, they say that Ukraine has it.
	In other words, we want to find out what's going on with this corruption of Hillary Clinton and CrowdStrike.
	We would finally like to know.
	Is that directed at Joe Biden?
	Is that directed at Hillary Clinton?
	And remember, CrowdStrike is not anything that is run by the intelligence services.
	CrowdStrike was the private company that Hillary Clinton and the DNC had, so that when the FBI went there to try to get the servers to find out what was going on, you know, was this really hacked by the Russians?
	Was it?
	And President Trump has been briefed by William Binney The whistleblower with integrity, William Binney, the global technical head for decades of the NSA, who became a whistleblower because he saw after 9-11 that the NSA was violating the Constitution.
	You know, the funny thing about that That William Binney, I've talked to him multiple times about this, and we never really kind of pointed out kind of the prior knowledge of this.
	You know, they say, well, that was just a reaction to 9-11.
	And Snowden's book that I got last week and gave you a very detailed report about what was in that book, Snowden didn't really talk about the NSA whistleblowers or Obama's war against whistleblowers and journalists.
	But William Binney, when he blew the whistle right after September 11th, he and others, they were very concerned because prior to September 11th, the NSA had already been working with private companies, spending a great deal of money, billions of dollars, with private contractors to create a surveillance system and violate the Constitution, violate the Fourth Amendment.
	William Binney, Thomas Drake and others had worked on one that would do this type of information anonymously so they could comply with the law, saying you're not going to spy on American citizens without a search warrant.
	And so they had a system that would do that.
	But the establishment had already paid a private contractor billions of dollars to violate the Constitution.
	And they rolled it out after September 11th.
	That was something, that was an effort That was in place for quite a while before September 11th for them to be able to roll it out then.
	So this is something that was there for a long time.
	Now CrowdStrike was the private company that was saying, there's nothing here, you know, when the FBI showed up, but no, we've already looked at it and we've done our evaluation and these are not the droids that you're looking for.
	Go your way.
	You know, so they use this Jedi mind tactic on the FBI and the FBI just said, okay, you know, they walked off.
	President Trump would like to know what's going on.
	Where are those servers?
	Where are the emails?
	Who's got them?
	Russia, you got them?
	Ukraine, you got them?
	Who's got them?
	I want to know what was going on there.
	We were told that it wasn't hacked by William Binney, who briefed the President and said it's technically not possible.
	If you look at the file time and date stamps, we have determined from a technical standpoint that this was handed over by a whistleblower just like Julian Assange said, just like WikiLeaks said.
	They said it wasn't given to them by a state actor, it was handed to them by an internal whistleblower.
	And William Binney and the NSA honest people, who are no longer in the NSA by the way, they said, yeah, they're right.
	That's not the case.
	And so President Trump is asking about CrowdStrike.
	CrowdStrike is not something that is a classified operation.

	It's kind of interesting because we get into this transcript, we get into Victoria Nuland.
	Remember, that was a leaked transcript from back in 2014.
	Appeared on YouTube, where the then ambassador, the Obama ambassador to Ukraine, was talking to people, picking who they were going to put into the Ukrainian government.
	You know, funding that overthrow, that coup, and so forth.
	That was kind of interesting, wasn't it?
	Kind of a swampy type of thing, and President Trump gets into that.
	But again, as we were just saying, he said, you know, this whole situation with Ukraine...
	After they exchanged pleasantries and so forth about how important each government is to each other, you know.
	He says, President Trump says, they say the situation with Ukraine, they say, you know, CrowdStrike, I think you got one of your wealthy people, the server, they say that Ukraine has got it, you know.
	CrowdStrike, again, that private company that tells the FBI what to do on behalf of Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
	Anyway, President Trump goes on to say, I'd like to have the Attorney General call you or your people, and I'd like you to get to the bottom of it.
	And then the Ukrainian president, Zelensky, says, well, we're ready to open a new page on cooperation and relations between the U.S.
	and Ukraine, and for that purpose, I just recalled our ambassador from the U.S.
	He'll be replaced by someone who is competent and who is experienced, and we'll work together, get closer on that.
	The president says, President Trump says, good, because I heard that you had a prosecutor who was very good, and he was shut down, and that's really unfair.
	He heard about that, yeah.
	We heard about that, too.
	We covered that many times.
	That was the prosecutor, again.
	With all the corruption that was going on in Ukraine, this corrupt government that was put in by Victoria Nuland and the Obama administration after they did their overthrow of the existing government there, there were a lot of cases that were not being investigated.
	That prosecutor was criticized for that, but he did open an investigation into the shady dealings that were happening in the company that was the natural gas company that Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son, was involved in.
	And so Joe Biden goes to the Ukraine And he bragged about it like a supervillain at the Council on Foreign Relations.
	That's what he was saying.
	He said, I went there and I told him, you got to get rid of that prosecutor.
	You know, we got a billion dollars worth of money that's coming to you.
	A billion dollars of loan guarantees.
	And those things are on the line.
	You better get rid of that prosecutor.
	And he said, son of a gun.
	After I told him, they got rid of that guy within six hours.
	And then I left.
	That was the message from the Obama administration.
	And from Vice President Joe Biden.
	Get rid of this prosecutor that's investigating the corruption of my son's company.
	And they did it.
	Within six hours.
	President said, well I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down.
	That's really unfair.
	A lot of people are talking about that, he said.
	The way they shut your very good prosecutor down.
	And you had some very bad people that were involved.
	Now Mr. Giuliani is a highly respected man.
	He was the mayor of New York City.
	A great mayor.
	I'd like for him to call you.
	I'll ask him to call you, along with the Attorney General.
	Rudy knows what's happening.
	He's a very capable guy.
	If you could speak to him, that'd be great.
	Former ambassador from the United States, that woman was bad news.
	And the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news.
	So I just want to let you know that.
	Who was that?
	That was Victoria Newland, again.
	caught, you know, picking the corrupt people that they were going to put in the Ukrainian government after they overthrew it.
	And then President Trump goes on and says that.
	The other thing, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution.
	Yeah, there's a lot of talk from Joe Biden himself about that.
	And a lot of people want to find out about that.
	So whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great.
	Biden went around bragging that he had stopped the prosecution.
	So if you can look into it, it sounds horrible to me.
	What's wrong with this?
	I don't know.
	Anyway, so far I haven't seen anything.
	Now, Judge Napolitano and Shepard Smith agree that this is really bad news, but I don't see anything in here that's... anything that's wrong with this.
	He's just saying, hey, you know, Joe Biden was bragging that he shut down the prosecution.
	Could you look into that?
	Zelensky, President of Ukraine, replies, I want to tell you about the prosecutor.
	First of all, I understand and I'm knowledgeable about the situation.
	Since we've won the absolute majority in our Parliament, the next Prosecutor General will be 100% my person, my candidate.
	He'll be approved by the Parliament and will start a new prosecutor in September.
	He or she will look into the situation, specifically to the company that you mentioned in this issue.
	In other words, CrowdStrike.
	CrowdStrike.
	And I have interviewed a Ukrainian whistleblower who says that in that corrupt government As he witnessed, there were people that were coming from the DNC, Alexandria Chalupa and others, who went into the country and they were, the Democrats, were working with the Ukrainian government to try to get dirt on President Trump for the 2016 election.
	To manufacture dirt.
	And that's what President Trump wants to know about.
	Who are these people who are trying to manufacture dirt about me?
	And while you're into it, let's look at the real dirt about Biden, really.
	So the president said, so Zelensky, the Ukrainian president says, I would kindly ask you if you have any additional information provide to us and so forth and so on.
	So we'll be working with you on this.
	President Trump says, well, We're going to go through some things.
	I'll have Mr. Giuliani give you a call.
	I'm also going to have Attorney General Barr call, and we will get to the bottom of it.
	I'm sure you'll figure it out.
	I heard the prosecutor was treated very badly.
	He was a very fair prosecutor, so good luck with everything.
	Your economy is going to get better and better, I predict.
	You have a lot of assets.
	It's a great country.
	I have many Ukrainian friends.
	They're incredible people and so forth, and so there's a lot of pleasantries at that point.
	And nothing else that I see here that looks like there's anything of any importance here.
	I'm just getting this so maybe I'm overlooking something.
	Nevertheless, what we see here is President Trump asking about CrowdStrike, asking about the prosecutor is gone, saying that Joe Biden is talking about this, bragging about the fact that he got this prosecutor fired.
	So could you look into that?
	Could you tell me what's going on with CrowdStrike?
	Where are the servers that have been concealed and covered up by Hillary and the DNC?
	And as we look at this, again, you know, Market Watch is saying, well, President Trump is really going to go to war with the intelligence.
	The intelligence agency has gone to war with President Trump, and they've gone to war with the American people, and they've gone to war with our elections.
	They're the ones who are trying to overthrow it, just like they overthrew the Ukrainian government.
	And it's about time that you have some people work together to shut down, to drain the swamp in America as well as, hopefully, maybe in Ukraine.
	I don't know who these players are.
	I don't know if they're... I mean, we've had several different Ukrainian governments there, and even though they're different parties, they are also very, very corrupt, just as we see here in America.
	So I don't know if they've got good guys there or not.
	But President Trump needs to get to the bottom of the corruption here.
	And as the intelligence agencies continue to come after President Trump, I think it's a very good thing that he immediately declassified this, did it very quickly, got out in front of this show trial that they're going to try to put on in the Democrat Party.
	Again, a guy who is allied with Hillary Clinton and Chuckie Schumer.
	He picked a law firm that's worked for those guys.
	He has a political bias according to the intelligence inspector general.
	This whistleblower has a political bias of his own.
	Who would have thought, right?
	Who would have thought that anybody In the intelligence bureaucracy, or the federal bureaucracy of investigation, or the department of so-called justice, who would have thought that any of them would have a political bias against President Trump, that they would try to overthrow our election, or that they would try to manufacture scandal?
	We all know what this is about.
	I tell you what, the Democrats are just, and MSNBC and CNN, they're just digging a deeper and deeper grave for themselves.
	So, that's the declassified report from President Trump and there's going to be more stuff coming out in the next couple of days.
	The whistleblower's complaint has not been publicly released to my knowledge.
	If that gets released shortly, we'll have that for you as well in this program.

	But I'm going to tell you the way this is being spun now by CNBC, for example.
	Here's their headline.
	Trump asks Ukraine president if he can look into Biden and his son in a phone call.
	Totally taken out of context.
	And they don't mention anything about the president asking about CrowdStrike and a server.
	I understand you guys know something about that.
	Could you help us with that?
	We've had a lot of very terrible things happen.
	We had this ambassador, this lady from the United States who worked with Obama, and you know, she was working to overthrow the government there and put certain people in charge and so forth.
	Got any information about that?
	A lot of corruption.
	We had this prosecutor, and as they point out in their bullet point at CNBC, Trump only mentioned Biden once during the 30-minute call.
	Uh, that was a five page transcript of what he said was again, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son, what Biden, the Biden stopped the prosecution.
	Uh, and, uh, as they were talking about the prosecutor, uh, Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution.
	So if you can look into that, that sounds pretty horrible to me.
	And the phone call began.
	With a congratulation to the Ukrainian president on his recent election, and the Ukrainian president said, we learned a lot from you, and we're going to try to drain the swamp here.
	It's like, oh, well, interesting, you know, because a lot of really suspicious stuff that happened with the Obama administration.
	Victoria Nuland, CrowdStrike, the servers that disappeared.
	He didn't even get into what Ukrainian whistleblowers have told me, who have had to subsequently flee for their life out of Ukraine.
	Because they talked about Alexandria Chalupa and the DNC people trying to invent dirt on President Trump.
	Yeah, I'd like to know about that crowd strike, that private company and so forth.
	So they don't mention any of that, they don't put any of that in context.

	Headline was brain reading tech is coming.
	And the law is not ready to protect us.

	Today, our scientists are mapping the human brain to unlock the answers to Alzheimer's.
	See, it's not about controlling the population.
	It's not about It's not about reading your mind and manipulating you.
	Okay, this is to save Alzheimer's, you know.
	And those autonomous killer robots, those that are being designed by DARPA, that's just to help little old ladies across the street.
	And as DARPA has tried to tell everybody, you know, they want to be able to read, alter, and implant memories.
	You know, find out what you remember.
	Delete it, maybe.
	Or give you a new memory of something that never happened.
	And that is just to help soldiers with PTSD.
	Well, there's a much simpler way.
	Don't send soldiers to fight in wars that are not justified.
	Don't send them needlessly to fight in these wars.
	That might be one solution that they're not going to try.
	But anyway, at that time, 2013, Barack Obama said, now is the time to reach a level of research and development for the Brain Project, not seen since the height of the space race.
	Think about that.
	Think about their commitment to resources.
	And so they started out Publicly, of course, there's a lot of projects that are funded on the dark black budget that you don't hear about.
	But they did a public appropriation of $100 million to kick off the BRAIN Project, which stands for Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies and so forth.
	And at the time, they said it's going to require a strong academic leadership.
	It's going to require public-private partnerships and so forth.
	And again, when we look at the military-industrial complex, Originally, Eisenhower had there the academic military-industrial complex.
	So think about that.
	Academic.
	That means the universities are going to make a lot of money off of this.
	The military, that's DARPA and so forth.
	And the industrial part is the corporations.
	So just talk about it as the DARPA University Corporation complex.
	And they're going to give you a complex if you let them in your mind.
	And I'm going to tell you when we come back from break that they're already there.
	They're already there.
	They don't need to get you to, you know, they said there's a lot of stuff that we can do, but the problem is we have to do it without it being intrusive and obvious.
	Right?
	That, you know, strapping you down and putting an electrode jack in the back of your head, that's kind of obvious.

	It is a long-standing effort of the intelligence community, the people who essentially took over where the Nazis and the war criminals in Japan left off.
	Our Operation Paperclip people, as they've been working on mind control experiments, basically through drugs and other methods, now they've gotten very technical and, uh...
	They believe that they've got something that's actually going to work, and they're openly funding it.
	Going back six years ago, 2013, they talked about a $100 million grant, and the statement from the White House at the time was talking about how they're going to have the military, DARPA, working with universities, working with public-private partnerships with different individuals.
	Is this why we're seeing this technology rolled out?
	Through Facebook, their reliable partner?
	You know, you have DARPA go through and they've got these ideas.
	Hey, you know, we could have something called a LifeLog, where we could put a permanent record out there of everybody's life.
	And then, lo and behold, they get some criticism.
	Well, they shut it down, but they shut it down the day that Facebook begins its LifeLog project.
	But the White House at the time was saying, in the last decade alone, scientists have made a number of landmark discoveries that now create the opportunity to unlock the mysteries of the brain.
	Just like the sequencing of the human genome.
	And then we also have new tools for mapping neuronal connections, and an increasing resolution of imaging technologies, and the explosion of nanoscience.
	So now they've got all these things.
	They don't have to mess with this stuff, you know, LSD and things like that.
	Now they've got more direct ways to manipulate people.
	A hundred million dollar project that he kicked off, and as they said, the co-director of one of these university projects said it could enable neuroscience to really get to the nitty-gritty of brain circuits.
	And that's been the piece that's been missing from the puzzle.
	Currently, they said at the time, 2013, currently scientists can monitor the activity of a single neuron using electrodes.
	They can watch the whole brain in action using functional magnetic resonance imaging, MRIs, And other techniques.
	But the middle ground that eludes them is, how do neurons work together in networks?
	And what happens when the brain's circuitry breaks down?
	And they said, remember this was back in 2013, within five years, the researchers say that scientists should be able to monitor tens of thousands of neurons at once, and within ten years, hundreds of thousands.
	And so the project's advocates compare the brain activity map to the human genome, and they had spent 3.8 billion dollars on that over 13 years.
	DARPA, in talking about its role in the BRAIN Initiative, again six years ago, was saying that they were going to reconfigure neural interface microsystems and let them communicate wirelessly.
	And listen to this, this is straight out of Total Recall, Philip K. Dick's novel that has been turned into a movie with both Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1990 and again with Colin Farrell in 2010.
	Think of this, when you think about total, you know, recall.
	When you watch that, think about the fact that the DARPA project, with hundreds of millions of dollars, billions quite frankly, we don't know how much of this is below the radar, but how they're working on non-surgical neurotechnology, they call it RAM.
	RAM, your memory.
	They have an acronym for that though, instead of random access memory, they say restoring active memory.
	We're going to have RAM programs that aim to facilitate the formation of new memories and retrieval of existing ones.
	They're going to create new memories that you never had.
	This is total recall, right?
	We're going to be able to retrieve your actual memories and then create new ones of experiences that you've never had.
	This is not science fiction.
	This is DARPA research projects bragging about what their focus is going to be on.
	Next one, restoring active memory.
	Replaying your RAM, is what they said.
	Ram Replay Program will investigate the role of neural replay.
	We're going to develop novel and rigorous computational methods.
	Which brain components matter in memory formation and recall?
	And also, how much they matter?
	And of course this is going to be to accelerate memory function and skill learning and so forth.

	That began with Edward Bernays and Woodrow Wilson being able to, on a grand scale, propagandize the population, control the information that you see and feed you a narrative from a lot of different trustworthy sources and then keep any other information away from you.
	And they've been able to weaponize that very effectively in that line of development.
	They went from networks of newspapers controlled by some oligarchs who had not just independent newspapers across the country but, you know, some people like William Randolph Hearst and others who had giant networks of newspapers and they could push across the country.
	They could push out a narrative.
	And then it got more sophisticated when they got into broadcast technology, radio, then television.
	Very, very sophisticated.
	But then it, along that line, DARPA and a psychologist said, you know, what if we had the Internet and we could do that on a large scale?
	And then once that technology became practical, they came out of cover and started openly funding with venture capital, the companies that now control the Internet and control the public discourse.
	And if you want to know where this is, this is ends up in the social credit score system.
	So that's yet another with all these technologies are converging and they have one thing in common.
	It is the government working in a private-public partnership, again, the government, the military, working with universities and with corporations, the academic-military-industrial complex, working to control you as a population.
	Here is how this is beginning to look.
	The IRS is testing behavioral analytics to verify online users.
	They have a program called BioCatch.
	Oh, isn't that nice?
	Going to catch your biometrics.
	It's part of an e-authentication system.
	You know, we have all these conservatives who are naively buying into E-Verify.
	They say, well, we got no control over the borders.
	Just like we had no control over drug use.
	So we're going to have to have a war on the border And a war on your privacy, just like we had a war on drugs and a war on your privacy.
	And a war on due process.
	And a war on the Constitution.
	And a war on individual liberty.
	They always come up with a problem.
	An intractable problem that they can't ever solve.
	Like drug use.
	Or like terrorism.
	There's always going to be some group that they can identify as terrorists.
	And they want to have this open border situation.
	Because they can get conservatives who would never, ever agree to a national identity card in a situation where you have to get permission from the government in order to get a job and they are now begging for E-Verify because we've got an out-of-control border.
	You've got a very simple solution.
	You could use the military to control the border and you could keep these people out of the legal system here in the United States.
	But we can't do that.
	No, no.
	The obvious, simple, workable solution, we're not going to be allowed to do that.
	Because the politicians don't want it, and they're going to use the judicial tyrants to tell us that we can't do that.
	So, since we don't have that, they want to push E-Verify.
	Everybody has to get an electronic identity, and then you have to beg the federal government to get a job.
	To work.
	And then the IRS is going to have its own biometric identification, BioCatch.
	BioCatch collects behavioral metrics.
	In other words, are you left or right-handed?
	What kind of pressure are you using?
	And while you're interacting with them, they're going to be identifying that.
	You know, they might even use the camera on your computer to get some biometrics there.
	They're constantly spying on everything that you do.
	You're not being paranoid if you understand this.
	You're being naive if you don't.
	They'll do this without impacting user experience, and they'll establish a profile for the user.
	I mean, you've got departments of motor vehicles that are collecting all this information, this biometric information, your picture and your driver's license, using that to create a biometric database.
	What are they going to do with that?
	You know what they're going to do with that.
	Come on.
	CBS New York says the New York Police Department is using a sentiment meter on social media.
	And so what they're doing is they're monitoring social media.
	They've got an app for that.
	And they want to know what people think and what they're saying about the New York Police Department.
	How similar is this to what the Chinese government is doing?
	The Chinese government says, well, we're monitoring our citizens.
	We're monitoring their comments.
	What do they think about Us, these politicians, what do they think about their local government?
	Are they critical of the government?
	Are they critical of the police department?
	That's what the New York Police Department wants to know.
	And they're already implementing these tactics, these structures.
	That's what I'm saying.
	That's the other strain.
	It's not as sensational, it's not as much of a Philip K. Dick science fiction approach.
	I mean, that is pretty scary that these people are going to be able to pull that off.
	And they already are pulling it off.
	I mean, we're years into this program.
	But they already have the capability to scrape this information off.
	It said in September 2016, so they've been doing this for a while.
	September 2016, 6.1 out of every 10 New Yorkers said they trust the cops.
	Now the trust is up at 6.6.
	They're going to be looking at what people are saying on social media to evaluate whether or not you believe them.
	And they're going to be looking and using social media, controlling the information that you see, what you hear, and what you say, and then watching what you say.
	It provides a perfect opportunity for them to propagandize the public because they get feedback from it.
	Secret FBI subpoenas for personal data go far beyond what was previously known.
	Oh really?
	You don't think we really knew this?
	The agency, why is it that they always talk about the FBI as being an agency?
	It's a bureaucracy, right?
	It's the Federal Bureaucracy of Investigation.
	It's not the Federal Agency of Investigation.
	Anyway, the bureaucrats say that this is crucial to counter-terrorism.
	New records reveal the FBI requests go far beyond Silicon Valley.
	They go to, they collect, scrape information from banks, from credit agencies, from cell phone carriers, even from universities.
	Oh, isn't that interesting?
	You've got the university, corporation, military, all of them working together again.
	The demands can scoop up a variety of information including usernames, locations, IP addresses, records of purchases.
	They don't require a judge's approval and they usually come with a gag order.
	So these people can't Tell you that they've turned over information about you to the government.
	And again, this goes back to the 1950s.
	They were doing that.
	That's why we had the FISA court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Acts, and so forth.
	Because they were already spying on Americans.
	So when you look at that, and you look at the HARPA program that's being pushed by the Susan Wright Foundation, pushed through Ivanka.
	HARPA through Ivanka on President Trump.
	This is our social credit system.
	They're going to sell it, telling us that they've got to keep us safe from gun control.
	Safe home, and so forth.

	And we're going to talk to him about why the government came after him, what they did.
	It's a very familiar story when I look at it.
	The idea that the government is going to engage in civil asset forfeiture.
	Take your assets so you can't defend yourself.
	Hide information that would show that you were innocent.
	That's exculpatory evidence.
	I see that over and over again every time I talk to somebody.
	Has any interaction.
	With the Department of Justice, that's what I see.
	But this case is particularly egregious since he's helping homeless vets to get a skill to become productive workers in society.

	But I want to go back and talk a little bit about this story that was up on the Drudge Report from InfoWars, actually coming from Dan Taylor, Old Thinker News.
	The idea That has been put forth by a professor from Penn State University.
	His name is Larry Backer in a 2018 paper called Next Generation Law.
	Data-driven governance and accountability based regulatory systems in the West and social credit regimes in China.
	Think about that.
	We've had already a lot of Narratives floated out there about how, well, you know, we don't really want to have judges anymore.
	I think we get rid of judges and juries.
	We can just have some AI program that's going to make the determination because we can count on the programs to be objective.
	And I would just hope that anybody at this point, we've all had some experience with computers, right?
	Can we just dispense with this nonsense that computers are objective and error-free?
	Come on!
	Just look at the self-driving car nonsense.
	And look at the garbage in, garbage out that everybody that's ever had anything to do with the inside of a computer program knows about, right?
	Or take a look at climate change, that whole fraud, based on information from authority sources.
	Because of who it is, you must believe this.
	Of course our models make a lot of assumptions, many of them not true, and then we make predictions, and those don't come to pass, but that's okay, because science says so.
	Science and our robots, our analytics, our algorithms, and so you trust that.
	And this is a very real danger.
	As he was saying, There is a resistance right now to the social credit system.
	Not enough.
	Not nearly enough.
	And that's really what concerns me.
	I would have thought that people would be up in arms about the idea that the world's largest corporations ever could act in a concerted effort to remove InfoWars and other people.
	I mean, they did InfoWars first.
	And then at the little show trial that they had in Washington, when Alex showed up, Marco Rubio and the others didn't want to hear anything from Alex.
	You know, that was the most egregious, most complete censorship of anybody, ever.
	And Marco Rubio, when he was caught in the hallway, pretended that he didn't know who Alex was, and then later admitted that he was lying about that.
	You would think that he wouldn't be so clueless or so dishonest.
	But no, that is really the case.
	And then they double down and use that as a pretense to remove Alex from Twitter, which is the remaining one that he was still on.
	But when we look at this, he says, the masses are being socialized as a collective and the great culture management machinery of Western society develops a narrative in which such activity is going to be naturalized within Western culture.
	And how is that going to be done?
	Well, it's going to be done with the help of television, movies, and other related media that are now approved.
	They get the check mark, election guard, right, and news guard from Microsoft and DARPA.
	They're going to tell you who you can trust, give them that little check mark on the browser program and so forth.
	You can trust everything from the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, and so forth.
	Don't trust anything from anybody else.
	And then, of course, you're going to be propagandized by television and movies to think that this activity is natural, moving the Overton window.
	That's the old psychological term for that.
	And so, as he said, is it possible to socialize masses, even mass democracy, to become a collective, to embrace this pattern of data disclosure beyond these immediately self-serving closed-loop systems?
	Well, of course it is.
	Of course it is.
	That's a rhetorical question.
	We're seeing it happening right now.
	Would it be possible for the state to develop systems for the enforcement of laws, both criminal and regulatory, that depend on intelligence by inducing the masses to serve as positive contributors of data necessary for enforcement or regulation?
	Of course!
	That's what the Internet was designed for by DARPA.
	They saw that.
	They realized that they could control the narrative.
	They saw the experiments from Ash using peer pressure.
	They saw the experiments from Milgram using authority figures to pressure people.
	They implemented it on the internet with social media censorship and control, and then of course there's all the geospatial intelligence.
	And it's already being used, as I pointed out, by the New York Police Department, by the IRS, by the FBI, all these other, they're setting up biometric databases, they're scraping social media to find out what you think about them, and they're very concerned about whether or not you like them or not.
	And the only thing they haven't implemented right now in New York City is the penalties.
	But I bring all that stuff up, And the Brain Initiative to actually physically monitor your thoughts.
	And this is near implementation.
	I mean, you've already got Facebook and Elon Musk ready to roll this stuff out in the next year.
	Oh, it's just for a game, right?
	It's just for fun.
	No, it's not.
	It's very, very dangerous.
	Once they can read your mind collectively, once you have absolutely no privacy, once all of your thoughts are transparent to them, what a hell!
	They have in mind for us.
	And yet, they really can do that right now with the tools that they have with social media and their analytics and their geospatial intelligence.
	Here's a story from Simon Black.
	What I learned from having my mind manipulated this weekend.
	Now, how did they do this?
	Did they wirelessly beam some stuff into him?
	They have to wear a neural cap?
	No.
	He talks about meeting a guy whose name is Apollo Robbins.
	He says, best in the world at what he does.
	He's been called a lot of different things.
	Magician, illusionist, mentalist, even a gentleman thief.
	But he said, he was a guinea pig.
	He said, Apollo asked me to think of any four-letter word as well as the hour and minute of a random time of day, like 2.15 or 11.40, whatever.
	Write them both down on a piece of paper.
	Now he said, there's approximately 5,000 four-letter words in the English language, 720 different time stamps I could have chosen from.
	So between the two, that makes a total of roughly 3.6 million different combinations.
	So Apollo would have only had a 0.0000277% chance of guessing both right.
	The odds are so low that he would have had a better chance of being struck by lightning.
	And so he started talking about my selections.
	He asked me if I felt the choices were mine and mine alone.
	I absolutely did.
	I picked my words.
	I picked the time.
	In fact, to be sure I wasn't being manipulated, I chose my word by selecting from random letters.
	There was a tree nearby, so I chose T. A hotel worker was carrying a bottle of water, so I picked a W. A person was standing near me named Steve, so I chose an S. I picked a random vowel, A, and then I arranged the letters into a word.
	There's no way Apollo could have known any of that.
	And yet, when he pulled out his wallet, He said, uh, there was a small folded photograph of his bedside table.
	And the photo showed a notepad on the nightstand with a single four-letter word written on it.
	That was the one that I picked.
	It also had a picture of a clock on a nightstand with a time of 722.
	He said that was what I'd picked as well.
	And he said, he told me that he forced me to make those choices.
	He wasn't reading his mind.

	He has the first ever class action lawsuit that's been allowed by a federal judge against the Veterans Administration.
	Also, another interesting aspect about this is what they shut down.
	It set up what I would call an apprentice program that would help vets, many of them homeless, And it was shut down by the Veterans Administration.
	And what he alleges in this lawsuit is a pattern of behavior that we've seen many, many times of civil asset forfeiture, of denying due process, because that's what civil asset forfeiture is by definition, but many other aspects of due process have been denied in his trial, and also by hiding exculpatory evidence, which again seems to be a common tactic of the Department of Justice now.
	Evidence that would show that you're innocent of what they charge you with.
	So joining us now is John Davis.

	Tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into this and what you were actually teaching the vets to do.
	You were teaching them about HVAC systems, right?
	Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, that type of thing.
	Getting jobs for homeless vets.
	Tell us a little bit about that and how that apprenticeship program was kind of set up.
	Well, the idea came to me because I had done consulting around the country with a lot of different air conditioning companies of all sizes, and they all had the same problem, that they couldn't find enough technicians and installers for them to be able to grow and operate their business.
	And I went around the country to really find a school, more or less to show them up, And to help fix our problem.
	But what I found was that trade schools almost hiring out of them because they really didn't innovate anything.
	And so I started down that process and part of that, I became more aware of the veterans plot, especially at ranks E7 and below.
	They just, they really didn't have a, they had really been forgotten.
	40, 45% under an unemployed rate, high suicide rate.
	And I thought, well, if these guys had a really sustainable job where they could earn a good living, that would probably put them in a better place.
	And the HVAC community really needed guys like that because they had all the really good fundamentals.
	They know how to show up on time, follow a process, not afraid of hard work.
	And so I said, we need to put these two groups of folks together.
	And that's how Retail Ready Career Center was born.
	And.
	It sounds like a great idea.
	I mean, you've got a successful HVAC business.
	You said your sales are about $2 million.
	You were aware of the fact that there was a labor shortage and that it took a very long time and a lot of investment for most people to get trained in the skills of this, and you had a different way to do this, and you realize that there's also an unutilized labor pool out there of veterans, many of them homeless.
	So, what was... Well, first of all, tell us.
	You got these people through in about six months.
	What was different about your program and getting them through in a quicker period of time?
	Well, part of what I understood why people weren't being successful moving through traditional trade schools was that they took too long.
	And life happens, and especially when paychecks aren't coming in.
	And I also didn't want to reinvent the wheel.
	The military basic training was designed perfectly.
	Short amount of time, really intense.
	So instead of dragging it out by going two or three hours a day, one or two days a week, we put it together 10 hours a day, five days a week for six weeks.
	So it was total immersion and we removed all of the distractions.
	We flew them in from all around the country and all around the world.
	And we provided their transportation from the hotel to school, back and forth every day.
	And we provided their hotel.
	And we catered breakfast, lunch, gave them a weekly stipend every Monday to cover the cost of their dinners.
	So they didn't have to worry about if they had a pay ramp.
	They didn't have to worry about getting to school and back, about gas or car payments.
	They didn't have to worry about eating.
	Everything was taken care of for them.
	And we started going to work on getting them a job the day that they enrolled.
	We had a placement department that was the same size as our admissions department.
	And so as soon as they enrolled, a placement counselor contacted them and found out where they wanted to live after graduation.
	And if we didn't already have relationships with contractors in their area, then we would send somebody down to that area and start selling that student to those employers.
	Wow, sounds like a great program.
	Very comprehensive.
	You thought of all this and you compressed the time schedule by doing a very intense program.
	You took care of all the material needs of these guys because many of them were homeless and so forth.
	What went wrong with the VA?
	And I'm assuming that the VA was putting, because these people are homeless, that they're paying for the tuition.
	So what was the issue with the VA that they complained about?
	Well, that's really part of what we've been trying to understand for the last two years.
	Before the FBI raided my building, we had just completed a VA audit, a regular annual audit.
	This one was completed by the director of veteran affairs herself.
	And they looked at everything.
	And we got a letter back from them saying that we were an exemplary school, that the veterans were being well served, and that they could not find any deficiencies in anything that we were doing.
	Not a single administrative error.
	And two months, I think, after getting that letter, 60 FBI agents surrounded my school and held my employees at gunpoint and wouldn't let students go into the school.
	And the bank accounts were empty.
	They cleared everything out.
	There was no warning.
	There was no letter.
	There was nothing other than saying that you guys are doing a great job.
	Wow, that's amazing.
	So two months after you get an audit by the Veterans Administration itself saying you're doing a great job, two months later the FBI shows up, gun points on everybody, empty out all of your financial accounts and everything.
	No indication of what you've done.
	And this is a pattern of behavior, and we're going to get the details about what else happened in the legal process, but this is a pattern of behavior, folks.
	That we have seen in one area after the other.
	I've had the same story from people talking about how CPS has taken away their kids without any due process.
	They just show up and all of a sudden your kids are gone.
	You can't find out what even the accusations are against you.
	And they just take everything.
	It's called civil asset forfeiture.
	They pretend that you don't get any due process because they're charging the assets themselves with the crime.
	This is something that, a fiction, that began as part of the war on drugs but now it has metastasized Out into all these different aspects.
	It's gone from the war on drugs to the war on children with CPS.
	Now here's an individual who's trying very successfully to help veterans, homeless veterans, get skills to enter the job market, gets a clear bill of sales, and then all of a sudden this happens.
	So, still to this, this has gone on for a couple of years.
	You've now had a federal judge for the first time authorize a lawsuit, a class action lawsuit against the VA.
	You still haven't gotten any indication as to what they are concerned about or why they did this?
	No, we really haven't.
	I've never been charged.
	There's not been one single person charged with a crime.
	They're hiding behind an ongoing pending investigation to hide behind that for the civil asset forfeiture case, which we had dismissed from a federal judge two times because the government could not state a claim.
	To think that we could have a Sixth Amendment that says that you have to be, you know, they gotta have a search warrant that's specific as to what they're looking, why they're looking, where they're gonna look.
	You have to be given charges, you have to be found guilty, and then they can assess penalties, and they can't be excessive.
	But these guys can take everything you've got.

	Are we really free?
	You know, we hear all these people, these Democrats, who say, well, we are just obliged to impeach President Trump because he took a vote for the Constitution.
	Well, we have a Constitution that, for the Fifth Amendment, says you will not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process.
	The Sixth Amendment defines what that due process is.
	says that you'll be informed of the nature and the cause of the accusation against you. You'll be able to confront the witnesses against you. You'll have counsel if you can't afford it. It will be provided for you.
	You'll have a right to a speedy trial, an impartial jury. The trial will take place in the area where the crime is supposedly to have occurred. And yet, here we're talking to John Davis, who two years ago had the FBI show up to his property two months after he had been given an evaluation and audit by the Veterans Administration, passed with flying colors. They show up at gunpoint. They take everything that he's got.
	Everything that he's got.
	And he still, to this day, two years later, has no idea as to why they did it.
	They didn't give him a reason, they didn't inform him of the nature or the cause of these actions.
	They've deprived him of his property before he had a trial, and this is all operating under the legal fiction called civil asset forfeiture, which is running rampant here in Texas.
	The Institute of Justice, as Megan Fox points out in this article about John Davis, the state of Texas here, and he is in Plano, Texas, the state of Texas gets a D-plus and civil forfeiture according to the Institute of Justice.
	So we don't even do well compared to other states and we have many states that have now ignored this whole process.
	John, do you have any theories as to why they might have done this?
	I mean, you're just guessing, right?
	Because they don't tell you.
	They're just violating the law by not telling you.
	But do you have any theories?
	The theories that I've asked myself that question an awful lot over the last two years is I've had a lot of time to ponder that very thing.
	And in my research about veterans and their plot in life, I did learn that there's a really high breakage rate on the GI Bill, meaning that a very small percentage of the veterans ever use their GI Bill.
	and especially in the lower ranks.
	And I think that it was in the neighborhood of 70 to 80% never use it.
	And it's their best benefit that they've earned after their term of service.
	And I think that my school really scared whoever pulls the purse strings over the GI Bill because I think that they saw, well, here's a school that in three years graduated thousands and a bunch of them spent money that otherwise would not have.
	And that's only a theory, it's a guess.
	theory, I guess.
	out.
	Well, that's a pretty good idea, you know, because when we look at the way the GI Bill is typically used, it's typically used to get people to go to universities, and that is a very long, drawn-out situation, and for the type of people that you're looking at, where a large percentage of them are not only unemployed, but they're homeless, they don't have any way to support themselves while they go to college, and the tuition has gotten so expensive in college, And the benefits on the back end, I mean, look at how many people go to college for four years, get a degree, and then aren't able to get a job.
	So when you look at that, that would explain why you got 78% of the people don't follow through and exercise those GI Bill benefits because there really aren't that beneficial.
	But if they could go to a trade school and they could finish that trade school in six weeks and get a job and you help them to get a job, I mean, that is something that would be very, very beneficial to the veterans, wouldn't it?
	Absolutely, after six weeks and we've got so many students that graduated on Friday and started their new job on Monday and the average income of a service technician is 50 grand a year and they get that after six weeks and plus it's not just that 50,000, it really shifts their thinking and gives them a lot of other options.
	There's so many different opportunities in the trades because they've been ignored for so long and that's really where the middle class is and those jobs can't be automated, they can't be shipped out overseas.
	There's five million open jobs that pay 50 grand to 100,000 a year after a very short term in a trade school and that can lead into small businesses and a lot of other opportunities.
	That's where the middle class is sitting.
	That's right.
	That's right.
	Yeah, no doubt about it.
	You've got a great program and we just shake our heads and say I can't imagine why they would shut this thing down.
	But I want to focus for the rest of the time that we've got here.
	I want to focus on the civil asset forfeiture aspect of this and the fact that The FBI can show up with guns drawn and they can take everything that you've got and they never have to give you an answer for this.
	And I've talked about this and the government has known about this.
	Within the last few days I read a transcript from 1999 where they're talking about the abuses of civil asset forfeiture within the war on drugs.
	They talked about a guy who had a charter flight business and they confiscated his plane.
	Because he had flown some guy that did a business deal that was tangentially involved in drugs.
	And so they arrested that other guy.
	They knew he had nothing to do with it.
	But they still took his plane.
	He had to sue them for years.
	They bankrupted him and so forth.
	And so they've known about this for decades.
	We've seen this over and over again.
	How do we get into a situation like this?
	Most Americans don't really think that this can happen to them, even though we have story after story of how they've had this done with CPS, how it's been done with the drug war.
	I mean, even the IRS does this type of thing, taking your property and you've got to prove you're innocent.
	But now we've got a new aspect here with the red flag gun laws that's being talked about.
	All of these movements in all these different areas Where our government is not following the Constitution, not giving people a fair trial, not even telling them what they're accused of, just taking action against them.
	Tell us a little bit more about the ordeal that you have been going through for the last two years.
	Well, I would have been one of those people.
	I had never heard of civil asset forfeiture before, and I would have never believed in a million years that all it takes is for a law enforcement officer of any VA, the United States Postal Service, or a police officer, all they need to do is write up a sworn statement and
	And they take it over to a magistrate judge who essentially rubber stamps it and doesn't question it.
	And that's it.
	And I still have not seen that.
	So I couldn't tell you what accusations were made against me.
	And of course this is nothing but armed robbery because they keep 70% of what they steal from people.
	And I use the term steal because that really is what they're doing.
	If you can go out and take people's property without accusing them, without doing any due process, and then keep most of it, it is just outright theft.
	And it's being done...
	You know, this is not even the war on drugs, folks.
	We got accustomed to it.
	We allowed that to happen.
	They're doing it to our children.
	They're going to do it in gun control aspects.
	But here they're doing it to a school that is helping veterans to get a trade and to get their life back.
	And actually, my attorneys told me when this happened, John, if you would have been a drug dealer, you would have been given a more fair shake.
	And it just, it is absolutely nauseating and I don't understand how that it continues.
	There's a lot of different organizations, police organizations that don't want to let this shiny tool go because it fills their coffers.
	And there's plenty of stories about police departments buying margarita machines and Uh, paying extra overtime and bonuses.
	And it is.
	It's flat out theft.
	Yeah, and we got accustomed to that.
	We were programmed for that.
	You know, I think about Miami Vice.
	That was where they first put it out there for the public.
	And it's like, oh, look, this is really cool.
	They got a Lamborghini or whatever.
	This guy in Florida, Parkland, that sheriff who did nothing, Sheriff Israel, he had a Lamborghini that he had all painted up in their colors.
	And he was proud of the fact that he stole that from somebody.
	We allow that to happen in the worst case scenarios.
	And the worst case scenario, folks, is when your government becomes criminal. And when they don't follow due process, when they do what they just did to John Davis, running a school to teach HVAC trade to homeless veterans, and they take everything they've got, and here he is two years later, he still can't figure out what is going on with it. It's absolutely insane. And anybody, this can happen to anyone.
	I mean, look, you talk about a drug dealer being treated better.
	I mean, Purdue was given a much better treatment after the opioid epidemic that they put out there.
	I mean, they didn't even use any asset forfeiture against them.
	They cut a deal with them.
	So sorry to hear that happening, John.
