	It's time to figure out what is going on, not only in the phony climate narratives that CNN tried to escalate.
	They failed miserably, by the way.
	The ratings are now in, and you will not believe how low it was.
	But we've got some great clips.
	I think you're going to find very, very entertaining of what the Democrats said.
	Very, very funny, but in a dark way.
	Because if these people get elected, it's Katy, borrow the door.
	They are grasping at straws.
	Yeah, plastic straws.
	And your meat, and your car, and your air conditioning, and your jet points.
	They want to repeal the 20th century.
	It's absolutely amazing what these people are involved in.
	But at the same time, that this absurd show is going on, and it's not really, as I said, as ridiculous and as much of a theater of the absurd that CNN and the Democrat candidates have become.
	It's a very real threat if these people, and there's a lot of people who support this view, because we have been using our educational system To propagandize generations of children.
	That's right, we turned them over to the government.
	We said, here, you educate them.
	And guess what they did?
	They've turned them into little socialist monsters who worship the government, who are begging it to take away not only their material things, but also their God-given rights, because they don't believe in God.
	But they will appeal to God, and they're doing that now, for the moral authority to regulate you.
	And to push you into a kind of austerity that we last saw with Chairman Mao and his cultural revolution.
	So we're going to be talking about that.
	And we're going to be talking about total information control.
	It's absolutely amazing when you see the military industrial complex.
	Big Brother, Big Tech, all these people going to the Facebook headquarters to talk about how they're going to secure, secure the U.S.
	elections.
	And I've talked about this for how long?
	Election Guard?
	They're going to guard the election?
	They're going to count the votes?
	DARPA's going to do it?
	What could possibly go wrong?
	But, no, you should be afraid of the... Who is it?
	The Russians.
	That's right.
	The Russians are going to hack the election.
	No, it's going to be the military-industrial complex.
	It's going to be the NSA, the CIA.
	All of these trustworthy institutions that have spent the last two years trying to overthrow the last election after the fact, they're going to make sure that they Do this as it's happening with the next election.

	CNN spent so much time at this debate talking about how this now Class 1 hurricane, Dorian, Was unprecedented.
	We'd never seen anything like this before.
	And it's like, well, obviously we have.
	Anybody of a certain age, especially if you grew up in Florida, you've seen this over and over again.
	I've seen the media hype storms that petered out so many times.
	And then the other storms that, you know, they didn't give that much attention to turned out to be very devastating.
	They have no idea.
	They have no idea.
	And so they spent a great deal of time Trolling President Trump on a map where he had chad the path a few days ago saying it was going to go to Alabama.
	We're going to show you how desperate they are.
	We're going to take a brief look at what people have called Sharpie gate.
	And then we'll get into some of the outright tyranny and the CNN forum.

	It's Friday, September the 6th, Year of Our Lord 2019.
	I'm David Knight, your host.
	It's time to wake up America and take a look at what CNN is trying to do.
	They have had a week of failures and we're going to take a look later in the broadcast.
	I want to take a look a little bit at the Facebook meeting that was held with the military-industrial complex and the big tech machinery that is going to enact an Orwellian Surveillance of you and everybody else.
	I mean, this is full spectrum, folks.
	It's not just about taking your guns.
	It's about putting you away in an asylum.
	It's about rigging the elections.
	And of course, this meeting that they had on Wednesday was supposed to be a meeting that was going to protect our elections, secure the elections.
	You know, like the Patriot Act was patriotic.
	And the Safe Home Act that's part of this new bureaucracy is being proposed.
	That's going to protect you at home.
	No, it's going to spy on you at home.
	It is going to identify you as dangerous, pre-crime.
	So they can not only use that as a justification to take your guns, but to take you as well.
	Because they've already taken your speech.
	Do you think if they think that your speech is so dangerous that you need to be silenced?
	Maybe you need to be overtly banned if you won't shut up, like they did InfoWars.
	Oh, by the way, you can find our videos at Band.Video, because we're not going to shut up.
	But if they think that you're dangerous, they will stop at nothing, and they continue to escalate this.
	But let's take a look at just one aspect of this, because they kept trying to use in the CNN forum They kept trying to tell everybody, look, Hurricane Dorian.
	We've never seen anything like this.
	We've got a hurricane coming at Florida and the Bahamas in late August and early September.
	This is unprecedented.
	No, it's not.
	And it's now down to a Category 1.
	We have seen this over and over again.
	It is not unprecedented.
	It is tragic for many people who have been caught in this, and there's a lot of, I'm not downplaying what has happened to certain people, but they are trying to panic you.
	And they're lying to you about various things for their agenda.
	In other words, saying that this is unprecedented, this is part of climate change, it's proof.
	It's proof.
	And as part of this, they decided that they would troll President Trump, and they've been doing it for days.
	Because you know when you're trying to predict the weather, and I've been to the American Meteorological Society's meeting when they had it here in Austin, as I've talked about it before, there were literally hundreds, perhaps over a thousand different scientists with their computer models and their various ideas about how they could try to predict the weather.
	And they would talk about how their model was set up, what factors they were measuring and so forth, and they would then measure, they would try to predict the weather, then they would measure it over a few days, and then they would present their findings to their colleagues, and they would try to learn from each other so that they could, that's the way science is done.
	But then when you look at this whole thing, there was one exhibit there about climate change at that AMS.
	And it was put up by a Soros And they would not go on record to talk to me.
	They refused to be interviewed by me.
	And they just, you know, they ran away.
	No, no, no, not getting on camera, not getting on camera.
	Because what they had up, and we took pictures of it anyway, we still did a report of what they were trying to, how they were trying to propagandize the meteorologists and those weathermen on TV who were doing the newscasts.
	And they said, people trust the weathermen, but most weathermen don't believe in climate change.
	And so we have to get you guys, you guys have got to join with us.
	You've got to start preaching to them.
	You've got a lot of influence of people, and you can convince them this is real.
	And I said, who's going to convince them it's real?
	These are guys who are struggling to predict the weather two or three days in advance.
	And you're going to tell them that they've got to sell people on a model that's predicting not only weather but climate?
	Decades?
	Maybe centuries in advance?
	Come on.
	Come on.
	They know better than that.
	And so they were really struggling with that.
	It's just appalling that so few meteorologists actually Believe this climate science.
	And it's like, yeah, because they study the weather.
	And so when you look at something like the path of a hurricane, there's a lot of uncertainty in it, right?
	Remember when it first showed up on the Drudge Report?
	It's all those different red lines going everywhere.
	You know, it's kind of close and then they diverge widely because you don't know where this thing's going to go over a period of days.
	They wound up stopping for a while.
	Well, they didn't expect that, did they?
	And so There was a map that President Trump had and it showed it going across Florida and heading up the Gulf Coast towards Mississippi, Alabama area.
	And that's it right there.
	And President Trump made some kind of a comment about it heading towards Alabama.
	And CNN and even The Hill have been going apoplectic about this.
	Look at this!
	He's got an aide who came in and said, well, yeah, we gave him that information.
	You know, we told him Alabama was one of the places that it might be going.
	And, uh, they are just flipping out about this.
	So CNN's got a story today.
	Anatomy of a fiasco, a detailed timeline.
	Talk about focusing.
	I mean, they're focusing on this like they did flight 370.
	Where did it go?
	What could have happened?
	I mean, it's not in the Bermuda Triangle, but you know, maybe it was, uh, some, uh, alien ship took it down.
	I mean, they actually did that, right?
	They had the little model plane and they go pew pew at the desk.
	I mean, it was literally, they did that.
	Remember that?
	Remember when they did that?
	And so now they're obsessing over President Trump and a projection, like last weekend maybe, you know, where it could go.
	And this is the way they began the article.
	Then he repeated the claim after it was debunked by the National Weather Service.
	Then he insisted the media not him was in the wrong.
	Then he tried to prove his point.
	Then he tried again, tweeting it out.
	And then he tried again and again, he tweeted out some other stuff.
	And it's like, and then CNN is trying again and again.
	And in the middle of all of this Sharpiegate, Breitbart caught them putting up on their TV screen the graphics, Florida on heightened alert for Hurricane Dorian.
	And they show, pull up that picture from the Breitbart story.
	They took a screenshot of it.
	And CNN, in the midst of trolling President Trump, zoom in on that map.
	They labeled Alabama as Mississippi.
	It's like, okay, so we've got a cone showing where it could go, and President Trump says, Alabama or whatever, and he goes, yeah, that was in the projections or whatever.
	It was a possibility in the early days.
	And in the midst of trolling him, they label Alabama as Mississippi.
	This is CNN-level fake news, folks.
	Sharpygate, Sharpygate, their newest one.
	And just to give you an idea of how desperate these people are.
	And how they will stop at nothing.
	We just had a woman who dropped her lawsuit against President Trump for a forcible kiss, quote-unquote.
	And she was, Alva Johnson made headlines from, you know, CNN and MSNBC when she claimed that candidate Donald Trump forcibly kissed her shortly before a campaign rally in Tampa, Florida, August of 2016.
	President Trump's attorneys released a video of the encounter, and the judge, U.S.
	District Court Judge William Jung, was furious.
	He said, this is nothing but a political lawsuit.
	It's a stunt.
	It's a stunt.
	You're just trying to smear him.
	There's absolutely nothing here.
	And so she, I guess when the judge is talking like that, calling her lawsuit a political stunt, it's probably a good move to withdraw it.
	But when we come back, we're going to talk about something that's not being withdrawn.
	Because this is something that has been ramping up for decades.
	Decades!
	Since the 1960s, as I've pointed out many times before.
	And the headline from Caitlin Johnston is Washington Post warns that the U.S.
	needs more narrative control as the Pentagon is ramping up its narrative control.
	Yeah, problem-solution.
	You know, because of those Russians?
	Those Russians?
	That Russian hacking of the last election?
	Which didn't happen?

	Really?
	You think that hacked the election?

	And you know, there's something going on here with these guys.

	Charles Murray, who back in the 1980s took all kinds of slings and arrows himself, when he was talking about how the welfare state And the war on poverty from the Democrats, from Lyndon Johnson and so forth.
	How counterproductive that had been.
	He looked at it after about 20 years.
	He said, look at what it's done.
	How it has destroyed the black middle class.
	How it's destroyed black entrepreneurism.
	And again, we had, not too long ago, we had the retired NFL veteran.
	I forget what his name was.
	Guys, look that up if you can find it.
	Who talked about what it was like when he was growing up, and he said, you know, we had intact, for the most part, we had, when he was growing up, black families were more stable, more intact, than white families are today.
	And of course, the black families have now been decimated, even worse than the white families have, by our educational institutions, by our media, Hollywood, entertainment, the values that we've accepted.
	But a lot of that was because they created a climate of dependency on people.
	And that was what they used to talk about.
	The Libertarian Economist, Charles Murray, his book, Losing Ground.
	And now he's pushing universal basic income, which is like the Great Society for everybody!
	And that's really where they're going.
	I mean, when you look at the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainability and smart cities and so forth, when you look at everything that the Democrats are pushing, You can see that it's all been done before.
	I mean, we've had utopiast socialist societies that failed in the early to mid-1800s.
	When they failed, they said, you know, the problem is these kids have the values of their parents and we've got to change people's values.
	So we've got to get control of the educational system.
	And so out of that you had Horseman, you had Thomas Dewey, you had the secular humanists came out of that.
	And they started controlling education.
	But we've seen all of this before.
	It's been a long-term plan, rolling this out.
	We saw as the Indians were taken off of their land, the Cherokees were removed from their land, sent to Indian reservations.
	Other Indians were removed from their land, locked up in reservations.
	They took their kids and transported them across the country to government schools.
	Why?
	Because they had to break that cycle of culture and family and tradition.
	And so they took the Indians away from their families and educated them separately.
	And then they locked the Indians in reservations where they couldn't live as they had before.
	They couldn't live off the land.
	They put all kinds of restrictions on them.
	They created an incredibly corrupt bureaucracy, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and so forth.
	Unbelievable the corruption that happens there and how they won't let people start businesses, grow their own food, that type of thing.
	Incredibly corrupt.
	But that has become the goal for Agenda 2030.
	You know, they did it to poor people in inner cities with the war on poverty.
	Now they're rolling this out for everybody.
	Universal basic enslavement.
	Enslavement is really what it is.
	And so I'm absolutely amazed and contemptuous of how Reason Magazine and former economists that I used to respect are continuing to push these tools of tyranny on people and putting out the big tech companies as victims.
	Because here's what's really going on, folks.
	RT got it right.
	Headline, Big Tech and Big Brother meet at Facebook headquarters to discuss how to quote-unquote secure the US elections.
	RT's telling you the truth.
	Reason is lying to you.
	They are lying to you.
	Security teams, here's what really happened.
	Security teams for Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Microsoft met with the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Director of National Intelligence Office to coordinate a strategy to secure the 2020 elections.
	Oh, yeah, that's good, isn't it?
	So all the people who have been trying to ban and control political speech and can do so without any oversight or penalty from the Department of Justice or from the Federal Election Commission, that's okay.
	As a matter of fact, they're stepping it up.
	They're saying, we've got to shut down Matt Drudge, the FEC.
	You can't go to an independent website.
	Everybody is supposed to be channeled to our social media channels.
	You can't go to... We're not going to let people go to Drudge.
	They've got to go to Facebook.
	They've got to go to Twitter.
	They've got to search on Google, because we can control those points.
	You take somebody like Matt Drudge, who's an independent thinker, and he's got a conservative bent, but he puts stuff up from everybody.
	He posts stories from the New York Times he doesn't write.
	Right?
	But he chooses which stories that he thinks are interesting.
	And again, you know, there is no such thing as objectivity from anybody.
	So, you know, he's more interested in conservative issues, freedom issues, and so that's what the stories that he picks up are mostly focused on.
	He's got human interest stories, funny stuff.
	But he's focused that way.
	Now, you know, the very stories that you choose to report, that's why I always say there is no such thing as objective journalism.
	The very things that you choose to talk about reflect your bias, or they reflect who is telling you what to say, as we saw with Operation Mockingbird.
	And I played that a couple of days ago, going back to the 1970s.

	Welcome back. As the Wall Street Journal is reporting, states are launching Google, Facebook antitrust probes.
	You'll find this on the Drudge Report.
	State attorneys general are formally launching separate antitrust probes into Facebook, Alphabet, And other companies, the Google probe is expected to be announced at a news conference outside the U.S.
	Supreme Court on Monday.
	The investigation will be led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
	They will examine the impact of Google on digital advertising markets, as well as potential harms to consumers from their information and ad choices being concentrated in one company.
	Notice there's nothing here yet, and probably will not be.
	About them attempting to establish an information monopoly on people, controlling what you can and cannot see.
	But nevertheless, even though we're talking about state attorneys general, the way this is represented in Reason Magazine, which has turned into a shameless apologist for big tech, because, you know, they've been there for quite some time as an apologist for the interests of multinational corporations.
	Pushing a trade regime that favors China.
	Pushing open borders and not trying to stop the welfare state.
	Pushing open borders and bringing in people to work cheaply for the big corporations.
	And as this is the cover story, actually, for the October issue, Of reason, which I guess is going to be coming out in September.
	You don't want to make it look like it's aged, right?
	So you go, oh, well, that's next month's issue.
	So the cover story is by Thomas Hazlett.
	And this is the way that he represents this.
	Left and right are joining forces under the banner of hipster antitrust.
	So he thinks that these people that are out there suing to stop Google are a bunch of hipsters.
	You know, they're just snowflakes.
	Who just don't like it because they haven't succeeded.
	And poor Jeff Bezos is there, you know, suspended like he's some kind of a messianic symbol.
	He's got arrows stuck in his side, stuck in his chest.
	Poor guy.
	You know, the guy who owns the Washington Post.
	The Washington Post, which tells us that the U.S.
	needs more narrative control as the Pentagon is ramping up its narrative control, as Caitlin Johnston put it.
	She said, according to the Washington Post, whose sole owner is a CIA contractor and a Pentagon board member, bent on hijacking the underlying infrastructure of the economy, we should be very afraid, right?
	And who is she talking about?
	Jeff Bezos, the guy that Reason Magazine has got as some kind of a sacrificial messianic figure there, you know?
	Hands suspended above his head, tied to a tree, arrows in his chest.
	Poor guy.
	She begins the story, do you lie awake at night, terrified the Russians are able to control your mind with information warfare?
	While the U.S.
	government's slavish devotion to democratic values leaves it powerless to stop them?
	That really is the narrative that's being sold.
	As absurd as that sounds, that is precisely the narrative.
	She put her finger on it precisely.
	That is exactly what they're telling us.
	Those evil Russians, they are capable of anything and they will do anything.
	They're going to control your mind?
	You can't think, because they've hijacked the whole media, and they're hijacking everything in this country.
	Forget about the fact that you've got Obama spending in just one year $200 million on DARPA's brain initiative, that DARPA is trying to do everything they can to implant memories, to erase memories.
	To implant news stories and to erase other news stories.
	To establish entire news organizations while they erase other news organizations.
	Oh yeah, we shouldn't be worried about any of that because those are the guys that are fighting for truth, justice, and the American way.
	And we should be just fine with a Superman, DARPA.
	No.
	No.
	No, it's actually Jeff Bezos.
	Another example of this.
	In California, they have the first major data privacy law in the United States.
	The European Union has done this.
	And that was what Google just got, YouTube, just got a slap on the wrist for.
	$170 million fine because they were violating the data privacy of children.
	That's right.
	They're monetizing your children.
	They pay attention to what they watch on YouTube, and then they collect that, and they begin a lifetime data log of these people.
	It's not just Facebook that has become LifeLog.
	You know, the dream, the scheme, the former program of DARPA.
	Yeah, don't tell me that DARPA wasn't designed as a tool of mind control.
	Yeah, if you go back and you look at those, Ed Snowden, they pulled up that slide, their prism.
	Look at the first company.
	That signed on to Prism.
	That was Microsoft.
	And that was back in 2007.
	And then you see a whole string of tech companies.
	Yahoo, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Skype, AOL, and everything.
	The last one that joined was Apple, and that was 2012, just as Steve Jobs left and Tim Cook took over.
	All those tech companies, and this absolutely Nothing to see.
	There's no conspiracy going on that all of those tech companies signed on to PRISM would suspend InfoWars and Alex Jones within a 12-hour period.
	Nothing to see there, right?
	This isn't coming from the government, says Reason.
	It's just private companies just doing their thing and the fact that they are selling hundreds of billions of dollars worth of product to the Pentagon, that has absolutely no influence on what they do.
	They're just acting just to provide you with the best possible service.
	The best possible service.
	They're actually not a bad thing.
	They're actually benefiting society, says Reason Magazine.
	And anybody who says otherwise is a anti-free market person, right?
	You want a free market?
	How'd that work out for you with Walmart?
	And what is Walmart doing now?
	Walmart has been working pretty hand-in-glove with the government as well, in case you don't know.
	I mean, all these Walmart stores that were closing and so forth because they didn't have good volume, they found a way to repurpose that for, maybe the left should take a look at this, for detention centers and things, right?
	It's so nice to have the government like you, isn't it?
	It can be such a great business model.
	As a matter of fact, if you look at the return on investment, For the people who give donations to politicians, they get ROIs of thousands, tens of thousands of percent return on investment.
	You or I, you know, we go put our money in the bank and we're lucky if we don't get negative interest rates.
	You know, they've been hovering at less than 1%, a tiny fraction of 1% for a long time.
	But these guys, they can give money, they can bank their money with the swamp And with the intelligence services and with the Pentagon, they can say, hey, I'll buy some politicians or I'll do something that you want me to do.
	And they wind up making thousands of percent return on their investment.
	It's so convenient.
	And so what we have here in California is Google and other Silicon Valley tech companies want to water down the first major data privacy law in the United States, the California Consumer Privacy Act.
	This is according to a recent report from Bloomberg.
	And this, folks, is one of the things that these companies were meeting about.
	With who?
	Who were they meeting with?
	They were meeting with their partners in censorship.
	Their big brother partnership.
	This is something that's been going on for a long time.
	You know, when California He comes out and says, we're going to do a European Union style data privacy.
	And of course, data privacy mitigates against the whole business model of big data.
	Big data is set up to make everything free for you.
	Come on in to Google.
	Everything is free.
	Come on in to Facebook or to Twitter.
	Everything is free.
	And what they do is they monetize you.
	They watch everything that you do and they sell it out there.
	And one of the ways that they sell it is to use it to buy influence and contracts and so forth with the Pentagon.
	Now, if the government gets this, and does something about this information that they've turned over, you might get angry, and you might sue them for violating your privacy, or the terms of service, or something like that.
	So the government, on their end, worked very, very hard.
	CISPA, many different times, SOPA, ACTA, PIPA, finally they got CISA through to protect them from any liability for violating your privacy, and now California's saying, we're gonna do it.
	is the answer to censorship.

	They kind of shadow ban you like the other social media.
	They just keep you hanging on until they completely overtly ban you.

	If you don't understand how vital that is, you haven't been paying attention all these different years when the government continued to try to ram down our throats.
	CISPA, CISPA, SOPA, ACTIPIPA, CISPA again, then calling it CISA.
	Why'd they call it CISA?
	CISA, different from CISPA because they took out the P. What was the P for?
	Protection.
	Who was being protected?
	Google, Facebook, these people who are surrendering the information, the corporations who collect that information on you.
	They're being protected from you if they give that information to the government.
	It was a snitch protection act.
	And so it's no coincidence, I think, that Big Tech and Big Brother were meeting at Facebook headquarters.
	They said, well, we want to secure the U.S.
	elections.
	Yeah.
	That's that's bad enough.
	That's bad enough.
	But they probably also had some conversations about how they had to stop this movement in California from the California Consumer Privacy Act.
	They have a law that, as written, would restrict what Google can do and impinge on their business model of big data.
	Everything for free, you are the product.
	The new law is set to take effect next year, but it can still be altered within the next few days.
	What are the odds on that?
	Oh, if I was a betting man, I would tell you that all they have to do is grease the palms of a few key legislators in California, and they will shut that down.
	And of course, the legislators will say, we can't harm our big tech industry.
	They are key to our economy here in California.
	And this is all simply about collecting information that can be used to advertise products, right?
	They'll put it in that No, it's not about that.
	The lobbying push from Google, reports Breitbart, seeks legislative approval to continue to collect user data and to do so even in cases where the users opt out of having their data tracked.
	Do you hear that?
	They're going to continue to be able to get that data and they're going to be able to do it even if you say don't.
	They don't care what you say.
	How amazing How amazingly like the government they are.
	Oh, there might be a reason for that.
	They really are the government.
	They are the iron fist of the government in a velvet hand of a corporation.
	You know, for all those conservatives and libertarians like Heritage Foundation, Cato Institute, that just worship capitalism.
	And I don't worship capitalism.
	I worship free markets, if you want to talk about it.
	I don't worship it, but I think that that's a vital thing that we should have.
	But understand capitalism, especially crony capitalism, which is usually what capitalism devolves into, As I've said, libertarians used to understand that the only time you really truly get a monopoly is when you've got a corporation working in a fascist way in a partnership with government.
	A private-public partnership to control the population.
	What you think, what you see, what you read, and this is the most frightening thing about this.
	Not only the collecting of information, sending it to the government, which they're now going to do through your devices, your Alexa, your Apple wristwatch and so forth.
	They're going to be listening to you all the time, everywhere, on everything that you've got.
	It's so quaint to think back three, four, five years ago when people were mocking InfoWars and Alex Jones saying, you know, they're watching you on your computer screen.
	If only it was only that.
	If it was just that.
	No, now there's been a whole panoply of devices and each and every one of them are listening and cataloging and it's now been revealed they've got individuals Who are collecting that information?
	Why do they need to get so much information?
	Well, you've got security teams for Facebook, Google, and Twitter, and Microsoft.
	Being the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, the Director of National Intelligence, how can they quote-unquote protect the election?
	You've got to protect the election.
	It's those pesky Russians, isn't it?
	They met with government officials at Facebook's headquarters Wednesday.
	As RT reports, it is Big Brother and Big Tech, and they have developed, quote, a comprehensive strategy, according to their press release, a comprehensive strategy to get control of election-related vulnerabilities.
	Yeah, uh-huh, they are the ones putting the vulnerabilities in.
	They're putting them in!
	They're designing the operating system, Election Guard, News Guard, funded by DARPA, and they're putting back doors into everything.
	They are analyzing and getting ahead of new threats.
	Yeah, and instilling them in the operating system for electronic voting machines.
	Now, as they come out of the closet about this narrative that I've been talking about for a very long time, they talk about, oh, you know, we've got to do something about deep fakes.
	And to do something about deep fakes, we've got to neutralize all malicious content.
	And anything that is polarizing viral content.
	In other words, anything they disagree with that goes viral, they have to shut down.
	Like InfoWars.
	Like InfoWars.
	And so they've got their anti-meme militia, as DARPA like to talk about it, as Bloomberg and others have reported on it.
	After YouTube bragged about, you know, less than a week after they were talking about how the CEO of YouTube was talking about how tolerant she was and how tolerant they were going to be, they brag in less than a week How they have deleted 17,000 channels, 500 million comments, and more than 100,000 videos, and bragged about, and this is the key thing that a lot of people don't pick up, brag about the fact that they have an intelligence desk.
	That's what they called it.
	An intelligence desk.
	These are the people who were meeting, by the way, with the Director of National Intelligence, Department of Homeland Security, FBI, and so forth.
	They have an intelligence desk.
	What is at that intelligence desk?
	Is it artificial intelligence?
	No.
	It is an army of 10,000 people.
	At the same time, DARPA is talking about how it's got an anti-meme army and so forth.
	This is not Yet artificial intelligence.
	They've combined elements of artificial intelligence and big tech with a kind of Stasi mentality.
	Years ago, I talked to William Binney.
	Global technical head, former global technical head of the NSA.
	He said, I watched, spent my career watching East Germany.
	He said, what we already have years ago is worse than anything that they could ever dream of in East Germany.
	It's already worse than that.
	And they have become the Stasi.
	And quite now, you know, they are.
	They've got 10,000 people watching your content, making notes about it, banning you.
	Oh no, the social credit system in China is not coming here.
	It's already here.
	As a matter of fact, it came from here, went to there.
	To be tested, to be rolled out, to be put out publicly.
	And, you know, again, if you look at that Prism slide, you can see that it was 2007, that Microsoft, and they were the first partners with them.
	And who did they go to?
	To set up NewsGuard and ElectionGuard?
	It's Microsoft.
	And who is meeting with Facebook and all the other social media companies and the big, big brother military-industrial complex, the Pentagon?
	Well, it's Microsoft again.
	And so, as Caitlin Johnson was talking about, the Washington Post, the creature of Jeff Bezos, is out there whining about how we need to have more narrative control.
	And they've got an article, Why America is Losing the Information War to Russia.
	Oh, really?
	A new book by former State Department Undersecretary for Public Diplomacy, who was on record as saying that he approved using propaganda on American citizens.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	So, anyway, I've been talking about this since the Snowden slides.

	Jeff Bezos, the poor victim according to Hazlet and Reason Magazine, the Cato Institute and Heritage Foundation.
	The Heritage Foundation, you know, the President Trump invited to the free speech forum.
	They said, there's nothing, there's no threat from these people.
	They're just successful corporations.
	We should welcome that.
	We should love that.
	They help us to dominate the world.
	We should love that.
	And they do.
	They do.
	The people in Washington do love that.
	They're not going to do anything.
	About them censoring and controlling.
	Because they've been rolling this out since the 1960s.
	It's the plan!
	They're following the plan!
	And it's coming in right on time.
	That's why they've got to go open with it.
	After keeping it hidden for all these years.
	After mocking anybody who would talk about this.
	Denouncing them.
	As a tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist.
	For thinking that the government is watching you.
	And monitoring you.
	Well, now they've got to roll it out pretty quickly.
	Because they've only got about 10 years to really, you know, run this thing over us.
	And so, as she pointed out, they have this new book where they're talking about how we have got to weaponize the Internet.
	We've got to weaponize information and journalism because of Russians.
	That Russian threat.
	You know how the Russians tried to overthrow our election?
	No, it's actually the people who tried to overthrow our election here in America.
	Working with British intelligence, they're the ones who want to overthrow our speech.
	I should point out that one of these guys writing the article is actually on record saying he supports the use of propaganda by the US government on its own citizens.
	If you go back and look at the end of World War II, when the Cold War began, when we started creating these things like the NSA and so forth, and created Voice of America and these propaganda organizations, They said at the time, we will not use the voice of America to propagandize American citizens.
	There's a prohibition on that.
	You know, kind of like, remember we had the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act?
	They said, we're not going to spy on Americans.
	We've got to have the CIA doing this abroad, but we're not going to spy on Americans.
	We'll have FISA.
	And then they turned FISA into an enabling event to spy on Mr. and Mrs. Verizon.
	To spy on the President.
	To try to entrap the President.
	And so, They had a prohibition against Voice of America, Radio Free Europe, and so forth, being broadcast here in America.
	It was called the Smith-Mundt Act, 1948.
	But, a funny thing happened under the Obama administration, and they, in 2012, they came up with the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act.
	Keep the name there, they're just going to modernize it.
	In other words, remove the prohibition, the key prohibition, Of propagandizing people in America.
	And where did they put it to get it passed?
	Well, if you've got something that directly attacks the rights, the liberties, and the freedoms of Americans, where do you put it?
	Why, naturally, you would put it in the National Defense Authorization Act.
	You know, the same place where they put indefinite detention by the military without trial?
	Being able to transport you to another location without trial to be tortured?
	You know, that type of thing.
	Because, you know, we always sacrifice, as I said, we always sacrifice our liberties on the altar of national security.
	So, of course, if you want to destroy American liberty and due process or anything else, free speech, where would you put that?
	But, of course, in the National Defense Authorization Act, because we have to make that offering to the military-industrial complex every year.
	That is our burnt offering.
	And what we're burning is the foundation of our society.
	The foundation of Western civilization.
	We're burning the Constitution they swore to.
	The Bill of Rights.
	And so we obviously put that in the defense bill.
	Because that's where you sacrifice your liberty in the vain hope that you're going to be safe.
	Those who give up their liberty don't deserve safety.
	They never get it.
	You become a prisoner.
	You become a slave when you do that.
	And so they rolled that out in 2012-2013.

	We have received the bad news that Robert Mugabe is now dead at 95.
	And as the New York Times described him, they said he was the first prime minister, later the president of independent Zimbabwe.
	He traded the mantle of Liberator for the armor of Tyrant, and he presided over the decline of one of Africa's most prosperous lands.
	I'll tell you how he did that in just a second, but here, first is our tribute, our solemn tribute to Robert Mugabe.
	May he rest in peace.

	Let me tell you, you got a mind that's gonna cut you down.
	Yeah, this is the guy who, as I talk about, he traded the mantle of liberator for the armor of power.
	How did he do that?
	How did he become a liberator?
	Well, what was Zimbabwe before he liberated it?
	It was one of Africa's most prosperous lands.
	As the New York Times points out, it was called Rhodesia.
	It was bad, though, because it was named after a white man, a colonialist who came in there and made it a very prosperous area.
	Rhodesia.
	They had to purge that out.
	And it was so important for them to overturn any manifestation of Western civilization, of white imperialism or colonialism, and the white man in general.
	That had to be liberated.
	And who did they turn to but a racist and a Marxist, Mugabe, Robert Mugabe, a tyrant.
	And they don't go into all the catalogs of all the different things they did to everybody.
	We just don't have time for that.
	We could spend the whole program talking about this guy and what he did there.
	But he was inspired by what he once called, this is the way he described himself, And his thought.
	He said his thought, according to Robert Mugabe himself, he was Marxist-Leninism-mousy-tongue.
	And that kind of tells you everything that you need to know.
	You want somebody who's going to come in and under the mantle of eradicating those oppressive white people and racism is going to completely destroy your country?
	Well, you want somebody like Robert Mugabe.
	Or one of the 20 candidates running for president in the Democrat Party.
	Because, quite frankly, they're using exactly the same rhetoric, the exact same tactics, and they're going to do the exact same thing to our country if we let them do this.
	CNN had a seven-hour climate town hall a couple of nights ago.
	Seven hours!
	Oh, they thought this was going to be a big thing for them.
	Seven hours they did that.
	And it was a total bust.
	The ratings are now in.
	Breitbart reports that this marathon that began at 5 p.m.
	Eastern Time and ended at midnight Eastern Time averaged only 1.1 million viewers.
	While Fox News over that same period of time got two and a half million viewers.
	Even MSNBC averaged 1.7 million viewers during the same time span.
	And that's kind of interesting because Even the rabidly Democrat left wasn't really watching CNN's Town Hall, Climate Town Hall.
	Is that because they don't care about climate that much?
	Perhaps.
	They certainly don't like CNN.
	I mean, even failing MSNBC picked up more viewers.
	During primetime, They only got 1.4 million viewers.
	Fox averaged 3.2 million.
	Two and a half times that.
	Well, not two and a half, but a little bit more than two times that.
	And then MSNBC averaged 2.2 million instead of the 1.4 million.
	So they had about 50% more viewers on MSNBC.
	Now, here's one of the stars of this show, this spectacle that we had there.
	Was actually Mayor Pee Wee.
	Do you remember him?
	I think this is the beginning of the climate marathon.
	We've got a little bit of that right here.
	Let's play that clip.
	Because yes, we can all do away with our plastic straws.
	And I haven't drank out of a straw for the past six months because I'm so worried about what's happening in the ocean.
	But people feel helpless when it's something that existential.
	Right.
	And that's... What do you do about that?
	That's one of the things.
	I think the downside to us facing just how colossal of a challenge...
	The challenge this is, is it can feel paralyzing, but we can rise to meet this and be proud of it.
	That's part of what my climate plan is about.
	It's not only about all of the things we've got to do technologically and with regulation and so on.
	It's about summoning the energies of this country to do something unbelievably hard.
	If you look at the moments when this country rose to a major challenge, overcoming the Great Depression, winning World War II, going to the moon, It required something out of all of us, and I think we could be standing taller.
	See, right now we're in a mode where we're, I think we're thinking about it mostly through the perspective of guilt, you know, from using a straw to eating a burger.
	Am I part of the problem?
	In a certain way, yes, but the most exciting thing is that we can all be part of the solution.
	Thinking of it in terms of guilt over using a plastic straw and eating a burger.
	We just had one of these jurisdictions, was it Minneapolis, I think, they banned drive-thrus and so forth.
	We are repealing the 20th century, folks.
	You know, that burger and a shake, feel guilty about that.
	You're not going to have that anymore, okay?
	And we'll talk a little bit about that, but you notice that he referred to, this is like World War II, and he was, there were at least, I counted, at least three candidates And you can find this video, this article, at Infowars.com.
	Great story by Kellan McBreen.
	But the references to World War II are not just a, you know, over-the-top Nazis this and that.
	We've got to fight the Nazis, right?
	Everywhere they're always pulling in the Nazi references and so forth.
	I think it's more than that, though.
	I think these people are consciously aware.
	They're all talking about 2030.
	It keeps coming out.
	We've got another 11 years.
	We've got to do it in another 11 years and so forth.
	They know about the 2030 agenda.
	They know about the fourth turning.
	And they know that when you have a typical fourth turning, the last fourth turning was World War II and the Great Depression.
	And I think that they are consciously talking about it.
	It's not just calling the other side Nazis, which they do all the time.
	I think they're very conscious about the turning point, the generational turning point that we're coming up to.
	And just within the next, they'll be completed, actually, within the next 11 years.
	So we have already entered that.
	That's why you see this kind of escalation.
	We're already in the midst of it, and it will be completed within another 11 years.
	But let's take a look at the other part that he talks about.
	And this is the headline of the article at InfoWars.
	If you use straws or eat burgers, you're part of the problem.
	And you should feel guilty about that, right?
	According to him.
	He says it's not just about what we've got to do technologically and regulation, what we've got to do about that, but we've got to summon the energies of the country to do something unbelievably hard.
	And as Cullen points out, by saying we've got to use regulations to battle climate change, he's really saying we've got to use government mandates.
	In other words, when he talks about we've got to do stuff technologically and with regulation, let me explain to you.
	Mayor Pee Wee Isn't going to be coming up with some new technological patent or solution.
	He's just going to be producing laws and banning things, you know, like burgers.
	You should feel guilty about those burgers and so forth.
	Uh, and so, uh, that's really what is in view here.
	And, um, uh, you know, this is, uh, you know, what should we do about this?
	Well, you know, he talks about guilt.
	And he said, are you part of the problem?
	Well, yes you are.
	But you know, he's got a solution for that guilt.
	He can give you absolution for that.
	Because it really is a religion that they're selling people.
	Environmentalism has become the religion taught to our children in our secular humanist schools.
	You know, atheists have their gods and they're fiercely worshipped.
	And if you don't understand that they have made a god out of environmentalism for at least the last 40 to 50 years in government schools.
	And it's really caught on with a lot of people, as you can see.
	It is a religion for them.
	They worship that.
	And if you're guilty, if you are a sinner, they have absolution for you, too.
	You know, you can vote Democrat, and you can pay them carbon indulgences.
	And we got more about this when we come back, because he actually does go on to call it a sin.

	It's absolutely amazing.
	This guy, he was a hero liberator to the left, just like Stalin always was to the left.
	He had his army trained in North Korea.
	As a terrorist organization waging a war, when they got power, this guy who said that his thought was Marxist, Leninist, Maoist, what he did was he abolished the Constitution and any protections for the minorities.
	Especially portraying it as a war of A race war that was vindicated because of previous white dominance.
	This guy, he could win the nomination of the Democrat Party if he were still alive.
	He's a man who was ahead of his time, quite frankly.
	And then one other aspect that you may remember about Zimbabwe, they used to be famous for having the worst hyperinflation anywhere.
	Until we got that other socialist country, Venezuela, who's in the running for that as well.
	But I think Zimbabwe still has a record for that.
	Isn't it funny how we keep seeing history repeating itself over and over again?
	The same lies, the same tactics.
	Camille Paglia got in a lot of trouble because she said the reason the young people in America embrace socialism is because they don't know anything about history.
	Yeah, go read the history of Mugabe.
	If you read the history of Mugabe, You see the future of America under the Democrat Party.

	But let's go to this climate conference and what the virtue signaling, the phony religious terms that Pete Buttigieg are putting out there.
	You heard him say, you know, you should feel guilty about that burger and that plastic straw.
	But there's something you can do about it.
	Repent!
	There is healing coming, says Booty Gay to all of those out there, in his phony religious terms.
	Let's play a little bit more about what he says about inaction to climate change is a sin.
	I guess it would be a sin of omission.

	At a time when our military leaders say that this is one of the greatest threats to stability, there's a lot of evidence that the Syrian Civil War is one of the first that was partly caused as a consequence of climate change.
	If we really want to talk about security, let's talk about securing the lives of future generations.
	Let's talk in language that is understood across the heartland about faith.
	You know, if you believe that God is watching as poison is being belched into the air of creation.
	God is watching.
	And people are being harmed by it.
	Countries are at risk of vanishing in low-lying areas.
	I suppose God thinks of that.
	I bet he thinks it's messed up.
	He doesn't have to be religious to see the moral dimensions of this.
	Because frankly, every religious and non-religious moral tradition tells us that we have some responsibility of stewardship, some responsibility for taking care of what's around us, not to mention taking care of our neighbor.
	Eventually it gets to the point where this is less and less about the planet as an abstract thing and more and more about specific people suffering specific harm because of what we're doing right now.
	At least one way of talking about this is that it's a kind of sin.
	Yeah, this is coming from a guy who, like Mugabe, comes from a long generational Marxist shift.
	His parents were Marxists, his father was a Marxist professor, openly Marxist, like Mugabe.
	And when he went to Harvard, he studied under a Marxist who had changed his first name, Sakhvan, to honor a couple of Russian spies, Sakhon Vanzeti, whatever, okay, anarchist, Marxist anarchist.
	And the whole thing about Sakhvan, His mentor at Harvard was to tell people that America was corrupt from its very beginning and it was corrupt because it adhered to Christian principles and we had to deconstruct Christianity along with America.
	And that's why Boudiguet puts out, spews in his words, poison.
	That's why he belches poison into the air in religious terms as he's really selling Marxism.
	But you know, he says you don't have to be religious to see the moral dimension.
	He talks about stewardship.
	Yes, God does call us to stewardship.
	That's a very different thing, however.
	Stewardship is completely different than environmentalism.
	Environmentalism sees people as a destructive force.
	Taken to its logical conclusion, as you heard yesterday when I talked about all the Hollywood people, like Bette Midler and so forth, and the people on CNN, you know.
	Mother Nature is mad at us!
	Gaia is mad at us, you know, this goddess, this conscious entity that just evolved, we call it the planet, but, you know, they think of it as this living, sentient being.
	They personified it, Gaia theory, James Lovelock, and he was one of the big advocates of global warming and climate change, and he says, man made climate change just a few years ago, he goes, and that stuff, I'm sorry I did that, that's total nonsense, can't possibly be true.
	But they still personify The Earth as an entity.
	They worship it.
	That's what environmentalism is about.
	You have the sentient being, the Earth, and you, human beings, are viruses and you must be eliminated.
	Population control and so forth.
	And that was a part of this as well.
	But, you know, when he talks about this in terms of sin, he talks about the moral dimension, and he said, you know, you don't have to be religious to see the moral dimension.
	No, you don't.
	You can look around you and you can see that the world that we do see was created by A intelligence that we do not see, right?
	Crick and Watson, when they looked at DNA, they said, well, this had to be designed.
	This is very intricate code.
	There had to be an intelligence behind this.
	I know, it can't be the God of the Bible.
	We'll invent a concept called panspermia.
	I think it was aliens who came here and designed us.
	Well, who designed and created the aliens?
	Crick and Watson.
	They will believe anything rather than worship God.
	And so we worship idols.
	We worship idols like government, or science, or rational thought, or political parties, or political candidates.

	We'll worship anything because we're idol factories, right?
	And so God is abandoning us.

	He's abandoning us to our depravity.

	They don't want you to express yourself.

	And so this guy, Jared Huffman from California, said on Freedom From Religion, the website that bills itself as an anecdote to religion on the airways, this is from the New American, he said that it is preposterous
	that witnesses coming before him and his committee and he sets on the natural resources committee again we're talking about resources natural resources the earth and so forth he says it's preposterous that people come in and say the phrase so help me God so help me God we don't want that Democrats just had a you know resolution basically worshiping atheism and denouncing any expression of religion and yet they will use this
	They'll use religion to advance their power.
	They'll use religion to advance climate change.
	They'll use climate change and racism to advance their political agenda.

	Yeah, do you really believe that Buttigieg thinks that we have a moral responsibility to God to enact climate change mandates?
	He's not talking about stewardship.
	He uses that term, but that's really not what they're talking about.
	And we're going to show you what they had to say in that event.
	But I pointed out that it was just this last Sunday that you had a congressman go on the Freedom From Religion Foundation and is really upset that we would have people take an oath, so help me God.
	Why is he upset about that?
	I mean, you know, they don't keep their oaths, right?
	They take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and to follow it.
	They don't do that.
	They're not afraid of God.
	They're not afraid of you.
	So why do they care what they say?
	Right?
	It's because they really want to reject God in every way possible, and the Democrat Party just had a resolution.
	But now we're supposed to believe that, you know, they're really concerned about this because they have a new set of commandments for you.
	Thou shalt not use a plastic straw.
	Thou shalt not have hamburgers or any form of meat.
	That is right out!
	And they've got a holy hand grenade to hurl at anybody who barbecues.
	Thou shalt not have a car, nor a jet plane, or anything that travels on fuel.
	Thou shalt not have air conditioning either, because the planet would melt down, according to Barack Obama.
	Yeah, there's a lot of thou shalt nots coming out of the Democrat Party.
	And so he pretends that this is a moral high ground, but again, Liz Cheney A Republican in Wyoming came out and said, it's incredible, but not surprising, that Democrats would try to remove God from committee proceedings in one of their first acts as a majority.
	They really have become the party of Karl Marx.
	And they said, oh no, according to the Constitution, God constitutes a religious test, if you say, so help me God.
	Right?
	No, it doesn't.
	The same people that wrote the Constitution, same people put that in there.
	You know, we need to go back and pay attention.
	Actually, we're going to have Dr. Richard Proctor on with us in the third hour.
	We're going to talk a little bit more about the Constitution.
	But if you go back and look at the history there, you can see that, you know, for another 40-50 years, Massachusetts had an official state church.
	I don't think that's a good thing.
	They eventually got rid of it.
	But the First Amendment did not prohibit that.
	But that's what they were talking about.
	Establishment of a particular sect.
	But as I point out in the New American article at the Constitutional Convention, you have Benjamin Franklin and others say we need to pray to God, thank him for his providence in establishing this nation against overwhelming odds, against the most powerful military in the world.
	So if you don't see the hand of God in this, you are blind, and we need to thank Him for that and ask Him for help in passing this Constitution.
	You had George Washington declare a day of public thanksgiving and so forth, so that they were not trying to keep God out of the public square.
	As a matter of fact, the First Amendment is to keep Government away from our religious beliefs and they turn that upside down.
	But there's another religious aspect of this that's going on.

	This is one of the reasons why you got people like Buttigieg using religious terminology.
	And the controversial, as I point out, the controversial 10th World Assembly of Religions for Peace.

	It's backed by the German government, which is completely on board with the globalist agenda, banning automobiles and so forth, all of that, right?
	He said the alliance claims to be, quote, the world's largest and most representative coalition of religious and indigenous communities.
	It's funded by George Soros.
	By the Rockefellers, by the Ford Foundation, the UN Foundation, and various UN agencies, and of course, you, the US taxpayer, via the State Department, and many more of the usual suspects.
	And so what they're doing is they're putting a mantle of religion over their climate change agenda, which is a UN agenda, the UN 2030 agenda.
	And that's why You see people like Boudiguet pulling this in as well.
	It is a phony religion.
	It is a green veneer, as I've pointed out many times.
	It's watermelon environmentalism.
	Environmentalism is a thin veneer of green over a policy that is completely red.
	Marxist red.
	And so they use this to advocate for socialism.
	And he has the audacity to continue to talk to us.
	About religious values.
	Because that is the religion that they're trying to sell you.
	That's the religion of the secular humanist schools.
	Environmentalism.
	As we reject God, as we push him out in every way possible, the public square, out of Congress and so forth, as we reject God, he's turned us over.
	To our environmental idolatry.
	It's not stewardship, it's idolatry.
	And he's turned us over to the kind of depravity that Boudiguet is a poster child for.
	And running on that as if it was some type of virtue.
	They have turned everything inside out and upside down.

	We have to take combustion engine vehicles off the road as rapidly as we can.

	I think, especially in poor countries around the world, where women do not necessarily want to have large numbers of babies, and where they can have the opportunity, through birth control, to control the number of kids they have.

	Kill the babies.
	Save the planet.
	Let's talk about offshore drilling for oil.
	Would you ban it?
	Yes.
	Would you ban offshore drilling?
	Would you ban this?
	Would you ban that?

	We will transition off of fossil fuels, natural gas, coal, oil.
	What about the export of fossil fuels from the United States?
	Would you ban that?
	Absolutely, we must get to that point.
	There's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking.
	I'm in favor of a carbon-free America.
	In my administration, we're not going to build any new nuclear power plants.
	We should set out the rules for what kind of coal-burning plants.
	No one's going to build another coal-burning plant.
	We've got to shut the ones down we have.
	We're going to end factory farming because that is not only a danger to the environment and to climate change.
	There will be a transition.
	There will be a transition and there will be some pain there.
	I said before, this is kind of like watching Peter Sellers as Dr. Strangelove, right?
	Barely able to contain his enthusiasm for his plan to wipe out humanity and live as his own dictator.
	But when you look at these people, the fact that they want to have a centrally controlled economy, they're Marxists, they're socialists, right?
	And they want to ban everything.
	When I look at this, it is like listening to a little child fantasize, if you were king, what would you do?
	Well, if I were king, I would tell everybody that they could do this and they couldn't do that.
	I thought we got over that in Western civilization at the Magna Carta.
	Didn't we?
	Didn't we have a situation where the people came to the king and said, you're not going to be an absolute monarch?
	Made him sign that, that he was going to be subject to the big charter.
	Yeah, we now have a big charter.
	It's called the Constitution, right?
	And this is a reversal of everything that Western civilization was based on.
	As a matter of fact, you know, that king eventually, you know, he came back, started acting as an absolute monarch again.
	That's one of the reasons why you had the American Revolution and why it was justified.
	Because he had violated his oath, you know, the Magna Carta.
	He was subject to the law.
	The law was king.
	They called it in Latin, they called it Lex Rex.
	The law is king.
	No, I'm the absolute monarch.
	Don't you see that in what these people are doing?
	They're nothing but a bunch of petty wannabe tyrants.
	They want to demand everything from you.

	And they didn't want a movie about the American Revolution because the British were the bad guys.

	And he didn't censor it, so they sent him to jail.
	The Supreme Court said that's okay.
	The Supreme Court didn't support First Amendment speech until the 1950s.
	They had said it doesn't have First Amendment protection in 1915.
	And so, you know, today they would say, well, he's a Russian.
	Then they said, you know, he's a German or whatever.
	He's with the Germans.
	So send him to jail.
	He's a propagandist.
	And they sent him to jail under the Espionage Act of 1917.
	Now, when we look at the Obama administration, He came after whistleblowers and journalists like no other president other than Woodrow Wilson has.
	As a matter of fact, Woodrow Wilson didn't invoke that against as many people who were giving out information as Barack Obama did.
	Barack Obama, under that same Espionage Act of 1917, that sent the producer of The Spirit of 76 to jail, gave him a massive fine, destroyed his life.
	Barack Obama prosecuted more people More journalists, more whistleblowers under the 1917 Espionage Act than all of the previous presidents over the previous 100 years combined.
	Because we're stepping up censorship in this country.
	Because there's a war coming.
	And it's coming from the establishment, it's coming from Washington, it's coming from the Pentagon itself.

	All right, going back to the Democrats, let's just summarize what they want to ban.
	Everything, right?
	But specifically, what they had to say.
	Of course I would ban this.
	And it's not just one person saying this.
	They're all wanting to, as a matter of fact, most of them join in and want to ban each and every one of these items.
	Here's the list.
	Plastic straws.
	Red meat.
	Incandescent light bulbs.
	Internal combustion cars.
	You know, diesel or gasoline or petrol if you're in the UK.
	They want to ban nuclear energy.
	They want to ban all offshore drilling.
	They want to ban fracking.
	They want to ban natural gas.
	They want to ban coal and coal plants.
	And they want to ban carbon.
	Carbon.
	You know, carbon's bad.
	Carbon dioxide is what plants need to live.
	It's what we breathe out.
	That's one of the reasons, I guess, that Bernie was so interested in saying, well, let's step up population control.
	Because again, you heard in that clip there, you had one individual come to him and say, you know, Democrats are really kind of reluctant to talk about population control, but don't you think that's important?
	Oh yes, I really do think that's important, said Bernie Sanders.
	And so Babylon Bee, in response to that, put out a satire, said Planned Parenthood asked Bernie Sanders to please stop reminding people about the connection between abortion and population control.
	While Planned Parenthood has been very much in favor of population control and killing off minorities ever since its founding, you know, Margaret Singer and the patriarch of the Bush family, Prescott Bush, he was the treasurer.
	He was on the very first letterhead with Margaret Singer.
	President Prescott Bush, treasurer.
	The Bush family has always supported This eugenicist perspective on abortion, in spite of what they say and do publicly.
	You can certainly see it with Terry Chavez.
	They are not pro-life.
	Nevertheless, getting back to the satire, that's the sad reality.
	But Bablinby, while Planned Parenthood has been much in favor of population control and killing off minorities ever since their founding, their PR strategy is usually to talk about women's rights and women's bodies instead of making that a portion of their public plan.
	They said, Bernie, we know you're on our side here and stuff, but we're really, really not ready to reveal that part of the plan yet.
	Not until phase three.
	So until then, we would kindly ask that you keep a lid on our dark, sordid past of supporting eugenics and population control and the racist beliefs of our founder, Margaret Sanger.
	I would say, though, you know, when I look at this satire piece from Babylon Bee, I would say, well, not until Phase 3.
	Don't release this until Phase 3.
	It's kind of what Nancy Pelosi got so upset with AOC about.
	Occasional Cortex told everybody, look, we're going to get rid of meat, we're going to get rid of airplanes, we're going to get rid of air conditioning and so forth.
	The Green New Deal.
	They said, shut up, you're not supposed to tell people that.
	And now we've got all the candidates telling people that.
	Because you know what?
	We are in Phase 3.
	We're well into the fourth turning.
	Quite frankly, you know, when you look at the Agenda 21 from the UN, you know, sometime in the 21st century, we're going to take everything from you.
	We're going to impose austerity on you.
	We're going to lock you up in the cities.
	That's OK.
	We'll call them smart cities.
	Oh, yeah.
	And we'll let you stream movies real quickly to keep you busy.

	You know, so you can watch movies about Brave New World.
	But we are well into this.
	I would say that, you know, if we look at the fact that they had Agenda 21 sometime in the 21st century, they made it more specific, they called it the UN 2030 agenda for sustainability.
	So they want this all in place finished by 2030.
	That's why they keep coming back to that number.
	So I look at this and I say, well, you know, I think we are, if you think about this as a decade, you know, they got three decades to do this.
	So let's just talk about this like they like to talk about babies in terms of trimesters.
	But instead of a three months, we'll just talk about it in terms of decades.
	We're already into the second trimester.
	Of their abortion of Western civilization.
	With agenda 2030.
	And Bernie, don't tell people that.
	Oh, but he is telling people that.
	He is telling people that.
	It is the Mao Cultural Revolution.
	No, Mao wanted to round up all of the intellectuals, all the scientists, all the entrepreneurs.
	They saw them as a problem.
	They had to be eliminated.

	They want to take us back to medieval serfdom.
	You know, we had the American Revolution and it was justified because the king at the time had become an absolute monarch.
	And there were a lot of people in the British Parliament who supported us in that, because they realized that the King had become too powerful.
	As a matter of fact, where I lived in North Carolina, they named a town after William Pitt, Pittsburgh.
	The county there was Chatham County.
	It was named, he was later made Lord Chatham, because he was on the side of the colonists.
	And you know, Winston Churchill, when he wrote the history of the American, of the English-speaking people, said the American Revolution Was a liberation not only for Americans, but it was also a liberation for the British, liberating them from the tyranny of an absolute monarch.
	And yet what we see with Biden and with Elizabeth Warren and all the rest of these Democrats, Kamala Harris, all of them, they, you know, I'll ban this.
	I'll ban that.
	Not under my administration.
	I'll do an executive order.
	You can't have this.
	You can't have that.
	I mean, they weren't even talking about guns or free speech.
	Oh, they'll ban that as well.
	Both of those.
	But they're going to ban everything in your life.
	They want to be tyrants.
	Just call them the tyranny party.
	And so you got Joe Biden was asked a question.
	And I think this is very telling and I want to dig into this a little bit deeper.
	He was asked, what about China?
	What about China in all this?
	And as Breitbart points out, you know, he's been going back and forth in terms of the economic threat that China presents.
	Sometimes he sees that as a threat.
	Sometimes he says they're not a threat to us, you know, because he and his sons got a lot of money.
	From China.
	That's really, that's something that's going to be there if he can hang in through the election.
	If his eyes don't bleed out on him.
	I don't know, anybody check in for Ebola?
	Not anyway, but they asked him, what about China?
	What about their carbon output?
	Because they put out more pollution than anybody in the world.
	And he had the audacity to say, well that's why we need things like the Paris Climate Accord.
	No, Joe.
	No, no.
	Even the people, and I've pointed this out, I don't know how many times on this program, even the people who are hardcore environmentalists and they believe in man-made global warming or man-made climate change or whatever, opposed the Paris Climate Accord because they said this is a, if they truly believe that, They believe it is a global problem.
	And if it is a global problem, you don't give the two biggest polluters on the planet, China and India, a free pass.
	As a matter of fact, in India, the coal plants are so dirty that if you were to drive a car that got 30 miles per gallon, you would be producing less pollution.
	even an old car that didn't have the modern pollution controls, you'd be producing less carbon gases than you would have if you ran an electric car off of the India grid.
	That's how dirty their power structure is.
	Same thing in China.
	And there were not going to be any restrictions on either the quantity or the quality of power generation in India and China.
	But he goes on to say, you can't very well preach to the choir if in fact you can't sing.
	So we have to lead by example.
	We have to go first.
	We have to take our economies down into a Maoist cultural revolution before we can preach that to the Chinese, says Joe Biden.
	Well, no, actually, we're not going to be singing.
	We're going to be taking about poverty.
	And we're going to be like those monks in Monty Python, where they're beating themselves as they walk around, self-flagellating in a circle.
	That's really the austerity program that they have for us.

	See, one of the things that you don't understand, when you look at this type of stuff, and you look at the attacks on free speech, and you look at the attacks on the elections, And people say, well, it's just private corporations.
	And the government doesn't have any role in all this.
	You better understand the role of government behind that.
	And when you look at the fossil fuel industry and these villains that the left hates, you know, like Exxon and these other companies, the other countries in terms of their size.
	When I talked about Rex Tillerson, when President Trump made that first mistake, I immediately tweeted out, I said, first of all, he's pushed a pedophile agenda.
	At the Boy Scouts, that ought to disqualify him.
	Secondly, he is a rabid globalist pushing climate change.
	And people came back and said, well, he's not.
	He's an Exxon executive.
	He's with the oil industry.
	He would never promote climate change.
	They want you to use oil.
	No, they don't.
	They want to be to oil what De Beers is to diamonds.
	They want to control it.
	But they want it to be scarce, scarcely used and expensive.
	And they also want to make sure that as they make it, you know, vilify it, this thing that they control completely, because you're not ever going to be able to get away from using petroleum products.
	And they're not fossil fuels.
	And we're not running out of them.
	I've shown many times, the mainstream media was all giving us the narrative in 1979.
	I've shown you two magazines, the cover of Newsweek, the cover of Time back in 1979.
	We're going to be out of oil!
	There's only so much oil in the ground, said Tower Power.
	Sooner or later, there won't be none around.
	Alternate sources of power must be found, because there's only so much oil in the ground.
	Can't cut loose without that juice, said T.O.P., one of my favorite groups, but I used to laugh at them for that.
	I like the music, but I didn't like the lyrics.
	It was stupid.
	I knew it was stupid.
	I saved the magazines.
	I saved the magazines.
	I said, this is going to be gold one day.
	I never thought I'd be on radio showing it to people.
	I don't have them with me today, but they said we're going to be out of, we're going to be completely out, 1978, completely out of oil and gas by the mid-1980s.
	In 1979.
	Time, Newsweek, all of the mainstream media were telling us that.
	That's why they were writing songs about it.
	Tower of Power.
	Now, coal on the other hand, so we've got 500 years of that.
	That's why they went after coal first, because it's so plentiful.
	But new extraction techniques have made oil and natural gas plentiful.
	And they want to make it scarce, because that's how they make their money.
	You know, do you want to sell something that is common and cheap, or do you want to sell something that is rarely used, difficult to get, Oh, I'm just going to have to charge you a lot of money for this oil because it's just so hard for me to get out of the ground.
	And all this government regulation, oh, we're going to have to really pump up the price on this.
	It's going to be more precious than platinum.
	Yeah, that's what they want.
	That's why Rex Tillerson and Exxon and this individual, Andrew Goldman, that's why they are pushing environmentalism.
	That's why they're pushing it.
	See, The Intercept looks at this and says, this is hypocrisy from Biden.
	I look at this and I say, no, this is hypocrisy from the oil industry.
	And of course, he's just for sale to the highest bidder.
	Just like he sold out America to the Chinese, he and his sons.
	Right?
	And Kerry's son went there.
	So, he goes, right after this climate forum, we've got to ban everything that has to do with anything that's got carbon in the name, right?
	He goes to a high-dollar fundraiser co-hosted by the founder of Western Liquid Natural Gas, Andrew Goldman.
	This is based in Houston, Texas.
	He's hosting one of two high-dollar fundraisers that Biden will attend yesterday in New York.
	And as they point out, Biden's former climate policy advisor, Heather Zickel, Made more than a million dollars from a natural gas firm after she left the Obama administration.
	I thought the Obama administration was completely against anything that was like fossil-ish, right?
	By the way, I don't believe they're fossil fuels anyway, either.
	And it was the CIA that kept telling us, selling us that agenda of peak oil, right?
	That was another CIA lie.
	Most new oil and natural gas wells in the U.S.
	are hydraulically fracked.
	So they, that's one of the reasons why they oppose fracking.
	I mean, there may be good reasons to oppose fracking.
	I'm not going to weigh in on the environmental issues, but I can tell you what the economic issues are.
	They want to make it scarce.
	They want to make it rare.
	Natural gas right now is projected to provide the majority of electricity in the U.S.
	by 2050.
	Right now, it provides about a third of the electricity generated in the United States, and so they want to limit that because that will increase their profits.
	And Joe Biden is all about You know, being a tool of these people.
	As a matter of fact, the Democrats want to push, when they come back, they're going to push for all offshore drilling to be banned when Congress reconvenes, reports The Hill.
	Democrats have listed putting an end to offshore drilling as a top priority once Congress returns next week.
	See, we don't even have to vote for one of these clowns to become president.
	If we have Democrats in Congress and the Senate, they'll do banning everything just like these Democrats.
	It's the entire party.
	It's not just those fools that were standing up there at CNN.
	The House will take up three bills that will block oil and gas drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and Eastern Gulf of Mexico.
	The House has already voted to block offshore drilling in those areas for a year.
	And they have now separate pieces of legislation that would permanently block offshore drilling.
	They advanced out of committee in June.
	That's exactly what they want to do.
	Now, what are we going to do with all this stuff?
	As I pointed out yesterday, and I didn't get a chance to, I want to revisit a little bit of those statistics.
	That came out of an article out of the Times of India.
	It was reposted by whatsupwiththat.com.
	Solar energy badly harms the environment, must be taxed and not subsidized, said the writer.
	But I want to focus on the battery aspect of this, because cutting down your, you know, again, controlling you, they've got to control your speech, they've got to control your ability to shoot, and they've got to control your movement.
	They're going to do that with the electric cars.
	And here's how.
	Pull up that graphic that I did, guys.
	When we talk about battery production, think about the absurdity of this.
	Now, I'll try to point this out here.
	If you take 100 barrels of oil, you can make $200,000 worth of Tesla batteries that only weigh 10 tons.
	Put those in your vehicles, right?
	And then, with those $200,000 worth of Tesla batteries that weigh 10 tons, You will be able to store the amount of energy that you would have in one barrel of oil.
	And I look at this as an engineer and I want to puke.
	I had a professor who said, you all ought to be ashamed of yourselves driving around in a two-ton vehicle.
	You know, how is that efficient?
	It's like, well, you know, it's efficient if the other people are driving two-ton vehicles.
	I don't actually drive a two-ton vehicle.
	I drive a one-ton vehicle.
	One of the smallest on the road.
	But anyway, the bottom line is that, how do you look at something like this?
	Using a hundred barrels of oil, energy equivalent, to create something that can store the energy equivalent of one barrel of oil.
	That's absolutely absurd.
	And then it gets even more absurd when you look at the largest battery factory in the world, Tesla's Gigafactory.
	They talk about for what they want to do, they can only produce three minutes worth of the annual U.S.
	electricity if you're talking about storing stuff on the grid.
	All of their capacity for an entire year can only produce three minutes of storage for the U.S.
	grid.
	I mean, this is crazy stuff they're talking about.
	It is true Maoist austerity.

	You know, Constitution, if you can keep it, is that book.
	And then he's got a fully annotated version of the Constitution for adults who really want to know what is happening here.
	And I think we need to have this kind of discussion.
	We have so much back and forth talk about, you know, what is constitutional, what isn't.
	And for most people, it's like, oh, what does the Supreme Court say?
	I'll just defer to them.
	They aren't really the final word on what is constitutional or not.
	You need to understand yourself.
	uh... what the form of government is that we have in this country and not defer to some kind of a supreme politburo which is really what they've become The Politburo in China is nine people, and they make all the government policy about everything in life, just as you saw in the Democrat climate debate.
	They've decided they're going to tell you whether you can have a plastic straw or a hamburger or whatever else.
	Everything in your life is going to be micromanaged by them, just like the Supreme Court is going to define life, they're going to define marriage, they're going to define political things.
	They're going to get into areas where the federal government at any level doesn't have any authority.
	And so you need to understand that.
	And as the Democrats are looking at this and saying, well, we don't really like, you know, if Ruth Bader Ginsburg, I call her Vader, Darth Vader, if she dies, Trump gets to pick a replacement.
	We don't like that.
	So let's let the nine existing Supreme Court justices pick another six justices.
	You know, that gets them up to a Politburo of 15, which is what the Soviet Union had, right?
	And that's exactly the way the Soviet Union's Politburo was done.
	They had the people who were already there, got to pick the other people who were their partners, right?
	Because they really are the true leaders.
	But we need to understand, as I was saying with these Democrats talking about what they're going to ban, what they're not going to ban, the law is the true king.
	And the true law is the Constitution.
	And you better know who the real king is, because we've got a lot of unfaithful stewards there.
	So joining us now is Dr. Richard Proctor.
	Thank you for joining us, Richard.
	Well, I'm glad to be here again.
	It's a nice thing to do.
	Well, I always enjoy the discussion, and you know, you've been talking about this now, and you have people go to your website and they'll ask you questions, and tell us some of the questions that people have asked you, because I think other people who are listening now might have some of the same questions about how the Constitution applies in our everyday life.
	You bet.
	This question came from a young lady in Arizona.
	She says, she says, if a state government Were to ban individuals from marriage, and that would apply to anything else of the amendments, would it not be the responsibility of the Supreme Court to protect their constitutional right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
	Then she goes on, if not, briefly paint me a picture of what society today concerning these issues would look like.
	Now, that's a very good question.
	Yeah, it is.
	And, you know, what I've maintained, and always will maintain, is that the Supreme Court has no authority whatsoever to decide what's constitutional.
	And that was in 1803 for the federal government, and then they did it again in 1816 for all the state laws and constitutions.
	So we've come to rely on the Supreme Court to do what they're not supposed to do.
	And that's kind of a General Welfare Clause type of question, isn't it?
	Well, it could be.
	Just a broad, you know, they have all these different General Welfare Clause, we've got the Commerce Clause and so forth, or just People's Individual Liberty, which is more specifically what she was talking about.
	But you have these broad ideas that they use to overthrow the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	Oh yes.
	Now, so let's look at what she's asked.
	She's asked what Well, what would the Supreme Court do?
	And I say, nothing.
	Okay?
	Nothing.
	But that's not correct, because I also say that the states can't pass a law that is unconstitutional unless they violate Articles 1, Section 9 and 10.
	But now, just a minute.
	They could pass a law that would ban religion, or would ban marriage, or would ban anything, couldn't they?
	The states.
	Now, who looks at that?
	Well, there are four major categories of documents in the founding years.
	We'll start with the Declaration of Independence, which is the absolute foundation of the whole thing.
	Then we move on to the Constitution, which is a recording or a listing or creating the laws and the form of government that would be in accordance with the Declaration of Independence.
	Then some of the states said, you have not included the rights of guns and all those kinds of things, those rights.
	There's 27 rights listed in the Bill of Rights, and you have not considered those rights, so we want them, and we won't ratify it if you don't.
	So they ratified it, and we put it on the Bill of Rights.
	And then the fourth one would be all the amendments that occurred after the Tenth Amendment.
	I'm going to read you something out of the Declaration of Independence.
	Everybody knows it, but I want to read it, because this applies here very well.
	We hold these truths of all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, and among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
	That's exactly what she mentioned.
	That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the government.
	Whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people, and I would say responsibility, to alter or abolish that government.
	Now we, all of us, apply that to England, but it applies to the states, and the federal government, or the county government, or the local government.
	If a government that we have created as the people begin to violate the rights of the Declaration of Independence, Then we have a responsibility as people to stand up and say, no, we're going to abolish you completely or we're going to alter what you've done.
	That's the catch for people, for laws that are passed in the states that are not a part of the Constitution.
	They're a part of the Bill of Rights.
	Absolutely.
	And they understood.
	That's why they founded this country.
	That was their statement.
	Their understanding of the rightful role of government and society.
	That government was under God.
	God had given individuals certain inalienable rights.
	The purpose of government was to secure those rights.
	And when government starts to take those rights, then it's the right, as you pointed out, of the people.
	The people have to do something about it.
	We think, well, I'm going to send somebody to Washington.
	I'm going to vote for the right politician to go to Washington to fix this.
	Or I want the right politician and the right president in Washington to appoint the right people in the Supreme Court, and they will give me my freedom.
	The founders said, we're not going to be transported to a state of liberty on a feather bed.
	We're going to have to do this ourselves.
	Absolutely.
	They were firm.
	The Declaration of Independence is the foundation of all of these things.
	And we forget it.
	We forget that it's so important, that item, that we have the right and the responsibility to alter or abolish anything that destroys our inalienable rights, which are the rights of the Bill of Rights.
	That's right.
	Yeah, that Declaration of Independence lays down the theory that was behind the construction, as you point out, of the Constitution, later the Bill of Rights.
	Look at the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	Why do they say that we're not going to give certain powers to the federal government to define marriage or to define life or to define all these other aspects of our life that they've intruded themselves into?
	It's because that's the right of the people.
	It's the duty of the people.
	That was what they understood.

	We're talking to Dr. Richard Proctor.
	You can find his books on economics and on the Constitution at bathroomeconomics.com.
	Always interesting to have Richard on, and we're just talking about a question that he got.
	It's something that a lady posed, said, what if a state does something that's really egregious and takes away something I would consider to be A God-given right or liberty.
	What do we do about that?
	Shouldn't the Supreme Court get involved in that?
	And Richard had a great answer to that.
	He said, well, you know, right there in that document you're quoting from the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution, but the Declaration of Independence informed the Constitution.
	It was a statement of the principles that the people who constructed the Constitution believed.
	And they said, that's your duty.
	It's not only your right, but your duty to fix that and to fix it at the state level.
	Not to have it done by Washington, certainly not to have it done by the Supreme Court, but we have become so passive and we think that we can push on this rope.
	You know, we can somehow elect the right president who's going to somehow select the right Supreme Court justices, and they're going to do exactly what we think they're going to do, and so forth and so on.
	But the whole problem with that structure is that we have enabled the Supreme Court to be the top of a pyramidal structure that is not found in the Constitution.
	So, Richard, I want to talk about another topic, and that is the wall, construction of the wall.
	That is something that could be done by the President out of the Defense Department budget.
	Because this last week, I've been screaming for a long time that in my opinion, maybe I'm not right according to you, but I want to get your opinion on this.
	The President has the authority and the duty to protect this country, and if he can't use the Defense Department to do that, what are we doing in other countries?
	You know, they turn a blind eye to that.
	Certainly, I don't believe that that's constitutional without declaration.
	I mean, we had bases that were built in Syria, about a dozen military bases, about four airfields, I think, thousands of troops sent there.
	There was no authorization for that.
	They didn't even inform the public about that.
	These people, now we've got Republicans who are complaining about this because money is being taken away from military bases in their states to build a border wall.
	They're more interested in protecting the money coming in for these military bases than they are in protecting the country.
	But does the President, in your opinion, under the Constitution, does the President have the authority to use money from the Defense Department to defend our border?
	Yes.
	How about that for an answer?
	Yeah!
	Okay, we agree on that.
	I thought that was pretty obvious, but I just wanted to get you to tell me what you think about that.
	Let's wander back to Article 6 of the Constitution, where it says very plainly that the Constitution is the foundation, and all the laws must be in accordance with the Constitution.
	Well, in 1956, we passed a law about the President's right to keep people from coming into the country that are detrimental.
	He is tasked with the responsibility to ensure that people who are going to be destructive to our country are kept out.
	That's his responsibility.
	The Constitution says that he's a commander-in-chief.
	The Constitution says that any law that's in accordance with it is okay.
	They pass that law, it is okay, and he therefore does it.
	Now, the military is one way.
	But the military has weapons, they have guns, they have tanks, they have planes.
	Why not have a wall to do their task, to do their job?
	Their job is to defend our country against invaders.
	To do that, you have to use tanks and guns, but we don't have enough.
	My oh my, how many thousand miles is the border between here and Mexico?
	Yeah, it's about 2,000.
	I mean, they're only talking about doing, I think, about 175 miles of walls.
	I mean, we're not even talking about 10% of the border.
	Yeah, and it's nothing, but we're not protecting our country.
	He is required to protect the country.
	That's his job.
	He doesn't have a lot of jobs, but that's one he does have.
	That's an international job.
	Protect us from the other guys if we need to.
	That's right.
	It's kind of interesting.
	Let me get your comments on what some of the Republicans are saying.
	Susan Collins, Republican from Maine, is upset about this, again, because this is $3.6 billion that's being taken out of about 127 projects at U.S.
	bases, including some in states where GOP senators are up for re-election.
	And so some of them are screaming because, you know, whenever anybody tries to streamline the military budget, And the Pentagon will even come out and say, we got these bases here, we don't really need this particular base, we don't need that particular base.
	The people who are the politicians from that state, the congressmen or the senators, will scream bloody murder, don't you close that base in my state!
	We don't want that. And so now we see this happening from GOP senators like Susan Collins and Mitt Romney in Utah.
	His state there in Utah, they got $54 million for two military projects that's going to be a part of this $3.6 billion.
	He says he's disappointed. He said funding the border wall is an important priority, but don't take money away from the military base in my state.
	But again, that is the, you know, she's saying I think his executive order exceeds his discretion. It doesn't, though, does it?
	No, no, because that is his responsibility.
	Those orders are in accordance with, you know, he can't pass laws with executive orders, okay, but he can enforce laws that exist.
	That's right.
	He's commander-in-chief of the military, and so he can move the military around to best defend this country.
	And if we've got people that are coming across the border into this country, you ought to move it around.
	That's what I've been saying since he became president.
	Use the military!
	That's what they're for!
	It's the Department of Defense, so defend us!
	And these people that are complaining about a few million dollars are the same ones that are voting for foreign aid in the billions and billions and billions!
	Come on!
	This is stupidity!
	Again, hypocrisy!
	They don't want to protect the country, but they'll give all the money they can to the people who are invading!
	Come on!
	And they never really were concerned about the fact that without a declaration of war we were building military bases in a foreign country.
	Where's that money?
	That could be building bases in Utah for Romney or in Maine for Collins if they want to get concerned about this.
	I mean, it's absolute insanity.
	We haven't had a proper declaration of war since World War II.
	Come on.
	That's right.
	These people complaining about they didn't have a declaration of war when we've never had one.
	What are any military people doing outside the United States then?
	That's right.
	And of course, you know, they can't build a wall overnight, but they could move the military to the border overnight and they could build concertina barriers there overnight, pretty much, and they could be an interventionary force there.
	Putting up things that would be passive barriers, hopefully you would not have to engage people in a decision like that.
	But I've talked to Matt Bracken, he was with Special Forces, he said all you do if people want to challenge that, you just lob some tear gas over the concertina wire, whatever is possible to control that with the military to control our borders.
	These people want to pretend that it's not possible.
	But also, Richard, wouldn't you say that there's a lot that governors could do?
	I like Governor Abbott here, but he's been totally AWOL on this as well, because in the past the The governors have used the National Guard, and they do that whenever there's something like a hurricane.
	They would be under a great deal of criticism if they didn't use the National Guard to help people with a hurricane, but they're not going to use the National Guard now like they have in the past to defend the border, or even here in Texas.
	We've had, as recently as Governor Perry, Rick Perry, he used the Texas Rangers to defend the border.
	Yep.
	You know, again, we're back to the Constitution.
	We can do over and over again.
	We can go back to the Constitution.
	This time it's Article 6 again.
	We're in Article 6 again.
	And in the Article 6, it says that you can use your forces.
	If someone invades your state, you have the right to use your military forces, which is your militia, by the way, to use the military forces to repel them if they are invading your state.
	And what's happening to Arizona, New Mexico, Texas?
	They are invading the state.
	California, they don't care.
	They want everybody there.
	But the other states that don't want them there, they're being invaded.
	They should take action.
	They should take action and enforce it.
	Anybody who says they don't have that action don't understand that the Constitution gives them that responsibility in Article VI.
	Yeah, and when we say invasion, we use that term because if you have a massive number of people who say, we're going to come into your country whether you like it or not, and they come in massive numbers, that is by definition, by anybody's definition, an invasion.
	Especially when they are saying, well, but wait, we're refugees, and then they burn the American flag while they wave the flag of the country that they say they're being persecuted and that they are supposedly fleeing as refugees.

	Welcome back.
	We're talking to Dr. Richard Proctor.
	He's written books on economics as well as the Constitution.
	We're focusing on the Constitution today.
	And Richard, I wanted to get your comments about a court case.
	I've talked about this a long time.
	As a matter of fact, this is one of the first reports I did when I came here to InfoWars.
	We had a guy who was put on a no-fly list and didn't know he was on no-fly list.
	A secret court convicting him in absentia.
	Right?
	And, you know, where have we seen this before?
	Well, we've seen it in a lot of different places, right?
	And this is the type of stuff that's now being rolled out, proposed for gun control and other things.
	They want a no-buy list, for example, but we see this metastasizing in a lot of different ways.
	He was flying to meet his wife in Japan.
	She was in the military.
	He was on a military transport.
	He flew from California to Hawaii.
	They had to change planes as they were about to take off.
	Officials came on and took him off and said, you're not allowed to fly.
	And so he was kind of grounded in Hawaii, which is going to get on a slow freighter.
	And he couldn't get any explanation for it.
	He'd been vetted by the TSA recently because he worked around airports.
	He'd been vetted by the FBI, had a carry license and so forth for what he was doing.
	And so there was no explanation given.
	And, you know, eventually there was a resolution to the problem, but they would never tell him why he was on that list, what he could do to get off, how to defend himself.
	And now we've got a case of this going before a judge who says, finally, and that was seven years ago, finally, the judge says, well, this violates the Constitution.
	Of course, being put on a list, a secret list and a secret process where you're not allowed to know the charges against you, that violates the Constitution, right, Richard?
	Absolutely.
	Actually, that's one of our inalienable rights, the right to travel and move and do what we want to do with ourselves.
	That's one of the inalienable rights.
	And it's right there in the amendments where it says you cannot take life or property or the use of anything without due process of law.
	Because they'd experienced that.
	They had star chamber courts where they did that to people.
	He was denied his right.
	He was denied everything.
	And he can't.
	And these hidden lists.
	I mean, I could be on it.
	I'm a fighter for the Constitution.
	I could be on it.
	But I can't find out.
	I can never know.
	I walk up to the airplane.
	They might say, no, you can't fly.
	Why?
	Oh, because you think the Constitution is important.
	That's all you need.
	That's all that's needed today.
	Because that's considered terrorism.
	That's right.
	Yeah, they try you secretly without you being there.
	And I have talked to many, many people.
	It's not just about flying.
	You know, the Democrats like this.
	The Democrats want to extend this to buying guns.
	They've talked about that.
	We want a no-buy list, just like we've got a no-fly list.
	If we say that you're a terrorist, you are a terrorist.
	And now you've got Democrats in California, earlier this week, labeling the NRA as terrorists, a domestic terrorist organization, because they disagree with their political views.
	I'm sorry, I'm going to say this out loud.
	The Democratic Party is contrary to our country, it never abides by the Constitution, and it should be banned.
	Yes, yes, I agree.
	And there's a whole bunch of Republicans that fall in the same place.
	I absolutely agree, yes.
	Just because they've got a different opinion on political viewpoints, you label them as terrorists.
	And so, if they can label somebody as dangerous, if they can label them as terrorists, then they believe they can do anything that they wish to, you, without your process.
	And we've seen this, you know, we look at the war on terror.
	Look at the war on drugs.
	They declare war on something and then that gives them the authority to act as if we're under martial law, right?
	And so they have a war on drugs so they can confiscate your property under civil asset forfeiture laws, they claim, without convicting you, without even charging you.
	They charge your inanimate objects.
	And then we've seen CPS across this country, again, incentivized by billions of dollars from the federal government, taking people's children Based on secret accusations from people who might be disgruntled former spouses or neighbors who don't like them or whatever, anything.
	And they take the children and they do the due process later, if ever.
	But you have to sue them to get your children back.
	And so there's no due process there.
	It is a secret procedure.
	You're not allowed to even know, as we've talked to many of these parents, you're not even allowed to know what the charges against you are.
	And so should we be surprised that they're talking about doing this with guns, with red flag laws?
	We're in a police state.
	I'm sorry to say, we are not in a republic any longer, haven't been for a long time.
	We're in a police state.
	And that goes right back now to the state.
	You know, the state can ban that kind of stuff.
	They can say, no, you're not going to do it in our state, but they have the right and the responsibility to do it.
	And if the state won't do it, the people need to alter their state.
	Well, you know, when we talk about that, just as we were talking about the military bases, you know, you've got these different politicians in Congress that are upset because they say, well, wait, we had tens of millions of dollars that were going to go to a base project in my state, and now they're going to go to build a wall.
	I don't like that.
	I want the money here in my state.
	Well, that's the same type of thing that is happening with those two examples that I gave of civil asset forfeiture.
	And CPS, they are putting money, injecting money in through these politicians.
	They are the channel through which people get fed, get money.
	And so they bribe police departments to confiscate people's cars and other property under civil asset forfeiture.
	They bribe the state bureaucracies with money out of Washington to kidnap people's kids without due process.
	And that's exactly what we're talking about here.
	That's why we've got to get the right people in at the state level because these people are selling us out Yes, and the people have got to do it in every state of the United States.
	It's time the people said, the Republicans won't do it, the Democrats won't do it, we must find a party so we can elect somebody that will do it.
	That's a no!
	You must do that!
	Well, the Republicans and Democrats won't even talk about it!
	They're perfectly fine with it.
	There is bipartisan agreement on all these issues.
	On CPS, on civil asset forfeiture, on every one of these issues.
	And there's bipartisan agreement on what we've been talking about this whole week, and that is this new approach.
	To use psychiatry as gun control and control of political dissidence.
	I mean, this is truly the next level of oppression and tyranny when we're talking about this Harper program that is saying, well, we're going to get information about you by listening to you through your Apple Watch, through your Amazon Echo, through your Google Home, and so forth.
	And we're going to use that to profile you, identify you secretly as a dangerous person, then come in and take your guns and maybe, there's no maybe about it, they're going to force you Into the psychiatric matrix here.
	And they can always find that mental health guy that can say, well, you're nuts.
	You need to be committed.
	And we have committed people.
	I know of authors who have been committed because of the things they wrote.
	And they're committed to a mental hospital.
	It's classic Soviet-style tyranny.
	You know, saying, well, you're crazy.
	And in a sense, they're right.
	Because if you criticize the government in an authoritarian, totalitarian state, you are crazy.
	That's right.
	You have what they have identified already as oppositional defiance disorder, ODD.
	You're odd, right?
	Absolutely.
	By the way, I made a mistake in the last segment.
	I said it was Article 6.
	It's not.
	It's Article 1, Section 10, last paragraph, where it says, invading forces.
	State can have military action against invading forces.
	Alright, well it's always great to be exactly accurate.
	And I know you're very accurate about that.
	And folks, if you haven't seen Richard Proctor's book on the Constitution, you really need to educate yourself and your kids.
	Your kids really need to understand this.
	They're getting miseducated in the government schools.
	I've had arguments with former employees who were doing very well in school and they had learned the lessons and they were completely wrong about the Constitution on so many different issues.
	Oh yeah, people are learning stuff.
	You go to death to fight for what you don't know is right, isn't that in King and I?
	I'll fight to death to do something that I don't know is right.
	That's right.
	Yeah, you're absolutely certain of it.
	And, you know, they give you a gold star and 100% on your paper if you pare it back what they just told you.
	And if you don't go back to the original source, which is what you do, that's why it's so important to go back and cite article and section and everything else.
	Read it and understand it.
	It is understandable.
	It is in English.
	We don't need somebody like the Supreme Court to translate it for us.
	It's in our own language, isn't it?
	It's simple.
	It's simple to read.
	Although they do use some words that we don't understand, like welfare, corruption of blood, stuff like that, ex post facto laws.
	A lot of people don't understand those statements, and so I defined them.
	I went through and told them what those things mean.
	But it's not hard to read.
	It's not impossible.
	You can read how to elect a president in Article 2, and it's easy.
	Just do what it says.
	It's plain English.
	Yeah, very important.
	Not even hard words.
	It can be understood, and it's even more easily understood with Richard's books.
