	I did the last interview with him before he went to jail.
	He was certain that he was going to go to jail.
	I'm going to tell you what happened with that.
	And of course, we're also going to take a look a little bit at what happened to the people that he was reporting on.
	They had their trials and they didn't get off simply because Tommy Robinson filmed them in the public square.
	But this pushback against free speech, I'm also going to give you the reactions of the left, taunting Tommy Robinson, taunting InfoWars, taunting people who believe that there is such a thing as free speech.
	Vice Magazine.
	Absolutely amazing.
	I don't know who's worse, Vice or the Daily Beast.
	Vice Magazine said, Tommy Robinson, self-appointed journalist.
	Well, who appointed this person writing at Vice Magazine?
	Vice.com.
	Who appointed them a journalist?
	Do we appoint journalists?
	Is this some official thing now?
	I know the Democrats want to do that.
	They want to license everything.
	Everything in life is supposed to be a privilege granted by government, according to Democrats, including free speech.
	Including the free press.
	Not going to be the free press anymore.
	We know how this operates.
	We've seen how it operates in the White House Press Corps.
	It's a little union, a little trade guild that they keep very close reins on because, you know, the politicians work with them on that.
	Give the people access who don't ask them difficult questions.
	That's one of the reasons.
	You can see this in the Democrat debates.
	They don't want Fox people asking them questions because it might be a little bit difficult.
	Can you imagine ever letting one of us here at Infowars ask them a question?
	We would get right to the point.
	We wouldn't ask them the same questions that are asked every single election about the same issues every single election.
	And most of those are issues that don't matter.
	They don't matter to freedom.
	They really don't.
	It's typically about this partisan fight going back and forth between the two groups, and now we've got a partisan fight going on within the Democrat Party.
	You've got AOC and Nancy Pelosi going after each other, and they've just upped the ante.
	That's actually kind of comical to watch.
	AOC has just essentially called Nancy Pelosi racist and sexist.
	Yeah, she's very disrespectful to women, racist or sexist, of color.
	So she's racist there.
	And so now things are starting to escalate with that.
	And we're going to take a look at some new developments with the Epstein situation.
	And I also want to go back and revisit What is going on?
	I would call it judges overturning the Trump election.
	They basically have blocked every one of his moves on the border and many other important issues.
	The census is just the latest one of those.
	It's not as highly charged.
	It is a very important political issue and that's why these political judges are vetoing President Trump.
	It is a very important issue but the greater issue is how they are blocking him on everything. Again, as I said yesterday, it's not even those. One of these issues that President Trump could come in and it would be a win-win issue because it doesn't have anything to do with the borders, it doesn't have anything to do with immigration, it would be a bipartisan win. And that is to fight this judge who said you can't require big pharmaceutical companies on these ask your doctor commercials.
	You can't require them to mention what the price is when these things are astronomically expensive.
	Again, some of these things, $17,000 per month?
	And you can't tell the drug companies they gotta be honest with people about that?
	Why is it that the government can tell them they've got to list all the negative side effects, but they can't talk about the bankruptcy side effect?

	Had an interview yesterday with Tommy Robinson.
	We said it was going to be the last interview before he went to jail, and that is what has happened now.
	He has been slapped with nine months for contempt of court.
	He went to court today wearing a t-shirt that said on the front, convicted of journalism, and that's exactly what he was convicted of, folks.
	And I'm going to tell you, I'm going to deconstruct some of the criticism on the left.
	And tell you just how authoritarian these people on the left are.
	I mean, we've got people on CNN not content with coming after InfoWars.
	You know, they had a couple reporters, their entire assignment was to shut us down.
	We've seen this type of thing happen before.
	Gary Webb, who reported about the crack cocaine epidemic being run by the government, and it was true what he had to say, initially won an award for that.
	He was validated in what he had to say eventually, but because it was so damaging to the government, the LA Times put a team of reporters on him to discredit him.
	To discredit him.
	And they did.
	And depending on what you believe, he either was driven to suicide by that, or he was murdered.
	He went on with Alex Jones shortly before he died, saying that he was not upset and he was working on re-establishing his journalist career.
	But this is the way they operate.
	And CNN basically had a team of people to take down InfoWars.
	And now they're not stopping there.
	They've got a list.
	They want to shut down every single conservative organization.
	They're kind of focusing right now on Tucker Carlson.
	But they got a long list.
	They want to go for Breitbart.
	Everybody.
	And they even admitted it on CNN.
	They said, we're going to get rid of conservative news.
	Totally.
	We've got to shut down radio.
	We've got to shut down any conservative views.
	They can't win the argument, so they have to shut down what they don't like.
	They have to ban what they don't like.
	And what's going on in Britain, as Tommy Robinson pointed out yesterday, it was a highly charged interview.
	And Tommy Robinson was Really loaded, because he knew what was coming.
	And I suggest that you go back and look at that interview.
	But as he was sentenced, the judge said that what he did was subjectively reckless.
	Subjectively reckless.
	He breached a reporting ban.
	Well, from what Tommy Robinson said, he said the error was on their side.
	He said he looked it up.
	He said they didn't have these people listed on their site.
	They went back later and did that.
	But of course, because of their error, he goes to jail.
	They said, well, you should have known that these people would be, even though they're not on a list or whatever.
	He's going to be serving, he served a total of 69 days in custody, having received a 13 month sentence.
	A retrial was ordered after he appealed and the Lord Chief Justice said the ruling was flawed.
	And so I have a lot of questions about the due process in the UK.
	You know, do you have double jeopardy with this?
	Do you have no trial by jury when you've got something that you can be sentenced to years for?
	I mean, he could have gone to jail for two years, but no trial by jury.
	These are just politically appointed judges.
	The same thing that we see happening with President Trump here.
	They didn't win the intelligence agencies and the establishment, the deep state.
	Even working with British intelligence, they weren't able to successfully frame President Trump with a false conspiracy theory that they've pushed for two years.
	But what they have been able to do is completely stop President Trump from getting anything done at the border, telling him you can't use the military there, you can't do this, you can't do that, you can't ban people from coming from countries that Obama went to war with, you can't overturn an Obama executive order on and on.
	Now they're stopping him even on the census.
	Even stopping him!
	From legislation that would, or actually an executive order from the administration, and it's the administration and the people under the president who set up the rules for what they're going to say on commercials, on these Ask Your Doctor commercials.
	They've mandated for quite some time, you've heard these commercials, where they have to go through all of the different side effects, but of course one of those side effects is it's going to bankrupt you, and President Trump and his Health and Human Services Department Alex Azar said we're going to, if they're above a certain price, then we're going to require that they tell people how much this is going to cost per month.
	And a judge says, no, you can't do that.
	Well, if they've got the authority to tell them that they've got to list all of the negative side effects of this, Then they've got the authority to tell them about the money as well.
	Why is that an issue?
	Why can the government ask any question that they want on the census except whether or not you're a citizen?
	Why can they demand that the drug companies, when they're pushing their drugs on the cable news programs, Fox and CNN and all the rest, that's their key money maker there.
	And that's a clue as to why this is being shut down.
	Why is it That they can tell them how to conduct their commercials in every regard, except to tell people how much it costs.
	Well, that's just because the judge says so.
	And that's a lot of what we're seeing here with Tommy Robinson.
	The judge said so.
	So, you know, we're not going to give you a due process.
	The judge said don't do this.
	Even though we don't list it on our site, we're still going to come after you with that.
	He was found in contempt in three respects when he filmed men who were accused of the sexual exploitation of young girls and live streamed the footage on Facebook in breach of a reporting ban.
	Now that's pretty mild from the telegraph, this description of who these guys were.
	These were grooming gangs.
	And fast forward a few months after that, they said, oh well you can't show these people walking into a courtroom Why was he doing that?
	Because they refused to identify them as part of the Islamic culture.
	They said, these are British Asian men.
	As if they're coming from South Korea or Japan and doing this.
	No, no.
	They refused to identify them as that.
	And his point was, as he said yesterday, 90% of these crimes, and it is quite prevalent, 90% of them are done by 4-5% of the population.
	And it is these 4-5% of the people that are committing 90% of the crimes are doing this because of their Islamic culture.
	And the BBC and the British government didn't want people to see that because they didn't want them to see what their preferred immigrant group was doing to their preferred demographic group, women.
	That's the thing they don't want people to see.
	So, let's fast forward from the point at which this all happened back in May of 2018 to October, five months later.
	And here's, I'll give you the BBC's report on this.
	20 men found guilty of being part of a grooming gang that raped and abused girls as young as 11.
	The men were convicted of more than 120 offenses against 15 girls.
	Victims were plied with drink and drugs and then used and abused at will in a seven-year campaign of rape and abuse between 2004 and 2011.
	Where was the government protecting people?
	Don't mess with them.
	If you mess with them, then you're xenophobic.
	You don't like Muslims if you mess with these grooming gangs and don't identify them as Muslims either.
	And you better not identify them on Twitter because, you know, they'll shut you down if you say that this is because of a culture.
	Look, the religion, the culture, the law, it's all tied together.
	It's tied together in Islam just like it is here in America.
	Those things don't exist separate from each other.
	They're all intertwined.
	Your culture, your religion, your law are all intertwined.
	And that's true in Western society.
	It's true in Islamic society as well.
	They went on to say one of these individuals is jailed for life for the minimum of 18 years.
	Other members of the gang were jailed for between 5 and 18 years.
	But, as the BBC pointed out, many perpetrators have never been identified.
	And they said, details of the men's convictions and sentences can only now be published after reporting restrictions on a series of trials were partially, partially lifted.
	So they still have restrictions on what you can say about these people because they're a protected class that is attacking another protected class of the left.

	Let's talk a little bit about what's going on with a Tommy Robinson conviction.
	Again, he was sentenced to nine months in jail.
	Last time he was in jail for just two months after a kangaroo court hearing.
	He was put in solitary confinement because they sent him to the prison with the highest concentration of of uh... muslim individuals muslim criminals who wanted to kill him so that for his own safety they said they put him in solitary confinement nevertheless he lost forty pounds forty pounds in two months He's now been sentenced to nine months.
	According to press reports, it appears that he's been given some time for, some credit for time served.
	It still looks like he is going to serve anywhere from two and a half to four and a half months in jail, depending on different reports here.
	We'll have to see what happens with that.
	It's going to be a very dangerous time for Tommy Robinson.
	And he made the appeal a couple of days ago with Alex Jones to President Trump appealing for asylum.
	That apparently has fallen on deaf ears.
	Because, you know, telling the truth like Tommy Robinson did, telling the truth like Julian Assange did, when the government doesn't want the truth, Telling the truth is very dangerous and evidently due process and free speech doesn't apply and that's true both in the UK and the US.
	Doesn't apply.
	So don't expect any medals if you're telling the truth.
	You can expect to be persecuted and jailed.
	During these three trials, as the BBC reports, jurors heard how these men, these grooming gangs, again, this is what Tommy Robinson was reporting on, because this is the way the BBC reported it, even five months later.
	During the three trials, jurors heard how the men, who were all British Asians, this is almost comical.
	It's like Gilbert and Sullivan, the Pirates of Penzance.
	The pirates come out and say, who are you?
	We're all single gentlemen, right?
	Well, these are all British Asians!
	Many of them of Pakistani heritage.
	They will not identify this as something associated with Islamic culture, almost exclusively.
	Yes, not all Muslims do this, but the people who do this are Muslim in the UK.
	And they went on to say this in the BBC, the sexual abuse of vulnerable children in English towns by groups of men often from immigrant communities, often from immigrant communities.
	Notice how they sanitize that?
	Is an incarnation of a wider scandal that is dominating our news and overwhelming our police and our courts.
	We just can't figure out what's going on.
	I don't understand why we have so much violence in London now.
	Maybe it's the demographics.
	Why are people getting knifed all the time?
	Why are people getting shot in London?
	Didn't they do gun control thing or something there?
	Acid attacks?
	Knife attacks?
	Gun attacks?
	Oh, you know, the left right now are just throwing milkshakes.
	But, yeah, they said, let's do some acid too.
	The grooming gangs, says the BBC, of England, tend to operate where the disinfectant of public scrutiny struggles to reach.
	Why would the disinfectant of public scrutiny struggle to reach their BBC?
	Because you are doing everything you can to hide it.
	You and the government are doing everything you can to hide it.
	So that's the context behind all this stuff.
	And again, this is written five months later, after these scumbags were convicted that put gag orders on some of these things.
	And quite frankly, you know, Tommy Robinson says that those people's names weren't on there.
	If I was in Tommy Robinson's place, I wouldn't give a flip about a gag order when they've been doing what they've been doing to cover up this stuff for the BBC and the government.
	I would have done it in their face.
	And I wouldn't blame him if he did that.
	They would.
	But he said, look, they didn't hit any head.
	Physical evidence, look, it was never on their site saying that these people were protected.
	That was his plea in court.
	But he went ahead and pled guilty, trying to get some lenience.
	A lot of people plead guilty to try to get lenience.
	Doesn't mean that you're guilty of anything.
	Doesn't mean that their laws are correct.
	Because you know you have juries, because juries can nullify bad laws, bad actions from a government.
	But of course the jury was swept aside.
	So you now got the opinion of a judge.
	And the judge in this case says, the Respondent Robinson cannot be given credit for pleading guilty.
	He has lied about a number of matters, sought to portray himself as the victim of unfairness and oppression.
	This does not increase his sentence, but it does mean that there can be no reduction for an admission of guilt.
	And so Dame Victoria, which is the Dame Victoria, He said that he would be required to serve nearly 10 weeks in prison.
	So that's the least amount that I've seen from anybody.
	But again, that's more than the amount of time that he spent in prison before.
	And he lost 40 pounds.
	And he's not a big guy.
	She said, I would urge everyone to think carefully about whether their social media post could amount to contempt of court.
	So putting everybody on notice out there, don't you try this either.
	Don't you try telling the truth about the lies that are being told by the BBC and the British government.
	Don't you tell anybody about that because we might hold you in contempt of government as well.
	I would just have to say contempt is not a strong enough word for what I feel for governments like this.
	You film this in public and you go to jail immediately.
	Kangaroo judge, no jury.
	Within 24 hours he was whisked away to court.
	And then they put a gag order on what they had done to him.
	And we picked it up here at InfoWars.
	It went viral on social media.
	It went viral globally because the British press
	was too spineless to do anything about it to say anything about it so we picked it up and we talked about it and that's why they don't want social media that's why you've got the military and law enforcement people going on and literally saying we've got to stop the guns on social media we gotta stop the cannons we gotta silence them and they have effectively silenced the cannons on social media because
	If the people don't know what's going on, the government can get away with anything.
	They can start wars, they can go to war with us, and they have gone to war with us, and the first casualty of any war is the free press and free speech.
	And then if you complain about this injustice, oh, the treatment will be harsher.
	As a matter of fact, as Tommy Robinson said when he was talking about these individuals, It was only information that was already in the public domain.
	It was only information that the statist BBC had put out there.
	But that's no excuse.
	And here's the other thing that's interesting.
	The original finding of the contempt was overturned by the Court of Appeals in August of 2018.
	But as he pointed out, they put in a new judge and they came back again.
	And we've seen this same type of thing happening here in the United States with our own Department of Justice under President Trump.
	It took a BLM whistleblower to shut down the lies of the FBI, the rest of the BLM, and the Department of Justice.
	The judge was hanging out there in a line and said, well, I'm not going to go any further on this.
	I'm not going to put my butt on the line.

	Welcome back. As I was just saying, Tommy Robinson has been sentenced to nine months in prison. He will serve at least another ten weeks in prison, two and a half months.
	Given some credit for time served, and some of this will be in probation, I guess, but that is still a life-threatening situation.
	Last time he was in prison, solitary confinement, for this, for filming in public.
	He wasn't in court, by the way.
	He was outside, in the public square.
	And he filmed these people going in, he read from the BBC, Which is in the public domain, if you will.
	It was approved because, you know, BBC is approved by the government.
	Everything that they do, they get permission from the government first.
	It's kind of like the New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, they clear everything with the government first.
	Same thing with CNN in terms of, not with Trump, I mean, they come after the politicians.
	That's fair game.
	But they don't criticize the government or government policies, and they all push war.
	CNN, Fox, they will clear that.
	Shepard Smith, he's going to clear anything he has to say with the government.
	Catherine Herridge, who covers national security issues, she's going to basically regurgitate any propaganda that's coming from the national security agencies, no matter how absurd it is.
	Because she wants to make sure she's got access.
	That's her career.
	You know, they'll cut off access if you don't do that.
	And so, again, his kangaroo conviction, the judge grabbed him, sent him, within 24 hours he was locked away and transported to a jail cell.
	He appealed that.
	It was overturned.
	And of course I put a gag order and everybody said, uh, uh, now you can't talk about what we, you can't talk about what these grooming gangs are doing.
	And I'm going to send him to jail instantaneously, kangaroo court.
	And you can't say anything about that either.
	Right?
	That's what happens when the government takes away free press.
	They also take away your due process.
	So it was overturned in August.
	And then some new political shiftings and seven months later they open it up again with a newly appointed political judge.
	Which is exactly what we're going to be seeing with President Trump coming up here in a moment as well.
	The courtroom, the scene outside the courtroom today was one of chaos.
	A lot of supporters, hundreds of supporters of Tommy Robinson's were outside O'Bailey.
	And there were smoke bombs and other things.
	Now the BBC, or rather the Mirror, is reporting that there were around 200 supporters.
	So that's probably a low number.
	Have gathered at a double-decker bus which is blocking the street, and a stage has been erected with speakers, including former UKIP leader Gerard Batten.
	And one guy that they have pictured here holding a sign, police escorted terrorists to attack families in Oldham.
	Because the police are covering this up.
	Because it's part of their political agenda.
	They don't want anybody complaining about their open border agenda.
	And they don't want anybody seeing the fact that these people that they're bringing in, that they believe are going to be dependent and voting for them, as we can see is happening in London, it's the new political base, That supports Sadiq Khan as they replace the people of England with immigrants.
	They don't want people to see how these immigrants are treating women.
	That's what's really behind all this.
	And then you have this from Vice.
	Pushing back they do a whole article and Come after Tommy Robinson, Infowars, Alex Jones, and then they conclude with this.
	Just to give you an idea, I'm not going to read very much from this, but just to give you an idea about how unbelievably biased toward the government and against free speech Vice is.
	So let's get some facts about the hashtag free Tommy thing straight, says Vice.
	Tommy is not Nelson Mandela speaking truth to power.
	Nelson Mandela was a Marxist.
	That's really it.
	If you're not a Marxist you don't get a free pass.
	Yeah, you can have your wife necklacing people and that's just fine.
	They said he's not the leader of the free press.
	He's certainly not a martyr in any way shape or form and they underscore this for emphasis.
	They put the underscore on this.
	He appointed himself And then they put in quotes, a journalist.
	He appointed himself, underscore.
	And then quotes, a journalist.
	No, he just, a journalist is somebody who records what they see, Vice.
	You don't have any special credentials.
	You don't have any special powers.
	You don't have any special insights there at Vice.
	You're just hateful and biased against free speech.
	You don't care for the culture, the religion, or the law of this country.
	You don't care for the Constitution whatsoever.
	You hate anybody that you can't successfully take out and you resort to this type of thing.
	He appointed himself a journalist because this is what these people want.
	The people at CNN, the people at Vice, Want the government to turn any speech into a government-granted privilege?
	No, it is a right!
	It is a right!
	Just like the right to keep and bear arms is a right of the people.
	It's not a right of some... It's not a privilege granted to people and a right that the government reserves to itself.
	The Bill of Rights was about individual rights.
	The 9th and 10th Amendment says, oh by the way, if we didn't leave out any specific protections for individual rights like due process, having search warrants, making sure that we're able to defend ourselves, that we can speak and criticize the government in public, That we have a free press and free speech for all of the people on social media?
	That's why we created government to protect those God-given rights.
	And of course, they don't recognize our Constitution.
	They don't recognize God.
	They're Marxist!
	They appealed to Nelson Mandela as the epitome of a martyr.
	Give me a break.
	Give me a break.
	No, I have not been appointed a journalist either, Vice, and neither have you.
	And we better hope that the people at Vice and CNN don't ever get our country to the point where journalists are appointed.

	You know, they let people run for office.
	If they don't like who you are, they'll pull everything they can to get you out, like they did against President Trump, like they do against Tulsi Gabbard.
	They'll do everything to get you out.
	No dirty trick is off limits.
	Or Roy Moore.
	I'd put him in that category as well.
	If you're not one of the inter-group.
	Now, if you're part of the inter-group and you're not really a threat to the establishment, they'll let you run.
	And then you guys can compete to see who's going to win.
	And that's what happened with the internet.
	You got a lot of people who were funded by DARPA, funded by the CIA's venture capital firm, In-Q-Tel.
	You've got DARPA funding Microsoft now directly and through a shell corporation that Microsoft is working with to create NewsGuard to control the news and to create ElectionGuard to control and to count the votes in our elections.
	You don't see how this is a pattern here?
	Absolutely amazing.
	Yeah, appointed himself a journalist.
	And as I said, One of the things that the judge cautioned everybody on was to say, you better be careful, you better think about whether or not your social media posts are in contempt of court.
	Because we might send you to jail now if you exercise free speech.
	And you won't have any due process either.
	Which goes back to what we saw with James Comey.
	Comey who said, Hillary Clinton committed multiple felonies, but we're not going to do anything about that.
	But don't you try it at home.
	And then shortly after that, he sent Christian Saussure, a former Navy sailor, and I've interviewed him a couple of times, and now he has filed a lawsuit saying, you sent me to jail for something you gave Hillary Clinton a pass on.
	Her crimes are far, far greater.

	I mean, call me, call me this guy that the left loves now because he came after Trump.
	They hated him for a while.

	When they heard that he had been fired.
	And then you had Stephen Colbert, I think it was, some shill like that, talking to his wife, oh no, no, no, that's bad, that's a bad thing.

	Now it is a bad thing, because Trump fired him.
	Saussure's lawsuit names as defendants former President Barack Obama, former U.S.
	Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who led the inquiry into Clinton's email account.
	Good for him!
	He said, I could have just taken the pardon by President Trump and gone on with my life.
	They said the U.S.
	Constitution clearly states that all citizens are born with inalienable rights to be free from persecution by government.
	My conviction and subsequent sentence for a minor military infraction compared to the treatment of politically connected individuals is a glaring example of a violation of the rights of all Americans to have equal protection under the law.
	Remember, he was sentenced to a year in jail and he served that sentence and then he served a year in jail.
	President Trump pardoned him after he served a year in jail to make sure that he, and that was a significant thing, it was a nice gesture because what that did was that cleared his record to help him earn a living.
	He didn't want to have a dishonorable discharge and a prison conviction on there.
	That creates all kinds of issues, being a convicted felon, and not just for employment opportunities.
	But he served the time!
	Because of what Obama, Loretta Lynch, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok did to him.
	Those criminals.
	And if President Trump won't come after him, at least this sailor's got the moxie to do it.

	Now President Trump, as I said, the election has been overturned by these federal judges.
	As The Hill put it, Trump is increasingly boxed in on the census citizenship question.
	They've boxed him in, in terms of limiting any immigration from seven countries that Barack Obama was at war with again.
	Venezuela and North Korea are.
	Not Muslim countries.
	You need to explain that to the people who read the Washington Post and New York Times and listen to the corporate press.
	They are not Muslim countries.
	The other five countries, all these countries we had conflicts, sanctions with them, or we have an undeclared war.
	Going on with them, that Barack Obama got us into.
	The other five countries were Islamic, but there are 50 countries in the world that are Islamic, so that's only 10% of the Islamic countries, but they all called it the Muslim ban.
	They stopped that.
	They told him that you cannot do any law enforcement at the border.
	You can't use the military to protect the American border.
	You can only use the military to remove borders abroad, or to protect borders abroad.
	Or to invade countries abroad or to change regimes abroad.
	But they're going to change our country internally here by keeping our borders open and there's not a thing, say the judges, that President Trump can do about it.
	They want to put limitations on to how Border Patrol and Immigration Control can interact with people in terms of a law enforcement capacity.
	They want to say that even though deferred action On what they call childhood rivals.
	These are people who are not born in America, but come in as illegal immigrants under a certain age.
	They said, well, we're not going to do any enforcement on that in the Obama administration.
	And then when President Trump's administration said, we're going to enforce the immigration laws, the judges said, no, you can't enforce the law.
	That should be a clue that the judges are out of control.
	And so now they're boxing him in additionally on the census question.
	As I said, if he goes to the point of issuing an executive order, The Hill said, as he's widely expected to, it is guaranteed to be met with another round of legal challenges.
	Experts told The Hill that with constitutionally mandated census deadlines, there simply may not be enough time to re-litigate the issue.
	So the deadlines that are in the Constitution, that has to be adhered to.
	But the powers of the President don't have to be adhered to.
	And this is why President Trump needs to stop listening.

	Judges have overturned the Trump election.
	The central issue of President Trump was that he was going to protect the border, build the wall.
	No, can't do that.
	All right, I'll put the military there to stop people and they'll put up a temporary.
	Can't do that.
	Can't put an immigration ban even on countries that Obama was at war with.
	Can't start enforcing the law.
	Because the Obama administration, with an executive order, said we're not going to enforce the law.
	So the Trump administration cannot say we're going to enforce the law, say the judges.
	And now, as we look at this census question, you can't even ask a citizenship question.
	As Paul Craig Roberts said, he said, are you kidding me?
	The government can know everything about us except our citizenship?
	They can ask anything that they want.
	On the census question.
	They can illegally spy on every single one of us and monitor everything that we're doing and we know that they are.
	We've seen the Snowden leaks.
	Are they listening to your conversations?
	Are they reading your emails?
	No, they're looking at your metadata and that's far more damning.
	They can build a database of biometric information from your driver's licenses.
	It's not just the faces, folks. We've, under RealID, we've been having to give up our fingerprints for quite some time as well. They've got full biometric information on those databases for driver's licenses.
	So they can do everything. They're, you know, when they look at our metadata, they can compile a dossier of what our political and religious beliefs are, who our friends are, what our activities are.
	They use that to predict what we're going to do in the future, from the mundane to the political.
	And so they can know everything about us.
	They can ask any question they want on the census except whether or not we're citizens.
	Because, you know, the purpose of the census is to allocate political representation in Congress and the Electoral College.
	So we wouldn't want to know whether people are citizens for that purpose, right?
	As Paul Craig Roberts says, the Supreme Court has done nothing to enforce the Constitution and stop the government spying on the population.
	Yet the Supreme Court, based on speculation, About the government's motives for this question that has always been asked, except during the Obama administration.
	They've always asked, are you a citizen?
	So they speculated about motivation.
	Our motives.
	Are your motives pure?
	It doesn't matter what the law says anymore, right?
	They're going to speculate about motivation.
	Based on that, they blocked the 2020 census from finding out how many people living in the US are citizens.
	Are citizens.
	They also point out that, hey, you know, we've got a deadline, and so President Trump is going to be out of the deadline, and if he does an executive order, the courts are going to challenge that.
	And of course they will.
	Nobody challenged when Barack Obama removed the census question.
	Nobody challenged when his Homeland Security Secretary said, I'm not going to enforce the law.
	But because he removed the question from the census, because they stopped enforcing the law, DACA, Now, this president is being told by the political judges that were appointed by Barack Obama, and it only takes one.
	Only takes one.
	We've got about 3,500 federal judges throughout the country.
	Only one can blackball the president in the presidential actions.
	If President Trump continues to kowtow to these people, the judges will overrule and will shut down his election.
	They'll shut down any protection of the border or any other policy that they don't like.
	For example, as I point out, yesterday, President Trump said we're going to put a rule out saying they've got to list the prices.
	He had one judge shut that down.
	Clearly he has the authority to make that rule.
	The people underneath him in his department can make the rule.
	They make other rules about what can and cannot be said on these Ask Your Doctors commercials.
	But you can't put that in there.
	I think That would be the key point on which to challenge this usurpation of federal authority.

	You've got one or two federal judges that have blocked President Trump on every essential... It's not just essential, it is existential, these issues.
	They're issues that question the very existence of America.

	Now if President Trump were to do that on some of these hot-button issues, if he were to do it on some issue that was about him personally, or if he was to do it on this hot-button issue of protecting the border and illegal immigration, then that would obscure what is really going on here.
	I think the point of attack that President Trump needs to do is on the protection of of the big pharmaceutical companies.
	Nobody likes that.
	Nobody likes that here in America.
	Take a look at what's going on here with people having to go to Canada to get insulin.

	It's about crony capitalism.
	It's about truly fascism, the merger of big business and big corporations.
	Let's get a little bit more specific about this.
	One of the people who organized this Talking about how big the difference was in prices in Minnesota versus Canada.
	Again, they drove 815 miles on a bus so they could save that money on buying insulin.
	She said, I just went to CVS in Minneapolis.
	The retail price of the vial of insulin is $340 there.
	When I went to London, Ontario to pick it up at a Walmart pharmacy, in U.S.
	dollars the price was $26.
	So, $340 in the U.S., $26 in Canada.
	Think about that.
	$340 in the US, $26 in Canada.
	Think about that.
	What is that?
	That's $13,500.
	13, 14 times the price?
	I'm just off the top of my head here.
	She said, I had to go in debt.
	This has gotten so expensive.
	Insulin, which she has used on a regular basis.
	So expensive I had to go into debt because of it.
	I've had to put it on credit card.
	I've had to reach out to family members to help me pay for it because it had gotten too expensive and I can't cover it because of the astronomical cost.
	President Trump said he was going to do something about it.
	And he did something about it.
	They issued an order back in May.
	Alex Azar, HHS Secretary, Health and Human Services Secretary, said, we've got a new rule.
	We're going to try to have some truth in advertising.
	You know, just like when they sell these drugs and tell you how wonderful they are, then, very rapidly, they tell you all the life-threatening conditions that it'll cause.
	Oftentimes, if you listen to these commercials, most people don't.
	They're mesmerized by the slow-motion pictures of the kids in the field of flowers.
	But most of the time, if you listen to it, One of the adverse effects that can happen from these drugs is they can actually exacerbate the condition that you're taking it for, many times.
	But what they came up with is they said, look, if you're going to, if the monthly dosage, typical dosage of this drug is going to cost more than X amount of dollars, you're going to have to say that also.
	Not just, you know, the rule from HHS that says you've got to list the adverse side effects.
	It said now you're going to have to also list How much it costs on a monthly basis if it's above a certain level.
	And a judge arbitrarily comes in and says, no, I'm not going to say that HHS can't dictate terms of what the commercials say.
	I'm just going to say they can't say anything about price.
	They can't mandate the price information.
	It's like, wow!
	What's the same thing they're doing with the census, right?
	The census, they can ask any question they want except the citizenship question.
	And we have rules in the Constitution as to when the census has to be done.
	So there's a deadline and President Trump's got to obey that deadline.
	But the judge doesn't have to obey the fact that the president doesn't report to the judiciary.
	They are co-equal branches.
	He is not under the judiciary.
	And he doesn't have to justify to them why he is asking a question.
	And the Trump administration doesn't have to justify to a single judge.
	Why?
	They want to have the price stated.
	We know the reasons for those things.
	They're obvious.
	And President Trump needs to do what Andrew Jackson did.
	Say, well, they've issued their decision, their opinion.
	Let's see them enforce it.
	I have the authority.
	The people in my department have the authority to tell these companies what they have to say when they put an ad out there.
	And we're going to tell them one of the things you've got to say is how much this costs.
	If President Trump would challenge them, challenge their usurped authority, their unconstitutional authority, these political and corrupt judges, and have somebody investigate whether this judge who issued this order Has been getting contributions or money under the table from some of these pharmaceutical lobbyists.
	That's what really needs to be done.
	Investigate that judge, number one.
	Ignore what he had to say.
	And that would be the most important thing that President Trump could do right now because they are stymieing everything that he's trying to do in terms of protecting the border.
	And he is bowing down to them.
	Now, it's not just President Trump.
	Every president in the past, in my lifetime, Has bowed down to the federal judiciary.
	You've had state and local officials who do it.
	They've got a law in the state and they've got constitutional amendments in the state on issues that the federal government has no authority over whatsoever.
	Things like abortion, things like marriage, and instead, when the federal government comes in and says, no, no, no, we're going to override that state constitution, we're going to override the state laws, we're going to override the referendum.
	You know, in California, California, where Tim Cook and Apple spent millions of dollars to push gay marriage, it lost in California, so the federal government mandated it.
	They have no right to do that.
	Under the 9th and 10th Amendment, Regulation of marriage, regulation of health clinics like stem cell clinics and things like that that the FDA is also shutting down.
	That is the jurisdiction of the state and local government.
	That's not the jurisdiction of the federal government.
	And this would be a major win.
	Everybody can see the problem here with this.
	President Trump could come across as a hero and he could break, set a precedent, and break this usurpation of power by these federal judges, taking them on over this prescription drug price cover-up, cover-up, that's being mandated by this judge.
	It went on to say in the article, what happens in the US is that the FDA requires the pharmaceutical industry to have certain standards of care the standards are great but sometimes small businesses can't enter the market because it is such a big it all goes back to the FDA and now you got a judge coming in and usurping this authority look There's no authority under the Constitution for the FDA.
	And these judges have no authority to tell the President what he can tell them to put in ads.
	It's just a conflict of interest.
	I mean, we can talk about whether or not the federal government should mandate what is on ads.
	That is going across different state lines and so forth.
	But there's absolutely no way that they have authority of part of the ad and not the other part of the ad.

	Yeah, the maker of rules and they've got some new rules that have gone into effect as of July 1st.
	I pointed that out a couple of days ago.
	One of the new rules, of course, in Washington, D.C., is no plastic drinking straws.
	And they're very serious about this.
	They're gonna have mystery, you know, hidden people going around different restaurants and so forth, looking to see if the restaurants have any plastic straws there.
	I mean, you know, maybe somebody brings some of their plastic straws with them, but...
	The restaurant will get fined anywhere between $100 and $800 per occurrence.
	Up to $800 for a plastic straw.
	Where did this come from?
	Well, I pointed out when this started getting traction a year ago.
	It was back on Earth Day of 2018.
	That they started making a big deal out of the plastic mass of garbage that was floating in the ocean, right?
	What they didn't tell you was that all this floating mass of plastic is typically coming from China and from other Asian countries, almost exclusively.
	I don't have the statistics in front of me, but I said at the time nearly 100% of it was coming from Asian countries like China that just dump it in the ocean.
	They don't incinerate it.
	That's the appropriate thing that you can do with it.
	But of course, that freaks them out because it's like, oh, that's going to have like gas or something with it.
	No, you can do it cleanly.
	You can incinerate it.
	But they don't care in China.
	They just dump it in the ocean.
	And because they're dumping it in the ocean, the people who run the Earth Day annual climate scare marathon decided that since their climate change narrative was failing so badly, all the data was showing that their models had failed, An increase in CO2 and yet a decrease in temperature and showing that it was dependent on solar activity and not on anything that is man-made, let alone on what the Americans are doing.
	Because of all of that, they decided, well, we're going to stop this climate change for Earth Day 2018 and we're going to go back to pollution.
	We're going to focus on pollution.
	And so you had the New York Times and a lot of the corporate media focus on this statistic About 500 million straws a day!
	A day!
	Where did that come from?
	Well, it came from a nine-year-old child who did it back in 2011.
	He created that statistic and now it's been repeated by all the mainstream media.
	It has been enacted now because of a combination of the Earth Day climate Alarmists has now worked his way into legislation in Seattle, Washington DC and other places, other Democrat places.
	I don't know, do we have that here in Austin yet?
	Because they probably will put it in.
	They've banned plastic bags inside of Austin for several years now.
	So it's just a matter of time before it's coming to you.
	And again, you know, if they go around and they're telling everybody, look you can have a A straw made out of hay?
	I really could call this the Rumpelstiltskin thing, right?
	You can't make that... I don't know about this, but you can have it made out of hay, you can have it made out of... they mentioned something like bamboo.
	Oh, that'd be good.
	Bamboo.
	We'd love bamboo, right?
	Or you can have it made out of metal.
	Oh, there's a problem with that.

	A 60-year-old woman died from her metal straw.

	She tripped and fell.
	She fell on the metal drinking straw.
	It impaled her eye and her brain.

	It's actually reported by USA Today, actually.
	While walking through the kitchen, drinking hand, and she collapsed.
	As she fell, the 10-inch stainless steel straw entered her left eye socket and punctured her brain.
	The coroner warned that reusable eco-friendly metal straws should never be used in a way that fixes them in place.
	She had it fixed in a screw-top lid on a mason jar.
	So, it's eco-friendly.
	Not necessarily too friendly to this woman that it killed, but at least the environment wasn't harmed.
	That's the good news, right?
	The environment was not harmed, so we can all rest easy.
	It just killed this woman when she fell on the, when she had a fall, the metal drinking straw acted like a spike and killed her.
	Could have gone into any part of her body, right?
	But we don't care because, you know, humans are kind of like a virus.
	You know, the Earth, Mother Earth, it's like this goddess, Gaia, and it just happened.
	It just all came together.
	It just happened.
	But it's now a living organism.
	And all of you humans, you and I, we're just viruses.
	They've got to reduce the population.
	They've got to put us into abject poverty.
	And of course, it's all an excuse for the government to take our money, to take our property, and to control us.
	Let's talk a little bit about AOC and Pelosi.

	I was going to talk about it yesterday in terms of what Facebook did, putting out a FOTLAW on Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, and other people that they had already declared as dangerous.
	Then they put a fatwa out on them and said, oh, you know, we're going to allow you to put out threats of violence and even death threats against these people.
	That's fine.
	They walked that back later, but that's their heart.
	That's their heart.
	Immediately after they depersoned them, they said, anybody who wants to, you can't mention their names.
	They shall not be named.
	Unless you're criticizing them.
	And then they stepped it up and said, unless you want to make death threats against them.
	Oh yeah, we'll let that happen.
	Yeah, we like that.
	Do that, said Facebook.
	Facebook is a fascist terrorist organization.
	If you use threats of violence to achieve political ends, and that's exactly what that was, you are a terrorist organization by definition.
	But let's take a look at this young girl who dressed up like AOC.
	She was eight years old and she did parodies of occasional cortex.
	And she got death threats.
	So much so that her parents shut down all of her social media accounts.
	That's exactly what they want you to do, right?
	They want you to shut that down.
	Her family said on Wednesday she would stop making the videos.
	They removed all the existing videos.
	Of course, you can still find some of them on the internet.
	Her father said, the left's harassment and death threats have gone too far for our family.
	We've been getting calls on our personal phone numbers.
	For our safety, for our child's safety, we've deleted all many AOC accounts.
	Now, it's kind of interesting because, you know, AOC herself Didn't defend this young child.
	She's all about defending young children, isn't she?
	I thought.
	Doesn't she have a heart for children?
	She doesn't have a heart for this girl.
	And I'm going to show you.

	They do everything for the children, right?
	Everything is always for the children.
	We've got to do gun control for the children, we've got to have open borders for the children, we've got to have welfare for the children, health care for foreign citizens for the children, the foreign citizen children.

	Yeah, who had said things like, like, I want to tell you about my plan to single-handedly save the planet.

	Let's talk first a little bit about Ross Perot.
	You got anything you want to say about Ross Perot?
	Yeah, you know, interesting.
	You know, my book, Trend Tracking, that I wrote in 1989, In that book I had forecast someone like a maverick like Ross Perot who would run for president.
	There's a great story behind it.
	I got involved in the campaign to some extent and I was down in in Dallas two weeks before the presidential election in 1992.
	Would you get that photo over there please for me Jay on that couch right there?
	And I was with John Connolly and his wife Nellie.
	John Connolly, for those who don't know who he is, he was the governor of Texas that sat in front of John F. Kennedy when he got assassinated and took the bullet back.
	And that famous shot of Nellie throwing herself on top of him.
	And by the way, that saved his life.
	But that's a whole nother story because the bullet went through his lung and by hard compressing him down, the air didn't go in through the lung.
	He would have suffocated.
	But anyway.
	Wow.
	So Connelly wanted to meet me and how I forecast that Ross Perot would run.
	And this is two weeks before the election, if you see that photo.
	And that's me, him and his wife Nellie on the side of the book depository.
	Oh wow.
	That's where the shot was fired from over here.
	And this is their first time back since the assassination.
	Do you have one of the three of you in front of the grass, you know?
	Thankfully, no.
	But anyway, he said, by the way, he said he heard three shots.
	And we were parked out in front of the, that's the side of the book depository.
	We were parked out in front of a limousine.
	It was me, him and his wife, Nellie, and a guy named John Jay Hooker, who put the meeting together.
	He was from Tennessee.
	And Pat Cadell, who was the pollster for Perot.
	Oh, yeah.
	And Rama Fox, who was Larry King's girlfriend at the time, because it was John Jay that got Ross Perot on Larry King to announce he was running for president.
	So they were all involved in this.
	But anyway, he tells the story of what happened that day.
	He said, I heard a gunshot.
	He said, I know it was a gunshot because I've been hunting since I'm a little boy.
	And he said, I looked over to my right and I didn't see anything.
	That was the grassy knoll.
	And he said, I was wearing a dark blue suit that day and I looked over to my left And there were brains on my shoulder.
	Wow.
	She said, I knew there were brains because my daddy was a butcher.
	And that's the way the story began.
	So anyway, with Ross Perot passing on, you know, I was very, I was pretty connected with that.
	What, what really, what really killed and by the way, Pat Goodell, he just passed on as well.
	He, he was doing the polling for Perot.
	And Perot is zooming in the polls.
	Oh yeah!
	Before he dropped out, he was at 39% and Bush and Clinton were tied at 24%.
	And this is two weeks before the election.
	He's zooming in the polls still.
	He's just like one Wyoming or something.
	And he goes on Leslie Stahl.
	He was on before, but they played the 60 Minutes.
	They aired it that night.
	And everybody's heart just fell when Perot went on about why he wasn't in the campaign during the summer because of his daughter's wedding and worried about this or that.
	And that's what destroyed his chance to win the election.
	He could have.
	And I'm mentioning that because that's kind of what Trump went on.
	But of course, Perot comes from a very different attitude, mentality.
	But the people really want something very different from what we have now.
	And that's right.
	You go back and look at Ross Perot and you had people, you know, he went on with Larry King as well.
	Larry, you know, if all these people sign petitions, I'll do it.
	You know, and they had people doing that, had people writing him in on both the Democrat and the Republican side in the in the primaries.
	And so they got him on the ballot and he ran and he was way ahead.
	And then, you know, he dropped out suddenly and everybody's speculating.
	And you got Dan Quayle saying, Oh, he's a temperamental tycoon and all this kind of stuff, right?
	And then when he comes back in and he says, well, you know, they threatened my family, and everybody, oh, he's a crazy conspiracy theorist.
	I mean, who wouldn't believe that they were capable of doing that today after what we've seen for the last two years against President Trump?
	Oh, hell yeah.
	Against anybody.
	He was telling the truth.
	Isn't Julian Assange having a wonderful time?
	I mean, come on.
	He can't speak out anymore.
	Look what's going on in Australia.
	The police, the feds, raiding people's homes because they're reporting on atrocities that were committed by the Australian military in Afghanistan.
	They're seeking out all their records.
	So on and on.
	But the other point was that it was Ross Perot that warned us about the new trade agreements.
	Yes.
	And he was the only one.
	He was the only one taking exception to that.
	And what people forget is that Bush couldn't push those through, George Bush Sr., and it took a little lying piece of garbage like Slick Willie Clinton to convince the Democrats that it was okay, and he changed the course of the Democratic Party.
	But there was that famous debate with Perot and Al Gore where Perot warns of the great sucking sound that we'd be losing jobs to Mexico.
	And you know what Gore said?
	One of the things that by having all those jobs in Mexico, we wouldn't have a migrant crisis anymore because they'd all be working.
	They're lying about open borders and what they call free trade.
	It's not free trade.
	As Ron Paul said, you don't need a thousand pages of regulations if you've got free trade.
	And you don't need unequal trade tariffs if you've got free trade.
	You know, what they're doing is they're just manipulating this country down into the cellar.
	And he was right, because immediately after they passed NAFTA, Gerald, The trade deficit that had been hovering between plus or minus 2 to 5 billion dollars between the two countries immediately jumped to 17 billion dollars in favor of Mexico and never got any lower than that.
	Yep, and you know the other thing too, when I met this John Jay Hooker boy, he was a real character and I met him down in, I flew down to Nashville and then from Nashville the next day we flew to Dallas and He's showing me around Nashville and he's talking about, he shows me where Al Gore lives.
	And I said, what's Al Gore like?
	He said, he's like his father, an arrogant boy.
	Again, another little boy born on third base and thought he hit a home run.
	I'm sick of these people that never had to do it on their own with their attitudes.
	They could shove it, you know?
	Well, you know what, what Ross Perot said about NAFTA was absolutely correct.
	It's been proven.
	I don't think that USMCA is going to be any better.
	I hope it gets shut down because the real issue that remains, whether or not President Trump has temporarily adjusted some of the imbalance there or not, The real issue that remains is an issue of sovereignty, and we need to understand that it's the sovereignty issue that is the most dangerous thing about this, because it's creating these trade blocks, giving control over our trade to some supra-national group that's not accountable to us, that can monitor this and can change the terms of this agreement.
	That's how you eventually get steered into things like the European Union, because they start out with a free trade block, Then they go to more control of the economy, and then they start pulling in things like a common currency and other things like that.
	Oh, you're 100% right.
	And now, of course, the European Union has made a deal with South America, it was the Mercurius Agreement, and it's going to be more of that, the multinationals taking over.
	Yeah, yeah.
	We should get these groups in certain areas and they join those groups together, like one group that rules them all, right?
	Yeah, so all we become are plantation workers on the multinational plantation of Slavelandia.

	Gerald, first before we go into finance stuff, the massive layoffs that we've seen at Deutsche Bank that have been building up and then announced this weekend up to 20,000 people going to be fired at Deutsche Bank.
	A lot of people look at this and say, hey, this is looking a little bit like Lehman Brothers.
	Do you think it's like Lehman Brothers or is it just something that's localized to Deutsche Bank?
	Well, Deutsche Bank is, yeah, I think it's localized to Deutsche Bank because they're going to do what they can to keep it quiet.
	But the good news about The firing of nearly 20,000 people is that the CEO who destroyed the company gave $11 million package to go away.
	Isn't that great?
	Yeah, I saw an article where they said these guys, the middle level managers, as they were laying out the plans to fire 20,000 people, they're getting fitted up with $2,000 suits on their way out.
	I guess that's kind of a golden parachute there, right?
	Yeah, I mean, it's disgusting.
	And again, that's why you're seeing so many of these populist movements going on around the world.
	Because that's all this is, is the banksters are in charge.
	But no, I don't see this one exploding like the Lehman Brothers.
	I don't see this explode.
	Again, our forecast is we're going to go into the greatest depression in 2021.
	It'll be after the elections.
	Minus the wild card, of course.
	You know, there's always the wild... whether they're man-made or made by Mother Nature, you know.
	Well, I shouldn't say Mother Nature.
	I don't want to... I should say Father Nature.
	Or just Nature.
	I don't want to get in trouble, you know.
	Gaia.
	Gaia theory, yeah.
	Mother Nature is mad at us, right?
	Well, you can't say father.

	All right, so you see interest rates.
	There's a lot of talk now that first they said, well, interest rates are going down.
	Then they said, well, we had good jobs reports.
	So now it's not going to go down.
	But now we've had more comments saying that they are, in fact, still going to go down.
	You think that'll happen?
	But again, it goes back to Deutsche Bank.
	What they're going to do, they're addicted.
	These are addicts.
	They call them investors.
	They're addicted to gambling.
	And they keep giving them drugs to keep it going.
	And they're negative in low interest rates.
	It's called monetary methadone.
	So that's why you're not going to see Deutsche Bank fail.
	They'll do anything they can to prop this thing up.
	And it's the same thing with our economy.
	You know, if you look at the numbers coming in around the globe, they're very weak.
	Purchasing managers index everywhere.
	And what's going to happen by lowering interest rates, that's going to allow more banks around the world to also lower interest rates because the dollar will go lower.
	So you just saw what happened.
	They fired the guy in Turkey, the central banker.
	A couple of months ago, they fired the cat over there in India.
	They don't want him to raise interest rates.
	So now in the United States, I forecast we're going to see at least four interest rate cuts before the 2020 election, if not more.
	Yeah, they're going to stimulate it, like you said.
	It's like meth, and the banking cartels, the central banks are breaking bad, but it's not going to collapse around everybody's heads until after the election.
	I think you're right.
	I think you're right, absolutely.
	And so what's going to happen with gold?
	Well, that's what's pushing them up, because the dollar's getting weaker.
	The dollar, the only reason the dollar is strong is because the other currencies are all so weak.
	I mean, look what's going on in Europe.
	You've got negative interest rates.
	They're going to be doing more quantitative easing.
	They wasted $3 trillion before of the people's money bailing out banks and corporations with bonds.
	And now, because you're such a great guy, David Knight, I got a German bun for you, but you could buy a 10-year one.
	And because I like you so much, when you cash it in in 10 years, you're going to get less than what you paid for it.
	Negative interest.
	Negative yield.
	You can't make this stuff up.
	So, gold.
	Gold, again, we sent out a trend alert to our subscribers on June 6th.
	Gold was at $1,332.
	We said this is the beginning of the gold bull run.
	That was the headline, gold bull run.
	And the reason I said that is because gold has finally broken over the $13.25 mark, which we've been watching for a long time, and solidified a bit.
	The next breakout point was $13.85.
	It did that.
	It did it solidly and is still above it, hitting between $1400 to $1420.
	The next breakout point is $1450.
	The next breakout point is $1,450.
	I've been saying this for six years.
	When it breaks beyond that, that's going to drive it back toward the $2,000 mark.
	The global economy, everybody is in trouble.
	They're all printing more money.
	China, what they're doing is they're lowering the reserve ratio requirement.
	They allow banks to loan money with having nothing in the bank, basically.
	And so they're all doing it around the globe.
	Brazil's falling back into a recession.
	They had negative GDP.
	We'll see what comes out for this quarter.
	Around the world, it's a slowdown.
	And you also have global unrest going on, particularly what's going on in the Middle East.
	So now you're seeing oil prices coming back toward that $70 a barrel mark for Brent crude because of the destabilization, not because of supply and demand, There's way too much supply and not enough demand to push the prices up.
	So if something breaks out in the Middle East, gold prices are going to skyrocket.
	And we just had the news that was on the headlines overnight.
	Iran has come back and disputed what was going on there, but the headlines were that some small Iranian boats tried to take over a tanker and couldn't even do that.
	I mean, the most aggressive scenario that's come up by the Western press is, look, they sent out their Revolutionary Guard to try to capture this tanker and they couldn't do it.
	They're dangerous!
	Yeah, I know.
	Did you see these little motorboats?
	Did you see these things?
	They're like little motorboats.
	18-foot motorboats.
	Oh yeah, and they got this big...
	U.K.
	ship, you know, this warship behind the tanker, right?
	These little motorboats are going to... Okay, guys, come on.
	Gerald, I grew up in Tampa, Florida, and they used to have the Gasparilla Festival every year, and they would have these doctors and lawyers dress up like pirates and get drunk and float in with a bunch of boats and everything.
	That was a lot more threatening than what happened in the Persian Gulf, even if the Western reports are true.
	Well, again, they're selling us war, and I believe there's going to be some kind of a conflict.
	If oil prices go to $100 a barrel or more, kiss the global economy and the global equity markets goodbye.
	It will be a disaster.
	And of course, that's going to have a lot of negative impact on President Trump getting re-elected.
	But, whenever there's a war, the President always gets a big surge in support, right?
	And so, do you think there's some kind of calculation going on there, and the Trump administration's like, alright, we would tank the economy, but then, you know, everybody would, you know, start waving the American flag, and maybe they'd wash that out.
	Do you think that's the calculation they're looking at?
	Not at all.
	Because Trump is in the real estate business.
	That's his life.
	And he wants those real estate values to stay high.
	And number two is that I believe we're going to have a peace treaty with Afghanistan and North Korea just prior to the elections.
	And Trump is going to use that as well.
	Okay.
	Well, let's hope that that's the case, because we have been in Afghanistan for a very long time.
	He's going to have to get control of the Pentagon to get that done, because those guys, they've said for years, you know, we're going to stay there for another 20 years.
	And when President Trump said we're going to bring people home, they said, no, you're not.
	You know, and as we've discussed for so long, there's a lot of rare earth metals there.
	There's lithium there.
	There's a, you know, it's not just the military industrial complex, endless wars.

	AOC, who had absolutely nothing to say, when death threats were made against an 8-year-old girl who parodied her, oh, you know, that would have been a noble thing for her to do, Because, you know, it's about the kids.
	We don't want kids getting death threats, do we?
	Everything she does is for the kids!
	No, actually not.
	And then she blocks a Republican candidate who has things to say about her that she doesn't like, so she blocks him.
	Of course, you know, President Trump can't block anybody on Twitter.
	Again, this is another one of these things of judges out there saying, President Trump And any elected official, they said, so we'll see if they're going to apply this rule equally to AOC and other people.
	But they said, you know, any political candidate, you can't block anybody, even on your personal account.
	I mean, you know, he has the official POTUS account.
	That's the official government White House account.
	But then, of course, he has his own personal, real Donald Trump, which he had before he became president.
	And now they're saying, oh no, you can't do that there either.
	If somebody's going to be a troll, you've got to let them come on.
	They've got to be able to troll you, to threaten you with violence, and with death, and that's okay.
	That's okay.
	But, you know, the CEO of Twitter, he can ban people, because the CEO of Twitter has more power, according to this federal judge, than the president does.
	That's the way this is supposed to work.
	It's their private property.
	They've now been given the title to the Internet.
	I don't know.
	Did you see that ceremony where they handed over the official title of the Internet?
	You know, it's a signed paper, a pink slip.
	And they, you know, signed their name there and handed them control of the Internet.
	And they've got three copies of that pink slip.
	They gave one to Google, another one to Facebook, another one to Twitter.
	And they control everything.
	And it's their private property, and we have to bow down and do everything that they say and the judges say.
	Did you see when we admitted the Constitution so that we no longer had three separate branches of government, but we had one branch of government that would have a pyramid structure?
	Here we have the Supreme Court at the top, And then on the next level below them is the judiciary and the federal bureaucracies, the three-letter bureaucracies.
	And then on a level below them, you've got the president and you've got the Congress.
	And then below them are the state legislatures and governors.
	And then down at the bottom with the weight of all that resting on us is the American people.
	Did you ever see that pyramid structure?
	You know, it's kind of like the food pyramid or something?
	Yeah, that's not the way it's supposed to work.
	That's not the way the Constitution was written.
	It's the exact perversion of it.
	And as long as we pretend that everything, every opinion from the Supreme Court Amends the Constitution, creates law, defines marriage, defines life, tells us where we can go, what we can say, when we can pray, what we can do in our lives.
	As long as we pretend that the Supreme Court has that power, they have that power.
	And as I said before, the most important thing President Trump could do would be to push back on them.
	The point where it'd be smart for him to push back Is the judge telling him, you can't have your administrative agency.
	They can tell the big pharmaceutical companies that they have to list all of the different adverse effects, but they can't say that they've got to tell people how much it costs.
	Not going to allow that.
	And he could ignore that, and he could say, no, we have the authority to do that.
	You don't have the authority to stop us.
	That's in the interest of the American people.
	But regardless of whether it's right policy or not, Andrew Jackson's policy Where he opposed the Supreme Court was a despicable policy.
	He was relocating the Cherokee.
	Out of North Carolina and Tennessee and stuff.
	Sending them to Oklahoma.
	The Trail of Tears.
	It was despicable.
	The Supreme Court said, yeah, you can do that.
	They saw what it looked like a year later.
	They said, no, you're not going to do that.
	And said, well, you've made your, you've issued your opinion.
	Let's see you enforce it.
	Because they couldn't stop it.
	No matter how bad that policy was.
	But President Trump is right on this other policy.

	We've had a judge tell President Trump that he can't ban anybody on Twitter.
	So the question is, can AOC, can Occasional Cortex, is she above the law?
	You know, because we have different standards, as I pointed out earlier in the program.
	You know, we had James Comey saying, Hillary Clinton violating national security, putting 30,000 plus emails on her private server, that in and of itself is a violation.
	But then she put classified, documents that were marked classified, But of course she also knew, because she signed the agreement, that any discussions that she had with heads of state are born above top secret.
	They don't have to be reviewed and stamped to be considered top secret.
	So she puts all that stuff there.
	The Chinese hack it.
	They're sending copies of everything she sent and received.
	And then James Comey says, she committed felonies, but I'm not going to do anything to her.
	But I'm going to go after this guy who took a picture of his bed in the submarine.
	Because that was born confidential, and sent him to jail for a year.
	President Trump has sponged his record, but he still served a year in jail, and now he's coming after Obama, and the entire administration there, corrupt Loretta Lynch, and Comey, and Strzok, and McCabe.
	He's coming after all them for equal protection under the law, suing them for that.
	And so, is that going to apply to occasional cortex?
	You know, we have, as I said at the top of the hour, we have the CEO of Twitter now has more authority than the President.
	CEO of Twitter can arbitrarily ban anybody.
	He can set up his rules.
	He owns the Internet.
	You know, just like Mark Zuckerberg and Google, the three of them, have been given title, joint title to the Internet, I guess.
	And they can make their rules, but of course the President can't.
	You've now got Joseph Saladino, a Republican congressional candidate in New York's 11th district.
	It's not the same district that AOC is in.
	She's in the 14th district.
	But he's had some things to say about her, as we all do.
	She doesn't like that.
	Her supporters don't like that.
	Her supporters gave death threats to an eight-year-old girl, doxed her.
	Her parents were intimidated.
	They shut down.
	I don't blame him.
	I mean, you know, why put your daughter at risk just to score some fun points?
	I thought they'd have fun with it.
	And, of course, the liberals don't have a sense of humor, and they seek to do physical violence to anybody that they disagree with.
	They don't want to just ban your speech.
	They want to harm you, just like Mark Zuckerberg.
	And allowing death threats against people that he said are dangerous individuals.
	They've now pulled that back, but that shows you where they are.
	Shows you what their heart is.
	We already knew that from what they said.
	But let's take a look at Saladino.
	He's a YouTube star.
	He goes by the name Joey Salads.
	Saladino also called out the left for holding double standards on the issue.
	He said, Trump has been sued for blocking people and the left cheers.
	I sue AOC for the same reason, to prove a point.
	And the left calls me a snowflake.
	In a video on his YouTube channel, Saladino said that he filed a lawsuit to find out if the standards apply equally.
	Well, I can tell you, Joey Salads, that they don't.
	But we'll be anxious to see exactly what kind of prevarications some judge comes up with to allow her to do what they don't allow President Trump to do.
	And of course, they obviously don't apply.
	I mean, look at Hillary Clinton.
	Look at just DACA, for example.
	You know, it's an executive order that comes out of the Obama administration, but the new president can't issue an executive order to rescind that.
	Are you kidding me?
	That's what a judge said.
	So I would not be surprised if a judge said, no, you can't sue AOC.
	It's just the president.
	Just the president.
	And now AOC has a fight going on with Pelosi and it's been taken up to a new level now.
	She came out and complained, said, you know, she's just saddling me with a lot of work to keep me out of the spotlight.
	And I'm just kind of wondering, what is this workload that she's got?
	Did Nancy Pelosi tell AOC, she had to go to a blackboard and write a thousand times on it, I will not tell people we're going to ban planes, cars, and meat.
	I will not tell people we're going to ban planes, cars, and meat.
	Is that what she's talking about?
	Busy work like that?
	I mean, that would be a good place to start, Nancy, if you haven't done that yet.
	Because you don't want people to know where this Green New Deal, or where your Environmental policies are leading people, do you?
	That's the real problem you have with AOC.
	She's simple-minded enough that she tells it to people simply, where they're going.
	Days after Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi mocked Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her trio of freshman colleagues.
	You know, Nancy Pelosi calls them the squad.
	I call them the Sisterhood of Traveling Burkas.
	I like that name better.
	The Sisterhood of Traveling Burkas.
	Because it includes Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley.
	She calls them the Squad, and she mocked them.
	She said, they're focusing on Twitter and public relations at the expense of legislation.
	Yeah, as you know, because Nancy Pelosi is all about getting things done.
	She's not doing politics or any of that stuff, right?
	She said, all these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world.
	She said this in an interview with New York Times' Maureen Dowd that was published on Saturday.
	She said, but they didn't have any following.
	They're four people and that's how many votes they got.
	Ooh, ooh.
	Four people and they got four votes?
	AOC accused Pelosi of intentionally saddling her with work to keep her out of the spotlight.
	And she went on with an interview and she was asked, well, how did Pelosi react when you turned her down on being on a subcommittee?
	She said, well, she was fine with it.
	She said, OK.
	And the host said, uh, she thinks you were being, uh, one way or the other, was she annoyed?
	She says, oh, I don't, I don't think so.
	She said, she doesn't do annoyance.
	She says, yeah, I don't think, I mean, maybe she, uh, she does, uh, do slight annoyance, but it's not direct or indirect.
	I don't know.
	I think this is the thing where it's like, first of all, I think like leadership, you know, their, their primary goal right now is making sure that everyone who wants to swing seat comes back and so forth.
	Right?
	That has a spotlight, and Nancy Pelosi doesn't anymore.
	So Nancy Pelosi is not very happy with that.
	And again, she calls these people the Squad.
	And she's made, as the press has pointed out, she's made at least a half dozen remarks dismissing the group, you know, saying, you know, they love their Twitter stuff, they like to play on Twitter, they're like four people who got like four votes.
	And so she doesn't make any secret about how much she dislikes them, and so people came back and said, She said, if you got a complaint, you come and talk to me about it.
	Do not tweet about our members and expect us to think that's okay.
	She said.
	To the squad.
	To the sisterhood of traveling burkas.
	Maybe she's saying not traveling burkas, tweeting burkas.
	The tweeting burkas.
	And then when people came back and asked her that yesterday, she said, I have no regrets about anything.
	I don't do regrets.
	And so that occasional cortex steps up a notch and accuses Pelosi of persistent singling out of women of color.
	You see that?
	Women.
	She singled out women of color.
	In other words, AOC said Nancy Pelosi is sexist and racist.
	That's it.
	You know, because that's what you do if you're a Democrat.
	Nancy Pelosi has done this forever.
	You disagree with somebody, you immediately play the identity politics card, the demographics card, you pull the sexist card, the racist card, or both, or all the above, or a foreigner card.
	You hate foreigners too, don't you?
	And as she said, it's outright disrespectful.
	So AOC, Accuses the leader of her party, the Speaker of the House, of being disrespectful to her and of being a racist and a sexist.
	AOC, when these comments first started I kind of thought that she was keeping the progressive flank at more of an arm's distance in order to protect more moderate members, which I understood.
	But the persistent singling out, it got to the point where it was just outright disrespectful The explicit singling out of newly elected women of color, she went on to say.

	But, you know, I just wonder, as we get into this fight, you know, the only thing I can say is, meow!

	AOC said, I thought this was because she wanted the progressives to tone it down a little bit so we wouldn't hurt the moderates, but she's disrespecting me.

	But it really is about the ego and the issues.
	You know, the fact is, There aren't any moderate Democrats anymore.

	He supported Hillary Clinton in 2016, so he's not, you know, that centrist.
	Maybe he's centrist for the Democrats at the time, but he's not that centrist.
	But he had some good things to say about President Trump.
	Didn't have much good to say about the Democrats.
	He said, the party, the Democrat party, in my opinion, for me personally, has moved too far to the left.
	I think the economy is doing great and it's reaching populations that heretofore had very bad problems in terms of jobs and employments and the opportunities that come with that employment.
	So African-American unemployment is at its lowest level, said Johnson.
	He said, despite the U.S.
	dispute with China over trade, he said, overall, if you look at the U.S.
	economy, you've got to give the President an A-plus for that.
	If business people, he said, are concerned about anything, it's clear.
	Clear partisan politics that's become very wicked, very mean, and it's not helping the American people.
	And it's not helping America as a global nation.
	At the end of the day, the American people are looking for someone who can deliver economically and deliver on opportunities, he said.
	Harkening back, by the way, to the campaign slogan...
	Of the 1996 Clinton campaign, the unofficial campaign slogan.
	It's the economy, stupid.
	Yeah, they didn't print up buttons about that, but that's what the campaign manager for Bill Clinton said.
	It's the economy, stupid.
	He said, look, no matter how much people like or dislike Bill Clinton, they're going to vote based on the economy.
	If the economy is good, you're going to win.
	And that's what this black founder of the Black Entertainment Network has said.
	And he says the Democrats are too radical.
	And they're very mean.
	Mean.
	And wicked.
	Maybe he was looking at this dispute going back and forth between AOC and Pelosi.
	You know, I call her Occasional Cortex.
	And we got an example of this here.
	You know, occasionally, the cortex does fire.
	Occasionally.
	And she may have hit on something here.

	But for the most part, you know, she began her tenure in Washington, I think, just kind of, you know, basking in the glory of stardom.
	She was kind of Alexandria in Wonderland.
	And to quote Jefferson Airplane, you know, one tweet makes you big, another tweet makes you small, and the ones that Mama Pelosi does don't do nothing at all.
	Basically the issue between Alexandria and Wonderland and Mama Pelosi.
	And there's a lot of jealousy going back and forth with that.
	But then AOC had something else to say.
	And it's created quite a stir.
	Between the Conservatives and Libertarians.
	Democrats are like, oh yeah, let's get rid of Homeland Security too, because they've got ICE and Border Patrol and so forth in there.
	Here's a clip of AOC saying we've got to abolish Department of Homeland Security.
	ICE is not under DOJ.
	It's under the Department of Homeland Security.
	And so, we have now... Would you get rid of Homeland Security, too?
	I think so.
	I feel like we are at a very, it is a very qualified and supported position, at least in terms of evidence and in terms of being able to make the argument that we never should have created DHS in the early 2000s.
	Okay, you know, like I said, occasionally you got some brain cells that are firing there.
	Maybe not for the right reason that she wanted to get rid of DHS.
	You know, she wants to get rid of Border Patrol, she wants to get rid of ICE, and then if they're under DHS, get rid of them too, right?
	Look, I'm all for getting rid of federal agencies.
	Let's start with the FDA and the DEA, and then we'll see what else is going on.
	But, you know, there's a lot of federal agencies that there's no constitutional authority for.
	And when she wants to get rid of DHS, she wants to get rid of them simply because she doesn't want to have any borders or border patrol or immigration laws.
	And all these people are saying, look, we've got to decriminalize crossing the border.
	Wait, wait, wait.
	If I was there asking questions, I'd say, oh, so you are admitting now that it is a crime to come across?
	So now can we call these people illegal aliens, foreign citizens?
	Are they foreign citizens criminally trespassing?
	Because you just said it's a crime to come across the border, right?
	You just admitted that.
	But, you know, they don't want to admit that.
	As Nancy Pelosi has said, you know, it's not a crime.
	Hey, you know, why are we even doing this?
	And so they want to shut down all the law enforcement agencies that are enforcing border laws because they don't want there to be any border laws.
	They don't want there to be any border.
	But immediately you had conservatives like Dick Cheney's daughter, Liz Cheney, who is now a congresswoman.
	Oh, they got very upset about the idea that you would take down Department of Homeland Security.
	It's not like Department of Homeland Security is in the Constitution or anything.
	It's not like the Patriot Act or DHS were created in the aftermath of 9-11.
	It's not like they have anything at all to do with the Constitution.
	And it's not like we need that particular organization.
	Or the fact that pulling all of these groups together into one even bigger and more unwieldy organization was a good idea.
	And that's the argument that a lot of Libertarians are taking.
	But here's what Liz Cheney had to say.
	She said, the level of just absolute irresponsibility now that we're seeing on the Democrat side among some people who clearly, among someone who is clearly one of the intellectual leaders now of the Democrat Party is really stunning.
	It is really stunning.
	And I have to say, she is a one-woman think tank for the left.
	She said to make the argument that we never should have created DHS in the early 2000s.
	And it's like, oh no, wait a minute.
	I'm going to make that argument when we come back.
	I'm going to make the libertarian argument that she's right about that one aspect of it.
	We do want a border.
	We do want to have Border Patrol.
	We do want to have ICE.
	But do we really want to have Department of Homeland Security?

	I played for you the clip where AOC said, oh yeah, well, you know, Homeland Security, they're over Border Patrol, and I said, oh, we should ban them too.
	Well, not for that reason.
	But Liz Cheney, Dick Cheney's daughter, who is a congresswoman now, took big exception to that.
	She said, we would just remind everyone that the Department of Homeland Security is comprised of approximately 22 agencies.
	Well, that might be one reason to get rid of it.
	I always thought the idea of putting everybody together and creating one massive top-down bureaucracy was a bad idea.
	And I'll explain to you how that's worked out in just a moment here.
	But she says they undertake Fundamental cyber intel operations for the nation.
	Okay, so the people that are spying on us in violation, that's under Homeland Security.
	Secret Service, of course, Secret Service has always been there.
	George Washington had detailed people that were around him, weren't formally called the Secret Service, but that's always been there.
	That doesn't have to, you don't have to have Homeland Security to have the Secret Service protecting the President and other politicians.
	FEMA is part of the Department of Homeland Security, a crucial agency.
	Well, you know, maybe, you know, FEMA and other agencies like the Transportation Security Agency, maybe they are an argument that this whole thing's not working too well.
	Maybe it needs to be under new management or restructure it somehow, right?
	When you take a look at whether or not we should have Homeland Security, whether or not we should have the Patriot Act, whether or not we should have the authorization for the use of military force, all these things are put in effect as a knee-jerk operation to 9-11, as well as the war in Afghanistan, claiming authority that they could go in and do the Iraq War as well.
	But anyway, we got a lot of things that came out of that, but of course Liz Cheney isn't going to question the legacy of George W. Bush or Dick Cheney.
	But Reason Magazine Says, hey, Libertarians agree with her on Homeland Security.
	I agree with the fact about Homeland Security, not that we ought to get rid of it because they're enforcing the border, because they don't want any laws of the border, but they point out the lean and efficient DHS that the President, President Bush, promised never materialized.
	And that's going back, they quoted that from a 2014 paper from the Cato Institute five years ago.
	DHS agencies are some of the most poorly managed in the federal government.
	Could that be because they put 22 agencies all in one great big ball and they can't manage it?
	The largest of DHS's charges is the scandal-plagued FEMA, Federal Emergency Management Agency, spent about a third Of course, there's been things like Hurricane Katrina, that FEMA disaster.
	Man-made disaster, by the way.
	Made much worse than with the FEMA department.
	2017 hurricane season saw the agency promote people beyond what was their ability or their skill, resulting in 38% of FEMA staff being in a position for which they were not qualified.
	And then, of course, there's the TSA.
	And audits show that it is anywhere from 70 to 95 percent ineffective at stopping contraband going through its checkpoints.
	Because, you know, they'll go in and they'll hide something on their person, and 70 to 95 percent of the time, TSA doesn't find it.
	But then you have situations like this, as WND points out.
	A passenger refused, a Texas man, refused a TSA pat-down But the Feds still pounced on him.
	The TSA has now agreed to withdraw a fine against a Texas man who refused an invasive pat-down and chose not to board a flight instead.
	You know, they say, well, look, this is a condition of flight.
	This is the way they trick people, right?
	They say, well, you know, you can't say anything about the conduct of these internet giants because, you know, they're private organizations.
	And if you want to fly, you voluntarily submit To our searches without warrants or without any reason.
	We consider that everybody that comes here is a terrorist.
	And we're going to treat you as such.
	You're going to prove you're innocent to us.
	And so he was fined $2,660 by the TSA even though he successfully passed through the airport security metal detector at the airport in Houston.
	Uh, interestingly named after Bush.
	Uh, not the Bush that created Homeland Security, but the first Bush.
	Bush, number one.
	Uh, he was then randomly selected to pass through the whole body imaging scanner.
	And he offered to remove his belt.
	Because he knew that the belt would trip the alarm.
	The TSA agent operating the machine said, no, leave the belt on.
	Seriously?
	This guy's setting him up, right?
	This is the second machine he's gone through.
	They want to pat this guy down.
	For whatever reason.
	The machine alarmed and Cobb was told that he now had to submit to a pat-down of his body.
	He politely refused.
	The Rutherford Institute, which represented him, said he told the agents that he'd rather leave the airport and miss his flight rather than to submit to a pat-down.
	His request, he said, was based on past traumatic experiences with the TSA.
	But the TSA charged him with, quote, interfering, unquote, with airport screening, and they fined him $2,600.
	Does that bother you?
	It bothers me.
	I don't like to have to have a pat-down and a search.
	I mean, even the Nazis in occupied France didn't do this.
	They would stop people who were walking and come up to them.
	Your identity papers, please.
	Are you authorized to be on the street here?
	But they didn't pat people down.
	Sexually assault them as a condition.
	They were pretty bad guys, they were Nazis after all, right?
	But, you know, we've got our own Nazis with blue gloves, who don't care about the rule of law, who don't care about search warrants, who don't care about excessive fines.
	Do you think that's an excessive fine?
	I mean, what are they even fining him for?
	He says, alright, I've gone through two levels of screen security, I told you it was going to go off, and now you want to pat me down?
	What are you guys doing?
	No, I'm not doing that.
	I just won't fly today.
	Nope!
	Okay, now we're going to fine you $2,600.
	So you're supposed to be able to opt out, right?
	By the way, I always make these guys pat me down.
	I don't get any pleasure from it.
	Far from it.
	But I want to be as much of a wrench in the cog of this status machinery as I can.
	I feel like if everybody would do that, we could shut this damn thing down.
	We tried to organize that the first year after they put these machines in.
	And if you remember, You know, we've talked to lawyer Haskell, who saw the underwear bomber.
	He said, yeah, you know, we're on the same flight with him.
	We saw this guy in a suit.
	Pulled this guy up.
	He looked like they'd drug him off the street.
	He's all unruly and everything.
	Couldn't really speak English.
	And the guy speaking English for him didn't have any papers.
	They put him on the plane.
	And it turns out he's the guy that tried to, you know, blow himself up or light his underwear on fire or something like that.
	And then that was used as a pretext To get all these body scanners in.
	And it just so happened that the first head of Homeland Security had gone to a company that had already designed these machines and had them manufactured and had them stockpiled and they were just waiting for an opportunity like this to roll them all out at once.
	And so the next Thanksgiving, Infowars organized a opt-out.
	Opt-out and pat us down protest.
	And it went pretty viral on social media, and so the way the TSA responded to that on Thanksgiving was to say, well, we're just not going to do any.
	On the busiest travel day of the year, we're not going to check anybody.
	Everybody just walked right through.
	No problem at all.
	You know, we're not worried about security.
	And many other things we've shown to show that this is nothing but, as they point out, the Rutherford Institute says, first of all, this fine was excessive.
	Cobb had a Fourth Amendment right to opt out of the search and to elect not to travel.
	And then they said this, by constantly pushing the envelope and testing the limits of what Americans will tolerate, the government is thus able to ratchet up the level of intrusiveness that Americans consider to be reasonable.
	The Overton window, in other words.
	Uncontrolled search and seizure is one of the first and most effective weapons in the arsenal of every arbitrary government.
	Among deprivations of rights, none is so effective in cowing a population, crushing the spirit of the individual, and putting terror in every heart.
	Yes, they have turned us into cows and sheep.
	And what is it about, right?
	Look at London's Gatwick Airport.
	They just had to shut all of their air traffic control shut down for two hours.
	You look at air transportation.
	And what has happened in my lifetime?
	It's gone from a situation where it's rapidly getting better all the time, to where it's become this third world collapsing infrastructure.
	Bullying by everybody with a uniform or blue glove.
	Same thing is going to happen to ground transportation because it's the Transportation Security Agency.

	And really the culture behind it, as I said before.
	You can't ignore what is being done in education, in Hollywood, in the media, in the political organizations.
	He is just the tip of the iceberg.
	He's representative of that.
	Yes, these types of things have always been done by the political elite.
	The Republican Party is dirty in this as well.
	But what is different about this than in times past and cultures past is that with the ability of mass communication, the corruption has trickled down to the grassroots level.
	Just take a look at the connections to Victoria's Secret.
	Tanked their stock on Tuesday.
	Shares in Victoria's Secret plummeted Tuesday following reports that its founder, Les Wexner, had ties to child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
	According to reports, Wexner employed Epstein as a money manager for years, building a close relationship with him, allowing Epstein to purchase that $77 million seven-story sex dungeon that he had there in Manhattan.
	On Monday, prosecutors released this, and the next day people were talking about the connections, Bloomberg and others, talking about what does he do.
	They said, Wexner's name is so linked in with Victoria's Secret that he needs to immediately and forcefully distance himself from Epstein, personally and professionally.
	He needs to condemn Epstein's actions in no uncertain terms, said a crisis management consultant on Bloomberg.
	Well, is it really a separation?
	Or is Victoria's Secret a manifestation of the type of culture that Epstein swam in?
	The kind of culture that he is selling to you and to your children.
	Another example.
	A guy named Terry Bean.
	Gay rights activist.
	He co-founded the influential Human Rights Campaign.
	Veteran member of the board of the HRC Foundation, as in Hillary Rotten Clinton.
	He also pushes very heavily Common Core curriculum to the kids.
	And the part of Common Core curriculum that he gets involved in is all the anti-bullying material that they use to sell the LGBT agenda.
	The transgender agenda that they push to the kids in kindergarten.
	Yeah, this is the guy that is heavily involved in that.
	Heavily involved in the Democrat Party as well.
	Gave more than $500,000 to Obama and the Democrats in 2012.
	He got Air Force One rides with Obama.
	He got pictures with Michelle and Barack.
	And he also has a thing for young minors.
	In 2014, a grand jury charged him.
	With sexual abuse, they had allegations involving multiple victims, including a 15-year-old boy.
	And so, you know, that's the type of people that they're hanging out with.
	It was well known.
	You know, as Hollywood Reporter pointed out.
	Epstein was arrested, but everybody knew, just like they did Harvey Weinstein.
	They all knew in Hollywood.
	They didn't have a problem with it.
	They didn't have a problem with Epstein in Hollywood, even after Harvey Weinstein and the Me Too movement.
	Even after that, he's going to all these Oscar parties and high-profile events like the premiere of Batman vs. Superman and so forth.
	And they had no problem with Jeffrey Epstein.
	So all these people crying crocodile tears about what Acosta did and giving him a sweetheart deal.
	Yes, I believe.
	That that is corrupt, and there's something that we ought to take a look at there.
	I don't think he should have ever been vetted.
	I think President Trump's team, whoever the people, I'll tell you what, you can talk about people that need to be fired out of the Trump administration, and I think Acosta needs to go.
	That's my personal opinion, I'll tell you why.
	But the people who really need to go are the people who have been vetting his appointments.
	Are you kidding me?
	Rex Tillerson, Gary Cohen, all these different, H.R.
	McMaster, Alex Acosta?
	Fire the people who are advising you on these picks, President Trump.
	They are not serving you well.
	Again, it was very well known about Epstein, the joke from Bill Maher that he tweeted out in 2015 as the stuff was breaking about Hillary Clinton.
	Bill Maher said, Hillary's emails?
	I want to see Bill's emails.
	Hey Epstein, gas up the plane.
	Let's go to Sex Island.
	And that gets into what he would imagine the two of them are talking about, which I'm not going to read on family-friendly radio.
	Alex Acosta, however, a couple of days ago, we had this report on InfoWars.com.
	It's now appearing in a lot of different places.
	Alex Acosta said he was told that Jeffrey Epstein, quote, belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone.
	And this is what he told to the team that vets appointments for President Trump, according to author Vicki Ward.
	She said that Acosta told the Trump transition team, when asked about his handling of Epstein's case, said, I was told Epstein, quote, belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone.
	She said, is the Epstein case, he was asked, is the Epstein case going to cause a problem for the confirmation hearings?
	Uh, she said, he explained, breezily, apparently, that back in the day, he had had just one meeting on the Epstein case.
	He'd cut the non-prosecution deal with one of Epstein's attorneys because he had been told to back off that Epstein was above his pay grade.
	I was told Epstein belonged to intelligence, to leave it alone.
	Alright, let's talk about that.
	Uh, if Acosta would do that, that right there is grounds for him to be fired.
	If he did that.
	First of all, you look at this deal, and there's absolutely no explanation for it.
	What Acosta has tried to do in trying to walk this back, he's tried to say, well, you know, the corrupt local prosecutor wasn't going to do anything.
	At least I did something.
	At least I got him registered for a short period of time as a sex offender.
	How about that?
	That's kind of like saying, if you're part of a group that broke into a bank and robbed it, that's kind of like saying, well, you know, the other guy took more cash than I did.
	You know, I only took a couple thousand.
	That guy got away with a million dollars.
	What you did was still a criminal act.
	You let this guy get away.
	You gave him a sweetheart deal.
	You didn't do anything to him.
	And now, if this is true, have he backed off because he belonged to intelligence?
	We do believe that's the case.
	I think that probably was true.
	That does absolutely ring true if you look at the connections with him and the way these things went down.
	But, is that an alibi?
	I mean, if he told that to the Trump transition team, and the Trump transition team said, oh, okay, he was running a network, a pedophile network, so he could blackmail people, and doing it for intelligence, okay, well, you had a good reason to let him go then.
	Why didn't they get on the phone and call the Well, you can't call the police because the FBI is in on this stuff as well, right?
	In 2007-2008, the FBI prepared a 53-page indictment that would charge Epstein with sex crimes.
	His powerful legal team, says Vicki Ward, played the influence card.
	After one meeting within U.S.
	Attorney Acosta, where presumably intelligence was mentioned, the indictment was shelved.
	Instead, Epstein signed a non-prosecution agreement.
	And they go on with a quote in this InfoWars article from the Memory Hole, saying Epstein's pals included heads of state, entrepreneurs, academics, research scientists, celebrities, numerous beautiful women.
	Ghislaine Maxwell, for example, daughter of media mogul Robert Maxwell, who is head of the Mirror Group Newspapers.
	Oh yeah, I've had some things to say about them the last couple of days, the way they smeared Tommy Robinson, InfoWars, and so forth.
	Was alleged to be a Mossad agent by Seymour Hersh.
	In a 1991 book on Israel's nuclear program, The Sampson Option, Maxwell denied the charge.
	He sued Seymour Hersh for libel, but he died in November 1991, and the suit died with him, and Hersh countersued and eventually received an apology and a settlement.
	Now, this has led to speculation that his daughter, Ghislaine Maxwell, also had Mossad connections.
	She was instrumental in procuring young girls for Epstein, and according to testimony of several of the girls involved, they not only serviced Epstein and Maxwell, but also their associates, including people like Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz and other powerful players.
	Now, Dershowitz Pushed with Mike Cernovich to get this stuff unsealed because Dershowitz says, I want my name cleared.
	This is an allegation.
	This isn't a conviction.
	The girls were asked to bring back reports on their liaisons, which were sometimes filmed with hidden cameras.
	So it looks like a high-end blackmail operation.
	Of course, that's exactly what they do in politics.
	You know, when we look at this again, it's not just that Particular incident.
	You know, again, they smear him for that.
	They did the same thing to Ben Garrison.
	Oh, you're anti-Semitic, just like they smeared Seymour Hersh.
	You know, sued him for libel.
	You know, Seymour Hersh is also Jewish, but he says, hey, this guy's with Mossad.
	They sued him.
	They did that to Ben Garrison to get him kicked out of the social media conference, and the Trump administration went along with it.
	Maybe it's the same people vetting Alex Acosta.
	Who knows?
