	I'm David Knight, your host.
	Today we're going to take a look at the big scoop from the New York Times.
	They've got Trump's tax returns from 25 to 35 years ago.
	They are digging deep.
	Maybe that's what the deep state means.
	No, that's not what the deep state means.
	Maybe that's what deep fake means.
	No, that's actually where they create very effective fake videos and audio of people.
	But we're going to take a look.
	And how this tells us more about the New York Times than it does about President Trump.
	And we're also going to take a look at your taxes, which is what they don't want you to look at.
	They don't want you to look at your taxes, they don't want you to look at the infrastructure plans that they have, the gas tax that they're going to put on people for infrastructure.
	We're also going to take a look at other economic news because you've got Wall Street very concerned about President Trump and China.
	Don't worry about it.
	It's more fake news.
	Trump is holding all of the cards against China.
	And we're going to explain that to you as well.
	And we're going to tell you some good news about Asia Beebe.
	I've talked about her many times on this show.
	I know many of you have been praying for her.
	She's a Christian who spent nine years on death row in solitary confinement.
	Because as a poor woman working in a field with other women who were Muslims, this Christian woman in Pakistan had the audacity to drink from a cup of water.
	And for that, she was drug out of her house in front of the police, severely beaten, sentenced to death.
	Did you hear anything about that from Hollywood?
	I mean, you've heard a lot from Hollywood about the Sultan of Brunei, who, because of Sharia law there, they had Sharia law enacted many decades ago, just like they did in Pakistan.
	See, it's always a gradual process, you know, the way the Sharia law rolls out.
	First, they do it for small things.
	Then they get up to the point where, well, if you violate their religious law, you get a jail sentence.
	And then after people get accustomed to that, they escalate it to where they were going all along, and that is murdering anybody that violates their religious law.
	And most of the people who are executed in Pakistan under blasphemy laws are other Muslims because, you know, they've got different denominations of Islam, if you will, what we'd call them in Christianity.
	So they're fighting each other and killing each other, over their religious teachings.
	And as this happened in Brunei, as they began executing people for homosexuality, for adultery as well, Hollywood got very upset about that.
	You didn't hear too much about the people who were executed for adultery.
	They don't seem to be concerned about that, except when Booty Gay is running against President Trump.
	Then he is proud of his homosexuality, but he comes after President Trump for Trump's adultery.
	But it was the other way around in Brunei.
	They've had absolutely no attention to the adulterers who are getting executed, but the homosexuals who are getting executed, they were justifiably upset about.
	It's just the hypocrisy, the one-sidedness, the bias that I have an issue with.
	So the problem is not that homosexuals are being persecuted.
	The problem is Sharia law, and they won't say that.
	And they didn't say anything about Asia Bibi or the Muslims for that matter that were being executed under blasphemy laws.
	They had nothing to say about that.
	It's pretty much silent.
	So we're going to break that down and here's the key folks.
	This is what's really interesting is how Twitter and Facebook allowed a Muslim cleric in Pakistan to nearly overthrow the government With hate speech, targeted bullying, calling for the murder of politicians, as well as Asia Beebe.
	They had absolutely no problem with this, and that all happened months after they banned Alex Jones and InfoWars.

	Welcome on this Wednesday, May the 8th, Year of Our Lord 2019.
	We have everybody frothing about the New York Times finding some old income tax returns from President Trump.
	And I mean old.
	We're talking about 25 to 35 years ago.
	But the New York Times is doing their audit of President Trump.
	And I want to go through this before we get into some of the other news.
	We've got Asia Bibi, the Christian who was on death row for nearly a decade, in solitary confinement for nearly a decade.
	As she was released by the Supreme Court, the country erupted into riots.
	You had radical Imams feeding this on social media.
	Months after Alex Jones' shutdown, calling for hate speech out the wazoo, folks.
	Hate speech, targeted violence, calling for people to be killed, calling for the government to be overthrown.
	Twitter had no problem with that.
	As a matter of fact, this guy's got a blue checkmark.
	I don't have a blue checkmark on Twitter.
	I can't get verified on Twitter.
	They shut that program down a couple of years ago, but you know, hey, for certain people, like David Hogg, they make exceptions.
	Immediately you become, you know, certified, they share all your stuff everywhere, and you jump up to millions of followers, and they did the same thing for the radical Imams that were trying to burn down that country.
	So we're going to take a look at what's going on.
	Asia BB has finally been given asylum as a refugee.
	Not in the UK.
	We should ask for it.
	Not in the United States.
	I mean, the Democrats didn't get behind this.
	You know, we celebrate refugees and immigrants.
	We worship at their feet.
	Why wasn't she given... This is a poor woman of color?
	A refugee?
	Why wasn't she given asylum here in the United States?
	Oh, that's right.
	She's a filthy Christian.
	You see, our Democrats Are no better than the Pakistanis with their Sharia law.
	So she went to Canada.
	Went to Canada.
	She's now safe.
	But we're going to review that.
	We're going to show you what was said on social media that they had absolutely no problem with.
	But let's take a look first at the New York Times auditing President Trump.
	A decade in the red!
	Trump tax figures show over a billion dollars in business losses.
	Oh, this looks bad for President Trump!
	Look at that, they even show the Trump sign up there, you know, this is a picture of the Trump sign at the top of a skyscraper, one of his buildings, and it's in red, and it's through the fog, so, you know, soft focus and everything.
	By the time his Master of the Universe memoir, Trump the Art of the Deal, hit bookstores in 1987, Trump was already in deep financial distress, losing tens of millions of dollars on troubled business deals, they say.
	Trump was propelled to the presidency, in part, by a self-spun narrative of business success and setbacks triumphantly overcome.
	Ah, that's the part they don't talk about.
	The setbacks triumphantly overcome.
	They talk about the art of the deal.
	But they don't talk about his follow-up book, Art of the Comeback.
	He openly admitted that he had financial troubles.
	And they talked about how he overcame those.
	That was the sequel to the Art of the Deal.
	It was the Art of the Comeback.
	And President Trump has come back at them with an explanation about that.
	We'll take a look at this.
	But let's first of all take a look, again this is the Seattle Times.
	Going through looking at the New York Times.
	It said after 10 years the tax information obtained by the New York Times paints a different and far bleaker picture.
	They have printouts from Trump's official IRS tax transcripts for the years 1985 to 1994.
	That again is very old data.
	25 to 35 years ago.
	And how did they get official IRS tax returns?
	That's going to be interesting to find out.
	Now, as I said, Trump in 1985 reported losses of $46.1 million and they go on and on and on, breaking this all down.
	This, folks, is why President Trump was resisting turning over his income taxes.
	Because he knew they were going to be misrepresented.
	And here's how they're being misrepresented.
	You know, Amazon hasn't paid any income taxes, I think, for a couple of years.
	It was a pretty big deal last year.
	As a matter of fact, when Amazon started trolling Walmart and said, you know, why don't you pay your people more or something like that.
	I forget what it was.
	They're trolling them about because they're competing with each other.
	Not only as Walmart has the bricks and mortar position, but Walmart is trying to compete against them online as well.
	And so Walmart came back and said, well, why don't you first pay your taxes?
	So the bottom line is that everybody knows that Amazon made a lot of money, right?
	And yet they paid no taxes.
	Why?
	Because according to their income tax return, they've had zero or negative adjusted gross income.
	That's how that works.
	But do you really think that Amazon made no money?
	Are you really that stupid?
	There's a lot of Democrats out there who are.
	They are totally financially illiterate.
	As a matter of fact, a large part of the Democrat base has never even had a job, let alone a business.
	And they don't do their income taxes.
	So this is a very effective strategy for them.
	The New York Times and others can use this kind of complexity.
	And this isn't really... We haven't even got to the complexity of this yet.
	We haven't even got to the complex part.
	This is the simple part.
	This is the part that you or I would do when we fill out our adjusted gross income.
	We have a loss in a particular year or something and we put that in there.
	That doesn't mean, because he has a negative adjusted gross income on his tax return, that doesn't mean that he had negative income, necessarily.
	Just like Amazon didn't have negative income.
	And it's also a lot of confusion.
	You've got people, as President Trump tweeted out about this, he said, real estate developers in the 1980s and 90s, more than 30 years ago, were entitled to massive write-offs, he tweeted this out this morning, and depreciation, which would, if one was actively building, would show losses and tax losses in almost all cases.
	Much of this was non-monetary, sometimes considered a quote, tax shelter, unquote.
	And you would get it by building or even buying.
	You always wanted to show losses for tax purposes.
	If you're a good businessman, you do.
	You don't want to pay taxes, right?
	So, you want to show losses.
	He said, almost all real estate developers did.
	And often, they renegotiate with banks.
	It was a sport.
	That's certainly what President Trump was.
	Additionally, the very old information put out is highly inaccurate, fake news, a hit job.
	And then the very first, when I printed this out this morning, the very first comment under that, you're admitting to tax fraud right now.
	See, there's the prototypical Democrat idiot, financially illiterate, who doesn't understand the difference between tax avoidance, which is legal.
	Everybody wants to pay the minimum amount of tax.
	You hire lawyers and accountants to, if you've got a very large business, a complex business, you hire lawyers and accountants to make sure that you don't pay any more tax than you legally have to.
	It's a sport!
	It's also why we have accountants.
	I don't know that anybody would really have accountants today if it wasn't for the income tax system.
	But it is a sport.
	And tax avoidance is legal.
	Tax evasion, on the other hand, is not.
	Tax evasion is what the IRS calls it.
	When you don't pay your taxes and you, not that you're taking advantage of tax loopholes or tax shelters or the tax law, all the different aspects of the tax law, that is legal.
	That's tax avoidance.
	And if they don't like the fact that Amazon pays zero taxes, then you need to change the laws.
	Right?
	But the laws have been crafted so that Amazon doesn't have to pay taxes.
	Or big real estate developers.
	That's a completely different thing, but that completely goes over the head of the financially ignorant socialists who are the bread and butter of the Democrat Party.
	That's why this is nothing but sheer demagoguery, folks.
	This tells us more about the New York Times than it does about President Trump.
	I mean, the Times?
	Doesn't that imply that something is current?
	They're talking about tax returns from 25 to 35 years ago?
	They're not even current with the Times.
	But it does, the New York part, that's actually pretty accurate.
	Because that's the way New York operates.
	Yeah, it's biased, it's fake, and the New York Times is nothing but partisan hacks for the Democrat Party.

	You know, Travis interviewed this article from two years ago.
	February of 2017, Fortune Magazine says, Donald Trump is helping them, but the New York Times is still struggling.
	So even though they have the revitalization that they can get from attacking President Trump, they're still struggling.
	And the print media is going down the drain at the time.
	Even worse now.
	But they were getting a little bit of a boost with online news.
	I said in the article, if TV networks like CNN and CBS are happy with the higher ratings and advertising revenue that Donald Trump has brought them, they aren't the only ones.
	The New York Times has also seen a dramatic increase in paying subscribers since the election.
	That's helping to keep the company afloat as print continues to decline.
	But I would say this to the New York Times.
	That business model of lying about the President and putting out fake news and conspiracy theories to try to take him down has a limited life, as we now see with CNN.
	The news has come out that over 100 CNN employees have taken a voluntary buyout, but as Brian Stelter tweeted out, and I retweeted it with comment yesterday on my Twitter account, Libertarian, But there's a rumor making the rounds today about big impending layoffs at CNN.
	A CNN spokesman says Brian Stelter is knocking it down on the record.
	Quote, no layoffs, unquote.
	There were voluntary buyouts throughout the organization and about 100 people opted for it.
	Well, why would you do that?
	Why would you do that?
	It's because you're drowning in red ink.
	And so they accused President Trump of drowning in red ink 25 to 35 years ago.
	Well, let's see if CNN, maybe what they should do is send them a copy of The Art of the Comeback.
	Because that's what we're going to talk about.
	President Trump already talked about how he came back out of a difficult position.
	Can CNN survive this difficult position?
	As I tweeted about that yesterday, I said, yeah, right.
	Brian Stelter tells us it's not a layoff.
	Here's how you know when something is true.
	It's the exact opposite of what the eunuch says, Brian Stelter.
	So yeah, folks, it is a layoff.
	They are going to the bottom.
	And here's a good example.
	CNN, when they cover the royal baby, their big issue is, how black will the royal baby be?
	Can you believe that?
	That's the way they want to cover the birth of the royal baby.
	How black will the new royal baby be?
	You see, these people are inveterate racists.
	They truly are.
	The people who are yelling racist, racist, racist everywhere, they see everybody as a racist because they are projecting their own obsession with race.
	If you are obsessed with race, if you see everybody in terms of their skin color, like the royal baby for example, is how CNN sees it, then you are a racist by definition.
	If all you see is race, if you're totally obsessed with skin color, and that's what they are, how black will the royal baby be?
	That's CNN.
	That's an article that was actually published.
	That's the title, How Black Will the Baby Be?
	Okay, so that's maybe one of the reasons why they're collapsing.
	That and the exposure of how they lied to try to take President Trump down.
	And if New York Times wants to be the transparent political partisan hacks that CNN has become.
	They will be circling the drain much more rapidly as they approach the epicenter of the whole and disappear from sight.
	But this is really what's happening here when we look at this.
	Earlier this week we had Steve Mnuchin, the US Treasury Secretary, and of course the IRS is a part of the Treasury Department.
	And so they answer to the Treasury Secretary And he can tell them not to release President Trump's tax returns if he wishes.
	That's his prerogative.
	He told everybody, well, I need to think about this.
	I'm not really sure.
	So he got some legal guidance from the Department of Justice, from Attorney General Barr.
	And then he sent a letter to the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman, Richard Neal, And he said that the House Committee's request for Trump's tax returns, quote, lacks a legitimate legislative purpose and is therefore not authorized.
	You understand that?
	What is the purpose of Congress?
	I was just talking about this yesterday.
	We had a couple of senators, Democrat and Republican.
	Blumenthal and Josh Hawley sent a letter to the FTC saying well you don't think that your penalty for Facebook of five billion dollars is enough because they violated the privacy of people and there needs to be a policy there from the Federal Trade Commission
	About how they can do commerce, buying and selling your information.
	And I said yesterday, well, I have a couple of problems with that.
	First of all, if that is a civil rights issue, then why isn't taking away, why is taking away your privacy and, you know, giving information about you to somebody else so they can sell you a tube of toothpaste or a car?
	Why is that so serious?
	When these people are punishing and taking away free speech of people, that is a right.
	And you're not going to have any privacy if you don't have any free speech either.
	Because it's going to be very easy for people to take away your privacy if you can't say anything about it, right?
	Your free speech is paramount.
	That's why it was the first one of your God-given rights.
	They don't come, they're not privileges granted by government.
	That's where Cory Booker gets it completely upside down in his attempts to register all gun owners and send you to prison if you don't register.
	No, it's not a privilege that is granted by government.
	The First and Second Amendment, these other amendments, are saying we have certain inalienable rights.
	That's the principle on which this country was founded.
	We have these rights because we're human.
	We have these rights because we are creatures of God.
	We're created, given, endowed with these rights by our Creator, as part of our humanity.
	Our freedom and dignity cannot be separated.
	Now you have people who would say that, like B.F.
	Skinner, oh, we have to move beyond freedom and dignity, and that's where these people are today.
	They don't want you to have freedom or dignity.
	And that's pretty clear.
	But they're not privileges that are granted to us.
	So the first thing I had a problem with was why are these senators saying you are violating the privacy of people but they don't care when our free speech is violated.
	And then the second thing I had a problem with was the fact that they were begging the bureaucracy to do something about it.
	They write the laws and they should be writing laws but of course they've abdicated that.
	See, the Congress now thinks it's their responsibility to investigate the President.
	They think that they should be running investigations of their political enemies.
	They've gone completely Stalin-esque because these investigations are blatantly political.
	They don't have anything to do with any crimes.
	They were the ones who created the crimes by manufacturing evidence And illegally obtaining search warrants.
	And so now you've got the House wants to do an authorization, an investigation rather.
	And the Department of Justice says, no, you lack a legitimate legislative purpose.
	What is the purpose of Congress?
	It's to write legislation.
	But they don't do that anymore.
	They've outsourced that to the deep state bureaucracy.
	So they've got to have something to do.
	So they investigate their political enemies and says, you don't have a right to do that.
	You're not authorized to do that.
	The Department of Justice runs investigations.
	The IRS does audits.
	But they want to do the investigations and audits in the House.
	They're not going to get to do that.

	Welcome back.
	Let's analyze their move last night.
	We had the sneaky move by the New York Times.
	Did they really damage President Trump?
	I don't think so.
	Only with his financially illiterate base.
	And I just want to go back to where I started with this.
	Again, the Seattle Times, in summarizing the New York Times article, they say, you know, Trump has propelled the presidency, in part, by a self-spun narrative of business success.
	That would have been art of the deal.
	And of setbacks triumphantly overcome.
	That would be the sequel to Art of the Deal, Art of the Comeback.
	Oh, but there's complete silence about that from the New York Times, the Seattle Times, the mainstream media.
	They don't talk about the Art of the Comeback.
	Well, let's talk a little bit about that.
	That was a book that came out in 1997.
	Let's remember, as the New York Times has done an archaeological dig And pull these out of, where did they get them from?
	I don't know.
	Did they get them from a landfill?
	Or did they get them from the IRS archives?
	I don't know.
	But somehow they got 25 to 35 year old tax returns from President Trump.
	Now this is a period of time, 1985 to 1994.
	In Art of the Comeback, which came out in 1997, so three years after these newest tax returns that they got in 1994.
	President Trump wrote a book, The Art of the Comeback.
	In it, he talks about his bankruptcy in 1990.
	Now, let me explain this for all you New York Times Democrats.
	That's smack dab in the middle of the 1985 to 1994 time frame.
	That 10-year period, 1990, is right in the middle of it.
	And that's when President Trump went bankrupt.
	And he said, in The Art of the Comeback, he talked about how he managed to come back through negotiations.
	And let's summarize this.
	You can find this on Wikipedia, the summary here.
	They said, the book also offers 10 tips for successes.
	Here's some of President Trump's 10 rules for success.
	Number one, play golf.
	Evidently, that explains why he gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Tiger Woods the other day.
	That is the number one priority, play golf.
	Number two, stay focused.
	Number three, be paranoid.
	Number four, be passionate.
	Number five, go against the tide.
	Number six, go with your gut.
	Number seven, work with people you like.
	Now, when I look at that and I look at Trump's cabinet, it gives me a concern.
	Either he is no longer following his own rules, or he likes some of these scumbags that he put into the cabinet that are totally opposed to what he ran on.
	That's the question.
	Has he turned on his own rules?
	Violated his own rules?
	Or, as he turned on what he promised to vote, work with people you like.
	I don't know.
	Be lucky, he says.
	Get even.
	This is rule number nine from President Trump.
	Rules of life.
	Number nine, get even.
	Comey, Mueller.
	Brennan Clapper, beware.
	And I would also warn the person who ever leaked these IRS tax returns from 25-35 years ago.
	Remember, President Trump said one of his rules of life is to get even.
	And number 10, always have a prenuptial agreement.
	Okay, those are his rules.
	Now, in reviewing the art of the comeback, the New York Times wrote, quote, the man combines imagination with muscle.
	If only he could keep his mouth shut.
	The New York Times knows about the Art of the Comeback.
	Why don't they talk about that?
	Somehow they seem to have forgotten all about that, even though they reviewed the book.
	I understand it was a long time ago that it came out.
	But these tax returns are even older.
	They haven't forgotten the tax returns.
	The book came out in 97.
	And they did the review in 97.
	So the New York Times is aware of that book, even though they pretend that they're not aware of it.
	Let me tell you what is really dangerous about this.
	Because it goes beyond President Trump.
	Just like this attempt to overthrow the election.
	Collusion.
	Criminal actions.
	Collusion within the bureaucracy.
	Collusion within the corrupt Department of Justice.
	The corrupt FBI.
	And the FBI is still corrupt.
	Look at what Christopher Wray said the other day.
	Oh yeah, there's no spying.
	He's still lying.
	They're still lying to you.
	I've told you from the very beginning, this is not a couple of bad people at the top.
	The reality is there are a few good people at the bottom of the FBI.
	The FBI has been corrupt from the very beginning.
	It was created as a corrupt organization.
	J. Edgar Hoover was one of the worst people that has ever been in government.
	They named their building.
	His name is still on the building there.
	It is a bureaucracy of corruption.
	Yeah, there's some good people in there, but they're not at the top.
	And that includes the guy who's currently there.
	But let me tell you, we've seen, you can understand how dangerous that is.
	You've seen them, the bureaucracy colluding together to try to overthrow the election of President Trump.
	The Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, all these different people.
	Possibly even including the FISA organization, although they might have been misled.
	As these people also colluded with mainstream media, they also colluded with foreign governments, not only in the UK, but in the Ukraine.
	That other UK, right?
	So, you've got massive collusion with the Democrats and people in Ukraine, like Alexandria Chalupa going over there, and we've had a lot of people from Ukraine, I've talked to Lee Stranahan about this multiple times, saying, we have a lot to tell you guys, why isn't anybody interested in this?
	Why isn't anybody in the Trump administration interested in this?
	Well, let's hope that President Trump is going to follow rule number nine, get even.
	Because it's not just about getting even, it's about getting the corruption out of government.
	And the problem with what's happening with this, this tactic, and again, the New York Times is showing themselves to be biased, to be fake, To be partisan hacks for the Democrat Party, just like CNN.
	They're never giving up on this stuff.
	This is a new area.
	I tweeted out yesterday, I said, I am so sick and tired of all of the mainstream Republicans, mostly Fox commentators, who are acting like all the stuff that's come out about this Russiagate stuff is somehow new.
	It's not new.
	I was talking about this years ago.
	And I said, I'm sick and tired of talking about this ad nauseum.
	Add infinitum, you know, to infinity and beyond.
	We just keep recycling the same news over and over again.
	There's no credibility to it, whatsoever.
	It's been completely debunked years ago.
	It's time for President Trump to do something about it.
	I'm not interested in talking about that, but this is a new line of attack.
	The stuff with the financial stuff.
	This is where they're going next.
	And it's evidence that they know that the complete, that the Russiagate thing is a complete hoax, that they've been exposed, that it is now collapsed, and so this is a new Line of attack that's being taken.
	And again, you've got the unimpeachable sources of the New York Times and the Washington Post, as the social media minders will tell us.
	You know, News Guard.
	Oh yeah, they're authoritative.
	No, they're authoritarian.
	It's a little bit of a difference there.
	And they're crooked, and they're corrupt, and they're partisan hacks for the Democrats.
	And this is the latest line of attack.
	And here's what's dangerous about it.
	This is serving notice by the Democrats and the New York Times that anybody who isn't a lifetime politician or a community organizer is going to have their entire life put under a microscope and then they're going to lie about it because they know that their voters are too ignorant, too partisan, too biased, too ignorant to understand and too biased to even care to look.
	And they're going to take your successes, like the art of the comeback, and they're going to portray them as failures.
	They're going to portray them as criminal.
	For example, this is what's dangerous.
	It serves notice to anybody out there.
	Like I said, that's not a politician or a community organizer.
	Don't bother to get into government to try to fix things.
	Because we're a bunch of crooked scumbags and we will take you down.
	By whatever means is necessary.
	That's what's really dangerous about this.
	Zero Hedge broke this down perfectly.
	They said, really, you should do a third one.
	Third book.
	The Art of the Deal, Art of the Comeback.

	And what they're trying to do is criminalize any political opposition to them.
	It's very corrupt and it needs to be stopped and we need to defend President Trump when that kind of stuff happens.
	We need to defend his rights and his due process And we need to defend against the lies that these people are putting out there.

	All right, let's talk a little bit about the art of expensing.
	This is Economics 101.
	For the Democrat left, if they're not too biased, to listen.
	As Zera Hedge pointed out, you know, these thirty, twenty-five to thirty-five year old tax returns that the New York Times thinks is news, and they think that there's something shady about the fact that the President, as a real estate investor, had massive depreciation losses during a recession.
	And again, as I previously pointed out, he went bankrupt in the center of this ten years.
	In 1990, right in the middle of that 10-year period.
	And then he wrote a book called Art of the Comeback.
	Ah, but they don't talk about that.
	He talks about how he came back.
	But as Zero Hedge points out, Trump reported a negative adjusted gross income on his tax returns.
	The number grew as new losses were combined with those from prior years.
	The figures, according to the New York Times, show that losses contradict the image that Trump promoted of himself as an adept and successful New York real estate developer.
	Or do they?
	Perhaps an adept and successful New York real estate developer would take advantage of depreciation and tax laws, which is perfectly legal.
	It's called tax avoidance.
	You don't want to pay more.
	You're an idiot if you pay more taxes than you're legally required to if you don't take advantage of the tax laws.
	And so they quote him as saying in the presidential debates of 2016, I love depreciation.
	And they said, the biggest question of all is, was it illegal?
	Of course it isn't.
	As the New York Times itself admitted, while they're now, you know, right now, they're putting out, well, you know, we think that it's dubious tax strategies and maybe instances of outright frauds.
	No, actually, what they said in October 2016, After getting President Trump's 1995 tax return form's front page, they got the first page of many, many, many, many, many pages.
	I can imagine if you've got a multi-billion dollar enterprise that spans many different countries, this is not going to be the short form 1040 that you and I turn in.
	This is going to be a literal book.
	And so they got the first page, they got the cover page of it.
	And they admitted when they got that in October 2016, they said, well, there's nothing illegal about using these kinds of maneuvers.
	And as they point out on Zero Hedge, the world's rich people take advantage of tax planning all the time.
	And they take advantage of real estate investing and depreciation laws especially.
	They said the tax experts consulted by the New York Times is what they said back in 2016.
	Said nothing in the 1995 document suggested any wrongdoings by Mr. Trump, even if the extraordinary size of the loss he declared would have probably attracted extra scrutiny from the IRS examiners.
	Let me tell you something.
	Whether it was a loss or a profit, even if he'd reported a profit of a billion dollars, they would have done an audit of him, any kind of tax return that's that big.
	And that's part of the problem with the income tax system.
	You see, we have a tax law that is so complex that it's the same as having no law at all.
	I talked to Joe Bannister, he used to be a criminal investigator for the IRS, and he was saying how anybody that was in that division where they were doing criminal investigations, you know, because of the possibility that a criminal might bribe one of these criminal investigators, they all got audited every year as a matter of course.
	They said one year he went in and this auditor didn't like him.
	didn't like him because he had a job where he got to carry a gun.
	He got to get outside of the office and drive around.
	And he got paid more.
	And this person intensely disliked him personally.
	And said that he owed $5,000 or something and audited him.
	And he fought it.
	And he actually got $1,000 back.
	Or it was said he owed $1,000 and he fought the audit and he got $5,000 back, whatever.
	An audit can be done by somebody, because the law is so complex, you're only kind of at the mercy of the person doing the audit.
	And that was a simple tax return that Joe Bannister had.
	Yes, basically he's just an employee, an employee of the IRS.
	So how much more so when you've got somebody that has a multinational business Real estate write-offs, and he's building stuff, and he's buying, and he's selling, and all this other kind of stuff.
	It's so subjective.
	This is why the Democrats want to get it.
	And this is why they must not be allowed to use that.
	Because if they're allowed to use this kind of tactic, they'll use it against anybody who's ever done anything in their life to take them down.
	We'll have nothing but community organizers.
	Elected to President.
	And then they'll become multi-millionaires, like the Obamas did.
	How did they get all that money?
	That's what I'd like to know.
	I mean, we can't even see President Obama's college transcripts.
	I'd like to know how these corrupt individuals get that much money.
	As I point out here, 90%, this is a quote from Andrew Carnegie, he said, 90% of all millionaires become so through owning real estate.
	More money has been made in real estate than in all industrial investments combined.
	The wise young man, or the wage earner of today, invests his money in real estate.
	Andrew Carnegie.

	You know, one of the things that they don't want you to look at.
	They want you to look at President Trump's tax returns.
	They're very complicated.
	They're going to spin them.
	They're going to interpret them for you.
	To try to show him as a failure or a criminal or something like that.
	But what they don't want you to look at Are your taxes?
	Let's take a look at this right now.
	I mean this is a very shameful thing that's being done right now reported by the LA Times and they did a good job of showing what's happening in California but it may not be just California but it shows us really where we are in terms of our legal due process.
	The Times editorial board, the LA Times editorial board wrote a piece, small retailers who sold products through Amazon are facing a tax time bomb.
	And again, this is California, but it may apply in other states because of the sorry state of legal protections that we have in this country right now.
	They point out that online sellers had an unfair advantage over brick-and-mortar sellers because they could sell across state lines without having to charge a sales tax.
	We all know that as consumers.
	And the Supreme Court had exempted that.
	And now, last year, in a case out of South Dakota, the Supreme Court reversed itself.
	This is why I say, you know, the Supreme Court, they have an opinion.
	And they change their opinion.
	And sometimes they do it on a pretty rapid basis.
	That's why Andrew Jackson said, when the Supreme Court completely reversed itself within one year in a policy, he goes, well, they've made their, they've given their opinion, let's see them enforce it.
	I'm going to go with the opinion that they had last year.
	It's just an opinion, and they don't have the ability to enforce it.
	One of the reasons that President Trump is not protecting the border is because of the vetoes of federal judges.
	He should not be stymied by that.
	One of the most important things that President Trump could do, besides taking down the corruption in Washington, but equally important, would be to take down the judicial tyranny
	uh... that uh... again you had both the executive branch and congress have abdicated authority to the court systems to the bureaucracy and they need to stop that they need to take that back but anyway getting back to this the tax issue california then after the supreme court decision says no the states can compel out-of-state retailers to collect sales tax for them uh... if uh...
	Even if they're in another state.
	So California put a new law in last month that will require retailers to collect sales tax from buyers in California, even if they have no physical presence in the state.
	That's what's changed.
	Now, as part of this new law, they're going to require the platforms, the e-commerce platforms like Amazon or eBay or these others, they're going to require Amazon or eBay to collect the tax as part of the transaction.
	Okay, so far fine.
	However, what they're talking about doing in California, and this is what the LA Times has a problem with and what I have a problem with, they said, but state tax officials aren't looking to Amazon for sales tax revenue in the past.
	Instead, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration is seeking years of back taxes.
	Back taxes!
	So they've changed the law This is a new law and everybody said, well the Supreme Court has changed it.
	What they did back then was legal.
	The Supreme Court had said you don't have to collect sales tax and send it to the state if you don't have a physical presence there.
	Then they reversed themselves last year.
	Now California wants to go back and collect back taxes.
	How far back?
	I don't know.
	We've never had a situation where you can change the law and then punish people for what they did before the law was changed.
	But that's what the tax officials in California are doing.
	And they said, as unfair as it may have been for out-of-state retailers to avoid sales tax burdens, they were playing by the rules of the day.
	And they're not even trying to get these back taxes, of course, from Amazon, because they've got lobbyists.
	They're talking about a 12-person company in Michigan that sells comfort shoes is looking at a $200,000 bill for three years of back taxes.
	A mom-and-pop kitchenware supplier is facing a bill for more than $100,000.
	Are you kidding me?
	This is California, but it starts in California and it metastasizes to the rest of the country.

	We've talked about President Trump's tax returns.
	We've talked about California's attempt to collect multiple years of back sales taxes from out-of-state retailers.
	They're not going to... Moving forward, they're going to take the taxes that are going to be collected by Amazon or eBay or other online e-commerce sites.
	But they're going to go for the back taxes.
	And how could they even do that?
	Well, that wasn't law three years ago.
	But they're going to go for back taxes, and they're not going to go to the big corporations.
	They're going to go to the small mom-and-pop.
	So you've got a couple of these, you know, one mom-and-pop store that sells kitchen equipment.
	They're looking at a $100,000 back tax, sales tax stuff, going back three years or more.
	And it's outrageous that they're doing that.
	That's the kind of tax story that you're not going to see the New York Times doing, or the Washington Post.
	They don't care about that.
	Again, they're making up a fake story about President Trump, and I'm not going to talk anymore about that.
	I want to get into what happened with Asia Bibi.
	Asia Bibi is a Pakistani Christian, and there are a lot of lessons to be learned from her story.
	She's now been given asylum.
	That's also an interesting story there, where she was given asylum and where she was not given asylum.
	But she faced a Christian persecution.
	It's a story of Sharia law.
	It's a story of how the attacks against her and even attempts to overthrow the government there were weaponized by social media, by Twitter, by Facebook.
	And the people who did this are still on Twitter and Facebook.
	That's the amazing thing about it.
	It's also interesting how this all has been ignored by the left and by Democrats and by Hollywood.
	As they freak out about homosexuals or LGBT people in these Islamic countries that are being jailed or executed.
	And I'm not saying that they shouldn't freak out about that.
	But they're selective in their outrage and they make it about the persecution of LGBT rather than Sharia law.
	That's the issue.
	But they don't want to criticize the Muslims.
	At some point these demographic groups We're going to start a civil war within the Democrat Party.
	We've already got something of a civil war going on between lesbians and the transgenders as part of that movement.
	But we'll get to that in a moment.
	Before we get into that, real quickly, you've probably also seen the Colorado shooting that happened last evening.
	Authorities have now identified one of two suspects.
	He's been identified by the local newspaper there, Nine News, as well as several other Denver media outlets have all reported the person's name there.
	And it's been released by authorities.
	One of the two suspects, it says they've arrested two people.
	One of the two suspects is an 18-year-old, has been held in the attack at a STEM school in Denver.
	Seven students were injured and one was killed in this attack.
	They said we do not have any other suspects.
	We have all of the people who were involved, so the Sheriff's Department.
	Now this particular individual, his name, his last name is Erickson, he is not a Trump supporter.
	He is not a conservative.
	He is not a Christian.
	We do know a little bit about him now that they've released the name.
	He said in his social media he hates Christians.
	And he hates them because they're teaching on homosexuality.
	And he feels that he's justified in killing them for that.
	Maybe he singled out Christian students.
	We don't know yet.
	We don't know that much about the shooting.
	But he had put out on Facebook a couple years ago, and Facebook is fine with this.
	They have no problem.
	They have a problem with my program.
	They have a problem with Alex Jones.
	They have a problem with Infowars and Paul Joseph Watson and so forth.
	They don't have a problem with this.
	You know what I hate?
	Oh, wait a minute.
	He's going to tell us what he hates.
	Alert, Facebook!
	All of you censors out there, and you got this newsroom out there scouring the internet for any kind of hate speech or misinformation, and somehow they missed this.
	He starts out the post, you know what I hate?
	Oh, they don't see that as hate speech, but he tells them, you know what I hate?
	All these Christians who hate gays, yet in the Bible it says if someone doesn't do what their priest tells them to do, they're supposed to die.
	This guy's a real scholar.
	He says, but all they get out of it is, ew, gays.
	In his 2016 account, he posted a video of Seth Meyers attacking President Trump.
	And in 2015, he shared an Occupy Democrats post that praised President Obama.
	On his Instagram page, he identified himself with the hashtags Grunge, Dark Aesthetic, Dark Grunge, Soft Grunge, Pastel Grunge, and Alternative.
	It says, I'm covered in ink and addicted to pain.
	Okay, so he's one of the two suspects that has been, his name has been released by local law enforcement and has been identified by several local media.
	But let's take a look at Asia Beebe.
	Let's begin with her story here, as reported by the BBC.
	This is not a Christian news organization that is reporting this, but here's the BBC.
	It's a pretty amazing story.
	Like many other women in her village, Asia worked as a farm laborer.
	It was June and the women were to spend the day picking berries.
	After working for hours under the scorching sun, the thirsty, exhausted women stopped for a break.
	Asia was asked to fetch some water from the nearby well.
	She set off, jug in hand, but on her way back, she took a sip of the water before handing it over to her Muslim co-workers, and they were furious.
	Asia is a Christian.
	In Pakistan, many conservative Muslims don't like to eat or drink with people of other faiths.
	They believe that non-Muslims are impure.
	So, as the BBC goes on to say, then five days later, after this happened, the police barged their way into her house and accused her of insulting the Prophet Muhammad.
	Outside was a mob, including the village cleric, who had accused her of blasphemy.
	She was dragged outside of her house.
	The mob brazenly began to beat her right in front of the police.
	She was arrested and charged with blasphemy.
	In 2010, she was sentenced to death.
	She has spent the past nine years of her life in solitary confinement.
	But then what happened was, it got up to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court freed her from that death penalty for blasphemy.
	What was the reaction to all of that?
	Well, the BBC reports, main roads were blocked, cars and buses were set on fire, toll booths were ransacked, police officers were attacked.
	Particularly in the eastern province of Punjab, many offices, businesses, even schools were forced to close and commuting became impossible.
	The country watched in horror as their government seemed barely visible.
	Total anarchy.
	After three days of escalating chaos, the government said that in order to avoid any bloodshed, they would strike a deal with those who were leading the revolt.
	Now, who was fostering this revolt?
	And how did they start the revolt?
	It was done by radical Imams.
	And they used social media, Facebook and Twitter, to start this revolt and to keep it going.
	It was targeted hate.
	It was bullying, you know, singling out an individual and bullying about that.
	Actually calling for the murder of individuals, calling for the overthrow of the government.
	They organized this entire Revolt, three days, shutting the country down as every single city, major city, was essentially set on fire.
	They had roadblocks and things set up and, you know, burning cars and so forth, burning businesses, attacking the police.
	As I point out here, the BBC, immediately after Asia's release, Religious political party, the religious political party leader, his name is Rizvi, had taken to social media advocating civil disorder and violence.
	They called for the judges who acquitted Asia to be killed.
	They did this on Twitter and Facebook.
	They called for the judges who had acquitted her at the Supreme Court to be killed.
	Now, let me ask you this.
	Do you think That I could call for the murder of Supreme Court judges on Facebook and Twitter and they wouldn't do anything about it to me?
	I haven't ever done anything.
	I've exposed their crimes.
	I mean, you've got Julian Assange who's exposed their crimes and they're trying to kill him.
	The criminals.
	But this was allowed by Facebook and Twitter.
	As a matter of fact, this all happened after they had gotten tough with people and they'd banned Alex Jones.
	For talking to the CNN quote-unquote journalist who had dedicated his career to the takedown of InfoWars, Oliver Darcy.
	Oh, he bullied Oliver Darcy.
	These people are calling for the Supreme Court judges to be killed and they're loud on Facebook and Twitter.

	We're talking about Asia Bebe, who has been given political refugee status, has now gotten out of Pakistan, where she was on death row for nine years, in solitary confinement for nine years, as the Supreme Court overturned her conviction for blasphemy.
	What'd she do?
	Well, she drank out of a cup of water that was being shared by her and a bunch of Muslim women who were all working in a field.
	And she was a Christian.
	They demanded that she convert.
	She said, I'm a Christian.
	I'm not going to convert.
	They accused her of insulting the Prophet Muhammad.
	She said, I never did that.
	I would say, so what if you did?
	So what if you did?
	But that's Sharia law.
	Nevertheless, you have the complicity of social media in allowing a radical Imam to call for the death threats, to call specifically for the judges who released her to be killed.
	He also encouraged a mutiny within the army.
	He also declared that the Chief of the Army was an apostate.
	That he had renounced Islam and should be killed.
	So he's calling for the Chief of the Army to be killed.
	He's calling for the Supreme Court Justices to be killed.
	We're releasing her.
	He's calling for a mutiny in the Army.
	All of the major cities were set on fire.
	And this was all done through Facebook and Twitter.
	After they banned Alex Jones Infowars.
	Absolutely amazing.
	Let me give you an example of what he had to say on Twitter.
	And if you look at this article here, put out by the BBC, you can see his blue verification check.
	He's got a blue verification check.
	I can't get that from Twitter.
	But this radical imam, Rizvi, has it, and he says, if Asia is not found guilty despite her confession in public and before a trial court and acquitted after nine years, it can put a big question mark on the decision.
	It means there's something rotten in judicial procedure or there's some third umpire that is making decisions.
	He also accused the West of encouraging blasphemy against Islam and the Prophet Muhammad.
	And in one of his tweets, he said, people deliberately committed blasphemy so that they could get money and be granted asylum by Western countries.
	And so, you know, you can see pictures of them rioting on social media.
	They allowed that.
	He had video clips that prompted thousands of men to take to the streets to burn things.
	And again, this is two months after the purge of Alex Jones.
	This is in October.
	Of last year, after they purged Alex in August.
	And now, of course, we've been blacklisted.
	Anybody that criticizes Alex Jones is going to be allowed.
	Just like anybody that criticizes Christians is going to be allowed on Facebook.
	But if you say anything good about Alex Jones, oh, you may be banned as well.
	Don't you talk about Alex Jones.
	Don't you talk about Jesus Christ either.
	I'm not saying that Alex Jones is Jesus Christ, I'm just telling you where these people are headed.
	It is headed towards Christian persecution.
	He would frequently, this guy Rizvi, the Imam, would frequently glorify the murder of Salman Tazir.
	Now who is Salman Tazir?
	Well, he is one of the guys that was one of her highest profile supporters when she was on death row for quote-unquote blasphemy.
	He was the governor of Punjab.
	And he was killed by one of his own security guards in 2011 after he publicly appealed to the President of Pakistan to pardon her.
	He was shot 27 times at close range by one of his bodyguards.
	He was, when he appeared in court, the Muslims in Pakistan showered him with rose petals.
	He was eventually executed in 2016.
	Pakistan's first federal minister for minority affairs, Shahbaz Bhatti, who also supported Bibi, and who also called for the reform of blasphemy laws, was killed by a self-described Taliban gunman in March of 2011.
	The only Christian in the cabinet at the time, reports a Guardian, Bhatti had predicted his own death.
	And he'd recorded a farewell tape that was released to TV channels after he was killed.
	He vowed to fight for Christian and other minority rights, whatever the cost.
	He said, I will die to defend their rights.
	And he did.
	This is where this is headed, folks.
	It gets there gradually, one step at a time.
	And quite frankly, the Muslims have misused the term martyr.
	This guy was a true martyr.
	Somebody who puts on a suicide belt and kills themselves so they can commit mass murder, a martyr is not somebody who murders people for their faith.
	A martyr is somebody who dies for their faith.
	Where did that come from?
	You had so many Christians who died for their faith, who were executed by the Romans because they wouldn't recant.
	They would not deny what they'd seen.
	They'd rather die than deny.
	What they had seen.
	Martyr meant witness.
	They had witnessed certain things.
	They had witnessed Jesus Christ and the things that he had done.
	And they were willing to die rather than deny it.
	And so the Muslims take that and they say, oh, the people who died because of what they believe?
	Okay, well, we'll kill people because of what we believe and we'll call ourselves martyrs.
	That's how they turn that around.
	But let's take a look at the complicity of social media in this, especially Facebook and Twitter.
	Because these were not idle threats that were being put out by RISD.
	Not idle threats at all.
	Again, he had bragged about, you'd had multiple politicians who had been killed, murdered, assassinated.
	And he was still allowed to do this.
	As a matter of fact, if you just go back to this weekend, Daily Mail was pointing out it.
	How is Facebook still allowing him?
	Again, these death threats against the Pakistani Supreme Court, against the Chief of the Army, calling for mutiny, starting a revolt throughout the country.
	That all happened two months after the takedown of Infowars and Alex Jones.
	But he's still out there.
	Here we are, May of 2019.
	He is still on Facebook, still spewing his hate and real violence.
	This is not under any circumstances, can you excuse this, is saying, well, this is just somebody, you know, a metaphorical rage or whatever, you know, it's just political rhetoric.
	No, no, this is real.
	This is the real deal.
	This is real hate, real calls for murder.
	And he's allowed to do this.
	And as they pointed out in Daily Mail this weekend, they said they banned conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and far-right Milo, but Pakistani cleric Rizvi is allowed to spread anti-Christian hate.
	Holocaust denier Alison Chablaz is also still allowed to keep a Facebook profile.
	They talk about Rizvi being behind the massive demonstrations against Asia Bibi, but they said they also praised the murder of a Muslim shopkeeper in Glasgow in 2016.
	And he is not the only Islamist who is using Facebook to spread his message of hate and murder.
	Wael Aleji, an associate of the Wilberforce Alliance Foundation, said the platform has become a sewer of poisonous anti-Christian hatred and anti-Semitism.
	Extremist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood And another one that I wouldn't even try to pronounce.
	Are very active on Facebook, both as organizations and as individual members.
	They have been reported on so many times, but Facebook does nothing.
	In fact, when a Muslim friend of mine wrote an article that was mildly critical of Islamic fundamentalism, Facebook removed that.
	Sometimes I wonder whether the platform is really being run by Islamicists.
	Some of the things she writes on Facebook about Christians, one said, are truly poisonous, especially when you read it in Arabic.
	Now, these are the people who have set up a war room, and they are scouring conversations on Facebook.
	You know, Facebook's got a war room.
	They've got 40 people.
	They're looking at all the different conversations in the run-up to the European Union elections at the end of this month.
	And they're furiously editing and picking that stuff out.
	You say anything about Islam, they will take you out.
	And they're going to be controlling our elections in multiple ways.
	You should be very concerned about that.

	Okay, we're still having some issues with Dwight, so let me finish on with what I was talking about with the Asia BB story, because I didn't tell you where she finally got asylum.
	She had asked for asylum from the UK.
	Theresa May is not interested in that.
	She had asked for asylum from the US.
	Nothing happened.
	Nothing happened.
	It's a Christian woman who was kept on death row for nine years in solitary confinement for blasphemy.
	And she said she didn't even say anything negative about Prophet Muhammad.
	She just drank out of the same cup in the field.
	Didn't give her asylum here in the U.S.
	Why not?
	I mean, isn't this exactly what the Democrats are telling us?
	Aren't women of color foreign refugees?
	I mean, no sympathy for that?
	Oh, because she's a Christian, that trumps all of that stuff.
	And they don't want her back, right?
	So she wound up going to Canada.
	She's now joined her two daughters, who were able to escape Pakistan.
	And she's in Canada, location being kept secret for her protection.
	And we look at what is happening in Pakistan, as I point out, since the 1990s.
	You know, it's just the Sultan of Brunei just made a lot of headlines because, you know, gradually, it's Sharia creep.
	You know, they began with Sharia law.
	They said, well, we'll imprison people who commit certain things we don't like, adultery, homosexuality, so forth.
	We will put them in prison.
	Now they said, now we're going to execute them, and they're executing some.
	And that's the way it kind of happened in Pakistan as well.
	They, when they got their independence, they made it a crime, punishable by imprisonment, but then after that they made it a death sentence.
	Since the 1990s, scores of Christians have been convicted, even though they make up just 1.6% of the population.
	Since 1990, at least 65 people have reportedly been killed in Pakistan over claims of blasphemy.
	They say the majority of those who are convicted are Muslims.
	They're regarded as heretical by other Muslims.
	They're not orthodox enough.
	This is a lesson for us all, folks.
	Not only in what is going on there, but in how it is being treated by the left in this country and how Sharia expands.
	We also had a terrorist event over the weekend in an African country called Burkina Faso.
	Honestly, I had to look this up on the map.
	I'd never heard of Burkina Faso.
	It's a country about the size of the state of Colorado.
	It's landlocked in Africa and they had a dozen gunmen on motorcycles storm the courtyard of a church after worship this weekend, fatally shooting its longtime pastor as well as five other congregants after demanding that they convert to Islam.
	The Assemblies of God pastor preferred, he said, to die for his faith rather than leave the village that he had served for years.
	Now we don't hear about this type of stuff.
	It's not really covered by the mainstream media.
	And they don't really talk about Sharia law being the problem.
	They really want to focus on anti-gay issues.
	Because this is what the mainstream media is talking about.
	What is like being a transgender refugee sex worker in Pakistan?
	They talk about that, rather than, I just came out yesterday, they talk about that rather than talking about Asia BB.
	Because they want to focus on the LGBT, they hate Christians as much as the Muslims do, and they celebrate this, and you know, I'm not saying that she ought to be punished, she ought to be killed, or he, or whatever, I'm not sure, male, female, whatever, but they completely ignore that.
	And they come after Christians.

	Give us a little bit of an update as to what's going on with your organization, or maybe we should start by giving people a very brief summary of your case, how long your kids were away from you, and you've got them back now, and how that got you to start the organization, Stop CPS Legally Kidnapping Children.

	We have on the line with us Dwight Mitchell.
	He had a little bit of trouble getting in the last segment.
	And I want to talk about what is happening with his organization.
	Again, as I mentioned before, Dwight had CPS kidnap one of his kids, essentially.
	That's really what it is.
	And he realized that this was not simply a problem with him.
	This is a problem that a lot of people are experiencing locally.
	Then he realized it was a statewide problem.
	Then he realized it was a national problem, as you just heard him say before we went to break.
	I think the number that he put out there was it's about a 250 billion dollar industry.
	But folks, it is also an example of how the administrative state is out of control.
	And how the administrative state doesn't recognize due process.
	We've talked about this many times with civil asset forfeiture.
	They'll take your home, your car, your cash, without even charging you with a crime.
	And then you have to sue them to get it back.
	They say it is civil asset forfeiture.
	They call it civil because they say, well, it's not criminal.
	These are rules that were made up by the administrative state, by the bureaucracies.
	And the same thing is being done to your kids.
	They can take your kids and they got their own special court.
	They can seize your kids and then you have to prove that you're innocent.
	Meanwhile, your kids are in this very destructive system.
	And as he points out in this article that he sent here, the government does not require evidence of child abuse to remove a child from a family.
	And so now I think, Dwight, you've got an attorney and you're starting a lawsuit to push back against this.
	This is a guy who's made a career out of fighting for people's rights when the government abuses that.
	He's won twice at the U.S.
	Supreme Court level.
	Is that correct?
	That is correct.
	Eric Cardell of the law firm of Moorman, Cardell, Erickson are actually a superb law team.
	What was interesting right now we're at the United States 8th Circuit Court of Appeals because at the lower court level the judge actually granted the dismissal and quite frankly we were shocked because we presented 84 pages of official government documentation that we received in discovery Where it proves that the government was out of control.
	They knew that I was innocent of long-term abuse from the very first week.
	From the caseworker's notes that she had actually input into their CPS system, it stated that there was no evidence of abuse and that all of the allegations that my former wife and I had, we had a very difficult divorce, they knew it was false and yet they still kept my children.
	And so then I was trying to figure out why, and I came to learn that this was happening to everyone, not just myself.
	I came to Eric Cardell, presented my case.
	Our case was dismissed at the lower level, the first rung of the federal court.
	We were all shocked because I'm sitting here with the best lawyer in Minnesota.
	He was just voted the Minnesota Attorney of the Year in February 2019.
	He's won two cases before the United States Supreme Court, the most recent being last July.
	And so he knows how to put together a complaint.
	He knows how to put together an argument.
	So, it just led me to feel that this whole system, as you said before, it's a self-preserving system.
	And so, when you look at what's going on, and we're sitting here saying, we have the top attorneys filing cases, and the judges saying, we're not going to hear it, we're not going to let your evidence Come forward.
	Usually with a complaint, you just have to write what actually transpired.
	But we not only wrote it, we gave them 84 pages of the government's documents to prove our case.
	So when it was dismissed, we were, you know, our mouths were open, so to speak.
	So now we're in front of the 8th Circuit.
	We hope we get a neutral panel.
	It's three judges from the 8th Circuit, and we hope that they will You know, reverse our case, remand it back down, and allow us to have the trial that we feel we deserve.
	So they had a situation, as you point out, in their own documents, they said, we understand that he's not violating the kids, but they took the kids anyway.
	So what is the basis of the charge, and how, if you guys win, how is this likely to affect the way CPS is run in Minnesota, and of course nationally, because this is going before the federal court case.
	Well, what we actually did, you know, the first six counts of our case is for the Association.
	So, like, you know, the NAACP or the ACLU, we filed facial claims stating that the laws, actual laws in Minnesota are unconstitutional.
	And what we're seeking to do is have the laws changed and overturned.
	We're not going after I mean, I have individual claims myself that I'm going after, but my primary focus is to change the system.
	And so that's what Eric is very good at.
	He's made his career at Fighting the government.
	He has over 150 cases that he's put forth in fighting the government.
	So our number one goal and our aim is to stop this practice.
	Hopefully we can stop in the Minnesota by getting the laws changed by the federal court saying that these laws are unconstitutional.
	Then we can have a rippling effect across the United States.
	It only takes one state to come forward and say the way CPS is acting now is unconstitutional and we hope to roll this out Sure, and of course that's why they dismissed it at the lower level.
	That's very encouraging, and of course people can, I guess, join in and help you with this financially in this fight if they go to your organization, Stop CPS Legally Kidnapping Children, is that correct?
	That is correct.
	We do have a donation page.

	As everyone is aware, legal fees are very, very expensive.
	We've been fighting this now for over a year.
	You know, I've been funding this, along with the donations from the members.
	We have about 5,000 members now, a little bit more than that, that have joined our association and are supporting us.
	But it takes a lot of money and it's going to be a long battle.
	It's the government.
	And so the government is using our taxpayer dollars to take our children and then tell us we're not going to give you your day in court.
	And so we're fighting a machine, a self-preserving machine.
	They don't want to see it change.
	The states don't want to see it change because they're getting tons of money each year in federal subsidies.
	Minnesota alone gets $15 billion annually from the federal government for CPS.
	The Department of Health and Human Services is the fourth largest agency In Minnesota.
	And it's like this, you know, in all of the states.
	So they're getting in all this federal funding, and they don't want to see it stop.
	And so even when you have judges at the federal level, well, they're still Minnesotans, and they still live in Minnesota.
	And so, you know, we feel the only way we're really going to get a fair shake, and we hope that we get a fair shake, is at the 8th Circuit, where the judges themselves are from all of the states that make up the 8th Circuit.
	And so we submitted... Well, it's quite a battle, because you've got a great lawyer here.
	He's got, like you said, the Attorney of the Year.
	He's won cases at least twice before the Supreme Court, and yet you have a massive, entrenched bureaucracy.
	Now, one of the things that he said in writing about this case, he said that they have an unconstitutionally low standard That Minnesota Child Protective Services uses for placing children in foster care.
	They don't even really give you due process in the situation, right?
	I mean, that would be the first thing that you want to have, is to have a hearing before they take away the children.
	Of course, you would expedite that if there were accusations of physical abuse, but you would want to have some due process.
	That would be a start, wouldn't it?
	To get out of the CBS system and have a real court.
	It definitely would be a start, and I wasn't afforded my due process, and neither are most of the parents.
	In Minnesota, you don't have to substantiate the allegations at all.
	So someone can call in and say, this is what's happening to your neighbor's child, and they will come and pick up the child and will keep the child in foster care And then they will have what's known as an emergency protection hearing, but they have this hearing within 72 hours.
	They tell you the day before the hearing or the day of the hearing that you have to come to court this day.
	You don't have an attorney.
	They don't want to supply you with a state attorney.
	We looked at the statistics and the figures that are on the government website.
	And out of the 7,000 cases that are done annually, only about 1,000 of the cases actually have attorneys at the emergency protective hearing, and only about 2,000 have attorneys at the admit-deny hearing.
	So you have about 5,000 parents annually that are going Through the entire judicial process with no attorneys.
	And of course, as you can expect, most of them are low income and they can't afford attorneys.
	And even the ones where a public defender is provided, the public defender, because I have the public defender's training manual, they tell them to cooperate.
	And so the parents try and cooperate to get their kids back to what they're actually doing, giving up their rights and their due process.
	And they're not being informed that by cooperating, they are doing this.
	So there's a number of things... We see this constantly from the administrative state.
	You have no due process.
	You have no presumption of innocence.
	You have no representation in their so-called court.

	It's a familiar story.
	It began with the IRS.
	We have this bureaucratic administrative state where they write their own laws.
	They call them rules.
	Because they're rules and not laws, the government says, well, there is no presumption of innocence and you have no due process.
	And these various bureaucratic organizations have their, not only do they write their own rules, they have their own police, essentially, that will come around and do things to you.
	They have their own courts, if you can call them courts.
	One person who got snatched up in this was Dwight Mitchell.
	Now, it's bad enough when they do that to your property.
	They take your home, your car, your cash, with civil asset forfeiture.
	They're taking people's children.
	And they're doing it without due process.
	They're doing it without a presumption of innocence.
	They're doing it in their own quote-unquote courts.
	And as Dwight Mitchell found out in his particular case, they had admitted in their own internal documents that there was no abuse, that there was no basis for taking the children, but they took them anyway.
	And so now he's taking them to the real court And he's got a real lawyer.
	This is a guy who, this year, February 2019, was the Attorney of the Year in Minnesota.
	He has argued before the Supreme Court twice and won both those cases.
	And they are taking this fight into the real courts.
	The court system is rigged at the lower level.
	They just dismissed the case, even though they had 84 pages of documents.
	They just dismissed it.
	But they're now at the appeal level.

	You said it's a $250 billion industry for these people because they're getting federal government subsidies when they take these kids.
	But give us a little bit of an idea of the scope of this problem, how this is a national problem.
	I've talked to people all over the country who've had their children kidnapped by CPS in various states, but tell us about how big this problem is nationally.
	Well, nationally, about 250,000 U.S.
	children a year are removed from their families.
	But what most people don't realize, and using the Freedom of Information Act, what I was able to do was to query the government, get statistics, and actually determine how many children are taken from their families unnecessarily.
	The most interesting thing About due process, what we were talking about before, if you look at my website and all the statistics, because I'm a very data-driven individual myself, because I'm in IT, and so our organization, by extension, is very data-driven.
	I actually used the Freedom of Information Act.
	I went to the Minnesota judicial system, and I said, okay, I understand you're taking 7,000 children a year just from Minnesota.
	They're supposed to give you a trial to prove with evidence within 60 days That you actually are an abusive parent.
	Either mentally, physically, sexually, whatever.
	But in 60 days, I said, how many cases out of the 7,000 that happen annually actually went to trial in the 60 days that are required by law?
	And only 68 cases approximately each year over the course of the last five years actually went to trial where the government had to prove That the parent was unfit and had abused a child.
	68 out of how many?
	68 out of how many?
	7,000.
	7,000 annually.
	And I have the statistics.
	I mean, it came from the judiciary.
	So when I talk to people, I'm like, well, now I understand why half a million children are being removed from their families each year and how The government is making all this money.
	And when I say the government, I'm talking about the state government.
	The state government are getting it from the federal government.
	So, when you start looking at this, it's just horrible.
	And the abuse of power.
	It absolutely is.

	In many cases, they're farmed out.
	They disappear.
	The statistics that we didn't get into are just horrific.
	Last time he was on, I'm going from memory, but I think it's something like more than 80% of the children who get put into this foster care system grow up with drug abuse problems, become criminals in it.
	I mean, it's just horrific what it does to the children.
	And we really have to stop this, and we have to stop the administrative state.
	That's a key thing.

	Let's go back to this case of Asia Bibi.
	Like I said, it's amazing to me, not so much, I wasn't surprised so much that the UK didn't accept Asia Bibi as a refugee.
	But I was kind of surprised that the US didn't.
	I know the Democrats wouldn't do it.
	I was kind of surprised the Trump administration didn't step up.
	She's now in Canada.
	She's safe there.
	I told you about the horrific situation there.
	How the radical clerics, and it's not just the single one, there's multiple radical clerics That are allowed on Facebook, on Twitter, that are verified, that are still continuing to this day, calling for murder and execution.
	Some of them calling for the execution of the entire Supreme Court there, because they allowed this woman who had been on death row, solitary confinement, for nine years, for nothing.
	Nothing that we would even remotely consider to be a crime.
	Because they allowed her to go You had this radical cleric call for the entire Supreme Court to be killed, for the Chief of the Army to be killed, for mutiny in the Army.
	They set all of the major cities on fire because of what he was writing on social media.
	And you've got other Islamic clerics that are doing that.
	They said, meanwhile, somebody mildly says something about Islam.
	And they get threatening letters or they get the posts taken down by Facebook or Twitter.
	As a matter of fact, I've had story after story after story of American writers, individuals.
	Most of the time you don't hear it from the individuals, but you hear it from the writers, the journalists, who are saying, yeah, I had this story and I got a threatening message from Twitter or Facebook telling me that I violated Pakistani laws.
	It's like, who cares?
	I don't care about your law.
	I don't care about your Sharia law.
	I'm not interested.
	I don't live in Pakistan.
	I don't have any intention of going to Pakistan.
	Their laws have no jurisdiction over me, except when they're used by Twitter or Facebook to shut down our speech.
	But they don't shut down the speech that is not only hateful, but murderous.
	And there have been multiple politicians, as I pointed out, that have been murdered.
	These are not idle threats.
	They had cities that were burned.
	And as Reverend E.W.
	Jackson has reported by CNS News, as he says, given the right circumstance, the left would kill Christians today.
	It's not just the Pakistanis.
	It's not just the countries where they have Sharia law.
	He is a Protestant pastor, a former Marine, a Harvard Law graduate, a great-grandson of Virginia slaves.
	He said, under the right circumstances, the left would kill Christians today because, like the Communists, Their hatred is profound.
	And they rationalize that in killing Christians, they are doing the world a favor.
	He said, I really believe this with all my heart.
	I'm serious about this, he said on his talk radio program.
	I'm not saying all of them, but I think many of them would kill us because their hatred is so deep, it is so profound, it is so toxic, that I think they would rationalize it to themselves that the world would be a better place without Christians, which is what communists always do.
	What they always do.
	Which brings us to the Democrat Party.
	Talking about communism, we have to go there.
	We have to go there.
	You know, we've got Joe Biden, who is going up in the polls.
	He's up to 32%.
	It's interesting to me.
	It's going to be interesting to see how this works out, because Joe Biden has got some problems.
	And it's not just his grabbing people.
	That's the least of his problems, quite frankly.
	His son, Hunter, his younger son, not the one who died, but his younger son, Hunter, has an incestuous relationship with Ukraine and perhaps with his sister-in-law.
	It was quietly reported in just a few places, you know, after his older brother, Beau, died, Hunter married his sister-in-law.
	Now, it's not exactly incestuous.
	I mean, it's his sister-in-law.
	But that would be embarrassing.
	But that's not nearly as embarrassing as the truly incestuous corruption that he has going with Ukraine.
	It's going to be interesting to see what happens with that.
	But down at the bottom of this race, you have Beto, who now has the support of Skim Milk, as some people said.
	He's at 2% or so.
	And they're pretty much done with him.
	You know, they've played this identity politics game.
	And if you are a white guy pretending that you're Hispanic, which is what Beto is, I mean, you know, that's his identity politics gimmick.
	You gotta have a gimmick.
	It's like Gypsy Rosalie.
	You gotta have a gimmick.
	Well, his gimmick was to pretend that he was Hispanic.
	And that doesn't work nearly as well as when somebody's got a real identity hook.
	And the guy who has a real identity hook is booty gay.
	And he really is gay.
	And so he is basically pushing out Booty Gay.
	You've got Bernie Sanders is dropping like a stone because you've got all the establishment Democrat Party realize, as we had the poll last week, they realize that socialism is still a hard sell in the United States.
	And he's got a... They've been releasing the stuff of him singing, this land is your land, this land is my land.
	Without wearing a shirt, you know, as he's got his honeymoon in Moscow.
	Clips of that have surfaced.
	There's been a lot of stuff that has come out about Bernie Sanders, and he is very vulnerable, but I think that Joe Biden is as well.
	But that gets us to the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, Pete Buttigieg, and how he is just dearly loved by the establishment media.
	And why is that?
	Well, here's an example.
	The Atlantic.
	Pete Boudier offers America double release.
	Double release.
	They say he is a model of conventional bourgeois gay domesticity.
	And one who frequently quotes Christian scripture unironically.
	Oh, really?
	Yeah, I would agree with that.
	Yeah, he does it unironically because, you know, it is not irony, it's hypocrisy.
	It's hypocrisy.
	He comes out and he accuses, they said, this is again going back to the Atlantic, he accuses the heterosexual president And the self-proclaimed moral majority hypocrites, they said.
	Well, he accuses a heterosexual president, Trump, who's been married three times, who's bribed a porn star to prevent her from publicizing allegations and so forth.
	And they say, well, you know, he says that he can convincingly, they believe, that he can convincingly portray himself as more virtuous than a straight opponent.
	It attests to more than just the character of the current president, they say.
	It shows how the country's perception of homosexuality has changed.
	I would say that what it attests to is a complete ignorance of what Christianity is about.
	You know, when he quotes Christian scripture hypocritically, We'll talk about that when we come back, and we'll talk about the political correctness and how that is already driving persecution and genocide of Christians globally.
	And that's admitted by, again, the BBC and The Guardian.
	Liberal organizations say Christian persecution is coming from political correctness.

	I want to take a look at some of the persecution that is being directed at Christians here in America.
	As we went to break, I said that political correctness has been identified by the UK foreign minister.
	So political correctness is driving global persecution and what amounts to a genocide of Christians worldwide.
	But it's coming from political correctness.
	Let me give you a couple of examples of this right here in America.
	You're all familiar, of course, with the case of Chick-fil-A and both the town of San Antonio, Texas and Buffalo, New York saying you can't put a Chick-fil-A at the airport.
	Why?
	Oh, because you gave money to the Salvation Army.
	You are bigots.
	You support traditional marriage.
	You've got cases where we've seen Amy Coney Barrett There was talk about her being a Supreme Court nominee and, of course, when she was nominated for a lower court, Dianne Feinstein complained that she was a conservative Catholic and said, quote, the dogma lives loudly within her.
	And as True Pundit pointed out back in February, they said, you know, we've just had a judge That was Trump's former nominee to the vacant seat of the U.S.
	District Court in Wisconsin, removed from the list of re-nominations.
	Why?
	Because he publicly voiced his support of the teachings of his faith.
	So we have people who are being removed, even from consideration for being judges, because they are Christians.
	And they're open about it.
	The First Amendment is not about the freedom from religion.
	You don't have to establish the religion, but you can exercise religion.
	Back in 2015, as I point out, in a Supreme Court case, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito predicted that, quote, those who cling to old beliefs will be able to whisper their thoughts in recesses of their homes.
	But if they repeat those views in public, They risk being labeled as bigots and treated as such by governments, employers, and schools.
	Well, that was 2015.
	Now it's been expanded to social media, for example.
	So you see what was happening to judicial nominees, to Chick-fil-A.
	We've got a judge in Philadelphia saying that even though we've got a lot of kids that need to have a good home, they're going to exclude anybody being adopted through the Catholic agencies because, you know, the Catholics are not going to put somebody with a homosexual couple.
	So if they're going to rule out homosexual couples and simply place kids with heterosexual couples because they believe that marriage is between one man and one woman, they're not going to let those kids get out of foster care.
	They're going to punish them for being Christian.
	And then of course we have the impending legislation of the Equality Act, which as the Alliance Defending Freedom, as well as James Dobson, With the Dobson Family Institute said, make no mistake, this Equality Act is nothing but a thinly veiled attempt to finish off religious liberty in America once and for all.
	Which ought to be plainly obvious based on a cursory reading of the First Amendment.
	But you got Jerry Nadler in Congressional discussion saying that the religious rights protected by the First Amendment never, never can be used when they come in conflict with the rights of LGBT.
	So there isn't any statement of LGBT rights in the Constitution.
	And there's absolutely no reason why they should come in conflict.
	Unless the LGBT individuals, as they have done in these cases with bakers and so forth, unless they are demanding that you violate your religious liberties by providing them with custom services.
	That you not only celebrate, but that you worship their choices.
	That's what's really involved here.
	Which brings us back to Booty Gay.
	This is a guy who, it's just amazing.
	Every day there's more stuff from this guy.
	He's now saying that he's got more experience than President Trump and Vice President Pence.
	Now, Pence was a congressman, I think it was for something like 12 years or something, in Indiana.
	Then he was governor for 7 years.
	Buttigieg has been mayor for 8.
	Oh, but he has more experience.
	This guy is totally, totally detached from reality.
	But the key thing about Buttigieg, I think, is how much he is beloved by the establishment media and by social media.
	As I pointed out before, you had Mark Zuckerberg visit him in 2017, long before he ever announced his candidacy.
	And the two were chumming around for a couple of days there.
	It's like, how did they pick out this guy, who, well, of course, obviously, he's got more executive experience than anybody, you know, more than the president, more than the vice president.
	We don't count the congressional experience.
	You know, this is a guy, 37 years old, barely old enough to run for president.
	And two years ago, when he was 35, Mark Zuckerberg goes there and courts him.
	You don't think that they're going to be skewing things in favor of Booty Gay on Facebook?
	Oh yes, of course they are.
	As I pointed out, I didn't make this up.
	The two of them actually ate bratwurst together.
	What an image we have there.

	As we look at the persecution of Christians, it was amazing to me to see this being put out by the BBC, being put out by the Foreign Secretary, Jeremy Hunt.
	He estimated that one in three people suffer from religious persecution.
	He said Christians were the most persecuted religious group.
	He said he felt that political correctness, again this is Jeremy Hunt, the Foreign Secretary of the UK.
	He said political correctness had played a part in the fact that this is not being confronted.
	See, the left, as that pastor said, the left hates Christians so much they think they're doing the world a service by killing us.
	And so they don't have a problem when other people are doing it or when they're doing it themselves, whether it's communists or whether it is Marxists or Muslims that are doing it.
	The report said the main impact of genocidal acts against Christians is exodus and Christianity is being wiped out of parts of the Middle East.
	In Iraq, it had fallen from 1.5 million before 2003 to less than 120,000.
	He said, evidence shows not only the geographic spread of anti-Christian persecution, but also its increasing severity.
	In some regions, the level and nature of persecution is arguably coming close to meeting the international definition of genocide, according to that adopted by the UN.
	And he is saying this as he's on a week-long tour of Africa.
	He said, what we've forgotten in this atmosphere of political correctness is actually that Christians that are being persecuted are some of the poorest people on the planet.
	As we saw with Asia BB.
	He said, whether it's an authoritarian regime or bigotry, masked by the mistaken guise of religion, reports like the one launched today remind us that there are many places in which Christians face appalling levels of violence, abuse and harassment.
	And so when we look at the foundation that is being laid for that here in America, by the mainstream media, by Facebook and others, as Atlantic says that, you know, booty gay Frequently quotes Christian scripture unironically.
	I said, no, he quotes it hypocritically.
	You know, he goes out and he attacks President Trump for adultery, for multiple wives.
	Yeah, maybe he should go back and read the book.
	If he says he's going to be a Christian, why don't you read the book that defines it, right?
	If we go back to 1 Corinthians, you see adultery right next to male prostitutes, homosexuality.
	Don't you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the kingdom of God?
	Don't fool yourselves.
	Those who indulge in sexual sin, it mentions adultery right next to homosexuality.
	Or if you're a thief, or a greedy person, or a drunkard, or abusive, or you cheat people.
	Got a long list.
	Everybody's got a sin, right?
	He says, like that some of you were, but God has cleansed you to turn from that life.
	That's the essence of Christianity.

	He's tragically wrong about vaccines.
	This is an op-ed piece written by Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, Joseph P. Kennedy II, Maeve Kennedy-McKean, I don't know who that is anyway.
	These are people in the Kennedy family coming after Robert Kennedy Jr.
	saying he's tragically wrong about vaccines.
	We have the New York Times saying this isn't just a public health crisis, it is a public sanity one.
	The anti-vaccine crowd aren't trafficking in anything concrete, mundane, or as quaint as facts.
	They're not even engaged in a debate about medicine.
	Well, yes we are.
	You just don't want to have that debate.
	You want to shut down the voices.

	What they had in common was they opposed the surveillance state, the police state, authoritarian messages like that.
	They opposed eternal war.
	Or if you just oppose the government's narrative about vaccines, they'll come after you.
	So again, we're talking to Matt Agorist, Free Thought Project.

	I wanted to have you on because you guys have had some of the best articles to point out the absurdity of this situation.
	I talked about one of them at length.
	The situation of the USS Fort McHenry that's been quarantined at sea since December.
	100% of those sailors and marines vaccinated and I would say probably twice, wouldn't you think?
	Yeah, they actually, um, that, that case, the, the ship's been out there for months, uh, quarantined at sea and it is a hundred percent vaccination rate.
	And then they came again with a booster vaccine because they couldn't stop it.
	So we're seeing, and it's not, it's not measles, it's, uh, it's actually the mumps, but, um, so they had a hundred percent vaccination rate on that ship and then they all got like a second round of booster vaccines.
	And they still have not been able to stop this outbreak.
	Now, it's important to point out that it's not serious.
	You know, everybody's recovering.
	No one's died.
	No one's been seriously injured from any of this.
	But it just goes to show that, you know, this is a vaccine-preventable disease with 100% vaccination rate.
	And every single herb, they can't stop it on a closed vessel, you know, with no other outside influence.
	It kind of puts a light on the whole herd immunity thing, doesn't it?
	You realize it's nothing but a herd mentality that they're selling us.
	Exactly, exactly.
	And so when we see this, even though we got politicians and media and everything pushing for a 100% vaccination rate right now, and even if they did achieve that, we can see through this example here, albeit it is circumstantial and it's a small instance, but we can see that even with a 100% vaccination rate, we can't stop these different outbreaks.
	Well, we've had a lot of these in the past as well.
	You talked about this particular one is mumps, but of course that's part of the MMR vaccine.
	It's measles, mumps, and rubella.
	And as a result of all this panic, Merck, which is the only manufacturer in the U.S.
	of MMR vaccines, I guess they provide them through the CDC, the retailer, But they have seen their profits soaring over the MMR vaccine because of the panic that they've generated here.
	But as you pointed out, these are not necessarily serious diseases.
	And when I look at this Politico story, where the sisters and the nieces of RFK Jr.
	are attacking him, They're saying, well, America has every right to be alarmed about the outbreak of measles.
	And they talk about, oh, and then we've got whooping cough as well.
	They're talking about measles, whooping cough, mumps.
	These are not serious diseases.
	They don't talk about tuberculosis.
	They don't talk about Ebola.
	They don't really talk about hepatitis.
	Why is that?
	Do you think it's because they don't have a good way to monetize those particular diseases like they do the less serious childhood diseases?
	Wow, that would be my impression.
	And they're attacking RFK right now because he's talking about this Freedom of Information Act that was done by ICANN.
	They, the Informed Consent Action Network, they found that they petitioned the FDA for the documents to show how extensive the MMR study was.
	And in total, it was less than a thousand people that they tested this MMR vaccine on.
	In fact, only 342 children were tested.
	And they only follow the adverse events for 42 days after, which is like, Which in other medications, they follow up to upwards of three years to check for adverse events.
	And in this case, the Freedom of Information Act documents show that almost 40% or almost 50% of everybody given this MMR vaccine had an adverse reaction.
	Some of these were upper respiratory systems and some were severe gastrointestinal symptoms.
	So, and then this wasn't even given to the public, you know, this is, this is what they're hiding from us.
	And this is what ICANN had to get out.
	And now we have these same people trying to push mandatory vaccines on us.
	And also, you know, that not just like making a mandatory, but, but threatening parents with fines and even arrest as the Washington Post put out this week, you know, the Washington Post put out an op-ed written by a former assistant director of Homeland Security, Juliette Kayyem.
	Calling, literally calling for people, for anti-vaxxers to be rounded up and arrested because of the danger that they put to society.
	Because there's been 700 reported measles cases since the beginning of the year.
	Which, there's been zero deaths.
	And in fact, there's been zero deaths in the last decade.
	And in the last 20 years, there's only been three deaths from the measles in the United States.
	And that's one of the key things that's missing out of this, is the whole concept of risk, right?
	They don't talk about the fact that even by the CDC's numbers, and I believe that they've inflated this, you know, they say, well, you know, 1 out of 100, I think, is the number that they came up with, would be 1% risk of serious complications.
	They don't say death, but they say serious complications of people who get the measles.
	Well, compare that to people who get the flu.
	Are they going to mandate flu vaccines next?
	And look at how that compares to things, again, that they're not panicked about.
	Ebola.
	We've got a massive outbreak of Ebola that's happening in Africa right now.
	There was concern at one of the border towns here in Texas.
	One of the health officials thought that people had come through with Ebola, so they temporarily quarantined people.
	That turned out to not be true, but it shows how, with an open border, something like that could come through.
	But they're not talking about something where you have a 63% chance of dying.
	Bleeding out of every orifice of your body.
	They don't focus on that.
	Instead, they focus on these more minor situations.
	There's absolutely no concept of risk.
	And as you pointed out, when ICON went through and got that information, they're not looking at really doing any serious testing.
	They dropped the ball.
	That's what RFK Jr.
	was doing.
	He said, show us the data that you've collected.
	And basically they hadn't collected much information at all in the 33 years that they'd given immunity to the big pharmaceutical companies.
	Right, exactly.
	And it's not safe.
	I mean, you hear all these people saying that the MMR vaccine is safe and everybody can take it.
	It's just not true.
	You know, the Physicians for Informed Consent actually did a study that was published in the British Medical Journal that showed that the MMR vaccine is likely more dangerous than getting the measles themselves.
	Meaning that the kids who get these MMR shots, sometimes they develop a lifelong epilepsy that's severe and debilitating, and it's a direct result of the MMR vaccine.

	We've been talking to Matt Agoris of the Free Thought Project.
	They've had excellent articles pointing out the absurdity of this when we talk about the people That have been quarantined at sea since December.
	The sailors on the USS Fort McHenry, 100% of them vaccinated with the MMR vaccine and yet there is an outbreak of mumps and they've been quarantined at sea.
	These people probably all had a vaccine when they were kids, but they definitely had it as sailors.
	And so you got 100% of them, many of them vaccinated twice.
	We've seen this before, Matt.
	I've talked about this many times.
	We've had patient zero being multiply vaccinated for measles in New York school system.
	As a matter of fact, out of the four people that got it, this was a couple of years ago, three of the four had definitely been vaccinated twice.
	You had a situation in California where the local school system alerted parents that a substitute teacher had come down with measles.
	They said, we did our due diligence.
	She had been vaccinated twice, but she still got measles.
	So it's kind of interesting.
	We understand, you know, there's several different issues when we look at medication.
	The first one is do no harm.
	We've got to look at the safety of the medication.
	Then you should also look at the efficacy of it.
	And none of those are really being honestly considered.
	They're hyping up the risk of these childhood diseases like measles, mumps, and...
	Hooping cough, because they've got something to sell you.
	But you had an article at Free Thought Project, Matt, about a bill that has been introduced here in Texas, a revolutionary bill to reject the federal government and to prohibit vaccines until they are proven safe and necessary.
	In other words, do some studies like you would with other medication, give that information to the public, Inform them about the safety and about the efficacy of these vaccines and then let the people make a decision.
	Exactly.
	And that's not happening.
	As we can see from the Freedom of Information Act request done by ICANN, you know, we're seeing that they're not proving that these are safe and they're not proving that, you know, that there is no adverse reactions.
	In fact, there are adverse reactions when almost upwards of 50% of the kids given these shots in the test actually developed an adverse reaction.
	And now they want to censor people who try to just point this out, and if you talk about it online, you know, you're wiped away with the algorithm.
	And now, you know, they want to throw us in jail for talking about this, David.
	This is crazy, man.
	It's not just censoring us anymore.
	You know, they demonetized InfoWars and they pulled you guys off of all the platforms.
	And now they want to do that with people who just want to go one step further.
	I mean, they falsely claimed that you guys were hate speech, but now it's anti-vaccine speech.
	And that's what I was saying before we went to break there.
	I'm not anti-vaccine, I'm just pro-vaccine safety.
	And I think everybody should be pro-vaccine safety.
	And I think those who unquestionably push for mandatory vaccines without first proving them safe are a danger to society as well as any type of freedom whatsoever.
	Yeah, I would say that they are the ones who are dangerous.
	You know, just as you had these people this last week, you know, saying, well, what took them so long?
	Why is it taking them so long to take down Paul Joseph Watson?
	And he said, look, these are the people who are dangerous, who are out there demanding that anybody that they disagree with, anybody that they label as biased because of their bias, that they be purged.
	You know, from the marketplace of ideas, you know, when they start talking about vaccine mandates, we all have to understand that what follows that up to make it effective are going to be things like fines and jail terms.
	And we've seen this in New York.
	You know, first they were talking about jailing parents who didn't get their kids vaccinated.
	They pulled that back, but they still assessed a $1,000 fine against a lot of these people.
	And they took the position, Matt, that they can do this $1,000 fine every single day if they wish.
	Yeah, and if you don't pay that fine, a SWAT team's coming to your house.
	Yeah, yeah.
	Then it gets lethal.
	Yeah, then it really gets lethal, because they're going to start shooting you with lead.
	You know, the amazing thing about this, too, is that this is not only about health, but it's also even a religious dimension to this, because the communities that they're coming against They're in New York, it's the Hasidic Jew community.
	But of course, when are they going to go after the Amish Christians?
	Because they don't take vaccines either.
	And it's kind of interesting that both of those communities don't see the autism rates that have exploded in the rest of the country.
	Just coincidental, I guess.
	Right, right.
	Well, there's not a very large Amish population in New York City, but there's a large Hasidic Jew population, and that's where they're saying is ground zero for the measles outbreak currently.
	So they're going door to door and they're telling, demanding people vaccinate their children as young as six months old, despite the MMR vaccine being recommended for 12 month and older.
	But, and if the parents don't do it, then they face fines.
	And if you don't pay those fines, we know how fines are enforced.
	Oh yeah, absolutely.
	You had another story about vaccines that you put up on the Freethought Project.
	Mom catches CBS using an image of her vaccine-injured child.
	You've got a picture there of the child and then you show how they doctored it to use Photoshop to add in measles splotches on that child to create a panic.
	Actually, that wasn't photoshopped, that was CBS used the picture of this mother's, she's actually a reporter and married to some famous football star, can't remember her name right now, but that was a picture of her actual child.
	It was not photoshopped, but that wasn't measles, that was the welts and the patches that her child got from being injured by the MMR vaccine.
	So it was a real image of her son.
	That's even worse.
	Yeah, I know, right?
	How ironic is that?
	This guy, CBS is trying to say, look at this kid, he's been injured due to the measles and it was actually, no, he's actually injured because of the MMR vaccine that's so safe that it doesn't hurt anybody.
	Wow, wow.
	You know, you talk about how As they're pushing these mandatory vaccines, the thing that got me on your story about the ship so much was the fact that President Trump bought into this vaccine panic.
	They caught him as he was headed to a helicopter or something at the White House, and he said, yeah, they've got to get the shots.
	Measles is out of control.
	They've got to get the shots.
	And it's like, well, no, read the Constitution.
	We don't have to get the shots.
	We have the freedom to choose that, but you pointed out that, you know, about the contaminated vaccines going back into the beginning of March.
	It's been a couple of months now.
	We talked about this at the time on this program.
	They found contaminated vaccines in three states.
	They found that they were causing infections.
	It was in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
	We saw last summer The case in Samoa, where you had two toddlers that were vaccinated and they both died instantly.
	And that created a lot of panic.
	Again, it was the MMR vaccine.
	Created a lot of panic, and they said, what's going on?
	Is there a contaminant in this?
	Was it, you know, in the vaccine?
	Or what was the matter?
	Whether they suggested that perhaps it hadn't been refrigerated?
	You know, there are other risks that are not being talked about in this particular case.
	They ultimately decided that they would not charge the vaccine companies or the hospital.
	They would go after the nurses in Samoa.
	Yeah, I mean, some of these vaccine dangers can be eliminated with just single-use vaccine vials.
	They're using these multiple-use vials that are at risk for contamination, so that's why we have these massive contamination outbreaks across three different states.
	So just to cut costs on the vaccines, they're making these multi-dose vials, and that right there is just unsafe.
	There's all these different things that can be done to make vaccines a lot safer and put a lot more people at ease, but instead, you know, this is the government we're dealing with, so they just use force to make it happen.
	Yeah, yeah.
	I think it really should alarm people.
	The measures that we're seeing, the panic that is being put out, and as I pointed out today, just in Politico, you've got people in the Kennedy family coming after Robert Kennedy, or RFK Jr., who has worked with Del Bigtree and others at the ICON Project to say, well, show us the data.
	You're supposed to be collecting data.
	You gave legal immunity To these companies back in 1986, they said they'd be put out of business if they had lawsuits, and of course we've seen that with Glyphosate.
	I mean, we've seen now two cases, one of them 80-some-odd million dollars, the other one 260 million dollars, I think, damages.
	We've had 110 million dollars handed out the first quarter of this year by the arbitration process by the Vaccine Court, but that was to a lot of different people.
	If they had that many people were getting 80 to 200 million dollar judgments, you'd have the vaccine business put out of business, wouldn't you, Matt?
	Oh, almost overnight.
	And I just don't understand the cognitive dissonance that these people have to apply.
	So, we have, like, those on the left and the right, they're both, we see these big pharmaceutical companies get caught doing dangerous things all the time, and when it comes to vaccines, they're okay.
