	Welcome on this Thursday, April the 25th, 2019.
	I'm David Knight, your host.
	Today we're going to take a look, we're going to have an update as to what's going on with the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka.
	And of course, it's not limited to just Sri Lanka.
	It's all over Europe, but it's especially in Nigeria.
	Do all of the virtue-signaling liberals care about what's happening to black Christians?
	No, they don't.
	They would care about it if they weren't Christians.
	They would be all over this.
	But because they're Christians, that essentially takes out any consideration that they would have with the Democrats and the mainstream media for being black.
	They normally would pay attention to that, but they don't.
	That's black-on-black violence there, but it's religious violence that's happening in Nigeria.
	We're going to take a look at calls from candidates that are running for the presidential nomination for the Democrat Party.
	We have Joe Biden is going to throw his hat or other pieces of apparel into the ring today.
	And so we're going to look at some of the amazing things that are being put out by some of these Democrats besides free everything.
	You've also got Kamala Harris saying she's going to give Congress a hundred days.
	If she becomes president, she'll give them a hundred days to enact gun confiscation.
	If they don't do it, she'll do it by executive order.
	Yeah.
	A hundred days after taking an oath to the Constitution, she'll do that.
	I wonder where she got that idea.
	Where would you ever get the idea that you can confiscate guns by executive order?
	Well, maybe she looked at the bump stock ban that was just put in by executive order by President Trump.
	I said, when that happened, I said, watch the Democrats do the same thing, except do it for real devices that are useful.
	We've got California politicians are absolutely flummoxed about why gas prices are so extraordinarily high there.
	They can't understand.
	They said roughly average of $4.03 per gallon, highest in the country, well above the national average of $2.86 per gallon.
	And the recently elected governor there, Newsom, said independent analysis suggests an unaccounted for price differential exists in California's gas prices.
	This price differential may stem in part from inappropriate industry standards.
	Well, The real issue is that they raised the gas tax.
	They've got the second highest gas taxes in the country.
	And they can't figure out why their gas taxes are higher.
	They're way higher than the national average.
	Duh.
	And of course, on the other coast, you've got de Blasio.
	And as he's telling everybody, and they're about to implement this summer, The first congestion pricing in parts of Manhattan.
	First congestion pricing in the United States.
	They're going to do it in parts of Manhattan.
	And he just came out on Earth Day saying how he's going to ban skyscrapers.
	He's now being called out for his stupidity and hypocrisy.
	The fact that he has a daily trip to the gym.
	Using an SUV and also an entire motorcade of SUVs.
	He could, instead of going to the gym, he could just walk there and walk back.
	But he takes an SUV to the gym so that he can get on a treadmill.
	And then he lectures everybody.
	About how they're going to have to rebuild all the skyscrapers.
	They're going to have to make them all energy efficient.
	Can't have those glass skyscrapers.
	Well, you know, I don't have any love of glass skyscrapers, but still, it's the hypocrisy stupidity.
	That's what we see from both the people on the left and the right coast.
	And we'll also cover what's happening With the caravans, we've got an update on the Supreme Court arguments about whether or not the Democrats will be allowed to count foreign citizens in their sanctuary states in order to get more money and more political representation in Congress and the Electoral College.
	A very important question.
	Of course, the fundamental question is why are we allowing all these questions to be decided by the Supreme Court?
	Living in volcano may sound more dramatic than it really is.
	The real drama can be found here in Leilani Estates.
	But a lot of us on the big island rely on rainwater and we need to be concerned about ash and acid rain.
	Volcanic ash may contain heavy metal particles.
	An acid rain could lower the pH of the water to unhealthy levels.
	To find out, we employed a series of tests for heavy metals, alkalinity, and pH.
	What we learned was that there was in fact unhealthy levels of heavy metals and acidity in the rainwater.

	And not only were the heavy metal levels within safe measure, but the pH was also restored to optimal levels.

	Welcome on this Thursday, April the 25th, 2019, Today we're going to have an update on the case of Schaefer-Cox, if you want to see the government out of control.
	I've talked to a lot of people who have been abused by this legal system.
	Of course, we've all seen it with President Trump, but not to the extent that we've seen it against people like Schaefer-Cox, the Bundys and others.
	So we're going to have some people.
	If you don't know this case, you need to stay tuned and hear what's going on with this.
	We're also going to talk about what's happening to parents throughout this country with CPS.
	It'd be nice if we had due process.
	Even the President can't get due process here.
	But at least he can have his case heard.
	And one of these cases that I've talked about in the last couple weeks, the one in Arizona, Where the police came in and took the kids because the kid got better.
	They didn't take them to a doctor, so the doctor called CPS.
	CPS called the SWAT team.
	They SWATed the family, took their kids, and so forth.
	As they go before the family judge, the judge says, we're not going to have any reporting of this case.
	Puts a gag order on them.
	Shuts down the First Amendment because, of course, you don't want that talked about.
	So we're going to get into that as well, but first I want to give you an update as to what is happening with ISIS.
	Perhaps you have seen the posters from the Islamic terrorists celebrating the bombing in Sri Lanka that is now, the death toll has now gotten up to 359 dead at least.
	More people are dying.
	When it first began it was somewhere in 250 range and well over 500 people had been injured.
	Many of those people who were injured They've now passed away.
	And so you've got a poster there of the Islamic terrorists, and they've got a picture of the Pope, so much for the idea of Chrislam, this unification of Christianity and Islam.
	You know, he goes to Morocco, tells them, you know, we agree with you guys, you're great.
	Tells the Christians, shut up, don't talk to them, don't try to convert them, don't tell them about Christ or anything, just be quiet.
	So he muzzles the Christians And he snuggles up to the Muslims.
	That's what the Pope has been doing, but it's not getting him any love.
	They evidently didn't get the memo, because they've got him on a poster with President Trump!
	And they've got pictures of a Buddhist, also a Buddhist statue and so forth, because that's there because Sri Lanka is predominantly Buddhist.
	But they go after that, and then they put the President and the Pope there in a poster that has flames surrounding them, splatters of blood, and it has the caption, We will not make you cry of blood, enemies of religion, and the first of the clouds shall fall upon the rivers of unclean blood.
	Well, In spite of their inability to speak English.
	I mean that's really what they say.
	In spite of their inability to speak English or think coherently beyond their blind hatred, you get the idea.
	And I find it interesting that as these pictures are starting to identify these people who are the suicide bombers.
	I remember years ago when we're looking at Jade Helm and we're looking at asymmetric warfare, mastering the human domain and so forth.
	I was looking at a lot of Pentagon lectures about asymmetric warfare as part of my research.
	And they continued this theme, which we've heard from a lot of people like H.R.
	McMaster, who replaced General Flynn after they immediately drove him out of the Trump administration.
	You've got H.R.
	McMaster in there.
	H.R.
	McMaster said, do not say Islamic terrorists.
	Do not talk about it being associated with Islam.
	Don't say That it has anything to do with religion.
	This has to do with economic disadvantage and economic lack of empowerment, economically and so forth.
	I thought, wow, they don't even know who they're fighting.
	They don't know what they're fighting.
	It's not religion, he said.
	And of course we heard this from the Pope as well.
	Yesterday I talked to Leo Zegami and he said, you know, we talked about how the Pope Could not say that they were connected with Islam.
	Would not say Islam at all.
	He would dodge it just like the Democrat politicians.
	Just like Macron and these others.
	And he would just say terrorists, murderers, and so forth.
	But it got even worse, because as Leo Zegami pointed out yesterday, the Cardinal, the highest ranking official in Sri Lanka, where the bombings occurred, came out and said, this is not Islam!
	This is not Muslim!
	This is not religion!
	They have no God!
	They're just murderers!
	No, they do.
	They do.
	Allahu Akbar!
	You may want to pay attention to that.
	That is a bold-faced lie coming from many at the top of the Catholic Church.
	There are some in the Catholic Church, like Cardinal Sarah, who came out and said it clearly, had no problem saying that this was Islamists attacking Christians.
	And, of course, that's exactly what it is.
	But the Pentagon, many in the Pentagon, as evidenced by McMaster, when he came in he put a A gag order on all those terms.
	They don't even know who they're fighting or what they're fighting.
	Or if they do, they're lying about it.
	Let's just put it that way.
	That's the more likely scenario.
	I don't think they're that stupid.
	I do believe that they are liars, cheaters, and they lie, cheat, and they steal, just like Pompeo said.
	He said that at Texas A&M.
	I was a cadet at West Point, he said.
	Our motto was, we don't lie, cheat or steal or tolerate those who do.
	Then I went to the CIA and I became director and we lied, we cheated, we stole.
	We had programs to teach people how to do that.
	And to teach them how to torture and kill as well.
	And destroy other countries.
	Anyway, these people who carried out the bombing were not doing this out of economic desperation.
	They weren't doing it because they were disenfranchised.
	They were actually very well to do.
	Reuters reports it was a ban of nine well-educated Islamist suicide bombers including a woman from well-to-do families that slaughtered 359 people.
	The Islamist group released a video late Tuesday showed eight men all but one with their faces covered.
	The man with his face uncovered has been identified as Mohammed Good guess.
	Zahran, a Sri Lankan imam and the Sri Lankan junior defense minister said most of the bombers are well-educated.
	They come from economically strong families.
	Some of them studied abroad.
	And this particular guy whose face was uncovered, they said he was very well known for his militant views and his fiery, listen to this folks, he had fiery Facebook posts.
	Wait a minute, Facebook?
	He was on Facebook?
	I mean they won't even let Alex Jones on Facebook because, you know, he's supposed to be too incendiary.
	He's supposed to be guilty of hate speech and yet this is a guy.
	To put out, as I said, fiery Facebook posts.
	Fiery Facebook.
	See, the only speech that is hate speech is speech that is hated by Zuckerberg and his military-industrial complex sponsors.
	That's the only speech that they really hate.
	If you are a terrorist, it's no problem.
	You can be on Facebook.
	And you can recruit people on Facebook.
	And this is a global war, folks.
	More reports out of Nigeria, and of course this one is just now surfacing.
	It happened actually a week before the attacks this last Sunday, on Easter Sunday.
	It happened on Palm Sunday.
	17 Nigerian Christians, including children, slaughtered by Muslim militants during a baby dedication in Nigeria.
	It's happening all the time.
	It left 17 people dead, including the mother of the baby and several children as young as 10.
	The group of Nigerians from a predominantly Christian community were gathered together to eat on Palm Sunday after a baby dedication at a Baptist church when Fulani Muslims crashed the party and began firing at random.
	In March, in another attack, more than 30 Christians were killed.
	The church was burned to the ground by Fulani Muslims.
	Nearly 300 people were killed across at least seven predominantly Christian villages in February and March alone.
	And of course I talked about on Easter Sunday how They just had one individual drive through an Easter parade of children killing mostly children.
	It goes on.
	The death toll continues.
	And you still don't hear anything from mainstream media about Nigeria, do you?

	You know, we've got the Sri Lanka legislature introduced a bill to ban burkas in public.
	At least one of the suicide bombers was a woman dressed in a burka.
	Reports were that there were several women in burkas fleeing from the church, or churches, as the terror attacks were taking place.
	And so they've introduced a bill there to ban burkas in public.
	Yesterday, as I reported, in Iran, A female lawyer who has represented a lot of women who wanted to remove the burqa but were not allowed in Iran.
	She represented enough of them that the Iranian government came after her.
	And they sentenced her yesterday to 38 years in prison, 148 lashes.
	Not clear if she'll serve those 38 years because the lashes may kill her.
	And yet here in the United States we have Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats Virtue signaling about the burka, using Ilhan Omar.
	And then you've got Cory Booker, virtue signaling about racism, using Ilhan Omar as well.
	Even though, as I was just reporting, we've had thousands, about 6,000 Nigerian Christians killed by Muslims, black Nigerian Christians killed by Muslims, but they're going to make this a race issue.
	Here's Cory Booker, Talking about all of these horrible attacks on Ilhan Omar, who is basically doing almost a daily attack on America, telling everybody how much she hates America, how they haven't given her enough from her position of privilege.
	I mean, this is a woman who was put in a refugee camp because of civil wars in Somalia, brought to America, given refugee status.
	She complained that they weren't given enough.
	The American people didn't take care of her enough.
	Her and her family.
	Not her father's responsibility.
	It's the American people's responsibility.
	And she's angry at us for that.
	She's going to teach us a lesson.
	And so her fellow Somalis sent her to Congress to do just that.
	And she just, they went back and took a look at the chip on her shoulder about the Battle of Mogadishu.
	Where the American soldiers that were there handing out food Protecting the food being handed out because it's being stolen by the militias.
	The militias attacked them.
	They defended themselves and kept coming.
	She said, oh, look at all the people that you killed in Somalia.
	Well, I think it was a mistake to go there.
	I think it was a mistake to bring her here as well.
	Let them take care of their own problems.
	But she's going to be a thorn in our side about this.
	But don't criticize her!
	Far be it from you to criticize.
	You would be a bigot if you criticized Ilhan Omar, according to Cory Booker.

	Well, why don't you condemn some of the stuff she had to say?
	What Donald Trump has been saying about her is reprehensible, it is trafficking in Islamophobia, and it should be condemned by everyone.
	This kind of selective condemnation should be a chorus of people condemning it.
	And more than this, the kind of language our president uses, especially about black women in power, the kind of language this president uses, it is toxic.
	It fuels the kind of hate we see in our communities manifesting itself in the kind of terrorism that has been most seen in our nation since 9-11.
	Most of the terrorist attacks in our nation since 9-11 have been right-wing extremist attacks.
	The majority of those have been white supremacist attacks.
	Alright, that's enough of the lies.
	That's not true.
	That's not true.
	You know, it's going back to the 1990s.
	The 1996 re-election, Bill Clinton, you know, he's in a lot of trouble.
	He'd been impeached, had all these other issues.
	Of course, that kind of worked to his advantage.
	Democrats have forgotten that.
	But he, in order to get re-elected, created this narrative about how all the black churches are being burned by white racists.
	And yet, even after that was exposed as a blatant lie, there were actually more white churches that were burned than there were black churches.
	And the black and the white churches were burned for a variety of reasons.
	Sometimes it was insurance.
	Sometimes it was somebody who hated Christianity.
	It wasn't a racist motivation there.
	But even after that lie was exposed, By investigators with Reuters.
	They continue to use that to get elected.
	And that's the same kind of lying narrative that you're hearing there from Cory Booker.
	Let's talk about what's going on worldwide as far as Christians being the targets everywhere.

	Oh, this is horrible!
	I hate to see these kinds of murderous acts.
	And she was right about that.
	She used the term Islamophobia.

	I don't think it's people who are afraid of Islam.
	I think they hate Islam.
	In response to what Islam has done, but I don't think he was afraid of Islam or he wouldn't have attacked the place single-handedly if that's in fact what went on.
	But nevertheless, put up that letter of hers and just strike out and said, she should have said this about the attacks in Sri Lanka, where seven times the number of people were killed.
	But she couldn't bring herself to do that.
	And when I struck out, you know, the picture that was there, I didn't create that graphic, somebody else did.
	When I put that up, where Islamophobia is struck out, and you could say Christianophobia or whatever, right?
	Nobody ever talks about that.
	Nobody's concerned about Christians.
	I was criticized on social media for putting that up there.
	Oh, that's rich.
	Christian phobia.
	Well, according to Philip Giraldi, a former CIA counterterrorism specialist, military intelligence officer, there's more to the problem than meets the eye.
	And this is the way he describes it.
	You can label it whatever you want.
	He said Christians are targets in countries where they are the minorities, including in places like Israel that claim the contrary.
	They're also unprotected in many European countries that are nominally majority Christian.
	Governments in France and Germany and Scandinavia are generally hostile to Christianity, although they would not describe it in those terms.
	What does he mean by that?
	Well, he means that along with the brutal attacks, he goes on to say, along with the brutal attacks on Christians and Christian buildings, and on Christian monuments, on Christian cemeteries, because they've got those crosses on them.
	They hate that.
	We've also seen Christian-run businesses financially ruined.
	Well, does that happen in the West?
	Yes, it does.
	It comes from the Democrat Party for the most part.
	We have We have bakers sued, we have photographers sued because they won't violate their Christian principles to celebrate something that they don't agree with.
	We have the Democrat Party, Nancy Pelosi and others, booty gay, pushing the Equality Act which will codify into law this kind of discrimination where they lost in the Supreme Court.
	They fought that all the way to the Supreme Court and they lost in the Supreme Court.
	And so now they want to put it into the Equality Act.
	And so you can't, you're going to be forced to do things that you find to be morally reprehensible.
	You're going to have to celebrate things.
	You're going to have to hire people as a church organization.
	You're going to have to hire people that openly advocate things that you believe are sin.
	They said they were forced to choose between their moral values, their professions.
	Christian student groups are silenced on campus.
	Is that Christian phobia?
	Overreaching governmental interference with parental rights.

	I just played for you the clip from Coy Booker in a hand-fisted attempt to try to defend the hateful remarks made by Ilhan Omar by coming after President Trump.
	You're hateful, you're racist, you're white supremacist, and it's all Islamophobia.
	And yet the reality is that Philip Giraldi, a CIA veteran, worked for the CIA on counter-terrorism.
	It was an interview that he had with Sputnik, and I found his comments About the current state of Christian persecution worldwide.
	To be far more accurate than what Cory Booker had to say.
	He said, currently Europe is post-Christian in terms of religious belief in general.
	With tiny congregations in the churches that are still open and operating, he said, there's not a whole lot of sympathy for Christians.
	Their interests are ignored.
	And then he talked about how in Europe, but of course this also applies here, especially in America, especially with the Democrats, people like Cory Booker, Nancy Pelosi, Booty Gay and others, who are pushing the Equality Act.
	They lost in the legal fight to try to force independent businesses to worship their values, to fall in line with their religion.
	So he said, we've seen Christian-run businesses financially ruined, We've seen Christians forced to choose between their moral values and their business.
	You know, we had Hobby Lobby have to fight all the way to the Supreme Court to not have to fund abortions that was trying to be forced on them by the Obama administration.
	Christian student groups silenced on campus.
	Absolutely, you cannot talk about abortion.
	Don't talk about that.
	Overreaching governmental interference with parental rights.
	We're going to talk about that as well.
	So they hate parental rights.
	They hate families.
	Especially those Christian homeschooling families.
	They won't let Christian groups speak on campus.
	Can't talk about abortion.
	You can't practice your religion.
	And again, you go back to the case of the bakery.
	That was not the public square.
	We already have all the tools that we need, given to us in a previous Supreme Court decision.
	If the Trump administration wanted to use it, they could.
	1946, Marsh v. Alabama.
	It was a company-owned town.
	They owned the town square.
	They tried to stop a Jehovah's Witness from passing out literature.
	Said, we own the public square.
	She fought them to the Supreme Court.
	Supreme Court said, even if the public square is privately owned, this person's First Amendment rights trump that.
	That's what this country was created on.
	The principles were created on.
	The Declaration of Independence said, we create governments to protect our God-given rights.
	And we don't allow corporations to steal them just because they have a lot of money and influence with government.
	And that still applies with the company-town model of the Internet that was created by the military-industrial complex in conjunction with Zuckerberg and these other people.
	We'll talk about that coming up in just a moment as well.
	But that's the template for how to stop all this.
	You don't have to go through the antitrust nonsense.
	It's going to take decades and it won't work anyway.
	You just say, you're not going to steal people's free speech.
	We're not going to let you do that.
	If you say over and over again, as Jack Dorsey did, our business model is the public square, then they can't take your free speech in the public square.
	And they have a monopoly, unlike this Christian business.
	It's absolutely amazing to me.
	All the people who embrace the censorship of social media tyrants And they say, but that Christian baker, he needs to be forced to bake a custom cake.
	He wasn't telling people they couldn't come into his bakery and buy cookies or cakes.
	But he said, I'm not going to custom make a cake for you that violates my religion.
	Any more than you go into a deli and tell the Jewish person there, I want you to create some custom stuff here celebrating Nazis.
	Right?
	That's the principle here.
	Anyway, this CIA analyst also noted that while Christianity historically has not been oppressed in Sri Lanka, why would that be?
	Well, Sri Lanka is majority Buddhist.
	You know, we don't have suicide bombers coming out of Buddhism and Hinduism and Judaism and Christianity.
	That's a Muslim thing.
	That's why when you saw it with suicide bombers, we all knew who was behind this.
	Everybody knew, including the Pope, even though he wouldn't say it.
	But he said, Christianity has not historically been oppressed in Sri Lanka.
	He said, surprisingly, it has been most oppressed in places where the U.S.
	and its NATO colleagues have attacked.
	Oh, what a surprise!
	He said, parts of former Yugoslavia, including Kosovo, Libya, Iraq, parts of Syria, under terrorist occupation, are now some of the worst places on earth for Christians.
	Where, prior to recent U.S.
	and NATO attacks, this was certainly not the case.
	You know, he left out Iraq.
	And I just covered this last week how a church in Iraq that had been there since the time of the Apostle Paul, meeting constantly there in Iraq, is now gone because of our involvement there.
	That kind of pushback.
	He said governments in the West and the UN failed to offer Christians in countries such as Iraq and Syria the emergency help that they needed as genocide got underway.
	Yeah, we were very eager to bring people like Ilhan Omar and the Somali Muslims in, but we couldn't be bothered under the Obama administration to bring in people that were being persecuted by the Muslims in those countries that we had invaded.
	Let's move on to what's happening In Florida, in the aftermath of the Parkland shooting, we've got two developments that have happened there.
	You had the Governor, newly elected Governor Ron DeSantis, fired Scott Israel, who was the Broward County Sheriff there.
	And I agree with Governor DeSantis that Scott Israel was responsible for what happened there.
	Ultimately, he is responsible.
	And it was incompetence.
	He said he fired him for neglect of duty and for incompetence.
	I do find it to be a dangerous precedent, however, because I believe the path forward for us to get our rights is not going to be in some foolish hope of having a president, the right president in office, or even having the Supreme Court on our side.
	That has proven over the last several decades to be a fool's errand.
	We're not going to get our liberties given back to us by anybody in Washington.
	Just understand that.
	Too much power, too much money there, too much bureaucracy there.
	Very deep, entrenched bureaucracy.
	It's too big for any one person to be able to effectively overturn that, even if they wanted to.
	We're going to get our power back when, frankly, God turns the hearts of the fathers to their children and we stand up at the local level and take it back, county by county.
	You're seeing this happen with the sanctuary counties in Illinois, in Colorado, sanctuary counties for the Second Amendment.
	And the sheriffs there are saying, we're not going to take people's guns.
	Those sheriffs who were elected, it's going to be locally elected sheriffs, it's going to be locally elected officials, who are going to stand up to tyranny at the state and the federal level.
	That's really where our hope of freedom lies, if we have any hope at all, I believe.
	And so, I don't like seeing a governor taking out a sheriff.
	This was done once before in Florida, and we covered that case.
	And it was Constitutional Sheriff's Association who stood behind that sheriff, and it wasn't incompetence like it is in the case of Scott Israel.
	Look, Scott Israel did a horrible job there, but it's up to the voters to take him out.
	It's up to the voters.
	Nevertheless, the Supreme Court said that the governor could fire him, and that if he wanted to appeal, the appeal under the Florida Constitution, Should be done in the State Senate.
	DeSantis, Governor DeSantis, has got Israel failed in his duties to protect the families and the students of Broward County and the time for delay tactics is at an end.
	Again, I would agree that he failed.
	And we're going to take a look at what the Florida Senate along party lines did in terms of trying to make up for the failure of the sheriff there in the wake of the Parkland shooting.
	They've now passed a school safety bill.

	Alright, let's look at what's going on in Florida.
	We have a bill to arm teachers.
	And quite frankly, that is the best that they can do.
	That is the best thing that they could possibly do.
	They said it would allow teachers to voluntarily sign up for a program.
	They would not automatically be allowed to carry guns just because they're teachers.
	And it would have to be approved by the local school boards.
	But this is the beginning of stopping the disarmament.
	That has taken place in schools.
	Foolishly.
	Bragging about the fact that, hey, nobody's armed here.
	Nobody can protect themselves.
	So if you've got a gun, you're king of the world.
	Come on in.
	You can shoot anybody you want to.
	That's the basis on which schools have been operated for the last couple of decades.
	And that needs to stop.
	I believe there was a lot of incompetence by that sheriff who was dismissed there, Broward County, Sheriff Israel.
	But you have to understand, law enforcement can't be everywhere all the time.
	And just as we saw these guys hanging back and not going in, you have to understand it takes a real hero to do that.
	And not everybody's a hero.
	Even if you wear a uniform, that doesn't make you a hero.
	But if you are armed and you know how to use a firearm and somebody comes into the classroom to kill you or to kill the students, that are around you.
	If you were there, you're going to defend yourself.
	You had people who were teachers there who rushed the shooter, even though they didn't have the means to defend themselves, and they were killed doing that.
	So certainly if they had the means to defend themselves and others, and they're on the spot, and their life is already on the line, they will defend themselves.
	They said in districts that want to participate, those who wish to carry weapons would be required to pass a psychological evaluation, complete at least 144 hours of training.
	That's pretty extensive.
	Do we still have that clip of the guy who defended himself?
	Take a look and see if you can find that clip of the guy who Had several people that were attacking him, and he defended himself.
	And then you've got this Democrat pushing back, and he said, well, you know, what we're telling teachers is, if you want protection for you and your children, then you have to do it yourself.
	Bingo!
	The light just went on for this guy!
	This is a Democrat!
	You wouldn't think a Democrat would understand that, would you?
	If you want protection, he's telling you the truth.
	If you want protection, you've got to do it yourself.
	Because, as I say, you carry a firearm because the cops are too heavy to carry around everywhere.
	They can't be everywhere, even if they want to.
	Sheriff Clark, who supported citizens being able to protect themselves and have firearms, said, look, we'll do the best that we can, but we can't be everywhere.
	And when you contact us, we'll get there as soon as we can.
	But you're going to be the first responder.
	So make sure that you know how to use a gun safely and responsibly.
	Call us.
	We'll try to get there as soon as we can.
	We'll track these people down and so forth.
	But by the time we get there, things are probably going to be over.
	Here's an example.
	I've had this clip for several days now.
	We haven't gotten to it.
	I want to play you a clip of a guy who was being attacked.
	And he stopped that attack by pulling out his gun.
	This is exactly what this Democrat, Bill Montford, Democrat from Tallahassee, said.
	What we're telling you is if you want protection for you and your children, then do it yourself.
	Here's how that looks.
	Two guys beating this individual.
	Slamming his head in the wall.
	Punching him two on one.
	Now, he pulls out a gun, and he doesn't shoot anybody.
	He pulls out a gun, and boom, they're gone.
	It's kind of like a cross to vampires.
	But the people who are filming this inside the restaurant, you know, they don't have a problem with them being beaten up.
	It's kind of a middle-aged man, two younger guys beating on him, but they got a real issue when he pulls out a gun to defend himself, and they go away.
	Go away.
	As I've said many times, that same thing happened to my grandfather.
	He always carried a gun.
	Never had a permit to do it.
	That was the early part of the 20th century.
	He had worked on farms.
	He had worked in factories.
	He moved to Tampa.
	He was a streetcar conductor before he saved up money and got his own business.
	And at one point in time he was collecting rent money on a weekly basis.
	This is during the Depression.
	His brother-in-law was doing the same thing.
	His brother-in-law was murdered doing that.
	And it was my grandfather who found him when the police couldn't.
	My grandfather found him stuffed in the trunk.
	He had been murdered with a hatchet and stuffed into his own trunk.
	And he was doing the same thing, continued on with that business.
	A couple weeks later, he gets to his car and there's a guy crouched behind the driver's seat, ready to do the same thing to him.
	And he pulled out his gun, did what this guy just did.
	He said to him, if I ever see you again, I'm not going to give you a warning.
	Don't you ever let me see you again.
	And he didn't see him again.
	But the bottom line, that was not reported as a crime.
	He didn't have to shoot anybody.
	He just had to show that he had the means and the will to defend himself.
	And the ability.
	So yes, what we're telling you, what I'm telling you, what this Democrat even had the honesty to tell you, is if you want to protect yourself and your children, do it yourself.
	You have the right to protect yourself.
	That is a God-given right.
	It is protected by the Constitution.
	Now, Kamala Harris says that she will, by executive order, take that God-given right from you if, by some misfortune, she becomes president.
	Let's talk about the Supreme Court because this is a key issue before them.
	They have moved this up to accelerate the hearing of this because, of course, the census has to take place next year.
	They have to print the forms.
	And the Democrats are very upset about the fact That there's going to be a question on there to ask if you are a citizen.
	And as I've said many times, the purpose of the census is to count citizens for the purpose of representation.
	Now the first census, as the New American points out in this article, they look at some of the comments of the judges in the question and answer period.
	People always look at their comments and their questions to try to get an idea as to which way the court is leaning in their decision.
	But as I pointed out, the very first census was taken in 1790, the year after the Bill of Rights was put in.
	They said it's believed that they undercounted it by 10% because people were dodging it because it was being used for taxation.
	You see, they would count the number of people, the number of citizens in a state That would be used for representation in the Electoral College, it would be used for representation in Congress, and it would also be used for taxation.
	They would apportion the expenses based on population.
	Today, what we do is we use it for representation in Congress and the Electoral College, and we use it for handing out money.
	Because the federal government now directly taxes us.
	I would say in violation of the Constitution, but anyway, there was no direct taxation at that point in time, so the census was for the purpose of taxation.
	Just as we saw with Jesus in the Nativity story.
	Five of the justices indicated that they don't see anything illegal about asking a question about citizenship.
	We've already had the Supreme Court say, and the Congress say, That the Commerce Department can ask any question that they want, no matter how ridiculous or irrelevant.
	But Nancy Pelosi and the others, they don't have the power to change and to rewrite the questions.
	They would have to have a vote for that.
	that they don't have the number of votes to do that so they want to get the Supreme Court to do it for them.

	I didn't get to the comments of the justices, but as New American points out in the questioning before the Supreme Court, you had a lawyer representing Nancy Pelosi challenging the Trump administration.
	So we don't like what we think are the motivations of the Commerce Secretary, Wilbur Ross.
	We think he's racist.
	And he's against illegal aliens by asking this question.
	So we don't like his motive, so we want to shut this down.
	And this is where we have gone with this out-of-control judiciary.
	It's one of the reasons why President Trump needs to enforce this division of powers, because these people aren't even making rulings based on their interpretation of the law, as we saw with their The ban that President Trump put on seven countries, five of them Muslim, so they said, it's a Muslim ban.
	No, we've got 50 majority Muslim countries, only 10% of them, five, were banned.
	It also included a ban on people coming from North Korea and Venezuela.
	Those are not Muslim countries, but they called it a Muslim ban.
	They said President Trump was xenophobic and Islamophobic and so forth, even though there was nothing in the legislation That reflected that.
	The judges made their decision based on their opinion of President Trump as a person, not on the law.
	And so we see this now being applied to the Commerce Secretary as well.
	As New American points out, even Liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appeared to be skeptical.
	She said, so one question is, who should decide the questions on the census?
	Congress is silent.
	So should the court then step in, she said?
	Nancy Pelosi wants the Supreme Court to do what she can't do because she doesn't have the votes to do, and that is to write all the census questions.
	Kavanaugh said, uh, why doesn't Congress prohibit the asking of a citizenship question in the same way that Congress explicitly provided that no one can be compelled to provide religious information?
	And then the lawyer for Nancy Pelosi protested.
	He said, well, Congress could attempt to prohibit the asking of the citizenship question But he suggested the court should simply interpret both the statute and the Constitution.
	In other words, Pelosi's lawyer, writes New American, was urging the court to achieve the desires of the Democrats by a judicial fiat because they don't have the votes to do it.
	Both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh noted that the question has been asked many times in the past It was on every census up to the 1950s.
	Every census form is on all the long forms since then, up until I think it was George W. Bush that took it off, and Obama took it off.
	But it's been asked for a very long time.
	They're just putting it back on.
	It's been a traditional question.
	And a good reason for that, because why would we give foreign citizens representation in Congress, in the Electoral College?
	Oh, see, that's why this is so important.
	And the California judge who said you can't do that, that's going to cost California congressional seats because you know we're sanctuary city, sanctuary state rather.
	So we're inviting foreign citizens to come in.
	That's our base of political power and that is a base of political power for them even if they don't allow these foreign citizens to vote.
	Just by having a headcount they get more Democrat Congress people in California by counting foreign citizens, even if the foreign citizens don't vote.
	And of course, it's the money as well.
	And that's the real issue.
	That should be the bipartisan issue.
	Why are we giving welfare benefits to foreign citizens criminally trespassing in the United States?
	That is a no-brainer.
	Stop attracting them.
	Stop using our entitlement system To draw people into this country, because even if we have a wall, that's not going to stop them.
	So, both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh noted that's been asked many, many times in the past.
	Congress has already given discretion to the Commerce Department to create the form.
	Judge Roberts said, well, you've got things like sex, age, do you own a house, do you own a radio?
	He says, I mean, the questions go quite far beyond the people who are here.
	The only one who pushed back against it on the side of Pelosi was Sotomayor.

	Currently, it is a Class B misdemeanor.
	Nonviolent possession of marijuana.
	Class B misdemeanor right now.
	Carries a fine up to $2,000.
	And 180 days in jail.
	Six months.
	And goes on your permanent record.
	Your permanent criminal record.
	Not just your permanent school record.
	Your permanent criminal record as a One individual with a marijuana policy group said, regardless of political affiliation, Texans are in support of reducing penalties for low-level marijuana possession.
	Yes, exactly.
	Why do we continue to fill our prisons With people who are non-violent, locking them up on the demands, Republicans, on the demands of the United Nations.
	They were the ones who wrote the schedule for the drug war.
	They did it ten years before Nixon implemented it verbatim and called it his drug war.

	Are we going to allow the UN to subvert and invert the Constitution?
	Now everything is prohibited to us unless it is specifically permitted by the DEA or the FDA.
	And that is absolutely reprehensible.
	But if they have that kind of power over you, then they're going to have the kind of power where they can mandate that you take vaccines as well.
	Because it's not your body, it's not your choice.
	All these pro-choice Democrats support mandatory vaccines as well.
	It's absolutely incredible.
	But why is this a law enforcement priority?
	Why is the war on drugs a law enforcement priority?
	When America's biggest dirty secret is sex with children.
	That's the big business.
	It's a far more profitable business.
	than it is selling drugs or even selling guns.
	So, drug trafficking, gun trafficking, that's nothing compared to human trafficking.
	As this article from DC Clothesline points out, if you sell a pound of heroin or you sell an AK-47 illegally to somebody, that's a one-time transaction.
	But if you capture a child, you can rent that child out over and over again.
	It is far more lucrative, and it's growing far faster than this.
	And so the question is, why is this not a priority for our government?
	Why is this not a priority for the media?
	You know, we start talking about pedophiles, we start talking about child trafficking, you have mainstream media pooh-pooh that.
	You've got the people writing the laws at the state level, the federal level, they have the statute of limitations limiting it to three years when children are abused.
	Why is that?
	Maybe it's because we've got people like Dennis Hastert, a pedophile who was groomed to become a congressman and then groomed to become the Speaker of the House.
	He was a known pedophile before they ever had him run for office.
	You've got people like that in charge, they're not going to put a statute of limitations, they're not going to get rid of a statute of limitations that's very short.
	It takes a long time for most of these children to come to grips with what's happening to them.
	But then there's a whole other aspect of this, and this is the kidnapping aspect of it.
	As they point out in this article from DC Clothesline, they said, children, young girls, some as young as nine years old, are being bought and sold for sex in America.
	The average age for a young woman being sold for sex is now 13.
	Thirteen years old.
	This is America's dirty secret.
	It's the fastest growing business in organized crime.
	It is the most lucrative commodity traded illegally after drugs and guns.
	And all of you Democrats are so concerned about kids being separated from their parents.
	What you're doing is you're facilitating human trafficking at the border.
	You've got cartels that are now moving.
	They've lost a major profit center in marijuana as people are disgusted with this war on drugs, this unconstitutional war on drugs.
	And they're more than making it up with human trafficking.
	That's when they come across the border with young children.
	It is a valid thing to try to verify that these really are relatives to protect the children.
	If you're really concerned about the children, you should be concerned about that.
	You should not be enticing people to make that dangerous journey.
	According to USA Today, adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the U.S.
	On average, a child might be raped by 6,000 men during a five-year period of servitude.
	It is estimated that at least 100,000 children, girls and boys, are bought and sold for sex in the U.S.
	every year.
	The commercial sexual exploitation of American children and women via the internet, via strip clubs, via escort services, or via street prostitution, is on its way to becoming one of the worst crimes in the U.S., said a prosecutor.
	Don't fool yourself into believing that this is simply something that is a concern for lower-income communities or immigrants.
	It's facilitated, just like the terrorist attacks, and we saw this imam, Who inspired the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka.
	He was very well known on Facebook as a hate imam.
	But of course, he still had his sight there.
	No problem for that.
	You know, he can be there.
	Ku Klux Klan can be there.
	Infowars and Alex Jones can't be there, right?
	You know, take Alex Jones down.
	But they'll leave up the Ku Klux Klan.
	They'll leave up the guy that organized the Sri Lanka bombings on Facebook.
	And as I point out, social media makes it very easy to find girls for pimps.
	Facebook, other social networks.
	They and their assistants cruise malls, high schools, middle schools.
	They pick them up at bus stops.
	And then another big place where they can find kids is foster care.
	Foster care, CPS.
	Taking children away from their parents without due process.
	And I've got more to say about that coming up.
	But here's one example.
	This is not something that is happening at the border.
	It's not something's happening in a lower-income area where they're one at best, you know, one parent and maybe the parent is on drugs or something.
	No.
	This is Debbie, a straight-A student.
	She belonged to a close-knit Air Force family that was living in Phoenix, Arizona.
	She's an example of the trading of flesh.
	She was 15 when she was snatched from her driveway.
	From her driveway.
	by an acquaintance friend.
	She was forced into a car.
	She was bound and taken to an unknown location.
	She was held at gunpoint, raped by multiple men.
	She was then crammed into a small dog kettle, forced to eat dog biscuits.
	Her captors advertised her services on Craigslist.
	Those who responded were often married with children and the money that was earned from selling her was given to her kidnappers.
	The gang raping continued and after searching the apartment where Debbie was held police finally found her stuffed in a drawer under a bed.
	Her ordeal lasted for 40 days.
	Now as we look at that and we look at also again don't forget we've had one of the biggest Human trafficking rings feeds off of corrupt people inside of CPS.
	It's going to be that way.
	I mean, just as we've seen with the war on drugs, it has corrupted law enforcement because there's so much money in it, and oftentimes you'll find law enforcement officers Working with Organized Crime to further this.
	The same thing happens with Child Protection Services.
	The very people that are there to stop this are the ones who are facilitating it, giving protection to the criminals.
	And I have an update here.
	This case that we've been following for a couple weeks here out of Arizona, Where you had a naturopath, a lady took a family, they were homeschooling, they did not have their kids vaccinated, they went to a naturopath, and the naturopath was alarmed at how high the fever was, said, take this child to a clinic.
	They said, on their way, the child's fever went down, and they did not go to the clinic.
	And the naturopath called the hospital and reported them.
	They had a SWAT team raid the family.
	They took all three of the kids.
	And now we have an Arizona judge saying, you're not going to talk about this at all.

	I want to get back to this particular case in Arizona.
	As reported by ArizonaCentral.com, they said an Arizona judge Kept open to the public a hearing in a controversial child welfare case, but issued sweeping restrictions on the news media and on public reporting about the proceedings, according to a government watchdog group.
	Now this is something that was very aggressive, outrageous behavior on the part of the police and CPS.
	There's a state representative who got involved with this, the media got involved with this, so the judge is saying you're not going to be allowed to talk about this.
	Folks, part of having a public trial is to allow the free press to comment on that.
	It's part of our due process, but of course there is no due process when you get into a family court.
	There's no presumption of innocence.
	They can take your children without finding you guilty, and that's one of the biggest issues with this.
	People who are merely accused of some misconduct, even if it's not violent.
	In most cases it's not violent.
	I understand if the child has been beaten or something, of course you're going to separate those children from the family.
	But in most of these cases, the vast majority of them, there's no issue of that.
	And this was a case, again as I said, the mainstream media and the AMA They don't pay any attention to naturopaths at all, do they?
	They give them absolutely no respect, unless they can use them to come after a family and to take the kids.
	So this mother had taken a child who had a fever to a naturopathic doctor.
	They said, we don't want to see him.
	Take him into the clinic.
	And so the mother was taking the kid, but the kid got better, got over the fever.
	She had other kids with her.
	We've had a similar case to this.
	Where similar things happened, except for the SWAT team raid.
	This is what happened in this particular family.
	They found out they weren't vaccinated, so that escalated it as well.
	So, they had a SWAT team raid.
	The government took all three of the family's children, not just the child who had gotten over the fever.
	And the parents wanted this case to be public because they were afraid of the way that they were being treated, and they should be.
	We've seen asset forfeiture and the drug war used for quite some time.
	They can take your property without finding you guilty, without even charging you with a crime.
	As a matter of fact, we were talking about Sheriff Israel in Broward County, you know, where the Parkland shooting was.
	This is a guy who, remember when we were covering this, we showed pictures of his Lamborghini that he had because of the sharing of revenue that the federal government does with these police, who again, Don't have to wait until you're found guilty to steal from you or to take your property.
	They can take it without even charging you with a crime, let alone finding you guilty.
	This is something, by the way, that always bothered me about Miami Vice.
	That was when this all began under Reagan.
	They created a television program that's very hip.
	And you saw, you know, Crockett and Tubbs driving around.
	There he is, there's Sheriff Israel with his Lamborghini.
	But you saw, they put this out there.
	To normalize this behavior for the public and as an enticement to law enforcement.
	You go after these guys and you do what we say.
	Prosecuting this unconstitutional war on drugs.
	You lock up people that are nonviolent users and we'll reward you.
	You get your own Ferrari, your own Lamborghini.
	That's what they were showing everybody with Miami Vice and it was so cool.
	So cool, you got all that hip music and music videos set up around that.
	But let's get back to this child forfeiture.
	See, when you accept the idea, because, you know, it's drugs and we don't want to have drugs out there.
	I agree.
	But it's not a law enforcement issue.
	It's a spiritual issue.
	It's a medical issue.
	It's a psychological issue.
	It's not a law enforcement issue.
	And all the thieving by law enforcement Over 50 years hasn't made anything better, it's just made it worse.
	It's made our law enforcement corrupt as well.
	And now we've got child forfeiture, because we didn't care about due process there, because they're doing it in the name of drugs, and to save the children.
	And so of course, this CPS child forfeiture, that's to save the children too, right?
	No.
	No, we have to have due process, especially for parents.
	One person was there, Lori Ford, with Arizona DCS Oversight.
	Went to the hearing, and she said, the Maricopa County Juvenile Court presiding judge, Timothy Ryan, told a reporter she should not publish any news stories about the case.
	She said, my reaction is outrage.
	If that's the situation, DCS and all the government players in the courtroom have free reign to do whatever they want to parents and to children.
	It's a gang mentality.
	There is no accountability.
	That's why you have Public trials.
	That's why you have the free press.
	That's why you don't have star chamber proceedings.
	She said, when a judge reads the admonition to me about, she says she doesn't ever use a child's name.
	She says she understands that.
	She agrees a child should never be identified in public.
	But the public should be allowed to hold DCS accountable and speak about family's rights and so forth.
	She said, when a judge warns me about this stuff, I understand that.
	I never put out anything about the children's names or birthdays, phone numbers, addresses, tribal ID numbers, military numbers, telephone numbers.
	There's no problem.
	We all get that.
	But if you put a gag order on this, that is opening up a Pandora's box.
	So we're going to talk about Schaefer Cox.
	That's another case they put a gag order on.

	Welcome back, I'm David Knight and joining us right now are a couple of people who are working to try to get justice for Schaefer-Cox.
	Maybe you know about Schaefer, we're going to tell you about Schaefer.
	He's a libertarian activist, a politician from Alaska.
	He was charged for speaking out against government corruption, we believe.
	They accused him of conspiracy to murder federal agents back in 2011.
	He is currently being held in a very high-security prison.
	He's serving his eighth year of a 26-year prison, one of the ten worst prisons in the world in Terre Haute, Indiana.
	It's a very difficult Gitmo-style internment there, and so I want to talk to a couple of people who have been Working to get justice for him, Angela Clemens is the president of Schaeffer's Angels.
	It's a 501c4 nonprofit organization to handle his legal defense.
	And we're also going to talk to Jordan Page.
	He's a Christian libertarian musician and activist.
	Written songs supporting various liberty causes.
	Schaefer Cox, he also did a lot of songs for the Ron Paul movement, and he's got a particular song.
	We'll give you the link to that later in the program to let you know where you can find that.
	But I want to talk to Angela first.
	Thank you for joining us, Angela.
	Thank you for having us.
	Tell us a little bit about this trial.
	Tell us a little bit about Schaefer, first of all, what he was doing before the government charged him with crimes, and then we'll talk about what the government accused him of doing, and then some of the processes that happened through this.
	But tell us a little bit about Schaefer and what he was doing in Alaska that made him a threat to the government.
	Okay.
	Schaefer Cox, right now, he's a political prisoner, like you said, in the secret prison.
	Um, he was running for office in Alaska and he learned about some corruption that was going on there.
	Um, particularly, um, child sex trafficking and drug trafficking.
	He started calling out, um, the big names and they wanted to shut him up.
	So they sent in two FBI informants to try to provoke him to commit violence or to agree to violence on a, on a tape.
	Um, so through two years of recordings, he not one time ever commit, um, Agreed to commit violence.
	So they tried to entrap him.
	And part of the evidence that they used against him, they charged him initially with solicitation, didn't they?
	Solicitation to kill an FBI agent.
	But then that was dropped.
	What he was convicted of, right, for 26 years was a conspiracy charge.
	Is that correct?
	Right.
	He was convicted with solicitation and conspiracy.
	In August of 2017, the Ninth Circuit Court admitted that they did not have the evidence to charge him with solicitation.
	So they dropped that charge, which it actually makes no sense to have conspiracy without that.
	So they've admitted that there is no identifiable target.
	So he's being held on a fictitious crime.
	He's never committed a crime and the charge of conspiracy is evidence that he's never committed a crime.
	So the evidence that it was originally a state case and the state of Alaska threw the case out because they were able to hear the evidence of Schaeffer's innocence and that he never agreed to violence.
	He's quoted several times on undercover reportings.
	I'm not going to shoot it out.
	The only people that suggested violence were the FBI informants.
	And he's also quoted as saying, if they come for me, even at the expense that they were going to take his child, they threatened to take his child, he said, I'm not going to pull a Rambo, I'm going to pull a Gandhi.
	So he was always... He's not going to pull a Rambo, he's going to pull a what?
	A Gandhi.
	Like he was going to be peaceful.
	Oh, okay.
	All right.
	Okay.
	Yeah, that's the amazing thing to me about this is that they would initially convict him of soliciting a murder, a contract for hire, and then have a conspiracy.
	It reminds me very much of the case against, I just forgot his name here, I've had his mother on many times, Ross Albright.
	Russell Brick and Silk Road, right? They drummed up these charges saying, well, you know, he put out a contract for hire.
	They never even charged him with that, but they kept telling the press that he was working to put out hits on various people.
	But he was never charged with that. They kept talking about it, and then the judge, when he was sentenced, they used those accusations, which had never even been formally charged against him, to increase the sentence.
	So they gave him three life sentences.
	So here with Schaefer Cox, we have him charged with soliciting and conspiring to murder somebody, and then they drop the solicitation charge, but then they keep the conspiracy charge and keep him in prison.
	That's the amazing thing.
	Yeah, they have no evidence to charge him with solicitation or conspiracy.
	There's no identifiable targets.
	So it's this made up thought crime that doesn't even exist.
	He's never even agreed to violence.

	He has written a lot of songs promoting peace and limited government.
	He's been involved in the Ron Paul movement and so forth.
	He's taken up Schaefer Cox's case as well.

	That's why it's good to get into the details of this.
	And so, you just picked up a book that he had written and drew you into this story, right?
	It drew me in very deep because I realized how much he and I had in common and there was just such a quality in the writing that it just kind of blew me away and I got in touch with a friend who I knew knew Schaefer and was involved in Schaefer's case.
	She introduced me to Angela.
	We discussed doing a song for Schaefer and the more I learned about his case and the details of the prison, the more I put myself in his shoes and it inspired this song.
	Something that's important to note, David, is that The book that inspired all of this was originally lyrics that he had written in another facility that he had been forced to leave behind when he was moved to this CMU he's in now.
	So somebody, and we don't know who, found these lyrics on a table in a common room, whether it was a guard or a prisoner, we don't know, but they smuggled them out of the prison and got them into Schaefer's team's hands, who then published them into a book.
	And that book ended up in my hands and inspired this song.
	And I took several lines from the book and incorporated them into the song which means Schaefer is the co-author of the song and that means that half of all of the song sales go directly to the legal defense fund for Schaefer-Cox. 	I mean, this goes back to 2011.

	As we see the The move to shut down any kind of political dissent in this country.
	And remember, it was just two months after Alex Jones and InfoWars were purged out of social media.

	And not all of those sites were conservative or Trump supporters.

	And folks, if we don't allow dissent in this country, if we allow the FBI and the Department of Justice to run roughshod over people's rights, and we have seen this, not just with President Trump.
	That's probably the most visible thing.
	But if they can do that to President Trump, they can do it to anybody, can't they?
	And I've seen it numerous times.
	I've seen it done to the Bundys and all the people surrounding them.
	Still being done to some people that were there at that standoff.
	Still being done to Ross Ulbrich with Silk Road.
	Still being done to Schaefer Cox.
	And if you stand up and challenge the authorities, if you expose their corruption, which is what he did, they will come after you.
	They'll invent charges.
	They'll lock you away for life.
	And so he has been, he's now in his eighth year of imprisonment, 26 years he was given.
	They dropped the central charge, but they're still keeping him in prison.
	They charged him with soliciting the murder of an FBI agent and then conspiracy to do that.
	And then in 2017, two years ago, they dropped the central charge of soliciting the murder And yet they're still keeping him in prison because of a conspiracy charge.

	She's the president of Schaeffer's Angels.
	It's a 501c4 nonprofit organization.
	And also to Jordan Page, who is trying to raise public awareness.
	He's written some lyrics to a song.
	That was taken from lyrics that they found, writings that were found by Schaefer Cox when they put him in the prison that he's in currently, which is a very high security prison.

	Angela, I want to go to you first.
	Let's talk a little bit about, he was very effective as a campaigner.
	That's why they tried to entrap him over a couple of years with the FBI.
	What was the office that he was running for?
	He was running for House of Representatives.
	Okay, he was going to be a congressman.
	And then they had these tapes that they recorded.
	They never had him say that he wanted to do any of this.
	As a matter of fact, they didn't play these tapes in the federal trial.
	Is that correct?
	That's correct.
	They have two years of tapes and those tapes are what got the state's case thrown out and the federal judge would not allow them to be played in court.
	And the federal government actually has no jurisdiction to try most crimes, including the crime that they're holding Schaeffer with.
	So they're really holding him illegally for the last eight years.
	That's amazing, because even if they had jurisdiction, you spend a couple of years taping the guy, you make charges about this, and only your assertions about this are allowed, but the actual conversations are not going to be allowed.
	Exculpatory evidence is withheld, right?
	That's correct, yes.
	And you mentioned Trump, and we would like to get Trump to contact us so that we can work on this pardon.
	We've been trying to contact him through several channels to get a pardon for Schaefer Cox.
	The corruption in the Department of Justice and the FBI is now very well known, even conservatives who typically are very pro-law enforcement.
	That's correct.
	how corrupted this has become at the top level and corrupt on the basis of policy.
	I mean if you oppose the Bureau of Land Management policy or you oppose corruption that's at a local level like he did, they will come after you.
	They'll manufacture charges. It's the same thing that they did to President Trump.
	That's correct and you had mentioned the prison that he's in. They were so threatened by Schaefer. He's such an awesome dynamic leader that they through him in a secret prison called a CMU.
	There's only two in America, one in Marion, Illinois, and one in Terre Haute, Indiana.
	They were formed outside of the oversight of Congress.
	They were meant to take the place of Guantanamo Bay, so they are called Little Guantanamo.
	Through these prisons, we know that they've been subjected to different kinds of tortures, including extreme sleep deprivation, where they wake up every 30 minutes.
	Extreme temperature deviations, where at times it's so hot that you can't even touch the floor with your feet, and at other times it's so cold that the water in the toilet freezes.
	They are basically starving them to death.
	Schaefer has scurvy, and a lot of the men in there have either scurvy or beriberi, which is malnutrition and starvation diseases.
	Wow.
	And they're always behind glass, like even when his mother visits, she can never even hug her son.
	Wow.
	Yeah, this is the type of thing, you know, when we talk about Gina Haspel and the torture that was done by the CIA, a lot of people say, well, you know, I'm fine with that because these people have been labeled terrorists.
	And as I've talked to John Kiriakou, the whistleblower, who himself went to jail, It wasn't the people who did the torture, some of these same types of things that they're doing to Schaefer Cox, who said, look, they're going to do this to American citizens.
	Well, they are doing it to American citizens.
	They have their own black sites within America where they're doing torture.
	Now, he exposed some of this, leaked some of this out, right?
	And then they took some information about what was going on inside the prison.
	They took recriminations against him, didn't they?
	They did, and there's been several other people who have actually made it out of the CMU, and they have several lawsuits around, so it's not hard to find, even through different prisoners.
	Yeah, it's amazing that they would actually, the CMU, a communications management unit prison.
	In other words, we're going to hold these people incommunicado.
	We're going to seal them off from everybody, because they're too dangerous.
	You know, he's too effective as a speaker.
	We don't want people hearing what he has to say.
	I understand that when we look at Julian Assange, when we look at the tricks that the Justice Department and the FBI used against President Trump, and we look at how they want to gag Julian Assange, they don't want you to hear the truth.
	They don't want you to hear crimes about what corrupt officials have done, and that's exactly what Julian Assange was telling people, and that's what Schaefer Cox was telling people.
	That's why they locked him up.
	Tell us a little bit about where this trial is right now.
	Is there any positive developments about this?
	Yeah, he's going to be re-sentenced November 4, 2019.
	Unless it gets changed again, it was moved a few times.
	So, we are asking people to write the judge and you can email it to the Public Defender's Office and all of that information is on the website.
	Also, recently a judge in one of his FOIA cases ordered that over 500 pages of documents be released that were not allowed to be released prior.
	So that's a good development as well.
	Okay, so the resentencing is coming up this November, is that correct, this year?
	Correct, yes.
	Okay, and it looks like this judge is at least allowing evidence that would show that he is innocent, exculpatory evidence, 500 pages of that.
	To be considered as part of this re-sentencing hearing.
	It's very important for people to make that this is a political case, folks.

	And which means that most of the prisoners here are of Middle Eastern descent and are basically ISIS terrorists and Schaefer and a couple other guys who they call balancers who are there basically to make it so that the prison isn't being accused of having only one demographic.
	What you end up have happening is you have a majority radical Muslim population and a handful of other people who are all persecuted.
	Most people end up converting to Islam to avoid being murdered, which has been happening.
	One of Schaefer's closest allies was murdered in front of him back in November and the prison tried to cover up this murder.
	Wow.
	Well, I tell you what is dangerous.
	What's dangerous is for us to remain silent.
	When they do this to Julian Assange, when they do it to the Bundys, when they do it to Schaeffer Cox, when they do it to Ross Ulbrich, and we do nothing about this, then the government is emboldened and they continue down this road of political persecution against dissidents and black sites in our own country.

	And yet Hillary Clinton's conversations With foreign leaders, all of her emails coming and going were hacked by the Chinese.
	They were sending copies of everything coming and going to themselves.
	President Trump should have asked the Chinese, not the Russians, for those emails.
	They've got all of them.
	I don't know if the Russians have them or not.
	William Binney said, no, the Russians didn't hack it, but these people are pushing very hard for war.
	They don't want anybody in the way of that.
	We've got Tom Perez, who's now the DNC chairman, saying, we are at war with Russia!

	Joe Biden is a wonderful man and a dear friend of the McCain family.

	Well, Meghan McCain has said that the family is going to break with the GOP and they will support Joe Biden.

	They're never Trumpers.

	And if you want to know what the military-industrial complex that wants us at war with Russia, they really want to invite a nuclear war.
	That's where these people are headed.

	As you probably see at the top of the Trudge Report, Joe Biden is theoretically eight points ahead of President Trump.
	And of course, they can use polls to get any result they want.
	It may be true, it may not be true.
	Even if it is true, it isn't going to necessarily be where we're going to wind up after a campaign.
	I can tell you that.
	Especially as people start to look at policies.
	That are being promoted by Joe Biden.
	But he's put out a video, and I want to play you a little bit of this video.
	It's about three minutes long, so we're not going to play the whole thing.
	But the central theme is, is that America is an idea.
	Where have we heard this before?
	I've heard that many times from the Democrats.
	America is an idea.
	Well, I think there is a fundamental philosophy behind America.
	I think the fundamental idea behind America, you might go to the Declaration of Independence, wouldn't you think?
	If you're going to look at the idea behind America?
	That was when the founders of this country said that we are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are the life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, that to protect these rights, governments are instituted among men.
	To secure those rights, and when the government becomes destructive of those rights, it is the right and the duty of the people to alter or to abolish that government.
	That's what America's about, I think.
	I remember Joe Biden, the first time I ever noticed him, and of course he looked considerably different back in the day.
	He's had a lot of hair transplants and a lot of Botox and a lot of facelifts since the Clarence Thomas hearings.
	But as I've said before, my wife and I were on vacation, and we were driving through the Blue Ridge Parkway, Smoky Mountains.
	And I remember listening to the live broadcasts of the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings And most of the stuff was going back and forth with baseless allegations from Anita Hill.
	And that's what Democrats got very upset with Joe Biden.
	They believed that he didn't push that hard enough.
	Well, now we kind of get an idea why Joe Biden didn't think some offhand remarks were any big deal, because we've seen what Joe Biden does to women.
	But they were just some remarks, and there were no witnesses to any of these remarks.
	She didn't allege that he did anything to her, and yet within a few years, just a very few years after that, these same women who wanted to tar and feather Clarence Thomas and run him out of Washington on a rail, were defending Bill Clinton from allegations that he had forcibly raped and sexually assaulted women.
	The same women, including Anita Hill, were defending Bill Clinton.
	And so, in my mind, that was outed as a complete fraud.
	But the thing I remember from the confirmation hearings were Joe Biden's outrage over things that Clarence Thomas had written about natural rights.
	Now, what are natural rights?
	Natural rights is the idea that our rights come from God.
	Rights are not granted by the government.
	If they were, they'd be called privileges.
	And the idea of America was that we had inalienable rights that we got from God.
	Or if you don't believe in God, you just call them natural rights.
	But it's the essence of our humanity.
	It's the idea.
	That each and every one of us, by nature of us being a human being, we have human rights that are fundamental.
	And they are not bestowed upon us by a government.
	Therefore, the government cannot take them away.
	Instead, we create the government to protect those rights.
	And if the government becomes destructive of them, we get rid of that government.
	And he had a big problem with that.
	He was furious at Clarence Thomas.
	How can you say this?
	I mean, you are going to be a Supreme Court judge.
	You're going to be telling people what they can and cannot do.
	That's Joe Biden's idea of what America is.
	That it is dictated to us by the government.
	I totally reject that idea.
	That's why I totally reject Joe Biden.
	Regardless of all the creepy stuff that he does.
	I mean, he is fundamentally disqualified because he knows nothing about what America is about.
	But let's play a little bit of his campaign video to let you see what the propaganda is going to be about.
	Here's Joe Biden's America is an idea.
	Charlottesville, Virginia is home to the author of one of the great documents in our history.
	We know it by heart.
	We hold these truths to be self-evident.
	That all men are created equal.
	Endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights.
	We've heard it so often, it's almost a cliché.
	But it's who we are.
	We haven't always lived up to these ideals.
	Jefferson himself didn't.
	But we have never before walked away from them.
	Charlottesville is also home to a defining moment for this nation in the last few years.
	So this is how he's going to try to inoculate himself from being an old white man.
	It's going to appeal to Charlottesville and say, I'm not one of them.
	I stand with Jefferson.
	And yet, he stood against Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence when he was talking to Clarence Thomas.
	Chanting the same anti-Semitic bile heard across Europe in the 30s.
	And they were met by a courageous group of Americans.
	And a violent clash ensued.
	Oh, give me a break.
	That's enough.
	That's enough.
	A courageous group of Americans.
	Antifa Marxists was what was there.
	Come on.
	Come on.
	This is ridiculous.
	You know who the real racist is?
	He's the real racist.
	He's the one who is using this as a dog whistle.
	He is the one who is trying to divide this country.
	And they have been doing that from the get-go.
	Okay, so that's Biden's idea.
	And of course, as I said before, we have DNC Chair Tom Perez saying, we are at war with Russia.
	Yeah, they're at war with Russia, they're at war with the American people, they're at war with President Trump.
	But here's Tom Perez, amazingly irresponsible, to say we are at war with Russia.
	We know that.
	We know that.
	We know they don't declare war.
	We know that they're doing everything they can to not only have a revitalized Cold War, was the Russian reset, but also to have an actual hot war.
	Here is Tom Perez, these warmongering Democrats, military-industrial Democrats.

	Go back and look at what he was really angry about.

	And neither were these women, because they defended it, even including Anita Hill and all the feminist leaders who had attacked Clarence Thomas.
	They defended it!
	They defended Bill Clinton, who was accused of far, far worse.
	The accusation, which was, nobody else heard this or saw any behavior like this whatsoever.
	The accusation from Anita Hill was that he had made some inappropriate remarks to her.
	Not that he'd even touched her like Joe Biden!
	Not that he had sexually assaulted her or raped her, like the allegations against Bill Clinton.
	But Bill Clinton was to be believed, not Clarence Thomas.
	And the thing that Joe Biden was upset about was the whole idea of natural rights.
	And that lying hypocrite begins his video referring to the Declaration of Independence.
	Strategically omitting the part where it says that when a government becomes destructive of our natural rights, it is our right and duty to abolish that government or to alter it.
	That's the point at where we are today.
	The question remains, what do we do?
	How do we abolish or alter that government that is stomping on our face on a daily basis?
	And I'm going to tell you how in just a moment here.
	But anyway, this textbook, this is the way they control the kids and they get the best and the brightest in these AP classes.
	I remember a discussion that I had with a kid who wound up working for us over the Second Amendment.
	I was absolutely amazed at the nonsense that they had fed him about the Second Amendment.
	How the militia was a National Guard and everything.
	I said, well you realize the National Guard didn't exist until probably about 120 some odd years after that was written, right?
	So it obviously was not what was in view there.
	But, you know, he was the kind of kid... He made good grades.
	He wanted to regurgitate exactly what they told him.
	He's a smart kid.
	I didn't fit too well in the AP classes.
	I got out of them because I didn't want to read the books that they wanted me to read.
	I didn't... The books that I did read, I had a very different opinion about those books than they did.
	And I wasn't interested in grades.
	I wasn't going to regurgitate that stuff with them.
	So...
	I wanted to be with the guys who questioned authority.
	That's where I wanted to be.
	I didn't want to be with the little brown-nosing kids who wanted straight A's.
	I didn't care about my grades.
	I cared about right and wrong.
	And if you care about right and wrong, get your kids out of those AP classes.
	Get them out of the schools, quite frankly.
	Because the whole thing is a brainwashing activity.
	Again, it goes on to say, The Clinton supporters also worried about the mental stability of the President-elect, of President Trump, and of the anger that he and his supporters brought to the nation.
	A high school student in Minnesota told Fox News that she was appalled by the blatantly biased textbook.
	Let me tell you something, every textbook Is blatantly biased.
	Just a question of who is writing them and who is pushing them out.
	And you need to understand that bias.
	That's one of the things we need to understand.
	There is no such thing as objective news.
	Anybody that tells you that they are objective, as I said before in journalism, is either an idiot or they're lying to you.
	They either don't recognize their biases Or they are flat-out lying to you.
	Typically they're lying to you.
	You're far better off to, number one, read the original sources if you're talking about history.
	Forget the textbooks.
	Go back to the original sources.
	See what the people themselves said.
	Secondly, if you want to talk about current events, as I've said many times, Good way to understand it is I used to, back in the day, I would get National Review and I'd get the nation.
	I'd get somebody that was on the far right, somebody on the far left, and I would read both of them.
	Sometimes I wouldn't agree with either one of them.
	You know, it isn't a dichotomy.
	It isn't even left and right.
	But I always want to have somebody who has a clear point of view, And gives you the current events, tells you what they think about that, and why they think that, rather than pretending that they don't have a point of view, and they're just going to give you the facts straight up.
	That's total load of BS.
	The very facts that you choose to talk about.
	are going to be influenced by your bias.
	The stories that you think are important are going to be different.
	I don't cover the same stories that you see on Fox News here, in case you didn't notice.
	They don't talk about child trafficking.
	They don't talk about mandatory vaccines, because they're pushing that kind of stuff.
	They don't talk about the war on drugs.
	They don't talk about parental rights.
	They don't talk about Christian persecution.

	So I think Hill got it right.
	She was the principal author of that hateful Patriot Act.
	The Patriot Act that destroyed the Bill of Rights, destroyed our due process, that turned us into a police state, predicated on a false flag attack.

	There's some European elections, but there's also elections coming up in May for European Parliament.

	Enacted against you with the so-called Patriot Act Yeah, they're releasing about 1,400 people a day 1,400 people a day So we're gonna talk about how?
	Homeland quote-unquote homeland in the wake of the Patriot Act and so forth We all knew that this was going to be directed at America.
	It was obvious from the very beginning That it was its purpose was to destroy Whatever remained of the Constitution the Bill of Rights now you can see that pretty clearly can't you?
	We had whistleblowers from the NSA telling us that was exactly what was happening.
	Right after they started their new approaches, right after their false flag attack on September 11th, and nobody listened to William Binney and Thomas Drake and Weirby and others.
	The lawmakers didn't want to have anything to... were not interested in what those whistleblowers who had worked for the NSA for a very long time had to say.
	Isn't that interesting?
	The same lawmakers who rubber-stamped this Patriot Act done by a woman who's now going to be going to Facebook to help them to fulfill their mission, says Sheryl Sandberg.

	Okay, so let's take a look at how Homeland Security is destroying our homeland and our security.
	It's Homeland Security that is releasing 7,000 illegal aliens in the U.S.
	in just five days.
	That's 1,400 a day.
	They have essentially become Uber for the cartels.
	And it's not just the drug cartels.
	The drug cartels, as I mentioned earlier in the program, it's not nearly as profitable to sell drugs or even to sell weapons.
	You know, we had the big false flag operations that were done by both the Bush administration and the Obama administration, the gun-walking program.
	It blew up on the Obama administration, they called it at that point in time, fast and furious.
	But it was an operation that stretched across both of those administrations under the title of gun-walking.
	They wanted to deliberately sell guns across the border so they could create a crisis That would allow them to sign on to the UN agenda to stop the trade of small arms.
	Now in order to stop the trade of small arms going across the border that means that they have to identify each and every weapon and each and every piece of ammunition.
	Which means they also identify you and connect you to all of those things.
	So it was a false flag operation to create a massive surveillance operation to control the American public and to disarm us.
	And that, of course, is being run by Homeland Security as well.
	But when you talk about the corrupt war on drugs, when you talk about the corrupt war on guns, and again, folks, let me just remind you that if we go into gun prohibition, it is going to have the same effect as drug prohibition and alcohol prohibition.
	In both of those cases, even though alcohol prohibition was prohibited constitutionally with a constitutional amendment, the 18th Amendment and the 21st Amendment were there to both prohibit alcohol and then to make it legal again because under the Constitution, under the 9th and 10th Amendment, everything is legal unless expressly forbidden with a constitutional amendment.
	So they had to have that for alcohol.
	But now we have inverted the Constitution and everything is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the FDA or by the DEA.
	But nevertheless, the effect was the same.
	During alcohol prohibition, we created very lucrative organized crime figures like Al Capone and others.
	We created massive criminal organizations.
	There were shootouts on the street.
	There was a corruption of law enforcement and so forth.
	And there was an increased use of hard liquor.
	Prior to that, beer was a much higher mix than whiskey.
	But after we had alcohol prohibition, it became much more profitable for them to go for the harder stuff.
	It was more concentrated, more profitable.
	And the same thing happened with drugs.
	We had the shootouts on the street.
	Still have the shootouts everywhere?
	Look at Mexico, for example.
	Shootouts, massive monopoly for the drug cartels.
	Corruption of the police, and the government, and the court system, and an increase in how dangerous the drugs are.
	Even an increase in the intensity of marijuana.
	Natural things like that.
	And so if you're going to prohibit guns, just understand, all of those things are going to be there and be there in spades.
	You're going to have all new kinds of very inventive firearms, Democrats, that you're going to be dealing with on the streets.
	And the people who are going to be trafficking those firearms are going to be using them on each other and on innocent bystanders like you.
	But then when we look at Human trafficking, which is what's a growing part of what's going on at the border, it's far more profitable because they don't just sell somebody once, they rent them.
	They rent them.
	And so they continue to make money off these kids that they traffic, renting them for sex.
	They can only sell the heroin once or the AK-47 once, but they can rent the kids over and over and over and over and over again.
	Far more profitable.
	It's growing faster.
	So think about that, Democrats, when you talk about children being separated from their cartel mules, paying over 2.3 billion dollars a year to get across the border.
	Many of them don't make it.
	Many of them get absconded.
	But we got the DHS complicit in this.
	They're now releasing 7,000 in just five days.
	But they've got a plan.
	Even though they will not protect the border, They're going to come after you, Mr. and Mrs. America.
	They're going to make you get a permit to get a job.
	You're going to have to file an application to Washington for every job that you get.
	E-verify.
	And then at the airports, they're going to be scanning your faces.

	Well, you ought to be afraid of that, right?
	You ought to be concerned about that.
	They're not going to do anything to protect the border.
	They're not going to do anything to stop the border.
	They're going to use the border as a crisis to take away more of your freedoms, to create an even greater police state, an even greater surveillance state.
	As Henry Kissinger once said, people will be alarmed if the UN Came in and took over in a particular area, but we're going to create a crisis so people are begging for that.
	They're creating a crisis at the border so people are begging for E-Verify.
	Conservatives are begging for E-Verify.
	Christians, who ought to know better about the Mark of the Beast, are begging for E-Verify.
	And they're begging for facial recognition at the airport.
	Protect us from those people that are being pulled into this country With this welfare state that incentivizes illegal immigration by saying, come on in, we'll give you a free K-12 education.
	Forget the American Dream.
	You're not going to be able to afford your property taxes because you're going to have to be building a new school every three days to house these people.
	We've got the mother of all caravans heading north, reports the Mexican Interior Secretary.
	He calls it the Caravana Madre, the mother of all caravans.
	10,000 migrants.
	67% of Republican voters I think mass immigration is a problem, but only 16% of the leadership.
	And it's a bigger problem now than it was in 2016 when they took those figures.
