	President Trump's week just keeps getting better.
	I wish I'd spread this out a little bit because there's just too much winning going on at once.
	I'd like to savor the collapse of CNN and stretch it out over a little bit longer period of time.
	But today we have a couple of things to look at.
	We have Michael Avenatti, Naughty Avenatti, as I've always called him, has now been called Naughty from coast to coast.
	He's got indictments against him from New York, California, and places in between.
	And some of these are coming from New York, and this is not a partisan issue.
	This is something that came up Very quickly, because he was about to hold a press conference as he was blackmailing Nike.
	So we're going to take a look at that.
	But of course, Donald Trump Jr.
	had a good time with that.
	He said, don't get overconfident, guys.
	Michael Avenatti has real Donald Trump right where he wants him.
	It's all part of his plan.
	Just look at his record so far.
	Then he says, we have to change MAGA.
	from Make America Great Again to Michael Avenatti got arrested.
	Well, those two things are kind of flowed together.
	We're going to take a look at some of the Candidates as well, some of the amazing things going on in the Democrat Party.
	And of course, as all the candidates who have announced they're running for president for the Democrat nomination, all of them that have been contacted refused to comment on the Mueller report.
	What a surprise!

	Now, Cory Booker got cornered by a reporter and he had to come up with an explanation.
	So he kind of punted, well, gee, I don't know yet.
	Well, just read it.
	Read it and weep, Democrats, because that's what Rachel Maddow did.
	She read it and she weeped.
	Her fishing expedition was over, the one that she was on in Tennessee.
	She had to come back and cry about the other fishing expedition that was over as well.
	But I think one of the key things that we're going to cover today is what's going on in the courts.
	Because as the Democrats cannot win in the court of public opinion, they increasingly become litigious.
	And we've just had, I think, the most important information.
	Yeah, we can celebrate and we can have some fun with what's happening to CNN.
	What's happening to their go-to lawyer, Michael Avenatti, another guy, also bit the dust, who is also a CNN correspondent.
	But I guess we really have to include Michael Avenatti as a CNN correspondent.
	He's been on their network and MSNBC and Stephen Colbert's program, Bill Maher's program, so many times that they own him.
	They own what he does, quite frankly.
	The really important information is, I think, what has been announced about Obamacare.
	And we had a court decision back in December saying that because the requirement to pay had been struck down, that the decision coming out of John Roberts' back pocket here, the Supreme Court Justice,
	who wrote an opinion on both sides of this that whatever he pulled out of his back pocket or maybe a little bit closer to the center of his pants that that did not apply because he said well because we're going to call this a tax because we're mandating that you buy something from a private company well when the Congress said no we're going to take away the penalty now it is no longer a tax now there is no longer a basis for this And it essentially gutted it.
	The Justice Department has now said they're not going to appeal that ruling.
	And if they don't appeal that ruling, and it stands, that basically puts an end to Obamacare.
	We're going to talk about whether or not it does.
	Some people are pushing back and saying, no, no, no, we can disconnect these other parts of it.
	But we're going to go back and look at the different arguments to end Obamacare.
	We're going to take a look at The way the mainstream media pushed back against another court decision that had it funded illegally as well.
	But is this a sea change at the Department of Justice now that Jeff Sessions is gone?
	That's one of the key things, I think, to come out of this.
	We'll be taking a close look at that and the media's March madness.

	We have an amazing week shaping up for President Trump.
	Besides the collapse of the Mueller investigation, we now have Michael Avenatti getting indicted all across the country, from coast to coast and everywhere in between.
	And Donald Trump Jr.
	saying, my guy now represents Michael Avenatti got arrested.
	This guy, the porn lawyer, is now being dumped on by everybody, including his porn client, Stormy Daniels, is also dumping on him.
	But I want to talk about what's going on with Obamacare first, because I think this is very key, very important.
	We had a court decision in December, and this was as a result of a coalition of a lot of states.
	A lot of states had pushed back Against Obamacare.
	And remember, there was a lawsuit by the Congress pushing back against the way that Barack Obama had illegally funded Obamacare subsidies.
	And you had a coalition of Republicans.
	That was one lawsuit that was moving forward.
	That involved, as I've mentioned many, many times, the theft of money from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investors.
	Absolutely amazing how they got away with that.
	And that should have been shut down.
	The courts did not do their job.
	The Department of Justice did not do its job.
	That was something that InfoWars took the lead on to report it.
	I've got stories here going back a couple of years ago.
	Fannie and Freddie were illegally robbed by Obamacare.
	InfoWars claims in new report.
	Well, it was actually also the investors of Fannie and Freddie who sued in court said, you're just robbing us.
	I mean, here's the situation.
	Where you have the government coming out and saying, we have these private corporations that are selling mortgages for people who want to have a very safe investment.
	I didn't have any money in it.
	I remember that my father did.
	He was always a very conservative investor and he wanted to invest in mortgages that were guaranteed and backed by the federal government.
	Except when Obama gets in, they do just the opposite.
	They were losing money After the mortgage crisis up to 2011, in 2012 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac turned profitable.
	And so Obama just stole the money for Obamacare because Congress wouldn't fund it.
	And that's what we were pointing out.
	And then we got trolled by some of these financial things that said, well, you know, this is what Infowars is saying.
	Infowars, which earned a reputation for absurd, often comically critical headlines concerning Obama, argues that the government's modification of the original terms of Fannie and Freddie bailout agreement in 2012 was unconstitutional.
	Well, you could say it's unconstitutional.
	I think it's illegal and criminal.
	And I cannot see how somebody would support this.
	And they said, well, InfoWars just made this stuff up.
	They lost two times in court.
	Well, it doesn't make it right.
	It is still unethical.
	It is still illegal and criminal and fraudulent what Obama did to fund this.
	And I keep bringing this up.
	Because all the people talking about how, well, President Trump can't fund the wall without Congress explicitly approving the money for it.
	Well, yes he can!
	Yes he can, as Obama would say.
	Because he has the authority to defend the border.
	He is Commander-in-Chief of the military.
	These same people who are wringing their hands, including many Republicans, including, I'm afraid, Rand Paul, who I typically agree with, but who is dead wrong on this issue.
	Are saying that the President can't do it?
	Well, where were they when the President was using the military without any authorization for the use of force defending the borders or attacking the borders of other countries?
	They found the money for that, they found the money to send the troops there, they found the money to build bases in Syria, airfields in Syria, but they can't find the money in the Pentagon's budget to defend our border?
	Are you kidding me?
	And they all look the other way as Obama funded Obamacare by stealing from investors who had been promised that these were safe investments for mortgages, that they would be backed by the federal government.
	This is how the government has turned everything upside down.
	You know, we have a Bill of Rights that says, hey, you possess these certain rights as a human being.
	These are natural rights.
	Free speech.
	The right to defend yourself, the right to be confronted by your accusers, to have due process, on and on and on.
	And yet the government, and we have these prohibitions against it, the government is supposed to guarantee those rights.
	That's why, according to American political theory laid out in the Declaration of Independence, that's why we have a government.
	And yet just like Obamacare, and just like the federal government and Obama, Said to people, well, we got a safe investment here, this is your money, and we're going to guarantee it.
	Well, those guarantees are worthless, just like their guarantees about the Bill of Rights.
	They have turned everything upside down.
	We've seen with this persecution of President Trump, this attempted coup, we have seen that the very document that was created 40 some odd years ago, In the wake of the FBI and the NSA and the CIA spying on Americans using, at the time, phones, phone taps, line taps.
	They said, you're not going to do that.
	We'll let you guys do that only for foreign citizens abroad and only if you go before the FISA court.
	And yet, they turned that around.
	They used the FISA court in order to get authorization to spy on us domestically.
	The very thing that the FISA court was set up to prohibit.
	This is the way the people in Washington have inverted and subverted our Constitution.
	And they're trying to do it again, in many ways.
	We're going to lay out what they're doing with this.
	But that was one issue, and I've talked about that time and again over the last couple of years.
	But this is a different lawsuit.
	And of course, before I move on, the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investors As well as Congress took them to court and the Congress went to a judge and the judge says that's right under the Constitution the Obamacare subsidies have to be funded by the Congress and the expenditure.
	The legal fiction that they came up with to move forward in all of that was to say well this is money that's not Coming out of the taxpayer funds.
	This is what they had to say.
	The legal fiction.
	It's coming outside of the federal government for budgetary purposes.
	So because it's not inside the federal government's budget, because they're stealing it from private investors, the Constitution doesn't apply.
	And you look at this and you say, how could they possibly get away with this?
	Well, it's no more a blatant prevarication than what we have with civil asset forfeiture.
	Where they say, well, we're going to take your property, we're going to charge your car, your house, your cash, your plane, whatever, whatever property you have that we want, we're going to charge that inanimate object with committing a crime.
	We're not charging you with a crime, so we don't have to convict you of anything.
	We're charging the inanimate object with this.
	And oh, by the way, we claim that this is a rule and not a law.
	This is a rule that came from the bureaucracy.
	So it is a civil matter, not a criminal matter.
	Therefore, you have no due process.
	We can take your property.
	And if you want it back, you have to go through an expensive process to sue us.
	An expensive and time-consuming process to sue us to get your property back.
	So now the onus is on you.
	You have to pay for the lawyers.
	Presumably Avenatti or somebody like that.
	I don't know.
	But in many cases, what this has turned out is an attack On the poor and the middle class who cannot afford a lawyer to sue the police who have acted like highway robbers and stolen their property.
	And it happens at the local level all the time, just like it happened to the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investors.
	Now, when we come back, we're going to talk about the second lawsuit, the one that was done by a coalition of Republican states here in Texas.
	The court decision in December and what the Department of Justice has now done.

	Let's take a look at what's going on with the Department of Justice.
	Is this a new Department of Justice?
	It appears to be.
	Let's be hopeful here about this.
	Maybe it is a new day.
	But again, going back to the original case against Obamacare that is very relevant to the pushback against President Trump.
	You had a decision May 12, 2016 by U.S.
	District Judge Rosemary Collier.
	The case is House of Representatives v. Burwell.
	Burwell was the HHS Secretary.
	Sylvia Matthews Burwell.
	They said she had no constitutional authority to divert funds that Congress had appropriated to one section of the ACA in order to fund the law's subsidy payments to insurers under Section 1402.
	And the judge agreed.
	She said the money has to come from Congress.
	It has to be appropriated by Congress.
	Now, nobody is talking about this decision because they don't want to highlight the criminal, unethical, fraudulent ways that Obamacare was funded.
	It's not really a good precedent for them anyway because the president has a defense budget that pretty much has been treated As an open-ended thing, the use for the authorization of military force is an open-ended blank check for the president to use the military in any way he sees fit.
	And since that was passed, we have had multiple undeclared wars that have gone on incessantly.
	It was only because that was passed a few months into the George W. Bush administration
	that George W Bush did not become the first president to be at war the entire eight years but Obama did become the very first president to be at war the entire eight years but folks since that was passed immediately after September 11th we have been at war continuously with multiple countries and there was no authorization for any of this so the president has the authority to defend the border under that broad declaration
	But there was no authority for Obama to fund the money, to fund Obamacare this way, and certainly not by stealing it from private investors.
	Those private investors sued.
	You had a couple of court cases where the government said, well, we're not going to say that, you know, this money was taken from outside the federal government's, from outside of the federal government.
	Yeah, they stole it from private investors.
	And so, because they weren't taxpayer-generated, it doesn't have to go through the authority of Congress.
	These are the kind of legal games that the Democrats are playing.
	And this is why we have to be very concerned and careful about how they are going to rig the system to manipulate the 2016 election.
	Now, we can talk about all the attempts to try to amend the Constitution with Electoral College.
	They don't have to do that.
	They can pack the Electoral College.
	They can pack Congress with people from sanctuary states.
	If they just get a judge, which they've already got a judge to say, if we're going to bow down and pretend that this judge has the final say on this.
	If the judge can say, you can't ask whether people are American citizens on the census.
	We're done!
	We're done!
	Without that question.
	And that is the whole constitutional point of the census.
	It's to Apportion representation in the House of Representatives.
	And, of course, that same apportionment is also used in the Electoral College.
	If they can pack Congress, if they can pack the Electoral College, we're done.
	And we won't have an American system anymore.
	And we won't have any representation outside of a few liberal megacities.
	That are irretrievably corrupt.
	They can pack the votes.
	They're already packed with voters and have a disproportionate effect on their own states.
	But they'll be able to pack the election, especially because we've seen in these same places, New York, California, Chicago especially, the vast corruption during elections.
	And if you just make it a full-on popular vote across the country, That'll be it.
	Let me put this further.
	If you have a direct election, let's take a look at the United Nations, right?
	The United Nations is not a world government yet.
	It's the purpose.
	It's trending towards that.
	In the same way, the United States, the federal government, was created by sovereign states, just like sovereign states like America, Britain, Canada, Mexico, so on.
	Created the United Nations.
	And they have retained their representation, nation by nation.
	In the same way, the federal government was created by sovereign states.
	And they looked at this and said, well, if we just go with direct democracy here, then the people in these different regions are going to have absolutely no representation.
	In the same way, if once the United Nations becomes a world government, just, it's coming, folks.
	Once it becomes a world government, if we have direct election, then the people in China and India will pick everything.
	We won't have any say-so here in the United States.
	And that's why we have the Electoral College.
	And they can get around that if they simply change the way that we apportion the representation for the Electoral College, for the Congress, by changing that census question.
	If they are allowed to count foreign citizens who are here illegally, criminally trespassing in the United States, if they are allowed to count them for the purposes of representation, then they will get more members of Congress in the sanctuary states, like New York, California.
	And they will then pack those bodies.
	And it is goodbye America at that point.
	And I don't really see anybody understanding that issue.
	They don't have to go through the process of amending the Constitution.
	This is a very difficult process.
	You've got to have two-thirds of the House and two-thirds of the Senate and then it goes to the states and three-quarters of them have to authorize it.
	No, that's not going to happen.
	But they can rig the system with a single decision of a single lower court judge.
	Now, let's talk about what's going on with Obamacare.
	You see how they've manipulated Obamacare.
	And now we have the Justice Department, today, sent in a letter filed to the U.S.
	Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, yesterday, that a lower court's ruling that the health law is unconstitutional should be affirmed.
	And that the, quote, United States is not urging any portion of the District Court's judgment to be reversed.
	So, the Department of Justice is not going to appeal this decision in December by the U.S.
	District Court Judge Reed O'Connor.
	He ruled the constitutional foundation of the law, that is the requirement that people buy insurance or pay a penalty, was no longer constitutional because Congress had repealed the penalty.
	He ruled that because that provision was so central to the health law, the whole thing is invalidated.
	Now that the Trump administration, unlike Jeff Sessions, would not continue this appeal, and that in terms of the funding of Obamacare subsidies illegally, fraudulently by stealing the money from investors, that continued to go on until a settlement was reached in December of 2017.
	In 2018, December of 2018, the judge said, well, there's no penalty, so it's not a tax.
	You're done.
	It's simple.

	We have the Department of Justice saying that as of this court decision, this last December, December 2018, you had, in response to a coalition of Republican-led states, the Judge Reed O'Connor and the Northern District of Texas agreed with the GOP-led states' argument that since the Obamacare penalty was removed,
	And that was the sole basis on which Obamacare was declared constitutional by Judge Roberts, that it was done.
	And the Trump administration had said that it would not defend the individual mandate in court.
	However, Justice Department lawyers had argued that they would defend parts of it.
	And so the question is, is this now a change that we've seen because of Barr being in charge?
	Or maybe it is a change that we're seeing because Rosenstein is on his way out.
	Maybe some of these guys are sticking their finger in the, wetting their finger, sticking it in there and see which way the wind is blowing.
	It's like, I better get on board the President Trump this point instead of on board with Rosenstein.
	Maybe that's what's happening.
	I hope that is what's happening.
	And so they've had a reversal.
	As a law professor at the University of Texas said, the Justice Department's indication that it will defend Judge O'Connor's judgment in its entirety suggests that it now believes the entire statute must fall.
	That's a major shift in position, and it would have enormous consequences if ultimately accepted by the courts.
	Now, it will be appealed to the Supreme Court, of course.
	But I don't know.
	Who's going to appeal it?
	Because it would have to be appealed by the Department of Justice.
	So it seems to me, maybe I'm wrong on this, maybe I'm missing something here, but it seems to me that if it were to go for appeal, it would have to be that it is being contested by the Department of Justice.
	And they said, we're going to go with this lower court decision.
	And we're done.
	I think we're done.
	After all this time.
	But I go back to all these different cases.
	To show how fraudulent this whole thing has been from the very beginning.
	It has been a lie, it has been a fraud, it has been criminal, it's been unconstitutional from the very beginning.
	It's based on a prevarication on a lie, and we've got many of these things that are floating around Washington.
	For the most part, they're not even being talked about.
	Civil asset forfeiture.
	What an outrage against the people of this country, just like Obamacare.
	But it looks like Obamacare is gone.
	Because the Justice Department is siding with the lower court.
	They would have to be the ones who would contest it to take it to the Supreme Court, in my understanding.
	So, we shall see what happens with this.
	Now, just to review, how did we get here?
	And as I pointed out, I think it was yesterday, the new book that has come out by a CNN legal analyst, Joan Biskupic, I think is the way you pronounce her name.
	It's a book about John Roberts, called The Chief.
	The life and the turbulent times of Chief Justice John Roberts, and turbulent they are.
	Quite frankly, folks, I don't think the great hope of the left and the great hope, or I should say not even the liberals or the left, I would say the great hope of the deep state.
	I would say they're not pinning their hopes so much on Ginsburg, on Darth Vader Ginsburg, as they are on John Roberts.
	He has proven himself to be malleable and flippant when it comes to the Constitution.
	He doesn't care about the Constitution and he can be easily flipped.
	When we looked at the decision on Obamacare, many of us believed that he was being blackmailed on that particular situation because up to that point in time, He really had been fairly consistent with what you would expect from a conservative justice.
	And so I said, where does this come out?
	It was so strange.
	He had written both decisions, both the dissenting losing position, you know, it was a 5-4 majority, because he flipped at the last minute.
	He had written the decision already, and I don't know of any other time this has happened, where you got somebody saying, well, Obamacare is not legal, it's not constitutional.
	He wrote that decision.
	And in private meetings with the other justices, he had said, no, no, no, it won't fly.
	And then all of a sudden, at the last minute, he got a word from somebody or something.
	Somebody whispered in his ear, a little devil on his shoulder somewhere, telling him, oh, no, it is.
	It's a tax.
	You can call it a tax.
	When you require people to buy something from a private company, you can call that a tax.
	Remember, as I was just saying, when Obamacare went in and stole money, when Obama stole money from private investors, Frannie and Freddie, they said, well, it's outside of the taxpayer revenue, so Congress doesn't have to approve it.
	We can just steal it from people, whoever we want, and we can use it by the HHS Secretary, you know, to fund Obamacare subsidies for people.
	I mean, they're just... whatever excuse they want to use to do whatever they wish to do.
	There is no controlling legal authority here to quote Al Gore.
	And that's the attitude of Democrats from Al Gore on.
	And so...
	After Justice Roberts had written an opinion saying Obamacare is not constitutional, after he had met with other justices and said, yeah, it's going to be 5-4 against Obamacare, then all of a sudden he flips!
	And as the biographer, the CNN legal analyst, Joan Biskupic, in her book writes, The Chief, she said, from a judicial standpoint, his moves were not consistent.
	His legal arguments were not entirely coherent.
	Absolutely!
	That's why we said, is this guy being blackmailed or something?
	What is going on with John Roberts?
	And yet now he has done it again with abortion decisions.
	Because remember, in the wake of Gosnell, that's why I had Felham McAleer on last week, that is a key, key case.
	And you need to see that movie.
	Because it lays out all the different points of what happened.
	It's a very, very well done movie.
	You're not going to find any more professional courtroom documentary drama And it is very compelling in terms of the arguments that are laid out there and how that thing moved forward.
	And it also gives you insights into why Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia said, yeah, I can just set a kid over here and let it die.
	That, folks, is currently standard practice, whether you know it or not.
	It should outrage us.
	And it did outrage everybody when he said that.
	But the outrage is that we don't know that.
	And the jury found out that in the Gosnell case, a jury that had to be pro-choice going in because they said we're not going to make this about abortion and then they found out that they could have fully mature babies capable of surviving on their own after birth being set on a table and allowed to starve to death and die.
	Oh, you can't move in and snip the neck like Gosnell did.
	Oh, no, no, no.
	We'll send you to jail for murder for that, but you can sit there and let them slowly die and call that comfort care.
	That's what you should be outraged about.
	That's what's going on in America right now.
	And so when we look at the aftermath of that, It was also the issue of people who had died in the Gosnell Clinic, and so we had the legislation in Texas that said, well, because of what happened in the Gosnell case, this woman got into distress, medical distress, the emergency people could not get her out, so we're going to require that you have doorways and hallways that allow medical people to get in there quickly and timely to protect the woman's health, right?
	Why would you object to that?
	Well, we had Wendy Davis, the abortion Barbie, who filibustered against that because, you know, it's all about women's health, right?
	Except she wouldn't.
	She filibustered against women's health.
	Then she ran for governor against Governor Abbott here and got creamed.
	Absolutely creamed here in Texas.
	And we had a bill that went to the Supreme Court.
	Now, in that bill, John Roberts said, that's right, we're going to protect women's health and we're not going to allow that.
	But it was a minority opinion.
	It was five to four because Kennedy was there.
	Then we had a similar bill that just came before the Supreme Court that came out of Louisiana, again, based on the Gosnell situation, again, based on women's health and access to emergency care.
	And that went to the Supreme Court.
	Everybody said, well, that's going to pass now, 5-4, because John Roberts voted for that last time, and now we've got Kavanaugh there.
	Kavanaugh voted on the right side of that, but John Roberts flipped.
	To make sure that the establishment got its way.
	In the same way that they had hand-picked Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan to make sure that even if Obama didn't win, they were still gonna get Obamacare.

	Right, as we're talking about John Roberts, as the Department of Justice is saying, we're not going to defend any aspects of Obamacare based on this judge's decision.
	We're not going to appeal it.
	He said it's done.
	The whole thing was tied together.
	We justified it.
	John Roberts justified it.
	As a tax, saying if they're going to compel you to buy a service from a private company, we're going to call that a tax, because there's a penalty associated with that if you don't pay it.
	And when Congress struck down that penalty, the judge said, well, the penalty's not there, so you can't make the argument that it's a tax anymore.
	And since that was the argument for saying that you could have Obamacare, Obamacare is done.
	And now the Justice Department, which had said it was going to defend the other aspects of Obamacare, said, no, we're going to accept that.
	So it looks like it's done.
	And if we go back to that original decision, as I said, even the biographer of the CNN biographer of John Roberts said the moves were not consistent, his legal arguments were not coherent.
	The decision was shot through with confusion, to say the least.
	It was insane what he put in there in the first place and I think this new leadership under Barr and the exit of Rod Rosenstein have now turned the corner on Obamacare.
	Something that Jeff Sessions was too weak to do.
	Marco Rubio is introducing a constitutional amendment to try to keep the Supreme Court at nine because that's another way that they want to try to rig the rules.
	Again, they're going to pack the Electoral College, they're going to pack the Congress if they're allowed to count foreign citizens criminally trespassing here in the United States in the census in order to get more representation.
	But the other thing that they want to do is they want to get more representation at the Supreme Court by packing it.
	Now that's been tried in the past by FDR.
	FDR, as part of his new deal, He was real busy overthrowing all of the Constitution, all of the rule of law.
	He was remaking society, and the Supreme Court was slowing him down in some respects.
	He didn't like that.
	So he got some of his cronies in Congress to introduce in 1937 a bill.
	It was called the Judicial Procedure Reform Bill.
	What it would do is it would allow FDR to appoint new justices for any justice that was over 70 and a half years.
	What is that about?
	I don't know.
	They would put a limit of six new judges, but who would have been able to pack the court up to 15 judges?
	Where did we get the magic number of nine?
	You know, it wasn't always that.
	It used to be a lot less than that.
	That was an act of 1869 that set the number of Supreme Court justices at nine.
	And again, that was a judiciary act passed by Congress.
	Just set the number at nine.
	It's not in the Constitution, the number of justices.
	And so that's why Marco Rubio and 12 other Republican Senators are saying we need to put this into the Constitution to keep it from being packed because FDR tried it once and now you've got Democrats who are talking about their Green New Deal and of course if you're going to have a new deal that means you've got to have a new Constitution.
	Meet the new boss!
	The Socialists are now the boss, like Alexandria Occasional Cortex said.
	Yeah, I'm the boss, how about that?
	And they're going to pack the court if they can.
	And so I don't know, you know, easily it could be done if they have a majority, they could push a bill like that through.
	Of course, President Trump is not going to sign that bill, but the next president after Trump might.
	We don't know who's going to be president, so that's why they're trying to do that to keep them from doing that.
	I think a more important thing Would be for President Trump right now to set the precedent to go back to Andrew Jackson, as I've mentioned many times, saying the Supreme Court has issued their opinion.
	Let's see them enforce it.
	And that is a constitutional perspective.
	You had even Alexander Hamilton, the most status of all the founding fathers, said the least dangerous And that's the way the people looked at the federal government.
	They all looked at the federal government as a potential danger to their freedoms.
	They were all very concerned that power would be consolidated and centralized in Washington and they were all right on that issue because we've now seen that happen.
	They put in a lot of things in the Constitution to try to prevent that.
	It slowed it down but it didn't ultimately stop it.
	But Alexander Hamilton said the least dangerous is the judiciary, because they don't have any way to enforce anything.
	You know, the Congress has the power of the purse, the President is the executive, but as Andrew Jackson later said, you know, let's see them enforce it.
	And he ignored the Supreme Court decision.
	And that would be the most important thing that President Trump could do, especially for these lower court judges who say, you can't protect the border.
	Yes, he can.
	That is, he has the authority under the Constitution to do that, and he has the duty under the Constitution to do that.
	And this judge is out of line and should just be ignored, quite frankly.
	Cory Booker is saying we need to ignore the Second Amendment.
	He is calling on his Senate colleagues to show courage, quote-unquote, by infringing on the Constitution more.
	And that's why that word was there.
	The founders knew that the confiscation of firearms would take a gradual course, a gradual move of infringement, slice by slice.
	They wouldn't take them all at once.
	But he is calling on his colleagues to do that, and so is the Washington Post.
	They say that U.S.
	gun control is feckless compared to New Zealand.
	The Washington Post editorial looks at U.S.
	versus New Zealand, And said, uh, why can't we do what they did in New Zealand?
	You just had the Prime Minister just say, well, I'm taking all the guns.
	If they hold more than five rounds, you can't have it.
	Just arbitrary like that.
	And as Breitbart points out, there's a difference between a recognized right and the attitude that they have in New Zealand, which is protecting yourself is a government-granted privilege.
	No it isn't!
	It's a fundamental right We create the government to protect those rights, and the Constitution prohibits the government from taking those God-given rights.
	That's the difference between America and the rest of the world, and we will fight to maintain that difference.

	They loved Michael Avenatti because he was coming after President Trump.
	And now he has been outed as a big-time crook, indicted across the country.
	But before we get to that, before we get to What's going on with the third opium war?
	That's right folks, a little bit of history coming up in the next hour.
	We're going to talk about the first two wars, the opium wars against China by the British Empire.
	And we're going to talk about how China is now returning the favor to us with fentanyl.
	It's been called by many the third opium war.
	To do to us What Western powers did to China.
	They did not forget that lesson at all and we better understand what they are trying to do to our country with fentanyl and these other issues.
	They could stop it if they wish but they don't wish.
	This is weaponized drug trafficking against us as a society.
	We're going to get into that as well but let's just take a quick look at other things that are happening at CNN.
	CNN is very upset about the fact that Tucker Carlson Trolled Brian Stelter by sending him a jelly donut.
	They said sources in the CNN camp complained to the New York Post that they believe that Tucker Carlson was fat-shaming Brian Stelter by sending him a jelly donut.
	And I'm not really sure.
	I mean it's... Was he making a comment?
	about his weight, or was he making a comment about his backbone?
	I'm not really sure.
	I mean, he's called him a eunuch in the past, so I don't think sending him a jelly donut is any worse than the names that he's called him in the past.
	But as I point out, Stelter himself At a Washington Socialite Garden Party, he happily posted a picture of a giant donut wall filled with every kind of donut known to mankind, talking about his obsessions with donuts as well as his obsession with weight.
	And so I guess Tucker Carlson sent that to him.
	I guess maybe it was an act of pity because Tucker, knowing how much Brian Stelter likes donuts, thought maybe he would...
	Knowing how much you like doughnuts, figured that maybe as things, the way things have been going this week, maybe Stelter and also his colleagues at CNN need a little bit of comfort food.
	So if they like doughnuts, send them some doughnuts.
	In a related story, we have NASA having to ditch an historic all-female spacewalk after the spacesuits won't fit the women.
	Don't worry women, it's not you, it's the suits.
	Maybe it was sudden weight gain, or was it unplanned?
	You know, that's what people are looking at.
	It's like, how could you send them up with a planned spacewalk and you haven't checked to see if they fit in the spacesuits?

	Under cable, the different teams or different individuals are Rachel Maddow, Anna Navarro, John Oliver, Donny Deutch, Morning Joe, John Brennan, Don Lemon, Chris Hayes.
	Over on the network side, you've got people like Alec Baldwin of Saturday Night Live, you've got Brian Ross, you've got Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, on and on.
	You get the idea.
	And people on Twitter, people on print.
	Like Max Boot, Paul Krugman, others like that.
	And then, you know, they'll have the people move forward from the winners in the different divisions of Cable, Print, Network and Twitterati.
	Then they will move on to play each other to find the absolute worst of the March Madness.
	And it is madness here.
	And I think it's a great way to troll these people.
	Very appropriate, too, as this all hits in the middle of the basketball tournament.
	But before we get into that, and before we get into some of the reactions that are really entertaining, there is a back and forth between Giuliani and Cuomo that you just have to relish.
	It was so good.
	We're going to play a clip of that for you and comment on that as it goes through.
	But before we get to that, let's talk a little bit about what's going on to Avenatti.
	As I said earlier in the program, Donald Trump Jr.
	said, well, maybe MAGA is now... Michael Avenatti got arrested.
	And he has been charged with trying to extort 20 million dollars from Nike.
	But here's the amazing part about this.
	He tries to shake down Nike, who I believe, check this for me, Travis, I think, isn't Tim Cook on the board of directors of Nike?
	I mean, it's not like Nike is some Trump-supporting corporation.
	No, they support censorship, they support, it was Nike that started boycotting conservative media and so forth.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
	So this is like the interlocking directory of liberal censors.
	You know, purging people that they don't agree with out of the marketplace.
	We'll talk maybe a little bit later about what Apple is doing to remake themselves into a news and entertainment force.
	Oh, what could possibly go wrong with that?
	And maybe they'll make a lot of money, but if they'll do it, By pushing the agenda of Tim Cook.
	Tim Cook is not about products.
	Tim Cook is a bean pusher who is pushing an agenda.
	He's always put millions of dollars of his own money behind his political movements.
	He was the one who was, probably more than anybody else, central in the censorship of Alex Jones and InfoWars.
	And he would dearly love to control everything that you see and hear.
	And, you know, moving to shut down InfoWars app off of the Apple Store while they allow Abshure, the app that was created by the Saudi religious police to allow males in Saudi Arabia to track the females under their control.
	You just give them the government number that numbers your female property and if they start to travel out of the country or even within the country in a way that You don't want to have happen.
	The police there in Saudi Arabia will contact you as your females are moving from place to place in Saudi Arabia.
	And if you say no, they will stop them and arrest them for you.
	Maybe they'll give them a good beating on the side of the road too for you.
	I don't know.
	Maybe they'll throw that in as a bonus.
	But Apple has absolutely no problem with that app that allows that to happen.
	They have a problem with free speech on the right.
	Free speech about freedom.
	I don't even like to say I'm on the right.
	I'm not really on the right.
	Some people would say that I'm hard left on some issues.
	I don't support the war on drugs.
	Typically most people on the right think that that is a good thing.
	It hasn't worked.
	I'm, you know, I'm going to talk later on about the opium war conducted by China against us.
	I think that drug addiction is a big problem and I want to see it stopped.
	I'm not for the free use of, liberal use of drugs.
	Just everybody shoot up or toke up or whatever.
	I don't use drugs myself.
	But it has been an absolute failure in terms of trying to stop it.
	And it has destroyed our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.
	And it has corrupted our government.
	It has been a total failure.
	And it's implementation.
	And it is a UN agenda.
	And so for all those reasons, I am anti-prohibition.
	And so a lot of people have put me on the left with that.
	That's not a right-wing position.
	So I don't consider myself to be left or right.
	Nevertheless, Tim Cook is going to tell you what news you should read.
	He's going to prohibit certain news from being read by you.
	And he's going to be pushing his agenda through entertainment as well.
	So we'll talk about that maybe a little bit later on.
	But again, yeah, he's also on the board of directors of Nike and Nike was being shaken down, blackmailed by Michael Avenatti.
	It's absolutely amazing what he was doing.
	He came into Nike and he said, and they got recordings of him.
	So, the indictment has, they've got audio recordings of what he's saying.
	It's going to be pretty hard for him to fight this.
	And they've got quotes from those audio recordings that they put into the indictment.
	Here's some examples.
	I'll go take ten billion dollars off of your client's market cap.
	I'm not effing around.
	He threatened to release damaging information if the company didn't pay off Avenatti and an unidentified co-conspirator.
	We now have him identified.
	According to a complaint that was filed in the Manhattan federal court, the not effing around threat allegedly came on the eve of Nike's quarterly earnings report.
	So he waits until their quarterly earnings report is coming out.
	Two days before the start of the NCAA's March Madness College basketball tournament, The charges against him were revealed just minutes after Avenatti tweeted out that he was going to have a press conference this morning.
	And he was going to talk, he said, about a major high school-college basketball scandal perpetrated by Nike that we have uncovered.
	The criminal conduct, he said, reaches the highest levels of Nike and involves some of the biggest names in college basketball.
	So the FBI said they had to move very quickly to shut this down before he damaged the stock market, you know, before he made good on his blackmail threat.
	Manhattan U.S.
	Attorney Jeffrey Berman again This is, and I'll put this out here, because I know a lot of people, like Rachel Maddow and other people, always trying to project onto President Trump everything they don't like.
	They're going to say that President Trump took this down in a conspiracy, just like you heard Jeff Bezos say.
	Look at this!
	This is probably coming from Trump.
	He's probably the one that revealed those naked pictures I sent to my mistress.
	So I'll know it was actually her brother.
	He said he didn't actually put out the naked picture, but he released the emails for $200,000.
	He's denying that he put out the naked pictures.
	Nevertheless, the only person that's been identified as leaking anything to the press at all has been the brother of her mistress.
	So, Jeff Bezos wanted to blame President Trump.
	These people are probably going to try to blame President Trump as well, but it's Nike?
	Again, Tim Cook, Apple, the liberal left, Nike, one of the first sponsors out there to try to punish People that they disagreed with politically.
	And this is a Manhattan U.S.
	attorney, Jeffrey Berman, that is doing this indictment.
	So it's not coming from President Trump.
	Said that Avenatti told Nike that if his demands weren't met they would be inflicted with cut after cut after cut after cut.
	And the Manhattan U.S.
	attorney said a suit and tie doesn't mask the fact that at its core this was an old-fashioned shakedown.
	And at the same time, he got a second indictment that was put against him in California.
	Second indictment on the same day.
	And that indictment, these are charges against him in California.
	Prosecutors there allege that he stole a client's 1.6 million dollar settlement and spent the cash on personal expenses and debts to run his law firm and his former coffee business.
	He's also accused in Mississippi.
	By abusing fake tax returns to borrow 4.1 million dollars.
	And they say that he still owes the IRS more than $850,000 in unpaid taxes, penalties, and interest for 2009 and 2010, in addition to the returns for 2011 through 2013 that he never filed.
	This is not looking good for Michael Avenatti.
	And it's not looking good for his friends at MSNBC and CNN either.

	It's been very clear here for a very long time, quite frankly.
	As I said yesterday, I was on to the red herring, the obvious distraction.
	Don't look at what was discovered about the internal workings at the DNC.
	Don't look at that corruption of Hillary Clinton.
	Don't look at how they rigged it.
	You know, they want to complain about the Electoral College.
	And of course, as I said before, they are going to stuff the Electoral College, the sanctuary cities, sanctuary states will.
	If you remove that citizenship question, they'll be able to count foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing here in the United States.
	They'll be able to count them for representation.
	They'll be able to stuff the Congress with more representatives from California, New York, Illinois.
	They will be able to stuff the Electoral College as well.
	But it was Hillary Clinton who stuffed cash into the coffers of the DNC so that she could own the superdelegates.
	And no matter whether Bernie won or not, she got the delegates.
	You know, they might have a 55-45 or 60-40, he might win, come out on the high side of that, but she would still get more delegates because they had so many superdelegates.
	But they didn't want you to see that.
	And so, when the information was released, internally, not hacked by Russia, William Binney, former technical head of the NSA for decades, proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt, backing up what Wikileaks, multiple people, Julian Assange, as well as a UK ambassador said he came to the United States, he was handed the information by a disgruntled staffer.
	And then you had William Binney and other technical people saying, no, it's not possible.
	We won't go into the details of why they said that.
	I've interviewed William Binney about that in the past.
	I'm satisfied with his analysis.
	He knows what he is talking about, folks.
	He knows what can be hacked and what can't be hacked.
	Let me tell you, as former global technical head of the NSA, William Binney carries a lot of technical weight with me.
	Anyway, they didn't want people to see what was being published by disgruntled people within the DNC, so they said, Russia, Russia, Russia, and tried to distract you, said, don't pay attention to the content.
	Where did that come from?
	Oh, well, they made this fable up, and then that turned into this whole Russiagate thing, and I called BS on that from the very beginning.
	I was there at the DNC convention in July of 2016.
	And I call BS on the narrative that they were putting out at that time.
	And now we've subsequently seen all the documents, we've seen how they conspired with people in the Ukraine, Alexandria Chalupa and others, as we've had Stranahan on many times talking about the connections with the DNC, the Democrats inside Ukraine, and of course they were behind that revolution that was there to start with, but also the connections and the foreign conspiracy, the foreign connections with the UK to overthrow President Trump.
	And then there's all the corruption.
	So, this has been going on for quite some time.
	They just don't want you to look at that.
	We're going to take a look at the reactions of people.
	But again, on the hook right now is Michael Avenatti.
	He is now out on bail.
	But he's had charges filed against him in New York and California for various charges, and he's got a third incident somewhere in the middle.
	Was it Missouri?
	Mississippi?
	Somewhere.
	He's got other fraud charges against him.
	He was caught threatening Nike.
	They got him, according to the Manhattan attorney who filed charges against him, got the FBI to arrest him quickly before he could try to affect the stock of Nike, make good on his threats.
	And they had recorded him.
	Here's some of what they put into the indictment.
	They say that they record him saying, I'm not effing around with this.
	I'm not continuing to play games.
	You guys know enough now to know you've got a serious problem.
	And it's worth more an exposure to me to just blow the lid on this thing.
	A few million dollars doesn't move the needle for me.
	I'm just being really frank with you, he said.
	So I'll go and I'll go take ten billion dollars off your client's market cap.
	But I'm not effing around.
	Well, you know, he was going to pay his clients $1.5 million, and Michael Avenatti was holding out for $20 million for himself and this other lawyer, apparently, according to the allegations here.
	So that's kind of the way this guy works.
	$20 for him, $1.5 for his client, and of course, according to these other charges that are put against him, he got a $1.6 million settlement for another client in California, and according to the charges against him in California, he kept that money.
	So it's pretty consistent with what we've seen from him.
	I don't know, you know, he could have, the other way this crook could have run this thing is he could have just shorted the stock and held a press conference.
	That's the way Elon Musk would have played it.
	He was also in a lot of trouble with the SEC.
	But one of my favorite comments about this, Jeffrey Ingersoll said, read the entire indictment And he said, this is the funniest part of Avenatti's indictment.
	Number one, he allegedly makes an illegal threat.
	Number two, the Nike lawyers call the Department of Justice and report him.
	Number three, the Department of Justice calls Avenatti back and asks him to repeat himself.
	Number four, he effing does!
	It's so stupid that when they call him up to defend himself, he just says, yeah, that's what I said to them.
	Also caught up in this is attorney Mark Garagos, I think, is fired by CNN.
	I don't watch CNN.
	I watch clips of CNN.
	I try to avoid them.
	Even if they've bought the television in the airport, I tune them out.
	I put on headphones.
	I listen to a book.
	I read news.
	You know, anything to avoid CNN.
	But anyway, this guy has been a celebrity attorney for CNN.
	It is not a good week for CNN.
	Got Brian Stelter and all these other people.
	CNN, MSNBC, have given the porn lawyer, Nadi Avinati, $175 million in earned media reports, Free Bacon.
	Free Bacon, yeah, they're bringing on the bacon.

	CNN personalities were posting pictures, now deleted, posting pictures on social media of Michael Avenatti at their parties.
	They took those down.
	He was posing along with Don Lemon, CNN pundit Margaret Hoover.
	They're all grinning ear-to-ear to party.
	They're not smiling this week, are they?
	Yeah, not a good week for these people.
	MSNBC anchor talking about the Avenatti arrest said, my head is officially going to explode.
	I think that pretty much sums up the attitudes at CNN and MSNBC this week.
	And as Politico, I'm sure they hate to report this, Politico's headline, Mueller's moves doom impeachment in the Senate.

	The documents are put out there.
	They've named the former legal contributor for CNN, Mike Gergos.
	And as Julian was telling me immediately, Brian Stelter comes out and says, oh, former contributor?
	Former contributor?
	Yeah, from the former news network.
	CNN is not a news network, folks.
	CNN stands for censorship, not news.
	That's what the CNN stands for.
	That is what they have majored in.
	In the last year or so.
	They've majored in conspiracy theories.
	They've majored in censorship and trying to shut down Infowars and other media outlets.
	They're not about telling anybody anything factual.
	And yet, we know, as Breitbart points out, we know how they're going to run with us.
	They're going to run in denial that they ever did anything wrong.
	Brian Stelter, again, as he denies that Mike Garagos It was really connected with him and then they announced after that, oh yeah, we fired him.
	We've let him go.
	Yeah, he's a former contributor.
	Former as of then.
	CNN's Brian Stelter opened his Sunday show arguing that the media did nothing wrong in its coverage of the Russia hoax.
	And as he points out, they're going to meet this whole thing with total denial.
	And since we're talking about sports, and that's really who Mike Gergos was.
	He was the lawyer for Colin Kaepernick, well he's also the lawyer for Michael Jackson and of course we know according to Barbra Streisand that Michael Jackson did nothing wrong, right?
	He was just fulfilling his sexual needs.
	His sexual needs are his sexual needs and who are we to judge Michael Jackson?
	He is a very successful entertainer and we all know that if you are in Hollywood that we have to just bow down and worship you no matter what you do.
	So, you know, Barbra Streisand gets a pass, Michael Jackson gets a pass, no matter what he does.
	It didn't kill these kids.
	Yeah, he molested them, she said, but they were thrilled to be with the Thriller.
	Now, she walked it back and says, well, I, you know, the most reprehensible thing about all of that was that she didn't question whether or not the charges were true.
	She just said, it doesn't matter because Michael Jackson has his needs.
	I don't question that they were molested, she said.
	They didn't die, she went on to say.
	They didn't die, they were molested, they were thrilled to be with him, because he had his sexual needs, and his sexual needs are his sexual needs, regardless, you know, whatever his environment or his nature were, you know, his childhood, his DNA, she said.
	It's okay.
	Then she came out and said, oh, I'm profoundly sorry that people got offended by that.
	I want to embrace the truth of these accusers as well, because they have their truth.
	Everybody's got a truth.
	No, we have some absolute standards, Barb.
	We have absolute standards and we say that you don't get to use kids.
	How can you be a Me Too supporter?
	And yes, there were some kids that were drawn up in the Me Too allegations, but for the most part, they were adults.
	And so it becomes an issue of was this consensual or not?
	And we've always said you cannot have a kid consent, but they're changing those rules.
	That's why we have the transgender agenda directed towards kindergartners.
	That's why they are changing the sex of kids well before they get to puberty.
	Just give them some life-altering, permanently-altering, sterilizing drugs At an early age before they can make that decision, because if they can decide about what sex gender they are, they can decide about sex as well.
	And then these perverts in Gamora, California, can have their way with them.
	So let's take a look as we're talking about the lawyer who defended Michael Jackson, the lawyer who defended Colin Kaepernick, Mike Geragos, the person that we are told by Brian Stelter is now a former contributor.

	Mueller has had years to look at this.

	Anyway, Brit Hume says, I've never seen anything quite this bad last this long.
	He's worked for years for ABC News and he's now at Fox News.
	He said, it was a terrible thing.

	Hume said that Congress needs to investigate the behavior of the FBI and the Justice Department leading up to this getting started, and that's exactly true.

	All right, let's talk about these people.
	Are they going to come clean?
	Are they going to admit that they made mistakes?
	You know, that's always the standard for a lawsuit against somebody, for a libel.
	You can always be wrong about something.
	But if you won't correct the mistakes, Then it becomes malicious.
	You're given a certain amount of time to correct the mistakes, and if you don't correct the mistakes, then it becomes a malicious action, because you're trying to destroy people.
	And that appears to be the case.
	You've got McClatchy, for example.
	As Daily Caller points out, they're standing by one of these aspects here, the disputed story that Cohen went to Prague.
	Mueller didn't find that he went to Prague.
	They said part of this he went to the Czech Republic in April 2018.
	Bob Mueller said no, don't have any evidence of that.
	No other news outlet has confirmed the report from McClatchy that made a lot of news a year ago.
	We've had more than a year pass.
	Mueller concluded his investigation without finding any evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and with Russia.
	And yet, McClatchy says we stand by our reporting.
	And that's essentially what Andrew Cuomo was saying when he was talking to Rudy Giuliani.
	Let's play some of that clip.
	And I'm gonna probably pause you as we go through this and comment on this.
	This is Rudy Giuliani talking to Andrew Cuomo about the conclusion of the Mueller investigation.
	There was a crime or not until you investigate.
	And the idea that we didn't need to look at this.
	Russian interference wasn't real.
	There weren't real questions about who was meeting with whom.
	And they're lying about it repeatedly?
	There was absolutely not a scintilla of evidence that the President of the United States was involved.
	You know how absurd that charge was to me, being on that campaign?
	It was ridiculous.
	It would not have been believed about Hillary Clinton.
	Well, I wasn't on the campaign and I knew it was ridiculous.
	Tell me how you can make an obstruction case when he didn't destroy 30,000 emails, he didn't chop up... When is that the standard?
	He got rid of Comey?
	He said it in a way that seems to be related to what Colby did.
	How can you say that there's an obstruction charge and he starts to say there was no crime, right?
	Because we've got somebody out here who did destroy 30,000 emails.
	We've got somebody out here who did grind up their phones and their disk drives and so forth.
	And Cuomo says, since when is that a standard?
	You know, violating national security.
	At above top secret level.
	Since when is that a problem?
	You know, because we have reorganized our entire society.
	We have thrown out the Constitution.
	We've thrown out the Bill of Rights to worship this national security idea.
	And yet you've got somebody like Hillary Clinton who violates it in both quality and quantity greater than anybody ever has in history.
	No problem.
	We don't care about the crimes of Hillary Clinton, but President Trump, we're going to say, somehow obstructed justice even though there was no crime.
	And you hear Cuomo's still on this line.
	He fired Comey.
	That's not obstruction.
	And Giuliani goes on with that.
	Let's continue on with that.
	He's allowed to fire anyone that works for him, and he has seven good reasons to do it.
	Well, but he could have had some bad reasons, too.
	That doesn't matter, as long as he had a good reason.
	It does in terms of why you look.
	Come on, Rudy.
	No, there is no reason.
	He doesn't need to have a reason.
	He had every right to fire Comey.
	Good or bad.
	In fact, that was an intrusion on the President's power.
	And why do these guys around him, and including the President, keep lying about these things?
	Because people lie all the time.
	You told me.
	Martha Stewart lied when there was no underlying crime.
	Maybe they're embarrassed.
	Maybe they forget.
	But if you lie, people look.
	Maybe they get tricked.
	Maybe they get tricked is right.
	Mike Weissman, who has been cited three times for unethical behavior.
	Disgraceful that Mueller had him working for him.
	The man is a menace.
	The man is an absolute menace.
	Look at the ethics of Mueller.
	Hold it right there.
	Take a look at the ethics of Mueller himself.
	Again, look at what he did with the Whitey Bulger case.
	Look at what he did with the son of Isaac Asimov.
	Case after case that Bob Mueller has entrapped people, that innocent people have been run through the ringer, had their reputation, their lives ruined by Bob Mueller over nothing.
	As he was picked, remember, the author, the lawyer, author, who wrote the book, Three Felonies a Day, said that he's had dealings with Bob Mueller, and he said, this guy is a torquiamata.
	In other words, he has absolutely no ethics.
	No ethics whatsoever.
	And yet, there was absolutely nothing, as this thing drugged on and on and on, who other than somebody at MSNBC, CNN, or someone like Stephen Colbert, Who could be so incredibly biased or hateful?
	They had to be that biased or hateful to think that there was going to be something there after all of that time.
	The only thing that was happening, the only thing that was turning up was evidence to exonerate President Trump and the people around him.
	If there had been anything there, they would have done something about it long before that.
	It's amazing that they could keep themselves going that long.

	We're going to take a look at where this is all headed after Mueller's report, but I just want to take a diversion here for a moment and take a look at Apple.
	I think the best take on this, we had a lot of people in the run-up to this big unveiling as the LA Times was writing about it.
	Apple's Hollywood moment draws intense interest and skepticism.
	They were going to, and did, introduce Apple TV streaming and a news bundle.
	And as many people are saying, this is probably going to wind up in court, because we've already got Apple, just like we've seen with Google, shutting down their rivals.
	And Apple has been shutting down anybody that they don't agree with, quite frankly.
	And it is really the leadership of Tim Cook.
	Tim Apple, as President Trump said.
	But I think the onion had the best take on the apple.
	Their headline was, Apple unveils a panicked man with no ideas.
	An effectual, idea-free man whom Apple unveiled on stage today.
	And I got a picture of Tim Cook standing there with his hands folded.
	There you can see it right there.
	The white, ultra-thin man who exhibited such features as artificial excitement, a fully quavering voice, and what appears to be a near-total lack of inspiration, was put on full display for thousands of shareholders, industry insiders, reporters, and fans today in what Apple hopes will be a game-changer for the multinational corporation.
	He said, our customers expect the best products from Apple and that is what we will continue to deliver.
	Continued, the feckless man offering a tedious, innovation-free display and a high rate of perspiration.
	The completely ineffectual male reportedly is priced at $4.17 million per year and is also expected to both shape and to inform all Apple products and their design for years to come.
	And that's the problem.
	That's the problem.
	You just can't replace somebody like Steve Jobs.
	Steve Jobs was a difficult guy to work for from all reports.
	Very difficult.
	He had very high expectations of everybody.
	But he was very innovative.
	I knew a guy, as the Apple came out, as the Mac came out, I was one of the first people in the area to buy one, and I met another guy who was just as excited about the game changer that was not even at the surface of the machine, but was down in the internals, the way the whole thing had been restructured.
	And it really was a revolutionary product.
	Now, of course, it wasn't strictly Steve Jobs' idea.
	The whole thing had been done at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center prior to that, but they hadn't been able to take a product to market.
	They hadn't been able to take an affordable product to market, and that was the genius of Steve Jobs.
	As Ellison, who owns Oracle, said, Steve Jobs liked his yacht, liked Ellison's yacht.
	And he said, I want one exactly like that.
	But he said, he went in and as they were, you know, getting ready to build it, he said, but I want you to change this and change that and change that and change that.
	And Nelson said, by the time he finished it was completely different.
	And every change that he made was better.
	And that was the way things were with Steve Jobs.
	And I will point out, That Apple did not join the Prism NSA snooping program.
	They were the last big corporation to join that prior, just prior, to the release of the documents by Ed Snowden showing when these different corporations had got in.
	Of course, Microsoft and Bill Gates, they were in there from the very beginning.
	They were the first ones in that snooping program.
	But when Steve Jobs was there, they were not interested in that.
	They were not interested in spying on people.
	They were interested in creating products.

	It just never ceases to annoy me that James Clapper lied to Congress on a very material issue.
	Everybody knew that he was lying.
	I've played the clip before of Michael Hayden, who was also director of the CIA, who was also director of the NSA, going to the law students at Washington and Lee College in Virginia and telling them, I'm so upset with Ron Wyden for asking that question of James Clapper.
	Yeah, he knew that that program was going on.
	Ron Wyden, all the senators there knew, all their staff knew what we were doing, and he put him on the spot and made him lie.
	It's like, are you serious?
	Yeah, we all knew.
	We all knew.
	We knew here as well!
	Because we had heard from William Binney and other NSA whistleblowers like Thomas Drake that they were violating the Constitution.
	That they were doing dragnet surveillance of all Americans.
	That they had spent a fortune on an outside program that would allow them to do that.
	So spending a lot of money to do that when Thomas Drake and William Binney and others had developed internally in the NSA a way that they could anonymously filter out information without violating the law, without violating the Constitution.
	They said, no, we're not interested in that.
	We got our friends out here who want to make a lot of money and we want to be able to spy on the American people.
	It is always that way.
	It's why there is a public-private partnership.
	For the corporations to make money and for the government to do whatever it wishes to know everything about the public, regardless of what the law says, regardless of what the Bill of Rights and the Constitution say.
	It's always that way.
	But of course you had the patriots within the NSA who were driven out.
	They almost put them in jail.
	And so we knew about all that.
	Ron Wyden knew about it.
	And when I saw that clip, my comment, When I played that report, I commented on it, and I said, you know, the really disgusting thing is that all the Senators would know that.
	We knew that.
	They knew that.
	And nobody but Ron Wyden would stand up to him and say that.
	And kudos to Ron Wyden for doing that.
	And I don't agree with Ron Wyden on anything else.
	And I'll say that.
	I'm not endorsing everything that Ron Wyden does.
	I would totally disagree.
	on economics and and so many other different areas but good for him for standing up to those crooks and yet even though James Clapper lied under oath lied about something that was material that was very important covering up for a systemic corruption in the surveillance and espionage agencies they never came after him for perjury and yet for immaterial
	Processed type of crimes that Mueller got against Roger Stone and other people.
	Oh, I'm going to ask you this.
	Totally immaterial stuff.
	And then presuming that because they disagree with his answer, they're going to come after him for lying to Congress.
	What a charade that is.
	The double standard that is out there.
	It just makes me want to... Well, never mind.
	Let's go back to Rudy Giuliani and Andrew Cuomo.
	Just pick up where we were, just to remind you.
	Rudy Giuliani is saying there was never anything there, and you're going to look past the crimes of Hillary Clinton and the violations of national security?
	Do you want to talk about obstruction and look at how she destroyed evidence and so forth?
	And Andrew Cuomo is saying, oh, but Trump fired Comey.
	It's like, so what?
	He didn't do anything, and really, that was the trap that they were trying to set for President Trump, I think, the process crime that would allow them to keep this thing moving forward.
	To say, well, if you get rid of Mueller, now you are engaged in obstruction, even though there's no crime there.
	There's no crime to find.
	But they kept going after one individual after the other.
	Here's the, let's continue on with this, because it's very good, the back and forth between Rudy Giuliani and Andrew Cuomo at CNN.
	You can argue the personnel.
	How can you have, how could you possibly, how can you possibly with a straight face say that you would find a crime with Trump obstructing when Hillary Clinton destroyed 30,000, she has a lot to do with it because of precedent.
	She, let me finish my sentence.
	She destroyed 30,000 emails.
	She took a hammer to her cell phones.
	She whitewashed her service.
	He didn't do any of that.
	How can you say this is obstruction?
	Second, what was obstructed?
	The thing went forward.

	He admitted multiple felonies.

	I said, I can't believe that they're actually admitting that they're going to go after Hillary.
	But then what was even more unbelievable was after Comey said multiple felonies have been committed, that he wasn't going to come after her.
	You know, she's too big to jail.
	And that was the approach that has always been taken.
	HSBC, where he was board of directors, was too big to jail.
	It would not be in our best interest to jail them for crimes.
	It would not be in our best interest to jail Hillary Clinton or the Clinton Foundation.
	They're just too big to jail.

	You know, the Mueller Report debunked a lot of conspiracy claims that have been made by the left.
	For example, Trump was a Russian informant for eight years.
	These are put together by WND.

	Nope, no he wasn't.
	Trump oversaw the campaign's coordination with Moscow of computer hacking and social media assaults on Democrat opponent Hillary Clinton.
	Again.
	No supporting of that by Mueller, because there was no evidence of that.
	As a matter of fact, we knew it was just the opposite, as I've said before.
	Interviews that I've had with William Binney, others, proving that it wasn't a hack by any foreign country.
	That's what WikiLeaks said.
	You know, the interesting thing about this is, of course, they pretty much gagged WikiLeaks everywhere, even gagged Julian Assange's mother on social media.
	WikiLeaks has never lied about any of this.
	As opposed to CNN and MSNBC, which have told us nothing but lies.
	And they are trying their best to keep Wikileaks quiet in all this.
	But, you know, we knew that there wasn't any computer hacking involved.
	There wasn't any, you know, bot attacks on Hillary Clinton and so forth.
	And this wasn't in the Mueller Here's another lie that was disproven by the Mueller Report.
	The lie was that Trump had a special computer server at Trump Tower that was directly connected to Moscow's Alpha Bank run by Russian oligarchs.
	Now, here's an example of something that is, as I've said all along, when you look at what was really being done by Hillary Clinton, You see that what she was actually doing, the crimes that she was actually committing, were being projected onto President Trump.
	Here's an example.
	To say that Trump had a special computer server at Trump Tower, okay, it was Hillary Clinton that had the special computer server.
	She knew, or should have known if she was even moderately competent, that that was a violation of national security.
	Extreme violation of national security, but she put all of her top secret and above top secret discussions with other foreign heads of state that are born above top secret.
	She put that on a server that was unsecured, that was at her residence or place of business or whatever.
	I don't know exactly where the place was she had it stored, but it was her own private server and she has a domain name called Clintonemails.com in case you're a foreign agent and you're having a hard time finding it.
	And look at how they project her crimes on President Trump saying that he had a special computer server at Trump Tower and that he was directly connected to Moscow's Alfa Bank run by Russian oligarchs.
	When in reality we now know that Hillary Clinton had software from the Chinese government that sent a copy to the Chinese government of everything that she sent or received.
	So everything that they're saying about President Trump in Russia was true of Hillary Clinton in China.
	It was true of Hillary Clinton and her private server.
	This is the way they projected their crimes onto other people.
	We see this from the left all the time.
	And the way that they were able to keep him under investigation while they covered up for her, while she deleted the emails.
	I mean, just the whole idea that the FBI, after the outrageous raids that we saw on Paul Manafort and Roger Stone and so forth, that they would go to After she claimed that she was hacked by Russians and so forth, that they would go there and her employees, her privately hired contractors, would tell the FBI, these are not the servers you're looking for.
	Go away!
	Using these Jedi mind tricks on them, right?
	And they just immediately go away and said, oh, OK, well, we'll just accept your conclusion.
	That's precisely what it was.
	It was not.
	17 intelligence agencies.
	Can you list the 17 intelligence agencies?
	Do you think Chris Cuomo or Don Lemon or Rachel Maddow can enumerate 17 intelligence agencies?
	No, they cannot.
	I mean, it goes to all these different little agencies like the Coast Guard and so forth.
	They were not involved in assessing this.
	It was Hillary Clinton who came up with that, and I was just handed a article here by my producer.
	Charges have been dropped in the Jussie Smollett case.
	Well, that's convenient.
	It pays to have friends in high places, doesn't it?
	Yeah, and it pays to be in the jurisdiction of Chicago.
	You know, when this came out, the Chicago police A black police officer, as a matter of fact, who was in charge of that, was very adamant about how angry he was about this faked racial attack that was being used.
	And a lot of people, a lot of people who are black say, how dare him put that out there?
	It undermines the credibility, folks, whenever you do these fake racist attacks.
	It undermines the credibility of real racism.
	There's real racism out there that needs to be addressed.
	And when you cry wolf, number one, it gets people disinclined to believe charges of real racism.
	But it also is very dangerous because it invites a race war, which is exactly what all the Democrat candidates are doing right now with reparations.
	Oh, we just want to have a discussion.
	We don't really know how we're going to take the money from white Peter over here and pay black Paul over here.
	We don't really know how we're going to do that, but we need to talk about it a lot because we need to get people fighting.
	And voting for me!
	And so you had a black police officer say that this was, you know, they're going to come after him.
	But you had people above saying that, no, we're going to make sure that he walks.
	You had friends in high places just like Hillary Clinton, Jussie Smollett.
	Now charges have been dropped in the Jussie Smollett case.
	Yeah, just like Hillary Clinton.
	He has friends in high places.
	Let's continue down with the claims that have been debunked by the Mueller investigation.
	Here was a false claim that Trump had a, let's see, that the campaign was engaged in a massive conspiracy with the Kremlin to win the election.
	No, that wasn't true.
	Mueller found that that was not true.
	The campaign colluded with Russia by removing a Republican platform plank supporting Ukraine.
	No, that's not true either.
	What is true, however, Is that the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton and Victoria Nuland and the Obama State Department collaborated with George Soros and other NGOs to create a revolution in Ukraine.
	That they then went on to work with Democrat operative Alexandria Chalupa, as I've discussed many times with Lee Stranahan, to conspire with them to create false documents to try to entrap President Trump.
	There's your collusion!
	See how they project this?
	They say, oh, well, you know, the Republicans, they removed a platform plank that supported Ukraine.
	No, it was the Democrats who were supporting the criminal regime in Ukraine.
	And let's be frank, folks, there was a criminal regime before them as well.
	It isn't like there's a good guy involved in this.
	It's just like the situation with Syria.
	There's not a good guy there.
	But there's also not a reason for us to get involved in a war there.
	There's also not a reason for us to choose their government.
	Let's put our criminal in charge there.
	Moving on, we've got another false charge that Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen secretly traveled to Prague.
	Again, McClatchy says we're not going to back down on that.
	They're the only ones who reported that.
	It's been out there for over a year.
	They said we stand by it, but Mueller doesn't stand by it.
	No other Press Agency has supported that, but McClatchy is firm.
	They're going to continue on with that false charge.
	The charge that campaign volunteer Carter Page, former campaign manager Paul Manafort, coordinated election interference with Moscow didn't happen, according to Mueller.
	That Page met secretly in Moscow with two Putin operatives who offered bribes to eliminate U.S.
	economic sanctions.
	That didn't happen either.
	They hit a drywall.
	They had a lot of massive charges.
	And as you see, most of those were projections of crimes of Hillary Clinton that she actually committed.
	And now, is she going to answer for that?

	That is true, what Brian Stelter says.
	I don't know that he was fired to the point that Brian Stelter said he was, but he is gone now.
	But he has been a go-to lawyer for them.
	And quite frankly, I think this guy is probably a pretty good lawyer.
	He got a lot of results for Colin Kaepernick.
	He got Michael Jackson, the obvious pedophile, off the hook.
	And now he's gotten Jussie Smollett, who is obviously a race-baiting charlatan, got him off the hook.
	Even though the local police didn't want that to happen.
	So the guy is probably a pretty good lawyer, Geragos.
	But he's going to need a really good lawyer now.
	I don't know if he wants to represent himself.
	That's always a difficult thing for a lawyer to do.
	But he better find a good lawyer.
	He and Avenatti better find really good lawyers.
	They better hope that they got enough money from Jussie Smollett.
	We'll see what happens with that.
	Now, going back to the reaction of people from the Mueller Report, I want to get the reaction of Cory Booker.

	Daily Caller contacted all of the Democrat candidates and asked them for comments on the Mueller finding.
	And guess what?
	They wouldn't answer any questions about that whatsoever.
	Silence.
	Crickets.
	Just like if you ask them, well, what do you mean by race reparations?
	And I have to say that what the Democrat field is doing on race reparations is even more dangerous and more reprehensible than what Jussie Smollett did.
	They're trying to inflame a race war here.
	They don't have any solution about who they're going to get money from, who they're going to give money to.
	We just need to talk about this.
	Why do they need to talk about that?
	Well, because they want to virtue signal to black voters and to guilty white liberals that they're going to do something about it.
	But they have absolutely no way to do anything about this.
	As I've pointed out many times, who are you going to give the money to?
	Barack Obama, half black, half white.
	Does he pay himself?
	His black father, if it is the individual that he says is his father.
	Maybe if it's the Davis guy, maybe he does have a case.
	I don't know.
	But of course, all that stuff is sealed.
	Maybe we will find out.
	Information about Barack Obama's name change, where he went, his multiple, his weird social security numbers, his college records that have been sealed, you know, all these aliases and birth certificates.
	Maybe that will all be at the Barack Obama library for half a billion dollars.
	No, I don't think so.
	Even though it'll cost that much money, they're not going to have any documents at the Barack Obama library.
	How perfect is that?
	A guy whose total background is sealed to us.
	But again, what are we going to do?
	Barack Obama, regardless of who his father is, who he's dreaming his father is, he's half black, half white.
	So what do we do about him?
	What do we do about his kids?
	Do we take money from white people just because they're white?
	Or do they have to have ancestors who owned slaves?
	I mean, what is the standard here?
	You know, you've got people at Princeton, at their theological seminary there, who are saying that they want money.
	And I looked at that and it's like, are you kidding me?
	Is that what they are studying at Princeton Theological Seminary?
	If they want to get money based on reparations, maybe these seminary students ought to get all of their money back because they're not studying any theology there whatsoever.
	Princeton is a theological seminary from the establishment Presbyterian Church, the mainline Presbyterian Church, which only has 1.4 million members.
	They have fewer mainline Presbyterians now.
	Then we do witches in America.
	Remember that story from a couple of weeks ago?
	There are more people who confess to being witches than there are people who are mainline Presbyterian.
	And there's a couple of different denominations.
	The Presbyterians have split in a couple of different ways.
	And the other groups of Presbyterians are even smaller than that one.
	And that's the group that is now associated with Princeton.
	You know, Princeton began as a theological seminary, just like Harvard began as a theological seminary.
	And now they've become the seminaries of Satan.
	anti-christian as they can be and so good luck getting money from Princeton Maybe you'd be better off suing the Church of Satan.
	You probably have more members there that you could get some cash costs up there from those people.
	But let's get back to the reactions of the Democrat candidates.
	Most of them, like I said with reparations, don't have any comment on this except that Daily Caller cornered Cory Booker.
	And here's a little bit of a clip where he had to give some kind of an answer.
	Here's Cory Booker.
	So real collusion going on, you said.
	Do you now have to revise that to say not chargeable collusion?
	Again, when I have an attorney general, who in my opinion is suspect, filtering a report that I have not seen, I'm not willing to conclude anything yet based upon a letter that he wrote.
	Press me on that.
	But Bob Mueller didn't charge anyone for conspiracy, collusion on the election.
	Right.
	So you know that at the criminal level, Bob Mueller's now done.
	He's not doing the probe anymore.
	Bob Mueller is a soldier that knows that his department has said a sitting president cannot be charged, cannot be indicted.
	And so again, I think that this is an issue for Congress.
	Let's look at the fact pattern.
	Let's look at the report and come to our own conclusion.
	Okay, if he had collusion, folks, I read you those very serious charges that were being made by the Democrats against President Trump, that he's in collusion with the Russians, he's feeding them information, and on and on and on.
	If any of that were true, that would be grounds for Trump's impeachment, and that's what they were expecting to find.
	They expected that President Trump was going to be let out of the White House in handcuffs.
	Why?
	Because he would be guilty, if those charges that I read you were true, any of them, he would be guilty of treason.
	But they were nothing but the partisan lies and imaginations of people like Cory Booker.
	Now, when he was asked by the Daily Caller, he just demurred with essentially a no comment.
	Well, I've got to look at the report when it's actually released.
	Again, I think there's going to be a lot in the report that's going to continue this journey, which is an investigation, to really cripple matters.
	Yeah, that's really what they're going to do.
	Now, they caught him to get that Essentially, no comment.
	But you heard him there, saying, well, you know, Bob Mueller can't put any conclusions in there because he doesn't have the ability to convict the President.
	It's like, no, you put charges out there, and yes, he's not going to arrest the President, but if there are crimes out there, the process, and Cory Booker certainly knows this, the process is that the House votes to impeach the President, which is like an indictment.
	And then the trial goes to the Senate.
	So just like you have in a regular, ordinary citizen, you have an indictment and then you have a trial for a sitting president to keep this type of thing that we've had happen for the last two years.
	To keep scurrilous, ridiculous charges without any substance from tying up the president constantly in court.
	Although they have tied him up for the last couple of years with these ridiculous charges.
	To keep that from happening, the intention is that instead of having a grand jury indictment and then a trial, you would have a congressional impeachment and then a trial in the Senate.
	You would remove the individual from office and then there would be a criminal trial with penalties assessed.
	But none of that is true.
	And Cory Booker knows that none of that is true.
	And so does John Brennan.
	Who has gone from supplying questions and answers to the media to becoming a talking head himself.
	Former CIA Director John Brennan said yesterday that he, quote, suspected that there was more than there actually was.
	Oh, really?
	He never had any suspicions.
	He was always certain.
	Don't you remember how certain John Brennan was about all this stuff?
	He says, I don't know if I received bad information, but I think I suspected there was more than there actually was.
	I am relieved, said John Brennan.
	I'm relieved.
	It's been determined there's no criminal conspiracy with the Russian government.
	Oh, I bet he's relieved.
	Yeah, you should be relieved of his freedom!
	It's really hard to have the energy at the end of the day to still get to the gym, or to go for a run, or go to the park, or heck, even take your dog for a walk.
	Believe me, I know.
	I spend hours in front of a screen, and then hours in front of bright lights every day.

	Alright, as we went to break, I was saying that Brennan is now walking us back yesterday on Morning Joe.
	Saying, well, I guess maybe I got some bad information.
	I think, I suspect that maybe there was more there than was actually there.
	I'm relieved that it's been determined that there was no criminal conspiracy with the Russian government over our election.
	I think that's good news for the country.
	Let me tell you what would be good news for the country.
	John Brennan and his collusion, his criminal conspiracy with people in the British government to try to take down our election.

	And that should begin right there with John Brennan, James Clapper, Hayden and others.
	Rand Paul, time to investigate Obama officials who spread the Russia hoax.
	They didn't just spread it, they fabricated it and then spread it.
	You've got Lindsey Graham tweeting out to or replying to Comey saying, it's coming.
	Your unprofessional conduct, your troubling behavior by Lynch and Comey.
	There is a special investigation that is coming.
	And Donald Trump saying it is time to investigate the left for treasonous things.
	And it absolutely is.
	I hope that now, after they held their fire, waited, because you saw that back and forth with Chris Cuomo, saying, oh, it was obstruction, obstruction.
	There was no obstruction.
	They let the investigation by Mueller run its course.
	And now it is time to investigate the lies and the corruption and the conspiracies that have been uncovered in the last two years about them, as they projected that stuff onto President Trump.
	Alright, let's talk about the Opium Wars.
	If you remember your history, There were a couple of opium wars by the British against the Chinese back in the 1800s.
	The first opium war was 1839 to 1842.
	Then there was a second opium war from 1856 to 1860.
	Then there was a second opium war from 1856 to 1860.
	Now prior to the opium wars, a British historian, Angus Madison, said that prior to those opium wars, China's economy was the largest in the world.
	But within a decade of the end of the second opium war, China's share of global GDP had fallen to half of what it had been.
	Now what was going on here?
	Well, the British East India Company began to smuggle opium from India into China.
	They had opium dens.
	They were taking down the Chinese government with drug addiction.
	And I do not support in any way shape or form the drug war, because it wasn't constitutional, because it is a UN agenda, because it hasn't been effective for 50 years.
	We do have a drug problem though, and the drug problem has escalated exponentially with fentanyl.
	That is coming out of China.
	What they are doing, folks, is they are running an opium war in reverse against us.
	It was the British and the Europeans who shipped in opium, destroyed China's people, China's economy.
	They would, by 1787, the British were sending in 4,000 chests Each chest weighed 170 pounds, and they were sending in 4,000 chests of opium to China a year.
	The Chinese emperor passed many decrees and edicts against opium in the early 1700s and into the early 1800s, but it didn't stop it.
	You know, you can't prohibit the flow of this stuff.
	Once these people got the drug, they wanted it.
	And so they had a thriving black market.
	You can't stop drug use by force.
	It is a spiritual issue.
	You can try to address it.
	Psychological issue, medical issue, whatever.
	Ultimately, folks, it is a spiritual issue.
	It is filling a void that is there.
	And that's why interdiction and prohibition have never worked.
	They didn't work for alcohol.
	Doesn't mean that alcohol is a good thing.
	It hasn't worked for any of the drugs that we prohibited.
	And those drugs were not prohibited constitutionally, and it is a UN agenda.
	It has corrupted our country, destroyed the Constitution.
	But, going back to the history, interesting that some of the American opium smugglers included the great-grandfather of FDR.
	Isn't that interesting?
	FDR's great-grandfather was an opium smuggler.
	You had John Kerry's ancestors, former Secretary of State John Kerry.
	His ancestors were smugglers in that, kind of like the Kennedy clan.
	You know, the patriarch of the Kennedy clan was a guy who was involved in the black market during alcohol prohibition.
	China initially tried to get foreign countries to stop their opium stores in exchange for tea, but they didn't do that.
	And, of course, we also had the HSBC Bank began and all that.
	Comey was on the board of directors.
	That was the Hong Kong-Shanghai Bank.
	They began with the opium trade.
	Yeah, it's just shameful what the Western governments did.
	But now the Chinese are returning the favor.
	You know, we have heroin that's derived from morphine.
	Morphine is there naturally in the poppy plant that grows in abundance in Afghanistan.
	And we have made sure that we got bumper crops of that stuff.
	No, you get the morphine from the poppy plant and then you can take that natural morphine and you can intensify it into heroin.
	But fentanyl is a synthetic version of morphine and it is 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine. As a matter of fact, people can get a lethal dose of fentanyl just absorbed into their skin with as little as a quarter of a milligram. A quarter of a milligram.
	Overdose fatalities involving heroin or fentanyl are rising.
	Reports are that close to 30,000 Americans died from opioid overdoses in 2014, which brings us to China.
	Why aren't they shutting it down?
	You know, they said they're going to shut it down.
	But when you talk about it, Grant Newsham points out that there was an editorial that ostensibly appeared in the Washington Post by John Pomfret And that was shut down by the Washington Post, turning it into a puff piece.
	Why aren't they shutting it down?
	In a word, folks, because President Xi and the Chinese Communists are a bunch of gangsters and pirates.
	And this is just the latest example.
	When we look at the China price, the China price has always included piracy and copyright Violations, it's included slave labor, currency value manipulation, unequal trade tariffs.
	It's about money.
	They're making a lot of money doing this, and it is a way for them to destroy America, destroy America's economy, destroy America's people, exactly like we did to them.
	It doesn't justify the fact that we did it to them, but that's the strategy that they are using.
