	Today we have some very important update news about the 9-11 investigation.
	Yeah, it's still going.
	We have diehard people, the lawyers committee, for investigating 9-11.
	I talked to them last April when they put out a nearly 60-page document detailing why they believe there were explosives.
	Now, and then the next news update was in December, And we learned that a U.S.
	District Attorney had accepted that as a grand jury.
	So they're basically allowing them to move forward with a grand jury.
	That was a big surprise.
	It wasn't a surprise that they had put together all that data.
	That was a summary of data that people have been talking about, have known about, since this all happened.
	But the fact that a grand jury was then convened, that the The Department of Justice would actually follow the law.
	That was a big surprise.
	And now, they have gotten to the point where they have now named names in an indictment type of document.
	We'll talk about that.
	Those names have now been redacted as they move forward.
	They haven't actually done an indictment, but as they continue with the investigation, they have some people that they want to look at.
	You know, the purpose of a grand jury, when they conclude, is to indict.
	People.
	So we'll be talking about that today.
	Also, we have Brexit being shut down.
	I guess we could call it betray it now.
	That's really what it's become in the UK.
	And we're going to talk about what's going on here in America as well with the Republican Party.
	Another kind of betray it.
	Betraying the voters here who voted for President Trump.
	The key issue was the border.
	And the key tactic was the border wall.
	And one of the reasons for that, of course, is that once somebody gets into this country, they get into the legal system where the judges have absolutely no respect for the law.
	We just had a judge who said, you can't require a citizenship question on the census.
	And most people, I don't think, understand.
	I've talked about this before, but I haven't seen any outrage in the conservative press over that decision.
	That is a very, very important decision.
	It's as important as if one judge declared that all foreign citizens here illegally, criminally trespassing, all those foreign citizens can vote.
	Because even if those foreign citizens can't vote, they can get into the sanctuary cities like California.
	California will then use the census to get more representation.
	So it doesn't really matter if they vote or not.
	The Democrats in California will get more seats in Congress.
	And that is really the most important and dangerous thing about this judge's decision.
	It's just as dangerous as if he'd given the vote to the illegals, because he's given more representation to the sanctuary states, just by one judge's fiat.
	That's why we have to have a wall.
	Now to fight President Trump with every aspect of this, Republicans have been pretending that they can't get it done or whatever.
	Now we've got Mike Lee as the fifth GOP senator coming out and saying, well, you know, because the Constitution, I can't vote for this.
	We're going to expose the fraud of that.
	Mo Brooks, who is a congressman, he should have run for Senate.
	And should have been the nominee, unfortunately, in Alabama when Roy Moore was.
	Hopefully he will run.
	That was a special election.
	There's another election coming up.
	Hopefully Mo Brooks will run.
	to become senator. But he said this is absolute nonsense, absolute nonsense, to say from a constitutional standpoint that the president doesn't have not only the right under the Constitution but the duty to do this.
	That's what a lot of us have been complaining about. President Trump should have done more and to act unilaterally because we know that the GOP is just as much a betrayal of these principles and this election as the conservatives and Theresa May in the UK are betraying that election for Brexit.

	We're going to have Eric Peters join us later in the program as we look at what's happening with the grounding of all these Boeing 737 masks.
	And of course, they've now been grounded in the United States.
	It's very similar to what Eric Peters has been talking about happening with your car.
	And so we're going to talk about where the rubber meets the road.
	Not just with airplanes.
	It is an ongoing fatal conceit.
	About how the automated systems are going to make all of our transportation, everything that we do, they are better at everything than we are.
	And if you get into an emergency situation with your car, you're going to find yourself, in many cars, fighting with the computer, who thinks it knows better than you do.
	And I think that is what happened with these Boeing 737s, as I reported on Monday.
	Some early indications of that, some people have been investigating what was going on with this, had said they thought that was the situation and then we've had some complaints by pilots that have been released where they were complaining about that same type of situation.
	Undocumented safety features that would jump in at the last minute and fight them in a stall condition.
	So perhaps that is the situation.
	We don't know, but it certainly is a situation on the road.
	So we're talking about mobility issues, transportation issues with Eric Peters and with freedom issues because that's all what that involves later in the program.
	I want to begin by taking a look at new information about 9-11.
	If you remember back last April, I talked to and interviewed a couple of people from the Lawyers Committee to investigate 9-11.
	And at the time they had produced, it was back on April the 10th, they had produced a 52 page petition.
	It was accompanied by 57 exhibits.
	It presented extensive evidence that explosives were used to destroy the three, not two, three.
	Only two were hit by a plane.
	Three of them fell into their footprints.
	All three of them within just a few hours.
	And of course that third building that wasn't hit by a plane The BBC announced that it had fallen.
	20 minutes before it came down.
	You can see it over the shoulder of the BBC reporter.
	Nothing to be concerned about there, right?
	Just believe the official conspiracy theory.
	Do not question the authorities.
	Do not question your masters.
	Well, a lot of people, and good for them.
	Lawyers Committee has been working on this for a long time.
	Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth.
	You have pilots who have come out and said the official story doesn't fly.
	You can't fly planes that fast, that low?
	Where is the wreckage of the Pentagon building?
	Where are the leftover parts, the engines especially, at the crash site?
	Why is that hole so small compared to the size of a plane?
	And on and on.
	So many factual questions, so few answers.
	So they presented 57 exhibits.
	That provided extensive evidence that explosives were used to destroy these three towers on 9-11.
	That evidence included independent scientific lab analysis of World Trade Center dust samples showing the presence of high-tech explosives and or incendiaries.
	Numerous firsthand reports by first responders of seeing and hearing explosions at the World Trade Center on 9-11.
	Expert analysis of seismic evidence that explosions occurred at the World Trade Center towers on 9-11, both prior to the airplane impacts, prior to the airplane impacts, prior to the building collapse.
	Understand that?
	Prior to the planes hitting the building, seismic evidence, and then before the buildings collapse, more explosions.
	Not a seismic from the collapse of the building.
	And expert analysis and testimony by architects, engineers, scientists concluding that the rapid onset symmetrical near free fall acceleration collapse of these three World Trade Center high-rise buildings on 9-11 exhibited the key characteristics of controlled demolition.
	Just go to YouTube and take a look at controlled demolitions.
	And you'll find that most of the sites don't do as good a job as they did with those three towers on 9-11.
	It's difficult to get the buildings to collapse straight down in free fall.
	A lot of times they'll hitch on something and they'll fall over to the side.
	I didn't see it when it fell.
	I didn't have television.
	We probably lived in a rural area where we didn't get television.
	So I was getting my news third hand.
	I had relatives who had come from New York.
	They knew some people who were still in New York.
	My wife had a cousin who worked in one of the trade center buildings.
	She got out.
	But I got all these panic calls from people, telling me everything that had happened.
	And then I had a relative call and say they've collapsed.
	And I'm thinking, wow, how much of Manhattan did that take out?
	You know, I'm assuming.
	I haven't seen anything.
	I'm just taking the oral reports that I'm hearing.
	I'm figuring that it collapsed over that way, which typically even happens with controlled demolitions.
	No, straight down.
	All three of them.
	Two planes, three buildings.
	Two planes, three buildings.
	Think about that.
	And of course the third building was announced 20 minutes before it fell by the BBC.
	Awkward!
	Except also, if you go to YouTube, not only take a look at the demolitions of buildings, but also take a look at some of the outtakes from the BBC and you'll understand how they could make such a goofy mistake.
	Some of the most amateur Stuff I've ever seen comes out of the BBC.
	They have lavish sets and they have automated cameras and those automated cameras seem to have a mind of their own.
	Pan around and have empty desks and stuff.
	It's a hoot to watch the outtakes of the live BBC broadcasts.
	But there's a very important one that gets to the center of the death of thousands of people that destroyed our Bill of Rights.
	That's what collapsed in a dust heap on that day as well.
	We lost far more than 3,000 lives.
	The July 30th amended petition included the same evidence but also addressed several additional federal crimes beyond the federal bombing crime that they say happened in the original petition.
	Now, where are we?
	Well, that was in April.
	And then they did an update in July.
	Then in December, A U.S.
	attorney agreed to comply with federal law.
	That was news in and of itself.
	We reported that when that happened.
	Free Thought Project announced that and covered that article there.
	They've got an update today about what happened.
	But back in December, the U.S.
	state, the U.S.
	attorney agreed to comply with federal law and that would require that this petition be submitted to a special grand jury.
	Submitting to them evidence, again, it was 57 scientific exhibits, 52 page petition, and so presenting that evidence explosives were used to bring down the World Trade Centers.
	Now the group behind the submission, the Lawyers Committee for 9-11 Inquiry, announced the filing of a petition supplement that names persons Who may have information related to the use of said explosives.
	According to Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth, a 33-page document, that's the supplement that's just been added to the original 52-page document, contains 15 different categories of persons who may have information material to the investigation, including contractors, security companies that had access to the World Trade Center before 9-11, persons and entities who benefited financially From the World Trade Center demolition?
	Yeah, a lot of financial benefit.
	We got some Wall Street insider trading, but we got Silverstein who announced pull it.
	That's also the term that you use when you do a demolition, right?
	And they said, well, it was on fire, so we just decided we'd go ahead and take it down.
	Well, you can't do a demolition Without having put the explosives in, done a study with engineers to figure out where you've got to put those explosives and have that in there for quite some time in advance.
	You don't just, on the spur of the moment, demolish a building and have it fall into its footprint.
	So yeah, there are people that need to be questioned about this.
	And they said the names redacted version is now public.
	Uh, filed, uh, February the 14th.
	Uh, the unredacted version that was filed with U.S.
	Attorney today will remain undisclosed in the interest of maintaining the secrecy, the security, and the integrity of the grand jury proceeding.

	I was just talking about the 9-11, the update on this lawyers committee for a 9-11 inquiry.
	They are on this, folks.
	They do not give up.
	I believe, if I'm not mistaken, it was about a year ago that I had them on.
	I think this is the same organization that Ed Asner was doing announcements and commercials and stuff for.
	I believe he's also affiliated with that group.
	But regardless, these guys are on the trail here, folks.
	And as I always say about any of these things that look suspicious when the government gives it to us, we don't always know exactly what happened.
	They are running an investigation here and they're saying, you know, look, we have evidence.
	Hard evidence.
	Factual evidence.
	That this was done with explosives.
	We know that what the government told us could not possibly have happened, and we have evidence that it's this other thing.
	So we want to investigate.
	We know what would have to happen if it was brought down by explosives, so we'd like to talk to some of the people who would have knowledge about that.
	You know, maybe people like Marvin Bush, who was running security for the buildings until September the 10th, and then kind of got out of town.
	Just like the Bushes got the Bin Laden family out of town right after.
	And of course the CIA has always worked hand-in-glove with the Saudis.
	You can't tell where one intelligence organization ends and the other one starts between the US and the Saudi intelligence.
	And so there's a lot of questions going on with that.
	Just as they come out and they've now put a million-dollar bounty on the head of Osama bin Laden's son, bringing that back.
	So, I don't know if they've got something else that they're getting ready to stage.
	Osama Bin Laden, who'd been to the Pentagon multiple times.
	Nothing to see there.
	Just move on, right?
	The bottom line, and I've said this before, when you look at a government narrative and it can't possibly happen, you know, like the shooting of Kennedy or whatever, when that is impossible, as Arthur Conan Doyle Author of Sherlock Holmes said, kind of describing deductive reasoning, when you rule out the impossible, whatever is left, no matter how improbable, is the truth.
	So let's rule out the impossible.
	That's the way you do an investigation, and good for these guys for doing that investigation.
	But as we talk about the close ties between the U.S.
	government, the deep state, and the Saudis, this is one story that needs to be investigated, quite frankly.
	We've had two years of phony investigation about Russian collusion, but there is something that should be investigated in the Trump administration.
	The House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform has issued a report on a plot to make billions of dollars by selling Saudi Arabia sensitive American nuclear technology that could allow the kingdom to develop nuclear weapons.
	Think about the fact that we have all of the neocon establishment demanding that we bomb Iran.
	Right?
	We've got to stop them.
	They're going to get a bomb and at the same time We are working to help give the Saudis every bit as bad as the Iranians, quite frankly.
	Look at their Sharia law.
	How is the Wahhabist Sharia law in Saudi Arabia any better than what we see coming from Ayatollah Khomeini in Iran?
	It's not.
	No difference.
	Why would we want the Saudis to have a bomb and the Iranians not?
	A pox on both of them, quite frankly.
	The plot was pushed by a company formed for the express purpose, this is being reported by Truthdig, Juan Cole, called IP3 International.
	It doesn't seem to have actually existed, except as a shell for lobbying the Trump administration.
	It was controlled, helmed, in his words, helmed by General Keith Alexander, General Jack Keane, Mr. Bud McFarlane, does that sound familiar?
	Bud McFarlane, we'll get to that in a minute, Rear Admiral Michael Hewitt, as well as the Chief Executives of six companies, Echelon Corporation, Toshiba, America, and Siemens USA, GE, Bechtel, Centris, All of them signed a letter to the Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman.
	The letter presented the quote, Iron Bridge program as a 21st Marshall Plan for the Middle East, unquote.
	Iron Bridge.
	Now, this is just about creating nuclear energy, right?
	Nothing to worry about.
	That's why all these generals in the military-industrial complex are involved in it, right?
	Because, you know, they're all about peacetime uses of nuclear power, right?
	And that's why they call it the Iron Bridge, I guess.
	But Bud McFarlane, remember him?
	Ronald Reagan's National Security Advisor?
	Who was involved in the Iran-Contra scandal?
	It's in the Ayatollah Khomeini, things like a cake that was shaped like a key, along with a Bible, and then threw in a few anti-take weapons along with that deal.
	Elliot Abrams was also involved in that.
	They were pardoned by George H.W.
	Bush.
	And in this particular scenario, it looks like the point man for this was General Mike Flynn.
	Now, I like Mike Flynn.
	I think that he got a raw deal there from the Pence people.
	I'm not sure that he's with the military-industrial complex, because the military-industrial complex worked so hard to get him out.
	Nevertheless, he was there.
	Let's investigate this.
	Let's find out what's going on with this, regardless of where this falls.
	I'm not going to cover up the crimes if they involve people in the Trump administration or Jared Kushner, who seems to be at the center of all this as well.
	I'm not going to cover that up for anybody.
	I don't want to see the crimes of Democrats covered up, and I'm not going to cover up the crimes of people that I support either, if they committed a crime.
	This is serious stuff, folks, especially When we have the non-stop beating of drums saying, we gotta destroy Iran because they might take this peaceful use of nuclear energy, supposedly, and have a bomb program.
	Well, they're doing the same thing with the Saudis.
	I don't buy any of this peaceful use.
	And I don't buy any of these Islamic fascist states being our allies, one way or the other.
	So, let's investigate that.
	And we'll talk about crime and punishment here in a moment, because Roger Stone is going to be going up before the judge today, the conspiracy theorist judge.
	Will he be going to jail for a meme?
	Will he be going to jail for a book that he wrote years ago?
	This is the kind of world in which we live.
	And for the most part, we're seeing a double standard here.
	I would like to see an investigation of what is going on with this secret Kushner deal to try to get nukes to MBS.
	But we're talking about politics and political politicians who are running for office.

	Everybody was pushing this Kennedy vibe with him.
	And now he's on the cover of Vanity Fair as he announces that he is going to run.
	He is The gift to the planet, according to him.
	Let's listen to what he has to say.
	This is Beto there with his wife.
	Very important, too, to have her there by his side because his father-in-law has 20 billion dollars.
	He's kind of known as the Worm Buffet.
	of real estate.
	That's kind of handy to have that.
	So she's got the money bags right behind her and she's right there by his side as he announces how important he is for all of us and how he's now condescended to be our ruler.
	Here's Beto's announcement.
	Me and I are happy to share with you that I'm running to serve you as the next president of the United States of America.
	This is a defining moment of truth for this country and for every single one of us.
	The challenges that we face right now, the interconnected crises in our economy, our democracy and our climate have never been greater and they will either consume us They will afford us the greatest opportunity to unleash the genius of the United States of America.
	In other words, this moment of peril produces perhaps the greatest moment of promise for this country and for everyone inside of it.
	That's right.
	This is a defining moment.
	We have a climate crisis.
	Hey, had you noticed that?
	I hadn't really noticed the global warming.

	It's part of a solar minimum that we've gotten into, but it's all us.
	As we pointed out earlier in the week, USA Today was saying that it's white people who are destroying the planet.
	More specific, you know, it's not just humans.
	It's the United States and now they've made it even more specific.

	They're polluting And all the people of color and minorities and women are breathing that in.
	It's all you white males out there.
	They're destroying the planet.
	So we need a white male to save us, don't we?
	And there he is.
	Except that he is a trans-Hispanic.
	Beto.
	He never goes by Robert O'Rourke.
	That wouldn't really work in today's Democrat Party.
	Vanity Fair is all about Beto O'Rourke.
	And it is a vanity project, quite frankly.
	They were just gushing about him in a very long article.
	As Condi Nast estimates, it'll take you 47 to 59 minutes to read this article.
	I'm not going to read it to you.
	I'm not going to read even parts of this to you, except for this.
	Just give you a sample here.
	Characteristically, O'Rourke wants a more optimistic approach, one that doesn't let the president define the terms.
	So he'll spend the next 24 hours carefully steering allies to his idea of staging an upbeat march for truth.
	There we go.
	Which would just happen to star El Paso's best counter-argument to Donald Trump himself.
	There you go.
	A lot of liberals are mocking it.
	Yeah, he's born to be in it.
	He said, uh, I want to do everything I humanly can for this country at this moment.
	I'm really proud of what El Paso did and what El Paso represents.
	It's a big part of why I'm running.
	This city is the best example of this country at its best.

	I mean, I don't want to really knock El Paso, but if it meant El Paso...
	It's not on the world's 30 best cities list.
	As a matter of fact, no American city is.
	I don't know what their criteria is, but Vienna was number one.
	I've been to Vienna.
	It's not that great, quite frankly.
	If you go into any building, you've got to have a knife to cut your way through the smoke, the haze.
	They don't outlaw public smoking, and I don't support outlawing public smoking either.
	I just boycott places where that's happening.
	Nevertheless, Vienna is a beautiful city.
	I would like to go back there, but I wouldn't want to live there.
	Nice place to visit, but wouldn't want to live there.
	El Paso, not sure I would even want to visit there.
	I've been through there.
	The Vanity Fair article says, and this is some more of their fawning over Beto O'Rourke, unlike Trump, O'Rourke can appear almost too innocent to be a politician, too decent, too wholesome.
	This is just sickening, the syrup that they poured all over him.
	He's simply too normal to be president.
	Whether he meant it or not, he says, whether you meant it or not, I take that as a compliment.
	Oh yes, I think they did mean that as a compliment.
	Boy, I tell you, you can't pull anything over Beto.
	A compliment he just catches on right away.
	He's probably about as smart as Alexandria in Wonderland.
	O'Rourke's critics on the left, however, pointed to his white privilege.
	They mocked his weird-as-hell messiah-esque tone.
	And here's a good example of where the Democrat Party is today.
	Failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate, reports Breitbart, Stacey Adams, said, quote, he's being given a benefit of the doubt that wouldn't be extended to a woman or a candidate of color.
	See, that's his problem.
	As much as he may want to pretend that he's a minority, By assuming a phony fake name.
	You don't get any more fake than Beto.
	As much as he may want to do that, the uncomfortable fact for him is that he remains white.
	And a white male, even more so.
	And that is not something that is liked in the Democrat Party.
	Now they may go along with a white male like Bernie, or like Joe Biden.
	I don't think they're going to go with Beto O'Rourke.
	And quite frankly, as you look at these frontrunners, Bernie and Biden, Bernie's going to need to go with somebody that's a little bit more establishment.
	But both of them are going to need to have somebody who is younger, They're going to need a woman and they're going to need somebody of color in order to get the support of Democrats.
	The Democrats just aren't going to support a ticket with all white men on it.
	They'll wind up going for the Greens.
	So they're going to have, whether it's Bernie or Biden, and I don't think any of these other people, most of these other people that are running, I think they're pretty much running for the VP slot as the runner-up.
	And I don't think that Bernie and Biden are going to team with Beto.
	That's just my opinion.
	Now, Biden came out, was it yesterday?
	Day before?
	And I thought it was an interesting choice of words.
	Instead of presenting himself as a messiah, Biden is the reluctant candidate.
	Oh yes, I will do it if I must.
	He says, I'm giving it a shot.
	Now, this is from the guy who is lecturing us.
	You don't need an AR.
	You need a shotgun.
	You know, over, under, side by side.
	You know, women, get a shotgun.
	And we had a lot of fun with that.
	We showed all the clips off of YouTube with women trying to shoot a shotgun, which has a tremendous amount of kick, unlike an AR.
	And basically flying out of their hands, knocking them on their butt.
	So yeah, get a shotgun and I'll give it a shot, is what he's saying.
	Of course, he doesn't want you to actually have either a shotgun or an AR.
	As we showed all the pictures of the women falling down with a shotgun, we showed pictures of women and anybody else being able to shoot an AR much more accurately.
	I mean, wouldn't you think that if you're going to fire a gun, The most important thing would be to hit what you're shooting at and not hit what you're not shooting at.
	That's a key thing.
	So if you can have a gun that doesn't have that kind of recoil, if you can have a gun where you've got more than one shot, in case there's more than one person or in case you're not actually living in Hollywood's fantasy world where, you know, you shoot somebody, bing, and they fall down.
	That's it.
	You know, end of story.
	That doesn't happen in the real world.
	Anyway, Biden, get a shotgun Biden, is going to give it a shot.
	While we're talking about guns, quite frankly, Dick's Sporting Goods is now back in the news because they are removing guns entirely from the stock in ten of its stores in 2018.

	As soon as they ramped up more charges for him, another 43 months in prison, and a second trial that came by Bob Mueller, notice That his big crime was to be associated with President Trump.

	It's written by a lawyer explaining that.
	A lawyer, by the way, who said in his prior dealings with Bob Mueller, he called him a torquemada.
	He considered him to be a very vindictive, dishonest, unfair prosecutor.
	And I think he's right.
	A lot of people have pointed out the checkered background of Mueller.
	So this is simply a political persecution.
	There may be crimes there, but they're not crimes that haven't been committed by other people.
	Glenn Greenwald just said Where is Tony Podesta?
	Tony Podesta was a partner of Paul Manafort for a while.
	They had a lot of the same clients.
	They did the same sorts of things.
	You know, when they came after Paul Manafort for some of these things that were announced, there were all these articles mainstream saying everybody on K Street, where all the lobbyists are, everybody there is trembling.
	Well, you know, that's the reality of this.
	They mistakenly thought that they were going to start enforcing some new sets of laws, or laws that had been there that hadn't been enforced.
	And so they thought they all had some jeopardy.
	But no!
	These are special prosecutions.
	They're just for certain individuals.
	You know, Tony Podesta, John Podesta, they'll go free.
	They'll disappear like Waldo.
	We don't know where in the world...
	Waldo or the Podestas are, and the mainstream media doesn't care.
	They don't care about their crimes, which makes me suspicious as to whether or not there were any crimes, or whether this was all just a political persecution.
	You should be concerned, nevertheless, about selective prosecution under the law, and that is the story of all these things.
	And now, after that was done, you have the Manhattan District Attorney, Cyrus Vance Jr.
	Remember Cyrus Vance from the Carter administration?
	Well, his son, Democrat operative is now still around.
	Slapped Manafort with new indictments in Manhattan.
	And this is the same DA, reports Zero Hedge, who came under fire for accepting $10,000 from Harvey Weinstein's lawyer after he declined to file sexual assault charges against Harvey Weinstein.
	Oh, isn't that a coincidence?
	This guy is right off the same poison tree that Bob Mueller is.
	He also, Cyrus Vance Jr., the guy who just slapped charges, more charges on Paul Manafort with a new indictment, he also refused to file charges against a former New York Attorney General, Eric Schneiderman, who was accused in vivid details of sexually assaulting several women.
	Schneiderman also now teaches meditation because the criminal justice system didn't come after him.
	He's reformed now.
	He just meditates.
	He doesn't sexually assault.
	Manafort will face 16 charges, including an accusation that he committed residential mortgage fraud by falsifying loan documents in the first degree, quote-unquote, to illegally obtain millions of dollars in loans.
	So, you know, when you look at this, there is, you know, if you are politically connected, if you're in the right political party, then no matter what you do, you're going to walk.
	Maybe you can pay the Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., maybe you can pay him off $10,000 if you're Harvey Weinstein.
	It's like, that's cool.
	You're part of the Democrat establishment, we'll let you walk.
	Paul Manafort, they will come after him for every undotted I, uncrossed T, or whatever.
	Clinton's, another example, Gateway Pundit has run a series of over five articles talking about a Clinton Foundation scandal that is bigger than Uranium One.
	The 2016 Department of Justice criminal investigation, suppressed and buried by the Department of Justice and the FBI, that involved a major New York, there's New York again, Democrat power broker and the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation.
	It revolved around the illegal sale of controlled U.S.
	homeland security technology to Russia and to China.
	See, that's the bottom line, folks.
	These people, you know, the Clintons and these Democratic operatives were selling military secrets, colluding with Russia and also with China.
	The Department of Justice, who declined to prosecute them, who gave them a pass.
	And then what they did was they projected all these crimes onto President Trump.

	Analyzing the Globalist's next move.

	Let's analyze the Globalist's last move before the election.
	Take a look at what the Department of Justice and the FBI, the crooks running that collective operation, did to bury the crimes of Hillary Clinton and then accuse the Trump administration of essentially the same type of stuff that Hillary Clinton had done.
	Collusion, corruption, conspiracy with Russia and with China.
	Very important for them to cover that up for Clinton, and then after they realize she wasn't going to, after she didn't win, we've got to come after President Trump.
	We've got to project these crimes on President Trump, and then while we're doing that, we will cover up and erase our involvement in it too, because if she goes down, they're going to go down as well.
	So as I was saying, Gateway Pundit is now summarizing a series of more than five articles that they did to look at this scandal.
	That is not the Uranium One scandal.
	This is an additional scandal with the Clinton Foundation.
	It involves Russia and China in the years before the 2016 election, involving a company called AGT International.
	The Department of Justice, Wright's Gateway Pundit, terminated its internal investigation in 2016, despite clear and irrefutable evidence of criminal activity And also hit it from the public.
	And so they point out that in part one of their investigation, they looked at the donations that were given to the Clinton Foundation.
	In return, the Clintons helped to promote AGT International.
	Part two, they said they looked at the illegal actions that AGT International took to generate revenue around the globe.
	sensitive US defense technology and ITAR controlled products were provided and sold to China, Russia and other countries in the name of sales growth. Beyond being criminal they were treasonous.
	In Part 3, they said, we discussed the investigation that the FBI started, but then terminated and covered up before the 2016 presidential election, despite irrefutable crimes.
	And in this document here, as part of their investigation, they showed a heavily redacted, but you can still understand what's going on, document there, April 18, 2016, from the U.S.
	Attorney's Office, Saying, this letter follows our conversation March 31st, 2016, wherein we discussed the tax liability of AGT International and all the companies within its shadowy domain.
	Shadowy domain.
	Attached to this letter are several exhibits which corroborate previously described as to the size, revenues and geographic reach of AGT International. We suggested to you that the government subpoena AGT's tax returns and intercompany agreements and on and on.
	This is from the US Attorney's Office.
	There are honest people in the government, but not at the top.
	The people at the top of the Department of Justice, the people at the top of the FBI, the same ones who are trying to throw everybody around President Trump in jail, and President Trump himself to do a coup against that.
	But also to cover up their crimes, covering up for the Clintons.
	Shut that down.
	In Part 4, they said, we looked at the activities by individuals who are associated with that company, AGT International, in obtaining interest to a highly sensitive U.S.
	intelligence facility, circumventing the access controls in place that prevent illegal entries into the site.
	And then they have some documents showing that, excuse me, in Part 5, finally, they say the efforts by HET International to obtain top secret US intelligence for the sole purpose of sharing and selling it to the Russians.
	To the Russians.
	All of this information.
	Provided to the Russians was highly classified, never should have been placed in their hands.
	The information was provided by AGT International senior managers like Gaddy Lenz, a U.S.
	national, who also held a CTO executive position at the U.S.-based defense contractor 4D Security Solutions.
	Now remember, they said this is beyond criminal.
	It is treasonous.
	Just think about the letter that, uh, the, uh, not the letter, the study that came out on Monday.
	It was the Zero Hedge Report article that was linked by the Drudge Report.
	The U.S. gets its ass handed to it in a simulation of World War III.

	Let's talk a little bit about crime and punishment because as we see Paul Manafort, as soon as he gets a second sentencing, he's now up to seven and a half years.
	Of course, just in the very first one, Mueller wanted to send him to jail for like 24 years, more like six times the amount of jail time that the federal judge said was absurd.
	I think that the amount of time that he got was absurd.
	For a white collar crime, you want to put this guy away for multiple life sentences?
	Seriously?
	He's not Bernie Madoff!
	He didn't destroy the lives of a lot of people.
	It's a process crime.
	His big crime was that he supported and worked for President Trump, and they're going after anybody.
	Now, he may have had some process crimes there, but I don't doubt that they are any different than the Podesta brothers.
	Nobody believed that what he did was any different than the Podesta brothers.
	You've got somebody who's honest about this, like Glenn Greenwald.
	He said, you know, where have the Podesta brothers gone?
	They've just disappeared.
	Nobody's interested in that.
	Nobody's interested.
	And what's going on on K Street?
	All the lobbyists are scurrying around looking at this stuff.
	You don't like lobbying?
	I don't like what the lobbyists do typically either.
	But if you don't like it, change it.
	You can change the laws.
	And you can also, if somebody violates the existing laws, you can apply the laws equally to everybody.
	And that's the key thing.
	We look at this Manhattan DA who's now put another 16 new charges in New York State.
	Against Manafort.
	This is a guy who appears to have taken money, $10,000 from Harvey Weinstein's lawyer to let him walk.
	Who let the former disgraced New York Attorney General Schneiderman, accused of sexual assault, let him walk.
	But not Manafort.
	No, no, no.
	We're going to come after him because of some discrepancies on a mortgage form and we're going to send him to jail for decades for that.
	And so, when we look at what's going on with the Clintons, Gateway Pundit pointed out there's a bigger scandal than Uranium One.
	If you take a look at what the Clintons did, conspiring to give away secrets to both Russia and to China through a company called AGT International.
	There's just so many different Clinton Foundation scandals out there.
	Charles Ortel has talked about the fact that they have just flaunted You know, you're going to send Paul Manafort to jail because he didn't fill out the forms right on a mortgage form.
	The Clinton Foundation didn't fill out the forms, never did the reports, never did the paperwork for operating as a charity.
	They violated that to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
	And of course we all know that it was an influence peddling scheme as well.
	But you're not going to investigate that.
	No, no, no.
	No.
	That's the double standard that's out there.
	And that's what makes me doubt that there were any crimes there.
	But when we look at this, as they were pointing out, what the Clintons did, you know, they had their Charlie Tree scandals back in the 90s with the Lippo Group and so forth, selling secrets to Communist China.
	This other corporation that they did more recently with the Clinton Foundation, ABT International, they were working with both Russia and China Now they're projecting all that stuff on President Trump and his staff, but they can't find anything, right?
	It's like accusing them of everything that they actually did.
	But it's more than just a criminal action.
	It is treason.
	Just like the national security violations, the email, that they don't really care.
	Lisa Page admitting that the Obama Department of Justice ordered a stand down on Clinton email prosecution.
	Yeah, it's the other scandal, the national security leaks.
	We know that a lot of people who are working for the CIA in China were arrested and murdered and we know that Hillary Clinton's emails had been hacked and they were sending copies of everything that she sent and received went right to the Chinese government.
	So she is directly responsible for the deaths of a lot of those agents but the deep state doesn't really care about that because she's more important She's more important than the message that if you work with the CIA, you're going to be taken down.
	No, they don't really care about that.
	It's all about protecting the Clintons.
	It's not about national security, it's about Clinton security.
	And as they were saying, it's not just a crime, it is treason.
	Again, going back to this article that came out over the weekend, Drudge picked it up off of Zero Hedge.
	U.S.
	gets its ass handed to it in a World War III simulation, say, analysts at the Rand Corporation.
	They said, two top war planners warned last week in our games when we fight Russia and China, the people that the Clintons surprisingly have handed over all these national security secrets to them, right?
	Handed technology to the Chinese back in the 90s.
	gave other things to the Russians after that. They said, blue gets his ass handed to it pretty much every time we lose a lot of people, we lose a lot of equipment, we usually fail to achieve our objective of preventing aggression by the adversary.

	I believe that they are trying to not only have they committed treason by selling our secrets, but they have also, they're also looking at a time frame, as we talked about the fourth They know that by 2020 there's going to be a massive change.
	To make sure that the change goes their way, that they can lock us up into these corporate owned towns, called smart cities, that they control, where they watch and monitor everything that we do.
	It's going to be massive economic unrest, like the Great Depression.
	And as Strauss and Howe, the guys who coined the term Millennials, pointed out, there is a cyclical nature to history.
	A generational repetition that rhymes throughout these cycles.
	It's about a 70 to 80 year period.
	The last one we had was the Great Depression and World War II.
	Prior to that, we had the Civil War.
	Prior to that, we had the Revolutionary War.
	And on and on.
	They went all the way back, looking at the pattern going back 500 years to English history.
	And the next turn is going to be finished by about 2030.
	I think it will be a great depression as we see artificial intelligence and robotics come in and take 30 to 50 percent of the jobs in every single industry.
	Affecting people at the bottom as well as people at the top of every single industry.
	It isn't going to be just changing the way that agriculture is done or whatever.
	It's going to be every single industry.
	It's going to be white collar jobs.
	It's going to be people who are doctors, lawyers.
	You may even have the Indian chiefs losing their jobs.
	I haven't seen any AI simulations of that, but why not?
	But it's going to be massive unemployment.
	In order to keep things in line, I'm sure they would love to have a world war because they are... That's the only way that you can explain the way that these people are antagonizing the situation.
	Bringing back the Cold War.
	That's the Russian restart.
	And of course they've been able to now restart their cruise missile programs and everything.
	We've got to get those weapons systems going again.
	Let's antagonize things.
	Let's start this up.
	They point out the next military conflict Which will probably happen in the mid-2020s.
	All five battlefield domains, land, sea, airspace, and cyberspace.
	You add cyberspace to that now.
	Will be heavily contested, suggesting that the U.S.
	could have a difficult time achieving superiority as it has in previous conflicts.
	The Randall analyst said, in every case that I know of, The F-35 rules the skies when it's in the sky, but it gets killed on the ground in large numbers.
	They said things that rely on sophisticated base infrastructures like runways and fuel tanks are going to have a hard time.
	Things that sail on the surface of the sea are going to have a hard time.
	You know, the Japanese, when they attacked Pearl Harbor, they got most of the battleships and everybody I was very concerned about that because the battleships had been the premier military machinery.
	Except they didn't get the aircraft carriers, and most people didn't realize that the aircraft carriers are going to be the dominating and deciding factor of World War II.
	But they're saying that's why, you know, when you look at the surface fleet, they said that's why the 2020 budget coming out next week retires the carrier USS Truman decades earlier, cuts two amphibious landing ships, as we reported.
	It's also why the Marine Corps is buying the jump jet version of the F-35, which can take off and land from tiny ad hoc airstrips.
	But how well they can maintain a high-tech aircraft in low-tech surroundings is an open question.
	They said if we went to war in Europe, there would be one Patriot battery moving and it would go to Ramstein and that's it.
	But the key thing, they said, is that the Chinese and Russians, especially the Chinese, are looking at system destruction warfare.

	Welcome back. I'm going to talk about the betrayal of Brexit by the Conservative Party, by Theresa May.

	But there's a betrayal that's going on here in the United States by the GOP, especially the Senate right now.
	And President Trump, as Breitbart reports, says that Paul Ryan blocked subpoenas of Democrats.
	President Trump is not happy that former House Speaker Paul Ryan blocked subpoenas of people and entities that Trump thinks the House GOP should have been investigating during the first two years of his administration.
	Well, exactly.
	You've got Paul Ryan blocking it.
	You've got a do-nothing head of the Department of Justice, Jeff Sessions, who left basically the entire Clinton and Obama superstructure there.
	A very weak response from the Department of Justice, and that's somebody that President Trump could do something about.
	But also, he's not getting any help from Paul Ryan.
	He's not getting any help from the GOP and the Senate either, as they're now lining up to betray this election.
	You know, we had an election.
	The voters who elected President Trump were very clear about one thing especially.
	We all understand that President Trump was centrally campaigning on doing something about the border, and that meant specifically the wall, and now we've got the GOP out there as if that didn't happen.
	It's bad enough that President Trump didn't take unilateral action, but even the delayed action that he's taken, which I think is too little too late, but even that is being opposed by the GOP Senate.
	They don't want anything to happen, just like they didn't want anything to happen with Obamacare.
	Paul Ryan blocked Obamacare as well.
	He not only blocked these investigations, but as President Trump was doing an interview with Breitbart, he said Paul Ryan wouldn't give the right to have any subpoenas.
	Now in all fairness, he said Meadows and Jordan and all these guys, they wanted to go tougher, but they weren't allowed to by Paul Ryan.
	He shut that down.
	Paul Ryan He's also, and he's always been, open borders.
	He opposed President Trump on doing anything about immigration.
	He was chosen as the vice presidential nominee, as I've pointed out many times.
	Mitt Romney had already enacted Obamacare in Massachusetts, along with Ted Kennedy.
	The two of them partnered to enact Obamacare.
	They called it something else, but it was exactly the same thing.
	And so they were the hedge position.
	You know, in case Obama didn't get elected, Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney were going to keep the borders open.
	You can still see that.
	Mitt Romney is still pushing for open borders.
	And they were going to make sure that Obamacare went through.
	It would be Romneycare.
	This is the way the system works.
	In the same way that in the UK they have a Brexit election.
	And out of all of the, and of course the Conservative Prime Minister, He opposed Brexit, so he had to resign after Brexit passed.
	So he resigned, and out of everybody in the party that they could have picked to replace him, they picked the one individual, Theresa May, who did not support Brexit.
	What a surprise now that they are being betrayed on that.
	And this is the betrayal that we're now seeing of the American voters here as well.
	Both the Trump election and the Brexit election are being betrayed.
	By the so-called conservative parties.
	And it's because of the people who are the fifth columns, people like Paul Ryan, people like Mitt Romney.
	Again, as we're looking at crime and punishment, the fact that Paul Ryan blocked anything that the House congressional individuals like Meadows and Jordan would do.

	This is coming out today.

	So these are the Silicon Valley people that, you know, they can take our free speech.
	They can shut down news organizations.
	They can take your free speech.
	If they don't like your position, your opinion on a particular article, they will enforce their opinion.
	And everybody tells them, oh, you've got to bow down to these people.
	They're just private organizations doing whatever they want to do.
	No, they are working with the deep state.
	They're working with the Democrats.
	They've been set up to do that over a decade ago, two decades ago.
	They were set up to do this.
	A multi-billion dollar charity backed by Silicon Valley tech titans donated $500,000 to Fusion GPS, the people that produce the fake documents That were used in a circular manner to try to start this Russian collusion investigation of President Trump.
	The staffer also operates a similar charity called the Democracy Integrity Project, which gets its funding from George Soros.
	Surprise, surprise.
	And this is reported by the Daily Caller.
	USA Today, meanwhile, is all upset with all these college admissions.
	They're saying, well, I think we need to go back and investigate Kushner's Acceptance into Harvard.
	There was a two and a half million dollar pledge by his daddy.
	And then right after that, he gets into Harvard in 1998.
	Well, the thing is, that's legal, right?
	That's legal to do that.
	That's why when I said yesterday, it's not really that much different what these people are doing.
	I didn't really understand.
	I still don't really understand why they're talking about putting the parents in jail.
	I understand that if you've got somebody who's a coach and he's accepting a bribe and then keeping the money, not turning it over to the university.
	That's the difference between the way the rich people have always bribed the universities to get their kids into school.
	Typically, in this particular case, Kushner's dad bribes Harvard, and Harvard keeps the money.
	The difference was, in these other situations, you've got coaches and other people being bribed by the parents to get their kids in, and then that coach or that individual keeps it instead of turning it over to the institution.
	Now, I can see where they would not only be fired, but that could be a crime.
	I'm not really sure what the parents did.
	That was any different than a parent bribing to get their kid accepted.
	And yet, when we look at this, what it really underscores to me is just how corrupt and meritless this whole university system is.
	That's what I was talking about yesterday.
	Look at this, how they make exceptions.
	They gamed a situation with a psychiatrist and pretended that they were slow learners so they could get extra time on the test.
	You don't get extra time on the tests.
	I mean, this is a kind of grating-on-a-curve world in which we live where there is no merit about anything.
	You get extra credit because you're a slow learner, because you're a particular ethnic group or whatever.
	You get put in because your parents are rich.
	These schools don't make any difference whatsoever.
	I was talking about MIT.
	I looked at that and it's like, when I was going for engineering, I said, well, they're using the same textbooks we are.
	You know, the difference was if I went to MIT, I would be rubbing elbows With the sons and daughters of billionaires.
	People who could help me later in life.
	But instead of doing that I was, instead of going to beer bong parties with the sons of billionaires, I was at home working on my calculus problems.
	It seemed to me like that was a better career path.
	What do I know, right?
	I could have been somebody.
	But no, I just, I don't have any interest In that type of situation.
	You know, look at somebody going in as a lawyer.
	You want to read the law, you want to learn the law, you want to go participate in rituals for skull and bones.
	You know, skull and bone rituals, that'll get you to be a made man by the government establishment.
	But maybe it's more important to be able to look at yourself in the mirror without being contempted, you know, without contempt.
	I don't know.
	I would rather have that than be able to see a big bank account.
	But that's just me.
	Again, I don't understand a lot of what's going on with this college admission.
	The bankrupt aspect of it, the criminal aspect of it, is how much they charge for tuition.
	And how useless the education is.
	It's not about education at all.
	It's about networking.
	Why wouldn't you buy your way into that if you could, I guess?

	You know, as I look at the discussions that people are having about this college admissions scandal, most of the people out there complaining about it, they're just upset over somebody being privileged, over somebody using their money and power to get more money and power.
	That's what people with money and power do, right?
	And we've seen this go on for a long time with the donors and so forth.
	You go to these Ivy League schools and you wind up having a cross section that looks pretty much like a big city.
	You've got the people who are super, super wealthy.
	And then you've got the incredibly poor and there isn't any middle class.
	It just works for stuff, right?
	And that's what they have invited at these Ivy League schools, MIT and so forth.
	They are going out of their way to get foreign students.
	They want diversity of ethnic and nationality diversity.
	You get extra points for all of that kind of stuff.
	And or, you know, you are so rich that, you know, your mommy and daddy buy your way in and you don't really care if you learn anything there because all you're doing is just meeting other rich people that you'll network with later on in life.
	And as I said, I was never really interested in that.
	I was really more interested in the actual subject matter.
	What do I know?
	But you know, the old saying goes that the people who control things are controlled by the people who control people.
	And the people who control people are controlled by the people who control money.
	But you know what?
	There's another part of that equation that they don't usually talk about.
	God controls everything.
	You're not going to cheat on that admission test.
	There's no cheating on that.
	So you may cheat in terms of what you do with the government.
	You may be a Clinton Foundation type, or the Kushners, or whatever, or these actors and actresses getting their kids in, gloating, this one CEO's daughter gloating about how she cheated on the SATs in the college game.
	She got into Georgetown University.
	They said, unbeknownst to the school, this guy, a singer who allegedly helped all these people, made millions of dollars doing it, allegedly sat side-by-side with the daughter during the SAT exam.
	I mean, again, what a fraud this whole college thing is, and people go into debt for life that they can't discharge to try to get a college degree anymore?
	I mean, you know, everybody did it when I was in school, but it wasn't such an expensive thing if you went to a state school.
	And you could actually, it actually made economic sense to get a college degree.
	I don't really think it even makes economic sense to do that anymore.
	But anyway, he sits right next to her during the exam and gave her answers to the exam question.
	But guess what?
	She still didn't max it.
	It's like I was talking about with the guy that I knew that was handing test scores in advance to the football players at the college.
	And he said, they don't care enough to even memorize the answers.
	And so here's this guy, he's sitting there with her, gloated with Elizabeth Enrique and her daughter about the fact that they had cheated and gotten away with it.
	And so the daughter, Isabel, gets a score of 1,900 out of a possible 2,400 on the exam.
	Again, you know, we're talking about that with CJ, how they've inflated the SAT scores.
	You know, they've got a lot more points that you can get now.
	It used to be a lot lower when we took them, but now you can get up to 2,400 points on the exam.
	She got 1,900 out of 2,400 even when she had a guy sitting next to her feeding her answers.
	I mean, this is how pathetic this is.
	This is how dumbed down they are, or apathetic, I don't know what the deal is, but 320 points over her own best score that she had prior to that.
	Which gets us to David Hogg.
	Who's going to be going to college at Harvard?
	The College Fix tweeted out, David Hogg is heading to Harvard despite an SAT score not of 2,400, not of 1,900.
	Maybe he didn't have anybody sitting next to him giving him answers.
	And he didn't have any answers either.
	He doesn't have any answers about anything, folks.
	I don't know why anybody even listens to this guy.
	He got an SAT score of 1,270.
	That's out of 2,400.
	Even by North Carolina's new standards, that's I think an F.
	Yet he's going to go to Harvard.
	The bottom 25% of the people who go to Harvard have an SAT score of 1,460.
	That's the average of the bottom 25%.
	He got 1,270.
	He got 1270.
	So he is well, he's over 200 points below the average score of the bottom 25%, but he's They make exceptions for people that they like.
	I'm sure this guy's going to be a congressman as soon as he's old enough, just like AOC.
	They're grooming him for that.
	And just like AOC, this is the kind of thing that we can expect to see.
	A lot of people are talking about Alexandria and Wonderland quizzing the Wells Fargo CEO.
	And I think they missed the point.
	Yes, it is entertaining.
	Yes, she is incredibly stupid and off point and doesn't get it.
	But, the people who are pushing her, who have elevated her to this position, again, remember as we see the FEC violations that are there, with both she and her chief of staff, Two of the three people on a political action committee, they are not allowed to do that.
	You have to have a, the political action committee has to be separate from the candidate.
	But both the candidate and her chief of staff are running this PA.
	So that is a clear violation, as all these former FEC people, chairs have told us, and lawyers.
	It's a clear violation of the law.
	You can look at it yourself.
	They don't really understand, but they created this organization.
	They said, they put out a casting call.
	And she answered the casting call.
	Thousands of people answered it.
	She was one of 12 that they picked.
	The only one of the 12 that won.
	And this is the result.
	Let's play a little bit of this questioning of the Wells Fargo CEO.
	Was the bank involved in the caging of children and financing the caging of children to begin with?
	I don't know how to answer that question because we weren't.
	So in finance, you were financing and involved in debt financing of CoreCivic and GeoGroup, correct?
	For a period of time, we were involved in financing one of the firms.
	We're not anymore in the other.
	I'm not familiar with the specific assertion that you're making, but we weren't directly involved in that.
	Okay, so these companies run private detention facilities run by ICE, which is involved in in caging children, but I'll move on.
	Mr. Sloan, Wells Fargo was also an investor, a major investor, in the Dakota Access Pipeline and the Keystone XL Pipelines.
	They were prime investors and lenders to companies building these pipelines in defiance of Standing Rock Sioux's treaty rights to protect its water and sacred lands.
	They warned early on, the Lakota Sioux warned early on, that the pipeline was unstable and bound to leak.
	Despite that, it was built anyway, and it has been damaged five times.
	And the Keystone XL in particular had one leak that leaked 210,000 gallons across South Dakota.
	Since Wells Fargo financed the building of this pipeline in an In an environmentally unstable way.
	Why shouldn't the bank be held responsible for financing the cleanup of the disasters from these projects?
	Which pipeline are you referring to?
	Either.
	So we were not involved in the financing of the Exxon pipeline.
	We were one of the 17 or 19 banks that was involved in the financing of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
	Okay, so Wells Fargo hasn't financed any company associated with the Keystone XL Pipeline?
	No, I didn't say that.
	I said we're not involved in financing that pipeline specifically.
	Okay, so let's focus on the Dakota Access Pipeline.
	Okay, you get the idea.
	She's been given these talking points.
	Her staff hasn't done the research, just like they didn't bother to research the election laws.
	They feed her this information, they accuse him of financing a pipeline that had a leak, and, well, we didn't finance that pipeline.
	There were 17 banks that did finance these pipelines in that particular area.
	And so she's ignorant, she's inarticulate, her staff doesn't know what they're talking about.
	Nevertheless, the key takeaway here, folks, is that they are using this kind of pressure against corporations in an indirect way.
	Right? Remember as they come against the gun manufacturers because somebody bought a gun somewhere and used it in the commission of a crime or shooting.
	Oh, we're going to come after the gun manufacturer.
	They have put pressure on the banks saying you cannot do business with gun retailers or gun manufacturers.
	You can't do business with InfoWars or with Gab.
	We're going to shut you down because we don't like their content.

	You know, we had the U.S.
	has grounded the Boeing 737 MAX 8 airplanes after these two crashes.
	Concerns have been surfaced about software safety systems.
	And I wanted to get Eric Peters on because he's talked about this extensively in terms of what is happening to the car that you drive.
	You may not realize it, but the car that you drive that has all this artificial intelligence, all these special safety devices, these things to keep you inside the lane, you may wind up having the same types of problems.
	You know, we had an article that came out on Monday that I talked about on Tuesday.
	It's also on Tuesday.
	President Trump said airplanes are becoming far too complex to fly.
	Pilots are no longer needed, but rather computer scientists from MIT I see all the time and many products always seeking to go one unnecessary step further.
	When often, old and simpler is better.
	I second that.
	And that is especially true on your car.
	Not only is old and simpler better, but it is affordable, unlike these new systems.
	And last time Eric was on, we were just talking about how, in an emergency situation, these safety systems may wind up fighting you.
	And that's precisely what Uh, was in the article from James Topson talking about the Boeing 737.
	After the previous crash, he talked to people and said, uh, well, you know, it seems like there's this undocumented feature that they put in at the last minute.
	And, uh, the thing will start to fight you in a stall position.
	Now, a couple of days have gone by.
	A lot of people criticized President Trump.
	Well, he doesn't know what he's talking about.
	He did know what he's talking about.
	Because now people are starting to focus on the software system.
	So joining us now is Eric Peters, epautos.com.

	So, what do you think about that?
	Isn't that amazing?
	We've talked about how autopilot that is on the Tesla vehicles is not at all like autopilot on the airplanes.
	And that's true because they have these massive distances between the different planes.
	It's a far simpler problem for the planes than it is for the automobiles.
	And yet, we see this creeping complexity in the airplanes.
	And I think we're going to be seeing this in many ways on the cars.
	Of course, we've already seen it in many cases with the Tesla crashes.
	Right, well I think it's important to define what we're talking about and these things are touted as safety systems.
	I regard them as preemption systems.
	They take over and they fight you.
	There is a video that people listening to this may want to see when one of the first Airbuses that had some of these systems made a debut in it.
	It actually was assembled before the media and they had a press flyby.
	Well, the plane flew literally right into the trees.
	As the pilots desperately tried to pull back on the yoke and give it throttle to clear the forest, the computer decided to preempt the pilots, and the plane hit the trees, blew up, and everybody was killed.
	Oh wow.
	And this thing with the latest incident is apparently quite similar.
	I was listening to an interview with a 737 MAX pilot and it's apparently some preemption feature that's designed to kick on when the computer decides the airplane is about to stall.
	Yes, exactly.
	And the pilots were not aware of this so-called feature in many cases.
	They weren't really told of it or they were told of it in a very cursory manner.
	And they were not advised how to handle it, how to deal with it.
	So in those critical seconds when the plane is trying to do something contrary to what the pilots are trying to do, the result is a bunch of dead people and a burnt hole in the ground.
	That's right, and part of this is the arrogance of the people who are designing these systems, the engineers, who think that they know better than the humans who would be flying it.
	One of the things that James Thompson talked about with the Airbus, and he said, and now unfortunately they've adopted it with this new 737, So they used to have a joystick which would give a visual feedback of where you were.
	Now they've gotten rid of that for some different type of control.
	But it's also the undocumented feature.
	Some of the pilots have said that the manual is so incomplete that it is not only unsafe, but it is criminal.
	The things that they've not told people about how this thing operates.
	Kicking in, like you said, what's about to stall, the autopilot kicks in, and second guess is what should be done when the pilot is trying to do something else.
	Take away systems that would have in the past, they would have been thinking, how can we make this more intuitive for the human?
	Instead they're saying, how can we take the human out of the equation?
	Disastrous effects.
	And as we, there's a saying in the car industry called surprise and delight.
	uh... and it usually taken to refer to a feature that you didn't expect or happy to find your car well now uh... you might be driving along your car that has for example lane keep assistant steering wheel suddenly starts to jerk and i assure you that they're not telling you about that uh... at at the store where you're going to shop your car you'll be out driving along and also do you feel this weird sensation of the car pulls one direction and because you're surprised perhaps you didn't expect that so you overcompensate you jerk the wheel on the opposite direction and all of a
	sudden the car barrel rolls in the ditch and you know you're wrecked and possibly killed as a result of that.
	That's right.
	They have a real palatable contempt for the human part of the equation.
	You know, as the President was saying, I don't want Albert Einstein to be my pilot.
	Einstein is right in the software.
	I want a great flying professional To be allowed to easily and quickly take control of a plane.
	I want the human there in an emergency situation.
	And we've not only seen it, as you pointed out, everybody's got these types of lane assists on the new cars now.
	But as Tesla has been at the forefront of pushing autopilot on people, quote-unquote autopilot, they've also been at the forefront of systems that have fought people for control, that have accelerated as they're about to rear-end something that they don't see.
	Or have steered the people into a barrier because they get confused when the road takes a Y, you know, with an exit lane?
	Sure, you know, and there's a demeaning aspect to all of this, and I think it's particularly acute with regard to pilots who are, after all, highly skilled people to learn how to fly, particularly a multi-engined commercial jet.
	You know, these guys are competent, they know what they're doing, and yet they are now being subjected to the same sort of idiot-proofing that's been applied to cars.
	And the result of that is that the skill level, inevitably, will go down.
	Less and less is expected of drivers, or less and less is expected of pilots, in terms of paying attention, in terms of knowing how to handle a situation, because now they will just rely on the computers to fix the problem.
	Ultimately, inherently, this is going to result in a less safe environment for everybody, paradoxically.
	Yeah, it dumbs down people, and you have an article at AP Auto talking about, apautos.com, talking about how safety has kind of dumbed down the millennials.
	Yesterday I was looking at Harley Davidson.
	They don't want to make traditional Harley Davidsons anymore.
	You've talked about how Cadillac ought to go back to their roots.
	And make the kind of, you know, instead of trying to be a BMW or whatever, go back to their roots and make that kind of car.
	Harley had a definite niche, they had a definite brand, but now they want to be a ride-sharing electric scooter car.
	And they've even bought some company that has auto balancing for kids.
	I mean, this is the way that we have, you know, the helicopter parenting, but it's also the child seat parenting that we have put these kids in.
	Well, I got to thinking about that the other day and thinking about my own childhood, and I'm a Gen Xer, so I grew up in the era before kids were strapped like serial killers and Hannibal Lecter into a seat, you know, at a young age.
	And, you know, when mom and dad said, hey, it's time to go for a ride, the door opened, we kids jumped in, we rolled around in the car, you know, if something was interesting, we could turn around and look behind you, you could lay down on the seat and look up at the at the clouds and the passing trees and because of that we really grew to have an affection for cars and for driving and just couldn't wait to be able to drive a car ourselves.
	And then I got to thinking about kids who've grown up in what I call safety cult America.
	You know from their earliest memory every time they go for a drive it's almost this kind of like a trip that a prisoner would take to the federal lockup.
	You know, you're strapped into a seat.
	You know, you no longer have control over your own body anymore.
	You can't even, you can't even reach in your pocket.
	You can't get to the toy that you dropped.
	You can't do anything.
	You're just this caged animal in his car for, you know, for every single time you go for a drive.
	And of course, I think if, if, if, if you were, if that were done to you, you'd probably grow to really dislike driving, certainly not like it.
	And I think that accounts for the fact that a lot of millennials are really not interested in cars anymore.
	Yeah, and you look at this pronouncement by Volvo, and then of course USA Today jumps in and says, that's right, speed is the killer that is on the highways and so forth.
	They're saying we're going to cap our cars at 112 miles per hour.
	And as I told my wife, I said, I didn't know that there were any Volvos capable of going 112 miles per hour.
	But if you look at the future that they have planned for everybody, it's not just strapping everybody in car seats.
	They want to put us in their little slow-moving electric scooters and you'll probably have a max speed of 12 miles per hour, won't you?
	Well, if they homogenize cars, if it becomes sort of like, do you remember what was the movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger that had the Johnny Cab?
	Oh yeah, Total Recall, I think, yeah.
	Or it's just a module.
	You know, you get in this thing and they're all exactly the same.
	Maybe one is bigger than another one, or one's red and one's blue.
	People will lose any interest in vehicles.
	And as we've talked about before, that ultimately is the long-range goal, to disassociate people from their cars in order to control mobility.
	It's all about control, and that's why you and I are transphobic.
	We are very worried about the future of transportation because it is the future of freedom.
	You know, we had this explosion of freedom in the mid-20th century because people had the freedom to pick where they lived.
	And the government was going to provide an infrastructure to make it possible for them to commute.
	But the central planners don't like that.
	The urban planners, they want to shut that down.

	Welcome back, we're talking to Eric Peters, epautos.com.
	We're talking about mobility, we're talking about freedom, and how concerned we are that that freedom, that mobility is being taken out of our hands by the people who want to control our every movement.
	And just as we've had this Boeing 737 MAX 8 planes, as President Trump indicated earlier in the week, it appears that it is some kind of a software issue.
	Taking control of the plane away from the pilots in an emergency situation.
	An undocumented feature that surprises them when it goes into a stall.
	It takes control of that.
	We just had about the same day that this was all coming out, we had the same thing happen in China with a Tesla Model S accelerating right into a river.
	The vehicle was out of control they said.
	Last week the owner of a Tesla Model S in China Reportedly wound up going along for the ride, as Zero Hedge points out.
	The EV accelerated on its own, drove right into a river close by the supercharging station that he was about to go to.
	When a reporter rushed to the scene, he was still in shock.
	He said he was trying to step on the brakes.
	He was stepping on the brakes, but the car suddenly rushed out of control.
	So Eric, as we look at this, some of these systems are already on It is.
	Well, not just Teslas either.
	typical average new car, you know, lean maintenance features and so forth that may fight you in an emergency maneuver. But Tesla has taken the lead in all of this taking the control away from the driver and so they've also taken the lead in these kind of out-of-control situations. Very analogous to what's going on with the airplane. It is. Well, not just Tesla's either. Probably a majority of new cars have what's called drive-by-wire throttle and that means
	rather than have a cable that connects your gas pedal to the throttle so that when you push on the gas pedal you're actually mechanically connected to the engine. You now have sensors that read the degree of depression that you know you put your foot down and that data is then transmitted to the ECU, the computer that runs the car, and that is translated into the appropriate amount Uh, of engine RPM and acceleration.
	Problem is, if the computer decides that it wants to accelerate, uh, you have absolutely no way to counteract that.
	Uh, in the old days, I remember when I was in high school and college, I had an old VW Beetle, and it had, you know, the typical mechanical throttle cable that was common in those days.
	And one time, the throttle did get stuck, and I was actually able to reach down with my hand and actually physically just pull the thing back using force and get the car back under control.
	And worst case scenario, I could always just turn the ignition key off because we had a physical key back then.
	Now you don't.
	A lot of cars now come with what's called a push button or keyless ignition system.
	And again, the computer is what decides whether the engine is on or off.
	And I've tested this out in a number of the new cars that I've driven.
	Some of them will not turn the engine off if you attempt to do so using the push button while the car is moving.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	As you pointed out, that measures your depression.
	Yeah.
	Kind of unintentional, you know, I'm driving this drive-by-wire thing.
	That is an appropriate way to describe that.
	It is nanny state technology everywhere.
	You know, we had this article earlier this week from CNET talking about in-car monitoring.
	And they were saying, well, we got surveillance tech, it's going to make your car less private.
	I wasn't sure that they were concerned about our privacy whatsoever.
	But they're talking about putting radar inside the millimeter wave radar in the car to determine who's in the car.
	How many people in the car?
	Are they adults?
	Are they children?
	Are their pets?
	And I'm looking at this and saying, well, who is it that wants to know this?
	Because as the driver of the car, I already know who's in the car.
	I don't need this report on somebody.
	But that tells you right there that this whole thing is being developed as a surveillance system of control.
	That's right.
	They do it incrementally to acclimatize people to it.
	It's the old cliche about the frogs in the water and the temperature being slowly raised.
	Well, it's actually a very valid way to look at it.
	That's what they do.
	It's not an overnight thing.
	It's just a process, one thing at a time.

	All these people who want to ding you for money, who want to control your every movement and track your every movement, they want to know all of this stuff.
	This is the total surveillance world in which we're headed.

	And again, it's touted as a convenience.
	It recognizes individual people, individual users, and supposedly the idea is, well, it'll remember what your seat position was and other things like whatever radio station you prefer and so on.
	But I found it very disquieting to sit down and have the car light up this little red light that looked like a Cylon Centurion's eye and identify me.
	And, you know, watch me.
	It's very creeped out by the whole thing.
	And because you know that it isn't going to stop with that.
	That will be monetized.
	That freaks out the left when somebody monetizes that.
	But the thing that bothers me is that it's going to be passed on to our other masters, you know, the ones with the guns.
	And they will be using it for a variety of nefarious reasons as they always do this type of technology when they have that kind of control.
	Sure.
	Information is ultimately control.
	And they want to have total information.
	They want to know absolutely everything imaginable about us all the time.
	And control everything about us.

	Sleeping is now a crime.
	Yeah, well, this is in my home state of Virginia, and it's an expansion of another law that's been on the books for a lot of years in a number of states.
	You probably remember when you were young, you go to a party or you go to a bar, and maybe you feel like, oh boy, I've had too much to drink, so I think I'm just going to sleep it off in the backseat of my car.
	Remember that?
	Oh yeah.
	No people have done that.
	I haven't.
	They passed the laws that make it feasible or make it illegal for you to do that.
	That is a tantamount to a drunk driving charge.
	They can actually arrest you for drunk driving because you're sleeping in your car with X percentage of alcohol in your system.
	Now they're going to criminalize mere sleeping.
	You don't even have to have anything in your system.
	It's now illegal to sleep in your own car and wait for it.
	The kicker is the law says that it's even illegal to sleep in your own car on your own property.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	Now, what's the justification for that?
	What is it that the nanny state says that they need to protect us from in order to have that kind of a law?
	Apparently, you know, there are some young kids who are trying to save money by sleeping in their car, let's say, rather than, you know, pay an exorbitant amount to rent an apartment.
	Or room while they go to college.
	Or people who are just broke and don't have any place to be so they sleep in their car.
	So the kind state wants to, in the name of safety, kick them out of the shelter of their car and make them go live under a bridge trestle or something, I guess.
	Well, you know, that's the situation.
	I've reported on that out of L.A.
	You've got a lot of people who are gaffers and grips and so forth who are working for the film industry out there.
	And, you know, they have such income inequality there in the film industry that the Hollywood stars don't want to talk about, that these people can't afford the high cost of living in California.
	They can't afford a home.
	And so you've got people who have a regular job that you would think would pay a pretty good wage, but they can't afford a home.
	And so they're sleeping in their cars.
	They did an extensive article about how many people working in the film industry, in various levels of the film industry, had to sleep in their cars.
	And so now, the authoritarian government, which has made it impossible for people to own homes because they've driven up the cost of housing with all the regulation, all the taxes and so forth, now they're going to say, now you can't even sleep in a car.
	Yeah, and keep in mind too that this is an example of a victimless crime.
	Who's being harmed by this?
	These people are minding their own business, and the government has become overtly punitive.
	It is now subjecting people to criminal prosecution.
	That's what it amounts to, for not doing anything.
	We used to have a concept in this country called peacekeeping.
	That was synonymous with what police used to be.
	It was about preventing people from harming other people.
	This is involving no harm to anybody, and people are being rousted for that.
	You know, it always amazes me to see the direction of the mainstream automotive press cheerleading all this technology when it's got such obvious flaws, like this article from Motor Trend.

	I thought, OK, so how fast is that?

	And of course, Tesla is at the forefront of this.
	You'll have to find a Tesla station in the first place in order to do that.

	But they're always pushing this because Tesla is there with the government pushing what the government wants.
	They want you, they want to ban internal combustion engines, they want to push electric vehicles on you.
	And we've talked about the reasons for that.
	They want to push the control of the self-driving cars and so forth.
	You got an article about how Elon takes money.
	One of the first times I interviewed you was over the article about the king of crony capitalism.
	They richly reward him with that and yet as we see this case of this Tesla whistleblower coming out as he complained and blew the whistle on some things that he saw at the Tesla factory, he had the local Boss Hogg sheriff and law enforcement pay him a visit and he said it was absolutely amazing how they threatened him and the stuff that they could do, but of course this is essentially the world is turning into a corporate coal town for all these Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, isn't it?
	That's it.
	You and I have talked about this before.
	It's the company town model where you're essentially a serf.
	You own nothing.
	You work at the company store.
	You live in the company house.
	You're paid in company script.
	You buy your stuff at the company store.
	Uh, and it's all about just constantly making payments to the company and never owning anything.
	That's the key.
	You never actually have full ownership of anything except perhaps the clothes on your back.
	Yeah, yeah.
	And then what they do is they had, in this particular guy's case, what he alleges is that Tesla security claimed that someone called in the Gigafactory warning them that he, this guy who was a whistleblower, was planning a mass shooting at the Gigafactory.
	The police tracked him down later that evening.
	He was unarmed and in tears.
	He claimed that he was terrified of Elon Musk.
	Uh, who he thought may have called in a falsified tip himself.
	But the sheriff and all the law enforcement guys hammered this individual who was the whistleblower.
	And that's what we see over and over again.
	It truly is a boss hog, you know, one guy runs a town type of thing.
	Well, it's absolutely terrifying.
	You know, this whole idea of swatting people, you know, apparently, you know, you just make a call and anonymously assert that somebody has done X.
	Uh, you don't even have to be Elon Musk, you can just be some busybody or an angry neighbor who, you know, wants to, uh, exact some kind of revenge on somebody, uh, and sick these hounds on people and the hounds never, you know, verify anything before they, uh, you know, start kicking down doors and shooting people sometimes.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	Well, it'll be interesting to see how things shape up with the SEC charges that Elon Musk is looking at.
	He's gone to war with the SEC.
	So there's one part of the government that doesn't like what he's doing, but I'm sure that he's got so many friends in the Department of Transportation, And these other agencies that he'll probably come out of this without a scratch.
	Well, maybe not, though.
	You know, you probably noticed, as I have, that negative press coverage of him has increased and questions are beginning to be asked.
	And I think it's because he's frankly served his purpose.

	I have one more thing I want to add to what Eric Peters is saying as we hear the Rockford Files.
	Yeah, you're not going to be doing any Rockfords in your car when you've got an electric handbrake, but you're not going to be doing a lot of things if they control everything about the car.
	When we look at, as I pointed out earlier, this new technology bragging about how they're going to put radar in the car because that'll give them better visibility about you and what you're doing and so forth than even a camera would.
	You have to ask yourself at some point, at what point does technology, and I'm a big fan of technology.
	I'm not anti-technology.
	I'm not a Luddite.
	I like technology, but I like technology if it makes me freer.
	I don't like technology that is going to be used to control and monitor and spy on me.
	And that's what they're putting in these cars.
	It's all about monitoring and spying on you.
	They're talking now openly about how they've got to switch over to taxing everybody by the mile.
	We always told you that.
	They're going to track and tax your every movement.
	Not just when you're in a car either.
	They're not going to stop with that.
	It's going to be every form of transportation.
	It'll probably be walking as well.
	If it gets bad enough, they'll apply the same types of controls we see in China right now to keep you from walking anywhere.
	You'll be basically under house arrest.
	You'll be under city arrest, at the very least.
	And as Eric was saying, maybe Elon Musk isn't going to come out of some of these things.
	You know, we look at some of the movements against him with the SEC, and rightfully so.
	You know, he has made some statements that are false, misleading statements in a publicly traded company.
	The SEC monitors that type of thing.
	When you make statements like that and then people purchase your stock or sell your stock based on the types of things that you're saying, whether you're going to sell the company or like you just did recently at the end of February, you're saying Tesla made zero cars in 2011 but will make about 500,000 in 2019.
	People said, really?
	Everybody's discussing that.
	Companies critics pointed out that he'd have to run a rate for the rest of the year that would be breakneck and record setting in order to substantiate something like that.
	He puts the stuff out.
	He was supposed to explain to the SEC why he put out that gross misstatement.
	Because people are losing a lot of money based on false information.
	But of course we've already lost a lot of money to Elon Musk and the billions of dollars, taxpayer dollars, That even if this is money that is just printed up at the Federal Reserve, we're going to have to pay that back someday with interest.
	So we're either going to pay it in taxes now, or we're going to pay it in taxes plus interest later.
	Or our children will.
	It's our money that's being given to him.
	And there's not any problem with that.
	People don't have a problem with that.
	I'm amazed at all the Republicans who say, well, you know, look at AOC.
	She messed up this situation with Amazon.
	That's about the only thing she's ever done right.
	Amazon, the richest man in the world, Jeff Bezos, should not be getting money thrown at him by all these different jurisdictions to open up a shop there.
	You and I don't get that, quite frankly.
	If I want to open up a business, I get regulations and taxes thrown at me.
	And then those taxes are used to support somebody like Jeff Bezos, who can afford to open up a business.
	These billionaires who own the sports teams, they can afford to build their stadiums.
	To have their millionaire players play?
	I don't have to subsidize their business for them.
	I shouldn't be subsidizing that.
	But I think Eric is right.
	I think he may be getting to the end of his usefulness for these people.
	They will look the other way for people that fit their political agenda.
	That's what we're talking about the first hour and a half of the program.
	How there's a double standard everywhere.
	There's one standard for the Podesta brothers, another standard for Manafort, right?
	And there's one standard for the Clintons, another standard for President Trump.
	And we don't look at the many, many, many crimes of the Clintons, and we don't look at the people who covered up for them.
	Because those people are out there doing a red herring operation on all of us, trying to project her crimes onto President Trump so we don't see how they covered up for her, have criminal complicity in that conspiracy.
	And then they proceed to destroy the evidence.
	So he may get away with this, but it looks like the SEC is coming after him.
	And I think this is the key issue here.
	Tesla shares dropped earlier, well actually it was last week, it was on March the 7th.
	They dropped, they said, they reported that the Pentagon was going to review Elon Musk's security clearance.
	Why?
	Because he had gone on the Joe Rogan Show and smoked marijuana.
	So therefore, now we're starting to get to the point where they're coming after him for things that aren't even crimes.
	That may be the indication that the fat lady has sung.
	They're coming after him for stuff like that.
	And even for that, why would his security clearance affect the Tesla shares, for example?
	Because I can see where concerns about his security clearance might reflect on concerns about the SpaceX business.
	But that's different than Tesla.
	Why would that affect the Tesla side?
	And why would smoking a marijuana joint on a radio show in a state where it is legal, why would that cause a review of his security clearance anyway?
	You know, once upon a time, alcohol was prohibited.
	And they did it constitutionally.
	And then they made it legal.
	And then after that, if somebody sees you drinking alcohol, they don't review your security clearance.
	Well, the same thing is happening in California.
	They made marijuana legal.
	It was never constitutionally illegal.
	They never changed the Constitution.
	They had to change the Constitution to make alcohol illegal.
	Why is that?
	Because we still have the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	That's why they needed the 18th Amendment.
	But they never had the equivalent of the 18th Amendment for marijuana.
	So it was never constitutionally prohibited.
	And now that it's been made legal at the states who reserved the right to regulate this, to make it legal or illegal, the states reserve that right.
	You know, you still have states making all kinds of laws about alcohol consumption.
	Back in North Carolina, you couldn't, the state ran the alcohol and the ABC stores, whatever they did, alcohol beverage control, I guess.
	But anyway, they were running all the alcohol stores for selling the hard liquor.
	So they kept control of that.
	Then certain jurisdictions would then, in some counties, they would say, well, you can't buy alcohol on a Sunday or whatever.
	The state retained its ability to regulate or prohibit the sale of alcohol and so did the counties and so forth.
	They are in charge.
	That is not a federal issue.
	The whole war on drugs is a UN agenda and conservatives need to understand that.
	They also need to understand that it doesn't work.
	Alright, I want to get into the betrayal of President Trump that is happening by the by the GOP here.
	But before we do, I want to talk a little bit about what's going on against the family.
	Because folks, that is, as I said before, I'm here because I want to talk about the things that affect our lives.
	I'm not interested in a political party.
	I'm not interested in any of these politicians individually.
	If they're on my side on a particular issue, I'll support them.
	I even supported Ron Wyden.
	He was right once.
	One time, Ron Wyden was right and I supported him on that.
	When he showed that James Clapper was lying to the public and unconstitutionally spying on people.
	Well, good for him.
	I'll support him.
	That was the only time he was ever right.
	I don't think Hillary Clinton's ever been right.
	President Trump has been right on many items.
	He's been wrong on some.
	And when he's wrong, I'll point it out.
	But it's the GOP establishment that is opposing him right now.
	And these people are coming after our health.

	You know, I'm very sad to see what is happening in the UK.
	I talked to Katie Hopkins last week, and every time I talk to somebody from the UK, they say the same thing that Katie said.
	She said, well, it's a complete betrayal.
	And I think that is true.
	I think that Brexit has turned into betrayal.
	And we have the same type of thing happening here in the US.
	And it's the people in the party that supposedly are for these things.
	You know, you had the Conservative Party.
	It was where the push to get out of the European Union was.
	It was President Trump that everybody voted for, to build the wall, to do something about uncontrolled migration into this country.
	And yet the GOP, that has been telling people that they're going to do something about that, are the center of the betrayal, just as we have in the UK.
	You know, it was David Cameron, who was a conservative Prime Minister, he openly opposed Brexit.
	He lost, had to step down as they found somebody to replace him.
	They got the only person who was a possible candidate for that, who opposed Brexit, and that was Theresa May.
	And it's not surprising to see, as the London Telegraph points out, that former Labour Prime Minister and globalist Tony Blair is working with Emmanuel Macron, strategizing on how they can shut down Brexit.
	A London Telegraph reports that sources in Paris confirmed to the Telegraph that Mr Blair has been speaking to the French President Macron about Brexit.
	He is reported to have told Macron to hold firm And wait for events to play out in London that end in Britain staying in the European Union.
	They believe that by putting this out there is two choices.
	Either you can have a hard exit, which they've told everybody, oh that's just going to be the end of the world.
	Everything will come to a screeching halt.
	Nobody will be able to move.
	All trade and commerce will end.
	And you won't be able to do anything if you do a hard exit.
	Oh no, we don't want to have that.
	Well, what's your alternative?
	Well, we got this alternative that we, you know, call kind of a soft Brexit or, you know, keeping a back door open with Ireland and so forth.
	And as part of that deal that Theresa May has worked out, they would still have regulation and taxation by the European Union.
	They'll still be regulating their trade and doing other things to them.
	They won't have full independence, but they will lose their representation in the European Union.
	So they'll have regulation without representation.
	They'll have taxation.
	Without representation.
	Of course, that was the key thing when we had our Brexit here in America.
	We declared our independence.
	And Brexit really was a declaration of independence, a declaration of self-government.
	And now the globalists and the establishment politicians, including conservative turncoats like Theresa May, have shut that down.
	So what is happening here in America?
	With the GOP turncoats, the people like Paul Ryan, who shut down any investigation attempt of the criminal conspiracy there in Congress, but also has opposed the legislative issues.
	And again, President Trump talked about that.
	President Trump could have taken a stronger approach, I believe.
	think it was a mistake to not take a stronger approach to go on offense and investigation. He had the ability, the authority to do that with the Department of Justice. He should have been tough with that. But still when it comes to fixing and replacing Obamacare, not replacing it with some kind of a government program that's going to mandate what we need for our own good, but replacing it with a free market. We haven't had that in my lifetime.
	It was the IRS that gave us this third-party system.
	They imposed that on people during the wage and price controls of World War II.
	Companies who were prohibited from giving raises to people started giving them fringe benefits and then we got backed into this third-party system, which is not a free competitive system.
	They've made sure that you can't get even a tax deduction for your health insurance.
	Only a company can do that and give that to you.
	Now if it's so important, why can't I pay for it myself before I send the money to Washington?
	Why can't I even get a deduction for that?
	Let alone a tax credit for my health care.
	Oh no, no, no.
	We're going to disallow most of your health expenses and so forth.
	We're not going to let you deduct.
	Your health insurance and so forth.
	And it was always Paul Ryan and the people in the Democrat Party who were a Republican Party.
	It's hard to tell the difference, isn't it?
	Who were fighting that, just as it was Paul Ryan who has always been open border.
	And now you've got a rebellion against President Trump in the Senate.
	Absolutely disgraceful.
	I'm very disappointed in Rand Paul.
	Mike Lee has also jumped into this.
	But is it an emergency?
	You've got a Mexican illegal immigrant and a gang member who has been arrested 10 times.
	Stalks a 59-year-old woman, follows her home, murders her.
	That's not a problem, right?
	Even Obama's border patrol chief says that there is an emergency at the border.

	Let's play that.
	Skyrocketing numbers at the border.
	The border patrol right now, CBP, is estimating if the numbers continue at this pace, Tucker, we could reach 900,000 or a million apprehensions this year.
	But real quickly, the difference between the 90s and 2000s are the demographics.
	In the 2000s, we had a million, but 90% of them, Tucker, were removed.
	This year, we could reach a million.
	The difference is, because they're family units and children, we will release 65% of that million.
	650,000 will be released into the United States.
	That's the difference.
	It's a crisis.
	Yeah, actually, if you look at the statistics coming out of El Paso, the place that Beto O'Rourke says is the best country in America.
	Or city in America.
	Maybe it is.
	I don't think so.
	But everybody's got their own opinion about that.
	El Paso, the Rio Grande Valley sectors apprehended an average of 891 family unit aliens.
	That's an increase of more than 570% over last year.
	In other words, six times the number of family units that are coming in.
	Look at Canada!
	More than half now of all the illegal immigrants arrested at the US-Canada border are Mexican.
	Why is that?
	Ah, well that shows another problem that we've got.
	Because we haven't shut down NAFTA.
	Because we're now pushing NAFTA 2.0.
	Which in many ways is worse for our sovereignty than NAFTA was.
	This USMCA that has been put together by the Trump administration.
	Mexican nationals can fly to Canada without a visa.
	Now pretty soon, Americans aren't going to be able to go to Europe without a visa.
	But, you know, because we are a, we're working towards a North American Union, and still are now that we have the USMCA, people who are, you know, from Mexico, they can fly to Canada and then they can come across the border from Canada into the US.
	And that's what's happening.
	4,316 non-citizens were arrested at the northern U.S.
	border.
	2,245 of those were Mexican citizens because of that particular rule.
	But is it an emergency?
	You know, we have individuals who are being killed by illegal aliens.
	We have a massive number of people coming across.
	Does that constitute an emergency?
	Well, how about this?
	Is this something that we need the Defense Department for?
	Breitbart points out, a Mexican cartel gunman ditched an armored vehicle South of Arizona.
	It is a full-on war, folks.
	Even without aerial bombing and artillery, the number of people that are dying from the cartel versus cartel violence in Mexico is nearly the same number of people in Syria that are dying in that war that has been a full-on war with planes and artillery.
	Just the one-on-one executions of people there and the shootouts.
	Tens of thousands of people.
	It's hard to get exact information.
	I think the lowest numbers that I've seen are over 30,000 people killed.
	And innocent people are being killed and will be killed as this violence spills over into America.
	But this particular case, Elements of the Sonora State Ministerial Investigative Police in Mexico were patrolling in two vehicles located about 80 miles south of the Arizona border when they observed a 2000 Jeep Cherokee traveling at a high rate of speed.
	They signaled the Jeep to stop, but the suspect sped away.
	Upon approaching, the state police came under fire from the fleeing Jeep.
	They radioed for assistance, they got additional municipal and federal police, along with elements of the Mexican Army.
	After chasing the Jeep southbound and arrived in a rural area, the vehicle was abandoned, and the pursuing officers noted that it sustained multiple bullet strikes for the rounds that did not penetrate the cab since it was armored.
	A search resulted in the discovery of three tactical vests, an AK-47 rifle, five loaded magazines, And so forth, right?
	This is a weaponized vehicle.
	It may be ad hoc, but folks, there is a full-on shooting war going on in Mexico.
	It is an emergency.

	But, because I want to finish up on the Senate is going to be voting today to betray the American Republican voters on the key issue that they wanted, and that is to protect the border.
	We can't have that.
	You know, we can have a military that will Go anywhere and fight any war, for regime change, anywhere in the world.
	We can protect the borders in other foreign countries, but we cannot protect our own border.
	And they get very upset when President Trump moves money from the budget for the Pentagon that would have gone to housing and so forth for people that didn't sign up for the military.
	You know, the recruitment dropped, so they have about a billion dollars left there that President Trump can use.
	They're very upset about that.
	I look at this and it's like, so what is the point Of this massive defense spending thing that we have.
	Is it that we can only use it for regime change?
	And mischief like that?
	Is it some kind of an FDR New Deal works program?
	That we have to keep that money there and we can't spend it?
	We just had a end of the year, end of the fiscal year, where they're out there spending money on all kinds of things just to use up the budget so the budget doesn't decline.
	But we can't do that at the border, right?
	The amount of money that they spent on frivolous stuff just to keep their budget from shrinking because they didn't use all the money is probably more than what it would cost at the border.
	But the Republicans pretend that they can't do anything about this, they can't help President Trump with it, and now they're going to go out in full rebellion against this declaration, this emergency declaration.
	So I want to get into that real quickly before I do.

	Alright, let's talk about what's going on today.
	They're going to have the vote.
	The Senate is on the cusp of passing a rebuke to President Trump on the National Emergency Declaration Trumpets MSN.
	And the latest defector in this is Mike Lee.
	He plans to defect, says MSN.
	He plans to defect and vote for a resolution to nullify President Trump's emergency declaration.
	He went on to say, for decades, Congress has been giving far too much legislative power to the executive branch.
	And quite frankly, Mike Lee is one of those people who didn't seem to care.
	He didn't seem to care until the President exercised his duty and his right to protect the border.
	What was Mike Lee when President Obama was using executive orders to get us involved in, well, to set up DACA, for example?
	That was an executive order.
	It wasn't even from the President's direct office.
	It was from his Homeland Security Secretary.
	He said, I'm not going to enforce the law.
	We're going to defer action on childhood arrivals.
	There was never a dream act that was passed by Congress.
	Congress didn't exercise its authority.
	It was the executive branch who did that.
	Said, we took an oath to the Constitution.
	We said we're going to uphold the laws that have been enacted by Congress.
	But you know what?
	I'm not going to do that.
	I'm not going to do that for people who came here illegally before a certain age.
	Just not going to do it.
	Mike Lee didn't have a temper tantrum about that, did he?
	Neither did Rand Paul.
	And of course, President Trump has let that stand as well.
	Shame on him for doing that.
	So they let DACA continue.
	Now you also had Barack Obama ignore the Senate.
	They're supposed to ratify treaties, but he self-ratified the Paris Accord.
	He self-ratified the Iran Treaty.
	President Trump undid those actions.
	But, you know, the Senate, some of them said some things about that, but a lot of them didn't.
	They didn't get too upset about that.
	And, of course, they're not going to be able to override President Trump's veto of them pushing back against the National Emergency Declaration.
	But here is the other hypocrisy about this from Mike Lee.
	Mike Lee is out there pushing a paid family leave bill along with Joni Ernst of Iowa, a Republican also.
	Two Republicans out there pushing a family leave bill.
	Now I want to ask you, hey Mike, where did you find the constitutional authority for the government to pay for family leave?
	Where'd you find that in the Constitution, huh?
	They call it the Cradle Act, as in cradle to grave socialism.
	Being pushed by Mike Lee and Joni Ernst at the same day that the two of them will probably vote against President Trump trying to protect the border.
	How's that for a betrayal?
	Just like what's happening in Brexit in the UK.
	And they're talking about how this is something that Ivanka Trump and Marco Rubio were pushing last April.
	This is a great idea.
	Let's take money.
	We'll increase a payroll tax on everybody.
	Kind of like Social Security, and kind of fund it out of Social Security.
	Now it'll be extremely tiny, so don't worry about it.
	Except just remember that Social Security itself is extremely tiny, once upon a time.
	And so was the income tax, once upon a time.
	Once upon a time, the income tax didn't even apply to wages.
	That's a stretch of the agency itself, the IRS, which expanded that.
	Once you pass it, then eventually you'll find out what the bureaucracy wants to do with it, because then it becomes a thing that they control.
	And Congress doesn't have any problem with the bureaucracies expanding their control.
	They're glad to hand that over.
	And to let them run with it.
	Give them the ball and let them run with it.
	We just create the IRS and then the IRS will add the taxes to you.
	And tell you who's going to pay the taxes and so forth.
	That's what they did when they extended it to wages.
	So yeah, it's going to be 0.4% of wages.
	So there's an additional tax increase for you.
	But it'll grow from there.
	And as the LA Times points out, it evades the question of why Social Security needs to be dragged into a program of this sort at all.
	And I would ask why you have Republicans expanding Social Security.
	Social Security has been the cornerstone of socialism.
	It is a lie.
	It is a Ponzi scheme.
	It has been a lie and a Ponzi scheme from the very beginning, as I pointed out many times.
	It was first done in Germany by Bismarck.
	He picked the age of 65 because that was the life expectancy.
	They never planned on anybody getting any money.
	That's why Social Security is in trouble.
	Shame on you taking any money out.
	You're just going to pay into it.
	It's just a trick to get you to vote for them.
	Shame on Joni Ernst.
	Shame on Mike Lee for pushing socialism and then pushing back against President Trump trying to do his constitutional duty to protect the border.
	Shame on them for doing that.
	Here you want to talk about this expansion of Social Security, this expansion for paid family leave coming from these Republicans who virtue signal about the Constitution?
	What a joke.
	Breitbart points out that migrants use nearly two times the welfare of native-born Americans.
	So, Joni and Mike Lee, if you want to do something about providing paid leave to people, even though you don't have any constitutional authority to do that for the federal government, If you want to pay for that program, you could more than pay for that program by stopping illegal immigration.
	63% of non-citizen households are on welfare versus 35% of native-born Americans who are on welfare.
	versus 35% of native-born Americans who are on welfare. 63% of non-citizen households versus 35% of native-born Americans. 50% of legal immigrants are on Legal immigrants.
	So 35% for Americans, born Americans, 50% for legal immigrants, and 63% for illegal immigrants.
	Furthermore, non-citizen households are more than twice as likely to use food welfare programs and Medicaid.
	When compared to Native-born American households, 21% of Native-born American households use it, 23% use welfare for food stamps, and 23% use Medicare, but 45% of non-citizen households use those programs.
	In California, it's even worse.
	California and Texas, 70% of illegal alien foreign citizens criminally trespassing.
	70% of them in California use at least one form of welfare compared to 35% of native-born Americans.
	But we've got to expand paid family leave and I'm sure that that'll be expanded for the foreign citizens criminally trespassing here as Mike Lee pretends that there's no constitutional authority to protect our border.
