	As I said yesterday, President Trump needs to build a wall around Congress.
	It may be that this spending bill, this immigration bill, this 1,100 page bill that they had promised they were going to have 72 hours to take a look at it, but they got less than 24 hours to take a look at it.
	Nevertheless, you had people like Mo Brooks, people like Mark Meadows, Conservative, America First people, who are very concerned about the contents of this bill.
	Regardless, this doesn't really have anything to do with the money.
	Certainly President Trump has shown that he can get the money in other places.
	Well, he could have always gotten that money in other places.
	He said, well, I'm going to have at least $8 billion, and they specified that a couple of days ago.
	He said, well, I'll have $23 billion.
	He could easily have whatever he wants.
	There's a tremendous amount of cash In the Defense Department budget.
	I've said this from the very beginning.
	He doesn't even need to declare an emergency to do this.
	And there are already legal structures that would allow the President to work on legislation that has been passed in terms of the Congress, in terms of emergencies, in terms of invasions and other things.
	All of these things would have allowed President Trump on day one to use the military To defend the border.
	And of course we know the military can quickly build a wall.
	As Mark Meadows has said, it's going to take them more than 20 years to build a wall.
	That's what I've been saying.
	Just take a look at the road projects going on in your area, or the bridge projects.
	Even if they have the money, they can't complete these construction projects anymore.
	There's too much corruption with the contractors.
	Contrast what happens with government infrastructure projects, like roads or bridges, with what happens with private developers.
	They go in, they build the roads, they build the septic, and they build the water, and everything else, the sewer systems, and the houses.
	They do all that in a tiny fraction of the amount of time that it takes to build roads.
	It's all over Austin, as I said yesterday.
	Probably about a decade now they're coming up on some of these toll roads.
	All they want to do is build toll roads and they can't even get the toll roads finished because of corruption and incompetence.
	Same thing's going to happen with the wall.
	Whether they have the money or not, use the military to do it.
	The military, as I've said many times, in Syria was able to build a dozen military bases.
	They were able to build four airfields in addition to the dozen military bases.
	They did it all without any approval of Congress.
	No public knowledge, no commenting period.
	I can't see where they were authorized to do that at all.
	Nevertheless, they did it.
	They did it quickly.
	They spent the money and they got it done.
	And they could do that and defend the border.
	So we're going to take a look at really what is in the spending package that's coming in.
	Now we're starting to see the details.
	It's another one of these, we've got to pass it and then we'll find out what's in it.
	We've already had remorse expressed from President Trump the last time he did this.
	So I'm not going to do that again.
	Well, he's about to do it again.
	And some of his friends in Congress who want to see the wall built, who want to see America protected, Are calling on you to call on President Trump.
	It may be too late.
	He may not listen.
	He's listening to the wrong people.
	He needs to be listening to the conservatives in Congress, not to Mitch McConnell.
	Mitch McConnell and people like Paul Ryan, who is no longer there, but there's plenty of people like him.
	They're the ones who are pushing this through for the Koch brothers.
	So we're going to take a look at that.
	We're going to take a look at what this situation with Amazon An occasional cortex tells us.
	I think there's some interesting takeaways from that.
	And we've got a very interesting guest today.

	And when it comes to apple pie, well maybe you can have apple pie, but you know, not with any sugar, and you can't have meat, as Cory Booker was saying yesterday.
	But we're going to take a look at some of the issues, some of the social issues, some of the medical issues.
	We've now got Microsoft.
	Jumping in and saying, I think we're going to not only edit fake news, but now we're hearing yet again, we're going to start looking to exclude information that is anti-vaccine.
	We're going to exclude information that is pro-life.
	So it's not just about politics.
	It's not just about liberty.
	It's about life itself.
	It's about health.
	and they're going to control the information you see. They're going to purge certain things out and they're going to push other things.
	They're going to control the news that you see.
	This has been in the cards from the very beginning.
	Now at the beginning, as we saw last couple months, two months after they purged Infowars because we talk about all that stuff and we talk about foreign wars and false flags and lies that are used to start those foreign wars.
	Two months after they purged us off the social media and began attacking us, they took out 800 other media sites.
	Not all of them conservative, not all of them Trump supporters, but all of them opposed to the endless wars that have foisted upon us.
	With lies.
	False news.
	False flags.
	And this is all coming, folks, ultimately from the government.
	Yes, it is Microsoft, but if you remember when we got some of those slides from Snowden and you go back to PRISM, the PRISM program, As they were bringing in the big Internet companies to officially be a part of monitoring and controlling the population, because that's what the Internet is.
	I mean, the Internet began as a project from DARPA designed by a psychologist who wanted to control human behavior.
	And that's the way this is going to be used.
	The biggest area of surveillance state that is increasing is geospatial intelligence.
	Just think of pre-crime.
	When you look at that slide they just put up there, you can see the first company that jumped in the PRISM program was Microsoft.
	The PRISM program is a way to mine data, geospatial intelligence.
	Take a look at the activity of people.
	Activity-Based Intelligence, ABI.
	They love their acronyms.
	Also, Human Domain Analytics.
	Does that sound familiar?
	Mastering the Human Domain, Jade Helm, so forth.
	They want to master you by being able to predict your movements.
	They don't have to look at your messages.
	They don't have to listen to your messages or read your emails.
	They can know more about you by looking at your metadata.
	I remember we had These NSA people talk, oh, Michael Hayden, oh, it's, we're not listening to you.
	It's just the metadata.
	That's harmless.
	No, that's more important than actually listening to you.
	So we're going to get into that as well.
	But I want to take a look at the wall issue first.
	Get video clip number nine ready.
	The question, we go back just to Wednesday on February the 13th.
	We've got a lot of people, a lot of Republicans in the House of Representatives are already saying, wait a minute, nobody has read this.
	This is, within a day, we're going to be voting on this and nobody has seen it.
	As Andy Harris told the Daily Caller, he said, nobody has seen the final wording of a long and complicated bill that we expect to vote on tomorrow evening.
	This was on Wednesday and they dropped it yesterday.
	Mike Johnson said, to our knowledge, not even the members of the Conference Committee have seen the text.
	Another one said that House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer has said that if the bill is dropped today, we will consider it tomorrow.
	This is reminiscent of you've got to pass it to find out what's in it.
	That's what Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare.
	And eventually they found out there were a lot of things that they didn't know were in it.
	Even the Democrats didn't know were in it.
	So what is in this?
	Well, it's over a thousand pages, less than 24 hours to digest it.
	And as Mike Johnson said, this is absurd.
	Think about this.
	This is a thousand pages.
	That's a lot to read, even if it wasn't highly technical and a legal document.
	You need some time, not just to read through it, but to analyze what is in it.
	Because believe me, it is going to be analyzed to the nth degree in courts and lawsuits.
	Texas Representative Chip Roy said, when one bemoans the swamp, look no further than spending a trillion dollars and jamming it through the legislation when none of us have even seen it.
	That's a quarter of their spending.
	But it's not the money, it's the other issues that are in there.
	He said, we should be a no on such incompetence, even if it weren't perpetrating drunken spending and failing to actually secure the border.
	Pelosi and the Democrats promised a full 72 hours to review the legislation.
	Set a senior conservative congressional aide to the Daily Caller, but now we're voting on a massive, probably thousands page long conference report tomorrow.
	And we haven't seen the text the day before?
	This is worse than under Speaker Ryan.
	Now President Trump has already signaled immediately, I guess it's because he's got the assurances of Mitch McConnell.
	Who is, quite frankly, owned by the Koch brothers and other open border interests.
	And we're going to move ahead with this.
	As Breitbart points out yesterday, insiders in DC are talking about how the president can do this, but then he's going to use his executive authority to fund the rest of it.
	But it isn't that simple.
	There are things in this bill Legal tripwires perhaps.
	Many people have identified this and we're going to talk about this.
	There are things in this bill that could shut down the authority that President Trump already has to protect the border.
	He doesn't need this bill to protect the border.
	He doesn't need and isn't getting really any funding.
	He's going to pull the funding in from other places and he's already got the authority to protect the border in other places but this bill Will destroy that authority.
	It will fund more open immigration.
	It's an 1169 page monster of legislation as they call it.
	They said a single unnoticed sentence in this 1169 pages of legislation could lead to a court ruling that the president has signed away The authority that he currently has and has not used for two years to secure the border, including his emergency authority.
	He says he's going to use an emergency order.
	Well, he may be signing that away when he signs this authorization.
	But of course, you know, we've got the word of Mitch McConnell that won't happen, I guess.
	Now, what is it that he could do?
	They're pointing out if he wants to do an emergency, that's not any big deal because there's been a National Emergencies Act
	that has been authorized and as Nancy Pelosi tries to scare people say well you know we can have our emergencies as well we might have a future Democrat president might have a gun emergency well no these are using powers that are already there and even if they had included which they didn't the National Emergencies Act that kind of power it would conflict with the Constitution.
	The Constitution is superior to any law that is passed by Congress in the executive order by the President.
	And quite frankly, if the future Democrat President declared a gun emergency, that really would be a gun emergency.
	That would be the kickoff of a civil war.
	But we'll talk about the real tripwires That people have already identified in this legislation, and they haven't even had just barely over 24 hours to take a look at it.
	It'll be scrutinized in the courts, believe me.

	Well, President Trump is right about one thing, that this is a national emergency.
	It really is.
	And it's an even greater emergency than I think most conservatives realize.
	Most people look at this and say, well, you know, he's going to take what he can from the Democrats.
	And then he's going to declare an emergency and he's going to shift money around and so forth and he's going to build a wall.
	But by passing this bill, he may be cutting off his ability that he already has to protect the border, that he has so far not used to protect the border.
	That's my concern, that's not just my concern, that's the concern of congressmen and immigration groups who have analyzed this.
	And I'll break this down here as to where this is going if you don't believe me.
	For example, we have the National Emergencies Act.
	It was put in in 1979.
	There's been 59 emergencies declared.
	The most recent one was in Venezuela, concerning that.
	Now, nobody had a problem.
	Pelosi didn't have a problem with a declaration of an emergency because of what's going on in Venezuela, trying to lay groundwork for us intervening there.
	They didn't have a problem with us Surreptitiously building military bases and airfields in Syria.
	They don't have a problem with any of that kind of stuff, right?
	But don't protect America's borders.
	And when we look at this, the President doesn't even need to declare an emergency.
	As Breitbart points out, even without an emergency, the President already has authority under 10 U.S.C.
	284 to have military resources to build a wall.
	That's what I've said from day one.
	You don't need a shutdown.
	You don't need funding from Mexico.
	You don't need funding from Pelosi and Schumer.
	You've got the power.
	You've got the authority.
	And you have a duty to do this, as President, to protect this country.
	And you ran on this, made promises to do this.
	Under the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA, the U.S.
	Department of Defense, can deploy troops to help secure the border.
	Whenever the U.S.
	Department of Homeland Security informs the Pentagon that it requires assistance, if DHS requests such assistance, this NDAA would also suspend the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.
	Now whether you agree with that or not, that's already there, going back to 2007.
	The question is, have the Democrats embedded a poison pill in this 1,100 page bill they've rushed through?
	That will allow these already existing structures for the President to be litigated in court and tied up indefinitely or overturned.
	Many people believe that's the case.
	Moreover, if the legislature of the state of Texas, or let's say Arizona, any other state, using its authority under Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S.
	Constitution, informs the President That the state regards itself as being invaded, then President Trump would have the authority to use military resources to stop that invasion.
	The Insurrection Act of 1807 also specifies what the President could do in such situations.
	You understand?
	The President already has, going back to 2007, the ability, if DHS says, we've got an emergency at the border because of the drug war, They could send military resources to the border.
	Going back to the Constitution, if a state says we are being invaded, then the President has the authority to use the military to do that.
	As you're going to see, there are three sections that people have already flagged in this bill.
	Sections 230, 231, 232 of the Spending Bill that would possibly remove the President's flexibility or powers altogether to do this.
	For example, and we'll get into this in more detail, you have local communities with veto power over whether the wall is going to run through them.
	You have in the bill prohibitions of the president putting it on park lands in Texas, public land.
	Now, going through Texas, most of the land is going to be privately owned.
	So you're going to have litigation on that.
	So the first place you'd build a wall would normally be in public land.
	But they're going to say, in this bill, they're taking that off the table.
	Which means that it's another delaying tactic.
	And already you've got park rangers who are so concerned about how dangerous the border has gotten that they're afraid to go through these areas without multiple people.
	Armed multiple people.
	Because it's turning in to the same type of area that is on the other side of the border.
	That dangerous drug war that has killed tens of thousands of people each year in Mexico is just moving across the border.
	It's already across the border.
	You've already got massive corruption in many counties here in Texas.
	A lot of convictions.
	I'll read you some of those in just a moment.
	But now, instead of the President being able to use the military under Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S.
	Constitution, if the state of Texas says, protect the border, we're being invaded, this new bill will say, well, you know, it's going to be subject to what local communities think.
	So if you've got one of these local communities, it's got a lot of corruption and ties to the cartels.
	Or they just don't like it because they're Democrats and they want to use this for their future elections.
	They can veto that now.
	That's the danger of this bill.
	It's not just that it doesn't give us anything, but it takes away things that the President already has.
	Whenever there are two statutes passed by Congress that are inconsistent, The more recently enacted one will supersede the earlier law.
	So, if we've got something like the Insurrection Act of 1807, which says the President can go to the border and protect it, but then you've got this new 1169-page bill that says no you can't, that's the one that's going to prevail in court.
	And believe me, there will be a court challenge.
	And as they point out in this article, and as many people like Mo Brooks have said, look, there's no reason for us to rush this through.
	Let's be very careful about this.
	Let's take the time to read this.
	And we can do a continuing resolution.
	The President's got 10 days to sign this under the Constitution.
	We don't have to do this in a day or two.
	And his base would support him if he shuts the government down.
	This would be on the Democrats anyway this time.
	Some people, both friends and foes, are trying to warn the President away from declaring a national emergency.
	Saying that it will get caught up in court.
	Well, anything he does is going to get caught up in court, as Ken Klukowski at Breitbart News points out.
	And when you have Nancy Pelosi saying, well, you know, we could have an emergency for gun confiscation.
	No, there isn't any law that gives the president power to seize guns during an emergency.
	Not like there is the laws that we have already on the books that would allow him to protect the border.
	That's the whole point.
	There are already, as I just told you, multiple laws that say if we declare there's an emergency or something within a state, right now the president has the authority to protect the border.
	That's built into the law.
	If they say, well, I think there's an emergency here at the border.
	I think we've been invaded.
	A Democrat president doesn't have the authority to say, well, therefore I'm taking all the guns.
	No, that's not there.
	It is a false argument.

	He doesn't like it, but he's going to sign it anyway.

	Decoding the mainstream propaganda.

	So the question is, is President Trump relying on Mitch McConnell?
	Do you think that we can trust Mitch McConnell to protect the border?
	He hasn't done it for years.
	I trust people like Mo Brooks.
	I trust people like Mark Meadows.
	I trust people like various immigration groups, all of whom leave.
	That this so-called spending bill with no money for the wall, essentially, is going to undermine the powers that President Trump already has.
	Very concerned about this.
	I'm going to break down the details of this, but here is what Mark Meadows had to say about moving the wall forward.
	You like this.
	Would you support this?
	No, I don't support it and I don't like it.
	I can tell you that only in Washington D.C.
	can we start out with needing $25 billion for border security measures and expect applause at 1.37.
	I mean, only in D.C.
	is that a winning deal?
	I can tell you it is just not only a bad deal for the President, Ultimately, I expect him to sign it and keep the government open as a vehicle, but if he does that, then certainly executive action should be his next course of action.
	Alright, so the question is, is the declaration of an emergency and pulling in money from these other, is that going to be enough, or are there things in here that are going to subvert The President's ability to do that, that will tie him up in court.
	Let's take a look at what Mo Brooks had to say.
	Mark Meadows was saying it'll take 20 years to build.
	Of course it will.
	And that's the other part of this.
	I think that if the President were to not go this national emergency route, if he would have just gone in or still can go in and say we're going to build it with the military, we're going to use military money and we're going to use the military to build this quickly like they did in Syria.
	They built all those bases, airfields, and so forth in Syria.
	Where'd they get the money?
	How'd they do it so quickly?
	Well, it was the military.
	And the military can be used, believe it or not, contrary to what the Democrats and the mainstream media tell us, the military can be used to protect this country.
	But if we start to go down this path, I'll show you how they're going to delay this.
	I don't think it'll be done in 20 years, quite frankly.
	Mark Meadows says, oh, this will take 20 years to build it.
	No, I don't think they'll get it done even then.
	Mo Brooks says, I applaud President Trump when he does things that help to secure our border.
	But this legislation does not help to secure our border.
	In fact, it makes things worse in my judgment.
	If the President were to veto it, we would sustain his veto.
	I certainly hope the President will veto it because it's really bad for America.
	Now we know that the President said he's not going to veto it.
	It has been passed by both the House and Senate.
	The President said he's going to sign it and then declare a national emergency.
	But here's Mo Brooks' concerns about this.
	He said there is a de facto amnesty provision.
	For illegal alien sponsors, household members, relatives of unaccompanied minors coming across the southern border.
	And there are other restrictive policies that could block this National Emergency Declaration.
	For example, any sanctuary city or state potentially has the authority to block the construction of any wall during this fiscal year that they don't like or want.
	Said Mo Brooks.
	With respect to Immigration Customs Enforcement, ICE, all sorts of limitations will be put into effect with this bill.
	Essentially providing amnesty for illegal aliens.
	If you've got an unaccompanied alien child, a UAC, in your household, then your entire household is exempt from being deported.
	So guess what you're going to do if you're MS-13?
	What they're already doing.
	Grab a kid.
	Bring him across the border.
	And that's one of the reasons why you've got to take these so-called family groups and put them somewhere so you can identify who these people are.
	You don't know who any of these people are coming, who they are, when they're coming across the border.
	They've got no papers!
	There's no way you can validate their identity.
	I mean, one of the few things you could do is do DNA tests to see if there's even any relationship between these people and the children.
	So he said, basically, you're MS-13, you kidnap a kid, Or you get a kid to come with you and boom, you're immune from deportation no matter how many drugs you sell, no matter how many people you kill.
	That's in this bill that President Trump is about to sign.
	I believe, Mo Brooks believes, Mark Meadows believes, this is going to weaken the border situation.
	Forget the money stuff.
	Even forget the National Emergency because this can be shut down, the National Emergency Declaration, that he already has that power from Congress, from the Constitution, from the drug war, all these different places.
	They're going to basically veto that with the Sanctuary City legislation.
	I said, then you've got other language in this legislation that has the potential to restrict the ability of the President to build a wall under the Emergency Declaration.
	Average folks need to call and contact the White House and go crazy about this legislation.
	We're trying to get bad legislation shoved down your throat at the last second.
	The people in the public need to have the opportunity to review or to understand it and to communicate their views to their elected officials in Washington, D.C.
	Every time you see these massive bills coming down the pike and you've got 24 hours to put them through, you know that you're having the wool pulled over your eyes.
	I mean, how many times have we seen this?
	And we've got not just Nancy Pelosi, but then Paul Ryan did it.
	Now Pelosi's doing it again.
	Why are we taking this bait?
	This is foolish!
	Brooks went on to say, there are three different provisions that have caused at least one attorney, and that was quite a few people, more than one attorney, to express great reservation about how the courts would interpret this.
	Without the law passing, we've got a pretty clear picture about what the President can and can't do.
	But if this law passes, it creates uncertainties about what the President can and cannot do.
	He said, the parts that we've read, we're not even really sure what they mean, even though they pushed this thing through at the last minute.
	He said, the longer you allow illegal aliens to stay in the U.S., the greater the probability they're ultimately going to get amnesty because they're going to have kids.
	People refer to them as anchor babies.
	The public is going to eventually allow that sort of amnesty long term.
	Open border Democrats believe that they got a steal of a deal.
	90% of them voted for it.
	A significant majority of Republicans voted against it.
	Why is President Trump signing this?
	He said, you've got establishment Republicans, you've got the Koch brothers, you've got the U.S.
	Chamber of Commerce, you've got groups that want huge surges in the labor supply because it suppresses wages for workers.
	These are the people that President Trump is listening to.
	He's taking their assurances instead of listening to Mark Meadows, the House Freedom Caucus, people like Mo Brooks.
	And you need to be letting him know, because, as I've said before, we're in this canoe, and you've got all these people that are paddling on the left side of the canoe, and you've got some of the people who say that they're supposed to be rowing on the right side, like Mitch McConnell, they're paddling on the left side of the canoe as well, and they're turning the thing around on President Trump, and on us.
	He said, this is important folks, Mo Brooks laid it out for us, there is no chance that Democrats are going to give up their long-term game plan, their long-term control of the U.S., their long-term desire to dilute the votes of American citizens by agreeing to border security and a wall.
	There's no way they're going to do that.
	They have put stuff in here.
	That it's going to take away the powers that the President already has to protect the border that he hasn't used in the last two years.
	The President two years ago, he said, should have declared a national emergency.
	I've been saying that he... I don't even think he needed to declare a national emergency.
	I've been saying for two years, do it!
	Just do it!
	Nike!
	Victory!
	Declare victory!
	The President two years ago should have used statutes Like 10 U.S.
	State... United States Code 284 where he had the power to direct the U.S.
	military to go to the border and build a wall.
	That's right!
	And you don't even need an emergency for that.
	I mean, you could... That makes a stronger case.
	If you say you got an emergency, but you can just use the military to do that?
	Did we have to have?
	As I've said, I'll say it again.
	Who gave us the permission?
	To go build all the stuff that we did and start the war in Syria.
	We didn't.
	We didn't.
	They said, how many dead Americans do you have to have for it to be a national emergency?
	We're losing 50 dead Americans a day.
	15,000 a year.
	From illegal alien homicides coupled with drug overdoses.
	We had a war because we had 3,000 people die on 9-11.
	Well...

	There's five things in particular in this bill that are very, very dangerous.
	And as President Trump is saying, he's going to declare an emergency.
	He's going to add another $8 billion.
	He's going to announce that today.
	Of course, he's already been put out where he's going to get that $8 billion.
	But there are legal powers.
	That are being challenged, removed, prohibitions being put on building the wall that are part of this spending bill.
	I mean right now the eight billion dollars that he says he's going to use, he could use that right now.
	He doesn't need to sign that bill.
	What the bill does is it restricts what he can do with that eight billion dollars.
	It restricts what he can do at the border.
	But of course it keeps the government going.
	Who cares?
	I don't really care.
	If the government is going to destroy this country, let's shut it down, quite frankly.
	Let's put that back on the Democrats and say, take these clauses out.
	A lot of people, besides the general objections that Mo Brooks was just talking about, a lot of people have gotten very specific objections about this.
	We'll talk about this real quickly, then we're going to move on to Some attacks against our life and liberty.

	Alright, let's talk about where this is headed.
	A lot of people have been looking at this, as Breitbart reports, the wall construction will have to be, according to this bill that President Trump is saying he's going to sign, it must be approved by politically left-wing counties.
	They will have veto power over this.
	Slipped into the funding bill.
	That provides only 1.3 billion dollars for only 55 miles of border construction is a provision that prevents the Trump administration from constructing the barrier until DHS officials seek input from Starr County, Texas local and city officials.
	It mandates that Trump must quote seek to reach a mutual agreement regarding the design and alignment of physical barriers of Starr County.
	And the local officials, including those from several different Texas cities.
	And it's not just local elected officials who have to approve of the border wall.
	The spending bill mandates that DHS will open a public comment period beginning in July, then adding another 60 days to it.
	Again, delay, delay, delay.
	20 years?
	No, that's a conservative estimate.
	That's how long it's going to take to build this.
	Isn't that interesting?
	But you're going to have to get the permission of local county officials to build the wall.
	But we've got a Telecommunications Act of 1996 that was signed into law by Bill Clinton.
	And even if local officials are concerned about the health effects of cell phone towers, they can't stop the cell phone towers.
	The feds prohibited that.
	And the same thing is true of 5G.
	Are they concerned about the health of Americans or even the immigrants who are coming here from foreign countries without permission, without going through the legal process of immigration?
	They're not concerned about anybody's health.
	Once you get here, they're going to expose you to 5G radiation, to cell phone towers.
	They don't care about that.
	And they don't care whether you agree with that.
	But they're going to put this in there for a wall.
	Well, we've got a humanitarian crisis.
	Well, you're going to have a health crisis with this cell phone stuff.
	And, of course, they've already given immunity to all the telecommunications companies, and they're going to continue to roll out 5G under that same 1996 law, just like they gave immunity to the pharmaceutical companies for vaccines 10 years earlier in 1986.
	But anybody that wants to object to the wall can stop it, but not anything that's going to actually affect your health.
	Other contingencies in the spending bill include a provision dictating what type of border wall can be built.
	And that means that none of the prototype border walls that President Trump wanted to build can be built.
	You hear what I'm saying?
	Even though they're only giving him slightly over 1 billion dollars.
	Originally he was going to get 23 and then he negotiated that down unilaterally to 5.7 and then it came down and down and down.
	Now it's just over 1 billion.
	With the restriction that he can't build any of the wall prototypes that he's actually looked at.
	And then it gets even worse because just as we've seen corruption, political corruption, throughout Mexico because of the war on drugs, we see it throughout different areas of Texas that are on the border.
	Here's an example out of Breitbart.
	The spending bill will allow Mexican cartel connected Texas counties to stop the border as well.
	Stop the border wall.
	Here's some of the corruption.
	That has happened in some of these border counties like Star that I was just mentioning there, Hidalgo, Cameron.
	Three counties that in less than 20 years have seen five sheriffs and numerous top law enforcement officials sent to prison for getting bribes from the Mexican Gulf Cartel.
	Oh, well, I didn't even know about that one.
	I mean, Sinaloa was El Chapo.
	Here's a couple of examples.
	Former La Joya Police Chief Giovanni Hernandez is facing drug trafficking charges for allegedly helping Mexico's Gulf Cartel move cocaine and marijuana to pay for his campaigns.
	He's still awaiting trial.
	Former Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino just finished serving a five-year prison sentence.
	After having pleaded guilty to taking money from convicted Mexican drug lord El Gallo in exchange for favors.
	During the investigation, close to 20 law enforcement officials pled guilty or were tried and convicted.
	So they got about 20 other people besides him.
	Some of them would do plea bargains, others would be tried and convicted in addition to him.
	His son is serving a 17-year prison sentence for being the leader of the drug task force called the Panama Unit that raided narcotics stash houses only to sell the seized contraband on the side.
	Now see, going back to 2007, If DHS said that there was corruption, things like this that we're talking about, another sheriff from Cameron County, 24 years in prison that he's serving right now, former Starr County Sheriff, five years, four months in prison, helping again the Gulf Cartel, Mexico's Gulf Cartel.
	If DHS saw this, as it is right now, they could come in and say, well, you know, we're going to transfer money to the border.
	That's going to be shut down if President Trump signs this.
	So let's just sum it up.
	Five of the worst provisions here, as summarized by Daniel Horowitz yesterday.
	Number one, it's less of a wall than even the Democrats agreed to.
	Only bollard fencing, not concrete walls of any kind.
	Only 1.3 billion dollars, not 25 billion dollars, not 5.7 billion dollars, not 1.6 billion dollars.
	These are the different benchmarks of what President Trump said he was going to get.
	Now we're down to 1.3.
	But even that is going to prohibit concrete walls of any kind and no ability to adapt this.
	None of the prototypes that President Trump has are going to be usable.
	Section 231 prohibits construction even within the Rio Grande Valley in five locations that are either federal or state lands.
	In Texas, there's a lot of private land.
	So that means they would start there first.
	But now, the national parks are off limits to this.
	And the park rangers are scared to travel in these areas.
	Maybe you should be afraid as well.

	This is fascism.
	It's crony capitalism, which is a kind of fascism.
	I don't think she's anti-subsidy.
	She's just been talking about how she wants to subsidize certain industries.
	I mean, there's nothing that is... I don't know.
	I mean, unless she's concerned about the green footprint of Amazon.
	You know, they're flying packages around to people.
	We can't have that.
	I don't think that's it either.
	No, as people have looked at it, they said it doesn't have anything to do with the money.
	Because she's all about big subsidies.
	I think she's actually anti-immigrant.
	I don't think she wants people migrating there from California.
	I think she likes the stupid voters that voted her in.
	She's not going to risk that there's going to be somebody coming in that would not support her or whatever.
	But we'll talk about what's going on with that as well as some dangerous Legislation that is in the pike.
	Even more dangerous legislation that is going to be attacking the First Amendment.
	Both freedom of speech and freedom of religion being coming at us.
	But real quickly, let's just sum up the five big problems with this bill that President Trump said he's going to sign.

	As I said, number one, it's going to be less of a wall than even the Democrats already agreed to.
	They're going to restrict the materials that you can build a wall with.
	Number two, liberal local officials have veto power over the wall.
	I already talked about that.
	That's section 232.
	Prior to the use of any funds made available by this act, Homeland Security will have to reach a mutual agreement with any of the cities.
	Again, they're not concerned about health effects.
	A 5G, or cell phone towers, anything else like that.
	You don't get to veto that if you're concerned about the health effects of that.
	They want to plop that down right next to an elementary school, and they have.
	You have no say-so about that.
	You can't litigate that.
	That was shut down in 1996, the Telecommunications Act.
	Number three.
	This bill contains a blatant amnesty for the worst cartel smugglers.
	Section 224.
	Prohibits the deportation of anyone who is sponsoring an unaccompanied alien child.
	Let's just talk about this.
	That means this is a foreign child.
	And we don't know where the parents are.
	Somebody just shows up with a child and no parents.
	Oh, let them in.
	And the people who are with them get to come in.
	One of the immigration groups, Center for Immigration Studies, said we call this the MS-13 Household Protection Act.
	We know that 80% of the UAC sponsors are in the country illegally.
	The number of people this would protect would reach into the hundreds of thousands if all the household or potential household members are accounted.
	Number four, more funding to manage and induce the invasion rather than to deter it.
	So there's no new funding for ICE, there's no new funding for immigration judges, but they add another $40 million for the Alternatives to Detention Program.
	And what does that do?
	That moves people inside the country.
	Number five.
	It's going, and this we could call, The Mitch McConnell Koch Brothers Gift Package.
	Doubling the low-skilled workers.
	It includes that it will double the number of H-2B non-agricultural, non-agricultural, unskilled seasonal workers.
	And this is one of the reasons why this is being crammed through by Mitch McConnell.
	It's the payoff to his big corporate backers behind the Republican Party.
	Which, of course, the Democrats want to pay them off as well.
	It's really a win-win for the Democrats.
	They can pay off big corporate backers.
	You know, the Koch brothers have given a lot of money to the Democrats and the Clintons and so forth.
	So they want to please them as well, the Democrats do.
	And then they secure their future.
	You've got Texas Republicans are worried about 2020.
	They should be.
	They should be with this bill.

	And of course, Ann Coulter went the other direction.
	She said, I had thousands of likes on this particular post.
	How did it go down to 99 in just a couple of minutes?
	Isn't that interesting?
	How this is being manipulated.
	Like I said before, social media is not social.
	Search engines are not search engines.
	The search engines that we see with Google and so forth, they are manipulating what you can and cannot see.
	If they don't like what you have to say about being pro-life, if they don't like what you have to say about being pro-choice on health care, things like vaccines and so forth, they will shut you down.
	With these new search engines.
	Microsoft has said it.
	Facebook has said it.
	They're going to stop pushing, allowing information to be seen if they don't like the content of that information.
	If it is anti-vaccine, they will hide it.
	They will shadow ban it.
	And we see the same thing happening with Twitter.
	You had people point this out and Twitter apologized.
	Said, oh, we're so sorry that you noticed.
	I imagine that's what they're really apologizing for.
	It's no secret that Twitter censors and shadow bans conservatives.
	And now we're seeing that they're doing the other thing.
	They're pushing liberals, like AOC.
	As I've said before, that is exactly what they're doing overall.
	They're purging certain information and pushing other information.
	It's the purge-push metaphor.
	This is the way they're using their power of the Internet.
	And as I tweeted this out, one person said yesterday, one person said, well, we would have to look and see, are they doing the same types of stuff?
	In terms of shutting down engagement for non-conservatives?
	And I said, yeah, yeah, I guess we should look at that, because, you know, I don't know that I've ever heard anybody say that they were punished by Twitter because they don't like conservatives.
	Come on, we've had about two years.
	This has been going on probably as long, if not longer, than the Russian conspiracy theories that have been pushed out there by all these different people.
	As one person said, Ann Coulter said, hey, Twitter, this tweet had thousands of likes an hour ago, suddenly it's down to 99.
	Twitter management is removing likes from conservatives now.
	I've seen them removing my tweets.
	I don't know which ones they're removing.
	I mean, I don't delete any tweets.
	I've left up everything that I've got for years and years.
	But I look at some third-party metrics that look at the number of tweets I have or the number of followers or whatever.
	And I'll notice that they'll come in.
	They'll seem like they'll pick a plateau level for me.
	And I've noticed this with other users as well.
	When you start to go above that, unless there's some kind of a special event or something, it'll get away from them.
	And then they'll kind of cap it at a certain area because they will come in and they'll do two or three days worth of purges as you start to move up.
	Then they'll go through several days of purges.
	And it'll happen when I'm not really even tweeting about anything.
	Or it'll happen when I am tweeting about something.
	There's no pattern to that.
	And I've noticed this from other people as well, who basically have been pinned at a... who went up very quickly, then were capped.
	And I've noticed that they remove tweets as well.
	I'm not removing those tweets.
	Some days I might have... I first noticed that, I guess, about a month or two before the big internet purge of InfoWars.
	I noticed there was one missing one day and I thought, that's really weird.
	I didn't delete anything.
	Then a few days later, I see three of them are gone.
	Then a couple of weeks later, I see 20 disappear in one day.
	It's like, okay, now I know something's really going on.
	So I'd like to know who's deleting my tweets as well there at Twitter.
	Is it being done by algorithms or do I get the special care of somebody that's dedicated to that?
	Just like we've seen Google have human teams to make sure that nobody says anything bad about David Hogg.
	Nobody says anything bad about abortion.
	One of the things that they've been focused on is this learn to code meme.
	You know, Rob Doo got shut down last week.
	put up hashtag learn to code and there that became a thing after you had some of these left-wing news organizations like buzzfeed huffington post vice looking at layoffs People started laughing at them and saying, well, learn to code.
	You know, maybe if you're not going to be a journalist, maybe you should learn to write computer code program.
	And that was something that got very popular, especially with the 4chan people.
	Just like, you know, it's okay to be white.
	No, it's not okay to be white either.
	Can't say that.
	And Twitter said, well, we're not going to crack down on people after it was reported that they were going to do it.
	They walked back on that claim and said, no, no, no.
	We're going to be a little bit more nuanced with that.
	But no, they aren't.
	Now, the Daily Caller, which is kind of interesting because Daily Caller really was one of the few news organizations, when InfoWars got purged, that had absolutely nothing to say about it.
	They just pretended it didn't exist.
	I mean, it was news all over the world.
	I met a guy at a conference I was speaking at from Spain.
	He didn't speak any English, but when I said I worked for Alex Jones, he'd go, oh, Alex Jones, Perch, you know, he knew that.
	But Daily Caller didn't seem to know anything about it.
	I mean, Tucker Carlson, who, you know, used to run Daily Caller, I think he's got somebody else that's running it now.
	Tucker Carlson came to our defense and said, this is a very slippery slope.
	This is going to work out bad for everybody.
	He's absolutely right about that.
	But Daily Caller pretty much ignored that.
	They pretty much ignored this until it happened to their editor-in-chief.
	And then he wrote this article about the learned code issue.
	Maybe it's one of the reasons why Twitter's shares dropped 10% After it was reported earlier this week that only 39% of the people go there on a daily basis.
	Maybe Twitter is going to have to start to learn to code and have to come up with a different way to earn a living because this whole idea that they are going to be the public square isn't working out too well when you start to censor speech about certain things from certain people from the certain political viewpoints.
	And that's the real issue, and I think that really he did give us what we need.
	But again, it's like President Trump and having the ability to use the military to protect the border.
	He has all these different ways that he could do it under the drug war, under the Insurrection Act, under the Constitution, all these different ways that he could use the military, but he won't do it.
	Plays games, trying to negotiate away the powers that he's got.
	To sign away the powers that he's got.
	We've already had a Supreme Court decision back in 1946, Marsh v. Alabama.
	Even if a company owns the public square, all this stuff about, oh well, you know, this is their business model, they can do anything they want.
	Well, the reality is all the people saying that never said that about any of the bakers who are being forced to bake cakes for people that violated their religious convictions.
	Nobody ever said anything about that.
	They say, oh yeah, you ought to be able to force these bakers.
	Well, they don't have a monopoly.
	They don't own the public square.
	That's not their business model.
	There are other bakers that people could go to.
	And they weren't saying, I'm, you know, get out of my store.
	You can't buy anything here.
	They were just saying, I'm not going to make a custom cake for you that is going to repudiate my religious beliefs.
	It's a very different thing.
	But Twitter will just go in and ban things.
	Facebook, Google, ban things that they don't like.
	And everybody says, well, that's their prerogative, because they're big.
	Now, because they're big, they don't have that authority.
	And the Supreme Court's already said that, but, you know, we don't pay any attention to that.
	Here's where it's getting bad, folks.
	And that is with the transgender agenda.
	This is the thing that is now being pushed.
	They focus on one thing at a time.
	Once they establish that, they move to the next thing.
	It's like a ratchet.
	You never go back.
	We never get back any of our freedoms after we lose them.
	We just keep moving down this authoritarian rabbit hole.
	One of the ways to put this is, you have one person looking at this says, when Twitter punishes us for misgendering and for deadnaming, the company is pressuring us to speak things that we know are not true.

	I want to talk about what's going on in New York with the Amazon deal that fell through because I think that tells us a lot.
	About the hypocrisy of the left, and also we're going to take a look at Jeff Bezos and some updates on, as his mistress said, the cockfight that's going on between him and David Pecker.
	Some people called it Peckergate, but this is a minefield of double entendre.
	But also of hypocrisy in terms of the back-and-forth divisions within the Democrat Party.
	Because the Democrat Party owns New York.
	And so you've got two different wings of the Democrat Party that are now fighting each other over this Amazon deal.
	Very upset about that.
	Maybe they'll go to New Jersey.
	I don't know.
	I mean, New Jersey had offered them even more money than New York had offered them.
	They now are going to pass their rain tax, or I guess we could call it their rainy day tax.
	You know, New Jersey is bankrupt, but they're going to give Amazon $8 billion just a couple of months ago.
	And now they're going to be passing this rain tax.
	And now I guess they've got more money, so maybe that deal could be on again.
	Who knows?
	We'll see what happens with that.
	They could jump back into the process and throw more money at the world's richest man.
	Because that's the way crony capitalism works.
	We'll get into that in just a moment, but I want to finish up with this censorship that's going on with Twitter and how we have the big tech companies who are now pushing this transgender agenda.
	Think about this, and as I've said before, the real insidious part of this is not the fact that these people are doing whatever they want.
	I don't really care personally what people do in their private lives.
	I don't care how they dress.
	If they want to dress like Corporate Clinger, whatever, I don't care.
	That's up to them.
	But if they want to compel me to recognize it, to talk in a particular way, to say that somebody that has male genitalia is not a male, We call it gender because it refers to genitalia.
	There's a clue there, you know.
	You go back to the word etymology and the different roots there, you know.
	There's a clue that that's about something physical, biological.
	As I've said before, the answer to LGBTQ is B.O.B.
	It's biological, it's subjective, it's binary.
	And that's really what they hate.
	And they're going to shove that down our throats.
	Starting with The big tech companies, especially Twitter.
	We have to understand that the next thing to roll down the line, no matter how crazy this sounds folks, they're preparing the way for the acceptance of pedophilia.
	When they tell children in kindergarten That they are gender-fluid.
	They don't know what gender they are.
	You have all this they-be stuff.
	Instead of babies, they're they-bes.
	You're going to raise them as a specific sex or whatever.
	When they start gaslighting kids that way, and they start saying to kids, well, we think that you're gender-fluid.
	Forget what your parents say.
	We're not going to let the parents have a say-so on this.
	When they start doing that in the schools, when they start, as they already are in some states like California, administering hormones to change these children even before they reach puberty.
	They are laying the groundwork to say these children can make determinations about sex, about sex acts.
	If they can make determinations about what sex they are, they can consent to sex acts with these people.
	And this is where this is really headed in the long run.
	This is what's so insidious about this.
	And at the center of it all are the big tech companies like Twitter.
	And it's not just what they're doing on social media.
	They're now introducing laws to make these social media policies, they will enact that against us.
	And here's how this is going to roll out.
	We've got one person who's been banned, Megan Murphy.
	You remember this?
	Back in the fall, back in October, she was one of the first people to be singled out.
	She's from Canada.
	Back in October 11th last year, she said, men aren't women.
	A lot of feminists are saying this.
	A lot of feminists are very angry about the fact that men are just saying, well, I'm a woman and so I get to camp out here.
	I get to get special preferences and privileges.
	I can get into athletic events and compete as a woman because there is a biological difference.
	So she said, men aren't women.
	And Twitter forced her to remove that.
	Twitter also forced her to remove a tweet that asked, how are trans women not men?
	What is the difference between a man and a trans woman?
	Oh, you're going to have to remove that, said Twitter.
	That's not allowed speech.
	She also tweeted out, the fact that a multi-billion dollar company is censoring basic facts.
	Who's she talking about?
	That's Twitter.
	That they're censoring basic facts and silencing people who ask questions about this is insane.
	That tweet invited 20,000 likes, but Twitter forced her to delete it without citing any rule or policy that it violated.
	And now she is suing.
	On November the 23rd, they banned her forever because she tweeted, yeah, it's him beneath the image of a man who is named Jonathan Yaniv.
	Now Yaniv is pretending to be a woman.
	He has filed multiple human rights claims to force women who work, get this, in waxing salons to give him bikini waxes.
	And as the New American points out, they refused to give him bikini waxes for obvious reasons.
	Yeah, he's not from Brazil.
	But she is suing Twitter because she said, yeah, it's him, this guy who's pretending to be a woman.
	She's suing Twitter saying that the user agreement that you sign, and this is important, too, because, you know, everybody's, oh, they've got Private property rights?
	No, actually they are the public square, as Jack Dorsey has said eight times, and as I've said, there's already been a Supreme Court decision back in 1946 that says even if you own the public square, you can't ban free speech there.
	The public square is their business model.
	And they do have user agreements.
	And as she's pointing out in her lawsuit, those user agreements constitute a binding contract with users.
	We've already seen this.
	With the triple amputee Iraqi veteran who was encouraged by Facebook to spend over $300,000 in ads and then they didn't like his politics and they banned him.
	You can't do that kind of bait and switch to people.
	And that's what she's saying.
	But it gets worse than that, folks.
	It's not just what's going on on social media.
	Because we could build other social media platforms, or we could just ignore it, or we could do something else.
	Quite frankly, that's not really that practical, nevertheless, because these people have been given a monopoly.
	They've been subsidized, created, funded by DARPA, by In-Q-Tel, which is the venture capital firm of the CIA.
	Just as they funded ISIS in Syria and so forth, they have funded these social media companies.
	They've created the internet for these purposes.
	But it is now rolling out for law.
	Twitter, Facebook, and Apple, reports WND, are among 107 major companies that have endorsed federal, federal legislation, federal laws that will turn this kind of insanity that we've seen on Twitter, that will turn that into a criminal offense.
	A criminal offense.
	And it will be a federal case.
	Yeah.
	There ought to be a law, they said.
	And they're going to make a federal case out of it.

	You know, the technocratic elite, as the big new Brzezinski called them.
	People like Twitter, Facebook, Apple.
	107 major corporations have endorsed federal legislation that would make misgendering a punishable offense.
	They call it the Equality Act.
	But as an official from the Heritage Foundation said, it is anything but that.
	These laws give government control over our freedom to speak and to think and to say what is true.
	This attacks not only freedom of the press, because we've seen these same companies come after Infowars, but your individual freedom of speech and your religious beliefs in a big way.
	And of course, because it's a federal Act.
	They want to do this.
	It'll have effect for everybody.
	I mean, this isn't going to be the kind of insanity that we've already seen in certain states.
	We've already had people like a high school teacher and a professor at Shawnee State University have their careers and their lives derailed because they referred to people based on their biology and not their imagination.
	And Peter Vlaming, Professor Nicholas Meriwether at Shawnee State University.
	Don't talk to your students and say, you know, well, because they are biologically male or biologically... That doesn't matter.
	That is misgendering or deadnaming.
	You know, they come up with a new name and you refer to them by their original name that is on their birth certificate or you refer to their sex.
	as the gender that they biologically are, you will be punished if these 107 major corporations get their way.
	This is the kind of fascism that is taking away all of our individual liberties.
	Fascism is the merging of these big corporations with government.
	And it's hard to tell where one begins and the other one ends.
	We're going to get into what happened with Amazon in New York here in just a second.
	But here's the bottom line, folks.
	It really does go back to 1984.
	That key part of 1984 where they capture Winston and they demand that he repeat 2 plus 2 equals 5.
	As I pointed out, A Princeton University professor said, ordinary authoritarians are content to forbid people from saying things that they know or believe to be true, but totalitarians insist on forcing people to say things that they know or believe to be untrue.
	They've got to make you say 2 plus 2 equals 5.
	That is the essence of totalitarianism.
	And that's essentially what the social media companies are doing and that's what they want to make a federal law.
	We've already seen this in England.
	We've had people arrest a mother in front of her children, take her to jail for seven hours because of something she said on social media.
	These people are the Stasi of the surveillance state.
	They have always worked hand-in-glove with them.
	They are now even crafting legislation.
	107 companies, and again, it's people like Twitter, Facebook, Apple, the big corporations that own pretty much everything.
	And boy, I tell you what, you know, so few companies own media, own social media, that when you talk about 107 corporations, you basically got all of corporate America pushing to control your speech, to control your thought.
	And so in light of that, what happened in New York?
	We had Jeff Bezos, the world's richest man, had governments falling all over themselves to shower him with billions of dollars to move their second corporate headquarters there.
	And of course he picked the two places that were the most politically connected, Washington D.C.
	and New York.
	They weren't the places that had offered the most money, they were the places that had the most power and influence, because he's still working that leverage game.
	You know, we look at all this stuff that some people have labeled Peckergate because of the competition between Bezos and the National Enquirer.
	Bezos has said, they're blackmailing me.
	A lot of people have questioned whether that's blackmail.
	Certainly it was a threat.
	Does it rise to the level of blackmail?
	Well, we'll see what happens with that.
	But the guy who is the owner of National Enquirer, his name is Pecker, And since this involves pictures of Jeff Bezos that would prove biologically which gender he is, they've called this Beckergate.
	But as Glenn Greenwald said about a week ago, he said, while Jeff Bezos is all upset about his privacy, he's working very hard to undermine yours.
	He's got a lot of very, very big contracts that he signed with the Pentagon, with the CIA, with the NSA, for cloud services and so forth.
	He's got Recognition, or Recognition, I don't know, it's spelled with a K, I don't know how he pronounces it.
	Facial recognition software that he's selling to law enforcement.
	These are very, very big contracts.
	His ownership of the Washington Post pales in comparison to the money that he's making on these police state industrial complex contracts.
	But the game that's being played here, I think the hypocrisy is not even so much that as it is a projection of what the Washington Post has done.
	How he's already used that as a very powerful player there in Washington.
	250 million dollars, that's nothing for these contracts compared to these multiple contracts that he's getting for tens of billions of dollars.
	And yet the Washington Post Has been used in exactly the same way that he is accusing the National Enquirer of being used.
	And they were very political in what happened with that.
	It's not clear that there was any political connection whatsoever with these pictures.
	It looks like his mistress was sharing them with everybody, that her brother was sharing them with everybody.
	Because they thought it was cool.
	Well, we'll take a look at that.
	But first, let's take a look at what happened in New York, because it's Alexandria Occasional Cortex celebrating the fact that she shut down Amazon's headquarters.
	Now, the mayor and governor of New York are not very happy about that.
	Many people in the Democrat Party are not happy about that.
	Polls showed that 70% of New Yorkers wanted Amazon to go there.
	And of course, she didn't shut it down because of the subsidy.
	She loves subsidies.
	She was just talking about the Green New Deal.
	So, they said, a number of state and local politicians have made it very clear that they oppose our presence and will not work with us to build the type of relationships that are required to go forward.
	The project that we and many others had envisioned in Long Island City.
	So, they're going to take off.
	Maybe they'll go to New Jersey, like I said.
	New Jersey doesn't have any money, but they're putting in more taxes here.
	The rain tax, call it a rainy day tax, I guess, they're going to put that in.
	And it's not just the establishment Democrats.
	You've got Peter King, Republican.
	He wants to see this happen as well.
	And folks, this is not capitalism.
	It's crony capitalism.
	It's fascism.
	It's a merger of state with corporation.
	But Peter King says, oh, this is absolutely disgraceful.
	No, it's disgraceful for you to take money from ordinary people and subsidize the richest man in the world.
	A terrible loss of jobs for New Yorkers.
	But Cortez is celebrating this.
	She says, that shows that anything is possible.
	Today was a day that a group of dedicated everyday New Yorkers and their neighbors defeated Amazon's corporate greed, its workers, its exploitation, and the power of the richest man in the world.
	And yet she wants to subsidize other rich corporations.
	She calls those expenditures.
	Or investments, rather.
	Not expenditures.
	A New York City councilman said that it wasn't the subsidies.
	At all.
	It was the union issue that was in play.
	And as one person said, let's let some of this irony sink in.
	At the same time that AOC wants to raise taxes on the wealthy to fund her utopian socialist agenda, she's also against wealthy people generating taxable income.
	They were going to give them a little over three billion dollars from various sources.
	They were going to give him another $10 billion over 20 years.
	Look, I don't like to see, as I've said many times, I don't like to see billionaires getting subsidized at the expense of small businesses and individual taxpayers.
	One of the worst places for that, of course, are the sports stadium subsidies.
	But she wants to do that everywhere.
	When it comes to her agenda, I think she was just anti-immigrant.
	I think she wanted people coming from California.

	I've got just another segment or so here before we're going to have a guest come in that I think you're really going to enjoy.

	He was presented with a lot of physical challenges and we're going to talk about how he overcame those challenges.
	Very inspiring story and it really shows, I think, The value of human life.
	All of us are created in the image of God and this is a fight right now that is being brought to us in a number of different areas.
	Just as we're seeing the authoritarian urges to demand that we kowtow and say things that we know are not true.
	They're going to demand that we say that.
	This is the push that is coming from multiple big corporations.
	We also have a massive push to devalue human life.
	When you start saying, well, because of a particular health condition that an individual has, they don't have any value, and I think, you know, we can get rid of these children, we can throw them on the ash heap of history.
	You've already seen this happen in the past.
	Unwanted children in the Roman Empire were thrown on the trash heap.
	It was the Christians of the first century who rescued them.
	And we're going to have a spiritual revival in this country, or this country is going to be a mass sheep of history.

	They'll now have, under the UN, they say, well, we don't like your speech, we hate your speech, so therefore you are guilty of hate speech and we're going to take away your domain name.
	That'll be the next thing they do.
	But they're trying to take away the ability for people that they don't like politically, whether it is people on political spectrum, people opposing their wars.
	Or whether it's somebody who is even manufacturing or selling guns.
	They want to demonetize them with the banks, with PayPal and so forth.

	You know, as we look at Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, I like to call her Occasional Cortex, she's very excited about the fact that she says she shut down these subsidies.
	It's not about that.
	Not about that at all.

	Netflix is going to be paying $10 million for a documentary about her.
	I'm sure she likes that.

	I'm sure she doesn't have a problem with that.
	And she's going to shower money on green corporations.
	If it's somebody that supports her, somebody that can help her politically, that'll be an investment.
	You may be the one paying for it, but it'll be an investment for her.
	I don't think she wants people coming in her district from California that may not be as malleable and controllable as the people who put her in office.
	I think that's really what that amounts to.
	Because clearly the Democrats thought they could do business with Jeff Bezos, and they've been doing a lot of business with him.
	Washington Post has been very effective as his political blog.
	And when you look at what's going on with the so-called Green New Deal, which is not green, it's really red, It's not new, it's a very old plan of authoritarianism, and it's a very bad deal.
	But Chuck Schumer just gave a speech where he trashed President Trump because he doesn't buy into the climate change bandwagon.
	And Chuck Schumer was holding up North Korea, Syria, and Iran as paragons who are fighting climate change.
	I have said from the very beginning that when you look at the authoritarian policies that they're trying to impose with a veneer, a camouflage of green in this Green New Deal, that this is the same old stuff that we've seen from Every socialist, whether they are a national socialist like Adolf Hitler, or an international socialist like Stalin, or somebody like Mao who wants to enact a cultural revolution who has a great leap forward, they're all doing this type of thing.
	And so then they pull in Syria, North Korea, and Iran.
	I even said, if you want to see what socialism does to a country, take a look at East and West Germany.
	Or North and South Korea.
	A lot of people have forgotten what East and West Germany looks like.
	People of AOC's age don't really understand that.
	You can still see what's going on in North and South Korea.
	In both of those cases, they took a country that had a common culture, a common language, a common people.
	Everything about these people was exactly the same.
	It was, in both of these cases, a controlled experiment.
	Same type of thing that you would do if you wanted to test the effect of a particular drug or food or something like that.
	You would, you know, split an identical population in two and then look at the effect of that.
	Well, we did that economically with both East and West Germany and North and South Korea.
	And look at the trajectory after we applied authoritarian, centralized control and socialism.
	And yet, you've got Chuck Schumer holding North Korea up there as somebody who is fighting the good fight.
	Well, yeah, because, you know, what this is going to necessarily involve is death, austerity, and a word, socialism, authoritarianism.
	Of course, you know, war also helps in all those countries as well, keeping themselves on war footing.
	The real war is the war against your freedom, your liberty, Your health, your life.
	These people who are saying they're going to shut down everything that you can do, your mobility, they're going to dictate what you can and cannot eat, they're going to lock you into the cities.
	And Chuck Schumer says basically every country in the world, including Syria, North Korea, Iran, are working together to reduce carbon emissions.
	Yeah, when you look at North Korea, you don't see any carbon emissions, you don't see any lights.
	Have you ever seen the satellite pictures?
	of North Korea at night. You can see lights all over the place in South Korea where they have a vibrant booming free market economy. Pretty much free market. I'm sure there's subsidies going on there to big corporations but you know compared to North Korea, a free market. And North Korea is essentially completely dark.
	Completely dark!
	They're not using any of that convulsive consumerism in North Korea.
	The Pope should be very happy.
	Chuck Schumer is very happy.
	That's the kind of country that Ocasio-Cortez wants for you.
	It's absolutely amazing that these people continue to get away with this.
	When we look at how they're going to push this forward, of course, a big part of this is not just the corporations that are going to dictate That you have to say that somebody is a different sex when they obviously are biologically female.
	You're going to pronounce them as male or vice versa.
	Microsoft and their new browser, which they call Edge.
	Yeah, we're on the edge of tyranny, folks.
	Their NewsGuard plug-in, they're going to put green check marks for certain news organizations.
	Guess which ones are in the club?
	All those news organizations like CNN, Huffington Post, Washington Post, the same ones that were just selling that false narrative about those Covington Catholic kids.
	We've also got Rolling Stone that did the rape hoax about the Scottsboro Boys.
	BuzzFeed that had to be called out for their lies by even Bob Mueller.
	No, no, no, you can't say that about President Trump.
	Those are going to be approved.
	Of course we won't.
	If you're not expanding, you're imploding.
	There is no set stasis.
	There is no managed system.
	There is no un-continuum.
	The continuum is always launching forward into the future.
	So you support us and get creative and get fired up.
	We won't just be here a hundred years.
	We'll be here forever.
	We'll turn the whole thing around.
	Our grandchildren on Mars bases and jump bases and God knows what are going to look back and say, you know, we struggled here.
	We made it.
	And that's really where this goes.
	God's got a big war for you ready.
	And so, If you can't face George Soros and Hillary Clinton and Adolf Hitler and Mao Zedong, are you going to really be able to face the other stuff?
	Because God wants warriors that are smart and are ready to build things and are also ready to fight.

	And I mean, I don't know what's going to happen to me in the future.
	I mean, all I know is I want to go with the master builder.

	Yeah, while the city sleeps, we've got men scheming new ways to track us, new ways to kill us.
	SOCOM says it needs to step up its propaganda game.
	I think they're doing a pretty good job.
	They've got a very good job in terms of tracking people and keeping it secret.
	You had NBC News come out and say, it's data, not privacy, that's the real danger.
	And they tried to distinguish that by saying, well, this is how we define privacy and data.
	Your privacy, says NBC, is things like your first and last name, your social security number, your online credentials, and that sort of thing.
	But your data is the portrait of who you are, more importantly of who you are compared to other people.
	In other words, they're talking about your metadata.
	The things that Michael Hayden said, oh, you know, we're just looking at your metadata.
	We're not really looking at your private information.
	We're not looking at what you say or write to other people.
	We're not putting out, we're not looking at your social security number.
	The metadata, the ability to be able to identify you based on your activity, to be able to predict what you're going to do, that's what these people have been about from the very beginning.
	Here's a good example of this that just came out.
	Fitness tracking app accidentally revealed secret US military bases and CIA black sites.
	Because they were able to look at this and say, well we know that this guy is connected to these other people, we know that he's, that means that he's probably, he's in the military, or we know that he's in the CIA or the NSA or whatever, and we see a whole bunch of these other people that we've already identified as being in these organizations, and they're clustering together here, and they're meeting in this area, so it looks like they've got a military base.
	But they're doing this, and have been doing this, For the last 20 some odd years to identify people politically, religiously?
	I have to ask, why do you think that they're doing this?
	Why are they identifying people politically and religiously if they're not going to try to control us?
	And they will be controlled.
	They're already controlling people through social media.
	Take a look at what Target did.
	Target has an app that would offer people a very low price and then as they would go to the store and get close to the closer they will get to the store the higher the price would go if the app would already start taking up. They were busted in Minneapolis by TV station news there.
	They discovered that when they entered the Target store in one case the price of a smartphone went up by as much as is $150.
	They called it the parking lot price switch.
	I think we ought to call it proximity pricing.
	But again, this is an example of how they can use it for profits, but it also can be used for political control.
	For shutting down dissidents.
	For imposing a religious orthodoxy.
	And of course, we know they're going to do that.
	They're already doing it in China.
	Everything that they're doing in China is being brought here.
	But let's just take a look at what Target was doing with this.
	Target's at price for a particular Samsung Smart TV was $500.
	They said, but when we pulled into the parking lot of the Minnetonka store, the price suddenly increased to $600.
	To test this further, we selected 10 products on the Target app at random, ranging from toys to bottled water to vacuum cleaners.
	We found that when we entered the store, 4 out of the 10 products jumped in price on the app.
	An Apple watch band went up by $2.
	A Shark vacuum went up by $40.
	A Graco child car seat jumped by $72.
	Remember a few years ago, back in 2012, This guy started getting congratulations from Target and sales flyers for his teenage daughter because she was having a baby.
	He says, you're having a baby?
	They knew it before he did it and they figured it out from the metadata.
	And Target has been the consulting detective actually for federal law enforcement for quite some time.
	Kind of like the Sherlock Holmes of the data industry.

	14, when I found out my story, I'm adopted, have been blessed with an amazing family, knew I had been born prematurely, but yeah, here I was, 14 years old, to have my own adoptive mother tell me, you know, Missy, you survived an abortion.
	It was absolutely devastating.
	And then you found your mom later.
	Yes, it's been a lifelong journey.
	I started looking for my birth mother when I was 19, didn't find her until I was almost 30.
	And she didn't know you survived?
	She didn't.
	How is that possible?
	She was told that day, it's a monster, it's hideous, don't look at it.
	She didn't know if It had been a little boy or a little girl delivered in that final step of the saline infusion abortion, and she had lived with such incredible regret, as you can imagine.
	So I've been blessed to be united with her.
	We first started communicating about six years ago, and now she's one of the greatest supports alongside my family.
	Wow, that's incredible.
	Josiah, tell us your story.
	Yeah, so I was adopted from South Korea into a family of 12 kids.
	And when I was 13, my adoptive parents, they sat me down and they told me about how my birth mother actually had had a curatage abortion when she was two months pregnant with me.
	And a curatage abortion is a type of abortion where the doctor goes into the mother's womb and basically rips the baby apart and brings them out in pieces.
	And that's actually why we think I'm probably missing an arm today.
	And so she had the procedure at two months, and then at five months realized that I was still alive, that the abortion failed.
	At that point, I was born later on October 7th, 1995, and I was placed with an adoption agency and lived in a foster home for about a year before I came over to the States to live with the family I've grown up with.
	Wow.
	Now Claire, your mother had an abortion but you survived.
	How is that possible?
	I did.
	So my birth mother was 13 years old when she found out she was pregnant with me.
	She was in eighth grade and her mother said that she wasn't ready to be a mother and so she took her to a local abortion clinic and she had a DNC surgical late-term abortion at five months along in her pregnancy and they told her that her life would go back to normal but
	A few weeks went by and things weren't getting back to normal and she went back and they told her that her abortion had been successful but that she was still pregnant and one of the twins that she didn't know she was pregnant with had survived and so she actually sought out a second late-term abortion in Kansas but they, because of the risk of infection, they weren't able to do that and so I was born six weeks later.
	And you also have met your biological mother.
	I did.
	I actually didn't find this out until I met my biological mother.
	I had a lot of physical complications growing up.
	I was in body casts for two years because I had dislocated hips and clubbed feet from the abortion procedure and we didn't know why until I met my birth mother and found out about her abortion.
	Alright, you just heard some people who had survived abortions.
	In these particular cases, the doctors, the one individual there, his name is Presley, and he was from, I think, South Korea.
	And he survived an abortion, like I played the clip yesterday, where the doctor reaches up and pulls Parts of the baby out, just pulls apart.
	He's missing an arm because the doctor literally pulled an arm off of him.
	Another individual there had survived it because it was a twin pregnancy.
	The other baby was killed and then they found out a couple months later.
	They said, oh well, you know, there's still another baby in there.
	She was going to go back and have the abortion to kill the other baby.
	But there was risk of infection so they didn't do that.
	She survived it.
	In all those cases, The children were adopted by Christian parents and they, as they pointed out in those interviews, they said all three of us have forgiven our birth mothers because we know that they had no idea what they were getting into when they had an abortion.
	Now joining us now is Gabe Giggo and his father Shane.
	And he didn't survive an abortion attempt, but he survived an attempt from what I understand, doctors trying to talk you into having an abortion because of what they believed his condition was when your wife was pregnant.
	Yes sir, that's correct.
	Yeah, and they were telling you that he was going to be born without any arms or without any legs because of what they had seen?
	Well, what they had told us, my wife was not able to get the test in the fifth trimester of the fifth month.
	Lean into the mic a little bit more.
	So if there was any issue in the pregnancy, in the womb, they would be able to detect it.
	There was a delay.
	And I've always thought that's been a God thing because at that time, we're not exactly sure what they would have found or told us.
	So in the seventh month of her pregnancy, they told us that they had found something wrong with Gabriel.
	Mm-hmm.
	And he was, at that time, was missing an arm, kidneys, several other internal organs, and he was having some problems with his brain, missing the brainstem connection between the hemispheres, the left and right hemisphere of his brain.
	And so they wanted us to have an abortion It was illegal in Texas, so we went to, the doctor sent us to a genetics counselor to talk to my wife about it, and they told us how she probably wouldn't survive the birth.
	It was detrimental to her.
	Gabriel would, if he survived, he'd be a vegetable.
	It was unfair for us to bring a child into this world.
	Wow.
	And none of this is true.
	Not now.
	Yesterday we talked to a, we had a congressman from Kansas said, I practiced for 30 years, I delivered 5,000 children, and I never saw a situation where the life of the mother was at risk.
	C. Everett Koop, who was the Surgeon General for President Reagan, said that he worked for 30 years as well.
	And he said he had never seen a situation where you had to trade off the life of the mother for the baby.
	And yet, they were telling you this for your wife.
	Yes, sir, they were.
	Yeah, absolutely amazing.
	Now, fortunately, this didn't happen.
	Why?
	Why did you make that choice?
	Like I said a second ago, it was illegal in Texas.
	They had held a conference.
	They wanted us to go to Kansas to have an abortion.
	We started talking about it.
	We prayed about it.
	We talked about it with our pastors.
	If it was going to be as bad as they said, we were still going to pursue it because we don't believe in abortion.
	Yeah.
	So we went through it and just decided that whatever the outcome was, we were going to move forward and we're going to trust God to see what happens.
	And now, Gabe, you're 22?
	Yes, sir.
	You've had a lot of health challenges.
	You've got really good use of your arms because you are a champion weightlifter.
	That's the key thing here.
	You are in a wheelchair, but you have been, what is it?
	three times world champion. Tell us about some of the things that he's accomplished.
	And not only that, but competing not in Paralympics, but competing against non-disabled people.
	That's one of the most amazing things. And there's some footage that we've got of you competing in some of the weightlifting. But tell us some of the awards that he's won.
	So Gabe is, he competes on the United States powerlifting team, the bench press team.
	And he's a three-time world champion bench presser.
	He competes in the 116-pound class and he benches about 300 pounds.
	And so he made a choice that he wanted to compete.
	It's a little bit of a story, but after some therapy from one of his surgeries, he started to notice that he was exceptionally strong.
	And so we started training and he competed.
	And he did really well.
	And so we got with the USAPL, the United States Powerlifting Association.
	They let Gabriel compete.
	And as it started to progress, he continued to adapt to their rules.
	They told us if he wanted to be a non-disabled lifter, he had to compete as a non-disabled lifter.
	Mm-hmm.
	So... They ever had anybody do that before?
	No, sir.
	They haven't.
	And he goes out in his wheelchair and he climbs on the bench and, you know, at first you would think it's a little bit of a degrading thing because he has to climb and do all these things with you.
	He goes out there and he faces a challenge, he gets set, and then he does it with all in a minute.
	Wow.
	So he has to compete with everybody.

	Welcome back.
	We're talking to Gabe Jiggo and his father Shane.
	And Gabe had a lot of health issues.
	The doctor said there was no way that he was going to survive.
	As a matter of fact, it might kill his mother as well.
	They decided that because they were Christians, they were going to leave that in God's hands.
	They were going to move ahead.
	And Gabe has had an amazing life.
	Three times world champion as a weightlifter, even though he's in a wheelchair.
	And you've had how many operations, Gabe? 49.
	49 and just 22 years old.
	You've had a lot of health challenges, but you have risen to these challenges and you have done an amazing job in terms of accomplishments here.
	We started out with the clips of three children who are now about your age, Gabe.
	When their mothers were pregnant with them, they actually tried to abort them, but things went wrong with the abortions.
	One boy had his arm pulled off as part of the abortion, but they were adopted by Christian families.
	One guy was a Southern Baptist pastor who adopted this boy who had his arm pulled off.
	And it's just, we don't realize the power of love or what people can accomplish And I think we are selling our children short and we've got a massive movement in this country to deny what is really happening here.
	Focus on the family is setting up a pro-life rally in New York, in Times Square, where they just passed this bill that will allow abortion all the way up to the point of birth.
	And I guess if you look at what they want to do in Virginia, it would be after birth now.
	I don't know where, you know, once you get on this slippery slope, where do you stop it?
	They're going to have a live 4D ultrasound, which is a very, very powerful thing for people to be able to actually see what is happening here.
	And that's the key thing.
	Shane, just as you were talking about this, the doctors didn't really know what was going on.
	They were telling you all these dire predictions and everything, and it's been very challenging for you having nearly 50 operations in 22 years, but certainly this has been a real blessing for all of you, I can see.
	Yes, sir, it has.
	Yeah, we've had a lot of those same types of things that were told to us about our daughter that we adopted from China.
	Initially she had hydroencephalus, which I know that you've struggled with, but they didn't have the shunts that happened at that point in time.
	In China, they would give people herbal diuretics to get rid of the fluid on the brain and so forth.
	You also had that problem, as well as spina bifida, and that's been a big part of the ongoing issues here, but we didn't know that either.
	And again, we looked at this and said, we're going to trust God.
	We're going to do what we can.
	Life is worth living.
	We all have challenges.
	We all have things in our life that are not perfect, every single one of us, but we work with those things and do the best we can.
	Tell me a little bit about how you got into weightlifting and why you wanted to do that.
	Well, ever since I was little, I've dealt with disabilities and things and I've always wanted to encourage people.
	That no matter what you're facing, you can overcome anything.
	That it's all about, yes, people face stuff, everybody does, but it's all about how you respond, not the caliber, whatever you're facing.
	And I started in therapy and I was really progressing and then my dad works out of the house and was like, can I try that?
	You're not a world champion.
	No, sir.
	I said, can I try that?
	Felt really good after working out.
	And so we started looking into it.
	We started talking and there was a lot that goes in the story, but we started talking, looked in the powerlifting and at first we're looking at the Paralympics.
	And then I talked to dad about doing non-disabled powerlifting, which a wheelchair athlete has not done against the non-disabled people at that time.
	And so we were looking at the rules.
	Dad said, are you sure you want to do this?
	I said, yeah.
	I said, cause nobody's going to expect it.
	No one was going to expect a guy in a wheelchair to go up there and show off.
	Yeah.
	So we started that and it kind of took off from there.
	Well we also said we gave an expectation of if you're going to do this you're going to have to compete as non-disabled and you're going to have to be committed to it.
	That's right.
	You set that goal.
	And you accomplished it.
	That's the impressive thing, too.
	I mean, there's just so much that you can do.
	I mean, people look at this and you're not limited by all of these health challenges that you've had.
	You've transcended that.
	We've had a lot of parents that have disabled children in various degrees that have come to us and asked us about how they can change things in their home.
	And we always tell them, You know, find out what your kids are into, what they like.
	If it's video games, we've had a friend of ours that they had muscular dystrophy and they couldn't move a whole lot of their arms, but they could use their fingers.
	And so they were really into video games.
	So just spend hours a day with them doing that, but help them to become the best they can be in the outlet that they can find.
	And once they do, Their life starts to evolve from being depressed and sad to starting to meet challenges and to become happy.
	They get fulfilled and then once they find those little challenges they can meet.
	Then there's no stopping because they're not hemmed in by the disability.
	At that point, they become available to see the whole world in front of them.
	And that's what we're trying to promote with Gabe.
	That's great.
	You know, when we look at what's happening in New York and Rhode Island and New Mexico, they talked to one particular person, Daniel Ritchie, and he was born without arms.
	And his comment is that when we judge the value of life, we're getting into dangerous territory.
	We're getting into dangerous territory because we can see that if we're going to allow the government to get rid of somebody because of perceived health challenges, then that is going to affect each and every one of us throughout our life.
	I mean, we've seen this with Terry Shavo.
	When you devalue life at one particular point, where do you stop?
	There is no stopping point.
	But just as you pointed out, Shane, If you see that you can accomplish something, there's no stopping point on that either.
	That's the positive side of this.
	That's why I wanted you to come in and talk about this.
	So he said doctors truly do not know.
	This is the guy, Daniel Ritchie, who was born without arms.
	He said doctors truly do not know what the long-term prospect is for kids.
	You were born without use of your legs and you become three-time world champion by using your arms.
	You know, here's an author who doesn't have any arms but is still moving forward.
	You know, when I look at the situation that you had, you were diagnosed, you had multiple problems, but one of them was spina bifida.
	We're talking during the break about this.
	There was a famous picture Twenty years ago, 1999, there was in Tennessee, they were doing operations on children who had spina bifida.
	They were doing operations on them in the womb.
	And there was that picture of baby Samuel and the hand, the tiny hand that was holding the pinky.
	Can you guys pull that picture up so we can see that?
	And I remember that became a big issue with Matt Drudge.
	He had a show on Fox News And that's actually a different picture.
	That's a young girl.
	That's the one there of baby Samuel.
	He was going to show that on Fox News, and Roger Ailes would not allow him to do that.
	He said, well, if you're not going to let me show that, I'm not going to do the show.
	And it basically caused a break in the contract there.
	But when you look at something like that, that is so life-affirming, and it isn't an an issue as to whether or not this child reached out and grabbed it or whether the person took the hand. You can see the humanity of that child in that tiny hand grasping that. That's what they don't want people to see. They don't want them to see the 4D ultrasound. 	Gabe, well actually his father Shane and his mother were advised by counselors that he's not going to have any quality.
	What did they tell you?
	What did the counselor tell you, Shane?
	So the genetics counselor, she told my wife when we came back to tell him that.
	Um, we weren't going to have the abortion because as I said, they were setting up out of state and they were basically providing all the means to get there.
	They're going to provide for you to get an abortion in another state because it was illegal.
	It was not legal in Texas.
	So they were going to get you across the state lines.
	So, um, she kept telling us the quality of life that he's going to have is not, it's not going to be a value because he's going to be a vegetable.
	He's going to be laying in the hospital.
	Why would you want to do that to someone?
	So, her opinion was...
	She thought he was not going to have a quality of life, end of life, so he didn't have to endure what she expected to be his life.
	And as you can see with Gabriel, he's had some health challenges, but he has a good quality of life.
	So they're wrong about the prediction, but there are people like Christopher Reeve, who broke his neck, riding a horse and competing in a horse.
	This CrossFit athlete that you actually met, Kevin Ogar, I think is the way it's pronounced.
	a world champion, a CrossFit trainer, and he broke his neck as part of the sport and was left paralyzed just like Christopher Reeve.
	So do we kill those people?
	Because what they're talking about doing in New York and in Virginia is to just, even able-bodied children, if the mother doesn't want them, or the mother has some emotional The baby doesn't have any physical issues.
	The mother doesn't have any physical issues.
	The baby has been born.
	You can't even gaslight people saying, well this is her body.
	It's not.
	It's a separate individual.
	But with all that stuff, and there's not even any health issues, if we're going to kill the babies, are we going to kill Christopher Reeve?
	Are we going to kill Kevin Ogar?
	You know, and you met Kevin, didn't you?
	Yeah, he was awesome.
	They told me about him, about his accident, and said that he had heard about my lifting, and he was really upset that he wasn't going to be able to lift anymore, and then he found out that he still could.
	The non-disabled category along with everybody else and so once the competition he wanted to be back in the competition and so once once once we met we just we really hit it off and became great friends and then one thing I noticed was he became an inspiration to me because he said all his you know he CrossFit big muscles and everything still worked out but he was he was came in to see Gabriel compete against non-disabled and he said it was one of the most inspiring things he'd seen in
	Since he'd had his accident because it gave him a fire back that he could do that.
	He was left paralyzed from the waist down.
	Yeah.
	So he's gonna have to compete just like like you do.
	And he didn't think it was possible.
	And so till he saw Gabe and he realized it is possible and then of course Gabriel saw him and how his physique is and you know Gabriel's like let's trade ideas on how to do this.
	So that was inspiring and you drew inspiration from your father, but what is it that keeps you going with this?
	You've got all these challenges that are continuing, all these different operations that are continuing?
	A lot of times, even now, I learned from a young age that it Just like anybody else, it's a day-by-day, minute-by-minute, sometimes minute-by-minute decision that even though I'm hurting, I've got to get up.
	I've got to do something productive.
	I've got to do something productive with my life.
	And it started when I was young.
	I didn't always like it, but if I wanted to brush my teeth or do something, obviously if I couldn't really reach something, my parents would help me, but they would say, go try it first, you know, and I would crawl, because that's how I get around a crawl, go, all right.
	And then I would come back and say, look what I just did, look what I just did.
	And it grew into my adult life, where if I can't do something, I'm going to figure out a way.
	Something that I've never liked is doctors and therapists in my life telling me, there's no way you'll be able to do that, but watch me!
	Well, you know there's a lot of able-bodied people who don't accomplish anything or they wind up homeless or desperate.
	I remember the book, The Power of Habit.
	They were talking about, kind of like what you were saying, you found that there was this one thing that you could do, and then that opened up all these other areas to your life.
	And they looked at individual case studies of people who had, by every different metric, they were heavily in debt, they couldn't keep a job, or whatever, you know, they're doing.
	All of a sudden, they figured there was just one particular thing, like they wanted to lose weight, or they wanted to quit smoking, and they were able to do that one thing, and then all of a sudden, it's like, and they changed their attitude on life, And they were able to accomplish all kinds of things and all different aspects of their life because they saw that one glimmer of hope and accomplishment and that's what you saw with your weightlifting, is it?
	Right.
	I saw that and our training is definitely different than able-bodied lifters.
	Each workout we've got to invent something, build something so I can hit the muscle right.
	But each time we did it, it was I felt my body felt so much better when I worked out.
	And that's what really made me fall in love with it.
	And I realized, hey, this is something I can do.
	I mean, I was I've always been pumped to go work out and excited.
	I know not everybody is, but it was.
	It just, it opened, it taught me things, the working out and the powerlifting really taught me things that sprung values and goals and it sprung into different areas of my life.
	I think it was a little bit reversed from that.
	One thing that my wife, she's pretty amazing about the way that she handles our children.
	She came to me and she said, I don't ever want to treat Gabriel disabled.
	And when he was young, she was praying about it and she just said, I don't want to ever treat him disabled.
	So, he had the same amount of chores, he had the same amount of stuff that my, we have two other daughters, and the same thing they had to do, he had to do.
	And he had to clean his room, he had to clean the bathroom, he had to do different things, and It became a point where I believe that if you feed into the disability, you create a sense of entitlement and also a sense of being handicapped.
	It becomes your identity.
	Right.
	If you circumvent that by, I've got to figure out a way to do this because it has to be done, then we held our daughters accountable to a certain standard, so we held Gabriel accountable.
	And then, as he started to see his talent involved in weightlifting, we started to figure out a way to accomplish what he needed to accomplish.
	Even though we had to go around it an unconventional way, we still had to accomplish it.
	Because we have a goal we need to do, so you have to put the same worth ethic in.
	And so, that is kind of what stemmed for Gabriel, is now, he can do what he needs to do, Because he's not been treated handicapped.
	He might be disabled, but he's not unable to do things that he needs to do.
	Now Gabe, you've competed all around the world.
	I'm looking at your about list.
	I had that here somewhere.
	Tell us some of the places that you've competed.
	Well, if you talk to anybody in powerlifting, they'll say that Texas is really the heart of powerlifting, and there's so many meets here, and it's a blast.
	I've competed several times in Texas, and in the world competitions, I've competed in Lithuania, Sweden, and Denmark.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	And you're still competing?
	Yes, sir.
	That's great.
	That's great. And is this, this is not, you're not competing in Special Olympics.
	Are these Olympics though?
	No sir, it's the World Championships for the United States Powerlifting Association.
	A lot of the collegiate lifters, they'll have different meets through the collegiate lifts and those guys will go into the powerlifting for the United States, whether it's full body lift or bench press.
	And so, Gabriel has been approached by some of the coaches for the Special Olympics.
	Not Special.
	Paralympics.
	The Paralympics, I apologize.
	And he wanted to win not only world champion, but he wanted to break the world record in non-disabled.
	So he's still chasing the world record, so he's been pretty close twice.
	And so after that, then he's going to move into a Paralympic athlete and compete, because then it is an Olympics.
	Well, that's the key thing.
	You're pursuing a goal that is a difficult goal, but it takes you out of yourself.

	I'm David Knight, and we still have with us Gabe Jigo, and he has been competing three times world champion in powerlifting.
	And his weight class, he has competed all over the world, right, Gabe?
	We were just talking about the different countries.
	I think you said you also went to Japan to compete.
	People there were amazed to see somebody that was not fully able-bodied.
	You don't have use of your legs.
	They were amazed to see you competing there.
	Yes, sir.
	There were people from Japan.
	It was coaches.
	At these world competitions, there's about 28 different countries represented, world teams, and it's all able-bodied.
	It was Lithuania, Sweden, and Denmark, three times that I've competed for the world team.
	And something that I noticed, I mean, yes, everybody was super nice.
	But it was, I can't help, he's laughing because it was so funny the first time I went and even all the other times.
	You know, as I've competed more, the world teams, they know me and we, you know, we talk and everything.
	But whenever they see me get up there to lift, they start making comments and all this stuff, like pointing at my wheelchair and stuff.
	To me, I just think that's hilarious, the way they respond.
	Because they've never seen this before.
	No, not in the non-disabled category.
	And so they're kind of shunning me, you know, that kind of thing, as far as the pilot goes.
	It was really funny, and I really... But then after they see you compete, they're really... they're pumped as well.
	And I should have said as we were coming in, your father was here, Shane, but now we've got your pastor, Jerry Edmond, because he's been there at the beginning too.
	You were talking to them as they were trying to make that decision, very difficult, gut-wrenching decision that the doctors were telling them that Gabe was not going to have any quality of life and encouraging and really pushing them.
	To do an abortion, trying to facilitate them to go to another state to do an abortion.
	You were counseling them on the other side.
	From a Christian perspective, your take on this?
	Well, I think it's more than even a Christian perspective.
	This is just a human perspective.
	Yeah.
	You know, the fact is, is when you find disability, and especially someone who faces the challenges that Gabe has faced, which there are Who knows how many children that are disabled that are born or would be born.
	Basically what it is, it's a devaluing of life.
	What they were basically saying is he should be aborted simply because he doesn't have value.
	And that is a huge statement to me.
	That seems to be, maybe they're not saying it in those words, but that's basically what they're saying.
	They're saying, in my opinion, this child that is going to be born It doesn't have the value to sustain itself.
	Of course, Gabe has been such an amazing testament of overcoming.
	And Gabe, he's got his physical challenges.
	I know a few people that have mental challenges that I'm not sure of their value.
	But that doesn't mean we need to remove them from the face of the earth.
	But really, that's the whole thing.
	And as a pastor, And let's jump in here and say, if the doctors had been right, and if you had not been as good as you are in terms of being able to, you know, if you'd been mentally impaired, even more physical impairment, that still wouldn't have meant that your life didn't have any value.
	No.
	And if we buy into that, then that means that every single one of us
	is essentially got a sword of Damocles overhead because any one of us can get some kind of a physical injury or some kind of uh... uh... illness or something when we get to the end of our life are we going to have this soylent green mandate put on us that uh... somebody is going to pull the switch on us and and take us out as we saw happen with Derry Chabot I mean this is the essence of each and every one of us and if we're going to take the tiniest uh... most innocent uh... among us the children
	And just ruthlessly kill them as the Governor of Virginia was talking about.
	None of us are safe.
	Well, the question then becomes who determines the value.
	That's right.
	And once that starts, it moves into something that has more to do with economics.
	Then you start looking at bed space.
	Who has the value to sustain?
	Well, that one does, that one doesn't.
	And that's the problem with abortion.
	Again, that's a huge thing to me.
	As a pastor, I deal with that because I've seen families deal with tremendous adversity.
	But life isn't made up of just being hit with adversity, it's overcoming.
	This is something that Gabe has done.
	He has overcome incredible odds.
	Incredible odds.
	And I just think that this has to be, we have to draw the line back.
	The direction that we're going with this, it isn't that we just have to stop.
	The direction we're going.
	We have to back up and we have to redefine our core values.
	That's right.
	As to who we are.
	Again, this is not a Christian issue.
	This is a human issue.
	This is a thing to determine, does that person have value?
	And who is going to determine that?
	Yeah.
	And so I deal with that as a pastor.
	I know we've become horribly liberal The colleges nowadays, they've ceased to be places of education, and they've become more indoctrination.
	I mean, that's one of the worst things that I as a pastor deal with, is we'll have our kids that we'll raise from little children, we'll raise them up, get them through high school, and dear God, they go to college And it's just downhill from there.
	Well, you know, we get into this, you know, if we don't see ourselves as unique, created in the image of God, then you get into this utilitarian equation.
	And it's like, okay, well, you know, you're just another animal.
	Do you have any use to us or not?
	And, you know, this is what we're facing across the political spectrum.
	Are we going to have freedom and dignity?
	Well, we can't have freedom and dignity if we don't respect our individual lives.
	And as I was saying, you know, even if you had been More severely impaired, you would still have value.
	I wanted to have you come in just to show that, you know, the things that can be accomplished with somebody, if they have the determination to do this, even if they're facing physical challenges.
	And the fact that we never know what somebody is capable of doing.
	And we're selling ourselves short, we're selling our country short.
	But if we buy into this attitude of utilitarianism, of humanism, if you will, Then we are going down a very, very dark path.
	If you take away life, you don't have liberty, you don't have any of these things, and every single one of us has got our head in a noose to be taken out by anybody who's going to make that determination for us.
	They're going to determine what's true, what we can say, what we can't say, whether we can live or die.
	I'm not saying Gabe has a lot of value, but at least he is worth hanging on to.
	Well, that was the thing you were saying, Gabe, about your dad.
	Your mom didn't treat you differently, gave you tasks to do.
	Your dad never deferred and treated you like a special thing to be set on the shelf.
	He treated you like he would any other kid.
	Teased you, everything else.
	Oh yeah, I mean, my dad, we have always been, and my pastor, we've always been very close.
	Me and my dad are, I mean, he's my best friend.
	He really is.
	And really, let me just interrupt there.
	Shane is really, in my opinion, the star in this story.
	Because of how him and Kathy as a family, how they raised They're the ones that went through the difficulties, even when Gabe was too young to understand.
	They're the ones that faced... I mean, anyone that's ever had a handicapped child or a child that was sick or facing anything, they know the trauma that goes with that.
	And Shane has been, he is brilliant, he is a nutritionalist, he is a bodybuilder.
	He took you hunting, you were saying?
	He took him hunting.
	Tell us about that.
	I want you to tell about that.
	This is your story.
	You know, I would, my family, We hunt, and I'll fish, and I'll do all kinds of outdoor stuff.
	You know, I've had 49 major surgeries, and when I was little, I would always tell my dad, I want to go hunting, I want to shoot, I want to do all this stuff.
	And so, he got online and started figuring out all these ways to get me there.
	And then, when we get there, there's always a time, at different hunts, there was always a time where the deer would run off or we would have to find it, so we'd have to, like, take him out of the chair, because we can't get to the brush, so we'd have to tag him like this.
	I'm choking him and we would just, it would just be a great memory.
	Carry on his back.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	And my dad, he, anything that I've wanted to do, he has always sat me down and said, is this something you really want to do?
	He said, cause we're going to make it happen.
	And at any cost, he is always, my mom too, but my dad, he's more of the labor, labor stuff.
	He's always been able to do that and help me with, Well, I think it's a testament to families, to moms, to dads, to say, even if your child is facing something, life is going to be what you make it.
	That's right.
	It's going to be what you make it, and you have to face it.
	We can't hide from it.
	You've got to face it, and you've got to go forward.
	That's right.
	All of us face challenges, even if we are able-bodied.
	We have mental challenges that we've got to get ourselves genned up for.
