	Welcome on this Tuesday, February the 5th, 2019.
	I gotta think what year this is for a second here.
	I'm David Knight, and I'm back, and it's great to be back.
	And here with me today is Harrison Smith, who's been doing a great job filling in the last month.
	We'll talk a little bit about the health issues, and I just want to spend some time.
	We'll talk about it coming up in the next segment when we have the radio stations joining us as well, because we had a lot of people.
	I was very humbled.
	By the outpouring of concern from many of you and of the people that I later even heard calling in and praying on the show live as I was having a heart procedure.
	I really do appreciate that.
	Thank you so much and God has been very good to us, to my family and to me specifically.
	He answers prayers and I do appreciate all the kind words and thoughts and also from the InfoWars crew here.
	And Alex has been very understanding.
	That's one of the reasons why I've had a long rest here for the entire month of January.
	So we're going to get caught up a little bit.
	Harrison's going to fill me in as to what has been happening in the last year.
	Of course, as this year has now entered into the second month, I mean, I've been seeing a lot of this, not in as much detail, Harrison, as I typically look at it, but you can't avoid missing all the blackface and plaid pants and moonwalks and abortion news.
	That's the big thing to me, as I tweet out.
	I can't believe that the abortion thing is not a big deal, but, you know, the blackface stuff is certainly... The school that he went to, the medical school, I would have to say that he doesn't get any ethical training whatsoever, either from the blackface Ku Klux Klan parodies to killing babies.
	I mean, where's their ethics class at this school?
	Yeah, no, it's absolutely ridiculous, and we're just reminiscing on what's been going on for the past month.
	Obviously, I've been hosting the show.
	You know, so everything's just sort of a blur, it just comes in, you read it out, you do it, and so finally just stopping and looking back and sort of casting your mind back over the last month, and it's like, my gosh, from the Roger Stone arrest, to the Covington boys, to the shutdown, to trying to withdraw from Syria, and Lindsey Graham rushing to the Senate floor to try to save that endless war, I mean, there's been a lot going on.
	Hey, we got another one we can get involved in.
	Exactly, exactly.
	Another one on the chalkboard.
	Yeah, you got Trump throwing Venezuela to the neocons maybe as a consolation prize for taking Iran away from them.
	I mean, it's been really an absurd month, of course it always is, this stuff never stops, but it's good to take a moment and step back and look at it all as an overview rather than being stuck in the quagmire the whole time.
	Yeah, one of the things that I see happening a lot, a lot of buzz about Surveillance capitalism in January.
	At the beginning of January.
	And then by the end of January, what we're seeing is, oh yeah, let's jack tax rates up to 70 or 90 percent.
	Well, guess what?
	If they are going to do that to the rich, you think, right?
	Well, guess who they think are rich?
	You!
	They're going to fight you for the crumbs on your table.
	Nancy Pelosi's made that very clear.
	That not only did she, she didn't want any tax breaks for people.
	They're going to raise taxes for everybody.
	And there isn't going to be, but you know, what they're doing is they're demonizing capitalism by calling the surveillance state a capitalist situation.
	And yes, they are making money off of it.
	It is about power and profits, but it's also where these two fuse together.
	So it's not really capitalism as we've said many times, it's fascism.
	It's the merger of corporations and big government And there is some sense of that, and yet they continue to throw out surveillance capitalism.
	Why don't they say surveillance communism?
	Or surveillance fascism?
	I mean, also you just have to look at the fact that, what, Google and Facebook have something like 90% of all the ad sales on the internet, so there is no competition, right?
	Competition is inherent to capitalism.
	If you don't have the competition, you're not capitalism.
	So you have a couple monopolies surveilling everybody.
	Yeah, it doesn't sound like capitalism to me.
	And making sure that they are going to shut down advertising for anybody that they don't like.
	Because, you know, if they don't like your politics, you're gone.
	And now they're out in the open about that.
	So we've got a lot to talk about.

	I'm David Knight, your host, here with Harrison Smith.
	And of course, Harrison Smith has done a great job over the last month while I have been out.
	And I just want to take a moment and talk a little bit about that.
	We're going to catch up on the news and what's happened over the last month.
	Kind of get a bigger picture.
	You know, it was before I had The heart attack, I was going to talk that Monday about 2018 in review.
	I was going to talk about the big stories of 2018.
	So here I am a month later, we're going to talk about the big stories of January 2019 because there has been a lot of news.
	From the arrest, the showboating arrest of Roger Stone.
	That got me so annoyed.
	I called him to the show and my wife was scared to death.
	She thought I was going to have another heart attack.
	I was so angry.
	I have to go somewhere to be able to have a reliable phone connection because we purposely got ourselves out of the radiation pathway as much as possible.
	That's by design, not by accident.
	So, I had to go into town in order to place the call to the show and she was listening on the phone.
	She was very upset.
	So, but it did get me upset and I think we should all be upset about that.
	So, we're going to talk about that.
	Actually, we're going to talk about the 5G threat to our health as well because it affects our organs.
	We have already seen from studies going back to the 1990s That electromagnetic radiation was known back then as something that would increase the risk of certain cancers by three to four times.
	Three hundred to four hundred percent increase.
	And we're now about to roll this out in spades.
	Much, much more than we've ever had.
	And of course it's going to be a lower intensity signal, but it will be more ubiquitous.
	It'll be everywhere.
	You know, we've got a few dozen satellites up for cell phones now, but we're going to have about 20,000 5G satellites up.
	And we're going to have repeating stations about every 50 feet in the cities.
	You're not going to be able to escape this.
	It's going to be everywhere.
	This is a massive effort of human experimentation that's going to affect all of our health.
	But I just want to say, before we go any further, I just want to thank all of you for praying for me and all the kind thoughts and wishes that were sent.
	I was very touched to hear after the fact that on that Monday when I had the stent put in, as that was happening, people were calling into the show.
	Owen was hosting the show that Monday.
	And they were calling into the show and praying for me as the operation was going on.
	And I just want to thank all of you for doing that.
	I want to thank God.
	He's been very merciful to me in my life.
	You know, I had just been thinking about how I had not really been touched by any health issues, unlike my father, even my mother, but especially my father.
	He'd had multiple heart surgeries.
	He'd had bypass surgeries.
	He'd had valve surgeries.
	He'd had cancer.
	Many different things that had affected him.
	And I have been really, really spared all of that.
	This is the first time I've ever had any kind of operation.
	I was very reluctant to do it.
	I had, my mother had had to have a heart catheterization at one point.
	It left her with a massive stroke.
	And I wasn't expecting that when they transferred me to the hospital after the emergency room.
	They said, well, we're going to send you to the hospital.
	We don't see anything with the EKG, so we're going to send you there for a stress test.
	And then after they did some blood tests, they said, well, you've had a heart attack, so we're going to do a catheterization and I said no I'm not going to do that.
	So I delayed that for a day. The doctor said I'll tell you what, I'll schedule it for tomorrow. He was very patient with me. He said I'll schedule this for tomorrow and let you do a little bit of research on me and take a look at I think you'll like what you see and so forth and I did.
	I'm still concerned about the stent.
	I know it's a very common operation.
	Subsequent to this, I have done a lot of investigation about statins, which I'm not going to take.
	I've seen the documentary, The Widowmaker, where they talk about the big business of putting in stents versus some other diagnostic procedures.
	I'm not sure I did the right thing, but I'm going down that path now and I'm on some pharmaceuticals that I have to be on for a year to prevent blood clots and restenosis so that right there at that site where they put that in, you know, of course your body builds up a blockage.
	Once something happens in the arteries and when they put a stent in, that kind of props that up for a bit, but your body is going to interpret that as something that needs to be treated as well.
	So you have to be concerned that it's going to re-block around that.
	So they put you on drugs to try to prevent that from happening.
	So it's a complicated situation once you start going down the path of medical intervention.
	It seems to accumulate one after the other, but I'm feeling much better and I really do appreciate the kindness and understanding of Alex giving me time off to rest and to recuperate.
	And of course, I just had, my wife had to have a hip replacement.
	Things rapidly deteriorated with her in just the last couple of months.
	I'm looking at this, some of these articles that have come out in the middle of January.
	Of course, we keep seeing the stuff here sent about the drug makers Pushing through doctors and through pharmaceutical reps the opioid overdose issue, and she is in a great deal of pain after the operation.
	She had something of a complication, I think, from the anesthesiology in her throat.
	Scratch that.
	That's gotten worse over the last several days, but it is very tempting.
	When you're in this kind of pain and the drugs are being offered to you to take opioids and so far she has not done that.
	She's using over-the-counter medication which Rand Paul was very adamant about the fact that he avoided opioids at all costs even though he's in tremendous pain from six or seven ribs that were Yeah, it's good to avoid the opium.
	Of course now, you know, people are actually being charged and it's actually coming out that it's being proven that these people pushing these opioids are doing it on purpose to make money.
	They know how bad it is and yet they you know, prescribe them anyway and of course as the patient you're stuck between a rock and a hard place where your doctor who you trust to take care of you and save your life is now telling you to do something that will, you know, potentially kill you or get you addicted and all this awful stuff so you have to look it up yourself. Yeah. And when I would push back on the satins with my heart surgeon, he said, oh, you've been looking at Dr.
	Google.
	I was very tempted to say, well, there's a lot of studies out there and one of us needs to read them.
	If you're not going to do it, I will.
	Yeah, the information's out there for sure.
	I just realized as you're talking, you've basically missed this entire Congressional class, right?
	They came into session and just full bore went, you know, just threw everything against the wall.
	So you've missed all sorts of fun stuff to talk about.
	I mean, my God, they really have just come in swinging.
	Just trying to bring the whole thing down.
	It's been absolutely insane.
	We have missed your voice.
	I speak for myself and the rest of the fans.
	We're all looking for the rudder.
	How do we steer through this storm we're faced with?
	We got a new green deal!
	Oh my god, please!
	I would love to hear you talk about the new green deal.
	Well, there's nothing new about it!
	You know, it does go back to the massive expansion of government, which is what she's consciously referring to, Occasional Cortex, where she talks about the New Deal.
	But it's something that is very old.
	And when we look at what they're doing, along with the New Green Deal, along with This term of surveillance capitalism, demonizing capitalism, and I don't even like to use the word capitalism, because it has become so cronyfied, if you will, that it's something that doesn't really represent a free market.
	I like to talk about a free market, because that immediately rules out any of these backroom deals with politicians that's going on.
	What we have here with surveillance capitalism, quote-unquote, yeah they are monetizing it, But it is a leveraged buyout of the police state.
	And if they want to talk about, you know, talk about war capitalism.
	How about that?
	You know, that's the military-industrial complex.
	That's war capitalism.
	Well, we also know Google got its start as In-Q-Tel.
	I mean, it's been inherently within the government or under governmental control since it began.
	So to consider it capitalism is nonsense regardless.
	And these are people who don't have anything to say.
	I'm glad they're at least paying lip service to being concerned about surveillance because they haven't had anything to say about censorship.
	Right.
	How about censorship capitalism?
	We're going to just bow down to the big corporations.

	Yeah, the thrill is gone in terms of the enthusiastic support of the Democrats behind Virginia Governor Ralph Northam.
	And of course, Donald Trump Jr.
	put out a tweet from Kamala Harris when Northam was elected, said, oh, it's so good to have somebody who is not bigoted, racist, and so forth.
	He says, well, this hasn't aged too well, has it?
	But, you know, Harrison, when I was looking at what happened last week, I said to my wife, I said, you know, when you look at the silence from the Democrats about what he had to say about killing a full-term, already-born baby, And they didn't really have a problem with that, but then they went absolutely crazy, except for some of the politicians at the top.
	It took Alexandria Occasional Cortex and Hillary Clinton a few days to come out and condemn him, but they eventually did.
	But the reaction From the grassroots Democrats in terms of this blackface and plaid pants picture there.
	And the absurd conferences that have come out with that.
	It's just absolutely amazing.
	You can't do any better than the Babylon Bee.
	And their headline here, a satire site of course, says Governor Northam assures Virginians that he supports killing babies of all colors.
	That's what I had said to my wife.
	I said, you know, I guess maybe they don't have a problem with this because he's an equal opportunist when it comes to infanticide.
	He's there for all different colors.
	And the satire site here, they have some fictitious quotes from him saying that he's a target of a vicious noticing campaign.
	People notice things that I did, and they mention things that they notice.
	He says, I was just a happy-go-lucky infanticide governor, and you could hardly drag the press to pay attention to me.
	Now all of a sudden I'm getting scrutinized like a common Republican.
	As a matter of fact, they even put the Republican line on CNN.
	After his name because, you know, if he's going to be racist, he's got to be a Republican.
	That's just how it works.
	Right.
	And then the liberal mind.
	No, I mean, this story or just what's happened with Governor Northam over the last week is like everything that's wrong with the Democrats in one nice little package.
	The hypocrisy, the infanticide, the racism, the fact that they will never call their own out.
	I mean, there's been some some condemnations of this guy, but in my opinion, they've been pretty half hearted considering what would have happened if a Republican would have been caught with the same level of literally dressed in, I mean, is he the guy in the KKK hood or the blackface?
	Which one is worse? Is he Coon Man, which was his nickname?
	Or is he Klansman? Right? And when he said, well, first he apologized for it, wouldn't say which one he was in the picture, then I think it was a day later he came out and said, well, no, that wasn't me at all. And we should do facial recognition. I said, you're going to do facial recognition on a Ku Klux Klan hood? Are they that good yet?
	it? Oh, no, it's totally, it's totally amazing. And, and...
	And we're just speculating on what the likelihood that it was a Democratic operative that leaked these photos out just to get the attention off of the baby killing.
	Because the infanticide, once the baby's out, it totally gives the lie to, it exposes the argument, it's for women's health, for the lie that it is.
	Because if the baby's already out, The baby's there and it's healthy, then the woman's health is not an issue.
	Every aspect of this Governor Northam debacle over the last week illuminates and illustrates some more depravity on the Democratic side or more of their hypocrisy, more of their lies.
	Well, and clearly, you know, this yearbook from medical school.
	He wasn't a kid, right?
	That's the other thing.
	This wasn't a yearbook from when he was in elementary school.
	And as people pointed out, it's four pictures.
	He picked those pictures.
	And now, of course, it turns out he's liar, liar, plaid pants on fire because they found another picture of him wearing those same plaid pants.
	So it looks like he's not the Klan man, but he's the Kuhn man in the picture.
	And that's maybe why they gave him that nickname.
	And then he has the Moonwalk Press Conference.
	And he says, oh yeah, he loves that guy.
	What's that guy's name?
	Oh yeah, his wife has his name, Michael Jackson.
	Michael Jackson's been such a huge positive influence on his life, but he can't even remember his name.
	And then the moonwalk thing, it's like, no, no moonwalk.
	We've already seen, we've got a lunatic that's landed here.
	In Virginia, but when you look at this revolving around a medical school, and the fact that this medical school is putting up pictures like this, but also telling their doctors and parting into them or allowing them to go through ethics-free.
	No ethics classes, obviously, either with this picture or more importantly, I think, The idea that he's going to murder an innocent child because the doctor and the patient have decided that.
	Yeah.
	And it's like, OK, so do we have a psychiatrist then at some point?
	Because there's postpartum distress from a lot of mothers who are going through a hormonal shift and so forth.
	And are they going to get together with the psychiatrist and say, well, because this baby is causing you psychological distress, let's just kill it at this point.
	Because you've You no longer have this argument, and I've got to say, I ran for Congress back in 1996, and it caused me to confront abortion at the time I wasn't a Christian, and it caused me to confront this in a different way, because I had people start to ask me about a partial birth abortion.
	And I had never had to face a decision about an unwanted pregnancy or anything like that, and hadn't really thought too much about it.
	I pretty much had taken the libertarian line.
	Let's just keep government out of this.
	Do we have to have government involved in every single thing?
	And then they started asking me about a partial birth abortion.
	I said, what is that?
	I'd never heard of it before.
	And when I looked it up, That's when I realized that this whole thing about, well, we don't know when a baby becomes a baby and so forth, this whole thing was this intellectual gaslighting of people just as The woman in Roe v. Wade later on came out, and that is going to be a very powerful movie, that Roe v. Wade movie.
	That's why they're trying to keep that from being made.
	They're going to oppose it just like they opposed the Gosnell movie when it comes out in the movie theaters.
	You're going to have all the critics panning it, guaranteed, no matter how good it is.
	They do not want that message out there.
	That Norma Corby, I think, was the lady's name, Corby, that was put in the lawsuit as Roe.
	She said it got hijacked by these pro-abortion lawyers.
	But the idea, when I looked at partial birth abortions, you take a full-term baby and you would have this pretend fiction that as long as you leave, let's say the foot end, Okay, then you can twist the baby's head off or you can put scissors in their head and gouge out the brains or whatever.
	When I looked at that, it's like, this is nothing but murder.
	These people have been pushing murder and they're fine with it.
	And when we look at what's going on in Virginia, that's the thing that outrages me.
	That this guy is pushing murder and his base, and this is the worst thing about it, he can get away with this because his base is fine with that.
	They're concerned about the picture.
	And yeah, we should be concerned about the picture.
	This is not a joke.
	I mean, it is a joke the way they've used blackface in a lot of these circumstances.
	We've got some professor out there saying, well, Mary Poppins, you know, you got the chimney sweeps.
	They got coal on their face.
	So that's blackface.
	No, that's not at all.
	But this is.
	Yeah, when he got a black eye with a Ku Klux Klan.
	Yeah, well, and, you know, and that's why we were speculating, that's why I was speculating about that they would release this picture to get the attention off of the abortion thing, because when he comes out and says, you know, oh, we'll keep the baby comfortable and then we'll let it expire, or however he phrases it, I think that's the light bulb moment for a lot of people, that they go, wait, what am I supporting?
	And they have the same, you know, transformation that you've had and that so many other people have had.

	Here's a quote for you about Ralph Northam.
	This is from Terry McAuliffe.
	Very close friend.
	I guess you could almost call him the son that they never had, the Clintons.
	Of course, they do have a son.
	Bill does have a son, but he won't acknowledge him.
	And it's a real shame because he does want to know.
	Who his father is, an illegitimate child, and of course the Democrats don't want to know anything about that.
	They disown that just like you have Ralph Northam disowning this picture of himself in blackface.
	And actually I think it would have helped the Clintons if they would have acknowledged Danny Williams, who has, as a child, they would have The highway patrol would bring by cash at Christmas time and so forth.
	Of course that stopped when he became president.
	I'm sure Hillary put a stop to that.
	But he said, just do a DNA test.
	I was told by everybody, told by my mother, that you are my father.
	He's got siblings who are very black, but he's got much lighter skin and seems to be a resemblance, but nobody wants to talk about that.
	He says, just take a DNA test.
	Please just take a DNA test and let me know one way or the other so I can put this to rest.
	But this is the kind of thing that we've seen from the Democrats in the past.
	And I think really, Harrison, when we look at this, it's really the reaction.
	of politicians to these twin events of this former medical doctor who has absolutely no medical ethics, who's just, you know, coldly talking about a newborn child that may have some health issues.
	We'll set the child on a table, revive the child, and then we'll have a discussion with the parents as to whether or not they want to terminate this child, who's already been born, who's already been separated from the mother.
	And we're just talking about infanticide here, from this doctor.
	And then, that's not really a big issue.
	The big issue, for people like Terry McAuliffe, the true son of the Clintons, said that once that picture with the black face and the Klansmen came out, there was no way that you continue to be the governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
	Now, he didn't have a problem with him talking about infanticide.
	But he does have a problem with that.
	And it took a while for Hillary Clinton and occasional cortex to come out.
	It took a couple of days for them to react to that.
	Of course, they were immediately on the spot about anything else.
	That even comes close to racism.
	But, you know, as the self-appointed high priestesses of political correctness, they're right on the spot, except for this particular incident.
	But they did eventually come out.
	Barack Obama is still silent about it, which is kind of interesting.
	As they just did a poll yesterday, what do the people think?
	Well, in Virginia, he still has 50% approval in the Democrat Party.
	He was at 70%.
	And he only lost 20 points, even the fact that he violated the political correctness rules.
	They don't seem to care at all about the abortion.
	I guess that kind of helped to cancel out the Coon Man-Klansman picture there.
	But of course, with people of all political affiliations, his approval dropped from 48% to 29%.
	But I think that's one of the most interesting things, is the reaction of the people and the politicians.
	Yeah, well, and you know, when you bring up Danny Williams, then you bring up this.
	I know Danny Williams personally, I know a lot of African Americans who once they learned about Danny Williams, that was the red pill moment.
	That was when the light went off and they go, oh, these people don't care about me.
	These people, you know, Bill Clinton has a black son that he won't even acknowledge.
	That was a big red pill moment.
	I hope that this is serving the same sort of purpose where you see a prominent politician with multiple pictures in blackface and just Yeah, that's a picture of Danny Williams and Bill Clinton.
	Yeah, clearly.
	I mean, they look far more similar than Bill and his so-called daughter.
	But how did the Clintons, how did they explain sending an envelope of several hundred dollars via the highway patrol there in Arkansas every Christmas?
	I mean, did he just kind of like win some kind of secret Clinton lottery?
	There's this one kid and we're going to send him money every Christmas.
	The Clintons are very generous.
	You know they have a wonderful charity that does a lot of great work.
	That's what they do at the Clintons Foundation.
	They pick one black child, out of all that money that was raised for Haiti, they find one black child and they give a little bit of cash.
	It's all in the up and up.
	But I hope that this is a sort of red pill moment and that's I guess where places like Like, InfoWars comes in, or even Fox News comes in, where, you know, if the Democrats have total control of the media landscape, then they can really do a good job of burying this story or making it seem like the way they're reacting is appropriate, where we're the ones coming out and going, look, folks, they don't care about racism.
	They only use it as a tool.
	And they try to flip it and say, well, you, I mean, it's ridiculous on its face, but it's ridiculous for multiple reasons, when they come out and say, well, you're not allowed to call out Governor Northam's racism without calling out Donald Trump's racism.
	And to me, I'm like, look, let's not even call out the racism.
	I'm calling out your hypocrisy on the racism.
	You know, I'm not I do care.
	I mean, it's it's a really crazy thing to have a guy in blackface like that.
	I mean, that that late on, you know, I mean, by the late 80s and in that context as well.
	Yeah, with a Ku Klux Klan picture there.
	But of course, why would they care about that?
	Because the Clintons and many others celebrated Robert Byrd, who actually was in the Ku Klux Klan, actually a very high-ranking member of the Ku Klux Klan.
	He'd been part of their PR as well.
	And of course, they were just falling all over themselves celebrating him, celebrating his life after he died.
	When you look at the Southern Poverty Law Center, and of course we just had a lawsuit.
	We had Gavin McGinnis on talking to Alex about why he's suing the Southern Poverty Law Center because they came after him to destroy his life.
	As they've done many people, and he's not the only one, there was just the $3 million judgment, there's another $6 million lawsuit against them, and now Gavin McInnes is coming after him for that as well, and should.
	But when we look at the Southern Poverty Law Center, the guy who started that, Morris Deese.
	I did a report, The Prophets of Hate.
	P-R-O-F-I-T-S.
	Because they do prophesy about hate everywhere.
	They're pointing the finger at everyone.
	But it's really about the money.
	And I did that report a number of years ago.
	Subsequent to that, we found all of the offshore accounts that these people have set up.
	A lot of people who are liberals had called them out for being phony in terms of what they did, but as I pointed out in that report, and they're playing a little bit of this here, their history, going back to the Civil Rights Movement, Morris Dease, when he went after
	The civil rights situation that was happening in the early 60s, his only involvement in all of that was to go after not the people who were attacking the civil rights protesters there in Birmingham, Alabama.
	They were beaten, their bus was burned by the Ku Klux Klan.
	Morris Deese's only involvement in the Civil Rights Movement was to defend the Ku Klux Klan, and he made a lot of money doing that.
	He got paid for that one case, he got more than the median family income in America at the time, and then, because he was about money, he went into direct mail marketing, and he didn't do anything else during the Civil Rights Movement.
	When he came out and got back involved in politics, he offered his direct mail services to Jimmy Carter in exchange for the Democrat mailing list.
	And then at that point, he started profiteering in the opposite direction.
	It's a perfect example of what the Democrats do.
	When you look at how they operate, as I tweeted out, I said, the Democrats have always been a racist party.
	The only difference is which race they're demonizing.
	And which one they're trying to suck up to.
	It's always the perceived or coming majority that they're going to suck up to from a demographic standpoint, but they've always been racist.
	It's just that the race changes.
	I mean, this is almost literally the Democrats only playbook.
	It's find a problem, claim that you're facing that problem when in reality you have an entirely different agenda that you're trying to shoo in with that problem, whether it's the Green New Deal or so-called racism or even the civil rights and welfare and that type of thing.
	They say, oh, we'll solve it for you.
	We'll solve it for you.
	And then they just make everything worse.
	To me, the analogies like you have rats in your house, so you hire an exterminator and the exterminator comes in, doesn't kill any of the rats and steals your TV.
	And then you go, hey, that exterminator, you know.

	get him out of here and they're like, what, you love rats?
	You want your house to be infested with rats?
	It's like, no, it's you, you weren't solving the problem.
	It's not that I like the problem.
	Oh no, it's working perfectly fine, just like it did for the Southern Poverty Law Center.

	We just go along with the story that this just organically sprung up, these pictures, conveniently a day or so after this car wreck interview the governor did about, well, let's just set the newly born baby on the table and then decide if we're going to kill him.
	And immediately, this comes up, and it's very convenient timing, isn't it?
	And now, as this Kuhn man, Klan man picture has come up, and there's talk that he has to resign, now the Lieutenant Governor who would replace him is saying that he believes they've planted a story about an alleged sexual assault of his to keep that from happening.
	Oh yeah.
	Well, his conspiracy theory would be less believable if we weren't sure that Democrats do this all the time.
	I mean, they're so in bed with the media.
	It's not unbelievable that this photo from this yearbook... I mean, it's a yearbook, so probably hundreds of people have this photo, could have gone and looked this up at any point.
	It boggles my mind that this hasn't come out before.
	Well, it's not unlikely, or it's happened before where a newspaper or a Media outlet will maybe pay for the rights for a photo and just not publish it and hang on to it for a long time.
	We know they had a ton of information on Harvey Weinstein for years and chose not to release it until a particular moment when they decided now's the time that we're gonna break this story as if it's the first time we've ever heard of it.
	So, you know, it's completely understandable for this lieutenant governor to say, hey, I think that this was, you know, purposely leaked to try to sabotage Governor Northam stepping down because this is the playbook.
	This is the way the Democrats operate.
	They will hang on to information and wait until it benefits them to release it.
	They have no care about the truth.
	They use the truth when it benefits them.
	And that's exactly what Justin Fairfax is saying.
	He said, look, these allegations floated around a year ago, and the Washington Post spiked it in 2017.
	During the election, it came up that, hey, the lieutenant governor here, there's allegations that he was involved in a sexual assault case, and the Washington Post, he said, the person floating this, making this what he says false allegation, first approached the Washington Post more than a year ago, around the time of the inauguration, And they said, tellingly, not one reputable media outlet has seen fit to air this false claim, is what Justin Fairfax said.
	But the Post responded and said, well, we couldn't find anyone who would corroborate either his version or her version, so we didn't find any significant red flags and inconsistencies with the allegations, so they spiked the story.
	So then why are they pulling it up now?
	They're kind of damned if they do and damned if they don't because of what they did.
	Exactly.
	I mean, you look at the Washington Post and it's like, well, okay, you didn't report that then, but now you're reporting it?
	So you said it wasn't credible then, but now it is?
	Obviously, there's a political consideration here in what they're reporting and what they're choosing not to report.
	And of course, they were the ones who have done this on many occasions.
	They were the ones who did that to Roy Moore.
	Yeah.
	And they did it with Kavanaugh, the Kavanaugh case.
	And so they didn't have any problem releasing that at a critical juncture, but they held it back for Justin Fairfax until now.
	And it looks like they're trying to push back against him becoming governor in favor of Northam.
	You know, I just thought of a kind of interesting bridge between all these different stories, and that is the lack of the Hippocratic Oath.
	Because, you know, the Hippocratic Oath says, first do no harm.
	It has a bunch of other stipulations in it that are really valuable for doctors to follow, but I was looking it up because of this story, because of other ones previously, and you find that the Hippocratic Oath applies just as aptly to journalism as to being a doctor.
	There's just things in it like, you know, just not Not using your ability for your own personal gain, not doing any of this stuff.
	And so, you know, we here at InfoWars almost follow a sort of Hippocratic Oath when we go through the news and look at stuff.
	You know, I know you do.
	I know we all do because... It's just basic ethics.
	You don't want to try to harm people.
	Right. And so, you know, say you're doing all your news aggregation in the morning or whatever, and you come across a story that actually flies in the face of whatever you thought was going on.
	You know, the mindset of someone who would go, well, I'm just not going to cover this because it doesn't benefit my agenda, or I'm going to figure out a way to spin this so I confuse people.
	No, when you come across a story that flies in the face of what you previously believed, you go, OK, I'm going to check the sources, I'm going to make sure this is right, and if it's right, I've got to change my mind because this is proving, you know, something different than what I, you know, assumed to be the case.
	And so just put yourself in the mindset of somebody who comes across a story that might be damaging to somebody that they like.
	You know, they say, well, if this story gets out, this person might not be elected.
	You know, if the people knew the truth, they wouldn't elect this person.
	And then you bury that story because you'd rather have that person elected.
	Or you use a story at a critical juncture, like right now, that you don't really have any confidence in.
	Because what they said was, well, we didn't use it back in 2017 because we didn't have any confidence in the story.
	But we'll use it now because it's politically advantageous to our guy.
	And when you look at this, again, looking at this picture of the black face and the Ku Klux Klan guy, the Kuhn man and the Klan man picture from Northern's yearbook.
	You know, there's another two photos that were out there, and that was when he was running for office.
	Remember, they had a flyer that had his picture, the black Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, and they had the Attorney General, who was white, and they said, our Democratic team.
	And then they changed that flyer.
	Everything was the same, except they took out our Democratic team, and they took out the picture of the black Lieutenant Governor, and the Democrat Party of Virginia sent that around to certain areas.
	And again, it's not so much even the black face as it is the two faces that they have.
	And they use this demographic and say, OK, that'll hurt us if we show a black man on the flyer with us in certain areas of Virginia, so let's put out a different one there.
	Take his picture off and mention the governor and the AG, but not the lieutenant governor.
	Get rid of the Democrat team.
	Well, and wasn't Northam the one who came out with that ad with the guy with the confederate flag chasing down minority children in the truck?
	Remember that?
	I think that was Northam's ad.
	This is just how hypocritical these people are.
	It's amazing.

	Welcome back, I'm David Knight, and I don't want to get caught up so much in the politics.
	Yes, there's a lot of politics in what's going on in Virginia.
	You have finally, belatedly, Many of the top people in the Democrat party calling for the resignation of this Democrat governor.
	And then, interestingly enough, the Washington Post brings up an allegation of sexual assault that they found not credible before the election.
	But now, as it turns out, there's a call for the governor to resign.
	They released that information about the alleged sexual assault of the Lieutenant Governor who would take his place and he's crying foul.
	And as Harrison Ford pointed out, Harrison Smith pointed out, I think we have to be suspicious about the timing of this picture being released.
	I think they knew about that as well.
	I agree with Harrison.
	And I think the fact that they would release this to get people's attention off of what they're doing is very significant.
	But understand, folks, that at the beginning of this year, we have seen an unprecedented push by Democrats at the top of the party To move forward with abortion, and move forward with late-term abortion.
	It's not just what's going on in Virginia, of course.
	We also had Governor Cuomo, and he painted a lot of buildings and monuments.
	I remember the picture of one of the skyscrapers, that they painted the top of it, the spike, pink, to support women.
	And I was going to tweet out, well, if you painted that spike with red lights, that would be a little bit more appropriate, because that would kind of give people an idea of what we're really talking about here.
	We're talking about ending human life, especially when we talk about these late-term abortions.
	It's now become a thing.
	It used to be something that they tried to avoid at all costs, and as I pointed out when I was talking to Harrison Smith earlier in the last hour, I said it was partial birth abortion, which was late-term abortion.
	Basically taking a baby that was completely mature, that could survive on its own, going through the fiction that the baby wasn't fully born because a foot or a toe was still inside the mother, and then killing that baby.
	But now we've got the governor.
	A former medical doctor in Virginia saying, well just, you know, completely separate the baby from the mother, put it over there on the table, we'll decide if we want to kill it or not.
	And in Rhode Island, we had at the end of January, January 28th, as Life News is pointing out, the Catholic Rhode Island governor, Gina Raimondo, vows to sign a bill that would legalize abortions right up to birth.
	So now we've got New York We've got Rhode Island.
	We've got Virginia.
	All of them are saying we're going to kill babies right up to the very end.
	Right up to the very end.
	This is not anything that you can make a statement.
	Well, we don't know if this baby is alive yet.
	We don't know.
	It's not really a human being.
	We don't know when life begins.
	Well, we know that there's absolutely no question When these babies can survive on their own, that this is murder.
	And yet they're moving forward with this.

	Welcome back.
	We've seen Governor Cuomo brag about the late term abortion bill.
	We've seen the Virginia governor saying, yeah, we'll just set that baby over here on the side and we'll have a discussion between the mother and the doctors as to whether or not they want to kill the child.
	Well, at what point then do we stop doing that type of thing?
	Do we stop it when the baby is less than a day old?
	How about up to one month?
	How about When somebody is in their 70s or 80s and we want to get rid of them.
	You know, this goes back again to Terry Shavo.
	That was another very telling moment, I think, certainly for me.
	As I said before, when I had to confront the issue of partial birth abortion, I'd never heard Of that before.
	And of course, it's just a gaslighting term.
	They're talking about killing a fully mature baby.
	At that point I realized that the Democrats were lying about being pro-life.
	I'll tell you when I realized that the Republicans were lying about it.
	And that was with Terry Chavez.
	Because it's at either end of life, or when we have a disability, that they show their true colors.
	You know, we had the Declaration of Independence.
	We talked about certain inalienable rights that are given to us by God, our Creator.
	And, of course, the first one that's mentioned there is the right to life.
	And when they can take your life, folks, they can take your property.
	They can take your liberty.
	They can take anything you have.
	You are nothing more than livestock to them, if they can take your life.
	And it's about time That people start to understand this.
	You know, when we looked at Terri Schiavo, I was just absolutely amazed that both the Republican governor of Florida, Jeb Bush at the time, and the Republican president, George W. Bush, would sit there and let a probate judge, a probate judge, order the starvation of a woman who was impaired.
	Her parents were saying, look, she's conscious.
	She can respond to us.
	They had Christians going there trying to give her water that the judge would not even let people give her water.
	He would arrest people who would give her water.
	I said, what is wrong with our country?
	We have people like a governor and a president.
	Either of them could step in and save a woman's life.
	The family said, we will take care of her.
	But it was her husband who wanted to tie up the loose ends there.
	And of course, the Bushes didn't have any interest in life in that particular case.
	That was before I realized the deep connections that the Bush family has to Planned Parenthood, and has always had to Planned Parenthood, as I mentioned before.
	Prescott Bush was the original treasurer under Margaret Sanger.
	And when you look at Jeb Bush, he made a big show of the fact that the state was going to stop giving any money to Planned Parenthood, and yet the foundation that he was on the board of gave many, many times the amount of money directly to Planned Parenthood that the state of Florida was doing.
	So at the one hand, they make a big show, oh, we're going to shut down the funding of Planned Parenthood, but then under the table, give them an order of magnitude more money.
	That's the hypocrisy of the Republicans.
	And you know, when we talk about them saying, oh, my hands are tied, I can't do anything because of this judge.
	Well, that's not true, is it?
	Again, you know, we go back and we look at abortion versus civil rights.
	Remember, during the civil rights movement, we had a President Eisenhower who said, I don't really care what these people here at the local level say.
	We're going to integrate these schools.
	And he used the federal government to do that.
	Certainly, they have the authority that they can do many things that the presidents are not doing right now, and that includes the wall.
	We're going to get to the state of the wall, because we don't have a union if we don't have any borders, do we?
	So you can't really have a State of the Union address tonight if you don't address the wall.
	And I think President Trump is going to do that.
	I honestly think he's going to wait for three weeks.
	I don't think it's been three weeks.
	Again, I was gone throughout the month of January, and I know at some point he said, all right, all right, we'll stop the shutdown.
	But I don't think it's been, I'm pretty sure it hasn't been three weeks.
	I think he's going to wait three weeks before he declares an emergency, if he does then.
	But again, when I'm talking about the judges, just like in the case of Terry Schiavo, the President, and you can argue whether or not under the 10th Amendment, whether or not Eisenhower had the authority to send troops in for a good cause.
	I don't know that he had the legal authority to do that, but clearly President Trump does have the legal authority to protect the border.
	He doesn't have the will to do it at this point unless he's going to declare an emergency at the border.
	That would be one way to do it.
	But we've had presidents in the past, as I said, Eisenhower used federal troops to integrate schools and so forth.
	We had Andrew Jackson use his power as a president to say, well, the Supreme Court has made their decision about the Cherokee Indians, and of course what Andrew Jackson did with the Trail of Tears, that was morally reprehensible.
	But it was legally allowable.
	He was using his powers that he had as president.
	I don't agree with his action.
	But he was right in the sense that the Supreme Court doesn't have any way to enforce it.
	They've given us their opinion.
	Let's see them enforce it.
	Of course, all the founding fathers said that.
	They said the court is the least dangerous because they don't have any way to enforce anything.
	And yet, you have a probate judge say, I'm going to kill Terri Schiavo because her husband wants her dead.
	And you have the Governor as well as the President, the Bushes, step down.
	President Trump has the authority to protect our borders.
	Whether you're talking about limiting the number of people who come in and doing extreme vetting from areas that we're currently at war with.
	They had no problem when Barack Obama went to war with these countries, but then when President Trump says about some of them, well, we're going to have extreme vetting of the people coming in.
	And the judge says, no, you can't do that.
	We're at a particular point in history where it has become a tradition, and this would be one of the most important things that President Trump could do, and that is to break this, it's not even a usurpation of the Supreme Court as it is an abdication of the President to the Supreme Court and the Congress, just as the Congress has abdicated their power to write laws to the bureaucracy that writes rules.
	And then they claim that those rules don't have the legal protection that we have under the Bill of Rights.
	I say, well, that's just a rule from a bureaucracy.
	It's not a law that we pass, so you don't have any presumption of innocence.
	You don't have any protection against excessive punishment and so forth.
	And you don't have protection against anything else that these bureaucracies do.
	That was something that began with the IRS.
	I've got something to say about that later in the program as well.
	But we have these abdications of power where the Congress has abdicated its power to the bureaucracy, the President has abdicated his power to the judiciary, so that all it takes is one federal judge anywhere To say the president can't exercise his authority and his duty to protect this country.
	And that has to end.
	Now the President could do it with a declaration of emergency, and of course he could have done that without shutting the government down.
	And so it becomes an issue of PR as to whether he's going to do that tonight.
	I think he'll probably wait a little while longer before he does that.
	But when we're talking about abortion, before we get into the State of the Union, and before we talk about this whole, this new term of surveillance capitalism and how that rolls into the growing support for essentially communist redistribution of wealth.
	Yes, let's tax the rich, let's get them 70%, 90%.
	I want to get into that in a moment, but let's talk a little bit more about where we are with this abortion situation, because not only do we have the governor of New York and Virginia openly talking about killing babies, the governor of Rhode Island, as of the end of last week, Well, this is going to be the year that we codify women's access to reproductive health care here in Rhode Island.
	They're talking about a bill that would allow broad exceptions for abortion after viability.
	It would allow women to abort unborn babies up to nine months of pregnancy for basically any health reason, including age, economic, social, and emotional factors.
	Ah, that's why you had the line of questioning there with that representative in Virginia Trans.
	Oh, well, you know, the lady is distressed.
	Well, let's just let her kill the baby then.

	I want to spend just a little bit more time on abortion.
	I know we spent a lot of time on this, but if you want to know why this is not an issue for the Democrats, why this is barely a bleep in terms of his popularity, when the governor of Virginia says, well, just set the baby on the table until we decide if we're going to kill it or not.
	Take a look.
	And what happened with a entertainment show, we had Mark Hamill, of course, from Star Wars.
	He was joking about doing an abortion with a Jedi wand.
	And of course, part of this award show, this is February the 1st, they had a Lady Parts Justice League.
	It was a four-hour fundraiser.
	It wasn't an award show, it was a fundraiser.
	And as WND reports it, they said it had some pretty bizarre content.
	They had a lot of abortion charades.
	They had an interview with an abortionist.
	They had political rants.
	And the Daily Show's creator, Liz Winstead, said, this is going to be awesome.
	And what she went on to say, she said, Disney gave us a Last Jedi poster.
	And when we figure out who wins, he says, I'll personalize it.
	I'll write something obscene and dirty if you want, said Mark Hamill.
	And then Winstead said, Mark Hamill is actually going to become an abortion provider.
	He'll give you an abortion with a Jedi wand.
	It's going to be awesome.
	And then Sarah Silverman, who is also there, said she was triggered by a state law that bans stem cells from being used in various tests.
	The restrictions, she said, would make her want to eat an aborted fetus.
	So this is why Northam's comments don't really phase the Democrat street.
	They embrace this.
	When they talk about abortion rights, You have to understand, they're not spelling it R-I-G-H-T-S.
	They're spelling it R-I-T-E-S.
	It's like some kind of a demonic religious ceremony, that kind of rite.
	And they do worship it.
	I mean, they really do worship this.
	You've got Life News reporting about A doctor who says, well, brags about the fact, I grew up in a Christian home, I had loving parents, I had opportunities to make the most of my life, and I chose to become an abortion doctor.
	She says, who wants to be an abortion provider?
	I do.
	I don't have a nose ring or a tattoo.
	Well, so what?
	Oh, okay.
	Oh, you look respectable and you have a Christian family that you grew up in and you have a A ex-boyfriend who was a pastor.
	She said her last boyfriend was a pastor.
	She said, I was fortunate enough to have parents who understood the normalcy of teenage sexuality.
	This is the Christian home she grew up in, by the way.
	A Christian home, evidently, where the Bible had absolutely no impact on anything that she was taught.
	She said, I could have sex just like a man with whoever I wanted to.
	And I could go on with my life with no fear of life-changing consequences.
	Well, there are life-changing consequences whether or not you get pregnant if you live like that.
	Evidently, she didn't recognize those life-changing consequences.
	One of them is to hold life very cheaply, which is evidently the effect that it had on her.
	She said, I realize this is a privilege in our society and that is unjust.
	And so she goes on to talk about how she's very proud of her abortion work.
	As Life News points out in one revolting admission, she openly admits that aborting an unborn baby for the first time made her and other abortion doctors in training with her, quote, feel good.
	Feel good.
	Feel powerful.
	Folks, there is a demonic hatred of life, especially the most innocent life.
	How do we expect to get Democrats to oppose unjustified wars?
	When they can't have any empathy for a baby that has never done anything to harm anybody.
	I mean, you know, that's the big fight, isn't it?
	With wars we can have propaganda where we demonize the other side.
	We turn them into some kind of sub-human group that it's okay to kill.
	How do you do that to an unborn baby?
	How do you do that to a full-term baby or a baby that is sitting over here on the table?
	See, if you can do that to a child, you're capable of killing anybody, at any age, anywhere, any group.
	You know, you're setting yourself up for the worst kind of mass genocide, racially based genocides, of course.
	That'd be the easiest ones to get people to do when human life becomes that cheap.
	And what does all this talk about slavery and genocide mean anyway?
	That's just a different demographic group than you.
	As a matter of fact, here's a good example of this.
	You got a man in India.
	His name is Rafael Samuel.
	A 27-year-old man from Mumbai.
	He is part of a movement.
	I'd never seen this before.
	Here's a new term for you.
	Anti-natalist.
	They just don't like babies.
	I guess.
	They advocate against childbearing on the premises that it intentionally forces a human being into the world without first obtaining that human's consent.
	Well, how do you get the consent of the baby before you have a child, right?
	That's the logical problem for these people.
	But of course, their solution is, let's just stop having children altogether.
	And that is essentially the core of what Planned Parenthood has been about.
	They can focus, for the beginning, they focused on black babies.
	Black eugenics is what it was.
	They were very open about that.
	They wanted to get rid of black babies and they were going to do it with their abortion clinics.
	It's part of eugenics.
	It's always going to focus on race and demographics until You accept this at such a large and broad base that you can do it for every race and every group of people.
	And that's where the Democrats are right now.
	They have bought into this demonic hatred of life, the extinction of human life.
	Because like this guy said, you shouldn't be brought into this world without somebody getting your consent.
	And of course there's no way to do that.
	And then this, environmentalism.
	This is where the New Green Deal stuff always comes back to it.
	It's a strain on the environment and the planet's resources.
	Folks, I remember the very first Earth Day.
	I was in high school when that came out.
	And I remember the big push then, even some of my friends would get into arguments.
	It's like, oh, there's too many people on earth, we gotta get rid of, we gotta, you know, shrink the population.
	And where do you start with that?
	How many, what people and how many are to be allowed to live?
	And so all of this environmentalism, this guy that regards humans as a virus, on this living planet, and we've got to get rid of the humans.
	It's a strain on the resources.
	This is where this all comes together.
	Communism, Satanism, the hatred of human life.
	And again, he said, my life has been amazing, but I don't see why I should put another life through the rigmarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn't ask to exist.
	And on his Facebook page, he has stuff like, if parents truly know what's good for their children, why do they have them?
	And on another meme he has, uh, isn't forcing a child into this world and then forcing it to have a career?
	Kidnapping and slavery?
	Uh, this guy obviously has some first world problems, right?
	Oh, I have to have a career?
	You mean I gotta get a job?
	My parents, you know, you should be supporting me then if you're gonna bring me into this world without asking me.
	Because if you want me to get a job and start supporting myself, that's obviously pushing slavery on me.
	You didn't ask me if I wanted to be born.
	But it really boils down to a hatred of humanity.
	And that's what the Democrat Party has become.
	They're not just about demographics.
	They're about demonics.
	It's very demonic what they're doing.

	Let's talk a little bit about health.
	Of course, this last month I've been thinking a good bit about my health.
	As I said, I've been really blessed compared to the genetics in my family.
	I've had a lot of heart disease.
	I haven't had any problems prior to this, but it was an opportunity for me to go back and take a look and as I had time to look at some of the things that are being suggested that I do.
	You know, we'd look at the cholesterol levels, for example, and a doctor wanted me to take Cholesterol lowering Lipitor and my cholesterol level was 207.
	200 used to be what was normal.
	But of course, now they want it lower than that.
	They just arbitrarily lowered it to 150.
	They did that with blood pressure levels as well.
	What was normal is now no longer normal.
	But, you know, because we've got drugs for that, we're going to take that down somewhat.
	But as I looked at the cholesterol situation, one of the things that I found to be very helpful was research done by Dave Fellman and others, people who've been on the keto diet.
	And when they got on a diet that had their body burning fat rather than sugar and carbohydrates, they were feeling really good.
	A lot of these people, fairly young, in their 30s and so forth, but they were getting astronomically high cholesterol levels in their blood tests.
	And Dave Feldman was a systems engineer.
	He started looking at it as a system.
	He started looking at, well, wouldn't they come up with this about the cholesterol anyway?
	Because he started, he's a kind of a nerd in terms of tracking details in his diet, in terms of, you know, the amount of exercise he's doing, what he was getting in terms of sugars and carbs and protein.
	He measured everything.
	And so he started measuring his own blood cholesterol and started experimenting with it.
	And as he started reading research and as he started doing his experiments, he was able to find that he could manipulate his cholesterol level down to 98 if he wanted to, or he could take it as high as in the 400s.
	Because it was affected by what he was eating.
	Your body manufactures cholesterol.
	And the same types of things that happen when you try to control your weight solely by dieting, your body will start to lower its metabolism so that it doesn't burn as many calories.
	And the same type of thing was happening with cholesterol.
	What he discovered was it was about a two-day cycle.
	And so to get the doctor off of his back, or in some cases, as I said, maybe to get the insurance company off of your back, Because insurance companies would use these cholesterol levels to set insurance rates.
	He discovered that if he were to provide the body with cholesterol for two days and then fast a day before he had the blood test, which is what they always tell you to do, fast a day before, that the body would see all this cholesterol that was being consumed and say, well, I don't need to manufacture anymore.
	And so when they did the blood test, they wouldn't find much cholesterol in the system.
	And so I say, wow, how did you get your cholesterol down that much?
	And he goes, well, let me tell you.
	Because when you look at it, you get a little bit deeper into this, you realize that the bad cholesterol, LDL, is not even anything they can directly measure.
	They calculate it from the overall cholesterol levels.
	They take the HDL, they take triglycerides, and they subtract the two of those from your total cholesterol, and that calculated thing is the LDL.
	I'm not going to get down any further in the details of it.
	The point is, is that we have a pharmaceutical industry which is profit-based in many different ways.
	Just take a look at this story that came out the middle of January.
	John Hopkins and Bristol Myers are facing a billion-dollar suit.
	For infecting Guatemalan hookers with syphilis.
	This is something they did back in the 1940s.
	Oh, you thought they only did it at the Tuskegee Institute.
	No, they did it elsewhere as well.
	They did it in Guatemala.
	Run by the U.S.
	government, they injected hundreds of Guatemalans with syphilis.
	Let's kind of step back and see what happens.
	See, this is, when we talk about, and we're going to get to this in a moment, the whole idea of surveillance capitalism.
	Yes, it is a nuisance for these people to look at your preferences and use that to try to sell you their products and so forth.
	Where it gets really dangerous is when they combine with the government, as they did in this particular case.
	You got John Hopkins and Bristol Myers working with the government There's the partnership, the public-private partnership, and we see that everywhere.
	That's coming at us with the smart cities, it's coming at us with the 5G that we're going to get to here in a moment.
	They get profits, they get monopolies, or at least they become a part of an oligarchy, and then they do things for the government for that kind of access.
	And you see that pattern being repeated over and over again.
	And folks, that is not capitalism.
	That is not capitalism.
	That is literally fascism.
	But it is political corruption as well.
	Cronyism.
	Corruption.
	It's corrupt capitalism.
	Corrupted by government, and that's when it becomes really, really dangerous.
	But when we look at this, and we look at some of the things that have been coming out, of course you look at the opioid overdose.
	Does anything scream hypocrisy about the war on drugs more than the opioid epidemic?
	Because you have quote-unquote legitimate pharmaceutical companies that have a product to sell.
	They can bribe the doctors.
	Of course, I reported this back in the fall and the information just keeps coming about the system of marketing and bribery and kickbacks to doctors.
	And the information just kept coming through January.
	Ex-pharmaceutical CEO pled guilty to kickbacks to doctors to put out opioid prescriptions.
	And I tell you, my wife just had a hip replacement surgery.
	She's in a great deal of pain from that and from a complication from the anesthesiologist.
	And it's very tempting to have something that's constantly being offered.
	Oh, here it is!
	And in this particular case, that's what the doctor said.
	Well, you've only got a week.
	I can write you a prescription.
	You don't have to get it filled.
	I said, no, no, no, no.
	She's not going to be interested in any opioids, I can tell you.
	Because I was the one talking to her.
	Still groggy.
	And he said, well, you know, that's fine.
	You don't have to do that.
	But if you want to do it, you'll have to get it filled within the first week because they've tightened it up a little bit.
	Well, they haven't made it illegal, have they?
	Because it was our own government who created the crack cocaine epidemic so they could have another Central American war.
	I mean, when you look at what the medical industry has done, along with the government, And you look at the news coming out saying, well, you know, we've got these epidemics coming up in Portland and Washington.
	We've had several cases of measles there, and it's because these people have a so-called philosophical objection to vaccines.
	No, it's called freedom.
	That's my philosophy.
	You want to say, my body, my choice, when it comes to killing a child, but you don't want to say, my body, my choice, when it comes to vaccines, or vaccines for your children?
	You don't get to choose about the vaccines for your children.
	You don't get to choose what vaccines they're going to get, how many they're going to get simultaneously.
	You don't get to make any choices about their education, if the Democrats have their way.
	But of course you can make all the decisions you want to about killing your child, even after it's born.
	Up to, I don't know what their, again, I don't know, is it one hour after the child is born?
	Is it one day?
	Is it one week?
	One month?
	One year?
	That is the slippery slope that we're already on with the Democrats.
	But don't talk to me about my body, my choice.
	Don't say that you're pro-choice when the only thing that you will allow people to do is to kill themselves or kill their children.
	That's the hypocrisy of the Democrat Party.
	And when we look at the pushback against vaccines, and they've just this article came out here in KVU today, Austin's named one of 14 anti-vaccine hotspots.

	Maybe we get a little bit of credit for that.

	Yeah, there's not going to be where to run to or to hide as they roll out 5G.
	We're going to talk about that.
	I've got testimony here from a UN staffer who says that 5G is a war on humanity.
	That's right.
	It's a lot of wars on humanity.

	Alright, let's talk a little bit about the health issues here with 5G as well.
	I was just talking about how Austin was one of 14 anti-vaccine hotspots.
	Let me give you some of the other ones.
	We've got a lot of them here in Texas.
	Fort Worth, Plano, both of those are just outside of Dallas, right there in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
	Austin, Houston, and as this was reported by an Austin news source, K-View, they said the reason why there's an increase of anti-vaxxers in the Austin area is because the Texas law allows conscientious exemption.
	That means that Texas parents don't have to have a medical or religious reason to stop their kids from getting vaccinated.
	So they want to take away that freedom, because of course this is a Democrat outlet.
	And some other places throughout the country, Utah County, Utah Salt Lake County, Utah, Multnomah County in Oregon, Spokane in Washington, King County in Washington, Maricopa County in Arizona.
	So they're spread throughout the country and these people who are looking at this are wringing their hands saying this is horrible.
	The Associated Press reports on this and says a measles outbreak near Portland, Oregon has revived a bitter debate over so-called quote-unquote philosophical exemptions to childhood vaccinations.
	Well, why can't we read the literature ourselves?
	Again, it goes back to the discussion I had with the doctor.
	I wasn't going to argue with him, but he's adamant that I take statins for cholesterol.
	And it's like, no, I'm not interested in doing that.
	Well, you really need to do that.
	It's like, you know, I've, oh, you've been checking out Dr. Google, is what he likes to say.
	It's like, yeah, that's right.
	Yeah.
	And like I told Harrison once, I said, you know, somebody's got to read the literature.
	If he's not going to be bothered to look this up and see what a fraud this cholesterol nonsense is, then I'm going to do it myself.
	And you should do it yourself.
	And when you make that decision, Again, it's your body, your choice, but they don't want that.
	That's not really what they're about.
	They are not pro-choice with anything.
	But of course, the government would never do anything, neither would big medicine.
	They would never do anything to harm people, would they?
	It's like I was talking about the new revelation of what we saw at the Tuskegee Institute, where they exposed black people to syphilis.
	Or they had people who came in with syphilis and said, oh, we'll give you treatment, then didn't give them treatment.
	Well, they exposed Guatemalan hookers to syphilis in the 1940s.
	They did it down there.
	They did it for money.
	They did it for profit.
	Take a look at what's going on with the opioid epidemic.
	You don't think they're going to do that type of thing?
	You know, it was 10 years after they gave legal immunity to the vaccine companies in 1986.
	They said you can't sue them.
	You can go to an arbitration court if you happen to know about the vaccine court.
	Of course, they keep that quiet.
	Don't tell anybody there's a vaccine court.
	Why would you have to have a vaccine court?
	Why would they hand out billions of dollars to people in damages?
	Keep them quiet.
	And then ten years later, they did something similar with the telecommunications industry.
	They gave the telecommunications industry immunity.
	from any damage that they would do to people in a sense.
	What they said was you're not going to be able to object to the placement of cell phone towers on the basis of health effects.
	Not going to allow it.
	I mean, if you say that it affects the value of your property, yeah, we'll listen to you about that and maybe we'll make some changes and we'll mask the antennas, if you can make a good argument for that, maybe we'll let you do that.
	But we're going to stop at the federal level, we're going to stop state and local governments from saying these cell phone clusters, these towers, are not healthy and we don't want them here.
	And there were ample studies prior to that.
	That's why they did that study.
	As a matter of fact, there was a study that had just finished out of Poland, and it had gone on watch.
	It was published in 1996, but the study had run for 14 years from 1971 to 1985.
	Remember, they passed this Telecommunications Act.
	Bill Clinton signed it in 1996.
	That was 11 years after this Polish military study.
	They looked at 128,000 persons each year.
	You don't usually have epidemiological studies that are that large.
	They had 128,000 people each year for 14 years.
	One of the biggest epidemiological studies ever.
	And what did they find?
	They found that people who were occupationally exposed to RF emissions had two times They were two times as likely to develop brain tumors.
	They were 14 times more likely to develop chronic leukemia of the blood-forming organs, and 8.6 times more likely to develop leukemia of the bone marrow type.
	5.8 times more likely to develop non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
	Now, not everybody got all those diseases, of course, right?
	But when you see a situation where you have a 1400% increase in a particular type of leukemia, that might indicate that there's something wrong there.
	And of course, subsequent to them being given immunity for health concerns, we had a German study in 2004.
	An Israeli study in 2004, both of those, found that it was three to four times more likely that people who are living near a cell phone tower would have cancer.
	We had situations where a school in New York, where they had a large cell phone tower right next to the school, and the kids there had a very high rate of cancer.
	Guess what?
	It was four times the rate of other children, just like these studies from Germany and from Israel showed.
	And yet, because we've got our 1996 Telecommunications Act, they said, no, you're not going to be allowed to sue for that.
	An Australian study in 2003 talking about leukemia and proximity to television towers.
	But now what we have is something far more insidious.
	And when we come back, we're going to play a clip from this UN staffer warning that 5G is a war on humanity.

	That they're going to begin rolling out 5G.
	And that they're going to begin launching satellites.

	You know, this year is going to be the year of 5G.
	They'll begin rolling it out in a few large cities and then it will be pretty much everywhere by next year.
	Satellites are getting ready to launch by the tens of thousands.
	Over 20,000 satellites will be put up, even if you're in a rural area.
	Not in an urban area, but if you're in a rural area.
	Even before they get the 5G towers every 50 feet, which is what they'll be doing.
	Yes, they are lower power, but there's more of them and they're closer to them.
	And so, you know, they're kind of line of sight.
	It isn't that such a difference in low power, but it's the fact that they are kind of line of sight.
	That's why they're putting so many of these things up there.
	They've already done some of these same experiments that they did with other cell phone towers, and they find that the same effects of organ damage and particular types of cancer are even more pronounced with 5G.
	I've got a clip here of a UN staffer Warning that 5G is a war on humanity.
	She said that she was one of the people who, and of course this is not going to affect everybody.
	Some people are more affected by this than others are.
	Just like you can have a toxin in your food or your water and not everybody is going to be exposed to cancer.
	But if all of a sudden you see that the cancer rate is going up, you know that there's something wrong there.
	You can search it out.
	You can find out what the carcinogen is that is causing that.
	But she is somebody that suffers from what she calls electro-hypersensitive, EHS condition.
	And we've already seen parts of this affecting people at the Cuban Embassy, right?
	There's something there that is, you can't see it, you can't smell it, you can't touch it, but it is some kind of electromagnetic radiation that is causing problems for staffers of the U.S.
	Embassy in Cuba.
	Affecting them mentally.
	Here's what this UN staffer had to say and what her warning is about 5G.
	Mr. Secretary General, UN staff have repeatedly been told that they are the most important resource of this organization.
	Since December 2015, the staff here at the Vienna International Center have been exposed to off-the-scale electromagnetic radiation from Wi-Fi and mobile phone boosters installed on very low ceilings throughout the buildings.
	Current public exposure levels are at least one quintillion, That's 18 zeros, one quintillion times above natural background radiation, according to Professor Olle Johansson of the Karolinska Institute in Sweden.
	The highly dangerous biological effects of EMFs have been documented by thousands of studies since 1932, indicating that we may be facing a global health catastrophe orders of magnitude worse than those caused by tobacco and cigarettes.
	Mr. Secretary General, on the basis of the precautionary principle, I urge you to have these EMF emitting devices removed immediately from these buildings and to call a halt to any rollout of 5G at UN duty stations because 5G is designed to deliver concentrated and focused electromagnetic radiation in excess of 100 times current levels in the same way as do directed energy weapons.
	In line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, to protect, respect and remedy, 5G technologies must be subjected to an independent health and safety assessment before they are launched anywhere in the world.
	There is currently an international appeal signed by 237 EMF scientists from 41 nations urging the UN and particularly the WHO to exert strong leadership in fostering the development of more protective... Alright, we'll have a little bit more about that when we come back.
	And again, if there's concern about this, why wouldn't we pay attention to the test?
	Well, good question.
	And for, I think it's 23 years now, we haven't been concerned about the studies, the massive studies showing health effects of cell phone powers, and now we're going to do it on a much larger scale.

	I just played for you the top of the hour, a UN staffer.
	Who was talking about the levels of radiation that she was exposed to as a U.N.
	staffer.
	She said she worked at the U.N.
	office in Vienna.
	She said they installed powerful Wi-Fi and cell phone access points designed to serve large public areas.
	But they did it in a narrow, metal-walled corridors throughout the Vienna International Center in December of 2015.
	She said, I was ill continuously for several months.
	She said, I did my best for two and a half years to alert the UN staff in May of 2018.
	I took the issue to the UN Secretary General.
	He is a physicist and electrical engineer.
	He's lectured on telecommunication signals in his career, yet he asserted that he knew nothing at all about the effects of EMF on health.
	Well, maybe he should contact the people who are working in the American Embassy in Cuba or Shanghai.
	I think that was the other place that it happened.
	They can tell you about some of those things.
	But as we look at this, and as we have reports of this, and I gave you some of the studies, numerous studies.
	Again, I think the most important one is that long-term study that was done in Poland.
	128,000 military people each year, they monitored them for exposure to radiation.
	And they found massive increases up to 14 times higher certain types of leukemia of people who have been exposed to radiation in their work.
	And they did that for 14 years!
	And that information was published 11 years before the 1996 Telecommunications Act that said you're not going to put any health restrictions whatsoever on cell phone towers.
	And now They're ready this year to launch over 20,000 5G satellites and they're going to be putting repeating antennas about every 50 feet in the cities and elsewhere where they put it.
	Does that seem reasonable to you?
	After we've already done had some studies that have been done with 5G and have seen the same types of health effects but even more pronounced with 5G?
	It is qualitatively different.
	Yes, it is a slightly lower power, but it is also qualitatively different.
	It is a much higher frequency.
	And that perhaps explains some of the more pronounced issues.
	As she pointed out in her prolonged testimony, we only played you just a couple of minutes of it at the top of the hour, but she said there's no legal limits on exposure to electromagnetic radiation.
	Conveniently for the telecommunications industry, she said there's only non-legally enforceable guidelines, such as those produced by the grandly named International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection.
	She said, that turns out like it's something from the Wizard of Oz.
	She said, it's just a little tiny NGO, a non-governmental organization in Germany that appoints its own members, none of whom is a medical doctor or an environmental expert.
	What do they do?
	It's just a beard, right?
	It's just a beard to say, yeah, move along.
	There is nothing to see here.
	And then she puts it in terms of environmental issues.
	Let's talk to the people on the left about this.
	She said, well, you know, we're going to have probably trees cut down by the millions in order to ensure continuous 5G signaling.
	And what do we get for that?
	Oh, we get our self-driving cars.
	Great.
	Great.
	But that's not all that we get for cutting down the trees.
	Environmentalists.
	And of course, they're going to have to cut down these trees because they've got to have a line of sight for each of these antennas.
	Yeah, we get our self-driving cars, but let me tell you what else we're going to get for this.
	And this is why the government doesn't care.
	One bit.
	It's not just the money, folks.
	It's not just that they don't, that they're being bribed by the telecommunications industry, that you've got politicians in their pocket.
	Yes, all that is true.
	It's not just that there's regulatory capture by the federal government.
	It's not just that they have shut down Any ability of state and local governments to push back on this because of health effects or even do studies?
	No, no, no.
	That's been outlawed at the federal level.
	That's what they did.
	It's the same thing they did with the DARK Act when people were concerned about genetically modified food and growing that.
	They said, well, we'll take care of that.
	We don't want a patchwork of regulations all across the country.
	So we'll shut it all down from Washington.
	Again, people on the left who don't usually care about the Tenth Amendment And about having states push back.
	They might want to take a look at that.
	They might want to rethink their position about supporting the Tenth Amendment or not supporting the Tenth Amendment.
	Because when you look at what happened with GMO and you look at the way that states and local legislatures as well as people in referenda were able to shut down Some of the most obviously absurd parts of the war on drugs, the marijuana prohibition, they were able to do that at state level.
	That shows us why we had a division of power between the federal government and the states.
	Why, with the Ninth and the Tenth Amendment, was that if we didn't give you those powers explicitly, then you don't have them.
	They're retained by the people and by the states, and the states and the people retained those powers when it came to marijuana.
	Jeff Sessions wasn't about to bring that to a test because he would have proven that the 9th and 10th Amendment are in effect and if they didn't it would have been more of a revolt and we would have made the language even more obvious if it isn't obvious enough but it is obvious you know for the same reason as I said before that the IRS
	Did not challenge the churches that said, well, you said that we can't talk about politics in the pulpit, but here's the tape where I just did that.
	You want to take this to court?
	Let's talk about this in court.
	Because we know what the First Amendment says.
	I can read that.
	You know, I can read that.
	I don't need somebody to explain to me what the Constitution says, just like I can read the medical studies myself.
	I can go to Dr. Google if I want to.
	I even hate to use that because Google's not a search engine.
	We'll be talking about what Google does here in just a moment.
	They're not a search engine, but you can still occasionally use them to find things.
	They're there to push certain information to you and to purge other information.
	You know, that push-pull effect, right?
	Push and purge.
	That's the function of Google.
	They're not a search engine.
	They're there to push certain information to you and to purge other information that you shouldn't see.
	But here's why the federal government doesn't care.
	It's not just for the corporations.
	Yes, that's a big part of it.

	But just take a look at this story that came out yesterday, Zero Hedge.
	Cops fine a man who was protesting facial recognition on the streets.
	And this is in the UK.
	They gave him a, what's equivalent to a $117 fine, because he refused to be scanned by facial recognition.

	Remember when that used to be a hallmark of Nazi fascism?
	That was always the line, you know, in every World War II movie you see.
	That was one of the hallmarks of being in that authoritarian, fascist police state.
	Everybody was saying, I've got to go to such and such a place where they're going to card me and they're going to lick my identity papers on the street.
	Well, that's what they're doing now.
	This guy simply pulled up the top of his jumper over the bottom of his face, he put his head down and he walked past their cameras.
	This is according to Silky Carlo, the director of Big Brother Watch, this is an article on Zero Hedge, who added that at least one man had seen placards warning the public of facial recognition cameras being used from a parked police van.
	So there was nothing suspicious at all about him.
	And you have a right to avoid cameras.
	You have a right to cover your face.
	And so these cops saw him covering his face, so they pulled him over to one side.
	She said they demanded to see the man's identification, which he gave them.
	And they became accusatory and aggressive.
	The guy told them to go away, in not polite terms here.
	I won't read what he had to say.
	You can kind of fill in the blanks if you want.
	So they gave him a $117 fine for swearing at him.
	Don't worry.
	They'll make avoiding this an outright crime soon enough.

	Tonight, of course, is the State of the Union, and we're going to be covering that live here at InfoWars at 7 p.m.
	Central Standard Time.
	I think it's going to be interesting.
	I think one of the things I'm most interested in is to see if we're going to have Darth Vader Ginsburg show up.
	In the past, we've seen State of the Union addresses where we see the slumbering... I guess we should call her Granny Ginsburg instead of Darth Vader, maybe.
	How about that?
	But Granny Ginsburg is there, you know, they put her on the back of the truck like the Beverly Hillbillies and the Liberals drive her to the state capitol and then I guess they pick the chair up and walk her in and she's there slumped over slumbering but I don't know if she's going to make it or not.
	So we'll have to wait and see whether she's there.
	It's kind of like a weekend with Bernie except it's the Supreme Court.
	And so, that'll be one thing we'll be looking at.
	Of course, people will be looking to see whether or not President Trump is going to declare a state of emergency.
	I think that's not going to happen yet.
	I think he's going to wait out three weeks before he does that.
	I mean, if he was going to declare a state of emergency at this point, and of course, if he's going to declare a state of emergency three weeks after saying, alright, you can come back, he could have done that two years ago, right?
	I mean, why do we have to go through the exercise of, you know, and even, not even two years ago, but going back to last fall when we started having these caravans coming.
	Isn't that enough?
	There's so many different reasons that President Trump could declare a state of emergency and actually use the Defense Department to defend our country instead of creating regime change and unconstitutional never-ending wars abroad.
	But now of course we do have the situation in Venezuela ramping up.
	And we need to keep a close eye on that.
	And we need to put pressure on President Trump as well.
	Because understand that the other side is putting pressure on him.
	It is not disloyal to say to President Trump, remember why you ran for president, or at least why you said you were running for president.
	Remember the key issues that we voted for you for.
	Remember your campaign promises.
	Remember how important this is.
	I think he really does understand that.
	But I think he's getting a lot of bad advice.
	I think he's getting a lot of gaslighting from his staff.
	I think he's not done a good job in terms of selecting the people around him, obviously.
	And so these people are pushing him in the wrong direction, just as Rex Tillerson did, to try to delay or to prevent President Trump from getting out of the Paris Climate Accord.
	But eventually President Trump, after six months of being pushed in the wrong direction, given bad advice by Rex Tillerson, by his daughter, eventually he did the right thing.
	And he has the power to do the right thing.
	He doesn't have to wait for Mexico to pay for the wall.
	He doesn't have to wait for Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer to pay for the wall.
	He can do it.
	And declaring a state of emergency is one way to do it.
	Here's an example here.
	Israel starts building a massive fence on the Gaza border.
	It works.
	Remember I did a report last month from home Talking as we had all these Democrats keep saying, and of course the Pope is there saying, oh, you know, it's immoral to have a wall.
	Well, maybe the Pope should get out his Bible if he can find one in the Vatican.
	Maybe they got rid of him.
	Certainly looks like they don't really understand what's going on in terms of prohibitions against coming after children.
	Or raping nuns or whatever.
	I mean, it's just... But maybe he could get the... There's a couple of books in the Bible about how important a wall was.
	Go back and look at Ezra and Nehemiah in the Hebrew Bible.
	It's just this one book talking about how difficult it was for the people who had been exiled from Jerusalem to come back and to re-establish their culture and their homeland and their city.
	And they couldn't do it without building a wall.
	And when they built the wall, They faced all... Go back and read Nehemiah.
	He faced all the same types of tactics.
	You know, human nature just doesn't change, does it?
	He faced all the same types of attacks and tactics and scheming that we see happening now.
	He had guys that were making false accusations about him, trying to get him in trouble with the king, who had authorized the rebuilding of the wall.
	They were telling lies about him.
	They tried to set up a meeting, saying, you know, let's talk about this.
	You know, we're really interested in talking.
	Just like the Democrats say, they're really interested in talking.
	And their intention was to kill him.
	They would attack the people that were building the wall, so they had to, the people that were out there building the wall had to have a sword in one hand and a mason's trowel in the other hand.
	And then they would mock them and ridicule them.
	That wall will never work.
	You don't know what you're doing.
	Your wall is going to fall down if a little fox gets on that wall.
	It's going to tumble over.
	All the same stuff we're seeing now.
	Because they understood that the wall was going to be the way that they were going to be able to revitalize their community.
	We are the true multiculturalists.
	Not the left.
	We believe that there ought to be a rich tapestry of cultures throughout the world.
	Different countries, different cultures, borders, you know, nations, tongues, tribes.
	Those are things that God set in place and appointed into different areas.
	They want to pull everything together and level everything down to a low level that they can control.
	They don't want there to be areas of wealth where people can look at what the globalists are doing and push back against that.
	They want everybody struggling to feed themselves and to house their families.
	And they want to get rid of every culture just like they want to get rid of families.
	They don't want there to be anything other than a global government and any division Like a family, they are opposed to.
	Like a nation, they're opposed to that as well.
	And so we have President Trump teasing that tonight, he's teasing the National Emergency Declaration to fund the border wall, as Zero Hedge Point said.
	He's been dropping hints all weekend that he's about to declare a national emergency.
	It's long overdue.
	Long overdue.
	And quite frankly, President Trump, instead of using, and this is why I say, we need to pressure him.
	I've used the analogy before of people in a canoe, if you will.
	You've got to keep paddling on both sides of that boat.
	Well, when he's in Washington, and when he's around these people in Washington, They're all paddling on just one side of the boat.
	They're paddling on the left side.
	And if we don't start paddling on the right-hand side, they're going to turn this boat around in the opposite direction.
	President Trump needs to have pressure put on him.
	He needs to have the truth told to him by people outside of Washington.
	70% of GOP voters want Trump to address illegal immigration in this State of the Union.
	We've got another caravan, nearly 2,000 people at the border, coming to the border, and they're coming into an area where there is no fencing, no barriers.
	Of course, I didn't stop them before when we went through California.
	This is an ongoing issue, and they say that, this report from Breitbart, they say the migrants are traveling with the intent to request asylum on U.S.
	soil, thus making any detention by border authorities irrelevant.
	Sanctuary!
	Sanctuary!
	Just like the Hunchback of Notre Dame, right?
	They get across that border, it's like the Hunchback, he's in Notre Dame, you can't do anything to him.
	Or actually, as Morello was there, he was protecting her.
	But nevertheless, folks, this is why you have to have a border.
	Once they get across the border, now the system is gaming the situation.

	You know, this situation, this shooting that we just had developed in the New York City subway, an MS-13 member fatally shoots a man in the head on the subway.
	This should help President Trump as he comes into the State of the Union tonight.
	And of course, this is not misusing this information or using it for his own... This is a real risk.
	You know, we're not saying that everybody that comes across the border is MS-13 or a criminal.
	But just like we were talking earlier about 5G, we said, look at these studies.
	Look at this massive 14-year study of the Polish military.
	128,000 people a year for 14 years.
	And what did they find?
	They found increases in certain types of cancers from people who were in close proximity to electromagnetic radiation, like you'd get from cell phone towers.
	And they saw increases in their cancer rates from 4 to 14 times.
	And what we're saying is, is that we don't want to see that type of increase in crime, because we just leave the borders open.
	Anybody can come across.
	And of course, I don't know who this individual is that was shot, but a lot of times this is gang-on-gang violence, or sometimes it's just a rivalry between these young MS-13 gang members and somebody that they don't like because they're going after their boyfriend or their girlfriend, and so they kill them.
	Brutally kill them.
	And the police will step back and do nothing about it.
	Because, you know, they're just violating our immigration laws.
	They're just criminally trespassing.
	And they only have MS-13 tattooed across their face.
	But we can't do anything.
	We've got to wait until they do something like shoot somebody in the head on the New York City subway.
	And who else might get shot accidentally that is standing by?
	Are they going to turn New York City into Acapulco?
	Yeah, Acapulco used to be a place where Elvis would go to have fun, right?
	But now, it's become very dangerous, just like most cities in Mexico.
	Why?
	Because there's gang members.
	Is everybody in Mexico a gang member?
	No, but there's enough of them.
	The people are getting killed, and you see situations like this in Long Island.
	You got a guy whose child was killed in high school by an MS-13 gang member.
	Again, it wasn't even a gang rivalry.
	It was a rivalry for boyfriend-girlfriend.
	And the father said, I thought I had escaped this when I came from El Salvador.
	But guess what?
	If there's an open border, the same people that he's running away from in El Salvador can cross the border just like he did and move in right next door to him and go to the same schools and kill his children there on Long Island just like he would have there.
	That's why we have to defend our border.
	Because we don't want to become El Salvador.
	That's the issue here, folks.
	And remember back when, right after President Trump was elected, in November 2016, you had people in California going around and collecting the records from the police of gang members, suspected gang members.
	They said, we've got to get these things and destroy them before President Trump gets them and deports these people.
	That's what they were doing.
	They would rather expose you to gang members than to have anybody deported, anybody shut out.
	And this guy who did the shooting here, 26-year-old, suspected of being an MS-13 gang member.
	Of course, going back to the middle of January, January the 13th, story from Washington Times, immigration loophole allows MS-13 gang members to go free.
	This is a couple weeks ago, two or three weeks ago.
	If the Trump administration had its way, Ramon Arabalo Lopez and Oscar Canales Molina would have either been in detention or they would have been deported.
	Instead, they were on the streets, thanks to a judge's orders.
	There you go.
	One judge can veto the president And we've got to stop that.
	President Trump needs to understand that he can overturn DACA instead of using it as a bargaining chip.
	DACA, I don't know, when we look at this situation, I don't know who President Trump thinks he is really fooling here with this.
	I mean, I see people who say, well, you know, that's good, President Trump is using this as a bargaining chip.
	It's not a good thing.
	Because the Democrats don't believe it.
	The Republicans, it's not helping his popularity with Republicans.
	It's not helping his popularity with Democrats.
	The only people who are paying attention to this are the people in foreign countries who want to come here and it's turning into a gold rush or more like the Oklahoma Sooners rush.
	We've got to get across the border and stake our claim there with DACA before they turn that off.
	And so the only effect that using DACA as a bargaining chip has had is to accelerate the number of people who are coming across and trying to establish their claim before it's too late.
	It's not helping anything.
	And we have judges who out there, any single judge thinks that they can veto the President of the United States when it comes to protecting the border.
	That is patently absurd.
	One of the best things that President Trump could do is to take back the rightful power of the President and to exercise his duty using that authorized power.
	So you got a judge that turned these two guys out on the street.
	They and another illegal immigrant delivered an MS-13 gang beatdown to two high school students in New York.
	These two were not killed in this particular case, but all three of them.
	Came here illegally in 2016 as unaccompanied alien children.
	They crossed the border without their parents.
	Immigration says, oh, we can't do anything about it.
	And they got MS-13 on their face, can't do anything about it.
	They beat down or kill other Hispanic children in most cases.
	For now, that's what the situation is.
	It's Hispanic on Hispanic violence.
	And, you know, shoot these people in the New York subway.
	But they don't have a problem with it.
	As a matter of fact, the Democrats are pushing to accelerate this trend.
	House Democrats first offered a President Trump in negotiations to fund the border wall, would end all immigration enforcement for migrants who are trafficking children across the southern border, reports Breitbart.
	The draft budget provides the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, that's ICE, with $7.4 billion, nearly a billion dollars less than that requested by the Trump administration, and the Democrat offer would demand that all immigration enforcement end for any adult crossing the border with a child by the end of fiscal year 2019.
	So, not only did they let the children come across illegally, not going to do anything to them, Why?
	Because of DACA.
	DACA is not a law.
	DACA was an executive branch order that was put through by Janet Napolitano and saying, we're not going to enforce the law.
	She should have been taken out of office.
	That's what it is.
	Deferred action.
	In other words, I'm not going to enforce the law.
	I swore to uphold the law, but I'm not going to enforce it.
	I'm not going to do that.
	And it was just something that they wrote as an executive order.
	It has... It can easily be swept away with one single signature from President Trump.
	Any executive order by the previous administration can be countermanded by the... Presidents do it all the time!
	There's absolutely no way that a judge could stop President Trump from doing that.
	No way!
	In spite of Jeff Sessions saying, well, we'll argue that in court.
	Well, you don't have to argue it.
	There was no law.
	There was no law.
	It's an executive order.
	Remember when President Reagan went through and Hosell, you know, undid a whole bunch of executive orders.
	Said he was cleaning up the registry.
	Well, every president has done that.
	Every president in my lifetime has put in executive orders to undo previous executive orders.
	You can't say that it has the effect of law because Obama did it, but now the Trump administration can't undo DACA.
	And now what they're saying is that if you can get a child, whether that's your child or not, you come in across the border, that's why they call it the Child Trafficking Act, the people who are pushing back against this Democrat counter-proposal.
	Because if you come in and say, well, that's my kid, there's no way that we know that.
	We don't know who you are.
	We don't know who they are.
	We can't set them aside and even do a DNA test.
	But instead, you get a free pass into the United States.

	I want to talk just a little bit more about the possible State of the Union topics that President Trump will be talking about.
	And of course, wall is definitely going to be one of those.
	70% of the GOP voters want President Trump to do something about protecting the border.
	And you're not going to be able to protect the border unless you build a wall.
	Let me tell you something.
	The wall is not for foreigners.
	It's for our own judges.
	We have to build a wall because of the judiciary that we have here.
	Now there's other things that could be done to get the judiciary in line, but the key thing that we have to do right now is to keep people from getting into that system.
	And that's always going to be the case if we don't have a wall to keep them in the other country.
	So we're going to be covering the State of the Union tonight live at 7 p.m.
	So tune in to InfoWars for live coverage of the State of the Union and we will be searching the crowd looking for Granny Ginsburg to see if she's able to make it.
	She will.
	But we'll see.
	And, of course, the other question is, if she is there, will she be able to remain conscious throughout it?

	You know, not like the fact that the Supreme Court has already ruled that even if a company owns the public square, they don't own your free speech.
	It was a case back in the 1940s.
	It was a lady who was a Jehovah's Witness passing out information and they said well we don't like that and we own the entire town is owned by this company and we own the public square so go away.
	And she took them all the way to the Supreme Court.
	The Supreme Court said we don't care if you own the public square.
	You're not going to take away people's free speech and that should apply here.
	That's the difference by the way folks between Facebook and Twitter and a baker.
	Baker doesn't own the public square and he doesn't have monopoly either on making cakes but they do and they were helped to get that monopoly by the same people who are trying to take down the information.
	We just had Twitter shut down over 2,000 accounts because they were pushing back against the official narrative there in Venezuela as we have a propaganda war that is developing so we can intervene in that actual war, in that regime there.
	Again, for regime change, if you don't agree with them, they're going to push you out.
	of the purge you out and they're going to push their information on you.

	All right, real quickly, you know, we look at the wall.
	Of course, there's no money for the wall, is there?
	I mean, you know, we've got unlimited money to do whatever we want to in foreign wars for regime change.
	I mean, nobody... Do you remember when we had a discussion about whether we want to deploy troops to Syria?
	Whether we're going to authorize them to build more than a dozen military bases there and four airfields.
	Did you know that they even did that?
	They did that without making it an issue.
	We didn't have any vote about that.
	They didn't have to shut down the government to do that.
	Or they didn't shut down the government to stop it either.
	They just did it.
	Didn't tell you about it.
	You know, quite frankly, that's another reason why you've got to have the military invoked to build this.
	They were able, in that short period of time, able to build all those military bases and those airfields.
	We didn't even know about it.
	Somehow they found the money, they were able to do it, and they did it quickly.
	You know, if President Trump gets his $5 billion, you know what the next game is going to be?
	It's going to go the same way that all these road projects go wherever you live.
	You notice how these things, certainly around here in Austin, I mean we've got road projects that have been going on longer than I've been here.
	And I've been here for six years.
	Can't tell they really did much at all.
	And of course the only roads that they're interested in building are toll roads.
	They won't expand it for anything else.
	But what's going to happen if he gets five billion dollars?
	That's not even going to, that's not a very ambitious plan to protect the border, number one.
	Number two, they will drag their feet and they will inflate the budget so they'll wind up costing ten times more what they thought it was going to do.
	That's why you got to get the military in there.
	They can do it.
	They can do it quickly, just like they do in Syria.
	But here's some other things that cost more than the border wall.
	For example, sugar subsidies.
	You know, we spend six billion dollars on sugar subsidies.
	What the fructose?
	I mean, you know, if we can subsidize sugar for big agricultural businesses but we can't protect this country, $6 billion for that.
	United Nations, $10 billion we give to them.
	Remember, that's twice as much as what President Trump is asking to protect our border.
	Amtrak, $9.7 billion for Amtrak.
	Just on unused real estate.
	These are buildings that are owned by the federal government.
	Buildings, they have 3,120 buildings that were actually vacant in fiscal year 2016.
	And then they got another 7,859 that were partially empty or underutilized.
	So they could save, over a five-year period, they could save $15 billion if they sold these things.
	But they're spending instead $1.7 billion a year.
	So just a little over two years.
	They're spending on maintaining empty buildings what President Trump is asking for the wall.
	And of course, as I pointed out, it's a tiny fraction of one percent of the budget that he's asking for here.
	It's absurd that they would shut down the government over that.
	But it's also something that President Trump has in his power just to declare that emergency and to have the military protect this country instead of other countries.
	Foreign aid!
	Fifty billion dollars a year.
	Ten times!
	Well, President Trump is asking for that small part of the wall.
	Waste, fraud, and abuse amounts to $137 billion annually.
	Annually.
	And this is put together by Grabya News.
	And then this article here from Zero Hedge.
	What if Trump said this tonight at the State of the Union?
	What if he said, I know it's controversial, I know people get really riled up politically about this, but, you know, ultimately here's what I believe.
	We're a nation of immigrants, number one, but number two, we do have to have control of our borders.
	We're going to have to strengthen our borders.
	I'm going to be going to Mexico, I'm going to work with the president there to figure out how we get control over the border.
	Let's become more violent because of the drug trade.
	Guess who said that?
	That was Barack Obama who said that.
	And he went on to say, this is what Barack Obama had... Listen, I would just love for President Trump's speech writers to just quote President Obama.
	Wait for everybody to freak out and say, you know who said that?
	That was President Obama.
	This is what he had to say.
	You have to say, look, you've broken the law.
	You didn't come here the way you were supposed to.
	So this is not going to be a free ride.
	It's not going to be some instant amnesty.
	What's going to happen is you're going to pay a significant fine and you're going to learn English!
	That was Obama who said that, and there was applause after he said that, as he gave his State of the Union.
	You're going to go back to the back of the line so you don't get ahead of somebody who's there in Mexico City, applying legally, said President Obama.
	I wish President Trump would just read President Obama's speech on this.
	That would be the ultimate.
	He says it's not something that's guaranteed or automatic.
	You've got to earn it.
	You've got to earn it.
	What if President Trump were to say that tonight on the State of the Union?
	I think Ginsburg would fall out of her chair, if she's actually even in her chair.
	We'll have to wait and see.
