	We're going to have Del Bigtree joining us later in the broadcast.
	We're going to be talking about the vaccine update because, you know, it's coming up to flu season and you're seeing all of the propaganda telling you to go get your flu shot, go get your flu shot.
	Well, we're going to talk about that.
	We're also going to talk about the HPV vaccine.
	And we're going to talk about autism as well.
	The things that they hate for us to talk about.
	We're going to tell you some truth about the flu vaccine and other vaccines with Del Bigtree.
	Of course, he's the guy who produced Vaxxed.
	Remember, that was the documentary talking about the vaccine-autism connection.
	And of course, it's not the vaccine per se as much as it is the preservatives, The adjuvants that they put in it, the things that irritate your immune system to try to get it to react to this, that many people believe has caused this, but of course the government won't do the study.
	Why do they need to do a study?
	They've given immunity to the vaccine companies, not to you.
	It's legal immunity from being sued.
	That goes back to 1986.
	And as that film is going to be shown at the Tribeca Film Festival, Robert De Niro has a child who suffers from autism.
	He was interested in examining that until the Hollywood Mafia got a hold of that.
	All those people in Hollywood who just hate free speech.
	And they forced that film out.
	But Bill Bigtree is still exposing things, along with Robert Kennedy Jr.
	They've shown a lot of cover-ups from the federal government in terms of what vaccines are doing.
	So he's going to be joining us later in the broadcast.
	I hope you got your presidential alert yesterday.
	Did it wake you up?
	It should wake you up.
	It woke up some liberals.
	They got really upset.
	They got triggered by the presidential alert that went off on all the phones yesterday.
	And again, I found it interesting that even though they said that you can turn these things off, I have it turned off on my phone.
	I have all the alerts turned off that I have an option to turn off, but I still got this thing.
	So did my wife, so did everybody in my family at the same time.
	A lot of people were really angry about this, especially the liberals, because it was coming from the president when the president is Trump.
	They don't realize that this is a law that was signed by their beloved Obama back in 2016, doing this to them.
	This is why I say it's a good example.
	Of why the liberals, who gave up past all this stuff when it's being put in place by Obama because they liked Obama, are now freaking out when they see some of the things that Obama put in being done by Trump.
	They're going to freak out when they see the censorship that they're plotting, that they love so much, being used against them by conservatives.
	They're cheering this on.
	Well, just wait.
	Your time in the barrel is coming.
	But listen to some of the things that they said.
	They started calling it PTSD, President Trump Stress Disorder.
	They were freaked out about it and tweeting about it.
	Here's some of the tweets.
	Trump's ridiculous presidential alert just went off and literally everyone in the Seattle Starbucks jumped.
	How do I block him?
	Can we text him back?
	Is this the Trump PTSD alert system?
	Another one.
	I'm pressing charges on Donald Trump and Verizon for sending me an alert without my permission.
	Which resulted in a PTSD attack.
	Another one.
	This PTSD crap is real.
	Had to calm myself down in the gym locker room because I was about to have a full-blown panic attack due to this emergency alert test.
	Not okay.
	These have all been collected.
	These tweets collected by mrctv.org.
	Presidential alert brought back major PTSD from me while we were in Hawaii and the missile alert incident happened and so forth.
	One person finally says, my phone was assaulted by the Orange Menace.
	I feel violated.
	It's just a test of the emergency broadcasting system.
	I get that.
	But to make it a presidential alert in my space?
	In my space?
	He's raping me through technology.
	Well no, actually you are right.
	You are being raped through technology by the federal government.
	I tweeted out yesterday, did the presidential alert wake you up zombies?
	That's what the NSA called you.

	I was just sitting at the top of the hour.
	I hope you got your presidential alert yesterday.
	I hope it alerted you.
	To the power that the government has through your phone.
	Now, the emergency broadcasting system has been around for a very long time.
	Since the 1960s, presidents have had the ability to directly address the nation live.
	And that was essentially what this is.
	But it illustrates something I think that is far more important than that.
	As I just pointed out at the top of the hour, it had all these tweets from people.
	Who felt that they were suffering from PTSD, as they defined it, President Trump Stress Disorder.
	That he got into their digital space and the orange menace was digitally raping them.
	Okay, this was, this particular extension of the emergency broadcasting system was part of a law that was signed in 2016.
	Now for those of you We're suffering from President Trump's stress disorder.
	You may not remember that he wasn't president in 2016.
	It was your beloved Obama who signed that law.
	And a lot of other things were put in place by Obama that you didn't seem to have a problem with.
	He extended the surveillance state.
	He used drones to assassinate American citizens abroad without due process.
	A lot of little things like that that might come back to haunt you liberals as well in the future.
	Some of us are concerned about that regardless of who does it.
	Don't give a pass to a particular party or president for doing those types of things.
	But the majority of Americans do.
	They don't really care what kind of Orwellian or draconian measures are taken by a president as long as they like him, or he's their party, or he's the right demographic or identity group.
	They don't care.
	And so now they're freaking out because President Trump did that.
	But here's what you really should freak out.
	As I tweeted out yesterday, I said, did the presidential alert wake you up, zombies?
	That's what the NSA called you when it laughed about you paying for Big Brother in the top-secret slides that were released by Ed Snowden.
	And blow up the picture of that.
	Click on that picture so people can see that a little bit better.
	Because I put the three slides there, and I've talked about this before.
	These are top-secret slides.
	They didn't want you to know that they're laughing about you.
	They didn't want you to know that they're using your cell phone as Big Brother.
	So the slides went, who knew in 1984, they show the iconic 1984 Mac commercial that aired once on the Super Bowl.
	The next one, that this would be Big Brother, and they show Steve Jobs, go ahead and pull that back up again, Steve Jobs holding an iPhone, that this would be Big Brother.
	And then the final one, where they mock you, and that the zombies would be paying customers.
	You are the zombies, according to the NSA.
	But that's top secret, don't tell anybody.
	Shh!
	They think you're zombies.
	And maybe we are.
	Maybe we are, if we don't understand what's going on.
	John McAfee, and I retweeted it at Libertarian, John McAfee came out and he says, well, the Presidential Alerts, yeah, there's that Super Bowl commercial there, they are capable of accessing the E911 chip in your phones.
	Oh, they even call it the 9-11 chip, the E911 chip, in your phones, giving them full access to your location, Your microphone, your camera, and every function of your phone.
	This is not a rant, this is from me, still one of the leading cybersecurity experts.
	Wake up people, says John McAfee.
	Folks, this is beyond the broadcast alert system.
	And again, this is not a criticism of President Trump, not even a criticism of Obama, because this is something that is bigger than both of them.
	That people don't pay any attention to because they're so caught up in the political paradigm.
	And he said, she said, circus that we've got now.
	Just like I said, one of the people, when I put this out, one of the people said, how dare you cover for Brett Kavanaugh and never pay any attention to his position on the Fourth Amendment?
	I said, well, obviously you don't listen to my program, do you?
	Because I just talked about that yet again yesterday.
	I said he's not my choice for Supreme Court nominee.
	Certainly not my choice.
	He is an establishment guy.
	He's been there from the beginning.
	He worked with Bush on the 9-11 stuff and putting in the Patriot Act and so forth.
	He worked with Ken Starr to cover up the crimes of Bill Clinton.
	He is a deep state creature.
	Maybe this will make him better.
	Let's hope so.
	But there's another aspect of this that is really annoying and that is the way that the Democrat Party is creating this division between genders.
	Oh, they want to say gender fluidity?
	No, they want gender division is what they really want.
	And I am disgusted by that.
	I'm disgusted about the loss of due process and privacy.
	But what we should be talking about is our loss of due process, our loss of privacy.
	I talked about that yet again yesterday.
	I said that's the greatest travesty of this whole confirmation process.
	That nothing of any direct importance is being talked about in terms of what he believes.
	Now what the Democrats have demonstrated is yet another threat to our freedoms and our liberty by this attack on him because he's simply a male and trying to use that for political purposes and creating, escalating this war between the sexes that they exploit for political purposes.
	So I defend him because of that.
	But his actions on the Fourth Amendment and our Being able to travel without being sexually molested?
	The Democrats don't care about that.
	Neither does the Supreme Court.
	Neither does the entire federal judicial system that he's been very comfortable in, that he has been an establishment figure within for a very long time.
	They don't care about any of your rights in the Bill of Rights.
	Now he has been supportive of the Second Amendment.
	Great!
	That's more than we would get from a Democrat.
	So we can support him for that.
	Nevertheless, you need to understand That this emergency broadcasting system, and the way that it can access you, and the way that the NSA is using this as Big Brother.
	Yeah, they can look at your microphone, they can turn on the camera, they can listen to you, they can watch you, and so forth, at any time that they wish.
	Think about that.
	That is Big Brother in your pocket.
	And that was demonstrated to you yesterday.
	But most people don't understand that, even though you've been warned over and over again.
	Still don't understand that.
	Still don't care.
	Still don't care that we're not going to have any Fourth Amendment protection.
	They keep extending all this stuff.
	That's the saddest thing about all this stuff.
	Let's look at the politics of hate as it was evolving yesterday.
	You know, we had all these GOP senators, three of them I should say, doxxed as the hearings were going the other day.
	And people start saying, well, I think it's Mad Maxine that's doing this.
	She said, it's not me, how dare you, blah, blah, blah.
	Well, it turns out it wasn't Mad Maxine, it was Sheila Jackson Lee, her staffers that did it.
	This is a 27-year-old intern for Sheila Jackson Lee arrested by the Capitol Police because he doxxed several senators.
	Now the interesting thing about it is, and I'm sure that it's just a coincidence, that it was Sheila Jackson Lee who was handing that envelope off to the lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford.
	Let's play that clip, show people that is a B-roll here as I'm talking about it.
	Remember that?
	Everybody was saying, what is in that envelope?
	Was she doxing somebody?
	Was it cash?
	I don't know what's going on with that.
	But she certainly is right there With Ford and her Soros-supported lawyer right there.
	Now this guy who is working for her, Jackson Cosco of Washington D.C., has been initially charged with witness tampering, with threats in interstate communications, with unauthorized access of a government computer, with identity theft, with second-degree burglary, and unlawful entry.
	Ooh, he's got quite a few charges.
	Maybe he can get Soros' lawyer there that's representing Ford to represent him.
	Maybe they can take some of that cash in one of the envelopes or whatever that was and hand that to him to defend her staffer, who has now been fired after it's been discovered.
	He previously, however, worked for other Democrat senators like Dianne Feinstein.
	Ooh, interesting.
	And Barbara Boxer.
	And Maggie Hassan.
	Hasn't.
	I don't know.
	Anyway, he's got a lot of connections to the deep state.
	And of course, the people who were doxed and all of that were Mike Lee, Orrin Hatch, Lindsey Graham.
	It happened while Lindsey Graham was dressing them down.

	As I was saying earlier, I never have felt good about Brett Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court Justice.
	But we're not even going to get to the point of talking about what his history in politics is.
	We're going to have this politics of hate and personal destruction.
	And in that, I support him.
	And I hope that it makes him more sympathetic to the rest of us plebes out here.
	You know, we're just the hoi poi.
	We don't really matter.
	When they don't give us the presumption of innocence, as I've said over and over again.
	We don't have the presumption of innocence when they take our stuff under the war on drugs.
	Civil asset forfeiture.
	We don't even get charged with a crime, let alone convicted.
	They just take your car, your house, whatever.
	Or, if they want your kids, they take your kids.
	They send CPS in.
	You don't get a trial for that either.
	You don't get a presumption of innocence on that either.
	So they can take your property, they can take your children.
	You don't have a presumption of innocence.
	If you want to travel in this country, Then you get frisked by the little government agents in suits and government uniforms and blue gloves.
	Where's the presumption of innocence?
	Where's our privacy?
	They can turn their back on all that stuff while they set up a surveillance network that we just saw demonstrated yesterday with the presidential alerts.
	They don't care.
	Well, let's hope that that educates him a little bit.
	I don't know that it will, quite frankly.
	I think he's been in that system at the top of it for too long.
	I think he's lived a life of privilege.
	I think he's part of the system.
	But of course, that's not even going to be discussed.
	It's not even on the agenda.
	Just like it wasn't on the agenda to discuss the censorship.
	When they had the social media people come in and Alex Jones went down there and talked to Marco Rubio.
	Marco Rubio wasn't going to, oh, I don't even know who you are.
	He was lying about that.
	He eventually admitted that he was lying.
	But he wasn't going to have Alex Jones come in and talk about the ability of a couple of giant corporations to control the Internet.
	No, he wanted those giant corporations to control the Internet for his purposes.
	He wasn't going to have conservatives who had been censored by these people come in and talk.
	Not anybody.
	And then he pretended he didn't know who the most high-profile person censored was.
	I mean, this is the way these people operate.
	And so we see the same kind of hypocrisy in these Supreme Court hearings.
	They don't care about your rights.
	And it makes me angry to see this because I know that this is trickle-down tyranny.
	The same thing that the Democrats are doing to Brett Kavanaugh is going to trickle down to all the rest of us.
	They're already doing it.
	You're guilty because you're male.
	You're privileged because you're white.
	And on and on and on.
	I am sick and tired of hearing it.
	And I think people see through this.
	And I'm hoping it's going to be a blowback at the election.
	We'll see.
	Because after they vote tomorrow, we get to vote.
	We'll see what happens.
	See if people wake up.
	But of course, as I said, we had the Capitol Hill staffer for Sheila Jackson Lee, the envelope girl, handing the envelope.
	We don't know what was in it.
	Was it identity information about GOP senators?
	Because that's what this has come down to.
	This is the people who have been pushing violence, threats, intimidation.
	They've been manipulating the process.
	We saw that with Dianne Feinstein.
	So they could delay this confirmation hearing indefinitely and stop it with baseless allegations.
	And then as Lindsey Graham got really angry about the fact that Dianne Feinstein had manipulated this.
	A couple of months that she knew about this.
	Instead of notifying the committee and handling this with an FBI investigation, which they would have done, and it could have been done privately and so forth.
	No!
	She held it as she got Ford hooked up with that lawyer that you just saw getting the envelope from Sheila Jackson Lee.
	That's what she was doing.
	She was laying the foundation for all this stuff.
	So Lindsey Graham gets really upset about that.
	And as he is pushing back, this guy, Jackson Cosco, who's been arrested, it's alleged, that he doxxed Lindsey Graham and Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch of Utah.
	Now, do you think he did that all of a sudden?
	Maybe he did, I don't know.
	His background says that he is a Democratic political professional, because that's what Democratic political professionals do now, isn't it?
	I mean, he's worked not only as current staffer for Sheila Jackson Lee, As you saw, handing out the envelope.
	But he's also been a staffer for Dianne Feinstein.
	And for Barbara Boxer and others.
	He also lists himself as a cyber security graduate student.
	Well, okay, you're going to get a full education in this stuff.
	He's going to get a post-graduate degree from law enforcement at the Capitol Police.
	They're going to tell him all he wants to know about cyber security.
	And he'll have years, hopefully, to learn about it.
	No, that won't happen.
	He's a Democrat.
	Democrats never go to jail.
	Nothing ever happens to Democrats.
	That's what should happen.
	He should have many years to study all of the different ramifications of violating cybersecurity, but he won't.
	Nothing will happen to him.
	He got fired, but that's going to be it.
	And that was just a face-saving measure by Sheila Jackson Lee.
	Now, Rand Paul's wife sent an open letter to Senator Cory Booker, and I'm going to read the whole thing to you because this is very important.
	I think this really puts all this hate in perspective.
	She said to Senator Cory Booker, and again this is Rand Paul's wife, she said it's nine o'clock at night, as I watch out the window a sheriff's car slowly drives past my home.
	I'm grateful that they have offered to do extra patrols as someone just posted our home address and Rand's cell number on the internet.
	All part of a broader effort to intimidate and threaten Republican members of Congress and their families.
	I now keep a loaded gun by my bed.
	Our security systems have had to be expanded.
	I've never felt this way in my life.
	In the past 18 months, our family has experienced violence and threats of violence at a horrifying level.
	I will never forget the morning of the shooting at the congressional baseball practice.
	The pure relief and gratitude that flooded me when I realized that Rand was okay.
	He was not okay last November when a violent, unstable man attacked him from behind while he was working in our yard, breaking six ribs, leaving him with lung damage and multiple bouts of pneumonia.
	Kentucky's Secretary of State, Allison Lundergan Grimes, recently joked about it in a speech.
	MSNBC commentator, Casey Hunt, laughingly said on air that Rand's assault was one of her favorite stories.
	Cher, Bette Midler, and others have lauded his attacker on Twitter.
	I hope that these women never have to watch someone they love struggle to move or even breathe for months on end.
	Earlier this week, Rand was besieged in the airport by activists, quote, getting up in his face, unquote, as you, Senator Cory Booker, encouraged them to do a few months ago.
	Preventing someone from moving forward?
	Thrusting your middle finger into their face?
	Screaming vitriol?
	Is this the way to express concern or enact change?
	Or does it only incite unstable people to violence, making them feel that assaulting a person is somehow politically justifiable?
	Senator Cory Booker.
	Rand Paul has worked with you to co-sponsor criminal justice reform bills.
	He respects you.
	So do I. Well, that's more than I can say.
	This is Rand Paul's wife.
	That's very nice of her.
	I don't respect Cory Booker.
	Spartacus, I would call on you to retract your statement.
	I would call on you to condemn violence, the leaking of elected officials' personal addresses.
	Our address was leaked from a Senate directory, given only to Senators.
	Ah, only to Senators.
	And the intimidation and threats that are being hurled at them and their families.
	Here's another incident.
	A Utah man suspected of mailing ricin to President Trump And Secretary of Defense Mattis has been arrested in Logan, Utah.
	On Tuesday, the Secret Service confirmed that a suspicious envelope had been sent to the President on Monday, but it was not received at the White House the day before.
	There had been a couple of letters sent to the Pentagon.
	Of course, it did not actually get into the Pentagon.
	They check these things before they get in the Pentagon or the White House.
	One was sent to Jim Mattis, who was traveling in Europe this week.
	The other was to the Navy's top officer, Admiral John Richardson.
	They have now arrested that guy.
	And then there's the guy who roundhouse kicked a pro-life woman.
	He got identified by people on the internet.
	That is the hate of the left!

	You're going to have the FBI report today.
	They're going to show it to Senators.
	They can't talk about it.
	It's kind of like a top secret, like the TPP.

	That was part of the process before Dianne Feinstein started messing with it.
	That's the way it was supposed to work.
	And we'll give you that comment from Joe Biden, what he thinks about FBI reports and these confirmation hearings.
	from 27 years ago. We'll play that for you as well and of course you're going to have the vote tomorrow. We'll see what happens. Either Kavanaugh will be a Supreme Court Justice by Saturday or something else is going to happen. What? We don't know. I mean, Lindsey Graham said just re-nominate him again and let it be a referendum. I don't think that's a good idea as I said yesterday because you can't count on these Democrats like Manchin.
	They might, because of political pressure, say, well, I'm open to this, you know, kind of like Jeff Flake.
	And then, of course, they'll do whatever they wish after they get elected, because they figure, well, I got another six years for everybody to forget how I betrayed the voters.
	So that's not, I think, a good idea.
	But nevertheless, I was talking about the violence, the threats, the intimidation that are being engendered by the Democrats with their gender wars.
	And let's play one of the latest episodes of this.
	This is David Perdue of Georgia.
	He's a senator.
	And this is how they were attacked at the airport.
	Because I just read that letter to you from Rand Paul's wife, that she wrote an open letter to Cory Booker and says, yeah, you told people to get in the face of people.
	Well, that happened to us at the airport.
	Of course, it's happening everywhere, in any public space.
	And it isn't going to stop with just the screaming and shouting.
	As we went to break, I told you about how one of these jerks did a roundhouse kick to a pro-life woman.
	It was a guy.
	A hairdresser.
	Nevertheless, he was capable of doing a roundhouse kick.
	And so we'll play David.
	This is David Perdue being harassed while he's in the bathroom at the airport.
	Let's run the clip.
	Well, Senator, don't you think it's important for you to talk to your constituents about how you're voting?
	Senator, there are millions of women who have come out about their sexual assault.
	You don't feel that you have to answer any questions of people who have come out about the impeachment.
	Senator, Senator, last week, Delaware called for an FBI investigation.
	We'd like to know how you stand on that investigation.
	They're going to educate him here at the airport, right?
	I'm State Representative Issella Blanc.
	I haven't touched you since you were born.
	You aren't being touched, sir.
	We're asking you to stand up for justice.
	We are asking you to do the right thing.
	How can you not talk to women who have been assaulted?
	How can you ignore our pleas?
	You have to act about something!
	Okay, at that point he goes to the bathroom.
	The only place that you can get a moment of peace and Obama wants to take even that away from us.
	Alright, let's play his response in video 7.
	Let's roll that.
	By the extreme measures that we see being made right now about a case that my colleagues across the aisle are trying to make today.
	I'm outraged, actually.
	After a personal incident that involved my wife and myself this week, we have seen firsthand the length to which members of the other side of this aisle will go to distract us away from the truth.
	This body, the United States Senate, has become nothing more than a bully pulpit for someone's special cause, when it should be a deliberative body.
	We should be finding the truth here.
	My Democratic colleagues claim they want to work together with Republicans.
	They talk all the time about working in a bipartisan way.
	And yet, when you get in the heat of the battle, nothing could be further from the truth.
	This is bigger than confirming Judge Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court.
	This is about civility in our country.
	People have died supporting our Constitution and fighting for the freedoms that we have in this country.
	Innocent until proven guilty, for goodness sake.
	But when that's not convenient with an argument that you're trying to make, it gets trashed.
	That's what we've seen this week in this body.
	Okay, so that's the hate that we see continually going.
	It's about time the Democrats call off their dogs, because it's getting out of hand.
	It really is.
	We have the FBI report that's going to be coming out today, and as James Bovard writes of the op-ed on USA Today, he says, don't count on the FBI to clear up the Kavanaugh farce.
	It's got a lot of problems of its own.
	It goes back Over all the many problems that we've had with the FBI, beginning, and of course it goes back to the creation of the FBI, which Edgar Hoover actually goes before the creation of the FBI with the Palmer Raids that he was part of.
	He rode that into creating the FBI.
	He turned it into America's Gestapo, as Truman called it.
	But of course, Truman created America's Stasi with executive order when he created the NSA.
	So, you know, that's what I'm saying.
	You can look at this kind of stuff and you can say, well, I hope that Kavanaugh learns something about this, learns to support the Fourth Amendment, the presumption of innocence and so forth.
	But I don't know that he will.
	Because when you look at Truman, he saw what the FBI had become and yet he created the NSA.
	So I don't think we're going to see anything get any better.
	As I said yesterday when we were talking to the gentleman Daniel Miller about Texit, the book that he wrote about that, I think the only solution for this is for us to cut off this corrupt thing we call Washington.
	It's a cancer on every single one of us.
	It is a cancer that is metastasizing into every corner of our lives and we have to cut it off.
	We can do it with nullification or we can do it with secession.
	We need to start nullifying these unconstitutional overreaches, and if that doesn't work, the next thing is secession.
	But let's talk about the FBI just briefly, just to remind you, as Bovard did, going back to Ruby Ridge.
	In 1997, the chief of the FBI's violent crimes section was sent to prison because he destroyed a report that criticized the FBI for what they did in 1992 in Ruby Ridge.
	And then of course we had the Branch Davidians.
	FBI officials emphatically denied that they had any link to the fire.
	But after it was revealed six years later that FBI tanks had fired pyrotechnic devices into it, Janet Reno sent U.S.
	Marshals.
	They had to seize evidence from the FBI headquarters.
	Of course, we've had the FBI actually go in.
	One of the things he doesn't mention here is Flight 800.
	They actually went in and confiscated evidence.
	From people who had tapes that showed a missile fired at Flight 800.
	They actually went in and seized that stuff.
	The FBI.
	That's the kind of investigations that they do.
	But he goes through the whole list.
	He talks about 9-11, all the way up to what was happening recently in the Bundy Ranch cases.
	and how the FBI was exposed as part of that.
	So don't expect an honest investigation from the FBI.
	Don't expect a real investigation from them of any sort.
	As Joe Biden told us 27 years ago, I'll play it again.
	I didn't play yesterday, so we're overdue a day.
	Let me play you what Joe Biden said once more, because today is the day they're gonna release a report and it doesn't matter.
	Here's Joe Biden, 1991 with the Clarence Thomas, Nita Hill situation.
	The last thing I'll point out, the next person that refers to an FBI report as being worth anything, obviously doesn't understand anything.
	FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case, reach a conclusion.
	Period.
	Period.
	So Judge, there's no reason why you should know this.
	The reason why we cannot rely on the FBI report, you wouldn't like it if we did.
	Because it is inconclusive.
	They say he said, she said, and they said.
	Period.
	So when people wave an FBI report before you, understand, they do not, they do not, they do not reach conclusions.
	They do not make, as my friend points out more adequately, they do not make recommendations.
	And if they reached a conclusion, you wouldn't like it anyway.
	Because they have a history of cover-ups, screw-ups, and bias.
	Oh, by the way, the FBI didn't have authority to interview either Kavanaugh or Ford.
	What's the big deal about the FBI report?
	We will have a vote tomorrow.

	But as we see these new attacks, these public attacks on him, when they can do it publicly and get away with these baseless charges, understand this is going to be trickle-down tyranny for the rest of us.
	And that's why we're so upset about what's happening with that.
	Not because I'm a supporter of Brett Kavanaugh, because I detest these tactics that are being done by the Democrats.
	It is President Trump's pick.
	I wish he would have picked somebody else that was on his list.
	He had a lot better people on his list than Brett Kavanaugh.
	But nevertheless, they want to stop this because Of a couple of issues, that they believe that he would even support our Second Amendment rights.
	I think he probably will.
	Probably will.
	Unless he goes off the rails.
	You know, that's the problem.
	When we look at judges that are appointed by Republicans, they don't typically get more libertarian as they are conservative.
	They typically drift to the left.
	They become more statist, more authoritarian, more intrusive as time goes on.
	That has been the history that we've seen from judges appointed by Reagan.
	People like Kennedy that he's replacing.
	People like Kennedy that he clerked for.

	They said, well, we're not going to look into the claims against Keith Ellison.
	He, on the other hand, says he is considering resigning from the DNC.
	Yeah, okay.
	Well, he can consider it, but don't expect it.
	Don't expect that he's going to resign.
	And then we had Chelsea Clinton, as I mentioned, doing a three minute interview on CBS, never mentioning her father.
	And let's play a little bit of this interview with Chelsea Clinton so you can get the sense of it.
	She's attacking Trump, attacking Kavanaugh, but let's not talk about Bill.
	And his history with women.
	Even the ACLU begins their ad campaign with Bill Clinton as a poster child of sexual predators.
	Because the ACLU is so desperate to stop Kavanaugh that they even put Bill Clinton out there.
	But Chelsea's not going to go there.
	Here's a little bit of that interview with Chelsea Clinton.
	And I just thought, oh my gosh, we loom so much larger in your mind than you loom at least in mine.
	I don't think I'd heard his name until he was nominated weeks ago.
	But to me, what was so troubling was how nakedly partisan he was.
	Oh, how nakedly partisan he was.
	I mean, it's not like her mother was nakedly partisan, or she is nakedly partisan, or the people that she's interviewing with there in that roundtable at CBS are nakedly partisan.
	The hypocrisy, it's naked hypocrisy that's beyond partisanship there.
	But to me, it was so troubling how nakedly partisan he was.
	I think the principle of a judicial review being absent of a partisanship is really important.
	He said that with a straight face!
	You tell that to Dianne Feinstein.
	And then she went on to criticize President Trump because, as they're all saying, they got upset when he detected Christine Ford's lies.
	And of course, one of the key lies is the lie about the lie detector test.
	And we'll talk about that later in the program as well.
	Avenatti, of course, is now rolling out a new accuser.
	Who said she saw Kavanaugh spike punch.
	He's trying to punch Kavanaugh with another accuser.
	He said, let's stop playing games, he wrote Tuesday.
	With no sense of shame.
	No sense of hypocrisy.
	Just like Chelsea Clinton.
	And then there's Alyssa Milano, the actress.
	And what she had to say is absolutely amazing.

	Alyssa, you have had a front row seat to all of this.
	You were there for the confirmation hearing.
	The cardboard version of you was there in the Saturday Night Live rendition of the hearing, but you've watched this all week.
	You've watched President Trump turned from she is credible, let's listen to her, let's have an investigation. So I'm gonna call it an all-out assault last night and now just moments ago Sarah Sanders defended the President. Maybe it's because everybody realizes she's a liar right now.
	I'm filled with a lot of rage today I have to tell you and it started last night and I couldn't sleep at all last night and I just can't believe that this is where we are that we are making distinct choices about who we want to be as a country We are making distinct choices of the people that we are putting in positions of power, whether it be Trump or Kavanaugh or our institutions.
	Sexual abuse has been institutionalized in this country.
	Oh yeah, it's been institutionalized in this country.
	Maybe going back to Bill Clinton.
	You know, all these women.
	Again, Anita Hill, who came after Clarence Thomas with an unsubstantiated allegation that didn't involve violence.
	It involved an improper remark, according to her.
	But then, a couple of years later, she was there defending Bill Clinton.
	And he never saw any charges brought against him for the violent crimes that he'd committed, alleged by many women.
	That Juanita Broderick said that he committed?
	I believe Juanita.
	But I don't believe these other accusers.
	You know, every accuser is not instantly credible because of their gender.
	And that's the thing that Alyssa Milano is out there trying to push.
	But let's play this other clip that she had.
	We got another short clip from Milano.
	Biden are having a hard time right now.
	I mean, come on.
	I feel as though he is completely and totally belittling the intelligence of the American people.
	But he's not doing it by accident, and neither is Lindsey Graham.
	They're speaking to a huge portion of the population who agree with them.

	Do they agree with him, or is he using some sort of, like, cult-like force to try to make them see that?

	And she's been a big part of it, if you go back and look at her past history.
	I mean, she has been a big part of the objectification of women.
	Now there's a lawsuit that's been shown in Seneca Valley, Pennsylvania.
	And this came out about the same time they were celebrating Mean Girls.

	And it was actually five mean girls who conspired in person and via electronic communication to accuse a young boy of sexual assault and ruin his life.

	You know when President Trump had the meeting, was it in Mississippi?
	I think it was a couple of days ago.
	He was telling people, he said, it's a scary time for young men.
	He said, think about your son.

	That was at the Mississippi campaign rally.
	Let me tell you what happened to somebody's son.
	Because we've got cartoons out there making fun of Kavanaugh because he said his daughter prays for this accuser who's falsely accusing her father.
	And somebody came up with a cartoon to mock Kavanaugh.
	And so now you've got a conservative cartoon coming back.
	A little boy's prayer.
	And he's kneeling at the bed.
	Dear God, please don't let Democrats destroy my life with false accusations and sleazy politics like they did to Judge Kavanaugh.
	Let me give you an example of this.
	This is a lawsuit out of Seneca Valley, Pennsylvania.
	Mean girls targeting a boy with false allegations.
	This lawsuit alleges that several girls, quote, conspired in person and via electronic communication devices to falsely accuse a young man identified in the lawsuit by only his initials.
	All these kids, male and female, are just by their initials.
	His initials are TF, the boy.
	They accused him falsely of sexual assault on two occasions.
	It's a 26-page lawsuit.
	alleges that TF was, quote, forced to endure multiple court appearances, detention in a juvenile facility, detention at home, the loss of his liberty, and other damages until several of the girls reluctantly admitted that their accusations were false in the summer.
	The lawsuit said that students last year placed masking tape with the word Predator written on it on his back without his knowledge during choir practice.
	It also alleges that the boy was further damaged by gender bias by school officials and the office, Goldinger, that is the office of the principal that's there, Goldinger, not Goldfinger.
	Which, even after learning the girls' accusations were false, did not take any accusations.
	Because, of course, they're females.

	Now, let's go back to this case.
	What happened to this teenage boy?
	His name's TF.
	TF was basically being tortured in school by the other students and investigators, but the administration was only focused on protecting the girls who were lying, said the complaint.
	Once the allegations were proven false, they really didn't care one bit about TF, and there was absolutely no repercussions against the girls.
	The boy is now being home-schooled, where he should have been in the first place.
	Put your kid in these kinds of institutions.
	That's the core part of what is rotting this country.
	Our public schools, our government-run schools.
	The lawsuit alleges that one of the girls, KS, said she made the sexual assault claim against him because, I just don't like him.
	I just don't like to hear him talk.
	I don't like to look at him.
	KS told fellow students she would do anything to get TF expelled and she accused him of sexual assault with school officials, says the lawsuit.
	So the parents eventually agreed in 2017 to a consent decree where he had not admit guilt, but he was required to stay out of trouble for six months.
	So then in March, another girl, a friend of this initial accuser who just didn't like the way he sounded, reported to the school counselor that the boy had walked into her home uninvited and sexually assaulted her.
	Then the police got involved.
	They charged him with indecent assault, criminal trespass, and simple assault.
	He was removed from the class, placed in leg and wrist shackles by the police with the assistance of the school officer.

	In the confirmation hearing, Brett Kavanaugh tearfully said that his 10-year-old daughter was praying for the woman who had thrown her family into turmoil, accusing her father of sexually assaulting her 36 years ago.
	And as WND points out, a leftist then came out and mocked him for that, had a cartoon of a little girl kneeling beside the bed saying, Dear God, forgive my angry, lying, alcoholic father for sexually assaulting Dr. Ford.
	To which a conservative cartoonist came back and did another one with a little boy praying, saying, Dear God, please don't let the Democrats destroy my life with false accusations and sleazy politics like they did to Judge Kavanaugh.
	And I just read for you at the top of the hour a lawsuit coming out of Pittsburgh, out of Seneca Valley there, a boy who was being attacked By some girls who were conspiring together, verbally and electronically with their phones and so forth, I guess that's how they caught them, to make false accusations against Boyd that they just didn't like.
	One of them said, I just don't like to hear him talk, I just don't like to look at him, I want to get him out, I'm going to accuse him of sexual assault.
	And then they worked out a deal, she couldn't prove it or whatever, so they worked out a deal, a consent decree, he had to stay out of trouble, so then her friend, Goes further, her friend accuses him of breaking into the house and sexually assaulting her, at which point the police got involved and they arrested him.
	Put him in cuffs, took him out of school and so forth.
	Now the parents are filing a lawsuit because after this was learned, the institutional bias that is being created in places like our government-run schools, even after the officials found out that these were false accusations, they took no actions against the girls.
	Nothing to clear this young man.
	And so they took him out of school.
	They're homeschooling him now, which is what they should have done from the very beginning.
	Don't turn your kids over to this.
	Don't vote for these Democrats who are playing this gender war game for their own political purposes.
	Because this really is about our kids.
	You know, these two cartoons, the kids kneeling by the bed.
	It really is about the future our kids are going to have.
	Are we going to have this kind of witch hunt environment conducted by these witches?

	Determine who controls the Congress, but only a third of registered voters even know the name of their party's candidate for office because they're going to increasingly vote just based on party affiliation.
	Or on some kind of a phony identity politics.
	I mean, that's why he's calling himself Beto.
	This guy is not Hispanic.
	But he got elected as a congressman in a Hispanic district by calling himself Beto.
	So somebody goes in there and they look, oh, Democrat.
	Beto.
	They think they're voting for a Democrat Hispanic.
	And they're not.
	They're voting for an Irishman.
	That's along the lines of Ted Kennedy.
	They want to talk about Brett Kavanaugh.
	You know, Brett Kavanaugh was never arrested for drunk driving.
	Beto O'Rourke was.
	Robert O'Rourke was.
	Arrested for drunk driving.
	Arrested for drunk driving.
	But of course his parents We're politically connected in the judicial system, so there were no consequences for Robert O'Rourke's drunk driving.
	There were no consequences for Robert O'Rourke being arrested for burglary either, as I said yesterday.
	Perhaps that is just considered to be early training for Democrat socialists when you burglarize a house.
	Or whatever it was he was doing.
	I don't know.
	Theft.
	Because they are kleptocrats, not Democrats.
	But then, this story that's been bouncing around for several days here, you know, the one that came out by Politico.
	They're talking about a review that he did, and this is a review that was put out, that Ted Cruz put it out there, and his campaign did.
	Reason Magazine took a look at it, and they said, a new low.
	Beto O'Rourke, and I just can't call him Beto O'Rourke, apologizes for denouncing TNA in his college theater review.
	And what they're saying is, in his review, he said, one cannot help but feel disgusted throughout the show.
	Keith Carradine in the lead role is surrounded by perma-smile actresses whose only qualifications seem to be their phenomenally large breasts and tight buttocks.
	And he was mortified when that was exposed by the Cruz campaign.
	And so, uh, Reason says, so what did O'Rourke do when the Cruz people pushed his politically correct, ultra-sensitive review into the light?
	He said, I'm ashamed of what I wrote, and I apologize.
	There's no excuse for making disrespectful and demeaning comments about women.
	Let me tell you what.
	You've heard the expression, beta male, right?
	This guy is a Beto male.
	That's really what Beto means.
	It means that he is a beta male.
	A beta male, unlike an alpha male, a beta male, a little bit lower down on the pecking order, is an unremarkable person who avoids confrontation at all costs.
	And that's exactly what this guy is doing.
	How pathetic is that?

	The thing that really stuck out about that story to me at the time Well, as Politico said, he wrote this review for the college newspaper when he was 19, and it was the Will Rogers Follies that he was reviewing.
	Of course, it's Follies!
	That's why they would have women with phenomenally large breasts and, as he put it, tight buttocks.

	But nevertheless, the thing that stuck out about all that to me wasn't the comment that he made, but the comment that Politico made, when Politico said he wrote it under the byline, Robert O'Rourke.

	And yet we have, as my wife pointed out, I talked about that extensively on Monday, and she said, you know, I heard somebody on the radio, who is a, typically a conservative, But they're trying to stay on the fence with this particular one because he is so phenomenally popular here in Texas.
	And this person, even though they're nationally syndicated, they broadcast here in Texas.
	And she said they were covering up for the fact that he's always used Beto.
	And they said, yeah, that was given to him by his mammy.
	Who is Hispanic.
	And it's like, well, there's some issues with that that maybe somebody could exploit for political purposes.
	He's got a Hispanic mammy.
	But he wasn't using it when he was writing in college.
	Stop covering for this Beto male.
	Just expose him for what he is.

	Maybe it was the last debate.
	Between President Trump and Hillary Clinton, who wanted to be President, still wants to be President, still can't get over the fact that she lost.
	Anyway, I went there for that, but also because Danny Williams, who believes that he is the illegitimate son of Bill Clinton, That Bill Clinton won't acknowledge because, you know, he won't acknowledge his rapes or sexual assaults either.
	He was given cash by the highway patrol every Christmas until he got elected president.
	And it's like, ah, never mind with that.
	Just drop all that.
	He would just like to have Bill Clinton take a paternity test.
	And as I said before, you know, this is something that would actually make Bill Clinton a hero with that group.
	Because they really thought that he was a stud to be celebrated when all the stuff came out against Monica Lewinsky.
	That's most of the conversations that I had with Democrats.
	They didn't care that he perjured himself.
	They didn't care about the accusations of sexual assault and rape.
	They didn't care about the accusations of criminal corruption.
	They didn't care about the accusations of murder.

	But when I was there and the press was absolutely bullying Danny Williams, and I had something to say about that, that really made me angry how they bullied him.

	And when I started defending Danny Williams, she said, who are you?
	I told her, and I said, who are you at?

	Brazil considers scaling back its gun control.
	Brazil features some of the most violent cities on the planet.

	Organized crime and feuds between rival gangs have contributed to the alarming level of violence throughout the country.
	Traditionally, a function of individual states, law enforcement, was taken over by Brazilian armed forces.
	They took control of public security in Rio de Janeiro.
	Now remember, Rio de Janeiro.
	And so they're talking about the fact, in this article, this is actually an article from the Mises Institute, so they're talking about the fact that they With all of this gang violence, Brazil right now is a poster child for heavy firearms regulation.
	Now there's a group in Brazil that is trying to change that, trying to get individuals to have the liberty to defend themselves because that is the most effective way to do this.
	We see these areas like Brazil, just like Chicago, the places where you have the most violence and gun violence and so forth.
	Are places where you have gun prohibition.
	And Brazil is case in point with that.
	But remember, it was Rio de Janeiro that was so bad that they sent in the military to do law enforcement.
	So now let's go back to this story about transgender candidates in Brazil.
	We've got a guy running under the name of Barbara, Barbara Aries.
	Running to be a state representative, where?
	In Rio de Janeiro.
	Pay no attention to the shootings on the street.
	This guy wants to parade the fact that he's a transgender.
	That's his only issue.
	So he's going to go full Brazilian on this.
	I guess his platform is his platform shoes that he's got here.
	Don't care about taxes.
	Don't care about economy.
	Don't care about the surveillance state, or the police state, or the gangland shootings that are happening there?
	No, no, no!
	I'm a transgender!
	Vote for me!
	So Barbara, or maybe his name is Bob, you know, when he loses, what's he gonna say?
	I shaved my back for this?
	We saw CERN just firing a physicist who gave highly offensive talk about gender differences.
	This professor, Alessandro Strumio gave the talk at the CERN workshop, where, according to The Independent, He then proceeded to talk about a fundamental theory in gender.
	He used a slideshow to illustrate discrimination that men have faced, with examples including female STEM students receiving free or cheaper university fees in Italy.
	He also explained how he believed that he should have been hired by the National Institute of Nuclear Physics over Anna Sarasoul, the professor who was eventually chosen for the position that he had applied for, because he had more citations on her and so forth.
	So they fired him.
	Because he noticed the discrimination that is there.
	We've got Harvard students filing Title IX complaints against Brett Kavanaugh to get him fired.
	But that's not the worst way that Title IX has been used.
	Remember, all of these Democrats who say they care so much about the safety of women were the ones who were using Title IX that they're now using to get Brett Kavanaugh thrown out of Harvard.
	They used Title IX to throw transgenders into the bathrooms.
	And how is this working out?
	Well, in a Georgia public school, the Office for Civil Rights and the Department of Education, this is the difference between Obama's Department of Education and Trump's Department of Education.
	Obama's Department of Education threatened everybody, said, you put these boys into the restrooms, the locker rooms, and the showers provided for girls, and vice versa, Or, you're going to have your funds cut off under Title IX.
	Now, one of these individuals in Georgia, in this particular case, a five-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a gender-fluid classmate, a boy, who was in the restroom in this Georgia public school.
	Now, we all said that this was the case.
	This is going to invite this.
	It's one of the reasons why you have men and women's restrooms.
	It's why you have Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
	You can't stop sexual assaults from happening.
	But you can minimize it to some degree by separating the sexes.
	But the people who care so much about women, who want to protect them, ...created this situation where a five-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by the gender-fluid classmate who was put into the restroom by the Obama administration.
	Now the Department of Education is doing something different.
	But you know what?
	We've got to kill the Department of Education.
	Because that's its real agenda.
	And it will return to that agenda as soon as Trump is gone and we've got a Democrat back in the White House.

	Look no further than Australia, says a study.
	And then another one saying that Australia will be the first to eliminate cervical cancer.
	They're going to do it, by the way, and within 20 years.
	So they can wipe it out in 20 years.
	We know that.
	We know that ahead of time.
	So we see these claims being made all the time about vaccines.
	I saw an article, 9 ways to boost your immune system, and of course one of them is take vaccines.
	That's just the opposite of that.
	Another one, 14 myths about the flu vaccine.
	Well we're going to expose some myths about the flu vaccine.
	I'm going to tell you about that with Del Bigtree.
	Again, Dell produced the film Vaxxed that got a lot of controversy as it was thrown out, first accepted and then thrown out of the Tribeca Film Festival after Hollywood decided that they didn't want to have any free speech there.
	This is something we see everywhere.
	It's not just on social media, but it's especially with the groups, the left, who are trying to do this.

	David, thank you for having me.
	It's a pleasure.
	Where do you want to start?
	You want to start with flu vaccines?
	It's always great to have you on and this is flu season.
	That's why I thought let's get Dell on and find out what's going on with vaccines and right now it's flu season.
	Well it is flu season, of course the hype begins and now we all have to go out and get our flu shots.
	I think what's amazing about it is if you look at last year's flu shot, it worked for one out of ten people.
	So nine out of ten people that got the flu shot ended up being able to contract the flu.
	Another product in the world that gets pushed on people with a 1 out of 10 success rate.
	Think about all the hospitals that are forcing nurses to wear masks if they decide to not get the flu shot.
	How ridiculous that is.
	We're actually, it's like a scarlet letter.
	We're shaming nurses that decide they don't want to take on the toxins and the harms that the flu shot could have, which include paralysis, by the way, and death.
	Those are side effects that are written right on the the product itself, but imagine nine out of ten of the nurses that did get the flu shot are walking around the hospital just as capable of being contagious as anybody else that didn't vaccinate.
	So for that one out of ten success rate, we're going to shame those that don't want to take on the risks. I can't imagine getting any product that could actually paralyze you, could even kill you.
	Yeah, exactly. Is that really worth the risk for something, as you pointed out, that has maybe a 10% effectiveness?
	And of course, that doesn't necessarily mean that it was 10% effective, because they didn't do a control group on this.
	They don't even know what, they're taking a guess in the first place, they're taking a guess as to what flu strains we're going to be exposed to.
	They don't necessarily know.
	But then there are so many different problems, as you pointed out.
	If you're going to have paralysis as a possible side effect of this, don't believe us!
	Read their disclaimer.
	They're in the handout that they don't want you to read.
	I mean, that's the real issue there.
	First, do no harm.
	It's absolutely right.
	And now, of course, they've just brought back the flu mist.
	I was at the CDC when they decided to bring back the flu mist, which totally failed during the H1N1 outbreak, which is why they discontinued flu mist.
	But at this meeting, they literally said, well, if we don't bring it back now, we're never going to have the flu mist back.
	And even though we really have no test showing that the vaccine will do any better this time, let's make it available to people.
	And so they're bringing back a vaccine that may be even less effective than the 1 out of 10 that the current flu vaccine is coming in.
	So we're moving backwards, folks.
	At a time where they keep saying we're going to have a universal flu shot eventually that will last for a lifetime, And this dream, while they talk about that, this whole thing is moving backwards.
	And one thing they never talk about, David, that they actually did at the CDC, is that every time you get a flu shot, it becomes less and less effective.
	So that scientists are now saying that elderly that have gotten five or six flu shots over their lifetime are getting zero effect from the vaccine.
	In fact, when we get those one out of ten statistics, Or whatever statistic they say is the efficacy of the flu shot, it's usually when given to a person that's getting the flu shot for the first time because that's when you get the highest immune response, is if you've never had the flu shot.
	Every time you get it, it exponentially is a lower and lower effect in your body.
	So, and we're having that problem with all the vaccines.
	The more you get the vaccines, the less effective they become in the body.
	Yeah, and that's one of the things that they understand.
	That's why we see a lot of times that when we have an outbreak of measles, you find that patient zero or that three-quarters of the patients in some of these were people who have been vaccinated multiple times as well.
	So it didn't convey immunity.
	And one of the reasons that we've got these things like mercury in the And the vaccines is because they're trying to irritate the immune system to try to get the body to respond to this because they know the body is not responding to it like it would to a real infection.
	You know, measles, if you get it when you're a child, it's not very serious.
	My wife, when she was a child, she had a twin brother.
	She had a brother who was a year older and a year younger than her.
	And so when somebody on the street got measles, mom took everybody down there and said, let's get this all over at once.
	And it wasn't any big deal.
	You know, you can always, whatever, The disease is, you can always find an outlier where you can say, well look, this person died from this particular disease.
	That can happen with anything.
	And yet it was a very, very, very low chance.
	But people who got that immunity because they had measles when they were a child, they had lifetime immunity.
	Not so with the people who get the measles vaccines.
	That's true.
	We're only getting about five to ten years of immunity from the vaccines.
	And here's why that's really problematic.
	When we're talking about herd immunity all the time, that everyone needs to get a flu shot to protect that infant at home that can't get the vaccine, here's the truth that no one wants to talk about.
	When we look at history, when there were giant measles outbreaks that were happening in a town or an area, we never saw infants getting the measles in those outbreaks.
	And the reason was, when everybody was naturally getting their immunity from measles, wild measles, we had an immunity that lasted for life, as you pointed out.
	But even better, the mothers that gave birth, when they'd had measles as children themselves, when they gave birth, they passed on their immunity to their infant for usually a year and a half, two years or more, if they were breastfeeding their child.
	Well, once we started vaccinating people, now mothers carry no immunity.
	They don't have any immunity to pass on babies.
	So for the first time in history, babies are actually now vulnerable to measles because of the pharmaceutical industry getting in the way of what nature was doing so well.
	They are putting our babies at risk.
	They've actually destroyed herd immunity, which used to protect our babies with this vaccine program.
	Wow, wow.
	So the babies are at higher risk, and then if you get the vaccine and that immunity lapses, as it does fairly quickly, and you contract measles as an adult, it's far more serious than if you contract it as a toddler or as a young child, which is what used to be the case.
	It's amazing how well nature had worked this out when we got these infections when we were kids, like chickenpox.
	Much better to get chickenpox as a kid.
	Much better to get measles.
	And look at mumps.
	Now we're having mumps outbreaks in college students.
	Mumps is a trivial disease that most kids didn't even know they had.
	It was so weak as far as experiencing it.
	And has no problem with children.
	The only time mumps becomes problematic is really for boys.
	If you get it once you've gone through puberty, it can sterilize you for life.
	And so now all we've done by having a very weak mumps vaccine, which is failing all across the country, 90% of the mumps outbreaks are people that already had the vaccine.
	But what we've done is we've taken away the time when you should have gotten mumps was in your childhood and put it in your college age.
	And so now we're sterilizing college-age men across the country because of the vaccine program.
	Wow, wow.
	I want to talk to you and get an update on the last time we talked.
	You and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	had just gone back and got a freedom of information request finally given to you and had to sue them to get the information from the federal government.
	Now, with that information that you found out that they were covering up about vaccines, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	is demanding the Office of Inspector General and Congress investigate the Department of Justice for fraud and for obstruction of justice.

	We're talking to Del Bigtree.
	Of course, his program is iWireTalk.

	Del always has very, very important information.
	He researches this.
	He gets the facts.
	I've had him on the program in the past.
	Where he revealed that the childhood vaccine program that is monitored by Health and Human Services showed that there were 59,000 injuries and 432 deaths and then they later admitted that they only capture about 1% of the total number of vaccine injuries.
	So if you extrapolate that out, there may be 5.9 million vaccine industry injuries, I should say.
	Yeah, it is an industry.
	Might be 5.9 million vaccine injuries and 43,000 deaths.
	Then as I look further in this, he and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	started looking at what the HHS was doing.
	To monitor vaccine safety and to improve vaccine safety, because that's what they were tasked with doing when the big pharmaceutical companies were given legal immunity in 1986.
	They created the Vaccine Court.
	So they finally came back.
	They had to sue them to get the information.
	They came back and said, well, we don't have any documents because we haven't done anything.
	In the last 32 years to monitor vaccine safety or to improve it.
	So now I've got this article as recently as September the 20th.
	We had Robert F. Kennedy writing a, sending a petition to the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General to the Senate and House Judiciary Committees to investigate actions taken by federal personnel during the vaccine court autism proceedings.
	Tell us a little bit about that, Del.
	So, you know, we took liability away from the industry as you've talked about many times with the 1986 Compensation Act.
	So if you want to sue for an injury from a vaccine, you don't go into a regular court system.
	You go into this kangaroo court that's often referred to as the vaccine court.
	This was to protect the pharmaceutical industry because their products were so dangerous and being sued so often that they couldn't make money anymore.
	So just put that under your cap and think about a product like that.
	So now the government was defending these products and they had a problem.
	All of a sudden they had about 5,400 cases of autism of parents that watched their children regress into autism.
	After a vaccine, and they were all suing the United States of America.
	Health and Human Services is the defendant in these cases.
	And so the government said, well, hold on a second.
	We've got 5,500 cases.
	Each one of these cases could end up having to pay out a couple million dollars.
	We could be over $100 billion in payouts if all of these people prove that the vaccine caused autism.
	So what they did was they selected five cases of the 5,000.
	Some say six, seven, but it ended up being three in the end.
	But they grabbed a handful of cases and said, how these come through the court system, whatever we decide for them, we will decide for the 5,000.
	So this is what's interesting, and this is what Robert F- ...Junior just submitted this letter along with an affidavit by a Dr. Zimmerman, who was the number one witness for the government of the United States, for Health and Human Services.
	He worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute, which was one of the top neurological institutes in the world.
	So in the first case of these five, he ruled that there was no mechanism by which a vaccine could cause autism.
	At least in this case, it was called the Cedillo case, He was working for the government.
	He was their witness.
	And so that case said, okay, your autism was not caused by a vaccine.
	But then another case in the five was Hannah Poling.
	Hannah Poling's father was John Poling, a neurologist who worked where?
	At Kennedy Krieger.
	He was actually worked with Zimmerman and Zimmerman watched John Poling's child regress into autism right after the vaccine.
	And they started looking into this and discovered that Hannah Poling had a mitochondrial disorder that he then discovered if you have a mitochondrial disorder, that would be the mechanism by which if you got a vaccine and you had this mitochondrial disorder, then your brain could swell and thereby lead to autism.
	So he went to the Department of Justice during that case and said, I've really changed.
	I don't want to be held accountable for what I said on Cedillo.
	In this new case, there is a mechanism by which vaccines cause autism and it's an underlying mitochondrial disorder.
	Well, they immediately, get this, the government takes Zimmerman off the case, their number one witness.
	They never let him on the stand again.
	They pull Hannah Poling out of the group of five and settle her.
	to the side paying out some unknown large amount of money and she's never and her father John Poling did a little bit of news but then they quieted that so they took that case out so one of the five already approved vaccine can cause autism but here's where it gets even worse in the following three cases that ended up deciding for everybody Zimmerman is not on the stand but the Department of Justice used his testimony in the Cedillo case
	For the other cases at the end and specifically in the Hazelhurst case, the Department of Justice at the end of the case says there's been a lot of talk about Dr. Zimmerman, the neurologist, and we want you to know that his official statement is there is no mechanism by which a vaccine can cause autism.
	They went with his older statement.
	Not the newer statement even though he had gone directly to the Department of Justice and even went out of his way to write a letter to them saying my official position is with a mitochondrial disorder there is a mechanism by which vaccines can cause autism and in his affidavit I don't I don't have the entire affidavit but in one part of it this is what he has written in his affidavit To the Department of Justice.
	In my opinion, it was highly misleading for the Department of Justice to continue to use my original written expert opinion as to Michelle Cedillo as evidence against the remaining petitioners in the OAP.
	This is the omnibus proceeding in light of the above reference information which I explained to the Department of Justice attorneys while I explained to the DOJ attorneys while omitting the caveat regarding exceptions in which vaccinations could cause autism.
	So essentially, he said vaccines can cause autism.
	That was his last statement to the Department of Justice, and they went on and misrepresented him in the following cases.
	And then, threw out all 5,000 cases and said, we will never pay out a single person that says vaccines cause their autism.
	Now, cut to, you know, it's been over a decade since this happened, and now Dr. Zimmerman, another Dr. Kelly, who all work at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, are now saying that in their investigation of autism that's been ongoing, that somewhere between 30 and 50 percent of all autism cases they're seeing are because of an underlying mitochondrial disorder.
	So when John Poling's daughter, Hannah Poling, first appeared on CNN and we talked to the head of the CDC, they said, well, this was a very rare instance where a mitochondrial disorder existed.
	We now know it's not that rare.
	In fact, it looks like at least half of the cases of autism are because they were vaccinated with a mitochondrial disorder.
	So now we have to start asking questions.
	First of all, what we want people to do is we want you to contact the Office of Inspector General, call them at 202-514-3435 and let them know you want this investigated.
	We want these lawyers at the Department of Justice investigated.
	This is fraud.
	This is our government committing fraud in our court systems.
	There are people whose children, every day, are regressing into autism after a vaccine.
	They deserve to be paid and taken care of.
	We've got to stop this from happening to kids in the future.
	I mean, that's the thing.
	I can remember, it wasn't even 20 years ago that we'd never heard of autism.
	It was maybe about 15 years ago, the first time one of our kids' friends had autism.
	I'd never even heard of it.
	Now it is an epidemic.
	Doesn't anybody care why this is happening so much?
	And when you talk about this, they handpicked five cases out of 5,000, and 20% of the handpicked five You have a person, they find a direct link there, so they just throw that out.
	That really is fraud and obstruction of justice, and that's gone on for over a decade.
	How many kids have gotten autism because of this?
	As you point out, a lot of these healthcare people, just look at that tiny, tiny sample that they had there.
	You know, one-tenth of 1% that they had and they saw 20%.
	So you got people who are out there treating this.
	They think that 30 to 50% of the cases out there are triggered by this epigenetics or something.
	So this is a very important case.
	People need to stand up for the health of their children.

	He's got a non-profit now that is focused on suing and bringing legal cases to protect us from these vaccine injuries.
	Very, very important work.

	It's amazing what Bobby Kennedy is doing on this and uncovering this.
	And you're right, children are being injured at incredible levels.
	You know, you brought up HPV before I came on, and the fact that they're saying that they're going to eradicate cervical cancer in Australia.
	And you're right, I've never seen the media make such bold, arrogant statements about a hypothetical goal as though it's fact in my entire life.
	But some of the stats people should think about, you know, That eight people out of 100,000 will ever have cervical cancer.
	Only two of those will die, only if they don't get pap smears.
	That if you get pap smears constantly, you will never get cervical cancer.
	But if you vaccinate, with HPV, 100,000 people, 2,300 will suffer life-threatening diseases.
	So eight people will get cancer from HPV.

	First of all, tell us what the percentage of those who have HPV will develop Cervical cancer. I mean such a tiny amount will develop cervical cancer and by the way, we still are not scientifically sure That HPV causes cervical cancer all we know it's present when we're looking at cervical cancer so there's ongoing discussion whether it's even the cause of the cervical cancer, but As I said out of 100,000 people eight people will develop cervical
	I mean will develop cancer from HPV or have HPV there only Only 2 of them will die.
	I was just speaking to a Dr. Lee who has been investigating cervical cancer for over 4 decades and he said That it is one cancer we can actually cure simply by getting our pap smears on time.
	He said if you're going to a gynecologist and you end up dying from cancer, you have a malpractice suit.
	That's how sure we can stop it without the vaccine.
	Let's talk about the risk.
	What are the risks for people who get the HPV vaccine?
	Because you talked about the other ancillary risks of the vaccine itself.
	If 100,000 people get the vaccine, 2,300 will get life-threatening illnesses and disease.
	And that's all basically, it's based on their own data.
	That's written right on the insert when you read it from the vaccine.
	2.3% had serious adverse events in the trials.
	And then if you look at the trials, we know that those were, they weren't even done right.
	They weren't compared against an inert saline placebo.
	So the numbers could even be higher than that.
	But we know that 2,300 will be on the verge of death from the vaccine, and only two out of 100,000 will ever actually die.
	You do the risk, you know, reward ratio.
	For me, why anyone would... Get the vaccine and increase your risk by a thousandfold.
	I mean, that's absolutely amazing.
	I wanted to have you talk about the one conversation at a time.
	This is a debate that's going to be happening next week in Atlanta.
	Break that down for people.

Pulled them out of the debate saying you are not
	capable of defending this with these people.
	You need to be media trained for whatever the heck that means.
	But here's what's amazing.
	We need to do better propaganda because it can't stand on the science alone.
	These are scientists.
	These are doctors.
	And they're being told by the system, just like you point out, RFK Jr.
	said they knew this information when they ran the autism test.
	They covered up the fact that the doctor who did the test said, yeah, there is a genetic link.
	to vaccines and to autism and so forth and so they lied to people they committed fraud and now they're doing it again and this is the AMA. 	Well, there'll be repercussions if you show up to try to defend vaccines.
	After they've been caught lying, And committing fraud, the CDC and these other organizations.
	It is absolutely amazing.
	You better educate yourself.
	Better find out what's going on.

	It's not just autism.
	There are other forms of autoimmune disease that are becoming very, very common in our society.
	Epidemic levels.
	And this is happening, many of us believe, and there's evidence to show That it is connections to the vaccines themselves.

	They said 8 people will develop cervical cancer out of 100,000, only 2 of them will die from it.
	However, 100,000 people who are given the HPV vaccine, 2,300 of them Will have serious life-threatening consequences, according to their own statistics.
	And there's a doubt as to whether or not that is even comprehensive.
	So these are the lies that they're telling people about these different things.
	And now the media has been filled this week with all the reports of how, oh, we're going to end cervical cancer with the HPV vaccine.
	And we're going to do it in 20 years or 12 years or whatever.
	Just nonsense.
	Absolute nonsense.
	You better educate yourself.
	For the health of your family and yourself, your loved ones.
	Let's talk a little bit about this.
	Again, every day that comes out, more of the allegations collapse in a heap of lies.
	And today we're going to have the FBI release their report confidentially to the Senators.
	The vote will happen tomorrow.
	And yet the FBI, as I said before, even if you can count on them, not to cover up, not to screw up, not to lie, not to be biased, We're seeing so much of this information exposed as we have time to vet this.
	Perhaps this is why Dianne Feinstein waited to the last minute to put this stuff out.
	Because if this stuff had come out months ago, and of course it wouldn't have been made public, if it had been done in the regular process, perhaps that is why Feinstein waited to the last minute.
	So she could make it public.
	So this could be baseless allegations.
	That could get everybody fighting over gender.
	But let's take a look at some of Christine Ford's lies that are being detected.
	And of course, most of the lies that have been detected the last couple of days have centered around the lie detector test, the polygraph test.
	Again, as the person who was doing the questioning, Rachel... What's her name?
	Miller, I think, was her last... Anyway, as the person who was brought in by the Republicans to question her because they were too afraid to ask her questions themselves.
	Let's understand what's going on.
	The Beto males, as we call them, because they're as afraid to confront anybody as Robert O'Rourke is.
	So let's just call them Beto males.
	That's what they really are.
	But they brought her in and she did a summary of this.
	And one of the things that she said was, look, if this is the polygraph, she couldn't remember Details about the year, or where it was, or how she got there, or how she got home.
	But she has very vivid details about the fact that she didn't have anything to drink.
	And she hadn't taken any drugs, or whatever.
	She'd had one drink, or whatever.
	Or no drinks, I don't even remember.
	My memory is not that vivid, but it is indelibly etched on her hippocampus.
	There she is.
	That is not a complimentary picture of Christine Ford.
	I don't know, did the Botox wear off on that one, or was that pre-Botox?
	I don't know.
	Anyway.
	But when we look at something that happened just a couple months ago, that revolved around the death of her grandmother, she had no recollection of specifics.
	She was asked why the polygraph test didn't take place in the office, as is customary.
	It took place in her hotel room.
	Well, that was because my grandmother died in the funeral and so forth.
	Well, did that happen on the day that your grandmother died, or the day before, or the day after?
	Well, I can't recall.
	Seriously?
	Less than two months ago?
	You can't recall?
	It was such a traumatic event that she couldn't go to the office or whatever.
	And as they pointed out, if you've just had a traumatic event, it's not standard practice to give somebody a lie detector test there, because they're supposed to be able to measure your emotions, whether it works or not.
	That is the theory.
	And she was also not given a baseline question.
	Where she would be lying, so they could test her response when she's telling a lie.
	No baseline questions were given.
	And she wasn't questioned on the details of any of this stuff.
	She was just asked two general questions.
	Is this everything true?
	Is your statement true?
	Yes.
	And then one other question.
	That was it!
	In a hotel room!
	No baseline.
	Done.
	She thinks around the time, but she's not sure when her grandmother died, which is why it was done.
	That whole thing was a fraud.
	And then we have found out that she's had a boyfriend that she had for six years who I guess, I guess this guy must be in some kind of psychiatric therapy if he dated her for six years.
	He needs to have some help.
	But he dated her for six years.
	He wrote in a sworn statement that he saw her coach a woman on how to pass a polygraph exam.
	Now this would be perjury because she specifically was asked about that under oath.
	When she was testifying to the Senate Committee, and she said, I have never been coached on how to pass a polygraph test, and I have never coached anybody on that.
	Well, he put in a sworn statement contradicting that, saying, no, I saw her coach somebody on how to pass a polygraph exam.
	Maybe one of the things that you do is you take it without any audio or video recording, which you can't remember whether that happened or not.
	You do it Without any baseline recording and you have them only ask you two general questions and that's it.
	Okay, we're done.
	I'm out of here.
	Anyway, he also said that Ford never expressed a fear of flying and that she lived in a small apartment with only one exit.
	These are all very significant because she is supposedly traumatized from this assault that she never told anybody about.
	That happened 30 some odd years ago.
	Some of this allegedly came out during counseling because she and her husband were having issues over unusual demands that she was making about a remodeling and she said she was making those demands because she is so claustrophobic based on this alleged attack by Brett Kavanaugh that she had to have a second exit.
	This guy said, no, she lived in a small apartment with only one exit.
	And she wasn't afraid of flying, which her lawyers said, we want you to come to California because she's afraid of flying.
	Well, it turns out that she flies all over the world on a regular basis.
	She flies to Hawaii on a regular basis.
	She flies to the South Pacific on a regular basis for vacations and so forth.
	She regularly flies from California to the East Coast.
	So none of that was true.
	She admitted that that wasn't true.
	And now her boyfriend says she also doesn't have claustrophobia.
	Now it comes out from real clear politics, they've looked at records surrounding her claim that the extensive 2012 remodel of her home, which again, this was the thing that allegedly put her into therapy with her husband.
	To try to get over this, well, she's acting really strange and she wants to have this extra door and that's where she said She was sexually assaulted.
	Now, according to the notes in therapy, she did not mention Brett Kavanaugh's name.
	But now her husband says, in retrospect, he thinks he remembers that the name was mentioned.
	But it wasn't recorded at the time.
	However, documents show that the remodeling took place not in 2012, but in 2008.
	Four years before this alleged counseling event took place.
	And that the second front door was not an odd request from a traumatized woman who was afraid she couldn't escape.
	But it was from someone looking to make extra income renting out part of her home, possibly in violation of local zoning laws.
	You know, because she had to have those CIA or Google interns move in with her.
	I don't know.

	As I said, Christine Ford's lies have been detected.
	We have Chuck Grassley, who is the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, has asked her to turn over notes and recordings from the lie detector test that she took.
	Notes from the therapy sessions that she allegedly took in 2012.
	And also recordings of the lie detector test that she can't remember exactly when she took it.
	Sometime in the last two months.
	Was it the day of her grandmother's funeral or before or after?
	I don't remember.
	Nevertheless, it was very suspicious.
	In terms of the fact, as I pointed out in the last segment, many things that were not done that would be done on a legitimate lie detector test.
	But now we've also had a former boyfriend say that she lied when she said she'd never coached anybody on how to pass a polygraph test.
	He said he witnessed her doing that.
	So we have Grassley questioning her truthfulness in a letter that he sent out on Tuesday night.
	She told Senators that she only discussed the lie detector test with her lawyers.
	She also said she did not receive any tips on how to pass a polygraph and had never given any to anybody.
	Grassley said in the letter that the committee had received a sworn statement from an unidentified ex-boyfriend of hers that raised specific concerns about the reliability of her polygraph examination results.
	He said the Senate needs this information.
	And again, as I was saying, the report from RealClearInvestigations.com Cast other doubts on other aspects of her testimony.
	uh... they say that uh... when you look at the fact that she so she had to have counseling in two thousand twelve because she had to have a second door put into her residence because she was so uh... traumatized by something that happened sometime in the nineteen eighties what year she's not exactly sure location she's not exactly sure but she is sure that it was Brett Kavanaugh who traumatized her
	As Ford testifies, she said the need to explain a decision that her husband didn't understand pushed her to say that she wanted the door to alleviate symptoms of claustrophobia and panic attacks that she still suffered from the alleged rape attempt by Kavanaugh.
	And Feinstein asked her, she said, is the reason for the second door, the front door, is that claustrophobia?
	And she says, yes, correct.
	And then they went on to say An attorney who investigated this, familiar with the congressional investigation, said the door was not an escape route.
	The door was an entrance route.
	It appears a real estate plan, or the real plan rather, for the second front door was to rent out a separate room.
	In violation, of course, to the restrictions in that area.
	I'm really kind of afraid I'm going to get caught doing this now.
	The discrepancy raises fresh doubts about Ford's candor and credibility amid other inconsistencies, writes RealClearInvestigations.com.
	February the 4th, 2008, more than four years before the May 2012 therapy session, that is the center of her testimony, Well, she says she first identified Kavanaugh as her attacker.
	Nevertheless, if you go back and you look at the notes by the therapist, his name was not mentioned and the number of people that were there was not mentioned correctly either.
	But it was four years.
	They took out this remodeling permit four years before this therapy session.
	All the remodeling, including the new bathroom.
	A new bathroom.
	Maybe she needed a new bathroom because of that as well.
	All that was completed by February 2010.
	Again, the therapy session was May 2012.
	They put in solar panels on the roof, solar hot water, all these different types of things they were doing.
	Now, they also say since the second front door was installed, students from local colleges have lived in the additional room with the private door.
	In fact, under congressional questioning on Thursday, she testified that she has hosted various other residents there, including Google interns, she said.
	Also casting doubt on her story is the fact that she installed no such escape door at a second home, which property records show that she and her husband own in Santa Cruz, California, less than five blocks from the beach.
	And the attorney, who was speaking to Real Clear Investigations, said, if she rents out the room to Google employees, how does she get access to the second door if she wants to escape a perceived attacker?
	She's told God, we're back to that claustrophobia situation.
	Which, again, was not in view when she took out the permit four years before her therapy session.
	This is all a lie!
	And have you seen the last day or so?
	All these people from all, you know, Alyssa Milano and all these other people, Hollywood and politicians and press, haranguing President Trump.
	How dare him say that she can't remember and imply that she's a liar?
	I'll just say it plainly.
	We know that she is a liar.
	Nothing she says is credible.
	President Trump says, oh, well, I can't remember this, I can't remember that.
	I think it was Alyssa Milano or it was Chelsea Clinton we played earlier said, oh, well, he said he wanted to hear both sides.
	But now he says that she's lying.
	Well, yeah, we've heard both sides and now we know that she is a liar because of this.
	We've actually looked at the facts.
	That's why Feinstein held this to the last minute.
	She didn't want anybody to look at the facts.
	And now we had a chance to take a look at her testimony, and it's a pack of lies.
	It doesn't hold up any more than the lies that were told by Avenatti's client hold up under questioning.
	That's why you have a presumption of innocence.
	Yes, they have a right to be heard.
	They should be heard.
	And even if it's old, they should be heard.
	But they should be able to make the case for this that's credible.
	And they didn't.
	What they did was they made a case for her being a liar.
	Finally, the attorney says renting out the room is completely contrary to her stated reason of why she wanted the second front door and what they used it for, for years before she had the alleged therapy session.
	That also doesn't support her story.
	Finally, that friend Who was one of the four people she said was there that doesn't remember anything about it and her lawyer told her do not testify with this.
	She threw her under the bus.
	As the Daily Mail points out, Christine Ford's friend was blindsided for even being named as a witness.
	Christine didn't give her so much as a heads up, as far as I know.
	They haven't really spoken for several years, and they're certainly not close anymore, said a family member who was close to her friend, her lifelong friend, she said, Leland Kaiser.
	She called her a lifelong friend, but then her lifelong friend said, no, I don't remember any of that.
	I never saw this guy.
	I don't know who this guy is.
	I don't know anything about what you're talking about.
	I'm going to testify that.
	The family member said, Leyland was completely blindsided by her name being thrown into this all.
	Her first thing she knew about it was when she woke up on Thursday morning and saw that her name was everywhere.
	It was crazy!
	Absolutely crazy.
	Yes, this is crazy.
	This is crazy, and we know what this is truly about.
	Let's take a look at some economic news, because we're going to get that report later today.
	We're not going to see it.
	The Senators will see it.
	We won't see it.
	We'll see what they do, how they vote, and we will have our vote coming up in four or five weeks.
	And we will vote accordingly, because we're watching this very closely.

	And it has energized the Republican base.
	It has backfired, I think, stupendously.
	And we're going to continue to uncover the lies and expose the lies of Christine Ford, Dianne Feinstein, people like Sheila Jackson Lee and her staffers, who are creating a climate of violence and intimidation, Capitol Hill, against politicians.

	You know, Venezuela added several zeros to the minimum wage.
	They dropped five zeros from the currency, and it didn't change anything.
	It's been that people couldn't get anything out of the ATMs, even if there was any cash there, which there hasn't really been any cash in the ATMs for quite some time.
	But by dropping the five zeros, that meant that they could only withdraw the purchasing equivalent of 15 cents before they hit the limits there at the ATM.
	But it didn't make any difference.
	I mean, they'd have this hyperinflation.
	So the solution is all let's just drop the zeros and then let's add zeros to the paychecks for everybody, you know, let's Multiply the minimum wage what didn't matter?
	Because they've already destroyed the country with socialism but Bernie Sanders these other people think that they're going to be able to do something by mandating a Well, let's just pass a law.
	Let's just cut to the chase.
	Instead of mandating $15 per hour, let's just pass a law saying everybody will be rich if you vote for me.
	Because that's the naivete that is behind all of this stuff.
	So he became the poster child, Jeff Bezos did, for exploitative capitalists.
	And he is the face of ugly capitalism.
	But again, I don't support that if that is capitalism.
	And it isn't capitalism.
	It's crony capitalism.
	I support free markets.
	According to the Wall Street Journal, you know, why did he raise this?
	As many people were saying a couple of days ago.
	Now we know something else about this that just broke today.
	I'm going to catch up on this.
	But first of all, why is he doing that?
	Well, he is in a labor crunch for people to work at his warehouse as they come into the fourth quarter and the Christmas season.
	Companies like Kohl's and JCPenney have already started to do their seasonal hiring.
	They start doing this months before because they've got to start trying to find people that can actually talk to you and help you in the store other than just work in a warehouse.
	So they have to have a different set, a broader set of skills than Jeff Bezos is going to need in the warehouse.
	So they've already started looking for people.
	Target, for instance, is hiring 20% more workers than last year.
	They're looking to bring on 120,000 seasonal workers for the Christmas season.
	Amazon's new wages will take effect in November 1st, just in time for the holiday season.
	Now the other part of this is he's going to do $15 an hour because as he's competing in a tight job market here, Target is offering $12 an hour, Walmart has just bumped up its minimum wage to $11 an hour.
	So when he puts it in as $15 an hour, he's really just trying to be competitive in this tight job market.
	But there are other things involved.
	As Mike Krieger points out, he said, so first of all, it's a tight market coming up in the fourth quarter.
	Secondly, you got the pressure being put on him by Sanders and others.
	And this is a way to pretend that he has bowed to that pressure, make them look good, take some political heat off of him.
	Because Amazon is run by the world's richest man.
	He's got a net worth of over 160 billion dollars.
	He's over, I think it's 60 or 63 billion dollars more in terms of net worth than Bill Gates.
	That's how rapidly he is accumulating wealth.
	So yeah, it is an ugly face of greed that we see in Jeff Bezos.
	He is the face of inequality, as Krieger points out, but that is still true.
	That's still true, even after he says, well, I'm going to pay people $15 now.
	He's still going to be the face of inequality.
	Number four, Amazon has another way to cut labor costs.
	They can do it with animation.
	They need fewer workers today to sell and ship $100 million worth of stuff than they did just a few years ago.
	Some e-commerce warehouses in China have a staff of only four people.
	What do those four people do in the Chinese warehouses?
	Well, they fix the robots.
	That's their job.
	And finally, he said, this is the biggest reason.
	They're worried about an antitrust case that might be coming to break them up.
	And Amazon is trying to buy off the constituencies one by one.
	That's the reason why he bought his political blog, the Washington Post, for the teeny tiny amount of 250 million dollars.
	Will you look at the amount of money that Bezos makes.
	That is pocket change for him.
	Be the equivalent of you and I working about 30 hours and taking three quarters of one week's paycheck to buy the Amazon Post.
	Why does he want that?
	Well, that becomes a very effective lobbying tool and pressure tool.
	Look at the damage that the Washington Post can do to people's political careers.
	It's amazing.
	It gives them an incredible amount of leverage.
	And so when we look at this, another thing has broken today.
	People have been Talking to the press and saying, well, this is actually a bait and switch.
	Because while he raised the minimum wage there, they have killed monthly bonuses and stock awards.
	Yes, you give it with one hand and you take it away with the other.
	Haven't we all seen this as employees?
	At one point in time?
	Yeah, okay, I'll give you a raise, but I'm not going to give you the bonuses that we used to do.
	And they have admitted this on an email to CNBC, that the company is getting rid of their incentive pay and stock option awards, while they're going to give them a small minimum wage increase to $15 an hour.
	WND has reports from some people who have been speaking off the record, workers who know that they'll be fired by Jeff Bezos if they speak on the record.
	An employee earning $15.25 an hour who's worked for Amazon for more than three years in Arizona crunched the numbers.
	Although he is getting a $1 an hour raise, which would equate to as much as $2,080 and an additional pay for the year, he said that he could have earned a few thousand dollars more from the incentive programs.
	He said, Amazon isn't giving its employees a raise, they're taking money from us.
	It only looks good if folks don't know the whole truth.
	This worker and others spoke with Yahoo on condition of anonymity, because they knew there would be repercussions from Bezos if they came out openly.
	One incentive program involved restricted stock unit awards, under which full-time warehouse workers often got two or three shares each year.
	Two or three shares of stock, and of course this is really Where most of Bezos' money is being made.
	The Wall Street, the greater fool theory, people are buying this stock way out of proportion to its earnings.
	But the warehouse workers could get two or three shares each year after a two-year period of vesting.
	And the share price has been around $2,000 recently.
	So if you get, that's four to six thousand dollars they would get in stock each year.
	That's going to go away.
	Another major perk that Amazon is phasing out is employee monthly bonuses.
	An employee can earn up to 8% of their monthly income, but it depends on how many hours they work, and the facility site's production goals.
	This is one of the reasons why people were staying close to their workstation.
	They didn't even want to go to the bathroom, because they've got goals.
	If they can make those goals, not only do they keep their job, but they get a bonus.
	That bonus is now going to go away.
	That monthly bonus.
	The stock bonus is going to go away.
	So I said an average worker off of that program would earn anywhere between $1,800 to $3,000 a year.
	So that's going to go away as well.
	So these people may, many of them, will make less money even though he's pretending that he's raising the money.
	That's the Amazon con.

	We've got one more segment.
	I just talked about the Amazon Amazing Con that's been perpetrated on everybody by Jeff Bezos.
	They say, oh, I'll give everybody a raise.
	But then he cuts bonuses, he cuts stock options, and so forth.
	So most of these people are going to make less money.
	But one of the other aspects about this as to why it wasn't significant was the fact that he's going to replace a lot of these people eventually by robots.
	People at Whole Foods here, that's based in Austin, A lot of people at Whole Foods are saying he wants robots.
	He doesn't want people in his places.
	And that's what he's going to be doing with convenience stores.
	He's going to open up 3,000 convenience stores without any cashiers.
	And he's going to do that within the next three years.
	That's the plan.
	And so we look at all this and we look at Bernie Sanders and others virtue signaling on minimum wage, which again doesn't do anything to make anybody any better off.
	It just creates more inflation, as we've seen in Venezuela.
	Every time we talk about that, we say, well, that's just going to accelerate the replacement of workers by automation.
	So I want to talk about the broader picture here.
	Yes, Amazon is a good example of this, but there's a lot of other companies that are going to be doing the same thing, doing it in a massive way.
	Let's take a look at how this is going to affect all of us who are part of, as the elitist, globalist billionaires call us, the precariat.
	The dangerous, precarious, proletariat.
	Because they look at us from a Marxist perspective.
	They support Marxism.
	Anyway, this story from Zero Hedge about the 3,000 cashierless convenience stores that will be open by 2021 in three years.
	They say retail workers who are pushing for higher wages better take notice.
	Amazon is preparing to put you out of business.
	After opening its third cashierless Amazon Go location in Chicago earlier this year, it is planning on opening six more locations by the end of this year before eventually scaling it up to 3,000 locations by the end of 2021.
	If Amazon succeeds, Go will become the largest convenience store chain in the United States, This is the power of this guy.
	This is one of the other aspects here that he's worried about in Washington.
	It's one of the reasons why he got the Washington Post.
	He's worried about antitrust regulation because he is such a greedy He has to own the world.
	One potential obstacle to expanding the chain is the high cost of opening each location due to the sensors and AI technology necessary to support its automatic checkout system.
	But don't worry, because he's got unlimited funding coming from the idiots on Wall Street.
	No matter how much money they make or how much money they lose, they're still going to be funded.
	The company's other physical stores include about 20 bookstores and Whole Foods.
	Again, as I said, the people there are saying, we don't like the way this is turned, all they want is robots, and yeah, they're the ones who are next.
	The original Amazon Go in downtown Seattle required more than a million dollars in hardware alone, according to one person familiar with the matter.
	Prepared foods also have a wider profit margin than groceries, so they're going to do it there first.
	That's why he's doing the convenience stores first.
	Once he figures that out, gets that profitable, they will do the same thing at the grocery store chain that they bought.
	Because that's his other physical presence.
	Amazon Go could eliminate some of the food service and retail jobs that have been among the fastest growing subsectors of the U.S.
	labor market.
	Trump has lashed out at Amazon in the past for being a job killer, and the FTC, the Federal Trade Commission, has been quietly hiring staffers to look into how the agency can bring an antitrust case against these tech giants like Amazon.
	And as they point out in the Zero Hedge article, there will however be one potential upside for all the displaced low-wage workers.
	Putting in a robot convenience store will make looting all that much easier during natural disasters.
	There won't be anybody there protecting it.
	Half of U.S.
	Uber drivers are making less than $10 an hour.
	This is a new study.
	And remember that other former, now former, Uber CEO, Travis Kalanick, was saying, you know, what makes Uber expensive is that dude in the car with you.
	Well, we're going to get rid of him.
	But in the meantime, the people, that dude in the car that is making it so expensive, well, they're not really making that much money.
	They made headlines and they claimed that the median income for New York City Uber drivers was $90,000 a year.
	$40,000 more at the time than the average American.
	However, Here we are four years later, a new study says that half of Uber drivers in the United States make less than $10 an hour after vehicle expenses.
	That's the key thing.
	Because the Uber doesn't have to pay for the car or the upkeep or anything.
	The survey was conducted by Rydster.
	And they revealed that the median hourly pay that Uber drivers receive, including tip, is $14.73 an hour.
	Not quite that $15 an hour.
	But that doesn't include what they have to pay out of pocket for vehicle expenses, things like insurance, gas, and of course car depreciation as it wears out.
	Reister estimated that Uber drivers spend about $5 an hour just on their vehicle costs, bringing their total hourly earnings to just $9.73.
	And folks, when we look at what's happening with us, and I've done stories where I interviewed taxi drivers when I was traveling to do reports, it is shameful, shameful what is being done to taxi drivers.
	And many of them are committing suicide.
	A lot of people, they would take out a loan to buy a taxi medallion, and now those taxi medallions are worthless because of what Uber's done.
	And it's an un-level playing field.
	The taxis have to pay for the taxi medallion.
	They've got a lot of taxes that they have to pay.
	In some cities like Washington, D.C., they have special taxi police that go around and give them a white glove inspection.
	They're mandating how old their cars can be.
	On and on and on.
	All kinds of special requirements and regulations that they have to pay that the Uber drivers don't have to pay.
	And that's what makes it so difficult for them.
	That's why they can't stay in business.
	It is a double standard.
	Uber and Lyft pretend that they are not taxi companies.
	And a lot of jurisdictions cooperate with that.
	Until they actually start thinking about, wait a minute, we're losing a lot of money off of this situation, right?
	Because they're not paying the same kind of taxes that the taxi drivers are paying.
	They went along with that fiction.
	And they really are a taxi company.
	We all know that.
	So, when we look at that, we look at what is going on with Amazon.
	Here's how it's broadening out in other industries, of course.
	You know, we're talking about the convenience store, we're talking about the grocery store.
	What about the restaurant business?
	Well, there's an article last week from Forbes, The Rise of the Restaurant Robot.
	It's a study by the Center for Urban Future found that automation potential for waiters and waitresses is 77%.
	That figure increases to 87% when you factor in workers who prepare food.
	That doesn't mean that all these jobs will be automated, but it's a stark reminder that automation has and will continue to reshape the workforce in ways that impact workers and change the customer experience.
	Now I've talked about the South Korean study that said that by 2030, 85% of the core competencies and 400 different jobs that they looked at could be done by AI or robotics or the combination of the two.
	And so that's what they're talking about here with restaurants.
	Some restaurants have already replaced servers or counter staff with self-ordering tablets.
	So you just, you know, it's so great to have an iPad.
	We just all love iPads so much that I would rather do the order than have a waitress to talk to, right?
	So that's what they're doing in some places.
	And then you've got, they're still bringing humans, having humans bring the food, but now there's a company that's going to deliver cuisine to your table using robots.
	And then, of course, it'll also be the pizza delivery people.
	They've already got the self-driving, automated, slow-moving cars that are going to clog the streets.
	You're not going to be able to drive a car.
	Of course, you can't drive a car now in New York City anyway.
	There's just too much traffic.
	They haven't bothered to add any new roads, which they would have to do with a multi-level situation, because you can't make the roads wider, but you can make them taller.
	And, of course, you look at any projection of cities of the future, Going back to the early movies of the 20s and 30s, of course they're going to be stacked.
	They knew that would have to happen.
	But the urban planners don't want you to be able to move around.
	They want you to walk.
	That's why Google, Gulag, calls it Smart City that they're working on in Toronto.
	They call it Sidewalk Labs.
	Because you're going to be doing a lot of hammering of the sidewalks there.
	So they're going to have these robots.
	They're going to deliver things to you.
	And of course, that's another reason why Jeff Bezos wants to have the Amazon Post.
	He wants to be able to lobby Washington so that he can do drone deliveries of things.
	Now, he's going to pretty much have a monopoly on that because they're going to tell everybody, oh, you know, drone, we can't have everybody doing this.
	It'd be total chaos.
	Besides, we'll do it the right way.
	Everybody else would do it and they'd be very dangerous when they start delivering products with drones.
	But you let Amazon, because we've got a lot of money and we'll be very responsible about it, so you let us have a monopoly on that.
	That's what they're going to push through.
	Again, we're looking at this article here from Japan, Tokyo Cafe to open with robot waiters.
	Now these robot waiters will be remotely controlled by disabled humans.
	Your next job interview, says CNBC, could be with a robot.
	They're already starting to do that in some of the tech companies.
	AFP says machines will do more tasks than humans by 2025.
	They will handle 52% of the current work tasks.
	That's what's going to happen.
	So as they look at this, They say, well, what are we going to do to control the people who no longer have jobs?
	Because we're going to put more than 50% of the people out of work within the next 7 to 10 years.
	Well, they're going to put us all on welfare.
	That's what they call universal basic income.
