	Welcome back after the Labor Day weekend.
	I hope you had a good weekend.
	We see the optimism in America, especially amongst blue-collar workers, and yet the New York Times They're saying that we need to have more foreign H-1B workers.
	CEO and investors need the government to import more visa workers for U.S.
	jobs because a sustained reduction in immigration could dampen growth.
	Well, we haven't seen that, have we?
	As a matter of fact, we've seen a reduction in immigration, but we've seen a massive increase in growth.
	The increase in growth was due to a cut in taxes and a cut in regulations.
	And we have seen the economy grow.
	We've seen especially jobs grow inversely to the number of immigrants that have come in.
	As we've cut the number of immigrants coming in, American jobs have increased.
	The job market has gotten better for workers.
	And so on this Labor Day weekend, As Breitbart reports, a Harris poll of more than 1,000 blue-collar U.S.
	workers in fields like construction, manufacturing, maintenance, agriculture, a majority of 55% of workers said they're better off with their jobs and economic opportunities than they were five years ago, when President Obama was in the White House, when we had much, much higher immigration rates.
	The vast majority, 85%, said their lives are headed in the right direction.
	69% said their local communities are on the right track.
	A majority of 51% of blue-collar American workers said the U.S.
	is headed in the right direction under Trump.
	About 80% of blue-collar workers said they are optimistic about the future.
	And they believe that if you work harder, you will be more successful.
	This is why the left needs to start a race war in America.
	Because the old class warfare of Marxism has failed to work in America.
	80% of those proletariats that they believe that they can get to fight the bourgeoisie and the capitalists, 80% of them understand that in America if you work harder you do better.
	And so they have to play the race card.
	That is what they have.
	They've abandoned that principle that has been so effective for them elsewhere in the world.
	And they have now abandoned the class struggle for a race struggle.
	And so we see that 86% of blue-collar workers say they're satisfied with their jobs.
	91% are proud, proud of the hard work that they do.
	They're proud of America.
	And so that's why, to fuel the race war, Nike has to give a massive contract to Colin Kaepernick.
	The black-lying Marxists.
	That's what BLM stands for.
	Black-lying Marxists who hate this country, who want to destroy this country.
	And quite frankly, Nike is one of these companies, just like Facebook and Google and Apple, who are so wealthy, that like Soros, they don't want any more money.
	They just want power.
	Power for their political agenda.
	And their political agenda is to destroy this country.
	Let me tell you something.
	This election is going to be about the economy as far as the voters go.
	But I'm not certain that we're going to have a real election.
	It's being hacked by the mainstream media as they shut down alternative information and press.
	You want to know if $100,000 worth of ads purportedly after Facebook was browbeaten by the Democrats to tell them that something happened.
	It took them three tries.
	Facebook finally said, well, okay, I think we might have identified $100,000 worth of ads that might be associated with Russians, that might be anti-Hillary.
	Well, how many ads did Russians run that were anti-Trump?
	They want to create a polarization in society, so they run ads against both sides, as we've already seen.
	And as I've said before, $100,000 in an election where just on Hillary's side, she spent more than a billion dollars, that's nothing.
	Nothing.
	But if you can shut down The alternative media.
	If you have a monopoly on what is going on, and if you can hack into the state boards of election, you can rig the election.
	And you can literally hack the election.

	I have September 14th on the mind.
	I'm going to be speaking at a conference in Branson, Missouri.
	We'll talk a little bit about that later on in the broadcast.
	But today we're going to have Brett Kavanaugh going to Senate hearings for confirmation.
	And as many on the left are saying, sparks will fly.
	Well, of course they will.
	Of course they will.
	Will there be anything of any substance?
	Will he give any answers?
	I don't think so.
	We're going to talk about that later.
	What they're going to be hitting him on, and what he is likely to say.
	He's not going to comment on anything that's going to be coming up.
	I think he's going to play this close to the chest, just as Ruth Vader Ginsburg did.
	Darth Vader Ginsburg, as I like to call her.
	And of course, there's not going to be any conflict of interest.
	They're going to try to make it look like that because of previous things that he had to say about executive privilege.
	But you know, we had Elena Kagan put into the position in the Supreme Court.
	She had already been an advocate for Obamacare, which was about to come before the Supreme Court.
	And even though she had been part of the Obama administration advocating for Obamacare, She refused to recuse herself.
	How's that for a conflict of interest?
	So that will be coming up today.
	We probably won't have any updates on that during this program, but of course we're going to see a lot of political sparks happening there.
	One of the things that has come out over the weekend is Judicial Watch has said that the Justice Department has now disclosed that there were no FISA court hearings held on the Carter Page warrants.
	No such hearings were held with respect to the acknowledged FISA applications.
	Accordingly, no responsive hearing transcripts exist.
	So they're trying to get some information in the Freedom of Information Act, which of course the government never complies with unless you sue them.
	So the only way that you get any information, even though we have a Freedom of Information Act, where they are supposed to turn that information over, they refuse, unless you sue them and go through a lengthy process.
	What they have done is that, in response to whether or not they had even a FISA court warrant.
	What is the basis of this?
	Well, they said, oh, we didn't have any hearings, so we don't have any transcripts, because we didn't bother to even get a FISA warrant, let alone a search warrant in front of a real judge.
	And again, if you get a search warrant, you only have to go before one judge.
	And we have to understand that the FISA court is not a real court.
	It is a single judge.
	And in this particular case, when you're looking at a search warrant, it doesn't really make that much of a difference between that and a real court.
	It does make a difference for other situations because they are making decisions in the so-called FISA court that they pretend are altering our Constitution, just as they pretend the Supreme Court alters our Constitution.
	And we are not allowed to see what those secret constitutional altering decisions are.
	As a matter of fact, you don't even have somebody arguing the other side of the case.
	You simply have a government lawyer appearing before a single judge asking for a decision on something.
	They use that decision then to say that they're going to alter the Constitution.
	But what we're seeing here is that as they pretended That there was something going on with Carter Page.
	This whole thing has been manufactured.
	All of this Russiagate stuff.
	All this Russian hacking and so forth.
	All this is manufactured.
	All the foreign interference in our election is manufactured.
	They pretended that they had information.
	They leaked information to the press.
	And then they took the press reports and came back to a FISA court in some of these cases and said, look, so-and-so reported this in the press.
	Well, they were the ones who leaked it into the press.
	Very similar to what CNN was just caught doing with Hillary's former lawyer, Lanny Davis, the guy representing Cohen, leaking information to CNN.
	And CNN said, well, you know, he was their anonymous source.
	And they say, well, we talked to him and he had, Lanny Davis, had no comment.
	That's the same kind of stuff that Brennan and these other people were doing with the FISA court.
	Leaking the information to the press, anonymously, and then saying, look, the press has reported such and such.
	I think we should, on the basis of that press report, we should have a FISA search warrant.
	Doing the same thing with the UK spies as well.
	That kind of circular process where they would give information To UK spies, and then they would run this back and forth, so it was kind of a echo chamber to get these search warrants.
	But in the case of Carter Page, they didn't even have that process.
	They just started spying on him.
	Not a problem, is it?
	I mean, we are, now the USA has become the United Surveillance of Americans.
	That's what this country is really about.
	That's what the deep state is really about.
	I'm glad that this happened to President Trump.
	Because we need somebody who will fight back against this to see just how pernicious it is.
	That they're not interested in the bad people, as I played that clip from Michael Hayden so many times.
	They're not interested in bad people.
	They're interested in interesting people, like President Trump.
	Or like people who oppose their agenda.
	If you're in the press.
	Or even if you're not in the press.
	If you're just merely passing articles around on Facebook.
	They're interested in you.
	They want to know what you are thinking, and they want to shut down what you have to say, if what you have to say is going to move the narrative in a different direction than they want to move it.
	That's what all this control about social media is ultimately about.
	And as I pointed out at the top of the hour when I was giving an update on the state of the attitude of blue-collar workers, according to a recent poll that was just taken over the weekend, Eighty-five percent of them are very happy with the direction that the economy is going, with the direction that their lives are going.
	They believe that if they work hard in America they can succeed.
	And this is why social media has to take over that agenda.
	They have to tell you that things are hopeless.
	They have to tell you that this government is going to keep you down and it's because of racism.
	And that's why Nike is throwing away their profits, going against the vast majority of people who don't like what Colin Kaepernick and these other Marxists with BLM are doing.
	That's really what they are.
	Black-lying Marxists.
	It's not Black Lives Matter.
	They're black-lying Marxists, because that's what Marxists always do.
	They always lie.
	And they create a class struggle.
	And when they can't create a class struggle with blue-collar workers that have been the bread and butter of Marxist revolutions, When they can't create that kind of economic class struggle, they try to create a racial class struggle.
	And that's what they're doing right now.
	And Nike is funding that with their funding of Colin Kaepernick.
	We're going to talk about that a little bit more in the next segment.
	But as we look at the elitism that we see with these people, one of the things that came out last week, it came out on Thursday, I didn't cover it, was something that happened back where I used to live.
	Back in North Carolina, in Raleigh, they have a secret DMV office just for government officials.
	It would open up one week every month.
	And it would only open up from January to August.
	A secret driver's license facility just for those people who are connected inside the bureaucracy.
	It was exposed.
	Somebody found out about that.
	And now they've got the Attorney General in North Carolina blocking access to the records, trying to cover this up.
	This is what the people in Washington are doing.
	This is what they try to do with the House Intelligence Committee reports.
	They were blocking that, not because there was any danger to any CIA agents or personnel who are working for the CIA, not because it was going to expose any methods, but because they needed to do a CYA.
	Because at the same time, as I pointed out before, at the same time that Hillary Clinton had her Clintonemails.com, come and get them, here's the dead drop, where you can get all your secret documents, and the Chinese had put on her server a piece of code, That did a courtesy copy of everything that she received and everything that she sent.
	Went straight to the Chinese Congress.
	During that period of time, when she was Secretary of State, they had dozens of people who were working with the CIA picked up and executed.
	But of course, they would cover up the House Intelligence Committee hearings, which had nothing to do with any of that.

	Finish with a John McCain funeral.
	But I think we need to remember that his legacy lives on when we talk about the kind of McCain-ry that has been going on in this country for the last half century.
	The insanity as you hear Dr. Strangelove's theme song when Johnny McCain goes marching to war again.
	And this guy really was the true-life embodiment of the Dr. Strangelove character, played by Peter Sellers.
	This evil lover of bombs.
	How I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb.
	That was the subtitle of Dr. Strangelove.
	You know, at the time we had mutual assured destruction.
	They call that MAD.
	Our policy of MAD.
	But John McCain was simply MAD, as in insane.
	Insane McCain.
	There's an article that's just come out Looking at a recent release of a cache of documents released by George Washington University's National Security Archive project.
	This goes back to the 1960s.
	This is something that has never been fully declassified.
	It goes back to the, like I said, the mid-1960s, the Lyndon Johnson era.
	It's called the Single Integrated Operational Plan, or SIOP.
	And it was what the US military was going to do in a retaliatory strike or in a preemptive strike.
	Preemptive.
	And what was their objective?
	Well, it wasn't just taking out the missiles that might be coming in our way.
	No, the primary objective was an overkill plan.
	It was intended to wipe out 95% of top-level targets with a loss of human life as the primary metric for success.
	Kill as many people as possible.
	That was a primary metric.
	And I would say that that would be the fitting epithet for John McCain.
	Kill as many people as possible as you win the war.
	But let's escalate the body count here.
	Nobody is having a memorial for the victims of John McCain's wars, are they?
	Nobody is talking about the POWs that were left behind.
	Missing in action.
	The people that John McCain worked so viciously and so vociferously to make sure that nothing was done to investigate whether or not those people are still alive or could be recovered.
	There were a lot of people who believed they had a lot of evidence.
	Documentary evidence, satellite photos, ransom information from the Vietnamese, eyewitness testimony.
	Many Pentagon chiefs said, we need to go back and look.
	Well, there's a lot of information here.
	John McCain was furious.
	And I understand, if John McCain doesn't believe it, if he thinks it's simply a conspiracy theory, then let the people go through and do it.
	Think of it as a way to cope with the loss of their loved ones, to investigate, to come to closure.
	But instead what he did was he angrily confronted the families of those who believed that their loved ones were left behind in Vietnam.
	He got in their face.
	He yelled and screamed at them.
	Brought them to tears.
	Nearly struck some of them.
	And then stormed off in a fury, as we've seen John McCain do so many times.
	Why would he be so singularly minded in terms of stopping any of that?
	What was he afraid would be revealed about his past?
	That is the essence of this.
	But again, let's get back to the US military policies.
	Towards Russia and China.
	This version that was published by the George Washington University National Security Archives project is from 1964.
	It said the planned strikes would have killed 71% of the residents of major Soviet urban centers, 53% of residents in Chinese population centers.
	And that was their metric for success.
	As many civilian deaths as possible.
	Estimates from 1962 predicted the death of over 70 million Soviet citizens during a no-warning U.S.
	strike on military and urban industrial targets.
	This is what our government is capable of.
	Dr. Strangelove is a dark comedy, but it's unfortunately closer to reality than you would like to believe what goes on behind those doors.
	And when we look at this, and combine this with what we saw, talked about last week with Newsweek, did the CIA and the Saudis conspire to keep 9-11 details secret?
	Have they conspired to do many other things?
	The CIA and the Saudis, Prince Bandar and these others, have worked together so closely that you can't tell where one stops and the other one ends.
	They are essentially one organization.
	the Saudi intelligence agencies as well as the CIA.
	So as September 11th is coming up, a week from today, we look at this and the article from Newsweek says the services will not reflect the view, the memorial services that we have, will not reflect the view that the attacks might have been prevented.
	And I would add Or that the CIA worked with the Saudis and others to orchestrate this massacre that was the foundation of the United Surveillance of Americans.
	That is what the USA has become.
	It was a seminal event for the surveillance state that we now suffer under.
	It was a justification for taking away all of our liberties and all of our privacy in the name of national security.
	And for taking over the airports, patting down our children, like sexual harassment.
	Total security theater.
	Absolutely ineffective.
	And yet as we look at this, here's some of the quotes from some of the lead FBI counter-terrorism agents.
	It's horrible.
	We still don't know what happened.
	That's right.
	We still don't know what happened.
	I know what didn't happen.
	What didn't happen is what we were told.
	What didn't happen is the official story.
	As Arthur Conan Doyle had Sherlock Holmes say, when you rule out the impossible, whatever is left, no matter how improbable, is the truth.
	That's why we call ourselves truthers.
	Because I'm not afraid to rule out the impossible.
	I'm not going to go through this silly intellectual exercise of saying yes, Because the government told me so.
	I'm not going to believe my lying eyes.
	I'm going to believe that steel skyscrapers just fell down in their own footprint.
	And that three of them did it, even though only two of them were hit by a plane.
	And they did it within just hours.
	Even though, in the past and since, we have seen skyscrapers burn for days.
	Steel skyscrapers.
	It just collapsed in its own footprint.
	So we can start right there.
	And we can ask a lot of questions.
	I don't know what happened on 9-11.
	I know what did not happen was the official story.
	Another FBI agent, Mark Rossini, one of two FBI agents assigned to follow Osama bin Laden for the CIA, said, uh, I am sad and depressed about it.
	He said agency managers mysteriously blocked them from informing their headquarters about future al-Qaeda plotters.
	There's a new book coming out.
	That's being done by a couple people, John Duffy and Ray Nowosielski, I believe is the way you pronounce his name.
	Nowosielski.
	They find huge holes, contradictions in the official story, mainly because they went back and they talked to Richard Clark.
	And he was saying, I can't believe how these officials lied to me.
	And covered this up.
	That was their starting point for the documentary.
	But folks, plans for nuclear war are not in the past.

	I was talking about the Cold War Plan.
	They've just surfaced out of 1964.
	George Washington University, their National Security Archives project.
	We've never seen fully declassified single integrated operational plans.
	That's S-I-O-P.
	We can pronounce that, I guess, S-I-O-P.
	They were looking to take out 71% of Russians, 53% of Chinese with a no warning strike.
	And the loss of human life was the primary metric of success.
	That was our side that was talking about that.
	Understand that the Christian concept of war, of a just war, is to try to minimize the loss of human life.
	To try to stop the loss of human life.
	That means that you don't go to war, another part of the just war theory that has always been a part of Western Christian civilization, is that you don't go to war unless you are attacked first.
	And you do so in an effort to try to stop the aggression and to try to stop the slaughter of civilians.
	And you stop when the aggression is stopped.
	Same principle you have if somebody breaks into your home.
	You don't shoot them in the back.
	If they're running out with your television set.
	You can shoot them in the front if they're coming at you to threaten your life.
	Those are the rules of engagement that we have if your life is threatened.
	You stand your ground.
	That type of thing.
	But you don't shoot somebody in the back just to save your television set.
	Because you know they're going to drop it anyway.
	No, but you don't do that type of thing.
	That has always been the principle that has governed our society until we got people like John McCain.
	And then over the weekend what we saw was this kind of dear leader Ceremony.
	Not so much people crying and weeping for their political lives as they were attacking President Trump.
	And we'll talk about that in a moment.
	But I want to talk about the other kind of PSYOP.
	Not the Single Integrated Operational Plan, S-I-O-P, but the PSYOP that is a psychological operation.
	Because we may be being prepared for that right now.
	And we may be looking at something that is far bigger than 9-11.
	We've always said, since 9-11, can you imagine what the government could get away with if after the phony story of 9-11, with these three buildings that were hit, two of them only, hit by planes and they just collapsed in their footprint, straight into their footprint, just a couple hours after being hit, one of them was not even hit by a plane, and many other impossible things that we were told about 9-11, if they can get away with that,
	And if they can create the United Surveillance of Americans, which is what USA has become now, on the basis of that, take away our freedoms, take away our liberties, destroy the Constitution, destroy the Bill of Rights, all on the basis of that phony narrative, killed a lot of people, but it was a phony narrative.
	And many of the people who are questioning what happened there, who really want to know what happened, are the relatives and families of people who died there.
	They want to know what happened.
	I would certainly be one of them.
	I wouldn't be accepting this nonsense that's been given to us.
	But can you imagine if they use a nuclear attack?
	A false flag?
	And so it's troubling to me to see a lot of chatter about this all of a sudden in mainstream media.
	We had the BuzzFeed article that was from August the 24th came out.
	U.S.
	government is updating its nuclear disaster plans and they're truly terrifying.
	Well, they were truly terrifying 50, 60 years ago, weren't they?
	I said, amid concerns over North Korea, FEMA managers are updating disaster plans to account for large nuclear detonations over the 60 largest US cities.
	We're looking at 100 kiloton to 1,000 kiloton detonations.
	Well, this is much bigger than what the North Koreans have currently.
	The North Koreans don't have the capability of delivering this.
	They don't have the kind of intercontinental ballistic missiles to do this, I don't believe.
	But nevertheless, it might be an improvised terrorist attack.
	And as I said before, we don't know if those terrorists are going to be the CIA and the Saudis.
	It could be anybody, right?
	Blame it on the North Koreans.
	They can't even keep the enemy!
	Claire, when they lie to us about what the threats are, you know, when we look at the threat, is it Russia?
	Is it North Korea?
	No, actually it's China.
	China is the big threat.
	Now, if they were saying that China is about to launch a nuclear preemptive strike on us, I would believe that.
	I don't believe it with North Korea.
	I do believe that they would do something like that.
	Jeremiah Johnson, writing for Zero Hedge, points out that mainstream media and Hollywood are quietly preparing us for nuclear war.
	He said, of course, the mainstream media forces non-news down the throat of the public while decrying the true news that we put out in the alternative media.
	Hollywood, or as I call them, hollow and weird, they are shaping the formation of the public consciousness and forcing a paradigm shift.
	You know, the Overton window, moving what is accepted as normal.
	They're shifting us to the left, through popular culture, through film, through television, the music industry.
	Both of them have one end objective in mind, and that is the destruction of the United States.
	The destruction of its borders, its language, its religion, its culture, its society, as a whole.
	And as you have, in case you haven't noticed, they're doing this in preparation for a new Cold War.
	Now he is inclined to believe that North Korea has a capability.
	Maybe they do.
	Maybe I'm wrong.
	I don't think that they're the threat.
	Because it's not above our leaders to create an imaginary threat for their own purposes.
	NATO is a good example of this.
	The Strategic Culture Foundation points out that of course we know that President Trump thinks that NATO is an anachronism.
	That they're not carrying their weight.
	But here's the interesting thing, folks.
	Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel, who are in a great deal of trouble in the EU, have now done an about-face with all this on NATO.
	They were out there getting in President Trump's face about NATO, saying, we're doing everything that we need to, and you've got to do more to protect us, and so forth.
	As President Trump pointed out at the time, the Germans don't really believe that there's a threat from Russia if they're making themselves dependent on Russia for their energy use.
	And as Strategic Culture Foundation points out, both Macron and Merkel have been championing these things since they took place.
	That we have to have NATO, we have to have an increased NATO, that the U.S.
	has to pay for.
	But now that they're in trouble politically, Macron is now openly engaging the idea of a security framework with Russia, with Russia.
	Pivoting from the United States, pivoting to Russia.
	What is the purpose of NATO then?
	NATO was always to protect us from Russia and the Warsaw countries.
	Oh, wait a minute!
	The Warsaw countries have been subsumed into NATO.
	They don't exist anymore.
	By the way, the Soviet Union doesn't exist anymore either.
	Russia is different.
	And so, just three months ago, as I point out, Macron was pulling diplomats from Russia because of the supposed poisoning of Sergei Skripal.
	But now he's saying we're going to work with him.
	Why?
	Because he wants a United States of Europe.
	He's been on this tour, as I pointed out last week, telling the Danes, hey, you don't have a different country, you don't have a different culture, you don't have a different language.
	We're all just Europeans.
	Same thing is true of these French people.
	I'm dragging them into the 21st century.
	They don't really understand it, but they don't have a French language or culture either.
	We're all Europeans.
	And how dare Viktor Orban and Hungary talk about Christian values as being great?
	What a hypocrite!
	Doesn't he realize that he's taking the money of the European Union and that we're promoting humanism?
	Those were all things that Macron said.
	And I'm just barely paraphrasing that.
	I'm not quoting him exactly, but he said all that.
	They're hypocrites for promoting Christianity.
	They're taking the EU's money.
	And we don't have a Danish and French people.
	We're all just Europeans.
	As he's creating a United States of Europe.
	An EU army.
	So as I point out, this cuts to the heart of what President Trump was doing.
	And it points out that he has won in this standoff with the EU.
	And that NATO really is an anachronism.
	Because the arrangement was that the U.S.
	would continue to bankrupt itself as the E.U.
	set the policy.
	Trump just dumped that whole thing into their lap, and they have shown what hypocrites they are by now saying, we're going to work with the Russians.
	Three months ago, they were haranguing President Trump for getting rid of NATO.
	All right, stay with us.

	I was interested to see on the Drudge Report today there was an article talking about how military hardware companies are being swamped with orders for bulletproof school bags as U.S.
	school terms start.
	Now the reason that Yahoo is talking about this, of course, is because they want to push a gun control agenda.
	Oh, look at how prevalent school shootings are.
	So prevalent that this Israeli company can't keep up with the orders for U.S.
	students that are pouring in.
	They should be afraid and we gotta get rid of the guns.
	Well, I had come under criticism for talking about a bulletproof backpack insert in wake of a shooting at an airport.
	And if you remember, this is a situation.
	I had a guy in Alaska and I think he went into a law enforcement office somewhere And pled with him and said, I got voices in my head telling me to shoot something up and please stop me and so forth.
	And they didn't do anything about it.
	The guy gets on a plane in Alaska and he flies all the way to Florida.
	And then with his gun, by the way, getting through the United Surveillance of Americans that we call TSA at the airport, that doesn't work.
	And so he flies with his gun.
	Gets it through the TSA.
	Which isn't a difficult thing to do, as internal testing has showed us time and again, as many congressmen have said, you know, we've got to do something about this.
	These failure rates are up in the 90% rate when we look at what's going on with TSA.
	I can't tell you exactly what the percentage is of the congressmen, but it's unbelievable.
	And so this guy gets his gun on the plane, flies from Alaska to Florida, shoots the place up.
	And so when I was reporting that, I said, You know, they will arrest you if they find you with a gun for your own self-defense.
	But they can't stop these people taking a gun, even when he goes in and pleads with somebody, please stop me, I'm gonna shoot somebody up.
	They won't do anything about that.
	They won't stop him at the airport.
	They'll let all this stuff go.
	He won't be allowed to shoot back.

	But evidently, the Israelis can ship into the US, at least according to Yahoo, because we've got to be afraid of the schools, don't we?
	And I thought this was also interesting.
	They're charging, according to this order here, and this article here, 385 pounds.
	Now this is coming from Yahoo, but obviously if they put the price in pounds, this is a UK story.
	That translates to $494.

	But here's a spelling rule for all of you if you're in a Al Sharpton spelling bee, or, you know, if you're just trying to remember how to spell respect at home and you can't remember that Aretha Franklin tune, you want to sing it, but you can't quite remember how to spell it, just remember that it is I before E in a Sharpton spelling bee.
	See, it rhymes.
	That's the way you remember this.
	You always go for the I first before you think of the E. So anyway, as we look at what happened over the weekend, and people were talking about the two funerals, the McCain funeral and the Aretha Franklin funeral, neither of them were really about the individual that they were supposed to be there to honor, to eulogize, to say good things about.
	They really were about attacking President Trump.
	About D-I-S.
	R-E-S-P-I-C-T.
	Right?
	That's what they're really about.
	About Disson, the president.
	And now Aretha Franklin's family said yesterday that they were very angry about the Atlanta pastor's eulogy.
	This pastor was criticized for a political address.
	What did you think?
	When you invite all of these celebrities and media figures and politicians in, it's going to be all about the politics.
	It's going to be about them.
	It's not going to be about the person who was there, except in the case of McCain, they celebrated his legacy of death and destruction.
	Because that's what all of these people, the Obamas and the Bushes and the Cheneys and all of them, share with him.
	They share his values, unfortunately.
	I wish that the McCain policies had passed away with him, but unfortunately they survived.
	We should bury those policies along with him.
	But anyway, they criticized him.
	They said he spoke for 50 minutes and he didn't properly eulogize her.
	So, what would you expect?
	The media says that of the McCain funeral, it was the biggest resistance meeting yet.
	That's from the New Yorker columnist Susan Glasser.
	And of course, McCain's daughter got into it as well, going after President Trump.
	NBC's Martha Raddatz said it wasn't so much an embrace of an American hero as it was a censure of Donald Trump.
	And some people got it right.
	They tweeted out, Matt Schlapp said, well, thinking about funerals, I hope I've got a lot of time left, but if not, anybody can come to my funeral, he said, and this funeral will be about God.
	Not about politics, and it'll be a time of celebration.

	He has filed a complaint, a lawsuit, in U.S.
	District Court for the District of Columbia, seeking nearly a billion dollars in damages.
	From Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
	The people who have acted, as he points out in the complaint, acted in concert with CNN, New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC.
	And so we're going to be talking to Larry Klayman about that lawsuit.
	It came out over the weekend and we'll be talking about that as well later in the program.
	The fact that Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter, is personally selecting the people that he's going to ban.
	And they're not really sure what's going to happen.
	Even the employees there don't really know what's going on because it's just totally arbitrary.
	Totally arbitrary.
	And torturous interference with people's businesses.
	I'm now up to nearly 3,000 spam emails from Gulag, YouTube, Google, Alphabet, whatever you want to call them.
	has continued to send me the same email that they sent me at the moment that they terminated this live broadcast as we were live streaming it on our YouTube channel.
	They pulled down videos that had been up for years without any complaints.
	As a matter of fact, I've never been given a complaint.
	I've never been given a reason.
	I've never had a video identified in all of these over 2,700 emails.
	They have not identified anything.
	I've been unable to shame the YouTube team on Twitter.
	All I could get after many reports of this was, well, did you file a response?
	Yes, I did.
	Right after that happened.
	And I found it interesting, the timing as well.
	I started complaining about this when that happened.
	It happened with a single email.
	Never got a warning before.
	Single email.
	Took it down.
	And then six hours later, these emails began.
	About every 10-15 minutes.
	It's now up to 2,700 of these.
	This is censorship by AI.
	You want to talk about bots interfering in the election?
	It's not Russian bots, folks.
	It is Google bots.
	Gulag bots.
	They're interfering with this election.
	That is the purpose of this.
	And you better understand what the real threat to our election is.
	It's coming from these companies.
	As a matter of fact, they're indistinguishable from these other countries.
	We look at what's happening with China and how intricately Gulag has tied themselves to the Chinese Communists, to this Mao wannabe, President Xi.
	Chinese surveillance firm has built up a big beltway lobbying muscle, that's right, a Chinese electronics company called Hikvision, as they want to spy on us even out in the country.
	Hikvision!
	It is partly owned by the Communist government.
	Well, everything in China is owned wholly or partly by the Chinese Communist government.
	And quite frankly, the big companies in this country are as well.
	If you go back and look at how these companies like Google and Facebook and the rest of these Silicon Valley companies that exploded on the scene as the Internet was Exploding.
	They were funded by venture capital firms that had a lot of connections to DARPA and to other intelligence agencies.
	The CIA even openly created its own venture capital firm, Incatel, at the time, to help to create these firms.
	And the Chinese government is doing the same thing.
	And so, as part of the NDAA that was signed in by President Trump, Last week it was banned, this Chinese company was banned from working for the US government under the NDAA.
	But when we look at what else is on the horizon, many in Silicon Valley are getting very upset about the fact that they may have some of their gravy train cut off.
	Because China's cash pipeline to Silicon Valley is also starting to be cut off.
	See, these Silicon Valley companies are really tied to nation-state surveillance.
	And that is very obvious.
	If you don't understand it, certainly the government does, because as I said before, the American government created these companies, and they don't want China buying into them as well.
	No, that surveillance of the United States is going to be done by our government, not by the Chinese.
	We're not going to let them spy on our citizens.
	We'll do it.

	But as I was talking in the last hour about the lack of respect that was really shown for Aretha Franklin or even for John McCain really.
	They were more interested in showing disrespect for President Trump As I was talking about the people pushing back against it, the one individual saying, well, I hope it's going to be a while before I die, but when I die, anybody can come to my funeral.
	I'm not going to have a list of people that I hate who can't come to the funeral.
	Hating in death just as he did in life, trying to manipulate politics and death just as he did in life, that is John McCain's legacy.
	As Matt Schlapp said, my funeral, anybody can come, it's going to be about God, And not about politics, but like I said, government is their God.
	It's Godverment, and politics is their religion.
	I think the best epithet that I saw for John McCain wasn't given at his funeral.
	It was written by Robert Gore.
	It's on Zero Hedge, and he said this.
	He said, McCain's death was as charmed as his life.
	He has departed before the empire that he loved collapses under the weight of hubris and debt.
	It's a story as old as empire, but the rulers of America either don't read history, don't comprehend its lessons, or they believe that they, like McCain, will depart before the bitter harvest is reaped.
	And that's exactly what you saw at that tribute to John McCain.
	All those people working hand-in-glove, the Obamas, the Clintons, the Bushes, the Cheneys, all there smiling and applauding at a funeral.
	As many of the people said, I've never seen that happen before at one of these funerals.
	Bernard Carrick said Meghan McCain seemed to do exactly what she slammed Trump for doing.
	She turned this memorial service into political theatrics and cheap shots.
	He said it's embarrassing and it's really disappointing the way that it was reported by Susan Glasser.
	Well, she said McCain's daughter, Meghan, took a direct shot at the president by saying that her father's funeral represented, quote, the passing of American greatness versus the cheap rhetoric of Trump.
	A cheap rhetoric of Trump.
	See, that was a cheap shot, wasn't it, Meghan?
	At your dad's funeral.
	Couldn't find good things to say about your dad's legacy, so you had to try to tear down somebody else.
	That's the way it is with McCain.
	But then this happened.
	As Susan Glasser points out, her eulogy was then interrupted after she took a cheap shot at President Trump.
	Her eulogy was then interrupted by applause.
	It wasn't a eulogy anyway.
	The first time she said, I've ever heard such a thing at a funeral in that great cavernous somber Episcopalian hall.
	The funeral was as cheesy as McCain himself.
	Well, you know, as we look at this, Chuck Todd, as I said, is coming out and saying, well, it's time for the press to stop complaining and we've got to start fighting back.
	I thought they had been fighting back.
	See, that's part of the hypocrisy.
	At least now.
	The only thing we can say about this is that President Trump has goaded them And to dropping any pretense of some kind of high-minded non-partisanship.
	Oh, we're totally objective.
	We are the mainstream media.
	We don't take political opinions.
	What a load of nonsense!
	As I said from the very beginning, I've said this over and over again, any journalist, anywhere, who tells you that they are objective is lying to you.
	The very best that you can say is that maybe they're lying to themselves as well.
	Maybe they really do believe that nonsense.
	Maybe they're that naive, which maybe is a reason that you might want to run even faster the other way from those people.
	They should own what their political position is.
	It used to be the case in America.
	We used to have, I mean, look throughout the South.
	You've got the Arkansas Democrat or whatever.
	They used to put the political party in the masthead.
	So why don't they call it the CNN Democrat?
	Or the Fox Republican, or whatever.
	I mean, that's really what they ought to do to be truthful about it.
	We don't hide our bias.
	We explain our bias.
	I take a look at the news, and I break it down from my perspective.
	I tell you why, what I think about it, and why I think that.
	That's called honest journalism.
	That's called honest analysis, rather than the dishonest form that people like Chuck Todd practice.
	Listen to what he had to say.
	He said, figures such as Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, and the trio of Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and Laura Ingraham have attained wealth and power by exploiting the fears of older white people.
	Chuck Todd doesn't do that?
	CNN doesn't do that?
	I mean, if they're exploiting fears by talking about things that they think are problems, CNN is doing the same thing.
	Aren't they trying to make people fearful of President Trump and what he's about to do?
	Hasn't that been the reason for existence of Chuck Todd, NBC, and the people at CNN?
	And then Chuck Todd, just listen to the hypocrisy here.
	They are thriving financially.
	Chuck Todd is not thriving financially at NBC.
	Maybe they aren't.
	I mean, CNN is collapsing in its ratings.
	Maybe they're collapsing financially as well.
	He said Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, and the people of Fox News are thriving financially by exploiting the very same free press umbrella that they seem determined to undermine.
	Wait a minute!

	So these people who question the fear-mongering of CNN are being called fear-mongers.
	Look, I understand.
	We're all afraid of certain things.
	Democrats are afraid of Republicans.
	Republicans are afraid of Democrats, their policies and so forth.
	I'm afraid of socialism.
	I'll admit it.
	I'm afraid of the war policies of the Republicans.
	I'll admit it.
	I'll tell you why.
	And I will oppose those policies.
	But I'm not going to say that Fox News needs to be shut down because they push war.
	I'm not going to say that CNN needs to be shut down because they push war and socialism.
	When he questions these people, it's okay.
	When he attacks them and says that they're nothing but profiteers, that's okay.
	But how dare they attack his political beliefs, or him personally?
	Chuck Todd and CNN, you don't say anything about them.
	Or Jim Acosta, you don't criticize them.
	If you criticize them, you are criticizing the press.
	And you are attacking freedom of the press.
	No, we are exercising freedom of the press.
	And the people at CNN And the people at NBC want to stop freedom of the press, and they want to stop your free speech, because freedom of the press is different from your free speech.
	Your free speech is what you do when you exercise this as you pass along articles that you agree with, along with a comment, or articles that you disagree with, along with a comment.
	That's your free speech.
	That is what is being throttled by the social media companies that are not social.
	That's what's being throttled by the Google search engine that is not a search engine.
	And so if we question Chuck Todd, NBC, or if we question CNN, we are attacking freedom of the press.
	We are exercising freedom of the press and free speech.
	What hypocrisy!

	He said the modern campaign against the American press corps has its roots in the Nixon era.

	Look, let's just, this kind of McCarthyism, let's start calling CNN and NBC and Google and Apple and Facebook, let's start calling them the Committee on Un-American Activities.

	I want to talk a little bit about Colin Kaepernick and Nike for a moment before Larry Klayman joins us.
	Of course, made a lot of news, the fact that they have not shown any R-E-S-P-I-C-T, as Al Sharpton would say.

	It's kind of interesting that as the New York Post is reporting, NFL ratings could fall even further this season.
	They've plunged 8% in 2016.
	They fell 10% last year.
	They believe it's going to fall even faster this year.
	And then right after that report, Nike comes out and makes Colin Kaepernick the face of their Just Do It campaign.
	Yeah, they just did it.
	They just made that guy.
	They just did it.
	And maybe they just did it in their company.
	I don't know.

	He said, name anything that Colin Kaepernick sacrificed.

	He was an underperformer on the field and he's become far more celebrated and famous as a social justice warrior than as an NFL quarterback.
	Now he's got a lucrative contract.
	With these people.
	How many millions of dollars is he gonna make, right?
	Sacrificed everything?
	Give me a break.
	Give me a break.
	Another person came out and called him and Nike on what really their business model is.
	So, now you believe in sweatshops and cost-cutting means to make the most profit on your overpriced Nike products, Colin Kaepernick.
	Yep, that seems like you sure are making a difference.
	Yeah, those are the people who are sacrificing everything.

	A poll taken by Gallup shows that 80% of them are very happy with the economy.
	Remember when the Democrats said, hey, it's the economy, stupid?
	Remember when the Republicans tried to impeach President Clinton?
	And they did impeach him.
	They didn't win the trial in the Senate, but they did impeach Bill Clinton.
	He was caught lying under oath.
	That is an impeachable offense.
	Having a consensual affair is not, but of course he was also accused, they did not impeach him for it, but he was also accused of financial corruption, he was accused of sexual assault and battery, he was accused of rape, he was accused of a lot of things that he was given a pass on by Ken Starr, going after that particular thing, a consensual affair.
	And yet, now the Me Too generation And said, well, that was him using his power against an intern.
	Okay, fine.
	But they still can't bring themselves to criticize Bill Clinton.
	Anita Hill, who was trying to take down Clarence Thomas with the he said, she said accusation that nobody witnessed, defended Bill Clinton when these charges came up.
	So this is the hypocrisy of these people.
	But everything that they do It's because they want to start a political Marxist revolution.
	They can't get traction using the blue-collar workers because they're happy with what's going on.
	So they've got two options.
	Well, actually three things that they're doing.
	Number one, they're shutting down the alternative media, which is going to give you the other side of the story.
	They're shutting organizations like us down.
	Shadowbanning many people covertly.
	Now they're admitting, yeah, we were doing it.
	But then doing it overtly.
	To Infowars, to Alex Jones, to me, overtly censoring us, to manipulate the election, colluding with the Democrat Party, colluding with other corporations, with other media organizations to shut us down in an anti-competitive way.
	And then I believe that they're going to manipulate the election, literally hacking into the election, literally hacking into the voting machines.
	But they also want to create a class struggle that is based on race.
	That is why they're doing this.
	He said, I am not going to stand up, this is what Colin Kaepernick said, the new face of Nike, I am not going to stand up and show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of culture.
	So he hates America.
	He hates all of America.
	He hates all of the symbols of America.
	He made that very clear.
	Look, if he's got a beef with police brutality, that's something that we ought to change.
	I agree with that.
	I think we ought to have more oversight.
	I think when people do the wrong thing, they need to be purged out of organizations, and that doesn't happen very often.
	With the police, in most cases, the power structure there, not only the police departments, but the police unions, the district attorneys, they all protect these people who are abusing their position and using excessive force.
	But in order to get something changed with that, we all have to come together, not divide against each other based on race.
	But that's not what he wants to do.
	And so you have a situation here where the NBC News and Wall Street Journal poll says 54% of people said that kneeling during the anthem was inappropriate.
	It's kicking the cat.
	It's criticizing other people for a problem, making sure that this problem doesn't get changed.
	They just want division, they want hatred, they want a class struggle that is along racial, not economic lines.
	And so Nike joins in and says to those 54% of the people, Uh, here you go.

	So it's a very important lawsuit.
	We want to talk to him about that.
	But let's continue on with the Colin Kaepernick And what Nike is doing to disrespect, that's spelled R-E-S-P-I-C-T, according to Al Notso Sharpton.
	54% of the people don't like what Colin Kaepernick is doing.
	So if you are a corporate sponsor, what would you want to do?
	If you're Nike, you want to get in those people's face.
	Just do it.
	And they have now just done it.
	But some people are happy about that.
	Even though 54% of Americans don't like that.
	You have the former Iranian president, Ahmedinejad, has tweeted out his support for Colin Kaepernick.
	Yes.
	He and John Brennan, the other Muslim who wants to destroy America.
	So both Brennan and the former Iranian president, Ahmedinejad, have both supported, strongly supported, Colin Kaepernick and his attempt to start a race war here in America with BLM.
	That's the black-lying Marxists that are now being supported by Nike.
	And we're talking about disrespect.
	There's a lot of disrespect this weekend.
	Like I said, we had all these funerals that were disrespecting.
	They weren't there to pay their respects to Aretha Franklin or even to John McCain.
	They were there to disrespect President Trump, just like Nike is not really supporting Colin Kaepernick.
	They are disrespecting 54% of the American people.
	And this new movie, First Man, which is going to be a biopic of Neil Armstrong.
	It's going to be focused on Neil Armstrong.
	Well, the other guy who went to the moon with Neil Armstrong, he wasn't the first one down the ladder, but Buzz is not happy about this.
	He saw the fact that this film has omitted the planting of the American flag on the moon.
	And they did it deliberately.
	They said, yeah, we thought about that.
	And we don't want to make this about America.
	This is about all of mankind.
	And I said before, it's a question as these bankers are carving up the moon.
	Many people have said as the big push now is to go back to the moon.
	And of course, we've got to do it for the globe.

	So it's going to belong to everybody, right?
	Which means that it doesn't belong to anybody except, guess who?
	The bankers.
	The bankers are going to be the ones who own the moon, just like they're the ones who own the earth, okay?

	Buzz Aldrin, he's now 88, and he was the second man to set foot on the moon, they say.

	He captioned the photo, proud to be an American.
	He also retweeted a photo of him saluting next to the same picture at a dig at that movie that, again, is very consciously pushing back against America as a country.
	But again, you know, we look at this, I find it interesting that now the justification for going back to the moon is, hey, there's a lot of water up there.
	They didn't find it on several trips.
	They didn't find it even though they've been looking at it for half a century, closely inspecting it, sending robots up there as well as people up there, they tell us.
	And now they discovered, after 40 years, in 2009, they said, hey, we discovered some water.
	And now we discovered that there's a massive amount of water.
	So now we got to go back and colonize it for the bankers.
	Isn't that interesting?
	Isn't that interesting?
	Today we're also not going to have too much respect being shown to Judge Kavanaugh as he comes before the Senate committee hearing.
	There's not going to be any R-E-S-P-I-C-T there either.
	As the Democrats have said, expect sparks to fly.
	But, you know, because criticism is good when the left does it.
	When the right does it, as Chuck Todd said, oh, these people out there, they're just trying to, you know, all the conservative media and the talk show hosts, they're out there, they're just pushing fear, trying to scare old white people.

	They're saying that they're going to focus attention on what Kavanaugh said about executive privilege because they're hoping that they can impeach President Trump if they're successful at rigging the election that's coming up.
	As The Hill points out, a lot of attention has been paid to what Kavanaugh has said and written over the years as to whether or not a sitting president can be indicted.
	In the Constitution, that indictment is called impeachment.
	It's just that simple, folks.
	There's a special term for it.
	It's called impeachment because it's done differently.
	An indictment, you have a prosecutor go before a grand jury and argues one side of a case.
	And it's very easy to get that impeachment.
	The proverbial ham sandwich that we always talk about.
	Because nobody is arguing the other side.
	So he just comes in and he tests how good his case is by putting that before a grand jury, which is supposedly independent, but usually not.
	And they can return an indictment.
	There's nobody on the other side arguing the other side of the case.
	There's no defense attorney.
	They're not calling any witnesses in the defense of this person.
	He's just laying out the charges.
	And they say, okay, that's enough.
	We'll have a trial.
	So that's the way an indictment works.
	For a president or for a judge, The process is called impeachment.
	And what you have is a, that's done in the House.
	Now in that particular case, it's different because it's not before a grand jury, it's different because it is the House of Representatives.
	And you have people speaking on both sides.
	And so it rises to a different level by design.
	That's the way the Constitution was designed.
	If you're going to haul the president in for every trivial indictment, do you think it'd be easy for a New York prosecutor to get together a grand jury in New York and indict the president over jaywalking?
	Of course it would.
	They hate President Trump in New York City.
	So they would be constantly dragging him in for a trial.
	There'd be one indictment after the other.
	You know how these people are.
	The political partisanship is rampant right now.
	And it was rampant at the time the Constitution was written.
	This is not an unusual thing.
	We've had a period of quiet here in this country because the mainstream media was very, very tightly controlled by the government and by the CIA.
	You had only three or four channels and they were all saying the same thing on broadcast news.
	And so there wasn't the kind of disagreement that we've had in the past when we had a vibrant free press and people were reading their news.
	Once they went to broadcast, that was tightly controlled.
	Then they lost control of that.
	First on talk radio, then on the internet.
	Now they're trying to get that back.
	But we've always had a very partisan situation.
	So it's very easy to indict people.
	And Kavanaugh made the crime of basically pointing out what the Constitution says.
	He argued that litigation and criminal investigations against the President should be deferred until they are out of office.
	Exactly right.
	And what happens is that you take this impeachment process through.
	If you're successful in impeaching them, then they are out of office and then you can try them for these crimes that they were impeached for.

	You may be wrong, but I know that you may be right.

	I'm David Knight.
	I may be the crazy person you're looking for, but they're looking to go crazy on Judge Kavanaugh on Capitol Hill.
	He's going to be going before the Senate today.
	They have promised that there will be sparks flying, and I'm sure there will.
	Again, as I said in the last segment, they're going to attack him first because they feel like he might not support their efforts to indict President Trump and skip the whole constitutional thing about impeachment.
	Which is a good thing, because when I look at this, it makes me feel that the Democrats don't believe they're going to necessarily win this election.
	Otherwise, I wouldn't be so concerned about this.
	If they win the next election, obviously they could impeach President Trump.
	They wouldn't need a reason.
	They can manufacture one.
	That's what the whole Mueller investigation is about, trying to find a process crime in all the complicated web of Regulations that we have governing income taxes, foreign investment situations, and federal elections, and all of that.
	You could easily manufacture a crime out of any one of those three bodies of law.
	But combined, it shouldn't be no problem at all.
	That's why it's so amazing that they haven't done so.
	President Trump is squeaky clean.
	They've had an army of people investigating him for a couple of years and they haven't come up with anything.
	I think that's the takeaway.
	I'm absolutely amazed that they haven't been able to manufacture something.
	That's the crazy thing.
	And they look like they are not too confident that they're going to win the election if they want to be able to indict President Trump instead of impeach him as the Constitution requires.
	That was the intent, as I explained, because you don't want him being drug into a New York grand jury every day of the week, as they would do.
	Schneiderman and others bragged about how many lawsuits they'd filed to stop President Trump.
	Of course they would.
	come up with any kind of trivial thing to come after President Trump.
	So that's why you have the impeachment process.
	Litigation and criminal investigation should happen after you remove them from office.
	If there's allegation of criminal misconduct or even misdemeanors, you can take the president out of office, go through the impeachment process, and then you can try them for those crimes and misdemeanors as a private citizen.
	But you don't stop the office from working.
	That's why they have these processes.
	So the Washington Post is saying that While Kavanaugh believes it's a bad idea to indict a sitting president, he's never stated whether he thinks the Constitution allows it.
	Well, I'll state it.
	The Constitution does not allow it.
	Quite clearly.
	The word indictment is not there.
	But, of course, that has never stopped the left and the statists from inventing something that is not in the Constitution.
	You know, things like Obamacare and so forth, which is also on the list of things that they're looking at.
	Obamacare.
	One of the things that they're holding against Judge Kavanaugh Was they say that he said that the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case?
	Of course they did.
	It's called the Tenth Amendment.
	They don't have a right to define health care mandates for us.
	The federal government doesn't have that right.
	That's why we had the Bill of Rights.
	People like James Madison looked at the Constitution and said, yeah, this leaves a lot of wiggle room for people.
	We know that people in power want to get more power.
	They want to consolidate power.
	They want to concentrate power.
	They're going to try to take power from the people, from the states that created the federal government.
	We have to be more explicit in prohibiting that.
	So they came up with the Bill of Rights.
	And out of those 10 Bill of Rights that were all about prohibiting the federal government from doing certain things, like taking our guns, that's one of the other things they're coming after Kavanaugh about, taking our guns, taking our free speech and so forth, the last two were to make it very clear that if they weren't expressly, explicitly given powers, that they don't have them.
	And don't read anything into this like some kind of commerce clause or some kind of welfare, general welfare clause.
	You can't read that kind of stuff into it.
	The Ninth and Tenth Amendment say it has to be expressly given, explicitly given.
	There's nothing in the Constitution about mandating health care.
	There's nothing in there that lets the Supreme Court define marriage.
	And so these are things that they're looking at with Judge Kavanaugh that they're concerned about.
	I think it's interesting that you have, in these particular cases, they say, well, the Constitution doesn't give jurisdiction to the court to get involved in Obamacare.
	The Constitution didn't give them jurisdiction to define marriage.
	And, of course, we're going to talk about conflicts of interest and prior things.
	Elena Kagan was advocating for Obamacare in the Obama administration.
	Before she became Supreme Court Justice.
	And then as Supreme Court Justice, in an obvious violation of ethics, she refused to recuse herself from that case that she had been advocating as part of the Obama administration.
	She couldn't give a fair reading of that case.
	The same thing with Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
	Ruth Vader.
	Darth Vader.
	Ginsburg.
	She had been marrying Homosexual couples advocating for that position.
	She refused to recuse herself from the marriage decision.
	But again, the court lacked jurisdiction regardless of what you think about that issue.
	The court and the federal government have no authority to define what marriage is.
	That remains the prerogative of the people and of the states, not of the federal government, if the Constitution means anything.
	And so as they're looking at this, another one is abortion.
	They're saying they're concerned about this because the only thing that Kavanaugh has done in terms of abortion is the tangential issue that came up before the D.C.
	Circuit.
	And the question there was you had a foreign teenager.
	They want to say an undocumented teen.
	She's undocumented because she's not an American citizen.
	And we don't even know who she is reliably.
	So yeah, she's undocumented.
	She's a foreign citizen coming into this country demanding that Americans pay for her abortion.
	And Judge Kavanaugh said they're inventing a new right for unlawful immigrant minors to come to the United States and demand that we pay for an abortion.
	Now, I think libertarians, even pro-abortion libertarians, would have an issue with that.
	Because we shouldn't be paying for the abortions of everybody on earth that wants to come here.
	Just like we shouldn't be paying for the education of everybody on earth who wants to come here and be educated at our expense.
	So again, regardless of what you think about abortion itself, that shouldn't happen.
	Now, Susan Collins said, I'm going to oppose him if he doesn't support Roe v. Wade.
	He has now assured me in a private meeting that Roe v. Wade is settled law.
	Well, I disagree with Kavanaugh on that.
	Dred Scott was once upon a time settled law.
	The Supreme Court said if a slave escapes from their master, you gotta send them back.
	That was settled law.
	That was a Supreme Court decision.
	That was settled law.
	Slavery was settled law.
	Sending the slaves back was settled law.
	We also had a Supreme Court in the early 20th century, just as the film industry was taking off.
	I mean, it was right after the first real narrative film, Birth of a Nation.
	Same guy that did the special effects for that recreated the American Revolution.
	Called the Spirit of 1776.
	The Spirit of 76.
	He didn't put the 17 in there.
	Spirit of 76.
	In that, of course, the British were the villains, because we were fighting the British.
	And Woodrow Wilson's administration didn't like the fact that the British were portrayed as villains.
	So they heavily censored him.
	When he resisted the censorship, they gave him a massive fine and sent him to jail.
	And he appealed to the Supreme Court and said, I have a First Amendment right.
	And the Supreme Court said, no, you don't.
	Not with a movie, you don't.
	How's that, Hollywood?
	You agree with that?
	You think that whenever the Supreme Court makes a decision that it is settled law?
	That was settled law for over 50 years, longer than we have had Roe v. Wade.
	It was eventually overturned, and they said that the First Amendment applied to movies, and it should.
	But that was subtle law, saying that the government could censor, could fine, could jail somebody for making a movie.
	You like that, Hollywood?
	You like that kind of subtle law?
	You like the kind of subtle laws, Dred Scott and so forth?
	Then the Second Amendment, Feinstein is coming out saying, Kavanaugh argued that Washington could not consider benefits to public safety when banning assault weapons like AR-15.
	So this is far outside the mainstream of any legal thought.
	Well, that's the lady who has to say, you know, Mr. and Mrs. America, Turn them all in!
	That's what she would say to all gun owners.
	That's her own words.
	She said, if I had my way, I would say, Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in.
	And so she's opposed to Kavanaugh, which is a big thing in his favor.
	Feinstein, of course, was referring to his 2011 dissent, again, on the D.C.
	Circuit Court's decision to uphold the District of Columbia's ban on assault weapons and large-capacity magazines.
	And so he supported the Second Amendment.
	So, in Dianne Feinstein's world, that disqualifies him from being on the Supreme Court.
	Now the interesting thing I find is that hours before this confirmation hearing, he had resisted turning over any documentation about his past hearings.
	Just a couple of hours before he did a document dump of 42,000 pages on the committee.
	Here, here they are.
	I just turned in my homework.
	Read it.
	You got two hours to read these 42,000 pages.
	And I'm glad he did, because we go back and look at what Ruth Darth Vader Ginsburg did.
	What a Lena conflict of interest Kagan did to get on the Supreme Court.
	Fine.
	That's the way they're going to play.
	That's the way we should play in return.

	You know, one of the things that I find interesting is not just the military-industrial complex, but of course the police-state-industrial complex.
	Talking about this in the first hour, I was talking about what happened to this country in the wake of 9-11.
	How that was used to create the United Surveillance of Americans.
	That's what the USA has become.
	We don't have a constitutional America anymore.
	The Bill of Rights has been shredded and burned.
	If you look hard enough you might be able to find it in the ashes of 9-11.
	But I don't think there's any trace of it left.
	A good example of this is the article that broke last Friday.
	The unmanned airship.
	The size of a double-decker bus that's being created in the UK.
	Dubbed Eon.
	Designed by British aviation firm Avalon Airships.
	So they're basically going to set up a surveillance police blimp.
	As a permanent eye in the sky.
	To be able to float up there permanently.
	Revolutionizing police work.
	And of course rescue operations.
	Because it's all about rescuing us, right?
	It's all about rescue and serving the public.
	Kind of like that Twilight Zone episode, we're here to serve man.
	And you find out it's a recipe book, a cookbook.
	And the guys are there on a shopping trip, picking up meat to take back home on their spacecraft.
	That's the kind of service that we're getting from the government that is constantly watching everything that we're doing.
	And of course the FBI is now looking to up their biometrics.
	For the longest time, the biometric that the police would use to identify people, of course, was a fingerprint.
	Now they've got a lot of other things.
	They've got DNA and other things like that.
	But they're very concerned, they say, because people will obliterate or alter their fingerprints.
	They'll use acid or something to try to eradicate their fingerprints.
	So they want to use artificial intelligence.
	To fill in the gaps.
	So if somebody has altered their fingerprints, then presumably the artificial intelligence will be able to go in and fill in the gaps and construct a match.
	That starts to get on some shaky ground, doesn't it?
	FBI officials requested potential vendors detail the applications and real-time learning capabilities of their artificial intelligence platform.
	And describe ways that it could automate the biometric identification process.
	Alright, so that's fine if you're going to go through a big fingerprint database and you're going to use AI to do that.
	But then I have a big problem with the next part of this.
	The FBI will select groups to prototype a system that can distinguish a normal fingerprint pattern from an irregular pattern.
	Because I said, ultimately, officials are looking for a system that can automatically teach itself variations of a given fingerprint without explicit training.
	Think about what we're doing here, folks.
	We are turning over to artificial intelligence the idea that they're going to be able to match fingerprints.
	And if they're not an exact match, it's okay, because I've got a computer printout here from this AI program that says, yeah, you are the guy that I'm looking for.
	Yeah, the fingerprints don't match, but you're the guy.
	And think about the fact, why would we need this when they have so much other biometric information?
	When they have surveillance on us everywhere, where they've got cameras everywhere, where they've got floating blimps everywhere, where they can identify us by our face, by our walk, and any of those cameras.
	Why do they then need to have some kind of artificial intelligence system that can reconstruct or maybe misconstrue a couple of fingerprint matches to identify somebody.
	You know, we've had the same type of thing done where we've had artificial intelligence looking for suspicious activity of people.
	They would call the SWAT team after a guy because they saw him loitering around a car, looking at it very carefully, then bending down by the car and disappearing.
	Then the A.I.
	calls the police on that guy.
	Turns out he had a flat tire that he was fixing.
	Nearly cost him his life.
	Are we going to do that kind of false identification?
	Just on the say-so of a computer program, we are entering very, very dangerous precedents here.
	If they're going to do that type of thing.

	I was just talking about the new extraordinary measures that the government is taking to surveil us everywhere that we go.
	A giant blimp in the sky to watch us that can stay there permanently.
	The size of a double-decker bus, as they say in the UK, because it's being developed there.
	The FBI saying, well, even if we've got a partial fingerprint or it's been obliterated, maybe intentionally, we're going to have AI that's going to be able, in real time, to piece this together and fill in the gaps and reconstruct or maybe misconstruct your fingerprint.
	So they do all these measures.
	They've got biometric identification database everywhere.
	And yet, think about the fact, think about how difficult it is.
	How difficult it is for them to catch the really big criminals.
	You know, people like Hillary Clinton, or the people who work with her.
	You know, we got the New York governor, Cuomo, in this race.
	This is a very inconvenient truth about him, the fact that he suspended an investigation into the Weinstein case.
	I've got a hard left actress, Cynthia Nixon, who is on Sex and the City.
	They had their debate last week, talked about that, but she's all about the identity politics of being a woman, and here you have the New York Governor's Office, Governor Cuomo, ordered the New York Attorney General's Office to stand down its investigation into whether or not Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr.
	mishandled the 2015 allegations of sexual misconduct against Harvey Weinstein.
	Don't want to look too hard at Harvey Weinstein, don't want to get any artificial intelligence in there to look at his fingerprints on the wine glasses or anything like that, right?
	So, not for the big guys, we're not going to do that.
	Of course, he also got a $25,000 donation from the Weinstein law firm before turning that down.
	And then you've got the FBI saying, well, we can't confirm or deny that we were warned about the Clinton server intrusion.
	This comes as we see that the Clinton private email had on it a piece of Chinese code that sent a courtesy email.
	Every time she received or sent anything, it sent a copy of it to the Chinese government.
	And, just coincidentally, they were rounding up spies left and right in China, jailing and executing them.
	Some of them executed in front of other people as a warning.
	That happened during her tenure.
	It ended as she ended her tenure.
	But, of course, there's nothing to look at here.
	The FBI won't confirm or deny it.
	They don't want to do a damage assessment of the private server.
	No, we don't want to look too closely.
	We've got all of these tools the FBI does.
	I mean, they're there, aren't they?
	Looking at fingerprints and DNA and biometric identification.
	A database of what you look like with your face, how you walk, and so forth.
	But we can't somehow look at Hillary Clinton's server.
	We won't even touch the thing.
	Because when they go there to get it, she's told by her private company, you don't want to see this server.
	This is not the server you're looking for.
	They pull the Jedi mind trick on the FBI.
	And even with all those sophisticated tools, they just walk away.
	Similar thing with email logs revealing correspondence between Clinton associate, between the Clinton associate, Fusion GPS, and Russians at the Trump Tower.
	This is attorney Edward Lieberman, his late wife Evelyn, served as Hillary Clinton's chief of staff.
	Turns out they exchanged numerous emails with the co-founder of Fusion GPS and other Russian participants, talking about how they were going to set up this Trump Tower meeting.
	It was an entrapment.
	You would think that the FBI would be interested in an entrapment like that.
	That's what the FBI typically does.
	They entrap people.
	They don't investigate so much as they instigate terror attacks and say, look at this!
	You know, it's like a fireman out there setting a fire and then putting it out with a lot of bravado and saying, look at this!
	I saved everybody from this fire, when it turns out they were the ones who set the fire in the first place.
	But of course, they don't look at the big fish, do they?
	But they're going to come after us with a microscope.
	And if they can't find a fingerprint, they'll use artificial intelligence to reconstruct it.
	They're not interested in bad people, folks.
	They're interested in interesting people.
	As Michael Hayden said, and as I have played many times.
	Alright, let's take a look at Andrew Gillum, because there was an interesting back and forth on CNN.
	Let's get video clip three ready.
	Very interesting back and forth.
	And hats off to Dana Bash at CNN.
	She wouldn't let him wiggle out as hard as he wanted to.
	He wouldn't let him wiggle out from this free stuff that he wants to give away.
	And before we do it, just real quickly, one guy, Mike Shedlock at Mishtalk, went back and found a quote from Michael Moore praising Hugo Chavez.
	For ending poverty in Venezuela.
	That hasn't aged too well, has it?
	I mean, this is because Andrew Gillum is trying in the Democrat Party, the people who are supported by George Soros, he goes out and he finds identity politics candidates like Andrew Gillum, like Ocasio-Cortez, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and like Robert O'Rourke, who goes by the name, the alias, Beto.
	The Irishman, who is a trans-Hispanic.
	He identifies as being Hispanic.
	And he identifies with George Soros and all of George Soros' policies, and he gets George Soros' money.
	So you have this Irishman who says he's Hispanic here in Texas, running against Ted Cruz.
	You have Andrew Gillum, the hardcore leftist socialist.
	All of them want free Medicare, open borders, impeach Trump, higher taxes, and so forth.
	And they are given lots of money by George Soros to destroy this country.
	And they all run on their identity politics.
	But this, going back to this Michael Moore tweet, it is classic.
	This is what Michael Moore tweeted out in March of 2013.
	Michael Moore said, Hugo Chavez declared the oil belong to the people.
	He used the oil dollars to eliminate 75% of extreme poverty, to provide free health care and free education for all.
	Oh gee, well, you know, that same kind of thing could work in Florida, couldn't it?
	I don't think so.
	I don't think so.
	Of course, now they don't have anything.
	Don't have anything.
	And the same guy who found that, took a snapshot of it, so that Michael Moore would not delete it, did a poll.
	1% of the people said that if Michael Moore goes back and looks at this, 1% said, I think he's going to feel a bit stupid.
	5% said, I think he'll be very stupid.
	94% said he's too stupid to feel stupid.
	Which takes us to CNN Dana Bash and Andrew Gillum.
	Let's run that tape.
	A study earlier this summer from George Mason University estimates that Medicare for All, that plan, would cost the government $33 trillion, with a T, dollars over the next decade, which obviously would require a significant tax increase.
	Florida has a reputation, as you know, for being a tax-averse state.
	Are you ready to tell the people of Florida that they need to pay a lot more in taxes to fund your health care plan?
	Well, let me first say, there was also a report, Dana, that showed that should we move to cover more people through a Medicare-for-all system, we could actually save the system trillions over an extended period of time.
	You could, but in the short term, in order to do that, you need to raise taxes.
	Fair?
	So what I would say is, first of all, and I want to be clear about this, the state of Florida could not take this road by itself.
	Taxes would have to be raised.
	Is that fair?
	Do you agree with that?
	He's not giving up.
	I don't buy that.
	How do you find that kind of money for the government without raising taxes?
	So first I'd say, one, Florida could not do it by itself.
	But secondly, we have the opportunity to expand Medicaid for over 700,000 of the most medically needy people here in the state of Florida.
	He's selling the nonsense of both socialism and Keynesian economics.
	Of course we can't do it by ourselves.
	We need to make it bigger.
	If we get a lot of people borrowing a lot more money, then it's not a problem.
	You know, it's just money that we owe ourselves.
	Gravity doesn't go away if you get a bigger object.
	That's the fundamental flaw between Keynesian macroeconomics and the real world.
	And she kept hitting him on that.
	You're going to have to raise taxes at least in the short term.
	He won't admit that.
	In Florida, you've got a lot of people who are retirees who go to Florida because they don't like the income tax.
	What is he going to do?
	How are they going to vote?
	That's why George Soros needs to make it about race.
	Because he knows that his socialist policies aren't going to fly there.
	But of course, If they're able to give free Medicare for all and have open borders, as Andrew Gillum also wants to do, then you can, as the economists Foward and Piven have pointed out, you can destroy a country that way very quickly.
	A massive welfare state and no limits as to the number of people that can get on it.

	So we're hoping that Larry Klayman is going to be joining us to talk about a lawsuit that he has filed against the people that Breitbart calls the masters of the universe.
	Apple, Facebook, Google.
	People have taken over the internet and are trying to take over our elections and our free speech, in addition to the free press.
	Because free speech is different from free press.
	They have shut down InfoWars presence on their sites, on their social media sites.
	But of course they've also shut down your ability to share your information, what you think is important, what you agree with, what you disagree with.
	That's your free speech.
	So they're coming out for free speech after the free press, after a free internet.
	They're doing this in an anti-competitive, trust-like collusion.
	And so we're going to talk to Larry Klayman about the lawsuit that he has filed against them.
	How that is going and what the basis of that is.
	We need to understand that If they can make you disappear on the Internet, they can also make you disappear in real life.
	This is what they're doing in China already.
	We have already seen dissidents in China disappear off of the streets, and then Google removes them off of the Internet.
	Flushes all records of them down the memory hole for President Xi.

	Used to be the previous president would be, who said that?
	Yeah, she said that.

	And so now we have seen a situation, talking about people disappearing, Not just in China, police in Norway are investigating the, quote, strange disappearance, unquote, of an associate of Julian Assange, an associate of Wikileaks.
	This is a guy who is an avid hiker, and Wikileaks is tweeting out an update on the strange disappearance of Arjun Kamphuis, I think is the way you pronounce his name.
	He left his hotel.
	He had a ticket flying out on August the 22nd.
	The train between the two takes was approximately 10 hours, suggesting that he disappeared within hours of leaving that area or on the train.
	So they're trying to locate this guy who has been active working with WikiLeaks.
	The police say that they have no clue as to what may have happened to him.
	Wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that he worked for WikiLeaks, would it?
	Of course not.
	Of course not.
	They would, Deep State would never disappear an individual who worked for Julian Assange, would they?
	And of course, CNN and people like Chuck Todd at NBC, they would never resort to blacklisting, would they?
	Oh yeah, they would, and they've done it again.
	After campaigning for a very long time, colluding with Google and Apple and Facebook and others to take down InfoWars, remember the hearings?
	We had Democrats demanding, why is this InfoWars story trending?
	Well, we're working on ways to shut that down.
	Well, you know, the simple fact of the matter was that it was trending in spite of the efforts of social media to shadow ban that.
	In spite of that.
	And so they went to something that was more overt.
	Let's just take them off completely.
	That's what you should all be afraid of.
	And so now, as we said before, first they come for Infowars, then they're going to come for somebody else, and now CNN has a campaign that they're pushing to do the same thing to Breitbart.
	To censor Breitbart.
	To blacklist Breitbart.
	And of course this is Interview that they did with Sleeping Giants, this guy who is an ad executive.
	I've talked about him before.
	He wanted to do this all anonymously.
	He didn't want to put his name on it because he's working in the ad industry.
	He knew exactly who he could go to.
	He's using his position in the industry to organize boycotts of different organizations.
	He's been doing that to Breitbart and to other people.
	This has been done in the background.
	Now they are doing it openly and in your face.
	Absolutely amazing.
	and so as this is now being orchestrated as they're stepping this up because if you don't stop this kind of of monopolistic behavior by CNN.
	This kind of collusion between the media and the Democrat Party and these big Silicon Valley companies.
	And we need to understand, too, folks, that where this is coming from is the deep state.
	It's the deep state that created these Silicon Valley giant companies.
	They were the ones who funded it.
	The CIA even openly created a venture capital firm to do this.
	And what you should really be concerned about One of the things that I'm going to be talking about in the conference coming up on September 14th, Gen 6, that's G-E-N-S-I-X, as in Genesis 6 dot com.
	One of the things I'm going to be talking about there is how Google that now has the power to erase people off of cyberspace, wants to control urban space.
	They're already working on there.
	It's not just in China where they're working with the Chinese communists to do this.
	They're already doing this in Toronto.
	They have a project there called Sidewalk Labs.
	Get ready for the sidewalk, folks, because they're going to take away your cars.
	They're going to take away your ability to even get out of the cities that they're going to control.
	And they're going to track you everywhere you go.
	Everywhere you go there's going to be cameras, there's going to be 5G.
	Every 50 feet they're going to have a 5G antenna at a very high frequency.

	A health problem, you say?
	Well, don't worry about that.
	Bill Clinton already took care of that back with the Telecommunications Act in 1996.
	He said, you're not going to do anything about any cell phone towers.
	If you talk about, even talk about, health issues with 5G or cell phone towers or any of this stuff, they will come after the city and they will fine them.
	The federal government took that ability away, just like they took away the ability of people to sue the companies over harmful effects of vaccines.
	They took away the ability of jurisdictions to say, we don't want to have these high-intensity antennas, even though there's been much research done in many, many different countries showing cancer clusters where they had these antennas that were in close proximity to people.
	So now they're going to put 5G antennas at a very high frequency throughout the cities to monitor everything that you're doing to take over those cities.

	district court for the district of columbia watching a lawsuit against five of the world's largest tech companies larry klayman doesn't have a problem taking on the big guys but there's the department of justice doing the wrong thing at the bundy trials whether it's these wannabe lords of the internet, shutting down your free speech, shutting down freedom of the press, colluding with Democrats and with media organizations to try to rig the election.
	I mean, there's so much involved here.
	And kudos to Larry Klayman for going against that.

	And thank you for filing a lawsuit.
	I'm glad to see that somebody is taking action.
	Of course, we've had President Trump Say last Thursday that this is a very antitrust situation.
	I would agree with him.
	There's a lot of collusion going on here.
	Tell us a little bit about the lawsuit and what you're trying to do and the angle that you're coming at this because there's just so many different facets to it.
	Curious as to which ones you're focusing on or are you taking all of them on?
	We're taking them all on, but here's what the issue is, and President Trump had it right.
	Perhaps he saw our lawsuit when we announced its filing.
	As you know, David, I'm a former antitrust lawyer, when I was younger, of the U.S.
	Department of Justice.
	I helped break up AT&T, that monopoly, during the Reagan administration.
	And the theory of this case, and it's an actual fact, is that these various social media companies, whether it's Google, YouTube, Twitter, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, are all colluding. There's an agreement and restraint of trade either explicitly or what we call conscious parallelism. They're all acting together based upon their leftist beliefs.
	The CEOs of these companies are very far left and as a result you see what happened to Infowars excluded from YouTube.
	That's a violation of the First Amendment, but it's also an antitrust violation.
	As far as Freedom Launch is concerned, we have had problems with YouTube as well, is that our viewers, our subscribers, go up to around 50,000, then they drop 500, they go up again, they drop.
	Is that YouTube has put a limitation on our growth to be able to communicate with the American people, and that's important.
	Because, you know, it was the printing press during the revolution that mobilized the colonies.
	We're trying to get our conservative beliefs across to the country, and we're trying to fight this vicious leftist onslaught, and we need that capability.
	Now, these leftist media heads obviously are going to expect favors when they get their leftist politicians put in office, whether it's on the national level or in the state, and they're rich enough.
	And they don't need that kind of antitrust collusion to succeed.
	So consequently, this case is very important for the American people.
	We deserve to hear everybody's views, Alex's views, your views, my views, everybody's views, because we believe in the vision of our founding fathers.
	You know, Larry, as you're pointing out, these CEOs, but it's not just the CEOs, it's corporate-wide.
	Breitbart had an article last week, 61% of big tech employees agreed with the blacklisting of Alex Jones.
	The highest percentage was at Apple, where they had 72% of the employees said, we don't want Alex Jones to have a presence anywhere.
	And that's the approach of the left.
	As I said many times, we had My wife showed up at an abortion protest at the Planned Parenthood clinic here in Austin.
	They had signs talking about black genocide, and these Black Lives Matter people that showed up, actually none of them were Black Lives Matter, they were Marxists, they said they were Black Lives, but they were Antifa and so forth.
	They showed up with just black signs to cover up these other signs.
	They didn't have anything to say, they just wanted to shut down our speech.
	They didn't have counter speech to put out there.
	And that's what we're seeing here with these big tech companies.
	The same thing you're talking about we saw with this program.
	At the very beginning, as it was starting to take off, our views were going up and then all of a sudden they dropped drastically and stayed down.
	And then about four months before they completely de-platformed this program, I got this curious email from them just out of the blue.
	We weren't monetizing anything.
	They said, hey, we've just shut down your... we said this ad is not valid.
	And at that point, I saw engagement and new people subscribing to the channel drop by 90%.
	So we know that they're manipulating this inside these big tech companies that don't like conservative speech.
	Absolutely.
	And that's why we need to have conservatives join us and others, patriots.
	This is a class action.
	So when this case is certified, and I might add, it's been assigned randomly to a Trump appointed judge, which is very good.
	Thank God, not a Democrat or one of these leftists.
	And I hope that we get a fair hearing.
	That's what we're asking for.
	But we need everybody to join this because it's not just Alex.
	It's not just InfoWars.
	It's not just movement, libertarian movement, people of faith, people that are anti-illegal immigrant, anti-radical feminist, anti-radical Islam, anti-atheist.
	It's a whole situation that is trying to squeeze us out of the public discourse to communicate.
	And contrary to what a lot of commentators have said, it's incorrect.
	Is that because they're private companies, they can't do what they want because they have been colluding.
	They've been agreeing to restrain trade.
	That's a violation of Sherman 1 of the antitrust laws.
	There's another hypocrisy that's at the core of this as well.
	When we talk about, oh, they're just private companies.
	I think it's interesting that President Trump's personal account, real Donald Trump that he had before he became president, there is an official presidential Twitter account.
	But you had a judge say, you can't block people on that account because it's a public forum.
	But at the same time, we've got Jack Dorsey, who's the CEO of Twitter.
	He can decide to completely block everybody off of Twitter.
	How is that possible?
	How can he block people off?
	And it's not a public forum when it's Jack Dorsey banning somebody off of Twitter.
	But if President Trump takes you off of just his account, then that's a violation of the public forum.
	I mean, how can that be?
	It can't be.
	And in fact, in this respect, the European Union, and I worked for the competition directorate as a young man of the Commission of the European Communities, now it's the European Union, you know, sometimes they go after American companies.
	It's easier than going after European companies politically, but they're right on one fundamental premise.
	And Google has been fined, along with others, over $1 billion for abuse of their dominant position.
	European antitrust law, which is fashioned after our own, you know, it came in during the days of Teddy Roosevelt, Well, it's actually more advanced than our own, but we can reach this under Section 1 of the Sherman Act, and we can also reach it under a law in the District of Columbia, which prevents political discrimination in the public forum.
	That's one of the reasons I filed it in the District of Columbia Federal Court.
	We're going to get to this, and we need support, so I hope people will go to our website at freedomwatchusa.org.
	We're like David against Goliath.
	These people are huge.
	These companies are huge.
	They control this country, the mindset of this country, coupled with the violence of Antifa and Black Lives Matter and other vigilante groups on the left.
	And we can see what's happening today during the Kavanaugh hearings.
	You've got these, and I'll use the President's phrase, animals in the gallery that are trying to disrupt everything.
	We have a fight to win, and we need to be able to communicate Yeah, I think it's very important that people understand, when we look at the First Amendment, there's a lot of different aspects of the First Amendment.
	There's freedom of religion, that is also under attack here.
	It's not just freedom of the press, it's not just them shutting down Infowars, or trying now to organize a blacklist, and shutting down Breitbart by one means or the other.
	It is also shutting down the people's freedom of speech.
	And as I said before, they want to control not only what the people see, but also what the people hear, and also their ability to speak.
	That is, to share what they see that they agree with, or that they disagree with.
	I mean, that is the free speech aspect of this that is separate and apart from their anti-competitive issues in terms of coming after other competitors that happen to be beating them in the marketplace of ideas.
	And so, when we come back, we're going to talk to Larry Klayman as to what this might look like.
	Ideally, as somebody who's had experience with antitrust regulations, we'd like to know what he sees in terms of, what does it look like?

	What would that look like?

	I'm David Knight and we're talking to Larry Klayman.
	He's begun a class action lawsuit coming after the five largest tech companies.
	Five of the largest companies the world has ever known.
	Larry Klayman is not afraid of tackling them.
	And we all know, as we look at this situation, that there's something inherently wrong with this.
	Many people will say, and this is what conflicts conservatives, Larry.
	Conservatives don't like regulation.
	And conservatives like private property.
	Liberals, on the other hand, they'll shut down a small baker if he doesn't kowtow to whatever it is that they want to do.
	Clearly these people could go to another baker or they could go to another photographer.
	There isn't another Google or another Facebook that's out there.
	They have a different status here.
	They really do have something of a public monopoly here.
	And so I guess the question is, what do we do with this?
	Because a lot of conservatives are reluctant and libertarians are reluctant to pull that trigger and say, we've got to regulate this, we're going to do something about this, we're going to step on their toes because they're private companies.
	But censorship by a private company is still censorship.
	And if they merge with the government, it is fascism.
	You're right.
	Before we get to regulation, David, we need to deal with this antitrust case.
	And that's why we need everybody for it.

	They did it with AT&T.
	Judge Green at the time, may his soul rest in peace, regulated what was going on.

	So what would this look like when you say breaking them up?
	What would this look like with Google, for example, in terms of breaking them up?
	How would that make them, since the majority of them hate conservatives of every stripe and they want to purge us off of the search engines, I just showed on Friday how you could type in the word idiot On Google, the search engine that is not a search engine, and if you look at the pictures, all you get are pictures of President Trump.
	If you go to DuckDuckGo and you type in the word idiot, you see all these other various pictures, and there's only one picture of President Trump.
	So there's clearly, there is something that is being rigged on these search results.
	So how does breaking them up and making them smaller change that?
	When I talk about breaking them up, what I'm talking about is an injunction not to get them to do these things in the future, and socking them so hard financially.
	And that would be a lot, that they feel the pain and don't do it again.
	In addition, Google should be broken up into smaller parts to have some competition here.
	I mean, it's so huge.
	Apple, the same thing.
	Facebook, look at Zuckerberg, an ultra leftist, a friend of George Soros, Obama, everyone.
	You know, without Alex Jones, the president would not be the president.
	I mean, he played a fundamental role in having him elected.
	Listen more carefully to what we're doing here at Freedom Watch.
	We've been a great supporter of his, you have too, but regulation is not the answer.
	What is the answer is hard-hitting lawsuits, and I would like to see his Justice Department, after he fires Sessions, and get somebody in there that actually adheres to the law to join our lawsuit along with us.
	Why is it that the antitrust division of I Am A Modern, of which I was once proud, which broke up AT&T, sits there playing patty cakes, twiddling his thumbs, as this is happening to destroy the ability to communicate, the ability to mobilize the masses in favor of the president.
	If Jeff Sessions wasn't doing the wrong thing, he'd be doing nothing at all.
	He has done the wrong thing, like at the Bundy situation.
	He'd actually get the president impeached.
	He is.
	And the fact that he allowed lawsuits to go forward against Republican congressmen, he didn't need to do it now.
	I mean, if they violated the law, do it at an appropriate time.
	He's trying to limit the numbers in the House of Representatives to get the president impeached.
	He thinks the Democrats will keep him in power.
	I mean, that's how deluded this guy is.
	Let me ask you, when you're talking about anti-trust regulation, again, as you pointed out, you're part of the legal team that broke up the Bell, you know, the phone company monopolies and so forth.
	Now we're talking about maybe something like a public utility, because, you know, these Internet companies that said, oh, we've got to have net neutrality, so we've got to regulate these Internet service providers as public utilities or something like that, and yet they're the ones who want to basically not have net neutrality, who want to regulate content.
	I've never had a Ever heard of a situation where an internet service provider cut off somebody's service because of their political beliefs, or even throttled their internet service because of their political beliefs, which is what these Silicon Valley companies like Google, Facebook, and Apple are doing.
	You're right, and that's the theory of being able to reach them.
	It's an old case, utter tail power, that gave rise to the AT&T case.
	When you're in public capacity, in effect, serving the public, You lose any antitrust exemption or antitrust immunity.
	And that's why these people and these companies will be held accountable.
	I'm convinced that the CEOs of these companies actually communicate with each other.
	They know what they're doing.
	This is the San Francisco Silicon Valley crowd.
	Highly partisan.
	The courts there are corrupted.
	You can't believe what goes on.
	Actually, you can because we've seen the Supreme Court's reversed everything coming out of there of late with regard to President Trump and his executive orders.
	And this is what we're up against.
	You know, it was the printing press, David, that mobilized the colonies to go against the crown, to sign a Declaration of Independence, to wage a successful revolution.
	And this is as if King George, and he tried this, tried to take away the printing press from our founding fathers.
	Well, we're not going to let that happen.
	Peacefully and legally, we're going to do everything we can to oppose this leftist onslaught.
	And it's vicious.
	It is evil.
	They want to destroy this country and the vision of our founding fathers.
	They want to bring back their leftist, far-left, socialist ideology.
	I could go on and on.
	And it is a war between left and right.
	It's a war that we must win, as Winston Churchill said during World War II, total victory or else.
	I'm paraphrasing.
	Yeah, you know, when we look at this, it's not like the kinds of things that we saw AT&T do, which was simply trying to set up an economic hegemony.
	These people are trying to set up a political hegemony.
	They're trying to manipulate the election.
	As I said before, you can think of numerous examples of any kind of public utility, whether it is, you know, the electric company cutting off your power because they're reading your emails and they don't like what you're sending out with emails or what you're doing on social media.
	Same thing with your ISP.
	They say, you know, we're going to shut you off because we don't like the activity that you're doing.
	Or even take toll roads, for example.
	They have a private company that's running a toll road and they say, well, I don't like the bumper sticker on your car.
	It's a Ron Paul bumper sticker.
	Maybe go the other way.
	Maybe it's a Bernie Sanders sticker.
	You're not going to be allowed on my toll road.
	It's part of a giant conspiracy.
	the toll roads, let's say, in a particular area. I can think of numerous examples like this. That is really what's happening here with Google, Facebook, Apple, and yet it is not about money. It's simply about political power that they're trying to manipulate here.
	That's why it makes it even more important that we've got to do something about this.
	If part of a giant conspiracy, conspiracies happen, you know.
	Two people or entities acting in concert, taking an over an act.
	It's coupled with what's going on in the deep state, the intelligence agencies, this mass surveillance on the American people, which continues today.
	That's one of the reasons I'm not a fan of Judge Kavanaugh, because he actually thinks that's fine.
	And I don't think the Fourth Amendment is unimportant.
	It is important.
	Oh, yeah.
	And lastly, you've got these groups out there like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, Others that are resorting to violence, they're in the streets.
	Frankly, they're out to kill us.
	You know, I can't think of one time during the Obama administration that anybody on the right tried to harm President Obama.
	Even the militias, they did not.
	So you're dealing here with, as the President said, animals.
	Okay, they're animals.
	That's what they are.
	And they need to be taken out legally, peacefully, and properly.
	So that's why we need to rise up.

	I look at that as a direct correlation to what they had on social media.

	The ability of people to pass along articles and comment on them politically.
	I agree with this or I disagree with that.
	That is the free speech of the people.
	And that is a separate thing from the freedom of the press.
	Both of those are very, very important.
	But people need to support this lawsuit because it is their freedom That is being shut down, not just their ability to see what we have to say or to hear what we have to say, but for their ability to pass it along and to add their comments, which they've been able to do in a way with social media in this last election that they haven't really been able to do since the American Revolution with the Committees of Correspondence.
	That's right, and we need to move ahead right now, you know, as if we were waging a second American Revolution, and we need to enlist Our patriots, the people that support us, to join with us.

	It's going to go one way or the other.
	And it is a very important time.
