	Yeah, it's worth a trillion.

	So we're going to talk about that.
	We're going to talk about some facts as if it mattered to the Socialists.
	As if it mattered to the Democrats.
	Two discredited movements, two discredited organizations.
	Put them together, it doesn't make it any better.
	Two wrongs don't make a right.
	You can put Democratic Socialism together and it just gets even worse.
	But that is the face that we have now, and we're going to be talking about freeing the press.
	Not just freedom of the press, but freeing the press.
	What do we need to do about that?
	What does it look like?
	You know, they have the... Wong had the program on mainstream media, Face the Press.
	Well, now it is Facebook the Press.
	Because Facebook has become synonymous with censorship.
	Shame on them.
	Shame on the New York Times.
	So, butthurt about President Trump calling them fake news.
	Well, they are fake news.
	I'll give you some example.
	New York Times headlines from today's news as we come back.
	They're talking about, what do you do in states that are too white?
	Places like New Hampshire and so forth.
	We've got to get more people in here.
	This is a real problem.
	It's too white.
	Yeah, it's their fake privilege.
	Their fake news.
	But as I said yesterday, Even as the New York Times lawyer talks about what is going on with Julian Assange, New York Times is absolutely silent about it.
	Their lawyer says this case that is being prosecuted against Julian Assange in WikiLeaks has tremendous consequences for freedom of the press.
	But they're silent.
	They don't say even what their lawyer says.
	They won't even report what their lawyer says.
	Believe me, the New York Times knows what their lawyer says.
	They know what the situation is with WikiLeaks.
	They know what the situation is with freedom of the press, with social censorship of you.
	Not only controlling what you see, what you hear, but what you share.
	They understand what that is about.
	And when they are silent on Julian Assange, as these people have blown their whistle my entire life for what they did with the Pentagon Papers, I'm glad they did.
	At that point in time, they were right.
	They were right to expose the lies of the government.
	But now, if you expose the lies of the government, if you dissent from the establishment narrative, you're called a conspiracy theorist, you're called now fake news by them, even though we were the ones who called them fake news to start with.
	They've now adopted that and weaponized that as a tool of censorship.
	We had it there as definition.
	They now use it as defamation.
	And we're pointing out their content.
	They want to use that label to silence entire news organizations, not to correct a story.
	And I'll remind you that in the landmark case of Freedom of the Speech, John Peter Zinger, the judge in that case said truth is no defense.
	Well, the jury found otherwise.
	And you, the American public, are the jury.
	You will ultimately be the jury.
	You are not going to have freedom of speech handed to you on a platter.
	The government has always opposed freedom of speech.
	In the UK, in the American colonies, and in today's American government, they have always opposed free speech.
	They will continue to oppose free speech.
	The New York Times, Washington Post, the establishment media are their handmaids.
	That's the real handmaid's tale.
	And they want to turn you into their servants.

	We're going to talk about this report that has come out that actually looks at some numbers.
	It's been pushed back against by Bernie Sanders and some of the left-wing press that want Medicare for all.
	That's right.
	Free for all.
	Free everything.
	There's no such thing as a free lunch.
	We're going to explain that to you.
	They're even coming back and say, yeah, OK, well, it's going to cost $33 trillion.
	$33 trillion.
	But hey, that's a savings over what we're projecting.
	If we have a private system, no.
	And you can't put any price on the ability to choose.
	Your ability to have informed consent.
	Your ability, as we've seen time and again, how many cases have we talked about?
	It typically only comes to the forefront when it's a baby that is being murdered by the UK's national health system because they don't have the treatment for them, because they don't make the investments.
	They won't let them go somewhere to get treatment even if they do crowdsourcing funding.
	They won't allow them to go.
	You want that?
	Single-payer system?
	You know, we can argue about economics and we can win that argument.
	That's why they want to shut us down.
	But it comes down to something that is far more important than that.
	Your freedom.
	Your informed consent.

	I see them ignoring the situation with Julian Assange and WikiLeaks in spite of the fact that their own attorney says this is going to have horrific ramifications for freedom of speech.
	They know what their attorney says.
	And yet they continue to censor any discussion of what is going on with Julian Assange, with Infowars, with Breitbart, with WorldNetDaily, with you name it, Daily Caller.
	It's going to happen to everybody.
	Fox News is next on the list.
	They've got a list.
	House Freedom Caucus.
	Roseanne, you know, Hollywood, anybody.

	They're not going to let you talk about what you want to talk about.
	You make a comment, they don't like it, they'll shut it down.
	See, they don't want to have a debate.
	As I said, the New York Post says, like it or not, America is now seriously debating socialism.
	We'd like to be able to debate socialism because we can win that.
	Facts are on our side.
	They don't care about facts.
	Facts are no defense.
	Facts are dangerous to them.
	So they have to censor things.
	But when we look at this, this is a perfect example.
	We're going to talk about health care, then what do we do when there is no liability?
	That's one of the key things that makes health care expensive in the United States, is liability.
	Well, we're not going to be able to provide vaccines if you don't give us immunity from lawsuits.
	Yeah, that's the only thing with vaccines that you can rely on, and that is lawsuit immunity.
	Because they shut down your ability to sue the companies.
	They created a special vaccine court.
	That's what we call it.
	That's not the exact title of it.
	They have a special master that you go to, and you bow down to this master, and you present your case, and maybe they will give you some compensation.
	By Health and Human Services' own statistics, they have damaged... I think the number of people that have been damaged is something like 5,000.
	I think that was the number of damaged and not killed.
	Uh, but maybe that was a number killed.
	And they say that's only 1% of the people.
	So we're looking at a horrific amount of people there.
	And, um, you know, it is just, it goes into the millions.
	It is a Holocaust, but you know, don't worry about that.
	We're going to have a single payer system.
	And we're going to pretend that it is a better system.
	And we're going to pretend that if you say anything about vaccines, you're going to be called conspiracy theorists.
	You're going to be shut down.
	You're going to be denied your ability to get information about your health care.
	They don't want your consent.
	That's the whole point.
	That's the big problem.
	That is the elephant in the room.
	We can talk about the dollars and cents of this socialist scheme of Bernie Sanders.
	He whined and complained when President Trump passed the tax cut.
	He actually said, you're looting the Treasury!
	It's not your money, Bernie.
	It's our money.
	We work for it, not you, with your million-dollar socialist and your dirty deals with you and your wife and your university.
	It is our money.
	It is the people's money.
	The Democrats want to fight you for every crumb that you get.
	And they want to take it back.
	And this is one way to take it back.
	A massive program to tax and to control you.
	To make you go begging to them for your health care.
	They love to have that kind of leverage over you.
	They want to control your health care.
	They want to control your transportation.
	They want to control your communication.
	They don't want you to have a gun.
	Everything must be dependent upon them.
	These people are quite dangerous.
	Just remember that the Nazis were national socialists.
	It devolves into authoritarianism.
	If you look at the Nolan chart again, we talk about that.
	The left-right paradigm is nothing but a one-dimensional picture here.
	Okay?
	You want a two-dimensional picture?
	And you want to set up a square chart?
	Where you look at, there it is right there, you look at economic freedom, you look at personal freedom, just rotate it 45 degrees so you can get your left-right paradigm.
	But down at the bottom where you get neither economic freedom or personal choice, that's where you find national health care.
	That's the authoritarian bottom.
	And when you get down there, you know, they want to tell us, oh, Stalin and the communists, they were extreme left.
	And Nazis and Hitler, they were extreme right.
	No, they were both authoritarian.
	They had more in common.
	They just used a different lie to get into power.
	And you're going to find life under the socialist the same as life under the fascist.
	These anti-fascists, these socialists that are out there beating people up in the streets, they act like Nazis because they are Nazis.
	They are anti-First Amendment is what they are anti.
	And so, let's talk a little bit about this health care, and we'll continue on in the next segment.
	Study comes out.
	Medicare for All projected to cost $32.6 trillion with a T. This is ABC News reporting this.
	Interestingly enough.
	Bernie Sanders' Medicare for All plan would increase government health care spending by $32.6 trillion over 10 years, according to a study by a university-based libertarian policy center.
	It would deliver significant savings on administration and drug costs.
	Let me tell you something.
	I have heard this argument from the time that Hillary Clinton decided that it was her privilege as First Lady to dictate to us what we're going to do with health care.
	To nationalize a major segment of the economy.
	That was what she was going to do as First Lady.
	Unelected First Lady.
	And I heard the rhetoric over and over again.
	That we have high health care costs because we have competition.
	This is how economically illiterate the left think you are.
	They think you don't understand that competition lowers prices.
	Competition lowers profits for the George Soros.
	It lowers profits for the Warren Buffetts.
	It lowers control for the government.
	But it lowers prices to you.
	It just lowers their profits.
	That's the whole thing.
	You know when they talked about bending the curve down?
	Obama was holding that chart upside down, wasn't he?

	This is actually kind of a bargain.

	And let's start with Social Security, because that is a crowning achievement of the Socialists here in America.

	Social Security is a Ponzi scheme.

	The first place it was done was in Germany.
	Bismarck was the premier or whatever they called their leader at the time.
	He put it through.
	They picked the age of 65 because that was life expectancy.
	They didn't expect anybody to take it.
	They take your money, and they turn around, they hand it to somebody else.
	Pay it out immediately.
	They don't put it in an account for you.
	That is the essence of a Ponzi scheme.
	That's exactly what Bernie Madoff did.
	Bernie Madoff didn't run the biggest Ponzi scheme.
	Social Security is the biggest Ponzi scheme.
	And it is a Ponzi scheme that is running in every country of the world.
	Just look at Russia.
	Tens of thousands of people show up to demonstrate.
	One of the persons said, I think a person cannot work properly at the age of 65.
	He's an old person already.
	Besides, everybody knows the statistics of how long a person lives.
	Yeah, Bismarck knew that.
	That's why he picked 65.
	He goes on to say, The main question is, why do I make payments to the pension fund if I probably won't live to get it?
	Bingo!
	You figured it out!
	They finally figured out socialism in Russia, right here.
	Right here.
	They figured it out before.
	They've seen the Soviet Union collapse.
	You know, the Soviet Union is not Russia, right?
	Maybe.
	That's a newsflash to a lot of liberals.

	But he said, everybody knows the statistics of how long people live.
	Why am I paying into this if I'm not going to live to collect it?
	That's the whole point.
	So what they did was they raised the ages for men and women.
	They raised it from, I think it was 55 for women.
	Here we go.
	55 for women was what it was.
	They raised it to 63.
	For men it was 60.
	Now they're going to raise it to 65.
	This is the way That socialism works, folks.
	Socialism is fake news.
	Social security is a Ponzi scheme, but socialism is a Ponzi scheme.
	Remember that famous quote from Margaret Thatcher?
	The problem with socialism is you eventually run out of other people's money.
	That was a problem that Bernie Madoff ran into.
	And now we got another Bernie, Bernie Sanders, selling us another Ponzi scheme.
	Just as phony as Bernie Madoff.
	But Bernie Sanders' Ponzi scheme It's gonna cost 33 trillion dollars!
	And they know it!
	And they're up front about it!
	And they got people saying, yeah, let's do it anyway!
	This is not a program of Medicare for all, this is a program of poverty for all.
	Poverty for all.
	I've mentioned before, the idiot from Raleigh, North Carolina, the town council meeting I went to, she went To Soviet Russia.
	And she was so excited about being able to ride on the subway for a nickel.
	I could go anywhere in Moscow for a nickel.
	We need that kind of system here in Raleigh, North Carolina.
	Little Raleigh, North Carolina.
	Because that was like 30 years ago and it was much smaller than it is now.
	And I said, you have no idea.
	what that subway ride cost you.
	It doesn't cost you a nickel.
	It costs the Russian people all of their freedom and their independence.
	They don't have private transportation, the option to do that.
	They can't own private cars.
	They have been impoverished by a government that has taken everything that they have and then promised them that they'll hand it back to them and never do.
	And so we look at this and we hear they talk about, again, the early nineties right after Bill Clinton was elected in 92.
	Hillary Clinton decided she was going to take over health care.
	Single-payer system.
	And she's telling everybody, we got to do this to control cost.
	Competition is raising the cost.
	...is raising the cost to the people who are making profits.
	See, when Hillary Clinton tells you that competition is raising the cost, that tells you that she is a shill for the big corporations, for the insurance companies, for the AMA, for the hospitals.
	That's who Hillary Clinton was shilling for.
	Those are the people who are hurt by the price of competition.
	Competition lowers the price for consumers.
	It lowers the profits for the people that Hillary Clinton represents.
	When Barack Obama said his affordable health care was going to bend the cost curve down, remember that?
	Going to bend?
	Well, we've seen it go up exponentially.
	He was just holding the graph upside down.
	Maybe he got the wrong study.
	Or he's just holding it upside down.
	Anyway, this is what the study says.
	They say that they do believe That it would reduce drug costs.
	You don't need, by the way, you don't need socialism to reduce drug costs.
	You just take away the liability of these people, as we did with vaccines.
	You take away the responsibility of these people to do any tests on the medicines that they create, as we have done with vaccines.
	You know, Del Bigtree and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	just got finished suing Health and Human Services.
	Because they covered up for over 32 years the fact that they had done nothing, nothing to monitor the safety and efficacy of vaccines.
	They were supposed to at least monitor it.
	They also had the responsibility to come up with proposals to make vaccines safer because they were going to take away your liability.
	Health and Human Services didn't do anything.
	They had absolutely no documents.
	First, they stonewalled them.
	So they had to sue them in court.
	When they won in court, and the court said, produce the documents, they said, well we don't have any documents because we haven't done anything in 32 years.
	You want those people running your health care?
	That's the bottom line.
	I know that the Democrats don't want to or can't understand numbers.
	Numbers.
	Economics.
	They can't understand supply and demand.
	They can't understand competition.
	Or claim that they can.
	But maybe they can understand, if we could get them to look at vaccines, maybe they could understand why you don't want the government running health care.
	So Bernie Sanders says, if every major country on earth can guarantee health care to all and achieve better health outcomes while spending substantially less per capita, it's absurd that we can't do the same thing.
	Well, why are the people beating down the doors to come here to get treatment, to survive?
	Why are they doing crowdfunding to come here?
	You know, there's one way that you're going to be rationing resources one way or the other.
	And they're going to be rationing it according to their priorities.
	Just talk to the families of the babies that were denied treatment, that were denied to even get out of the UK, that were murdered by the UK's national health system.
	I saw people saying, some guy tweeted out, he said, shame on Trump for coming to the UK and trashing Churchill and our beloved NHS.
	Churchill trashed your NHS!
	He said no.
	They threw him out.
	They put it in anyway.
	And now they've got a Nazi healthcare system that denies healthcare to babies.

	You know, it's often been said that communists have nothing and they want to share that with you.
	Except that Bernie Sanders has a million dollars.
	He doesn't want to share that with you.
	He's upset that Trump is going to allow you to keep more of your own money.
	He looted the Treasury, according to Bernie Sanders, and so they want that money back, and they've got a scheme.
	It's called Medicare for All.
	Being pushed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others.
	Let's talk a little bit about what's in this plan.
	This analysis is part of this report that's being reported by a lot of people, commented on by organizations both left and right.
	While we still have the ability to debate, they're in the process of shutting that down.
	But you can hear this debate right now.
	So they say, they estimate the 10-year cost of Medicare for all from 2022 to 2031 would be $32.6 trillion.
	Now, they come back and they say, well, there were errors in the pro, or the conflict of interest or whatever because the Koch brothers gave some money to this organization.
	That's their excuse.
	That's the way they push back against this.
	But ABC, that originally reported this, points out that the findings are similar to those of several independent studies of Sanders' plan.
	Those several independent studies found increases in federal spending over 10 years that ranged anywhere from $24.7 trillion to $34.7 trillion.
	So these other independent studies found that it's going to cost between $25 and $35 trillion.
	This particular one came in at about $33.
	And we should be having this discussion.
	And I'll give you some of the pushback from Reason Magazine here.
	But one of the things that they say was that it would have a little bit of savings from lower prescription costs.
	That over a 10-year period they would save $846 billion.
	Okay, so now we're going to increase Government spending, and again, we're going to talk about how that's going to be paid.
	Going to increase government spending by $33 trillion.
	We're going to cut costs by $0.8 trillion.
	You see a problem with that?
	Something, folks, is wrong with our prescription costs.
	When the Canadians, you know, you can have a Canadian pharmacy or whatever, buy an American-made drug, made in America.
	They can import it into Canada.
	You can go into Canada, buy it in Canada, and bring it back and save money.
	Something is wrong with the system.
	You need to fix what is wrong with that system.
	Socialism isn't going to cure that.
	This is an exploitation.
	It is a broken system.
	If you trace it back, you're probably going to find the contributors to Hillary Clinton.
	As I said before, if she's telling you that competition is what is killing us, she's speaking for the producers, not for the consumers of health care.
	And so when we see something like this that is happening where you can, you know, get American-made drugs and you can buy them in another country cheaper than you can buy them in America, you know something is going on like these scams that people like Timothy Geithner have been running with their payroll loan shark programs or the credit card loan shark programs that charge people useless interest rates.
	That's how you know that something is going on.
	And it's typically Democrats who've got their finger in that pie.
	So yeah, fix that problem.
	That is a problem.
	But that doesn't mean you just chuck the whole system and turn it over to the government.
	That is going to be a much bigger problem.
	As Reason points out, this is a conservative estimate.
	Because the estimate assumes that a single-payer plan would deliver savings and drug prices and administrative costs.
	But that's not going to happen.
	And look at the way they're going to pay for this.
	This is a guy who headed up the study.
	He was somebody who was a policy advisor to George W. Bush.
	He also served as a Medicare trustee during the Obama administration.
	And this is what he had to say.
	Doubling all federal, individual, and corporate income taxes going forward would be insufficient to fully finance the plan.
	You understand?
	To sum it up, it's what Gerald Ford used to say.
	He said, before government can give you everything that you want, it's got to take everything you've got.
	So you want this Medicare free for all?
	They're going to, at the beginning, double all federal individual and corporate income taxes.
	They want that money back in their treasury.
	This is their scheme to get it.
	And even under the assumption that provider payment rates would be reduced by over 40 percent.
	Why would that happen?
	That is a big assumption.
	I don't think that's going to happen.
	Have you seen that happen when the government comes in and subsidizes college tuitions?
	When the government subsidizes college tuitions or anything else like that, the price goes up, doesn't it?
	The price goes up.
	It doesn't go down.
	We didn't get cheaper college tuition because they subsidize it.
	It went up to where it is astronomical and it doesn't make any sense anymore.
	And the same thing is going to happen with health care.
	Yeah, you can paper it over.
	The countries that do this, you notice, are not paying even 2% for their defense.
	I think we pay way too much for the warfare state.
	But I think that these other countries and Europe are getting a free ride at our expense.
	And if they had to pay for their defense and for other things, they would be in great difficulty.
	Anyway, he goes on to say the same individual who used to work as a Medicare trustee during the Obama administration said such an increase in the scope of federal government operations would precipitate a correspondingly large increase in federal taxation or debt that would be unprecedented.
	If undertaken as part of an enduring federal commitment.
	Now they also point out that in Vermont, where Bernie Sanders is from, they experimented with a single health care system, single-payer health care system a few years ago.
	They abandoned it in 2014 because they couldn't afford it.
	Colorado voters rejected a proposed single-payer system in 2016 because they were going to have to increase payroll taxes by 10%.
	And that was just the beginning.
	Remember that other Ponzi scheme?
	Social Security began with a 1% tax on the 1% of the wealthy.
	The wealthiest 1%.
	Where is it now?
	15% on everybody.
	It is the most regressive tax we have.
	Falling heavily, most heavily, on the poorest people.
	And then we have California and New York.
	They both passed legislation to create a single-payer health care system at the state level.
	But they don't know how to pay for them.
	Don't worry!
	They don't know how to pay for their government pension plans either.
	New York and California.
	California's single-payer legislation would cost an estimated $400 billion.
	Isn't it kind of interesting that they have an unfunded government pension liability of over $400 billion that is hanging over their head and they don't know how they're going to handle it?
	I mean, this is a big problem.
	And now they're talking about doubling it.
	So they're going to double the income taxes for everybody, corporations and individuals, and they're going to, talking about California, double the unfunded liabilities that they've got in terms of not only the pension plan, but also health care, if they go to single payer.
	This is why I began talking about Social Security.
	Social Security, a Ponzi scheme.
	Government health care.
	A Ponzi scheme.
	Everything with socialism is a Ponzi scheme.
	They say figuring out how to pay for a single-payer system remains a serious problem for supporters of the idea.
	No, it isn't a problem for them.
	They don't have to worry about that.
	They just wave their hands.
	They don't have to figure out how to pay for it.
	If they build it, the votes will come.
	That's all they have to know.
	That's all they have to know.
	So we got these other organizations saying, oh, it's actually kind of a bargain.
	No, it isn't.
	James Woods responded to a tweet.
	We talk about this debate with socialism.
	It's a WND story.
	It was a tweet that was put out by Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA.
	It listed American cities with the highest homeless population.
	Kirk noted on his tweet, all have Democrat mayors, Democrat city councils, all voted for Hillary by at least 80 percent.
	And he listened.
	New York City, L.A., Seattle, Washington, D.C., San Jose, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and so on.
	James Woods replied and said, when you drive cross-country, you can tell which party is in power by the roads, the graffiti, the homeless, the trash everywhere.
	Democrat cities are S-holes.
	He wrote it out.
	They are S-holes.
	And they want to turn this country into an S-hole.

	I think what they should do, they don't like the name Stephen F. Austin.

	I think what they should do is they should call Austin.
	Here's my suggestion for Austin.
	We should call this place New Venezuela.
	You know, we got a lot of places in America.
	We had New Jersey that was named after Jersey, England.
	We had New England that was named after a place named New York and so forth.
	We do that with a lot of cities.
	Let's honor Venezuela here in Austin because our policies here in Austin are trending towards Venezuela.
	We're trying to mimic them in every way that we can.
	As a matter of fact, they're inviting everybody from Venezuela to come in.
	They want them to vote in our elections.
	They don't want to tell ICE about them and so forth.
	Let's call this place New Venezuela, Texas.
	Why not?
	I mean, we got Paris, Texas.
	We got Rome, Texas.
	We can name, we'll just call it Venezuela, Texas.
	You don't even have to put the new there because socialism is pretty old.
	But one of these cities on the list, number seven, was Philadelphia, with the highest homeless population.
	Here's an example of what happens.
	As I said, you know, the pension plans, just like Social Security, these things are Ponzi schemes, they're running out of money.
	In 2001, Philadelphia's pension fund was still in decent shape.
	It had a 77% funding.
	That meant that they could fund 77% of their obligations.
	By 2017, that had dropped to less than 50%.
	They were in trouble.
	They were in trouble.
	They couldn't meet their promises, just like all the socialists.
	So this Bernie Sanders-Madoff plan here, their city pension fund.
	I just talked about the fact that California's got slightly over $400 billion of unfunded Pension guarantees that they've made to their government employees that they don't have any money to pay for.
	That's the amount that is unfunded.
	That's not the total amount that they owe.
	They made promises they can't keep.
	That's socialism.
	Free for everybody!
	We'll take care of you in your old age.
	Social Security, so forth, right?
	And so this is at the state level.
	And of course, you know, California wants to have a single-payer, guaranteed health care for everybody.
	It's only going to add another $400 billion to that.
	$400 billion that they already don't have for their people who work for them in the government.
	They're going to betray their own government workers.
	Their own government workers.
	So what happened in Philadelphia?
	With only 50% funding, by 2017, they started looking for ways that they could steal stuff from people.
	And here's what they're doing in Philadelphia to steal money.
	Because this is what the government always does.
	As Sovereign Man points out, so desperate for revenue, the local government has been relying on an old tactic to get their hands on every spare penny they can.
	The city of Philadelphia owns the local gas company, Philadelphia Gas Works.
	It is essentially a government monopoly that is operated locally.
	We love government monopolies, don't we?
	That's why we want to create a government monopoly for health care.
	Over the last few years, PGW developed an automated system to comb its billing records and find delinquent accounts and file liens on those properties.

	And there's no due process here.
	They can put that on.

	It turns into a bureaucratic nightmare.
	Yes, these Ponzi schemes, these socialist Ponzi schemes, and they're all Ponzi schemes, all turn into a bureaucratic nightmare.

	And now we have even more coming up.
	More police body camera footage made public Wednesday show officers directing concert goers to safety searching for what they thought were multiple shooters inside and outside the Las Vegas Strip.
	We've had many reports People saying that there were shooters who were in the Bellagio, other places like that.
	Just don't discount.
	You know, throw that away.
	You can't believe it unless the Las Vegas Police Department at some point says that that is true.
	And as I look at this, you can call me a conspiracy theorist, but I am skeptical of the nature of the establishment press and the establishment politicians.
	Because, as I reported a couple of weeks ago, we have MGM Resorts that owns Mandalay Bay file a lot of preemptive legal actions against the victims of that shooting.
	And it looks like, as they're pointing out in this CBS News footage, officials have said that the attack had no link to international terrorism.
	But hotel owner MGM Resorts International last week invoked a provision of federal law that was enacted after September 11th.
	Uh, the terror attacks.
	Uh, company wants federal courts to qualify the shooting as an act of terrorism and to declare the company has no liability to survivors or families of slain victims.
	Now the conspiracy theorist in me, the skeptic in me, looks at this and I say, well, the Las Vegas Police Department has twisted their stories into pretzels in order to protect MGM resorts.
	Remember the different timelines?
	We've had at least three different timelines.
	As one of those timelines looked to put MGM resorts into legal jeopardy, very quickly came around with a different timeline.
	Timeline number three.
	And Jesus Campos, who was there on the spot and as part of that timeline, he disappeared for four or five days.
	And then he appeared on Ellen Degenerate's program.
	And this is somebody who has a lot of ties with MGM.
	They've done their own celebrity slot machine for Ellen.
	And she did a little dog and pony show for them.
	And I think you can expect the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to change the narrative again.
	Maybe they're going to come up with a terrorism story.
	Maybe that's what this is.
	Now they're putting out body cam footage.
	People are saying, wait a minute, they told us it was one shooter.
	Maybe this was a conspiracy of multiple people.
	They always want to say that it's one shooter.
	Why would they now put these up?
	Was that a mistake?
	Or are they building a new narrative to protect their master?
	We're not allowed to discuss these types of things.
	We're not allowed to question the official story.

	If they turn around and say something exactly the opposite the next day, you must forget what they said the day before and accept without question the new story.
	Or you are a conspiracy theorist.
	Dissent is not allowed in America anymore.
	If you do anything other than that, you are denounced as hate speech, as a conspiracy theorist, you will be shut down.
	And we see this whether it is the Las Vegas shooting, whether it is the Sandy Hook shooting, whether it is 9-11.
	Look, I think the big mistake It was made by Wolfgang Halbig, and I guess it was a mistake that we would debate this.
	You know, they want to have a debate over socialism, and by the way, if you want to call in and join the program, we're going to have a debate over socialism.

	And one of the things they say was, you know, in this lawsuit, and of course this is something that was on the Drudge Report, out of the Austin paper here, One individual suing Alex Jones saying, compelling Mr. Jones to admit in a legal pleading that plaintiff's son truly died was an important step towards safety and justice for this family.
	That was nothing that we hung our hat on.
	We had a debate with Wolfgang Halbig.
	This is a guy who was a highway patrol officer as well as a school administrator.
	I think he was a principal.
	He had, for many years, investigated every single school shooting, starting with Columbine.
	He had never seen the kind of compartmentalization and containment of information, the stonewalling of information.
	As he pushed harder on it, these people in Connecticut sent the highway patrol in Florida to his house to threaten him.
	That's when we got involved.
	Like, what is it that they don't want people talking about?
	You know, when they want to shut down something so desperately, you know there's something there.
	So we had him on to talk about the different inconsistencies that he'd seen there, things that made absolutely no sense, things that he had never seen anywhere else before, things that were contradictory, self-contradictory, just like this Las Vegas shooting, just like 9-11.
	I don't know what happened at 9-11, folks.
	I don't know what happened at 9-11.
	I know that three steel buildings fell down in their footprint, and there were only two alleged planes that hit them.
	So you explain that to me.
	You explain why firefighters hurt explosions.
	You explain why we have a recording of the guy who owned building 7, the third one to fall down that wasn't hit by a plane saying, pull it.
	Which is what they say when they demolish a building.
	You explain that to me.
	You explain to me how steel skyscrapers can fall down in a couple hours in their footprint, not topple over.
	You explain that to me.
	I don't have an explanation.
	I do know that if they were brought down in a controlled demolition, which is what President Trump honestly said when he looked at it, he said, hey, they attacked the foundation of that building a decade ago and it didn't fall down.
	That's one of the strongest buildings I've ever seen.
	I don't understand how that happened.
	It looks like it was a demolition.
	Everybody said it looked like a demolition.
	You've got the BBC announcing that the building had fallen down when it was over her shoulder, as she was saying.
	They had advance notice of that.
	If you're going to demolish a building, you've got to have advance placement of that.
	That's what it means when we say 9-11 was an inside job.
	And of course, when we're talking about trillions of dollars, there were trillions of dollars that were being investigated in the Pentagon.
	And that's right where the so-called plane went.
	Right into the window of the office that was investigating over six trillion dollars.

	I wanted to touch bases on what you spoke about, the Health and Human Services lack of safety studies for the last 32 years.
	Yes.
	Well, I'm in California, and I'm under the law of SB 277, where it mandates vaccines unless you have a medical assumption.
	And we're tired of it.
	We are tired of being mandated a drug that does not have the proper testing.
	32 years of not turning in safe studies to Congress, I think, calls for a protest and a rally.
	And this is exactly what we're doing in California on August 5th.
	We have about 500 people attending to Ask the media why this is a media blackout, why this is not newsworthy.
	And it's the first day from summer session back from our legislators.
	Where is it going to be held?
	You said it's on August 5th.
	Where is the protest going to be held?
	August 6th at 8.30 a.m.
	at the Sacramento State Capitol West Step.
	Good, good.
	That day, AB1992 is going to be heard about vaccines for government assistance.
	And that's very important that people understand that, because this is the face of government health care.
	They don't want you to be informed, and they don't care about your consent.
	They are going to dictate what you put in your body.
	We're all these pro-choice Democrats when it comes to this.
	It's absolutely amazing that they would do this, and I think one of the most amazing things that we've seen happen out of all this, Denise, is what we've seen them do to Dr. Bob Sears.
	Retroactively going back and punishing him because he gave an exemption to a mother who said that her child had had a reaction to a vaccine.
	And I was just talking about a $101 million vaccine injury award.
	Same thing happened.
	They took their one-year-old child in.
	They got vaccination for MMR and influenza and chicken pox that evening.
	The kid started having a fever.
	And got irritated and so forth.
	It got very horrendous.
	I'm not going to go into all the details of this, but the parent witnessed this stuff.
	Called the doctor.
	The doctor didn't say, bring them back in.
	I don't believe what you're saying.
	Dr. Sears believed what the mother was saying and said, well, if you've had an adverse reaction to this, we're not going to do that again.
	And that's trying to stop a $101 million award.
	But they're going to punish him, take his license, because he does stuff like that.
	Exactly.
	And, you know, Senator Pan, who is the senator who passed SB 277, he did it unlawfully.
	He received $95,000 from the pharmaceutical company before the law was passed, which is unethical, obviously.
	So we're going to be there.
	We really need a lot of support.
	Obviously, power in numbers is a real big thing right now.
	And, you know, we need people in California to come together because you absolutely cannot mandate a drug that has not had proper testing.
	That's right, that's right.
	And we learned that from Del Bigtree, the lawsuit that ICANN decide, our informed consent...
	Action Network, and it's also ICanDecide.com.

	They did a lawsuit.
	Del Bigtree, who produced Vaxxed, did it with RFK Jr.
	We don't even need to get into the dollars and cents of this when you look at the freedom and the sense about freedom of what is involved in this and the way these people have acted.
	They have been totally irresponsible for 32 years.
	They collected no information.
	They did nothing to make sure that vaccines were safe.
	They couldn't care less.
	About what was going on with vaccine safety.
	They took away the liability from these companies.
	And as you pointed out, Denise, Pan, Dr. Pan, got a tremendous amount of money from the pharmaceutical industry.
	That's why I say, when Hillary Clinton said, we've got to cut down our cost, she wasn't talking about the cost to you by getting rid of competition.
	As a patient, competition is going to drive down costs.
	But she's talking about cutting down the cost for the people who are paying her off, just like they pay off Dr. Pan, and that's the people who have an entrenched interest there.

	We're going to be on the west steps of the Sacramento State Capitol.
	We also have a Facebook group called California United Rally for Justice.
	We are rallying for transparency, and we are trying to repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.
	With that, the pharmaceutical companies are done if we can do that.
	So, we really need a lot of help and we need a lot of people in California to come together.
	Pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, the subject here at hand is the safety of vaccines and we have no safety studies on record and that was the stipulation of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

	And so everybody, go to that rally and we need to overturn this immunity that was given to the vaccine industry.
	Let me tell you, when they have a single-payer system, you're going to see done for all medicines and all treatments the same thing that you have seen done for the vaccine industry.
	That's why the big business people are going to line up behind this.
	Because just as we've seen that the vaccine companies don't have any liability, And they don't have to do any testing or anything with us.
	You're going to see the same thing happen to all these different drugs.
	That's the way the government is going to look after your health.
	That's the way they're going to provide for you.
	And again, when you talk about this $101 million vaccine injury, this comes from what we call the vaccine court, but it's actually, here's the official title in case you or somebody in your family has been damaged by this.
	It is the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
	which was set up in lieu of you actually being able to get compensation and uh... it was i gave out that website address before it is i can decide dot org instead of dot com i can decide dot org you can go there and get information about this and let me give you uh... the stats of what i was talking about earlier in terms of injuries again hhs which was tasked on monitoring the safety of vaccines they were tasked on
	Having programs to do something to make them safer, to make them more effective and so forth.
	They said that they've only captured about 1% of the injuries themselves.
	They haven't done anything to try to make vaccines safer.
	But they've captured 1% of the injuries.
	But they do report they've had 59,000 injuries from vaccines in 2016, just one year.
	59,000 vaccine injuries.
	Most of those people will not get compensated because most of those people don't know anything about the secret vaccine court.
	Nobody talks about that except here, on InfoWorld.
	And they've had 432 deaths in 2016.
	Now, if that is only 1%, according to there, the people who collected the statistics, HHS, says that's only 1% of the total.
	So that means that there's over 5.9 million vaccine injuries.
	43,000 deaths.
	We're going to extrapolate from that.
	Now, the government wants to sweep all that under the carpet.
	They don't want you to know about that.
	They don't want you to know about this little one-year-old baby.
	And let me give you the particular story, because this is where people get interested.
	Takes her healthy one-year-old baby, girl, already walking, already climbing, February 13, 2013.
	She got her MMR, her flu, and chicken pox.
	That evening, the mother noticed the baby was irritable and feverish.
	She called the pediatrician, the doctor advised her to give Tylenol and Benadryl.
	The fever continued for several days, and on the evening before the baby's scheduled pediatrician visit, this baby began having severe seizures.
	Rushed to the emergency room, she went into cardiac and respiratory arrest.
	Doctors had to put her on a ventilator.
	The seizures and cardiac arrest left her with a severe brain injury, encephalopathy, Cortical vision impairment and other things, kidney failure amongst it.
	She was eventually sent home, but her disabilities are going to require specialized medical care and supervision around the clock for the rest of her life.

	Hello, yes.
	I am in Germany, but I was a veteran calling for help.
	Not to talk about health care, but I can tell you here in Germany, I recently went to the doctors about my foot not being able to walk on it, and it took a month to actually be seen for it.
	So if you want to know how bad socialist health care is, well, the example here in Germany is you got a foot injury, it's going to take you a month to see a doctor for it.
	That's right.
	You have to ration it some way, and that is typically the way that it's done, with lines.
	The other part of it is, you say that you're going to have free health care.
	If you don't pay for it somehow, then you're going to have doctors and nurses who are put into slavery.
	You're going to have them working for you, and you don't ever give them any compensation.
	Somebody has to be paid for their labor, or you have a system of slavery.
	And so the question is, are you going to have any choice in this system either?
	Are you going to be able to go outside of that system to get health care?
	There's no system that is perfect and certainly there are issues with prescription drug prices, but we need to fix that issue rather than just trash the entire system and pour it down the dustbin, the memory hole of history because we've forgotten what happens in socialist countries.
	But what else did you want to talk about there in Germany?
	Well, Dave Knight, I was basically calling because I'm American.
	I got sick of how the VA was treating me, and in 2015, I gave away everything in my house, put it up for sale, and moved my family here because if that's how the VA treats veterans, I told them I wouldn't, you know, have my kids be an American.
	And the VA continues to screw with me even though I'm all the way over here in Germany.
	So, I had called your station to see if you guys could help me.
	Because I would like to talk about how the U.S.
	Army stole $20,000 to $60,000 from me, how people in my unit tried to kill me because of the color of my skin while I was deployed, and how the VA has not taken care of my medical injuries since I've gotten out of the Army.
	Well, let's do that.
	I want to take calls on socialism, but take a few minutes and tell us a little bit about what happened.

	Okay, so basically, 2004, Gießen, Germany.
	I got attacked by eight people from, uh, the engineers.
	I was field artillery.
	And when the MPs came and arrested the one that we caught, they told me to shut up that it didn't happen.
	And that's because I'm white and they're not.
	Anyway, a few months later, my NCO gets back from Iraq because of the time My unit was deployed, so I was there on rear D, so it was kind of like a party town.
	He gets back and says, you know, my boots aren't shiny enough for morning formation.
	He has me doing push-ups.
	Well, he makes the sad mistake of putting his hands on me.
	This is Staff Sergeant Yip, 2004.
	When he put his hands on me, I took that person and slammed him to the ground very hard and was about to start hitting him when I realized it was my A-6.
	Ever since then, Staff Sergeant Yip hated me, because I embarrassed him in front of the entire formation.
	Fast forward, we're doing a Top Gun competition, competing against the other batteries, and my roommate, Specialist Heidi, tells Staff Sergeant Yip, Chief, these are the wrong fuses, we need to call the cat back here to get the right fuses.
	He goes, don't worry about it, put them on PD, they'll be good to go.
	Five rounds into the fire mission, Smoke calls a ceasefire, comes in, cusses everybody out in the vehicle.
	We're like, Smoke, what's wrong?
	What'd we do?
	He's like, your rounds are bouncing off the ground, going off here, going off there, almost killing people, blah, blah, blah.
	So, Staff Sergeant Yip blames my roommate Heidi for using the wrong fuses.
	I tell Smoke, Staff Sergeant Yip is lying.
	He told him they were the wrong fuses.
	Staff Sergeant Yip said not to worry about it, put it on PD.
	I was then kicked out of the vehicle.
	It's a pallet, and it's basically an aluminum tank that shoots 30 kilometers away, up to.
	Anyway, kicked out of the vehicle, and they made me Smoke's driver.
	They kept me in and away from each other.
	Fast forward to my deployment in 2006.
	We get an idea that there's a lot of bad blood that has happened between you and your commanding officers.
	What happened with the money that you were talking about?
	Tell us about that.
	So basically I asked my platoon sergeant what I needed to get promoted, and he said, well, we're not sending anybody to the board that has less than two years left on their contract.
	So this is why I'm in Iraq, okay?
	February 2006.
	I re-enlist, go back to Smoke, tell him, hey Smoke, I re-enlisted, I'm good to get promoted, you know, whenever you guys are ready.
	Because everything else, you know, I met the standards for getting promoted to E-5.
	Now, I was on the most dangerous job at the time, working as security detail, so I wasn't with the regular ins and out of my unit, I was on a separate little side mission where nobody's with you because every day You gotta watch out on the radio.
	Yeah.
	Keep, keep the F words off.
	Sorry.
	Yeah.
	So anyway, um, I didn't know it at the time, but they flagged me so I wouldn't get promoted to E5 until after I had gotten back from my deployment, which they legally couldn't do.
	So since 2006 until I got out in 2008 on a medical discharge, I had basically had that money from E4 to E5 being stolen from me by the people keeping me from getting promoted.
	Now, I got a medical discharge and they give you a severance package, which I got $21,000 or $23,000 in severance package for being an E4.
	If I'd have been an E5, it would have been $30,000 or $40,000.
	So, as you see, that's a lot of money that was taken from me and my family.
	And the problem is, is that, you know, what you saw in the military, if we turn over our health care to the government, if you've had any dealings, let's say with the IRS, you go in, if you make an enemy out of an IRS agent, what are they going to do?
	They're going to make it their mission to get you.
	It's just... it's personal at that point.
	We don't want to have that type of a system where everybody is subsumed under some bureaucracy that can turn vindictive.
	This veteran's experience...

	We're going to be going to Joseph in New York, Brian in Florida, Levi in Florida, and other callers, so hang in there just a second.
	As we're talking to that veteran who's talking about how he made enemies with them for whatever reason.
	These guys, you know, there was a disagreement there.
	He felt that he was lied to, deceived, attacked, did not get the promotions, forced out of the service, and so forth.
	You have to understand that when we have a bureaucracy of any sort, this is going to be present.
	We see this in our dealings that we have with the government now.
	It can be the petty little building inspector locally.
	It can be the IRS agent that you have to talk to that gets in your face.
	You rub them the wrong way.
	You say something the wrong way.
	They make your life miserable.
	They target you for punishment.
	But let's look at another aspect of what goes on in the VA because that's a good example of how our government Would run our health care.
	Have you noticed the scandal?
	Remember the scandal we had a couple of years ago?
	Where you had all of these VA officials that were getting $300,000 salaries while the patients were getting no treatment at all.
	No treatment at all.
	But they were feathering their own nest.
	Here's another example of what happens within the VA.
	As a marijuana advocacy website, Herb.co points out, this is a group that is giving away free weed for veterans in need.
	Now, if you are in need of services like PTSD, which is what they're talking about here, you've only got three ways to deal with it.
	You can socially isolate yourself.
	You can accept very, very dangerous and harmful pharmaceuticals from the VA, or you can use cannabis.
	But you're not going to get that cannabis from the VA.
	And in many cases, if the VA finds that you're using cannabis, there's going to be consequences for you.
	And so, and that's because it's now classified as a Schedule 1, which says that it has no medical use.
	We all know that's a lie.
	We've had two, we've had 60 percent, sorry to say two-thirds of the states, but 60 percent of the states
	have now passed a medical marijuana uh... many of those have taken it all the way to complete open recreational use but it's still listed as a schedule one drug which is an absolute lie and of course the entire drug prohibition is a lie the war on drugs is a lie the schedules starting with schedule one through four is a lie it was something that was a UN agenda there is no constitutional authority for that no more so than the
	Argument that Jeff Sessions had with Leon Panetta, saying, I can't believe that you're going to have a war and you're not going to get involved with Congress.
	You're not going to tell us.
	We're not going to make the decision.
	You're just going to inform us afterwards.
	Well, that's in the Constitution.
	Jeff Sessions knows it.
	And he's upset about that.
	Well, you know what?
	I'm even more upset with Jeff Sessions over the fact that he doesn't pay attention to the 10th Amendment or to the 18th Amendment.
	Both of those would tell him that the government has absolutely no authority to prohibit anything that we use, whether it is for medical or recreational use, but especially for medical use.
	How dare him tell people who are suffering from PTSD or people who are suffering from pain, not even at the VA.
	That they can't medicate with something that is cheap and safe.
	Cheaper and safer than the pharmaceutical drugs that are out there.
	So this group in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz Veterans Alliance, they said, we started with two guys, I think we have somewhere upwards of 650 veterans now that we decided to provide free medicine to.
	On average, we see 100 to 150 veterans at our meeting each month.
	This is the spirit of America, not socialism, folks.
	There was a time in America where we didn't go to the federal government for every one of our needs and beg them to provide stuff to us for free.
	We provided for our own.
	That was the essence of America in the early 1800s when Alexis de Tocqueville came to America, wrote Democracy in America.
	He came as a Frenchman.
	He observed what was happening in society and that was what he was amazed at.
	This kind of spirit of volunteerism, helping, voluntarily helping the people in your community.
	That's what America was.
	That's what America needs to return to.
	Instead of this demands for free stuff from the government that is not free.
	There's nothing but a Ponzi scheme.
	Alright, let's go to Joseph in New York.

	The reason I'm calling is regarding socialism.
	All we have to do is just look at history.
	Yes.
	Especially in South America and Spanish America.
	There was, in 19th February of 1973, in Chile, during the government of Allende, there was a march called the March de las Cazuelas Vacías, which sort of translates to English, the March of the Empty Cooking Pots.
	It just took less than 10 months for Allende's government for agriculture, the free market of agriculture to actually go down the drain.
	Chile never had to import food from its neighbors, and during Allende it did because of the lack of efficiency of the socialist government, his socialist ideas and implementations.
	I talked about this just a couple of days ago.
	Somebody pointed out, take a look at Chile and Venezuela.
	About the time you're talking about, 1973, you talk about the experimentation in Chile with socialism and the March of the Empty Pots and so forth.
	They changed.
	At that time, they were slightly poorer than Venezuela was.
	But then fast forward to where we are now.
	Venezuela is starving to death.
	They're hunting down dogs and cats on the streets.
	And Chile has doubled their per capita income because they got rid of socialism.
	That's exactly what happens.
	Very true.
	And also there on the other side of South America, on the Atlantic side, Uruguay, during Jose Mojica, The former president of Uruguay, most people don't know this, is actually, in a question mark, is a liberal socialist.
	But when it came to the infrastructure of food supply and all, he actually did not apply any socialist ideology to that.
	He learned his lessons from history from the other side of South America, the Pacific, from Chile.
	Believe it or not, Jose Mojica, quote-unquote, is a liberal dream president, but he never applies socialism to that at all.
	Yeah, we have seen this over and over again.
	You know, like I said, you know, Chile and Venezuela.
	Take a look at Hong Kong versus mainland China.
	That's a big one right there.
	But just look at North and South Korea or East and West Germany.
	You have exactly the same country.
	You cut it in half.
	You leave it there.
	Two different systems.
	One command and control and the other one with freedom and choice.
	And what happens?
	We see one of them descend into absolute tyranny and poverty.
	The other societies become some of the richest societies in the world.
	And it's exactly the same people, exactly the same culture.
	It's just a different political and economic system.
	But the Democrats don't want you to have this kind of discussion.
	You know, Joseph, One of the articles I've got in front of me here is the back and forth between Ron DeSantis, who is running in Florida for governor, the argument that he got into with Ocasio-Cortez, talking about socialism and so forth.
	And they said, well, he's in a fundraising spat and it's really going to work out really well for him with the Cuban Republicans, but also even with the Cuban Democrats.
	And when I read that, I thought, well, why would the Cuban Democrats do that?
	Well, it's because the Cuban Democrats have experienced socialism.
	And that's just what you're talking about in South America, Joseph.
	Yes, and sometimes, as you stated, it's actually all over the world.
	Yeah, yeah.
	But unfortunately, in the academia, primary, secondary school and higher education, the young people, the students are brainwashed to believe in a system that has been proven to be a complete failure.
	That's right.
	And we all know the best quotes from the great English politician regarding socialism.
	That's right.
	A quote that is practically... You run out of other people's money because like I said, it is a Ponzi scheme.
	That's what always happens to Ponzi schemes.
	Everything about socialism, you run out of other people's money.

	They're not allowing veterans to get medical marijuana, even though it is safe and effective and could be very, very cheap.
	Ah, that's the rub, see?
	You're going to have treatments foisted upon you, drugs foisted upon you, because they provide profits for the big pharmaceutical companies.
	And you're not going to hear these stories.
	On the news organizations that are funded by the big pharmaceutical companies, either.
	They're not going to talk about this.
	So when we are silenced, you're not going to hear this kind of information.
	When they silence independent media, and we are the tip of the spear, and you can see the arrows in our backs right now, and when they silence us, it's going to be harder and harder for you to get this information.
	You're not going to be allowed to share this information because, you know, if you talk about the government asleep at the wheel, Or even complicit in the poisoning of America, you'll be called a conspiracy theorist.
	That'll be labeled hate speech.
	Can't talk about that.
	Can't talk about that.
	No, the EPA's mission right now is not protecting the environment.
	No, they're trying to ban internal combustion engines.
	They want to get you on the external combustion engines, the electric cars.
	You know, the smokestack's gonna be somewhere where you don't see it.
	And as we've said before, if you get better Then 36 miles per gallon in India or China, the internal combustion engine is cleaner than an electric car in those countries.
	And here in America, if you get the kind of fuel economy that diesels get, it is cleaner than an electric car with our cleaner power plants here.
	That's why they have to get rid of diesel.
	They're not protecting the environment, they're protecting their economic interests.
	They are shifting jobs from one country to another, from one company to another.
	And you're going to see that same kind of corrupt self-interest.
	You want the government?
	I mean, you're looking at all of this corruption that we're seeing in the FBI, the Department of Justice, the NSA, the CIA.

	And quite frankly, folks, that would be a blessing in disguise.
	You may not realize how much of a blessing that would be for them to kick your kid out of school.

	Yeah, that would be the best possible thing that could happen for your kids.
	Get them out of the California school system.
	But we already see in China, if you are unmutual, as they would say in the prisoner's village, if you don't toe the line, if they don't like what you're saying on social media, you don't travel.
	That day is coming.
	If they don't like you, they're going to withhold health care from you, education, travel.
	All of these different things will be used as a leverage against you.
	Just take a look at how authoritarian they are.
	This is why they have to shut down free speech.
	Because they don't want this debate.
	They don't want people asking uncomfortable questions about their official stories, whether it is healthcare and pharmaceuticals or whether it is some shooting incident.

	They've been out of the closet for many years, quite frankly, giving money to the Democrat Senate campaign, giving money to Chuck Schumer.
	Yes, they give more money to the Republicans than they do to the Democrats, but they are equal opportunity fixers.
	Fixers for their own special interests.
	Nevertheless, when we look at this study, it is not just this study.
	This study is in the center of several independent studies that all talk about this.
	And even as we talk about doubling the number of taxes, the amount of taxes that you pay, Doubling your income tax and other things.
	Massive increase in the federal government.
	Many states have already looked at this, said we're going to do it, but they can't figure out how to fund it because they can't print their own money.
	The federal government can print its own money, and we know how that works.
	We've seen it happen in Venezuela.

	But the millennials ...who are supposed to be falling for this, there is a rising tide of discontent as they have seen what has happened to them with the so-called affordable health care.
	And I think that's only going to get more pronounced, Levi, once they see what happens with this other crowning achievement of socialism, Social Security, because they're going to be the ones who are stuck with the bill even worse than the health care debacle once the baby boomers start really, you know, pouring the coals on in terms of taking out the benefits.
	They're the ones who are going to have to pay for that Ponzi scheme.

	And the entire program of drug prohibition, this UN agenda, is unconstitutional.

	And the government can't force us to buy any product, kind of like the last caller was speaking on.
	Whether you're healthy or not, it didn't matter.
	They could tax you, fine, or imprison you.
	Well, that led me to research, like I said, about the executor office.
	And the executor office is the highest office on land.
	And you got to think about what an administrator is.
	We talk about the Obama administration, the Trump administration.
	Well, an administrator only deals in the affairs of the dead.
	But our founding fathers put this as a clause within the Constitution because we pledged allegiance, we pledged our property, all of this for the structuring of the United States.
	But our government has been so tyrannical to force certain things on us that our true independence, like I've called before, it is We are the United East States of America, but when we ride around our neighborhood and say you say like the Leilani Estates or the Woodward Estates, we see all these things and we're detached from that.
	Well, I want the people to research about United States Minor Outlying Islands.
	It's a foreign protectorate territory of the United States, but basically this is if we can relocate ourselves to the United States Minor Outlying Islands, which I have done, I have my own license plates, my own driver's license.
	Got pulled over by the sheriff.
	They didn't really understand it.
	Showed all my federal documents.
	They let me go and they don't harass me.
	But this is the secret of our United States.
	This is why we are truly independent and the land of the free.
	But nobody teaches us about the executor office.
	I agree with you.
	There are so many layers of deception here.
	It is like an onion.
	I mean, when you have the Attorney General pretend that he's never read the Bill of Rights, that he doesn't even know that the Tenth Amendment is there, and he's going to shut down the decisions by the individual states when they have a referendum or whatever.
	I mean, that is the level of insanity that we've got here, the level of gaslighting that is going on here.
	I mean, the problem is, however, That you run into situations where, I mean, on a daily basis, I do reports about police who just pull somebody over because they don't like the way you look.
	Or they don't like the way your car looks.
	And, uh, you know, you talk to them and you might be absolutely right about your legal stuff.
	I mean, I've seen situational people not even arguing with them about their jurisdiction or anything and they get murdered.
	I mean, you know, you look, you don't have to necessarily be breaking a law or an important law for somebody to just come after you.
	I mean, it can be a very dangerous thing to stand up for your rights.
	I think one of the most effective things we can do is nullification.
	I'm going to talk about that in just a minute, but your comments on that.
	I could share a story.
	I got pulled over by the Bernalillo County Sheriff, and the only reason why he pulled me over is because he didn't recognize my license plate.
	That understanding that I deal with the DOJ, the DEA, I have my own U.S.
	DOT number, you know, all of this is federally recognized.
	I'm like, well, why did you pull me over?
	He's like, because I've never seen your license plate before.
	Either you're going to get out the car, or I'm going to pull you out the car.
	I had my mother in the car, my wife, and my 14-year-old son.
	I'm like, Mr. Officer, you don't have to act like this.
	This is all my documentation.
	But I will report this to the sheriff.
	Over the next day, I faxed in my documentation to the Bernalillo County Sheriff, got a call back saying, we apologize, Mr. Cesar Sarsour.
	We would never do that again.
	We'll put out a bulletin.
	I didn't even recognize, I've been on the force 25 years, never seen anything like this.
	Well, you better study up.
	You better start learning your state constitutions like you guessed a few days ago, because that's where it lies.
	They sign up to this.
	We don't sign up to it.
	But like I said, the sheriff called me back saying, Mr. Edwards, we apologize.
	We will better train our officers.
	But you can't just pull me over, stop my forward progress, threaten bodily harm because you don't understand something.
	Yeah, that's very important.
	And it's very important that when something like that happens.
	That should be very polite.
	But I mean, we still have situations where somebody is not doing anything wrong and it's like, oh, I'll show you my concealed carry thing, and they get shot.
	I mean, you know, you have these types of situations.
	That's why we need to work together to try to get some control over the way that our government is interacting with us.
	But even when we look at jury nullification and all these different trials, I've covered all of these, the trials of Bundy trials, the Hammond trials, the Ross-Ulbrich trials, and so many others, New Jersey weed man.
	He represented himself.
	He won because of jury nullification.
	But he had a judge that wouldn't let him talk about it, even though it was in the New Jersey Constitution.
	He had it printed from the New Jersey Constitution.
	He decided he would defend himself because the lawyer wouldn't put that up there.
	He put it on the table.
	The judge says, you take that down.
	I'm going to lock you up and leave you in jail until you agree not to.
	So he did it.
	But they'd already seen it.
	Half of the people voted to acquit him.
	So it was a hung jury.
	The next judge that he got said, all right, you can put that Excerpt from the New Jersey Constitution.
	You can leave it up on your desk.
	When he did that, he was acquitted 12 to nothing.
	Even though, you know, they were coming after him for marijuana.
	And he said, no, if you don't agree with the marijuana laws or the way that being applied, it is not only your right, but your duty to judge the law, not just the facts of the case.
	There's so many different ways that they have denied us our rights and that they deny information to us.
	And in these trials that I was talking about, They denied the jury to know about the criminal actions of the BLM, or of the FBI, or of the Forestry Service.
	They denied them to know that information that could make them, you know, or the FBI, that could make them, you know, the jury decide that they were innocent.
	They held, the judges withheld that information from people.
	That is the rigged system that we're up against.
	And I agree with you.
	But we have to be very careful.
	We have to stand with each other.
	That's why nullification is important.
	That's why jury nullification is important.
	And we all need to educate ourselves.
	We are in a post-constitutional America.
	And once we get into that situation, you have judges and you have law enforcement officers that will just do whatever they feel like doing at any given moment.
	And you're very fortunate that the people there would pay attention to your legal issues.
	That doesn't always happen, but I appreciate you sharing that with us.

	What happens if there's some bureaucrat who, remember the clip that we used to play all the time?
	Some guy who's going through TSA?
	And he got hammered by these people.
	They made an example of him.
	We show these stories over and over again.
	But there was one individual, elderly man, and he said, The TSA glared at me, beat their chest and said, I have power!
	I have power!
	I mean, that is really the power trip that some of these people will get on.
	Whether you're talking about a TSA agent or a law enforcement agent, and that can happen anywhere because it's human nature.
	Putting on a uniform doesn't make a saint out of you.
	Being in the government doesn't make a saint out of you.
	That's why we have the Bill of Rights.
	That's why we have the rule of law.
	And we're supposed to remove these people.
	But they say the TSA has the option to monitor and track whoever it likes for any reason whatsoever.
	Effectively granting TSA agents a green light to violate anyone's personal privacy, even as the legal and constitutional implications of such profiling remain unknown.
	Oh, no, the implications of that are clearly known.

	Let's talk a little bit about the style of these guys.
	Of course, this was a report that came out by the Boston Globe.
	They were contacted by air marshals.
	These are whistleblowers.
	These are people like William Binney, Thomas Drake, Weirby and others of the NSA.
	People who, in the wake of 9-11, said, wait a minute, the NSA is starting to look like the East German Stasi, or worse, that we've been watching for decades.
	They have violated the Constitution.
	We need to make the American public aware of it.
	We need to make the oversight committees aware of it.
	Well, they knew about it.
	They didn't care.
	We've got to tell the Congress.
	Well, the Congress knew about it.
	They don't care.
	Well, we've got to tell the public about it.
	Oh, now we're going to try to put you in jail.
	We've seen this over and over again.
	We've had in the Bundy trial, the thing that blew that wide open, was not the judge.
	The judge was perfectly fine.
	Gloria Navarro was perfectly fine covering up the crimes of the BLM and the FBI as part of the Department of Justice.
	They didn't have any problem with that.
	If they would ask people, were you afraid?
	You know, yes, I was afraid.
	Well, who were you afraid of?
	You're ducking down on the side of this concrete barrier here.
	You're on the side there where these protesters were.
	They had guns, but evidently you weren't afraid of them because you're ducking down right next to them.
	You know, these are people who worked for the Forced Use Service, that were witnesses for the BLM.
	And the Department of Justice, they just happened to come up there and says, yeah, describe what you saw.
	Well, I saw this, this, and this.
	And it was like, well, you look like you're, the defense attorney says, you look like you're ducking down the side of this concrete barrier.
	Why are you doing that?
	Well, I was afraid.
	The defense attorney says, afraid of who?
	Sorry, object.
	Can't talk about that.
	We have cautioned the defense attorney that you do not talk about any actions of the BLM.
	They shall not be named in this proceeding.
	So then just shut it down.
	I mean, you're not allowed to ask obvious questions like that.
	It would indicate who the threat was.
	And so finally, it was a whistleblower within the BLM who put that information out there.
	They had the guy who was running this thing, Dan Love, was going to jail for crimes.
	The same thing happened with Ross Ulbricht.
	He had FBI agents who were running Silk Road and incriminating him and stealing $800,000.
	He ultimately went to jail.
	But you couldn't tell the jury about that.
	That was blocked by the judge.
	And so now we have the situation where the TSA This out here is a Boston Globe points out the program Quiet Skies is a major departure for the TSA.
	Since the September 11th attacks they said the agency has traditionally placed armed air marshals on routes that it considered to be potentially higher risk or on flights with passengers that were on a terror watch list.
	Let's stop there, right there.
	How do you get on the terror watch list?
	Well, we don't know.
	How do you get on even the no-fly list?
	The first story I had here was a guy who was going to see his wife in the military and she was stationed in Japan and he gets to the halfway mark on a military flight and they pull him off the plane in Hawaii and he's stuck there because he's now on a no-fly list and they just noticed.
	Those watchdogs in the TSA didn't notice it when he flew out of continental United States.
	Why am I on a no-fly list?
	Can't tell you, comrade.
	Can't tell you why you're on there.
	How do I get off?
	Can't tell you, comrade.
	You're just not going to fly anywhere, because I said so.
	This is a combination, what we have created here, is a combination of the East German snazzy.
	Yeah, that's what we should call them, because they're snitches.
	It's a snitch society, a secret police, Orwellian society, where everybody's being watched.
	And it is a Kafka-esque bureaucracy that will not give you straight answers to anything.
	Just put you in a circular, chasing your tail, trying to get answers, and they won't tell you anything.
	So now, these are people that are on a terror watch list.
	We don't know if they belong there or not, because I put people on the no-fly list that don't belong there.
	As a matter of fact, that guy had just been vetted by both the FBI and the TSA, because he was working at an airport.
	They had just vetted him.
	One hand didn't know what the other hand was doing.
	Now, I don't like to see this in the police.
	That's why I want to see the government shrink back to the size of the Constitution.
	I certainly don't want to see one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing when it comes to health care.
	Health care is a big enough problem as it is, but we have a better system in this country than in other countries.
	And we need to fix what's wrong with it.
	Instead of throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
	But anyway, they're deploying air marshals to gather intelligence on civilians who are not on a terror watch list now.
	And this is a new assignment.
	Some of the air marshals are saying that this goes beyond the mandate of the U.S.
	Federal Air Marshal Service.
	You know what?
	It goes beyond the mandate of the Constitution.
	Because they're looking at people and they're doing it without a search warrant.
	So these air marshals come to Boston Globe Blowing the whistle on this Quiet Skies, on the Stasi Skies program.
	They said that the program has tasked them with having to shadow these people.
	So the TSA goes through and they finger somebody and they tell the Federal Air Marshals that instead of doing something for security, they're going to have to follow the person that the TSA pointed at.
	And they're saying, this is crazy.
	Uh, they said, uh, we've had, uh, situations.
	One of them was a businesswoman who happened to have traveled through a Middle Eastern hotspot.
	So I had to travel and follow her everywhere she went.
	Another one was a Southwest Airlines flight attendant.
	Another one was a fellow federal law enforcement officer because a TSA agent pointed the blue glove at this person The Federal Air Marshals, instead of providing security, instead of watching for real terrorism, they had to spend their time tracking this person and literally, listen to this, giving observations minute by minute in separate reports, sending the information back to the TSA.
	And they're saying, this is crazy.
	This is counterproductive.
	We've had security experts talk about the fact that bunching everybody up in these lines where they scan you, allegedly, or, you know, frisk you, whatever.
	That, in and of itself, creates a security risk.
	And we have seen this with churches that were attacked by jihadi terrorists.
	They would have metal detectors to keep people from taking guns or knives into the churches or whatever.
	So what do they do?
	They blow up a bomb at the inspection site.
	And that's what people who are security experts say.
	All you're doing is just pushing the problem back here.
	You're not solving anything.
	They said it's time-consuming.
	It is a costly assignment.
	It saps their ability to do law enforcement work.
	So these officials, these air marshals, wrote to the Boston Globe and said, you need to talk about this.
	Now the agency said, oh well, you know, we have this program and these programs are not designed to observe the average American.
	They're designed to protect the traveling public.
	They're not targeting the average American.
	They're doing a James Clapper there on you folks.
	They're lying to you.
	Lying to you.
	This is kabuki theater.
	This is BF Skinner behavior modification.
	Get used to living in this Stasi society where they can put their hands on you without any notification.
	But the Boston Globe says, but the agency declined to discuss whether Quiet Skies has intercepted any threats or even to confirm that the program exists.
	It took them two or three days to confirm that it existed.
	They're going to identify you if you do things like reverse or change directions or stop while in transit through the airport.
	I do that every time I go to an airport, typically.
	I'm looking at, I'll say, which gate is this I need to go to?
	What flight is this?
	Did they change the flight or whatever?
	Oh, that makes you a suspect!
	Stick a federal agent on it!
	Attempting to change appearance by changing clothes or shaving while in the airport or on a plane.
	If you've got excessive fidgeting or whatever, you're standing in the line and you're thinking, I've got to go through this stupid DMV process here with the TSA agents with blue gloves.
	I'm going to miss my plane.
	You start fidgeting, you start sweating, you start looking around, getting impatient.
	This guy is a suspect.

	We're going to waste the resources of these federal air marshals by having them tail everybody that is targeted By a TSA agent.
	And it's actually, it would be very funny if this stuff wasn't so serious and dangerous.
	Some of the things that they target people for.
	In possession of a cell phone?
	In possession of multiple phones?
	Did you use it to talk?
	Did you use the phone to text?
	Are you in possession of a computer and so forth?
	They have to report this kind of stuff.
	And then here are some of the things that are suspicious.
	Maybe the subject slept during most of the flight, or maybe the subject slept briefly.
	So don't sleep!
	Keep those eyes open, you know, but just, but you should keep those eyes open.
	Don't get nervous.
	Don't blink.
	Don't look around in anticipation.
	So don't sleep some of the time.
	Don't sleep most of the time.
	And don't get nervous or fidgety, because then you become even more of a suspect.
	This is the insanity that they're subjecting us to.
	And as we look at this, The idea that we've got facial recognition now.
	We have multiple reports about this.
	Now even the mainstream media is talking about this.
	We used to be laughed at when we talk about how this is being abused and misused.
	We do reports like that now.
	It's out there because they're ready to roll it out.
	They're getting you accustomed to this idea.
	So here's a report from ABC News.

	And it's raising alarms.

	They're just getting you used to this.
	We've been talking about this for a very long time, and now that NBC News is talking about it, it's because they have already rolled it out.
	And they're in the process of telling you how it's going to be a great thing.
	Now, they do begin, as they always do, talking about, oh, well, you know, this could be a problem and so forth.
	But then they'll walk this back and then tell you how it is absolutely necessary for your safety and security.
	You know, just everything is sacrificed to the national security state.

	So they have the facial recognition.
	Uh, they said, imagine the scene where somebody rushed.
	I reported on this years ago, how in some of the early test trials, they identified a person who had a flat tire.
	They see him walking around his car, looking at it.
	Uh, yeah.
	And then the AI sees him bend down and go out of view because he's changing the tire, but it swats him.
	It sends a SWAT team to intercept this guy.
	And so, this is a scenario, they say, well, you know, they do it based on a facial recognition, and they give a false positive to the law enforcement officers, and they show up and arrest you.
	Well, let's hope that they don't shoot you, like they do so many times with SWAT teaming people, breaking into homes and apartments, and people think that it's a home invasion, they try to defend themselves, they get killed by these people.
	Let's hope that that sort of thing doesn't happen, but that's what's going to happen.
	And they are talking about the fact that One of the people who actually makes facial recognition software is very, very concerned that it not get into the hands of law enforcement.
	Brian Brackeen, CEO of the facial recognition firm Kairos, he wants tech firms to join in keeping the technology out of law enforcement's hands.
	I hope that they're successful.
	I'm very skeptical that that will happen, just like killer robots.
	There is an arms race, just as Michael Crichton talked about, forward to Jurassic Park.
	Talking about the race for profits and the race to be the first to discover this stuff and there is absolutely no oversight or control of this.
	It's just who can get there the first.
	It's like a land rush here.
	They said, he wrote recently, there's simply no way that facial recognition software will not be used to harm citizens if it's put in the hands of law enforcement.
	But of course, Amazon is working very hard to put their recognition software into the hands of law enforcement.
	They've already put it in their hands.

	I talked last week about the DEF CON convention that has already started in Las Vegas.
	It began on Friday night.
	It only took two hours for them to break into voting machines.
	And this is something that, as I said, we see this every election with the voting machines.
	It's very simple.
	Just take a thumb drive.
	If you're able to stick that in, you got that.
	We see junior college associate professors bring in some of their undergraduate students and they do it just like that.
	Takes them less than two hours to do it.
	They do it all the time, local television, have been doing it for years.
	The smart machines, Smartmatic is the company that made it, these electronic voting machines, the first ones started down in Venezuela to help Hugo Chavez rig that election.
	And they've rigged elections in Brazil, in the Philippines, throughout Central and South America.
	They've been brought into the United States, and so now these people have broken their connections with Venezuela.
	Because Venezuela's out of money!
	So it's the Republicans and Democrats who got the money.
	So Republicans and Democrats are bringing in the same crooks who rigged the elections in Venezuela.
	So you look at this, DEF CON hackers from around the world had a rare opportunity to crack election-style voting machines.
	Now again, this is a different one than what I reported last week.
	They're going to have another hack where they're going to have kids from 5 years old to 16 years old, not hack into one of these electronic voting machines, but hack into a website, central reporting website.
	They're going to make it look, they're going to make it not look, but be exactly a replica of the election sites, so that you can hack in where the votes are totaled.
	All of this talk about Russians hacking the election is, again, just like this AI stuff that they're putting on us, the surveillance stuff that they're putting on us.
	They're going to hack this election, one way or the other.
	It's going to be a hacking contest between the Republicans and the Democrats.
	And if they get caught, they're going to blame it on the Russians.
	This is why they're doing all this stuff right now.
	After nearly an hour and a half, Karsten Sherman, an associate professor, what did I say?
	Associate professor at a university, successfully cracked into a voting machine at Las Vegas DEF CON convention Friday night.
	And I'm not making fun of associate professors.
	I have a lot of respect for associate professors.
	I'm just saying, this guy is not some kind of PhD worldwide expert on this kind of stuff.
	I'm saying anybody that knows what they're doing and spends a little bit of time on it.
	As a matter of fact, Guccifer 1.0.
	Wasn't even anybody who was in computer science.
	He hacked into all these different famous people's accounts and just guessed their passwords and did things like that.
	So, it took two hours for them to break into this machine.
	But they said that changing votes is as easy as updating a spreadsheet in Excel.

	When you look at the way the VA is run, they feather the bureaucracy nest, they don't provide health care to people, and then they ban very effective and cheap medication, like medical marijuana.
	We had the people in Santa Cruz, they're giving free treatment to veterans who are suffering from PTSD or pain.
	Giving that to them for free because they didn't want them to get harmed or addicted to the very expensive pharmaceutical drugs that the VA is pushing.
	But we have Representative Thomas Massey.
	This is a congressman who has been very frank.
	He's out of Kentucky.
	I've played comments from him before.
	I like this guy.
	He is a straight shooter.
	He said if the vote were today in Congress, he said the federal prohibition on marijuana would go away.
	The problem, he said, is that the leadership will not allow such a vote to occur.
	He said, a change in leadership could mean that that issue gets resolved tomorrow.
	Maybe we need somebody from the House Freedom Caucus, like Jim Jordan, instead of Paul Ryan or his hand-picked replacement.
	You know, just as President Trump is talking about, we're going to fix this wall, we're going to have this vote, or I'm not going to refund the government.
	We had Mitch McConnell get in his face and say, that ain't happening.
	Not going to do that.
	Absolutely amazing.
	That's where these guys are.
	They're going to block President Trump, but more importantly, they're going to block your access to things that they have absolutely no authority to do it.
	We don't need them to give this to us.
	We have the Tenth Amendment and we have juries.
	You know, as they push this kind of stuff on us, you know, just even common painkillers.
	You know, we talk about the opioid epidemic and Rand Paul, who suffered severe pain from that attack by his neighbor, broke several ribs.
	I think one of them even Did it puncture his lungs or something?
	He was in just incredible pain.
	He said he would not take opioids.
	And he pointed out that the over-the-counter medication is just as effective as the highly addictive and expensive opioids that are being pushed on everybody by the pharmaceutical companies and the medical establishment.
	But even those common painkillers can triple the side effects of dementia.
	This is a report that came out the end of last week.
	The Alzheimer's Association International Conference They looked at both opioid-based painkillers and common prescriptions of other painkillers, and how it increased dementia and so forth.
	You know, you've got Nancy Pelosi, and she's obviously struggling from this.
	And I'm not going to make fun of somebody who's struggling from dementia.
	But for the grace of God, go any of us.
	But she's in a job where she needs to have mental acuity.
	And everybody is noticing that she's got problems.
	I mean, we had that report that came out of the House Pharmaceutical.
	You know, there's that little report.
	Drudge did a great job of finding that.
	It was somebody just doing kind of a puff piece, but it went for like 30 pages.
	You know, local interest story about, look, there's a small business that's been providing drugs to Congress since the mid-1800s.
	And buried in that article was a comment from the guys like, we got some people who are getting drugs on a regular basis and I don't know how they even find their way to the pill.
	They are seriously not mentally competent and yet they're making laws for all of us.
	Everybody said, is he talking about Nancy Pelosi?
	Is he talking about Harry Reid?
	Is he talking about John McCain?
	Well, Nancy Pelosi is still there.
	And so in order to prop her up, they put her on Jeopardy.
	Not as a contestant.
	No, no, no.
	They put her on Jeopardy so that Alex Trebek could associate her with this program that is associated with intelligence and understanding all this trivia.
	So she comes out and introduces a question.
	So they go, you know, politics or Congress or whatever for $200.
	And they pull the thing back and Nancy Pelosi reads out a pre-recorded statement.
	Now tell them how many takes they had to take with that.
	But that's the way They manipulate people.
	The way Jeopardy is manipulating people by putting Nancy Pelosi on there to present questions on Jeopardy.
	Which, of course, aren't questions, they're answers.
	She's got all the answers for these Jeopardy contestants because she is so incredibly smart.
	She's not mentally impaired.
	No, no, no.
	She needs to stay there.
	You know, you got a problem?
	Dementia?
	Incognizance?
	Well, you put her on as a Jeopardy contestant, reading the questions to them, at least.
	That's the way these guys roll.
	But as we have Congressman Massey saying Congress would like to end marijuana prohibition, but the leadership won't let them.
	Understand that the Supreme Court isn't going to do it.
	Jeff Sessions isn't going to obey the Constitution.
	These people aren't going to obey the Constitution.
	The way that you do this, as I pointed out last week, is jury nullification.
	There was that lawyer in Georgia.
	She actually coordinates Fully Informed Jury Association there.
	She got up and she urged the jury there to empower themselves.
	This is a guy who was caught red-handed with about a pound of marijuana.
	He admitted it to the police.
	He later looked the jurors in the eye and he said, yep, it was mine and I use it as medicine.
	And the jurors let him go.
	They nullified it.
	Because his lawyer looked the jurors in the eye.
	And she said, you are not potted plants.
	You are not an arm of the government.
	You, and she read to them, from the Georgia Constitution, just like New Jersey Weed Man did.
	And the judge chided her for doing that.
	Can you imagine that?
	A judge chiding you for reading from the Georgia Constitution when you're a Georgia lawyer.
	Just like the judge wouldn't allow New Jersey Weed Man, when he was representing himself, the first judge, wouldn't allow him to show.
	The New Jersey Constitution to the New Jersey jurors.
	They don't want you to know what the law is.
	They want to lie to you.
	Every one of these cases, if you are a juror, the judge will tell you you are not here to judge the law, you're here to judge the facts of the case, and that judge will be lying to you.
	Let me tell you that our free exercise of religion, our freedom of speech, habeas corpus, all of those things, were not given to us by a king, by a judge, By a legislator, they were given to us by juries of our peers who stood up to those powers and stood them down, looked them in the eye and took that away.
	And so after, now here's the follow-up to the story that I reported last week of jury nullification.
	This guy was gone.
	They let him go.
	And now we have Georgia's high court removing marijuana possession penalties.
	See how it goes?
	The gig is up, folks!
	Hey, the slaves understand that we don't have any law or authority in this area.
	They're starting to learn what their rights are.
	We better give up on the issue of marijuana before they start taking back their power with civil asset forfeiture, before they start asking uncomfortable questions about the other drug prohibition issues.

	I mean, even the Mormon Church!
