	We're going to take a look.
	It just keeps coming.
	All the information about the kid migration and so forth.
	I mean, this is... We've now got all the Bush dynasty joining in on this.
	We've got Republicans in Congress telling us it's not amnesty, even while you've got Jeb Bush.
	Saying, uh, we need to get this done for them and we need to give them a path to citizenship and amnesty and all this sort of thing.
	And we have someone who has essentially become a public whistleblower, uh, that works for DACA.
	And we'll tell you what he had to say.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	You know, when I tweet this stuff out and I say, uh, we've got all these people coming here and we know that MS-13 has bragged about it.
	We've had MS-13 gang members say that, you know, we have sent MS-13 members here to take advantage of the DACA program because they're easy on people at certain ages and of course they skew very young in the demographics of MS-13.
	We send these people in to take advantage of that DACA program.
	And whenever I tweet that out I have all these people on the left trolling me saying that DACA people are not criminals.
	Well, 60,000 of them are.
	A very large percentage of them are.
	And they're not convicted criminals.
	See, they only have to be arrested.
	But, I mean, they have to be convicted in order to be taken out.
	And they have like a three-strike program to be taken out.
	But, you know, it's a catch-and-release.
	If you're arrested for murder, you're still not kicked out of the DACA program.
	You have to be convicted.
	And some other crimes, too, maybe.
	Besides illegally coming into America.
	See, they're treated far better than Paul Manafort, for example.
	Okay, you can be arrested for murder, but you're not out of the DACA program.
	Catch and release stuff, okay?
	So we're going to talk about that.
	We're going to talk about more information about the FBI leaks.
	I think we should start calling them the FIB.
	Because there's so many different lies coming out of the FBI, or I guess maybe the other thing we could say is we could call them the F-Bias Agency.
	Because the bias that's there, the criminality that's there.
	We had the Inspector General go to the Senate yesterday, and he was questioned by Lindsey Graham, as well as by Grassley.
	It now appears that Comey is going to be facing charges.
	So we've got information about that.
	But we're going to start with economic news today.
	Of course, part of the news that came out today I think is very, very important.
	The Southern Poverty Law Center has now been busted 3.4 million dollars because they had accused a guy who was actually somebody who was fighting Muslim extremists.
	He was a Muslim himself, as well as another person who was blowing the whistle on Muslim practices.
	A woman who had been abused in childhood with female genital mutilation.
	She was subjected to that during childhood.
	So the Southern Poverty Law Center comes after these Muslims and calls them anti-Muslim extremists.
	See, the Southern Poverty Law Center defends the jihadis.
	That's the way they began, quite frankly.
	I did a program several years ago.
	I called it the Prophets of Hate.
	Yeah, they like to prophesy and call everybody hate mongers, fear mongers, and so forth, but what they're really after is the prophet, P-R-O-F-I-T.
	The Prophets of Hate.
	Morris Dees, of course, got his start.
	defending the Ku Klux Klan that was attacking and brutalizing the civil rights marchers in Birmingham, Alabama.
	Made a lot of money doing that, but then he made a lot more money doing direct mail marketing.
	And then, other than defending the Ku Klux Klan that attacked the Birmingham marchers and burning their buses, Morris Dees set out the entire civil rights movement, except for that.
	And then with his mailing list expertise, he got back in with the Democrats and their campaigns in the late and the early 70s, I think it was, and then got their mailing list and made himself a crusader against the Ku Klux Klan.
	And so here they are attacking the people who are fighting the Muslim jihadists and calling them anti-Muslim extremists.

	As I was pointing out at the top of the hour, we have the Southern Poverty Law Center.
	The Prophets of Hate, and of course I would say that's P-R-O-F-I-T-S of hate, they're a little bit less profitable.
	They got hit with a 3.4 million dollar fine.
	Part of this was because they demonstrated malice in terms of their attack.
	against an organization falsely accusing them of being anti-Muslim extremists.
	Now this organization and the individual involved in it, Majid Nawaz, and the organization was the Quilliam Foundation, both Nawaz who is a liberal Muslim and a former Islamic extremist.
	Now he is against Islamic extremism.
	The Southern Poverty Law Center is for Islamic extremism, folks.
	They're the people, of course, that the beloved FBI had vetting people and targeting people for hate, labeling people for hate.
	They did that for quite some time.
	They accused him of savaging Islam.
	They also accused a woman, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a Somali Muslim-born critic of Islam, as an extremist because she advocated for the abolition of cultural practices like female genital mutilation, which she herself was subjected to during childhood, as reported by the National Review.
	So their profits have gone down a little bit.
	And they made these accusations.
	They eventually did a retraction, but they waited two years to do it.
	That is why they had to pay $3.4 million.
	They indicated that they had malice.
	If they'd made a mistake, then you have a certain amount of time because reasonably everybody can make a mistake.
	If you print a retraction during a reasonable amount of time, then there is no malice and there is no There is no lawsuit, but they refuse to take these people off.
	Why would they do that?
	Because they don't want anyone criticizing Islam, including people who have been victimized by it.
	People who are Muslims themselves, or former Muslims, who have been victims.
	of Islam.
	They don't want them criticizing Islam.
	Just like the Southern Poverty Law Center, as I said at the top of the hour.
	Morsi's got his start.
	The only place that he ever was involved with the Ku Klux Klan directly, really, during the Civil Rights Movement, was in defending them in Birmingham, Alabama as they beat protesters and burned their buses.
	Then he got out of that and started making money in direct mail.
	Then he got the mailing list and presented himself, the mailing list of the Democrat Party, presented himself as a champion against the Ku Klux Klan.
	Many people on the left have attacked the Southern Poverty Law Center because they are so focused on their profits and do so little to help people.
	But now they've got a little bit less profit.
	3.4 million dollars.
	U.S.
	futures have plunged, not just the Southern Poverty Law Center's profits, but U.S.
	futures have plunged after Trump has said he's going to double down on the tariff equalization.
	They want to call it a trade war on the Wall Street Journal.
	No, the trade war, Wall Street, has been going on for 20 to 25 years.
	And you didn't have a problem with that when it was our factories that were being bombed.
	But this is a tariff equalization.
	And Trump says, well, we're going to put another $200 billion more in Chinese tariffs.
	Beijing vows to fight back.
	As Zero Hedge points out, the silver lining in all this is that so far, China hasn't invoked the nuclear option, such as dumping foreign exchange reserves, either bonds or equities, or devaluing the currency.
	But they say both of these are just a matter of time.
	And in fact, last Friday, we saw Russia Liquidate half of its U.S.
	Treasuries.
	They said this may have been a test and a dress rehearsal for the real thing when Beijing starts selling.
	And so that's the real issue there.
	Are we going to be able to maintain the petrodollar as we try to equalize this unfair trade situation?
	Another article from Zero Hedge looks at it a little bit differently.
	They say China has fallen into the trade trap that has been laid by President Trump.
	They say nobody knows what President Trump will do next, but right now it looks like he's successfully maneuvered China into a trade trap.
	And this article says the goal is to slow China's economy such that military modernization slows and its economy cannot catch up with the United States.
	And as Bloomberg has said, and they quote him, China thinks that it can outlast the United States.
	They don't have to worry about an election in November, let alone two years from now.
	Well, I don't know if they're going to be able to outlast the United States when we are down, as President Trump has pointed out in his tweets, he says, you can't lose when you're down $800 billion per year.
	We've got a deficit with them of $800 billion per year.
	So how are we going to lose in this war?
	How are they going to outlast us in this war?
	And they also go on to say, in terms of this trade trap, and in terms of saying, well, maybe the real issue here, as President Trump has said, you know, and we've had generals who have said the economic condition of the United States is absolutely an issue of national defense.
	If you think about this, every war that we've had since the War of Independence has been won because of our superior industrial base, our superior economy.
	And that includes even the Civil War, where the North had a superior industrial base, could manufacture better weapons and do it forever.
	And that has been our strength through that war, through World War I, through World War II, and so forth.
	It is also our biggest weakness is our deficit and, of course, the petrodollar influences that.
	However, it is a national defense issue if we don't have an economy.
	But they're pointing here is that the trade trap, as they were saying in this, is the fact that China wants to modernize its military.
	They want to take on the United States.
	They're building artificial islands, fortifying them in the China Sea close to the Philippines.
	They're getting very aggressive with Taiwan and other people.
	They're very expansive.
	One way to stop that is to slow down their economy.
	So this economic fight is also a military fight.
	And as I point out in Zero Hedge, this is the mistake to think that they can outlast us because we've got an election coming up.
	This is a mistake that dictators, autocrats, always make about Western governments and especially the United States.
	They view the messy, inefficient political system uh... as a weakness uh... well we designed it to do that to protect liberty as he pointed out uh... they think politicians care more about elections than anything else however the they miss the fact That democratic governments enjoy greater legitimacy.
	If the U.S.
	reaches a majority in favor of confronting China on trade, and that's really where we are right now.
	The majority of people really do want China to be confronted on trade.
	Then President Trump has the stronger political hand.
	So this isn't like the mass of voters.
	Yes, Wall Street doesn't want to see this happen.
	The multinational corporations who set up this imbalance between the United States and China don't want to see this happen, but the American people do.
	And he goes on to say, Democrats oppose him simply because he's Trump.
	And the establishment opposes him because he wants to stop this global war against our economy.
	But they would lose votes if the only issue in November was, do you want to confront China on trade?
	Yes or no?
	You want to put that up?
	Democrats, you want to make that an issue?
	You want to make that an issue?
	We'll see what happens with that.
	Meanwhile, of course, we have the big merger between AT&T and Time Warner.
	That's been approved.
	We should all be very concerned about that.
	Remember how we got the banks that were too big to fail?
	That happened during the Clinton administration.
	No, it was Bill Clinton.
	And the good time party 1990s, you know, he's just like anything goes as long as you pay off Bill and Hillary.
	Send some money to the foundation, you can do whatever you want.
	And of course he had a guy on his chief of staff who was in the banking industry in North Carolina and the first big merger that happened there was between Nations Bank in North Carolina at the time and Bank of America.
	Those two merged.
	They moved the headquarter to North Carolina renamed it Bank of America, but that was approved by the Clinton administration.
	That set off the consolidation that resulted in just a couple of banks, about six or seven banks, that were too big to fail, too big to jail.
	And of course they also got rid of the Glass-Steagall Act that kept them out of speculative investments.
	Now we've got this big merger taking place between AT&T and Time, and they're going to be the most indebted companies in the world.
	Over 350 billion dollars in debt.
	And as we look at the consolidation, not only of our information, which we're going to talk about in the next segment, and then we're going to get into more information about kid migration and the FIB, the Fibbers, in Washington.
	We're going to have more information about that.

	You know, as we look at this massive merger that they've set up between Comcast and AT&T, and I just pointed out as we're going to break, they're going to create the world's most indebted company.
	350 billion dollars in debt.
	That's a great way to start out, isn't it?
	Leave the companies with little room to maneuver if profits fail to materialize, says Zero Hedge.
	Yeah, that's right.
	One of the bond fund managers, this one is at PGIM Fixed Income, said, that's a very big number, $350 billion.
	Yeah, it is.
	It has fixed income investors a little nervous.
	You know, they might be looking at this.
	And seeing this massive communication merger here, leaving them indebted in this leveraged buyout or whatever it is.
	It's not necessarily a leveraged buyout, it's a merger.
	But $350 billion in debt.
	They might go back and think about the iHeart bankruptcy.
	iHeart Radio.
	The network, that's what it's currently called now, the network of 850 channels.
	And of course, their path to destruction began with the buyout that was put together as a deal, put together by Mitt Romney's company.
	They were originally called Clear Channel.
	They've changed their names a couple of times, but they can't get rid of that debt, no matter how many times they change their name, how many times they change management.
	They can't get rid of that debt.
	This is something that we've seen beginning in the 1980s.
	It continues to happen as you have these big corporate mergers.
	They straddle these companies with debt and take them down even though they were profitable, even though they have a good business model.
	And of course that was Mitt Romney's Bain Capital.
	Sounds kind of like a Batman villain, doesn't it?
	Bain Capital?
	Yeah, and that Batman villain is now running for Senate in Utah, even though he spent all of his life up in Massachusetts and was governor up in Massachusetts, got Obamacare pushed through with Ted Kennedy from Massachusetts.
	That was the beta test side.
	That's why the Republican establishment selected him to run, just in case.
	I mean, he was the, he's a hedge fund guy, you know, so he was the hedge in case Obama didn't win.
	Just like they did with NAFTA.
	They were going to make sure that whether it was Bill Clinton or whether it was George H.W.
	Bush, NAFTA was going to go through.
	Well, they made sure that it was going to go through for the government-funded health care, mandated health care, whether it was Obama or Romney.
	And now this guy who couldn't get elected dog catcher in Massachusetts anymore has now carpet-bagged himself into Utah to run against a real conservative.
	Ironically, that conservative's name is Kennedy!
	After partnering with Ted Kennedy in Massachusetts to put through the first Obamacare beta test, he now has to run against a conservative named Kennedy in Utah.
	Let's hope that that conservative beats him.
	But when we look at what is happening with media, And we look at the problems that Angela Merkel is facing and she may be out before too much longer because of the open border issue.
	She refuses To allow the Bavarian party that she had to have, she was damaged so much in the elections because of her open border policies, that she had to put together a coalition government.
	coalition government is supported and needs the Bavarian party which said we're not going to go down that road of open borders we're going to act on the behalf of the German people the German government will act on behalf of the German people and Angela Merkel the globalist said no no no no no we have to ask Brussels first we can't do this unilaterally I'm not going to allow you to do that and so this guy who is with the Bavarian party who is actually in charge of the immigration party of policy
	He's in that position in the ministry.
	He says, well, I'm going to do it.
	And you've got a little bit of time to make up your mind.
	And if you fight me on this, then your coalition is going to collapse and you're going to be out as prime minister.
	So the German response to all this is to say that what they need is more censorship of radio and television talk shows.
	Just like here in America.
	The Guardian reports populist talk shows have fueled the rise of the far right, German TV bosses are told.
	The head of Germany's most powerful cultural body, they have a cultural body, has called for the plug to be pulled on the nation's multitude of political talk shows for a year, arguing that their populist agenda has helped to fuel the rise of the far right.
	Well, let's help people to see that Angela Merkel's policies have not worked.
	They said that it cemented public attitudes towards refugees and Islam.
	It's propelled the Alternative for Deutschland party into Parliament.
	That's the basis of what is really behind Angela Merkel's troubles.
	And so this is what this guy, who is the head of the German cultural body, said.
	I'd suggest for them to take a break for a year, though the length of the intermission isn't the decisive factor.
	Yeah, it might be a little bit longer than a year.
	They might just keep these people out forever.
	He said, what is crucial is that they return with a new talk show concept and that they try to come up with more suitable contents with regard to social cohesion in our society.
	So, they have to have social cohesion, and that social cohesion means unquestioning integration of people from foreign cultures.
	And if you don't do that, they're going to shut you off of the air, which is what we're seeing being done in America by our cultural bodies, the social media we call them, Facebook and so forth.
	But they pointed out that since 2015, at the height of the refugee crisis, when almost a million refugees and migrants entered Germany, maybe that was a problem.
	Maybe people were talking about this on talk radio and TV shows in Germany because they realized that that was a problem.
	They said more than 100 political talk shows have put a topic related to migration at the center of their discussion.
	And just last week, they had at the center of the discussion They had hart aber fair, which is hard but fair.
	They led with a question, to what extent is it possible to integrate young men who have fled from war and archaic societies?
	That would be Islamic societies.
	How unsafe is Germany as a result of them?
	And what caused them to have that question at the top of their program was the murder of a fourteen-year-old German girl.
	His body was discovered in Weissbaden last week.
	The 20-year-old Iraqi man that was suspected of her rape and murder was extradited from Iraq to Germany this week to face trial.
	So if you talk about that, if you address that felt need of the public, then the German establishment says, maybe you need to take a one-year vacation and rethink your programming.
	See, that's what we have to be concerned about when we consolidate all this information here.
	And even the New York Times CEO, and of course, Facebook is out there saying, we're going to work with the established media, the name brand media, people like the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, Fox News, we're going to work with them.
	At least the New York Times CEO has called them on that.
	He said, his name is Mark Thompson, he said yesterday that, I'm sorry, this was a couple of months ago, he said that, sorry, last week, June 13th, I forget what day it is here.
	Because last Tuesday, tech companies that are trusting these algorithms to determine what is truthy or not is a real danger, not only to free speech, but to democracy.
	He said, the process of citizens making up their own mind which news source to believe is messy, and it can lead to fake news.
	But to rob them of that ability, to replace the straightforward accountability of editors and publishers for the news that they produce, with a centralized trust algorithm?
	That won't make democracy healthier.
	It'll damage it further.
	And he says we have to have full transparency, even if it requires regulation or legislation.
	I think what we should just do is say, stop the censorship.
	Yet government is demanding censorship from Facebook.

	During the last segment I read you the comments made by the CEO of the New York Times, Mark Thompson.
	He made those comments at a forum that was being held at Columbia University called Breaking the News.
	Free speech and democracy in the age of platform monopoly.
	Everybody, left and right, understands that there's a monopoly.
	They're talking about the rising power of Google and Facebook, what it means for journalism.
	We understand it's a monopoly.
	And we understand that this was set up by the government.
	These people are proxies for government censorship.
	And I'll say it again.
	I've seen it happen.
	I've seen it happen with the mainstream media in the state of North Carolina when I was working with a third party.
	You jump through all these hoops that the mainstream parties don't have to go through.
	And then once you make the ballot, by going through all these extra expensive, time-consuming processes that you have to do before you can even start to really address the public.
	Once you get on the ballot, then they had the organization, private organization, so hey, you know, they can do whatever they want, right?
	Well, they were given the debates by the government.
	Solely for the purpose of letting this private organization censor any third parties and independent candidates out of the debates.
	And that's precisely what they did.
	So this is what's going on, folks, with Facebook and Google.
	They were put in power.
	They were given monopoly power by the government.
	Yeah, the government... It was DARPA that created the Internet.
	It was JCR Licklider and others who wanted... He was a psychologist!
	And he was working for DARPA.
	They wanted it for control.
	And now it's getting away from them, so they have to use censorship.
	And again, to repeat what he had to say there at that thing, he said, citizens making up their own mind which news sources to believe is messy and it can lead to fake news.
	But if you're going to rob them of that ability with algorithms that we're not allowed to look at, He says that is a real problem.
	A real problem for free speech.
	A real problem for democracy.
	And I'm glad that people on the left are concerned about this.
	Now, the question is, will anything be done about it?

	So don't you talk about anything that goes against conventional wisdom, scientifically or medically.

	That's also going to include things like climate change because of course that's a scientific consensus and nobody should ever question that, we're told.

	Oh yeah, well that gives them a little bit of an out there, right?
	From just blanket censorship.
	Can you really trust them?
	Can you really trust them to say, well, if you really indicate that you're looking for an alternative, then we will show you that stuff.
	How do you indicate in a Google search that you want alternative information to the consensus point of view from the medical establishment, from big pharmaceutical companies and the AMA?
	I'm not really sure.
	And then Google will be adding things to its list of prohibited ad words later this month Things like gun grips, scopes, and sights, that will not be allowed.
	So no advertising for that.
	No advertising for health alternatives as well.
	Words like stocks, conversion kits, scopes, sights, tripods, bipods, gun grips, gun making instructions.
	Of course, they've already banned YouTube videos that show people how to responsibly use guns.
	And so this is just following up on that.
	So when we look at this, I wonder if You'd be able to find anything about lawsuits of people who've gotten cancer because of Roundup.
	Maybe they're going to start taking that out.
	I mean, that's not an established medical fact, is it?
	It's been around for a while.
	CNN reported last year that 800 patients were suing Monsanto.
	Of course, they're not Monsanto anymore.
	They were bought by Bayer.
	Isn't that convenient now?
	They don't call it Monsanto.
	The name Monsanto is gone.
	Gone.
	They're going to call it Bayer.
	And so now they have sanitized that.
	They claim that their popular weed killer, Roundup, and the active ingredient of that, of course, is glyphosate.
	You can get glyphosate in other products.

	He has very little time left to live and so he is going to be the first case to go to court in California because California will make exceptions to the typical time frame for lawsuits if somebody is near death.
	And so this is going to set the legal precedent for a lot of trials to come.
	It could be thousands because it's already been more than 800 people.
	Now this cancer that he has and that these other people say that glyphosate has given them is non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
	Now I have an interesting story.
	I had a pet My wife and I had a dog, and he used to love to escape from the yard.
	He was a basset hound, and he was able to climb a fence with those little legs.
	I don't know how he could do it, but he would get out, and he was the only dog that I've ever had that would, on a regular basis, eat grass.
	Dogs will usually do that when they're sick, but he would always love to eat grass.
	And at the time we were living in a suburban neighborhood where the neighbors would treat their lawns with chemicals and so forth.
	And the people come around and spray it for weed stuff.
	They'll put up signs, keep your kids and your pets off the lawn, you know.
	I mean, this is the silent, pure silent spring stuff here.
	And he would get out and, you know, I think that's what happened to him because he got non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
	And the little bell went off because I heard a news report talking about how farmers who were using glyphosate were getting non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
	Now, this was in the mid-80s that this happened.
	This has been going on for a very, very long time.
	And as recently as 2015, the World Health Organization said that glyphosate is, quote, probably carcinogenic to humans.
	They said that they had noticed that it caused cancer in lab animals.
	Yeah, I noticed it, did it to my dog.
	But that's going to be coming up.
	But will Google hide that information from people?
	Do that for Big Ag, Big Pharma, kind of hide that information?
	And one of the other things that the Guardian is wringing their hands over Besides the fact that there is conservative radio and television in Germany, and that's causing the fall of Angela Merkel and the globalists.
	They're also wringing their hands over the fact that civilians own 85% of the world's 1 billion firearms.
	They said 85% are estimated to be held by civilians.
	Now here's the good news.
	40% of those are held by Americans.
	That means that we got 34% of the world's firearms in private hands in America.

	And you can see it by everything that they do.
	They never talk about it.
	The Supreme Court doesn't talk about it.
	Jeff Sessions, our Attorney General, doesn't talk about it.
	It doesn't exist, right?
	Now, we have a 10th Amendment, which is why we had to have an 18th Amendment to prohibit alcohol.
	So I've said, forget about 420, it's 1018.
	President Trump said he'll likely support a congressional effort to end the federal ban on marijuana and, you know, enforce the Tenth Amendment.
	What a novel idea.
	But it was also a campaign promise.
	But the fact that it's the Tenth Amendment and it's part of the Constitution is even more important.
	You know, we have Ron Paul.
	While we're talking about the Constitution, and I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago, We had the report saying that the TSA has created a secret list, you know, like that no-fly list that you can't tell if you're on, and you can't tell if you're off, and you can't tell if you're on, unless they refuse to let you fly, but you can't tell why you are on.
	They won't tell you why, right?
	Star Chamber stuff.
	But it's also being assaulted, and Ron Paul said, you know, when I saw they've got a special list for people who object to being treated the way they treat people, He said, I thought back to a time when I was flying and he said, one time, he said I was exasperated.
	With the constant insults to my privacy and dignity, and I asked the TSA agent if he was proud to assault innocent Americans for a living.
	So he said, well, I guess I'm on that list.
	And I said at the time, I talked about things that had happened with me and my family, and I said, I'm sure that I'm on that list.
	So Ron Paul and I are on that list.
	Well, that's a good list to be on.
	If you're on a list with Ron Paul, that's a good one to be on.
	But he's going to, he asked, you know, why can't we sue the TSA for assault?

	Waging war on corruption.

	You know, we had the Supreme Court rule 9 to nothing that they're not going to rule on gerrymandering.
	Now, this is something that is The Democrats, for the most part, although there was one of the cases that they were looking at in Maryland, was brought by a Republican versus the Democrats who were drawing lines.
	This is an ancient practice in America, whether you like it or not.
	It's called gerrymandering because in some of the very first elections, they drew these congressional districts and said, hey, that looks like a salamander.
	And the person who was doing it, the name was Jerry, so they call it gerrymandering, whatever.
	But anyway, the bottom line is it's been there forever.
	And we've had situations in North Carolina that have been running through the courts, hasn't gone all the way to the Supreme Court.
	These two cases that the Supreme Court let these maps that were drawn up by the state legislatures, because that's in the Constitution.
	The federal government doesn't have any role to play there, any more than they have a role to play in telling you what medication you can take and what medication you can't take, like medical marijuana.
	Or even whether you want to drink alcohol or smoke pot.
	They don't have any authority to do that.
	They had to have, back in the day when we had a constitutional government and people had respect for it, we had an 18th amendment to give them the power to prohibit people consuming alcohol.
	Regardless of what you think about the issue.
	Just like regardless of what you think about marriage.
	The Supreme Court and the federal government doesn't have the authority to tell you that you can or cannot drink alcohol, or that you can or cannot smoke pot, or who can marry, or to define what marriage is.
	They were never given that power.
	They were specifically prohibited from taking that power by the Tenth Amendment.
	And so it's good that they butted out of this.
	You know, North Carolina, where this happened, they had a situation, as I pointed out, after Barack Obama Carried North Carolina and won in 2008.
	There was voter remorse, big time.
	And in 2010, the Republicans swept everything except the congressional district.
	Why did they not sweep the congressional district?
	Well, it was because of gerrymandering.
	If you set the district up, you can pick the voters and you can predetermine the outcome.
	Now what happened, it was 2010, it was a census year, and since the Republicans got control of the legislature for the first time since Reconstruction, They got to pick the districts.
	And guess what?
	You had the congressional districts change in the next election.
	In 2012, you had a lot of Republicans elected from North Carolina because they got to redraw the district lines.
	This is something that parties have always done.
	And so then the Democrats to try to undo what they lost at the ballot box to try to undo that in the jury box, if you will, although there's no jury, there's just these activist judges.
	They sued for that.
	And so you've had a couple of these cases now go to the Supreme Court.
	Supreme Court said, no, we're not going to get involved in that.
	That's good.
	And as I was saying, Ron Paul says, why can't we sue the TSA for assault?
	You know, this is something that happened while I was on vacation, that 96 year old lady that they harassed.
	And it went viral.
	I'm sure you saw that.
	They were shown a video.
	Of what was going to happen to an individual in a wheelchair.
	Now, the video showing the searching procedure lasted for 15 seconds.
	However, this 96-year-old lady in the wheelchair, her search lasted for six minutes.
	And I think it was her daughter who was filming.
	It was absolutely outrageous.
	She said, how can they get away with this?
	That's a good question.
	How can they get away with that?
	How can they get away with their secret no-fly list?
	How can they get away with the new list?
	That includes people who have engaged in conduct that is judged to be, quote, offensive and without legal justification.
	That is disruptive of the safe and effective completion of screening, quote, unquote.

	Something that is being proposed in the Senate that is very dangerous to our liberties.
	It was picked up by the Tenth Amendment Center.

	Then we're going to get into the FBI lies and the FBI leaks.
	As I said before, I think we need to start calling them the FIB because they seem to be not able to tell the truth.
	And we're going to take a look at the leaks.
	We're going to take a look at what happened with the Inspector General on Capitol Hill as he went before the Senate yesterday.
	Looks like they're going to be coming after James Comey.
	And then we're going to get into the kid migration issue, and we're going to take some of your phone calls, because I want to know what you think about this kid immigration thing.
	Have you been gaslighted by the Democrats, by the mainstream media on this, or do you understand what's really going on?
	And I think as they keep pushing harder and harder, and we've got some update news for you about DACA, they may embolden President Trump to actually start enforcing the law with DACA.
	Because what he's doing now is he's enforcing the law.
	He's enforcing law in the same way that Barack Obama did, in the same way that George W. Bush did, but now they're all pretending that it is something new.
	And if they're going to criticize him and rake him over the coals for this, then maybe what he needs to do is actually to enforce DACA.
	And we had Obama and his homeland security secretary, as I've pointed out many times, Jan Napolitano, wrote a memo This is not even an executive order.
	This was a memo from Janet Napolitano saying we're not going to enforce the borders, we're not going to enforce immigration law.
	Now that deferred action, or we should call it the non-enforcement of the borders and immigration law by Obama and Janet Napolitano is still standing.
	And the two Homeland Security Secretaries that President Trump has had, as well as President Trump, have not overturned that.
	He could overturn that just as easily as he overturned the Paris Climate Treaty that was self-signed, self-ratified by Obama.
	It wasn't ratified.
	He just signed it.
	And so, doing it that way, President Trump could just say, well, I'm not going to do that.
	And he also overturned Obama's treaty.
	that he made with Iran, because that also was not ratified.
	And so President Trump could say, well, I'm not going to do that either, which he did.
	And he could also do that with the non-enforcement of our immigration laws and our border.
	And hopefully he will.
	But we want to get your comments on that as we go.
	First of all, let's talk about what Judge Napolitano is talking about.
	This is a new threat to us, but it's not really a new threat.
	This is a Senate proposal that would allow the President to declare any person or entity, including U.S.
	citizens on U.S.
	soil, To be a terrorist or terrorist organization and to deploy the U.S.
	military against them.
	Does this sound familiar?
	Does this sound like the little clause that was slipped into the Defense Authorization Act back in 2012 in December?
	And Obama said, I'm not going to sign that.
	Everybody was very concerned about that.
	It allowed the indefinite detention by the military of anybody.
	That they deemed to be a threat, a terrorist threat, without due process.
	You could be detained indefinitely by the military.
	You could be shipped off to somewhere else, be tortured by Gina Haspel and the CIA.
	And a lot of people had a problem with that.
	Barack Obama said, no, I'm not going to sign that.
	Then on New Year's Eve, he signed it.
	And then he came out and said, don't worry, I'm not going to force it.
	And now you've got the Senate proposing that the president And this is beyond President Trump, as Judge Napolitano points out.
	This is giving new powers to the President.
	But in a sense it's not, because they've already said with the NDAA that they wanted to do that.
	And when you look at what we have been doing, allowing the Presidents to get us involved in foreign wars, now more than seven that we're involved in, and we've been in a constant state of war Since September 11th, just a few months into the Bush administration, the entire eight years of Obama, first time that's ever happened, we have been in a state of war, and multiple wars, and done so without a formal declaration.
	Just saying, this is the authorization for the use of military force, which these people would presume gives them, since that's a worldwide declaration, that would also mean that the United States Continental United States is also under an authorization for the use of military force that would allow them to use the military for indefinite detention and transportation rendition.
	And so we look at all this and we look at the fact that we have allowed the president to get us into war without ever having the debate that is required by the Constitution.
	I'm reminded of what Madison said.
	When he said the means of defense against foreign danger have always become instruments of tyranny at home.
	Have always become instruments of tyranny at home.
	So if we allow the president to unilaterally say that country or that group of individuals are a threat to the United States and we're going to go to war with them and we're not going to have a declaration of war.
	When you do that to defend against a foreign danger Then what eventually happens is you get the NDAA and then you eventually get a Senate proposal to allow the president to do the same thing here at home.
	That's called the means of tyranny at home.
	Here's Judge Napolitano breaking it down.
	Welcome to my chambers.
	A proposal now exists in the United States Senate to allow the President of the United States to designate any person or group as a terrorist or terror organization anywhere on the planet and use the United States military to eliminate that person.
	This is basically letting the President declare war on a person or group or country or government.
	That, of course, violates the Constitution.
	The Constitution says the Congress has certain powers to write the laws and declare war.
	The President has certain powers to enforce the laws and wage war.
	The courts have certain powers to interpret the laws or to invalidate them if they violate the Constitution.
	These powers can't be exchanged or mixed even by consent among the various governmental entities because that is tantamount to amending the Constitution.
	So if this proposal, and it's not aimed at Donald Trump, it's aimed at a presidency, so it would be President Trump or whoever succeeds him, to expand the president's power to allow him to declare war, even on Americans in America, becomes law.
	It would profoundly violate the Constitution and the separation of powers.
	We have separated the powers in our Constitution in order to have tension among the branches of the federal government.
	Because out of that tension, each one checking, watching, and slowing down the other is the preservation of human liberty.
	Without that tension... That's exactly right.
	Let's hold it right there.
	You know, the Constitution is actually a pretty good plan.
	We should try it sometime here in America.
	I haven't tried it for a very, very long time.
	I know these people all put their hand on the Bible, and they swear to it, and they are oath breakers.
	Oath breakers, when we talk about that.
	Let's switch this now to the FBI, as we're talking about liars and oath breakers.
	That's a natural segue to go to the FBI.
	Pull up video clip number 10, Julian.
	Let's get into this, because we had the Inspector General Go to the Senate yesterday and he was asked some very sharp questions by Senator Grassley and others.
	Let's play a little bit of this and we'll have to go to a break before we get finished with this.
	But this is Senator Grassley talking to the Inspector General about James Comey.
	Mr. Horowitz, did the officials specifically tell you that obstructing Congress was not a matter of substantial federal interest?
	They didn't specifically say that to us.
	We asked them for their reasons and they explained various other reasons that we lay out in the report.
	Former Director Comey said on television that the Inspector General interviewed him about the handling of his mammals of conversations with President Trump.
	Some of those mammals contain classified information.
	Comey said he did not expect a report on his handling of classified information because, quote-unquote, that's frivolous.
	I don't happen to think that it is frivolous.
	Question number one to Mr. Horowitz, are you investigating Comey's handling of his mammals?
	And does that include the classification issues?
	And should Mr. Comey expect a report?
	And we're going to have the answer to that when we come back.
	I'll give you a spoiler alert.
	Yeah, he's going to be investigating Comey.
	And we'll have his comment and response to that question when we come back.

	Welcome back, I'm David Knight, and I've got James Comey, who is in Iowa.
	I've Social media, everybody's saying, is he running for president, or is he just running for the...
	Chief moralist and pontificate of America.
	And yet, as we had the Inspector General being asked questions by the Senate, yesterday we had Senator Grassley ask him, I'm going to rewind this and play a little bit about this, asked the Inspector General about Comey.
	And here's the exchange, and we'll comment on this afterwards.
	Here's the exchange between Senator Grassley and the Inspector General Horowitz.
	And should Mr. Comey expect a report when it is complete?
	We received a referral on that from the FBI.
	We are handling that referral, and we will issue a report when the matter is complete, consistent with the law and rules, and a report that's consistent and takes those into account.
	In the FBI's response to the Inspector General's report, the FBI said, quote, there is no indication that any classified material ever transited former Director Comey's, Ms.
	Page's, or Mr. Strzok's personal devices or accounts.
	But I thought neither the Inspector General nor the FBI actually looked at their personal devices.
	I sent a letter to you, Director Wray, this morning on this topic, but I wanted to ask you, how can the FBI conclude no classified material was on their personal devices if you didn't even look at their devices?
	Mr. Chairman, first, as to your letter, I haven't obviously seen your letter of today, but I'm happy to take a look at it and make sure we're being responsive to you on that.
	On the second part of your question, and the words in our response to the Inspector General's report, I don't think we're attempting to characterize some independent investigation of our own, but rather to refer to the language in the Inspector General's report Uh, and to clarify that the findings that we're reacting to did not themselves identify any passage of classified information.
	Okay.
	Okay, so Comey has got or had a private email account as he was warning all of his FBI agents, don't do that!
	Don't do that.
	And as that came out, Hillary Clinton said, but my emails... Yeah, oh yeah, it was a problem Hillary because you had classified information.
	Now they're saying maybe he didn't have classified information.
	But then Senator Grassley says, well how do you know that if you haven't looked?
	Kind of the same way the FBI knew without looking that the DNC had been hacked by Russians.
	Remember they go up to the DNC and it's like Knock on the door, and it's like, can we see your server?
	No, these are not the servers you're looking for.
	Go away.
	They were told by the private contractor, crowdsource, for the DNC, that yes, we have looked at this, and yes, this is what happened.
	And no, you can't examine the evidence.
	I mean, seriously, when you look at what they did to Paul Manafort, when you look at what they did to William Benny, when you look at what they did to other people, I mean, when does the FBI work like this except with the Democrats and with Hillary Clinton or with James Comey?
	Oh, well, we know that he didn't have any classified documents on it, and Senator Grassley says, well, how do you know that if he didn't look at it?
	Well, what we do know is that there is far more evidence, we're going to get into this, far more evidence that they need a special prosecutor for this.
	Why do you have a special prosecutor?
	You have a special prosecutor because there's evidence, good evidence, that a crime was committed by these people.
	And we now have multiple versions of the truth being told by people, otherwise known, if you're not in the FBI, as a lie.
	And you also need a special prosecutor if it is understood that the institution itself, the institution of the FBI and the Department of Justice, is incapable of investigating itself impartially.
	Do you think that might be the case here?
	Absolutely it's the case here.
	Let's play what Graham said to the Inspector General about the FBI bias, or maybe we should say the F-BIAS.
	Here's Graham.
	Go ahead.
	Senator Graham.
	Would you say that this investigation was done by the book?
	Hard to say what by the book.
	I think there are reasons to raise questions on certain of these steps.
	I think he did a good job.
	But the whole idea that this is normal, folks, there's nothing here normal.
	I don't want you to think the FBI does this day in and day out.
	This is not normal.
	Lindsey Graham doesn't think it's normal.
	Do you believe it's pretty clear to everybody in the country by July the 5th that Donald Trump was the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party?
	That's my recollection.
	And from the text, it's pretty clear.
	And the texts, I think, reflect that as well.
	Okay, I'm going to read this text message from Page to Strzok on August the 8th.
	After he got the nomination, she says, Trump's not ever going to become president, right?
	Right?
	Strzok responded, no, no, he's not.
	We'll stop it.
	It doesn't matter if President Trump was the GOP nominee or not at that point.
	The FBI is not supposed to be stopping anything in the political process.
	That is a crime, whether he was still just a candidate that was in primaries, and they're going to stop him from getting the nomination.
	That would have been just as much of a crime as to stop him from winning the presidency, and that was eloquently pointed out by Alan Dershowitz, where he said, the FBI agents can have their political bias.
	When they have a strong political bias, as has been shown many times, that does call into question the objectivity and the purpose of their investigation.
	However, when they say they're going to interfere in the political process by stopping him, now that is a crime.
	You are not allowed to stop the election.
	You're not allowed to overthrow the election.
	You can have your political opinions.
	And you can say, well, I like Hillary Clinton.
	I'm with her.
	And you can say, F him, or whatever, with your private emails, with your mistresses.
	These guys all have mistresses.
	Absolutely amazing.
	Anyway, but you can have that kind of bias, but you can't say that you're going to stop and overthrow the election.
	Let's play the rest of that clip.
	That's pretty unnerving.
	Strzok, wasn't he the lead investigator of the Clinton email investigation?
	He was, in essence, the lead investigator.
	Okay, so the head guy looking at Clinton on August the 8th says we gotta stop Trump.
	Now, was that just idle talk?
	A week later...
	Here's what they say to each other.
	Strzok, text message to Lisa Page.
	I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office, that there's no way he gets elected, but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
	It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40.
	Now that's a week later.
	Who's Andy?
	Our understanding it was Andy McCabe, the deputy director.
	So you got the deputy director meeting with the lead investigator of the Clinton email investigation and Ms.
	Page, who's involved somehow, meeting in Andy's office discussing taking out an insurance policy to make sure Donald Trump doesn't become president.
	Is that what you're telling us?
	I'll be clear.
	I can't speak to whether McCabe, Mr. McCabe, was there or not.
	Did you ask Mr. McCabe?
	We did.
	He said he did not recall.

	You just heard the questioning of the Inspector General Horowitz by Senators Grassley and Graham.
	And you heard the prevaricating around the Bush.
	Not only have we got the FBI and the Department of Justice, but we also got the Inspector General for the Department of Justice prevaricating around the Bush.
	These people cannot investigate themselves.
	That's why you have a special prosecutor appointed.
	When you have institutional bias or you have a problem within the institution so that the Department of Justice and the FBI is not working properly, do you think maybe that's the case?
	Pat Cadell does.
	He was on radio yesterday, and he said there's enough indictable incidents here for a special prosecutor.
	See, that's why you have a special... You have to have indictable incidents, not a conspiracy theory, thinking there might be something there, but I don't have any evidence of it.
	But let's create a special prosecutor, Mueller, and let's let him look for this conspiracy theory that Russians somehow interfered in the election by telling us the truth about Hillary Clinton.
	That is a conspiracy theory.
	No crime was ever involved there.
	Yet they want to say that President Trump firing this crook Comey, who was at the very least insubordinate, that's putting it unbelievably mildly by the Inspector General, but if that is the case, and it certainly is the very least of what he did, was insubordination, insubordination to the law, Then, yes, he should have been fired.
	And it is not obstruction to fire him.
	There's no crime there on the part of the president.
	There is crime on the side of the people who tried to take him down.
	As Pat Caddell was saying, as someone who has been involved in eight or nine presidential campaigns in one form or the other, I have to tell you, I am appalled by what I see happening here.
	And he's somebody who, for a very long time, was a Democratic consultant.
	I think it goes back to McGovern.
	He was in the Carter White House.
	He said, I'm appalled at the notion of having an informant inside of the Trump campaign.
	Yeah, who needs Watergate burglars when you got FBI informants doing the same thing throughout the campaign?
	As we said before, and I said this over a year ago, I said this is going to be far worse than Watergate if the truth ever comes out.
	Many people have now said that as well.
	He says, I've been in campaigns where espionage was committed, but it was always the other campaign.
	It's always been done by the other campaign and not by our campaign.
	Now it's being done by the FBI, of course.
	And to give you an idea of just how bad this is, Breitbart's got a comment here that's something taken out of the Inspector General's report.
	A FBI agent, after interviewing Clinton's IT staffer, said he lied his butt off.
	I'll just say his butt off, because if I were to use the word that he used, it would be a crass comment, if you get my drift.
	An FBI agent who was one of four case officers handling the day-to-day activities of the investigation, one of two FBI agents who interviewed Clinton, and again, these are the people who have not been unmasked.
	Agent 1, Agent 5, FBI employee, as they're referred to.
	Yeah, that's what I said yesterday.
	Where is Agent 99?
	Who's working for control?
	Who's working for chaos?
	We gotta know.
	What's going on with this?
	But here's what these guys are saying.
	You got Agent 1 texting FBI employee.
	These criminals, we're not allowed to know who these criminals are.
	The Inspector General is covering up for them.
	This is why we need a special prosecutor.
	So Agent 1 is asked by FBI employee how the interview went.
	And this guy was interviewing Hillary Clinton's personal IT staffer, the guy who set up a server in her basement so she could put above top-secret classified documents in violation of all the national security laws.
	You know, we have to sacrifice all of our liberty and all of our privacy on the altar of national security, but Hillary Clinton can violate it at the worst level, in the worst way, and nothing happens to her.
	But we sacrifice everything in the name of national security.
	Except when it comes to Hillary Clinton.
	And then we sacrifice the rule of law to support her.
	So, FBI employee asks agent number one how the interview went.
	And agent number one says, awesome!
	Lied his butt off.
	He said, went from never inside the sensitive compartmented information facility.
	He calls it the SCIF.
	In other words, oh, I was never inside that.
	at Clinton's residence, to I looked in when it was being constructed, to remove the trash twice, to troubleshot the secure fax with HRC a couple of times, to every time there was a secure fax, I did it with HRC.
	And then he says, this is ridiculous.
	In other words, the guy changed his, he lied his butt off, he changed his tune, his story about four times.
	This is the text that they've now got between these agents.
	So this agent knows the guy lied his butt off.
	Why is he not?
	Why is Hillary Clinton's personal IT staffer not facing charges like General Flynn?
	General Flynn, who didn't realize that he was being asked anything at all, didn't have counsel with him and everything, and we now know that FBI agent thinks that he did not lie.
	Anyway, So the FBI employee replies to Agent 1.
	He says, wouldn't it be funny if he was the only guy that was charged in this deal?
	Oh, wouldn't that be funny?
	You know, kind of like General Flynn being the only guy that gets charged in this deal.
	Agent 1 responds that even though he lied, ain't no one going to do crap.
	They use a different term.
	And he says, I know.
	For 1001, even if he said the truth and didn't have clearance when handling the secure facts, ain't no one gonna do crap.
	This is why you have to have a special prosecutor.
	This is why you've got to get beyond the Inspector General, because he won't even reveal the names of the FBI agents.
	Who refuse to apply the law evenly because we've got one standard for people who commit crimes and another people who didn't.
	Another standard for people who don't commit crimes but they're on the wrong side of the political spectrum.
	Republicans are demanding the names of Agent 1, Agent 5.
	Let's find out who Agent 99 is as well while we're at it.
	The FBI and the media are leakers and liars galore, says a headline at New American.
	And they quote the Inspector General's report, we have profound concerns about the volume and extent of unauthorized media contacts by FBI personnel that we have uncovered during our review.
	We've identified numerous FBI employees at all levels of the organization, not just at the top, at all levels of the organization, says the Inspector General.
	And with no official reason to be in contact with the media.
	Who were nevertheless in frequent contact with reporters, and of course they were given benefits and so forth.
	I mean, the corruption in the FBI is just absolutely unbelievable.
	And it is, according to the Inspector General.
	Not my words, but it's at all levels.
	It's not a surprise to me when we look at the history of the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover.
	You know, these things rot from the head down, and it was a rotten individual who was in charge of the FBI from its inception.

	They have come after the Vault 7 suspect.
	They found the CIA employee who leaked out Vault 7.
	And of course, to remind you what that is, that gives the CIA the ability to spoof malware to make it look like they are Russians when they aren't Russians or to look like North Koreans or Chinese or You name it fill in the usual suspect They can look like anybody.
	And so all this stuff that we're told, even though it was never examined by the FBI, we were told, oh yes, it's got Russian fingerprints all over the server.
	They hacked into this situation.
	And they revealed the truth about the DNC.
	But don't look at the truth about Hillary and the DNC.
	Look at our conspiracy theory about how this information was released, because that's more important than what the actual information is.
	Because that would damage the Democrat Party.
	And it did damage the Democrat Party.
	He's looking at a penalty of 135 years.
	You know, Wikileaks, I talked about this at the very beginning, what Wikileaks did was they published what this guy leaked out, and it was essentially the manuals telling us what their capabilities were.
	Eventually, the actual code Made it around the world and got out places, which is very damaging to a lot of people.
	But WikiLeaks didn't do that until I think it was all around, or if they did it at all.
	I don't know.
	Initially, they just put out the manual to tell people what could be done with it.
	And it's kind of interesting because this stuff, they're coming after him for a copyright violation.
	Now, if this is top secret, how did they copyright it?
	They want to try to get 135 years on this guy who blew the whistle on them to some degree.
	But of course, what he did was he blew the whistle on the lies about the Russian hacking.

	Now, Hillary, before I tell you what she said yesterday.
	Let me tell you what Hillary Clinton said, I'll play for you, what she said in 2014.

	Let them stay in the United States or send them back.
	Well, two quick points.
	One, the numbers are increasing dramatically.
	And the main reason I believe why that's happening is that the violence in certain of those Central American countries is increasing dramatically.
	And there is not sufficient law enforcement or will on the part of the governments of those countries to try to deal with this Exponential increase in violence, drug trafficking, the drug cartels, and many children are fleeing from that violence.
	Should they be able to stay here?
	It's safer?
	It may be safer, but that's not the answer.
	Should they be sent back?
	Well, first of all, we have to provide the best emergency care we can provide.
	We have children five and six years old who have Come up from Central America.
	We need to do more to provide border security.
	So you're saying they should be sent back now?
	Well, they should be sent back as soon as it can be determined who responsible adults in their families are, because there are concerns about whether all of them can be sent back.
	But I think all of them who can be should be reunited with their families.
	And just as Vice President Biden is arguing today in Central America, we've got to do more.
	I started this when I was secretary.
	to deal with the violence in this region, to deal with border security, but we have to send a clear message.
	Just because your child gets across the border, that doesn't mean the child gets to stay.
	So, we don't want to send a message that is contrary to our laws or will encourage more children to make that dangerous journey.
	It is a dangerous journey, and the Democrats are encouraging them.
	They're encouraging them with DACA.
	They're encouraging them with the welfare state.
	They're encouraging them and their parents with the free education that we're begging to provide for them.
	We give the foreign citizens who come here for a free education, we give them a total free ride in New York and many other places.
	We don't even give that to our own citizens that grew up in that state, let alone to out-of-state College students.
	They pay an even higher price.
	But the illegal immigrants who come here, who flaunt our laws, we give them a free ride because those are the types of people that you want to attach a college degree to so they can hire them to fill the upper and middle echelons of the federal government.
	They've got to have a college degree so they can hire them.
	And they start out by flaunting the law.
	That's perfect!
	I mean, we could promote these people to the top of the FBI, or they could be Democrat politicians.
	But yeah, she said, just because.
	I've got to send a clear message.
	Just because your child gets across the border doesn't mean your child gets to stay.
	And we don't want to send the message that is contrary to our laws or to encourage more children to make that dangerous journey.
	That's why I said yesterday, it is child endangerment by the parents.
	Where is anybody criticizing the parents here?
	Or the Democrats, who have encouraged them to endanger these children on that dangerous journey.
	And tell them, you can stay, you can stay.
	But then, yesterday...
	Yesterday.
	This is what Hillary Clinton is saying.
	And you'll hear her as she talks about this.
	She says, even as I warned, this could happen on the campaign trail.
	Now she's saying this is a humanitarian crisis.
	It's awful that President Trump is doing the same things that Obama and George W. Bush did.
	Policy was changed in 2008.
	Here's what she had to say yesterday.
	Meanwhile, what's happening to families at the border is horrific.
	Nursing infants being ripped away from their mothers, parents being told their toddlers are being taken to bathe or play, only to realize hours later they aren't coming back.
	This is a moral and humanitarian crisis.
	Every one of us who's ever been a parent or a grandparent, an aunt, a big sister, any one of us who's ever held a child in our arms, every human being with a sense of compassion and decency should be outraged.
	You know, I warned about this during the debates and on the campaign trail.
	That Trump's immigration policies would result in families being separated, parents being sent away from their children, people being rounded up and loaded into trains and buses.
	And now, as we watch with broken hearts, that's exactly what's happening.
	And let's be very clear.
	This is not happening because of the, quote, Democrats' law, as the White House has claimed.
	Separating families is not mandated by law at all.
	That is an outright lie.
	And it's incumbent on all of us, journalists and citizens alike, to call it just that.
	We are a better country than one that tears families apart, turns a blind eye to women fleeing domestic violence, and treats frightened children as a negotiating tool, as a means to a political end.
	These actions are an affront to our values, and they undermine America's reputation as a beacon of hope and freedom in the world.
	She put on her Sunday school teacher cap as well.
	And she had this to say.
	She said, I went to a lot of years of Sunday school.
	I even taught it from time to time.
	Can you imagine being in a Sunday school class with Hillary Clinton?
	Did they have a Baphomet statue up there at the front of the class or something?
	Can you believe that?
	She actually taught Sunday School.
	Who would let Hillary Clinton teach Sunday School?
	Run away!
	Run away if you see that happening.
	She's taught Sunday School from time to time.
	She says, I've studied the Bible, both the Old and the New Testament.
	See, she knows the Bible so well, she knows there's an Old and a New Testament.
	She says, what is being done in the name of religion is contrary to everything I was ever taught.
	Jesus said, suffer the little children unto me.
	He did not say, let the children suffer.
	Well, let me ask you this, Hilary.
	What would Jesus say about you and your Planned Parenthood organization tearing little children apart into pieces and selling the pieces off?
	What would he say about that?

	You know, what did Jesus do to your banker friends that you and Bill created the too-big-to-fail banks and so forth?
	I know what Jesus did to the money changers.

	They won't even call it a crime.
	They won't call it illegal.
	It's not illegal immigration.
	They're not aliens, which means foreigners.

	They're just undocumented immigrants.
	There are undocumented new voters.
	There are undocumented new slave labor for the Koch and Republican establishment corporations, big corporations.
	And the voters for people like Hillary Clinton and so forth.
	But as they point out, in long crime, since 2008, the United States has had a policy.
	Here's the name of the policy, Hillary.
	You might want to look it up.
	But of course you don't really care whether you're lying about people.

	You heard Hillary Clinton lying through her teeth again.
	You know, she told us in 2014, just because we can't send the message that just because you happen to make it over the border with your kids that they get to stay.
	And we don't want to be encouraging them to make that dangerous trip with their kids.
	That's called child endangerment.
	And you know, this whole idea of just dropping them off across the border Either dragging them across a very dangerous transit yourself or handing them over to child traffickers or so forth.
	That is child endangerment.
	What this reminds me of, and I've said this once before, you know, when we went to China to adopt my daughter, they had opened in Hong Kong, they had opened Hong Kong Disney.
	And when they first opened up Hong Kong Disney, the people in China were so desperate to go there.
	That they just swarmed the place.
	And even after Disney was full and they said, sorry, we can't take any more people in.
	We are maxed out for the day.

	The Chinese parents who had made the journey decided that they were going to not disappoint their kids.
	They wanted their kids to go to Disney World.
	And so they took them over to the sides where the fences were and just dropped the kids across the fence and just let them, okay, you're in Disney World.

	And that's what is happening here, except it's a lot more dangerous.
	I mean, I looked at that and I thought, that's absolutely appalling that you would just drop your kid over the fence so they could have a day at Disney World.
	I mean, not only is it, you know, do you think Disney is heartless if they tell the parents that they can't do that to their kids?
	But see, the kids, the parents in many cases are separating themselves voluntarily from their kids.
	Oh, but it's a heart-wrenching situation, isn't it?
	Yes it is.
	It is.
	And we have to put this back.
	The first responsibility is the responsibility of the parents.
	The second responsibility is the responsibility of people like Hillary Clinton and the Koch brothers.
	And we are not responsible when we enforce our laws because we cannot take everybody.
	Just like Disney World couldn't take everybody at Hong Kong Disney.
	This is a policy that began in 2008.
	It's called the Alien Transfer Exit Program, ATEP.
	And as they point out on Law and Crime, they said it was sparingly used when it was first created by George W. Bush in 2008, but the Obama administration dramatically increased its use, the use of ATEP, in 2011.
	Yes, they did, Hillary.

	The New York Magazine points out in 2016, going back in the archives, We learned in 2016 that the Obama administration had handed over in 2016 child migrants.
	They had handed them over to human traffickers.
	Not only were they separating them out, they were handing them over to child traffickers.
	Some of these kids came over unaccompanied.
	Some of them were separated.
	They were handed over to human traffickers.
	The U.S.
	government placed an unknown number of Central American migrant children into the custody of human traffickers after neglecting to run the most basic checks of these so-called caregivers, according to a Senate report.
	That was released back in 2016 when this New York Magazine article came out.
	In the fall of 2013, tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors traveled to the U.S.
	southern border in flight from poverty and gang violence in Central America.
	Maybe some of them were gang members themselves because they point out MS-13 is doing that.
	At least six of these children were eventually resettled on an egg farm in Ohio where their sponsors forced them to work 12 hours a day under threat of death.
	Rob Portman, Republican of Ohio, said it's intolerable that human trafficking, which is modern-day slavery, could occur in our own backyard.
	And that's exactly what they did.
	And it happened over a number of years.
	But Laura Bush is saying, again, pulling out the Auschwitz References pulling out the Japanese-American internment camps.
	That's what Laura Bush talked about.
	And you heard Hillary Clinton say, oh, you're putting them on a terrain?
	That's her Auschwitz reference.
	Look, they do have The train of death, which a lot of these migrants take across Central and South America to get to the United States, and many of them die.
	It's a very dangerous journey.
	So I said, this whole idea that we're going to meet them at the border, like Glenn Beck said he was doing, he goes down there with teddy bears and toys.
	These kids are not making this journey unaccompanied.
	That is a fiction.
	They're either being brought by their parents or family, or they've been paid.
	They've had human traffickers that they're paying to take their kids in.
	I mean, those kind of parents don't deserve to have their children, quite frankly, folks.
	You know, we've got a lot of problems with child protective services, but these parents are pretty abusive if they do that to their kids.
	Laura Bush said, our government should not be in the business of warehousing children in converted box stores or making plans to place them in tent cities in the desert outside of El Paso.
	I agree.
	We need to build a wall, put the military at the border, use the defense budget to build a wall, use the troops that we have to defend our country.
	Not to overthrow other countries.
	That's really what we need to do.
	Well, she's talked about a kinder, more compassionate policy.
	She must have been getting tips from George H.W.
	Bush.

	You know, Jeb liked to put the exclamation mark behind his name to try to add a little bit of oomph and enthusiasm.
	Well, they put Jeb with the exclamation mark after his name.
	And then, just to honor his Hispanic pandering, they put the upside-down exclamation mark in front of his name, as they do in Spanish.
	He comes out and attacks President Trump as well, this other part of the Bush dynasty, saying, Trump should end his heartless policy and Congress should get an immigration deal done that provides for asylum, border security, and a path to citizenship for DREAMers.

	10,000 of those currently in custody were sent by their parents with strangers to undertake a completely dangerous and deadly travel alone.
	We now care for them.
	We have high standards.
	We give them meals.
	We give them education.
	We give them medical care.
	There's videos.
	There's TVs.
	I visited the detention centers myself.
	That would be my answer to that question.

	Yeah, so they get here, they get across that deadly journey.
	Why is it not child abuse, Mr.
	Reporter, when the parents take them on this dangerous journey?
	Why is it not child abuse, Mr. Reporter, when they pay human smugglers to bring them in and they don't know what's going to happen to these kids?
	You know, they just drop them over the fence at Disney World because everything is free.
	And as you point out, we give them meals, we give them education, we give them medical care for life!

	Here's an example right out of San Antonio.
	We got a Texas deputy Who sexually assaulted, as they put it, an undocumented immigrant.
	No, it's an illegal alien.
	It's a foreign citizen criminally trespassing with their child, the sheriff said.
	Now, why did this happen?
	Well, first of all, this guy, Jose Nunez, is a deputy sheriff there in the San Antonio area.
	He was arrested on a warrant for super aggravated sexual assault.
	This is a four-year-old girl that this pedo uh... with this uh... deputy sheriff now he is related to this illegal immigrant uh... who had his child he abused his four-year-old daughter uh... she was afraid to say anything about it because she was afraid she was being blackmailed by this deputy sheriff who was her relative And she was going to face deportation.
	So here's a mother who drags her child across this dangerous crossing.
	Her relative, who is a deputy sheriff in San Antonio, is sexually abusing her four-year-old daughter.
	But she doesn't want to say anything to anybody because she might get deported.
	These are the kind of priorities... Where's the criticism of these parents?
	This is what these people are doing.
	When they send their kids, when they pay a trafficker to take their kids across, are they going to wind up as a sex slave to somebody?
	We also have illegal aliens using minors to enter the U.S.
	increased 315% since last year, reports Breitbart.
	And this is over a four-month period.
	This is from October to February, October of last year to February this year, over a four-month period, more than tripled.
	This is a number of people who used, used minors in order to gain entry.
	You know, kind of like maybe this illegal alien, this foreign citizen criminally trespassing did with her four-year-old daughter and so desperate to stay here that she would let a deputy sheriff sexually abuse her child.
	You've got people using minors and that has tripled to come across.
	They pose as family units.
	But we're not allowed to separate them and vet that.
	We're not allowed to prosecute the adults.
	We're not allowed to do any of that.
	As President Trump and others are saying, you know, the top of drudge report.
	250 kids a day.
	And I looked at that and I thought, you know, I wonder how many schools.
	Because the vast majority, you know, there's more people coming across the border, coming into Texas, than even into California.
	So I looked at that and I said, alright, 250 kids a day.
	uh... just the kids because you know we're talking about member the caravan that was slowly working its way up through central america and through mexico they made a big deal out of it and then it backfired on them when uh... they did get attention on it and uh... that was about thirteen hundred people at the time and that was about the number of people that they knew cross the border illegally that's not the people that they don't know about they get away with it so of the people that they know coming across and you know thirteen hundred or so everyday coming across the border
	About 250 of those are kids, so I thought, well, how many schools are we having to build each day?
	So I looked at Texas, and the most recent data that I could find was 2013 to 2014, so that's four or five years ago.
	And you look at the total enrollment, you look at the total number of schools, and the average comes out to 577 kids per school.
	That means that we're building, we have to build, in order to educate these kids, two every two days we got to build a new school here in Texas.
	Let me repeat that. If we got 250 kids a day coming across the border here in Texas, we got to build two, we got to build a school every two days. Now what does that mean for your property taxes?
	If you're not seeing the property taxes itemized because you are renting your apartment, guess what?
	You're paying even higher property taxes because the apartment complex is seeing that as their cost of business.
	They're adding their profit margin on it.
	You never see that as an itemized deduction.
	Instead, what you get is a bill for their expenses plus a profit margin.
	But when we look at the American dream of owning a home or even having a bigger apartment instead of a micro apartment in the Agenda 21 cities or the 2030 sustainable cities, when we look at that, that is being eviscerated by the fact that every two days we've got to build a new school for foreign citizens because their government won't build a school for them, because their parents
	We'll bring them to Disneyland and drop them over the fence and abandon them or pay somebody to smuggle them in so they can live at our expense for free.
	And that doesn't even say anything about what it does to our culture.
	Yet we got Ted Cruz now saying we gotta keep these illegal immigrant families together.
	Yes we do, Ted.
	Let's keep them together.
	Let's keep them in their country.
	And we will have our country here.
	We already have in Texas.
	52% of the schools, of the population is Hispanic.
	Anglos are 29%.
	52% Hispanic, Anglo 29%.

	They opened up our borders.
	to the rest of the world and said, bring everybody in.

	They actually strategized over this.
	You had a Democrat socialist economist saying we're not going to be able to establish our socialist utopia unless we first destroy the existing order here in this country.
	And the way that we do that is to get as many people on the welfare roll as possible.
	And that was their strategy in the 1960s.
	And then they modified that and they said, let's open up the borders.
	That's the way that we can do it.
	We can do that even better.
	You know, instead of encouraging everybody to drop out and get on the welfare rolls, let's just open up the borders to people abroad.
	That's why I have, you know, I had somebody comment to me.
	On Twitter, saying, don't you understand as a libertarian that we don't want the government controlling borders?
	Look, I don't want them controlling my movement, but I don't see any libertarians out there concerned about the government controlling our movement by shutting down private ownership of cars and putting us in robo-taxis that track and tax our every movement.
	They're not complaining about that, are they?
	No, they're not.
	As a matter of fact, you have a lot of these libertarian think tanks.
	They're on board with Uber and Google because it's shiny new technology, and they're all about that.
	They don't understand the implications of that.
	Now, I don't want people controlling my movement.
	However, you cannot have open borders and a welfare state.
	We did have open borders.
	At one point in time in our country.
	We did!
	And we didn't have a welfare state.
	We didn't have a welfare state when Alexis de Tocqueville wrote about democracy in America.
	We had people who would come together at the community level and they would solve the problems with voluntary organizations, not putting all their faith in government.
	We had churches, we had community organizations.
	People didn't turn to government to solve their problems.
	The problems were too important to be solved by government.
	They understood that government was a problem as Ronald Reagan also pointed out.
	And we didn't have a welfare state when we had the Ellis Island experience as well.
	All these people say, oh, look, give me your tired, your poor, your hungry, and so forth.
	They were coming here for freedom, not for free stuff.
	But when you have a welfare state like we do now, when you have free education, Cadillac free education, everybody's got to have an iPod.
	They got to have an iPad, I should say, and a computer because that's the way we're going to educate kids.
	We're going to have Google.
	Control all the curriculum.
	We're not going to have textbooks anymore.
	We're going to have Google Chromebooks so that they can, at the push of a button, flush down the real information down the memory hole and tell them what they want your kids to know.
	So we have to have all these expensive computers and we've got to build, if we're going to bring in 250 kids a day, as President Trump was talking about, that's going to be 30,000 illegal immigrant kids housed as soon as August.
	But at the rate they're coming in, as I pointed out, the average size of the school in Texas, that means that we've got to build a new school every two days for these foreign citizens coming in.
	Who's going to pay for that?
	You are!
	You are!
	You're going to pay for it with your home.
	You're going to pay for it with your freedom.
	We can't have a welfare state and open borders at the same time.
	They know that.
	They know that.
	That's why they're doing this.
	And Coulter said, of course the left is using children to push the open borders.
	They always put the kids out in front of every agenda that they have.
	Whether it's gun control or open borders to bring down our country, she said, this is a political movement to bring people in.
	Of course they're using children.
	Of course they're having children who are weeping and crying.
	What are we going to do?
	Take in all of Latin America?
	And by the way, these are the people who say that America itself is a hateful country, that we're misogynist, that we're a rape culture, that we're so racist, racist, racist.

	They want to bring them in because they know that they can run that to them.

	He said this is an invasion of the West and Trump is standing in the way.

	Their arguments are always so easily defeated, and of course, like you mentioned, they always bring children.
	Their arguments would be a lot more palatable and amicable if they would stop killing them in the womb and protected the schools.

	Yeah, you got Hillary out there pontificating about how she used to be a Sunday school teacher, and it's like, yeah, let's talk about abortion, Hillary.
	She doesn't want to talk about that, does she, Uncle Sam?

	So I think the question of the day this week when I go out there will be strictly on... I'll be targeting Latino families to get their perspective on it.

	It isn't anything about Hispanics, but we cannot take everybody.
	There has to be a limit.
	If you don't have any say-so over who comes across, if you can't vet the borders to make sure that it isn't terrorists, because, you know, we can have terrorists coming across the border from any country.
	not just Central and South American countries, that the border is wide open.
	If you want to get in the country, you're not going to go through flying a commercial flight necessarily. You would come across the border.
	So we have to know that they're not terrorists. We have to know they're not criminals of other sorts. And we have to be able to control the absolute number of people who come across.
	That is, if you don't have that, you don't have a country.

	I mean, I live out here in California and part of my family's business is that my stepdad's a painting contractor and, you know, kind of with the whole construction thing out here, you're building houses, you're building houses, you're going to have, you know, the legal to be working for you and stuff.
	But just with this whole immigration thing at the border, just one real life example.
	One of the guys who works for my stepdad, I mean, he's a real good guy and everything.
	He works hard and whatnot, but I mean, he's from Guatemala.
	But some of the times he's been deported, what he's actually done is that instead of being sent back to Guatemala, one of the times he came up here, Coming through Mexico, he bought himself, you know, phony Mexican papers.
	So should he be deported again, he's going to Mexico instead of all the way back to Guatemala.
	So shorten the distance.
	Yeah, exactly.
	Shorten the distance.
	But this whole, this whole thing of, you know, separating the kids from the families and whatnot, like you, you never really know who these people are.
	I can only imagine people aren't really, you know, carrying ID, carrying IDs with them or even if they are there.
	You don't know if this guy's a rapist, you don't know if they're a child molester, you don't know if they've been given multiple convictions for drunk driving, if they've killed somebody with drunk driving, you just drop them across the board and they come right back in.
	We've had that happen many, many times and you don't realize it.
	Until at one point in time you go back and look and say, hey, look, this guy's a repeat offender.
	We can't know who these people are.
	And that's a very important thing.
	And the other thing that you said, Terry, was, you know, how the construction industry is, is you're going to be hiring illegal immigrants.
	When you have that situation, that's the reason why you got Republican establishment pushing this, because they get cheap labor.
	And what that does is pretty soon, those Republicans don't get an advantage to anybody else.
	Instead, the rest of us who are Americans get the disadvantage of not being able to get a job because we're pushed out of the labor market.
	And that's especially true of our teenagers.
	I was just talking this last week when I was on vacation with my wife, talking about all the work experiences that my wife and I had when we were teenagers.
	Just working entry-level minimum wage jobs, you know, whether it's fast food or other things, you know, busing tables, the things that we did, chauffeur driving and everything, all the different odd jobs that we did, that experience has been denied to our children because we're bringing in cheap labor adults who are foreign citizens and our kids can't get those jobs.
	I find that to be a real shame.
	That's what's happening to our children.
	Our children are getting separated from jobs and from work experience and having that experience that they really deserve to have.
	Yeah, I mean, like during the summers, I mean, obviously growing up with a parent who's in, you know, in the construction business, like I would work from during the summers when I was younger, and I mean, Ever since what I've been noticing as I've gotten older, he used to hire some of my neighbors or just some local kids, whatever would work for him for the summer every now and again, but it's just been slowly...
	You know, not happening over the past few years.
	the past two years. It doesn't happen. It doesn't happen.
	You go in a fast food place and what do you see? You see the entire crew once, you get a manager there that is Hispanic or comes over, you know, as maybe as a legal immigrant, but he hires all, you know, Hispanic people, adults to work in the fast food place. You don't see the kids working in there anymore. That's that's one of the real tragedies of this as well. Thank you, Terry. I want to get to these other callers we've been holding. 	I'll tell you what's fake is his autopilot thing.
	He needs to rename it Ludicrous Mode because it is ludicrous if you turn over controls to that software.
