	Live from Austin, Texas, it's David Knight.
	Well, Lawrence Kudlow is taking the place of Cohen, Gary Cohen, who is now, I don't know, I don't know if he went back to Goldman Sachs.
	They gave him a gigantic golden parachute.
	I guess you could kind of live a long time without working again if you got a $285 million golden parachute so that you could go to the White House.
	Lawrence Kudlow is, I think, going to be a good appointment.
	But we're going to talk about a couple of other people who I don't think are going to be a good appointment.
	As we look at Pompeo moving to the State Department, some of the troubling things that he's done, not just with the immediate about-face against WikiLeaks and Julian Assange.
	By the way, this guy has pushed for neocon wars abroad, has pushed for regime change everywhere.
	I think he's going to be very dangerous at the State Department.
	But even worse is Gina Haspel, the appointment for the CIA.
	So we're going to talk about that in detail beginning in the next segment.
	We're going to talk about Gina Haspel.
	We're going to talk about what's going on with the Russian nerve gas.
	I'm going to give you a long breakdown of all the relationships, all the information that you need to know about nerve gas.
	I think we've got some people who are pushing us in a very, very dangerous direction.
	And I'm looking at you, Nikki Haley.
	That woman is one of the most despicable propagandists I have seen in a long time.
	And we're going to talk about what she has been saying and where these people are trying to push us.
	This is a very dangerous place that we're going to.
	And as Rand Paul has pointed out in opposing Gina Haspel, the torturer in chief, to become the CIA leader.
	And of course, that's a great thing because she's going to be the first woman as head of the CIA.
	Let me tell you something.
	When we look at this trio today, Theresa May, Gina Haspel, Nikki Haley, I have to question what we have done with feminism.
	I mean, we're looking at some pretty toxic feminists here.
	You think they can't be as bad as men?
	Oh, they can be as bad, maybe even worse.
	Who knows?
	Who knows?
	So let's celebrate the fact that we're going to put this vicious, sadistic torturer in a position to do more torturing, more cover-up, more crimes.
	She's wanted for crimes in the European Union.
	We're going to put her in that position?
	It is not only immoral and illegal what they did, but it also, as Rand Paul points out, sends a message to people that says, hey, you know, we're just fine with torture.
	And we do it all the time in America and we sanction it.
	And so if you want to, if you've got American soldiers or Americans in your custody, go ahead and torture them because that's what we do too.
	We're not going to take the moral high ground in America anymore.
	We're going to take the lowest, lowest, dirtiest, swampiest ground that we can find.
	So we're going to talk about that.
	Larry Kudlow says, I would buy the dollar and sell gold.
	It's one of the first things he said as an economic advisor.
	Let's see, what's the exact position here?
	I'm not sure what his exact title is.
	It's the same title that Gary Cohen had.
	But as he's putting this out, we're going to have John McAfee on the show with us today because there's been a lot of moves against cryptocurrency lately.
	John McAfee is always bullish, always believes that the people who are working on cryptocurrency can outmaneuver those in governments and central banks who want to shut down this competition.
	So it'll be interesting to see what he says.
	We've had moves, for example, with Google saying they're going to ban in June all advertisements, all pretty much, I guess, any information about cryptos and ICOs and so forth.
	The Securities and Exchange Commission has made noise about regulating cryptos.
	So we're going to talk to John McAfee about that.
	He's got an ICO coming up.
	So He better do it before June if he's worried about them.
	But maybe he's not worried about these new rules coming up.

	We're going to be talking about spies, lies, the CIA, Russian nerve agent, gas, and the recriminations about this.
	But before we do, I want to talk a little bit about the gun control rallies yesterday.
	At one of these rallies, we had Bernie Sanders show up in support of the students that were there.
	With a group of armed guards.
	Not making this up, folks.
	D.C. Clothesline points it out.
	The hypocrisy that is always on display with celebrities and communist politicians who praise gun confiscation.
	They inevitably are surrounded with armed guards like Bernie Sanders was yesterday as he shows up and says, We're with students protesting gun violence.
	No, no. As DC Clothesline points out, they really were not protesting gun violence.
	They were advocating for Congress to violate the rights of law-abiding gun owners.
	Very different from protesting gun violence.
	And as I point out, yesterday, a week before the rally, I had a teacher call from New York.
	And she said, we're being forced to attend this rally.
	They're going to run a fire alarm.
	Force all the teachers, all the students out of the building so that it looks like that we are supporting this rally.
	The 17 minutes of silence for 17 individuals.
	She said, look, I am sad about what happened to them.
	I want to respect them, but that's not what this is about.
	And I'm being forced to not show respect for people who have died, but to push a gun control agenda.
	And as I point out, these kids are just part of a herd mentality.
	They're like Lenin's useful idiots, but they're youthful idiots.
	There's no useful idiots like youthful idiots, and these are.
	They're out there demanding that their rights be taken away from them.
	That's really what they're doing.
	Are you talking about miseducation?
	That truly is it.
	And another interesting point here, real quickly, because I do want to get to all this CIA and Russia nerve gas stuff here.
	We just had, and of course you haven't heard about this, but Mainstream media is not going to pick up this story.
	Let me tell you why. It looks a great deal like this shooting in Parkland.
	Except it was done with a knife.
	It was done with an ISIS sympathizer.
	But it was done in Florida. Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
	And it's kind of interesting because before this ISIS sympathizer stabbed three people, killing one of them, before that happened, He had been investigated by the FBI and local police and reported to them.
	Didn't do anything about it.
	This kid, like the alleged shooter in the Stoneman Douglas thing, same age, 17 years old.
	Maybe 17-year-olds shouldn't be allowed to have a knife.
	Should we have knife control?
	Maybe we should have the FBI and the local police do their job.
	But of course, again, because a gun is not involved and because he is an ISIS sympathizer, you're not going to see them talking about this.
	This is the second time we've seen this type of thing happening here.
	Killed a 13-year-old, seriously wounded a 43-year-old, and her 13-year-old son.
	So that's another sad example of this.
	And one final point about all of this.
	Yeah.
	the survivors who were shot during the attack, says that if it wasn't for an agreement made between the school, the local prosecutors, and the public defender's office, the tragedy could have been prevented.
	And he points out that since these same people, these same prosecutors, who gave a pass on this individual, are going to be conducting the criminal trial.
	He says they should recuse themselves.
	They have a conflict of interest because in reality, folks, they are accessories to the crime.
	They're accessories to the crime that they're trying to prosecute.
	But they're not going to focus on the cause of the shooting.
	They simply want to focus on the gun.
	That's what this is all about.
	Alright, another, real quickly, we'll talk a little bit more about the student marches later in the program.
	As I point out at the top of the hour, Larry Kudlow has now taken Gary Cohen's place as the President's National Economic Council.
	He has immediately said, I would buy the dollar and sell gold.
	So he says he's going to prop up the fiat currency.
	Gold, he didn't think it. So I imagine he would say, don't get into cryptos either.
	We're going to be talking to John McAfee later in the program.
	Because we've had several moves being announced, not only by the banks.
	They don't want to allow you to use your credit card to buy crypto.
	And now we've got Google saying we're going to ban all ads about Bitcoin.
	We're going to ban all ads about initial coin offerings.
	Maybe they're going to start banning stories.
	Because, you know, if it's bad...
	Then it's just like information that they don't like.
	They can take that down as well.
	So we'll talk to John about that.
	He's also got an ICO that's coming up, so we'll ask him how he thinks he's going to be affected by that.
	The SEC's been making noise about doing some additional regulation as well.
	But John Kudlow is saying that he thinks the dollar is going to be really strong.
	Don't get into gold, he said.
	Well, I still think that, in spite of that pronouncement, I still think that Larry Kudlow is going to be a good move for President Trump.
	Because he's going to be able to...
	This is a guy who is used to talking to Liberals about economics, free market economics.
	He's been a longtime commentator on CNBC, so I think he'll do a good job of explaining economic concepts to liberals.
	Whether or not they will listen, it's not that they're necessarily ignorant.
	Maybe the mass public is a little bit ignorant of things, but I don't think most of these people who are pushing these socialist policies are ignorant of what's going on.
	They just don't like freedom.
	They don't like free markets.
	Also, in Washington, we see a lot of noise that Andrew McCabe is going to be fired just days ahead of retirement.
	This is like the plot to one of these buddy cop movies where you've got the older partner and the younger partner.
	It's like, oh, yeah, I'm just two days from retirement.
	They go out.
	Immediately, this bad guy kills the older cop who's just two days from retirement.
	And that's the motivation for vengeance for the younger guy.
	How many times have we seen that done in a movie?
	Well, Andrew McCabe, though, is a good guy.
	This guy is, the FBI is recommending firing Andrew McCabe.
	He has multiple ethics investigations going on on things that aren't even related to the coup against Trump.
	Not even related to the FBI lies about Trump and the propping up of Hillary Clinton.
	He had, there were internal issues in terms of a woman inside the FBI bringing discrimination lawsuits against Andrew McCabe.
	Had nothing to do with any of this other stuff.
	But then, of course, there's also the inappropriate conduct of Andrew McCabe when he was investigating Hillary and Hillary's close friend.
	I would say almost kind of like their adopted son, the governor of California, Terry McAuliffe.
	This guy has been Running Clinton campaigns, running the DNC as their hand-picked representative and so forth.
	And so Terry McAuliffe just happened to give massive amounts of money to Andrew McCabe's wife who was running for state legislature.
	Massive amounts of money for state legislature.
	At the time that Andrew McCabe was leading the so-called investigation into Hillary's National security crimes.
	So he was part of that. So that's one other issue there.
	But he's got many other ethical issues as well.
	So hopefully he'll get fired and hopefully that will be at least a ding against some of his retirement benefits.
	And finally, an update on The Weekend with Hillary, which is the way my wife tweeted.
	I thought that was very funny.
	A lot of people put the meme out there, Weekend with Hillary.
	It's kind of the movie Weekend with Bernie.
	She looks like she is totally dead, or as Lionel tweeted out, I'll have what she's taking.
	Get the still picture of her stumbling down the stairs.
	And she's now spraying her hand after falling twice down the stairs.
	So evidently, even after that incident that we saw, she must have had another one somewhere else and spraying her hand.
	But the real fall of Hillary Clinton is her fall from grace.
	Democrats are very angry over her.
	She continues to go on her worldwide blame tour.

	The first woman to head the CIA.
	That's about the only positive thing anybody can say about Gina Howell, or Haskell.
	The first woman.
	Isn't that wonderful? And I'm going to tell you what a sadistic torturer she is.
	I'm going to read to you some of the things that happened at that black site.
	And I'm going to tell you how she covered that up.
	How she thumbed her nose at international law, at morality, At our own law?
	And how she is now going to be rewarded with that?
	As John Kiriakou called her, he said she's the godmother of torture.
	That's what John Kiriakou says.
	And John Kiriakou was the guy who was there when the person that she famously, sadistically tortured, he was there to capture that guy.
	He got that guy. Initially they thought that he was very high up in Al-Qaeda.
	Eventually they found out that he wasn't.
	But we're going to go through the story of what happened with this.
	And of course, I've interviewed John Kiriakou many times.
	He went to prison because he exposed the torture that this woman sadistically pushed through.
	So he's got a lot to say. He's pretty angry about this.
	He said she should be in the dock at The Hague, not the head of the CIA. And...
	He also said in an interview with RT, he said Trump won't get alternative viewpoints by surrounding himself with yes-men and with yes-women.
	And that is the mark of a failing presidency if he were to do so.
	But specifically what he said about Gina Haspel.
	He said, RT asked him, what sort of message does her nomination as CIA director send, given her record of involvement with the agency's enhanced interrogation?
	I'll tell you a little bit about what that enhanced interrogation looked like, how she responded to that.
	He says, this is one of the worst moves, John Kiriakou says, this is one of the worst moves I've ever heard of at the CIA. When I first heard of this, I couldn't believe it.
	Because Gina Haspel should be in the dock at The Hague, not in the director's office at the CIA. As has been noted in the Washington Post, New York Times, other outlets, Gina Haspel has blood all over her hands.
	She is the godmother of the CIA's torture program.
	The president is certainly a fan of torture, and he has come right out and said so.
	And he said the only thing that is stopping them from returning to this torture regime is one piece of paper.
	And they call it the McCain-Feinstein Amendment.
	You know, McCain-Feinstein looked at this and he said, well, you know, she has a very troubling past, but we now have this new law, and it's a new day.
	So everything's all right, right?
	Well, you know what? We have a Bill of Rights, too.
	You notice them paying much attention to that?
	Whenever you fly, whenever you get a gun, whenever they use their surrogates to censor free speech, and on and on and on.
	Taking people's property without even charging them with a crime, let alone finding them guilty.
	Excessive fines. Tens of thousands of dollars because you don't register a little toy drone with the FCC. Or, sorry, the FAA. This is the kind of stuff, you know, we got pieces of paper, they have ways to get around that.
	How do they get around taking your property without a criminal conviction?
	Well, they say that it is a civil case.
	This is not a criminal case.
	They're civilly charging your property with being an accessory to a crime.
	Your property did that.
	And so they say it's not a criminal case.
	Why is it a civil case?
	Well, it's a civil case because these are not laws passed by Congress, but regulations passed by the bureaucracy.
	So therefore, it's a civil case.
	Your right to due process doesn't apply if it's a bureaucracy doing that.
	And that's one of the things that's very troubling about Trump's push on gun control.
	He is turning over some very key...
	He is establishing the principle We can have gun control and gun regulations being passed by bureaucracies rather than by Congress in a major way.
	And whenever a bureaucracy creates a regulation, our government pretends And this is just a pretense, folks.
	But this is a pretense that they've been operating under for decades.
	Decades. They pretend that if it's a bureaucratic regulation and not a congressional law, that you don't get due process.
	You don't get protection against excessive fines.
	You don't have any presumption of innocence if it's a bureaucratic rule.
	So when President Trump says, we'll get the guns and do process later, and then starts talking about, I'd like for the Justice Department to ban the guns.
	That is something that is very worrying.
	But let's stay on the torture stuff.
	As John Kiriakou said, yeah, it's just one piece of paper called the McCain-Feinstein Amendment.
	He said it was an amendment to the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act.
	That's where they always put their stuff in there, right?
	That's where they put their indefinite detention by the military and rendition and so forth without trial for Americans.
	So that people like Gina Haspel can get a hold of you.
	They can send you to somewhere like Thailand and torture you.
	And then when they're done, they can send you to Gitmo for life so you don't talk about it to anybody.
	He said that specifically banned and prohibited exactly the kind of techniques that Gina Haspel was overseeing.
	Why did they do that? Did she do anything wrong?
	If she did something wrong, why is she being made the director of the CIA? The very fact that they had to have an act of Congress to keep people specifically from doing the types of things that this woman has done argues against her being put into the CIA. Don't we have enough problems with that corrupt organization as it is without putting somebody like that in charge of it?
	I mean, we're talking about the FBI and the lies that they have.
	What about the lies of the CIA? What about the dark things that they have done?
	Probably far worse even than the FBI. Well, they are far worse than the FBI. They've been at it far longer.
	CIA cables. Detail.
	The new deputy director's role in torture.
	And this is from propublica.org.
	It said, They didn't refer to her by name for quite a while.
	It was just the chief of base in these documents that came out.
	The chief of base began pushing to have the tapes destroyed.
	She accomplished her mission years later when she rose to a senior position at CIA headquarters and drafted an order to destroy the evidence.
	Which would expose her.
	It was still locked in a CIA safe at the American Embassy in Thailand.
	Her boss, the head of the agency's counterterrorism center, signed the order to feed the 92 tapes into a giant shredder.
	By then, it was clear that CIA analysts were wrong when they had identified Zubaydah as the number three or four in al-Qaeda after Osama bin Laden.
	The waterboarding failed to elicit valuable intelligence, not because he was holding back, but because he wasn't a member of al-Qaeda, had no knowledge of any plots against the U.S. The chief of base's role in this tale is pointless brutality and the destruction of evidence.
	You want to get any transparency out of government?
	Well, you're not going to get it with people like Gita Haspel.
	Of course, you're not going to get it with anybody from the CIA. But she's going to be the worst.
	And she has absolutely no moral compass, no moral integrity to do something like this.
	Her role in this tale of pointless brutality, as ProPublica says, was a footnote to history until President Trump picked her to be the deputy director of the CIA. And now he's picking her to be the CIA director.

	In a world of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

	Yeah, we're going to talk about the universal deceit of the CIA. We're going to talk about the deceit, what is going on with this newest level of Russian hysteria that has now come out.
	It's a very dangerous game that they're playing.
	And I'm going to tell you what is going on with the nerve gas as well when we get to that.
	First, I want to talk about the CIA. This, again, goes back to the appointment of Gina Haspel, not as Deputy Director, but now as Director of the CIA by President Trump.
	And I want to go through some of the released cables, some of the declassified information.
	Because we have Senator Ron Wyden and others say, her background makes her unsuitable for the position.
	We are sending a classified letter explaining our position and urge that the information be immediately declassified.
	Well, we have had some declassified information about what she did there.
	John Kiriakou went to prison to expose what she did there.
	She got promoted and she was able to destroy the videotapes where she videotaped her sadistic acts, her war crimes.
	And she was able to destroy that.
	But she was torturing an individual that had been captured by John Kiriakou.
	And as he pointed out, he said, yeah, the guy was connected with Al-Qaeda, but only at a very, very low level.
	He didn't know anything at all.
	But they had assumed that he was one of the top guys in Al-Qaeda.
	They were torturing him to get information about plots against the United States.
	And here's some of the information about what they did.
	And I'm going to tell you that if you buy into this 24 ideas, John Kiriakou has pointed out, many others have pointed out.
	We're going to talk about how this intelligence, quote unquote, that they squeezed out of him, which really wasn't any intelligence.
	This was of the level that we had for the first Iraq war, where we were told that Saddam Hussein was taking babies off of incubator hookups in Kuwait as they had attacked that country.
	All this information, all these lies we were told to hype us up for war.
	And they used the quote-unquote information that they got from this guy.
	By torturing him, whether or not it was true or not, some of the people who looked at this said, well, we got all this stuff, and this was coming from American interviews, so we thought this was very credible.
	They used it to go to war against Iraq.
	Iraq war number two.
	The one that President Trump has said is the worst war ever.
	Well, how did we get into that war?
	Is this something that George W. Bush made up?
	He's not that smart.
	It's people like Gina Haspel that made that information up, who fed it to George W. Bush.
	She's going to be feeding information like that to President Trump if she's director of the CIA. Fed that information.
	Some of the analysts said, yeah, we saw this, and it was coming from an American interview, so we passed it on.
	And then I found out it was a product of torture, and I felt like I had been had.
	Because they know the product of torture.
	Typically, people will say anything to get this to stop.
	And let me tell you what she was doing to this guy.
	This low-level grunt that they had identified as the kingpin.
	And they were going to squeeze this information out of him no matter what.
	One declassified cable talks about the fact that she had the sole authority to halt the questioning.
	Yet she didn't do that.
	She watched. As the guy vomited, passed out, urinated on himself while he was shackled during one waterboarding session, he lost consciousness, bubbles began gurgling from his mouth, medical personnel on the scene had to revive him, Haspel allowed the most brutal interrogations by the CIA to continue for nearly three weeks, even though, as Cable sent from Thailand to the agency's headquarters, repeatedly stated, quote, subject has not provided any new threat information or elaborated on any old threat information.
	Oh, she's going to make it happen because that's going to be her ticket to the big time.
	And I guess it really was her ticket to the big time.
	She could come up with something to get the United States to go to war against Iraq.
	And now she's going to be director of the CIA.
	That's the kind of person we want as director of the CIA, isn't it?
	Somebody who does this, who lies, who covers up their crimes, who has absolutely no morality of her own.
	That's exactly the kind of person you want at the CIA, isn't it?
	At one point, she spoke directly with him, the subject, accusing him of faking symptoms of physical stress and of psychological breakdown.
	In a scene described in a book written by one of the interrogators, she came to his cell, Gina Haspel did, and quote, congratulated him on the fine quality of his acting.
	This is a guy who, as I pointed out, he had to be revived by medical personnel.
	He's urinating on himself, he's vomiting, he's passing out while he is shackled and tortured.
	And they had to have medical personnel come in and revive him.
	Bubbles are gurgling from his mouth.
	And this is what Gina Haspel, our new CIA director, says.
	She comes to his cell and congratulates him on his fine quality of acting.
	She said, good job.
	I like the way you're drooling.
	It adds realism.
	I'm almost buying it.
	You wouldn't think a grown man would do that.
	This woman... She is a Hollywood stereotype victim, or villain.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	She was the hand-picked warden of the first secret prison of the CIA. Kiriakou to handle Al-Qaeda detainees.
	No, they've had secret prisons before that.
	Kiriakou provided more detail about her central role.
	He said it was Haspel who oversaw the staff at the Thai prison, including the two psychologists who were paid a fantastic amount of money to train the CIA in how to torture.
	The guys' names are James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen.
	They designed the torture techniques, and they actually carried out torture on the prisoners, he wrote.
	The CIA officials in Thailand understood the methods they were using could kill him, kill Zubaydah, and said that if that should happen, they would cremate his body.
	But if he survived questioning, Haspel, Gina Haspel, sought assurances that, quote, the subject will remain in isolation and incommunicado for the remainder of his life.
	So this is not just keeping him in prison.
	Make sure he doesn't tell anybody what I did to him.
	We're going to keep him isolated and incommunicado for the remainder of his life.
	And so far, that is what has happened so far.
	He's still at Gitmo.
	Kept, isolated, incommunicado.
	This is what Rand Paul had to say.
	Let's play the clip from Rand Paul.
	With regard to the nomination of Gina Haspel, I am troubled by her participation in the Black Ops site in Thailand.
	The quote from one of the interrogators says that Gina Haspel said, Good job.
	I like the way you're drooling.
	This is about Zuba Day as he was being waterboarded.
	It adds to the realism.
	I'm almost buying it.
	You wouldn't think a grown man would do that.
	When you read that, sort of the joyful glee at someone who's being tortured...
	Yeah. I find it just amazing that anyone would consider having this woman at the head of the CIA. And so my opposition to her is over her direct participation in interrogation and her gleeful enjoyment at the suffering of someone being tortured.
	So my announcement today is that I will oppose both Pompeo's nomination and Haspel's nomination.
	I'm mostly concerned about the appointment to Secretary of State and CIA, and I'm going to do everything I can to block them.
	I think that other positions may not be, you know, may not rise to this.
	I've supported several of the President's Cabinet picks.
	I still do support President Trump.
	I think he's done a lot of good things.
	In fact, I think the Republican Congress has done a lot of good things.
	But appointing someone to be a head of CIA who is actively involved with waterboarding someone and was gleefully sort of, you know, just expressing their joy at his suffering, I think is the wrong kind of message to send the world.
	I have members of my family who are actively serving the country, and I don't want the message to be that if members of our armed services are captured, that since torture is okay with the Americans, it's going to be fine to torture Americans when they're captured.
	And I think that is the message that it sends, and I think this is a debate that's really worth having.
	Certainly there is a career officer at the CIA who did not directly participate in waterboarding that we could nominate, and so there are many people over at the CIA that I would vote for.
	In fact, probably most career nominees from the CIA I think would be fine.
	All right, and Senator Rand Paul said, I will continue to support President Trump, but I can't support people who never understood America first and who want to manipulate the president into the sphere of neocons who never met a war they didn't want to star in.
	And we'll be talking about some of those people and the wars that they're trying to start.

	So let me tell you a little bit about Gina Haspel and some of the mistakes that she made.
	Yeah, you know, mistakes were made.
	Yeah, I just tortured that guy for weeks.
	I taunted him as I was torturing him.
	My mistakes were made. I'm okay.
	It's a new day, says Dianne Feinstein.
	What a hypocrite she is.
	Rand Paul has integrity to continue to fight against this.
	It's going to cost him politically to oppose President Trump.
	Absolutely will. But he's doing the right thing, unlike Dianne Feinstein.
	What a traitorous, well, I'll just leave it at that.
	Senator Rand Paul said on Wednesday he'll oppose the nomination of Gina Haspel and announced that he would oppose the nomination of Mike Pompeo as well.
	He said, to really appoint the head cheerleader for waterboarding to be the head of the CIA? I mean, how could you trust somebody who did that?
	To be in charge of the CIA. To read of her glee during waterboarding is just absolutely appalling.
	He said, when you read that, that sort of joyful glee at someone who's being tortured, I find it just amazing that anyone would consider having this woman for head of the CIA. So my opposition to her is over her direct participation in interrogation and her gleeful enjoyment and the suffering of someone being tortured.
	I mean, she didn't just enjoy it.
	She taunted him as I read that to you.
	He said, I don't want the message to be that if members of our armed services are captured, since torture is okay with Americans, it's going to be fine to torture Americans when they're captured.
	I don't think we want the message that it sends.
	And so, when we look at Haspel, what is the summary here?
	Well, she's a sadistic torturer.
	She covered up and she destroyed records of her sadistic crimes.
	She jailed Kiriakou and the other people in the CIA jailed him to cover up her crimes because he blew the whistle on them.
	And she's now kept this man that she tortured in jail.
	And you can say, all right, keep him in jail if he committed crimes, if he was part of Al-Qaeda at any level, even at a low level.
	Keep him in jail. But she wants to make sure that he doesn't talk to anybody, that he is isolated, that he can't talk to other prisoners who might get out, that he is held incommunicado.
	This is how paranoid she is about what she has done.
	And then she pushed us into the Iraq War with the fake intelligence she gave.
	We've got a story here from Andy Ward.
	Gina Haspel lied us into the second Iraq War.
	The war that President Trump has said is the worst war ever.
	And this is from a report by David Rose.
	And what he said was that some of what he did say was leaked by the administration.
	For example, the claim that bin Laden and his ally Zarqawi was not an ally of Saddam Hussein or of Osama bin Laden, but he claimed that when he was being tortured that Osama bin Laden had an ally, Zarqawi, and that they were working with Saddam Hussein to destabilize the autonomous Kurdish region in northern Iraq.
	There was much more, says the analyst who worked at the Pentagon.
	He said, I said, within the administration, Zubaydah's interrogation was, quote, an important chapter, unquote.
	And then a second analyst says, overall, his interrogation product was deemed to be more significant than claims made by another al-Qaeda captive, who in early 2002 was tortured in Egypt at the CIA's behest.
	They render...
	They have renditions to other countries, and they tell them, you know, we can't do this because we're Americans, but you're our friends, and you don't have any moral qualms about torturing people, so we'd like for you to do it for us and get the information.
	But Gina Haspel did it herself.
	Did it herself. But this is what these analysts say.
	These Pentagon analysts.
	They said, as soon as I learned that the reports had come from torture, Once my anger had subsided, I understood the damage that it had done.
	I was so angry, knowing that the higher-ups in the administration knew he was tortured, and that the information he was giving up was tainted by the torture, and that that became a key reason to attack Iraq.
	See the consequences of this?
	You see why this is so important?
	Somebody that doesn't have the moral integrity to not be a sadistic person, B, well, the B word.
	She will lie to the president about what's going on.
	She will get us into a war.
	Because it's all about her and her career and producing excellent product.

	You have Liz Cheney, the daughter of Dick Cheney.
	And she is now a congresswoman from Wyoming.
	Gina Haspel, she said, has spent her career defending the American people and homeland.
	Let me tell you something.
	If this is what America stands for, I don't want any part of America.
	This does not represent me.
	I am disgusted that my government does this type of thing.
	These people belong in jail.
	Stick her in Gitmo. That's where Gina Haspel belongs.
	She belongs in Gitmo with the rest of these people.
	She is every bit as bad as these terrorists.
	She is not defending the homeland.
	Whenever I hear this homeland stuff, doesn't that make you want to do a Nazi salute in Sieg Heil, the homeland?

	But a sadistic little bureaucrat that'll do anything and cover it up by any means.
	That's the kind of person that's going to represent women at the CIA. Toxic femininity.

	Costumes, F-bombs, and a Mexican flag, reports Breitbart.
	Just what we would expect.
	From the people in California. But there were some people in California, because this is San Diego, there's conservative areas of California, that came up and said, we're sick and tired about hearing about illegal aliens' dreams.
	Boy. And I wasn't even there.
	I mean, I'm The one who's typically saying that.
	We are sick and tired of hearing about their dreams.
	And there was a report that was circulated by the New York Times and others saying that Trump had a new deal.
	He was going to offer Congress a three-year DACA extension in exchange for three years of wall funding.
	And now the White House has come out and said, no, that isn't a deal.
	No, we oppose a plan to give amnesty to DACA illegal aliens in exchange for minor wall funding.
	So let's hope that's true.
	And let's hope that's true even if it becomes major wall funding.
	President Trump, as I've said before, President Trump does not need to go begging to Congress to get this done.
	As he pointed out, this is a national security issue.
	We don't have a country if we don't have borders.
	So let's use the military to protect our borders.
	This is something Ron Paul has been saying for a very long time.
	Let's bring the troops home from these regime change wars that we have elsewhere.
	Let's let them protect the border while we build a wall.
	And we can fund the wall out of the NDAA. They can put indefinite detention without trial by the military and rendition for American citizens in the NDAA. You can actually put something that actually defends this country.

	Let's talk about Mike Pompeo, why Rand Paul and other people are opposed to his nomination as Secretary of State.
	We had Liz Cheney, Darth Vader's daughter, Dick Cheney, Darth Vader, saying that Rand Paul is sympathizing with terrorists because he's opposed in principle to terrorism, but specifically to what Gina Haspel did, torturing a man for weeks and getting in his face about it with glee, doing it with glee. Very sadistic woman.
	And then did everything to cover her tracks, produced a product, an intelligence product, that was shopped around and used as bases for the second Iraq war.
	And then when the people who passed that forward at the Pentagon saw that it was a product of terrorism, they were incredibly angry about it.
	And they have come out talking about it.
	But this is the kind of person...
	But if you oppose that, you're a terrorist.
	Just like Nancy Pelosi said President Trump was terrorizing innocent immigrant families...
	With ICE raids.
	Now, if you enforce the borders, and you enforce the laws, then you're a terrorist, according to Nancy Pelosi.
	And if you're against torture...
	You are sympathizing with terrorists, says Liz Cheney.
	But let's talk about the other aspect of this, the foreign policy aspect of this.
	They point out this is a national interest.
	I said, Senator Paul is not alone in his foreign policy restrainer community and his concern.
	Pompeo, quote, is a hawkish ideologue who has advocated regime change in Iran, among other insane policies.
	If anything, he will encourage Trump's worst instincts.
	His move to state is based on his personal compatibility with the president more than his ability to serve U.S. interests, says John Glasser of the Cato Institute.
	And Rand Paul says it's time for a new American foreign policy.
	He said, what kind of job can you get where you're consistently wrong, yet you still get to go on TV and talk endlessly and make more wild predictions that no doubt will lead to the same failed result?
	Well, if you guessed TV weatherman, you're close.
	But the job I'm referring to, says Rand Paul, is neocon foreign policy expert.
	He said, I campaigned against the folly of neocon wars, the futility of nation building, the bankruptcy, the moral and literal bankruptcy of the idea of policing the world.
	And so did Donald Trump for the most part.
	He said John Quincy Adams echoed and summarized the spirit of foreign policy of our founders when he said America does not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy.
	Yeah, we don't have to do that anymore.
	We've got monsters in the CIA. Yeah.
	And we're not about to destroy them.
	Or the NSA. They get a pass.
	No matter how much they do, no matter when they commit their crimes, even if they do them in secret at a black site, nothing happens to them.
	If they do it on live television and lie under oath like James Clapper, nothing happens to them.
	If they betray our so-called national security, remember, all of your freedoms, all of your privacy, Have been sacrificed on the altar of national security.
	You can't know anything about the government.
	But Hillary Clinton can play fast and loose and violate the national security, expose things that are far above top secret, and nothing happens to her.
	Shows what a fraud that is.
	But we used to not go abroad in search of Monster Destroyer.
	John Quincy Adams said, she, America, is the well-wisher to freedom and independence for all.
	She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.
	And so Rand Paul says, far from being isolationist, the foreign policy of her founding fathers is true engagement.
	To seek honest friendship, free commerce, open dialogue, peaceful engagement with all who are willing.
	But he says, too often, the United States has attempted to till the soil and foreign lands with our bombs and to plow it with our tanks.
	Instead, we should seek to help others till their land with our tractors and reap their harvest with our combines.
	We're not interested in selling goods so much.
	I mean, our people who have come here before Trump, they don't care.
	They'll sell out the American worker.
	They'll transfer our factories abroad to China.
	And then they will impoverish us.
	With a limitless military as they go around ripping up other countries as our country falls apart, as the infrastructure here falls apart.
	But let's talk specifically about Pompeo.
	We've got Mike Krieger at Liberty Blitzkrieg says it's impossible to overstate how horrible Mike Pompeo is.
	He said, This accusation
	mirrors attempts throughout history by bureaucrats seeking and failing to criminalize speech that reveals their own failings.
	This is a quote from Julian Assange's Washington Post op-ed piece.
	Julian Assange says, words matter.
	And I assume that Pompeo meant his when he said Julian Assange has no First Amendment freedoms.
	He's sitting in an embassy in London.
	He is not a U.S. citizen.
	As a legal matter, this statement is simply false.
	The title of that op-ed piece by Julian Assange was, The CIA Director is Waging War on Truth Tellers Like WikiLeaks.
	I want you to think about what's going on with this.
	Mike Pompeo was perfectly willing to use WikiLeaks intelligence when it showed the crimes of Hillary Clinton.
	But then when he becomes CIA director...
	He wants to say that WikiLeaks is an enemy of the state.
	He wants to say that they are a non-state hostile intelligence service.
	No, they're reporting the truth, unlike the CIA, where we never get the truth.
	If we get any information, it's not the truth.
	If it's not totally redacted, it's not the truth.
	They lie about everything.
	And they want to use these tactics, the very Essence of what Pompeo is doing by attacking WikiLeaks and Julian Assange is to attack the First Amendment.
	You're right to know. You're right to speak.
	You see, if you pass that information along, and we've already seen how this has happened.
	We saw CNN go down to an elderly lady in Florida and bully and harass her.
	Are you paying attention, YouTube?
	Did you take that video down from CNN? Did you put a strike on their channel?
	Because they went down and bullied and harassed an elderly lady...
	Because she had retweeted or reposted on Facebook some article that they said had been put out by some Russian trolls.
	And this is where they're coming from.
	First they'll say, well, it's Russian trolls.
	Then they'll say it's WikiLeaks trolls.
	And then when you repost that, they will come after you.
	Or they'll block your ability to communicate with other people.
	Or they will shut down a media organization.
	This is where this is ultimately going.
	And when you look at what Pompeo said at a United Arab Emirates-funded think tank, he falsely criticized WikiLeaks as a hostile non-state intelligence agency by saying this.
	He said, so we face a crucial question.
	This is Mike Pompeo.
	What can we do about this?
	What can and should CIA, the U.S., and our allies do about the unprecedented challenge posed by these hostile non-state intelligence agencies?
	Well, there's no quick fix, no foolproof cure.
	There are steps that we can take to undercut the danger.
	First, it's high time we called out those who grant a platform to these leakers.
	See, he's calling for anybody that reports the information.
	So let's start by shutting down the Washington Post and the New York Times, because this is where this is going, folks.
	And the so-called transparency activists.
	We know the danger that Assange and his not-so-merry band of brothers pose to democracies around the world.
	Ignorance or misplaced idealism is no longer an acceptable excuse for lionizing these names.
	So, ignorance is no excuse.
	They'll come after anybody. He says, we have to recognize that we can no longer allow Assange and his colleagues the latitude to use free speech values against us.
	So, we got in the person of Mike Pompeo.
	Somebody who spits on the First Amendment.
	Who is promoting censorship, especially of WikiLeaks.
	Because they told the truth about criminals in Washington.
	And if you're in the CIA, that's got to make you pretty uncomfortable.
	Because you know the truth about you being a lying, covering up, sadistic torture is liable to come out by some of these same people.
	And it has. And yet, they're being rewarded by President Trump.

	We can no longer allow Assange and his colleagues the latitude to use free speech values against us.
	Those are the words of Mike Pompeo, the current director of the CIA, speaking at the United Arab Emirates Conference.
	The man who has now been picked by President Trump to be the Secretary of State.
	He doesn't like the idea of free speech values.
	Because they're going to be used against people in the CIA and others.
	Not making this stuff up, folks.
	To give them the space to crush us with misappropriated secrets is a perversion of what our great constitution stands for, and it ends now.
	Our great constitution doesn't stand for secrets.
	Our government has become a secret government on every level.
	From the spooks at the CIA down to the garbage collectors, everybody in government now thinks that they have some kind of privileged information that you have no right to know.
	They will not talk to you.
	They won't go on the record.
	Some of it is because they don't want to say anything that's going to be damaging to their career, and so they claim government privilege to not talk to you.
	But these people have their own agenda.
	And he goes on to support this by saying that Julian Assange and WikiLeaks don't have any free speech.
	Well, they're not Americans, he says.
	They were not making their pronouncements in America.
	They were making their pronouncements on the Internet, which is why people like Mike Pompeo want to shut down the Internet.
	They want to completely control the Internet.
	They're going to do it through their surrogates, and they're doing it now through their surrogates.
	I pointed out all along the connections to the CIA and how they started up Facebook and Google.
	They gave them venture capital funding through In-Q-Tel and other things.
	This is an effort to censor any narrative that they don't want to hear.
	Any exposure of facts that they don't want to be exposed.
	And of course, you can hear Hillary Clinton saying the same thing, can't you?
	Can't you hear Hillary Clinton saying we can't allow Julian Assange to use free speech values against us?
	Any of these establishment Republicans who think they have a right to rule over us are no different from any of these establishment Democrats who think the same thing.
	They rule you by keeping you in the dark.
	They rule you by telling you lies.
	And they don't want the internet out of their control.
	That's what this is ultimately about.
	But he spins it around as he attacks free speech on the First Amendment.
	Mike Pompeo comes back and says, well, it's because they're Americans.
	They're not Americans, rather.
	If you're American, of course we would give you free speech.
	You know, if you're American, we're not going to spy on you.
	The NSA and the CIA, we would never do that.
	Well, they were doing it back in the 60s, and they never stopped.
	Even though we had the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, they then used that as a tool to spy on Americans and to get a search warrant, quote-unquote, from the FISA court for Mr.
	and Mrs. Verizon. Not looking for anything specific, not looking at any particular person, not investigating any particular crime.
	No, bring me Mr.
	and Mrs. America, and I'll find the crime.
	But I want to know what they think.
	Because this is an information war, and we're going to control that information.
	And so when he says we can no longer allow Assange and his colleagues a latitude to use free speech values, why don't you just substitute for that we can no longer allow the New York Times and their colleagues to have free speech values that are used against us.
	We can no longer allow the Washington Post to do that.
	We can no longer allow CNN to do that.
	We can no longer allow Fox News to do that.
	We no longer allow Infowars to use their free speech values against us.
	If we don't like what you're saying, we're going to shut it down.
	See, that's the essence of tyranny, is taking down free speech.
	Mike Pompeo revealed himself to have the heart of a tyrant, just as Gina Haspel revealed herself to have the heart of a monster.
	He goes on to say to these Arabs that he's talking to, Julian Assange and his kind are not the slightest bit interested in improving civil liberties or enhancing personal freedom.
	As if the State Department and the CIA are?
	Give me a break.
	They don't stand for truth, justice, or the American way.
	They don't stand for any of those values.
	He said, they have pretended that America's First Amendment freedoms, Julian Assange and the free press, have pretended that America's First Amendment freedoms shield them from justice.
	They may have believed that, but they are wrong.
	Yeah, we're going to apply our justice to them.
	We're going to shut down their free speech.
	They may think they've got constitutional protections, and then he goes on.
	He says, we need a little less constitutional law and a lot more philosophical understanding.
	He said, Julian Assange has no First Amendment privileges.
	He's not a U.S. citizen.
	What I was speaking to is an understanding that these are not reporters doing good work to keep the American government on us.
	Keep the American government on us?
	I don't know. These are actively recruiting agents to steal American secrets with the sole intent of destroying the American way of life.
	The American way of life is being destroyed by your secrecy, Mike Pompeo and CIA. The American way of life is being destroyed by CIA values and government.
	But Glenn Greenwald responded to what he said.
	That last quote I had there was from a question and answer thing.
	So he said, somebody like, are you really seriously saying that we should shut down the First Amendment?
	Oh, no. We need to have less constitutional law and a little bit more philosophical understanding.
	I'm just talking about these people because they're not Americans.
	So Glenn Greenwald pointed out, he said, well, the notion that WikiLeaks has no free speech rights because Assange is a foreigner is both wrong and dangerous.
	He said, when I worked at The Guardian, my editors were all non-Americans.
	Would it therefore have been constitutionally permissible for the U.S. government to shut down that paper and to imprison its editors on the ground that they enjoy no constitutional protections?
	Obviously not. Moreover, what rational person would possibly be comfortable with having this determination?
	Who is and who is not a real journalist?
	And we will have that determination made by the CIA? Oh yeah, because the CIA has been in control of journalism for decades.
	You may not have realized it.
	That they were telling ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR what to say, when to say it.
	You cover this story, and they all cover the same stories and told you the same thing about those same stories all the time.
	Of course, it was true because all the media was telling you the same thing.
	Well, they're telling you the same thing because it's coming from the same source, the CIA, Operation Mockingbird.
	And then Pompeo goes on against Julian Science.
	He says, we know...
	That Assange and his ilk make common cause with dictators today.
	And Glenn Greenwald then comes back and says, so how could Mike Pompeo, fresh off embracing and honoring Saudi tyrants...
	Yeah, he'd say that Assange makes common cause with dictators when you see what the CIA is doing with the Saudis.
	You can't tell where the Saudis end and the CIA begins.
	How can he say that about Julian Assange?
	Fresh off embracing and honoring Saudi tyrants, standing in a building funded by the world's most repressive regimes, headed by an agency that for decades supported despots and death squads, the CIA. Possibly maintain a straight face as he accuses others of making common cause with dictators.
	Glenn Greenwald goes on to say, Try to find mainstream media accounts in the U.S. of Pompeo's trip to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and bestowing a top CIA honor on a Saudi despot.
	This is the dictatorship-embracing reality of the U.S. government that remains hidden.
	From the American population, and they want to keep it hidden.

	I'm David Knight, and joining me now is John McAfee, one of the most bullish people on cryptocurrency that you can find anywhere.
	Of course, Max Keiser is very bullish, but I think nobody compares to John McAfee, who has made some very famous bets on what the price of Bitcoin is going to be in a few years.
	He's now saying Bitcoin will hit a million dollars by 2020.
	And I wanted to talk to John because I wanted to get his take.
	He's talked about and responded to the efforts of the SEC because we have bankers and we have the SEC and other regulatory agencies.
	We've had the banks themselves.
	We've had Bank of America and others say, we're not going to allow people to use credit cards to buy cryptocurrency.
	Well, they still allow people to do online gambling with their credit cards.
	They allow people to buy online pornography or do anything.
	They don't tell you. I don't know of anything else that they tell you that you can't buy with a credit card, except for cryptocurrency.
	That's kind of interesting, don't you think?
	They're kind of seem to be afraid of that.
	But you've also got the SEC coming out and saying that they're going to look into regulating cryptocurrency in one way or the other.
	So I want to talk to John McAfee about that because he responded specifically to the SEC's moves, talked about a Supreme Court case that that involves a Supreme Court test that is out there that determines what is within their jurisdiction.

	And we'll also talk to him about an initial coin offering and the fact that Google has now said that as of June, they're not going to accept any ads about crypto or about initial coin offerings.
	So they're joining in with the deep state, the large government, to try to maintain their levers of control over this, their levers of power over us.
	So joining us now is John McAfee on the phone.

	I'm always happy to be on your show.
	Oh, I always love to talk to you about cryptocurrency.
	I'm always very hopeful that this is going to be one way that we can get rid of the Federal Reserve and the central bankers.
	It also has the danger that we go to a cashless society and the control mechanisms that can come with that.
	But that's another issue for another day.
	But let's talk about right now...
	The issue with the SEC and what you had to say about the SEC. Talk to us a little bit about what they have proposed and the way you responded to that, talking about what the Howey test is and so forth.
	But tell us first of all what they are proposing.
	Well, first of all, the SEC has issued subpoenas to virtually every leader in the crypto community, every exchange, and every new ICO that's come out within the past six months.
	I'm on that list and have not been served yet.
	I move around a great deal and I'm out of the country a lot and serving me is not an easy thing, although I know that they're out there and it's on its way.
	But the SEC has claimed that cryptocurrency is a security.
	Now, a Supreme Court test called the Howey test defines three characteristics, all three of which have to be in place before something can be called a security.
	Number one, it must impart an ownership in an entity which will make money And have, in the end, an income of which the owners of the company own a portion of.
	First of all, if you buy a Well, there is no such thing.
	Satoshi Nakamoto, who designed it, we don't even know where he is to send him money to buy anything.
	It's insane. Or if it's even his real name.
	We don't know who Satoshi Nakamoto is.
	And there's no thing called Bitcoin Inc.
	or Bitcoin LLC, which buying a Bitcoin gives you a percentage of.
	Secondly, In order to have a security, you must expect your returns for this ownership.
	To come entirely through a third party.
	That you simply buy it, sit on it, and wait for someone to do work to increase your own ownership in this entity.
	Well, number one, there is no entity.
	And if you buy, I don't know, like an outings coin, which is used if you're going on an outing on a Saturday or a Sunday with your family, And you like to watch street musicians.
	Well, if you're in L.A. and other people who have this app happen to see street musicians, they'll click and go, ah, there's a street musician not far from you.
	You know, for 10 outings, I will tell you where it is.
	Or you like to meet celebrities, and I'm in some high-class bar in L.A., and there's Tom Cruise.
	So I put on the thing, you know, for 100 outings, I'll tell you where Tom Cruise is right now.
	I'm the one doing the work, right?
	And I'm the one getting the money, getting the 10 outings.
	And there's no other company or person working hard to locate Tom Cruise, which I will then get a percentage of.
	It's insane. So it meets none of these criteria.
	Yeah. And yet the SEC is saying, yes, we have not seen an ICO or a coin that does not meet the definition of a security.
	Well, I'm sorry, but I see nothing in a coin or a token that you can claim is a security.
	When I go out and buy an Ethereum, I use it to send money to my employees in London or some other place who are helping me with various aspects of cryptocurrency technology.
	Yes, I'm getting a percentage of their work, but it's me paying them to do the work.
	That's right. You don't have...
	When you look at it, you're changing into a different currency.
	So if I were to change my American dollars into Hong Kong dollars so I could pay an employee, I'm not buying a security when I do that.
	No. Right. And also, if the Hong Kong dollar declines or rises and you gain or lose money on a transaction, is that a security?
	No, it's a transaction, okay?
	You expect that risk when you exchange the money.
	So, again, they're reaching.
	But what they're doing is they're putting terror into the minds of the crypto community.
	For example, new ICOs universally say we will not sell to American buyers.
	Yeah.
	We will not sell to Chinese buyers.
	We will not sell to Singapore buyers because the Chinese in Singapore are implementing FCC-like rules in their countries.
	And that's the point of control, isn't it?
	It's at the exchanges. And when they look at this, I certainly agree with your point.
	On the coins.
	Like you said, you're changing into a different currency, essentially.
	And whether or not that currency goes up and down is irrelevant.
	If I want to pay somebody in Hong Kong, I change into that currency.
	If I want to pay somebody globally somewhere else, I might want to change into a cryptocurrency so I can pay them.
	However, when we look at the exchanges, I mean, those types of exchanges are typically done in banks, which are highly regulated or so forth.
	Are they looking at these...
	Certainly they're putting the pressure on the exchanges.
	Will they have a legitimate legal basis to come after these exchanges, according to the Howey test?
	How does that... I'm a little bit confused about the Howey test and how it would or would not apply to the exchanges.
	They're claiming that the exchanges...
	Are things like the New York Stock Exchange or the Chicago Board of Trade or NASDAQ, that they're exactly the same thing and must register with the SEC. Well, I mean, sure, they look on the surface.
	The problem was, instead of calling themselves the currency trading platform or something where if you have Ethereum and you want to exchange it to Bitcoin, we can do that because that's what the exchange is.
	The exchange is not exchanging my dollars for ownership in a company, but no, exchanging my US dollars or my Bitcoin for Ethereum.
	That's one of the exchanges.
	End of story.
	So I get to, if I want to buy Ethereum instead of going to my neighbor and say, how many Ethereum do you have in your wallet?
	Can I buy those?
	It makes no sense. I go down to the bank and I say, look, I've got, you know, I've got I agree with you, absolutely.

	We're talking to John McAfee, talking about Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and the push back against currencies that are independent of the central banks.
	And of course, it's not surprising to see them use the SEC. That's what we've been talking about in the last segment, as a surrogate.
	To push back against cryptocurrency.
	It's not even surprising, although it is a bit unusual to see the big banks.
	You know, we just have a few big banks who are too big to fail, too big to jail.
	They can do anything. And they're very tied into government.
	They're partners in crime.
	People like Bank of America saying you're not going to be allowed to use your credit card to buy Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
	A very unusual move by them.
	But an even more unusual move for Google to come out as a public surrogate for the central bankers to say that they are going to block any ads for cryptocurrency or for initial coin offerings.
	And as I pointed out at the top of the show, we've got...
	Larry Kudlow saying, don't buy gold, buy dollars.
	And so this is a large move to prop up the U.S. dollar, to prop up the fiat currencies and the control of the central bank.
	So I want to go back to John McAfee.
	And John, we've been talking about the SEC. Let's move on here to...
	The tactics that have been taken by so-called private companies that are highly tied in as crony capitalists, Bank of America and Google.
	And then we'll get to the big picture, as Kudlow put it out there, the fiat currencies and their strength.
	As he's saying, I'm sure he would not recommend anybody to buy crypto because he's not recommending anybody to buy gold either.
	It's got everybody get into that fiat dollar that has lost 99 plus percent of its value in the last 100 years.
	But let's talk about Bank of America's move and Google's move.
	What do you think about those? Well, I think the most extreme is Google's move.
	For example, Google will not accept any advertising for cryptocurrency.
	Yet on Google, I can search for and buy videotapes of men having sex with pigs.
	That's perfectly acceptable.
	And if you do Google that, you will find literally thousands of sites that That are selling, you know, tapes of sex with animals, of every conceivable type of perversion, with impunity, and Google will accept money for promoting these things.
	And yet, if I tried to promote a cryptocurrency, which would be an easier way of paying off my foreign bills or buying foreign products, No, no, that's absolutely wrong.
	So right after that, please, look at that one comparison so you can see how extreme cryptocurrencies are being viewed by Google.
	Now, the banks, let me tell you, I have accounts with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, both of whom have forced me to shut down my accounts that do business with Coinbase.
	So that as I cash out of cryptocurrencies and need fiat dollars, those banks will no longer allow transfers from exchanges and it's getting more and more rare to find any bank that will accept Dollars or pounds or euros or Japanese yen or any fiat currency from any of the crypto exchanges.
	Now this is another frightening thing.
	Plus, they will not allow you to use your credit cards to purchase those things.
	Now I can take those credit cards and an ad from Google and have vivid, real-time videos of women having sex with horses.
	And paid for by these banks' credit cards and advertised by Google, and that's perfectly fine.
	And in fact, they will promote it.
	But an ad saying, you know, I have a bunch of Ethereum, I'd like to sell it or exchange it for Moneros or Bitcoins.
	No. No, no, that's wrong.
	We're not going to let you use your credit card.
	We're not going to let you advertise it because it is the most devious of all things, apparently, by comparing to things which I would consider far more devious.
	Well, bestiality and perversion doesn't threaten their power structure.
	Being able to move your money around the world without their knowledge and without their permission and control, that does threaten their power structure.
	That's why they're coming after people.
	I mean, speculating on online gaming, gambling.
	They don't say, oh, we want to protect you.
	We don't want you gambling on your credit card.
	Well, you know, if you really want to protect people, why don't you tell the banks that they can't charge people 20% to 50% interest on their credit cards?
	But that aside, you know, the idea that they're going to protect you from gambling, that's not what this is about at all.
	No, absolutely not.
	And it cannot be viewed.
	In the crypto community, we're always about a year ahead of regulations, of congressional laws that will limit, restrict, and contain.
	And so let me tell you what's coming up on the horizon.
	Brock Pierce, who is another, shall we say, Incendiary character in the crypto community.
	Brock is a unique individual, much like myself, that lives outside the box and does pretty much what he chooses while living within the bounds of the law.
	And he announced yesterday the creation of 20 massive crypto banks around the world that are crypto banks.
	So that if you want a crypto account, you may open one.
	If you want to hold your Bitcoin or your Monero or your Ethereum in that bank, they will do that.
	If you want to convert your account from Bitcoin to dollars and have that wired somewhere or a check issued, he will do that.
	Now, do you see what this is doing?
	These are banks, which really are not banks in the regular sense of the word, are they?
	They're more like, you know, I'm a warehouse and, you know, you're dealing in chewing gum.
	Well, yeah, we'll store your chewing gum for you.
	And in fact, we know other chewing gum chewers around the world.
	And if you want your chewing gum shipped there, we will do that.
	Maybe he should call them, John, maybe he should call them warehouses instead of banks, right?
	When you talk about an exchange, then the SEC says, oh, exchanges, we do that.
	Or you say a bank, then they say, well, we do banks.
	Just call it a warehouse, and they don't have any jurisdictional control over it.
	I know, but what happened is we're not as smart as we think we are all the time.
	We have two problems here.
	Number one, trying to get an uneducated public involved in And make their life easier by using cryptocurrencies.
	Well, that's a scary thing for the average person that knows nothing about Bitcoin, even.
	And Bitcoin is the largest of them.
	So, to make it easier, we have used words that, in their minds, would go, oh, I got it, that's kind of like a bank.
	Or, oh, I've got it, that's kind of like an exchange.
	Well, we didn't have to do that.
	We did that purposely so that new users would feel comfortable Entering this arena of what appears to be chaos on the surface.
	But when you get into it, it's absolute order.
	So yes, that was mostly our problem.
	So that the SEC go, aha, they're called exchanges.
	Well, that's just like the New York Stock Exchange.
	You're mine, mother. No, it's not at all.
	It's like, okay, now this is, by the way, impacting me directly in two ways.
	I have the McAfee coin coming out in one month, which is a distributed exchange.
	What does that mean?
	That means that we don't have a server anywhere.
	We're not actually processing anybody's money.
	If you download our wallet, in the wallet itself are the facilities that used to be in exchanges.
	Like in your wallet, if you want to convert Bitcoin to Ethereum, your wallet communicates with 10 million other wallets simultaneously and says, you guys got anything for sale?
	And, you know, they collect stuff.
	Well, yeah, I've got a tenth of a Bitcoin and somebody in China goes, I've got a fifth of a Bitcoin.
	And two people in Argentina say, I've got 1.6 Bitcoin, whatever.
	It will click, and then it will tally everything up and see what people want for it instantaneously.
	Let me ask you, are you going to have the ability to have anonymous transactions and anonymize the amounts that are transferred as well with that?
	It's all anonymous, and there's no central exchange.
	So, if the SEC wants...
	Let's say there is an exchange in Texas that they're just about to shut down if they do not cooperate.
	I'm not going to give you the name. They will just march into their offices and shut them down.
	Well, how are you going to march into 10 million people's homes, all of whom are involved in a single transaction in the background and they're not even aware of it?
	And neither are we.
	Wow, that's great.
	The collection of all of these millions of wallets collectively are the exchange.
	Now, we don't make any money off of it.
	We don't have any control over it.
	We just built the wallet.
	You download it, you now become part of the exchange.

	Well, we asked John McAfee to stay on one more segment, and he's agreed to do that.
	I did not know the details of the coin that he's going to be releasing shortly, McAfee coin.
	Sounds fascinating because what it does is it offers, it sounds like it offers a solution to the government trying to use these exchanges as a point of crackdown, have a physical location that is going to be processing people transferring from one currency to another, have a physical location that is going to be processing people transferring from one currency to another, let's say a fiat currency to a cryptocurrency,
	The governments may exert authority over that, whether they have legal justification or not, because we've seen that governments don't typically necessarily have to wait for real legal justification to do anything, do they, in your life.
	So they may just assert it and do it.
	But John McAfee has an idea to get around this, and I wanted to get more details on that.
	John, you've talked to us before when you've been on about Monero, for example, because we look at Bitcoin and it's interesting the blockchain mechanism and so forth.
	People have talked about using that to monitor elections because you can go back and you can trace back where things came from.
	And that's one of the problems with Bitcoin is it does create a very detailed audit trail for people to go back and to look at your activity.
	And so there have been some other cryptocurrencies.
	One of the ones that you talked about was Monero that would anonymize the sender and the receiver and also even the amount that was sent.
	But now you're talking about something with your coin that would essentially remove the exchange location from some kind of a physical location that could be regulated.
	Is that correct? That's correct.
	In fact, everybody who uses the coin becomes part of the exchange.
	It's very unique. And we're giving the source code away for free.
	It's open source, so anybody can download it and create their own exchange that's distributed.
	And the more people who use this McAfee coin, the more distributed it becomes.
	Let me ask you how the transactions are processed.
	Because right now, Bitcoins are created by Bitcoin miners, and they also are processing transactions.
	So how do these transactions happen in your universe?
	Okay, in my universe, if you already have Bitcoins, and most people in the crypto world do, those coins go into the McAfee wallet.
	But the McAfee wallet is not stored on an exchange.
	It's stored on your smartphone or your computer or on some offline hard wallet, which you control.
	Now, you've got those coins.
	And let's say you want to trade those coins for Ethereum.
	Well, in real time, there are 10, if we're successful, and I'm pretty sure we will be, there'll be 10 million people using the McAfee coin.
	Each of them will have not a wallet, but part of their web browser will be the wallet.
	It's another new thing making it so much easier for new users to get involved.
	Now, your web browser will be talking to everybody else's web browser who is on this 10 million node network.
	How do you shut that down?
	There are 10 million people involved in every transaction to a certain extent.
	And these people, let's say you take one of them out, or 10 of them, or a million.
	It does not shut down the exchange and nothing changes.
	That's the beauty of this.
	So the SEC can't go into your house and say, we're shutting down the McAfee exchange.
	He goes, where is it? It's in every computer in the world.
	Take a million of them out, it's still in almost every computer in the world, and it will not be shut down.
	So how do you enforce an exchange that runs on 10 million nodes in every country in the world?
	That's a great idea. It gets around the intimidation of exchanges like Bitcoin, for example.
	How, though, you're talking about you have to have your money already in the crypto world to move it in from...
	No, no. Actually, if you want to, for example, buy Bitcoin through the McAfee, quote, exchange, which is not an exchange.
	We don't own it. We don't run it.
	I don't have any idea where it is.
	It's a free piece of software that anybody can download and become an exchange.
	That sounds fascinating.
	That is where we're going to find our solutions.

	And he doesn't like it when Julian Assange uses the First Amendment.
	And he's not going to like it or the people who come after him aren't going to like it when those First Amendment values are used by the Washington Post or the New York Times.
	Remember, they were involved in Watergate.
	They were involved in other things, information that was reported.
	And they've been given exemption for that.
	But then he says, well, Julian Assange is not an American citizen, so he doesn't get any First Amendment values.
	Well, the American citizens who want to know the truth about their government do have First Amendment values.
	See, free speech is also about your freedom to hear what the government doesn't want you to hear when somebody tells you the truth and your government is lying to you.
	We want to keep a free and open internet.
	We want to keep a free and open press.
	And the press is now a worldwide free press, or you don't have freedom of the press.
	It's very troubling to hear people like Mike Pompeo talk like the Chinese dictator, President Xi.
	And if we allow these people to go on, it's not going to be much longer before they are in for life.
	Oh, that's right. I forgot. These unelected bureaucrats, they are in for life, just like President Xi, aren't they?
	So we have the people at the CIA, their career, they're there for life as long as they want until they want to take their lucrative pension and go.
	Same thing with the FBI, same thing with the EPA, same thing with the IRS, same thing with the FCC, the FAA, the SEC. All these alphabet industries run by career bureaucrats.
	Unelected, can't be fired, they're there for life just like the Chinese president.
	And they've got the attitude of the Chinese president.
	And they don't want any embarrassing information that's going to interrupt that wonderful gig that they've got going.
	That's why they are so busy trying to shut down the press in every way possible.
	Now, I've got an article here from The Daily Caller saying we need a federal anti-slap law.
	What is a slap law?
	Well, 28 states have adopted statutes that address strategic lawsuits against public participation.
	SLAPP. Strategic lawsuits.
	Strategic lawsuits.
	Used to shut down news organizations.
	Used to shut down free speech.
	I mean, we just had one of these things dropped on us this week by the Georgetown Law School.
	Coming after us, coming after Gateway Pundit, coming after Lee Stranahan, coming after Alan West.
	Got to shut down those people out there on the right.
	We're going to use a strategic lawsuit to do it.
	And what this article is saying is that in 28 states, there are laws that generally apply in instances where speech on a matter of public concern is being suppressed.
	And not for the merits of a libel case, but instead for the chilling effect of the heavy litigation costs.
	And also to smear these news outlets in public.
	See, the whole point of this lawsuit is, like every lawsuit, to punish somebody with heavy legal fees, but also to slander them in the public space.
	And that's a big part of this Georgetown lawsuit.
	As Lee pointed out, if you're a journalist and you slander somebody, you make untrue statements about somebody, then you are liable to be sued.
	If you make untrue statements about somebody in a lawsuit, however, before you even serve the lawsuit to anybody.
	As a matter of fact, when I talked to Lee yesterday, he's on that lawsuit with us.
	As of that point, he had not been served.
	But for two days or more, We've had Reuters and all the major news outlets talking about this lawsuit.
	Why? Because the lawsuit was given to them before it was served to Lee, before it was served to Alex.
	Again, still hasn't been served to Lee.
	So that's the way they do this.
	They do this in public.
	It's a slander tactic.
	And they say slap filers who are usually powerful interests.
	Yes, that's right. Frequently use libel lawsuits as a means of squashing public debate by crushing the speaker with bankrupting legal fees or the chilling effect of facing those costs.
	Yeah, that's what's going on, folks.
	That's what's going on.
	And it's not just one organization or one reporter that They're coming after any conservatives.
	You've seen it with the YouTube purge.
	Why? Because YouTube and Google are part of the power structure.
	They were enabled and they were put in place in order to take back control of the internet that began with DARPA. It was, as I've pointed out many times, it was a DARPA project decades ago.
	A psychologist, J.C.R. Licklider, and he had his degree in psychology.
	How are you going to control the American people?
	How are you going to know what they're thinking?
	How are you going to know if they're buying the lies that you sell them or not?
	Oh, they're not really buying that.
	Let's tweak that lie a little bit.
	Are they buying that? Is that better?
	Yeah, that's working better. Okay, let's take it in that direction a little bit more.
	And now how's it working? That's what the metadata is about.
	It began as a tool of psychological control.
	He named it the Intergalactic Computer Network.
	We shortened it to Internet.
	Initially, it was called DARPAnet.
	And then they called it Internet.
	And then we had the World Wide Web built on top of that.
	And now they're trying to take back control.
	And they're using their surrogates.

	We have seen Russia serve as a convenient villain to push censorship and To push a coup against President Trump.
	And now we have Theresa May and others telling us that Russia has done an attempted assassination on UK soil as part of whatever happened there and whoever did it.
	There was also a UK detective who was also in very serious condition as well.
	Nobody has yet died of this.
	Which, again, I kind of find interesting because, you know, it was...
	VX gas. They found deteriorated elements of it in the clothing of the two women who were alleged to have assassinated North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un's brother.
	And they used VX gas to do that.
	They were able to pull off something that the Russian secret services were not able to pull off.
	They were actually able to execute their assassinated target if that in case is what was happening in the UK. So we're going to take a close look.
	At the current dangerous state of events, the back and forth between the UK and Russia, between the US and Russia, we have Theresa May and Nikki Haley making some very loud and provocative statements.
	Let's go with what Theresa May said a couple of days ago, and then I'm going to tell you what she has, give you some excerpts from her speech to Parliament.
	So here's Theresa May a couple of days ago saying it was highly likely at that time that the Russians were behind this.
	It is now clear that Mr Skripal and his daughter were poisoned with a military-grade nerve agent of a type developed by Russia.
	This is part of a group of nerve agents known as Novichok.
	Based on the positive identification of this chemical agent by world-leading experts at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down, our knowledge that Russia has previously produced this agent and would still be capable of doing so, Russia's record of conducting state-sponsored assassinations,
	and our assessment that Russia views some defectors as legitimate targets for assassinations, the government has concluded that it is highly likely that Russia was responsible for the act against Sergei and Yulia Skripal.
	Mr Speaker, there are therefore only two plausible explanations for what happened in Salisbury on the 4th of March.
	Either this was a direct act by the Russian state against our country, or the Russian government lost control of its potentially catastrophically damaging nerve agent and allowed it to get into the hands of others.
	This afternoon, my right honourable friend, the Foreign Secretary, has summoned the Russian ambassador to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and asked him to explain which of these two possibilities it is, and therefore to account for how this Russian-produced nerve agent could have been deployed in Salisbury against Mr Skripal and his daughter.
	Now, she goes on to say in that same speech, That there is no alternative conclusion other than that the Russian state was culpable for the attempted murder of Mr.
	Scripple and his daughter and for threatening the lives of other British citizens in Salisbury, including Detective Sergeant Nick Bailey.
	She said it represents an unlawful use of force by the Russian state against the United Kingdom, must therefore be met with full and robust response beyond the actions that we have already taken.
	So since the murder of Mr.
	Litvinenko and to counter this pattern of Russian aggression elsewhere.
	So let's talk about this.
	She said, you just heard her say, there's a couple of different things that could happen here.
	And we've been hearing this since this event was reported, that this is a very dangerous state level of nerve gas.
	So either they did it or they lost control of this.
	So tell us, do you have this or did you use this against somebody?
	Well, if we go back and we look at the history of nerve gas, and we're going to do that in just a moment.
	Before that, I want to look at some of the responses that have happened back and forth.
	But if we go back and look at the history of this stuff, it's quite likely that this stuff is in the hands of quite a few people.
	They haven't really manufactured this stuff since 1993.
	Remember that thing called the fall of the Soviet Union?
	Remember what happened with that? We had different countries break out of the sphere of the Soviet Union.
	Uzbekistan was one of those countries.
	That was where their nerve gas, this VX nerve gas, was located.
	And it was kind of a Wild West situation there.
	So we're going to talk about that. We're going to trace what happened to these VX nerve gas supplies.
	And we're also going to take a look at the close connection of this guy who just died to another interesting figure that you may remember.
	Christopher Steele. The guy who was hired by Hillary Clinton and the DNC. And also there was a lot of money floating around from Democrats to this guy to write the dirty dossier, of course.
	And that is also kind of interesting.
	But now we've had the British government come out and they have said this is the Russians that did it.
	They have kicked out 23 Russian spies from the UK. They blasted Vladimir Putin's contempt for the UK with the Salisbury poisoning.
	Putin came back and has now threatened to ban all British media from operating in Russia if they go through with their threats and say we're going to throw out RT out of the UK. It's kind of interesting.
	You had the Russian foreign minister say that there's not a single British media outlet that will work in Russia if they shut down RT, Russia Today.
	And of course, we've never had a situation where the BBC has ever lied to us, have we?
	Remember that famous incident with 9-11?
	Yeah. Where you've got the BBC telling us that Building 7 has already fallen 20 minutes before it has fallen.
	They already got the message.
	They were supposed to wait and hold it until they actually pulled the building down.
	But they made the mistake and she's telling us with the building visible over her shoulder that Building 7 has already collapsed.
	Just happened magically.
	It hadn't been hit by a plane either.
	It hadn't been hit by a plane.
	We also had other...
	Interesting things coming out of the British intelligence and the British media.
	Remember that spy in the bag story a few years ago?
	They found a British agent dead inside a bag inside of his bathtub.
	There wasn't any water in the bathtub.
	And everybody's saying, who killed him?
	Oh, he didn't kill himself.
	He climbed in the bag and committed suicide.
	That's what they told us.
	And when everybody started laughing at the absurdity of that narrative, they got a small contortionist.
	I'm not making this up. They got a small contortionist that says, see, see, look, I can get in this bag.
	Okay, contortionists can get in there.
	All right, so now kill yourself while you're in the bag, and then make sure that you wipe off the fingerprints off the outside of the bag after you get yourself in the bag, too.
	Can you do that without leaving any fingerprints on the outside of the bag?
	I mean, it just goes on and on.
	But this is the kind of stuff... That seems to happen on a regular basis in the UK. There's a lot of spies dying on both sides under mysterious circumstances, and there's some pretty tall tales that are being told by the British government and the British media, just like here in America.

	He says, England fans face being killed by Russian ultra-hooligans in a revenge attack over the ex-spy, Sergei Skripal.
	And this is an expert, an expert who has warned us on this.

	You heard that the election in Italy was interfered with by the Russians.

	That was CNN doing that, bullying and harassing her for that.
	See, if they can go back and point the finger at Russia with anything, then anybody who's on that side, which would be anybody that is for local control, anybody who is an economic nationalist, anybody who doesn't want to be under the European Union, whether it's Brexit or an Italian election, or whether it's Donald Trump getting elected, or whether it's you on Facebook, you are Russian.
	How many of you people have put something out on...
	On Twitter. And remember when the memo, everybody said release the memo and everything?
	And you would see all of these people on the left coming back and saying, you're nothing but a Russian bot.
	You're a Russian bot. Russian bot.
	Russian bot. That was a standard reply.
	You know, that's the new thing that took over.
	You're a racist. You're a racist.
	No. Now you're a Russian bot.
	You're a Russian agent. Because you do all this stuff.
	So now they're using this as a convenient method, number one.
	At the very least, to shut down RT.
	Why?
	Because RT, even though they're run by the Russian government, even though they portray the Russian government in a very controlled, positive way, just like the American establishment press, the Washington Post, New York Times, CNN, they always will portray the Democrats in a very positive way, or Fox News will they always will portray the Democrats in a very positive way, or Fox News will portray the Republican Party RT is very partisan for Russia, no doubt about it.
	But they will tell you the truth about your country.
	And they don't like that.
	They want to get rid of them in the UK, and they want to get rid of them in the US. RT will lie to you about Russia, but they'll tell you the truth about the US and the UK. They'll tell you the awful truth, as a matter of fact.
	They don't want you to, you know, they want to foment division to that extent.
	But you know what? When there's something wrong in my country, I want to know about it.
	I do want to know about that.
	I don't want to just get all happy-clappy and let's all unite and USA, USA, USA when there's something that needs to be fixed to make USA American again.
	Maybe that should be the next campaign slogan.

	We've now got the Trump administration falling into this hook, line, and sinker.
	I want to play for you what Nikki Haley, that master of agiprop, was saying in just a moment.
	But now we've got, this is just breaking news today, the Trump administration has now sanctioned Russians for interfering in the 2016 elections.
	So they have sanctioned 19 Russian individuals and 5 Russian entities for allegedly interfering in the 2016 election and engaging in cyber attacks.
	Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mnuchin said these targeted sanctions are part of a broader effort to address the ongoing nefarious attacks emanating from Russia.
	Exactly how did they interfere?
	How did they interfere with that?
	They ran...
	Less than one thousandth of the amount of ads that Hillary Clinton did, whether they were true or not, that did not throw the election.
	If Hillary Clinton could spend a thousand times more on Twitter, and a lot of these ads were run after the election, if she could spend a thousand times more and still lose, how did the Russians hack the election?
	I'm very disappointed that President Trump doesn't have more control over what the Trump administration is doing.
	This is obviously false.
	He knows it's false.
	This Russian red herring.
	But let's talk about what's getting really dangerous.
	We got Nikki Haley, who, as we heard Rand Paul talk about these people that President Trump is now about to put in place, Pompeo and Gina Haspel.
	He said these are neocons who have pushed for every war in every area for any reason, doing it for regime change.
	They want to be the stars of these wars.
	Well, here's a person who is so desperate for attention, and she just may get you and your family involved in a war.
	Here's Nikki Haley.
	If we don't take immediate concrete measures to address this now, Salisbury will not be the last place we see chemical weapons used.
	They could be used here in New York or in cities of any country that sits on this council.
	Yeah, yeah, there you go.
	It's not just they're going to kill the English soccer fans if they go to Russia.
	Like that guy who was telling everybody, hey, the Russians threw the Brexit election, too.
	He says, you've got a regime that plays fast and loose with the lives of its own people.
	How can we be sure they'll safeguard the lives of English fans and they will do this for revenge?
	Says the guy who says the Russians hacked the Brexit election.
	And now you've got Nikki Haley, the never-Trumper.
	Why did she oppose President Trump so much?
	She was a neocon.
	When President Trump was a candidate, he was pushing back against this new Cold War that Hillary Clinton and the establishment Republican neocons had restarted.
	He was pushing back against the idea that we were going to do regime change everywhere.
	He said, let's take care of America first.
	Let's rebuild our infrastructure before we blow up other countries.
	And now you've got Nikki Haley with this fear-mongering at the New York Times.
	In New York at the UN. He said, they could be used here in New York or any cities of any country that sits on this council.
	This is a defining moment.
	Yes, it defines you, Nikki.
	It defines you as the Goebbels of the Trump administration.
	She says, now one member stands accused of using chemical weapons on sovereign soil of another member.
	The credibility of this council will not survive if we fail to hold Russia accountable.
	Well, if you accuse them, then they're guilty, right?
	We are not going to actually look at the evidence.
	No, I am going to look at the evidence.
	I am going to look at it, even though she calls this Russia's crime.
	She's already jumped to the conclusion that an accusation is proof.
	And I have to ask, if they are so incompetent that they leave their fingerprints all over this and they can't kill the people that they targeted, they're less competent than Kim Jong-un, who is at least able to kill his half-brother, using essentially the same standard.
	But I also find it interesting and really ironic that That Nikki Haley uses these kind of Stalin-esque tactics to push war, because that's what is at the bottom of this, folks.
	I'm not here to apologize for Russia.
	I'm not here to apologize for Putin.
	He's not a good guy. He just rigged his own election.
	That's their problem.
	He did not rig our election.
	They did not rig Brexit.
	They did not rig the Italian election.
	And all of this stuff is an excuse to push censorship.
	I just told you in the last hour how Mike Pompeo, after using Julian Assange and saying, oh, this is great, look what he showed us about Hillary Clinton.
	Then he becomes CIA director.
	And he wants to prosecute Julian Assange.
	He says Ed Snowden is a traitor.
	He says the First Amendment doesn't apply on the Internet.
	And we've got to shut down the platforms for these people.

	When you had whistleblowers inside the DNC who were fed up with the corruption of Hillary Clinton and the DNC, they gave that information over.
	And to keep you from looking at what was actually revealed by the whistleblowers of the DNC, they created this narrative.
	Oh, the Russians did it. Let's look at the Russians.
	Let's investigate the Russians. Russians, Russians, Russians.
	Don't look over here.
	It was a Russian red herring.
	And now we have, shamefully, the Trump administration buying into that nonsense.
	They know better than this. President Trump does.
	You've got these globalists, these Goldman Sachs globalists, these people like Nikki Haley, who won a third world war.
	They want to use this to push back against nationalism that is pushing back against centralized globalist government everywhere.
	They want to discredit that movement.
	They want to be able to censor that movement by associating it with Russia.
	Well, call me a Russian, but I'm going to tell you that I believe that this is a false flag, and I'm going to tell you why I think it's a false flag.
	Let's take a look at some of the, and I'll reference some articles here, work of other people that have done a lot of research on this.
	We've got Justin Raimondo. Let's start out with Justin.
	He says the latest example of this alleged Russian perfidy is yet another case of faith-based attribution.
	One doesn't need to present any real evidence if you say the Russians did it, right?
	You know, we're supposed to take their word on it with the 17 intelligence agencies.
	Where did that come from? That was Hillary Clinton in a debate.
	Then it was repeated by James the liar Clapper, who just got by with his five-year anniversary of perjury that he committed under oath on public television.
	He was the one who then started saying 17 intelligence agencies.
	Then when they put him under oath, since he was already in jeopardy for having committed perjury once, he started saying, well, it wasn't all 17 agencies.
	I just kind of met with one or two people, one person from the NSA, the CIA, and the FBI, and they agreed with my assessment.
	Of course, they're going to agree with your assessment.
	They're underneath you.
	They're not going to push back on you.
	And we saw then... That they were going to say, hey, if we have any cyber attacks, we are going to consider that to be an act of war.
	And we will attack people physically if we say there's a cyber attack.
	And everybody said, whoa, wait a minute.
	And those horrible people at WikiLeaks showed us Vault 7.
	Vault 7 showed us that the CIA has created tools to mask their identity so that they can do false flags.
	They can put anybody's fingerprints on any of these attacks that they want to, any of the usual suspects, any of their enemies.
	They can make them look like the culprits using Vault 7.
	So people said, I'm not too comfortable with you using a cyber attack since you've got the tools to make it look like you're Russians or North Koreans or Chinese or anybody.
	You've got the tools to make it look like this is coming from anywhere.
	So I don't really like the idea that you're saying you're going to use this as a basis for a war.
	So maybe they need to come up with something else, like a nerve gas attack.
	That'll get your attention, won't it?
	Okay, so it's not a cyber attack, but it's a nerve gas attack.
	And we don't have any more evidence for this that's more credible than if we were to have a cyber attack.
	And I'm going to tell you why this evidence is not credible.
	We had Theresa May say, there's only two possibilities.
	Either Russia did this, or Russia lost the gas irresponsibly and somebody else did it.
	No, there's a third possibility.
	That these globalists, who always want to put Russia out there as a beard, did this as a false flag.
	Justin Raimondo says, the evidence that was given to support the Russia-did-it scenario...
	Is that only the Russians have access to Novichok and that it is such a sophisticated poison that only a state actor could have pulled off this attack.
	Yet the logic of this line of reasoning is quite shaky because the guy who developed it, Mirzayanov, tells us it could be duplicated by anyone with a copy of his book.
	And this New York Times piece, which assumes Russia is the culprit, cites one Andrew C. Weber, a former Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Program.
	We're not out of time yet.
	Could you guys turn off that liner, please?
	Thank you. Who visited a secret abandoned Soviet research facility in Uzbekistan, where the United States was helping to destroy nerve gas in the early 2000s.
	So they offer this as evidence.
	They have an American who goes to a place in Uzbekistan where there's a lot of nerve gas there.
	And he says, well, it is obviously tightly controlled by the Russian government.
	It's implausible to me, possible but not probable, that this chemical weapon would have been diverted from a Russian facility.
	It would be well guarded.
	And he says, but wait a minute.
	This guy says it's really tightly controlled by the Russian government, yet you've got an American...
	Official who is wandering around the facility with nobody asking him any questions.
	That he describes as abandoned, but now is supposed to be well guarded.
	He says Uzbekistan was no longer a part of the Soviet Union at that time.
	The country declared its independence on August 31, 1991.
	And that, whatever happened to the, after that rather, whatever happened to the Novichok production facilities at Uzbekistan was out of Moscow's control and stores of the lethal poison could have wound up anywhere.
	All right. Well, what happened to this stuff?
	Where did it come from? First of all, the creator of this says it can be duplicated by anybody with a copy of his book.
	Then we have the store of the Soviet Union that has created this.
	And that went out of their control 27 years ago.
	So this nerve gas stuff goes back to the 1960s.
	The U.S. started destroying its stores of nerve gas in the 1960s.
	You know what they did with it? They had a program that's called CHASE. And it basically was put them on ships and fill them up with holes and sink them.
	And they did that off the east coast of America.
	So they got massive amounts of nerve gas off the coast of America.
	Then later on, that was in the 1960s, Later on when they got to the 90s, they found a chemical process that they could use to neutralize the nerve gas.
	They started incinerating it to destroy their aspects of it.
	But long before that had happened, or as that was starting to happen in the United States, this stuff had passed out of the control of the former Soviet Union.
	Let's talk a little bit more about that.
	The Irish Times says it's unlikely that Putin was behind the poisoning of this Russian agent.
	They say the nerve agent, called Novichok, is a very deadly substance.
	It's eight times more powerful than its Western equivalent known as VX. That's what we sunk in the ocean.
	Hopefully it's not going to surface or nobody's going to find it.
	There are also indications that it could have been smuggled out of the Soviet Union as far back as 1993.
	In September of 1993, as the Irish Times, Moscow correspondent, he says, I obtained a list of chemical and biological weapons, including Novichok, which had been produced by Russia as the successor state to the Soviet Union.
	He says, I brought these documents to a recognized expert, Dr.
	Thomas Stock of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
	His reaction was that Russia immediately needed to have Western financial help To stop this Novichok and other chemical and biological agents from being exported illegally by criminal elements.
	He said Western help arrived eventually, but it was too late.
	The countries of the former Soviet Union, with the exception of the Baltic nations, were in chaos at the time.
	He said there was no money in those days and inflation had reached 2,500% in a single year.
	Some people became extremely rich by selling natural resources, military equipment, or anything they could get their hands on.
	And they became known as Russian oligarchs, but not all the oligarchs were Russian.
	The main production plant for Novichok was in Uzbekistan.
	It's also possible that Novichok has been produced illegally.
	It is made from chemical elements that are harmless on their own, but lethal when combined.
	And then when we look at this a little bit further in the Consortium News, they make the connection to Christopher Steele.
	In the early 1990s, Skrippel, this guy who just had the assassination attempt made on him, was recruited by MI6 agent Pablo Miller.
	The British media has declined to name him, but he has been named in other media.
	He was an MI6 agent in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
	His main task was to recruit Russians to provide information about the country to the British.
	An interesting fact, he says possibly coincidental, was that the MI6 officer under diplomatic cover in Moscow at the time was Christopher Steele, who did the dossier.
	When he returned to London, he ran MI6's Russia desk between 2006 and 2009.
	And this is the information that Scripple disclosed would have been given to Steele.
	Now here's the interesting thing.
	Scribble, this guy that they just tried to assassinate because they're angry with him, he was arrested in 2004.
	In 2006, he was convicted of treason, sentenced to 18 years in prison.
	In 2010, they did a prisoner exchange.
	So he was in jail for four years.
	If the Russians wanted to kill him so desperately for revenge, why didn't they do it then?
	They had him for four years.
	And then after that, he went to the United Kingdom and was there for eight years, and they didn't do anything to him.
	Why are they doing it now?
	And it's very interesting that just before this all happened, I don't have time to go through all this, just before this happened, he had connections with these same two individuals who were working for Orbis, the same private intelligence agency that was connected to Christopher Steele and the dossier.
	Does this guy know something about the dossier?
	Is that motivation? As they point out, Russia's not even on the top of the list of suspects.
