	And now, covering the ongoing fight for the heart and soul of America, Broadcasting from deep in the heart of Texas, it's David Knight.
	Well, it's Friday and we have a budget and the government is operating.
	They just don't have the money to run that budget.
	They don't have the money to operate.
	They don't have a plan. But we're going ahead anyway.
	Straight ahead to it.
	We had one lone voice of reason holding this process up.
	And we're going to play some clips from Rand Paul coming up.
	And we're also going to play some clips from Lindsey Graham criticizing him.
	You can't hold this money up, and this is all about the military, and it's not all about the military.
	It's all about whether or not we're going to have a handle on the government.
	Are we going to ever have any fiscal responsibility?
	Are we going to accelerate the rate at which we go into debt to the Feds, to the Saudis who buy their notes, to the Chinese who buy their notes?
	Are we going to try to pay for the tax cuts by having some spending cuts?
	Could we have 1% cuts?
	No, we can't have 1% cuts on anything.
	And so, this is the discussion that's going back.
	It's not the first time that Lindsey Graham has criticized Rand Paul for speaking up.
	Remember a few years ago, there was a filibuster that lasted for 13 hours from Rand Paul.
	And what was it about? It was about the drone strikes.
	And who was angry about that?
	Oh, that would be Lindsey Graham.
	And of course, John McCain.
	Because they never saw a war they didn't like.
	Whether it was winnable or not.
	And at the time, Lindsey Graham got up and said, you guys are hypocrites.
	You're hypocrites. You didn't say anything about the drone program under George W. Bush.
	Now you're saying something about the drone program under Obama.
	And I've got to say, at least Lindsey Graham isn't a hypocrite.
	We know that he's not a hypocrite.
	He is a prostitute for the military-industrial complex, and he will always push for wars.
	Whether they're justified, declared or not.
	And of course, Rand Paul, who was running the filibuster, was not there when George W. Bush was president.
	And the drone assassination program didn't look anything at all like what Obama was doing in the drone assassination program.
	Coming after people who were legally American citizens and not giving them due process.
	That established a very troubling precedent, as this does.
	And so you said, there he is, there's John McCain, the leader of the shadow government.
	That's a perfect picture for him, quite frankly.
	They lit him from below, and they had a shadow behind him, that famous, I think it was Time Magazine cover, and made him look like a monster from a Universal Studios movie in the 1930s, with that kind of harsh lighting.
	Enlightening him from below and the big shadow behind him.
	But that big shadow behind him is really very prophetic.
	It's the shadow government.
	The shadow government.
	Again, the government is really the entertainment branch of the military-industrial complex.
	And I guess Lindsey Graham is their stand-up comedian because he was standing up for that last night.
	Paying no attention to the massive pork barrel projects they were put in there to benefit...
	Districts and interests that were allied with Chuckie Schumer and Mitch McConnell.
	Because that's how these guys can get things done, right?
	That's the way that Washington usually works.
	So I'm glad that Rand Paul stood up and shined some light on that.
	We're also going to have some updates on Uranium One.
	We didn't talk about this yesterday.
	It was released by The Hill on Wednesday evening.
	The written testimony of the informant that we learned about last fall.
	And this was the individual who had a gag order put on him.
	He worked as an informant for the FBI, and he was telling them about Russian companies that were being vetted to purchase 20% or more of our uranium supply that had already been involved in massive corruption that were the agents of Vladimir Putin, who was seeking to establish a nuclear fuel hegemony as part of his geopolitics.
	But of course, that's not Russian collusion.
	And we don't need to see anything about that.
	And we're going to talk about how the Democrats are trying to push back against that.

	We had a budget pass last night in spite of the fact that Rand Paul had a filibuster delayed it.
	They said, well, we've got a government shutdown of a couple hours because of Rand Paul.
	He's an awful guy. They dropped this thing at the last minute.
	Nobody who voted for it had read it.
	That's what they do all the time.
	Hundreds of pages that they drop at the last minute.
	And he stood up and he said, this is, well, I'll let him speak for himself.
	Let's play a clip of what Rand Paul had to say.
	Let's do video clip number four.
	I think that drawing attention to how much debt we're accumulating is something that is important.
	Some will say that this was a mistake to have this debate today.
	This debate could have been shortened and could have finished by noon today had we been granted 15 minutes to have one amendment.
	So I think part of the process is even if we were going to do the appropriation bills the way many of us would like, I think they should come to the floor and we should have a week or two of amendments.
	It's the most important thing we're supposed to be doing.
	Why couldn't we have amendments?
	We do sort of the opposite now.
	We wait till the very last minute. We've been letting them read the bill.
	So we've waited all week long to put this at the very end of the week and let it expire towards the end as people get tired.
	And then everybody says, well, you don't want to shut down government, do you?
	And I really don't. My intention has never been to shut down government.
	But my intention is also not to keep it open and borrowing a million dollars a minute.
	My intention is not to vote for bills that say, oh, it's just keeping it open, but bills that actually spend so much money that I think they endanger our security.
	There have been those who say that the greatest threat to our national security is actually our debt.
	I think that's true.
	And I think if we don't rectify this, if we don't fix our broken system, if we don't show the American public that we can function in a way better than lurching from deadline to deadline, I think eventually the American people are going to catch on that maybe they need some new people if we can't do it in an appropriate fashion.
	I think we do need some new people.
	We'll keep him, but we'll get rid of most of the rest of them.
	You know, when he's talking about the fact that having a strong economy that is not in debt like that is something that people have pointed out, it was the general who pointed that out.
	We've had military people point that out.
	And it's true. If you go back to the Civil War, every war that we fought with the Civil War on has been won because we had superior economic resources, the ability to create a larger military, a vibrant economy that could be the arsenal of democracy, is what they called it in World War II. But we don't want to worry about that anymore.
	Instead, we're just going to jump, and they've been doing this now five times, and so There wasn't much interest in having much of a debate on this.
	They wanted to put this thing to bed for two years.
	And that's what they've done. So nobody's going to be talking about any of this stuff for two years.
	You know, when you look at what the FBI and the Department of Justice are doing, And the FISA court and the NSA and the CIA. What is the purpose of government now today?
	The purpose of government used to be to protect our liberties.
	The purpose of government now is to conceal everything from the public for their own special interests.
	And that's what this budget deal is.
	This budget deal is a perfect expression of what we've been seeing in the surveillance of the police state.
	Because they're simply bureaucracies, as we saw with that declassified memo that was supposedly top secret.
	Thank you for not redacting any of that, President Trump, and that Intelligence Committee there.
	Because we need to see, I think that's the most important revelation of that entire document.
	How it was an open secret.
	We'd been talking about that whole thing for over a year.
	Yes, it was funded by, the dirty dossier was funded by Hillary Clinton.
	It was false.
	It was dirty politics.
	It was picked up and run with by these groups who wanted to get President Trump out, who wanted to defeat him in the general election.
	And we knew all of that, which was verified in that memo.
	And then they classified that as top secret and said, you can't see this, you can't see this.
	Everybody was freaking out. We had the Democrats say, and the Department of Justice, the FBI looked at this, said it would be extremely reckless.
	Said Rod Rosenstein to release this, and the people of the Department of Justice, you had the FBI look at it.
	Christopher Wray said, well, I'll have to take a look at this and take it back to my people.
	And they came out and said, you can't show that to the American public.
	You can't show that. Why?
	Because it embarrassed them.
	And so they don't want you to see what is in this budget either.
	They don't want to have an open discussion about what's in this budget.
	They don't want the senators and the congressmen to see what's in this budget.
	And they don't want them debating specific issues.
	And we'll tell you why in just a moment.
	But of course, Rand Paul is not the only one who is pushing back against this.
	Real conservatives, people who are part of the House Freedom Caucus.
	I read you the quotes yesterday that they were talking about this.
	They've had a lot to say.
	And the leader of the House Freedom Caucus, the chairman of that, Mark Meadows, Republican of North Carolina, said that the stench of the swamp is sucking in everyone on Capitol Hill.
	He said the Defense Department's budget will rise by $80 billion.
	Domestic spending will increase by $63 billion just in 2018.
	And then it goes on from there, because this is a two-year bill.
	He said, I'm all about funding our military, but at what cost, said Meadows?
	Are we going to bankrupt our country in the process?
	Because if we do, we're not going to have a strong military.
	Right? We can't win a war.
	Maybe we should also have a discussion, as we're supposed to do, to decide whether or not we're going to go to a war, or whether or not we're going to stay in a war.
	You know, there used to be, the reason we have those requirements in the Constitution, if you go back and you look at the foundation of society at the time the Constitution was written, the people there said, we want to make sure that we don't have a standing military, because a standing military will turn into an empire.
	And that means that they don't stand down after war.
	Yes, you have a corps of officers that are trained.
	But the war is fought with the militia, defending their homeland, not going abroad, seeking monsters to destroy, not getting involved in foreign entanglements or the continual wars of Europe, which are now the continual wars of the Middle East and will be the continual wars of other places.
	But they didn't want to see that happen.
	And they also wanted to have a Christian concept called a just war.
	In a just war, you say, well, you're not going to be the one to initiate the attack, first of all.
	That's why it's very important for them to engineer Pearl Harbor, to allow that to happen, to encourage that to happen.
	Because if you don't have...
	The principles of a just war.
	You're fighting an immoral war.
	You're not going to win an immoral war.
	If you don't follow the Constitution, you're fighting an unconstitutional war, an illegal war.
	You're destroying not only those two steps, you're destroying the moral foundation and the morale of the country, and you're also destroying the legal foundation of the country.
	And when you do this, and you continue to fight a war, because that was part of the just war concept, you're not going to be punitive about this.
	You're not going to go after civilian populations, directly targeting them.
	That was something that Hitler did during World War II. And then it escalated from that.
	But now we have the targeted drone assassinations.
	And they're not really surgical strikes, in case you haven't heard.
	Not at all. And so what it does is that...
	It undermines our morality, our rule of law, and it makes the war unwinnable.
	Never in the just war theory would you have a situation where you occupy a country forever.
	What we're doing in Afghanistan, as I pointed out yesterday, look at the EV vehicles and the competition that different car companies are doing, trying to secure lithium mines in Australia and various other places.
	Afghanistan is the Saudi Arabia of lithium and other materials that are going to be needed for these electric vehicles that they are mandating.
	Right now they're subsidizing it.
	Pretty soon they'll be mandating it.
	And that's why we're there, folks.
	That's why we're there. Smedley Butler was talking about the United Fruit Company and how he'd fought all these wars through Central and South America for these corporations like the United Fruit Company that wanted to turn these places into banana republics that they controlled.
	And that's what we're doing right now.
	The corporations change, the resources change, but all the rest of it stays the same.
	So we're going to play for you what Lindsey Graham has to say.

	But as Meadows says, when you look at the amount of spending, this is the largest spending package that any president, not just a Republican president, will sign into law bar none.
	He said it grows the size of government by 13%.

	Let's talk about this two-year agreement on a budget because we've been continuing on a monthly basis since October.
	They do a continuing resolution and just keep kicking the can down the road.
	They said, well, we're tired of doing this, so they dropped a big budget.
	Nobody had time to read it, to react to it.
	No amendments on the floor. That's why Rand Paul did what he did last night.
	He said, this is the wrong way to go about this.
	They've known that they needed to get a budget since October.
	But they put this thing together at the last minute.
	And as I said before, the key thing about this is that they don't want you to know what is in this.
	That's why they do that. That's why they did that with Obamacare.
	That's why they've done it with every one of these bills that they've passed since then.
	Both Republicans and Democrats.
	Nancy Pelosi saying, we have to pass it so we can find out what's in it.
	Well, let's find out what's in it.
	As The Hill points out, budget deal is brimming with special tax breaks.
	The Bipartisan Budget Act that Congress is set to pass, and they did pass it now, is brimming with tax provisions for a variety of special interests, including racehorse owners, small private colleges, TV and film companies.
	There's something in it for everybody, especially...
	For the two guys shaking hands and smiling, Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell.
	At least two of the tax breaks help the constituents of Mitch McConnell and Chucky Schumer.
	This is the true spirit of bipartisan pork dealing in Washington.
	One provision limits the estate tax on investment income at private colleges.
	Another provision in the deal extends the three-year tax depreciation for racehorses.
	They point out how both of those deals work.
	Kentucky.
	And here's what Schumer gets in his home state of New York.
	He extends special expensing rules for film and TV productions, giving a boost to Hollywood and to live theater productions, because that's very important to Chuck Schumer right there on Broadway.
	He argued that live theater productions should get the same tax benefits as film and TV.
	And he warned that in the past that without tax incentives, production companies would move away from New York City.
	So let's subsidize it.
	Because, you know, people wouldn't buy electric cars if you didn't heavily subsidize them.
	They won't be able to have Broadway plays in New York City because it's so expensive if you don't subsidize them.
	So we've got to subsidize them, right?
	Let me tell you what this is. This is, you know, this is Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer.
	It's the Bluegrass Broadway BS Coalition.
	That's what we should call it. So the House Freedom Caucus is looking to see how we can make people freer.
	You've got the Bluegrass Broadway BS Coalition.
	They've also got, oh, and of course the Broadway part of this will cost the government about $1.3 billion in fiscal year 2018 alone.
	NASCAR track owners also get something.
	$37 million in tax benefits.
	And that's been supported by another Democrat, Debbie Stabenow, Democrat in Michigan.
	One of Schumer's close allies.
	So she gets something. They get all these people in on this.
	Other people who represent the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
	They're pushing for all this stuff.
	And also Richard Burr.
	Because, you know, they've got some NASCAR stuff in North Carolina, too.
	So they're all there getting favors for their friends at your expense.
	Because you're not going to notice it, right?
	You're not going to notice that the deficit is going up.
	But there is going to be a day of reckoning, as Rand Paul had pointed out.
	Another provision extends tax relief for the plug-in electric motorcycles with manufacturers in Santa Cruz, California.
	They've extended for one year the alternative motor vehicle credit for qualified fuel cell vehicles at a cost of $4 million.
	And on and on. On and on.
	As Everett Dirksen said, a billion here, a billion there, pretty soon it adds up, doesn't it?
	We don't even know.
	There's all these reports, $400 billion, $500 billion, they don't even know.
	They don't even know what it is.
	Who cares? It's just funny money, right?
	We don't even need to worry about a budget ceiling.
	Let's just take it off. You know, replace paper printing presses with just plastic credit cards.
	So, with all of this, Lindsey Graham was hopping mad.
	I guess he had somewhere to go, something to do last night, and he didn't like to be held up.
	And he didn't want any of this stuff exposed.
	And understand that everything that we do here in America, we're always told that we have to sacrifice our freedom for security.
	Sacrifice our money for security.
	Sacrifice the rule of law for the promise of security, right?
	It's always a promise of security.
	And so that's what he resorts to, the promise of security.
	Folding himself in the military as if that was all that this bill was about.
	As if there wasn't something in the military budget that we couldn't cut.
	As if we couldn't stop some of these wars that we have started for regime change.
	No, we can't change anything about that.
	That's baked in.
	And it's all he says about the veterans.
	Look, if you want to honor the veterans, just like Rand Paul said about this parade business.
	You want to honor the veterans, end the wars, and bring them home, and then have a parade.
	I remember, you know, we all remember the classic picture that is entered in the culture right after a victory in Japan, VJ Day.
	Everybody was so happy celebrating New York City, people walking down, and that sailor grabbing the nurse and...
	I guess, you know, taking her down like it's a dancing partner or something, giving her a kiss.
	You've seen the classic picture.
	You know what I'm talking about. The VJ Day picture.
	Well, that was to celebrate a victory.
	And they didn't need to have an organized parade.
	Organized parades are what the Communists have done.
	It's what dictators have done.
	It's what Roman emperors have done.
	Let's honor the fact that we have ended these wars.
	As Rand Paul said, a big part of our foreign policy failure is not knowing when and how to declare victory.
	And we don't define what victory means before we go into it.
	We knew what victory meant for World War II. We hadn't started that war, technically.
	We hadn't started that.
	They started that. They attacked.
	They took the gates down and said, please attack us.
	We want to get involved in this war.
	They had seen the reluctance to get involved in that war was based on the way we had been abused and Woodrow Wilson's pushing us and shoving us into World War I. And people said, we're not going to do that again.
	People were still alive that had a memory of that.
	So it took something like Pearl Harbor being orchestrated to get us into World War II. Very reluctant to do it.
	Even to fight what we had seen with what was going on with the Nazis at the time.
	But that has always been the way that we have conducted wars.
	But here's Lindsey Graham attacking Rand Paul because he wants to make this about the promise of security.
	And he wants to conceal everything from you.
	Just like the rest of the police state, surveillance state, military industrial complex, whatever.
	The entire swamp, the deep state, you name it.
	You pick a name for it.
	Here's Lindsey Graham....and to Senator Paul.
	The deficit is a problem.
	It is a problem. Entitum reform is necessary, and I applaud you for being courageous enough to talk about delaying retirement and means testing benefits.
	But on national security, you have been wrong at every turn.
	You do not understand what our military has been facing since 2011.
	There are planes that can't fly, there are soldiers that can't deploy, there are families that have to miss their family members way too much because we don't have enough people in the Army, the Navy, Air Force, and the Marine Corps, and we're about to finish that.
	So he can play his little games, but when the sun comes up tomorrow, the military is going to be flush with cash, and God bless those who are doing the fighting.
	Wrapped himself in the military.
	Wrapped himself in the flag.
	Don't look too deeply at what we're doing.
	Don't look in that budget.
	Don't question our wars.
	Don't you dare do that.

	We just played what Lindsey Graham had to say.
	We're going to play for you Rand Paul responding to those kinds of charges.
	And we're going to go back to the comments from Lindsey Graham and John McCain at the last Rand Paul filibuster that I remember, the one back, I think it was 2013, where they were talking about the targeted drone strike assassination program.
	How did we get to that kind of an America?

	But what funds our government?
	Ha! That's the question.
	That's what we're talking about here.
	Let's go back to Rand Paul, because he talked for six hours, and we're not going to play six hours with what he had to say, but he had some very important things to say.
	The key thing, as we've said before, is that we need to have transparency in government.
	Everything the government does today is designed to conceal its operation and its results from you, to make sure you don't know anything about it, and even to make sure that the congressmen and senators in Washington don't know anything about it.
	They want to keep them in the dark as well.
	Releasing the budgets at the last minute.
	Stuffing in special favors for Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell and other insiders into the bill at the last minute.
	Let's play what Rand Paul had to say.
	So there's going to be a day of reckoning.
	There absolutely is. We are not going to have a strong military if we're going to have a weak economy.
	And this continues to weaken our economy.
	Here's Rand Paul on the day of reckoning.
	Anybody ever had less money this year than you had last?
	Anybody ever had a 1% pay cut?
	You deal with it.
	That's what government needs, a 1% pay cut.
	If you take a 1% pay cut across the board, you have more than enough money to actually pay for the disaster relief.
	But nobody's going to do that because they're fiscally irresponsible.
	Who are they? Republicans.
	Who are they? Democrats. Who are they?
	Virtually the whole body is careless and reckless with your money.
	So the money will not be offset by cuts anywhere.
	The money will be added to the debt.
	And there will be a day of reckoning.
	What's the day of reckoning? The day of reckoning may well be the collapse of the stock market.
	The day of reckoning may be the collapse of the dollar.
	When it comes, I can't tell you exactly, but I can tell you it has happened repeatedly in history when countries ruin their currency, when countries become profligate spenders, when countries begin to believe that debt does not matter.
	That's right. And it may come when they move away from the petrodollar.
	It may come when we can no longer propagate this fiction of Keynesian economics that the debt is something that we owe ourselves and it doesn't matter.
	So let's just take off any spending cuts and spend the money.
	That is a lie.
	You don't suspend the basic rules of life that you can't operate without money.
	You can't suspend that for a very long time.
	Eventually, you reach that moment out of the Warner Brothers cartoons where Wile E. Coyote runs off the edge of the cliff, and he's able to run for a little while until he looks down, and then the realization and gravity eventually catches up to him.
	And that's what's going to happen with the petrodollar.
	It's what's going to happen to Keynesian economics.
	And we can already see that start to unfold.
	But Rand Paul went on CNN and had a conversation about the hypocrisy of the GOP on this particular issue of fiscal responsibility.
	And I want to play for you that conversation.
	Very interesting conversation.
	Are you going to cause a shutdown over this?
	Obviously, you've got till midnight.
	Is that your plan as of right now?
	No, not really. My plan is, or my position is that this issue is so big and so important that it deserves to be debated, that we shouldn't have a closed debate.
	And a closed debate is like when there are no amendments.
	I've offered my amendment.
	I've been pushing it all day long.
	An amendment vote takes about 15 minutes.
	So we've been about 10 hours with the leadership saying, oh, we won't allow any amendments.
	Pause it a second. Pause it a second. And I think that's important because you're going to see these people, these shills for the deep state, What he's saying here is that they shut down any transparency.
	Any ability to have a discussion or amendments on the floor.
	They wanted to run this thing through, do it at the last minute, and that's why he got up and he said, all right, then I'm going to exercise my ability to speak as a senator, to exercise my prerogative here and speak for a number of hours on this because this whole process is wrong.
	Not only is the budget wrong, but more importantly, the process is wrong.
	Let's go back to Rand Paul.
	It's a really terrible way to run your government, to put all the spending in one bill, but then say no amendments.
	The other thing is there's a huge hypocrisy factor here.
	Republicans lambasted President Obama to no end for trillion dollar deficits, and now they've put forward a trillion dollar deficit.
	And I don't know, I think the American people are going to be surprised, upset, hurt that the so-called conservatives got elected and then turned out to be not much different than the people they were criticizing.
	Well, I mean, at the very least, they are hypocrites, and there is no other word for it.
	Whatever you think the solution might be, Senator, you're right about that.
	There's no other way to describe it.
	She's happy to criticize GOP. But they deserve it.
	This is what they were saying when President Obama wanted to spend some money.
	Our debt is a threat to this country.
	That's Paul Ryan. Our debt, it's already bigger than our economy.
	Our debt... It's a sign of overreach.
	It's a sign that the federal government is doing too much.
	The national debt threatens our way of life.
	The Democrats' spending spree has brought us to the brink of an economic calamity.
	Who proposes more spending as a solution to a debt crisis?
	Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan.
	Hang on there. Hang on there. You know, that's...
	That's the thing. They just think that they can continue to suspend reality.
	Now, what she's going to do, Erin Burnett, CNN, they were happy to show the hypocrisy of the Republicans saying, we can't have this spinning.
	We've got to cut things back somewhere.
	We've got to do it just slightly.
	Let's start with 1% cuts, as Rand Paul had to say.
	No, no, can't cut by 1%.
	And so now, Aaron Burnett is going to come in and say, yeah, but you guys were hypocrites because you wanted to cut taxes just a few months ago.
	No, actually, and I'll let you hear what Rand Paul does, but actually the hypocrites were the Democrats who never had any problem with spending as long as they could get big taxes.
	They wanted to tax and spend, tax and spend.
	These same Democrats who were saying that this was robbing the Treasury are now happy to rob you.
	By extending this spending here.
	So, Rand Paul answers this, but of course, the Democrats who never cared under Obama for 10 years, I'm sorry, for 10 years, they went up $10 trillion in eight years.
	In eight years.
	$10 trillion on the cumulative debt, annual deficits, increased the cumulative debt by $10 trillion.
	He doubled that.
	The cumulative debt that we'd had from the beginning of America in just his eight years.
	And then when they wanted to talk about tax cuts, the Democrats suddenly became budget hawks.
	Oh, we can't have a deficit.
	After happily going along and raising it $10 trillion over eight years, they said, we've done a projection.
	And if we cut these taxes, we don't think we're going to get any economic growth out of this.
	Of course, that's a lie. We saw massive economic growth just in anticipation of tax and regulation cuts.
	But I said, you're not going to get any growth out of this.
	You're just going to increase the debt.
	And you're going to increase it by $1.5 trillion over the next 10 years, we think.
	That can't be sustained.
	When they had just allowed over 8 years an increase in $10 trillion.
	So that's the real Democrat hypocrisy.
	When we come back, we're going to play Rand Paul's response to her as she puts it out that...
	Tax cuts themselves were hypocrisy.
	No, they weren't. But we've seen a lot of hypocrisy on the side of Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and so many establishment Republicans.

	And, of course, that's always been the hallmark of military dictators, as I said.
	And Rand Paul said, hey...
	Though the martial image of high-stepping soldiers, as we just saw right there, is not one that I tend to associate with our nation's founding fathers.
	Me neither. And not with their distrust of the standing army, he said.
	I'm not against a victory celebration.
	So let's declare victory, bring home our 14,000 troops, and then have a parade.
	Or maybe we could have a parade, celebrate that, and then we could put them on the border as a human wall until we can get the physical wall built.
	Let's get serious about protecting America.
	If you want to constantly talk about, well, we can't, but don't look at that budget.
	Don't look at that budget, says Lindsey Graham.
	We've got to protect the country, and we've got to do something for the soldiers.
	Well, stop sending them to wars for regime change.
	Go back and read Smedley Butler.
	Go back and see what he said about this.
	He's a great anecdote to the sophistry of these people who are shilling for the military-industrial complex like John McCain and Lindsey Graham.
	Back in 2013, it was March of 2013.
	I mean, it's basically five years ago.
	Rand Paul had a filibuster, then a 13-hour filibuster.
	And as I point out in Politico, while Republican senators flocked to the floor to support Senator Rand Paul, two of them didn't.
	Two of them were very much adamantly opposed.
	John McCain and Lindsey Graham.
	And he was on the floor talking about Obama's new escalation of drone strikes and his targeted assassination program, which, unfortunately, is not really that well targeted.
	It's just massive assassination programs.
	And the problems that we had was that he had conducted a couple of assassination programs against people who were legally American citizens.
	And so that was a real problem.
	It was really getting out of hand.
	Not that we've necessarily reined it in that much, but it needed to have attention drawn to that.
	So Rand Paul and other Republicans did that.
	And then Lindsey Graham, I'm sorry, McCain, came out and said, if Mr.
	Paul wants to be taken seriously, he needs to do more than poll political stunts that fire up impressionable libertarian kids in college dorms.
	Because he's talking about me.
	I'm a libertarian kid in a college dorm.
	No, you're the kid.
	In the college macroeconomics class, thinking that you can somehow suspend gravity if you've got a big enough boulder.
	Because that's what they're telling you with macroeconomics.
	They're telling you, hey, you know what?
	On your personal level, your personal life, you can't borrow money forever.
	But it works out just fine if the government does it because we're really big.
	So that's essentially the fatal logical flaw of these people.
	But they'll use any kind of sophistry to deceive you, to get you to do what they want you to do.
	And that is to give up your money, give up your freedom for their promises of security.
	And it comes in a variety of ways.
	And they always want to make sure that there's no transparency.
	And then Lindsey Graham says, to my Republican colleagues, I don't remember any of you coming down here suggesting President Bush was going to kill anybody with a drone.
	Do you? So what were you doing?
	Well, Rand Paul wasn't there.
	When George W. Bush was president, he didn't become a senator, he wasn't elected until 2010, didn't take office to 2011.
	So, yeah, there are some things that are transcendent there that we do need to stand up and say something about, and I'm glad that he did that.
	But let's move on.
	Let's talk about the stock market.
	We've been talking about the budget. Let's talk about the stock market.
	As Zero Hedge points out, we now had another bad day in the stock market.
	It's about to open, or maybe it did open already.
	You guys can give me an update as to what's going on.
	I'm sure that we'll see what we'll see.
	I haven't looked, so let me just make a prediction here.
	What you're going to see is the plunge protection team doing something to bring it up at the beginning of trading session to try to affect the psychology and put a stop to this.
	Now, whether or not they'll be able to sustain that or whether it will continue to fall later in the day or whether it'll fall another couple of days, we don't know.
	But as Zero Hedge points out, the U.S. contagion accelerates.
	China big caps crash over 7 percent.
	The worst week since Lehman.
	Talking about Lehman Brothers and the collapse.
	And it's interesting because we had Jim Cramer on CNBC yesterday.
	Mad Money.
	And he was blaming what he said was a group of complete morons who have blown up the market.
	And he wasn't talking about the guys at Davos.
	I mean, you can include those guys.
	They're not morons, I'm afraid.
	I wish they were. But they are very clever, very rich, very powerful, very clever the way they do things.
	But we do have, at the core of some of this stuff, a group of morons here.
	Like we did with the collateralized loans.
	Remember those fictional instruments that they had created?
	To trade mortgages and so forth.
	They come up with these fictional things and these collection instruments from time to time.
	And there's a new one that's out there.
	He says, actually they say on Market Watch, they say, for the wild market action, Kramer, the former hedge fund manager, blamed a, quote, group of complete morons trading leveraged volatility products.
	He said they're blowing up everything.
	And what he's talking about are these indexes like XIV and VIX, which are indices that trade on the volatility.
	So you've got a derivative type of thing, just like you did during the mortgage market.
	They create these fictional things, and they're a scam, basically.
	And then people go into this and speculate on it.
	And this MarketWatch article says, while he didn't call them out by name, he could have been referring to that guy on Reddit.
	Who said he lost $4 million playing the XIV. Or maybe that former target manager trying to recoup his losses by placing a $600,000 bet against volatility.
	So that's one aspect of it.
	And of course, the correction, which we're now in because we've had a 10% drop in the market that is officially what they call a correction.
	The correction was due to come along as well.
	So we've got a number of factors here.
	We've got a bunch of junk derivative indices that people are speculating on, highly.
	And then you've also got...
	The market that has gone up extremely high, as Gerald Salenti said yesterday, he said, yeah, we're looking for a correction.
	He goes, look at what the stock market has done.
	It's been absolutely incredible.
	And that's what you heard at Davos.
	Everybody was saying, yeah, we're doing really well, but it's too good.
	Everything is too good.
	It's too good to be true. And that was the peak of the market, the last day of Davos.
	We'll see if it goes up beyond that.
	But that was a psychology with people who have a lot...
	I'm sure some of them were conspiring to come after Trump.
	But just to start that and to plant that seed in the rest of them, that was a very powerful thing.
	And you saw the headlines everywhere.
	That was what was being said everywhere about Davos and being said at Davos.
	And you put that against the reality, the strong fundamentals...
	Better there, as Salenti was saying.
	We've got jobless claims unexpectedly falling to the near lowest level in 45 years.
	We've got tax cuts.
	We've got regulation cuts. We've got joblessness falling to the lowest level it's been in 45 years.
	And then you have a Breitbart poll.
	Congressional Democrats lose ground on the key issues of jobs, economy, and immigration.
	So Democrats are looking at this and saying, we're losing out on jobs, we're losing out on the economy and immigration.
	We're being seen as losers when it comes to economics.
	And the smart ones among them know that, just as Bill Clinton did, it's the economy, stupid.
	It ultimately boils down the economy.
	If you're seen as losers on the economy...
	All these people that you are screwing with your economic policies, and they're doing it to blue-collar workers in general with the open borders, just like they went after the coal workers specifically, targeting them.
	Now, they haven't come out and said, we're going to bankrupt blue-collar workers, but that's what their policies are doing with open borders.
	And make no mistake about it, people understand that.
	They understand that about immigration.
	They understand how that affects them economically, personally.
	And they understand the core people within the Democrat Party have always been blue-collar workers.
	And they understand that the Democrats are dead-set against their interests.
	As dead-set against their interests as Obama and Hillary Clinton were about the coal workers that they were going to put out of business.
	That entire industry they were going to shut down.
	And now they're going after entire demographic groups that they want to shut down.
	Because the Democrat Party has always been the demagogue and the demographic party.
	They would do everything they could for the white guys in the South, and then they could do a quick 180 to go to a different group, and now they're doing a pivot to the illegals.
	I've played for you many times the quote from Hillary Clinton just in 2014.
	She was already running for election, and she was still saying, hey, we can't allow people just because they got across the border to stay here and become citizens.
	That's what Hillary Clinton was saying in 2014.
	And there's that clip of her there.
	But she was saying that in 2014.
	And yet, what all of them are saying today is that, no, no, no.
	They've got to stay. They've got to be made citizens.
	And just as we have seen with the reversal on the budget, we're seeing the Republicans saying the same thing now.
	How do you tell a Republican from a Democrat?
	Well, the answer is, that's not a rhetorical question.
	It's not even a good joke, but it's after they get elected, you can't.
	That's the answer.

	Welcome back. Lost in this budget discussion is any consideration of the fact that welfare for foreign refugees is costing U.S. taxpayers $870 million per year.
	Per year. Nearly a trillion.
	Per year. That's about what President Obama and President Trump are running as a deficit.
	Welfare for foreign refugees, nearly a trillion dollars a year.
	Well, let's not pay attention to that.
	Let's just rush a budget through.
	Let's do this. Let's get it done for two years, and then we won't have to talk about it.
	We won't expose any of the dirty details of pork-barrel politics here and the special favors for people in the districts of Schumer and Mitch McConnell and others.
	We'll just run this thing through.
	And we're not going to let any amendments happen.
	We're not going to let anybody see this.
	And if anybody stands up and filibusters against it, we're going to say they're obstructionists.
	And look at this. He made us stay up late, and he shut the government down for a couple of hours.
	He's an awful guy. And he doesn't understand defense.
	This is all about the military.
	No, it's not. No, it's not.
	Not at all. And then we see that we've got the Dreamers after Nancy Pelosi's Eight-hour marathon and a pantsuit with high heels, nevertheless.
	High heels. We've got the people, United We Dream, a pro-DACA group, spent hours the next day protesting Nancy Pelosi.
	You can't please them.
	Protesting her because she wasn't going to hold up funding of the government to get citizenship for them.
	So they protested her the very next day.
	And then we have leaked documents, reports Breitbart.
	Department of Homeland staffers who have been advocating for Buy American, Hire American, NAFTA reform have been sent a memo, stand down.
	Stand down.
	We're not into that so much anymore.
	Citing President Trump's policy of Buy American, Hire American, the letter was to highlight the detriment to American workers caused by the treaty national visas included in the current version of NAFTA. These special visas, there's so many exceptions to all these things that you don't see.
	Because again, it's all about making sure you don't have transparency.
	If you've got a big enough haystack that you create, you can hide anything.
	And let me tell you, there is a haystack full of exceptional visas for people to come here.
	We've got H-1B visas, H-2B visas, and so forth and so on.
	All these different industries, whether it's agricultural or service or manufacturing or technology, they all get their special exceptions so they can hire foreign workers who will work more cheaply than you.
	Remember that story where Disney hired the foreign workers, brought them in at a fraction of what they're paying the American workers and told the American workers, if you want any severance pay, you're going to stay here and train your replacements coming from foreign areas who will work cheaper than you.
	And that's what all these different visas amount to.
	Yet, for Canada and Mexico especially...
	Bringing white collar workers to the US, tens of thousands of Canadian and Mexican white collar workers, they have these special visas that are part of NAFTA. So this is another special carve-out of visas for people to take American jobs, foreigners to take American jobs.
	Because if we can't export all of our companies to foreign countries, we can at least bring in cheap foreign labor.
	So we can import cheap foreign labor.
	And that's why the Republicans are doing this, you understand.
	The Democrats, as I said before, they're the demographic party.
	They always find a demographic group.
	Whether it's whites or blacks or now foreigners, mostly Hispanic, they always find a demographic group that they can coalesce around, or Muslims.
	And then what they will do is they will take that one or two groups and they will pit them against everybody else, and that will become their core base.
	They've always played that demographic divide and conquer.

	It was $876 million, nearly a billion dollars.
	I correct myself. Nearly a billion dollars spent for refugees who are coming to this country.
	But we can't look at any of that.
	We're just going to pass the budget.
	And Paul Ryan was making apologies to the DACA people as well.
	What are you going to do about us?
	You're going to pass a budget for two years and you're not going to fix us first?
	You're not going to shut the government down again for us?
	And he said, do not doubt my commitment to solving DACA. No, I don't doubt his commitment to that.
	I doubt Paul Ryan's commitment to ending Obamacare that he campaigned on.
	I doubt Paul Ryan's commitment to cutting spending, even to cutting spending for abortion.
	I doubt his commitment to those types of things, but I've never doubted his commitment to To globalist open borders and amnesty and citizenship for people who criminally trespass there.

	And then this story out of Texas.
	Absolutely amazing.
	A Tejano singer, 67 years old, is granted parole after serving 11 years for raping his 13-year-old niece.
	Because I guess, you know, he's a singer.
	He's a performer. He gets an exception.
	Or maybe it could be because maybe he's not even here legally.
	Who knows? I don't know. But, you know, celebrities get extensions.
	Immigrants get extensions.
	Even if they're illegal immigrants, they get special treatment.
	This guy certainly got special treatment.
	67-year-old raped his 13-year-old niece.
	He was sentenced to 32 years in prison for a variety of sexual offenses for that.
	But even though he was convicted on three different things, they let him serve those 32 years split between three different charges.
	They let him serve that simultaneously, concurrently, as opposed to consecutively.
	Even after he raped his niece, he's going to get out in 11 years.
	And he's going to go back and become a Grammy-winning Tejano band member after having been granted parole.
	I'm sure he'll be celebrated.
	Maybe he can perform for Harvey Weinstein and Quentin Tarantino, who don't seem to have any problems with this stuff either.
	So, you know, I look at this and I see the way that this was served simultaneously.
	I've seen people say, and we look at what happened with Ross Ulbrich, who is running a website, Silk Road.
	And he said, I'm not going to do anything about what anybody wants to sell.
	Well, they had people there that were selling child pornography.
	It's one of the most damning things I've seen about Silk Road.
	And yet... Look at how they treat somebody who actually rapes a child versus somebody who is running a website where somebody else was selling stuff and he wasn't monitoring.
	It was a huge website. He wasn't monitoring every single thing that everybody did.
	They took this young guy and they gave him three consecutive life sentences, not concurrent.
	So he isn't going to get out, ever.
	We want to make sure that they lock him away for life for running a website and using Bitcoin because they didn't like the fact that he had Bitcoin in the early days.
	So that's the hypocrisy that we see.
	And of course most people, we've made sure that our government leaders have made sure because so many of them are pedophiles, they've made sure that there is a very short statute of limitations on pedophile attacks.
	So usually it's only just a couple of years.
	Not for things like murder or other crimes like that.
	I mean, you would think that they would take away that statute of limitations because it's difficult enough to prove sexual assault years later.
	We're going to start seeing that now with some of these accusations.
	It's very difficult to prove that many years later.
	You don't need to have a statute of limitations.
	It's going to be difficult for the prosecutors, but it ought to be there as an opportunity.
	And we've seen Australia remove that.
	That's why they're coming after the guy that was number two or three in the Vatican.
	They had him come home to answer charges there because they removed that statute of limitations to protect pedophiles.
	Let's take a look at some other news that we've got here.

	I boot, the bootstrap code inside the iPhone, the iOS, the Mac OS was leaked out.
	Now, it circulated for a few days and there was a question as to whether or not this was genuine.

	But the most interesting thing out of this, and of course the question is whether or not this is going to affect your security or not.
	Is it going to allow hackers to get into your phone?
	A lot of people who like to jailbreak their phone have used these types of hacks in the past.
	But the thing that I found most interesting about this, Apple says yes it was, finally came out and said yes it is genuine.
	And no, they said it is not going to affect your security.
	Well, we'll see.
	But the most interesting thing was it was put on Reddit for a year.
	It was posted up for a year.
	Nobody noticed it. And it kind of reminded me of this NSA document that William Benny brought to our attention when he came on with Alex Jones.
	Hey, we got this document from the NSA. It's about 100 pages.
	It lists all these various ways that they have violated the law.
	And nobody's talking about that because we had Republicans keep that quiet.
	Until they could reauthorize it and loosen the restrictions, and then they start talking about the FISA abuses and other things, the memo.
	That was the next day they came out with the memo after they got all that stuff reauthorized and the restrictions loosened up.
	We have some other good news coming out of the Bunkerville We've had, this is reported by Readout News, a move by federal prosecutors this time.
	Not the judge dismissing it, but this is the second tier of defendants.
	The final group that has been set for trial.
	And we've now had federal prosecutors file a motion to that judge.
	It was a judge who initiated and declared that it was a mistrial and Then he had to wait for a couple of months to see if she was going to dismiss it with prejudice.
	She declared a mistrial initially.
	But now you've got the federal prosecutors coming back and saying, you know, we're not even going to bother with this second group here.
	They filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice against these four defendants who are in the second tier of the Bunkerville standoff.
	And this whole thing was a crock from the very beginning.
	As I pointed out before I was there, the charges that they put against these people were obviously false, and they did so much to cover up the aggression, the misdeeds of Dan Love and the FBI and the Department of Justice under Barack Obama covered up for all of that, all those crimes by the FBI and the BLM. The motion specifically asked for the indictment to be dismissed with prejudice so they cannot retry this.
	And, of course, it is expected to be approved by the judge who's already seen how the government was lying, how the government was the aggressor.
	They kept these guys locked up in prison for two years, lying about the fact that they were the aggressors.
	Now, you can't let them out of prison.
	You've got to hold them here because they're a danger to the community.
	Look at how aggressive they were.
	No, they weren't. Everybody had seen what had happened at Waco, at Ruby Ridge, at other places, and they went there and forced to basically stand there and interpose their bodies between these people who were perched in the mountains with sniper rifles, red dots, and so forth, and had been there for a while, even before the people showed up.
	That's why the people showed up, was because it was already happening.
	So people showed up en masse to say, we're not going to stand by and let you do this again.
	Said, however, reports read out news, the prosecution does not address the fact that they called...
	They admit to the fact they had snipers, that they had cameras and so forth.
	They said, well, we don't have any evidence of this.
	But they don't admit to the fact that they called this an urban legend and implied that all the reports of these snipers and everything else that was happening there was a fantasy made up by the defendants and that they were on a fishing expedition to get evidence of what eventually came out by an internal whistleblower in the BLM. Never forget that.
	It was a good guy in the BLM who really turned the tide of that cover-up.

	We were just talking in the last segment about the fact that the federal prosecutors in the Bunkerville trial are recommending that there be a dismissal with prejudice for the second-tier defendants.
	They have totally lost with that, and they want to turn people...
	Away from looking at the corruption of the BLM, the FBI, and the Department of Justice.
	So they're moving this narrative along.
	Let's not do this anymore.
	Let's let these people go.
	We've stolen two years of their life, and I hope that they get this back in a lawsuit.
	I hope that the Lavoie Finnecombe family is compensated.
	They filed a lawsuit, I think, for $70 million for wrongful death.
	I hope they're compensated as well.
	But the government now has been severely embarrassed and as all of this stuff is now happening in Washington with the corruption of the same people, except for the BLM. BLM, at least to my knowledge, is not involved in trying to organize a coup against Trump.
	But it's the same principle.
	And it's the same people at the FBI and Department of Justice, the same mentality that's going on there.
	And I said this Back in the fall, when we knew all this stuff was happening before the memo, I said, look, it's the same thing.
	Jeff Sessions needs to get a hold of this.
	President Trump needs to get a hold of this.
	And they need to pardon these people.
	And they need to publicize this injustice and say, look, this is what they did to ranchers and cattlemen and loggers and miners.
	And they're doing it here to me because it is corruption from the top to bottom.
	it doesn't just affect the people in Washington.
	The grassroots people need to get upset about this.
	Quite frankly, this is not a partisan issue, really.
	It's being used that way by both the Republicans and Democrats.
	But we have to understand that it's this tool that they've created that's so incredibly corrupt that that's what needs to be exposed and taken down.
	And so in light of that, they are shutting down any further prosecutions.
	And And then you have NPR, Spokespersons for the Government, coming out with an article about rural New Mexico and how ranchers there are waging their battle through the courts.
	And they use this article to say, oh look, this guy is reasonable.
	Kind of. They actually explain things from their perspective a little bit and say, yeah, they've kind of got a point here.
	For NPR, at least they do.
	For NPR, at least they do.
	And then they say, yeah, but not those crazy people like the ones at Bundy Ranch who actually showed up with guns to protect their rights because ultimately that's the only way your rights are going to be protected.
	They want people to go to court.
	Certainly you should try to do that.
	If at all possible, try to live at peace with people.
	But when that doesn't work, you have to eventually, at some point, you have to protect innocent lives.
	And they point out that ranchers like this particular individual that we're looking at in New Mexico see themselves as conservationists.
	Of course they are. If they don't act as conservationists, then they lose their livelihoods.
	And this was what was going on with the Bundys, who were very good stewards of the environment.
	They had put watering troughs out there that were for their cattle, but other animals used it and so forth.
	And when they had more than 50 different ranchers on that area, they had a lot of desert tortoise.
	And as the cattle started to disappear, the number of desert tortoise declined.
	The desert tortoise were living off of some of the excrement of the cattle in parts of the year when it would start to get dry.
	They could still go back and get moisture from that and other things that some biologists point out.
	But this one individual said, now we've got federal biologists here in New Mexico, this part of New Mexico, to see this as a critical habitat for, guess what, not the desert tortoise, Not the snail darter, but this is the New Mexico jumping mouse.
	And he says, I understand endangered species.
	They need to be protected. But he said, environmentalists are using this Endangered Species Act as a tool to get cattle off the land.
	And it's not necessarily...
	The environmentalists are tools.
	It's really the federal government who's trying to do that.
	It's part of Agenda 21.
	And so when we go back and we look at the desert tortoise, the feds had actually rounded up A whole bunch of desert tortoises.
	It's not too hard to do. They're not too fast.
	And they had put them in a preserve to protect them.
	I forget the exact number.
	It was 1,500 or 2,000 of them.
	There was a little budget shortfall there.
	They didn't have the money to feed the desert tortoise, so they killed them.
	They killed them. That's how the federal government protects the tortoise, protects the land, and does not protect your rights.
	And they pointed out, and this is the thing I thought was interesting from NPR, they say, the land that Stone is standing on as he's talking to us is public land.
	The ranchers don't own it.
	But they've long argued that they do own the rights to the water that is flowing through.
	Yes, there are water rights, there are mineral rights, there are logging rights, there are mining rights and so forth, and You can have all those rights on land that you don't technically own.
	But those are property rights, just like the property rights you have on your home.
	And it's wrong for the government to take those away.
	That's the whole basis of all this.
	They actually are rights, and they were recognized rights to that.
	And that's what people don't understand.
	So I think it was good that they put that there.
	But then they wind it up and they pour some scorn on the Bundys and the people who supported them for defending them.
	Say, well, that's not representative of most ranchers.
	And truly it isn't.
	Most of the people who work on the land are pretty meek people.
	They don't pick fights with anybody.
	I don't think the Bundys picked a fight.
	I mean, talk to the family out there.
	They're not belligerent people by any means.
	But they won't be bullied.
	But some people in that environment will be bullied or they will trust in the legal system like we saw with the Hammonds who have been and still are severely abused by that.
	So they've said, well, you know, getting to the point where there's a standoff is a fairly unique situation, and it's not repeated very much at all, unless you've got people like Dan Love, who was pushing for that.

	And the reason why I'm calling is because my college professor, my political science, the same one that I had for constitutional law, and the same one that I had for political and state government, because I'm a policy major, keeps telling us that if we join Antifa, we get an A for the semester.

	Am I right, or am I... Oh yeah, you get an Antifa A. Or A for Antifa.

	I think that is, there probably is something about it.
	You ought to call campus reform.

	Up in Delaware and in the Midwest, they're telling these kids, K-12, you can pick what gender you are.
	You can pick what race you are.
	You can change your name, and we won't tell your parents.
	And they're doing this to kids in kindergarten.
	It's absolutely amazing. You've got the governor in Delaware pushing this law through.
	It's crazy. So, yeah, the schools are a big danger.
	They always have been. Because that's where they can really undermine the society.
	That's where you had the people from the Weathermen go.
	That's where Bill Ayers went.
	Bill Ayers and the Weathermen were the first ones to push white privilege.
	They called it white skin privilege.
	And he wasn't getting any traction by blowing up buildings, so he decided that he'd go into education.
	Because that's really where you go if you want to make a revolution.
	Just like your professor who gives you an A if you join Antifa.
	Are you there? I have to take a, it's called a race relations and gender equality.
	Now I'm blind.
	Now how can I tell you what color your skin is?
	And how can I be racist if I can't see what color you are?
	Yeah. Yeah.
	Well, that truly is amazing.
	So you're blind and they want you to start categorizing everybody.
	Because that's what they do. Categorize everybody by the externals.
	Yeah, how am I supposed to do that?
	I mean, it's just like I'm sitting there scratching my head like, you all are insane.
	And then I had to walk out whenever, I don't want to give the professor's name out on air, but in my local and state government class, you know, if everybody, if you join Antifa, you know, go to an Antifa rally, we'll give you an A for the semester.
	And it's like, are you kidding?
	And then, you know, I have CNN's fake news shirt, and when he's seen my shirt, he, like, clammed up and told me I wasn't allowed in class with that.
	And my computer that has the InfoWars bumper stickers on it, you know, I'm not even allowed to have that in class.
	He's like, that's disruptive.
	You can't have that.
	And I'm like, well, where's my free speech?
	This is a poli-sci class.
	I mean, I was the first of all of the Constitution in this class.
	See, they will tell you anything and they will pick a moral principle and they'll use that to gain power or whatever.
	And then they will throw that moral principle under the bus as they use censorship.
	Because, look, free speech movement began in Berkeley in the 60s.
	And now what do they do? They're the headquarters for censorship because now they're in control.
	And that's what we've seen all along.
	Can you tell us what university that is or do you not want to do that?
	I'll tell you. Hagerstown Community College in Hagerstown, Maryland.
	I don't live too far from Maryland.
	I'm close to the D.C. area.
	D.C. is maybe an hour. But it's Hagerstown Community College.
	It's a community college. Because I'm blind, they let me go for one grant.
	I don't have to pull any loans out.
	I just have grants. But I'm trying to do something because I'm tired of sitting around my house and feeling sorry for myself because of my blindness.
	I would like to Well, that's great. That is really admirable that you're making an extra effort when you have those kinds of disabilities.
	And, you know, I don't wish blindness on anybody, but I tell you what, it would be a good thing if we could have a colorblind society, if we could have a society that didn't divide people according to demographics.
	But that, as you know, as a political science major, is what it is all about.
	That's where the Democrat Party lives.

	Go ahead. Hello, David?
	Hey, how you doing, Jerry? Hi, good morning.
	It's funny that you got into that right now, because I was actually going to tell you how I basically got into you guys.
	You guys could thank Hillary Clinton because she called you guys out to be racist.
	Yeah. I wanted to do my research on you guys, so I started listening to you probably more than a year ago, and I haven't heard a racist thing coming out of you guys yet.
	Well, I'm not racist.
	That's their only retort to anything.
	They don't want to argue with you because people will see the argument there and they might agree with us.
	So instead, they just try to shut down any debate with either outright censorship or just label people as racist, sexist, homophobe, etc.
	Right. And that's the thing is that I kind of started out You know, thinking that this whole Trump thing was a joke and it was a big thing.
	I come from New York, so it's very liberal here.
	And I think I fell under that spell.
	And listening to you guys, you know, if you kind of like have an open mind, which is what I think I had back then, is I said, you know, let me just listen to what's really going on.
	And I did And I started to listen to you guys and, you know, you guys just don't say things to say, you know, they're backed up by research and I see that.
	And, you know, touching on that, you know, this whole DACA amnesty stuff is what really bothers me because, you know, I come from immigrants that came to this country who came from Ecuador and they did it all the right way.
	And little by little, through the legal system, they also brought their family members And what does this say to those people?
	And I feel like those immigrants who came here through that process should also stand up for themselves and for the process that exists here.
	And the suffering, because it's not just money that's involved.
	There's waiting and there's suffering.
	Sometimes they can't all come.
	You know, one comes and then that person brings the rest of, whether it be their wife, their children.
	Well, you know, I agree with you because my wife, her family, you know, she's second generation on both sides.
	You know, parents and both sets of grandparents had immigrated.
	And there's a lot of people like that in the New York area.
	That's typically where people will think to go when they go to a new area.
	They will go to gravitate towards large cities, especially like New York.
	And there's nothing wrong with that.
	I mean, we want immigration, but we want legal immigration, and we have to be able to control it, and we have to know who is coming here.
	And that's why there's nothing racist to say, well, if these are wars that Barack Obama has started, and he said, we've got to go here because these people are dangerous, well, then shouldn't we know who these people are?
	And if we can't tell anything about them, we don't know their age, we don't know their name, we don't know their criminal record if they have one, we don't know if they're part of a terrorist group.
	If we don't know anything about them, why are we allowing them to come in?
	And most countries don't allow you to immigrate unless you're able to provide for yourself and provide for your family.
	So they have means tests as part of the legal immigration thing.
	That's why there are borders.
	If you don't have borders, you don't have a country.
	And if you're coming here to escape the drug cartels, MS-13 and others, for example, in El Salvador, but we have open borders, they'll just follow you right in.

	I asked Jerry in New York if he wanted to hang on, and we've got other callers on the line that we'll be going to in just a moment.
	But, Jerry, go ahead. Your final comments on immigration.
	Thanks, David, by the way.
	My last point was the double standard that the Latino community has also when it comes to the fight against illegal immigration here in this country.
	But in our own countries, in Ecuador, my wife's Dominican, and they purge their countries every so often.
	And I think about two or three years ago, they did in the Dominican Republic where they gathered up all the Haitians, or at least they tried to, to send them back because of the economic situation that they were going through.
	And this happens everywhere.
	There, no one screams about racism, no one screams about any of those things, which racism Is a huge factor in a lot of these Latin countries.
	Mine especially. So, you know, I just wanted to make that point also.
	I think it's very important because I don't think it has anything to do with race.
	It has to do with following the law.
	And that's what being an American is about.

	That's an excellent point.
	And, you know, I go back and I think about the Cuban boatlift, what was it, the Muriel boatlift, where Castro emptied his prisons for the most part and sent the people over because he said, I don't want these people.
	Now, Jerry was just talking about people who were purged out because they didn't like them.
	There's racism or they didn't like the country that they were from and just expelled them.
	But then we also have the other aspect, as I've said many times, you can't go into Switzerland unless you're called a refugee and expect to be there, but they're starting to get wise to that game as well, as are the Germans, as Angela Merkel has done that, the EU has done that to them.
	But you have to show that you've got some means of support to go move into any country.
	It's also true of places like New Zealand.
	I know, I checked it out once.
	Belize, for example. You even go to Belize, which is a third world country, doesn't have much of an economy, but they're not going to let you go there And just hang out and live there unless you can prove, and this is about 20 years ago when I looked it up, $25,000.
	Net equity, I think, was what they required.
	Cash, liquid assets, and some other means of income and support for you and for everybody that you're going to bring in.
	And so even a country like Belize had those kinds of restrictions.
	And yet we're told that we can't have any kinds of restrictions.
	So that's an amazing double standard.
	But we understand what the open borders are about.
	And that's why this is so critical.
	As I've said many times, Trump had to do three things.
	And he was right on all three things as a candidate.
	We had to shut down the TPP. Done.
	Day one. We got that done.
	Because the TPP was going to control our economy with a supranational organization, unelected, unaccountable.
	Next thing was the Paris Climate Agreement.
	Because that was going to do the same thing in terms of controlling our economy.
	and it was also going to set up a global tax that would be used to fund a globalist government.
	That's what the real issue here with global warming is about.
	It's creating a global problem that they can then have a global tax to support a global government.
	You can't have a government without a tax.
	Even a global one has to have a tax.
	He did that over the opposition of Rex Tillerson, his daughter, and others.
	It took six months to convince him that even though we weren't legally in the treaty, they were still going to use it that way.
	So he got out of that as well.
	But then we look at the open borders.
	That is the most critical issue because if we give these people voting rights, then we have had the last, I think, Republican president we're going to have if we start bringing in millions of more people.
	Because if you have the most stridently anti-immigration president reverse himself and offer citizenship, It's going to open the floodgates.
	And I don't know if it's going to take one year or five years to do the wall, but during that time, you're going to have massive amounts of immigration for people to get in.
	It's going to be a land rush for people to get across the border and to stay here.
	And then, of course, any kind of border security, including a wall, is not going to be 100%.
	And so you're still going to have that incentive there.

	DACA aggravates me to no end.
	And my reason is very personal.
	I tried after a fall at work, which left me partially disabled.
	I tried to get Medicaid, Medicare, anything I could because I was fired after I put in a workers' comp claim.
	And when I called and asked, They asked me several questions on how I would qualify.
	And they asked me if I was an Eskimo or American Indian, which I am not.
	They asked me if I am black, which I am not.
	They asked me if I was Latino, which I am not.
	And then they asked me if I was an immigrant, which I am not.
	I am a white American.
	I'm sorry, there's no help for me.
	I don't qualify.
	That's right. And because when they're asking you about whether or not you're an immigrant, what's implied in that is whether or not you're an illegal immigrant.
	Yeah, that's amazing. Any illegal immigrant can go to an emergency room.
	That's right. And get help.
	Okay? And they can get in-state college tuition, or in New York, the governor there wants to give them free tuition, which even the American students don't get.
	And you know, you're from South Carolina, Mary Ann.
	I had a caller last week that called from California.
	She was upset because her kids were in overcrowded classrooms, but still the...
	Taxes, property taxes were skyrocketing there because they can't build classrooms fast enough for all the kids that they've got to educate, all the benefits that they've got to give to people.
	But we come last.
	Americans are last instead of first.
	Personally, at this point, with President Trump, who I love dearly, I originally am from New York, and I remember Trump, when he was, you know, every once in a while, you would see the stories pop, and they were Pretty regular where Trump would send a plane to help some little kid.
	Or he would donate money to the police department to help them get flyers out.
	I remember all that.
	So when Trump ran, I was like, wow, this man can really make a difference.
	And he has. And if it was up to me, I would increase two terms to three terms.
	Because we need him.
	Yep. But this is a very important issue.
	And supporting someone means when they go off of their agenda, when they start to go off the rails, when they start to get wobbly, you firm them up and you support them and say, wait a minute, remember what you're here for, right?
	Remember what you promised us.
	Remember what the goal is here.
	The goal is America and Americans first.
	And so supporting somebody means to support them to do the right thing.
	It doesn't mean that you lay down and say, well, it's President Trump and so he's got everything under control and I know he's going to do the right thing.
	And let's hope that he does the right thing.
	But let's encourage him to do the right thing.
	And let's not say, well, if I criticize anything that President Trump does, then that's going to undermine him.
	No, it isn't. No, it isn't.
	The best thing you could do for President Trump is to encourage him to put America first, to put security first before any amnesty or any voting deals, and to send the people home first and have them then come back in legally through a legal process.
	That is important.
	That's what he campaigned on, and that's what we were led to believe he was going to do, and it's the right thing to do.
	And so, you know, if President Trump was going to do something that he had not campaigned on, And I disagreed with, then, you know, I didn't agree with President Trump on everything.
	If he's got a policy that I didn't agree with, even if he had said when he was running as a candidate, I'm going to do A, and he comes in, and he's doing A, and I didn't agree with A, I'm going to try to encourage him to do the other thing, to support him, because I want to see him do the right thing.
	And when it's on something that he said he was going to do, and he starts to do the opposite of that, I think it's imperative for us to support him.
	Don't you agree? I do support him, but I also give him the benefit of the doubt.
	So the simple reason is they don't include me in all their intelligence briefings.
	I do not get the same information that President Trump gets on a daily basis.
	So I cannot stand back And question every move he makes without having this back.
	Do you agree that the DACA recipients...
	Let me ask you, Marianne.
	Do you agree that the DACA recipients and triple the number that they were talking about, that they should extend this out and that they should give them voting rights, make them full citizens or anything?
	Do you agree with that aspect? Absolutely not.
	Okay, well then, do you think it's supporting President Trump to say, I don't agree with this.
	That's not what I voted for.
	That's not what you were saying.
	Please don't do that. I mean, that's not second-guessing him.
	That's encouraging him to stand firm because things are fluid right now, right?
	You're talking about it's a negotiating process.
	Wouldn't you want to encourage him to negotiate to do the right thing?
	If you listen to what he said, he said he's going to give them a path to citizenship.
	He didn't say they were going to get a blanket citizenship.
	He said they're going to be evaluated on whether they are a plus to the United States of America or whether they're a negative to the United States of America.
	If they're a negative, they've got to go.
	If you're a plus and you're going to support this country and make this country a better place, For you being here, please come on in and stay.

	I've been a long-time listener and for about 10 years since the first time me calling in.
	Thank you. You're welcome.
	I just turned in, so I don't know quite what you all were talking about, but I do have a couple of requests for guests.
	if possible, if you don't mind taking those names.
	Her name is Lena Gilland, and this is G-I-L-L-E-L-A-N-D.
	And she was talking about microchip implants for Native Americans and also boarding schools for Native Americans, and a lot of information that I had not been aware of prior to listening to her.

	Let me ask you, interrupt here a second.
	Are the boarding schools something that is new?
	Because I know microchips are.
	But are boarding schools something that is a new revival?
	Because they did that right away when they put Indians or Native Americans.
	I know Russell Means calls Native Americans.
	He preferred Indians because he said, let's make sure people understand what we're talking about.
	When they put people on the reservations, they would separate the children from the parents and basically ship them across country to break that tie with the family, to break that tie with their culture, and put them in boarding schools.
	Are they still doing that type of thing on the reservations?
	She was talking about this went into the 1980s so it was fairly recent and there are still people of course alive that were participating in those boarding schools and they had horrific stories to say.
	I mean these children died and it was just unbelievable.
	I wasn't aware of it. And then also that they were sending Native Americans as slaves into the Middle East.
	I wasn't aware of that either.
	I've not heard of that, no.
	But I've talked about the boarding school thing, because again, that goes right after the Civil War.
	They had the wars out west with the Indians.
	After they won, they put them in the reservations and took the kids away from them.
	And I've said this is the tactic and strategy that is always used by authoritarian governments.
	They want to control the kids, and they do it through education.
	And it's been a wonderful metaphor, but I didn't know it makes sense that there would be abuse in those institutions.
	I'm sure that there was.
	I didn't know that it went on until the 1980s.
	But it is a pattern that they are doing now to everybody in a sense.
	But it's going to get far more concentrated.
	If they're using microchips on them and using them to experiment on that type of stuff, that's the same type of controls that will be coming to everybody under Agenda 21.
	And they may not need microchips.
	If they can get you to carry around phones, if they can get you to travel around in their cars, if they have 5G networks where they can monitor everything that you're doing, everything.
	Every moment of the day they can follow you.
	They may not need to put microchips in you.
	They just have you pay for it, as the NSA bragged about.
	But go ahead. I didn't want to interrupt.
	Who's the other person? The other person is Dr.
	Deicher, D-E-I-S-H-E-R, and she testified on the connection between vaccines and autism, and it was amazing the things she was saying.
	So I think these two guests, they would be probably a good contribution to more information.
	Then again, also, I'm a nurse, and I worked in a hospital five, six years ago, and I took care of a couple of patients two days in a row.
	And, you know, as I'm listening to their lungs, I'm pretty close to their face, and they cough right at me.
	And I'm not afraid, you know.
	I mean, I'm a nurse, you know.

	Two days later, I hear they have the active flu.
	I never got the flu, okay?

	We're going to be talking to Charles Ortel about the Clinton Foundation and the recent revelations about Uranium One.
	But I wanted to continue on with Rose in Michigan.
	You know, Rose, you said you're a nurse.
	You had people that were coughing right in your face.
	They had the flu. You never got the flu.
	And you attributed that.
	I've had the same experience here.
	In the five years that I've been working here at InfoWars, I've been sick very, very rarely, especially compared to the way things were before, as I've mentioned on air, by taking just regular supplements on a regular basis.

	And she also had in her article a letter that the CDC had sent out encouraging health care professionals not to test for the flu, but just diagnose it.
	If they've got flu-like symptoms, say it's the flu.
	So we look at that. And on the other hand, and I'll get back to you to get your comment on this, but I've got an article here about Tamiflu.
	Hitting record sales and how we've got all these kids who are hallucinating and turning deadly violent.
	They say, well, it's only about 1% of them.
	But we've already had one kid who a 16-year-old commits suicide.
	But a 6-year-old little girl nearly killed herself.
	And a 2-year-old son was twitching, hallucinating, and slamming his head in pain after taking the medication.
	And so we look at things like that.
	And we've got Chuck Schumer out there saying, but we've got to ban Tide Pods because people might eat them because they look pretty.
	He doesn't know why people would participate in the Tide Pod challenge.
	But your comments. Yeah, you know, it's amazing how the pharmaceutical companies are pushing for all these medications.

	I wear a mask because I have a religious exemption.
	And all the people that get the flu shot, they're coughing around me, hacking on me, you know, and I'm fine.

	So I wonder if this was one of the shots that was supposed to make me infertile, you know.

	But anyway, and I remember the Baden-Meinhof group that was active in Germany in the 70s.
	And I do have to say they were not quite as violent then as what Antifa is now.
	And things have gotten much worse now here.
	I'm so surprised when I think back when I first came over to this country and how people were thinking.
	And now they are 10 times worse at the level than what young people were then in Germany because Germans were quite progressive.
	I went to a prep school for a university.
	We have a different school system in Germany.
	You have to get the abitur in order to go to the university.
	And I was in that school And I remember people were just happy to demonstrate, and particularly I remember one young man, he was long, you know, and I guess I kind of identify him with long hair and beard, and he jumped on the table and he said, it doesn't matter why we demonstrate, it matters that we demonstrate.
	You know, these silly comments, you know, and this is...
	This is ten times worse here now than what it was when I left Germany, you know, and that's been quite some time ago.
	There's one other comment, one last comment, if you don't mind.
	I watched the video with Elon Musk, the car in front of the Earth.
	Now, the Earth supposedly spins at 1,000 miles an hour.
	I didn't see the Earth spinning at all.
	It just kind of moves past the car.
	And who's taking the pictures of the car with the car in front of the Earth?
	I just want to put that out.
	Well, you know, I think one of the most interesting things about that was that he released his financial statement at exactly the same time.
	He knew that financial statement was coming up.
	And so I was like, don't look at the numbers.
	Look at my big firecracker with a cherry on top.
	And everybody is watching it as if it was Hillary Clinton looking at the balloons dropping at the DNC. They're like, gazing up and looking at what's going on.
	Yeah, I agree. Elon Musk is the master distractor.
	This guy is a P.T. Barnum of the 21st century.

	You know what? I went to school all my life with illegal immigrants.
	I made friends with a bunch of illegal immigrants before I actually made friends with English-speaking individuals.
	Now, the reason because of that is because of my background, and I've been through an experience that I feel like I should share with many.
	Now, as far as Trump and DACA and that whole entire...
	You know, the process he's, you know, wanting to implement.
	I have no problem with whatever, you know, system is in place.
	Just that, you know, these illegal immigrants that are here and are going to school, good working individuals, how...
	How can the American public distinguish them from myself?
	I'm a U.S. citizen and I've been on this whole illegal immigrant boat because often when Many individuals that stereotype, they just throw me into the illegal immigrants.
	So I've been profiled, I've been targeted, I've been everything.
	And I'm a U.S. citizen, and I'm sure that that's just the tip of the iceberg.
	Oh, I understand that.
	And I share your concerns about civil liberties, because I look at all of this stuff.
	And I say, if we're going to continue to tell people that if you get across the border, remember it's just 2014, Hillary Clinton was saying, we can't say to people, if you get across the border, even if you do it illegally without being vetted, you're allowed to stay.
	And she was saying we can't do that because it's going to encourage more people to come, and we're not going to be able to sustain this.
	We have to have borders or we don't have a country.
	And we have to know how many people are going to bring in, if they're going to be able to support themselves, because we cannot afford to have a country, a rule of law, we can't afford to pay for education from anybody who comes here from a foreign country if their home government doesn't want to pay for that.
	So we have some countries who are using the United States as a pressure relief valve.
	I would prefer to help those countries to help the people who were there.
	I mean, I've got an article here about a guy in Syria.
	He's a Syrian refugee. I mean, that place is at war.
	And he went to Germany.
	He said, I don't like it here.
	I'm going to go back. And they said, don't go back.
	It's not safe. You might get killed.
	And he goes, I would rather be there because it's my home.
	I don't know why we've got this idea that for refugees or for illegal aliens, we have to help them by bringing them here.
	So that's one aspect of it.
	But we have to make it clear.
	That we're going to support the rule of law.
	And if you don't have control over the borders, what we're seeing now is people who are legal and illegal immigrants.
	Massive number of Hispanics have gone into the county where my wife grew up.
	And now they've got 400 MS-13 members there.
	And they are preying right now on other Hispanics.
	How do you keep MS-13 out if you don't have control over the borders?
	They will just follow the people right in.
	So it's not beneficial even to them.

	And we've had Charles on several times before.
	Charles has been following the Clinton Foundation for quite some time in a great deal of detail.
	And so I want to get him on.
	It's something that came up on Wednesday night.
	The FBI informant that we were told about back in the fall.
	It was Sarah Carter and others who exposed us.
	John Sawin. We're good to go.
	Of at least one individual who was involved in some corruption there, but it was also involving the companies and officials that were already being investigated for corruption.
	They were also at the center of this Uranium One deal, and that was all swept under the carpet so that this could go through.
	Now, when he was given the – they removed the Justice Department, Sessions' Justice Department, removed that restriction on him so that he was able to talk.
	And he gave a written statement to three congressional committees, and this was released or leaked to The Hill, Johnson's.
	John Solomon wrote an article about this, talking about how Moscow had routed millions of dollars to America with the expectation that it would be used to benefit Bill Clinton's charitable efforts, while Secretary of State Hillary Clinton quarterbacked a quote-unquote reset in U.S.-Russian relations.
	So I wanted to get Charles Ortel to talk about this and give us his perspective on this.
	And of course, Charles is a private investigator.
	He focuses on especially the corruption right now.
	He's reported on this a great deal.
	Talking about the fact that this is such a phony...
	This Clinton Foundation.
	And how if the government, even just using the regular IRS rules that they have been able to get around, if that was applied to them, that this could not only bring down that house of cards, but it could also bring down some of these big globalist foundations as well.
	But he makes a couple of analogies in a recent article talking about how this is really kind of a Game of Thrones.
	And it truly is.

	Well, thank you for coming on. Tell us a little bit about what you think about this Uranium One deal.
	The informant Douglas Campbell has put out this statement.
	He's now talked to three congressional committees.
	Not talked to them, but he gave them this statement.
	It's pretty amazing when you look at the details here.
	I mean, he's very specific about this.
	How do you think the Democrats are going to...
	Well, we've already had the Democrats react a little bit to this.
	And it hasn't really picked up that much traction outside of conservative media.
	But your impressions of what you've seen so far of this statement?
	I think this is the biggest nuclear weapon that has dropped so far, and the reason I say that is that his testimony evidently suggests that monies were routed to the Clinton Global Initiative beginning in 2009.
	There's one small problem with that.
	The Clinton Global Initiative, I call it the Clinton Grifters Initiative, but the Clinton Global Initiative is not a charity, was not a charity, was never lawfully organized, yet they began holding these rah-rah meetings Around the time of the UN special meeting in New York in September of 2005 was the first one.
	The problem with that is you cannot hold yourself out as being a publicly supported charity.
	That is a charity broadly representative of the public where you're getting small donations principally from the public government.
	And you just can't say that you are such an entity when in fact what you are is a closed door Where you're charging people, those who pay $20,000 per, to come attend a conference where you get to rub shoulders with the former head of state and active heads of state and government executives and others to concoct crooked deals around the world, potentially with support from the World Bank and other means.
	You're just not allowed to do that.
	That's business development.
	Yet they did that starting in 2005 and then in 6 and 7 and 8 and 9.
	Somehow, at some point after Barack Obama was inaugurated, the IRS became concerned, as a guess, and they tried to paper it over and come up with a way of reorganizing the Clinton Foundation.
	The reason I say this is a nuclear weapon, it intersects the Lois Lerner matter.
	Lois Lerner was the one who sat on top of charities and likely was personally involved in this gigantic mess of trying to regularize the Clinton Foundation.
	So it matters a great deal when the wires went, when the checks went, or the cash went, to the Clinton Global Initiative.
	If before September 4, 2009, when this entity, Clinton Global Initiative, Inc., was created, then you have really big issues, because there was no...
	That's very important, and that's something that I haven't heard anybody talk about except you, Charles.
	The fact that it was operated as a fraudulent charity and how that would roll back.
	Into other big things like the Gates Foundation and so forth that gave money to this fraudulent charity.
	How that would roll back to them, multiply with penalties and interest besides just the money that they gave to them fraudulently.
	That is a very big aspect of this.
	Well, as they say on these TV ads, but wait, it gets better.
	So, first what they did is they organized Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation on September 4th, 2009.
	But that doesn't mean that you are actually a charity.
	They didn't even apply for federal tax exemption until August of 2010.
	Yet they held a meeting in September of 2009, at which Barack Obama was president and spoke, pretending that they were a charity.
	And they collected monies, and who knows how much money came via Russians or other governments or other grifters.
	Who knows what disclosures weren't made that should have been made.
	But the simple fact was that no activity in 2009 of any kind was actually tax-exempt.
	And then it gets even better, because in 2010, what happened is that Barack Obama and Michelle Obama donate money, a portion of their Nobel Peace Prize winnings, or his Nobel Peace Prize winnings, to the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund around April of 2010.
	Again, the Clinton Foundation at this point is a disaster.
	All elements, therefore, are disasters, which means that the nascent Clinton-Bush-Haiti fund is a disaster.
	And now you have Barack Obama in a position where he has potential personal tax exposure, and that then gives a motivation for all these sundry government officials to cover all this mess up.
	So it's really a gigantic mess.
	That might impact his half-a-billion-dollar library monument that he's building to himself in Chicago.
	You know, it's interesting.
	On that one, that's a complete mess, too.
	I mean, a lot of times, it seems, these presidents put these things together when they're still in power, thinking that, you know, the minions at the IRS will just let them do whatever they want to do.
	But the paperwork on the Barack Obama Foundation that's out there now is a complete disaster.
	It needs to be fixed. Well, that's very important, what you're talking about, and we're going to get into more of that on the other side of the break.
	What people are focusing on right now with this Uranium One testimony from Campbell is the pay for play aspect that seems to be clearly in view here, as well as the Russian collusion, which is exactly what they've been trying to push on to other people.
	Talking about the Russian nuclear executives are boasting with him in meetings that he is attending as they're being monitored by the FBI.
	They boasted, it said in vodka-fueled meetings, how weak the U.S. government was to give away its uranium business and how they were confident that the Russians would get the strategic advantage it was seeking over the United States and the uranium market.
	So there's your Russian collusion.
	There's your pay-for-play.

	In a world of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

	Welcome back. I'm David Knight and we're talking to Charles Ortel.
	And again, he has looked at the Clinton Foundation in great depth as well as the Clinton Global Initiative.
	Charles, as we're looking at this, I'm looking at the article from The Hill, trying to get a timeline on here because you made a very important point.
	They're kind of focused on the Russian collusion.
	The cover-up of the corruption so they could get this passed by the CFIUS group, which basically would look at security issues for foreign commercial transactions.
	And that was a committee that had members from the State Department.
	Hillary Clinton had the Department of Justice and others sitting on that board.
	So they were involved in this decision.
	But over a period of one year, they were making four payments of $750,000.
	And this stuff was approved in 2010.
	So the deal was unanimously approved by the Defense Department, State Department, Justice Department, so forth, other agencies, that CFIUS group.
	And so they approved that unanimously in 2010.
	So if they were making payments to the Clintons, it would have been in 2009.
	So I guess the question that you're bringing up here is, is it not just pay for play?
	Is it not just Russian collusion?
	But were these payments made to the Clinton Global Initiative or were they made to the Clinton Foundation?
	Because if they were made to the Clinton Foundation, it wasn't a valid charity.
	Is that correct? Yeah, it's very...
	When you look at the rules that pertain to charities, as perhaps you know, and maybe your listeners don't know much about it, the rules are super strict.
	You know, you can't raise money, let's say, in Texas for a library in Little Rock and then take that money for any other purpose.
	You certainly can't then say, we're going to spend $8 million on a party in New York and invite a whole bunch of well-connected people that can cock crooked deals behind closed doors and call a charity.
	You're not allowed to do that.
	That's a violation of state law, Texas law.
	The violation of many federal laws.
	And the problem is, for the Clinton Foundation, is they have yet to correct any filings prior to December 31st, 2009, when all this mayhem started.
	So they have, you know, they've been raising money, they're raising money while we're on this interview, over the internet, perhaps using phones, perhaps using the mail as well, while their historical filings are false and materially misleading in the public domain.
	You can't do that. That's right.
	They're still raising money, the Clinton Foundation, as we're talking.
	Yeah. And then more narrowly focused on the Clinton Global Initiative, that is what I call a false front charity.
	You know, you get people in a room and you tell the various crooked people, yeah, sure, write me a check for the Clinton Global Initiative for, as you say, four payments of $750,000.
	And then the big trick is, do you deposit that in the Clinton Foundation accounts at all, or do you just cash it at a crooked bank?
	And there's every sign in these Clinton Foundation filings from inception through December 31st, 2009, and of course afterwards too, but in the early period, there are no controls.
	There are no independent directors.
	The IRS and the Department of Treasury in this time frame would have had the ability to check and see What foreign bank accounts the Clinton Foundation had declared around the world.
	You mentioned the Canadian connection.
	They've been operating this joint venture with Frank Giustrop in Canada.
	There's no mention of a Canadian bank account in the 2007-8-9 filing.
	And you have to provide incredibly rigorous details on all of your foreign bank accounts, bank accounts under your control.
	They've never done that, as far as I can tell from the public domain.
	So you have the Clinton Global Initiative inside the United States as one receptacle for bribes and crooked cash.
	And then you have the Frank Giusta thing up in Canada as another receptacle.
	Who knows what sort of people actually may have sent money up there?
	They hide behind that.
	You're not allowed to do that.
	But yes, they did it.
	And what makes it really big, if you focus on charity fraud first and tag people for charity fraud, Then Hillary has major problems because she was Secretary of State.
	And she didn't probably disclose any of these payments to the foundations over which she was in a position to exercise influence as needs to be disclosed.
	She never did that right. And you can't, you know...
	Well, of course, she violated all these national security laws as well.
	And there's no question about that, but they just give her a pass.
	I mean, that's the key thing when we're looking at this.
	And let's just contrast this a little bit to the case that the Democrats are trying to make of Russian collusion and obstruction of justice.
	What they're saying is that there are basically two aspects of the way they were trying to move forward on this.
	One of them... Was the dossier, they said, hey, we got this, and we've talked about this at length in the wake of the memo, using that opposition research paper that was funded by the Democrats to falsely obtain a FISA warrant and so forth.
	And then after that's been exposed, they said, yeah, but we still got the Trump Tower meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya.
	And yet there was nothing given.
	And as Alan Dershowitz had pointed out, even if this was, you know, even if there was something that had been done for them in terms of getting rid of the sanctions associated with Magnitsky Act and so forth afterwards, it'd be very difficult to prove that there was any kind of quid pro quo, that there was a pay for play.
	I'll give you this and then in return you give me that.
	Because you can do things for people who support you.
	That's what politicians do all the time.
	People give them money and then later on they do favors for these people who have given them money and they don't go to jail because there is no pay for play.
	You're just doing favors for people that you just happen to like, right?
	But you have to prove that pay for play.
	Now we've got a guy here.
	And of course, as Alan Dershowitz points out, nothing was ever given to them anyway.
	So it would be a very difficult case for them to prove that there was any kind of pay for play.
	But there was never a payoff for this.
	They never got anything from the Russians and nothing of any value was given to the other side if they want to go down that Trump Tower meeting.
	But here you've got a guy who was an investigative informant for the FBI. He had been doing things for the CIA while he was traveling.
	This is while Robert Mueller was director of the FBI. All this Uranium One stuff went through.
	And he is looking at this and says that...
	Officials, Russian nuclear officials, quote, told me at various times they expected APCO to apply a portion of the $3 million annual lobbying fee it was receiving from the Russians to provide in-kind support for the Clintons' global initiative, end quote. So there's your pay-for-play right there.
	Exactly, exactly.
	And, you know, how many other transactions are there like that?
	I mean, it's just... If I could just jump in a little bit on the email thing, the biggest shocker that people are not yet focusing on here is that when you go into the FBI vault file, it is crystal clear that an FBI investigation was opened into Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information on the 10th of July 2015.
	You can see that. FBI vault, Hillary R. Clinton, dump one and two.
	Explains it in some depth.
	And then, it is also clear in the FBI vault file, a different one, if you punch an affidavit, you find out that by February of 2016, the FBI and State Department both knew, February 2016, before the primaries were over, that of the 30,490 emails turned in by Hillary Clinton, 2,115 contained classified information at various levels.
	They knew that. February 2016.
	And so it's really, you know, what happened here is I think Comey and many others in the FBI, many in the Justice Department, were totally in the tank suppressing the investigation into Hillary Clinton's mishandling, while, you know, then as Trump began to make progress, deciding they needed that insurance policy and that they were going to first try to stop Trump by any means possible before the election, then after the election, undo an election.
	And so this is a gigantic criminal conspiracy.
	And, you know, the masters of gaslighting, the Clinton team, is trying to accuse Donald Trump and others of what are really, you know, not even crimes, but if they were crimes, they're petty crimes as compared to using government resources to rig the primaries, rig an election, and then when they didn't like the election result, overturn the election.
	Oh, absolutely. And you've got a great article about this.

	All right, Charles, let's talk about this.
	First of all, why Team Bush?
	Tell the audience why Team Bush is involved in this as well.
	Well, on January 20, 2001, George W. Bush became president.
	And, you know, it took him a while through transition to get his various people in there.
	But a part of gift for the Bush team was the fact that Bill Clinton pardoned The diabolical Mark Rich, who was the fugitive from justice, tax cheat, and I would say swindler, despite the fact that this man had never faced justice, never been sentenced, Bill Clinton, in the middle of the night, pardoned him.
	So that gave rise to an immediate set of investigations, both congressional investigations under Dan Burton's oversight, I think, committee, And also in the Southern District of New York, an immediate criminal investigation was opened up into whether the Clinton Foundation was actually used as a slush fund.
	And in that article there, there are links to the FBI vault file.
	There's two dumps of about 600 pages total of information that shows that this investigation proceeded for four years, from 2001 to 2005.
	Yet, despite having obvious signs of fraud, You can see it on the Clinton Foundation website.
	There are no audits on the Clinton Foundation website for this period.
	That's right. They completely covered that up.
	They knew there was fraud there with Mark Rich, fraud with the Clinton Library Foundation initiative, whatever.
	And for four years, the Bush administration, W. Bush administration, basically just went through the motions but didn't really do a prosecution.
	The guy that was in charge of that, largely, as you point out here, was James Comey.
	Right. So what happened was, in the beginning, it was Mary Jo White in 2001.
	And if you look in that vault file, you'll see that there was a lot of activity when she was U.S. attorney prosecuting the case.
	There were subpoenas, there were interviews, there were all kinds of records.
	But then Comey comes in, in January of 2002, and, you know, the investigation just spins its wheels.
	Also during this time frame, shockingly, Mueller from September 4th, 2001 to That's right.
	That was his jurisdiction.
	Just like we saw with McCabe.
	You know, this is the guy who was getting lots of money for a state race, Senate state race, massive amount of money from Clinton cronies, and he's the guy who's in charge of the Clinton email investigation.
	So here we have Rod Rosenstein, Right, and then also Christopher Wray from 2003 to 2005.
	He was a justice looking at prosecuting frauds like Enron.
	He does nothing about this.
	It shouldn't have taken four years to figure out from the inside, with the awesome power that the FBI and justice have, the subpoena people that were grand juries could be, in addition.
	Why were there no indictments?
	You know, why did everything spin its wheels?
	And there has to be a record of all this in the FBI, real record.
	And there has to be a record of this in the IRS files.
	And guess who was sitting on top of all the IRS files from 2001 to 2013, mid-2013, pertaining to charities?
	Lois Lerner. So, I mean, I'm actually a private investor, and I've been doing investigative journalism, but I'm certainly not somebody, you know, a 20-year veteran special agent of the FBI. You would know what's missing from the files.
	And you were able to do that.
	You were able to do that with less information than they had.
	I mean, with what was in the public domain, you were able to do that.
	Because people with law enforcement investigative powers, they can get to documents that you're not going to be seeing.
	But it's there in open, plain view for the public to see, if they want to look.
	Right. Absolutely amazing.
	To me, David, there's no question this is the largest set of unprosecuted charity frauds in history, but the remaining questions to me are how many people still working in the FBI and the IRS and the Department of Justice knew of these frauds and elected to give them a pass and cover them up and maybe gain advantages over people connected with the frauds.
	I mean, this reeks to high heaven.
	And as we get rid of one of these guys, the next guy to come in and take his place is also knee-deep with the Clintons as well.
	Comey goes and we get McCabe, who's knee-deep with the Clintons.
	He has just now resigned, but...
	You know, he was acting director for a while.
	They put in Christopher Wray, and as you point out, he's involved in all this.
	So we got Mueller, we got Comey, we got Rosenstein, we got Christopher Wray, all these guys.
	It's like you get rid of one of them, and the next person, it's like the Clintons not only have a global initiative, but it seems to have globally affected everybody in D.C. has been on the take with these people.
	Right. And so, you know, I think from public reports, I think our federal government is beginning, has been taking action, and I'm hopeful that things will happen.
	But it's time to gin up, you know, the state of Texas attorney general could do something about this.
	And attorneys general, particularly in red states, South Carolina has very tough charity laws.
	The filings for the Clinton Foundation in South Carolina are abysmal.
	They're obvious. Broad.
	Same in Georgia. Many, many states, you know, if the feds are not going to move on this, The states are going to have to move on it.
	And I know international governments are watching this very, very closely.
	Wow. That's absolutely...
	It's very interesting because there's so many different layers of this.
	As people know, so many people know now about the emails, but we're only figuring out...
	Just now as we're seeing these statements coming out from Campbell, the guy who had a gag order on him.
	And it's interesting, I see, that we've got now the usual suspect, Michael Isikoff, out there attacking him and the press, the guy who...
	Knew first about the Monica Lewinsky thing.
	And he says, well, it got spiked by my higher-ups.
	But he didn't report it. Matt Drudge reported it.
	That's why it went big. But Michael Lizikoff didn't report it.
	And, of course, he was the guy that they leaked information to and then referenced his articles in order to get a FISA report.
	And now he's taking the lead in terms of trying to undermine the credibility of this guy who has put out this very detailed document that's there.
	But, again, going back to the Team Bush thing.
	Because I think that's something for a lot of people to understand, the bipartisan nature of this corruption.
	We now got George Bush.
	A new article today from ABC News says, yeah, the Russians, it's the Russians.
	They're meddling in our elections, in 2016 elections.
	And that's why we need to have NATO and so forth.
	I mean, there is no difference.
	As you pointed out, it's very important for people to see this, the fact that they slow-walked or sat on this investigation using these same people.
	Everybody likes to say, Mueller is a Republican and so forth.
	Yeah, he's part of the bipartisan corruption team in Washington, D.C., isn't he, Charles?
	Absolutely. And, you know, I can leave you with one thought.
	I have the hidden agreement dated November 18, 2004, That we're in.
	We the people were defrauded by the Clinton Foundation.
	They made false representations about the state of the Clinton Foundation.
	It was in a diabolical shape.
	It had begun promoting HIV-AIDS drugs around the world with no authority.
	And that agreement alone would stink the Clinton Foundation.
	And people should have seen this.
	It's in our National Archives.
	It was an agreement with our National Archives.
	Why has nobody done anything about this since November 18, 2004?
	It's absolutely amazing.
	It is taking a very long time, and it is causing us to worry that maybe they're just preparing the public, giving us a little bit of this at a time, and dripping it out, kind of like they dripped out the Ed Snowden leaks.
	Let's hope that that is the case, because we saw very quietly just before Christmas We saw the Justice Department come out and say, we're going to go after certain individuals and we're going to confiscate their income.
	In other words, treating it like a RICO statute, which I've seen that abused a great deal, but applying that to international organizations and a lot of the people they specifically named, at least half of them, had close ties to these Clinton structures.
	So perhaps that's the way they're going to come after them.
