	You know, President Trump said, you're going to be winning so much, you're going to get tired of winning.
	And I'm looking at this as like it's not even going to be news anymore.
	We've had so many announcements of bonuses and job increases and pay increases and new construction, repatriation of money from Apple and others that we're looking at.
	It's going to get to the point.
	I mean, it's already yesterday I reported 165 corporations that announced, major corporations that announced major bonuses.
	Of course, Nancy Pelosi just calls those crumbs.
	And we've got major economic growth because of the tax and job cut program that Chuckie Schumer said Republicans will rue the day.
	I don't think so.
	I don't think so. That was more fake news.
	And we're going to have a little bit about the fake news awards, the media's reaction to it, the fact they just, they don't learn.
	They just keep piling on.
	And the fact that even, I guess, we're winning so much.
	That the Democrats want to shut down the government.
	I mean, how could you win?
	That's what I wanted to do.
	Now they're doing that. Now they're shutting down the government.
	As we look at Betsy DeVos, she's now saying Common Core is dead at the Department of Education.
	That's a big win. That was my concern and a lot of people's concern.
	Betsy DeVos had been part of the GOP establishment, very cozy, with the Bushes and others who had pushed Common Core.
	So we're very concerned that she was going to increase that at the Department of Education.
	Well, it's very good. She's now saying Common Core is dead.
	And I would just say, let's have the Department of Education killed.
	Because there is no authority for that, no constitutional authority for it.
	And it has practically been a very bad idea.
	That's where you go when you want to push a Common Core.
	What does it mean to have a Common Core?
	Well, the problem with Common Core, besides the actual content, was the commonality of it.
	We want to have different approaches in education.
	There should be not even just 50 different state laboratories as to how to educate children.
	It'll be far, far more diverse than that.
	One-size-fits-all doesn't work.
	I frequently would see the cartoon illustration of Of kids lined up, and you've got one size of gym clothes for them all.
	Some of the kids are bursting out of them.
	Some of them they're falling off of.
	Some of them can't wear the shoes.
	Some of them can't run with the shoes on because they're so big.
	That is our educational system.
	And so we ought to have it as customizable as possible.
	As a matter of fact, I don't want it in the government's hands at all.
	Betsy DeVos said, we've had different political parties and different philosophies that have taken two different approaches.
	We've had federally mandated assessments.
	We've had federal money.
	We've had federal standards, all originating in Washington.
	None of these solve the problem, she said.
	And then she goes on to say, choice in education is not when a student picks a different classroom in this building or that building or uses a voucher or tax credit scholarship.
	Choice is bigger than that.
	Those are just mechanisms. It's about the freedom to learn.
	Freedom to learn differently.
	Freedom to explore. Freedom to fail.
	That is the freedom to find the best way to learn and grow.
	And so I would say, I totally agree with what she had to say.
	So what role does a centralized bureaucracy have to play in that?
	Especially one that is not authorized under the Constitution.
	Where in the Constitution does it say anything about the government running our education out of Washington?
	There is no authority for that.
	None whatsoever.
	They decide they'll tell us what we can put in our body, what we cannot put in our body.
	As a matter of fact, I've got an article here coming up about the fact that the federal government, with Obama's new Medicaid rules, helped to subsidize the opioid epidemic.
	We'll tell you how that worked out when we come back.
	But, you know, when we look at this, what role does an unconstitutional bureaucracy have in this?
	When I go back and look at the First Amendment, the First Amendment is about free speech and about the free exercise of religion.
	And I've said many times, you cannot have free speech and freedom of religion if you don't have freedom of education.
	Freedom of education.

	Yesterday, we're going to take a look at what President Trump handed out, what he thought were the most fake news awards that came out.
	Of course, we had a lot of the... Late night comedians lobbying as if it was the Golden Globes or the Oscars saying, for your consideration, please look at me.
	And they have really...
	Kind of just focused on ad hominem attacks against President Trump, which is what CNN resorted to after the health reports yesterday, going after more fake news.
	They just don't learn, but they keep coming with the hits.
	But first, let's go to the press conference yesterday in anticipation of the fake news awards that President Trump was going to release last night.
	He had some reporters asking Sarah Sanders about it.
	Here's that clip. Senator John McCain saying that the president should stop attacking the press.
	At some point today you're supposed to give out fake news awards.
	What do you think of what Flake and McCain have said and what's up with the awards?
	In response to Senator Flake specifically, I found it quite interesting that he is coming out to attack this president, considering he's one that was recently defending an actually oppressive regime.
	He went to Cuba a few weeks ago and served as a mouthpiece for the oppressive Cuban government.
	He's not criticizing the president because he's against oppression.
	He's criticizing the president because he has terrible poll numbers.
	And he is, I think, looking for some attention.
	I think it's.
	Yeah, maybe they should have the Flake News Awards.
	I guess they're fake enough.
	Jeff Flake. You know, Jeff Flake decided that he would go up against President Trump.
	With his speech and it actually got the attention of the Washington Post and two Democrat senators.
	The Washington Post put up the entire transcript as well as a video of Jeff Flake's speech because, you know, you probably missed that.
	You probably weren't watching C-SPAN in the wee hours of the morning.
	And it's interesting that the two senators who showed up were, wait for it, Dick Durbin, Dick Durbin, and a Minnesota senator.
	So here he is speaking to two people.
	And this is a guy who thinks that he's, and they're Democrats at that.
	Jeff Flake is a Republican.
	There's been a lot of talk that he thinks that he's going to run against President Trump.
	Good luck with that. Good luck with that.
	Have you ever seen President Trump show up anywhere where there's two people?
	No, no. And they're desperately trying to give him traction at the Washington Post, putting it up and annotating with comments.
	Oh, look, look, this is real important what he had to say here.
	And that was when he had his Stalin-esque quotes and so forth.
	But then let's get to the actual news awards themselves.
	Let's play the introduction here.
	Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
	That's the wrong one.
	That's just too dignified for fake news awards.
	I think we need to have the other one, Julian.
	Let's play that. That's right, that's more like it.
	Fractured Fairy Tales. I think President Trump fractured the fairy tales of the mainstream media in a huge way yesterday.
	So here's the fake news awards.
	Number one, the New York Times' Paul Krugman on the day of President Trump's historic landslide victory that the economy would never recover.
	Yeah, that's what I was just saying at the top of the hour.
	There's so much winning.
	We're kind of getting tired of it.
	It's not any news anymore when a major corporation...
	It gives bonuses to all of its employees or says they're going to open up factories or they're going to bring $38 billion back to the United States as Apple did.
	That's almost to the point where It's got to be of that magnitude.
	It's kind of like another Islamic terror attack.
	It's, yeah, okay, if it's, you know, it's almost, we've seen this before, it's almost like dog bites man.
	So we're getting so many winning reports that it's hard to report them anymore.
	But New York Times, Paul Krugman, that's the number one, said the stock markets will never recover from Trump.
	And of course, he was going to shut down all international trade as well.
	And that's never been the case.
	Even as we look at NAFTA and the talks about whether or not NAFTA will be disbanded or it will be renegotiated, the purpose, as President Trump has pointed out, is to have bilateral trade, not multilateral trade, not a supranational organization that is going to control our economy and the economy of other formerly sovereign nations.
	That's the problem with the TPP, the Transatlantic Partnership as well, the Trans-Pacific Partnership, all of those as well as the North American Trade Agreement.
	I said free trade agreement.
	It's free stuff for Mexico, that's right.
	But the point is, we're going to negotiate these things on a country-by-country basis.
	And we will have free trade.
	We want free trade. They want free trade.
	The people in Britain after Brexit, they want free trade.
	They just don't want Brussels telling them where they can fish and what they can do in their own waters.
	That's the point. Number two, ABC News.
	Brian Ross sends the markets into a downward spiral with a false report, and he got put in timeout for that.
	And so President Trump actually put out on the website the crash in the stock market as he reported that fake news.
	Number three, CNN falsely reporting that candidate Trump and his son Donald Trump Jr., Had access to hacked documents from WikiLeaks.
	Remember when they got that all mixed up about the 4th and the 14th?
	Yeah, little details like that that sometimes CNN misses.
	Oops. Number four, Time falsely reported that President Trump removed a bust of Martin Luther King Jr.
	from the Oval Office. And there he is with the picture of it.
	It's like, no, it's right here. Has been here all along.
	Number five, the Washington Post falsely reported the president's massive sold-out rally in Pensacola, Florida, was empty because they had a guy take photographs of it before the rally had begun, hours before the crowd had shown up.
	So it was actually sold out as all these rallies are.
	There's not two people showing up to hear him speak, like when Jeff Flake talks to Number six, CNN falsely edited a video to make it appear President Trump defiantly overfed fish during a Japanese prime minister's visit with a Japanese prime minister.
	That's one I never did see.
	I do remember, and this is something that actually really happened, I do remember when George Bush, George H.W. Bush, went to Japan and he ate some sushi or something and it did not agree with him.
	And he stood up, threw up, and I think he passed out.
	I'm not sure if he passed out or what.
	But it didn't make the news here, interestingly enough.
	In the same way that when JFK went to Berlin to talk about the Berlin Wall, and he said, Ich bin ein Berliner.
	What he was saying was, I am a jelly donut.
	They had a jelly donut that was called a Berliner.
	He should have said, Ich aus Berlin.
	I'm from Berlin.
	But we got the idea that he was saying, I'm from Berlin here in America.
	But when he said that, there's one little word there.
	The crowd went hysterical in Germany.
	So you always hear that clip of JFK and they'll cut it before the crowd bursts into laughter.
	And the same thing happened with George H.W. Bush in Japan when he went there.
	It wasn't about feeding the fish.
	It was about regurgitating the fish for George H.W. Bush.
	And he actually became a word.
	You know, the people who become words like Colonel Boykata.
	I think that was his rank. He now, everybody, that was an actual person.
	Boycott. Well, in Japan, if you throw up, that's now called a bushusuru, to do a bush.
	So, actually, it worked out worse for George H.W. Bush.
	But the media covered for him.
	Instead, they created a false narrative for President Trump.
	Number seven, CNN again.
	CNN false reported about Anthony Scaramucci's meeting with the Russian, but they retracted it due to, quote, a significant breakdown in process.
	Number five, Newsweek.
	Falsely reported that Polish First Lady did not shake President Trump's hand.
	Well, I can top that from Newsweek.
	I've got the magazine. I should have brought it here again.
	I've shown it so many times on air.
	I've got the magazine of Newsweek saying in 1979 that we're going to be out of oil in eight years.
	And we're going to be out of natural gas slightly more than that.
	That was in 1979. That's the kind of news that we've seen.
	Interesting, the total air, before we go to break, four awards for CNN. New York Times, ABC, Washington Post, Time, Newsweek all got another award themselves.

	Is Trump crazy?
	Who cares? We're winning.
	The New American asks, who's crazy and who's mentally unfit?
	Trump or the obsessive media that is obsessing about his health conditions, about his sanity or whatever.
	Just yesterday, I was talking to Lionel when he was on.
	We went through and he chronicled all the different times that we saw massive manifestations in public of Hillary Clinton passing out, having to be carried and dumped into the van, the uncontrollable head shakes, the weird stares that she had, the strange glasses, the weird stares that she had, the strange glasses, the fact she had blood clots and couldn't testify and so forth.
	Nothing! No concerns about that.
	No concerns about Nancy Pelosi either.
	No matter how many times Nancy Pelosi is unable to read a prepared speech, nobody has a problem with that.
	She seems to lose her place.
	She seems to be having signs of dementia or some other mental issues.
	Yet, the press, when they talk about President Trump, they say crazy, nuts, unstable, mentally ill, mentally unfit, dementia, narcissistic personality disorder, NPD. They can't get enough of this.
	Well, you know what? If he's crazy, bring it on.
	I mean, we have had...
	It's just absolutely amazing.
	When we go back and we look at, of course, the first fake news award that President Trump had, as you heard in the last segment, was Paul Krugman in the New York Times saying the economy will never recover from President Trump.
	And yet it took off immediately.
	It hasn't slowed down. It's accelerated, especially with the new tax bill that got put through at the end of the year.
	And as one article looking at this, Future of Capitalism, they had some good analysis on this.
	They're talking about the $38 billion that is being brought home by Apple.
	They said, how much is this?
	And they said, well, consider that in just 2014...
	Only three years ago, let's say.
	The entire bottom 50% of individual income tax filers, because we haven't done the 2018 yet, but just in 2014, the bottom 50% of income tax filers paid a total of $37.7 billion in federal income taxes.
	So this is about equivalent to what the bottom half of income taxpayers paid just three years ago.
	And we've been going up record amounts every year, even though they continue to spend more than we bring in, even though we're getting record amounts.
	And then they did this, they said, consider that as recently as 1947, the entire federal budget was just $34 billion.
	He says, well, okay, that was in 1947 dollars.
	But if we look at it with the decreased purchasing power that the Federal Reserve has given us on the U.S. dollar, that's still about 10% of...
	What the budget was in 1947.
	So this is a massive increase from Apple.
	It's a top of Drudge Report.
	Cook discovers America.
	They should say Captain Cook discovers America and the liberal elite cannibals try to eat him alive.
	That's more like what's happening.
	But look, we knew this was going to happen, didn't we?
	I mean, we saw this happen right away.
	It continued to happen throughout the year in spite of no action until the 11th hour by the U.S. Congress.
	It continued to go up.
	And I think the Republicans for the longest time, the 11th story, President Trump went through fake news and gave out 10 awards for stories.
	And they said, and then the number 11 is Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia.
	That's what they were doing all year.
	And I think you have the establishment Republicans who are laying back and saying, can they find something?
	Can they get this guy out?
	And I think by the end of the year, they realize, as everybody has realized now, That not only has this failed to materialize, but the deeper they dig, they start finding Democrat fingerprints all over corruption and other issues.
	So it's actually backfiring.
	I think at that point, the Republican establishment leadership decided that it was in their best interest to work with President Trump.
	So they finally got something passed at the end of the year.
	And as I was saying in the lead-up to it, Look at this.
	We've had nearly a year.
	They still weren't doing anything.
	I was talking about this back in October.
	Saying, we've had nearly a year of Record increases in the stock market, great economy, all these economic metrics are doing great.
	And that's just on the expectation of reduced taxes and reduced regulations.
	If we really make that happen, it's going to shoot through the roof.
	And what are we seeing now that they really made it happen at the end of the year?
	Now you haven't seen any changes in your paycheck yet because they just started releasing the new tax tables from the IRS. So the process is that the IRS Has to go through create new tax tables.
	They give it to the accountants and the accountants have to then put it into their system and so forth.
	And then you have to decide as well what you're going to do with your deductions and how you're going to set that up.
	So it's going to take a little while. You're not going to say anything until the middle end of February, probably March.
	You're not really going to see any change in your withholding.
	That's why I had a caller call me at the beginning of the year and say, hey, I talked to all my friends here at work doing construction.
	We saw our paychecks go down by about $7 or $8.
	And I said, well, that can't be anything to do with a tax bill because they haven't even come out with any tables yet from the IRS. Well, they now have, and it's cranking through, so you're going to see it, but it's going to be a while before you see a difference in your paycheck.
	But look at all the bonuses that have been handed out.
	Look at all the people opening up factories.
	And of course, Nancy Pelosi just dismisses it as crumbs.
	Crumbs. Crumbs that she will fight tooth and nail to keep you from having on your table.
	That's the way the Democrats are.
	And Chuckie Schumer says, you're going to rue the day.
	He said, this tax bill will be an anchor around the ankles of every Republican.
	No, I don't think so.
	Don't think so. So we look at this money that's coming back in.
	They're going to pay $38 billion worth of taxes, Apple is, but they're going to bring in $350 billion.
	So, first of all, we talked about the taxes.
	And we said, look at this. $38 billion in taxes to bring in $350 billion into the economy and invest it and to create some jobs.
	And so, the point is, is that just...
	Three years ago, that was what the bottom half of the taxpayers paid.
	One company, one very wealthy company, is going to pay that in taxes to bring the money home, and then they're going to invest an additional $350 billion in the economy over the next five years and give their employees $2,500 bonuses.
	That's why I said it's getting hard to report these because they're not really news anymore.
	I mean, it's a big deal when people first started giving out bonuses.
	Now, before this happened, we had 165 companies that had announced $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 bonuses to employees that they were going to raise their pay.
	They didn't have to have a gun held to their head and said, you're going to give them $15 an hour.
	Several companies said, $15 an hour.
	We can afford that now.
	See, you can't mandate prosperity.
	You have to get out of the way and let private companies do it.
	President Trump knows that because he's a businessman.
	Anybody who has actually been in the process of actually creating jobs and managing a company and having to make sure that it stays solvent understands that.
	Barack Obama did not understand that.
	Barack Obama was a community operative.
	What was he? Community organizer.
	That was what it was. Yeah, he's an operative, all right.
	Yeah, that's what he was. Anyway, also...
	They're going to be adding 20,000 new jobs.
	They've got about 84,000 people working in the United States right now, so that's about a 25% increase.
	That's just one company, one very big company.
	And as CBS reported it, CBS reported all of those statistics I just gave you, but left out the part about the taxes and the tax reform that made it possible.
	That's the fake news.

	We're going to take a look at some of the other economic news here that's part of the winning.

	expectations that we're seeing here.
	We've got the stock market.
	They say NBC News.
	Even NBC News is saying this.
	Stock market optimism from pros, the professionals, reaches the highest level in nearly 32 years.
	What was going on 32 years ago?
	Oh, that's right.
	We just had the Reagan tax cuts.
	It isn't just expectation, folks.
	It's reality. It really does create growth when we have the money that we can spend and businesses have the money and they can grow and hire people and pay them more money rather than sending it to Washington and Nancy Pelosi so she can grow the regulations that shackle us down.
	It really is a good thing.
	So there's optimism. That is driving the stock market.
	We've had the Dow yesterday spiked 322 points.
	It closed above 26,000 for the first time.
	But there's actual reality to this.
	Not only are people going to be keeping more of their money, but we've had U.S. manufacturing output rise in December for the fourth month.
	So it's not just irrational exuberance, as Alan Greenspan would say.
	It's real expectations, real understanding, and real growth that we see.
	You know, there's a couple of articles as well in the last couple of days.
	One of them was about the people in a small town in Texas, Miami, Texas.
	Only had about 350 people.
	I said the most pro-Trump area.
	And all the people in that town, except about 20 of them, voted for President Trump.
	And they said the guessing game was, who voted for Hillary here?
	We can't figure out who voted for Hillary.
	Nobody would admit voting for Hillary.
	And they wouldn't admit it to the news when they went there either.
	I also talked to a 58-year-old lifelong Democrat who is in Montana.
	I'm sorry, Wyoming.
	Coal miner in Wyoming. And this 58-year-old lifelong Democrat feels a sense of hope when she wakes up at 3.45 each morning.
	The unexpected reason is Donald Trump.
	Because she's a coal miner.
	And this is an industry that Obama decided he was going to shut down because he wanted to help his crony capitalists who were running solar games like Solyndra and others.
	Or maybe even people like Terry McAuliffe and that scam that he had going with the electric cars that collapsed on him.
	That's the problem when government picks the winners and losers.
	That's why I said, do you want to create jobs?
	You need a president who gets out of the way and lets private business do it.
	And that's what President Trump understands.
	That's what I think he went to Washington to do.
	That's one of the key things that he went to Washington to do.
	And so we had the fake news awards.
	He had a lot of people like Stephen Colbert lobbying for it as a joke as well, saying, submitted for your consideration, Colbert and everything.
	Well, it was the fake news award.
	It wasn't the fake comedy award.
	That may be coming up. Who knows?
	Maybe President Trump will do one of those.
	But The fake news is actually even funnier than Stephen Colbert's personal attacks.
	But even after they did the fake news attacks, you still had situations like CNN trying to prove that President Trump is really sick.
	You know, they talk about him.
	Oh, he's crazy.
	He's demented. He's got dementia.
	All these different things.
	And then they say, well, look at this.
	I think he's got heart disease.
	As I point out, CNN White House reporter Abby Phillips claimed on Twitter Wednesday that the president has heart disease, despite what his actual physician said.
	She said, I looked this up on WebMD.
	She actually linked to that. She said, look, what he said here was, you can find this on WebMD and it says it's a heart disease.
	Well... Here's a question and answer, the transcript.
	And does he have heart disease? Is that what you said?
	Dr. Jackson, no, he does not have heart disease.
	Question. Because he had a CAT scan before that showed calcium in his coronary blood vessels, Dr.
	Jackson. He does, he did.
	He had, so technically, so he has non-clinical hardening of the arteries, arterial sclerosis, and so that's been mentioned in previous physical exams that he's had done, but it's nothing there.
	So then they say, well, he's borderline obese, isn't he?
	His body mass isn't at three, but it's really close.
	He's just one point away.

	We've got an imminent shutdown of the government about to happen tomorrow.
	Will that happen? Pelosi has ordered the Democrats vote to shut down the government.
	Hey, that's winning. We're doing so well that Democrats want to shut down the government.
	Do it for us.
	That's great. No, actually, some people are going to have hardship with us because they're putting the interests of foreign citizens who have thumbed their nose at our law.
	They're putting their interest ahead of people who are in the military, for example.
	Troops will not be paid if they shut down the government tomorrow.
	But the Democrats don't really care.
	And it's interesting because they seem to not really care about other bureaucrats who will not get paid.
	We've seen this happen before. They've always blamed Republicans before.
	But we have more of a voice in the media now than we ever did before.
	It used to be it was just the establishment, Mockingbird Press, that had a voice.
	And, of course, they would always spin everything to make it the fault of the Democrats.
	Republicans. Now we are going to see exactly what's going on with this.
	I'm going to get into that as well.
	And coming up in the next hour, I'll be talking about an article that I think, it's about time somebody did this.
	I'm glad to see it in the mainstream press.
	I was very surprised to see it in the Weekly Standard.
	Terrorists could use Teslas to kill us.
	And that's an article that I believe is on the Drudge Report.
	I'm glad to see that they're getting the idea as well.
	Something I've been talking about for a long time.
	We're going to go back and look at it because they did an excellent job of laying the case out of what the true risks are.
	And this is coming out, remind you, I'll remind you, this is coming out the same week that we just had the Pentagon pushing yet again that if there is a cybersecurity hack that is serious because it's hitting our infrastructure, that we'd be justified in doing a nuclear strike.
	That is beyond insane.
	Beyond insane. After this last year, when we've seen Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, all on the accusation of a private contractor that worked for Hillary Clinton, CrowdStrike, saying that these were phishing attacks that got some of this information and so forth.
	You know what? As John McAfee said when I interviewed him, this defies belief that they would use not only off-the-shelf hacking We're good to go.
	You didn't believe it. I don't believe it.
	We've seen the Vault 7 documents.
	You should understand they can make it look like anything.
	But we don't even, we're just taking the word for CrowdStrike.
	They never turned the stuff over to the FBI. So to say all 17 CIA intelligence agencies believe this, first of all, Clapper walked back that lie when he got under oath.
	He was just parroting what Hillary Clinton said in a debate.
	But I tell you what, if even three intelligence agencies believe that just based on what they were told by a private contractor and then turned away and said, no, you can't look at this, go away, go away.
	I mean, if that were really true, we're in big trouble.
	And it is true because they are that political.
	They are that credulous. They are that sloppy.
	And they're not doing a good job of protecting us.
	So we should be very concerned about what they're about to do to our infrastructure as well.
	He kind of lays out that case.
	But Pelosi is ordering the Democrats to vote to shut down the government if they don't get citizenship for foreigners who are here illegally.
	That's her priority. We're going to look after the foreign citizens thumbing their nose at our law first.
	Americans can go pound sand.
	And now they're saying that they're going to get a continuing resolution.
	That's what they're looking to do.
	Democrats say they're unwilling to vote for a spending bill that doesn't provide a pathway for citizenship.
	For, at their estimate, I've seen it, 800,000 illegal immigrants.
	Now they're saying 700,000.
	You know, the number just keeps going up or down, and I don't even believe the 800 number, 800,000.
	As Breitbart points out, troops will not be paid.
	Trump is not able to exempt troops from a government shutdown.
	Defense civilians will be furloughed, except for those who support activities, quote, that are necessary for the safety of life and protection of property, unquote, he said.
	They would also not receive pay until a budget is passed.
	And the Republicans are afraid that, as usual, they're going to get the blame.
	Let's play what Jim Jordan had to say about this.
	If the government shuts down, it's on you.
	True or false? No, it's on the Democrats.
	You control both houses in the White House.
	We can pass something in the House.
	If it goes over to the Senate, and because of this crazy filibuster rule, this crazy 60-vote rule, Chuck Schumer and Democrats say amnesty is more important than giving our troops a pay raise.
	Amnesty is more important than funding our military, getting the weapon systems upgraded, the maintenance done on our vehicles and our ships that needs to be done.
	If the Democrats say it's more important to have amnesty than to deal with our military at the levels we all know it needs to be, frankly, at levels even most Democrats have already voted for, then that's on them.
	And you have to have them on your show and ask them the question why they're shutting down the government.
	I can guarantee you that.
	I will. That's what we do.
	Good. I don't know that that's the fair proposition.
	First of all, let's not be too heavy-handed about where you guys on the right are when it comes to military spending.
	You know, sequestration was something that a lot of your brothers and sisters were in favor of, too.
	I didn't vote for it. And that put a sledgehammer onto the military.
	And I didn't vote for it, and I already voted.
	Well, yeah, but I didn't vote for it.
	And we're on record in the House this year, the vast majority of Republicans and a majority of Democrats supporting the National Defense Authorization Act, which authorizes spending at certain levels.
	So Democrats can't have it both ways.
	They can't vote for the authorization.
	And then when it comes time to actually fund our troops and pay for our military, say, oh, I'm not going to vote for it because I think amnesty is more important.
	Really? That's your position?
	I'm not going to vote for it. Why are you calling it amnesty?
	That's deceptive.
	Calling it amnesty because- Did they come here legally?
	It is amnesty. Look, we want to help these individuals- Can a 10 year old form criminal intent?
	Well, what I'm saying is, did they come here illegally?
	Can a 10-year-old form criminal intent?
	Can a 10-year-old come here illegally through their parents?
	They can be brought here illegally, but they can't commit a crime.
	That's why they're defined as...
	That's the point. They're innocents in this.
	That's why they're talking about childhood arrivals, and I understand that, and we want to help them.
	Let's hold this. Are these 10-year-olds criminal?
	Are the MS-13 guys criminal?
	I mean, you know, they're underage.
	They're still going, they haven't graduated from high school yet, but they're capable of hacking people to pieces and running drugs and so forth.
	Look, even if you're talking about somebody being brought here as a child, they don't have the legal authorization.
	Let's give you a couple of analogies.
	I gave you the one before about Hong Kong Disney.
	We went there with, we adopted my daughter from China.
	We spent some time in Hong Kong.
	We didn't go to Hong Kong Disney, but they were having a problem as they opened up.
	People coming from China, some of them didn't have the money to get through the gates.
	Some of them couldn't get in because Disneyland was full.
	Disneyland has a capacity.
	They actually have a wall at Disneyland.
	But that didn't stop the parents from dropping their kids over the wall.
	Have a good time.
	Go. Bye-bye-bye. Now, I found that appalling.
	Parenting. To just do that.
	Just drop your kid off in an amusement park and say, I'll meet you back here when they start kicking everybody out or whatever they did to get their kids back.
	But let's imagine that this is, that Hong Kong Disney is being run by Democrats or by Andrew Cuomo.
	They would just say, well, the kids are here.
	We can't separate the family.
	So you guys, come on in too.
	You can all come in, ride all the rides for free.
	Or let's talk about the crimes of the parents.
	Let's take Bernie Sanders, for example.
	And this is not a stretch.
	Because the way that this is being sold, and still being sold in Scotland, by the Scottish Prime Minister, or President, whatever she is, I don't know what her official title is, Sturgeon.
	And this is an Angela Merkel with a Scottish accent.
	And all she lives for, just like these Democrats we have here in this country, all they live for is to bring in other people, to replace people.
	And they always excuse it by saying, we don't have enough people here to pay your Social Security.
	Social Security has always been a Ponzi scheme.
	It has always been funded by getting somebody else to come in and pay for the people who are already in the system.
	There's no money there in your name.
	They're expecting people in the future to pay for that.
	So they said back in 2000, the UN was pushing the idea of population replacement based on Keeping Social Security funded.
	Keeping that Ponzi scheme. And as I've said before, Bismarck created the age of 65 because he knew people would die at that point.
	That was a life expectancy at that point.
	They didn't expect for people to collect any Social Security.
	And it was a Ponzi scheme from the very beginning, just like Bernie Madoff.
	So, if Bernie Madoff rips off billions of dollars from people, why shouldn't his kids keep the money?
	Why not? They didn't commit the crime.
	His sons didn't commit the crime.
	His wife didn't commit the crime.
	Why can't they keep the money?
	You know, it's Bernie Madoff's crime.
	These kids who have come here, who have been brought here illegally by their parents, have enjoyed a free education at the expense of the American taxpayer.
	Just as I mentioned the maternity tourism that is sold to wealthy Chinese individuals who pay between $40,000 and $80,000 to come to California hotels.
	They tell them how to sneak through the border, how to get here before they're showing that they're pregnant, how they can get free or heavily subsidized hospital care when the child is born.
	And they sell it as you can get free education for your kid for 13 years.
	And then you can get subsidized college and so forth and so on.
	That's what the parents did.
	They did it knowingly. They did it with the assistance of the Mexican government.
	It's time it stopped.
	It's time we put the American dream ahead of the dreamers.

	You know, we're just talking about people coming here illegally, but people who want to come here as tourists, legitimate tourists, not birth tourists who can have a kid who can become an anchor baby and bring them in for their retirement after the kids get 13 years of free schooling, subsidized college and welfare if they want it, all this other thing. That's what they're selling the Chinese who are coming into California into the hotels there.
	They just had massive busts by ICE of this fraud.
	But we have fraud that's being committed by multiple people here.
	And some of this fraud is connected to the Mexican government.
	But what about people who just want to come here and, let's say, have a vacation?
	They're doing that in less numbers now.
	Of the top 12 destinations to see...
	Throughout the world, the United States is one of only two of those to see a decline in tourism.
	Because when you come to the United States, you get hassled.
	You get hassled. I mean, 10 years ago, we went to China.
	On our way back, there were announcements in the airport.
	If you're going to America, you've got to go over here.
	You've got to do this. You've got to do that.
	You get special treatment.
	They're going to look at you very deeply.
	They're going to go through your luggage, as they did with us, and throw away all the toys that we had to keep our young daughter occupied on the trip back.
	I don't like flying in the United States.
	I don't like flying into the United States, and neither do people from foreign countries.
	As more international travelers decide to skip the U.S., See, the police state in America has gotten so bad that now it's hurting business.
	Now maybe we'll do something about it.
	Who knows? Nobody cares anything about individual liberty or dignity.
	Maybe they'll care about their pocketbooks.
	Maybe that's the only thing that's going to get them interested in this.
	Biggest players have unveiled the, quote, Visit U.S. Coalition to spur the Trump administration into enacting friendlier visa and border security policies at a time when federal agencies are doing just the opposite.
	Yeah, they haven't gotten that memo.
	They don't really care. And they're not effective.
	We've pointed out over and over again how this is nothing but security theater.
	But that's not going to stop them.
	So we'll have to wait and see what happens with that.
	Meanwhile, when we look at unintended consequences, because we'll just say that that was unintended.
	I'm sure they didn't expect for the tourists to go away, but they certainly did intend to harass us.
	Another unintended consequence that we're seeing here, reported by the Daily Caller, is that Obamacare and Medicaid incentivized opioid trafficking.

	Homeland Security released a report yesterday, talked about how Medicaid policies that govern prescription drug prices that were expanded at the state level through Obamacare perversely incentivized opioid abuse and illicit sales.
	And this is all happening while we see that the Veterans Administration, the VA, is pushing opioids and prohibiting Substitute drugs that are safer and natural, like medical marijuana.
	Even when medical marijuana is legal in the state, the Veterans Administration is punishing people who use that.

	Something I talk a great deal about.
	And I talk a lot about cars.
	A lot about self-driving cars.
	Because it is at the center of, I think, two massive problems that are facing us.
	Actually three, I guess.
	Applied artificial intelligence.
	Taking away jobs and activity that belong to humans, rightfully.
	And so we're going to see massive, disruptive economic consequences from applied artificial intelligence.
	It also creates a massive cyber threat for us, and that's what this article today came out about.
	And it is also part of a government agenda 21 or the UN's agenda for 2030 sustainability to try to confine people to the cities, to try to keep them at the mercy of the state and for the state to be able to control us. to try to keep them at the mercy of the And of course, the big corporations, the crony capitalists, the big car companies, people like Elon Musk are right at the center of this.
	These crony capitalists, people like Elon Musk, who has been given probably in terms of crony capitalism and federal subsidies, he's been given as much money as President Trump has earned as a builder.
	The federal government has given that to him in subsidies, subsidizing his electric cars, subsidizing his missiles that, quite frankly, repeatedly fail.
	We've seen that many times.
	But what's going to happen?
	When terrorists used Teslas to kill us?
	That was the question that was asked by Weekly Standard yesterday.
	And I'm glad to see other people taking up this mantle.
	You know, we just saw Wells Fargo came out here.
	CBS News here in Texas, they're putting out a warning.
	Hey, they've got a glitch in their system and they're emptying some accounts because they keep processing the bills on your accounts and emptying them.
	Or we've had Russian hackers, says the Hill.
	Russian hackers moving to new political targets.
	Continuing to sell this Russia, Russia, Russia thing, which was number 11 on President Trump's top 10 news awards.
	He had the specific...
	Fake news awards, 10 of those, and then number 11 was Russia, Russia, Russia.
	Well, I hope he sees through this, because if we don't, and here's a good example, Russia's cyber operations are showing signs of accelerating, even as lawmakers grapple with how to deter and respond to the threat, says The Hill.
	No, they're not, because what they're saying is, this is, again, on the word of a cybersecurity company, this one, Trend Micro, and remember, it was CrowdStrike who told us with medium certainty, And the FBI was never allowed to see the servers, but they took their word for it on medium certainty that it was some cyber espionage group that was called Fancy Bear that was using off-the-shelf, outdated software to do phishing attacks on people.
	Now they're seeing this in the Senate, going back into June, a phishing campaign.
	Like, that's not the way state actors operate, number one.
	Number two, let's not go to war with Russia And really, we have gone to economic and political war with them.
	Let's not go to nuclear war because of a supposed cyber threat.
	Because you can't tell where it's coming from, right?
	You understand that, don't you?
	But let's talk about how this is going to work when we have terrorists using Teslas to kill us.
	Here's how they lay out the case here in the Weekly Standard.
	They did a great job here. It's a calm Saturday morning, August of next year.
	Suddenly, across the nation, 12,000 Tesla Model S sedans start up at the same time.
	They engage Tesla's vaunted autopilot feature.
	They head out onto the road with no drivers in them.
	Some of them make their way to local gas stations.
	Some of them go to electrical substations.
	And then as they approach, they accelerate to top speed.
	The explosions are fantastic as the Model S batteries rupture and spark fires.
	And by the way, folks, you've probably seen the electric car fires.
	If you haven't seen one, go look it up on YouTube.
	Some people who were taking a test drive on a Tesla car caught fire.
	Two people as passengers, one was a salesperson, realized the symptoms and said, get out of the car real quick.
	They got out. They couldn't put that thing out for many, many, many hours.
	You've had failures of electric car batteries that have burned down multiple houses.
	Back when I was living in North Carolina, that was happening frequently.
	Or take a look at what happened with Grand Tour.
	You had Richard Hammond, who had a hyper, super car that was an electric car.
	He spun off, and the thing started.
	There you go. There's one of them burning.
	You cannot put out those electric car fires.
	Same thing happened with Richard Hammond.
	Fortunately, even though he broke his knee, he was able to get out.
	And that thing burned for a day.
	And that's what happens.
	So you want to take one of these Teslas, you want to hack them, run them at full speed into something, you're going to burn that thing down, they point out.
	The power grid in L.A. is brought down in this hypothetical case of a 12,000 Tesla Model S sedan startup and ram into things at high speed.
	Hundreds of fires rage.
	America is under attack. This might sound like science fiction, but it's not.
	And just this last week, we had the Pentagon come out and say, you know, if we have a cyber attack, I think we should be able to nuke people with that.
	Who are you going to nuke? Who are you going to nuke?
	Are you going to nuke the World Wide Web?
	They point out, with cybersecurity, the first thing to understand is that the internet is ungovernable because locality is irrelevant and identity is shroudable.
	And take a look at Vault 7 and what that was all about from WikiLeaks.
	The second thing they said to recognize about cybersecurity attack is that an attack is easier than defense.
	So maybe what we want to do is instead of saying, if we're going to be attacked, we're going to nuke somebody.
	We're going to nuke the usual suspects.
	Instead of doing that, why don't we do kind of the war games approach?
	Remember that old movie with Matthew Broderick when he was still a teenager?
	Let's just decide that we're not going to play the game.
	That's the only way to win, right?
	And so instead of continuing to put our infrastructure and even our voting machines under the control of things that we know cannot be controlled, things that we know are easily messed with, why don't we say that some things are so important that only humans should be able to do them?
	Like voting. So let's go back to paper ballots.
	Let's go back. Let's keep our human driving cars instead of, let's call them HTCs.
	How's that? We can call them HTCs, human driven cars, instead of the RCs, robot cars, or actually remote control.
	Actually, that also works because it is going to be controlled by somebody and it will be capable of being remotely controlled.
	And they point out, over the past 20 years, a multitude of everyday devices have become computers.
	Refrigerators are now computers and so forth and so on.
	The Internet of Things. Remember when we talked about David Petraeus saying, you know, your refrigerator is going to be listening to you.
	Uh-huh. Yeah. And there are other things that they can do with this stuff.
	But now we have cars that are computers.
	And as I point out in this... Both your phone and your car are computers.
	And if you look at the Consumer Electronics Show, the biggest consumer electronics device they had there was a car.
	Everybody, even the major car manufacturers like Toyota and General Motors, they want to present the car to you as a busy box, as a giant iPhone, that instead of sticking the iPhone in your pocket, you get in the pocket of the iPhone, and it moves you around.
	But then that creates a very dangerous situation.
	And they go back and talk about 2015 where they demonstrated at the hacking conventions, the Jeep getting hacked.
	Look, I talked about Michael Hastings as soon as that happened.
	I believe there was an internal bomb in that car because it was burning from the back end.
	It was a gasoline engine car.
	It hit a tree.
	I don't think that caused the fire because there wasn't that much damage to the front.
	There was a lot of fire.
	And the engine was sent down the road.
	You don't hit a tree and have the engine eject it at a right angle and fly down the road.
	That could happen with a bomb.
	And it was going at an incredibly high speed.
	I always believed that it was a cyber hack.
	Combined with a bomb.
	And you just wait until they create bombs with all these automated cars.

	We're happy to have him here in the studio.
	We've talked to him many times.
	He writes many articles that we've carried here at InfoWars.

	And so many of his articles have been here over the years.
	This year, he has decided to run for Congress, and so we're going to ask him, why?
	Why? Why would you do that, Michael?
	But there are some good reasons.
	I mean, we need good people in Washington.

	So let's talk about how that's going, Michael.
	How's the campaign going, and why are you here in Texas?
	It's going really well, David.
	And we're down here in Texas.
	We're meeting with donors.
	We're meeting people who are fired up about the campaign.
	Because literally, David, you know, right now you can look across the landscape across the country, and 90% of the races for the House or the Senate, we already know pretty much who's going to win.
	I mean, people can put tons of money, work real hard, but we pretty much know who's going to win 90% of the races.
	Now, here in Idaho, in my district, we've got a unique situation because, first of all, we don't have an incumbent because Raul Labrador has the seat right now, but he's moving on to run for governor.
	And so there's six people running to replace them.
	And usually by now, a real front runner would have emerged.
	That's not the case in this race.
	In fact, we just got the latest numbers.
	It's super close right now.
	The numbers tell us about two-thirds of all the voters don't know who they're going to vote for yet.
	And the primary is just four months away.
	Wow. What the numbers are telling us is that every single candidate in this race is below 15% name recognition, which is unheard of.
	This is probably the most wide-open race for Congress I've ever seen in my entire life.
	Oh, that's good news. Yeah, which the good news is if we get our InfoWarriors fired up, if we get our Army going, and we're making progress every day, but we can win this thing.
	If we get the 30% name recognition, we win, period.
	And so we need everyone to get on board.
	We need more volunteers. We need people to get involved in the campaign.
	Because if we come together, we can win this thing.
	So this is one of the few seats around the nation where there's no clear frontrunner, completely wide open.
	And you know what? If we win this primary, David, in May, May 15th, if we win that primary, because we're one of the most conservative and Republican districts in the entire country, we will win the general election.
	So if I win on May 15th, I'm the next member of Congress from Idaho's first congressional district.
	Wow, that's great news. And we know how much difference one person can make.
	Let's take a look at people like Jim Jordan or Trey Gowdy or Mark Meadows or Rand Paul.
	I mean, when you get somebody there who has strong principles, who will stand for freedom, people never hear anybody standing for freedom, except for Rand Paul, essentially.
	So if we get somebody there that will stand for freedom, as I know you do, you're focused on individual liberty, that is a very, very powerful thing to have one individual there in Congress.
	Oh, it very much is. You know, a single member of Congress can launch their own investigations, can expose things.
	If we go to Washington, so many of the things we talk about on this show that I've talked about in my articles, we want to expose, we want to shine light on.
	And of course, one of the most important things I want to work on is, you know, if you pull out a dollar bill, you pull out a dollar bill, you look right at the top, what does it say?
	It says Federal Reserve Note.
	Now, you know, I come from the Ron Paul tradition.
	You know, 2008, 2012, Ron Paul fired up people all over the country, fired me up.
	You know, got me passionate about politics again.
	And one of the things, one of the most important things I want to do is I want to address the Federal Reserve.
	You know, and some people out there are saying, well, let's audit the Federal Reserve.
	I want to shut down the Federal Reserve.
	We've had more than 100 years of this institution.
	It's time for it to end because it's at the very heart...
	Of our long-term economic financial problems.
	If we don't deal with the Federal Reserve, all we're doing is addressing the symptoms.
	Because the Federal Reserve is at the very heart of our debt-based system.
	Because people don't understand, when money is created in our system, a lot of people envision kind of the government just printing up money whenever it wants to create more money.
	That's not how it works. How our system works is when the government actually doesn't create money, it's the Federal Reserve that creates the money.
	And then gives it to the government in exchange for U.S. Treasury bonds, which have to be repaid with interest.
	So actually more debt is created than money is created in that process.
	And so the government is borrowing money.
	And then the theory is, well, we'll just rotate this money around the economy really quick and tax it at a high enough rate that we can repay the debt and fund the government.
	Of course, that never actually happens.
	And so then the government has to go back to the Fed and say, hey, we want more money.
	And the cycle continues.
	And it's a perpetual debt creation machine.
	And it's actually working very well for what it was designed to do.
	For the private individuals who run that.
	Exactly. Yeah, because it was designed to create debt.
	So since 1913, the size of our national debt has gotten more than 6,000 times larger because that's what the Federal Reserve was designed to do.
	So if we ever want to address our national debt, Our exploding debt bubble, the things that are at the root cause of our economic and financial problems, we've got to abolish this very twisted and sick Federal Reserve System.
	So they're in control of our debt.
	They continue to increase our debt.
	And they're the ones who get to make those decisions, and they're private.
	And then I think it's also interesting to take a look at who's in this.
	Look at the New York Fed.
	That's the key part of the system there, that private system.
	When we were talking about what was going on out west, we looked at Hamdi Ulukaya, who has Chobani yogurt.
	He is a foreign citizen who came here.
	We can't get a response from him as to whether or not he has become an American citizen.
	But he's sitting on the New York Fed.
	He's deciding how much debt we're going to have.
	He's deciding whether they're going to print more money or not.
	And look at how much... Value has been taken out of the American dollar over the last 104 years.
	They've taken out more than 99% of its purchasing power.
	So we don't have any place to store our wealth.
	They want to complain about the bubble of cryptocurrency or the volatility of that.
	They've gotten away with this.
	Because they have massive bubbles that they create and then burst and then blame it on other people.
	You see substitute systems that they can manipulate like cryptocurrency to make them look volatile.
	But that is something that has gone to zero.
	But it's done it very slowly without noticing the volatility like they do on stocks or on cryptos or whatever.
	But they certainly have taken it to zero over the last hundred years pretty much.
	Yeah, and if you go back before 1913 and look at inflation, we never had a persistent ongoing problem with inflation before 1913.
	But now, like you said, the value of our dollar has gone down something like 99%.
	We need to look because between 1872 and 1913, there was no central bank.
	There was no income tax, which we can talk about in a moment.
	And was it a disaster?
	No, it was the greatest period of economic growth in U.S. history.
	We can do it again, but we need to educate people.
	We need to stand strong like Ron Paul and say, no, we're not just going to audit the Fed.
	We're just not going to reform the Fed.
	We're going to abolish it.
	We're going to get rid of it forever because it's at the heart of so many of our problems.
	That's right. And just the fact that you've got a private cabal of people who can decide whether they're going to pump the economy or whether they're going to starve the economy.
	And at the time they were talking about enacting it, you had Lindbergh's, Charles Lindbergh's father, who was a senator, said, look, this is a license to steal.
	These people can, they know what's going to happen with the economy ahead of time, just as people in Congress were doing insider trading.
	But they said, that's okay. We've made, we've exempted ourselves from insider trading.
	But the Fed is the ultimate in insider trading.
	Oh, it absolutely is.
	And you know what? It's no coincidence that an income tax was instituted the exact same year the Fed was instituted.
	So another thing that I want to do, and actually let me pull out my brochure so people can see how serious I am, because I don't know if people can see this here, but I've got abolish the Federal Reserve and abolish the income tax right in my campaign brochure.
	Good for you. Good for you.
	You know, that's something that we've actually had some Republican candidates talk about, but they're not serious about it.
	It used to be that it was only third-party candidates who were talking about it.
	We need to get people who not only talk about it now, but who will actually work on it when they get to Congress.

	And as he was telling us in the first segment, this is a wide-open seat.
	The incumbent is moving on for another office, going for governor, I think you said.
	Right. And there's not anybody there with any name recognition, so everything is pretty even.
	It is a heavily Republican district, so the winner of this primary is very likely going to be the winner of the final election.
	And the primary is coming up in just four months.
	So this is the key thing. People need to look at the primaries in their area, because that's where you can get a good candidate in, so you're not having to vote for the lesser of two evils.
	So it looks like we've got a big opportunity here to get somebody like Michael Snyder We've had three quarters of
	something that the Republicans have wanted to do for a very long time, which is to have private We're good to go.
	And the worst part about it is that these private tax collectors are going for the easy, low-hanging fruit, and that's the people who don't have a lot of money.
	They're going after people who are at or below the median income, many people who are heavily dependent on Social Security because they know they're not going to go out and hire lawyers to fight this.
	They don't have the money to do that.
	So they can really harass these people.
	I mean, what do we do to try to – I know the answer is to ultimately get rid of the income tax.
	But there are so many ways that the federal government comes after people through the bureaucracy and ignores the Bill of Rights.
	Oh, it's absolutely true.
	You know, our freedoms are under assault from every direction today, just like you mentioned with going after people to collect their income tax.
	And at the end of the day, we need people that are serious about individual liberties and freedoms in government.
	And it's not just, you know, coming after people for income taxes, but all around us.
	We've got the NSA, we've got the Big Brother surveillance grid becoming more intrusive, collecting metadata, monitoring our phone calls, monitoring our Internet activity, spying on us.
	And our current congressman just said, that's okay.
	Let's go for it. And then in the Senate, even though Rand Paul was going to, with some other people, going to filibuster it, more than 60 of the senators shut down that filibuster.
	They didn't even want to talk about the Constitution.
	I know. It's so infuriating.
	It's Republicans and Democrats.
	And that's why, in my campaign, I'm proposing that we should shut down the NSA. We're good to go.
	You know, this is our opportunity, David.
	Right now is our opportunity. The Trump presidency is our opportunity to take our government back.
	Because if we fail now, and then they get Trump out, well, they're going to work, the elite are going to work as hard as they can to make sure another Trump never happens again, and they'll crack down on us more than ever.
	Oh, absolutely. We've got to get a broader base than just one individual.
	Yeah. Because as I said before, look, if President Trump gets re-elected and is healthy and stays there, he's only got another seven years.
	Then what do we do? Do we just go back to the Jeb Bushes and the Lindsey Grahams and the Hillary Clintons of this world?
	I mean, they will take this back and undo everything that President Trump has done in no time at all.
	We saw that happen with Ronald Reagan.
	And George H.W. Bush, I mean, the biggest achievement, in my opinion, that Ronald Reagan had, and he did a lot of things that I disagreed with, but the thing that he did that was right was the big tax cut.
	Immediately, George H.W. Bush undid that, undid that legacy.
	Oh, it's very true. And they'll want to do it.
	And right now, they're trying to block so much of the Make America Great Again agenda.
	Trump's been trying to do whatever he can on his own.
	You know, he stood next to that giant pile of papers and said, look at all these regulations we've gotten rid of, which is a great thing.
	But in terms of getting through things through Congress, he got the tax reform bill, which was a few minor steps in the right direction.
	But beyond that... He really hasn't been able to get too much through Congress because we got, you know, the Democrats, of course, are against him, but we got the establishment Republicans, the rhinos against him.
	That's why one of my campaign slogans is every rhino has got to go.
	We've got to identify them.
	We've got to get them out.
	We've got to say no more, no more rhinos in Congress because, you know what, we want to build the wall.
	And right now, you know, the government shutdown is coming up.
	And the Democrats are saying, give us everything we want, or we're going to let the government shut down.
	And this time around, they're saying, give us everything we want for the budget, but also we want DACA, but we're not going to give you the wall.
	They're setting the agenda.
	Yeah, they are. They're making the demands.
	They're in the minority, but they're making the demands as to what they want to do.
	And they're shaming the Republicans who are out there.
	And cannot say, look, we've brought people in, people have come here without our permission, criminally trespassing, foreign citizens, the Mexican embassy and the consulates are helping them to evade our laws, and we have given them a free education and we can't say, that's enough, go home.
	We have to feel guilty about that.
	I don't feel guilty about that. I've told them, just go home, you don't even have to say thank you for the free education, just go home.
	Right. And Trump was actually being extremely generous, I thought, when he said, okay, we can do something on DACA, but we want money to fund a portion of the wall.
	Now, if I had been in his position, I would have been greedy.
	I said, hey, if you want DACA, I want the whole wall.
	I want the wall that I promised the American people.
	But right now in these budget negotiations that are moving forward, I mean, the wall's not even on the table.
	You know, defunding Planned Parenthood's not even on the table.
	But essentially, you know, the Democrats are saying, we want everything that we want, and we want DACA, too.
	We're not going to give you the wall. We're not going to give you anything, maybe a few extra billion dollars for the military.
	But what they've seen is, time after time before, the spineless Republicans that won't stand up, they're jellyfish, they cave in every single time.
	So the Democrats are spoiled children at this point, and they say, well, you know, every other time we've gotten our way, so why not again this time?
	We'll just wait We're good to go.
	Massive compromisers. But we need someone who's going to stand up for our principles who won't bow down before the Democrats when we have the majority.
	So, you know, it infuriates me.
	Just as a normal voter citizen, this has infuriated me for years.
	Watching what's going on in D.C., watching, you know, these people that come around election season and they'll say, I'm pro-gun.
	I'm pro-life. I'm conservative.
	I believe in liberty. I want to get rid of Obamacare.
	Yeah, I want to get rid of Obamacare like John McCain did.
	Then they go to Washington or they go to our state houses and they betray us over and over and over again.
	Enough! Enough!
	It's time to get pro-Trump people in there, people that love liberty and freedom.
	I'm not ashamed to say I'm 100% pro-Trump.
	I'm the pro-Trump candidate in Idaho's first congressional district.
	We're putting it on our literature.
	We're putting it everywhere on our signs because we want people to know we stand with the president.
	In fact, I was talking with my campaign manager who's here with me today the other day, and we were talking, you know, who's Donald Trump's best friend in Congress?
	And you know, we couldn't come up with a name that was, you know, really out front.
	And so I said, well, if no one else wants that mantle, I'll take it.
	If I go to Washington, I want to be Donald Trump's best friend in Congress and implement the Make America Great Again agenda.
	He needs a friend in Washington.
	You know, they used to say, if you want a friend in Washington, get a dog.
	He doesn't have a dog. He desperately needs a best friend.
	He needs Michael Snyder there.
	Let's talk about what's going on with the conflict back and forth with Jeff Sessions and the states.
	You know under the Constitution, the Tenth Amendment says if you don't specifically have enumerated powers, you don't have that power.
	The states reserve that power.
	They're talking about states' rights. No, individuals have rights.
	States have powers. So now we've got, I just talked yesterday to Michael Meharry from the Tenth Amendment Center.
	We're talking about the fact that right now what we're looking at is nullification.
	We've got states out here saying, we don't really care what the unconstitutional federal law is on marijuana.
	We've had referendum, and even after Sessions came out and said we're going to shut this down, they had Vermont and New Hampshire legislatures say, no, we're going to legalize it.
	Not even just for medical use, we're going to just legalize it.
	So regardless of what people think...
	About the use of marijuana.

	Regardless of what people think about the use of marijuana, we have to put the Constitution first.
	They did that with the 18th Amendment.

	We're talking to Michael Snyder, who's here in studio with us.
	He's running for Congress in Idaho.
	MichaelSnyder for Congress.com.
	And as I've mentioned before, frequent writer and contributor here at InfoWars over the years.
	He understands economics, free market economics, and individual liberty.
	And that's why it's so important to have Michael Snyder there.
	And of course, he is a supporter of President Trump.
	And as we said in the last segment, President Trump has got another seven years max.
	And what do we do at that point if we don't have a base that we build upon there?
	And people have to wake up right now because the important time is the primaries.
	And the primaries are not that far away.
	If you don't pay attention until the general election, it's too late at that point.
	Now you've got lesser of two evils to vote for.
	So now is the time to wake up.
	It's a good thing to have you here, Michael, because it's going to wake up people not only to your race, but to the fact that they need to get involved at the primaries that are coming up in just a few months.
	It happened in the spring pretty much everywhere.
	And so there's not much time left.
	If people are asleep through this, they're not going to have a choice once we get to that point.
	But we were talking about marijuana.
	We brought that up and the fact that we now have a state nullification issue.
	And that is a very constitutional thing.
	Because if we don't have, if we don't recognize the powers of the states under the 10th Amendment, then you put yourself in a difficult position where you're either going to have all the power Move to the center as we've seen.
	That's been the trend for quite some time now.
	And the other trend that we're now starting to see, the other extreme, is that you're going to have states breaking off.
	States breaking up, as we see with California.
	New California, the first people I talked to when I started the program was Yes, California.
	A bunch of liberal people who wanted all of California to secede.
	A lot of conservatives would leave comments and say, but wait a minute, we're conservative.
	We want to stay in the United States.
	And so now they're grouping together.
	And want to create new California.
	They want to secede from California, but they want to stay in the United States.
	They want to be the 51st state.
	Or let them go their own way and be the 50th state or whatever.
	So those are the two extremes.
	We're either going to see secession, possibly rebellion, or we're going to see a tyrannical central government if we don't have nullification.
	This is a very important issue, and I think it's probably important for the people in Idaho as well.
	Oh, it very much is.
	And yeah, as you said, nullification is kind of a middle road.
	But, you know, marijuana is such a hot-button issue in Idaho because states all over the West are going in the route of legalization.
	And people in Idaho, everywhere I go, we're just hearing people want medical marijuana legalized in Idaho.
	Okay. And ultimately, what I like to see is medical marijuana legalized in all 50 states.
	Now, this is a state issue.
	Jeff Sessions is saying, hey, we might come in, we might ignore what the states are doing with our federal approach, but that's not constitutional.
	Criminal law is supposed to be for the states, and governing marijuana should be for the states.
	So if a state wants to legalize it, that's the decision that should be left up to the states, according to the 10th Amendment.
	So in Idaho, people are realizing, and we were even talking during the break, there's not just adults, but children, children that are having seizures because of the vaccines.
	And by the way, I'm going to fight the vaccine industry like nobody you've ever seen before when I go to Congress.
	But children are having seizures because they took vaccines and they're having brain injuries and they're having seizures and everything else.
	But you know what? For some parents, as you mentioned during the break, the only thing that will help some of these children is medical marijuana.
	That's right. And one of our most conservative state representatives here, David Simpson out of Longview, great guy.
	I've interviewed him several times.
	Out of compassion, he stood up and almost got the TSA shutdown here in Texas, if you remember that.
	They passed it in the House unanimously.
	That was his bill. And then he looked at some people in his jurisdiction, and their children had brain injuries, and they had uncontrollable seizures, and none of the pharmaceutical medicines were working.
	And they said, I can't afford to go to California.
	I know somebody whose child is like this, not California, but Colorado at the time.
	They went to Colorado. They were able to do that.
	But I can't afford it. I don't want to go to jail for doing this.
	And so they got a compassionate exemption here in Texas where they don't even recognize medical marijuana.
	Look, we should never criminalize medicine, should we?
	No, no. Should we have permission of the federal government as to what medicines we use?
	Exactly. And if a doctor thinks that it's going to help a patient, wants to prescribe this, and it's going to help somebody, why are we standing in the way?
	I was recently talking to someone south of Sandpoint, Idaho, a small business owner.
	He's kind of a young guy, and he was telling me how much medical marijuana helped him with the pain that he was going through.
	And the Doctors had tried other things and they hadn't worked.
	But he said, man, Michael, you know, I need this because it's the only thing that helps me with my pain.
	And so, you know, and that's why this is so important, guys.
	In Idaho, you know, I'm the candidate that's promoting medical marijuana.
	It's time to legalize it while my main opponents, you know, if I don't win this, one of the rhino scumbags that I'm running against, one is a big-time lawyer, one is a That's right.
	That's right.
	They're not promoting medical marijuana or abolishing the Fed or any of the things I'm talking about.
	That's a good point. You know, you're talking about this.
	This really should be of national concern, people.
	Your candidacy. I used to tell people all the time, even though I was living in North Carolina, I said, my congressman is Ron Paul.
	Yes. Because he's the only one that I'm close to agreeing with, and I agree with him on almost every issue.
	And so I would say he's my congressman, and I would support him.
	And that's why people need to support, if they can get somebody in Congress that supports liberty and individual liberty and freedom, they need to stand up for that on a national basis.
	Yeah, so if you want to move the medical marijuana movement forward, well, get on board with my campaign.
	Because at the end of the day, we need people in Congress.
	We need to look at it from the perspective of how can we advance our cause?
	And what seats can we realistically win?
	And as I mentioned at the top of the show, more than 90 percent of the seats, we already know Republican or Democrat who's going to win those seats.
	But we should focus on the issue, the seats that are winnable.
	And our seat there in Idaho, winnable, completely wide open, four months to go.
	Two thirds of the voters are undecided.
	All the candidates are complete, completely bunched together.
	If we get to 30 percent name recognition, we win.
	We need people's help.
	We need people to donate.
	We need people to get involved on social media.
	We need volunteers.
	We need the Info Wars Army to help us to get the next generation of Ron Pauls, to get the pro-Trump candidates in there because we can do this, but we need everybody.
	I can't do it by myself.
	You know, it's a good point. I talked about the fact, even though I lived in North Carolina, that Ron Paul was my congressman.
	Because where I lived in North Carolina, it was a very liberal district.
	They go in and they gerrymandered it for this guy who had been there forever.
	His name was David Price. There's absolutely no way David Price is going to ever lose.
	And they could run a Republican against him or not run a Republican.
	It didn't matter. And they could have a good or a bad Republican.
	It didn't matter. But if you find somebody that is successful, has a good chance, like you do in this race, where there isn't somebody leading the pack, It's an even playing field right now.
	If you find somebody that's going to support what you believe in, that is a very powerful thing to have a representative who supports you.
	They don't have to be geographically from your area.
	And they may not be because of the way that everything is set up.
	This may not ever be possible.
	Yeah, and people need to realize we've got unbelievable momentum right now.
	We were just endorsed.
	I was just in his office just a couple days ago.
	State Senator Dan Foreman, one of the leading conservative voices in the entire state of Idaho, he's endorsing us.
	In fact, we're going to have a ceremony, a press conference on the steps of the state capitol the week after I get back, endorsed our campaign.
	We've got Idahoans for Liberty.
	They're Ron Paul. They're all the way...
	They just fully came on board with our campaign, backing us like crazy.
	The other campaigns are freaking out because they're a force to be reckoned with.
	We've got so much momentum.
	Our numbers are going up while the other candidates are kind of leveling off or going down a little bit.
	So we're getting up to the point where we're about to take off.
	And so we can win this thing, but boy, we need a lot of help.
	And there's only four months left.
	That may sound like a long time to you guys, but in the political world, that goes by super fast.
	Yeah, that's going to go really quickly.
	Well, you know, I think the key thing, you know, when you look at this, We can talk about marijuana legalization.
	We can talk about nullification. I think it's important to legalize the government.
	Let's get the government downsized to the size of the Constitution and let's get it to do things the legal way.
	And one of the other things that's tied to this nullification issue and Sessions is his passion for civil asset forfeiture.
	And I've never understood. That's something that came in with Reagan.
	I've never understood how Republicans could sanction the theft of major pieces of property without even charging somebody with a crime, let alone finding them guilty.
	Why aren't Republicans concerned about that?
	Because they, of all people, should understand that you're not going to have any individual liberty or freedom if you don't have the right to own property and the right to due process on that property.
	Yeah, it drives me bonkers.
	It's legalized theft.
	It's got to end.
	It should be abolished in all 50 states, and it's unconstitutional.
	And we could talk about hundreds of these issues, David, because our government is off the rails.
	It's out of control. Yeah, we've got Trump in the White House, but we've got to take our government back.
	Or this kind of tyranny is going to get worse and worse and worse.
	And so we've got to do something.
	We need people to understand it's time to do something.
	And we've got to restore the rule of law.
	We've got to restore the rule.
	And you know what? Restoring the rule of law, a great place to start, is with Hillary Clinton.
	Hillary Clinton has got to go to prison.
	And I'm not talking about nice prison.
	I'm talking about hardcore federal prison.
	Put her in an orange jumpsuit for the rest of her life.
	And they can carry her in there if she's unable to walk, as we saw on 9-11.

	We're going to have as our guest coming up in this hour, Stacey Washington will be joining us in a couple of segments.
	A couple of segments from now.
	Let's go back to what is happening with DACA. Now, you know, this was not a law.
	This was not an executive order.
	This was a memo that was put out by the Attorney General under Barack Obama.
	And it was deferred action for childhood arrivals.
	That's what it stood for.
	But now what it really stands for, folks, is deferred amnesty.
	Because the Democrats are determined that they're going to get amnesty one way or the other.
	They are dictating the terms.
	You just heard Michael Snyder, who's running for Congress in Idaho, as he's pointing out, why do we have the Democrats dictating the terms?
	Why are they telling us what they will and will not do?
	Making demands on people.
	They lost. As a matter of fact, the Democrats have lost over a thousand seats under Barack Obama.
	Their party is collapsing because of the identity politics that they engage in.
	And let's understand that everything about DACA is identity politics.
	It's identity politics with Hispanics.
	They need the new voters because they've lost people who have been here for one or two generations, legally or illegally.
	They lose those voters.
	They tried to come up with a fake narrative with the Chahole remark that was put out there by Dick Durbin, who's been Called out as a liar by the Obama administration for things that he said were said during a private meeting.
	And the Obama administration said, no, what Dick Durbin said is not true.
	So this guy has now floated this narrative, which is being used, again, guess what?
	As an identity politics narrative.
	Throwing in racism.
	Playing the race card.
	And that's all they've got going.
	And so that's what they're trying to do.
	They're trying to make demands on Republicans saying we're not going to reauthorize the spending.
	Now they have come up with a continuing resolution that would give them another month, give them up to February the 16th to push amnesty for these people.
	And let's understand that's what this is.
	That's why I oppose giving one single inch to these people.
	This was something that was done by Barack Obama just a couple of years ago.
	This is not old. This is about five years old.
	He did it in 2012. And they tried to extend it in 2014.
	They were able to stop that.
	But it doesn't even rise to the level of an executive order.
	It is not a law. It is to say, we are going to not enforce the laws for a while.
	And if you think...
	That by coming up with something and saying, well, it's not amnesty, we're just going to let these people stay here for a while, but then we're going to get rid of, or we're going to minimize chain immigration, because now what they're saying is they're not even going to get rid of chain immigration.
	They're just going to limit it to the immediate family.
	That is not acceptable.
	Let's play what Mitch McConnell is saying.
	He claims that he's not aware of what President Trump and the voters really want in this.
	We just had an election, but he doesn't really understand what happened in that election, says Mitch McConnell.
	Here's what he had to say. Looking for something that President Trump supports, and he's not yet indicated what measure he's willing to sign.
	As soon as we figure out what he is for, then I would be convinced that we're not just spinning our wheels going to this issue on the floor, but actually dealing with a bill that has a chance to become law and therefore solve the problem.
	Exhibit A as to why we need people like Michael Snyder in Congress.
	Because we have people like Mitch McConnell there.
	Pretends he doesn't know there was an election.
	Pretends he doesn't know that immigration was the number one issue for the American voters who voted for President Trump and made him president.
	That the wall was a big issue.
	That we don't want to see people thumb their nose at the rule of law, come here as foreign citizens, remain here illegally, and then demand...
	That they be given benefits, that they be made citizens.
	Let me tell you something. If they just let them stay here and say, well, we're not going to let them vote, you know how long that's going to last, right?
	There's just one election or two away from having them made citizens.
	We can't have these poor people here and not let them vote.
	And we can't have them here and not let their families come here.

	I'm David Knight, and we're going to have Stacey Washington join us in the next segment.
	I was just talking about immigration, about DACA. We had a clip from Mitch McConnell said, well, I'm not really sure what President Trump wants.
	I'm kind of waiting for him to tell me exactly what it is that he wants.
	Well, let me tell you what he wants.
	It's not what the Gang of Eight or the Gang of Six or the Gang of Ten want.
	They went from eight down to six.
	Now they've gone back up to ten.
	They say they've got the number of votes in the Senate.
	If only they can persuade Mitch McConnell to bring it to the floor.
	They say they can ram their agenda down our throats.
	They don't care what President Trump wants.
	They don't care what the American voters who elected him want.
	It was very clear. It was the principal issue.
	And yesterday, as we had John Kelly, Trump's chief of staff, former Marine general who became Department of Homeland chief, and now he is chief of the White House staff, he went to Capitol Hill to talk to them about immigration.
	And the pro-open borders Hispanic caucus, the Hispanic caucus, implored him and the Trump administration to stop using the term chain migration.
	Which is a real term. Because, you know, we can't separate families.
	You know, the families brought the kids here.
	They all came illegally. They were brought here against their will.
	Now they're grown up. They've had a free education, but they can't go back home.
	And we can't send the parents home and leave the kids here, even though they're grown up and educated and we paid for their education.
	No, no, no. We've got to have chain migration.
	And they said, you know, you've got newly naturalized citizens who are free to bring people in all the time, bring in their families and so forth.
	Well, these are people who went through the legal process.
	They respected our country and our laws.
	And we get to choose how many people get to come in through that legal process.
	If you have open borders, you're bringing in people who don't care what our laws are.
	That's not a good way to start a relationship, is it?
	Not a good way at all. And they're going to come in in uncontrollable numbers, and that's called an invasion.
	Marco Rubio used to be part of the Gang of Eight, but he has now gotten the message, unlike Mitch McConnell.
	He understands what is going on, and he has backed off because he wants to have a political future.
	And this is what Marco Rubio had to say.
	I believe we do have to build a wall and improve our overall security, like at airports, with entry, exit.
	I believe we should end the diversity lottery.
	I've been saying that for about five years.
	I believe that we should move toward a merit-based system of immigration.
	I believe that we should figure out a way, like the president has, to deal with people that find themselves, or many of the people that find themselves now under a DACA designation.
	And I think the big debate has been, how do you put all that together?
	And the way I view it is, the president's number one priority is border security.
	The Democrats are insisting on DACA. And so in order to get it passed under this sort of framework that we're in now, each side is going to have to get something.
	But what else gets in there is what the debate has been about.
	And so I support ending the diversity lottery.
	I think we should admit people to the United States based on what they're going to contribute to the United States.
	And that's why I've long called for a merit-based system of immigration, irrespective of what country you're coming from.
	It shouldn't be country-based, it should be person-based.
	Okay, so there he is basically talking about the same talking points that we've heard from President Trump in the sense that he said it should not be country-based, it should be individual-based.
	And he actually said this in the interview, I believe we should find a way, like the President asked, I believe we should find a way to like the President asking others.
	I'm with Trump. He's with Trump on this issue.
	He knows that it is going to be the third rail.
	It's going to be like being a Democrat and going after Social Security if he wants to run as a Republican and wants to have open borders.
	So Marco Rubio finally got the message on this.
	The one thing I would disagree with him on, and I disagree with many Republicans who are saying this, well, we've got to find a way for both sides to get something out of this.
	I don't think you let somebody come in and criminally violate the law and say, well, now since we've done this, now you've got to negotiate with me to get me out of your house.
	Remember I've mentioned before the mayor of a Florida city who was supporting Trump in the early days, and he was Hispanic and his wife was Hispanic, and she said to him, what are you doing?
	He wants to throw our people out.
	He goes, no, he doesn't.
	He wants to throw out the people who are here illegally.
	He says somebody moves into your home, a stranger, comes into your home and will not leave.
	What are you going to do?
	You're going to call the police and have them thrown out.
	But the way they want to operate with this is they want to say, well, they're here illegally, so now we've got to find a way that he can win, and we've got to negotiate this with him.
	No, you throw them out.
	Now, let's give you an example of what is really going on with our open border policies here.
	Zero Hedge reports, and this is coming from a Department of Homeland Security report.
	Three out of four terrorism offenders since 9-11 were foreign born.
	Of the 549 people convicted of international terrorism-related charges between September 11, 2001 and the end of last year, 73% were foreign born.
	Homeland Security Secretary Nielsen said the U.S. needs to improve its immigration vetting process.
	Well, that means, as President Trump was pointing out, we need to stop people from coming in in certain countries.
	Because in certain countries, we have absolutely no way to vet who they are.
	We don't know what their name is.
	We don't know what their age is.
	We don't know what their criminal or political background is.
	We don't know if they're affiliated with terrorist organizations.
	We don't know if they're drug cartel members because we don't know anything about them.
	And we don't need to let people in from those countries, many of whom we are conducting military operations in.
	And maybe we shouldn't be conducting those military operations.
	Maybe we created that problem.
	Nevertheless, if they're dangerous enough that the Democrats are going to give Obama a pass to go to war with these people, then they want to say, but bring them in here.
	We understand what that's about.
	We understand that the end goal of regime change in most of these countries is to create chaos, to create enemies who hate us, and then to import them so that we have an internal fifth column to fight us in this country.
	So, yeah, no surprise there.
	Here's another one. Dreamer age illegals have crime rates that are double what young Americans have.
	And as I point out, we know statistically that younger people commit crimes at a higher rate than older people do.
	It's just a fact of life across every demographic.
	White, black, Hispanic, it doesn't matter.
	But if you look at kids who are already here, Americans who are born here and legal immigrants, and you compare them To these others, you find a higher rate.
	The report punctures claims, reports Breitbart, by pro-amnesty advocates that young dreamer illegals are vital to U.S. industry and civic life.
	It indicates that any amnesty will ensure that many more crimes, including murder and rape, will be inflicted against Americans and legal immigrants, including Hispanics and blacks.
	And what they're saying is, is that even when you adjust for the age, you're seeing that dreamer age illegals, the illegals, are committing crime at a rate double that of young Americans and legal immigrants.
	In Arizona, dreamers make up 8% of the state's prison population.
	That's one of the reasons why Sheriff Arpaio running for Senate to take the place of Flake is really shaking things up in that state.
	They understand what's going on.
	Arizona's Dreamers make up 8% of the state's prison population.
	Illegal immigrants aged 18 to 35.
	The Dreamers.
	The Dreamers who have a dream.
	A group immigration activists called Dreamers are about 2% of the Arizona population, but they are 8% of the prison population.
	Even after adjusting for the fact that young people commit crime at a higher rate, they're seeing that they committed at the rate of twice the other people, as the other article pointed out as well.
	DHS is now planning, they said.
	They let this drop as the new Homeland Security Secretary Nielsen went to Capitol Hill and was talking to, She kind of let it drop that they're looking at perhaps arresting sanctuary city leaders.
	They kept pushing her.
	All they were interested in, they weren't interested in a solution.
	All they wanted to do was, did Trump use that S word in the meeting?
	I've got to know. Did Trump use that?
	That was, they just continually asked that question.
	She said, I don't really remember the specific words that he said.
	She said, I was struck with, quite frankly, the general profanity that was used in the room by almost everyone.
	But then what she said was very important.
	She confirmed, and this was on Tuesday, that her department has asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.
	Yeah.

	As the Washington Times pointed out, the current director of ICE, Homan, said he wanted to see local officials charged as complicit in human smuggling if they do this type of thing.
	We've seen this here in Austin, and we've had this fight with the Texas governor versus the Austin sheriff here in Texas.

	What do you think about what's going on?
	I've seen the race card played by everybody from Dick Durbin to Cory Booker and all these different people, and yet black people are seeing their economic situation improve significantly.
	I mean, the reality is, even though the Democrats are still on this identity politics, the race card politics, the key thing here is that President Trump has put through with tax reform, and I think the real benefits of this haven't even hit.
	But I think a lot of people are realizing where this is headed already.
	I mean, they're not going to see their paychecks change until this all percolates through the withholding tables and the accountants and all that sort of thing.
	They're not going to see that happen until...
	Late February or the middle of March in some cases.
	But I think people are really seeing through these race cards now.
	I had a discussion of this yesterday when I put it up.
	I said the race card has been trumped.
	What do you think about that, Stacy?
	Well, I mean, I understand the focus and the desire for people to say blacks are doing better, but really it's all Americans.
	So the same policies that impact black people impact all Americans because blacks are Americans.
	We work jobs.
	We do all the same stuff that other Americans do.
	So really it's not an issue of whether or not President Trump set out in the beginning to do something specifically for blacks.
	It is the anticipation of the tax cuts, decreases in regulations, and the change of the guard, the changing of the administration from the Obama doctrine to the emerging Trump doctrine that has yielded the benefits in the economy, in the Dow Jones, and on Wall Street,
	on Main Street. We're good to go.
	This isn't President Trump.
	This is, you know, basically the tailwinds of the Obama administration.
	And my question is, if that's the case, why was there a record high unemployment in the black community specifically, but across the country, generally speaking, during the entire Obama administration?
	You know, there was the tepid recovery, the non-recovery recovery, as some economists termed it.
	We have a definite change in mood in the business sector with the advent of the Trump administration.
	And so, you know, credit where credit is due.
	I've been critical of the president on some of the things, but for the most part, he said I'd get tired of winning.
	I'm not quite tired yet, but I am beginning to lose my breath.
	It's getting kind of frenetic, and I'm loving it.
	I'm really happy about it.
	Yeah, as I was saying at the beginning of the show, I mean, we've had 165 companies that have been out there giving bonuses to people, regardless of their race.
	I mean, they're not saying, well, we're only going to give bonuses to white people.
	No, Walmart and Apple and all these different companies are giving it to all their employees.
	And there's so many of them, I said, it's becoming like a dog bites man story.
	You know, we're not going to get tired of winning, but we may not even be covering it here in the alternative media.
	Certainly the mainstream media goes out of their way, not to mention any connection between...
	Apple coming back and investing $350 billion, paying $38 billion in taxes and creating 20,000 jobs.
	They say, you know, I don't know why they're doing this.
	It certainly can't be Trump.
	They don't even mention Trump or the tax cuts.
	But I think that's exactly right, what you're saying.
	It was what JFK said, and he had the biggest tax cut prior to Reagan's tax cut.
	He said a rising tide lifts all boats.
	And I think when the Democrat Party continues to play this race card, then I think it was incumbent on them and a very wise move, actually, from Dick Durbin, because what they were doing by saying we're going to put foreign citizens before the interest of American citizens, We're going to bring in people here who are going to compete with Americans for jobs.
	He was then throwing out, well, I don't want to completely throw away the black community, which has been a staple of the Democrat Party.
	So let's make up some comments about what President Trump said and whether or not he used that S-word.
	We're going to say that that was about individuals and not about countries that had been destroyed.
	Okay, so here's the deal with this asshole stuff.
	So there are assholes, crap holes, we can use that, I guess.
	There are crap holes right here in this country.
	The difference is, in countries that are crap hole countries, you have nowhere else to go.
	So you can't leave your province, your prefect, your little town, whatever.
	If you leave that town, the next town over is exactly the same.
	In the United States, if you live in Los Angeles or Oakland and you hate it, you can organize your life in such a way that at some point you're able to move away from there and move to a rural area of the country, to a small town, get a job, and completely remodel your life.
	Like a Fixer Upper episode where Chip and Joanna Gaines take a dump and turn into a palace for $100,000.
	Only you don't need $100,000.
	You just need your first month's and last month's rent, transportation, and moving expenses.
	And the will to get it done, which comes from the inside.
	Because he was referring to the seeming inability of that country to govern itself in a way that doesn't produce terrorism and the constant interventions by not just the United States but other Western nations trying to help them out and how they don't yield tangible, long-lasting results.
	No one had a problem with him calling Libya an S-show in private when he was speaking with other advisors about what to do there and what American policy should be there.
	So why in the world would we ever...
	We have sat with President Trump for telling the truth.
	If Haiti is so fantastic, why did Mia Love's parents move from there to the United States to give her a better life and a chance to urban government?

	In other words, they're democratic strongholds that are there.
	And it's the policies like that that turn it into these awful areas.
	We see it here in our country.
	But as Stacey was pointing out, here in our country, at least people have the ability to move from one place to the other.
	We want to make sure that when people come into our country, that they're doing it in a controlled way, that they want to come here and hopefully they like American values and they want the things that made our country great and not just the stuff we've got.
	Hopefully we don't have a test like they do in some places like Switzerland to make sure that people really want to work, that they want to contribute, that they like the Swiss system.
	That would be a good idea.
	That would be an important immigration reform.
	But we don't even do that.
	But we can't throw out the people who come here illegally.
	And, you know, Stacey, as I was watching the theatrics on Capitol Hill, I couldn't help but be amused by what Cory Booker did.
	What did you think of that?
	Oh my gosh. Well, Cory Booker.
	So, you know, he'd been out of the news for a while, David, and I think, you know, it's a great time for him to get some attention.
	Yay, Cory Booker.
	Everyone's looking at you.
	Put your, you know, put your hands in the air and wave them around.
	If you go to my Twitter feed, someone created this awesome little gif of him.
	They put crazy fingertips on him and his hands just stay up there and the fingers go around like little windmills.
	It's crazy. I just And that's to poke a little bit of fun, but David, imagine, imagine if it was, say, I don't know, a Senator Mitt Romney yelling at Kamala Harris like that.
	Can you imagine what the left would be doing right now?
	They'd be burning Capitol Hill to the ground.
	The P-hats would be out in mass and Ashley Judd would resurrect herself out of her crypt and come out and start screaming expletives and talk about being a nasty woman.
	I mean, any kind of challenge whatsoever to democratic ideology, if the person who's answering is a woman, you get this crazed response, like, how dare you question?
	How dare you try to offend me?
	This man was yelling at her.
	I actually have a lot of respect.
	I mean, I thought she was awesome before, but for her to sit there with a stone-cold face and take that verbal abuse, she's really strong.
	I mean, I feel like if I'd been there, I might have actually gotten up and walked out, or I might have said, would you please calm down?
	I'm not your wife or your boyfriend, because, you know, all the rumors about Cory Booker.
	But I think it's important for us to really understand the double standard here.
	And she didn't deserve that.
	She's not a racist. There is no documented evidence to prove that she's a racist.
	And I want people to really, because when they hear me say that, well, Stacey's just, you know, she's just defending racists.
	No, I'm not. I wouldn't want someone to call me a bigot or to say that I'm some kind of a criminal or something like that without evidence.
	And so that's slander.
	And that is an attack on her character.
	It's unwarranted. And of course what we're talking about is the Department of Homeland Secretary Nielsen, who he was yelling and shouting at, and people who were watching the broadcast saw the faces that he's making, the hand-waving, the accusations of racism.
	I mean, it was just totally over the top theatrics.
	And she just sat there calmly and took it.
	And this is not Stacey.
	We know this is not about race.
	This is they want to make it about race because they want to make everything about race.
	But I was just talking the other day about the metaphor of what's happening with rich Chinese people who are coming here paying 40 to 80 thousand dollars.
	It just had massive raids out in California where ICE went in and busted this up because they have a website that tells people, look, you can come here and get 13 years of free schooling for your kid.
	Come here when you're pregnant.
	You can get 13 years of free schooling.
	You can get subsidized college.
	You can come live here in your retirement because they'll be citizens and you can even get your baby delivered for free or next to nothing.
	These are people who are very wealthy.
	They Pay $40,000 to $80,000 to come here and then they get subsidized childbirth at the California hospitals where they would normally charge $25,000.
	These wealthy individuals coming from China get it for $0,000 to $4,000.
	So this is not about race.
	It's about fraud. It's about being able to control our country and have a say in what happens in our home.
	Yeah, you go to a hospital and rack up a $250,000 bill or $80,000 and then try not to pay it, David.
	They have laws for that. You would get in trouble.
	So would I. So why should things be different for some Chinese, you know, wannabe immigrant or some person from south of the border or some person from Haiti or some other African nation, 57 countries on the continent of Africa?
	The point that we're making here, right, David, is not that you're scared of immigrants.
	I'm certainly not scared of immigrants.
	But I am in...
	I have a deep desire to see the rule of law respected here in this country.
	If I'm not allowed to do certain things that...
	Well, anything that breaks the law, really, I don't have the right to do that and get away with it.
	And so why is it okay for people who could possibly bring votes to the Democrats to do it?
	And David, I'll tell you why.
	Because... It's okay to legalize and give amnesty to lawbreakers like the DACA recipients.
	It's okay to give legal amnesty to their parents because those are third-worlders who are coming here with the same kinds of ideas that the Democrats are peddling unsuccessfully to Americans.
	And so the homegrown Americans don't stay Democrats long enough for them to remain in power, so they have to constantly import third-worlders who hold their views.
	That's what this is really about.
	That's all it is. And we even had the memos internally.
	Palmieri, who was Hillary Clinton's communications director, they exposed the memo and said, this is vital for the survival of the Democrat Party.
	We know we're not going to win any elections unless we bring in voters who see us as their benefactors.
	And, you know, what they're doing, that's what the Democrats want.
	On the Republican side, the establishment Republicans, they want cheap labor to compete with the Americans who are already here, to make sure our teenagers don't get entry-level jobs.
	They will bring in adults or they'll bring in other teenagers from other areas.
	So they'll drive the wages down with a competition and they will keep Americans from being able to get that work experience.
	I'll close out with this.
	I did this yesterday on the show.
	These are the chains.
	So Dick Durbin, Senator Dick Durbin says when black people like myself who drive late model cars that talk, I have a dishwasher that talks.
	You know, I have all kinds of electronics.
	I live in the suburbs.
	We have a pool.
	My husband's well-educated and works for a Fortune 500 company.
	Our children go to a private school.
	We're regular Americans. We're not special.
	I'm not at the cream of the crop.
	I'm just an average everyday black chick who shops at malls and acts like regular American things.
	He says, when I hear the word tire chains or chain migration, I instantly think of slavery.
	So I wore these chains yesterday on my show.
	And I'll tell you what... I think Durbin thinks Black people like me and others who are much more well-educated, who live in much fancier homes, who happen to be Black and are Americans, he thinks we're mental cases.
	He thinks we're incompetent and we can't take care of ourselves.
	And I got news for him. I don't know a Black person in America.
	There are 40 million of us.
	I don't know them all, but I can speak for them on this moment.
	Just for right now, when I say, David, we do not think of slavery when we hear chain migration.
	We actually know what that is.
	We know what it means to the Black community.
	And we're sick of it. I mean, it's like when they were going around everywhere and saying, well, we've got to get rid of Lynch Hall at a particular university because that makes black people think of lynching.
	Well, get rid of Loretta Lynch.
	She was Obama's attorney general.
	Her name was Lynch. I mean, that's absurd.
	But when we look at chain migration and we understand what's going on with these people coming here using the anchor baby, exploiting that legal loophole to get citizenship here, What Obama did was he created an entirely new class of anchor babies without any legislation, without even an executive order, simply with memos, and now we're told that we can't do anything about that, or we're bad people.
	Well, you know what, then let me be a bad person, David.
	You know, I'm looking around and the bad people I'm in good company with, I'm pretty happy to be here with you.
	I'm pretty happy to be here in good company as a bad person when I say we are a nation of laws, not of men.
	And we need our laws to be protected.
	And just because the first black president who was supposed to shrink the ice caps and do all other kinds of magical black things, he failed at that stuff.
	But he never failed the LGBT community and he never failed The Hispanic community, those who come here illegally, not the legal Hispanics, you know, hey to you guys, so glad you're here.
	I'm talking about the illegal ones who make everyone else look bad.
	That's right. We've got to take a quick break, and of course, that's the key issue here.

	I'm David Knight, and we're talking to Stacey Washington.

	Stacey, we were talking as we went to break about immigrants and the anchor babies.
	Let's talk a little bit about the crime, because I was just mentioning earlier in the show That dreamers, and let's just call dreamers young illegals who are here, that they, in Arizona, they are four times the general population in prison.
	So in other words, they're 2% of the general population in Arizona, but they're 8% of the population.
	That's four times representation.
	If you look across the country, They commit crimes at two times the rate of younger people.
	They adjust it for younger people because younger people do commit more crimes across every demographic.
	Black, white, Hispanic, you name it, young people are going to be committing more crimes.
	But the illegal young people, the dreamers, are committing it at two times rates of Americans and legal immigrants.
	Where my wife grew up in Long Island, 400 MS-13 gang members there right now.
	And they're committing horrific crimes against other Hispanic immigrants.
	For the most part. That's where they're kind of focusing.
	But you've got a problem where you live in St.
	Louis as well with MS-13, don't you?
	Well, yeah. So there was a study that was done about our per capita murder rate being number one in the country.
	And there are a number of factors that go into that.
	So, David, we have a city-county type of government going on here.
	We're one of the last, I think, two or three major cities in the United States who actually still utilize that form.
	Cities like Pittsburgh and other major cities have already moved away from that.
	And that's a whole other conversation.
	It's kind of a local issue.
	But the point is that there are nearly two million people in the metro area here in St.
	Louis who But only 315,000 of them are used in the calculation for what our crime rate is, and that is the city of St.
	Louis, 66 square miles.
	So that's the first thing.
	The second thing is, you really have to think about, you know, who's killing who, as you just stated, and then why.
	So the drug trade from south of the border drives these hot spots in the city of St.
	Louis, and you can actually connect drug and criminal activity from south of the border through illegals and turf wars over who's going to deal the drugs between people of the criminal element of every racial background.
	And that's where the spikes in crime that drive our 62 per 100,000 rate of, you know, murders in the city of St. Louis.
	So this is an important issue that impacts all people, black, white, Hispanic, you know, you name it, you're here legally, you're here illegally.
	And we don't have a huge illegal population, but it doesn't take many people.
	You bring some MS-13 in, you bring some illegal immigration, mix some drugs into that, and you're going to have crime hotspots where people are getting killed.
	And so, you know, there it is in the New York Times.
	Listen, it can't be any further away from people like me who live in the metro area.
	I don't live in the city. I live in the county and the suburbs.
	But it's still, I still have to go into the city.
	I still live in this area.
	The reputation is important to me.
	And people being killed because they're being drawn into criminal activity, that's a concern to me as well as a citizen here.
	So I just, I want people to really understand the Democrats want you to look at me Look at David and say, here's a white guy who he hates immigrants.
	Here's a black woman who's selling herself out.
	And they just, it's all about race.
	No. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
	But, you know, you look at the people who have come here, people from El Salvador, where MS-13 is.
	As a matter of fact, one of the individuals that was murdered in Long Island, and heinous crimes, too.
	I mean, they don't just shoot somebody in the head to kill them.
	I mean, they torture them to death.
	They mutilate them as they're killing them and so forth.
	And one of the individuals there, a young girl that was killed, I think it was a girl, but her father said, you know, we came here to escape this.
	Well, you can't escape it if we don't have borders.
	Because the criminals will follow you across the border.
	And they will create the same environment that you are trying to escape from.
	And that's what they're seeing here.
	Because we have no border control.
	Because we can't control these individuals.
	And because we have law enforcement who refuse to do anything.
	They see these guys. They're MS-13.
	They've got it written all over their face.
	Literally. With tattoos.
	MS-13. You're not MS-13, are you?
	I mean, it's crazy, but they say, well, they haven't broken any laws.
	It's like, you're kidding me.
	They're here illegally. They didn't legally immigrate here.
	You've got to wait until you catch them red-handed, cutting somebody to pieces before you do anything about it, because they don't consider that to be a crime.
	But that is the core issue, the core crime that enables this, and as you pointed out, it isn't.
	Right now, the violence is typically focused on other Hispanics, so protect the Hispanics that are here legally, or even the ones who came here illegally, and then they have these gangs follow them back in.
	Well, and with machetes, when you say it's a violent crime, we're talking about people being beheaded right here in America.
	People having their tattoos cut off.
	Yeah, I mean, they're being tortured the worst possible third-country ways, in crap-hole ways, okay?
	And so that's why I'm here when President Trump uses that kind of language.
	It's not my type of language.
	It's not the way I talk. But I don't care about it because we're looking at a man who's literally faced with the protection and safety and well-being of 320 million people.
	And we have the Democrats fighting him on that in every possible way.
	I just, I want people to really, you have to figure out why your opposition is behaving in the way that they're behaving.
	And the reason the Democrats only like to talk about race and sex and sexual harassment is because their policies bring death and destruction.
	All of the major cities are run by Democrats.
	All of the major cities' population centers are crap holes.
	Huge portions of them are riddled by crime.
	And the people most impacted by that are Blacks and Hispanics, minorities, people who live in poverty, And those people tend to vote for the Democrats because they've been convinced that, morally speaking, the Republicans may have better policies, but they're racist, and they can't seem to bridge that gap.
	I'll tell you what. Think of it this way.
	I don't care if the Republicans are racist.
	What I care about is keeping more of my money in my pocket and living in a safe neighborhood and having access to good, safe schools.
	I want police departments that respond to my needs.
	That's provided by the Republicans.
	And as a Christian, I honestly believe that the pro-abortion left policy and the Democratic Party planks, they can't stand together with the Bible and biblical worldview of that of a Christian.
	So, you know, it's pretty simple.
	And I want people to just stop.
	When you hear them say race, stop right there and think about what they're discussing and then turn it off.
	Go to your computer.
	Look up your own information. Like David said, alternative media is where you're going to find out why the Democrats are discussing race, because machetes, beheadings, you know, peeling people's skin off of each other.
	That's uncomfortable for the Democrats.
	That's happening because of them.
	The sad thing about it is they keep using...
	You can't have a discussion with people on policy.
	They just accuse you of being racist if you disagree with them, if you're not a Hillary follower.
	And so what's happened is they have removed that from people.
	People don't take that seriously anymore.
	I mean, people just take racism very seriously.
	Now that has been thrown around so much, it's like crying wolf.
	It's like Michael Wolff's book.
	You don't take any of it seriously.
	And they even had the New York Times write an op-ed piece.
	Trump is a racist.
	We've heard that so many times and we don't believe that.
	And nobody even paid attention to the New York Times shouting that.
	And that's a bad thing because there is real racism.
	And we need to be able to call out real racism when it happens.
	But they take the power away from that just as they do these other issues because they won't focus on that.
	But people understand what's going on here.
	And people in Hispanic communities understand that their communities are being trashed by criminals who are able to come across the border at will.
	And that's why when they're here for any length of time, they don't want to follow these democratic policies, which is what we were talking about at the beginning of our interview.
	The fact that they can't win any elections unless they bring in new voters because the people are here say, hey, wait a minute.
	We do need to control the border or MS-13 is going to come in and follow me when I come across the border.
	Yeah.
	And so last three weeks ago, my husband and I go out to replace the dishwasher because you know what breaks over Christmas break?
	Your dishwasher. So we go to buy one at Sears and we're walking out of the vestibule.
	And you know me, I got to bundle up because the coal is my enemy.
	So I got my scarf on, my hat, my gloves.
	I finally get all that together. My husband's like, can we go?
	I'm like, yeah.
	So we walk out of the doors, David, and two punks in a Honda that looked like it was held together with duct tape go driving by slowly.
	They honked the horn at us.
	And when we looked, they flew the bird and yelled the N-word out of their windows.
	And then, you know, as fast as their car would go, drove away.
	And the car looked like it was about to fall apart.
	So my husband and I are kind of surprised.
	Like, did he just say, what was that?
	So we go get in our car and we drive home.
	And we start laughing because, honestly, their car looked like it was about to break down.
	And they're taking the time to hurl a racial story, my husband and I.
	And we thought it was pretty funny.
	Now, it is disturbing that that happened.
	It's not the first time I've been called the N-word.
	It probably won't be the last. But it hasn't stopped me from doing anything.
	It doesn't stop me from going on the radio or coming on to talk to you.
	It doesn't stop me from our kids are in a good school.
	We live in a nice area.
	It doesn't impact our lives materially in ways that could stop us from experiencing the American dream.
	That's right. They're losers, and you know they're losers, and you're winning, and we're going to keep winning.
