	Welcome on this Tuesday, January the 16th, 2018.
	I'm David Knight. Got a lot to look at today.
	As we approach the Friday deadline to shut down the government, Democrats have thrown down the gauntlet saying, we demand a clean dream bill.
	Well, there's nothing clean about the dreamer bill.
	It's got very dirty origins.
	They go back to Barack Obama.
	It wasn't... It wasn't an executive order countermanding a law.
	That would be troubling enough.
	No, it was just delayed enforcement, deferred action, if you will, on real immigration law.
	And it wasn't an executive order.
	It was a memo. So how in the world did this get enshrined into one of the core principles of American society?
	We're going to take a look at this.
	And we're going to take a look at what's really behind it and now what the Democrats are threatening to do.
	Look, they're not going to get a clean bill.
	Nobody ever gets a clean bill in Washington.
	It's a dirty place. It's a swamp, right?
	And when it's a swamp, what happens is you go through the swamp, all these things get stuck to you.
	And that happens to Bill.
	I mean, go back to Schoolhouse Rock, right?
	I'm a Bill, I'm a Bill. Well, as he's walking through the approval process, this thing's going to get stuck to him.
	This other thing's going to get stuck to him.
	And it's going to be pretty dirty by the time he gets out of there.
	They're always putting on attachments, pet projects, things that are totally unrelated.
	But what they're talking about in this particular negotiation, these are things that are not unrelated.
	And Trump and the Republican establishment have said, alright, we'll give you dreamer amnesty.
	We'll take that as an enshrined principle of America.
	I have a problem with that.
	I had some enshrined principles when I thought, when I voted for President Trump.
	And so I hope that doesn't happen, because we have seen over and over again, and we're going to play you some flashback clips from Tricky Schumer.
	And also, I find it interesting that the Gang of Eight is still out there, still pushing hard on this.
	All the same names that you see in the news pushing about this in the Senate, they're all the people from the Gang of Eight.
	It's gotten a little bit smaller because it's not as important to the Democrats, believe it or not, as it is to Republicans.
	And the Republicans better pay attention to this.
	Trump better pay attention to this.
	Because they continue to promise, and as I've said before, it doesn't matter whether it's mid-1980s, and Reagan did the Amnesty for Security Act, didn't happen.
	Or 2013, when Chuck Schumer was promising, give us amnesty, and we'll give you border security.
	And I say, we're going to put America first.
	And that means we get security first.
	You fix the border. And you stop the flow of immigration in this country.
	And then we'll talk about the people who came here and have been living here and have been getting a free education for decades.
	We'll talk about that then.
	You fix the border first.
	Not amnesty first.
	Not going to do amnesty first.
	Let's not fall for that nonsense.
	We're also going to talk about NAFTA. Kind of an adjunct to DACA, and of course this is heating up as well, whether or not NAFTA is going to be shut down or whether it's going to be renegotiated.
	And Davos is on the horizon, and that looks like that's going to be part of it as well.
	And Prohibition is expanding to plastic bags to plastic bottles all over the place.
	I mean, you think that government doesn't want to run your life?
	You don't think you have anything to worry about if they take over your transportation as they wish to?
	Look, they're banning sugar.
	They're banning plastic bags.
	They're banning everything because they want to control every minute aspect of your life.
	There is never... Never enough control for the government.
	They can always find something else to harp on you about.
	And so we're going to take a look at that.
	One of the articles that was on Drudge, I think, was Big Brother on Wheels.
	And this is from the Washington Post.
	They're finally talking about what I've been talking about for three or four years.
	Basically, since I've been working here, maybe longer than that, I've been here over five years at Infowars.
	I've been talking about Big Brother on wheels ever since I came here.
	And now they're just starting to notice.
	But the thing they have a problem with is the fact that corporations are going to know everything about you.
	Look, I have a problem with Big Brother itself knowing everything about me.

	We're seeing a lot of car news.
	Car news about self-driving cars taking over.
	Car news about cars watching everything that we're doing.
	Car news about NAFTA and whether or not we're going to have U.S. or American content.
	It's a big part of our freedom.
	It's a big part of our economy.
	And you're seeing all that happening now because the Detroit Auto Show is on.
	And you better pay attention to your freedom to move about.
	It's one of the few freedoms that you've got left is the freedom to go places in your car.
	And that is rapidly being ratcheted down.
	And I want to talk for a moment about where this is headed.
	You know, there's a story up on Reuters.
	U.S. lawmakers are urging AT&T to cut commercial ties with a Chinese phone company.
	And they said they want to oppose plans by telecom operator China Mobile to enter the U.S. market because of national security concerns.
	See, whenever you've got a phone, everybody, it's a party line, folks.
	I don't know if many of you remember the old party line thing, but you would pick up the phone and you would have a whole group of people, maybe in your neighborhood, that were on the phone line.
	And they could listen in. We're good to go.
	Blocking out what you have to say if you're on social media as well.
	And that's one of the things, we'll talk about this later on, some of the things happening with Facebook and Twitter, along with the expose from Project Veritas.
	You know, I find it, I think I'm going to have to start calling them anti-social media.
	They're not social at all.
	What they're doing is they're turning the next generation into people who do nothing but stare at their phone.
	And they're more interested in communicating with people through their phone than they are face-to-face.
	So Facebook has actually taken away our faces, hasn't it?
	And it's actually turned us into being antisocial, hasn't it?
	And about the only thing that Facebook is good for, in my opinion, because I'm focused on politics and what's going on, is it's a great way to pass around information.
	You and I can share information with each other.
	It's kind of become what was called committees of correspondence during the colonial period.
	People would, they had free newspapers that they would read, but they could also communicate and share information with each other and pass that information on very quickly.
	And the government sees that.
	That's why you're seeing the hard-on effort at Facebook and Twitter and Google to shut down to censor news.
	And now Facebook is saying they're going to shut down news being shared.
	They want to not even allow people to pay to have their news put out there because they want it to be more about social interaction.
	Social interaction means that you shut down Facebook and you start talking to individuals around you.
	You get involved in the real world instead of this virtual world where they can watch everything you're doing.
	And this situation here about saying, hey, we don't want the Chinese to come in because if we buy their phones and if we hook them into our network, they'll be watching everything that we do because the government knows that's what they do.
	The government and the big corporations watch everything you do through your telephones, through your communication, through the internet.
	We've known this from the beginning.
	DARPA created the internet.
	The internet was a brainchild, not of an engineer.
	It was a brainchild of a psychologist who worked for DARPA. It's part of the defense industry.
	It is a weaponized system.
	Now, we have used their weaponized system against them because any tool can be used or abused.
	And so we have abused their intended purpose, but they're still working on it, trying to shut down what we're doing here.
	And when they look at this, they say, well, you know, they're going to be looking...
	They don't really care if the Chinese are watching you, perhaps.
	But they do care if the Chinese are watching the U.S. lawmakers.
	because U.S. lawmakers are starting to get the idea that, hey, they're being watched by the deep state.
	And yes, the deep state is watching them.
	But they continue to authorize that in an insane way anyway.
	As I pointed yesterday, it's only madmen and idiots who would do that kind of thing.
	And that's the people who we have in Washington right now, madmen and idiots, who don't understand how this is going to affect them personally, even when they see this.
	As I said yesterday, we've got Trump who looked at this and said, these are the people that reauthorized 702.
	This is what they used to spy on me and my people.
	I don't know about that. And then they got a hold of him, and they told him, no, no, this is about the bad guys.
	They keep saying, you've got to look at what Michael Hayden, who was head of the NSA, head of the CIA, said, we're not interested in bad guys, we're interested in interesting people.
	And they find big politicians, people running for office, people who are pushing back against globalism and the establishment.
	Those are the most interesting people for them to watch.
	But in spite of his best instincts, Trump then puts out a tweet, says, oh yeah, we've got to use it against the bad guys.
	No. No.
	And then the Democrats, who are telling everybody that Donald Trump is Hitler and Stalin reincarnated, and of course Jeff Flake is on that list as well, making now Stalin reincarnated.
	References to Donald Trump because the Hitler thing has become so worn out.
	He's moving on to Stalin.
	But they are saying that Donald Trump is big brother incarnate.
	He's a tyrant and so forth.
	And yet they want to give him and the people in control of the government all these tools.
	Because they think they're going to control it.
	They think they'll be able to use it against the other guy.
	This is the analogy from Lord of the Rings.
	Go back and read that.
	Look at Boromir.
	Look at how men are seduced by power.
	They always think they can take this thing and use it for good.
	And yet it corrupts them.
	It drives them crazy and it corrupts them.
	That's the story.
	And that's why the founders of this country, who understood human nature, said we're not going to allow that to happen.
	We're not going to concentrate power on That was what they were concerned about.
	You always hear the quote from Acton, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, whatever.
	But what they were concerned about, what they spoke about, was the concentration of power.
	And that's what they wanted to avoid.
	Because that is what happens before it gets corrupted, before it corrupts the individuals who hold it.
	So we don't want them to have that much power.
	And yet, when we look at what is going on, and as the Washington Post is looking at the Detroit Auto Show, It's a big brother on wheels.
	Why your car company may know more about you than your spouse?
	When I saw this, I laughed.
	I told my wife, I said, no, I think you know more about me than my car company.
	And I said, I've got a very old car, and I have a very old relationship with my wife.
	We met when we were 18. And I haven't had any cars that long.
	And I try to make sure that my cars are not smarter than I am.
	And that they don't have a direct line back to some corporation somewhere.
	So I'm looking at getting an even older car.
	My car was designed...
	Back in 2006.
	So it's got some electronic stuff on it.
	It's got an ECU. I can reprogram it, make the car go faster, things like that.
	But even that is a bit of a vulnerability.
	I don't have anything in my car that is constantly watching and reporting back to some source, except for my phone when I use it for navigation.
	That's something you should all think about.
	But one guy says, hey, I don't care if they know where I go.
	They're probably thinking, what a boring life this guy's got.
	He has absolutely no idea that the fastest growing intelligence section of the deep state has been geospatial intelligence.
	And that's where James Clapper has hung out since just before 2000.
	They're looking at your activity-based intelligence, ABI, or human domain analytics, HDA. They want to know your metadata.
	They don't care about your conversations.
	They can algorithmically look at the metadata.
	That's what we've been talking about with Facebook.
	You listen to these Facebook engineers.
	And they say, well, you know, we could go through here, and if I look at every, let's just say, crappy commenter, crappy person that I don't like because they're conservative, they're a Trump supporter, that's, he used the S word when he's talking about it, so, and he was actually referring to people, but nobody's calling him a racist, are they? But anyway, he said, I can go through and I can identify these people, I can shut them down.
	But we don't want to do that.
	We want to do it with an algorithm.
	And so what we're doing is we're trying to train the computers to search for certain things and identify certain types of people that we can then silence.
	And that's precisely the way this information is going to be used to not silence you, but to confine you.
	George Washington said when he was pushed back, the British said, don't you think we have liberty too?
	And he says, oh yeah, you walk about freely, but it's between high walls.
	And they want to put us between high walls.
	We also call that a prison.

	Big Brother on Wheels.
	Why your car company may know more about you than your spouse.
	The guy says, I don't care if they watch me.
	I've got nothing to hide.
	And then the Washington Post says, well, they're going to watch how fast you drive.
	They're going to watch how hard you brake.
	They're going to see whether or not you're wearing your seatbelt.
	Now, all that is for a particular company, the insurance company.
	They don't connect the dots like Eric Peters and I did on Friday for you.
	We've talked about this many times.
	And he was talking about, yeah, you know, it's going to be a hive.
	You're going to be the worker bee, the little drone that's out here, and you're going to have at least three queens.
	You're going to have the corporate queens who want to rob you, and that will include the people who run the The car that you rent by the ride and the insurance companies who will drive you out of the car that you currently own by this type of stuff.
	How fast do you drive? How hard do you brake?
	Do you wear your seatbelts? What were you doing just before you had that accident?
	So forth and so on. Constantly monitoring everything that you do.
	And then, of course, you will also have the hive of the...
	So you have the insurance companies, the car companies, and then the hive of the government, which, of course, Washington Post is not really too concerned about because they love big government.
	And Amazon's, Jeff Bezos' political blog here isn't really too concerned about big government because he's going to control it.
	He's got a control. That's his leverage.
	This little political blog that he bought called the Washington Post.
	He bought it for a pittance.
	Somebody as wealthy as Jeff Bezos, $250 million was just, you know, a little bit of time for him.
	When the guy is making, some days he makes more than a billion dollars in a day as his stock goes up and down.
	But they're going to also look to see where you go.
	And how long you stay there, and so forth and so on.
	Have you ever noticed on Google, when you look at a business, and it'll show you the peak hours of that business, how do they get that information?
	Well, they're watching your phone.
	And they may not be looking specifically at you.
	They don't show how many times you've gone there, necessarily.
	When they have that information, they can go back and do it.
	But they're really more interested in...
	Looking at the hive.
	What is the hive doing?
	What is the mind of the hive?
	How can we modify the behavior of the hive?
	And that's why government is looking at this.
	That's why Facebook is doing this kind of algorithmic control.
	Again, they're not going to come after, unless you're a very interesting person like Donald Trump, then they'll attack you.
	Or you're running for political office, they'll attack you.
	Or you're some kind of a threat to them in journalism, they'll attack you.
	But if you are part of the hive, they want to know what the hive mind is doing and how are their control tactics working.
	Is the hive going in that direction?
	They just see you as a big mass.
	That's why the metadata is so important for them.
	And looking at your metadata and seeing if they're able to control what you say, what you do, if you're buying into their narratives, that's really what they're focused on.
	And this is going to be a big tool for them.
	That's why the government is rolling out And taking away all of the obstacles.
	We've got Elaine Chao, who's Mitch McConnell's wife.
	She's at the Department of Transportation.
	And she's talking about how they're going to get rid of one regulation after the other.
	Safety regulations. These are the people who wanted to make, just as...
	If you've ever opened a business, and you've got the fire people who come through to do the inspections, they want a world that is fireproof.
	And we've had some crazy things happen to us when we opened up stores.
	I won't go into this right now, because I'll have to tell you about it someday.
	But the crazy things that they made us do, always, number one, because it's an inspection agency, they want to find something wrong.
	And they will go to any kind of absurd link to find something wrong.
	All right, I'm going to tell you one of these things that happened.
	We had a store, and we had, you have to have exit lights that light up when the lights go out.
	Well, there was a new approved approach that you could paint these exit lights when they would get dark.
	They would glow in the dark.
	They had radium in them. That's a small amount.
	Don't worry, you're not going to die. And so we put these things up and they came by.
	It was the first time they had seen that.
	And they couldn't believe that.
	And so we turned off all the lights and they took it into the bathroom and looked at it and goes, all right, all right.
	They were really upset because they thought they had us on that one.
	And so then, this is a space that was in a two-story retail space.
	And we had the kind of drop-in tiles that you have.
	And we had drop-in fluorescent lights in other parts of that grid, which you typically see everywhere in a retail outlet.
	And so they came back.
	The only time they've ever done this, they had to find something that was wrong.
	And they told us that we had to put these tiles that would delay the fire or whatever, we had to put them on top of the lights that were sitting in that grid.
	And I thought for a moment...
	You know, if that grid, if we've got a fire that is hot enough to melt those fluorescent lights that are there in that grid, the grid's not going to be there either to hold those tiles in place.
	But I kept my tongue, and we just said, okay, we'll put that in right now, and they passed us.
	They've got to find something wrong.
	They always are looking for something, and that's the way the Department of Transportation has been, federal government.
	And they will spare none of your money to add mandated safety devices to the cars.
	And even if the mandated safety devices are going off like a Claymore mine in your face, we've had 21 people now killed worldwide with these Takata airbags.
	Just had another two killed with Ford trucks.
	Nineteen of those were killed in Honda cars that had put in these Takata airbags.
	And Honda's going crazy. Honda's actually sent out a group of detectives to try to trace down the people who haven't gone in and gotten their recall done because they don't want anybody to die.
	I mean, they're concerned about that.
	They're concerned about their liability.
	I'm sure they're concerned about people's lives as well.
	But the government will not allow you to disconnect those airbags no matter what.
	Remember when they first started them?
	They found out that they were killing women and children?
	Like, I don't care. We're not going to let you turn those things off.
	Now we find out that they're going off all the time, kill 21 people worldwide.
	I mean, this is like a terrorist attack, right?
	But they don't care because it's happening slow motion.
	It's happening one at a time.
	And they won't let us turn those things off.
	So everything has been subjugated to safety, except now.
	Now the Department of Transportation, now the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, now Elaine Chao, Mitch McConnell's wife, saying, we've got a long list of regulations, safety regulations, that we're going to get rid of so that we can put corporate...
	We don't own self-driving cars on the road.
	We don't care about your safety.
	We're not going to inform you that they're there, and we're not going to monitor their safety.
	That's where they're going. Now, this Washington Post story says, privacy experts believe that with enough data points about a driver behavior, profiles as unique as fingerprints can be developed.
	Let me tell you something. They've already done it.
	They've been working at this since before 2000.
	Geospatial intelligence. They're going to know exactly what you are doing.
	But it's also about the hive mind.
	And while we're looking at this and the attack on our transportation, we've just got about a minute left.
	Tolls hit $44 one way in the District of Columbia.
	That's right, $44 to go 10 miles on Interstate 66 in Virginia.

	I don't even want to see the government having that property, let alone a foreign corporation.
	I don't want to see the government taxing me for every mile, let alone a foreign corporation.

	New details in the Las Vegas massacre suggest Steven Paddock's girlfriend may have known something was up.
	According to newly released FBI documents, Mary Lou Danley deleted her Facebook account one hour before the Las Vegas cops named Paddock as the man responsible for the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
	58 people were killed and more than 200 were wounded.
	The unsealed documents give the timeline.
	Emergency calls to police indicate Paddock began firing onto the crowd of concertgoers around 10.08 p.m.
	At 2.46 a.m., Danley's Facebook account was deleted.
	And just about an hour later, authorities released Paddock's name to the public at 3.30 a.m.
	Now, Danley has remained adamant that she had no prior inclination of Paddock's intentions to conduct the attack.
	But her actions suggest otherwise.
	If Dan Lee moved quickly after the shooting to hide her relationship with Steven Paddock, what did she know and when?

	Because you will not believe this number in this article here.
	I was just talking about the fact that it's $44 one way to go 10 miles on Interstate 66 in Virginia.
	Let's talk about what it is here in Texas.
	It took them forever to do a little toll road expansion on one road here in Texas.
	Way, way, way over budget.
	It's called MOPAC. And even though this is a publicly operated toll, the government owns it.
	They don't turn it over to a Spanish toll road corporation, like most of these are done.
	They have toll rates that exceed a dollar per mile.
	In just the first 10 days of operation.
	So what that means is, they did the math here, that means that you'll be paying an additional $25 for every gallon of gas you buy.
	That's the way that works out.
	How's that? You like that?
	You like the toll roads? You're going to love the drive-by, you know, the rent-your-ride schemes that General Motors has in store for you, and Ford, and the big auto companies.
	They've bought Lyft, Uber, But it's the type of thing that Uber and Lyft have been doing.
	And that's the direction that they want to go.
	But it's going to be owned by the big auto companies.
	They're either going to offer their competing services or they're going to swallow up the other people.

	And this all began under Rick Perry, our energy secretary now.
	He was governor here.
	Remember him? He tried to push through very dangerous Gardasil vaccines on people because of...

	I mean, this guy is in the pocket of the corporations, just like Tom Tillis back in North Carolina.
	If you want to fast-track to the top of the political sphere, you just get on board with the toll road people.
	And the people who want to mandate vaccines and things like that.
	We saw the same thing happen, and Tom Tillis brought us our first toll roads in North Carolina.
	He was rewarded handsomely.
	As a matter of fact, he was one of their boys from the very beginning, one of these American Legislative Exchange Council types, where they go to these boondoggles, vacation spots, and you have these corporations hand them a bill, and just says, just put the name of the state up at the top.
	Sign it down to the bottom as a state representative and turn in your homework.
	That's what we'd like for you to do.
	We'd just write the bill for you.
	You know, the UN does the same thing with the war on drugs.
	But these guys are their handmaids here.
	Handmaids of these big corporations, these multinational corporations.
	And so Rick Perry... He was absolutely, as they point out, intransigent on the toll issue.
	He was a zealot who was hell-bent on paying off his friends, his crony capitalist friends.
	And they're paying him off. He keeps moving up the ladder here.
	But then when Greg Abbott ran, he actually campaigned against toll roads, as they point out.
	He promised to fix the Texas roads without adding more taxes, without adding more fees or more debt or more tolls.
	And yet, the Texas Department of Transportation just kept on doing it.
	They said, we don't care. And so, within the last few months, we've had both Abbott and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick draw the line and say, you're going to stop These plans on toll roads, and they killed 15 new toll projects in one action.
	That's the kind of politicians we need, folks.
	You need to get busy and elect people who understand what the issue is, who listen to the people who don't want toll roads.
	We don't want toll roads, I was just pointing out yesterday.
	Even in Europe, 75% of the people in most of the Western European countries don't want self-driving cars.
	They don't care. They're going to shove them down people's throats anyway.
	Even with subsidies, 99% of the people don't want electric cars.
	They don't care. They're going to shove them down your throat anyway.
	And that's in Europe.
	That's here as well. And then in a response, you've got the Chamber of Commerce and big business creating lobbying groups, Texans for Traffic Relief, the Transportation Advocacy Group in Houston, and they are demanding that we bring toll roads back because they're the ones who are going to be making the money out of this.
	See, government doesn't want To support your freedom.
	We created governments to support our freedom.
	One of the things they used to do was to build roads for us so we could travel freely.
	They stopped doing that and now they're shutting them down.
	And now they're taxing whenever we go somewhere.
	Let's talk about DACA. As I said, are they going to shut the borders?
	Or are they going to shut the government?
	The shutdown is looming, reports the Washington Post.
	If Congress doesn't reach an agreement on crucial immigration issues and pass a spending bill, the costly consequence will be a government shutdown with a Friday deadline.
	And as we look at this, get video one here, because I want to go back and play Chuckie Schumer.
	Back in 2013, flashback, Chuck Schumer thought that it was a horrible idea to shut down the government over an immigration bill.
	And perhaps he was speaking from Hillary Clinton's alternate universe, remember?
	She said, there's an alternate universe where I'm president.
	And there's an alternate universe where Chucky Schumer does the right thing too, but that's not the one we're living in right now.
	Let's play that clip, video one.
	We believe strongly in immigration reform.
	We could say we're shutting down the government.
	We're going to raise the debt ceiling until you pass immigration reform.
	It would be governmental chaos.
	It would be governmental chaos.
	We can't have that. We can't have governmental chaos, he said.
	Well, that was 2013. Now he's ready to do it.
	And America's Voice was a liberal publication that went back and was just praising Chuck Schumer.
	Chuck Schumer schooled everybody.
	He made the case for immigration reform.
	Brilliantly he made this case, they said back in 2013.
	At the very beginning of this article, it said, the critics of the Gang of Eight immigration bill incessantly and mistakenly claim that the proposed legislation doesn't have enough teeth, that it doesn't guarantee border security, that it won't work to stop a new wave of unauthorized immigration.
	Well, they were schooled by Chuck E. Schumer.
	Yeah, I guess we all found out, didn't we?
	You know, that was five years ago.
	Now we all know better. We all know how well the border enforcement works, especially when it's being run by Obama.
	Who defers action on any border enforcement.
	Defers action on any immigration laws.
	And when they talk about the Gang of Eight, let's remember who the Gang of Eight was.
	Because it's the same people that are still out there spreading lies, disinformation, and now threatening to shut down the government as Chuck Schumer said, Oh no, I've got an immigration bill.
	Don't you dare shut down the government because you don't like my immigration bill.
	And now he's threatening to do that himself.
	The Gang of Eight. Chuck Schumer.
	Lindsey Graham. Jeff Flake, Dick Durbin, and it was of course Graham and Durbin who were putting out the information about Trump saying, well in this private meeting that we had, he said the S-word about countries and that's why we're letting people come in from countries like that.
	And we'll talk about the fascination that CNN has in terms of repeating that word, which we can't do because we're broadcast.
	There's FCC rules, but they're on cable, so they can do it.
	But even other cable networks, even other liberal cable networks, don't just sit there and repeat it 195 times in a day.
	Literally, that's what CNN did.
	I guess, you know, we could call it the Shaholei.
	The Shaholei.

	That's really what we're saying here with the DACA bill.
	I guess maybe we ought to really call them the gang of hate, the people who hate America.
	You know, America's just an idea, says Lindsey Graham.
	It's just an idea, and it doesn't really have anything other than an idea.
	Yeah, it did have an idea. It was based on the idea that we're going to have independence.
	It was based on the idea that American government was going to be there for Americans, to protect American liberty and American property.
	And if it doesn't do that, we are going to alter or abolish it.
	But Lindsey Graham hasn't gotten the message.
	And so you see him, again, one of the members of the Gang of Eight.
	And as I was pointing out, all the people that we're hearing from so much now are the people who were in the Gang of Eight.
	Chuck Schumer, Lindsey Graham, Jeff Flake, Dick Durbin.
	And now you've got Flake calling Trump Stalin.
	You've got Durbin and Graham saying he said a nasty word and he must be racist.
	But let's go back five years ago to what Chuck Schumer was saying.
	Actually, it's 2013, but it was a little bit further in the year.
	So let's say maybe about four and a half years ago.
	Chuck Schumer, as he was speaking for the Gang of Eight, saying you better not Hold up the Gang of Eight immigration bill and threatened to shut down the government.
	That's absolutely not acceptable.
	Here's what he said in 2013.
	We believe strongly in immigration reform.
	We could say we're shutting down the government.
	We're going to raise the debt ceiling until you pass immigration reform.
	It would be governmental chaos.
	And now today he's saying we're going to do that.
	It's going to invoke the governmental chaos.
	I want a clean bill now or I'm going to shut it down.
	And you can say he's acting like a petulant child.
	I think it's a legitimate negotiating tactic myself, but he criticized it back in 2013, but now he's demanding it now.
	And then he and Graham and Flake are trying to pile on to this comment that they attributed to Trump, which he denies, and other people who are at the meeting who are not part of the gang of hate also deny.
	But here's what Chuckie Schumer is putting out there, because to him...
	It is all about race. They're playing the race card to get their amnesty through here.
	The gang of eight. The gang of hate.
	And here's what Chuck Schumer says today.
	Trump, you must prove that you're not a racist by giving us amnesty for the dreamers.
	We know about what historians will call S-Holegate from last Thursday.
	Well, just a little while ago, this afternoon, he tweeted, Senator Dickie Durbin totally misrepresented what I said at the DACA meeting.
	Do you have any doubts?
	To another Gang of Eight member.
	When he says that the president said repeatedly that, uh, why do we need people from the- I have no doubts.
	Look, first, Donald Trump has lied so many times it's hard to believe him on anything, let alone this.
	But second- Oh, and I just played you the lie from Chuck Schumer.
	He's my roommate for 20 years.
	We shared a little row house.
	He's one of the most honorable people I've met.
	I have never known him to prevaricate, to lie.
	I totally believe Dick Durbin, and I think most Americans do, too.
	Well, we played for the clips for Dick Durbin.
	Alright, we'll play that again a little bit later.
	But again, to remind you, the Gang of Eight, Schumer, Graham, Flake, Durbin, McCain, and of course, you've heard the first four names mentioned over and over again.
	McCain would be there if he wasn't being term-limited.
	Term limited by God. Rubio was part of the Gang of Eight.
	I guess he wants to have a political future, so he's been silent on this rewarmed Gang of Eight amnesty legislation.
	Menendez from New Jersey has just escaped, had a narrow brush with prison, so I guess maybe he is kind of keeping a quiet profile right now.
	And the other member of the Gang of Eight, Michael Bennett from Colorado, I don't know what he's doing.
	Don't really care. Let's talk about the other stuff that Chuck Schumer said.
	He was saying, wait, and this is back in 2013, we're going to embrace common sense solutions.
	We've got 11 million people living here now in the shadows, and we're convinced that there will not be future waves of illegal immigration.
	He said that in 2013.
	He also said, if the Border Patrol is not catching 9 out of 10 illegal immigrants, that attempt to cross the border, a commission made up of border state governors and elected officials will be empowered to make recommendations on how best to spend an additional $2 billion.
	On a wall right now.
	They're choking on increased enforcement.
	Why is that? Why won't they do that now?
	If Chuck Schumer realizes that, hey, look, it's been five years and we've had a massive wave of immigration, mostly because of the Obama effect, telling people, we're going to give you amnesty, don't worry.
	We're going to fix this. We're not going to enforce the law against you.
	Yeah, we've got borders, but we're not going to enforce them.
	We've got laws against illegal immigration, but we're not going to enforce them either.
	Come on in! Come on in.
	And why won't they do that now, if they're serious about doing it?
	You know, we've had that deal that was made in the mid-80s.
	Reagan did that. It was a foolish deal.
	Many of us didn't believe that was really going to happen back then.
	I was following politics back then.
	I thought, this is stupid. This is never going to happen.
	They're never going to give us increased border security.
	They were just going to give amnesty to people.
	And now here we are 30 years later.
	And every couple of years, they come up with a new five-year plan, just like the communists, for how they're going to control the border.
	Why don't you stop the flow across the border first, not second?
	Even if you're going to build a wall, and even if Trump thinks he can build it in one year instead of seven years, if you open this up for amnesty, if you show that you're soft, you are going to have the Obama effect.
	And it's already happened.
	As soon as they started talking soft about the border...
	Back in November and October, we saw immigration and illegal crossings go back up by December to Obama levels.
	Let's put a security first.
	Let's put America first.
	And he goes on to say, those who say the American people do not trust the government to get the job done.
	This is Chuckie Schumer back in 2013 talking about border security.
	He said, I say, let's look at the facts here.
	Providing additional resources to DHS for border security has an incredibly proven track record of success.
	Yeah, we've seen that track record of success, Schumer.
	We've seen it. Meanwhile, we've got Congresswoman McSally had this to say.
	Let's run video clip number four.
	There's no such thing as doing a Clean Dream Act.
	The Democrats need to get over it.
	It's not happening.
	We and our bill have come up with the president's priorities, the American people's priorities, and that should be a starting place for these negotiations.
	And those four buckets still matter.
	Border security, something on DACA, ending chain migration, ending the visa lottery.
	These are reasonable requests for us to move forward.
	Okay, so they say we want border security, She didn't mention the wall, interestingly enough, but I think that's implied from what Trump is saying.
	Border security, ending chain migration, ending the visa lottery, and then we'll give you amnesty.
	Again, why is it that we have to maintain this Dreamer program...
	That is not a law. It's not an executive order.
	It was a couple of memos from the Homeland, from the Department of Justice, rather, I think, the Department of Justice, the Attorney General, put it through.
	Saying, we're not going to enforce the law.
	We're going to defer enforcement of it.
	They didn't contradict the law.
	They didn't alter the law.
	They just said, we're not going to enforce it.
	Why is that something that we now have to have as a fundamental, unshakable American principle?
	You know, the... The NTK Network points out the DACA deal could provide a revolt within the Democrat Party.
	The Hill says far more Republicans and Democrats say that immigration is a top problem.
	Let me tell you something. Republicans care a lot more about this.
	Republican base cares a lot more about this than the Democrat base does.
	The Democrats are playing this out for future voters.
	They want these dreamers there, and they're going to change anything that you do about chain migration.
	Any of these laws, any of these policies, they can be changed overnight.
	And that's what they're going to do.
	All you have to do, even if you were to say, we're going to let these dreamers stay here, but we're not going to give them the capability to vote.
	Well, you're just one election away from that happening.
	And as the Democrats are saying, they said, "Democrat leaders are facing a potential revolt within their ranks, according to Politico.
	Senate negotiators say they're inching towards a bipartisan deal that would mirror the parameters laid out by Trump at that White House meeting: legal status for dreamers, strengthening border security, making changes to both family-based migration and diversity lottery.
	And again, I don't consider that to be a win.
	This is like the old ratcheting up of the problem that we always see with Republicans.
	The Democrats ratchet things up by five or six different points, and the Republicans say, let's take one step backwards.
	Let's take one step backwards.
	And so they continue to move in the direction that the Democrats tell us to move.
	Democrats, however, don't find this good enough.
	They not only want a clean bill, but they're horrified that their leaders would even agree to discuss anything beyond legal status for DREAMers.
	In other words, amnesty.
	But what do the Republicans say?
	16% of Republicans reports to the Hill in a Gallup survey that was released yesterday say that immigration is America's biggest problem.
	And it was the thing that gave President Trump traction when he ran for office.
	And that's up from only 9% last month.
	We're seeing this as a bigger problem because we're seeing soft talk.
	And we want to hold Trump to the Trump agenda.
	They say only 4% of Democrats say that immigration is the big issue.
	That should tell you something.
	It is a much bigger issue with Republicans.
	And it is going... You want to lose the House?

	Instead of doing a news break, I'm going to continue and finish up on DACA.
	Because as I was saying, a recent poll that was just taken yesterday by Gallup, as reported in The Hill, says that 16% of Republicans believe the biggest problem in our country is immigration.
	That was the base of support for President Trump.
	And this is up from 9% because they're very concerned about the soft talk, the negotiating that is going on with DACA. On the other hand, With Democrats, only 4% of them say that immigration is a problem.
	You know what they're really concerned about?
	8% of them are concerned about race relations.
	That's why Schumer is playing the race card.
	That's why Dick Durbin are playing the race card.
	They're saying that Trump made the shoehole comment.
	And then saying that that was racist.
	I mean, that's a bit of a stretch, even if he said that.
	As I said before, we have seen them come after individuals.
	Hillary Clinton! Called middle America deplorable.
	Was that racist? Oh, that's right.
	You can't be racist against white people or Republicans.
	And those are the people she was talking about.
	So it doesn't count. President Trump was saying this about a country.
	And so every time he does anything to control our borders, then he is either racist or he is Islamophobic.
	Because they always say, but wait a minute, the majority of people in that area have red hair.
	So you must be against people with red hair.
	Even if he says, I'm against that because we've got a lot of terrorists there or there's a war there or even your own beloved Barack Obama began a war in that country.
	But we're not going to vet any of the people coming in.
	Even though we don't know what their identity is, we have no information about them, we're going to just let them come on in.
	We'll trust you. We don't know what age they are, but we'll call them dreamers.
	Whatever. But if he doesn't do that, then he's Islamophobic or he is racist because that's all that the Democrats care about.
	That and dissatisfaction with the government.
	What they mean is dissatisfaction with Trump.
	So 30% of them are dissatisfied with the government, but the next biggest thing is 8% that are upset about race.
	They're always upset about race.
	And what they have done is turned it into a wolf cry.
	People are looking at this, and it's not having any effect.
	One of the articles that I've got today, New York Times is calling Trump a racist, and nobody cares anymore.
	And this is actually a bad thing.
	I don't see this as a good thing because, you know, there is real racism out there, and I don't want to see real racism.
	But what they do when they cry wolf is they give people who are really racist, who are really hateful, they give them a free pass.
	And that's the consequence of this.
	But you've got the conservatives because they understand that the base is concerned about immigration.
	That was really what the election turned on.
	And so they're putting pressure on Paul Ryan, who is about open borders.
	Always has been. He wasn't one of the Gang of Eight.
	That was in the Senate. But Paul Ryan has always been about open borders.
	They want a... A harder core bill, according to Politico, than Paul Ryan is willing to give the Republicans on the House.
	They've got a bill that's been put up by Bob Goodlatte from Virginia.
	They want floor action on this, but he doesn't want to bring it to the floor.
	And again, we have to remember that this was a memo saying we're not going to enforce immigration law that goes back to 2012.
	It was not an executive order.
	It was not a law. But we've now enshrined it.
	And then Obama tried to expand it in 2014.
	And they tell us, well, we don't really want any more border security.
	We don't want a wall. Walls can't work.
	Well, Zero Hedge has an article from the New York Post saying, the border wall, we're told, won't work.
	Well, tell that to the residents of El Paso, Texas.
	Federal data shows that it already has dramatically curtailed both illegal border crossings and crime in Texas' sixth largest city, which borders one of the highest crime cities in Mexico, Juarez.
	In fact, the number of deportable illegal immigrants located by the U.S. Border Patrol plummeted by more than 89% over the five-year period during which the controversial new fence was built.
	And that was at a time when we had border crossings exploding because of soft talk and lack of enforcement from Obama.
	So yeah, that can work.
	But we're still not willing to give amnesty to people who violated the law, who got free educations and won't go home.
	Their parents have some responsibility.

	We've been talking about DACA. Is this something that has now become one of our core principles in government?
	I mean, we don't care about the Fourth Amendment anymore.
	We don't care about... People being searched or manhandled at the airport.
	We don't care about the government surveilling us anymore.
	We don't care about our right to due process.
	We don't care about the fact that they don't have to convict us before they take our property under civil asset.
	We don't care about any of that stuff.
	But we care about DACA. We can't let DACA go.
	DACA is not in the Constitution.
	It's not even a law. But it's now enshrined and we can't do anything about that.
	But let's turn to kind of a related issue here.
	NAFTA. Americans care deeply.
	Republicans, the base that elected Donald Trump, care deeply about immigration and doing something about this.
	And as I've said before, we've seen the empty promises of saying, all right, you give amnesty to the people who thumb their nose at the American immigration law.
	You let them stay and make full citizens out of them.
	And then we'll work on doing something about the borders, maybe, whatever.
	We saw Chuck Schumer talking about that back in 2013.
	We saw the deal actually go through with Reagan and the Democrats back in the mid-80s.
	None of this has ever happened.
	Let them do security first.
	You build the wall first.
	You end chain migration first.
	You end the diversity visa first.
	Then we'll talk about amnesty.
	You get control of the borders first.
	Put America first. And part of that is NAFTA. Now we're seeing, as we've had negotiations building, and President Trump has said, we're going to either make NAFTA better, it's a bad deal, we're going to either make it better or we're going to get out of it.
	And it's a very important thing to do, to follow through on NAFTA as well.
	Now they're going to have, as Bloomberg points out, the NAFTA trio is going to gather in Davos.
	To talk about what they're going to do about NAFTA. And we actually have some video footage of this already.
	Let's play that video footage.
	Yeah, all part of the North American Union.
	All these three amigos, always together.
	Okay, so that's the idea.
	That's our three amigos. And the problem is, right now, Donald is about to duck out of this friendship here.
	And I think that's a good thing.
	And we hope that that happens.
	Because we can have trade with Mexico and Canada.
	We can do it on a bilateral basis.
	It doesn't need to be managed by some supranational organization.
	It doesn't need to be managed by the World Trade Organization.
	And the whole point of putting NAFTA together, we understand where this is going.
	I think President Trump understands it as well, was to create a North American Union.
	That's why Trump continues to say, well, we're happy to have bilateral trade.
	Let's have bilateral trade.
	But we're not going to put ourselves under the TPP. That was the very first thing that he did, and he's still working on NAFTA. And so you've got U.S. trade representatives, the Mexican economy minister, the Canadian foreign minister.
	They're all going to be meeting at Davos, January 23rd, the same day the sixth round of NAFTA trade talks get underway.
	And the Canadian officials think that the odds are rising that we are going to be exiting out of NAFTA. Let's play some of the quotes of what President Trump has had to say, and then we're going to play for you what some of the Canadian investors class are saying.
	But let's roll video clip number two.
	NAFTA was the worst trade deal in the history.
	It's like the history of this country.
	NAFTA has been a disaster.
	President Trump's made no secret of his opinion about the North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA. We will renegotiate NAFTA or we will terminate NAFTA. The administration's approach to the renegotiation has set off shockwaves of concern from Mexico City to Ottawa that the U.S. may soon abruptly end the 24-year-old agreement.
	While we hope for the best, we look for win-win outcomes, we also need to be very clear that we will defend our national interests.
	Hold it right there. Hold it right there.
	Did you hear that? We will defend our national interests.
	What a hateful person she is for saying something like that, isn't she?
	I mean, every time Donald Trump says we will defend our national interests, boy, he is Stalin, he's Hitler, he's horrible.
	You aren't supposed to have any national interests.
	You're supposed to be subsumed into the North American Union.
	And look, we've had think tanks that have admitted that they had a North American Union.
	We have seen how this has worked with the European Union.
	First, they come in with a trade deal.
	Then they come in and they offer more economic ties.
	And then what they did was actually came in with a currency.
	And that was, of course, proposed first at Bilderberg 60-some-odd years ago to have a unified currency.
	Then once the unified currency isn't working, they say, well, you know, we're going to have to have a closer political union in order to make this work.
	That's the way that they roll with this.
	That has always been the plan.
	That was the plan of Mika Brzezinski's dad, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who just died this last year.
	That was his plan.
	That was the way that he would bring consolidation.
	And he was going to consolidate three different blocks.
	He's going to have a consolidated Europe, a consolidation in Europe, in Asia, and then in North America.
	And then, after they have those three regional consolidations, they can just join them together.
	And of course, the Asian and the European consolidations are just wings.
	We were the spine that was going to pull this globalist organization together.
	So you hear them saying, well, we're going to follow our own national interests.
	And the U.S. has proposed...
	That a revised NAFTA include lower trade deficits.
	Wouldn't that be good? The trade deficits exploded.
	We've had some Democrats who actually campaigned on this, but then when they get in office, they conveniently forget about it, just like the Republicans typically forget about their campaign promises.
	Everybody is freaking out because they said, you know, Obama campaigned on doing something about NAFTA. All these presidents have campaigned on fixing it ever since George H.W. Bush put it in.
	But they don't do anything about it.
	We didn't expect Trump to do anything about it.
	Now he's actually talking about doing something about it, talking about lowering trade deficits.
	As I've said before, we had a rough parity between the U.S. and Mexico, for example.
	Some years, it would be $2 to $5 billion, and it would go one way or the other.
	It would be a deficit or it would be a surplus, but it was alternating back and forth year to year.
	As soon as we went into NAFTA, it jumped to $16 billion a year.
	It stayed there for several years.
	It shot up as high as the high $60 billion trade deficits.
	So they say, lower the trade deficits, eliminate unfair subsidies.
	Why are we subsidizing this?
	Why are we subsidizing big corporations?
	Why are we subsidizing foreign governments?
	Let's stop that. And let's end the dispute resolution panel.
	This is the supranational organization that gives them governance management over our trade, over our industries.
	And then say to sunset the deal every five years, pending reapproval, update the rules of origin.
	That's what's coming in now with the Detroit Auto Show.
	So it's the combination of the Detroit Auto Show, And Davos coming up.
	And of course the Trump administration making these moves in the last several months.
	But it's now all starting to come together into a head.
	Now, there was an article from A Times about how not to negotiate a trade deal with the United States.
	And I think it is very enlightening to see what is going on here.
	It's talking about how Canada's liberal government under Justin Trudeau created a dedicated Trump unit, a Trump unit.
	They're running this, folks, like a political campaign to shut down President Trump.
	This is the Canadian government pursuing their national interest, they believe.
	And so when I look at this, for Americans, you need to understand this only underscores what President Trump has been saying.
	This is a bad deal for us.
	The Mexicans and the Canadians have exploited this agreement, and they're doing everything they can to coordinate an opposition to this.
	They say they have structured an election-style war room, the Canadian government has, to orchestrate and coordinate Canada's response to the Trump administration.
	The unit treated relations with the Trump administration as a political campaign.
	They're upholding institutional integrity and maintaining credibility, they say, is a low priority compared with winning the campaign.
	Winning. And that means that we are the losers.
	Because this is going to be a zero-sum game.
	The biggest losing proposition here is national sovereignty.
	And both Canada and the United States lose national sovereignty to these supranational organizations.
	And so what they want to do, they said, this is their goal of the Canadian plan.
	Let's give Trump something where he can declare victory without giving him anything of any substance.
	And one of the things that he's concerned about as he's starting to soften his rhetoric on this, he's concerned about the stock market.

	He's worried. That that's going to be affected if we do something on NAFTA. No, it would only be strengthened.

	Well, thank you. Give us an update on what's going on with your husband, because there's been some positive developments there.
	There's still much that is undetermined, but tell us what's happened just recently since we last talked.
	Well, since we last spoke, Adam J. Bookbinder, the assistant U.S. attorney and the chief of cybercrime, withdrew from Marty's case.
	In court, I brought some pictures and we confronted him, and Marty asked him to look If Adam could even look at her.
	And shortly after that, he just withdrew from the case, which we found really interesting.
	Actually, a few hours after I was here last, I got a call from the White House that they said they were putting together a memo on Marty's case.
	I spoke to Zach Fuentes and the chief of staff's office.
	Oh, that's great. Yeah, since then, they told me the deputy chief, the deputy A little disappointed on that front, but we have that going.
	And just on a politics level, Trump's new U.S. attorney for Massachusetts, Andrew Lelling, has been sworn in earlier this month.
	And pursuing this prosecution was an Obama-era decision, and it's going to be Interesting to see if Mr.
	Lilling decides to stay with it.
	His office confirmed that they received the video that I made that Graciously Infowars published on the website, pleading for him to keep the right thing.
	You're talking about being an Obama...
	Yes, you talk about this being an Obama prosecution.
	And of course, a lot of these NSA whistleblowers, Thomas Drake, for example, that they tried to put in jail.
	He said, you know, we went through all of this with the Bush administration.
	There were whistleblowers talking about what happened there.
	But he goes, nobody in the Bush administration came after us.
	It was really Obama who came after us.
	You know, he misused prosecutions against journalists and whistleblowers more than all the previous presidents before him combined over the previous 100 years using a 1917 law.
	So we've seen that type of thing from the Obama administration.
	Hopefully, we're going to see something different from the Trump administration.
	But let's review just real briefly before we get into this article that Marty wrote.
	Let's review real briefly for people who may not know what the case is, what happens.
	This goes back to 2014.
	There was a young girl, Justina Pelletier, is that the way you pronounce her name, who had been receiving treatment at Tufts University.
	Her doctor then moved his residency to Children's Hospital, which is run by Harvard University.
	And when they went there for treatment, they decided that the other doctors did not know what they were doing, and they diagnosed this, I believe, as a psychological problem.
	Is that correct? That's correct.
	Somatic disorder.
	Yeah. And so what they did then was the parents said, no, that's not the case.
	And they said, well, you don't have anything to say here.
	So basically they kidnapped her medically and threw the parents out.
	And then she started getting extremely sick because they denied the medication that she needed for her physical condition.
	She was deteriorating.
	She had been relatively healthy.
	And there are pictures of her ice skating and so forth.
	She wound up in a wheelchair.
	And her medical health was declining very rapidly.
	Now, in the light of all this, your husband got involved.
	And he did a denial of service to Harvard during a fundraising period.
	Is that correct?
	Allegedly, yes.
	Yeah, allegedly.
	So even if that were true, say it's allegedly, okay, even if that were true, then what he was doing was he was trying to bring attention to this particular case, which nobody in Boston is interested in going up against Harvard.
	So nobody was taking this on, and there was no information about this.
	That got Harvard's attention, and just like we saw with Aaron Schwartz, if you do even the most minor thing To Harvard or, you know, some of these established places like MIT or whatever, that was the case in Aaron Schwartz, they will destroy your life and they will try to lock you up for a very long period of time.
	And so that was what they alleged against Marty.
	And he has now been in jail for quite some time awaiting trial.
	Is that correct? Yeah, this February, it'll be the beginning of the third year.
	And this February also marks the beginning of the lapsing of the federal statute of limitations to bring criminal charges like Medicaid fraud against the hospital.
	So if Andrew Lelling is going to take action and prove himself a worthy pick in the Trump administration, this is his, you know, the opportunity's window is quickly approaching.
	That's amazing, because, you know, we just looked at the Bundy trial, and they had political prisoners locked up there for two years without releasing them, based on lies that were being told by the FBI and the Department of Justice that they were a danger to the community.
	We then subsequently learned from a whistleblower internally that the real danger to the community was the BLM. But your husband has been there for three years.
	They came after this young girl.

	Now that, in and of itself, is a problem.
	But the other part of this is the idea that a very powerful, very political hospital, Boston's Children's Hospital, which is affiliated with Harvard, was able to, against the wishes of her parents, able to take a 15-year-old girl And to put her in a psych ward to re-diagnose problems that other doctors had looked at and said this is a physical problem.
	They terminated her medication to address the physical problem.
	And in spite of her physical health rapidly deteriorating, they put her in a psych ward.
	These are Soviet-style tactics.
	And as Dana was pointing out, the statute of limitations against what Boston Children's Hospital has done is going to run out probably before Marty ever gets a chance to have a trial.
	I mean, this is troubling on so many different levels.

	But before we do, real quickly, I want to get some information from you, Dana, about this Bader 5 psych ward that's part of Boston's Children's Hospital, where they locked up this 15-year-old girl.
	Sure. Just one quick thing.
	It's about So Bader 5 has been called out by a whistleblower nurse who used to work in the hospital.
	She said what she saw there was torture.
	It was called out in an open letter to the Department of Mental Health by attorney Barry Pollack, who I believe also is an attorney for Assange, as synonymous with abuse for many children.
	It's one of the scariest things you can imagine being locked in a psych ward as a child without needing to be there.
	They did things to her like drag her across the floor where her toenails got ripped out.
	They would leave her in hallways for hours because she didn't have the physical strength to move herself.
	They told her that she was faking it and making it up and trying to manipulate them when she really was ill.
	She wasn't Is it a week that was monitored and a 20-minute call a week also monitored by staff?
	She had to resort to sneaking notes out, trying to tell her family how she was doing because they were so careful not to let any information seep.
	I get chills every time I think about that kind of tyranny.
	Having been a child, to think about that always scares me.
	Well, of course, this has always been a tool of political persecution as well, and so is the idea of keeping people in jail for years.
	As you point out, that's what they did to the Bundys and others.
	That's why we have in the Constitution the right to a speedy trial.
	But they don't want this information to come out.
	They want to sweep it under the carpet.
	They'll do anything, and they'll destroy anybody's lives, not just Justina, the 15-year-old, but they'll also destroy your husband's life to keep this from coming out.
	Marty was just telling me yesterday that a lot of the people that he meets in terms of law enforcement, people that aren't connected with the case, such as Harvard and the FBI, they all are with him.
	They all agree with him and say, if it was my kid, I would be in jail too.
	He gets a lot of support in the jail.
	I think we're going to be able to take care of our family and family.
	Well, you know, and when you look at what happens with this, it's like the people who came after, as I said before, Aaron Schwartz, a very minor allegation of data that he took from MIT, but you got people who got involved like Carmine Ortiz, the prosecutor, the federal prosecutor that was there, also involved in your husband's case, I believe, and just trying to keep him.
	I just don't understand their mindset.
	Unless it is these powerful universities and these organizations that are there in Boston, MIT, Harvard, and others, they will do anything to anybody that does something that is maybe even the slightest embarrassment to them.
	Yeah, well, I think there's also a lot of financial incentive here.
	They are more than $2 billion research and teaching facility.
	Basically, there's a law introduced by Michelle Bachman in 2014 called Justina's Law that would protect children who are wards of the state from having research.
	We just lost her.
	Yeah, Michelle Bachman was even putting that out directly addressing this case.
	This is a horrendous case.
	We're going to reestablish contact with Dana.
	While we're doing that, I'll give you a little bit of information about the article which I was going to talk to.
	Oh, we got her back now. You were saying Michelle Bachman had introduced a bill that was directly addressing this particular case of medical kidnapping.
	Of course, a big part of this is money.
	All of this is about money. Their reputation is about money and the bottom line.
	But they have done this to other children as well at the same hospital and basically taking them away from their parents, follow a course of treatment that is very profitable, but not necessarily in the best interest of the child.
	And the parents have no say so on this, cannot get a second opinion.
	And they basically kidnap these kids.
	Yeah.
	And it's a coordinated campaign as well.
	They have financial incentives.
	They also have law enforcement under their thumb.
	For example, The U.S. Attorney's Office won't even investigate what's happening to Justina.
	I mean, what's happening at Bader 5.
	So you have all these kids suffering, but a website goes down for a little bit and they say, what can I do?
	How can I utilize the full force of the FBI? So you just see a huge disparity.
	There's also media blackout locally.
	People don't like to go against Harvard.
	You'll find a lot of Lawyers in the area will take cases.
	They really control the town.
	So when you talk about this article from your husband, Marty, why Trump should move to federally legalize weed, he says, draining the federal anti-cannabis swamp is Trump's best bet for a second term with Republican majorities.
	In other words, taking the high ground of liberty, and when we look at marijuana prohibition, We understand that just like we're talking about with the hospital and the basis for these kinds of tyranny, there's a big profit motive there.
	We've got big pharmaceutical companies, and you've got a direct competition in things like opioids versus medical marijuana.
	And you've got the federal government saying, sorry, if you're in a VA hospital, even if medical marijuana is considered to be safe and effective and it's legal in your state, we're not going to allow you to do that.
	We're going to punish you, in fact, if we find that you're self-medicating on medical marijuana.
	Yeah. Marty really wanted to make sure I got this right, so I hope you don't mind if I check my notes just to make sure.
	But as far as he's concerned, this is a state's rights issue on a federal level.
	And then on a local level, it's really an individual liberty's choice.
	So if states are allowed to make their own decisions, then people can move and vote with their feet.
	And we actually see this happening a lot in the medical kidnap community, whether it's the parents who were prescribed cannabis to treat a condition or they have a child who needs a marijuana medication for maybe epilepsy or whatever the case may be.
	They do end up facing these same kinds of situations.
	Yeah, exactly. We've just seen a case yesterday.
	We were talking about an 11-year-old girl who had to go to court, but she won the right to, because the only thing that could control her brain seizures, and we've seen this happen in multiple cases here in Texas, we have that one exception, even though we don't have medical marijuana.
	They said she can self-medicate with marijuana in class for that.
	And as your husband points out, it is a...
	Issue of individual liberty and of state power.
	And he said states can choose to continue banning marijuana.
	You know, that happened with alcohol prohibition that we did legally.
	We had Mississippi continue that for a number of years.
	And there were legacies about that as well.
	It is a states' rights issue under the Constitution.

	Comments that President Trump was saying, but they jumped into this.
	They used this 195 times on Friday alone on CNN. And they said compare it to Fox News Channel, which is also a cable news channel.
	There was zero usage of that word.
	MSNBC, which is also a cable channel and on the left, talked about it 14 times.
	But again, CNN is using this as a shock term.
	They're putting this out there to promote a racist agenda.
	We played that for you earlier, the fact that Chuck Schumer said, prove that you're not a racist.
	So we're going to say that you said this We're then going to say that because you said this about a nation, you were referring to the people, and therefore you are a racist.
	Wait for it. That's where they always wind up with their chain of logic, if you can call it a chain of logic.
	They point out that, of course, the networks that are governed by FCC obscenity regulations, ABC, CBS, PBS, Nightly News, they did not do it at all, of course, because of obscenity regulations.
	But, of course, CNN, and now they can own this, they are the...
	Shahole News Network, because that's what they focus on.
	That's all we want to talk about.
	Meanwhile, as Sarah Sanders pointed out, they cannot be bothered to pronounce the last name of an Indian-American who was part of the Trump administration.
	CNN host Chris Cuomo referred to Raj Shah as Raj whatever his name is during his segment condemning President Trump for being racially insensitive.
	So I was like, yeah, he's racially insensitive, but you got this Indian guy, and I can't even pronounce his name.
	I don't even care who he is, because he works for Trump.
	He's horrible, too. And she said, put it out on Twitter, remember, we went to the White House when it happened, and Raj, whatever his name is, didn't back off of his words, he said.
	And so then Sarah Sanders put out on Twitter, she said, last month CNN put up the wrong picture for White House Principal Deputy Secretary Raj Shah, and now they refer to him on air as Raj, whatever his name.
	Can you imagine if President Trump had done that?
	I think probably CNN would be mentioning that maybe 195 times on one day.
	But they can't be bothered about that.
	And then, of course, the other part of this was we all pointed out that President Trump was whatever he said about why are we letting people in from these countries, whether he used the word or not.
	He said he did not use it.
	We've had... Senator Cotton, who was there, said he didn't use it.
	We've had other senators say that he didn't use it.
	Rand Paul pointed out, look, he funded my charity trips down there.
	We saved the vision of over 200 people in Haiti.
	And everybody was saying, as well as I said last week, what about the Clintons?
	They were the ones who basically destroyed Much of the people there in Haiti, after the earthquake had destroyed the country physically, they raised billions of dollars to help people in Haiti and kept it themselves.
	And Bill Clinton was triggered by that.
	He says, no, no, no, no, no.
	We didn't use the money for Chelsea Clinton's wedding.
	And Julian Assange, WikiLeaks and others corrected the record and they said, look, here are the email memos from Doug Band, who was at the Clinton Foundation, talking about this at the time.
	And Bill Clinton says, no, that wasn't funds, that was resources.
	You know, that depends on what the meaning of is is, right?
	What is the meaning of resources?
	I don't know what the meaning of resources is.
	I don't know what the meaning of is is.
	And I did not have sex with that woman.
	And they did not have text with Doug Band.
	That's the way the Clintons always respond, isn't it?
	I mean, it's interesting because it just defines their character.
	We always knew that they were like that.
	And now we've got the person, I think, who really did a great job of taking him down was James Woods.
	He says, this is how Bill Clinton and his horrid criminal cohorts destroyed Haiti.
	The only asshole part of Haiti was Bill Clinton's involvement.
	He and his crooked family, Bill Clinton, was Haiti's devil incarnate.
	And he tweeted out a link to a film that was put together by We Are Change.
	This is how the Clintons destroyed Haiti.
	And so WikiLeaks, as well as James Wood and everybody else, are correcting the record, and the Clintons just keep going further and further into it.
	As I point out, they collected more than $6 billion after the earthquake.
	Countries around the world were donating billions of dollars to help people.
	Their hearts went out to them. And instead, the Clintons use this money, the resources, these resources.
	They take those resources. Well, let's listen to what Senator Cotton had to say, because we've got Chuck Schumer saying, prove that you're not a racist.
	But Senator Cotton says he didn't say that.
	Let's play that clip. John, the point is that country of origin quotas are arbitrary, and they treat people based on where they're from, not who they are.
	Today, for instance, over 300,000 Indians are waiting to immigrate to this country.
	They can't do so because we have arbitrary caps on the countries from which people come.
	If you change our immigration system to a skills-based system that respects and treats people for who they are, As individuals as opposed to residents of a certain country or relative or whatever their names are.
	It's a system that is more in keeping with American values.
	So then in this notion of American values, which is what is at the heart of this debate, because what people need to know is that their president isn't judging people based on the color of their skin, but based on those skills that you talked about.
	So can you say then that the president in your conversations in this specific one Was not grouping people based on the countries they came from.
	That that sentiment was nowhere in anything he said.
	Not the words, but the sentiment from him.
	That that was absent from his mind or anything he said.
	John, what Senator Durbin and Senator Graham proposed is to expand our country of origin and quota-based system.
	The President reacted strongly against that.
	As he should, and I do as well, because we want to get away from a country of origin system that treats people as Nigerians or Norwegians and treats them as individuals, as doctors and scientists and computer programmers and so forth.
	I understand your sentence. What we want to get away from is a system where people just come and they make the decisions and we don't have any say about it.
	That's what Lindsey Graham says that he wants.
	He says basically that the U.S. belongs to the world.
	That's what he's out there saying.
	So, we should bow to the people who want to come here and don't really care what our laws are.
	Because when we talk about country of origin and getting beyond looking at the country of origin and looking at the individuals, and of course this goes back to the immigration bans that Trump put down on individual countries that are torn up by war, that don't have any records as to who these people are.
	We don't know anything about them.
	We don't have any reliable information about their identity, about their background, about their political affiliation, or what they want to do.
	We don't know if they've ever been in trouble with the law.
	We don't know if they're terrorists.
	But no, we should just let them in.
	So President Trump is saying we need to have information about the individuals and treat them as individuals.
	And we should be putting America first, in spite of what Lindsey Graham wants to do.
	You know, one of these individuals, and I touched on this yesterday briefly, We've got yet another crime of a guy who's been deported five times.
	He led police on a chase from Wisconsin to Illinois.
	He commandeered a bus in an act of what they're saying now is terrorism.
	And they had to chase him across state lines.
	Deported five times and also had a previous DUI arrest to his name.
	33 years old. So he's probably came here as a dreamer.
	You know, young guy, because Dreamers go up to 31, I think.
	They get special treatment from Obama going up to 31.
	We can't protect American lives or American property or American freedom.
	No, it's just an idea, and it's an idea, according to Lindsey Graham, whose time has passed.
	But I want to go back to what Chuck Schumer was saying.
	Throwing down the gauntlet, saying, you said this term, and now you've got to prove that you're not a racist.
	Making this into a back-and-forth about racism, saying we're not going to accept anything other than a straight-up, clean bill for DACA amnesty.
	And if you tie anything else into it, we're going to shut down the government.
	That's the line of Chuck Schumer and the rest of them.
	And here's what he had to say. Let's run video 10.
	Look, his comments over and over and over again can be described as nothing but racist and obnoxious.
	He says he's not a racist.
	Well, he's the least racist person.
	Least racist person you'd ever speak to.

	Well, here we are at the beginning of 2018 and we're seeing prohibition expanding everywhere.
	We've got new prohibition laws in Seattle.
	We've got new prohibition laws in Montreal.
	We've got a UK supermarket chain.
	With its own prohibition of plastic packaging.
	They're going to remove all plastic packaging from their own label products.
	Well, fine. I mean, people can still choose whether or not they want to go to that shopping center.
	That's fine if they want to do it.
	The problem I have is with government prohibition.
	Because again, people can shop or not shop at that UK supermarket.
	I don't know what they're going to replace their plastic packaging with.
	Are they just going to throw the raw meat out there and wrap it up in paper?
	I don't know that I would shop at that store in case they do that.
	But that's your choice. You want to do that because you think it's environmentally friendly?
	I'm going to challenge that here in just a second.
	But let's take a look here at Seattle.
	Beginning in Seattle, beginning in the beginning of the year, Seattle, according to PJ Media, Pajama Media, said they had a lot of different prohibitions coming along.
	They had mandatory paid sick leave.
	They had mandates for employers to post work schedules 14 days in advance and so forth and so on.
	You know, they got a long list of controls in Seattle.
	But of course, they don't want to control the borders.
	Do not control the borders.
	Don't enforce any laws on immigration.
	And here's one of the things that they put in.
	A big new soda tax.
	1.75 cents per ounce on drinks that have sugar.
	They're fine with pot, but they don't like pop, as I pointed out the other day.
	And how does this work out?
	With Gatorade, for example.
	If you buy a bulk pallet of 35 bottles of Gatorade, it would cost you $15.99.
	But then they're going to add an additional $10 of taxes on top of that $15 price to get you up to $26.
	And 67% of that is tax.
	When we were looking at the taxes on pot in California, it was like 25%.
	So here in Seattle, they're going to put a 67% tax on soda pop.
	Different groups have their different demonized stuff.
	That's why we need to have the Tenth Amendment.
	Why people need to be able to make the choice.
	And so as you've got the UK supermarket saying we're going to ban all plastic packaging, you've got Montreal beginning the year, 2018, by banning single-use plastic bags.
	We've already seen this happen here in Austin.
	A really stupid policy.
	And we've got everybody from environmentalists to scientists pointing out how stupid this is.
	The Financial Post in Canada is pointing out plastic bags are really popular because they make the environment cleaner.
	As I was just saying about the supermarket chain, what are they going to wrap some of their food in if they're not going to wrap it in plastic?
	Is it going to be in paper or some other stuff?
	It's not going to be as effective in terms of keeping it clean.
	They point out plastic bags are popular because of the ways that they make the environment cleaner and less hazardous to humans.
	For example, dog walkers use plastic bags to clean the environment so we don't turn into a shahole.
	But Democrats don't have any, or liberals don't have any problem with it.
	They also point out, University of Pennsylvania and George Mason University examined the connection between San Francisco's plastic bag ban and bacteria-related illnesses.
	They concluded that both deaths and ER visits, emergency room visits, spiked as soon as the ban went into effect.
	Relative to other counties, deaths in San Francisco increased by about 50% and ER visits increased by a comparable amount after the ban on plastic bags.
	And let's point out that even if you're trying to save the environment, you don't care about humans getting sick from bacteria.
	That is not even a good exchange in that regard.
	They said compared to paper grocery bags, this is a study done by economist Frank Stevenson.
	He said compared to paper grocery bags, plastic grocery bags consume 40% less energy, generate 80% less solid waste, and produce 70% fewer atmospheric emissions and release up to 94% fewer waterborne waste.
	Plastic bags. Not paper.
	Plastic, not paper. Cloth bags.
	Well, you have to use them about 130 times to have the carbon equivalent of a single-use plastic bag.
	This is politically correct insanity.
	And it's everywhere. Not just on racism.

	New details in the Las Vegas massacre suggest Steven Paddock's girlfriend may have known something was up.
	According to newly released FBI documents, Mary Lou Danley deleted her Facebook account one hour before the Las Vegas cops named Paddock as the man responsible for the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

	Emergency calls to police indicate Paddock began firing onto the crowd of concertgoers around 10.08 p.m.
	At 2.46 a.m., Danley's Facebook account was deleted.

	Now, Danley has remained adamant that she had no prior inclination of Paddock's intentions to conduct the attack.

	I don't like regime change wars.
	But then the right is saying, well, they're pushing, they're using this as a false flag to try to push against us going to war.
	Well, you know, I don't like that either.
	So, you know, regardless of whether the left or the right is right about these conspiracy theories, I mean, if the left is right and people get more concerned about missile defense or maybe even about civil defense and realizing that they don't have it, you know, as I said when I talked about this yesterday, I grew up at a time, I was in Florida when we had the Cuban Missile Crisis.
	And I remember the panic and the fact that they were telling us, like, you're not going to have enough time to go home.
	You're going to have to bring clothes to school.
	I was like, what do I need clothes to school for?
	I live a couple of blocks. They didn't bus us at the time, so I was like, I live a couple of blocks away from home.
	Why do I need to, I'm going to camp out here if there's a nuclear war?
	I mean, it's an elementary school, but I knew better than that.
	I knew better than the duck and cover stuff.
	I knew better than, okay, so then if this happens, you're going to stick your head in the desk.
	Yeah, all that stuff was great.
	And as I said yesterday, at the time of the Cold War, they were not doing anything to plan for civil defense in America except for the government.
	They took a lot of measures for the continuity of government.
	They took a lot of measures for what they today call the continuity of operations.
	And we had drills.
	That I mentioned December 29th.
	I mentioned, hey, coming up on January 2nd, we got a massive continuity of operations drill called Dark Winter 2.
	So just be aware, in case there's some false flags, or in case you see some missiles coming, you know, you may kind of wonder what's going on with that.
	Because that was Dark Winter 2.
	Dark Winter 1 happened in 2001, just 10 weeks before we had the false flag of 9-11.
	They get the first responders prepared to fight against that.
	Well, after we talked about that, they changed the date of that slightly.
	They moved it back to the sixth.
	They reclassified it, made it more compartmentalized, far more secure, which they typically don't do with these operations.
	And then we had the CDC come out and say, we're going to start preparing Americans for nuclear war.
	All of this happened, quite frankly, before this drill on the false alarm that happened in Hawaii.
	Now, it could be, as they're pointing out, some really, really awful software.
	They're telling us, oh, this is a pull-down menu, and you had two choices.
	Tell everybody this is a test, or tell everybody this is real.
	And he clicked the wrong thing.
	And people who are writing software...
	Rightly said, this is absolutely insane.
	If somebody did this system, the people who bought that system, the people who designed that system are the ones who should be punished more so than the person who actually clicked on the wrong thing because you're just asking for something like that to happen.
	And the question is, why didn't it happen sooner if it's such a bad design?
	And it is a bad design if that's really what is the case there.
	Or is this something that kind of followed up to the fact that the government was pushing a lot of these drills?
	Coming up to this situation.
	And if they're pushing all of these drills, and the question is, do we have effective missile defense?
	We have seen what happened in Saudi Arabia.
	We were told that we had a Patriot missile defense system there, and yet we've had two missiles launched from Yemen, Scud variants, that made it deep into Saudi Arabian territory.
	One of them, very close to the airport, and as people went back and looked at this, they said it was reported that it was intercepted at the last minute.
	We don't believe that it was intercepted.
	We believe that it went through the full cycle and yet missed by a little bit.
	And then they had another one go into Saudi Arabia.
	Similar situation from Yemen.
	These are not sophisticated missiles.
	These are SCUD missiles. And so there is a legitimate concern about the efficacy of our missile defense system.
	And the one takeaway from all of this stuff, whether it's the left saying, this is a false flag to push for missile defense, or the right saying, well, this is people pushing back against Trump doing anything with North Korea.
	I think the one thing that people need to take away from this is, as I said yesterday, you're on your own.
	You want to laugh at preppers?
	You know, I read the account of the journalist who said he knew that he only had 15 minutes to do something.
	He decided that he would try.
	He knew where Ground Zero was going to be.
	He was going to most likely be targeting the Pearl Harbor military base, assuming that the North Koreans would have that kind of accuracy to hit that.
	But, you know, trying to get on the other side of a mountain away from the effective target of that is not a bad strategy.
	If you look at what happened in Hiroshima at the end of World War II, you had a nuclear bomb hit Hiroshima and Mazda survived because they were on the other side of the mountain from that nuclear bomb.
	And now we've got, today, Japan issuing a false alarm over a missile launch.
	Everybody is on edge as we look at this.
	It's Japan. It's Hawaii.
	Everybody is concerned about what will happen.
	Have you done something to take care of your family is really the takeaway from all this.
	One of my favorite movies is Blast from the Past.
	I've always strived to be the father that Christopher Walken was.
	In that movie, it was really, if you haven't seen that, it's a family that makes this very elaborate shelter.
	And when I was growing up, and we had the Cuban Missile Crisis, and we had the Cold War, everybody really, Americans were on their own.
	They were building bomb shelters in their backyard.
	Nothing as elaborate as the one depicted in that movie, I don't imagine.
	I mean, if somebody did build something that elaborate, they probably kept it secret.
	But the government is building elaborate underground facilities.
	And the government is expecting to survive.
	And I just want you to understand as we look at this and we debate what is happening with this, and now there's been a lot of pushback as to what Tulsi Gabbard said, the congresswoman, Democrat congresswoman from there.
	I think she was absolutely right.
	When she said, our foreign policy and our regime change has actually made it more difficult for us to do anything about North Korea.
	But we had Bolton, who is somebody who thinks that we should be going abroad seeking monsters to destroy.
	That was never the purpose of American government, even the most statist among the founders.
	People like John Adams said, we should not be going abroad, getting involved, and taking down monsters.
	There's always going to be monsters abroad.
	And we don't need to be the ones taking them down.
	But here's the back and forth pushing back against what Tulsi Gabbard said.
	Oh, we don't have any audio?

	So I'll tell you what Mark Twain said, because that's what Bolton looks like to me.
	Mark Twain, the evil Mark Twain, was saying, well, this is awful.
	And of course, we know from history that the North Koreans were involved in working on a weapons system back into the 90s.
	So this had nothing at all to do with the takedown of Muammar Gaddafi after he gave up his nuclear weapons.
	Now we've got the audio on that.
	Let's run that audio. Look, she also said that the reason North Korea was seeking nuclear weapons was because of our record of overthrowing regimes and that Kim Jong-un and his predecessors wanted these for defensive purposes, which reveals a badly misinformed and irresponsible, I think, understanding of history.
	North Korea nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs began in the early 1990s or late 1980s, perhaps, well before any of that had happened.
	But I think it's important for everybody to understand, this failure in Hawaii was a state failure.
	It was a bad mistake.
	It needs to be corrected. Let's hold that there.
	Yeah, what he's trying to do there is a, and it is true, that, you know, don't get this button confused with the button on Donald Trump's desk.
	Of course we're not. And we understand that.
	But let's also understand that America was getting involved in regime change well before the 90s.
	You didn't have to wait to see where this was going, but it only confirmed that, the same kind of foreign policy that John Bolton is advocating in this case.

	Well, it's good to have you. What do you make of the current state now?
	Because this is about two weeks ago.
	You were talking about moves by Max Boot, by Richard Haass, by many others in the CFR to try to undermine Trump from the inside.
	This was actually written before we had the bomb dropped by Trump.
	Michael Wolff, now only about one out of three Americans believe this.
	A lot of people on the left believe this may have been overplayed, and his book may have actually backfired on them in terms of trying to put together a 25th Amendment strategy.
	What is your take on the current status right now?
	Well, David, as you know, we've never seen anything like this in our lifetimes.
	This is a full bore, full tilt, deep state, and we'll get into what that means because a lot of people mean different things when they talk about this term, deep state, which now has a common currency.
	We're seeing an all-out attempt to undo the elections.
	And we're seeing an all-out attempt by people in high places of power, in the intelligence community, within the administration itself, some of Trump's own people, some whom he's appointed, but most of whom are holdovers from previous administrations, but most of whom are holdovers from previous administrations, some of them going back to the Bush administration, many of them from the Obama administration.
	And then, of course, critical in all of this is the deep state connections to all of the media and all of the controlled mainstream media and how they are all orchestrating this together in a nonstop, relentless attack on the presidency, such as we've never relentless attack on the presidency, such as we've never seen before, where they're determined to get him out one way or another.
	And so they are trying this death by a thousand cuts.
	They're trying to hit him from every angle possible so that you even have...
	Ridiculous things such as we saw a week or so ago where the New York Times reporter Jennifer Weiner is on CNN and she's psychoanalyzing the president and saying, obviously this president is unwell, he's unfit, he's psychologically unfit because he doesn't have a dog.
	Presidents are supposed to have dogs.
	And you would think... Maybe this would be a Saturday Night Live skit, but no, they were playing this as straight news on CNN, and you'd expect that from CNN. But here, to have the New York Times and CNN both going after the president, trying to psychoanalyze him and say that he's mentally deficient because he doesn't have a dog in the White House like President Obama and some of the other previous presidents before him.
	Well, as I used to say, if you want a friend in Washington, get a dog.
	And I guess that's why he doesn't have a single friend in Washington is because he doesn't have a dog, right?
	Meaning no offense to dogs.
	I'm a dog lover. I have four big dogs myself.
	But really, I really don't think that should be the definitive factor on a person's mental health.
	You know, they were attacking Ivanka because she wore her own clothes to events.
	They will go after anything.
	I had an article here on my desk.
	I was trying to pull it up here. Going after President Trump because there was an article on The Hill talking about how he ate Skittles or something like that.
	And he always picked out the yellow ones or the red ones.
	And they went on for several paragraphs about this.
	How, oh yeah, so-and-so was on Air Force One with him and talked about how he was obsessive about this particular color of Skittle.
	So, obviously, he's not healthy and he's not mentally healthy or something.
	I mean, it's crazy what they do.
	Yeah. It's pretty amazing.
	You look at it and you go, can they really think that the American people are that stupid and they're willing to further destroy what shreds of credibility they have left by these all-out attacks that are no substance to them whatsoever, making up things all the time, inventing things.
	And that's where I believe this whole latest...
	Over the S-hole remark, alleged remark, and we keep emphasizing that because even many people in the Trump camp and in the conservative movement have taken as fact an allegation by the Washington Post of all places.
	Yeah, and Dick Durbin.
	Right, and Dick Durbin.
	And so at first it was just an anonymous source from the Washington Post claiming that in this meeting the president made this remark.
	And not only that he used that term, which he disputes, but also that he did it in a hateful, vile, racist manner and did it repeatedly.
	And, you know, this kind of assassination by anonymous sources has been going on and on through this whole administration.
	We're not really actually preceding it, but we've never seen it to this level before where all of the media will jump on something without any source.
	And then when that source comes forward, in this case, Dick Durbin, Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois, who does it the Chicago way.
	I mean, Dick Durbin has been a contaminated source from the very beginning.
	Well, he was slapped down by the Obama administration because he misreported something that happened in a private meeting during the Obama administration.
	They also pushed back against this same senator.
	And the thing, we've got to take a break.

	And one of the things he realizes, and here's a quote from George Soros.
	He says, the dominant ideology in the world now is nationalism.
	It's the EU that's the institution on the verge of a breakdown.
	And he says Russia is now the resurgent power based on nationalism.
	In other words, they're putting, you know, whatever Russia does, everybody's freaking out about Russia and their interference in the election.
	But they're putting Russia first.
	And nationalism is a very strong, powerful thing.
	And it's the supranational organizations that are now breaking apart.
	And even the secession movements that are going on within Spain, for example, Spain and Catalonia, or within Italy.
	People want government that is more accountable to them, more controllable by them, that serves them rather than having them serve the government.

	So that's really the key dominant forces there.

	But it is also the idea that people are going to put their own interests above that of George Soros or some globalist organization that really concerns them.

	Well, the European Union was one of the biggest efforts after World War II to create the globalist supranational state.

	And I was fortunate in being able to be a very close associate with a friend of Hilaire du Berrier, who wrote the H2B reports for five decades.
	He was an American citizen, French extraction, who lived in France, in Monte Carlo, and wrote his H2B reports for many years.
	He He had unparalleled intelligence contacts, had been involved in almost all of the major events of the 20th century.
	And died at the age of 97.
	I went over and visited him a number of times.
	He was a contributing editor to the New American magazine.
	And before the New American, when we were called American Opinion and Review of the News, he was a contributing editor there and our foreign correspondent.
	And he had been writing about the European Union when most Americans were not concerned about it back in the 1950s and 60s and 70s.
	And so I had been reading him during those decades, particularly the 70s and then in the 80s.
	And so we began exposing in the New American Magazine in the 1980s this whole plan that even a lot of conservatives over here thought was pretty good.
	We're going to get the European nations all together and they won't have wars anymore.
	Everything will be wonderful.
	We'll have a common market.
	We'll be able to facilitate free trade and travel.
	It will be wonderful because, as you know, when you travel over in Europe, particularly before the EU, you had to show your passport at each country's borders.
	And, you know, that can be a little bit of a hassle.
	You had to change your money from pounds to lira to francs.
	And so it sounded like it was going to be all wonderful to have just one EU and have one currency.
	And Hilaire and his sources there in Europe who were nationalists and who saw the dangers of this and saw behind the scenes the globalists, the communists, and the socialists all working together to create this global superstate, this Orwellian superstate, warned about it.
	And they were not taken seriously up until just the last few years when the bared fangs started coming out on the EU monster.
	All of the beneficent facade began to fall apart and people began to see that what Hilaire and Pierre de Villemarrest and others who had been warning about, had been saying for decades that, look, they're building a centralized, powerful, all-powerful state, and once they have those controls, then the velvet glove will come off and you'll see the iron fist.
	Yes.
	That's what's been happening the last few years.
	And just like they did in Europe, they were going to do, you know, create North American Union.
	That's part of that.
	First, they come with the trade approach and they unify the trade.
	And then gradually they move it into political unification.
	That was going to be the plan.
	And Trump was the one who really got in their way and has really been the forefront of this nationalist movement worldwide.
	And that's one of the things that George Soros and others are worried about.
	Shutting down the TPP, shutting down the Paris Climate Accord.
	Those are going to create supranational organizations that were going to control our economy and control our lives.
	I mean, what people found out in Britain was that you had people in Brussels telling them where and when and how much they could fish in their own waters.
	That that was what this ultimately looks at when the policies are implemented.
	It is a distant tyranny, and so that's what Trump has been doing.
	So that brings us back to where we started, the deep state and their attacks on President Trump that they have now orchestrated together.
	Well, and this was preceded over in Europe.
	What happened in Europe with the building of the European Union is that every politician who, like Trump, tried to stand up against this encroaching super state was given the Trump treatment.
	And that was being done, you know, the Marshall Plan, which was using U.S. taxpayer funds to push this socialist collectivist supranational program in Europe, it was called The Project, was being guided by the Council on Foreign Relations was being guided by the Council on Foreign Relations here and the CIA working through the State Department.
	And they were flooding Europe with all this money, that socialist governments and parties that got the money from the Marshall Plan, and that those politicians who stood up against the plan were denounced as racist, as warmongers, etc., and the European media, which as warmongers, etc., and the European media, which was all centralized, would demonize them and make sure that they could never get anywhere.
	They're still suffering from that in Europe because they don't have an independent media here like we do with Infowars, with our magazines, with talk radio, things of that nature.
	They don't have that over there.
	In fact, so now the central...
	European Union authorities can, if you denounce the immigration invasion, the thing that Merkel and the EU pushed through and the United Nations pushed through, where over a million people So-called refugees, migrants, came into Europe, into Germany just in one year.
	If you denounce that and say, no, that's suicidal, then you're automatically a racist.
	You're charged with a hate crime.
	And what you're saying is, too, people in Europe who essentially stand up and say the same thing that President Trump is, we've just seen it in the last day or so in the Czech elections.
	They called the guy who was president there, they said, look, he's crazy, he's vulgar, all the same tactics throwing against this guy, but he was standing up against the European Union, and now he's leading in the elections of the first round, because that's what the people, the people want to have nationalism, they want to have government that is closer to them, but I find it interesting, just as you mentioned earlier, Mr.
	Jasper, that they use these same tactics against every European politician.
	They're racist, they're xenophobic, they're vulgar, they're Nazis, because they stand up against a centralized Europe.
	We see that against Viktor Orban in Hungary.
	We saw that against Vaclav Havel in Czechoslovakia before.
	We saw it against the Austrians, the Germans, the French.
	Anyone who stands up Who says, no, this is Hungary or Switzerland or Austria.
	We're Austrians. We don't want to have it.
	We fought at the gates of Vienna hundreds of years ago to stop the Turkish invasion, the Muslim invasion, and we don't want to have it forced on us by the EU or the United Nations.

	I'm David Knight and we're talking to William Jasper about the deep state.
	And when we look at the deep state, I mean, think about all the different forces that are opposed to President Trump inside our own government.
	We have the surveillance state.
	We have corrupt law enforcement officials at the top.
	That's starting to be exposed.
	But we also have the permanently entrenched bureaucracy.
	The mainstream media are all there.
	And then there's the cabinet.
	The deep state inside the White House.
	And I want to talk a little bit to William Jasper about that.
	Also, he can say whatever he wants, you know, comment, William, about what you want to say about the deep state.
	I thought it was very interesting because you kind of focused in this article on Max Boot and his saying that, you know, the national security strategy study that came out was a cry from the heart inside the deep state.
	What do you think he meant by that?
	Well, that was quite an amazing and an important admission by a leading member of the secret establishment.
	In this case, the Council on Foreign Relations.
	Matt Boot is a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.
	And in this article on the CFR, Council on Foreign Relations, website, he was...
	Commenting on the National Security Strategy Memorandum report put out by the Trump administration.
	And he was saying that, yes, there are some deficiencies in this report from the CFR's standpoint, in that he recognized and he acknowledged that, yes, Trump has taken us out of,
	sort of, We're good to go.
	Trump is pushing nationalism.
	So he's actually using those terms, deep state, acknowledging what we and critics have been saying.
	And he said, this is a cry from the heart of the deep state, sending a signal to others, meaning other internationalists, other globalists out there.
	Don't be too concerned.
	We're still here.
	We're still holding a steady, stable course.
	And the Trump era will pass and we'll get back on course.
	This was... Yeah, let's talk about who those people are, but it's very important what you just said there.
	The fact that he owns this term and uses itself referentially, the deep state.
	And we have people who push back for years, criticized the New American, the John Birch Society, criticized us here at Infowars because we're talking about globalists.
	When they call themselves globalists...
	When they start to defend globalism, when they call themselves the deep state and start to defend the deep state, then maybe we were right all along.
	I think we were right. And, of course, one of the other things that they talk about all the time is the CFR. And for those who are not aware of what we're talking about, that's the Council on Foreign Relations.
	Basically, it's the Insider Club in Washington.
	Reagan was, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he was the first president we'd had for a very long time who wasn't a part of the CFR. But immediately...
	There were 300 people from the CFR that went into the State Department, and they basically took control of this thing.
	So this is a club that has always promoted globalism, that is always a part of the deep state, the permanent established globalist state that's there in Washington.
	And so he's talking about this is a cry from all of us, and he's admitting all these labels that we put there and what their agenda is about is actually true.
	So who are these people that he says are crying from inside the Trump administration?
	Well, he looks particularly at several of the people.
	Nadia Shadlau, the assistant to National Security Advisor, General Shadlau.
	McMaster. McMaster, General McMaster.
	Who are both Council on Foreign Relations members.
	Not just members, but deep state globalists.
	And when we talk about globalists, it's important, I think, to...
	That's a term that has become rather generalized.
	And a lot of people on the left refer to it also.
	They kind of have a nebulous...
	It just means Wall Street capitalist bankers.
	And so they try to put a Marxist gloss on it.
	Well, there is a Marxist gloss on it.
	What I would suggest to people is that in order to get a real deep understanding of the deep state, our current issue of the New American Magazine is called The Deep State.

	All of the articles go into detail, background on all the different levels of the deep state and how it is that our intelligence community, the banking community, the Federal Reserve, the executive branch, legislative branch have become permeated over this last year.
	It's been six, seven decades.
	It's almost been a century now that the Council on Foreign Relations has been around 1921 when it was officially founded, but it was already going in ascent form 1910, 1912, the Anglo-American establishment.
	It's It's British equivalent had already gotten going.
	And then the American Council on Foreign Relations got going officially in 1921.
	We're moving up on now a century.
	And over that time period, over that last hundred years...
	They have been able to assiduously place their people in the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, gradually into positions of power in the bureaucracy.
	And so, for instance, let me just read one quote.
	Here's from Rob Stein.
	Rob Stein was chief of staff for Bill Clinton.
	He is now head of—he's one of the founders of Democracy Alliance.
	That's the George Soros Billionaire Club that's funding all of these— Here's what he said at the Democratic National Convention in 2008.
	Now this is when they were trying to bring Barack Obama into power.
	And he said, quote... The reason it is so important to control government is because government is the source of enormous power.
	One president in this country, when he or she takes office, appoints 5,000 people to run a bureaucracy, non-military, non-postal service of 2 million people who hire the 10 million outside outsourced contractors, a workforce of 12 million people that spends $3 trillion a year.
	That number is larger than the gross domestic product of all but four countries on the face of the earth.
	End quote.
	Into the bureaucracy where they will stay, they will outlast presidents, they will continue to create policy and to thwart the policies of anyone should they happen to get in like we see with Donald Trump.
	Who starts to turn the ship of state or upset the apple cart.
	These people are already in place and they will thwart it.
	And that's what we have been seeing happening.
	Those people who are the factotum of the deep state are not the brains behind it.
	The Council on Foreign Relations and those who they work with in the other states.
	think tanks are the ones who put together the game plan.
	But these are the people that carry it out.
	And they have not only people in the bureaucracy at all levels, but up at, as we mentioned in the articles there, in the cabinet itself.
	So that, and to those who were advising President Trump on who to put into these positions of So that he unwittingly has put many of these people from the Council on Foreign Relations, from Goldman Sachs, from Wall Street, into these positions of power, being advised, oh, these are the kinds of people you need in order to get things done.
	And unfortunately, they are...
	That's why he needs to hear from us whenever there's a question on something like the Paris Climate Agreement.
	He's got somebody like Rex Tillerson who's pushing him in the wrong direction.
	He needs to hear from his base, and that's the way that we really support President Trump is to let him know, no, this is what you said you were right to start with.
	Keep going on that course.
	Don't listen to these other guys.
	Right. And this whole thing, it's been difficult trying to figure out, okay, with Steve Bannon and who has actually been responsible for him getting all these people in there.
	He ultimately has to pay the price for the bad advice that he's getting and the backstabbing that he's getting.
