	Well, it's Tuesday, January the 9th, 2018.
	I'm David Knight. We're going to take a look at the Bundy trial.
	It was dismissed yesterday with prejudice.
	That means that there will be no retrial in this travesty of justice.
	These political prisoners who have been in jail for 700 days, Cliven Bundy said, and his sons were in jail in Oregon longer than that.
	So we're going to take a look at what I saw there.
	What this is all about, what the feds don't want you to see, and what the feds don't want you to know.
	This is something that doesn't just affect you if you have ranching property or mining property or logging rights or whatever.
	And I say property, I mean property rights.
	If you have grazing, water rights on property, mining, logging rights, those are all being shut down all across the country.
	And in this particular area, it's now part of the Gold Butte Monument that Obama created.
	While he had them locked up, that was why it was important to lock them up.
	That was why it was important to run off the other 52 ranchers off that property so they could get the very last guy there.
	And you know what? He's made a tougher stuff, he and his family.
	So good for them. They stood up to those people, and we need to celebrate the fact that justice is finally done.
	And I'll point out... That it was done with the help of a BLM whistleblower who got dismissed by the crooked U.S. district of U.S. attorney that was in charge of this.
	So let's understand that not everybody in the BLM is bad.
	Just most of them. All the people running that thing are corrupt.
	But there are some good people in there.
	Just like you see people like William Binney.
	Blowing the whistle on the NSA. It's very important.
	There's a few people that are in there that are not in it simply for the money, simply for the power that they have there.
	And there were criminal actions that were done by the BLM, criminal actions that were done by Dan Love.
	So we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about the people having Oprahgasms, just the mere idea of Oprah running for president.
	And one of those people, which I think is the most interesting, you expect to see Democrats do this.
	The same people who supported Hillary Clinton.
	But to see a lot of these never-Trumpers coming out of the woodwork.
	As I just mentioned the other day, and I tweeted...
	What Bill Kristol had to say of the Weekly Standard.
	And of course that is spelled W-E-A-K. The Weekly Standard...
	Bill Kristol, who always has opposed Trump in every issue because he is a hardcore neocon.
	He is a Republican in name only.
	He doesn't support limited government in any way, shape, or form.
	And, of course, somebody like Oprah would be someone that he would gravitate to.
	So he put out a whole bunch of tweets.
	I'm with her. I'm with her.
	He later said that they were tongue-in-cheek, and about 12 hours after he put out all of these Oprahgasm tweets, he did put out some tongue-in-cheek tweets, but I think that he really is with her, quite frankly.
	I think the Never Trumpers would do anything, coalesce around anybody, to shut this down.
	And she is, as Alex Jones spent a lot of time yesterday talking about, a full-on globalist with connections to not only Harvey Weinstein, but the rest of these people.
	So I'm not going to go into that part of it.
	We're going to talk a little bit about the politics there.
	We're going to talk about what's going on at Consumer Electronics Show.
	I think you'll find that interesting and amusing.
	There's some funny stuff there, but there's also some deadly serious stuff.
	They're talking about smart cities for the first time at the Consumer Electronics Show.
	And, of course, that is where this is all headed.
	That ties together everything that we're seeing, not only with the Bundys, but in your personal life as well.
	They've got plans for you, not just for the ranchers, the loggers, the miners.
	They have plans for you.
	That's why they want to lock up all the land outside of a few cities so they can put you in a 200 square foot apartment and have you driving around in a rented box.
	Kind of as the police said, contestants in a suicidal race packed like lemmings into shiny metal boxes.
	That's their plan for the future.
	And so all of this wonderful technology that they're talking about, with the AI and the smart this and the smart that, and the self-driving cars, it all comes together for their urban plan, which is a UN agenda.
	Just like the war on drugs was a UN agenda.

	Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz warns that Democrats attempting to declare Trump mentally unfit to hold office is straight out of the communist playbook.
	These psychiatrists now who are trying to diagnose without ever having met the man, that's what they did in Russia.
	I represented dissidents who got locked up in mental hospitals.
	That's what they did in China.
	That's what they did in apartheid South Africa.

	And I'm going to spend a great deal of time talking about that.
	And that is, of course, the charges being dismissed with prejudice against Cliven Bundy and his family and others.
	And it should get some people who are currently serving life sentences or convicted in previous trials.
	The juries were hung on most of those.
	But there's a couple individuals that are facing very long sentences.
	It should reopen their trials as well.
	And I want to talk about this because this is very key to what is in your future.
	Whether you live on a ranch or you live in a rural area or whether or not you have any rights that really are property rights, whether or not they're grazing rights or water rights or logging or mining rights, those are property rights.
	Just the same as it is if you have a house in the suburbs or even an apartment that you own or some kind of a property that you own in a city.
	Yesterday I spent a lot of time talking about the war on drugs.
	The war on drugs was a U.N. agenda.
	And all of this, later on, I'm going to talk about, after we spend some time talking about what happened in this Bundy case, because, again, even if you don't understand the broader issues here of ownership and land use, you should be alarmed at what happened in this trial,
	trial because we've seen this kind of abuse of power by the government and other trials like the Silk Road trial and Ross Ulbricht, who is now serving three life sentences, a young man who had the audacity to have a website that sold property, sold things that were prohibited by sold things that were prohibited by the government and use Bitcoin.
	Those are the two things that they had to take down.
	And a lot of parallels in the trial of Ross Ulbricht to this particular case because there were crooked agents who took over the website and that was not allowed to be told to the jury.
	People who had embezzled a great deal of money as federal agents out of the Silk Road website, that was not allowed to be told to the jury.
	So, in the same way, this is why this case has collapsed.
	It's the corruption of a federal government that will do anything to get its way.
	And its way is to control your life, to take your property, to take your freedom.
	And so I want to cover that.
	But in the broader sense, where this all ties together is really at the Consumer Electronics Show.
	Because yesterday I talked about the war on drugs, the war against the Constitution, specifically against the Tenth Amendment, as Jeff Sessions wants to open that back up.
	And I said, hey, you have to understand that not only is this prohibited by the Constitution, But it is also a UN agenda.
	They put marijuana in as a Class 1 drug, saying that it had no medical uses.
	Well, that's clearly a lie.
	We've got more than half of the states acknowledge the fact that it has many medical uses, but they still have it classified as a Schedule 1 drug.
	But it was the United Nations that created the schedules and put the drugs into those schedules.
	So it was a UN agenda.
	In the same way we have another UN agenda that is before us right now.
	It was first the UN Agenda 21, the agenda for the 21st century.
	Then they made it a little bit more specific, time-specific and so forth.
	They called it the UN Agenda for 2030 Sustainability.
	And now if you look at the Consumer Electronics Show, you see a confluence of factors that are technological in nature to essentially create a high-tech prison for you, regardless of where you live.
	If you live in a rural area, they're going to force you largely into a city.
	And if you live in the city, they're going to force you into ever smaller homes.
	And that's what this is truly about.
	As you look at the Consumer Electronics Show, and we're going to look at that later on, And this is the first time the Consumer Electronics Show has pulled in smart cities.
	But what is behind all the technology that is the Internet of Things, and again, the self-driving cars are part of the Internet of Things, what is behind all this surveillance and control technology is to take away your job, take away your freedom to move about, to confine you into the cities, to take away your ownership.
	And that's what's happening first to these people in the rural areas.
	They are the canaries in the coal mine.
	Whether they're miners or ranchers or loggers, they're the canaries in the coal mine.
	They're the ones who are bearing the brunt of Agenda 21.
	But don't worry. Your time in the barrel is coming up if you don't understand what's going on.
	And when you resist this, understand that the government will do anything to put you in jail as a political prisoner.
	That's the story of the Bundys.
	And that's how these three stories of marijuana prohibition, of smart cities, of the Bundys, all these things come together in an unconstitutional tyranny that is being operated by the United Nations and its agendas.
	And many on the right will see and sympathize with the Bundys.
	Many on the left will see and sympathize with marijuana users and with state nullification.
	But you have to understand we're going to either hang together left and right or we're going to hang separately.
	And it's the UN that's going to hang us.
	That's where this all really ultimately goes back.
	Yes, there's a lot of crony capitalism involved here.
	A lot of control and politics involved in all of this.
	Crony capitalism in the urban planning, crony capitalism in seizing these lands so that they can, as we've seen in Arizona where McCain was involved, they took the Tonto National Forest and then they sold it to a foreign corporation.
	So you'll see that all of that is part of it.
	But let's begin with the Bundy case because back I think it was in December that the judge finally couldn't cover up anymore for the BLM. She had done a great deal.
	To allow the BLM to conceal information that would have helped the defendants in previous trials.
	And she was still doing it here, but it was because of the actions of a BLM whistleblower that could no longer be concealed.
	And at that point in time, she allowed them to get bail.
	They had been held without bail because of the lies from the BLM saying that they were a danger to society.
	So I want to give you Cliven Bundy's wife's We've talked about this and at the time it still wasn't certain whether or not the judge would say this is available for an additional trial or whether she would shut it down with prejudice as she did yesterday.
	But here's Carol Bundy back when the judge originally called a mistrial.
	I feel...
	I feel a little disappointed because it's not what I wanted.
	I wanted to bring my husband home.
	But I am so proud of that man that stands on principle and stands for what he feels is right.
	And I feel that God's in control.
	So it's going down just exactly the way it's supposed to.
	And I think the judge, it's going to be over.
	She just can't do it all in one day.
	She has to drag it on so you guys will have a job.
	Thank you. That's right.
	So we'll have a job. We'll have something to talk about.
	Except that the media really hasn't talked about it, have they?
	You've seen a lot of stories about this in mainstream media.
	They were covering it yesterday.
	Pretty much everybody picked it up.
	Yesterday, a federal judge dismissed all charges against Cliven Bundy as two sons and another man.
	U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarra cited, quote, flagrant prosecutorial misconduct.
	Boy, that is... That is accurate, but that is an understatement.
	It was criminal, and they should face criminal charges for what they did.
	The court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated.
	Judge Andrew Napolitano said either the government lied or its actions were so grossly negligent as to be tantamount to lying.
	You know, yeah, that's true.
	That's part of it. That's the legal side of it.
	But, of course, the injustice and the criminal actions of the government began before even the standoff happened.
	And we'll talk about that in a moment.
	Cliven Bundy and his wife, Cliven Bundy said he'd been jailed for 700 days as a political prisoner.
	And that's absolutely true.
	And what is involved here, of course, you'll hear people referring to the Brady Rule.
	That is a rule that refers back to a court case, a Supreme Court case in 1963, that says that the federal government and prosecutors cannot withhold evidence that they know that would be exculpatory.
	In other words, would show people that the defendants are innocent.
	That is precisely what they did.
	And Judge Napolitano said the judge exercised tremendous patience.
	I think that there was far too much tolerance.
	You can call it patience. I think there was far too much tolerance and cover-up of criminal actions.
	And as I said, I think that she did the right thing eventually.
	But the person that forced her hand on it was a BLM whistleblower.
	Let's give him credit for this.
	And of course they say, well, they faced many years in prison.
	Let's understand... That Fox News is sugarcoating this, saying they faced many years in prison.
	They were facing life in prison.
	And saying that Bundy ended up owing a million dollars in fees and fines?
	No. It was a couple of thousand dollars, and they pumped it up artificially.
	And that's a lie that's been recirculated by the mainstream media, including Fox News, for quite some time.
	They should know better. We'll be right back.

	We're going to talk about what happened with the Bundy case yesterday.
	The federal judge has now dismissed this with prejudice, which means that prosecutors cannot come back a second time.
	She had already declared a mistrial.
	We played for you.
	Cliven Bundy's wife, Carol Bundy, commenting on that, said, yeah, I think that it's going to be dismissed.
	They're not going to come back with it. Basically, they didn't have a choice after a BLM whistleblower.
	And we're very grateful to him for letting that truth come out because she had been complicit, this judge had been complicit in covering for the BLM and the crimes that were committed by the special agent in charge and others in previous trials and earlier in this trial, putting a gag order on people not being able to talk about the BLM. But she could no longer do that once the BLM whistleblower, the honest individual in the room, came out with these documents.
	And we have talked to Sherry Duvalli with Readout News, with Matt Shea, who had that information.
	That information was released, and shortly after that, the judge was forced to declare a mistrial.
	Now, this is what she had to say yesterday.
	She said, and it is true, that the federal prosecutor's conduct was outrageous, that it violated due process rights.
	Their conduct should concern you regardless of what you think about this issue.
	We're going to go back and talk about what the issues were there.
	And understand that just yesterday, as we talked about an issue that many people on the left would embrace, the unconstitutionality of the drug war, understand that that began as a U.N. agenda.
	Today we're going to talk about another U.N. agenda, Agenda 21, or the U.N. Agenda 2030 for sustainability.
	Even if you don't understand that and where that is going, you need to be alarmed at what happened in this trial.
	So we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about the standoff and the bigger picture that ends up At the Consumer Electronics Show, also in Nevada, in Las Vegas.
	It's going on right now. She cited, the judge cited, Judge Navarro, six pieces of evidence that were favorable to the defense and could have changed the outcome of the trial.
	And here's those pieces of evidence.
	Records about surveillance of the Bundy Ranch.
	They had denied that they were surveilling people.
	They had denied that they had snipers that were there prior to anything happening.
	They were the aggressors. Let's make that clear.
	Just as we saw at Ruby Ridge, just as we saw at Waco, and so many other times.
	We have seen the federal government as organized aggressors, and this happens too often with local law enforcement as well.
	Maps about government surveillance, records about the presence of government snipers, FBI logs about the activity at the ranch in the days leading up to the standoff.
	Law enforcement assessments dating to 2012 that found that the Bundys posed no threat, even though they were lying in court, even though they kept these people in jail for years.
	Denying them bail, they knew all along the FBI, the Department of quote-unquote justice, And the Bureau of Land Management.
	They're not about land management.
	They're about driving people off of the land.
	And that includes you out of your suburban home if you let them do this because that's where this is ultimately going with the smart cities.
	Internal Affairs reports about misconduct by the BLM agents.
	All of this. Was there.
	And we have, remember, there's a couple of previous trials that have resulted in a couple of men who are now currently in jail.
	Those should be opened up.
	Those should be revised on appeal.
	I'm sure they will be appealed now, and those convictions should be overturned.
	Alright, so let's listen to some of the talking heads on mainstream media talking about these charges being dismissed.
	Let's play video four. And it's so ironic, if you think about it, because the whole defense side of this case is agency misconduct in the standoff, and then you end up with government lawyer misconduct in the courtroom.
	It's not ironic.
	It is a pattern of corruption that is from the top to the bottom in our government.
	He said it's ironic that, hey, this began as talking about this kind of corruption and the conduct and everything, and now it's about judicial conduct.
	Well, it was corruption by the conduct of the BLM, corruption by the conduct of the FBI, and then the Department of Justice comes in and covers for everybody.
	Does that sound familiar? Does that sound like even what's going on with President Trump and Hillary Clinton?
	See, it's not just the people at the bottom.
	It's not just the grassroots people.
	It's everybody that they're doing this to.
	So let's continue on with his analysis.
	It's not ironic. This evidence, which reportedly is about federal snipers' positions as well as surveillance cameras, why was that evidence withheld?
	It's a good question, and I don't know if we really know the answer.
	I think I know the answer.
	I just told you. It shouldn't have been turned over the defense.
	It's not the usual thing for prosecutors not to disclose this kind of evidence, but it does happen, as we heard earlier.
	It's happened in other cases as well.
	It was a risk, and it didn't pay off for the prosecutors, obviously.
	They'd been caught, and now it's going to be up to the judge in January to decide whether there'll even be a retrial in this case.
	Okay, and again, that was going back to the original declaration of a mistrial.
	The judge has said, no, we can't go further with this.
	And when he says, yeah, it's a good question, why would they withhold that?
	I just told you, it's because they're corrupt.
	It's because they're corrupt. Because they can get away with it.
	Because it looks good on their career.
	And we've got people now inside the Mueller investigation.
	The first guy that he went to, Weissman, is someone who ruined the lives of people on Wall Street with false convictions.
	You don't care because they're on Wall Street?
	So you let this kind of stuff happen?
	You don't care because it happens to some ranchers somewhere?
	So let this kind of stuff continue to go on.
	Look, we're going to have corrupt individuals in any institution.
	As Frank Serpico has said many times, we've talked about the fact that he said, look, you've got humans running these things.
	So you've got good people, you've got bad people.
	The question is, will the institution purge the bad people, or will it promote them to the top?
	Will it embrace them in a cross-agency conspiracy between the FBI, the BLM, and the Department of Justice?
	I mean, we've got a conspiracy here that goes across the top levels of multiple departments in the federal government.
	That is how corrupt this is.
	And again, the judge said there's been flagrant misconduct, substantial prejudice, and no lesser remedy is sufficient.
	And I think as we look at this, there's a lot of headlines out there.
	Many of them just kind of say, hey, it's been dismissed, blah, blah, blah.
	And the editorializing is within the article.
	But I think the very worst example of this is the Daily Mail.
	Listen to this headline.
	Judge drops all charges against Cliven Bundy and his sons for leading an armed uprising in 2014.
	What a disgusting, despicable, lying rag the Daily Mail is.
	I think they're worse in many cases than CNN. Going back and looking at their coverage of this fake book, Fire and Fury and so forth, but this, this, an uprising against federal authorities.
	What nonsense that is.
	Let's play what Carol Bundy had to say in an interview that she gave with the New Republic, I think it was, saying, from her perspective, what had happened.
	Here's Carol Bundy. They just came in and they tore out water structures that had been there for hundreds of years, they killed my cattle, they terrorized the people of the town, and then flipped it around saying that we had done that.
	They were just totally out of control.
	I say we embarrassed the federal government because they had come with force and we said, no, we have a constitutional right to stand and we are going to stand.
	We've had a lot of people calling and saying, what can we do?
	What can we do? And we realized that we needed some bodies.
	And so when they arrested my son...
	That's right. We're going to play the rest of that when we come back.

	And now they have been in jail for a couple of years, many of them without bail, because the BLM and the FBI were lying to the judge, to others, saying that they were the ones who had instigated this.
	And as I pointed out, the Daily Mail and other mainstream media are still pushing that lie, still saying that they had started an armed uprising against the government.
	No, it was the government that had done the armed uprising against we the people, against the Constitution.
	We're going to get back to that in just one moment before we do real quickly.

	All right, let's get back to what's going on.
	And I want to go back and play what Carol Bundy said, because you have to understand, they were not the aggressors.
	They've been saying this. We were saying this for quite some time, but the federal government was saying something quite different and lying in court about it.
	Those lies were exposed eventually by a BLM whistleblower.
	And the case has now been dismissed with prejudice by the judge, which means that there will be no retrial.
	The truth has finally come out and been verified by BLM Whistleblower.
	But we've been telling you this for quite some time.
	This is what Carol Bundy had to say when she had an opportunity to speak with some reporters just recently.
	And they just came in and they tore out water structures that had been there for hundreds of years.
	They killed my cattle.
	They terrorized the people of the town.
	And then flipped it around saying that we had done that.
	They were just totally out of control.
	I say we embarrassed the federal government because they had come with force and we said, no, we have a constitutional right to stand and we are going to stand.
	We've had a lot of people calling and saying, what can we do?
	What can we do? And we realized that we needed some bodies.
	And so when they arrested my son and they had over 300 head of cattle, that's when we put out, they have my son, they have my cows.
	It's time to take a stand.
	I've had a restless night for two months.
	Since trial started. Since trial started, I've sat there and watched, in my opinion, the evil of that court.
	It's an overreaching government who does not want anybody to speak out.
	They're on a roll and they've got control and they don't want to lose their job.
	They'll say, we're just doing our job.
	That's what they'll tell me. We're just doing our job.
	I still have faith in the jury system, and I think that they're very lucky that they have a good jury.
	They would not let us bring our witnesses in that they needed.
	She told them if the witnesses came that it was an ongoing case and that they'd better have their lawyer with them and be prepared to walk out in handcuffs.
	Well, you know, up in Oregon, when my sons got not guilty up there, they came back down and said, oh, they've learned a lot.
	And I just look at them and say, so did we.
	So did we. We've learned a lot, too.
	I think when you stand for truth and righteousness, you stand with God.
	And that's where we stand.
	It's in His hands. And again, you heard her say that the judge had threatened witnesses.
	I said, we'd like to bring some witnesses to testify in our favor to say what we wanted to say.
	Well, if they come, they better be prepared to leave in handcuffs.
	They better have their lawyers with them because I'm going to arrest any witnesses in favor of you.
	That was what the judge was doing.
	She was not there to make sure that justice was done.
	We've seen Gloria Navarro preside over previous trials in a very criminal way.
	She was obstructing justice.
	She was obstructing witnesses.
	And it was the whistleblower documents that were released.
	Matt Shea publicized that, and so did Sherry Duvalli of Readout News.
	We had both of them on to talk about that.
	That was what really cracked open the fraud and the criminal actions of the Department of Justice.
	And I think this judge wisely decided that she was not going to embrace their agenda of crime.
	And when you see what is happening with this, as she began with that, she said they came in, they started destroying structures that had been there for generations because they had settled that country.
	I believe they were there before it even became a state, the Bundy family.
	But that stuff had been there well before the BLM had been created to, quote-unquote, manage the land.
	And she said that they came in, they were the aggressors, they were destroying things, and then they projected those crimes onto others.
	Again, does this sound like what is happening at the very upper levels of our government?
	We have people like Mueller and Comey and Rosenstein covering for Hillary, colluding with Russians on Uranium One, and then they project that onto others.
	And as we're talking about uranium and natural resources, understand that played a very big part in this as well.
	I'm not going to get into that.
	I want to focus, however, we will get back into some of the Agenda 21 issues.
	Understand that as they were locked up, Obama declared that area to be a monument, the Gold Butte National Monument, and an abuse and a misreading of the Antiquities Act from, I think it was 1906.
	The 1917 Act was the espionage act under which Obama locked up more journalists and whistleblowers than any other president combined.
	And then he started confiscating vast areas of land.
	As the Bundys have pointed out, it's not constitutional for the government to own land, the federal government to own land.
	Outside of the Washington, D.C. area and some forts and things like that that were set aside, they should not own land.
	It should have been turned over to these states as they became states from territories.
	That is not what they do.
	And that is what needs to fundamentally change.
	There's absolutely no reason that the states can't take better care of public lands than the federal government can.
	Everything that we look at, people are constantly saying, oh, the federal government needs to do it.
	The federal government needs to do it. No, it doesn't.
	We don't have time to play this clip, but I want to play for you a clip of some of our live coverage.
	We're going to talk about Cliven Bundy saying that we are not done.
	He has emerged out of this case, as reported by the Chicago Tribune.
	Everybody's starting to report on this now.
	That's a good thing, because whether or not they understand the issues here...
	Whether or not they agree with the issues.
	When you have a federal government that conspires between multiple federal agencies to commit crimes, to obstruct justice, to deny justice in these trials, that is an issue for everybody.
	Whether or not you agree with the land use issues, whether or not you understand the constitutional issues, you should be very concerned about what happened in this trial.

	I want to show you a little bit of the live coverage that we had at the Bundy Ranch.
	We knew what was going on with this at the time.
	You still got media that are lying about it.
	I was very upset about the way the media spun it.
	Especially a lot of the conservative media, the way that Glenn Beck lied about what was going on.
	Glenn Beck, who wasn't there, who didn't see it.
	But I want to play you a little bit of what we were saying at the time, kind of summarize it, kind of give you a feel for what it felt like.
	Then we're going to play Cliven Bundy, who has now been released.
	He's not going to be retried on this particular case, but he said, we're not done.
	Because he's got some constitutional issues to stand up for.
	He's going to stand up for his freedom, as well as yours.
	Even if you don't understand what's going on, he's going to be standing up for your freedom.
	So let's play a little bit of clip number five.
	This is the day of the standoff, and we were broadcasting live for, oh gee, I don't know how many hours it was.
	We waited around about three hours or so, summarizing what had happened as we were waiting for the cattle to be released after the standoff.
	But this part right here...
	When we were standing around waiting to see what was going to happen in the morning, they had already had a lot of mounted cowboys come out with an American flag and a ceremony like that at the beginning of that.
	He had talked to the sheriff, and that's kind of the background of where we were at this point.
	I just want to give you a feel for the flavor of that day.
	Here's that clip. But everyone has just chipped in together to bring food, to bring water, cooking for each other.
	That's the spirit of the crowd here.
	It's built up very, very rapidly in the days that we've been here.
	We got in here on Wednesday, and we've seen it grow exponentially each day.
	And what I'm trying to show you here is the ridge up there with mounted cowboys and others down there.
	They rode in as Cliven Bundy was delivering his ultimatum what he wanted from the sheriff.
	The sheriff came in and said that the BLM was backing down.
	They were going to open the range to the cattle.
	And again, this is something that began back in 1993.
	The BLM was using the desert tortoise to say that they wanted to restrict the number of cattle that they could have, take them down to a level that was unsustainable for their business.
	Of course, the cattle had existed with the Desert Tortoise for over 120 years.
	It's just the Bundy family had been here doing their ranching.
	And now, even after 52 out of 53 ranches have been shut down, the BLM came in with an army to shut down the last remaining rancher.
	Why? If you saw this earlier, we saw a very moving, touching speech from one of Cliven Bundy's sons, Ammon Bundy, where he said, He could not describe the feeling of what it was like to look up in these hills where he and his family had lived for generations and to see it as an armed encampment with sniper posts, with outlook posts.
	Snipers trained on him and his family.
	He was tasered multiple times.
	And just, these guys are tough.
	They're very meek people.
	They're not proud. They're not arrogant.
	They're not rich.
	But they're not going to be pushed around.
	They're very tough people. When they tasered them, they pulled the tasers out.
	They got tasered three times, and the people with them got tasered as well when they were demonstrating.
	They wanted to know what was in a truck that had a convoy of armed men.
	And it turned out what the truck was, was they thought that it had cattle that they had killed because they couldn't find the cattle that had been rustled by the BLM. And it turned out that the truck was actually being used to destroy Water improvements that they had made, troughs and other things for the cattle that have been put in over the decades.
	His family has been here for 140 years working the land.
	They have grazing rights.
	They have water rights.
	Those rights that they hold from the state of Nevada are just as real as the property rights, the deeds to your homes if you live in the suburbs or if you live in the city or if you live in the country.
	We have to have property rights or we have no other rights.
	But of course the federal government has been trying to destroy all of our rights.
	Okay, now the context for that was that morning.
	The mainstream media went to the government and the government said, this is all over.
	They finally showed up a day or two after we got there.
	And the mainstream media was starting to cover stuff.
	But they went to a press conference that morning.
	They were told by the sheriff, by the BLM, we're going to turn the land over to the Bundys.
	Well, they had driven 52 out of 53 ranchers that had been in that area.
	They had driven them off the land at that point.
	And they had confiscated the cattle of the Bundy family.
	But then they were going to say, that's okay, now you can come back and graze.
	They had been, we subsequently learned, they killed the breeding stock, the bulls, and they were going to keep and sell the rest of the cattle.
	Now, Clive and Bundy had said, Sheriff, you are the law enforcement here.
	BLM is not law enforcement.
	And this is constitutionally not their land.
	And I want you to stop...
	The violence that is being committed against people, even people who were in a recreational area, were attacked by BLM. Had nothing to do with this.
	And he said, so I want you to bring back their weapons and stack them up here on the stage.
	And I want you to get a bulldozer and bulldoze their headquarters and the various outposts that they have.
	And of course that didn't happen.
	And so at that point...
	Cliven Bundy said, well, I'm not telling anybody what to do, but I know that my guys are going to go over there and get the cattle.
	If you want to go along, that's up to you.
	I'm not telling anybody what to do.
	And that was a natural response that people had had.
	As you heard me say at the time, it was no surprise we've been reporting the fact that it was an armed encampment by the BLM, that they had snipers there, that they were putting red dots on the Bundy family, that they were recording stuff, that they were attacking people.
	And yet the mainstream media all these years pretended that that didn't happen.
	Completely ignored that.
	Many of them still ignore that.
	And, of course, the federal judge, Judge Navarro, would not allow any of that to come up.
	And then we had a BLM whistleblower, and they could no longer deny the truth.
	Now, here's Cliven Bundy.
	As he's been released, he had some comments to make to the press.
	Here's Cliven Bundy after the release.
	When since the federal government is supposed to have an army that comes against we the people, when did that ever happen in America?
	It happened on Bundy Ranch.
	They stuck their guns down our throats.
	And that is definitely not what our founding fathers intended to happen in America.
	The whole world is looking at us.
	Why is America acting like this?
	Why are we allowing the federal government and these bureaucracies to have armies?
	That's a big question the world wants to know.
	We're not done with this.
	If the federal government comes after us again, we will definitely tell them the truth.
	And that's all we've ever tried to do is tell them the truth.
	The media needs to wake up and understand.
	All right. Let's get the summary that I did on the one-year anniversary of their video six.
	I'll play a little bit of that. Of course, we're not going to have time for all of this.
	What we'll do, since we have radio stations that are covering the broadcast, We will do news at the top of the hour, and then we will pick up with this video that the feds do not want you to see, do not want you to know what is going on.
	Here's that video that we did on the one-year anniversary.
	Sheriff, this is what we the people are asking this morning.
	Disarm the Park Service.
	We're facing the decision to either get the cattle or be the cattle.
	But we're staying here until they're gone.
	We want those arms picked up, don't we?
	The crowd is now moving forward toward the barrier.
	The police have been telling everybody they're going to shoot if we don't move back.
	As we approach the one-year anniversary of the standoff at the Bundy Ranch, I want to take another look at what happened, especially in light of the lies and slander from media like Glenn Beck and the dangerous characterization by Obama, Harry Reid, Homeland Security that labeled the community standing together against brutality as domestic terrorists.
	On April 7th, 2014, Paul Joseph Watson wrote an article, Armed Feds Prepare for Showdown with Nevada Cattle Rancher, with the subtitle, Ruby Ridge-style standoff brewing as Bundy says he's prepared to be killed.
	The property rights dispute had been going on for decades, but now things were beginning to come to a head.
	Hundreds of federal officials, aided by helicopters, low-flying aircraft, hired cowboys, began rounding up Bundy's cattle the preceding weekend as Bundy accused them of trespassing.
	And as supporters from the local community and protesters headed to the area to demand that the feds back off, the BLM had created a First Amendment area, out in the middle of nowhere, where demonstrators could voice their concerns, but nowhere else.
	This area right here, this small area here, was cordoned off with orange It just shows you how quickly your free speech zones can disappear.
	When you allow them to be contained to a very small area, it's gone.
	But we're here, and we want to tell the BLM something about how upset we are with what's going on here.
	But there's no government agency here to listen to us.
	That's the whole reason you don't...

	And as we pointed out, there were hundreds of federal agents there.
	I'm telling you that when they evacuated that area, we waited for over an hour for the convoy of feds to leave.

	Welcome back. In the next segment, we're going to pick up with the one-year anniversary of the Bundy standoff, the report that I did summarizing what had happened there.
	And we're also going to play some of the cell phone footage from inside the car that was recorded by Shania Cox and the execution of Lavoie Finnegan.
	Because as we've seen, these individuals and their families, after having suffered the status of political prisoners, being denied bail for two years, we need to remember that another family, the Finnecombe family, has lost forever their father.
	And we're going to play the murder of LaVoy Finnecombe for you as well.
	Some excerpts from that so that you get a feel for the truth of what happened there as well.
	I want to cover a little bit of news here.
	At the top of the hour, you know, we had a story that came out yesterday about David Cameron, former prime minister of the U.K., told others that he thought that Barack Obama was a self-absorbed narcissist.
	That's a claim made by a former strategist who worked with him.
	You know, as testimony of that, we have a half-billion-dollar monument that Obama is building to himself.
	He calls it a library.
	He doesn't have any books, but he calls it a library.
	And this whole thing there in the Bundy Ranch, he turned that into a monument as well.
	The Gold Butte Monument.
	Taking control of that land in the name of the federal government, even though they have no constitutional authority for that.
	Abusing the Antiquities Act, which was set up to save, as it said, antiquities by Indians to keep them from being looted by people who would come in as private archaeologists and so forth.
	Under that law, they had done things like save Devil's Tower that figures prominently in many John Wayne Westerns as well as Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
	They only had to take that mountain and a few surrounding acres.
	But Obama abused that law, taking millions of acres because he wanted to have those resources tied up to be doled out by a lot of corrupt senators, people like Harry Reid, people like John McCain and others.
	And he's building a half-billion-dollar monument to himself.
	So is he a self-absorbed narcissist?
	Of course he is. Of course he is.
	You know, we've had a lot of czars, unfortunately, in America, but he may be our first pharaoh.
	And when we look at this monument that he's got, and we've talked about this before, but now it's come in, it's surfaced, and people are talking about the fact that it now has a kitchen, a test kitchen in it.
	And we've talked about the fact that he's building this half a billion dollar monument.
	It has a room for yoga classes.
	It's going to have, of course, a basketball court.
	He's going to have no documents, no physical documents in this monument to himself.
	So it's a library without any books.
	But they are going to have this test kitchen where, I guess, this will be a...
	Head nod to Michelle Obama.
	I kind of think it's still going to be Michelle Obama and not Oprah Winfrey, but we're going to talk about the reactions to Oprah Winfrey for president.

	She went there and gave like a half hour speech on Subway.
	Nobody said anything about that.
	But they had a problem with Ivanka Trump wearing her own clothes.

	Or something that Kellyanne Conway would say is a joke in passing.
	But Michelle Obama could go to a commercial for Subway for a half hour talking about how healthy the food was.
	But I think that when you're making a test kitchen, if you're really going to follow the Obama's example, the first ingredient is going to be crony capitalism.
	And then you're going to ferment that into some kind of a Greek yogurt because that's the guy that they picked to put his products into all the school lunches.
	So, yes, it's a chronic capitalism and a Greek yogurt, which is probably going to be the essence of that library and that kitchen.
	Then Roseanne Barr says that her TV character is going to support Trump.
	She says it's just realistic.
	Said the country is kind of equally divided.

	There's a lot of things that he's done that I don't agree with, but it's always the lesser of two evils.
	And I couldn't vote for Hillary Clinton because of Haiti.
	And then they said she was cut off before she could tell you what was going on with Haiti.

	We've been talking in the last hour about the background of what happened with the Bundys, and this is not a case that is simply about them.
	The bigger context is the corruption, the conspiracy of criminal elements in our government, and they are the same people, the same essence of what is happening against President Trump and the attempted coup with that.
	And there are other connections as well.
	There are connections to U.N. agendas.
	The UN agenda, as I mentioned yesterday, that began the war on drugs, that defined the war on drugs, gave us the four schedules and the drugs in those schedules.
	That was a UN agenda.
	1961 they created that.
	It was used as a template by President Nixon in 1971 to begin the war on drugs.
	Today we're talking about another U.N. agenda, Agenda 21, or the U.N. Agenda for Sustainability, the 2030 Agenda.
	And that is being manifested right now at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, in Nevada.
	Not too far from where this all happened at the Bundy Ranch, but it is essentially the same thing.
	The government confiscating the property rights of miners, ranchers, loggers, and then they're coming for the property itself, as we've seen.
	They've turned this into the Gold Butte Monument area, and that's what they're going to do to you as well.
	They're going to force you into the cities, and they're going to use the technology that's being shown at the Consumer Electronics Show, the Internet of Things, which self-driving cars are part of, And turning all of you into renters living in small cages.
	Moved about at their pleasure and their discretion.
	And so we're going to get to that in a moment.
	But I want to finish up with the report that we had on the one-year anniversary of the Bundy Ranch standoff.
	And again, these individuals have been confined for a couple of years as political prisoners.
	Finally, that has been shut down.
	There will be no retrial.
	But you need to understand how we got here.
	That was the corruption of the Bureau of Land Management and the FBI and the criminal use of force by the FBI. Then the obstruction of justice, cover-up of evidence that was part of the previous trials that we saw and was part of this trial until we had a good guy and the BLM who became a whistleblower and blew the lid on this corruption.
	So let's go back to this report.
	It was one year after the Bundy Ranch as we stopped this report in the previous segment before the top of the hour.
	I was just talking about the fact that the BLM had gone in with professional signs out in the middle of nowhere.
	As you can see me standing there.
	The middle of nowhere saying this is a free speech area.
	And somebody put up a handwritten sign said the free speech is the First Amendment is not an area.
	And of course there was nobody there.
	Nobody to hear you. They do that at all the political conventions, all the presidential nominating conventions that the Republicans and the Democrats do.
	They take the protesters and the people who want to address their grievances, which is a protected right under the First Amendment, free speech.
	They put them in cages, blocks and blocks away from where the convention is so that nobody sees them.
	And that's what they were doing. At this juncture.
	So let's go back to that report, the one-year anniversary of the original standoff.
	So this will be back in 2015 we did this report.
	Areas from what's happening.
	Not only had the federal agents been confiscating Bundy's cattle, they had also set up agents with sniper rifles pointed at the ranchers, pointed at the protesters.
	The crowd had been building throughout the week.
	And on Saturday, there was a huge crowd.
	To defuse it, the sheriff came in in the morning to address the crowd and tell them that the powers that be had graciously consented to allow the last rancher remaining in business in the area to continue grazing.
	Never mind that he had had most of his cattle rustled by the army of BLM contractors for the past several weeks.
	With that being said, I believe a press release has already been put forth.
	That the BLM is going to cease this operation.
	The Gold Butte allotment will be reopened to the public.
	Much to the surprise of the sheriff, Bundy said that wasn't good enough.
	Sheriff, this is what we the people are asking this morning.
	Disarm the park service.
	All right.
	Yeah.
	Oh, put away money.
	Put away money.
	And Red Rock Park and all other parks that the federal government claims they have jurisdiction over.
	Yeah.
	Take your county bulldozers and loaders and tear down the Entrance places, where they ticket us and where they enter us and make us citizens pay their fees.
	You take down the, you get the county equipment out there and tear those things down this morning.
	Yes, sir.
	What they wanted was for him to exercise his authority as the only lawful law enforcement in the area.
	And to disarm the BLM agents and contractors who had been pointing their sniper rifles at the protesters and ranchers, confiscate their weapons, tell them to leave the area, and then stack the weapons on stage.
	Bundy gave him one hour to do so.
	At the end of the time limit, Bundy announced that it looked like the sheriff wasn't going to do anything.
	No one was surprised. But what did surprise us, and surprised the Federals, was his announcement.
	I guess he's not coming, so I guess we had presents.
	We thought we had a sheriff here, but evidently we don't have a sheriff here.
	We're going to go and take the rest of them out of the compound trails up here above the freeway.
	I was one of the first ones to get down to the area where the standoff would occur.
	Okay, people are now moving.
	They stopped for prayer.
	They had vehicles, they had guns that were pointing at us, and they had shields.
	And they had a loudspeaker that was announcing that they would shoot if we did not leave the area.
	The only mainstream media that was in attendance was one cameraman from Fox News.
	He desperately wanted to get over to the BLM and interview them.
	But he was scared to death, as you can see in this video, that they were going to shoot him.
	He kept announcing that he was with Fox News.
	He pulled up his shirt to show that he wasn't armed.
	They kept telling him to go back.
	They did not want him to come to interview them.
	They were in a fighting stance.
	You notice he wasn't afraid of the people standing behind him.
	...cars, each of them with just one BLM agent.
	Now, to stand up, I've got a count of 107 vehicles.
	107, okay. Going on the road.
	You know, the thing of it is, all 107 of those vehicles were armed with an armed army.
	Yes. That always fascinated me.
	Why would the state highway patrol allow an army like that onto their highway?
	And then why would that army be able to pass through the city of Mesquite without any resistance?
	Through the state of Arizona without any resistance.
	Through the port of entry into Utah without any resistance.
	And that army disappeared in the state of Utah.
	And not one media, no question.
	That army went across the United States without one question asked.
	An army of BLM agents.
	107 cars of armed men.
	This is exactly what the Posse Comitatus Act prohibits.
	It's not just a prohibition of the military being used for law enforcement.
	Understand that Posse Comitatus is Latin for the power of the community.
	The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the president from usurping the true Posse Comitatus.
	The true power of the community with his own posse of armed federal agents.
	There were clear distinctions, too, from Ferguson and other places where we've seen protests about a government that's out of control.
	In Ferguson, businesses in the community were destroyed and burned.
	As InfoWars has pointed out, in Ferguson, these looters were coming from outside of the community.
	They were not the core protesters.
	And of course, the same thing could have happened at Bundy Ranch.
	I believe the reason that it didn't was because the militia threw out people who were dangerous or provocateurs.
	People like Jared Miller, who later shot two cops in Vegas.
	But rather than give the militia credit for expelling people like Jared Miller, the media used it to demonize them.
	Another difference about the Bundy Ranch was that there was a clear, achievable objective.
	The people were peaceful, but they were determined.

	We've got just a little bit more that we want to talk about here in this next segment about the land use issues that were the heart of the Bundy Ranch standoff that were ultimately resulted in the murder of LaVoy Finnegan, how that happened.
	And we've got some amazing footage from inside the car that I think is worth taking another look at as we realize that even after all the hardships that the Bundy family have faced in their fight for constitutional property rights, their fight against Agenda 21, the LaVoy Finnegan their fight against Agenda 21, the LaVoy Finnegan family saw their father, their husband, murdered.
	And we're going to play that for you in just a moment, because that is really the true face of this federal tyranny.
	They're trying to get life sentences for these people who were standing up for their legitimate property rights, standing against an unconstitutional government.
	And as we have pointed out this last hour, the conspiracy, the collusion, the obstruction of justice that we see with the usual suspects, the Department of Justice working with the FBI, with BLM, and of course this happens with other agencies.
	Usually the FBI is at the center of all this.
	We finally had this blown wide open by a BLM whistleblower.
	Who told the truth about these federal crimes.
	And I think that's how we're going to see this situation with the special prosecutor, special persecutor that is happening in Washington.
	It's whistleblowers coming out.
	People like Julian Assange and others.
	But there's going to be some people blowing the whistle on this.
	And others, as they see this as melting down, are not going to play along anymore with this.
	Just as we saw with Judge Gloria Navarro.
	She's been playing along with that corruption.
	And then after the whistleblower documents, it's like she just couldn't go the extra mile.
	She had been shutting down and threatening them for having witnesses to come and testify on their behalf.
	I mean, how can anybody support that?
	Regardless of what you think about these land issues, how could you support a situation where a judge says, you're not going to be allowed to bring witnesses to testify on your behalf?
	That is a direct violation of the Sixth Amendment.
	You have a right to call witnesses on your behalf.
	She threatened to arrest any witnesses that were brought on their behalf.
	That's how biased that judge was.
	She didn't do this because she somehow all of a sudden discovered that there was corruption in the Department of Justice and the FBI and the BLM. She did it because that corruption had been publicly exposed to documents that were leaked.

	Okay, after the Bundy standoff, of course, the feds didn't do anything for a couple of years before they arrested anybody.
	But there was a tragic case in Oregon of the Hammond family.
	And the federal government had started a wildfire.
	It was encroaching on their land.
	They set a backfire to stop that from burning up their ranch, as had happened in the past with many different people.
	They came after them and charged them with arson and with terror.
	It's a grievous injustice of what had happened to the Hammond family.
	And so the people there at the Bundy Ranch, they were encouraged by the fact that their friends and neighbors had stood with them against overreaching federal encroachment and injustice and threats by the federal government.
	So they decided they would go up there and try to do something about that injustice.
	The family did not want that.
	And the community did not stand with them initially.
	And we felt that it was a big mistake for them to then take over that wildlife refuge.
	I said that. Alex Jones said that.
	Many of us said that. But that was a very big tactical error.
	It played into the hands of the mainstream media that wanted to portray them as terrorists.
	And they weren't terrorists. And they didn't do any damage to that place.
	And it was a wildlife refuge for watching birds.
	It was the middle of winter. But it was very, very bad optics, very, very bad PR. And they continued with that for some time.
	And then the federal government didn't do anything about that.
	When it became really dangerous was when the Bundys and Lavoie Finnicum began going around and talking to the ranchers and the miners in that area, the loggers, about federal overreach and abuse.
	And that made them very dangerous.
	And so, on the day that Lavoie Finnegan was killed, they were on their way to speak to a county meeting where the sheriff really was representing the people's interests.
	And I subsequently went there after Lavoie Finnegan was killed and talked to some of the loggers that were there about the abuse, the mismanagement of the federal government.
	And now we're right up to the commercial break and I don't have enough time to play this.
	But let's play a little bit of what happened on that particular day.
	Let's do video one.
	This is on the way to the rally.
	This is footage filmed inside of the car.
	Give you an idea of what happened.

	I'm going to meet the sheriff.
	The sheriff is waiting for us.
	So you do as you damn well please.
	But I'm not going anywhere.
	Here I am. Right there.
	Right there. Put a bullet through it.
	You understand? I'm going to go meet the sheriff.
	You back down or you kill me now.
	Go ahead. Put the bullet through me.
	All right, let's hold it right there because we're going to play the rest of that.
	What they had done is they set up a roadblock.
	They chose to put that roadblock in an area where there was no cell phone footage.
	There was a very long distance there, and they could have put it anywhere along there, but they chose to put it right there.
	And as he told them, we're on our way to meet the sheriff.
	He was not going to be arrested.
	He was not going to spend his life in prison because we have seen these other individuals in previous trials.
	The ones who were convicted of a couple of charges, they threw the book plus at them.
	They're looking at lifetime prison.
	And so he said, I'm not going to go to prison.
	And he said, you can shoot me, but I'm not going to get out of this car.
	I'm going to meet the sheriff, and we're going to play you that astonishing development of events when we come back.

	We just played a little bit of a teaser of what I'm going to show you next, which is the murder of Lavoie Finnegan.
	You know, as they took over the Malheur wildlife area there in Oregon, as I said, they went up there to draw attention to the Hammond family.
	The Hammond family did not want to fight about that.
	They took over the wildlife refuge.
	They were eventually arrested and charged, and a jury found them innocent.
	They didn't do anything wrong.
	I mean, it's a public area.
	They didn't damage anything.
	They were there during the winter while, you know, bird-watching area.
	But the optics were very bad, and the mainstream media used that to their advantage, to demonize the people who were there.
	However, they were there, and what got dangerous about all of this, they had, as they were staying there at that wildlife refuge, they were making trips on a regular basis to community meetings, talking to people about the way the U.S. Forestry Service or the Bureau of Land Management, Land management talking to people about the way the U.S. Forestry Service or the Bureau of and about the unconstitutional acts of those organizations.
	That was very dangerous to the federal government.
	That's why they set up this roadblock in an area where there was no cell phone coverage.
	As they were on their way to talk to hundreds of people in an adjacent county, the sheriff was going to be there as well.
	He was going to be introducing them.
	And my son went there as a cameraman previous to that, had talked to Lavoie Finnegan, and he He was an individual who was not going to go to jail and spend the rest of his life in jail.
	Basically, don't fence me in.
	Kill me, but I'm not going to jail.
	And so when this roadblock was set up, as they were on their way down to talk to these people, that's what you're going to see here right now.
	But after this death, I went to the area and I talked to the people in that county that were going to be going to that meeting.
	As I said, hundreds of people were going there.
	Why?
	Because what was left in that community were the rusted graveyards of the lumber industry because the federal government had shut off the land to all use.
	And because they did that and because of land policies that you see now by the federal government throughout this country, the mismanagement of the land by these bureaucrats have allowed, as the logger explained, and we'll put that report up on our site as well.
	They allow massive amounts of deadwood fuel to lay on the ground.
	And that means that when you have a forest fire, it gets out of control.
	And in the case of this logger, that fire on public lands, just as we have now seen even in areas that have a lot of rain, like the Gatlinburg area in Tennessee, the federal mismanagement The worship almost of natural fires.
	Oh, this is great. Let's let it burn.
	And let's leave all this fuel on the ground.
	That spreads out into these adjacent areas and destroys people's lives.
	Sometimes killing people, but destroying their life's work and destroying, in this particular case, what this logger had saved up his entire life.
	He'd been a good manager.
	Of forest and of trees that were under his private ownership.
	And that was destroyed by the mismanagement of the federal government.
	So they were going on their way to talk to these people who knew what was going on.
	And that's what the federal government did not want to see happen.
	So they set up a roadblock in this area where there was no cell phone coverage.

	And the other thing that came out of this was FBI snipers.

	That they denied that they had deployed against people at the Bunkerville standoff until it was released by BLM whistleblower.
	The hostage rescue team type of people.
	Same people that shot Randy Weaver's wife Right between the eyes at point-blank range while she was armed with a baby, holding a baby in her arms.
	They also shot into that car.
	No shots were ever fired outside from the car to anybody else.
	And they denied that they did that.
	Now, they had an investigation. They found an FBI agent had done that.
	I don't know what happened to him other than perhaps a paid vacation, which usually is the response with this.
	Probably still working for them.
	I don't think they ever did anything to the FBI hostage rescuer, Lon Horiochi, who shot Randy Weaver's wife.
	Even after they prevailed in court.
	They're probably still training the other FBI hostage rescuers.

	And it is now presumed to be a total loss after it failed to reach orbit.
	They're saying we do not comment on missions of this nature.
	In other words, those who fail.
	But as of right now, reviews of the data indicate that Falcon 9, that's their rocket, performed nominally.
	Well, nominal performance means that they lost a multi-billion dollar satellite.
	We can't know, we're not allowed to know exactly how much this costs, because if they told us, they'd have to kill us, or at least leave us outside the pod bay doors, because that's kind of where we are with our own government.
	And when we look at where this is happening, where this is heading, I should say, this year, the...
	Our focus is on smart cities, because that ties everything together.
	And it ties what I've been talking to you about in terms of UN Agenda 21 or the Agenda 2030.
	As they say, new for CES 2018, that's a consumer electronics show.
	Artificial intelligence, that's not really new.
	They've been talking about that for quite some time.
	Sports tech, that's not really new.
	Smart cities, that really is new.
	And as CNN's Money points out, they say, yeah, voice assistants are everywhere, cities, and we're planning for the future.
	And they say the UN estimates that 60% of the world's population will live in urban areas by 2030.
	Ah, why did they plan that?
	Well, that's part of their agenda. And as I mentioned yesterday, if you don't understand where the war on drugs came from, it came from a UN agenda.
	And if you don't understand how important these UN agendas are...
	Then they're going to pull the wool over your eyes and they're going to enact this without any of your knowledge.
	That's what's going on with the smart cities.
	And as I say, we're going to have more cars and fewer drivers.
	You're either driving the car or the government is going to be driving the car and controlling you.
	As I said earlier, you know, they remember the song from the police, packed like lemmings into shiny metal boxes, contestants in a suicidal race.
	That's what you're going to be in if you go for the self-driving control, the takeover of your transportation.
	You know, when you have the military planning, they say we've got three things that are very important.
	We have to control people being able to communicate with each other.
	We have to be able to control their shooting capability, and we have to be able to control their movement.
	Well, you know, the first two that I mentioned are the First and Second Amendment, communications and self-defense.
	But they have to control your movement as well.
	This is a plan to control the population, not simply to control your transportation or to control your cars.
	As Fox News is pointing out, yeah, we're going to have smarter AI, but then they focus on smart cities.
	We're just starting to see that as we go to 5G, the new form of communication.
	Because, you know, smart cities use sensors because they're sensing everything that you're doing.
	Where this is all coalescing together.
	Is in the new standard of communication, the new high-speed 5G. They need that for the massive amount of information that they're going to be collecting on you and controlling on you.
	That's going to be connected to the self-driving cars, which are part of their Internet of Things.
	All of this comes together into a massive control grid.
	What you need to see is these technologies that are the number one trends at Consumer Electronics Show are all part of this UN Agenda 21 to keep you locked up into the cities.
	They start with the ranchers, they start with the loggers and the miners, but they're coming for you eventually.
	Smart cities, they say CES is the only place to experience the entire connected ecosystem.
	And again, it's a big ecosystem that includes 5G and faster technology.
	Communication and data rates as well as the technology, the smart cars and so forth.
	So this is part of these urban planners.
	A good example of what is happening with this connected ecosystem and where these guys want to go was an editorial by the CEO of Lyft.
	This guy is by training an urban planner.
	He sees cities as utopia.
	He sees automobiles as the obstacle to that utopia.
	And when we look at New Jersey today in the news, I think it was on the Drudge Report, New Jersey town wants residential streets removed from the navigational apps.
	Why do people go to ways to try to get around these traffic jams that are created by the urban planners who absolutely hate cars?
	Here in Austin, they had already torn up the area around the airport before I started working here, and they still haven't fixed everything more than five years later.
	And in the meantime, I've seen development after development alongside that area, massive parking lots for the airport and so forth that private industry can get through, but the government can't imagine completing any road projects.
	And all they did was add one single toll lane.
	Because the urban planners don't want you to drive your car.
	So they'll allow neighborhoods to spring up, but they won't build any roads.
	They won't widen any roads. They won't put roads above the existing roads.
	And so what's happening is people are using Waze and other things to get around this roadblock that is being deliberately created by the urban planners who want to force you into the cities, who want to restrict your movement, your ability to commute to the suburbs.
	And now as this is happening in New Jersey, the residents are saying, we're going to charge people a $200 fine If they find a way around the roadblocks that the urban planners have put in their place, that's the way, one of the ways, that they're going to put you into their smart cities.

	Welcome back. I'm David Knight, and as I was just talking about the Consumer Electronics Show kicking off in Las Vegas this week, we see things that are trivial.
	Nonsensical, stupid, but also really creepy.
	As we pointed out last week, it had been tipped that Nissan was going to be pushing technology that they claimed would allow their car to tap into your brain.
	No thanks. No thanks.
	I don't think so. But that's where these people are.
	There's absolutely no boundary.
	Remember when Eric Schmidt said, yeah, we're going to go right up to the border of Creepy and then a little bit beyond that.
	Maybe just a little bit beyond that.
	Yeah, they've gone way beyond that in my opinion.
	And so what's new this year?
	A consumer electronics show that really ties together what I had been telling you about land issues that are going on in the rural areas.
	This is your future if they get their way.
	If we allow them to take over our transportation, if we allow them to force us into the cities, take away our controls over our own life.
	And this year, the Consumer Electronics Show, they have a new focus on smart cities.
	This is a UN agenda.
	And as you see, the keynote address being made by a Ford executive.
	Remember that it was just last year that they replaced the CEO of Ford, who was having record sales at Ford.
	But they didn't feel that it was enough of a PR effort for Wall Street.
	Wall Street was putting pressure on them.
	So we want to hear more about mobility.
	We want to hear more about that. So what they did was they took the guy who was the CEO, not the CEO, but he was the vision manager of Ford's mobility.
	Because they don't want to sell cars.
	They don't want to make cars anymore. They don't want you to own anything.
	You know, it's far more profitable for them to lease cars to you, and it is far more profitable for them to lease the car by the ride.
	You know, each ride you're going to pay them.
	They want to be a taxi company.
	They're going into competition with Uber.
	And if you don't understand why Uber is being rolled up, this is what's behind it.
	They did a proof of concept.
	It's really what the federal government wants.
	They don't want you to own anything.
	They want you to rent every single ride from somebody, whether it's Uber or Lyft.
	The government doesn't really care.
	They'll work with anybody.
	But the big players, Ford, GM, and others, are going to run Uber out of town.
	And that is happening right now.
	I'm not sad to see it go, but understand this is where it's going.
	It's really big guys. They're going to be controlling everything.
	And so now they kicked out the successful CEO out of Ford and they put in the guy who was head of their mobility division to pacify Wall Street investors who wanted to see them focus more on that.
	As the Huffington Post is saying, Consumer Electronics Show will have an extra focus on smart cities and the impact of the Internet of Things.
	They're talking about Bosch, Ford, Nissan, others.
	We'll explore what's next for smart cities.
	And here's the way they put it. Smart transportation.
	Smart grid. Yeah, you want to be on a grid?
	I don't. I want to get off the grid.
	Public safety and health.
	Data analytics are going to be following and analyzing everything that you do.
	That is the fastest growing area of government surveillance.
	Activity-based intelligence.
	Human domain analytics.
	And of course, security and artificial intelligence.
	They say this is going to be a $34 billion industry by just 2020.
	They say technology, this is Huffington Post, technology is improving lives.
	Oh, really? Did you travel by airplane?
	These last holidays, look at the hell that they've turned air travel into.
	We had, through the 20th century, yeah, technology was improving things.
	We'd get places we couldn't get before at a more affordable rate faster than ever.
	And now, look at what they've turned this into.
	Because it's all about security.
	Yeah, and we won't be able to realize, I said, the full impact until we can roll out technology such as self-driving cars.
	Yeah, that's when you're going to feel the real impact of this.
	And one company, Stratus, says, I'm thrilled that CES is adding a smart cities track in 2018.
	We're going to create a single platform to manage and control all devices.
	Yeah. One computer to rule them all.
	Who's going to have the keys to that?
	Will it be Elon Musk? Will it be Jeff Bezos?
	It's not going to be the president.
	It's going to be one of these guys.

	You know, I've had this situation before.
	I remember when I ran for Congress with a third party in North Carolina talking to members of the press and had a woman ask me a question.
	And I said, just out of politeness, I said, yes, ma'am, or something like that.
	And she just was taken aback by that.
	How sexist.
	I thought it was a term of respect, but I've had women that I dated in the past get upset about me opening the door for them as well.
	You know, that was just good manners in the South where I grew up.
	Yes, ma'am. Let me open that door for you, ma'am.
	How dare you!

	Well, this guy might have been a little bit sarcastic in saying that.
	So this was a meeting back in October 2016.
	It was between this military...
	Major General Ryan Gonzalez and his office staff, he was meeting with a Democrat, Jim Langevin, a Democrat from Rhode Island at Fort Carson.

	This military official called a female staffer sweetheart and commented on her age.
	Also told the staffer to take notes, quote, since she was a Democrat and did not believe in funding the military.
	So maybe there's a little bit of sarcasm there, but you know what?
	Do you think he would have been allowed to be sarcastic and even maybe a little bit hostile to a male staffer?
	Oh, but not to a female staffer of a Democrat congressman, no less.
	Going to cost that guy a star.
	No promotion for him.
	They have to basically get him out.
	Maybe what he could do.
	I think the only way for him to proceed in his military career...
	Is to declare himself a transgender victim and begin to wear a dress.
	And I think that if the general were willing to do that, he would be able to move on with his career, probably getting three and four stars right away as the first trans-general that they have in the military.
	And we saw something else like this from Virgin Trains.
	This is a train...
	I think this is a train company in the UK. This was reported by the BBC. There was a passenger who was very upset.
	And she tweeted out and said, When Virgin Trains messes up and the older male train manager in the resulting conversation dismisses you with that hideously patronizing word that women shudder at in such contexts as these.
	Honey. He called her honey.
	Because evidently she was really angry with him.
	Sorry, honey. Or as we'd say in the South, bless your heart.
	Well, she wasn't done. And neither was Virgin Trains, because when somebody saw her sarcastic tweet, all upset about the fact that a guy called her honey, they retweeted Virgin Trains, came back and said, Sorry for the mess up, Emily.
	Would you prefer pet or love next time?
	Just going to double down on that.
	And, you know, that doesn't work for people.
	And again, as I said, if you're conservative, you know, you're conservative or male or whatever, it's just not going to work for you.

	Because even though he's said some really horrible things in the past, it was all right because he was a conservative at the time.
	And, of course, we just expect that kind of beastly behavior from conservatives.
	But now that...

	And then we have, as a follow-up to the Virgin Trains story that I just had, where she was saying, you called me honey, you messed up, and then you called me honey?
	Well, Virgin Trains, you'll see this on Infowars.com, Daily Mail has accused Virgin of censorship after the trains have stopped selling its papers.
	Maybe after they reported on that story, I don't know.
	Virgin Trains and the Daily Mail have become embroiled in a row after the rail company announced that it had stopped selling the newspaper on its services because it believed that it was not compatible with its brand or with its beliefs.
	And what they cite is the fact that the Daily Mail has taken editorial positions on issues such as immigration, LGBT rights, and unemployment.
	And they don't agree with the Daily Mail, so they're not going to sell it.
	So is that censorship? Are they obligated to sell a paper that puts out views that they don't agree with?
	The Daily Mail has free speech to say that, and they have the freedom on their train not to put that out there, seems to me like.
	All right, let's talk about the Oprah-gasms that are going on.
	We got Rosie O'Donnell has endorsed Oprah for president.
	No surprise there, right? You would expect that from somebody as crazy as Oprah, as Rosie, rather.
	But then I thought the most interesting thing that came out of all this was the Twitter tweet.
	That Bill Kristol, the guy who runs Weekly Standard, spelled W-E-A-K, Bill Kristol, the never-Trumper who hates everything about President Trump, he later said, well, I was being sarcastic.
	But, you know, you look at these tweets, and he put out some sarcastic tweets about 12 hours after the ones that I responded to, where he said, Oprah, sounder on economics than Bernie Sanders.
	Is there anybody that isn't more sound on economics than Bernie Sanders?
	That's a faint phrase. Understands middle America better than Elizabeth Warren.
	Less touchy-feely than Joe Biden.
	More pleasant than Andrew Cuomo.
	More charismatic than John Hickenlooper.
	Yeah, maybe there's some sarcasm in that.
	Because, you know, quite frankly, touchy-feely Joe Biden.
	We've seen that before.
	But then he also says Oprah was pro-regime change in Iraq.

	You know, Bill Kristol is one of those neocons.
	He loves, he loves the regime change.

	When we talk about DACA, let's talk about this story about the UK pop star, Lily Allen.
	It's reported by The Sun and others that she sent out a plea to her fans over the Christmas holidays.
	Saying that last month she had welcomed several refugees into her luxury home, but then she had to send a request to her fans to say, well, can somebody put me up and my two children?
	Because the foreigners will not leave the home.
	Later it was discovered that she didn't open her home to refugees at all.
	Instead, she rented the property to wealthy diplomats who she claimed she could not evict.
	Because they had diplomatic immunity.
	As the son says, Ellen and her two children are now homeless for the Christmas season because her immigrant guests have refused to leave, and much to her dismay, they have diplomatic immunity and cannot be evicted.
	Well, regardless of what is happening there, or the truth of this, because we've got a couple of different stories surfacing with that, it is a great analogy to really what's going on in this country.
	I remember back during the election, a Hispanic mayor in Florida was a Trump supporter.
	And his wife, you know, they're Hispanic.
	She says, you can't support President Trump.
	And he goes, you have to understand what's going on.
	He goes, it's like you invite somebody into your home, and then they refuse to leave.
	What would you do? Well, you would call the police.
	To evict them. And then they say, well, we can't do that because they've got diplomatic immunity.
	They're DACA. You can't throw them out.
	They're here illegally. And even if they are somebody that's part of MS-13, still can't touch them.
	They're foreign citizens, criminally trespassing, but you can't throw them out because they've got DACA immunity.
	DACA is not a law.
	DACA is a memo that came out of the Obama Justice Department.
	There was no law that was created by the Congress.
	And yet, we're supposed to bow in obeisance to this new class of anchor babies that were created by Barack Obama.
	And now there's a lot of political strategizing going back and forth.
	We've got a memo coming out.
	It's reported by Breitbart that Jeff Flake admits that the GOP establishment is working against Trump's popular immigration agenda in the DACA meetings.
	They're going to get this pushed through one way or the other.
	They don't really care about putting America first.
	They've got their own agenda, and it isn't about putting America first.
	They think that they're going to make friends with the Hispanic community, or if they don't give citizenship to the Dreamers, that they're going to alienate the Hispanic community.
	As I've said before, if you just look at some of these immigrant communities, like the area that has now been taken over by illegal aliens where my wife grew up on Long Island, now there are 400 MS-13 members there and a lot of legal and illegal immigrants. now there are 400 MS-13 members there and a lot
	And if you don't have control of your border, and if you refuse to send back these MS-13 people, then right now, at this point, what they're doing is they're victimizing the other Hispanic immigrants that are there.
	They're feeling the full brunt of these people just the same as if they'd never left Mexico or El Salvador or wherever else they were trying to escape from gangs.
	If you don't have control of the borders, and many Hispanics understand this, you have to have control of the border or there's going to be nowhere to escape from these people.
	And we're not going to be able to escape it either, even if you're not Hispanic.
	Nobody in America is going to be able to escape it because eventually it's...
	Going to spread beyond just these immigrant Hispanic communities that are being victimized by it right now.
	These people who have followed them over, these people who engage in human trafficking, of course they're going to be able to get across the border.
	They're going to be the hardest ones to keep from crossing the border, even with a wall.
	And that brings us to the compromise that the Republicans are pushing out there.
	Republicans are saying, well, let's give them amnesty now, and what we'll say is that they don't have citizenship, so they won't be able to vote.
	How long do you think that's going to last?
	That's only about an election or two away, where they give them voting rights and then revive chain immigration.
	They say, well, we're going to stop the chain immigration and we're going to build a wall.
	And we've heard all of this 30 years ago from the Republicans and from Ronald Reagan and it never materialized.
	Yes, the amnesty happens right away, but then the increased border security doesn't happen.
	And if you give benefits to people, and if you incentivize this, and if you create yet another expectation that if they can get in illegally, anybody who wants to come into the country illegally, that at some point in the future they're going to be given amnesty and citizenship, you're not going to be able to hold back the flood.
	You're not going to be able to hold back the tide that comes into this country, no matter whether you've got a wall or not.
	There's going to be such a magnet, such a pull of people into this country who want to come in and live at our expense and to change this system.
	They want, as I've said before, the stuff that we have.
	They don't necessarily want the system that we've got.
	The Democrats, and now there's a memo that has leaked out Senator for American Progress Action Fund circulated a memo yesterday calling illegal immigrants brought here at a young age, the Dreamers, a critical component of the Democrat Party's future electoral success.
	That was a Democrat memo.
	That came from Jennifer Palmieri, a former Clinton communication director.

	But I gotta add, I'm not actually a former actress yet, but we shall see.
	Who knows? Yeah, there might be some kind of an awakening in Hollywood.
	They might actually become liberal in the real sense of the word and allow people that don't agree with them 100% to actually perform as actors and actresses in Hollywood.
	Yeah, that would be a real revolution, wouldn't it?
	Hollywood is like a club.
	And if you're not in their club, if you don't kind of behave as they behave, do as they do, it's not a good thing.
	That's right. Yeah, it's a very small club.
	And that's really, as I said yesterday, when we look at award ceremonies, the Oscars, that's kind of a big club.
	It's kind of like a big school, 4,000 or so people that are part of that.
	And it's kind of a popularity contest is there.
	But when we look at the Golden Globes, I mean, that's a small group of about 90 foreign members of the foreign press, as they call it.
	I talked about some of those individuals.
	That's a really tiny club that hands out those awards.
	But the key thing that came out of that ceremony was everybody getting so excited about Oprah for president.
	I mean, we had Rosie O'Donnell.
	I keep calling her.
	I want to say Rosie.
	There's Rosie O'Donnell saying that, yeah, she's all on board.
	Of course, Meryl Streep saying that she would love to see Oprah, that she's got to do it now, absolutely got to do it.
	All these people who were so tied in with Harvey Weinstein, so intricately tied to Harvey Weinstein, and now they're going to virtue signal with Oprah that they're part of the Me Too movement.
	Yeah, well, you know, I have to say, I'm probably unusual.
	I didn't want to be one of those conservatives that was really scathing about her, because I think Oprah...
	She's kind of a success story, if you think about it.
	And if anything, I don't think that her politics should be liberal.
	I mean, her life doesn't say liberal.
	That's true. Right?
	That's true. That's right. So, you know, I don't want to say, I don't want to say, oh, she's horrible and all this.
	And then, you know, there's all the stuff going on about her politics.
	Links to Harvey Weinstein and how she was acting as his pimp or something like that.
	I mean, it's ridiculous. Well, she has had a lot of connections to the heavy hitters.
	In other words, it's a club that even though she rose up From humble beginnings, and as you point out, because she was able to rise through the system, you would kind of think that she would have a conservative mindset.
	But we've seen it happen, it doesn't have to be somebody in Hollywood.
	I mean, I've seen so many people who rise up and become very successful in technology or in business, and then once they become part of that globalist, elitist club, and they start hanging around at all the globalist confabs and everything, they adopt that mindset and That is international in approach.
	It's anti-sovereignty of America, and it's the typical formula that we see from the Democrats, as well as typically a redistribution approach to income, you know, higher taxes and so forth.
	So it would be probably a good fit for her to be in the Democrat Party.
	Yeah, it's a shame. You know, it's not even about left and right anymore.
	It's about globalists versus nationalists.
	It's about morality versus moral relativism.
	It's about, you know, there's differences now that kind of don't have to do with left and right anymore.
	Yeah, I would like to see a situation where we actually get serious about individual liberty, for example.
	That's where I've been hanging out the first part of this program, talking about what are we going to do to make sure that the government follows due process, that people have a fair trial if the government accuses you of something.
	And we just saw this with the Bundy situation, whether or not people agree with their take on the Constitution or their take on the role of government in public lands or private lands.
	What happened in that trial that was eventually exposed by a whistleblower in the BLM?
	You had a judge who was saying, if you bring in any witnesses that are favorable to you, I'm going to have them arrested.
	I mean, she went on record making that threat to people.
	And that's something that's in the Constitution.
	So we need to recapture some of the ideas that are focused on liberty, focused on the Constitution.
	We've seen this with Sessions' move against marijuana to say we're going to shut down the prerogative of states who have had election after elections.
	Say we recognize this for medical use or now even to say that we're going to allow people to decide what they will or will not put into their body.
	But then they come back and say, no, we're going to shut down that choice.
	Yeah, I do believe in the freedom.
	I absolutely do.
	And I'll fight to the death to support that.
	Absolutely. Yeah, it'd be interesting if that were the thing rather than the left and right issues that we typically see and the only things that we see brought up in these debates if we had a different set of issues or a different approach.
	Well, and that's what's interesting about Oprah because I don't want to be on the side to say I'm going to immediately hate her because the thing about Oprah is that she reaches people.
	She reaches people on a very, very heartfelt level.
	And... She has an opportunity to actually join people together.
	So, I'm not going to completely be scathing about her and give up on her yet.
	Because, really, she needs to look at her life and how she's lived her life and the success she's made of her life and think, hang on a minute, why am I supporting a group or a scenario that isn't reflective of my entire life?
	It's crazy.
	Yeah, they absolutely reject the idea of meritocracy, which would have basically cut the rungs of the ladder off for her.
	But the other part of this is the Me Too movement that we saw at the Golden Globes, okay?
	And the kind of sexual harassment, the climate that exists, the casting couch and other things, that have always been there from Hollywood.
	As I said, going back to the days of silent films, it was always there.
	What was your experience as an actress?
	It's been there since the days of Roman times.
	It's been there since the days that society was born.
	It's part of humanity.
	The thing is, you have power and ambition.
	I mean, power and money on one side.
	And you have beauty and ambition on the other.
	It's going to happen.
	And so for all of those women that are Me Too-ing, and I Me Too-ed as well.
	I mean, I actually did hashtag Me Too because I am a victim of Assault in the past.
	But I didn't do it for my own self-aggrandizement.
	I did it for real because it was for real.
	And it is rife, but it's rife in Hollywood.
	It's rife in every industry, again, where you have power on one side and you've got beauty ambition on the other.
	For all those women that want to join the Me Too movement, it's all about that club again.
	And I'd be willing to bet that there's some of those women that have joined up in the Me Too thing.
	That actually were quite willing to do some favors in order to get where they've gone.
	Now, I'm not going to name names, and I don't know, you know, I mean, everybody's got their own skeletons in the closet, you know?
	Oh, yeah. There's a lot of money to be had, and that does things to people.
	You know, we need to play the game Scruples, right?
	Right. The thing is, it's like, what would you do this for five bucks?
	Right. Well, how about if we paid you $5,000 or $5 million, what would you do?
	I mean, what is your price, in other words?
	So they're asking, well, there's a lot that's on the table there being offered.
	I have not played that game. I have not played that game.
	Look at me! Not, you know, not a huge star.
	So, yeah, what does that say?
	But I think the Me Too movement is important because it does make sense.

	All right, let's go back to our guest, Julianne Davis.
	We were just talking before the break, Julianne, about the toxic formula, beauty and ambition on the one side, and then power and wealth being offered on the other side.
	And people whose real desire isn't necessarily just looking for love.
	They like to dominate people.
	I mean, they're heavily into this power trip, and that goes for...
	Men and women, actually.
	We've had even Seth MacFarlane when the Kevin Spacey thing came out.
	He'd done cartoons about it on Family Guy.
	And so there's a lot of people coming out there saying, yeah, everybody knew about these big figures like Harvey Weinstein, about Kevin Spacey and others.
	But who is really a surprise for you of the people that have been outed as predators?
	Let me just say, I mean, I knew about Harvey since 2003, because a friend of mine knew that he was a complete cat.
	And, you know, I never met him, but it was common knowledge.
	Now, I don't know if people knew that he was a rapist, per se, but he was definitely a predator.
	And now they're saying maybe we made a mistake by banning him from the Motion Picture Association.
	I mean, do you think they're going to rehabilitate him and bring him back?
	They might. I mean, they might.
	You know, there's other people too.
	You've got Roman Polanski.
	You've got Woody Allen.
	And I mean, they're all, Roman Polanski and Woody Allen, they're amazing filmmakers.
	And it's tricky, isn't it?
	If these guys can make money for them, they'll bring them back, right?
	They don't really care. These people can do bad things, but yet they make amazing films.
	And I think that a lot of people in the industry think, oh well, let's forgive them because they do really amazing films.
	That certainly was the mentality of Harvey Weinstein.
	I think it was in 2009 he wrote an editorial saying, okay, so Roman Polanski has been punished for his so-called crime, his so-called crime of raping underage girls.
	But he is true to his art.
	So we need to just look beyond that and bring him back.
	I mean, that is the mindset of Harvey Weinstein.
	That's the mindset of Harvey Wood.
	That's the, hey, we can get a good film out of this guy.
	We don't care about what he does to people.
	It is a little bit like that.
	I mean, it's humanity, though, isn't it?
	I mean, like we said, there's always going to be people like that.
	Everybody has a choice.
	Those girls have a choice.
	If you're going to go to a guy's hotel room to meet him to talk about your career, you have to wonder, right?
	Don't go to his hotel room to talk to him about your career.
	That's the start, right?
	Keep an eye on your drinks when you're out and about so he doesn't roofie your drink.
	I mean, it's sad that we have to do this, but, you know, everybody has a choice.
	We have a choice.
	And I made the choice to say, I'm not going there.
	And I didn't.
	Yeah, when they say, yeah, let's talk about your career in my hotel room.
	I mean, that's obviously the proverbial casting couch.
	What about some of the people that came up that were very surprising to you?
	No one surprises me.
	No one surprises me.
	Because everybody's got their skeletons, everybody's got their little dirty things that they like to do behind the scenes.
	You know? I guess one of the things that when I look at Hollywood, I mean, they've been at the forefront of selling the changes and rules that we've had in our society.
	You know, there's been massive transformations that we saw, you know, from the 50s to the 60s, and all the rules were rewritten at that point in time.
	Hollywood stopped.
	They distanced themselves from the code that had been put in under pressure from Congress because it was so out of control in the early silent film days.
	And so they kind of imposed a self-censorship on things.
	They came up with the really arbitrary rules.
	We saw the Hays Code and so forth.
	Two separate beds for people.
	They've got to One person's got to have a foot on the floor or whatever.
	Various things like that that they've done.
	That all went away in the 60s.
	And then they sold us this Anything Goes.
	And now, all of a sudden, they've seen these rules switch now, the people that have been giving us those types of mores.
	Well, that's the zeitgeist that's happening right now, and they're jumping on that bandwagon.
	That's it. And as I said before, there's people in the Me Too movement that probably...
	You know, there's probably a lot of people in the Me Too movement that genuinely would like it to stop, that don't really like to deal with the pressure from predators everywhere they look.
	Oh, God, another predator.
	How am I going to deal with him? How am I going to be charming and nice and still get what I want...
	In my career and yet not have to sleep with this guy.
	And that's, you know, and I talk about that with female actresses all the time.
	We say, in fact, I just talked to somebody the other day who's, you know, fairly high up in the industry.
	And we talked about exactly that.
	A man can be forceful about what he wants on set or with director, producer, whatever, and he's respected.
	But if a woman does it, If a woman puts her foot down, if a woman says, you know, no, I'm not doing that and no, you know, I think that it should be this way, but if she does it in a way that they deem to be, you know, bitchy, then they get this reputation of being difficult and bitchy and, you know, not good to work with.
	Yeah, which is what Harvey Weinstein had done to Mir Savina and others, basically blacklisting them.
	Perhaps not just because they were going to stand up for themselves, but because they wouldn't play ball with him, I imagine was really the case in those instances, basically blacklisting them.
	Yeah, and you know, good for them.
	And really, I mean, my stance on Harvey Weinstein is he should stay out.
	And I don't think they should let him back in.
	I agree. He should be out and hopefully...
	He's disgusting. He's just disgusting.
	And you know what?
	There's plenty of other people in Hollywood, me included.
	I mean, I've written my own screenplay and I'm trying to get that off the ground.
	I've been involved in producing and casting.
	I'm producing a film right now called Deadstream, which is a kind of sci-fi tech thriller.
	And... There's a lot of people in the business that are decent, that actually do want to do great work, that want to tell great stories, that aren't like that.
	And I made that promise to myself when I moved back from England to this country that I was not going to get involved with those people.
	Regardless. It doesn't matter about how big of a star I could have been because I don't care about that, really.
	I care about the work and I care about art.
	I care about telling stories.
	So now you're writing and you're a journalist, but you're still keeping a foot in Hollywood by doing screenplays.
	I still have my manager.
	I'm still being submitted for things.
	People haven't been calling me in.
	Probably because of all of this, you know, but that's fine.
	You know, I'll make my own work.
	I have a conservative viewpoint of how I view all this, is that if they want to hire me, I will make my own.
	Well, and that's something that there is a market for.
	You know, there really is a market. They make more money even off of kids' films than they do.
	It's a long-standing tradition that R-rated films don't make that much money.
	I mean, when Mel Gibson did his movie about Christ, I mean, that was a record-setting film for R-rated films.
	But the market is conservative, and that was a good example of it.
	They rated it R for violence, but that's a good example where the market is.
	Yeah, I think that there's a lot more room, and actually the industry is really opening up.
	I mean, you've got so many different outlets now.
	Netflix, Hulu, Amazon.
	I mean, the old model is changing.
	There's a lot of programming that is necessary to fill up all those different things.
	And if they decide that they want to make money...
	Rather than a power trip or a political trip, they'll get serious about looking at conservative scripts like you're writing, Julianne.
