	Waging war on corruption.
	It's David Knight.
	Well, it's Thursday, November the 16th, 2017.
	I'm David Knight. We've had some interesting developments in the last 24 hours in the Rory Moore situation.
	We're going to be covering that. One of them you've heard a great deal about.
	The other one you haven't heard anything about.
	So we're going to give you both sides of that story.
	We also have an interesting guest today.
	We have Mark Hall.
	Who did the documentary, Killing Ed, talking about charter schools and the problems with charter schools because there is an issue with charter schools.
	I want to have freedom of education.
	I want to get the government out of education as much as possible.
	I'm afraid that charter schools don't necessarily do that.
	What they can do and what they have done in many cases is create a kind of crony capitalism.
	At its worst case, we have the Fatala Gulen schools.
	Many of them are called the Harmony School of Science and Math and so forth.
	Fatala Gulen is an imam from Turkey.
	And of course, there's been the back and forth between Erdogan and Fatala Gulen.
	We've talked about this several times.
	We're going to talk about it again today.
	What is going on with that?
	As we see the back-and-forth allegations of a coup organized by Fatala Gulen supporters, there is a civil war that is going on in Turkey.
	And the schools that have been created by Fatala Gulen, he has over 1,000 schools worldwide.
	There was, last time I looked at this, about 45 schools just in Texas.
	Now, they don't explicitly have religious instruction in these schools.
	As a matter of fact, they're very careful to avoid it so that they can get half a billion dollars of subsidies.
	But there's more than one way to push forward a radical political agenda and a religious one as well.
	Because let's understand that Islam is political as much as it is religious.
	So we're going to be talking to Mark Hall today.
	We're going to be covering these latest updates.
	We're going to be taking a look at some breaking information about the FBI investigations.
	We had sessions yesterday.
	We reported what had happened with Jim Gordon actually two days ago.
	It was late in the afternoon.
	They had that hearing, I believe, in Washington.
	But we played the clips of that yesterday.
	And we talked yesterday with Charles Ortel, who's done a great deal of investigation into Clinton Foundation corruption.
	So we've got some updates on that as well today.
	Let's take a look at what's happening in the news.
	We have the Black Death, and there's several links to this on the Drudge Report, about how the Black Death is now spreading from Madagascar and really accelerating.
	They have had 165 people have been killed in Madagascar, although it's estimated that maybe 2,000 are thought to be infected.
	Well, it's kind of interesting because the same news organization also reports that it kills within just three hours.
	Well, I don't know how they have 2,000 people infected if it kills within three hours.
	There may be some scare that is going on here because what they're saying is that we've got to do something.
	We've got to develop, I'm sure it's going to be very quickly, they're going to be saying we've got to develop a vaccine because that's what they're now saying about hepatitis A. They're always looking for some kind of a vaccine to do.
	And as we pointed out when we talked to the director, the producer of Vaxxed, There is no protection for you if they do a vaccine.
	They're not going to vet this. They're not going to even take a look at what happens to the people that they give this to.
	The Health and Human Services bureaucracy that is now in charge of being the public guardian over vaccine safety are the ones who run what we call the vaccine court.
	That's not its official title.
	Most people are not even allowed to know that there is a vaccine court, but the vaccine injuries have increased by 400% in the last year.
	For flu injuries, flu vaccine injuries, 1,000%.
	And now they're saying, and we've talked about this before, as a matter of fact, I talked about it a great deal before it was picked up outside of San Diego, about the hepatitis A emergency that is happening in San Diego.
	And I said at the time, it's very close to the border, are they, is this an issue of people coming from unsanitary areas?
	Subsequent to that, they talked about how Mexico was releasing raw sewage into the waters of San Diego.
	They were washing the streets now with bleach, but now we're being told by CNN, the problem is, there's not enough hepatitis A vaccines.

	I'm David Knight, and there's been some big updates in the Roy Moore case.
	I'm sure you've heard of one of those.
	You haven't heard of the other one.
	So let's start with what you haven't heard about, I'm sure.
	The fact that they're now looking at the yearbook, and there's a lot of questions about this yearbook.
	And let's take this one by one.
	But let's first, before we do this, I want to play a clip of Roy Moore's lawyer asking if they can examine the yearbook.
	Can they look at it forensically?
	Can you examine the evidence?
	Are we allowed to even examine the yearbook?
	Because we're told by so many people, do not mention the fact that this is being put out there by the Washington Post or by Gloria Allred.
	That's absolutely irrelevant and you're blaming the accusers.
	Well, we have to vet the accusers, don't we?
	In terms of being credible witnesses.
	I mean, don't you think you should?
	Remember when we were talking about the lawyer who exposed Robert Mueller?
	And he said, I've had a couple of dealings with this man.
	He said the first time I was defending a client and I had a guy call me and say, I've got evidence I can testify to that will clear your client of money laundering charges or whatever it was.
	And so he comes to the office and he says, yeah, I'll sign a statement, an affidavit that I gave him the money or whatever, that he didn't get this illegally.
	So they draw this up and he's about to sign it.
	And the guy leans forward to this lawyer and says, he didn't really do this.
	I'm just doing it because I like the guy and I'm lying about this.
	And the lawyer said, get out of my office.
	And as the guy got up, he could see that he had a little box in the back of his shirt.
	He was wired. And the person who did that was Mueller.
	Then later, he had another encounter with Mueller.
	And it was in the Jeffrey McDonald trial that went on for a very, very long time.
	And there was a lot of inappropriate conduct by the FBI, by the federal agents that had been caught at that point in time.
	They had a meeting. Robert Mueller was chairing that meeting.
	And again, the same lawyer confronted him, had confronted him years after that.
	And he said, well, you know, yeah, that guy was a scumbag, but I had to do that.
	I had to test you with that.
	But then when it came time for them to look at the allegations of wrongdoing from the FBI, as Mueller began to chair that meeting, the first thing he said was any assertion of misconduct by the FBI is off the table.
	I can investigate you.
	I can try to entrap you.
	But don't you dare say that I ever did anything wrong, even if you have evidence.
	That is off the table.
	And that's what I'm hearing from people in this back and forth situation with Roy Moore.
	Don't you dare mention the fact that these stories are being put together by Gloria Allred in the Washington Post.
	So we had another couple of stories come out yesterday from the Washington Post.
	We'll get to that in a minute.
	You know, he's actually accused of having asked 18-year-old girls out for, that were clerking in the mall, asked them out for a date.
	They said no, and he went away.
	That's what the crimes are getting to now.
	I think they're getting pretty desperate.
	But let's take a look at this yearbook.
	Because can we at least examine the yearbook?
	If we can't say anything about the accusers, if they're off bounds, if we can't say anything about the veracity of the Washington Post or Gloria Allred, can we at least look at this yearbook?
	Here's what the attorney had to say.
	There are a couple things that you need to look at.
	Look at the 1977 after Merry Christmas.
	Look at those two sevens.
	And then look below at the 77.
	And I want to ask you, do you think it was written by the same person?
	I want you to look at Old Hickory House, which they say Judge Moore wrote.
	Judge Moore says there's no way in the world that's his handwriting.
	And I want you to look at it.
	Look at some other writing of his and make your own determination.
	That's what our expert will be doing.
	But for now, I'm asking you all to take a look.
	Use your judgment. And then finally, after Judge Moore's signature, it has the initials capital D period, A period.
	Remember I told you about that 99 divorce action?
	Judge Moore looked at that DA after his signature, which they allege was because he was the district attorney.
	Well, he wasn't. He was the assistant district attorney.
	But Judge Moore says he can't ever remember ever signing his name with DA after it, but he had seen it before.
	You know where he had seen it?
	When he was on the bench, his assistant, whose initials are capital D period, A period, Delbert Adams, would stamp his signature on documents and then put capital D period, A period.
	That's exactly how the signature appears on the divorce decree that Judge Moore signed, dismissing the divorce action with Ms.
	Nelson. Knowing these things, I've got a question, Gloria Allred and Ms.
	Nelson. Do you still hold that everything written in that yearbook was written by Judge Moore, or was it written by somebody else?
	That's not an allegation, it's a question.
	And finally, we demand that you immediately release the yearbook.
	To a neutral custodian, so that our expert, you can send your expert as well if you'd like to, so that our expert can look at it.
	Not a copy on the internet, the actual documents, so that we can see the lettering, we can see the ink on the page, we can see the indentations, and we can see, how old is that ink?
	Is it 40 years old?
	Or is it a week old?
	I gotta hunch how that ink is.
	Isn't that interesting? Isn't that interesting?
	You haven't really heard too much about that, have you?
	No, they're not.
	You hear that he's asking people out for dates in the mall.
	What a horrible person that he would ask a woman out for a date.
	We'll talk about that in a moment.
	But... Let's take a look at this document.
	Because the first thing that he said was the sevens.
	And for those of you who are listening on the radio, there's two different ways it was in 1977.
	So one of them was Merry Christmas 1977.
	Then at the bottom it was 12-22-77.
	Now the sevens at the top are done like an inverted L. Straight horizontal line at the top and then coming down.
	The ones at the bottom though...
	Have a seven that has like an upward hook before the horizontal top of the seven and then coming down.
	So they're done and both of them are done the same way at the bottom.
	Both of them are done differently but the same way at the top.
	So we have two different versions of sevens.
	But that's only the beginning of this.
	And he didn't get into everything that's there.
	We got a guy, Thomas Wichter, who's really done a great job of taking a look at this and vetting the differences in here.
	Getting the signature of Roy Moore.
	I'm pointing out that the signature of Roy Moore is radically different in terms of the R in Roy, but especially the Y. The Y bears absolutely no resemblance.
	When you look at Roy Moore's signature, the Y comes up very close to the stem of the Y. He brings it up and then goes way up to the top of the R on the other signature.
	Whereas on the other one, he just...
	Curls it down at the bottom. So unless his signature has radically changed, that is also different.
	So we look at the handwriting, and it doesn't look the same.
	As a matter of fact, when you look at Old Hickory House, that is written down there, printed, and that is a radically different signature there as well.
	But there's more information here.
	The fact that they spelled Old Hickory House, they spelled it, that's the name of the restaurant, they spelled it O-L-D-E on that...
	Supposed yearbook inscription.
	Whereas the place was never called OLD Hickory House.
	It is still OLD Hickory House.
	And you can see that if you look at Yelp, somebody included that in the article here.
	And again, as he pointed out, he was the deputy district attorney.
	Whenever he would put something like that behind his name, isn't it odd that he would do such a formal signature?
	I thought that was odd, that it would be a formal signature on a yearbook, a thing like that.
	But, you know, when he would do a formal signature, he would sign it DDA. But his assistant, his initials were DA. When he would sign the documents, like the divorce decree of this woman, he would put it down as DA. It appears that she lifted this off of her divorce decree.
	Do you think, for all of you who have been divorced, do you ever have any hard feelings towards the lawyers or the judges involved in that divorce?
	Ever wish that you could get even with them some way?
	This woman who supposedly was a Republican and a Trump voter goes to Gloria Allred.
	The woman who pulled up a fake witness, Summer Dervos, who had been on The Apprentice and made the false allegation.
	That could have been a kill right there on President Trump.
	Except again, Gloria Allred didn't realize that this woman had sent an email six months earlier begging Trump to come to her place of business.
	This woman who says that she was sexually attacked in the same way.

	I'm David Knight. And we've got Roy Moore being attacked by a horse with no name.
	But I think we know who's behind this.
	His initials are M&M. He's not a piece of candy.
	It's the Senate Majority Leader.
	Because this is a war, a fight to the death.
	And we were just talking about this yearbook in the last segment.
	Gloria Allred will not have her accuser take a polygraph.
	She will not turn over the yearbook for forensic analysis to look at how old this ink is because there's a lot of issues with inconsistencies in the handwriting.
	The signature is not Roy Moore's.
	The sevens at the top when it says Christmas 1977 versus the date at the bottom.
	There are differences there.
	The DA after Roy Moore's name is the way that this woman's divorce decree was signed.
	That was the initials of his assistant.
	He was never the district attorney.
	He was the deputy district attorney.
	He always put DDA after his name if he would do it.
	Why would he even put that on a high school yearbook?
	And then of course there's the information about the restaurant where this accuser worked.
	It was listed as Old Hickory House and they spelled it the wrong way.
	O-L-D-E. It was never spelled that way.
	Then there's this question.
	And this is something that had kind of occurred to me but I got distracted with some other stuff.
	But this is something that was written.
	I'm looking at this on the...

	Good job, Joe. As some people were pointing out, I don't know if he put this in there, if this is something that people who are crowdsourcing and vetting whether or not this information is true, said this.
	Who signs a yearbook in December?
	Seriously. And she says, well, I was in high school, and this is my yearbook, and he signed my high school yearbook.
	You know that yearbooks come out at the end of the year, don't they?
	So maybe this is the previous year's yearbook.
	That's something that needs to be looked at.
	But they won't turn this over.
	No polygraph, no physical investigation.
	And there are a lot of issues in that.
	But then there's this. And this was in the statement of Roy Moore yesterday.
	You know, Sean Hannity demanded that Roy Moore give him an answer in 24 hours or step down.
	Well, he gave an answer.
	His lawyer was pointing out some of these issues, but he also said this.
	The accuser, Beverly Nelson, was a party in a divorce action before me in 1999.
	Interesting, isn't it?
	Interesting. In 1999.
	So, he said, no motion was made for me to recuse myself.
	Isn't that interesting? Wouldn't you think that if she'd had this horrific Bill Clinton-esque experience, where he had physically and violently attacked her, how does that square with the first account in the article from Washington Post?
	As I've pointed out many times, the alleged attack where he drove this young girl all the way to his house, And then did some inappropriate sexual conduct.
	And then when she said, no, no, no, he said, oh, okay, and then goes away.
	I mean, does that sound reasonable?
	Does that sound like the guy that they later described who would ask girls out for a date and their parents would say, oh, yeah, sure, or, you know, I think it'd be a great thing for you to date Roy Moore.
	And then they said, well, I thought the age difference was too old and it creeped me out.
	That's the kind of stuff that we're now seeing again from the Washington Post.
	Does that seem consistent?
	With the first part of the accusation from the Washington Post, does it seem consistent with Gloria Allred's accusation that he was a Bill Clinton type of person?
	Bill Clinton, or the kind of person described by Beverly Young Nelson, would not take no for an answer.
	And he didn't bother to drive for 30 minutes to his house.
	He just drove around to the back parking lot of that restaurant accordingly.
	But here was a woman who went through this horrible attempted rape, according to her.
	As we pointed out yesterday, you know, in 1977, electric door locks were not a very common thing.
	And childproof locks, where you could set it so somebody couldn't open the door on the other side, that was not something that came around until several years later, into the 80s.
	And all the door locks were not like they are today, where you've got them hidden in various places.
	They were all right there by your shoulder as a post.
	But with all of this stuff, all these strange inconsistencies, this is the one, to me, that is really the glaring issue.
	Here's a woman who, if you believe her, was assaulted and nearly raped by Roy Moore.
	And yet, when her divorce case comes up before him in 1999, no motion was made to recuse.
	Wouldn't you think that she wouldn't want the guy who had tried to rape her to be the judge in her divorce case?
	And that's exactly what Judge Roy Moore says.
	He says, no motion was made for me to recuse.
	She did not mention that I was the judge assigned to her divorce case when she accused me.
	Wouldn't that be interesting?
	If you had a lawyer like Gloria Allred, wouldn't you think that would be something that would be significant to disclose?
	Kind of like if you have a Washington Post.
	Wouldn't you think that you would want to disclose that one of these ladies who didn't really accuse him of anything inappropriate just said that he had asked her for a date and she thought it was creepy because of the age difference?
	That this woman was somebody who worked for Hillary Clinton, who had worked for Joe Biden.
	And you see this picture where Joe Biden's got his arm around her.
	We presume his arms are around her.
	We can't see where his arm is.
	We have seen what Joe Biden does with his arms when he's posing with women and with young children.
	It's very creepy. But she doesn't have a problem with Joe Biden.
	She doesn't have a problem with that guy because of his party affiliation.
	But she alleged that there was something inappropriate about Roy Moore asking her out for a date, even though her mother approved.
	So, Washington Post doesn't disclose those relationships with that accuser and the Democrat Party.
	And Gloria Allred does not disclose a relationship between Beverly Young Nelson and Judge Roy Moore and the fact that he had presided over her divorce case.
	Wouldn't that have been interesting? And you know, as we look at the news cycle...
	People will focus on a particular topic and then that's all you hear about for several days and then they move on to another topic.
	Or, in this case, they focus on one accuser and now they've moved on to something else.
	And so nobody's going to talk about the fact that he presided over her divorce case.
	And that was in 1999.
	So that was about 22 years later.
	And she was not traumatized.
	Did not ask for him to recuse himself.
	And she says, however, the fact that this guy who had, as she pointed out, tried to violently rape her 20 years earlier, 22 years earlier, she said, doesn't have a problem with him presiding over her divorce case.
	But then 18 years after the divorce, while talking before the cameras, says Roy Moore, about the supposed assault, she could not contain her emotions.
	She was weeping uncontrollably as she read the script that Gloria Allred had written for her.
	Yeah. So he mentions all of that stuff.
	And he says, finally, are we at a stage in American politics in which false allegations can overcome a public record of 40 years?
	Where these false allegations can stampede the media and politicians to condemn an innocent man?
	He said, I adamantly deny the allegations of Lake Horfman and Beverly Nelson.
	I did not date underage girls and have taken steps to begin a civil action for defamation.
	But of course, the mainstream media doesn't really care about age differences.
	Except when it comes to a conservative Republican that has taken very controversial positions.
	That's what this is about.
	And it's not even about the controversial opinions.
	Nobody in all of this controversy that he's had as Chief Justice, nobody ever brought any of this stuff up to try to take him down.
	It was only when he went up against the corrupt GOP establishment in Washington, Mitch McConnell.
	Mitch has to go whether Roy makes it to the Senate or not.

	We're going to take a look at reactions to what's going on with Rory Moore.
	And we're also going to take a look at reactions to the fears that the Democrats have that Attorney General Sessions will have a special prosecutor to look into the Clinton Foundation, to look into what happened with the Dirty Dossier, which is at the basis of this investigation by Robert Mueller.
	They use the dirty dossier, a false document, to get search warrants to conduct, to have a basis for this investigation.
	And that was funded by Hillary Clinton and the DNC. Why wouldn't you investigate that?
	Because if that is fictitious, and it is, and if it is funded by the opposition, and it is, then that taints everything that Robert Mueller has done.
	But yesterday, as we talked to Charles Ortel, as he was pointing out, the collusion between Rod Rosenstein, the Deputy Attorney General, who appointed Bob Mueller, as well as Comey, who was also involved in this.
	So three of them have been involved in terms of covering up for the corruption of the Clinton Foundation for a very long time.
	It started way before Uranium One.
	And so they do not want to see that kind of investigation.
	And of course, the mainstream media is not going to investigate this phony yearbook, which really looks like the fake newsletter.
	Remember, there was the fake letter from the National Guard to George W. Bush that was being shopped around by Dan Rather.
	It cost him his anchor position there.
	It was an obvious forgery.
	This is the same situation.
	I wasn't a supporter of George W. Bush.

	Because this is the same guy saying that Roy Moore needs to be thrown out.
	Lindsey Graham is the guy who went as a character witness...
	For the corrupt Senator Bob Menendez, who's been accused of bribery, corruption, money laundering, and multiple counts of sex with underage prostitutes.
	And yet Lindsey Graham went as a character witness for him.

	And so this guy is up there virtue signaling, the guy who's walked hand-in-hand and arm-in-arm with Dennis Hastert.

	Give me a break. Donald Trump, if Donald Trump comes in and calls on Roy Moore to get out of the race based on the Washington Post's cooked-up allegations and Gloria Allred's lies after the same thing has happened to him over and over again, no respect if he can't see through that.

	and that was the first time that President Trump had run for office.
	And so people would look at that and say, well, gee, you know, this is just part of the first betting.
	Roy Moore has been around for 40 years, so just disregard everything that he's done for 40 years.
	Disregard all the people that knew him publicly, privately, and so forth that have testified that this is absolutely not the type of thing that he would do.
	Not just family members, not just people who work for him.
	The guy who was his kickbox instructor said, I've known him for decades, And I've never seen him do anything inappropriate with women.
	I mean, just throw that out, because we've got somebody coming here with Gloria Allred, and Judge Moore was the judge in her divorce case.
	And she seems to take the signature that was put there by the clerk of the court and use that on her yearbook.
	But we can't look at the yearbook, and we can't even question why she's got a yearbook That's very suspicious.

	It was all about identity politics.
	It was all about her identity and how she is so special.
	And we could see that because she does have an ability to avoid any taint of controversy or criminal actions.
	Now, as we're looking at this, it's interesting that also the stepson of the woman who was divorced and then came out with the yearbook.
	She was divorced and Judge Roy Moore was the judge in that case.
	And she did not ask that the man who had tried to violently rape her be recused from that case.
	Her stepson says she is lying.
	And I stand behind the judge 100 percent.
	He says, Mr.
	Moore, I support you. I don't believe the acts that she claims you've done.
	I don't believe it.
	I've known the woman. She married my father many, many years ago.
	I've known her for a while now, and I truly do not believe that she's being honest about this.
	I don't believe a word she says.
	And then, interesting, as we're looking at other reactions, I think it's interesting that the LA Times is saying, well, he's got problems With even Fox News personalities, Tucker Carlson faulted him for using his Christian faith as a shield against the women's accusations.
	Does it matter, though, that his character has been something that people have observed in public?
	That his character would be inconsistent?
	Is it wrong for him to say, people who know me know that I'm a faithful husband for decades to my wife?
	They know that I'm a Christian, and so forth.
	Should he be criticized for that?
	I mean, when you look at the difference between these women, not just this lady who Roy Moore was the judge over her divorce case, but many of the others have been divorced multiple times.
	They got a lot of petty crimes like writing bad checks and other issues like that.
	Is that something when it's a he said, she said situation like this?
	Like it was with Clarence Thomas.
	Is that a valid thing to point out?
	I think it is. I do think that it is a valid thing.
	And then Sean Hannity, who gave the ultimatum and said, you've got 24 hours to do this or get out of the race.
	Now he's seeing this and he says he's satisfied.
	But he kind of leaves a caveat there.
	He says, well, maybe the vote should be delayed so that the people of Alabama can make this decision.
	I don't think it should be.
	I don't think it should be.
	I think they've known Judge Moore for 40 years.
	I think the person that they don't know is the person nobody's talking about, the Democrat.
	The Democrat there, Doug Jones, is telling the other Democrats to stay away.
	Schumer, don't come down here.
	Pelosi, don't come down here.
	Maxine Waters, please don't come down here.
	Okay? That's...
	The guy that you don't know about.
	That's the guy that they should have some more time to think about what the alternative is here.

	I'm going to take a look at all the calls that are going on for the outrage that we're seeing in Washington.
	And what was the outrage about Dennis Hastert?
	As I said yesterday, if they really believed that Roy Moore was the man that they're accusing him of being, they would have given him the $30 million, not to his opponent, who was a lobbyist and a sycophant for Mitch McConnell, a guy who had helped the corrupt governor in Alabama evade problems there, and then got appointed by that corrupt governor, who had subsequently resigned.
	And as we look at this newest piece from the Washington Post today, two more women describe unwanted overtures by Roy Moore in an Alabama mall.
	You're not. He's alleged to have asked an 18-year-old out on a date.
	And she refused.
	And he is now being vilified for that.
	But did they really want to fix anything?
	Or is it just that they want to create a war between men and women?
	Don't you dare even think about asking a woman out.
	I mean, this is not the kind of...
	Of accusations that we saw about Louis C.K. And yet there was a political editorial about Louis C.K. which came...
	I think he didn't use the exact phrase as Weinstein did when he was defending...
	Roman Polanski, remember it was 2009, 2010, Weinstein wrote an editorial saying, well, for his so-called crimes of, you know, multiple rapes of young women that Roman Polanski was actually convicted of, but Weinstein said for his so-called crimes, he's paid enough.
	He needs to be brought home because he's true to his art.
	And there was an editorial on, I believe again it was either CNN or it was Politico, one of these liberal rags.
	And the person was talking about how Louis C.K. was just so good at pointing out toxic masculinity.
	Toxic masculinity? He was a critic of toxic masculinity.
	So his point was that because he was so good at pointing out toxic masculinity, because he was such a virtue-signaling feminist male, Louis C.K. should be given something of a past.
	We should be able to separate his art from his life.
	You know, because as Harvey Weinstein said about Roman Polanski, he was true to his heart.
	So let's give him a pass for the disgusting sexual acts that he has now admitted that he did.
	I mean, Roman Polanski was convicted.
	Louis C.K. says, yeah, I did it.
	And they don't have a problem with that.
	And they have a problem with the fact that Judge Roy Moore is alleged to have asked an 18-year-old who was working at the mall for a date, and she turned him down.
	If they really wanted to do something about pedophiles, They're really concerned about this.
	They wouldn't look the other way and praise Bridget Macron, who was 40 years old, married, had three kids, and was dating, quote-unquote, dating her 15-year-old high school student who is now the president of France.
	No, they wouldn't look the other way for that.
	They would not have praised Jerry Seinfeld when he was doing Seinfeld.
	He was older. He was a multimillionaire, a very successful actor.
	He's dating a 17-year-old girl and did so, I think, for like six years.
	They wouldn't look the other way. Instead, what they would be doing, and I know it's not a federal issue where they would set the statute of limitations, but what needs to be done, and Mitch McConnell could at least lead the charge for this if he wants to do something.
	Mitch, you want to do something? Lindsay, you want to do something?
	Mitt Romney, you want to do something?
	Instead of throwing out the idea that people are Don't have the presumption of innocence in politics that you should step down if the charge is guilty, unless you are a fellow senator already, somebody who is part of the system like Bob Menendez.
	Let's not talk about Bob.
	Let's not ask for Bob to be expelled from the Senate.
	No. No, let's just allege that Roy Moore did this and keep him out.
	But if you really want to do something of substance, then why don't you start a movement to get rid of the statute of limitations on pedophiles?
	Why don't you do something to make it not go away after three years if you really wanted to do something?
	But they don't. Just like Black Lives Matter.
	The people running Black Lives Matter don't want to do anything about changing the rules of engagement with the police and the public.
	They don't want to do anything about police oversight when police do the wrong thing.
	Instead, they want to pick ambiguous situations, and then they want to make it simply about race.
	And they want to tell white people, go away, this isn't your issue.
	Well, it is white people's issue as well.
	You should make it their issue.
	But instead, they don't want the problem fixed.
	They want a political wedge issue.
	They want a political weapon.
	And so what Mitch McConnell and all these virtue signaling people in Washington are doing is the same thing Black Lives Matter is doing with race, except they're doing it with sex.
	That's what the Washington Post and Gloria Allred and all these people in Washington are doing.

	This editorial that is written is from CNN. Where else?
	Where else would we get that kind of fake news?
	And I think it's interesting when we look at the reactions of other people, like Mike Barnacle had tweeted out the fact that a poll showed that these smears on Roy Moore, and that's what I believe they are, I believe they're smears, especially now that we see, and we knew this was happening with Gloria Allred.
	We knew that if you look, you're going to not have to look too far to see the lies from Gloria Allred.
	But as they came back and said, well, 29% of the respondents were more likely to vote for Roy Moore.
	Not because they liked him because he's a pedophile, but because they didn't believe he was a pedophile and he was being unfairly targeted.
	That's why 29%.
	But then people like Mike Barnacle comes out and says, next time you take the kiddos to Alabama, steer clear of the 29% of the state voters.
	Well, I would say this. The next time you take the kiddos to Washington, D.C., stay clear of Capitol Hill.
	That's where the real filthy perverts hang out.
	That's like a magnet for them.

	We have an article here about Walter Jones, Congressman from North Carolina.
	And you know, we need to have good people like Walter Jones in Congress.
	He is one of the best.
	And as we just passed Veterans Day, November 11th, which originally was Armistice Day to celebrate what they thought would be the war to end all wars.
	That was pretty naive, wasn't it?
	It was the 99th anniversary this last Saturday on what we now call Veterans Day, because we don't have any armistice anymore.
	It just keeps going and going.
	But there's an article about Walter Jones, and he says for every day for him is Veterans Day, not just November 11th.
	He has written more than 11,000 letters to families of veterans who have died.
	And this is the way he put it.
	He was very upset about the fact that he gave George W. Bush the authority to go to war in Iraq.
	And he really regretted that decision.
	He said, I never believed that we were going into Iraq, but I gave Bush the benefit of the doubt in the hopes that we wouldn't.
	But I blame myself.
	I blame the administration.
	And he said as a result of that, since 2003, he has been writing condolence letters to families of the fallen.
	That's how much he regrets the fact that he didn't stop George W. Bush and the military-industrial complex.
	And we need people like Walter Jones.
	I think that Roy Moore is someone like that.
	And I think that what people have observed of him as being a Christian is not a firewall that he uses to virtue signal.
	But I think that it is a reminder that we need to have men of principle.
	Who don't think that the government is God?
	Who think that there is a higher authority?
	If they don't think there's a higher authority, they're typically not going to obey the law either.
	And we're going to wind up with tyrants, which we have a great deal of in Washington.
	One of those is John Koskinen, who's just left.
	There's an interview with him on Politico.
	And he says that the IRS is building a safe to hold Donald Trump's tax returns.
	Now, they're going to curate his tax returns just like they did Vladimir Lenin in Red Square.
	Except that they're going to dig up Donald Trump's tax returns at some point.
	I guess they're going to put that there as a memorial that they can blackmail him somehow.
	Because you know when you have a complicated financial situation, they can always find the crime, can't they?
	And in this interview with Politico...
	He says, when Eisenhower left office, his message was, beware the military-industrial complex.
	He said, my message is, beware the collapse of the IRS. Seriously?
	Seriously? He says that he's very concerned because we're seeing ongoing cuts to the IRS funding and staff.
	Well, we need to cut the IRS funding and staff.
	Remember, it was Barack Obama who added, what was the number, 16,000, 17,000 new people to the IRS to handle Obama tax?
	That's what we should be calling Obamacare.
	As I've said before, it doesn't provide any health care, and it isn't an affordable health care act.
	There's no health care in it, and it's not affordable.
	Instead, it was a tax.
	That's what the Supreme Court said.
	And as we look, and I've got a stack of stuff here we'll talk about, the new tax bill that's coming up here.
	They're finally saying, well, okay, you guys said it was a tax.

	Let's save $300 billion a year in subsidies, and let's stop this massive tax on the lower middle class, which is what it is.
	It's a $300 billion subsidy to the poor and a massive tax on the lower middle class.
	And everybody else that has to pay this.
	And that would be one way to get rid of IRS funding and staff.
	They'd have even more. I don't know if they've even figured in the savings that they would have by eliminating IRS funding and staff.
	And then he goes in and gives excuses about what Lois Lerner did.
	And he said, no, they could call themselves 501C. They don't have to have our approval to do that.
	We just look to see later on after the fact they were kind of worried without having a termination letter if we'd come after them.
	That's precisely the point.
	What a bunch of doublespeak.
	As Charles Ortel pointed out yesterday, they can really use that as a weapon against the donors.

	At the top of the hour, I was talking about Congressman Walter Jones of North Carolina.
	And the fact that he regrets his decision to allow Bush the authority, hoping that he wouldn't use it, but allowing him the authority to go into Iraq.
	And since 2003, Walter Jones has written more than 11,000 letters of condolences to families that have died in action after that authorization for the use of military force.
	And when I look at the news on a daily basis, I think one of the things that strikes me the most It's the double standard and the hypocrisy that we see in different issues.
	And as Walter Jones is writing 11,000 letters to families, he is remembering the veterans every day.
	And he's remembering that decision that he regrets.
	And the wars that he regrets.
	I look at what the NFL did.
	We had three NFL players disrespecting the veterans, disrespecting our country, our flag.
	And we've got the one owner who has something to say about it.
	Well, first of all, it was President Trump who said, you're disrespecting These people, the veterans, who see the flag as something that's very important to them, symbolic of the friends and colleagues that have died with them.
	And you're disrespecting that.
	And, of course, the NFL commissioner came back and said, you're disrespecting the NFL. That was an amazing contrast.
	And then we see Jerry Jones, who I thought...
	Kind of went over the line in terms of trying to appease these people.
	But he said, all right, let's all get out here.
	We'll link arms and we'll kneel before the game.
	But then you're all going to stand in respect for the national anthem.
	Trying to reach some middle ground there.
	Some compromise with that.
	And then as he watches the NFL melting down from the actions of this arrogant NFL commissioner, he tries to get the guy out.
	The guy is demanding that he gets private jets and $49.5 million salary and so forth.
	I mean, the privilege and the elitism of the NFL is just reeks.
	And people have had enough of it.
	They've had enough of the subsidies for their stadiums, I hope, because I don't like to be stuck with the bill.
	And Stacey Washington was talking about a town where she was...
	They passed a bondage bill to put them in bondage to build a NFL stadium.
	And she said then the team moved away and we still are stuck paying for it.
	That should end. But when Jerry Jones says we need to get a different NFL commissioner because he's destroying the business, now they're threatening to throw him out of the league.
	In a letter, the NFL accuses Jerry Jones of conduct detrimental.
	That's the amazing hypocrisy, the amazing contrast that we see here.
	Here's another one. As I pointed out at the top of the hour, the IRS commissioner is just bragging about the fact that he did a great job and all of this stuff.
	He's absolutely unrepentant about what Lois Lerner and he did.
	Doesn't care. They didn't need our permission.
	They could call themselves a 501C, and then we'll audit them and see what happens, is what he's saying.
	They wanted us to approve that form.
	And as I was talking to Charles Ortel yesterday, he was saying, you know, you look at all these phony Clinton Foundation charities that said they were going to go in and do something for HIV. And then they redirect and they start taking money for earthquake relief in Haiti and keeping all the money themselves.
	Nobody ever looks at what they're doing.
	And all of these organizations that they're doing, they never look to see if they've got any political connections.
	The IRS would never audit any of that stuff.
	But you can bet that they would audit these people who were conservative organizations.
	And then saying that he's very concerned about the ongoing cuts to IRS funding and staff.
	And he says, Eisenhower warned us about the collapse of the military-industrial complex, but my message is beware the collapse of the IRS. Now, let's shut them down.
	Let's have a tax that doesn't have to go into people's backgrounds.
	It isn't so complex that you can blackmail people.
	They're going to keep President Trump's tax returns in a safe place.
	Just as a warning to him, I guess.
	But when you look at all the stuff that they did and all the years that they slow drug this thing through for conservative Tea Party organizations, then we see this article here about how an ex-Google executive has registered the first Church of Artificial Intelligence with the IRS. Had no problem running that through.
	Had no problem giving...
	Tax exemption letters to liberal organizations, some of those it took just a couple of days.
	But it took years of slow walking by the politicized IRS of Barack Obama.
	And here you've got a guy who wants to have a church of artificial intelligence.
	And the IRS says, sure, no problem.
	Tax tea party guys?
	I don't think so. I don't think so.
	But yeah, you want to have an AI church?
	That's great. That's great.
	Former executive at Google.
	It's filed paperwork to have an official religion of technology.
	Well, we do have a religion of technology, don't we?
	We have a religion of secular humanism.
	And this story from Zero Hedge, an AI researcher, warns that Skynet killer robots are easier to achieve than self-driving cars.
	That's scary on a couple of different measures here, isn't it?
	Because one of the things that he says is, well, we don't have any fully autonomous weapon systems yet.
	So what he's actually saying is, we don't have any fully autonomous self-driving cars yet that we can really trust.
	But we're going to be experimenting on the highways with them nevertheless, because they're already doing that.
	And maybe they're experimenting with killer drones, as we saw in this presentation yesterday.
	Those of you who are watching this can see this up on the screen now.
	The guy who's got a little small drone that fits in the palm of his hand and he lets the thing fly up and it's got, as he points out, stochastic movement, in other words, randomized movement, so that it can't be shot down.
	But it also has facial recognition, and it's been programmed for a particular face.
	And then he throws it out, and it zooms in on the dummy, and it's got a shaped charge that delivers a kill shot to the dummy's forehead.
	Now, I don't know if that is real or not.
	I seriously doubt that is.
	I think that is a proof of concept.
	That they're trying to show to people who can make decisions saying, you know, people like you are going to be the ones who are going to be first in the kill list for devices like this.
	Maybe you want to do something to stop this arms race of autonomous killer machines.
	But when you look at the headline of this and you look at what this guy is saying about lethal autonomous killing machines, to me, that's the way I view these self-driving cars.
	And right now they're conducting experiments without your informed consent on the highway without drivers behind the wheel.
	Do you have a problem with that?
	I do. I think technology is out of control and we're letting these big corporations do whatever they wish, especially if it fits in the long-term strategy of the government to take control away from you, to take liberty away from you, to put you inside of a robot.
	What does that make you then?
	Makes you the slave of a robot.
	You know, there was a sci-fi book, Robopocalypse.
	They've talked about making it into a movie a couple of times.
	And of course, they use the self-driving cars as autonomous killing machines, didn't they?
	And that. That's the thing that we have to be concerned about as well.
	Yeah, definitely be concerned about killer robots.
	But also be concerned about robots, self-driving cars that are going to kill our economy.
	They're now releasing, and Tesla is talking about their autonomous semi-trailer.
	I don't want to be on the highway with that thing.
	But it's going to take millions of jobs away.
	Jobs that used to be very high-paying jobs.
	You go back to the time of Smokey and the Bandit.
	Long distance tractor trailer drivers made way above what the average income was.
	And they haven't seen any increase in their income for a very long time.
	And now they're going to see their jobs go.
	And that is going to reverberate through the economy in a massive way.
	As then we have these platooning 80,000 pound machines that have no humans behind the wheel.
	And they are creating essentially a wall on the highways.
	I'm concerned about this from a number of issues.
	But of course the biggest issue is...
	That they're bringing in Agenda 21 in all of the cities.
	And that's what is really behind this.

	We're going to take a look at the follow-up to the testimony that Attorney General Sessions had on Tuesday As I played it yesterday and the parts of it that I had heard in terms of the back and forth between Jim Jordan, who was on fire, laying out in rapid machine gun succession to Attorney General Sessions, what had happened.
	It's like, let's review all this right now.
	And Sessions is kind of like, eh, maybe, I don't know.
	I think, probably not.
	No, wouldn't be me. I don't know anything.
	Can't go there, talk about that.
	No, no. I mean, it looked very wimpy to me.
	When I talked to Charles Ortel yesterday in the interview, it's a very good interview, by the way.

	I thought that Jeff Sessions had left an opening there.
	He was going to do something based on what he said later.
	So, we can't really tell.
	He's been sitting on the fence for a year.
	He's removed himself from this.
	As Charles Ortel pointed out yesterday, Rod Rosenstein It's got very dirty hands in the history of the Clinton Foundation.
	He's investigated them in detail, in depth, for two years.
	And when you go back and look at what happened, Uranium One is just, you know, that's one issue.
	There were things ten years before that that were very well documented.
	And it involved all the usual suspects.
	James Comey, Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein.
	And isn't it interesting that we have this little rotating musical chairs type of thing here?
	I was a creditor in a bankruptcy proceeding once.
	It wasn't the person declaring bankruptcy.
	I was the one getting ripped off by the bankruptcy court.
	And they have this little rotating thing going on there.
	They have the guys who are the bankruptcy lawyers.
	We'll be bankruptcy lawyers for a while, and then they'll get up and switch chairs with the other guys, and then they can represent defendants who are declaring bankruptcy.
	And then where they really make their money is when they come in and loot a business and stiff all the creditors and the owners of different things that are owned by that business.
	That's where they really make the money.
	They come in like a bunch of vultures and steal everything.
	But the same kind of thing seems to be going on with the FBI. Yeah.
	Except their mode of operation is to come in and protect the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation.
	So let's listen to Hillary Clinton.
	She, I think, thinks like Charles Hurtel that there's going to be a second special counsel.
	Here's what she had to say.
	You guys got that?
	Video six? We're having some audio issues?
	Okay, we got some audio issues with that.
	The Washington Post also thinks that that's going to be an issue.
	They say appointing a second special counsel could rattle the Justice Department.
	The Washington Post doesn't want it.
	Hillary Clinton doesn't want it.
	Morning Joe doesn't want it.
	They're very concerned about this.
	Isn't that a shame? The Washington Post says this.
	Attorney General Jeff Sessions' public suggestion that he may appoint a special counsel.
	Just the idea that he may.
	Boy, really set them off. They're very much afraid of this.
	And they should be. If you want to know what's going on, like I said, the facts are there.
	People have investigated this, like Charles will tell us, investigate it.
	His public suggestion that he might even have a special counsel to investigate Hillary Clinton has alarmed current and former Justice Department officials.
	I bet it has. They don't want to go to prison with her.
	And they realize that if something like this hits the fan, they're more likely to go to prison than Hillary is.
	So they definitely don't want an investigation.
	The guys lower down, this is not like a mafia investigation where you go in and you get some guys or drug cartel, you get some people at the lower level.
	And you get them to testify and then you flip and take their testimony and use it to get the guys up top.
	No, we're just the opposite with the Clintons.
	The guys lower down go to jail.
	And even if they sing like a bird, they don't use that testimony against the Clintons.
	That's what we saw with the investigations of the Chinese corruption in the 90s with them.
	But anyway, they say that it's alarmed current and former Justice Department officials who fear that he will further politicize the embattled agency.
	A session said that he will weigh recommendations from senior prosecutors on whether to appoint a special counsel.
	Please don't do that.
	Please use your judgment, if you have any, because the people who are there, you haven't replaced anybody that I can tell.
	You've got people like Rod Rosenstein that you put in charge of this special prosecution.
	You had no clue that he was involved with the Clintons?
	You knew nothing about this holdover from the Obama administration?
	That you let him appoint the guys who were involved in criminal cover-ups with the Clintons to investigate themselves?
	And to investigate Russian collusion when they were guilty of that?
	To investigate this corruption so they could destroy evidence?
	Let's not let the senior prosecutors in the Department of Justice determine this.
	You should determine this or get out.
	If you are so compromised, you feel that you can't make these decisions, then just get out.
	We need to have the rule of law restored in this country.
	And if you're unwilling or unable to do this, then get out.
	Robert Mueller is not constrained by any concern of a conflict of interest.
	They're not constrained by any laws.
	And if you can't see that, you're not fit to be Attorney General.
	Let's take a look at what Morning Joe had to say.
	You got that clip? Hillary Clinton had said, this is what authoritarian countries look like.
	Or she said, actually, this is what happens.
	So maybe she's going to do it.
	A second sequel to what happened when she's sitting in jail.
	What happened to put me in jail?

	First of all, we're going to get how horrific this is, what a horrific precedent this would set if Donald Trump goes after him.
	His political opponent, this way, uses the Justice Department, pressures the Justice Department, pressures the Attorney General to do this.
	This is what happens.
	This is not a horrific precedent to have a special prosecutor for Trump, but it would be for Hillary Clinton.
	Sick their people on political opponents.
	But just the underlying charge.
	But that didn't happen already.
	That somehow the Clintons benefited from this deal going through.
	It's an absence of malice moment where Paul Newman leans back in his chair and says, prove it.
	I'm not going to prove it.
	That's all I can take of Joe Scarborough.
	Small doses of him and Zbigniew Brzezinski's daughter.
	You know what? We've got a special prosecution and search warrants that are based on a fictional document.
	A filthy fiction that was funded by Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee that she bought.
	She bought them.

	When they pushed back, they had people internal to the DNC say, yeah, here's the memo.
	She actually owns us.

	We're going to take a look at the concerns that Clinton surrogates have.
	And you know that they're speaking for her.
	You know that Hillary Clinton is biting her nails, wondering what's going to happen, as there's talk about the possibility, even, of a special prosecutor coming after her.
	And quite frankly, I think they need to at least have a law.
	Before they have a special prosecutor.
	Why not have a law?
	Can we have a law that controls this?
	As I've pointed out many times, I don't hear anybody else talking about this.
	We had one lawyer who pointed this out.
	I think it was in the LA Times.
	Look, this is not a good idea.
	We've done this once before.
	We had this law created in 1978.
	It expired in 1999.
	We let it expire because Congress realized that it turns into a witch hunt.
	You're not investigating a crime.
	You wind up investigating a person.
	It was challenged in the Supreme Court.
	Everybody in the Supreme Court, except for Antonin Scalia, agreed that they could do it.
	They had constitutional authority to do it.
	But he pointed out that they didn't, and it was a really bad idea.
	So they let it expire.
	But under that law, which we haven't had for 18 years...
	You had to be very specific about what you were investigating.
	You had a special prosecutor who was appointed by a three judge panel.
	He had to report to that three judge panel on a regular basis that was spelled out how frequently he had to report.
	Where are the reports from Robert Mueller?
	To a judicial panel or to the public about what's going on.
	If you wanted to extend the investigation to some new area because of something you learned, you had to get authorization from the Attorney General and from others.
	Didn't happen. We don't have any legal process for this special prosecutor.
	Now, we can set up another illegal special prosecutor to go after Hillary Clinton.
	I think there's something there.
	But there ought to at least be some oversight, some legal structure here.
	And there isn't.
	This is Washington.
	They do whatever they wish.
	Sometimes they appeal to the Constitution for authority.
	They appeal to it for authority when they take political office.
	They swear to obey the Constitution.
	And then they do whatever they please.
	And they're doing whatever they please with this special counsel.
	There is no legal authority for any of this.
	And that's a reason why Attorney General Sessions should go.
	He pretends that he's got ethical situations and legal situations that have tied his hands.
	No, he has slipped all of the legal boundaries.
	A good example of it is the drug war.
	He is so focused on this drug war and overturning the Ninth and Tenth Amendment and saying we are going to shut down the decisions of states, of voters in states with a referenda.
	We're going to shut that down, whether it's about medical marijuana or about recreational marijuana.
	We don't care. And we're going to shut that down.
	You don't have the authority to do that.
	There is absolutely no authority for the drug war.
	And there is explicit prohibition for you to override the decisions at the state level about marijuana.
	And so this is a guy who pretends that he's going exactly by the book.
	And the drug war shows what a lie that is.
	The civil asset forfeiture.
	What a lie that is.
	for Republicans to get rid of all laws and protections of private property in the name of the war on drugs that they don't have any authority for.
	We had an amendment to the Constitution to prohibit alcohol.
	No such amendment exists for any of these drugs.
	And then they go around and they seize people's property and they sue the property.
	That's why they call it civil forfeiture.
	They sue the property.
	And then to get your property back from them because they don't charge you with a crime.
	They don't convict you with a crime.
	To get your property back, you have to sue them.

	And they are really concerned about the idea of a special prosecutor, as is Joe Scarborough.

	Now, because of what's been going on with him, Jeffrey Toobin, do we see a very different posture now being motivated by the U.S. Department of Justice?
	You know, I don't want to be chicken little, but you know what?
	This is what happens in authoritarian countries like Turkey and Russia, that when a party takes power, they start criminally investigating their opponents.
	I mean, that's what this is, if it happens.
	Now, it hasn't happened, as you just pointed out, Chris, but, you know, we're talking about the Clinton Foundation back in the 90s and the early part of this decade.
	Everybody else gave him a pass, huh?
	I mean, don't we have a gentleman's agreement?
	I mean, this is a question about whether Fox News runs the Justice Department or whether the career prosecutors run the Justice Department.
	And, you know, that's the issue here.
	Okay, you know what happens in authoritarian countries?
	You know how they get there? Because they embrace the corruption.
	Because anybody that is in politics in the ruling establishment, and that includes both Democrats and Republicans, that's why we have not seen this investigation that should have been investigated years and years ago.
	Because there's this gentleman's agreement.

	Welcome back, everybody. everybody.
	It wasn't just the idea that Jeff Sessions might appoint a special counsel to look into the conflicts of interest of Robert Mueller and the crimes of the Clinton crime family and the Clinton Foundation.
	But it was also the idea that what was happening with the FBI, corruption within the FBI, also leaks that are being investigated.
	As Jeff Sessions pointed out, he said there are 27 classified leaks that are being investigated.
	He said there were only nine investigations of classified leaks in the last three years.
	OK, so that is nine times the number of investigations into classified leaks that were there over the last annually over the last three years.
	Also, we see that the Hill is reporting shortly before last year's election.
	FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe wrote an email on his official government account saying that the Hillary Clinton email probe had been given special status.
	These are documents that were released yesterday.
	And as the Hill points out, the emails chronicled McCabe's efforts to address a separate controversy involving his wife's 2015 campaign for political office.
	See, at the same time they're investigating the Clinton emails, longtime Clinton friend and crony Terry McAuliffe, somebody that they put into the DNC, Somebody who is governor of Virginia and all this beating their chest that the Democrats are doing about winning the governorship in Virginia as well as New Jersey.
	Well, as I pointed out, of the last five elections in Virginia, the Democrats have won four of those five.
	So that doesn't really represent a turnaround, does it?
	But Terry McAuliffe, this longtime Clinton operator, his first political office was governor of Virginia.
	And he was giving big donations to Andrew McCabe's wife, who was running for U.S. Senate in Virginia.
	So as I point out, McCabe's references to a special status for the Clinton probe are likely to be used as ammunition by Republican lawmakers who are criticizing the handling of the Clinton investigation.
	Were they going light on her as we see that James Comey actually admitted?
	He said, look, she committed all these felonies, but I'm not going to do anything about it.
	Andrew McCabe is going to kind of look the other way for his buddy Terry McAuliffe, who has taken care of his wife in terms of political contributions.
	And then WND reports that the internal watchdog at the Justice Department is saying that his review of alleged misconduct by the FBI during the 2016 presidential election is almost complete and results should be released by early spring.
	Inspector General Michael Horowitz explained the investigation to whether former FBI Director James Comey violated FBI policy when he publicly announced the Bureau reopened an investigation.
	The Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's email is what that's going to be a part of.
	But it's a multifaceted investigation.
	And it will also include this investigation of Andrew McCabe when he was given...
	$700,000 by Terry McAuliffe.
	You know, Terry McAuliffe was flush with cash.
	Why was he flush with cash?
	Well, one of the reasons he was flush with cash was because he swindled the people of Mississippi with a bogus electric car company.
	And he swindled a lot of investors from China who invested in that bogus electric car company that never did anything.
	He got them visas to become American citizens by ponying up and investing in an American business.
	There's a loophole there that he exploited.
	So this is the way these people operate.
	He goes out and fleeces these rich Chinese people.
	Of course, they did get their American citizenship.
	They bought it.
	They bought it by investing in his phony business.
	Now, they're not going to see that money anymore.
	They can just look at it as a price of an American citizenship.
	They pay off Terry McAuliffe.
	They get involved in his sham company.
	And now the attorney general of Mississippi is suing him.
	I think the figure was $6 million that he got in terms of subsidies and defrauded the taxpayers of Mississippi while he is collecting big money from Chinese individuals who are wealthy and want to become American citizens.
	I mean, they just play this game both ways, don't they?
	I mean, you almost have to admire it.
	It's so clever. You know, it's kind of like the usual suspects.
	And at the end of it, the Kevin Spacey movie where you find out that he's the mastermind and he's fooling everybody, including the detective.
	I mean, that's the way these guys... They're pretty clever.
	Fiendishly clever. Fiendishly clever.
	And then there's an article on Zero Hedge from Caitlin Johnstone.
	How can we be certain that Mueller won't prove the Trump-Russia collusion?
	She makes a great point.
	She says, you know, we know from the Snowden leaks that the NSA, the CIA... It's looking at everyone, don't we?
	We know that the U.S. intelligence community has the most expansive, most sophisticated, most intrusive surveillance system in the history of human civilization.
	That's what William Benny said.
	He said, no, we're not becoming the Stasi.
	We passed that point a long time ago.
	This is far worse than anything the East Germans had.
	And of course, William Benny had spent decades monitoring what the East German Stasi were doing, what the Soviet Union and KGB were doing.
	He knew precisely what they were doing in these authoritarian countries.
	That's why he became a whistleblower when he saw the same thing being done in America post 9-11.
	We are far worse than anything in human civilization in terms of an authoritarian police surveillance state that knows everything about everybody.
	And so she makes the obvious point.
	She says, well, if there was anything to be found on Donald Trump, they would have already found it by now.
	As a matter of fact, they would have found it before the election.
	Because you know, don't you, by now, all of these former intelligence agency people, James Clapper, John Brennan, and so on, all of these guys are adamantly Anti-Trump.
	You've got people, you know, 20 years ago, they were pretending that the NSA didn't exist.
	And now you've got the people who are running it, or who ran it, are now as politicized as CNN and Joe Scarborough.
	They're out there constantly attacking President Trump.
	They despise President Trump.
	That's why I said the most dangerous thing that's been exposed about all this is not even the politicization of the IRS. They've been doing that for a long time.
	And they're dangerous because they can do things like take all your tax returns and put them in a safe and say, look, President Trump, literally, if you didn't hear that news in the last hour...
	We've got all your tax returns and we're archiving them in a safe.
	We're doing a great job of protecting you, aren't we?
	You don't want to cross over that line, do you?
	Because I'm sure that as complicated as the law is, you know, there's an old saying that a law that is sufficiently complex It's the same as having no law at all.
	And they don't need a law. They don't have a law for the special prosecutor, as I pointed out at great length in the last segment.
	They don't have really an income tax law, for the most part.
	It's kind of up to the mood of the person that is going over your tax return, especially if they don't like you politically.
	So they archive that, and they are a weapon, but nothing at all like the intelligence agencies.
	And that politicized intelligence agency is what should scare you, not anything about the Russians.
	They can do far more damage to America than the Russians could.
	And we even had a realization of that from some of the politicians.
	They seem to be aware of that, but I think they're too deeply compromised to do anything about it.
	You had people like Dianne Feinstein, who'd been on the Senate Intelligence Committee.
	You had people like Lindsey Graham, always cheerleading the military-industrial complex and the true government of our country.
	And he, you guys looking at my stuff here?
	It's like, yeah, yeah we are.

	You got a toe line for us?
	You going to give us that authorization for more funding?
	You going to support that war we got going over there in Syria?
	We might have to release that information on you if you don't.
	See, that's the danger of this.
	That's the danger of this.
	And so she points out, if there was any evidence to be found that Donald Trump had colluded with the Russian government to steal the election, using hackers, using propaganda, the intelligence community would have leaked that already.
	They would have leaked it before the election.
	So Mueller isn't going to find anything this year that these vast, sprawling networks wouldn't have found out in 2016.
	He's not going to find anything by, quote, following the money, unquote, that couldn't be found infinitely more efficaciously via Orwellian espionage.
	They know everything.
	They know everything. And so we're not going to see any new revelations coming from these investigations.
	They already have all the information.
	And they can search it very easily.
	And they can use it to blackmail people.
	And that is our ongoing concern.
	We look at what Dennis Kucinich says.
	He talks about the permanent government behind U.S. foreign intervention.
	and says, you know, this has been going on through multiple organizations, multiple administrations has gone on from all these presidents, goes back even before George W. Bush, he begins with George W. Bush Barack Obama Donald Trump, it's gone on way longer than that he begins with George W. Bush Barack Obama Donald Trump, And of course, this is the military-industrial complex combined with the greatest surveillance we have ever seen in the history of mankind.
	Kucinich calls it the permanent government that we see reflected through Democrat and Republican administrations.

	I was just talking about the permanent military-industrial complex, a permanent deep state that Dennis Kucinich was talking about that survives regardless of which party is in power because they have the power.

	But what happened with those people that were there?
	Did they fight to the death? Everybody was saying, well, you know, they were going to fight to the death.

	It was the BBC. That reported that we not only allowed them to escape, but we got on the phone and called up Uber drivers or something and took them out of there.
	I mean, they didn't actually call Uber, but essentially the same thing.
	Here's what the BBC says about this.
	The BBC has uncovered details of a secret deal that let hundreds of Islamic State fighters and their families escape from Raqqa.
	Under the gaze of U.S. and British-led coalition and Kurdish-led forces who control the city now.
	It's been turned over to Kurdish forces.
	A convoy, including some of ISIS's most notorious members and, despite reassurances, dozens of foreign fighters, some of those have spread out across Syria, even making it as far as Turkey.
	We're going to be talking in the second segment of this hour about Not the one coming up after this, but about a quarter after.
	We're going to be joined by Mark Hall.
	And we're talking about Turkey.
	And we're going to be talking about their concerns because you understand that there are these different power bases just as we see with Saudi Arabia, Iran.
	We tend to see these people in the United States as monolithic.

	But there's different tribes of Arabs and there's different branches of Islam.

	It's a religion. And as we talked in the last several days with Matt Bracken As he said,
	you know, when you look at this, it's looking like the days just before World War I, where the balkanized Europe broke out into a war.
	That's the concern.
	That's the concern that's happening.
	And it's also a concern as to what is happening with our assistance of this.
	So we're going to be talking about what's going on in politics and this long-running civil war, the forces in Turkey, as well as the involvement of...
	The Kurdish forces there that are now in control of the city that used to be in the hands of ISIS. It looks like the oil fields have been turned over to this Turkish group as well.
	And when we talk about oil, let's understand, as RT pointed out, Just a couple of days ago, we could very well see oil jump to $300 per barrel.
	I won't read you the analysts, but I'm going to break this down right after we come back from break.
	They say why they think this will happen, but just hold this in your mind for a moment right now.
	We've been trading in the mid-40s to the mid-50s in terms of $45 to $55 per barrel of oil.
	If it goes up to $300, That's a six-fold increase.
	What's going to happen economically if gas at the pump goes from $2 to $12 or $2 or $3 right now, $12 or $18?

	In the next segment we're going to be talking to Mark Hall, a guy who knows the political landscape very well in Turkey.
	And Turkey is very concerned about what has happened after the fall of Raqqa, the headquarters of ISIS.
	Yesterday they condemned this as an extremely grave revelation.
	The potential escape of hundreds of extremists from the Syrian city of Raqqa.
	They say the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, which is a Kurdish group, said that over 3,000 civilians had left Raqqa October the 14th as part of a deal negotiated between officials from the Provisional Civil Council there and the Islamic State, ISIS.
	The BBC is now reporting this.
	Of course, other people had reported it before, but now they're fessing up, as I pointed out at the top of the hour.
	They said that the BBC has uncovered details of a secret deal that let hundreds of ISIS state fighters and their families escape from Raqqa under the gaze of U.S. and British-led coalition and Kurdish-led forces who now control the city.
	A convoy included some of ISIS's most notorious members.
	Where are they going? Where are they going?
	Well, I'll give you one guess.
	One of the places that they're going to is France, but they're going to be going to all these various places because they've lost their headquarters, and so now they're going to go full guerrilla terrorist jihadis in western cities.
	They say, despite the reassurances that we had from them, dozens of foreign fighters as well.
	They've spread out across Syria, even making it as far as Turkey, but it's much worse than that.
	One individual... We're good to go.
	But in my vehicle alone, I took 112.
	Another driver says the convoy was 6 to 7 kilometers long.
	6 to 7 kilometers long.
	It included almost 50 trucks, 13 buses, more than 100 of ISIS's own vehicles and ISIS fighters with their faces covered.
	And they set defiantly on top of some of the vehicles.
	They go on to say, although it's always good for the mainstream media to belatedly give information and confirmation to stories that have been broken months prior.
	The BBC is very late to the story.
	This is Zero Hedge reporting.
	They say ISIS terrorists being given free passage by coalition forces to leave Raqqa was a story that we and other outlets began to report last June, in which Moon of Alabama and Al-Masdar News exposed in detail a full month prior to the BBC's report.
	Here's an example of some of what they reported.
	That the BBC says, well, we don't really know where they're going.
	Maybe they're going to other places in ISIS. No, ISIS, or Syria, rather.
	No, some of these people are quoting this one group that was almost exclusively French ISIS. Because remember, they said it's foreign fighters, foreign ISIS fighters that were also allowed to leave.
	And this guy says, and they actually give his name here, but that doesn't really matter.
	You don't know who he is. Neither do I. But he says, there are some French brothers from our group who left for France to carry out attacks in what we will call a day of reckoning.
	That's what we allowed them to do.
	Big victory, isn't it?
	Big victory in Raqqa.
	Yeah, we allowed these guys, we took out their base, and we're going to send them into western cities.
	And they're going to unleash a day of reckoning.
	And then our governments are going to take away more of our freedoms.
	And they're going to put more laws and restrictions on us.
	And they're going to take away, try to take away our ability to drive cars, to own firearms, and to do all these other things.
	Because, you know, of terrorism.
	Because of terrorism. Because they will not control the people who come into our country.
	And when we look at the results of this, and the tender box that the Middle East has become, Matt Bracken pointed that out.
	And the many different aspects of what could happen.
	We see Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Arabian prince, is a guy that many people are questioning, do we really want to hitch our wagon to this horse?
	Is this a guy that we can trust?
	Pat Buchanan had an op-ed piece on this a couple of days ago.
	Reigning in the rogue royal of Arabia, this crown prince.
	He says he's making too many enemies for his own good or for ours.
	He's antagonized the clerical establishment there.
	And he's done a lot of other things.
	He's gotten involved in this quagmire of Yemen.
	He has made absurd accusations about the attack on Riyadh, the missile attack on Riyadh that he had initially said was coming from Yemen.
	He basically had the same story as the Yemenis in terms of what the missile was.
	Now he's claiming it was an Iranian missile and it was fired by a Hezbollah from Lebanon.
	Do they really need Hezbollah to come there to fire their missiles?
	And... They changed what the missile was a couple of days later.
	Yeah, he's making a lot of enemies inside his country and outside of his country.
	And is this guy someone that we can really depend on?
	Can we depend on any of these Saudis, really?
	I mean, we've hitched our wagon to them with a petrodollar a long time ago.
	That was a bad move.
	And it's about to get a lot worse because a petrodollar is starting to unravel.
	Even this guy. MBS, Mohammed bin Salman.
	MBS, as a lot of people call him.
	He's making overtures to the Russians, buying Russian weapons, giving billions of dollars to the Russians.
	That's the deal that he had with us.
	Now he's making that deal with them.
	And the Russians are saying, we're not going to use the dollar anymore.
	We're only going to use the ruble. And the Chinese are saying the same thing about their currency.
	And both of them are setting up a cyber version of their currency.
	And China is backing their currency with gold.
	And we see that Russia has increased their purchasing of gold by a factor of six.
	Now this story from RT. The Turks are doing the same thing.
	They have upped their gold reserves by a factor of three in just one year.
	So everybody is stocking up on gold.
	You know, we saw when Libya did that, we took out Muammar Gaddafi.
	We didn't really care when he was shooting down planes and engaging in acts of terrorism.
	Our government left him alone.
	But when he threatened the central banks and their fiat currencies by stockpiling a lot of gold and silver to make his currency backed by gold, that's when he became a threat.
	That's when he was taken out.
	But even if the dollar doesn't go down, this story from RT, I still find very troubling, analysts saying that we could see oil go to $300 a barrel again.
	Again, as I pointed out, that's six times what it is currently trading at.
	Right now, it's trading $45, $55 a barrel.
	If it goes up by a factor of six, you're paying $2 or $3 per gallon.
	You'll be paying $12 to $18 per gallon.
	And here's what the analysts say.
	One of them says energy prices will seriously depend on the severity of the coming conflict.
	Let's remember the unrecognized Iraqi Kurdistan, which in a state of continuous war exported about 550,000 barrels a day through Turkey.
	In this connection, we can expect a panic rise in oil price to $150 to $200 on the first day of a conflict.
	If the Saudis and Iran attack each other's oil facilities, crude oil prices could skyrocket to $300 per barrel.
	Another investment analyst, this one at Global FX, points out the area of possible conflict pumps a third of the world's oil.
	We're talking about Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, together produce 28 billion barrels per day.
	He says, then everything will depend on the duration of the conflict.
	The world market can survive two or three days of conflict.
	But if the conflict lasts for a week, then you're going to see something very different.
	And so we have this guy, MBS, who's in Saudi Arabia.
	And is he really going to be able to hold power there?
	Is he going to be able to control his enemies in that country?
	This is a guy who, when things get rough, he goes shopping.
	When he had to, out of austerity, Cut the subsidies.
	And again, as I talked about this, you think that universal basic income is healthy for society?
	Then take a look at Saudi Arabia and how they've subsidized people to keep them quiet.
	That has been really bad for those people there.
	They don't have any real job skills.
	They've been kept on an allowance.
	It is something that destroys people, whether it's a welfare system in the United States and central cities, whether it's the reservation system that we imposed on American Indians that destroyed their ability to have independence, or this universal basic income.
	But when things got tough, when he cut their subsidies, he went shopping.
	He took a $100 million vacation.
	He bought a half-a-billion-dollar yacht.
	And then when things start looking a bit dodgy here, what does he do?
	He calls a big conference of global elitists.
	They called it Davos in the Desert.
	And he talks about how he's going to buy a $500 billion city.
	He's going to build it. So when things get tough, he engages in retail therapy.
	Is this the guy that we think we can depend on?

	I'm David Knight, and joining me now is Mark S. Hall.
	Mark Hall is an award-winning producer, director based here in Austin.
	His latest feature-length documentary project was Killing Ed, and I've interviewed Mark a couple of times about that film.
	It looks at charter schools.
	And as they were looking at charter schools, they said, well, you know, what about this issue of crony capitalism?
	Because there's some pretty big corporations.
	I always get concerned when I see public-private partnerships, whether it's people working with the government and getting influence as kind of crony capitalism, whether it's in schools or whether it's them taking over our roads as toll roads.
	I don't like to see that happen.
	But he found something that was even worse than that, more troubling than that.
	And that was a network of schools that are run by a Turkish imam by the name of Fatala Gulen.
	And so we talked about this a couple of times.
	And the last time we spoke, Mark, was right after the coup.
	I wanted to get an update from you because we've had...
	If anybody's been following the information about General Flynn...
	What they have done is they have tied him.
	They're now saying there's a probe looking into whether or not he was hired to kidnap this same Turkish cleric who has this massive network of schools in the United States and gets half a billion dollars of taxpayer money because they're charter schools.
	And there were a lot of issues that were brought up in your documentary about the hiring practices and looked like there were accusations of money laundering with people who were hired as teachers in the schools as well as people who were hired to do construction on the school buildings themselves.
	So they've been investigated by the FBI, by local jurisdictions and so forth.
	So that was a concern that we had talking about Charter schools.
	And, you know, interestingly enough, as we look at all this stuff and we look at the coup, Mark, we had done a couple of interviews.
	And when the Turkish government under Erdogan wanted to get Fatale Gulen extradited, they hired a high-power lawyer out of London.
	He put out a press release.
	I reported on that.
	I did an article.
	I very rarely do written articles here at InfoWars.
	And I did a written article kind of summarizing some of the stuff that we had talked about in your documentary, quoting you, quoting what was in the press release from this lawyer who was suing it and saying this is coming from these people and so forth.
	So there was nothing there that they could object to in terms of suing us or what.
	I'm just reporting what the different sources are saying.
	And within a couple of weeks, our site was hacked, and they put up an article and attributed it to me, even though I rarely write articles here at InfoWars.
	They put my name on it and said there has been a coup in Turkey, and Erdogan has fled, and they took over Paul Joseph Watson's social media.
	I mean, it was a pretty widespread thing.
	And then six months after that, there really was a coup.
	And Erdogan came out and said, hey, I think this is for the whole thing.
	And I must imagine that, you know, the servers here at InfoWars are probably pretty robust against hacking.
	Yeah. So it's quite an amazing thing.
	Oh, yeah. Well, it's a state actor, right?
	Yeah, absolutely. Well, we've seen that in the past, too, where the Gulen movement has attacked other people's sites and servers, tried to damage their servers using some pretty high-level IT resources that are generally only available to governments.
	And so, yeah, it's not surprising that when you have a message that goes against the common narrative about how Fethullah Gulen is a man of peace, how he's a wonderful person, they're going to come after you.
	And they've done that over and over and over again, not only here in the United States, but overseas, Turkey.
	We cover that in Killing Ed, of course.
	We've interviewed journalists who have been imprisoned by police officers affiliated with the Gulen movement, people that have been tortured by those same police officers.
	Because the Gulen movement, until the coup, they really were in charge of the judiciary, the police.
	They had many other people that had infiltrated their government.
	And I think what we're seeing now, unfortunately, here in the United States, is that there is some infiltration going on into our political system by the Gulen movement, into our schools, as you mentioned.
	Yeah, it's not just the half a billion dollars that he gets in direct subsidy because of the charter schools.
	But it is very clear that people in high places have ushered him in here.
	And so it's interesting the way the Wall Street Journal is.
	You brought this Wall Street Journal report in here.
	They'll talk about the fact that they think that Michael Flynn tried to kidnap this cleric.
	But they never talk about who this guy is or why anyway be concerned about Fatala Gulen.
	This article appeared in Saturday's Wall Street Journal.
	I thought I'd bring it in today because I think it's endemic of a couple of different things in our society right now.
	One is the level of journalistic inquiry into what has been given.
	This is a front-page story about Michael Flynn being offered as much as $15 million.
	Well, that's kind of a weasel word, really.
	Could it have been $50,000?
	Could it have been nothing? Yeah.
	And I think that there is some truth to the fact that Michael Flynn had been retained by a Turkish businessman in the Netherlands to investigate Fethullah Gulen.
	This man's name is Ekim Altipkin.
	And one of the things I think the Mueller investigation is going to have to show in order to prosecute Michael Flynn for his connections with Turkey is some kind of formal relationship or benefit to the Turkish government that Altepkin had these connections with.
	I'm not sure that's been proven yet.
	And I think that this is, you know, this is a leaked document from the Mueller investigation against Michael Flynn that has no source names.
	It says, you know, the people that gave the Wall Street Journal this information weren't in the meetings where this was discussed and had no direct contact with Michael Flynn.
	In other words, you might call this, you know, the quote unquote fake news.
	It really isn't worth publishing in a national daily newspaper like it is as fact.
	It really isn't fact. Well, you look at the leaks.
	I reported earlier that Jeff Sessions said they've got 27 leaks under investigation right now, classified leaks, things like this.
	He said in the previous three years under Obama, there had been nine.
	So that's three per year.
	Now they've got 27 this last year.
	So it's gone up by a factor of nine.
	Sure. It's going to be very difficult for them to continue to cover up Fatala Gulen,
	this serious guy that has such vast wealth, such vast connections, a thousand schools worldwide or more, and outside the U.S. where he's, you know, in the U.S., he tries to keep all this religious connection away so that he can get the money, but they're explicitly religious in these other countries where that's not a requirement.
	That's correct. And so, you know, we know where this guy is coming from, but We don't know anything at all about him.
	They keep it all quiet. And that's the second thing I would point out about this particular article, and this is not uncommon in the U.S. media, is they don't name Fethullah Gulen in the headline.
	They don't talk about the charter schools that he's operated.
	They don't talk about the hundreds of millions of dollars.
	Kidnap a Turkish cleric.
	Right. I mean, that could be a number of different people, perhaps, but...
	Just a guy off the street.
	Hey, just grab a guy off the street and we'll give you $15 million to get him.
	But we don't really know who this guy is.
	And I know for a fact that the Wall Street Journal is well aware of the charter schools and the other non-profits and other organizations that the Fethullah Gulen movement here in the United States has operated.
	We know now... That Fethullah Gulen is operating 167 charter schools.

	He's a filmmaker here in Austin, Texas.

	He did a film that was released in March of 2016, Killing Ed, talking about the dangers of charter schools.
	And as they're looking at a worst case example, they found the charter school network that's run by, as the Wall Street Journal would call him, a Turkish cleric.
	The guy that they're accusing, Michael Flynn, of being offered millions of dollars to take this guy out, but they don't really go into his background much.
	We do have, finally, a story from CBS News.
	Now, looking at this, here we are about, what was that, a year and a half after you did your documentary?
	Right. They're saying, are some U.S. charter schools helping to fund controversial Turkish clerics movement?
	Well, yeah. If you don't know about that, you can take a look at Mark's film.

	And it's very important information that, again, CBS, this is the first time I've seen anybody other than you talk about the connection to this very powerful cleric that has schools all over the world.
	A thousand schools or more over the world.
	And we're seeing here in the United States this.
	I don't know how much he's getting now, because when we talked, it was about a year and a half ago when it was five hundred million dollars he was getting with this network.
	I'm sure it's a lot more than that, because he's been adding schools rapidly here in Texas.
	Absolutely.
	Yes.
	And I want to commend you because you were one of the first broadcasters to really delve into the subject years ago.
	There were not many people that were willing to talk about this.
	There's still not many people in the national media willing to talk about the depth of this subject.
	Because they fight back.
	Well, you know, there's some problems here, and it's a perfect storm, as someone says in the film.
	The charter movement is very well funded.
	It's something that the conservative movement believes in, almost as a religion.
	Because at its basis, it sounds like a great idea.
	It does. Because we want to have more control over our schools.
	And we don't want to have a one-size-fits-all.
	So why wouldn't we want to have other things like this?
	But what corrupts all of this is the same thing that I've told other people who homeschool.
	Homeschoolers will look at this and they'll say, well, we want to participate in big team sports.
	And we want to get this and we want to get that.
	That always comes with strings attached.
	Yes. And when you start to do something like charter schools, you start to create a crony capitalism network that is going to be exploited.
	It's going to be corrupted. And Fatala Gulen's movement is the worst case example of that kind of corruption.
	Exactly. They have really found this perfect storm where there is so much money going to charter schools now.
	And it may have been true that the theory behind it was a good one.
	And the application now is not so good.
	That's right. Many people who were for it at the beginning, again, because of the theory, have now seen it and how it works, and they have now become opponents to.
	That's true. That's something we need to think about with Betsy DeVos, who's now a big advocate of that.
	Yes, very much so.
	I mean, she's in charge. She's got a very pro-charter sort of position.
	But as we get back to the Gulen schools, I mean, these schools have grown.
	And since we first met, I think it was two Decembers ago when you first invited me on, and we had just been finishing up Killing Ed.
	We had at that time estimated that there was $500 million in school tax money that we pay as part of our property taxes.
	$500 million was going to this network of charter schools by this Islamic cult, the Gulen movement, here in the United States.
	And now we know that that has gone, in the space of two years, from $500 million to now it's estimated over $729 million.
	Wow. So it's a 50% increase.
	As they open more charter schools, they are allowed to get tax dollars for each student that they enroll.
	So, for example, they're opening a school in Corpus Christi with 950 students.
	They just opened one outside of Austin, which is probably 400 students currently.
	Well, with each student, they're getting about $8,000 from the state of Texas.
	These schools don't just operate in Texas.
	They operate in 26 other states in our country, as well as the District of Columbia.
	So in total, they're earning about $729 million, maybe a little bit more than that these days, in operating 167 charter schools, which are affiliated with the Fethullah Gulen movement.
	This movement has been called a terrorist organization in Turkey.
	Mainly because of its connections to the very violent coup last year in July of 2016 in Turkey where there were over 200 people that were killed.
	We actually went back after I last saw you.
	We opened up the film.
	We added five minutes of coverage about the coup and also about the fact that our politicians here in the United States were not taking this Islamic movement, the Gulen movement, very seriously.
	They were having... We have a lot of politicians that this movement sends on junkets to Turkey.
	That's right. Because they have a lot of people inside of Turkey.
	And this was the situation when we first started talking.
	Before there was the coup attempt, they had a lot of people in all the different branches of government and the judicial system and the police and so forth and so on.
	So, you know, this movement would send people, politicians, students that attend the school, they immerse them in Turkish culture.
	They teach them the Turkish language.
	I mean, instead of Spanish, for example, as a second language, you need to learn Turkish.
	So that's what they're doing.
	They hide out as if they're schools of science and math.
	It's true.
	And, you know, they use that STEM appropriation, science, technology, engineering and math to really advance their cause amongst politicians and people in the community.
	Parents, they have a really strategic advertising and PR kind of campaign that they've had here for almost 17 years now that, you know, that they're moderate Muslims, that they're here to help us and that they're operating these schools.
	But in reality, as we show in the film, a large amount of that money that we are giving them in our tax dollars is being skimmed.
	They're bringing in teachers from Turkey, unqualified teachers, to teach in these schools.
	The schools in Texas are considered a H-1B-dependent institution.
	Which means at least 15% of all their employees are foreign nationals.
	Well, most of these employees...
	Because we don't have any people in America that can teach science and math.
	And you exposed in your film that they're paying them several times what they pay American teachers.
	That's right. Well, that other money is being skimmed off in cash and it's being required by those Turkish teachers to give to the Turkish administrators in the school and it goes back to Fethullah Gulen and his followers up in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania where he lives.
	And this money is not being used for purposes that are going to benefit American society or our children.
	They're being used for things That are non-educational, that are meant to show the Gulen movement as a separate state within Turkey.
	This is all kind of exposed after the coup.
	The Turkish government has asked for the extradition of Fethullah Gulen.
	They've spent a year trying to provide information to the Justice Department About the extradition.
	Nothing so far has happened.
	There's not even police, from what I gather, stationed outside of the Gulen compound in Saylersburg, which is something that's generally called under an extradition treaty.
	We have this treaty with Turkey, and the Turks are quite angry about it.
	And the question that this all begs is, why are we going to the Met for this guy?
	Exactly. Why is he so important?
	When you've got a leader of a foreign country, whether you like him or not, I mean, we have the American government cozies up to all kinds of dictators, all kinds of people who violate human rights.
	So, whether or not that is the case in Turkey, we are telling a sovereign state, go pound sand, we're going to protect this country.
	A cleric here who when he first came to the United States there were people who were saying he should not be allowed in and then he had special letters written by other individuals and he hung out at Langley area there with the CIA for a while before he got his compound in Pennsylvania.
	That's very true. I mean when he first came over for medical reasons ostensibly you know he was given a visa which was converted into a green card and the CIA was involved in getting his green card.

	I'm David Knight and we're talking to Mark Hall, documentary film producer, the documentary Killing Ed, talking about charter schools and talking about a Muslim cleric, a Turkish cleric, that is now folded into the investigation into the Trump campaign that is now folded into the investigation into the Trump campaign and Michael The Washington Post has tied Michael Flynn into an effort that they allege that somebody was paying him up to $15 million.
	They're not very specific about that, they think.
	But this is, you know, they didn't get too much information when it was illegally leaked by the investigators who are coming after Trump and his campaign.
	So we're going to get into that, and we've got a little bit more to talk about with this charter school scam that is happening.
	You know, the Fatala Gulen schools here that hide under the...
	The banner of being math and science schools.
	That is probably the worst case example.

	All right, Mark, let's talk about what's going on with these charter schools.
	You pointed out in the last segment that the amount of money has ballooned by 50% in the two years we've been talking about this situation, from $500 million a year to $750 million a year to this Turkish cleric.
	He was brought here as part of a second government in Turkey.
	So he is intensely wanted by Erdogan for extradition.
	But we are protecting him here.
	But before we get back to that geopolitical issue, let's talk about something else that you just discovered about the charter schools and about bonds.
	Exactly. I mean, one of the most interesting things about the Gulen movement in the United States is their ability to kind of use our system against us in a way, in my opinion.
	And I knew when we were filming Killing Ed that the Gulen movement had been in the bond market, borrowing money.
	At that time, they were using a financial district down in La Vernia, Texas, a small, one-stop-light little town.
	And at that point, they had floated about $88 million.
	Well, advance this to 2017, and the Gulen movement in Texas, and Texas alone, in the past five years has borrowed $645 million in bonds.
	And these are bonds that are guaranteed against default by the state of Texas.
	So if they go back to Turkey, or if they're arrested...
	Or whatever may happen to them.
	Because they have been investigated by law enforcement.
	They've been investigated by the FBI. We covered that in the film.
	You had whistleblowers in your film talking about the abuse of the H-1 or H-2B visa.
	H-1B visas, of course.
	Yeah, saying that they're bringing over teachers who really aren't qualified teachers.
	And look, they're paying them double or triple or whatever it was.
	Exactly. Of what we're making.
	In the film, we have a gentleman that used to teach.
	He's a gulenist that taught.
	At a school in Ohio.
	He came over from Turkey.
	He's a Turkish man. He was a follower of Fethullah Gulen.
	And he was having to kick back 30% of his salary back to the administrators in cash.
	And that money went to the Gulen Movement headquarters in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania.
	But it's true that they're generating tremendous amounts of money.
	So they're getting in excess, as you say, of $700 million a year in tax dollars.
	And then they're able to go out and borrow hundreds of millions of dollars that's guaranteed against default.
	And I just wonder, you know, you kind of alluded to this before the break, but what is it that allows us or our government to protect these folks?
	Why are they in our country?
	why do we need to bring teachers in from other countries that, In an example that we show in the film of this former Gulenist teacher, he had no experience teaching.
	He was told he was going to come and do IT work at the school, and he was immediately told he was going to have to teach a full regiment of classes, which he had never taught before.
	He had no certification to teach in Ohio.
	So, you know, I know teachers here in Austin and in other places around the country.
	They're working hard to teach our kids, and they want jobs.
	They need jobs. Why are we bringing people in to do that work under the guise of this very strange, mysterious Islamic group?
	That is operating widely here in the United States now.
	And why is it that we are pushing away another country, even if we don't, you know, we're not saying that Erdogan's a good guy, you know?
	And many of these struggles, there isn't a good guy.
	But he does have Turkey there.
	So why are we pushing them away there in a strategic position?
	Why are we pushing them into the arms of Russia to protect this cleric Who's in a compound in Pennsylvania making over a billion dollars if you put together the bond issues and well over a billion dollars, the bond issues, plus the direct cash subsidizations.
	I mean, boy, this guy, you know, why does he, why do elements of the American government love Vitalik Allen so much, you think?
	It's a good question. I don't think we're going to know until history kind of plays out on this subject.
	I think we're in the middle of history regarding this issue with Turkey and how Turkey is changing and the role of Fethullah Gulen and the Gulen movement here in the United States.
	I do believe that the CIA has a connection to this.
	There is demonstrative evidence on that, that when Fethullah Gulen came to the United States on a medical visa, that visa was adjusted.
	Mm-hmm.
	Mm-hmm.
	He was a man that I think everybody should know something about because he seems to have been a proponent of using jihadists and Islamic fundamentalists to advance U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East.
	Well, we're going to see that now before they escorted these guys out of Raqqa.
	Yeah. And some of them are saying, yeah, it's going to be a day of reckoning in France.
	The French ones are saying that.
	I mean, who knows what else they're going to do.
	And so we look at the situation with Flynn.
	And as you point out, you've got the Wall Street Journal and the press, based on this illegal leak of information from the investigation, saying, well, it could be up to $15 million, but they don't know exactly.
	And it could be a kidnapping of this, or it could just be an investigation.
	And the question is, why isn't our government investigating Fatala Gulen?
	I mean, you know, why...
	Why do we have to have somebody who is interested in somewhere else to hire somebody to get information on Fatal Glenn?
	Why doesn't our government? And of course, it's a rhetorical question because of the connections with CIA. Yeah.
	Well, it's a worthwhile question to ask, even if the CIA may be involved in this.
	What you don't see in publications like The Wall Street Journal or The Washington Post...
	Or LA Times or any of these national media organizations that have covered this story is the connection to the American public, to our children, to parents, to taxpayers.
	They don't go into that discussion.
	They have repeatedly made it over the past year a question of this battle between two men for the governance of Turkey, this battle between the Gülen movement who tried to overthrow the Erdogan government last year.
	And whatever you may think of Erdogan, he's been democratically elected.
	So it's a very strange situation that we see in the press in the coverage of this and admitting what affects us the most, that they're operating these schools, that they're borrowing massive amounts of money, that they are purchasing the influence of our politicians in our state capitals that they are purchasing the influence of our politicians in our state capitals You mentioned the fact that there's been hundreds of national politicians that have been on trips to Turkey, financed by the Gulen movement and their nonprofits.
	And they've really had quite an effect over the past 15 years of tamping down anyone that wants to bring the reality of what they're doing and who they are to the public.
	And here's the thing, Mark. Because you're talking about, you know, we look at it and we say, wow, there's a lot of them here concentrated in Texas.
	But this is a nationwide movement.
	And they've come into Texas because in Texas people said, we want to have educational freedom.
	We want to have choice of some sort.
	And maybe the charter school is not the way to get this.
	Your documentary makes a good case that that is not the way to go.
	But We were susceptible to this because we want to have choice and freedom in education.
	That's why we got more of them here.
	But it is nationwide and it is going to be a much bigger nationwide issue, I think, now with Betsy DeVos, a big champion of charter schools.
	People need to see your documentary.
	Understand the pitfalls of this, because everything that we do has got an upside or a downside.
	But you want to look at the absolute worst case?
	Look at what's going on with these Glynis schools.
