[00:00:10] Thanks for coming back. [00:00:10] All right. [00:00:11] We're back. [00:00:11] What's up, Matt? [00:00:14] All right. [00:00:14] Little buddy. [00:00:15] Little buddy. [00:00:16] Yeah, that's why you got to get him a chair, like a big boy chair. [00:00:21] I offer him that one. [00:00:22] Why don't you like the chairs? [00:00:24] No, those chairs suck. [00:00:27] You like that chair, Matt? [00:00:28] Be honest. [00:00:28] Do you like that chair? [00:00:29] No, I don't. [00:00:30] Okay. [00:00:30] I don't. [00:00:31] Fair enough. [00:00:31] Why not? [00:00:32] Because it's a piece of shit. [00:00:33] Do you like that one better? [00:00:35] No, I don't want to sit that low to the ground. [00:00:36] Already low enough to the ground. [00:00:39] But, yeah. [00:00:41] So, what's up? [00:00:42] Not much, man. [00:00:44] You're saying you got an automatic rifle pulled on you on a date the other day? [00:00:49] Yeah. [00:00:49] Guy pulled the. [00:00:50] What the fuck happened? [00:00:51] Well, it wasn't on a date. [00:00:53] I had met this girl through a friend, a mutual friend of ours named Vessor. [00:00:59] And I'd met her. [00:01:00] He set me up on a date with her. [00:01:01] I go on the date with her. [00:01:02] And then when we're on the date, like, she didn't really know it was a date date. [00:01:06] She kind of thought it might be a date, but she thought I was an author and wanted to write her story. [00:01:10] Like, she wasn't sure. [00:01:12] But she looked. [00:01:12] So, she looked me up and saw that all she knew was, like, Hey, I got this buddy. [00:01:17] He wants to meet you. [00:01:20] He's a writer. [00:01:22] So she was like, okay. [00:01:23] So she goes on the date with me. [00:01:25] And as we're on the date, she immediately starts kind of telling me her story. [00:01:30] And I was looking at her and like halfway, like 10 minutes into it, I'm like, like 10 minutes into it, I'm like, what's going on? [00:01:38] What are we doing here? [00:01:39] And she goes, what are you doing? [00:01:41] She goes, I'm telling kind of my story. [00:01:42] And I went, what do you think this is? [00:01:44] And she goes, I mean, I thought you wanted to meet me because you were, are you interested in my story? [00:01:48] And I was like, no, no, this is a date. [00:01:50] And she was like, Oh, wow, I'm sorry. [00:01:53] I thought maybe you wanted my story. [00:01:54] And I go, Do you have a story? [00:01:56] Like, I mean, like, I just drove like an hour and a half to meet her at an outback near her. [00:02:01] And I'm like, Do you have a story? [00:02:02] And she's like, Well, I kind of do. [00:02:03] Like, she started explaining it to her. [00:02:04] Like, I mean, her husband fucking died. [00:02:07] Like, there's drugs. [00:02:08] Like, she kind of has an interesting story. [00:02:10] But as we started talking, she said, Yeah, man, I'm sorry. [00:02:13] I don't really date. [00:02:15] And I was like, Well, why don't you date? [00:02:16] And she goes, Why not? [00:02:17] She goes, I said, Because your husband just died. [00:02:19] He died like six months or a year ago. [00:02:20] I said, Because your husband died. [00:02:21] And she goes, No, no. [00:02:22] She said, We'd been separated for like two years. [00:02:24] She said, No, like two years ago, she said, I came down with cancer. [00:02:28] I have cancer. [00:02:29] And I went, Oh, wow. [00:02:30] Like, I didn't know that. [00:02:32] I said, I'm sorry. [00:02:34] And so, anyway, so I said, She said, Yeah, that's why I don't date. [00:02:38] Like, I mean, because she said, The kind of cancer she has, it's some kind of slow progression and you can fight it, but it only gives you like another year. [00:02:45] Like, if you take chemo, she's like, So I might have two more years left. [00:02:48] And she was super thin. [00:02:50] But I thought thin, like sexy thin. [00:02:52] You know what I'm saying? [00:02:52] No, no. [00:02:53] Now I'm looking at her like, No, it's cancer thin. [00:02:55] So, But look, I'd be a beautiful chick, blonde hair, blue eyes. [00:03:00] She had fucking tats and stuff. [00:03:02] She's like everything I like, right? [00:03:04] And anyway, so I was like, okay, well, tell me your story. [00:03:06] Because, you know, she said she never got, she really doesn't get out. [00:03:09] She's just kind of trying to raise her kids until she passes. [00:03:12] And so we, at the end of, you know, so I'm joking with her. [00:03:17] Anyway, by the end of the dinner, she says, hey, I'm having a really good time. [00:03:21] Do you want to go play pool? [00:03:22] I went, yeah, sure. [00:03:23] I mean, what am I going to say? [00:03:24] No. [00:03:24] I mean, she's got fucking cancer. [00:03:25] Like, I'm going to do whatever you want to do. [00:03:27] Let's do it. [00:03:28] So we go, we play pool. [00:03:29] She beats the hell out of me three games in a row. [00:03:30] She's like a fucking shark. [00:03:32] So at the end of that, when I go to leave, it's like 12 o'clock. [00:03:36] I remember she stopped me at my car and she said, you know, can I tell you something? [00:03:38] And I go, yeah, what's that? [00:03:39] And she said, I wish this had been a date. [00:03:42] She's had a really good time with you. [00:03:43] And I don't get out much. [00:03:45] And she said, I had fun and you made me laugh and you seemed like a great guy. [00:03:49] And I was like, hey, well, look, it is a date. [00:03:50] We'll go out again. [00:03:51] And tomorrow I'll call you and we'll go out again. [00:03:54] And she was like, Matt, like, this ends. [00:03:58] I die. [00:03:59] Like, you understand this isn't. [00:04:01] It doesn't mean you can't go on a couple dates. [00:04:02] Right. [00:04:03] That's what I said. [00:04:03] First of all, I said, I could die on my way home. [00:04:05] Right. [00:04:06] I said, you could die of a brain embolism tomorrow morning that has nothing to do with cancer. [00:04:10] I said, nobody knows. [00:04:12] So I said, look, we'll go out. [00:04:13] I like you. [00:04:14] You like me. [00:04:15] We'll see. [00:04:16] Maybe it'll work. [00:04:17] Maybe three dates from now, we hate each other. [00:04:19] And she was like, are you serious? [00:04:20] I was like, yeah. [00:04:21] She's like, I said, look, I'm a big boy. [00:04:23] I know what I'm. [00:04:23] She goes, I don't want to do that to you. [00:04:25] I said, I know what I'm getting into. [00:04:26] I said, or hey, if you don't want to go, she goes, no, I do. [00:04:27] I'm interested. [00:04:28] I'm interested. [00:04:29] I was like, okay, great. [00:04:30] So we talked for like two or three in the morning. [00:04:33] You know, I drove home. [00:04:34] We're on the phone. [00:04:35] We're talking. [00:04:36] The next day we talked. [00:04:37] Next day we talked. [00:04:38] We're about to go out again. [00:04:39] She ghosts me. [00:04:41] Totally ghost me. [00:04:43] Nothing. [00:04:43] No response to my emails or my texts. [00:04:46] I'm like, what the hell? [00:04:46] So I sent her a text that says, hey, listen. [00:04:49] And I go over all this on my podcast. [00:04:50] Like, it's like an hour long thing. [00:04:51] I'm giving you the Reader's Digest version so we can get the AR50. [00:04:54] The abridged version? [00:04:55] Yeah. [00:04:59] So I end up sending her a thing saying, hey, listen, I don't know what I did or what happened, but given your situation, I hope you have the best result possible. [00:05:07] You know, you seem like a nice person. [00:05:08] I'm just disappointed that we didn't get to know each other better. [00:05:10] I'm sorry. [00:05:11] I said, and if I upset you, you know, I'm sorry, but. [00:05:13] I would have liked to have gotten to know you. [00:05:16] And I sent it, no big deal. [00:05:17] Like, I'm on. [00:05:18] I'm going on in the next one. [00:05:20] Well, like a week later, I get this long ass text. [00:05:22] And on my podcast, like, I read the whole text. [00:05:25] You can read the whole thing. [00:05:25] Like, I have Siri read the whole thing. [00:05:28] And it just, it's like, look, it's not that I'm not interested. [00:05:31] You don't understand. [00:05:32] My husband died. [00:05:32] I feel guilty. [00:05:33] I feel guilty about being happy. [00:05:35] You understand that I'm going to end up passing away. [00:05:38] I feel bad about this. [00:05:39] And it goes on and on. [00:05:40] So we end up talking on the phone. [00:05:41] So I text her back, look, let's just talk. [00:05:42] So we talk. [00:05:43] And she says, look, I talked to my daughter. [00:05:45] My daughter said, look, this guy, he, He knows he's an adult. [00:05:48] He wants to meet you. [00:05:49] I mean, he wants to date you. [00:05:51] You deserve to be happy. [00:05:52] You don't have to spend your last two years just driving us around. [00:05:56] You need to be happy. [00:05:58] And if you like this guy, you should go out with him. [00:05:59] So she goes, Look, and I'm sorry. [00:06:01] She's on the phone crying. [00:06:02] Damn. [00:06:03] I mean, this is one date. [00:06:04] Wow. [00:06:05] So she's like, Look, she's like, You know, it's just, I can't believe that you know that I'm going to die and you're okay with that. [00:06:10] You're going to be okay with that. [00:06:11] And I'm like, Yeah, I'm going to be okay with it. [00:06:13] Like, you don't understand. [00:06:14] I'm all in. [00:06:15] It's the bank theory, right? [00:06:16] Like, I'm not going to the bank with a note, I'm going in with an AR. [00:06:18] I'm going with an AR-15 and I'm taking out with the contents of the vault. [00:06:22] You know what I'm saying? [00:06:23] Like, I'm all in. [00:06:24] If I'm all in, I'm all in. [00:06:25] So anyway, she's like, look, if you're willing, then I'm willing. [00:06:31] Let's do this. [00:06:32] Great. [00:06:32] We end up talking for the next couple of days. [00:06:34] Again, once again, on the phone, she's texting me all the time. [00:06:37] It's great. [00:06:37] Super just smart, sexy. [00:06:40] And, you know, the cancer thing, whatever. [00:06:42] We'll see what happens with that. [00:06:44] So we go to, we're supposed to meet that night. [00:06:47] Ghost me. [00:06:49] Again, ghost me one like three days later, ghost me. [00:06:52] I'm like, what the fuck? [00:06:53] Like, I don't know what happened. [00:06:55] So, like, a week later, my ex wife calls me and she's like, hey, what's up? [00:06:59] You know, what's going on with this person? [00:07:00] What's going on with that person? [00:07:01] I talked to her, yeah, this and this and this, no big deal. [00:07:03] You know, this one, you like her? [00:07:04] I like her, but this is the problem. [00:07:06] Well, what about this one? [00:07:07] I like her, but this is the problem. [00:07:08] What about this chick? [00:07:08] I like her, but you know, there's problems. [00:07:10] She goes, what about the cancer chick? [00:07:12] She goes, you really liked her. [00:07:13] And I go, right. [00:07:14] I told you she ghosted me. [00:07:15] She goes, yeah, but you don't know what happened. [00:07:16] I said, well, no, I don't know what happened. [00:07:17] She goes, you know her address? [00:07:18] I mean, I can figure it out. [00:07:20] She goes, You need to go to her house and find out. [00:07:23] And I went, Nah, that's a little weird. [00:07:25] Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:07:26] Oh, no, no. [00:07:26] Don't trust your wife's advice. [00:07:28] Your ex wife's trying to get you wow. [00:07:29] She's trying to get me killed. [00:07:30] I know. [00:07:30] Listen, I know. [00:07:31] I'm with you. [00:07:32] But keep in mind, this is also the chick that every time I got indicted prior to the indictment, she's like, Look, I know that your friends got indicted and you like them and we like them. [00:07:40] They're good people. [00:07:40] We don't talk to them anymore. [00:07:42] I'm like, What? [00:07:42] She's like, They were indicted. [00:07:43] They're going to roll over on you. [00:07:44] They're going to. [00:07:45] I'm like, They would never do that. [00:07:46] Like, if you understand, every time I've been in trouble, she's told me, This is what's going to happen. [00:07:51] Stop now. [00:07:52] Do this. [00:07:52] Get rid of this. [00:07:53] Do this. [00:07:54] I never do it. [00:07:55] I never listened to her. [00:07:55] Is your ex wife in the American Greed episode of you? [00:08:00] No. [00:08:00] No? [00:08:01] No. [00:08:02] Oh, she's always avoided the show. [00:08:04] Always. [00:08:05] Yeah, she's good. [00:08:06] So, anyway, so I sat there and she convinces me going there. [00:08:10] I'm like, that's stalker material. [00:08:12] She goes, look, you show up, you knock on the door. [00:08:14] If she opens the door and says, Matt, get out of here, she goes, leave. [00:08:17] She goes, but read me the text. [00:08:18] So I start reading her all the text. [00:08:20] She never once says she doesn't like you or she's not interested. [00:08:24] All she's saying is, you're an amazing guy. [00:08:26] You're a great guy. [00:08:27] I like you. [00:08:27] I want to date you. [00:08:28] She goes, you don't know, Matt. [00:08:29] She could be in the hospital. [00:08:30] You don't know what's happening. [00:08:31] Just go to check it out. [00:08:32] She goes, for her to just disappear, that's weird. [00:08:34] And I went, yeah, if I show up and she's like, what are you doing here? [00:08:37] I'll just leave. [00:08:38] You know, I can't have the cops called on me. [00:08:40] Like, I'm not in that position. [00:08:41] I'm not stalking you. [00:08:42] So I drive out there. [00:08:44] I find her thing. [00:08:45] I drive out. [00:08:45] Wait, wait, wait. [00:08:46] How did you find her address? [00:08:47] Yeah. [00:08:48] I mean, it's, it's, I know her name. [00:08:50] I know her husband's name. [00:08:51] It's, it's public records. [00:08:52] She owns a house. [00:08:53] Hillsborough County. [00:08:53] No, no, no. [00:08:54] This is, this is out in, in, um, it's another, I don't want to say, whatever county it was. [00:08:58] So you search this county's, uh, public, public records. [00:09:01] I find her house. [00:09:01] Oh, my God. [00:09:02] Find her address. [00:09:02] It's not hard. [00:09:03] So I track her down. [00:09:04] Yeah. [00:09:04] I don't know how to do that. [00:09:05] That's crazy. [00:09:07] Um, property appraiser. [00:09:08] Property appraiser. [00:09:08] Yeah. [00:09:09] Yeah. [00:09:09] So I track her down. [00:09:10] I mean, I know her real name. [00:09:11] Here's the thing. [00:09:12] Like, literally, like, she doesn't even use her real name, but she told it to me, her husband's last name, when we were at dinner. [00:09:19] So, and it's like a Russian name, but it's a common Russian name. [00:09:22] So anyway, I go there. [00:09:24] Well, it's a European name. [00:09:25] So I go there. [00:09:27] That's the cop. [00:09:28] So anyway, okay. [00:09:31] So you got Matt, for people out there who don't know the context of that, Matt has a lady cop texting him. [00:09:36] Yeah, I have a chick that. [00:09:39] I've gone on a few dates with that's a police officer. [00:09:42] Matt's slinging dick all around. [00:09:43] That's not true. [00:09:45] That is a lie. [00:09:47] It's not what's happening at all. [00:09:49] He might only be five foot four, but he's slinging five seven with a good pair of shoes. [00:09:55] Five six. [00:09:55] You know, listen, can we not listen? [00:09:57] So here's what happened. [00:09:58] So I go out there to her house. [00:10:00] To her house. [00:10:00] I'm almost to her house. [00:10:02] And I call up, and Kayla calls, my ex wife calls, and she goes, Are you almost there? [00:10:06] And I was like, Yeah, she goes, Stop. [00:10:08] And I go, What? [00:10:09] She goes, Go buy a Publix. [00:10:11] And I went, okay. [00:10:12] She goes, get a dozen roses. [00:10:13] You can't show up with empty-handed. [00:10:14] She goes, it's like a romantic gesture. [00:10:15] It'll be great. [00:10:16] And I go, are you fucking serious? [00:10:18] I said, I'm telling you right now, I'm already looking like a fucking idiot. [00:10:21] I said, like, this can't get any more embarrassing. [00:10:24] You want me to have roses? [00:10:25] She goes, yes. [00:10:26] I go, okay, fine. [00:10:27] So I stop. [00:10:27] I get a dozen roses. [00:10:28] It's like 25 bucks, 20 bucks, whatever. [00:10:30] I grab a dozen roses. [00:10:31] I go, I pull up to the house. [00:10:33] I don't see her car, but I can see that there's people inside. [00:10:36] And I know she's got a couple kids. [00:10:37] And I know she's got a roommate that's blind that she takes, guys, she takes care of. [00:10:42] And I thought A guy she takes care of? [00:10:44] Yeah, he's blind. [00:10:45] So he lives in a spare room. [00:10:46] They pay her and she kind of, you know, social security, disability, what? [00:10:50] So I'm like, and I look and I thought, you know what I'm going to do? [00:10:53] I'm going to go down there. [00:10:54] I'll knock on the door. [00:10:54] Whoever answers the door, I'm going to say, hey, my name's Matt. [00:10:57] Her name's Alyssa. [00:10:58] Hey, my name's Matt. [00:10:59] I'm here for Alyssa. [00:11:00] If, you know, she, oh, she's not here. [00:11:02] Okay, it's fine. [00:11:02] Can you give her these roses? [00:11:03] Tell her I stopped by. [00:11:04] And then I'm leaving. [00:11:05] Like, I'm already, listen, I'm already feeling uncomfortable. [00:11:08] So I walk down there. [00:11:09] I'm walking down the sidewalk, about to get to the front door. [00:11:13] And suddenly her car pulls on the lawn. [00:11:17] It's out in the sticks, so they park on the lawn. [00:11:19] It comes roaring down. [00:11:20] Oh, you're like out in the sticks. [00:11:21] Oh, yeah, bro. [00:11:22] Yeah, I'm out there. [00:11:23] It's bad. [00:11:24] How close are the neighborhood houses? [00:11:26] I mean. [00:11:26] What county is this in? [00:11:28] Is it Polk? [00:11:29] Fuck. [00:11:30] No, it's like Castle County or I forget. [00:11:32] Like Ocala area? [00:11:34] It's like whatever above Orlando. [00:11:36] It's like. [00:11:37] Yeah, it's like Ocala. [00:11:38] Yeah, so I don't remember the exact name of the county, but the point is that I'm. [00:11:44] You're in the middle of Florida where the shit goes down. [00:11:47] Yeah, yeah. [00:11:47] There's a lot of pickups. [00:11:48] When you get a couple hours from any coast, And you're in the middle of Florida? [00:11:52] Yeah, it's the same. [00:11:54] I mean, look at it. [00:11:55] Is there Make America Great Again flags flying? [00:11:58] Oh, yeah. [00:11:59] I'm, you know, I'm not prepared for this. [00:12:03] So the car pulls right on down, right about five, 10 feet away from me. [00:12:07] It stops. [00:12:08] And I think it's her. [00:12:10] So I turn. [00:12:11] I'm holding flowers. [00:12:13] I'm in. [00:12:14] Dressed to the nines. [00:12:15] Bro, I'm in a tight t shirt and skinny jeans holding a dozen flowers. [00:12:20] I mean, I might as well be homosexual. [00:12:22] I mean, it's that bad. [00:12:23] I look that bad. [00:12:24] It's that embarrassing. [00:12:25] I'm just like a helpless little puppy. [00:12:28] What time of the day is this? [00:12:29] Eight o'clock. [00:12:30] It's dark. [00:12:31] It's about 7 30. [00:12:33] Okay, keep going. [00:12:34] So. [00:12:34] So the car door opens, boom. [00:12:36] And I think it's going to be her. [00:12:37] So I'm like, hey, what's up? [00:12:39] It's her car, though, right? [00:12:40] It's her car. [00:12:41] Okay. [00:12:41] Boom. [00:12:42] Guy stands up. [00:12:43] He's like six foot four with two inch heeled cowboy. [00:12:46] He's like six foot six. [00:12:48] Country looking guy? [00:12:49] Country, bro. [00:12:49] He's got a fucking baseball cap. [00:12:51] He's got a wife beater on. [00:12:53] He's got torn blue jeans. [00:12:55] I mean, he's, it's bad. [00:12:57] Like, hunter. [00:12:57] First thing I thought of was one, slender man. [00:13:00] And two, he looks like a hunter. [00:13:02] He's super skinny. [00:13:03] Like, he looks, and he also looks like a hunter. [00:13:05] And I remember he stands up and he goes, Hey man, he said, uh, you here for somebody? [00:13:09] I went, uh, yeah, I'm here for Alyssa. [00:13:12] I threw some bass in my voice, you know, yeah, like, yeah, bro, no, um, this is bad. [00:13:19] Oh, yeah, it was, oh, it's horrible. [00:13:21] So, oh, God. [00:13:22] So, I go, yeah, I'm here for Alyssa. [00:13:23] And he goes, he said, um, all right, I'll get her. [00:13:25] He walks off. [00:13:26] I follow him, follow him up the little, you know, little sidewalk. [00:13:30] I'm about 10, 15 feet outside the door, but it's total dark, right? [00:13:33] So, he opens the door and I can see her inside, but she can't see me. [00:13:37] I'm in silhouette. [00:13:38] So, he opens the door. [00:13:39] And then he closes the door. [00:13:40] Then he opens it again. [00:13:41] He goes, Hey, bro. [00:13:42] Or he kept calling me Bubba. [00:13:46] Yo, Bubba. [00:13:48] Yo, Bubba. [00:13:49] What's your name? [00:13:50] And I go, My name's Matt. [00:13:51] She knows who I am. [00:13:52] And he goes, says something, closes the door, opens the door again, closes it, and walks right by me. [00:13:59] Walks over to the car, opens the door, leans in the car, comes back out. [00:14:03] Boom. [00:14:03] He's holding an AR-15. [00:14:06] And I'm like, Huh. [00:14:07] Then he goes walking right. [00:14:09] And as he's walking by me back in the house, I go, I'm still holding the flowers, by the way. [00:14:14] I'm like, well, that ain't good. [00:14:15] And he just doesn't say anything. [00:14:16] Like, I thought he was going to be like, oh, it's not a big deal. [00:14:18] It was a power move. [00:14:19] Yeah. [00:14:19] He just walked right by me again. [00:14:21] And I'm thinking, now I'm thinking, this is a bad idea. [00:14:24] Like, I don't know who that guy is. [00:14:26] I do remember she had told me she had only dated one guy since she and her husband split up. [00:14:33] She was like, we dated for six months. [00:14:35] She said, then he basically stalked me. [00:14:37] She was like, I had to get a restraining order against him. [00:14:40] And she said, he won't leave me alone. [00:14:42] She goes, he still comes around. === The AR-15 Encounter (07:12) === [00:14:44] So I didn't know that that was him, that that was him. [00:14:47] His name's Chris. [00:14:47] Definitely. [00:14:48] So he walked right by me, walks in, opens the door, closes the door. [00:14:52] The front door of the house? [00:14:53] Front door of the house. [00:14:53] And I see her. [00:14:54] Now she's standing way closer. [00:14:56] She sees you? [00:14:56] Oh, now she definitely saw me. [00:14:58] She knows it's me, Matt. [00:15:00] And so he opens the door. [00:15:01] Then he turns around. [00:15:02] He opens the door. [00:15:02] He's holding the gun like this. [00:15:04] He opens the door and he goes, Yo, Bubba, you got to go. [00:15:06] And I go, Excuse me? [00:15:09] Like, I didn't understand it. [00:15:09] And he goes, Yo, Bubba. [00:15:11] He said, You got to go. [00:15:12] You got to go. [00:15:13] And I went, Whoa, whoa, whoa. [00:15:15] I said, Yo, bro. [00:15:15] I said, I didn't know it was that serious. [00:15:17] My bad. [00:15:18] I'm out of here. [00:15:20] Sorry about that. [00:15:22] Didn't realize this was that serious. [00:15:24] I turn around. [00:15:25] I start walking backwards. [00:15:26] He's walking towards me with the gun. [00:15:28] And I'm walking backwards. [00:15:30] I get close to her car because her car was right up front, remember? [00:15:33] And I take the flowers. [00:15:33] I said, I'm leaving these here because I don't want them. [00:15:35] Boom. [00:15:36] Those are for her. [00:15:36] See you around. [00:15:37] I turn around, walk off. [00:15:38] He goes, Yo, Bubba. [00:15:39] I stop. [00:15:39] I go, Yeah, what's up? [00:15:40] He said, Man, how'd you get her address? [00:15:42] And I said, It's on the internet. [00:15:43] And he goes, Is it? [00:15:45] And I go, It is if you look hard enough. [00:15:48] All right. [00:15:50] And so I start walking. [00:15:51] Then I kind of walk off, and he goes, Yo, Baba. [00:15:54] I said, Yeah, man, what's up? [00:15:56] He said, Man, I'm sorry you're having a bad night. [00:15:59] That's what he said? [00:16:01] Yeah. [00:16:01] And I said, no, I said, listen, bro, I said, it's, it's, it's my fault. [00:16:05] I said, I thought I would make a romantic gesture. [00:16:08] I clearly misread the signals. [00:16:11] I said, totally my fault. [00:16:12] He said, I said, you know, my bad. [00:16:14] I said, you won't see me again. [00:16:16] Turn around. [00:16:16] He said, yeah, I know. [00:16:17] He said, bro, I've been there. [00:16:18] I've been there, man. [00:16:19] I've been there. [00:16:20] He said, I get it. [00:16:21] He said, but I hope you have a better night. [00:16:23] I said, no problem. [00:16:23] I walk off. [00:16:24] I get in my car. [00:16:25] I start driving, call my ex-wife. [00:16:28] And I said, I just had a guy pull her ex-boyfriend just pulled an AR-15 on me. [00:16:32] She goes, oh, my God, you went to the front door. [00:16:34] I didn't think you'd do it. [00:16:36] And I was like, what the hell? [00:16:38] What do you mean you didn't think I'd do it? [00:16:40] And she goes, why? [00:16:40] I said, you know I'm a risk taker. [00:16:42] You know I'm going to do it. [00:16:43] And she goes, what happened? [00:16:45] And then I told her, and she's like, oh my God, that's crazy. [00:16:48] Wow, that went a lot better than I thought it was going to go. [00:16:50] Oh, yeah. [00:16:51] Well, it could have gone bad. [00:16:52] So I did, listen, here's what's funny. [00:16:53] I did, so then I called Vessar, our mutual friend. [00:16:56] I say, Vessar, this is what happened. [00:16:58] Vessar goes, holy shit. [00:16:59] He goes, that's Chris. [00:16:59] That's her ex boyfriend. [00:17:00] She's got a restraining order against him. [00:17:02] I didn't think they were seeing each other again. [00:17:04] He's like, otherwise I wouldn't have hooked you up with her. [00:17:07] And I was like, right. [00:17:08] And I said, bro, is all of this real? [00:17:09] Like, does she really have cancer? [00:17:11] He goes, no, no, she's got cancer. [00:17:12] He's like, no, that's true. [00:17:14] And then he starts telling me about the two of them and they shouldn't be around each other. [00:17:16] They're bad for each other. [00:17:17] And they keep going. [00:17:18] He goes on and on. [00:17:19] And then he ends up saying, he's like, what are you going to do? [00:17:22] I said, well, I got to do a podcast on this. [00:17:24] So this is hilarious. [00:17:25] Only this would happen to me. [00:17:27] So he said, yeah, definitely let me know. [00:17:28] So I do the podcast on my channel and then I release it. [00:17:31] When I release it, he contacts me in the comments section. [00:17:37] He said, yo, bro. [00:17:37] He said, this is the guy with the, his name is Chris, God, I forget, mixed something. [00:17:42] Anyway, he said, this is, I'm the guy with the AR-15. [00:17:46] He said, I'm sorry you had such a, or I hope you ended up having a better night. [00:17:49] I said, no, Chris, I appreciate that. [00:17:52] I said, I'm just glad you didn't shoot me. [00:17:54] And then he said, by the way, he said, when I removed the gun from the car, I removed it just to keep it in the house for the night. [00:18:05] There's something called the castle law. [00:18:07] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:18:07] I know that. [00:18:07] I'm familiar with that. [00:18:08] Right. [00:18:08] He said, so he said, and when I opened the door, he said, I never had my hand on the trigger. [00:18:15] He's probably not even allowed to have a gun. [00:18:18] Right. [00:18:18] He probably knows what the fuck he's doing. [00:18:20] Right. [00:18:20] Well, I came back and I said, Chris, I said, I'm not trying to get anybody fucked up. [00:18:24] I said, I understand how the castle law works. [00:18:27] I said, you're fine. [00:18:28] Don't worry about it. [00:18:29] And then that was it. [00:18:30] I haven't heard from him since. [00:18:31] Or her. [00:18:32] Oh, but this, she blocked me on Facebook. [00:18:35] She did? [00:18:35] Yeah, because. [00:18:36] What's funny is after I left, she didn't, but when the video came out, she did. [00:18:41] So, oh, and I also put pictures of her. [00:18:43] Did you talk to her at all after that night? [00:18:44] No. [00:18:45] I put multiple pictures of her on my podcast and him. [00:18:48] I went on his podcast. [00:18:50] Stop. [00:18:50] I went on his Facebook and I took pictures of him. [00:18:52] Oh, fuck. [00:18:53] No, they never asked me to do that. [00:18:54] Let me see. [00:18:54] Let me see a picture. [00:18:55] I don't want to show it, but I just want to see it for a while. [00:18:57] Of her? [00:18:58] No, of him. [00:18:58] I want to see who he is. [00:18:58] Yeah, because I got a picture of him in my head. [00:19:00] Me too. [00:19:01] Listen, I'm telling you right now. [00:19:02] I'm picturing Kid Rock. [00:19:03] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:19:03] That's exactly what it is. [00:19:04] But from Joe Dirt movie. [00:19:06] David Spade? [00:19:07] No, not the regular. [00:19:08] Kid Rock's in that movie. [00:19:09] Oh, yeah, So, not like the onstage Kid Rock, but the Joe Dirt Kid Rock. [00:19:15] It's exactly what I pictured. [00:19:17] Oh, my God. [00:19:18] This is so. [00:19:19] Man, I wish we could call it. [00:19:21] Why not show. [00:19:23] Come on, bro. [00:19:25] Right? [00:19:26] He's not as country as I thought he was. [00:19:27] Are you serious? [00:19:28] He's got a little tattoo. [00:19:29] Look at the next one. [00:19:29] Yeah, but he's. [00:19:34] Yeah. [00:19:34] Yeah. [00:19:35] Look at the picture of it. [00:19:36] Here, let me show you. [00:19:37] Oh, yeah. [00:19:38] Oh, shit. [00:19:39] See the picture of the two of them shooting? [00:19:41] He. [00:19:43] Austin's trying to get a glimpse of this motherfucker. [00:19:45] Okay, show it to him. [00:19:50] He's just another mid Florida guy, man. [00:19:53] That's what they all look like. [00:19:55] He listens to Tool and Nine Inch Nails. [00:19:59] Of course. [00:20:00] He's listening to fucking Hank Williams. [00:20:02] Yeah, he looks like he looks kind of like Hank Williams Jr., honestly. [00:20:05] Or no, Hank Williams 3. [00:20:06] He looks kind of like Hank 3. [00:20:08] You want to see what she looks like? [00:20:09] Yeah. [00:20:12] Oh, yeah. [00:20:13] Right? [00:20:13] She looks like she might work at this strip club. [00:20:15] Right? [00:20:17] That's a strip bikini right there. [00:20:19] Right? [00:20:20] Does she work at a gentleman's club? [00:20:23] Hold on. [00:20:23] No. [00:20:24] Are you sure? [00:20:25] No, I'm sure. [00:20:26] I mean, trust me. [00:20:27] Visser told me. [00:20:28] I mean, Visser gave me the fucking lowdown. [00:20:30] Yeah, she looks like. [00:20:32] She looks like a corn fed redneck herself. [00:20:35] Bro, like, you know what's so funny is like everybody, like Visser's like, I don't think that's your kind of girl. [00:20:40] I'm like, no, no, bro, that's exactly my kind of girl. [00:20:42] And he's like, nah, bro, like, I mean, I don't see you with this shit. [00:20:44] I'm like, no, that's definitely Matt's kind of girl. [00:20:46] Trust me, that's just trouble. [00:20:47] Yeah, that's my kind of girl. [00:20:47] Trust me. [00:20:48] But yeah, she's clearly, she's, I don't know. [00:20:52] It didn't work out. [00:20:54] Yeah, clearly. [00:20:55] You know, and I got the AR 15, but I did get the podcast out. [00:20:58] I got a good podcast. [00:20:59] That's another story. [00:21:00] You're lucky he was extremely reasonable. [00:21:02] That's what I saw. [00:21:03] It's not how I would expect some sort of fucking meth up redneck girl. [00:21:06] If you have to get, Kicked out, kicked off a piece of property. [00:21:08] At least he didn't even point it at you. [00:21:10] No, no, didn't point it at me. [00:21:12] I mean, he was very nice. [00:21:13] He wasn't really, you know, just he wasn't like, Look, you're look at me. [00:21:16] I'm, I'm, I'm like, Come on, you know, I don't have a gun. [00:21:19] You know, come on, you know, he could have been like, he could have been like those two, uh, old white people in front of their, uh, big mansion. [00:21:27] Basically, what he was. [00:21:28] No, those two people, there was the lady, like, she had their finger on the trigger and she was like holding the gun out like that, like, and the guy had his gun and he had his hand, his finger on the trigger, just holding it completely wrong. [00:21:38] Like they did, you could tell like they've never held guns before in their lives. [00:21:41] Now he's clearly a gun guy. [00:21:42] Yeah, he knows what he's doing. [00:21:44] That's a funny story. [00:21:45] Yeah, well, he definitely knows what he's doing because I'm not going over there again. [00:21:48] Yeah. [00:21:50] That's a great fucking story, Matt. [00:21:51] Yeah. [00:21:52] So now you got the lady cop. [00:21:54] Yeah, the lady cop. [00:21:55] I can't talk about the lady cop. === The Unlikely Narco Story (12:19) === [00:21:57] That's going good. [00:21:58] Because she's going to, because she's going to, I mean, that's as far as it can go. [00:22:01] Like she's going to watch this and she's going to be like, I don't know what she's going to say. [00:22:06] I don't know what she's going to say. [00:22:07] I don't know what she's going to say. [00:22:09] I don't know what's going on with that. [00:22:10] She's not a cop. [00:22:11] She's in law enforcement. [00:22:12] She's like desk. [00:22:13] Dexter Morgan. [00:22:14] Right. [00:22:15] I can't believe you guys seen that show, bro. [00:22:16] That show's really good. [00:22:17] You would love that show. [00:22:19] I mean, yeah. [00:22:21] Yeah. [00:22:21] Oh, wait. [00:22:22] Have you seen it? [00:22:22] No, I've seen bits and pieces. [00:22:24] Bits and pieces. [00:22:24] But I mean, the fact is, the guy's a serial killer. [00:22:27] Same thing with the guy from you. [00:22:28] Everybody keeps telling me, like, oh, that's you. [00:22:31] You're so and so. [00:22:32] My friend Stacy keeps calling me that guy's name. [00:22:34] I forget his name, but she keeps saying, I'm telling you, you're so and so. [00:22:37] And I'm like, he's killing people. [00:22:39] Why do you? [00:22:40] I've got like three. [00:22:40] There's like three people that I keep getting compared to, and they're all like serial killers. [00:22:45] Yeah. [00:22:45] How am I silly? [00:22:46] I'm harmless. [00:22:47] It's the personality, though. [00:22:49] Yeah, it's all about the personality. [00:22:50] You have a lot of serial killer traits. [00:22:52] The sociopathic. [00:22:53] Yeah. [00:22:54] Very articulate, sociopathic persona. [00:22:58] I was so nice to do that. [00:23:01] Don't act like you're not fucking blushing. [00:23:03] Yeah. [00:23:04] He's stroking. [00:23:05] All right. [00:23:06] What are we doing? [00:23:07] I don't know. [00:23:08] What are we doing? [00:23:10] I don't know. [00:23:10] You called me the other day and you were crying the blues. [00:23:14] Why do you keep saying that? [00:23:15] You keep saying like I'm saying they stroke. [00:23:17] Screwed me out of money. [00:23:18] I've never said anything about money. [00:23:19] How Vice scammed. [00:23:20] So Vice Media scammed the world, the America's favorite scammer. [00:23:26] Yeah, that's what you should do. [00:23:28] How Vice conned America's favorite con man. [00:23:33] Yeah. [00:23:34] That's your title. [00:23:36] I'd sue him. [00:23:37] I'm not suing him. [00:23:38] There's no reason to sue him. [00:23:39] That's the whole thing. [00:23:40] That's why they did it because they know there's no real money involved here. [00:23:44] It'd be different if it was a movie that made $80 million. [00:23:48] There's going to be a lot. [00:23:50] Well, yeah, that's my fear. [00:23:53] They're war dogging you. [00:23:56] Oh, shit. [00:23:56] They are war dogging you. [00:23:58] Here's the thing. [00:23:58] So, okay, so the thing is, I met this kid named Jacob Diaz. [00:24:02] So here's what happens with violence. [00:24:05] Is this one of the stories that you wrote when you were in prison? [00:24:08] This is one of the guys you met. [00:24:09] This is one of the guys you met. [00:24:09] 20 some odd stories that I've written. [00:24:11] And it was a kid named Jacob Diaz. [00:24:14] And so I wrote his story. [00:24:16] And it's a story about this kid that basically at one point he was homeless. [00:24:21] His mother left him. [00:24:23] His mother abandoned him. [00:24:24] He ended up in foster care eventually, but he was homeless. [00:24:26] He ends up working for. [00:24:27] I want to say it was like the Sinaloa cartel. [00:24:31] Yeah, right in the mic. [00:24:32] Right in the mic. [00:24:33] Oh, fuck. [00:24:34] So he ends up working for like the, is it the New Generation or Sinaloa cartel? [00:24:39] Anyway, whatever. [00:24:40] One of the Mexican cartels. [00:24:43] And he ends up basically curring money, arranging. [00:24:46] He grows through the ranks, right? [00:24:50] Well, so I write his story. [00:24:52] So he and I, I end up writing this story for him. [00:24:58] And. [00:24:59] Typically, I have these guys sign like a life rights agreement, right? [00:25:03] So I have him sign a life rights agreement. [00:25:07] And what happens is, he says he's going to sign the agreement. [00:25:10] So I write the story. [00:25:11] I give him the agreement. [00:25:12] He says, yeah, yeah, let me look at it, this and that. [00:25:14] Well, when it comes time to write the story, he ends up getting transferred. [00:25:17] And I finish the story kind of, no, not transferred. [00:25:21] He ends up going to Halfway House before me. [00:25:26] And so I finish the story, but he never reads the story. [00:25:32] So. [00:25:33] Or the whole story and so but he never signs the life rights agreement. [00:25:37] He keeps saying he's going to but he doesn't so I end up getting out I post his story on my website and It's called the unlikely narco. [00:25:45] It's on my website inside true crime So I post it. [00:25:49] It's a good story and it's a great story. [00:25:51] I did a lot of research on it. [00:25:52] I I I really like I there's a bunch of stuff that he didn't even know about his story like I had to do research on who this guy was and how he was connected to that guy and all these other stories that are involved in his story And so I do a bunch of research. [00:26:06] I do the Freedom of Information Act. [00:26:08] I order all the documents. [00:26:09] I order everything from his docket sheet. [00:26:11] Like I've got transcripts. [00:26:12] I got everything. [00:26:14] So I put together this whole really great story. [00:26:16] Well, one day, a couple years late, like a year or so afterwards, I end up getting an email from Claudia Kist. [00:26:30] K I S T. [00:26:31] So I get an email. [00:26:35] She is a producer. [00:26:36] She says she's a. [00:26:37] She's a story producer for a true crime series for Vice TV called I'm a Teenage Felon. [00:26:45] What is it? [00:26:45] I was a teenage felon. [00:26:46] I was a teenage felon. [00:26:47] So she contacts me about John Boziak. [00:26:50] And she says in here, like, hey, she had basically found my story on John Boziak. [00:26:55] She was interested. [00:26:56] Could I put her in contact? [00:26:59] She said, I see that you guys wrote a book together. [00:27:01] Can you put me in contact with them? [00:27:03] And I said, well, so I get her on the phone, I call her. [00:27:06] And I said, look, the problem with John Boziak is that his story, we've already optioned the life rights for his story. [00:27:12] And she says, Oh, okay. [00:27:14] She said, Wow, you know, do you have any other stories like that? [00:27:17] I need somebody who's young. [00:27:18] I said, The only guy that meets your criteria for vice is this guy named Jacob Diaz. [00:27:23] I said, I wrote a story called The Unlikely Narco. [00:27:25] I said, It's on my website. [00:27:26] I give her the website. [00:27:27] She goes to it. [00:27:28] I said, Why don't you read it and let me know? [00:27:30] I give it to her. [00:27:31] She reads it. [00:27:33] She comes back and she says, It's great. [00:27:37] It's a great story. [00:27:39] So, in fact, before I even did that, because I had been talking to somebody else about it, a guy named Henry, before I even. [00:27:45] Guy named Henry Roosevelt. [00:27:49] Before I even talked to her and gave her the name of the story, I contacted Henry, which is this one. [00:27:57] And I put Henry, I would like to call Claudia regarding a story I wrote titled The Unlikely Narco. [00:28:04] Is that going to be an issue? [00:28:06] So I sent that to him. [00:28:08] So he comes back, he talks to me, and he says, What is it? [00:28:10] And I explained the whole situation to him. [00:28:12] And he says, Yeah, yeah. [00:28:12] He said, I don't have a problem with that. [00:28:13] He says, I don't have a problem with that. [00:28:16] He said, We're not going to do anything with that story, probably. [00:28:18] So go ahead and talk to her. [00:28:19] So I get her on the phone. [00:28:20] I said, Okay, look. [00:28:21] I've got this other story called The Unlikely Narco. [00:28:23] You couldn't look at that. [00:28:24] I give her the website. [00:28:25] She goes to it. [00:28:26] She checks it out. [00:28:26] She comes back. [00:28:27] She says, man, it's great. [00:28:28] That's perfect. [00:28:29] I said, all right. [00:28:31] And I said, she goes, can you put me in contact with him? [00:28:33] I said, I can put you in contact with him. [00:28:34] I said, but here's the problem, Claudia. [00:28:36] I said, I've had stories stolen from me before. [00:28:39] I said, now, if you just read that whole, you just read the whole thing. [00:28:42] She goes, yeah, it's great. [00:28:43] I said, so you understand I've written your entire episode for you. [00:28:48] That's an hour-long, that's an hour-long. [00:28:53] Script that I've written. [00:28:54] Yeah. [00:28:55] Right. [00:28:55] It's an episode. [00:28:55] That's your whole episode. [00:28:56] Right there. [00:28:57] Right. [00:28:57] And she goes, No, I agree. [00:28:58] It's perfect. [00:28:59] It's perfect for us. [00:28:59] I said, Right. [00:29:00] So I said, I don't mind putting you in touch with this guy, but I want an executive producer credit and I want 20 grand. [00:29:07] And she goes, Okay. [00:29:09] She goes, I don't think I can do 20 grand. [00:29:11] She said, The executive producer credit, she goes, I may or may not be able to do that. [00:29:15] I need to call, talk to Vice first. [00:29:18] She goes, But I think I can probably get you the executive producer and I can probably get you maybe 10. [00:29:24] And I went, Okay. [00:29:28] I said, I don't know. [00:29:29] I said, let's talk to Jacob. [00:29:31] I said, I think I'd be okay with that. [00:29:33] I mean, I'm really only concerned about, to me, the executive producer credit. [00:29:36] That's what I'm most concerned about. [00:29:37] Yeah, you want credit for it. [00:29:38] It's your story. [00:29:39] You already wrote the deal. [00:29:39] I don't care about the 10 grand. [00:29:42] I want credit. [00:29:43] I'm building a resume. [00:29:45] Right. [00:29:46] So she says, okay. [00:29:48] And I said, you know, you have to understand. [00:29:50] I said, I've written your whole thing. [00:29:51] You don't have to hire a writer. [00:29:52] You guys don't have to spend hours putting this together. [00:29:54] She says, no, it's perfect. [00:29:55] It's perfect. [00:29:55] I said, okay. [00:29:56] She said, well, look, before I contact Vice, my boss at Vice, to, to get all this clarified. [00:30:00] She's a subcontractor for Vice. [00:30:02] Yes, that's what I'm realizing. [00:30:03] I didn't know that. [00:30:04] Yeah, that's how they are able to keep that business running. [00:30:07] Right. [00:30:08] So I said, I go, okay. [00:30:10] She said, before I contact my boss, right, she's really a subcontractor, but she's saying my boss. [00:30:15] Right. [00:30:16] So it makes it sound like she works for him. [00:30:18] So she's like, and she, listen, she's, you understand, they're, they're doing the whole show. [00:30:23] Like they are, you know, their contract with Vice. [00:30:26] Right. [00:30:26] So she says, let me call my boss. [00:30:29] I said, okay, cool. [00:30:30] She goes, I'll call my boss. [00:30:31] She goes, but before I contact him, she said, I need to know that Diaz is willing to be interviewed. [00:30:36] So I've got to talk to him. [00:30:38] And I went, okay, cool. [00:30:39] I said, I'll contact him. [00:30:40] So I said, I'll send him an email. [00:30:43] I sent him an email. [00:30:44] And then he emailed me back. [00:30:45] I said, Are you still in Orlando? [00:30:47] I've got a producer for Vice TV that wants to talk to you. [00:30:51] And I said, I can arrange that. [00:30:53] I said, But I need to know, are you still in Orlando? [00:30:55] And he came back. [00:30:55] He said, Yes, I'm still in Orlando. [00:30:57] And I said, Okay, cool. [00:30:58] Send me your. [00:31:01] Your cell phone, right? [00:31:02] Because his cell phone had been changed. [00:31:05] And your contact info. [00:31:07] So I contact her and I said, listen, here's his email address. [00:31:12] He's going to send me his contact info, but I said, you can go ahead and contact him and I'll get you his cell phone as soon as he sends it. [00:31:18] I said, or if he responds to you, whatever. [00:31:20] So she then sent him an email. [00:31:24] And so some time goes by and I sent her an email saying, hey, what happened? [00:31:28] And she comes back and she says, She came, so she comes back and she says, Hi, Matt. [00:31:38] I thought I had copied you on the email. [00:31:40] Apologies. [00:31:42] Yeah. [00:31:43] And then she put, here's a copy of what I sent, just so you know, in case he reaches out to you first. [00:31:50] Then he said, fingers crossed, one of these avenues works. [00:31:55] Well, I never heard from her or him again. [00:31:58] I called her. [00:32:00] She didn't respond to the call. [00:32:02] I actually had a call with her and Henry. [00:32:04] Henry had talked to her too. [00:32:05] And on the call with Henry and the call with me, I said, look, I want to make sure you understand I'm not giving you the story. [00:32:13] Like, this is my story. [00:32:16] I don't want to be screwed out of my store. [00:32:17] She was absolutely mad. [00:32:18] She's that's not how I work. [00:32:20] I would not do that. [00:32:21] She and she's saying, I work for Vice, I work for Vice TV. [00:32:25] It's a credible company. [00:32:26] I would never do that. [00:32:28] She said, I assure you, I just need to make sure that talk to him to make sure he's okay with it. [00:32:32] If he's okay, I come back to you. [00:32:34] If it's if you say no, it's no. [00:32:36] I said, Okay, cool. [00:32:38] Because I'm the only reason she even knows about this guy. [00:32:41] And it's not like there's anything, there's no public records out there, there's no articles, there's none of that. [00:32:47] Like, I think there's one. [00:32:48] No, I don't think there's an article with his name in it. [00:32:50] So I'm the one that put together all the pieces, the whole thing. [00:32:55] And so I don't hear from her again. [00:32:58] I called her once. [00:32:59] I think I sent her a text. [00:33:01] That's it. [00:33:02] Don't ever hear from her again. [00:33:03] Don't ever hear from Jacob. [00:33:04] Well, obviously, huh? [00:33:06] Should we expose her on here? [00:33:07] Tell her name? [00:33:08] I already did. [00:33:09] Oh, you did? [00:33:10] Her name is Claudia Christ. [00:33:11] Oh, God. [00:33:12] I can't believe you did that, bro. [00:33:13] With the K or with C? [00:33:15] It's Claudia with a C, obviously. [00:33:17] And it's Chris with a K, K-I-S-T. [00:33:20] Oh, K-I-S-T? [00:33:21] K-I-S-T. [00:33:23] Okay. [00:33:24] Kissed. [00:33:25] And Claudia assured me that she didn't do business like that. [00:33:29] She wouldn't screw me out of anything. [00:33:30] And I basically wrote their whole thing. [00:33:32] And here's what happened. [00:33:33] That's exactly what scammers do. [00:33:35] She got to them. [00:33:36] As soon as he got the email, he called her. [00:33:38] Yeah. [00:33:39] She said, I'll give you 10 grand. [00:33:41] Right. [00:33:41] We don't need Matt Cox. [00:33:42] He already wrote the goddamn story. [00:33:43] Right. [00:33:43] We've already got the fucking, we already got his story. [00:33:46] We don't need that guy. [00:33:47] Why would I give him credit for anything? [00:33:49] Yeah. [00:33:50] By the way, he wants 20. [00:33:51] I'll give you 15. [00:33:52] Yeah. [00:33:52] I mean, so basically, and I don't know anything about it. [00:33:55] Don't know anything about it until later. [00:33:57] A buddy of mine calls me up and says, Yo, bro, that Diaz thing, huh? [00:34:03] I doubt they paid him more than $5,000. [00:34:05] Yeah, I agree. [00:34:05] They did. [00:34:06] No, they were probably like, Matt wants $3,000. [00:34:07] We'll give you five. [00:34:09] Yeah. [00:34:10] So they said, So my buddy calls and says, Yo, bro, I saw the thing on Jacob Diaz. [00:34:15] There's a thing on Jacob Diaz, man. === Scammers and False Receipts (07:55) === [00:34:17] That's super cool. [00:34:18] I go, What are you talking about? [00:34:19] He said, Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:34:21] He said, The series. [00:34:22] I was a teenage felon. [00:34:23] I went, he goes, yeah, I was scrolling through it the other day. [00:34:25] I saw Jacob Diaz. [00:34:26] Yeah, you wrote that story. [00:34:28] He said, yeah, the cartel kid. [00:34:29] I went, no, no, I wrote The Unlikely Narco. [00:34:32] And he goes, no, no, it's Jacob Diaz. [00:34:33] It's the cartel kid. [00:34:34] I go, hold on. [00:34:35] I go to the site, boom, I see it, and I'm going, oh, fuck, I wish I had that on footage. [00:34:42] That's my story. [00:34:43] I read, I mean, literally, I could have written the little blurb. [00:34:46] I could have written it. [00:34:46] It was taken directly from my synopsis, like, boom. [00:34:49] Directly from your manuscript? [00:34:52] I have the synopsis, but I also have. [00:34:56] A little jacket cover, which is like two or three paragraphs. [00:34:59] I mean, it's basically they just rewrote it a little bit. [00:35:01] It's, it's, it's, I'm going, oh my God. [00:35:05] This motherfucker. [00:35:06] Then I called Danny. [00:35:07] I said, oh no, I called, I called Henry. [00:35:09] And Henry's, Henry, the other producer I'm working with, he's like, yeah, bro, he's, they're dirty. [00:35:14] He's like, I don't know what to tell you, man. [00:35:16] It's vice. [00:35:16] Vice is dirty because vice will steal stuff from people all the time. [00:35:19] It's horrible. [00:35:20] He said, the problem is, is like, it's hard to sue them because the truth is there's not a lot of money in it. [00:35:25] And you go to some lawyer, what's the lawyer going to do? [00:35:27] The lawyer's going to be like, yeah. [00:35:28] Well, they have a lot of money, though. [00:35:29] They have a lot of money, but they're going to be like, yeah, but they have their whole system. [00:35:34] He said, because their whole system is set up to rip people off. [00:35:37] Yeah, absolutely. [00:35:38] Right. [00:35:39] So, that if you end up with a lawyer, the lawyer's like, Yeah, but when we sue, we'll sue this and this and this, and there's nothing to get. [00:35:44] Like, what did that episode make them? [00:35:46] Right. [00:35:46] How much are we going to make? [00:35:48] Is it worth going to? [00:35:49] And they're going to fight us. [00:35:51] They've got lawyers on staff. [00:35:52] They're going to fight us because their whole business model is based on ripping people off. [00:35:56] Yeah. [00:35:57] So, anyway. [00:35:59] So, well, their business model is based on being a cool company and getting people to work there for little to nothing. [00:36:07] That is exactly what Henry said. [00:36:09] Yeah. [00:36:09] He said they get these interns and people come and use and they work them to death for a couple years until they become disenfranchised. [00:36:16] And then they say, I'm done. [00:36:17] And then they quit, but they get the best out of them. [00:36:19] Yeah. [00:36:20] Yeah. [00:36:20] I've talked to a lot of people who worked for Vice for a long time. [00:36:23] One kid who actually is going to come on here soon, he worked there from the very, very beginning when the guy Shane founded it. [00:36:31] And he worked there for fucking decades and then he just got fired last year. [00:36:36] But they sold the company off to investors and it's not owned by the original. [00:36:40] They cashed out. [00:36:41] Now it's just run by. [00:36:43] Who knows who? [00:36:44] It's corporate. [00:36:45] What kills me is why do that? [00:36:49] Why would you do that when I've got a ton of stories? [00:36:52] Why try and fuck somebody out of one story? [00:36:55] Because they're taking that and they're on to the next one. [00:36:59] It's a mill. [00:37:01] It's a mill. [00:37:02] I watched the whole episode. [00:37:03] You watched the episode. [00:37:05] The episode is so watered down compared to my story. [00:37:08] I actually haven't watched it yet. [00:37:09] Are you serious? [00:37:11] It's super watered down, it's very watered down. [00:37:14] You know, he, because honestly, let's face it, with where the commercial, it's only 45 minutes. [00:37:19] Like they, they, and they, it's funny, it's like some of the stuff that they really focus on. [00:37:22] Well, here's the thing, they have a budget. [00:37:23] Wait, wait, you watched it for the first time today after I sent it to you? [00:37:26] Yes. [00:37:26] Okay. [00:37:27] So my whole thing is, I'm watching it and I'm like, why didn't they talk about this? [00:37:31] Why didn't they do this? [00:37:32] They could have done B roll here. [00:37:33] They could have done this. [00:37:34] But the more I thought about it, the more I thought, well, wait a minute, they have a limited budget. [00:37:37] Like they really utilize the interviews. [00:37:41] Like it's almost all interviews because interviews are cheap. [00:37:43] Oh, yeah. [00:37:44] It's like basically a fucking, it's a guy sitting on a couch like that. [00:37:47] Exactly. [00:37:48] With one camera andor maybe two cameras, and they just cut B roll in. [00:37:51] Right. [00:37:51] It's all B roll. [00:37:52] Super cheap. [00:37:53] So, yeah, it's a super cheap. [00:37:55] And that's the whole thing. [00:37:56] It's not worth, like, how do you sue for that? [00:37:58] Like, and not just that, based on that, like, to me, I was thinking, well, they didn't, is that theft of my intellectual property? [00:38:05] Like, the narrative that I have, my story is so much better than that that I'm like, I wonder, does that go anywhere? [00:38:12] It's just not a great episode on this kid compared to this kid's story. [00:38:16] Listen, this kid's got a great story. [00:38:18] What? [00:38:18] Have you reached out to him at all? [00:38:20] Um, I mean, he and I actually, we actually met in Orlando to talk about him signing his life rights. [00:38:27] And what happened was when we were in prison, it was 50 50. [00:38:33] But he never signed. [00:38:34] So when we got out, I said, 60 40. [00:38:37] And he was like, oh, that's not right. [00:38:39] I said, no, I've put in a significant amount of effort at this point. [00:38:43] It's 60 40. [00:38:44] I said, you had an opportunity. [00:38:46] You then tried to get, he then had a buddy come to me and try and get the story from me. [00:38:52] When I was in prison, I was like, but I knew, and I was like, I knew something was up. [00:38:57] Like, I know you're friends with him, and that's a friend of Diaz's. [00:39:00] And I thought, no, you're trying to get the story to send to Diaz. [00:39:05] Like, because you didn't sign, not that he could do anything with, like, even this, even this thing, like, I mean, even the vice thing, you didn't, you couldn't even do that by yourself. [00:39:15] It went through me. [00:39:16] Like, you're not going to take your story and run and do anything with your story if it doesn't go through me because. [00:39:23] You know, you're just some ex con who's got an alcohol problem and fixes credit for a living. [00:39:31] But by the way, he has called me. [00:39:33] Like, that's what I got a client for him. [00:39:34] Yeah. [00:39:35] But I mean, he called, like, trust me, I wouldn't give him my social. [00:39:37] Like, he literally called me. [00:39:39] Oh, listen, the stuff he was doing in prison. [00:39:41] Yeah. [00:39:42] Like, he would call me several times when I was, even when I was in the halfway house, he was calling me on my cell phone, drunk, 11, 12 o'clock at night, drunk, just, what are we going to do about this story, bro? [00:39:54] You know, I'm like, you know, what are you doing, bro? [00:39:58] Like, yeah. [00:39:59] So, anyway, he, so I know he wasn't going to do anything with it. [00:40:02] So I went out and I said, look, 60 40. [00:40:04] And he agreed, 60, he was okay, fine. [00:40:05] He was 60 40. [00:40:07] And I sent him the contract and I never got the contract back. [00:40:11] And while this whole thing was happening, so literally in the same time period, this thing happened. [00:40:17] And I'm just assuming he's going to sign the contract. [00:40:19] We've already agreed. [00:40:21] No. [00:40:22] But yeah, the episode's watered down because he actually has a great story. [00:40:25] You have to admit, it's gutsy. [00:40:27] This is a kid who's 18, starts driving around a cartel member, setting up houses, setting up drop houses where they store drugs, starts distributing the drugs, collecting the money, setting up cars to move through. [00:40:45] The United States to bring drugs to Orlando. [00:40:49] And he's flying back. [00:40:51] He moves to Acapulco and lives there for several years and starts arranging drug. [00:40:57] This is in the middle of the cartel wars. [00:40:59] People are dying left and right. [00:41:02] But he's an American. [00:41:04] Having an American passport and being Mexican American, by the way, he doesn't look Mexican. [00:41:09] He looks like a white kid. [00:41:12] So he very easily goes back and forth between Mexico. [00:41:16] One time he actually got caught with money. [00:41:19] The DEA comes in. [00:41:21] They take the money. [00:41:22] They give them a receipt and they leave. [00:41:25] They don't arrest them because they don't know it's drug money. [00:41:28] They said, but if you can prove where the money came from, you can get the money back. [00:41:31] He called a lawyer. [00:41:32] The lawyer's like, look, what are you doing? [00:41:33] You're saying you made the money doing what? [00:41:35] Mowing yards? [00:41:36] What are you doing? [00:41:38] You're not getting the money back. [00:41:39] You'd have to claim taxes. [00:41:40] You'd have to prove where it came from. [00:41:41] This is drug money. [00:41:43] Just walk away. [00:41:44] So he just walked away. [00:41:45] How much money? [00:41:47] I don't know how many. [00:41:47] Was it $100,000 or $200,000? [00:41:49] And then he had to pay back the cartel. [00:41:50] Oh, yeah. [00:41:51] Then another time he gets chased by the cops. [00:41:53] He throws like $300,000. [00:41:54] He hides it, gets caught, goes to jail. [00:41:57] Like three or four months later, he gets out, goes back to the woods, gets the money. [00:42:01] He's like, because I can't lose more money. [00:42:03] I just lost money. [00:42:04] I just paid back the other money I lost. [00:42:06] Like, they'll kill me. [00:42:08] So he gets the money, goes back. [00:42:09] I mean, he's got a bunch of stuff to chase him with helicopters. [00:42:11] He has some great stuff. === Proving the Source of Funds (02:45) === [00:42:13] And this is the thing. [00:42:13] Like, a lot of these stories, it was like, that seems far fetched. [00:42:16] But then I would get the police report in. [00:42:18] Yeah. [00:42:18] They chased him with a helicopter. [00:42:20] They even charged him for the helicopter fuel. [00:42:24] So, you know, he's got interesting stuff and he does. [00:42:27] He's traveling back. [00:42:28] Then I read the transcripts. [00:42:30] Listen, the FBI, sorry, DEA agent, the DEA agent on the stand made him sound like he was a huge drug dealer. [00:42:41] Like he was practically a member of the cartel. [00:42:42] Yeah. [00:42:43] Anyway, look, it's a great story. [00:42:46] Yeah. [00:42:46] It is a great story. [00:42:46] The problem is the vice version sucks. [00:42:48] Yeah. [00:42:50] Not impressed. [00:42:51] No, I wasn't impressed at all. [00:42:52] Yeah. [00:42:53] None of their new stuff really sucks. [00:42:54] None of the stuff they're doing right now is any good. [00:42:56] Is any good? [00:42:57] Not that I think. [00:42:57] I don't know. [00:42:58] Well, I mean, I've only seen two. [00:43:02] Actually, that one and another one called The Queen of Meth or something like that. [00:43:07] The Teenage Felon's one aren't that bad. [00:43:09] We had that other guy on here that had an episode on there. [00:43:12] Oh, yeah. [00:43:14] You know, the problem is, if you just watch the episode, you'd probably think, man, that's pretty good. [00:43:19] Yeah. [00:43:20] But if you read my story and then watch it, you're like, that sucks. [00:43:22] Yeah. [00:43:24] What other stories do you have? [00:43:27] Out there, out in the market right now, that have interest to become films or documentaries. [00:43:32] You know, like Boziaks, I can't talk about, but you know, it's great. [00:43:36] That's going to happen. [00:43:37] Is it going to happen? [00:43:37] Oh, it's definitely going to happen. [00:43:38] Really? [00:43:39] Yeah, you saw the sizzle. [00:43:40] I showed you the sizzle. [00:43:40] I saw the sizzle. [00:43:41] I actually, I don't think I saw the sizzle. [00:43:44] Oh, bro, I got to show you. [00:43:45] Do you have it with you? [00:43:46] Yeah, but I can't play it. [00:43:47] Like, if Henry even knew I had it. [00:43:48] If they, like, even if Henry sees this, he's going to be like, what? [00:43:51] Wait, who's Henry? [00:43:52] Henry Roosevelt, the guy who, like, I can't even talk about this scene. [00:43:57] Dane of the production company? [00:43:58] Yes. [00:43:58] Oh, have they sold it? [00:43:59] Yes. [00:43:59] Look, what are you doing? [00:44:01] So anyway, I have it. [00:44:01] We don't have to tell details. [00:44:02] Who cares? [00:44:03] No one. [00:44:03] Bro, because they freak out. [00:44:04] You don't have to say who it is. [00:44:06] They freak out. [00:44:06] I mean, this is alleged. [00:44:08] They don't watch this. [00:44:10] Bro, they're going to watch this. [00:44:11] They're going to watch this. [00:44:12] They're going to watch this. [00:44:12] Nobody watches this. [00:44:13] Everybody watches Concrete. [00:44:15] No. [00:44:15] Talking about. [00:44:15] Listen, every time I get recognized, the first thing they say is, I saw you on Concrete. [00:44:20] I'm like. [00:44:20] They're talking about the first episode, not the fucking eight. [00:44:22] Oh, no, yeah, because nobody watches any of these anymore. [00:44:24] Everybody's going to watch it because Danny's going to title it Vice Scammed Matt Cox. [00:44:29] See, I would cut these up. [00:44:31] I don't know why you don't cut up one, the AR 15 one, two, the Vice one. [00:44:36] They do get cut up. [00:44:37] Huh? [00:44:37] They do get cut up. [00:44:38] Yeah, but that's on the clip one, right? [00:44:40] Yeah, but you go to like two minutes, three minutes. [00:44:42] Yeah. [00:44:43] I think to me it'd be. [00:44:44] I don't do it, but who does it? [00:44:46] Somebody else that edits it and does all that. [00:44:48] Post it like they run the channel, just like your guy runs a channel for you, right? [00:44:51] Not Austin. [00:44:52] You have a decent sis over there and wears fucking socks and looks cool and travels the fucking world. [00:44:56] He just got back from fucking Iceland or something. === Vice Scammed Matt Cox (15:43) === [00:44:58] That's right. [00:44:59] Where'd you get back from? [00:44:59] Where's the last place you went where? [00:45:03] St. Shells? [00:45:04] Is that a? [00:45:05] What the fuck? [00:45:05] Is St. Shells? [00:45:05] That a country? [00:45:07] Oh, Madagascar. [00:45:09] He just got back from fucking Madagascar. [00:45:11] Is there anything? [00:45:11] I text him their day. [00:45:12] I'm like hey, we got a podcast Friday. [00:45:13] He's like, oh fuck, I'm in Madagascar, I'll Oop. [00:45:17] What can you Uber? [00:45:18] Yeah. [00:45:19] Yeah, right. [00:45:20] He's in Madagascar one week, fucking Greece the next week, fucking Antarctica tomorrow. [00:45:25] Life is good, man. [00:45:29] Fucking well traveled. [00:45:30] And his mom's hot, right? [00:45:32] And his mom's hot. [00:45:34] I don't know. [00:45:34] You gotta hook Matt Cox up with your mom. [00:45:36] His mom was hot. [00:45:37] His mom is hot. [00:45:38] Everyone says, allegedly. [00:45:39] I've never seen her, but apparently she's hot. [00:45:40] Do we have pictures? [00:45:43] I'm sure Austin's dying to show you fucking pictures. [00:45:45] I'm assuming Austin's smiling behind the screen, but he may be steaming. [00:45:49] Yeah. [00:45:49] No, he's shaking his head saying, who the fuck? [00:45:51] Fuck said that about my mom. [00:45:53] Oh, let me see. [00:45:54] What else? [00:45:56] I don't know. [00:45:58] I don't know, man. [00:46:01] We got your NFT. [00:46:01] Your NFT is coming out, right? [00:46:03] Are we going to watch the Vice thing? [00:46:04] You want to watch it? [00:46:05] I mean, we can watch it so you can see how. [00:46:06] Listen, this kid in prison, by the way, was thin, in shape, good looking kid. [00:46:13] Now he's like a little butter ball. [00:46:18] The cartel kid. [00:46:20] Oh, I know what I wanted to talk to you about. [00:46:22] The Ghislaine Maxwell. [00:46:24] Right. [00:46:24] Yeah, yeah. [00:46:25] I talked to Sean Atwood about it. [00:46:27] Did you? [00:46:27] The other day, because he's an expert in it. [00:46:29] He's been studying. [00:46:31] You probably know, but he's obsessed with it. [00:46:32] Oh, yeah. [00:46:34] He's been making videos following Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell for the past fucking decade, probably, something like that. [00:46:40] He's made hundreds of videos about them, and he knows every single little detail about every part of their lives and their case and everything. [00:46:48] And he sat down with this other guy, and they basically laid out all of the possibilities for all of the possible outcomes for her trial. [00:46:58] You know, they laid out like four or five possible outcomes like mistrial. [00:47:02] You know, they know like what she's doing. [00:47:04] They like, oh, she's annoying the judge. [00:47:06] She's writing the judge these fucking letters every single day, and they're annoying the fuck out of the judge. [00:47:13] That's a bad idea. [00:47:16] And she's so arrogant, like her father, Robert Maxwell, the billionaire media mogul. [00:47:23] And they're just like, they're laying out like her personality, how she's acting, how she's acting towards the judge, annoying the judge. [00:47:32] They're talking about the jury. [00:47:34] And I don't know. [00:47:35] The way they're laying it out, they go over what they think all the possible outcomes will be. [00:47:42] I mean, she's going to be guilty, right? [00:47:46] I mean, you've got, it doesn't take, in federal court, it just doesn't take much to get a guilty verdict. [00:47:54] You think she'll be guilty? [00:47:55] I think she'll be. [00:47:55] You should just leave him out there. [00:47:58] Yeah, she'll be found guilty. [00:47:59] Hello? [00:48:01] I think she'll be found guilty. [00:48:03] Really? [00:48:03] Yeah. [00:48:03] I mean, listen, it just doesn't take my. [00:48:05] You get four or five people on the stand that say the same general thing of what you did. [00:48:11] And then the U.S. attorney says what she did was illegal. [00:48:14] And these people just told you that that's what she did. [00:48:18] We're asking you, is she guilty of that? [00:48:20] And they're all going to be like, well, if you're saying that this is what the law says, If she did this, she's guilty. [00:48:27] And then they all said that's what she did. [00:48:29] Well, then she's guilty. [00:48:30] They're all going to go, Yeah, she's guilty. [00:48:31] But that's it. [00:48:32] It's over. [00:48:32] Right. [00:48:33] Doesn't matter if it's hearsay. [00:48:34] Doesn't matter if you guys all got together. [00:48:36] Doesn't matter if it was coach. [00:48:37] Doesn't matter if there's no evidence. [00:48:39] Coach is lame. [00:48:39] Did you see that they just had the pilot on the stand like two days ago? [00:48:42] The Jeffrey's pilot. [00:48:44] Yeah. [00:48:44] When he was like. [00:48:45] And they named all those people that were on it. [00:48:47] Who was Chris Tucker on the plane? [00:48:50] Was it the Prince Andrew? [00:48:51] Is it Prince Andrew? [00:48:52] Oh, yeah. [00:48:52] He was on it hundreds of times. [00:48:54] But Chris Tucker was on there. [00:48:56] There was a couple other just like random celebrities. [00:48:58] What was it? [00:48:58] What's the uh, the lawyer that was on there, too? [00:49:00] The lawyer, um, uh, OJ's lawyer. [00:49:04] No, the Kardashian, uh, dad died a long time ago, man. [00:49:08] No, no, bro. [00:49:09] Epstein's been flying his jet around fucking the Bahamas for the last 30 years. [00:49:14] The Kardashian's dad represented OJ. [00:49:16] Yeah, no, I'm talking about Dershowitz. [00:49:18] He died the day after that trial. [00:49:21] It was Dershowitz. [00:49:21] When was that? [00:49:22] He's been dead. [00:49:22] What, when did uh, 20 years ago? [00:49:24] When was the OJ trial? [00:49:25] I don't know. [00:49:26] Well, you keep talking about the Kardashians, it's not him, it was Dershowitz. [00:49:29] Oh, Dershowitz. [00:49:29] Okay, yeah. [00:49:30] I was hoping to get a job. [00:49:32] Which was also one of OJ's lawyers. [00:49:36] But the thing about that is there's a lot of people that could have just been on the plane, that could have just been passing by. [00:49:41] It doesn't mean anything. [00:49:42] It doesn't mean that you're a child molester if I'm hanging out with you and then suddenly I find out you're a serial killer. [00:49:51] Suddenly it's like, oh, you're a serial killer too, Matt. [00:49:54] You hang out with him. [00:49:54] What are you talking about? [00:49:55] I don't know what this guy does on his off time. [00:49:57] Yeah, but if you're caught flying there a couple dozen times. [00:50:01] Do you want to fly to my Bill? [00:50:03] Bill went there a couple of times. [00:50:04] A lot of times. [00:50:04] Bill's on that bitch like a hundred times. [00:50:07] I think you're too late. [00:50:08] Maybe that's not suspect. [00:50:09] Well, I mean, he's suspect in general. [00:50:11] How about the picture of Bill wearing. [00:50:12] Oh, yeah, Kevin Spacey? [00:50:13] Kevin Spacey. [00:50:14] You know that motherfucker. [00:50:19] Oh, my God. [00:50:19] You know he was fondling little boys. [00:50:21] What the fuck was he doing there, bro? [00:50:23] They probably just hired him to crack jokes while they were there. [00:50:26] Oh, you know he was fucking. [00:50:27] Guaranteed. [00:50:28] Guilty. [00:50:29] Did you see the 60 minute interviews with the girls? [00:50:33] Oh, yeah. [00:50:33] Talking about him? [00:50:35] No, have you seen the interview with him? [00:50:37] Right. [00:50:37] Oh. [00:50:37] With that lady, and he's sitting there just like sweating profusely, trying to like talk himself in circles and fucking lie and discredit everyone. [00:50:46] Why would you even do an interview for me and I'm pleading the 50s? [00:50:49] That was the biggest dumpster fire I've ever seen. [00:50:51] That's a bad idea. [00:50:52] Yeah. [00:50:54] But have you seen the picture of Clinton wearing the dress? [00:50:57] No. [00:50:57] The painting? [00:50:58] What are you talking about? [00:50:58] You got to pull up the painting of Bill wearing the dress. [00:51:00] There's a painting in that mansion there on the island. [00:51:03] We're not doing the vice thing now? [00:51:05] No, we will, but I want to show this. [00:51:08] This is fucking hilarious. [00:51:09] We got to get Matt Cox to do a. [00:51:12] A rendition of this. [00:51:13] Like, you're. [00:51:14] Oh, you should do this. [00:51:14] You already mentioned. [00:51:15] You should repaint this. [00:51:17] What was his name? [00:51:18] We should. [00:51:19] Oh, fuck. [00:51:21] Remember the thing you said to do? [00:51:23] What's his name? [00:51:23] And I was like, BM? [00:51:25] Yeah. [00:51:25] I was like, no, no, no, that's a value. [00:51:26] Oh, yeah, yeah. [00:51:27] I was like, that's a value. [00:51:28] You should redo this, Matt. [00:51:29] This is a real painting. [00:51:30] This is a painting that was in Jeffrey's Epstein's mansion on Fuck Island. [00:51:37] No. [00:51:37] Yes. [00:51:38] Yes. [00:51:41] What is he? [00:51:42] This dude's disturbed. [00:51:43] Oh, yeah. [00:51:44] Uh huh. [00:51:45] There's some fucking shit going on. [00:51:46] Matt, you have to recreate this painting with your face on it. [00:51:51] Actually, I should put Danny on there. [00:51:53] Yeah, yeah. [00:51:54] Don't make me get crazy. [00:51:55] I'll put it up. [00:51:56] I'll put it up on the shelf back there. [00:51:59] Good times. [00:52:00] But yeah, I mean, so one of the things that Sean was saying, he doesn't think that the Clintons are going to be named in the trial at all. [00:52:08] Really? [00:52:09] Yeah. [00:52:09] He doesn't even think that, like, she doesn't want to rattle that cage back in the golden ticket. [00:52:17] Because they're in the Clintons. [00:52:19] They're saying the Clintons are close with the whole Biden administration, right? [00:52:22] Right. [00:52:22] So she wants to sort of like. [00:52:25] Keep them in her good graces. [00:52:27] So she doesn't want to name them or try to like. [00:52:30] If they're not cutting off the jail time. [00:52:33] You know what's funny is like if Epstein had been alive and gone to trial. [00:52:39] I heard that he had trouble. [00:52:40] Sorry, go ahead. [00:52:41] If he had gone to trial, like this chick would. [00:52:44] She would have probably gotten immunity just to testify against him. [00:52:47] Oh, yeah. [00:52:47] But instead, he takes his life and she can't get a deal. [00:52:51] Like she's like, no, you're going to trial. [00:52:52] No, no. [00:52:53] I'll tell you about this guy and this guy and that. [00:52:56] You can't get a deal. [00:52:57] Like, it doesn't matter what she comes up with at this point. [00:53:00] They need somebody. [00:53:01] They got to get somebody. [00:53:02] He's got to get 30 years. [00:53:03] So they feel like they got somebody. [00:53:05] So they're going to put her on. [00:53:06] I'm not saying she didn't do anything. [00:53:07] Just saying in general, she's in a. [00:53:09] She could have got off. [00:53:10] She could have probably got off. [00:53:11] Yeah. [00:53:11] Because she was really only the right hand. [00:53:13] She wasn't the madam. [00:53:15] Right. [00:53:15] She's, yeah. [00:53:17] The procurer. [00:53:18] But I heard recently that Epstein had some shit wrong with him where he couldn't poop. [00:53:24] He had something called. [00:53:26] Yeah, but there was like a scientific term for it called MS something. [00:53:29] Like MS-15 or MS-13? [00:53:31] MS-15. [00:53:32] No, they said he was scared of MS-13 gang in the jail. [00:53:36] Oh, is that a gang? [00:53:37] Oh, my God. [00:53:38] It's like the most ruthless fucking gang. [00:53:40] Is it really? [00:53:40] I've never heard of it. [00:53:41] MS-13? [00:53:42] What is MS-13? [00:53:42] They're like the fucking Mexican killing machinery. [00:53:46] Really? [00:53:47] Yeah. [00:53:47] That's the guy that's in protective custody. [00:53:49] Wasn't he in sort of like a no, I guess he wasn't in protective custody because he was in a cell with like a killer. [00:53:55] Oh, no. [00:53:55] Epstein was in the cell. [00:53:56] He was scared of MS-13. [00:53:58] I heard so I read that Epstein had some sort of disorder where he couldn't shit. [00:54:03] And he was like fucking super stressed out because he hadn't shit in days. [00:54:07] And he couldn't shit, especially because he had that fucking violent cellmate he was with. [00:54:11] He's taking pain pills, probably. [00:54:13] Oh, yeah, probably. [00:54:14] He's all opioid-ed up. [00:54:15] Opioids constipate you. [00:54:17] Oh, yeah. [00:54:17] I mean, I'm not sure they're giving you opiates in prison unless he's buying them. [00:54:21] Unless he's buying something that snuck in. [00:54:23] Of course, half the cameras. [00:54:25] But I don't know, man. [00:54:26] I've been sitting there sleeping on the couch. [00:54:28] It's probably not hard to get pills in. [00:54:30] I don't think it's that outlandish to think that he did. [00:54:34] Just kill himself. [00:54:36] No, I think he killed himself too. [00:54:38] It's very likely he probably killed himself. [00:54:40] That's a coin flip. [00:54:42] Yeah. [00:54:43] Who knows? [00:54:45] We're not going to figure it out. [00:54:46] But what about, like, I mean, is he going to name? [00:54:49] The crazy thing is, who is going to get named in the trial? [00:54:52] That's going to be interesting to watch. [00:54:54] I mean, I don't think anything. [00:54:55] There's not going to be. [00:54:56] You've seen all these programs, like the 60 Minutes and the little documentaries on her and everything else. [00:55:01] What else is going to come out? [00:55:02] It is what it is. [00:55:03] It's got to be. [00:55:04] Yeah. [00:55:04] You know, there's not going to be any bombshells that are going to hit because it's all out there. [00:55:09] All you got to do is tell the story that's already being told to the jury and get the people to stand on the, you know, to get on the stand and say the same thing. [00:55:15] Do you know what the charges are against her? [00:55:17] Like a handful of charges, and there's only a couple people accusing her of the procurement stuff, so I guess it doesn't really matter what the actual charges are. [00:55:24] I'm sure Sean Outwood knows the charges, yeah. [00:55:26] There's only a handful of them, and that only involves a few uh victims. [00:55:31] Well, Austin, Austin, what's she charged with? [00:55:32] Can you pull up her charges? [00:55:33] I mean, it's probably conspiracy to you know to traffic minors, you know, or sex traffic minors, or I'm sure it's all conspiracy because there's only one, I think, one girl that said she was. [00:55:49] In on it. [00:55:49] Like she actually was. [00:55:50] She brought him in as like a massage therapist. [00:55:52] Right. [00:55:53] She brought in her friends. [00:55:54] And she had sex with her too. [00:55:55] There's only one girl that said she had sex with, was involved in the whole thing. [00:55:59] And they had Jeff Epstein's housekeeper for 15 years would talk about how he found all the fucked up toys, like giant double sided dildos, like laying around. [00:56:11] Here's what I don't understand. [00:56:12] It's like, you know what reminds me of? [00:56:14] It's like this guy, Marcus Shrinker. [00:56:15] It's like you're already rich. [00:56:18] You're already a top tier individual. [00:56:21] Like you're at the top of the Pyramid, it's not enough, it's not enough, never enough. [00:56:25] Do something even crazier now. [00:56:27] I have to have a three way dildo and and and with 14 year olds. [00:56:34] Like, what are you doing, bro? [00:56:35] Yeah, I mean, what's it's it's not enough. [00:56:37] Money is a magnifying glass, just makes you more powerful. [00:56:40] And you just think you can get away with anything. [00:56:42] Well, and the first time he did get away with it for a long time. [00:56:44] The first time he did, remember, he got charged in Florida and he ended up getting what like a year, nothing like and he did it in a in a cell where you basically just had to spend the night in the cell, you get to come and go as you want. [00:56:56] The new charges. [00:56:56] Sex trafficking conspiracy. [00:56:57] Ooh, I was right. [00:56:58] Nice. [00:57:00] Sex trafficking of a minor. [00:57:02] So one minor. [00:57:03] Right. [00:57:04] Involving minor victim four. [00:57:08] Victim number four. [00:57:09] Maybe number four. [00:57:10] Victim four. [00:57:11] So there's four victims. [00:57:15] Was around 14 years old. [00:57:19] So here's the other thing. [00:57:21] How come it's all sketches? [00:57:24] How come there's no photos? [00:57:26] Well, you're not allowed to have photos in federal prison or cameras. [00:57:29] In federal court, you're not allowed to have video cameras or photos. [00:57:33] Why, though? [00:57:34] I don't know. [00:57:34] Because, like, the Rittenhouse, I know it was a state thing, but the Rittenhouse thing was live streamed on fucking YouTube. [00:57:40] This one, there's not even a picture. [00:57:42] You can't, you understand? [00:57:42] The file's not going on yet. [00:57:43] You can't get a video. [00:57:44] Yes, it is. [00:57:45] It's on right now? [00:57:46] Yeah. [00:57:47] You can't get a camera in a federal prison either. [00:57:49] Like, you cannot go in and take photos. [00:57:51] You cannot have an actual video camera. [00:57:53] Yeah, but you can if you get, like, the warden to sign off on it. [00:57:57] Yeah, the warden won't. [00:57:58] They never will. [00:57:59] Trust me, I had American Greed. [00:58:00] I had Dateline. [00:58:02] Dateline was able to video me in the U.S. Marshal's custody, but not the Bureau of Prisons' custody. [00:58:09] They just made a policy and they decided, and that's it. [00:58:11] No. [00:58:11] Well, why wouldn't they? [00:58:12] Okay, the reason for that is they were doing it up until it was like in the mid 80s when Barbara Walters did an interview or a special on it. [00:58:24] It was called, and they called it Club Fed. [00:58:27] You heard the term Club Fed. [00:58:29] That's. [00:58:29] That was the name of their episode for like 60 Minutes or 2020 or whatever it was. [00:58:33] I think it was 60 Minutes where they were talking about how, look, you've got these guys in a camp. [00:58:37] They're playing tennis. [00:58:38] They're playing golf. [00:58:39] These guys are eating shrimp. [00:58:41] These guys are eating lobster. [00:58:42] And they were, it was amazing. [00:58:44] Like it was amazing. [00:58:45] Like going to federal prison was great. [00:58:47] So she does this whole, yeah, she does this whole thing. [00:58:50] And then it came out. [00:58:52] They were like, these guys are being arrested. [00:58:54] They're going here. [00:58:55] They're eating lobster. [00:58:56] They're getting to pick omelets and cheese and extra cheese and this. [00:59:00] And then they go off and they play golf in the morning. [00:59:02] They go back and get. [00:59:02] Counted. [00:59:03] Then they go play tennis for two hours. [00:59:05] Then they come back. [00:59:06] Then they have TVs in their cell. [00:59:08] And they were like, This is like being at Club Med, only they called it Club Fed. [00:59:14] And so, sure enough, boom, Bureau of Prisons bulldozed the. [00:59:17] They bulldozed the. [00:59:18] They bulldozed the. [00:59:19] They bulldozed this. [00:59:20] Yeah, it made them look bad. [00:59:21] Yeah. [00:59:21] And they said, no more cameras. [00:59:23] Yeah. [00:59:23] From here on out, if that's how the media is going to portray us, boom, we're done. [00:59:28] So, yeah. [00:59:28] Thanks, Barbara. [00:59:29] Thanks, Barbara. [00:59:29] Wow. [00:59:30] That's so weird, though. [00:59:31] Like, even the courtroom, like, such a high profile case like this. [00:59:34] So they're not filming this trial? [00:59:36] No, there's not even a fucking photo of it. [00:59:37] They're not allowed to have cameras or anything. [00:59:39] I'm surprised somebody didn't. [00:59:40] Red flag number one. [00:59:41] I'm surprised somebody didn't come in with, like, a lapel type thing and a camera or something. [00:59:48] Yeah, you're right. [00:59:49] Well, it's almost like they wanted to keep it on the DL from the get-go because the Rittenhouse shit was everywhere and you could barely find anything on the Maxwell trial. [00:59:58] Because there's some shit they don't want you to hear. [01:00:02] Because the Rittenhouse thing's probably more political, more politicized, more political. [01:00:06] It's just him. [01:00:07] It ain't involved fucking big names with powerful names. [01:00:11] Yeah, right, right. [01:00:13] I don't know. [01:00:14] You would think that would be it. [01:00:15] That's the conspiracy at least. [01:00:16] It's a distraction. [01:00:19] It is a distraction. [01:00:22] Man But um, but the the lady who must draw those pictures She must be fucking quick with it. [01:00:30] Can you imagine how fast you have to draw some of those photos of her Matt you could do that they're pretty detailed I don't know that and that they're pastels and yeah, she's got watercolor. [01:00:39] She got an easel She's over there like fucking Bob Ross. === Courtroom Sketch Artist Needed (03:14) === [01:00:42] How do you get in the courtroom exactly right like what a job that is They definitely can't pay you enough for that. [01:00:48] Can you find out with a like a find out the person that signed you know the person that like does the signing? [01:00:53] Yeah, yeah, or the typewriter I wonder what it's called. [01:00:56] Is it called like a courtroom illustrator? [01:01:00] Is that what you call it? [01:01:00] Must be. [01:01:01] But I was thinking the person that does the ASL, like the American Sign Language, for the White House. [01:01:07] Press conferences and shit. [01:01:08] Yeah. [01:01:08] Do you remember the one where the guy was doing it and actually couldn't sign at all? [01:01:12] Oh, yeah. [01:01:13] There's people that get caught saying that. [01:01:14] And they're doing it and then somebody was like, what's going on? [01:01:19] Courtroom sketch artist salary 44. [01:01:22] Oh, 19 to 99. [01:01:24] That's a hell of a range. [01:01:26] Medium salary, 50 grand. [01:01:28] Make 50,000 bucks doing those. [01:01:29] I wonder, I want to see a video of them doing it. [01:01:31] Is there a video of it? [01:01:32] Probably not. [01:01:32] Because if they're sketching it, there's no cameras allowed. [01:01:38] I'm sure there is. [01:01:39] How do you become a courtroom sketch artist? [01:01:41] Because they did that during like the OJ trial and shit too. [01:01:45] Yeah. [01:01:45] Big trials. [01:01:46] Yeah. [01:01:46] They were filmed. [01:01:48] Why not just video it? [01:01:49] It's so weird. [01:01:51] Some people want to sketch. [01:01:52] It seems timeless. [01:01:54] Some people want to sketch. [01:01:55] You go to Disney World, some people want to look at it. [01:01:57] We'll be putting all those courtroom sketch artists out of jobs. [01:02:00] Soon those sketches will be NFTs. [01:02:02] Oh, excuse me. [01:02:03] I'm going to be on the stand anymore. [01:02:05] Can you sketch me? [01:02:05] Sure. [01:02:06] 45 bucks. [01:02:06] No problem. [01:02:07] Yeah. [01:02:08] I would have paid for that. [01:02:10] Can you have me doing like running with the mic? [01:02:13] Yeah. [01:02:14] Can you get the judge in it? [01:02:16] Sure. [01:02:18] Were there pictures of Charles Manson's trial? [01:02:24] Oh, yeah. [01:02:24] I'm sure. [01:02:24] Remember, there were video cameras everywhere. [01:02:27] Remember, the girls were walking in at the same time wearing like the same dress. [01:02:30] His was state, though, right? [01:02:31] Not federal. [01:02:32] Yeah. [01:02:32] His was still California State. [01:02:34] Okay. [01:02:35] Wow, man. [01:02:36] That's so fucking weird. [01:02:39] Ghislaine. [01:02:40] She's being protected. [01:02:41] Ghislaine. [01:02:43] Oh, look. [01:02:43] Here's a time lapse of it. [01:02:46] Well, I want to see it in real time. [01:02:48] What is. [01:02:49] What? [01:02:55] So I guess they can sit there for a while. [01:02:57] Well, they have to. [01:02:58] They're in there for hours. [01:02:59] So I guess they have time. [01:03:00] Yeah. [01:03:01] Yeah. [01:03:05] What a job. [01:03:09] Yeah, I wouldn't want that job. [01:03:12] I want to get a courtroom sketch artist in here. [01:03:18] Just Lanes. [01:03:18] I want to get the one. [01:03:19] We should hire a guy to do that while we do a podcast with Matt. [01:03:23] Oh, wow. [01:03:23] Sketch us. [01:03:24] That would be sick. [01:03:27] For every episode, we have a sketch thumbnail. [01:03:29] You need to come up with something. [01:03:30] You're losing. [01:03:31] You're losing. [01:03:31] You should hire somebody. [01:03:33] This is a dragon. [01:03:33] People are dropping off. [01:03:34] This is a dragon right now. [01:03:37] Let's watch your video with your. [01:03:38] All right, Vice. [01:03:40] Your Teenage Felon. [01:03:42] Make this thing small in the corner or something. [01:03:44] Oh, God. [01:03:45] So, Vice doesn't fuck me. [01:03:46] Well, they're probably going to, anyways. [01:03:48] They're scamming you out of this. [01:03:50] They're probably going to take all the revenue from this podcast. [01:03:52] How ironic would that be? [01:03:55] Gotcha again. === Hiring a Sketch Artist (14:17) === [01:03:57] You want to talk shit? [01:03:58] What's her name? [01:03:58] Oh, yeah. [01:03:59] Yeah. [01:04:00] Yeah. [01:04:00] What's her name? [01:04:01] Claudia Kissed. [01:04:02] Claudia Kissed. [01:04:03] You know, I've called her. [01:04:04] I've called her and left messages like, hey, what's up with this? [01:04:07] How that happened, Claudia? [01:04:08] You want to give me a call? [01:04:09] Nothing. [01:04:10] Oh, you sent her this? [01:04:11] No. [01:04:12] I've called her and left messages saying, hey, I just watched. [01:04:16] This episode, The Cartel Kid. [01:04:18] Today, you sent this to me. [01:04:19] Yeah. [01:04:19] And I said, which is exactly like my The Unlikely Anarcho. [01:04:25] I said, I'm just wondering how that happened. [01:04:27] I'd love for you to give me a call back and let me know what happened. [01:04:30] Nothing. [01:04:31] Nothing. [01:04:32] Have you talked to the kids? [01:04:33] Called twice. [01:04:34] No, he doesn't return. [01:04:35] He's not going to return my call. [01:04:36] No. [01:04:37] You know, what's so funny about that is like, now what's going to happen is I'm doing a true crime podcast. [01:04:42] I've got another deal with these guys in this other production company, right? [01:04:47] Like, I haven't signed the contract yet. [01:04:48] We're still going back and forth. [01:04:49] But, If assuming I sign the contract, right, that his story is going to be one of those stories, well, guess what? [01:04:56] It could become huge. [01:08:47] A couple seconds ago, you said if they just gave you the credit, it's all right. [01:08:50] Wait, that's not even about the money. [01:08:53] Consulting producer? [01:08:54] It's still a credit, Matt. [01:08:56] I mean, it's a producer credit. [01:08:58] Are you sure? [01:08:59] Yes. [01:08:59] It says producer. [01:09:00] It says consulting. [01:10:36] Keep going. [01:10:37] Yeah. [01:10:38] Thin, working out all the time, in great shape. [01:10:41] What if she has the biggest one at the end? [01:10:43] Legal counsel, Matt. [01:10:44] That's who you want to get a hold of. [01:10:46] Kimberly Lord. [01:10:48] Frankel Whitehead, LLP. [01:10:50] The law offices of Lincoln Bandlow. [01:10:54] No, Claudia, bro. [01:10:56] She doesn't need the credit. [01:10:56] She got paid. [01:10:57] What if she gave up her consulting credit? [01:11:00] For you. [01:11:01] She didn't. [01:11:02] Well, where's her name? [01:11:04] Getty Images, Pond 5. [01:11:06] That's where the real meat of this thing came from. [01:11:08] Yeah. [01:11:10] Catherine White. [01:11:11] What if she said, oh, there's more producer credits? [01:11:15] Keep going. [01:11:16] Yeah, executive. [01:11:18] Nope. [01:11:18] Catherine White's been in here a fucking dozen times already. [01:11:22] That's it. [01:11:23] No Claudia. [01:11:24] Since the filming of this episode, Sheila and Jacob have gone their separate ways. [01:11:29] Who the hell is that? [01:11:30] What about Matt Cox? [01:11:31] He's over here texting a letter. [01:11:33] He's texting a lawyer right now. [01:11:36] I'm texting Henry. [01:11:41] Henry. [01:11:43] What if Claudia said, you know what? [01:11:45] Look, guys, I got the story from Matt. [01:11:48] He can take my credit. [01:11:49] Just give me the $10,000. [01:11:51] We'll call it even. [01:11:54] Maybe she's not that bad. [01:11:55] Yeah, she sounds like a pretty good person. [01:11:58] Bro, she never called. [01:11:59] Bro, listen, listen. [01:12:00] You know, they put my name on. [01:12:00] You didn't have to use her credit. [01:12:02] Will you stop? [01:12:02] She didn't have to do that. [01:12:03] What are you talking about, bro? [01:12:04] I've never heard anything about this. [01:12:06] Like, I've never heard anything about it. [01:12:07] And first of all, I wrote the story. [01:12:12] I'm an executive producer. [01:12:13] I'm not a consultant. [01:12:14] Like, that's something. [01:12:15] Oh, no. [01:12:16] All right. [01:12:16] Bro, you got to earn your stripes. [01:12:17] You can't just jump. [01:12:18] Earn my stripes? [01:12:19] I wrote the story. [01:12:20] Bro, you can't just jump. [01:12:20] What are you talking about? [01:12:22] You can't just go from YouTuber to executive producer, okay? [01:12:26] You got to pay your dues. [01:12:29] This is corporate media we're talking about, okay? [01:12:32] Not just some little YouTube podcast. [01:12:34] I can't believe they fucking put you on there after all that. [01:12:37] I can't believe you caught that. [01:12:38] I just watched the episode. [01:12:39] I would have never caught that, honestly. [01:12:40] Not just that. [01:12:41] He got the eagle eye. [01:12:42] Why wouldn't she? [01:12:45] He goes, and they didn't pay you? [01:12:47] Henry goes, and they didn't pay you? [01:12:49] Well, you got the credit. [01:12:49] Why do you need payment? [01:12:52] No. [01:12:53] First of all, look, if I'm talking to you and I'm saying, look, this much money and this, you just blow me off and you give me this and never talk to me again. [01:13:03] Come on, bro. [01:13:04] That's not a deal. [01:13:04] No, she took the cheap way out. [01:13:06] She didn't actually pay you. [01:13:07] Right. [01:13:07] She's thinking, copped out. [01:13:08] We gave you this. [01:13:10] That's going to be their excuse when your lawyer calls. [01:13:12] Right. [01:13:12] Well, my lawyer's not going to knock her off. [01:13:13] Call, I wasn't going to call even if it wasn't there. [01:13:15] I wasn't going to call because there's no money in this show and they've got it set up and it's all bullshit and there's no way to get any money out of it. [01:13:21] And you got your credit, even if you got a portion of the money. [01:13:23] How much are you going to get? [01:13:24] Like, you can't hire a lawyer to get you 10 grand. [01:13:27] Like, no lawyer is going to be like, I'm going to fight tooth and nail and in the end, I'm going to get you 10,000. [01:13:32] Well, what do you get? [01:13:33] You're going to owe me 60. [01:13:34] Yeah, exactly. [01:13:37] Right. [01:13:37] Give me 10 now. [01:13:38] I'll get you your 10. [01:13:39] Oh, yeah. [01:13:39] Henry's like, What the fuck? [01:13:41] Oh, that's hilarious, man. [01:13:43] But that's how it is though. [01:13:44] That's like we talked about before. [01:13:45] That's there's a you know production company. [01:13:48] Heads of production companies and people like Claudia are scouring YouTube for podcasts like this, looking for content to sell to companies like Vice or to sell to Netflix. [01:13:58] I mean, you can't blame her. [01:13:59] That's her job. [01:14:00] That's what they do. [01:14:02] They're like farming for content by watching podcasts. [01:14:04] Yeah. [01:14:04] Oh, they are. [01:14:05] Listen, bro, I've had almost multiple people, not almost everybody, but at least 70, 80% is I saw you on concrete. [01:14:13] I saw you on concrete. [01:14:15] That's why when people are always like, bro, does Danny pay you? [01:14:18] I hope you're getting it. [01:14:19] It's like, bro, what are you talking about? [01:14:20] The exposure that Danny gets me. [01:14:22] Is is worth anything. [01:14:23] He could have paid me, like I was in the halfway house. [01:14:27] I mean, i'm not saying I like Danny, we know, we know, we know Danny yeah, but i'm saying in general Danny, how dare you did me a huge service huge, whether his that was his intent or not he he, how dare you question my intentions? [01:14:42] But but it's walking with both hands here. [01:14:44] Well, it is, but he did. [01:14:45] He did irrep for me to sit here and say oh, I would have done it on my own. [01:14:48] No, he irrevocably changed, altered the, the course of my life. [01:14:53] Like honestly, if I hadn't come on the podcast, Very good chance right now. [01:14:59] I'm working at okay, maybe not McDonald's. [01:15:01] I'm hoping I could get Starbucks. [01:15:03] I wouldn't mind working at Starbucks, Barnes Noble. [01:15:05] I think Starbucks is a hard job, bro. [01:15:07] Like those baristas, they got to know a lot of stuff. [01:15:10] I'm not that sharp. [01:15:11] I'm not going to learn anything new. [01:15:14] I'm all filled up. [01:15:15] Yeah. [01:15:15] Like there's no new stuff coming here. [01:15:18] But I mean, I'm probably working at FedEx driving a truck or something. [01:15:22] I mean, not that that's a bad job. [01:15:23] I'm not saying there's a bad job. [01:15:24] That's also a hard job. [01:15:25] I want an easier job. [01:15:26] Let's go car salesman. [01:15:27] See, I can never say car salesman. [01:15:29] You would be a great car salesman. [01:15:32] My ex wife's husband is a car salesman, just not a truck salesman. [01:15:36] Whenever I joke around about it, I'm like, what am I going to be? [01:15:38] A reused car salesman? [01:15:39] She's like, hey, hey, hey. [01:15:40] They make money. [01:15:41] I'm like, I'm not saying it's a bad job. [01:15:43] You could be, oh, you couldn't be a mortgage broker, could you? [01:15:46] No, no. [01:15:47] Oh my God. [01:15:47] Those guys make money. [01:15:48] The guy who got me my mortgage, he is counting money. [01:15:51] I'll tell you what, if he never came on the podcast, Gary Sullivan's coming back right about now. [01:15:56] Yeah. [01:15:57] Oh, Gary would have shown and had an appearance, trust me. [01:15:59] But you took the ball and fucking ran with it like no one else. [01:16:02] I'm trying. [01:16:03] Hey, I have a question. [01:16:04] What about your deal with the. [01:16:06] With the mortgage broker, when you called me, you're like, he's charging this much. [01:16:09] I'm like, call him back. [01:16:10] Say this. [01:16:11] Say that. [01:16:11] Say this. [01:16:12] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [01:16:13] That's too much. [01:16:14] That's this. [01:16:14] Plus, ask him about the yield spread. [01:16:16] Ask him about. [01:16:17] I mean, he was like, hold on, I'm calling right now. [01:16:19] Oh, when I was, yeah, I was doing my mortgage broker. [01:16:21] I didn't know. [01:16:21] I said, I've never dealt with them. [01:16:22] I've only dealt with a bank for my previous mortgage. [01:16:24] I just went straight to the bank. [01:16:25] This was the first time I went through a broker. [01:16:27] Right. [01:16:27] So I was seeing all these things. [01:16:28] I didn't know what the fuck I was looking at. [01:16:30] All these terms I've never heard of ever, all this stuff. [01:16:33] I'm calling Matt every day, like, what the fuck does this mean? [01:16:35] What the fuck does this mean? [01:16:36] This guy's scamming me. [01:16:37] This guy's squeezing me. [01:16:38] Dude, this mortgage broker was so sick of me by the time we were done with this loan. [01:16:43] Now I'm calling. [01:16:45] I'm a god, bro. [01:16:45] He did not know. [01:16:46] He got you. [01:16:47] He did get you a deal, though. [01:16:48] I mean, he watched your guys' stuff. [01:16:49] I think so, too, and he's a huge fan of yours. [01:16:51] Go figure. [01:16:54] Oh, man. [01:16:56] Yeah, mortgage brokers. [01:16:57] That guy is making a killing deal. [01:16:59] I'm sure right now. [01:17:00] Doing mortgages. [01:17:01] He makes like 10 to 20K a mortgage. [01:17:06] That's crazy. [01:17:07] And he's banging out a couple of them a month. [01:17:08] Is it the poll lock? [01:17:10] No, that guy's making way more than that. [01:17:13] That guy's making millions of dollars. [01:17:15] That guy sells the most high end houses in town. [01:17:18] Yeah. [01:17:21] Henry's like, you could definitely sue. [01:17:24] Yeah, let's sue him. [01:17:25] I'm not suing anybody. [01:17:26] It's funny he says this because a week ago he told me. [01:17:29] Who the fuck is Henry? [01:17:30] Is that your agent? [01:17:31] No, no. [01:17:32] He's the guy. [01:17:33] He's a consultant. [01:17:35] No, he's a director, producer, and he's the one with the. [01:17:38] Oh, the Boziak guy. [01:17:39] Yeah. [01:17:40] Okay. [01:17:40] Yeah. [01:17:41] I'll show you that when we're done. [01:17:43] It's good. [01:17:44] Let's just show it to everybody. [01:17:45] No, what are you doing? [01:17:47] See, Henry, the fact that I'm mentioning this right now. [01:17:49] It's so weird. [01:17:50] The whole Hollywood thing is so hush hush. [01:17:52] It's zipped up. [01:17:52] It's top secret. [01:17:53] Do you remember when I told you about that? [01:17:55] Remember the first 60 days or first 30 days, that thing? [01:17:59] Remember that? [01:18:00] First 48? [01:18:02] No, no. [01:18:02] There's a show called 90 Days In. [01:18:05] 60 Days In? [01:18:05] Yeah. [01:18:06] Or it might be 90. [01:18:07] Right. [01:18:07] So, you know, the main guy on there, the black guy. [01:18:11] Is he's like the main guy on the whole show, right? === The Hollywood Hush-Hush Game (08:02) === [01:18:14] He's actually a police officer. [01:18:17] And so he contacted me and said, Look, the NBC or whoever it was is thinking about doing a show. [01:18:23] And everybody's telling me you should be my co host. [01:18:26] Are you interested? [01:18:27] I mentioned the podcast one time, like three months, six months ago, whatever. [01:18:31] After I mentioned it, somebody screenshotted the whole thing and sent it to him. [01:18:35] And he called or he texted me. [01:18:37] He's like, Bro, did you mention me on a podcast or the thing? [01:18:40] And I was like, Yeah, why? [01:18:41] You didn't tell me it was a secret. [01:18:43] He's like, Yeah, you shouldn't have done that, bro. [01:18:44] It's like, Those people are so fucking weird, man. [01:18:48] But he's not even like, he's just a guy on the show. [01:18:52] What do you have to hide? [01:18:53] What do you care? [01:18:53] He's like, that's not a for sure thing. [01:18:55] I said, I didn't say it was a for sure thing. [01:18:57] Well, you know, they don't want this. [01:18:59] And I was like, okay, well, then you should have said that. [01:19:01] Well, you should know. [01:19:02] What do you mean I should know? [01:19:03] That's the thing. [01:19:04] So, like the establishment Hollywood type people, they don't want it leaked out. [01:19:12] Yeah, but I don't get it. [01:19:13] Like, what's if there's a deal happening and it falls through, it falls through. [01:19:17] They don't want it to fall through. [01:19:18] Well, I mean, but me saying it doesn't mean it's going to fall through. [01:19:21] If it was for real, it was going to happen one way or the other. [01:19:24] That's the way I feel, you know? [01:19:26] It's the same thing. [01:19:26] I get this all the time where I get these guys are like, you got to sign an exclusive agreement with us today. [01:19:31] Why? [01:19:32] Well, we don't want you out there doing this. [01:19:33] Okay, well, if it doesn't cover. [01:19:36] What we're doing, then why do you not want me talking about other things? [01:19:40] Well, we only want you dealing with us. [01:19:42] Well, wait a minute. [01:19:43] I've written other stories. [01:19:44] Well, yeah, but we only, it's like, stop, stop, bro. [01:19:47] Like any publicity I get for me is only going to spill over to you. [01:19:53] So you're saying you want exclusivity, which limits your publicity, where I'm saying, you're saying no, but yeah, but it makes ours more valuable. [01:20:02] And I'm saying I make you more money by being out here giving you more exposure. [01:20:06] You could make the same, there's two different arguments. [01:20:08] Well, some people will say, No, you're right. [01:20:10] That is the better way. [01:20:11] Like, there's the argument. [01:20:13] There's people on both sides of that same argument. [01:20:15] It's just people get crazy. [01:20:17] It's just greed, right? [01:20:19] It's just all it is. [01:20:19] It's just greed. [01:20:20] It's just like. [01:20:21] We want to be the exclusive. [01:20:23] Some guy like Harvey Weinstein is like, if anybody talks about your story, we don't want it. [01:20:28] Yeah. [01:20:29] Look how things ended up with him. [01:20:31] He made some good decisions. [01:20:32] Yeah. [01:20:34] Yeah. [01:20:35] Did you ever see that video? [01:20:36] It's like Kevin Spacey. [01:20:37] Did you ever see that video of him talking with that girl? [01:20:39] Uh-uh, no. [01:20:41] He was. [01:20:41] There's a video of him talking where she actually came in and like videoed or she either she had a video or there was a video on and he's talking to her. [01:20:49] So it comes off so creepy. [01:20:51] I mean, he's all like, so this is going to be a good deal for you, you know, right? [01:20:55] And she's like, yeah, no, I appreciate it. [01:20:57] He's like, yeah. [01:20:58] Really? [01:20:59] Oh, it's horrible. [01:21:00] Like look up your address on public records, creepy? [01:21:04] Not that creepy. [01:21:06] That's how it works. [01:21:07] Is this video on YouTube? [01:21:09] Over the line. [01:21:11] That was super creepy, by the way. [01:21:13] You don't do that. [01:21:13] Stop with the creep. [01:21:14] You don't do that. [01:21:15] That is creepy. [01:21:16] You don't look up some girl's address on the fucking property appraiser website and show up at her house. [01:21:21] She could be dead. [01:21:22] Yeah, I mean, I was going to say the only out you got is she could have, some bad could happen to her. [01:21:26] I knew she knew. [01:21:27] I knew nothing bad happened. [01:21:28] I'm not going to lie to you. [01:21:28] I mean, I didn't think she was laying in a puddle of urine. [01:21:32] It couldn't move or anything. [01:21:33] Can your ex wife talk to you up to it? [01:21:35] Yeah. [01:21:36] I mean, I, you know. [01:21:37] Find that video of Harvey Weinstein. [01:21:39] I want to see that now. [01:21:39] Yeah, it was a part of a documentary, but it may just be on here. [01:21:43] It might be just what would you search? [01:21:45] What would you type in the search? [01:21:46] Harvey Weinstein interview girl. [01:21:50] Is he interviewing her? [01:21:51] No, so she came to, she was trying to sell something to him. [01:21:55] I don't know exactly what, like pitch some kind of product or something to him. [01:21:59] And he's in his office, like, or maybe they're at like a conference table or something. [01:22:04] And he's all leaning in and he's breathing hard. [01:22:07] Just typing like Harvey Weinstein meeting with girl security footage. [01:22:12] It wasn't secure. [01:22:12] Like, I think one of the two of them was videoing it. [01:22:14] I think she may have been videoing it. [01:22:16] Oh, really? [01:22:16] Yeah. [01:22:17] It's. [01:22:18] Listen, creepy. [01:22:19] Of course, you can see the guy and know he's creepy, but it was so over the top. [01:22:24] It's like, what? [01:22:26] Like, is this working for you, Harvey? [01:22:27] I mean, why don't you just offer money? [01:22:31] That looks like your girl, bro. [01:22:32] I was just going to say that. [01:22:33] That looks like her. [01:22:35] Is this it? [01:22:36] No. [01:22:38] Wait. [01:22:39] Wait till they go to footage. [01:22:40] Yeah, this may be it. [01:22:46] Oh, yeah. [01:22:47] Oh, yeah. [01:22:47] She's pitching something. [01:22:49] Oh, so she does. [01:22:50] She puts a full screen this, Austin. [01:23:02] Locks the door. [01:23:04] Damn. [01:23:08] He did what? [01:23:09] Raped her a few hours later. [01:23:12] She's finer than frog hair right there. [01:23:16] How are you? [01:23:18] Look. [01:23:20] Okay. [01:23:21] What do you do? [01:23:22] Oh boy. [01:23:23] Oh. [01:23:32] I have to be a little bit more vigilant in this situation. [01:23:36] Melissa and Weinstein have met briefly once before, but this is their first formal encounter. [01:23:45] So, how does it flirt with you? [01:23:49] Um. [01:23:49] We'll see. [01:23:50] A little bit. [01:23:51] Okay. [01:23:52] You say, is it alright if I flirt with you? [01:23:54] No, it's okay. [01:23:56] So, what do you want anyway, he says? [01:23:59] Every time that. [01:24:03] He towed the line of being inappropriate enough where I may have said something. [01:24:11] He could sense it, and he pulled back and he changed the dynamic again. [01:24:15] Let's say I wanted to show a trailer. [01:24:17] You mean of my movie? [01:24:19] You mean like I have the Marilyn Monroe book. [01:24:21] So let's have a Marilyn Monroe movie. [01:24:23] He's all coked up. [01:24:25] Hell yeah. [01:24:26] Who would be interested in that movie? [01:24:31] Okay. [01:24:32] Why is she leaning in so much? [01:24:34] Right. [01:24:34] She's playing into that. [01:24:35] Yeah, she is. [01:24:45] I purposely encouraged him. [01:24:48] At first, I tried to well, I was rubbing his leg. [01:24:51] I was rubbing his leg. [01:24:55] Yeah, I saw this was just the tape. [01:25:14] And this isn't the one I saw. [01:25:16] Dude, I mean, it's just human nature. [01:25:21] They're both trying to play each other. [01:25:23] They're both trying to play each other. [01:25:24] She's trying to get money, and he's fucking a horny old guy. [01:25:30] With a lot of money. [01:25:42] And so he's going from. [01:25:44] Oh, this is the part where he's. [01:25:46] Look. [01:25:47] Put his hand up under the table, up my dress. [01:25:54] I was trying to save face of it. [01:25:57] At first, I was trying to kind of manage the situation. [01:26:00] It was a combination of confidence and naivety that led me to... [01:26:10] It's a hot thing. === College Athlete in Prison (09:23) === [01:26:17] What's that? [01:26:18] It is so hot. [01:26:19] It is hot. [01:26:26] It's a little hot. [01:26:28] So another thing I'm thinking is... [01:26:30] That's a little hot. [01:26:32] I don't know how much you end up, but this is... [01:26:34] It's a little hot. [01:26:34] I mean, do you see me like rubbing her arm? [01:26:41] Do you see what I'm saying? [01:26:42] Yeah, he's creepy as fuck. [01:26:44] Like, you're in a business. [01:26:49] She's trying to keep it. [01:26:51] Yeah, she doesn't want to lose him. [01:26:53] Right. [01:26:53] I mean, he's a cash cow, right? [01:27:16] Yeah, I mean, she met him for a drink afterwards. [01:27:21] And now she says that he raped her after they had drinks together. [01:27:27] So they both got drunk and then he raped her. [01:27:29] I don't know. [01:27:31] That's probably true. [01:27:33] I mean, I'm just wondering. [01:27:35] I'm just wondering. [01:27:36] I'm just wondering. [01:27:37] I mean, I'm not. [01:27:38] I'm just saying. [01:27:38] She had two drinks. [01:27:41] I mean, define her. [01:27:42] What do you mean he raped her? [01:27:43] Like, did she, I mean, she had sex with him and then she regretted it really bad the next day? [01:27:46] And she got the fucking bag? [01:27:48] What? [01:27:51] I didn't see this. [01:27:52] What I saw was the whole video. [01:27:54] But she's claiming that he raped her. [01:27:55] This is a cut up version where she's doing it. [01:27:58] They show the last part where he's, you know, and he's all leaving. [01:28:01] I would love to see the YouTube comments in this fucking thing. [01:28:03] I bet the YouTube comments are a fucking blast on this video. [01:28:08] No, no, no. [01:28:09] It's fine. [01:28:09] The thing has 4 million plus views. [01:28:12] Let's read the top YouTube comment. [01:28:13] Fuck it. [01:28:14] Yeah. [01:28:16] Oh, they're turned off. [01:28:17] No. [01:28:18] They were too good. [01:28:19] When they get too good, they shut them off. [01:28:23] No. [01:28:24] I want to see the comments, goddammit. [01:28:30] She walked herself right into that. [01:28:31] I'm not saying she got herself. [01:28:33] I don't know if she got raped or not, but. [01:28:34] Take me off this podcast, please. [01:28:36] I can't be associated with some of Danny's comments. [01:28:39] What do you mean? [01:28:40] She walked herself right into that. [01:28:41] She did! [01:28:42] That rape? [01:28:43] She walked herself right into that, right? [01:28:44] Yeah, she said she got raped, but who knows the truth, you know? [01:28:47] I mean, I'm not saying it's good to be raped. [01:28:49] Rape is not. [01:28:50] Let me get this straight. [01:28:51] Rape's not good, okay? [01:28:52] I've said this before. [01:28:54] But you don't know what the fuck it is. [01:28:55] But sometimes you're asking for it. [01:28:58] But after two drinks, it's questionable. [01:29:00] You had two drinks, you went back to it. [01:29:02] There are cases where girls have claimed rape, that they've been raped when they were blackout drunk. [01:29:08] And they're both blackout drunk. [01:29:11] There's cases where the girl wasn't raped at all. [01:29:13] She simply said it so that she could sue. [01:29:15] Right. [01:29:15] Did you ever see the one at the school? [01:29:17] Would you see the one at the school? [01:29:19] No. [01:29:19] Where the girl says that the guy raped her on school premises and then her parents sued the school. [01:29:25] And then the guy, like, went to trial and lost, and he went to prison for like 10 years. [01:29:30] Then he gets out after, uses his college scholarship, everything. [01:29:34] Gets out after like 10 years of going to state prison as a rapist. [01:29:39] State prison. [01:29:40] Gets out, and the girl hits him up on Facebook and starts talking to him, and then admits on Facebook that she lied. [01:29:49] On Messenger, she's like, Well, I mean, yeah, I'm sorry about these. [01:29:53] Why did you say all that? [01:29:53] You know, that's not true. [01:29:54] And she says, I mean, you have to understand, we sued the school. [01:30:00] Like, we got my parents, we just got to school, sue the school, and we made like two million dollars or whatever it was. [01:30:05] Was she just gonna break him off at all? [01:30:06] Or no, then he he then he realizes she's crazy that she even did it. [01:30:10] She's confessing, so he invites her to it like his house because she's trying to hook up with him. [01:30:14] No, oh, yeah, he videotapes the whole thing. [01:30:17] This is a whole thing, like, this is really this is like a serial podcast. [01:30:21] This was like on 2020 or 60 Minutes or something like that. [01:30:24] And then he invites her, he gets her on tape recording it, and then they eventually get his whole record expunged. [01:30:31] And then some some call the college, some college that. [01:30:33] Some college gave him a tryout because he had lost his real college debt. [01:30:38] Too late now. [01:30:38] 10 years later. [01:30:39] 10 years later. [01:30:40] And you know what happened to her? [01:30:42] No. [01:30:42] What happened to her? [01:30:43] That was my next question. [01:30:44] Nothing. [01:30:44] Come on. [01:30:45] Wow. [01:30:46] They didn't try to get the money back at least or something? [01:30:49] Stop it. [01:30:49] No. [01:30:49] They didn't charge. [01:30:50] Like to me, she needs to go do fucking 10 years. [01:30:52] How much did they pay this guy? [01:30:54] How much did the other guy pay? [01:30:55] They probably gave him nothing. [01:30:56] Oh, I don't know. [01:30:57] No, people get. [01:30:58] I mean, he could pull it. [01:30:59] How hard is it to find? [01:31:01] This was on CNN, too. [01:31:03] I remember. [01:31:04] I was in prison and we saw it on CNN. [01:31:06] That's how I know about it. [01:31:08] The government does pay people who are wrongly convicted. [01:31:11] There's people that get off. [01:31:12] Five or ten years. [01:31:14] There's people who get off who basically get proven, you know, where it's like unequivocally proven that they were put in jail. [01:31:24] Falsely accused. [01:31:24] Yeah. [01:31:24] Falsely accused. [01:31:25] And they get out and then they get millions of dollars from the government. [01:31:27] But they have to fight tooth and nail. [01:31:29] Oh, yeah. [01:31:29] To get that money. [01:31:30] A lot of times. [01:31:31] And you have to get proven that he did his time and then exposed a situation. [01:31:35] Right. [01:31:35] That's a different scenario. [01:31:36] Right after he did his time. [01:31:38] But then again, you have to get let out because you also have to think how does he sue the state when the state is going to say, we believed her? [01:31:47] Like, you can't really. [01:31:48] How do you sue us when this is what she said? [01:31:50] We simply presented what she said to the jury. [01:31:53] The jury made that decision. [01:31:55] It's her. [01:31:56] It's her. [01:31:57] Or something, right? [01:31:57] I don't know. [01:31:59] Can Austin find it? [01:32:00] I'm telling you. [01:32:01] Austin can find anything. [01:32:02] Yeah, Austin, it's. [01:32:03] He was basically. [01:32:05] You could put like a. [01:32:07] He's a. [01:32:09] College athlete. [01:32:10] Yeah, college athlete. [01:32:11] Falsely accused of rape. [01:32:12] Falsely. [01:32:13] Right, that's it. [01:32:13] That's it. [01:32:14] 10 years. [01:32:15] Yeah. [01:32:15] His record was expunged. [01:32:16] Yeah. [01:32:17] And I'll bet you, listen, there were videos on it and everything. [01:32:19] It's on. [01:32:20] On CNN? [01:32:22] Don't do it, bro. [01:32:23] Don't do it. [01:32:24] What is it? [01:32:25] What is it? [01:32:26] A saltine? [01:32:28] Oh, what are you doing? [01:32:31] Give it a big one. [01:32:32] Don't. [01:32:32] Oh, my God. [01:32:34] Are you insane? [01:32:35] Woo! [01:32:37] One more. [01:32:37] What is it called? [01:32:39] Let me see. [01:32:39] That can't be legal. [01:32:40] Oh, yeah, it's legal. [01:32:42] Weightlifters use that shit. [01:32:43] Athletes. [01:32:45] TikTok people use it. [01:32:46] YouTubers. [01:32:48] Oh, my God. [01:32:49] Are you. [01:32:52] Yeah, bro, we're from Florida over here. [01:32:58] No, it's bad, man. [01:32:59] It's bad. [01:33:00] My heart rate just increased 20 fold. [01:33:04] What is it? [01:33:05] It's just salt. [01:33:06] It's just salt. [01:33:08] Oh, okay. [01:33:10] Crazy ass salt. [01:33:12] Put this on some chicken. [01:33:15] Did you find it? [01:33:19] You gotta close your eyes. [01:33:19] It burns your eyes. [01:33:20] It burned my eyes. [01:33:23] Oh, I want one more. [01:33:28] College athlete three times more likely. [01:33:30] No, that's not legal crack. [01:33:33] Woman who made false one year. [01:33:37] This chick didn't get anything. [01:33:39] Athlete falsely accused. [01:33:47] We're never going to find it. [01:33:48] How long ago was that? [01:33:49] 10 years. [01:33:49] It was probably 10 years ago. [01:33:50] You know what you could put? [01:33:51] Wait, wait, wait. [01:33:52] What about this? [01:33:53] Put. [01:33:54] Oh, God. [01:33:56] You put college athletes. [01:33:58] No, it's athlete. [01:33:59] Get rid of loose scholarship, put 10 years for false rate. [01:34:06] 10 years, college athlete. [01:34:08] 10 years for false rate. [01:34:09] I don't know that he got 10 years. [01:34:11] He might have got 15 or 16. [01:34:12] There we go. [01:34:13] Football star exonerated. [01:34:14] Exonerated that day. [01:34:15] 10 years, huh? [01:34:17] I think it said full. [01:34:19] We need to get this guy on here, bro. [01:34:20] God, I was just kind of guessing at the 10 years. [01:34:24] Who are you? [01:34:24] That was a great fucking guess, Matt Cox. [01:34:26] And he went to state. [01:34:27] Prison too, which is way worse than the feds, of course. [01:34:31] Of course is this him. [01:34:36] Wow, Turn it up a little bit Oh, he spent five years? [01:35:05] Are we sure? [01:35:05] Five years on probation. [01:35:07] Huh? [01:35:07] Five in prison and five in probation, it said. [01:35:10] 16. [01:35:10] Damn, they fucked his whole life. [01:35:14] Oh, he played for Long Beach Poly, bro. [01:35:16] He played for the same school Juju did. [01:35:37] No, this isn't the. [01:35:38] I don't think this is the same guy. === Snoop Dogg Video Reaction (07:49) === [01:35:41] But, I mean, because the girl. [01:35:44] Was she white? [01:35:46] I don't know. [01:35:49] Falsely accused of rape. [01:35:58] California Innocence. [01:35:59] Yeah, I've heard of that California Innocence Project. [01:36:00] Yeah, no, this is not the right guy because this guy, it happened. [01:36:09] It's the same exact story, Matt. [01:36:10] No, but this, I remember it happened, this happened like on school property because she talked about suing the school. [01:36:18] Oh. [01:36:18] Yeah. [01:36:18] So, and she admitted to it on Facebook. [01:36:22] Like she contacted him on, maybe we should put Facebook in there in the search. [01:36:26] Bro, I mean, how often do you think this shit happens? [01:36:29] Probably a lot. [01:36:30] A lot. [01:36:31] Probably a lot more. [01:36:33] They tried to do it to my man, Big Ben. [01:36:35] Big Ben Roethelsberger, yeah. [01:36:37] But I mean, that's different when you got money, too. [01:36:39] Can you put Facebook in the search? [01:36:43] Put the girl admits it or something. [01:36:48] Yeah, bro. [01:36:49] I mean, that's the thing. [01:36:50] It happens a lot. [01:36:52] It's human fucking nature. [01:36:55] Just like the girl who was talking to Harvey Weinstein who's looking to sell her business to him. [01:36:58] He's a powerful, rich guy or whatever. [01:37:00] He's an old pervert. [01:37:02] Right. [01:37:02] She's playing into it as far as she can without going too far. [01:37:06] Like, obviously, she doesn't want the guy to fucking finger bang her right there. [01:37:09] Well, look, the guy was rubbing her shoulder and slipped his hand up her dress. [01:37:13] She said that's a little high. [01:37:14] And then she met him for drinks after. [01:37:16] Right. [01:37:16] And then she didn't have to go there after. [01:37:17] She knew what the fuck he was doing. [01:37:21] That's my point. [01:37:22] And then, I mean, that's, it's not, it's not, it's not out of the realms of possibility. [01:37:27] Yeah. [01:37:27] It's not okay. [01:37:28] It's not, it's not. [01:37:28] She had some chances to get out of that. [01:37:31] Yeah. [01:37:31] Yeah. [01:37:31] No, no. [01:37:32] She, she, she was. [01:37:33] Definitely taking a risk, but the rape. [01:37:35] Like, I'm wondering, my weighed the risk reward and it didn't pay out. [01:37:39] It's just like it's just like it's just like the Marilyn Manson thing. [01:37:43] It's just like the Marilyn Manson thing. [01:37:45] Marilyn Manson's ex girlfriend came out saying that he did all this weird, sick, and twisted, demented sexually to her. [01:37:52] But you're getting involved in a sexual relationship with this guy, right? [01:37:57] What do you think is going to happen? [01:37:59] Okay, I'll give you a bed of roses, right? [01:38:02] I'll give you that. [01:38:02] Like, this look at this guy. [01:38:03] This is, and you know, yeah. [01:38:05] Come on. [01:38:06] I mean, and then it's like a progressive thing. [01:38:08] Suddenly, he's saying, Lolly, let's get a vibrator. [01:38:12] Okay. [01:38:13] Next scene, he's handcuffing you, leaving you in a trunk for fucking two days. [01:38:19] Yeah, it got a little weird. [01:38:20] Yeah, you made some bad decisions, and the next day, you changed your mind. [01:38:23] That doesn't mean you can fucking put this guy in prison for 10 years. [01:38:29] Not saying that's the case all the time, but I'm sure it's a lot of time. [01:38:31] Anything? [01:38:32] Nothing. [01:38:33] Facebook? [01:38:33] Nothing? [01:38:37] Yeah, I like. [01:38:38] It's okay. [01:38:38] It's all right. [01:38:39] Yeah, we get it. [01:38:40] But he went to the same school Juju did, bro. [01:38:42] That's crazy. [01:38:42] Same high school, and he was going to go to the USC. [01:38:46] That's nuts. [01:38:47] What about this? [01:38:48] What about this? [01:38:49] Wait, wait, Austin. [01:38:54] Exonerated rapist gets a tryout. [01:39:01] No, he got a tryout. [01:39:03] He got a tryout to a university or football tryout. [01:39:07] Football, what do you call it when you get the football? [01:39:10] So he gets a football tryout. [01:39:12] Try that. [01:39:13] He's exonerated, rapist, gets a football tryout. [01:39:21] Like that's got to narrow down pretty good. [01:39:26] Where did you see this? [01:39:28] On TV? [01:39:29] I mean, I saw it on TV, but even since then, I'd seen it again somewhere. [01:39:35] And it was definitely because I definitely remember because the girl they sued the school. [01:39:39] Like it happened on school premises. [01:39:41] And the girl sued the school. [01:39:42] That was the big thing she wanted, she set it up. [01:39:47] She knew if I'm raped on the school premises, we'll be able to sue. [01:39:52] It has to be at the school. [01:39:53] Right. [01:39:55] Yeah, true. [01:39:56] And she knew that. [01:39:58] And the fact that this guy ended up going to prison, she was like, Well, I mean, yeah, but we got to see the schools. [01:40:05] He was even saying she had no idea what she'd done to me. [01:40:09] She was acting like, Yeah, I know. [01:40:10] I'm sorry about that. [01:40:12] Do you want to hook up? [01:40:14] Maybe we could date? [01:40:16] All the articles are that same exact guy. [01:40:18] Is it? [01:40:18] Because they said he got to try out with the Seattle Seahawks. [01:40:21] Oh, really? [01:40:22] So maybe. [01:40:24] It's got to be him? [01:40:25] Okay, okay. [01:40:26] Well, Somehow the girl sued. [01:40:29] I remember that was a big part of it. [01:40:32] Wow. [01:40:33] Wow. [01:40:33] Somehow or another, she's. [01:40:34] Yeah, it's him. [01:40:35] Because look, the girl's name is Winnetta Gibson. [01:40:38] School district settled the lawsuit by paying Winnetta and Wanda $1.5 million. [01:40:41] $1.5 million. [01:40:42] So I knew it had something to do with the school. [01:40:44] I knew she was going to sue the school district. [01:40:45] So I wonder if the school. [01:40:47] Winnetta refused to repeat her story in court that exonerated Brian. [01:40:51] Thankfully, the video did that work for her. [01:40:54] Oh, yeah, because he videoed her telling him. [01:40:56] Is that video available? [01:40:57] Yeah. [01:40:58] The video's got to be out there. [01:41:00] Oh, it's got to be. [01:41:00] Because he does, he sneaks, he gets video of her saying. [01:41:03] And it says he didn't press charges on her. [01:41:06] Oh, yeah, it's on here. [01:41:06] Winnetta Gibson confession video. [01:41:08] Type that in. [01:41:09] Oh, my God. [01:41:10] He didn't press charges? [01:41:12] It says, why didn't Brian Banks press charges? [01:41:15] Oh, no, no. [01:41:16] She's got to go. [01:41:18] I'm pressing. [01:41:19] Not only am I pressing charges. [01:41:20] Oh, no, I press charges. [01:41:21] I'm going all the way. [01:41:23] Yeah, and I'm typically the guy who'd be like, hey, look, you know, I get it. [01:41:26] They was a long time ago. [01:41:27] Like, I'll let things go. [01:41:29] You don't send me to prison for being a rapist. [01:41:32] Make $1.5 million. [01:41:34] It does. [01:41:34] Oh, no, no. [01:41:35] There's another video that says school district sues Brian Banks' accuser. [01:41:40] Nice. [01:42:02] Fast forward. [01:42:03] Let's find the video. [01:42:04] Just keep going. [01:42:06] Just hover over it. [01:42:07] There you go. [01:42:07] There's the video. [01:42:08] Yeah, right there. [01:42:09] Keep going. [01:42:11] It's coming. [01:42:15] You know Snoop Dogg? [01:42:16] You know Snoop Dogg coaches that football team? [01:42:29] He's going to charge up like a Tesla. [01:43:05] So, let me ask you this. [01:43:10] Is he a snitch now? [01:43:14] No, no. [01:43:15] The guy. [01:43:16] What guy? [01:43:17] The guy who got accused. [01:43:19] Is he a snitch? [01:43:24] Big Herc would say he is. === Death Penalty and Innocence (15:29) === [01:43:30] Oh, what'd she say? [01:43:41] She said this shit in a lawyer's office. [01:43:44] Yeah, but they're there. [01:43:46] I say I for some reason I thought he videoed it, but I guess not. [01:43:51] But they did hide the video. [01:44:04] Cha ching. [01:44:06] He must have been fucking. [01:44:09] He must have been ready to jump out the window when she said that. [01:44:16] Oh, yeah, he's fucking. [01:44:17] He's happy, bro. [01:44:18] Oh, yeah, bro. [01:44:20] He's been accused of being a fucking rapist. [01:44:21] Bro, he went five years in jail as a rapist and had to register as a sex offender. [01:44:26] He was probably just so happy that it was all over. [01:44:28] Oh, my God. [01:44:43] Oh yeah. [01:44:44] Let's see what happens. [01:44:57] Has been spent on Gucci. [01:45:00] No shit. [01:45:00] She's already broke by the time she gave the interview. [01:45:06] She blew the 1.5 in five years and said, fuck it, I lied. [01:45:19] She took a bus. [01:45:20] She was already broke. [01:45:21] I told you. [01:45:22] God. [01:45:23] Look at him. [01:45:27] Playing for the Hawks. [01:45:29] The Dirty Birds. [01:45:32] He actually played. [01:45:34] That's sick. [01:45:42] That's sick. [01:45:48] Oh my God. [01:45:49] What an insane fucking story, man. [01:45:51] That is crazy, bro. [01:45:52] That's nuts. [01:45:56] People are fucked up, man. [01:45:58] Right? [01:45:58] Like, how that chick, like, she's, like, okay with it. [01:46:01] Like, she seems to be okay. [01:46:03] It could have been way worse, bro. [01:46:04] He could have gotten way worse than five years. [01:46:06] Like, it could have been so much worse. [01:46:07] I wonder how many people have been, like, got life or got way longer. [01:46:10] Can you imagine? [01:46:11] What if he. [01:46:12] How many people. [01:46:13] How many people that are in prison for like decades or life are innocent? [01:46:17] I wonder. [01:46:19] Oh, tons. [01:46:20] It's got to be a huge percentage. [01:46:23] I doubt it's tons. [01:46:24] I mean, I doubt it's probably even 1%, but it's still a lot. [01:46:28] 1% is a lot. [01:46:29] It doesn't matter. [01:46:30] That's a lot. [01:46:30] Like if it's you, if it's 1%, it's a lot. [01:46:33] Yeah, if it's you, if you're part of the 1%, how many people that get the death penalty? [01:46:36] There's a lot of people in prison. [01:46:37] How many people that get the death penalty that actually get X? [01:46:39] Could you imagine getting, first of all, a lot of people, could you imagine being accused of rape and you didn't do anything? [01:46:45] Like, how do you bounce? [01:46:47] What about the story of those four black kids in New York from a long time ago got accused of raping and I think killing that girl? [01:46:53] And a couple of them ended up getting like executed in prison and shit. [01:46:56] And then like years and years later, they all got found innocent. [01:46:59] Like the Brooklyn Five or the Brooklyn Four, they did a Netflix documentary on it and everything. [01:47:03] Really? [01:47:04] Four black kids got accused of raping some girl. [01:47:06] They all went to prison for like life. [01:47:07] How did they find out that they were innocent? [01:47:09] I don't remember. [01:47:10] Look it up. [01:47:11] It's like one of the biggest cases of that. [01:47:12] They did a Netflix movie and everything. [01:47:14] That's the crazy thing. [01:47:15] This guy, Bjorn, that comes on the podcast, he's a lawyer and he deals with a lot of people who get the death penalty. [01:47:19] And he, there's not just one or two. [01:47:21] One or two of them. [01:47:22] There's a lot. [01:47:23] There's a handful of people, I think, every year that get exonerated that are on death row. [01:47:29] But for all those people, how many didn't get exonerated and get electrocuted? [01:47:35] Right. [01:47:35] That's what I'm saying. [01:47:37] The amount of people on death row that are innocent is crazy. [01:47:40] Yeah, read this one. [01:47:41] I think, see if those guys got executed or died in prison or something. [01:47:50] Yeah, the jogger. [01:47:52] And they just pinned these four young black kids on it. [01:47:55] Or five of them, actually, I think. [01:47:58] Round up the usual suspects. [01:48:03] Is there anything on there? [01:48:05] Five Latinos. [01:48:06] Convicted, five males. [01:48:08] Keep going. [01:48:10] Charges, convictions. [01:48:12] Hold on, go back up a little bit. [01:48:14] I like it down. [01:48:16] The verdict on the side here and convictions. [01:48:23] Click serving time over there on the left. [01:48:26] Keep going up. [01:48:28] Number nine, number nine. [01:48:31] If we lived in China, Matt Cox would have been executed years ago. [01:48:37] It's probably true. [01:48:39] It's true. [01:48:40] Fraud is the death penalty. [01:48:41] Maybe they didn't get the death penalty. [01:48:44] Maybe they got out. [01:48:45] And I don't care if they got six months for a rape you didn't commit. [01:48:51] That is the most, to me, I think, the most sound argument against the death penalty is how much they fucked up. [01:48:59] They were juveniles. [01:49:04] It's how much they fuck it up. [01:49:05] Like, of course, if you did that, something, if you fucking raped and killed somebody's kid or if anybody for that matter, you, the death penalty, it's, you should definitely get the death penalty. [01:49:14] Like, kill that motherfucker. [01:49:15] But the problem is they get it wrong so much. [01:49:21] So often. [01:49:25] It's crazy, man. [01:49:28] There's a Netflix movie on it or something. [01:49:31] Mm hmm. [01:49:33] Bummer. [01:49:34] Bummer, bro. [01:49:36] Bummer. [01:49:37] Imagine you're just fucking walking down to the park, bro. [01:49:40] I don't know if they grab you, the cops are like, all right, we got you. [01:49:44] Yeah, and the lady says, Yeah, that's him. [01:49:47] Oh, yeah, and then can you imagine? [01:49:49] You go to trial, and she's sitting there, pointing, Nope, that I'll never forget that man's face when he, how did I get here? [01:49:57] Like, what? [01:49:58] I was walking my dog. [01:49:59] Yeah, I have a dog. [01:50:01] You ever seen the Khalif Browder story? [01:50:02] No, who's that? [01:50:05] That young kid that they said he stole something because he had a back. [01:50:09] Backpack on, and he ended up going to Rikers for a bunch of years. [01:50:11] They got security footage, like just all the inmates jumping and beating him. [01:50:15] He finally ended up getting proved innocent, got out, and he was so fucked up that he ended up hanging himself in his house. [01:50:22] People on the street were still fucking with him when he got out. [01:50:25] But there's security footage of him in Rikers where, like, and what was he convicted of? [01:50:30] Like theft, small arm theft, or something. [01:50:33] Somebody stole a backpack, and he had a backpack on, and they locked him up, threw away the key. [01:50:40] There's a huge one. [01:50:41] Like Jay Z did his movie and shit. [01:50:43] And I always love it when the cops are like, well, you know, the tire prints, you know, match. [01:50:49] They made 40,000 of these tires. [01:50:51] He had the same boot on. [01:50:53] What are you talking about? [01:50:54] He had the same Nike Air Force on. [01:50:55] Like, I'm sorry, there's 100,000 tires on. [01:50:57] They sold a billion last year. [01:50:59] Who's the guy that we talked about? [01:51:00] Who's the prosecutor who was in the case, the California case? [01:51:04] Oh, Dershowitz? [01:51:05] No, no. [01:51:07] We did an episode about. [01:51:09] Oh, Robert Mueller. [01:51:10] Mueller. [01:51:11] Mueller. [01:51:11] That's the thing. [01:51:12] There's guys like Robert Mueller. [01:51:14] Who, their only motivation in life is just to put people in prison just to get ahead. [01:51:18] And they're good at it. [01:51:20] Yeah, they're good at doing that. [01:51:21] They want to climb the ladder. [01:51:24] And then these people become the victims of it, bro. [01:51:27] God, that's so fucked. [01:51:31] Oh, this is thoroughly depressing. [01:51:32] It really is. [01:51:33] Yeah, we got to turn it around. [01:51:37] At least we're not in China, though. [01:51:39] Why do you keep going back with the China? [01:51:41] We had a whole China. [01:51:42] We talked about China last time. [01:51:44] We did. [01:51:44] I read the comments on that. [01:51:45] They were funny as fuck. [01:51:47] Were there? [01:51:47] Yeah. [01:51:48] Bro, some people were like, oh my God, I didn't believe Matt knew so much about China. [01:51:52] Oh, yeah. [01:51:52] What are you talking about? [01:51:53] Other people were saying stuff like, this guy doesn't know enough to speak intelligently on the subject. [01:52:00] They're probably talking about me. [01:52:02] No, me. [01:52:02] The guy was talking about me. [01:52:03] He's like, you know, honestly, I think he was saying both of us. [01:52:06] Like, these guys don't know enough to be talking about this. [01:52:08] But there were other people who were saying, absolutely, China's taking over. [01:52:13] They were going nuts. [01:52:13] Bro, the comments were made. [01:52:15] I love the fucking comments. [01:52:16] Some people that come on here get like really, really upset. [01:52:21] About the comments. [01:52:22] They'll be like, I don't know. [01:52:23] I don't know if I can do this emotionally. [01:52:25] I read your comments. [01:52:26] Do you know who Wes Watson is? [01:52:30] I don't know. [01:52:31] Yeah, that sounds familiar. [01:52:32] You talked about him before. [01:52:33] Yeah, so I did just a reactionary video to Wes Watson, and I did one to Big Herc, too. [01:52:41] This is funny. [01:52:42] So remember, I go to the Big Herc one. [01:52:46] I went to California, met Big Herc, was interviewed on Big Herc's channel, and on his channel, You know, when we get to the point where I get arrested, I'm like, right, I got arrested. [01:52:57] And so, you know, my Laura comes to me and she's like, look, your only choice is to cooperate because otherwise you're getting like, you know, whatever it was, 30 years or 40 years or something. [01:53:05] And I was like, and he's like, the look on his face like, I can't believe he said that. [01:53:10] I said, right. [01:53:10] So I looked at him and I went, I said, so I forget how it came out, but I basically tried to tell on everybody I could think of, but it just didn't work. [01:53:19] And he went. [01:53:20] He started sweating. [01:53:21] Oh, he got all, he was like, what, what, what? [01:53:24] I said, Yeah, bro. [01:53:25] Like I told on everybody, it just didn't work. [01:53:27] So I ended up pleading guilty. [01:53:28] I got 26 years. [01:53:32] You snitch on them, motherfucker? [01:53:33] I'm like, yeah. [01:53:34] Yeah. [01:53:35] Yeah. [01:53:36] Who? [01:53:36] Who? [01:53:37] Bro, everybody I can think of, man. [01:53:38] I mean, just didn't happen. [01:53:39] Just found people to snitch on. [01:53:40] I was like, try it. [01:53:40] I said, I had to go to prison and find a guy. [01:53:42] You know, so I go through the whole thing. [01:53:44] He's, I mean, listen, his video, after a year, had gotten 38,000 views. [01:53:50] On that? [01:53:51] On that. [01:53:52] A year later, guys are still fucking with me in the comments saying, bro, Cox, you have to do a reactionary video to that video. [01:53:58] So I do a reactionary video to his video. [01:54:01] My video got like, it's like 40. [01:54:04] I think it got, I don't know where it is now, but it was at one, like, It was at 45,000. [01:54:09] Like my reactionary video to your video. [01:54:12] Then his video shot from 38 started going up. [01:54:14] It went up to like 42, 40. [01:54:15] I don't know where mine is now. [01:54:17] Did he call you back and thank you? [01:54:18] No. [01:54:19] No. [01:54:19] We'll never talk again. [01:54:20] Really? [01:54:20] The only reason I did it is. [01:54:22] Really? [01:54:22] He took it that seriously? [01:54:23] Oh, yeah. [01:54:23] No, listen. [01:54:24] The only reason I even did it is because guys, a bunch of comments, because I was just going to leave it alone. [01:54:30] I got a bunch of comments that said, hey, he just did another video where he talks about, yeah, man, this white collar dude came on here. [01:54:39] He lied to get on the program. [01:54:41] That's a fucking lie. [01:54:43] Like, I didn't lie to get on your program. [01:54:45] I even addressed it to him, saying, Hey, you know my story, right? [01:54:49] Like, I'm not your normal guy that you have in your program. [01:54:51] Have you? [01:54:52] He goes, No, bro. [01:54:52] He's, I've seen your stuff on that concrete thing. [01:54:55] I've seen it. [01:54:56] I've researched your stuff. [01:54:57] I know your story, bro. [01:54:58] Like, I haven't seen every story, but I've seen your interviews. [01:55:01] And I thought, He said, So, no, I want you on the podcast. [01:55:03] So I thought, Oh, I'm good. [01:55:04] He didn't watch them. [01:55:05] He didn't want, he obviously didn't watch them. [01:55:07] He saw a couple clips of you being a con man. [01:55:08] That was it. [01:55:10] Exactly. [01:55:10] He saw your episode had 2 million views. [01:55:12] That's what he shared. [01:55:13] Yeah. [01:55:13] So then he did then in the middle of it, he realizes that oh shit and his big thing is I'll never have a sex offender or I'll never have it or a snitch and then he's got me So now he's going around saying oh he lied to get on the person. [01:55:25] No, no, no, don't do that like you don't like me. [01:55:27] That's fine. [01:55:27] But don't don't lie about what happened So and because guys kept saying this like you got to react you got it. [01:55:33] I was like go fine. [01:55:34] I'll do a video. [01:55:35] I did a video. [01:55:36] It would did great So then I did one of Wes Watson Who's Wes Watson Wes Watson is a guy who got out of prison. [01:55:42] He actually had done big Herc's channel And he's a white guy. [01:55:45] He's like a white supremacist that's changed his ways. [01:55:48] Now he's a motivational speaker. [01:55:50] He's insane. [01:55:51] If you watch these, like if you watch the best of Wes Watson, you should do it. [01:55:56] You should pull it up. [01:55:57] You're going to be like, oh my God, this guy's my worst nightmare. [01:56:00] Being in prison with this guy, he's the kind of guy that just watching him gives me anxiety because these guys exist. [01:56:08] So I do a video, kind of react, kind of mocking him, but just mocking how ridiculously over. [01:56:15] Animated, he is. [01:56:16] He's like a cartoon character. [01:56:18] He's like, when I hit the fucking yard, I hoop that shit and I go in and I go straight to the shot collar. [01:56:24] I say, I'm a soldier, baby. [01:56:26] I'm a soldier. [01:56:27] And I fucking pull out my paperwork. [01:56:29] You know, hooping, stick it in your ass. [01:56:32] So he pulls his, he's like, he carries his passport or his paperwork with him everywhere in his ass. [01:56:37] Like, to me, I'm sorry. [01:56:41] You can find it on the computer, bud. [01:56:43] You don't have to carry it. [01:56:45] I have an issue with this. [01:56:47] But he talks about it like he's proud of it, like he's carrying around in his prison purse. [01:56:51] It's insane. [01:56:52] And he starts talking. [01:56:53] Oh, it's so, it's crazy. [01:56:55] Oh, we got to get this fucker on. [01:56:56] It's terrifying. [01:56:59] This guy, this is my worst nightmare. [01:57:05] Listen. [01:57:11] Oh, this is like a montage of him? [01:57:13] Yeah. [01:57:14] This is good. [01:57:15] You got it like full, and then him in the corner? [01:57:35] This guy's all natural. [01:57:36] No, this guy's juice. [01:57:39] He's on salt right before every video. [01:57:41] Wait, you gotta turn it up. [01:57:46] Okay, it's all good, dog. [01:57:48] And I would fully side with you. [01:57:50] I would side with you. [01:57:51] I would draw you in. [01:57:52] Oh, it's cool, dog. [01:57:53] Like, my bad. [01:57:53] Hey, my bad. [01:57:54] And then I'd wait for you to get lax. [01:57:56] And then, boom! [01:57:57] This is why I'm so militant still. [01:57:59] I've seen people drop shit in the comments like, Wes isn't even happy. [01:58:04] He's not chill. [01:58:06] He has no chill in him. [01:58:07] Motherfucker, take your own advice, man. [01:58:11] I'm perfectly fine. [01:58:14] He's probably fucking sharpening his piece, how you just talked to him. [01:58:16] He's probably in the room sharpening his piece. [01:58:18] I just got to fuck with him. [01:58:20] Motherfucker, you better be making a motherfucking machine gun. [01:58:24] It's not something. [01:58:25] This goes for like an hour. [01:58:28] Yeah, there's multiple parts. [01:58:30] Have you met this guy? [01:58:31] No, I can't be in the room with him. [01:58:33] His veins are like garden hoses. [01:58:36] And then the cop would hit a fucking bell. [01:58:39] Ding. [01:58:41] He looks like the liver king. [01:58:43] For real. [01:58:58] So you met with this guy? [01:58:59] No! === Big Herc Reaction Video (03:47) === [01:59:00] Oh, okay. [01:59:00] I just did a reaction video to this! [01:59:04] Oh my god. [01:59:04] And guys are going nuts in the comment. [01:59:06] I have 95% negative. [01:59:09] No. [01:59:10] 98% negative comment. [01:59:11] I've never had so many horrible comments about just like, and I wasn't like saying he's a piece of shit. [01:59:19] No, I'm just saying he's insane. [01:59:20] Like, this guy's my worst nightmare. [01:59:22] He's crazy. [01:59:23] People are mad at you for talking about. [01:59:25] They're mad at me for even saying, like, I make the comment like I'm like, the guy's like a cartoon character. [01:59:30] I mean, he can't really behave like this in real world. [01:59:32] Like, I'm just in general, and I'm not saying fuck his message. [01:59:36] He's a scope. [01:59:36] I don't say anything like that. [01:59:38] Guys are going nuts on me. [01:59:40] Really? [01:59:41] Did you really just call it a soft ass? [01:59:43] Piece of shit. [01:59:43] Because there are guys just like him coming. [01:59:45] Does he have a lot of followers? [01:59:46] Yeah. [01:59:49] Oh, okay. [01:59:49] He's probably got like 400. [01:59:50] I think, I want to say he's got like maybe 400,000. [01:59:53] Oh, fuck. [01:59:55] He's. [01:59:56] How could he not? [01:59:57] Look at him. [01:59:58] He's selling it. [01:59:59] Yeah, he's. [02:00:00] Oh, I'm sure he's making bank. [02:00:02] He's been on YouTube since 2000. [02:00:03] I want to say 12. [02:00:04] And see, he got out and Big Herc interviewed him. [02:00:08] And then it was such a good interview that Watson goes and starts his own channel. [02:00:14] When I was. [02:00:14] With Big Herc being interviewed, I said, Yeah, you interviewed Wes Watson. [02:00:18] I said, Right, that dude's my worst nightmare. [02:00:20] He says to me, Big Herc goes, Yeah, well, don't believe everything that all that hype that he talks about because they ain't all that. [02:00:25] I mean, you know what I'm saying. [02:00:26] This is him, 390,000 subscribers. [02:00:30] So he gets, you can tell there's a beef there. [02:00:33] And he says, And then Big Herc at one point tells me, Yeah, a lot of these guys, you know, like you give them a shot, you put them on the board, and then they take off, and then like they won't even return your phone call. [02:00:44] Sage is mad. [02:00:45] And I was sitting there like, He's petty. [02:00:46] Like, calm down, bro. [02:00:48] He's mad he blew up bigger than him from this interview. [02:00:50] Right. [02:00:52] And he was, yeah, all upset about it. [02:00:54] But, yeah, he's, listen, if you read those comments, really bad. [02:00:59] How's Big Herc doing? [02:01:01] Big Herc's video? [02:01:03] Can we see Big Herc, Matt Cox? [02:01:05] I want to see. [02:01:06] I've got a picture of what this guy looks like. [02:01:08] I'm picturing him like the guy from the Green Mile. [02:01:11] Like a big, fat, white guy. [02:01:13] Yes. [02:01:14] No, a black guy. [02:01:15] Oh, he's black? [02:01:16] Yeah. [02:01:16] Oh, I thought he was white. [02:01:20] Oh, yeah. [02:01:21] Is that it, man? [02:01:22] Yes. [02:01:22] Which one? [02:01:24] Doing whatever it takes to get time off my sentence. [02:01:27] Oh, God. [02:01:27] Pull the comments up on that. [02:01:28] Oh, bro. [02:01:29] They're hilarious. [02:01:33] Lol. [02:01:33] Herc better calm down before Matt remortgages his house. [02:01:39] Oh, listen. [02:01:40] On his guys, oh my god. [02:01:45] Don't get heated when someone exposes Matt. [02:01:47] They don't like you. [02:01:48] They do like me. [02:01:48] That's what's kept it real. [02:01:49] It is what it is. [02:01:51] Yeah. [02:01:52] 54,000 on my channel. [02:01:55] That Herc reaction has 54,000 in two months. [02:01:59] Wow. [02:02:02] Wow. [02:02:02] Keep scrolling down. [02:02:03] Yeah, bro. [02:02:03] They're hilarious. [02:02:04] I mean, most of them, I'm sure, basically, I'm just a piece of garbage, but. [02:02:10] Matt never hit his true nature. [02:02:12] Yeah. [02:02:14] What is that? [02:02:15] Something, Matt, for staying cool, calm, and collective. [02:02:18] I commend Matt for staying cool, calm, and collective during the entire interview. [02:02:22] Yeah, bro. [02:02:23] He's losing. [02:02:24] He gets really upset, man. [02:02:25] Keep going. [02:02:26] Keep going. [02:02:27] At one point, I even turned to the camera and I go, This is not a good interview for me. [02:02:32] I go, This is a bad interview. [02:02:33] You said that on the interview? [02:02:34] This is going to be good for me. [02:02:38] He starts talking about Ted. [02:02:40] He starts getting. [02:02:40] There's no honor amongst thieves. [02:02:42] Let's not pretend like there is. [02:02:45] I respect this dude for keeping it real. [02:02:46] Carl's like you, right? [02:02:47] They do. === The Ponzi Scheme Truth (15:40) === [02:02:48] Listen, you know he didn't expect that. [02:02:50] No, no. [02:02:50] He expected the opposite of that. [02:02:52] Right. [02:02:52] He's definitely upset about that. [02:02:54] And these are his people get upset about just like conflicting ideas. [02:02:58] Like they get so upset. [02:03:04] Yeah, they really. [02:03:04] Almost all these comments are sticking up for you. [02:03:06] I haven't seen one bad one. [02:03:09] Every once in a while, there's this guy that. [02:03:10] Fuck. [02:03:10] Cox, he's a piece of like, could you imagine just like an idea rattling you that much? [02:03:16] Look at this one. [02:03:17] Herc would have never gotten aggressive if he'd known Matt Cox had a fine arts degree. [02:03:24] Yes, they're fucking sticking. [02:03:27] Oh, I love it. [02:03:27] Oh, that's amazing. [02:03:29] He literally asked him, Can I trust you? [02:03:32] He literally said no. [02:03:33] I said no, and then said told him anyway. [02:03:35] Yeah, my god, that's that's Ron Wilson. [02:03:38] When Ron Wilson says to me, he's like, He looked at me and he goes, This is what I was walking around the guy that I fucking snitched on. [02:03:43] Yeah, yeah, the one guy, right? [02:03:44] Ponzi King. [02:03:45] Scheme, yeah, yeah. [02:03:46] He literally looked at me and he goes, Can I trust you? [02:03:49] And I go, Probably not. [02:03:50] And he goes, Good answer. [02:03:53] Well, here's what happened. [02:03:54] And she started telling me, I'm like, I just told you no. [02:03:57] Did you get time off for that guy? [02:03:58] Six years. [02:03:59] Oh my god, yeah. [02:04:02] No, I'm sorry, five years. [02:04:03] I got that guy died in prison. [02:04:05] No, no, I didn't kill the guy. [02:04:07] He already had 19 and a half years, and he got he got six more months. [02:04:10] That's it. [02:04:11] And I got six years off. [02:04:12] No, five years. [02:04:13] Sorry, I said six. [02:04:14] That's because I got seven and five. [02:04:15] Okay, so for people that haven't heard that, tell that part, just tell that little story real quick. [02:04:19] I mean, that little story is that. [02:04:21] You met him in prison? [02:04:23] I met this guy in prison. [02:04:24] I'm like, I just gotten my sentence reduced for doing an ethics and fraud course, right? [02:04:27] Like, I got seven years off. [02:04:28] Like, just, it was a miracle I got there. [02:04:30] That was only because of Amadeo, the guy that, the lawyer. [02:04:33] Yeah. [02:04:33] So I just gotten seven years off. [02:04:35] I got back. [02:04:36] And Ron Wilson is a guy who stole $57 million in, he ran a $57 million Ponzi scheme. [02:04:43] Like, he stole $57 million from pension funds, churches. [02:04:48] I mean, this guy was vicious. [02:04:50] Vicious. [02:04:51] And it's funny about him, too, because one minute he would, be in tears about what he'd done. [02:04:54] And other times he'd brag about it. [02:04:56] Like it was weird. [02:04:58] But I liked him. [02:04:59] He was a decent guy. [02:05:00] I mean, he was not a decent guy. [02:05:01] But in prison, he was a funny guy. [02:05:03] He was a cool guy to hang out with. [02:05:04] A very smart guy. [02:05:05] We used to walk around and, you know, he's an old con man. [02:05:08] I'm a con man. [02:05:09] And we're all walking around. [02:05:10] Now I'm an old con man. [02:05:11] But we're walking around. [02:05:13] And he kept saying he was cooperating against other people that had helped him run the Ponzi scheme. [02:05:19] So he's cooperating against them. [02:05:20] And he's saying to me, Telling me little bits and pieces about how he's cooperating. [02:05:25] He's like, Yeah, but they're not going to cut my sentence for my cooperation. [02:05:28] I know they won't. [02:05:29] They're going to fuck me. [02:05:29] And I was like, Why do you keep saying that? [02:05:31] And he's like, well, because they think I've hidden Ponzi scheme money. [02:05:35] Because he actually literally dug up like six or seven million dollars and gave it to him. [02:05:39] I go, well, you gave him all the Ponzi. [02:05:41] And he told me that. [02:05:41] I said, you gave him all the money, so don't worry about it. [02:05:43] They'd have to not give you something. [02:05:46] They would have to prove that you've hidden something. [02:05:48] They're not going to be able to do that. [02:05:50] And this went on for like months. [02:05:52] He's always bitching about it. [02:05:54] And so one day I said, man, what? [02:05:55] He wanted to tell you he has. [02:05:56] Yeah. [02:05:57] And I genuinely thought he did give them all the money. [02:06:00] Like, I'm not working them. [02:06:01] I'm just like, one day I go, bro, you keep mentioning that. [02:06:04] And I said, you know, I said, I'm telling you, if they don't give you something, we'll have Frank Amadeo file a Rule 3255 and we'll get you the time off. [02:06:13] He can do that. [02:06:14] He just did it for me. [02:06:15] And he goes, can I trust you? [02:06:20] I remember we were walking around the guy and I stopped and I went, I go, probably not. [02:06:23] And he goes, he goes, all right. [02:06:26] He said, well, I actually did hide some money. [02:06:29] He said, I gave, I've gave like, I don't know, he said 150 and, you know, some other, some gold and some stuff and some other stuff to my wife to hold. [02:06:38] My fear is that now, That she knows that I had a mistress and we're getting divorced, just out of spite, she's going to tell the FBI or Secret Service, because that was Secret Service, was in his case over his case. [02:06:51] He goes, she's going to tell him. [02:06:52] And I went, well, she's already told them she doesn't have any money, right? [02:06:56] And he goes, right. [02:06:57] I said, right. [02:06:57] So if she does that, she opens herself up to another charge. [02:07:02] She didn't have any charge right now. [02:07:03] And he goes, she's pretty spiteful. [02:07:06] She may do it. [02:07:07] I said, well, she hadn't done it yet. [02:07:08] You've been locked up over a year. [02:07:09] I'll be right back. [02:07:10] You sprint. [02:07:11] I got to go to the bathroom. [02:07:13] This is what bothers me. [02:07:14] And this is what's so, you know, what bothers me? [02:07:16] So he then, look, as we're walking, he then tells me he also gave his brother some money. [02:07:22] Not much, like $30,000 or $40,000. [02:07:24] Like just, you know, I gave him some money to hold, too. [02:07:26] I was like, oh. [02:07:27] And I sat there and we're talking and I'm thinking to myself, is that enough? [02:07:32] Like, did he just tell me enough to get my sentence reduced? [02:07:35] And I thought, yeah, no. [02:07:37] Bro, I've got, I still had like seven, eight years. [02:07:40] I still had nine years to go. [02:07:41] That's cooking in his head. [02:07:42] He's listening to the story. [02:07:43] He's going, no. [02:07:43] Okay, yeah, yeah, that's interesting. [02:07:45] Yeah, he's got the math equation in his head. [02:07:47] He's like, this is a fun one. [02:07:49] Keep going, one more year, keep going. [02:07:51] To me, it just wasn't enough. [02:07:52] Like, it's not even worth making a call. [02:07:54] And that's what really bothers me. [02:07:56] It actually bothers me because I'm like, you know, you consider yourself a pretty treacherous guy and you didn't react fast at all. [02:08:04] I actually laid in bed for like a month and didn't do anything. [02:08:09] And I would lay there and go, is that even worth calling? [02:08:12] Like, I mean, What is it? [02:08:14] It's like a couple hundred thousand. [02:08:15] Like, they're not going to reduce your sentence for a couple hundred thousand. [02:08:18] They didn't want to reduce your sentence when you had cooperated fully. [02:08:21] They're definitely not going to do it for this. [02:08:23] They're already mad about the other thing. [02:08:24] They're not. [02:08:25] It's only a couple hundred thousand. [02:08:26] Forget it. [02:08:26] Forget it. [02:08:27] Plus, it's your word telling them once these people deny it, come on. [02:08:32] It's not going to happen. [02:08:33] Forget it. [02:08:34] So, a month went by, and I was on the phone ordering my transcripts because remember, I just got my sentence reduced. [02:08:42] So, I wanted to get my transcripts to add my transcripts to my memoir that I'd written. [02:08:46] I wanted to add that little piece. [02:08:48] Shuck in the Housing Pool available on Amazon. [02:08:50] Yep. [02:08:50] Thank you. [02:08:51] Nice. [02:08:52] So I thought, okay, cool. [02:08:55] So I called my lawyer and I said, hey, I need, you said you were going to send me the transcripts. [02:09:00] I've never got them. [02:09:01] And she's like, oh my gosh, I will. [02:09:02] I'll get them. [02:09:03] And then she was like, okay, okay. [02:09:05] I definitely got to order them. [02:09:06] I said, okay, cool. [02:09:07] And she went, so what's going on? [02:09:09] I went, you know, like lawyers don't want to chit chat on a prison. [02:09:13] We're on a prison. [02:09:13] And I went, I mean, what do you mean? [02:09:16] She goes, anything else going on in there you want to tell me about? [02:09:21] This woman, when she was actively working my case, she didn't ever want to have a conversation. [02:09:25] So now we're what? [02:09:26] You're asking me what's going on? [02:09:27] And the way she said it, I was like, it was weird. [02:09:31] She didn't know it. [02:09:31] I just, it was, I don't know what she knew. [02:09:33] She insisted. [02:09:33] I just went and I went, and I swear to God, had she not said that, I'd still be in prison right now. [02:09:40] Really? [02:09:40] Yes, because I literally, think about it, it's been a month. [02:09:42] I'd never called. [02:09:43] I didn't do anything. [02:09:44] So I went, you know, I didn't even mention, I said, there is something. [02:09:49] I said, so listen, there's a guy named Ron Wilson. [02:09:52] She goes, what's his name? [02:09:53] I go, Ron Wilson. [02:09:54] He's a pen? [02:09:54] Yeah. [02:09:55] And I said, he's a Ponzi scheme guy. [02:09:57] She was out of wear. [02:09:58] South Carolina. [02:10:00] And it was weird how she's on the spot. [02:10:02] And I went, and he told me about hidden Ponzi scheme funds that the Secret Service thinks he hid. [02:10:07] I go, but it's not a lot of money. [02:10:08] She goes, okay, well, let me look into it. [02:10:10] She goes, do you know the name of his agent? [02:10:11] I go, actually, I do because he said his name all the time. [02:10:14] And I said, yeah, his name is Griffin. [02:10:16] He's like Tom Griffin. [02:10:17] I think it was Tom. [02:10:18] I go, Tom Griffin. [02:10:20] And a South Carolina Secret Service. [02:10:24] And she goes, okay, well, that can't be very many of those. [02:10:27] She said, let me look into it. [02:10:28] I'll get back with you. [02:10:28] I said, okay, keep in mind, She had not really worked hard on my case. [02:10:31] I don't want to say anything too bad about her because I did get so but hung up didn't think anything else about it anything else about it about a week later a Correctional officer comes to up to me and says Cox come here and I go yeah, [02:10:44] what's up and he goes during the move the moves when they open the doors so you can go from building to building he goes during the move I need you to go to SIS and I went okay and he just kind of like it was on the download because if you go to SIS you're probably cooperating with somebody I used to have to go there because they would hold my mail Because I was working on so many different people's stories, they would catch stuff coming in and go, Why did you just order this guy's arrest report? [02:11:11] Like, you shouldn't have Danny's arrest report. [02:11:14] I'm like, Yeah, I'm working on a story. [02:11:16] And they'd always give it to me. [02:11:18] But they said for me to go there. [02:11:19] I was like, Okay, no big deal. [02:11:20] So I go there. [02:11:21] I walk in. [02:11:22] As soon as I walk in, there was this one lieutenant who ran the place. [02:11:27] He was a fucking asshole. [02:11:28] He goes, Cox, come here. [02:11:30] Yeah, you sit down. [02:11:31] And that's how they talk to you like you're a dog. [02:11:33] Sit down. [02:11:34] I'm like, all right. [02:11:36] And he goes, hold on. [02:11:38] Dials the phone. [02:11:39] He goes, yeah. [02:11:41] Hey, yeah, this is it. [02:11:42] I got him. [02:11:42] Hold on. [02:11:43] Talk to him. [02:11:44] I'm like, oh. [02:11:45] Like now, I'm like, what the hell's going on? [02:11:47] Like, this isn't about the mail. [02:11:48] And I'm like, yeah, what's up? [02:11:50] And then the guy goes, hey, this is agent. [02:11:51] This is special agent. [02:11:54] This is special agent, you know, Griffin with the Secret Service in South Carolina. [02:11:58] I understand you know where Ron Wilson hid Ponzi scheme money. [02:12:03] And I went, Nah, wait a minute, bro. [02:12:06] I said, I need something in writing because this is how the last time. [02:12:09] And he goes, well, wait a minute now. [02:12:11] Let's talk about this. [02:12:11] No, I'm not getting screwed again. [02:12:15] I give you this. [02:12:16] I want something in writing. [02:12:17] You go to the U.S. attorney. [02:12:18] You get me a letter in writing, and I'll tell you who has the money. [02:12:23] And I said, the person that has the money. [02:12:24] And he goes, okay, so it's a woman. [02:12:26] And I went, what? [02:12:27] He goes, it's a woman. [02:12:28] You keep saying person. [02:12:29] You're trying to make sure that it's not male or female. [02:12:33] So it must be female. [02:12:35] And I go, hey, bro, don't ask me no more questions. [02:12:37] Yeah. [02:12:38] He is so who has it? [02:12:39] I go, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. [02:12:39] What are you doing? [02:12:40] Yeah. [02:12:41] I need a letter. [02:12:42] And he goes, take down my email address. [02:12:44] Put me on your core links, which is the way we communicate. [02:12:47] Yeah, right. [02:12:47] So I put it, I put down it, get it, write it down. [02:12:50] I go put them on there. [02:12:51] We start corresponding. [02:12:53] And he gets me the letter. [02:12:54] He actually sends me a copy of the letter from the U.S. Attorney saying if Mr. Cox gives us information that recovers any money, no, a, a, a, if it's, um, what they, the word they use, it's not significant. [02:13:06] Uh, anyway, it's, um, you know, it's like, let's say, significant amount of money or, What do they consider significant, though? [02:13:13] That's the problem. [02:13:15] Exactly. [02:13:16] But that was the best I was going to. [02:13:17] If it's that or any of his information leads to the recovery of money or basically an indictment, then we'll consider it substantial assistance, which means substantial assistance is what they give you a reduction for. [02:13:30] So we'll consider it substantial assistance and reduce the sentence. [02:13:34] But that's a lot of. [02:13:35] Is that by how much they reduce it? [02:13:36] No, but keep in mind, they said we'll consider it. [02:13:38] That's how they fucked us. [02:13:39] They always do it, right. [02:13:40] Right. [02:13:40] So they're like, well, we did consider it and it's not enough. [02:13:42] It's still a fucking Hail Mary. [02:13:44] Right. [02:13:44] So I was like, fuck, what am I going to do? [02:13:46] I might as well do, you know, whatever. [02:13:48] So. [02:13:49] I cooperate. [02:13:50] I answer the questions that they're asking me. [02:13:53] And then they come to me and say, can you go back and ask him this? [02:13:56] I'm like, I mean, I can try. [02:13:58] I mean, that's a little weird. [02:13:59] I can't walk into the room and say, hey, Ron, did so-and-so know this? [02:14:04] You know, I'm like, I got to fucking bring it up. [02:14:06] It's going to take a while. [02:14:07] I got to subtly. [02:14:08] They're like, well, take your time. [02:14:09] So this goes on. [02:14:10] You've got nine years. [02:14:11] Don't worry. [02:14:12] This goes on for months. [02:14:14] Ask him this. [02:14:14] And sometimes they'd ask me, ask him questions. [02:14:16] I'd go, bro, what are you trying to do? [02:14:18] How the fuck am I going to work that into a conversation? [02:14:20] Like, there was like questions that were like, How do I work that? [02:14:22] How do I ask them that? [02:14:23] Yeah. [02:14:24] Like, what are you, what are you, like, what are you fucking people, idiots? [02:14:27] You know, it's like, what are you doing? [02:14:29] And I would, I would call them sometimes. [02:14:31] And, um, cause, you know, the, it takes so long back and forth, back and forth. [02:14:35] Anyway, the point is, I would ask about this. [02:14:37] I'd come back and say, no, this person had, he said that person had nothing to do with anything that you guys are always asking about that and they, nothing. [02:14:44] But it'd take me three days to work it into a conversation. [02:14:47] So point is, I answered a bunch of questions. [02:14:49] And then at some point, he was on the pack out. [02:14:55] And he's like, I don't know what's going on. [02:14:57] I'm going back to. [02:14:58] They're moving me. [02:14:59] I'm like, where are they moving you? [02:15:00] He's like, I have no idea. [02:15:01] And then I go back and I'm like, hey, man, Wilson's on the pack out, bro. [02:15:04] Like, he's leaving tomorrow. [02:15:06] And they're like, I know. [02:15:07] We just indicted him. [02:15:09] We indicted him. [02:15:10] We indicted his wife. [02:15:11] We indicted his brother. [02:15:12] Yeah. [02:15:13] I'm like, what the? [02:15:14] Because what they did was, after I'd answered enough questions, they actually had enough to go and go to this wife and say, we need you to come in and be interviewed. [02:15:21] She came in and they said, do you have any money? [02:15:24] And she said, absolutely not. [02:15:25] I have nothing. [02:15:26] He never gave me nothing. [02:15:27] I don't have anything. [02:15:28] Okay. [02:15:28] She leaves, comes back the next day, and walks in with like $350,000 in cash and gold. [02:15:35] Boom, boom, and gives him all this money. [02:15:37] He told me only $150,000 and some gold. [02:15:41] That's a significant amount. [02:15:42] That's a huge difference. [02:15:44] Right. [02:15:44] So, because remember, I was thinking even the combination wasn't $200,000. [02:15:47] The $30,000 or $30 or $40,000 his brother had plus the $150,000, that's not even $200,000. [02:15:52] She comes in alone with like $350,000. [02:15:54] Then the brother the next day is supposed to show up. [02:15:56] He walks in and says, before I say anything, I want to turn this over. [02:15:59] Boom, 150,000 accounts. [02:16:01] No. [02:16:01] Not 30 or 40, 150. [02:16:03] You're at half a million. [02:16:04] Right. [02:16:05] So when Wilson's leaving, he had gotten a phone call from his lawyer. [02:16:09] And he goes, Hey, I didn't talk to you. [02:16:11] I said, Yeah, what's up? [02:16:11] I said, Yeah, what's going on? [02:16:12] And I'm still like, My heart's kind of like, Oh, shit. [02:16:15] Because you know, they told you why he was on these days. [02:16:17] They already told you why he was on these days. [02:16:18] Right. [02:16:18] He knows. [02:16:19] Right. [02:16:19] And I don't know that he doesn't know that I was involved. [02:16:21] Yeah. [02:16:21] And they're saying he doesn't. [02:16:22] There's no way he could know. [02:16:23] But who knows? [02:16:24] And he's like, Can I talk to you? [02:16:25] I'm like, Yeah, what's up? [02:16:25] He goes, Talk to my lawyer. [02:16:27] I'm like, Okay. [02:16:27] He said, And then he told me my, Wife went in and turned in this much money, and my brother turned this much. [02:16:33] I go, Are you serious? [02:16:34] I said, I didn't think they'd had nearly that much. [02:16:36] And I said, You told me like your brother had like 20 grand, he said, or 30? [02:16:41] Like I'm like low balled it. [02:16:42] Like, I thought, and he goes, Well, he said, I didn't, you know, I don't really trust you, you know, so I didn't want to tell you the right amount. [02:16:49] And I'm thinking, If you didn't trust me, you should have told me nothing. [02:16:52] Like, you, you, what you said sparked the whole thing. [02:16:55] Yeah. [02:16:55] Right. [02:16:56] Like, you should have just said nothing. [02:16:57] Like, anything is something to the FBA. [02:16:59] They don't care if they get five bucks. [02:17:01] Right. [02:17:02] So, The point is, and he was like, he's like, well, yeah, apparently I've been re indicted. [02:17:06] I'm like, the Home Alone face. [02:17:10] Do that. [02:17:11] Do that. [02:17:11] Look at the camera. [02:17:13] I'm like, no. [02:17:15] Really? [02:17:15] I need a thumbnail. [02:17:16] That's crazy. [02:17:18] Oh, fuck. [02:17:19] And he, yeah, he's just, he, so he gets on the bus and he, you know, he leaves. [02:17:23] And, you know what's funny about that? [02:17:26] Did they indict the wife and brother or not? [02:17:29] Yeah, but you know what they got? [02:17:30] One got six months probation. [02:17:34] Yeah. [02:17:35] Not even a felony. [02:17:36] Yeah. [02:17:37] The other one got 100 community service hours. [02:17:40] Wow. [02:17:41] Nothing. [02:17:41] So he got indicted then when I was a kid. [02:17:43] He got, he got, he got six, he got six more months. [02:17:45] But when he got his discovery, Your name's all over it. [02:17:50] Not just that. [02:17:50] He sees all the fucking emails. [02:17:52] Oh, fuck. [02:17:55] So he realized you've been working on it all the time. [02:17:57] He put it all back in the same prison. [02:17:59] No, no. [02:17:59] You know what he did? [02:18:00] He wrote a letter to his old roommate. [02:18:04] So his old roommate got it, and it's a fucking letter that says Cox this. [02:18:08] And then he even said this. [02:18:09] He said, Cox, or I never really told him anything, but somehow or another, he put it all together. [02:18:15] Like, it's like, you told me everything. [02:18:17] Yeah, you told me everything. [02:18:18] Like, bro. [02:18:20] So when I got that, it was funny because when I get it, um, So, I what happens is I'm walking around. [02:18:24] I don't know this letter's going around. [02:18:26] Yeah. [02:18:26] I have a buddy come up to me one time and say, Hey, bro, what happened with Wilson? === Letters from the Cellblock (15:36) === [02:18:29] I said, I don't know, man. [02:18:30] They shipped them. [02:18:32] No, Cox, I heard something else. [02:18:34] I'm like, What'd you hear? [02:18:36] And he's like, I heard. [02:18:38] I'm like, I'm sitting there, like, I'm just waiting for my reduction. [02:18:42] Yeah. [02:18:42] Like, I don't even need to. [02:18:43] There's no reason to even be friends, talk to you guys anymore. [02:18:45] I'm leaving here any day now. [02:18:46] Yeah. [02:18:47] So, of course, I didn't know they were going to. [02:18:49] Once again, they tried to fuck me over. [02:18:51] So, before all this happened, did you already get your reduction? [02:18:55] I got. [02:18:56] No, no. [02:18:56] No, he has to be sentenced. [02:18:58] Then they have to request it. [02:19:00] Remember, they don't request it. [02:19:02] After he gets sentenced, the U.S. Attorney doesn't try and give me anything. [02:19:06] They say, we don't know what Cox is talking about. [02:19:09] I had to literally file another 2255, and then they lied to the judge. [02:19:13] They told the judge, Your Honor, we don't know what Mr. Cox is talking about. [02:19:16] We have no agreement with Mr. Cox. [02:19:17] I had to mail the letter to the judge. [02:19:19] The judge gets the letter, and he's like, we're going to have an evidentiary hearing. [02:19:23] And they're like, wait, Your Honor. [02:19:27] They gave him the same face. [02:19:28] That's right. [02:19:30] Your honor, where did you get that? [02:19:32] Oh, I remember. [02:19:33] That was under, I'm sorry, that was under, it was under my paperweight. [02:19:37] I forgot about that. [02:19:39] Anyway, the point is that, so I hadn't gotten a reduction. [02:19:42] I just know he's gone. [02:19:43] So months go by. [02:19:44] He finds out that I had cooperated against him. [02:19:47] He mails the letter back. [02:19:48] Now the letter's going around. [02:19:49] I have guys coming up. [02:19:50] The guy says, Yeah, I heard something else. [02:19:51] I said, What'd you hear? [02:19:52] He said, I heard you're the reason he got indicted. [02:19:54] I went, What? [02:19:56] How'd you hear that? [02:19:57] He's like, Yeah, I don't want to say. [02:19:58] And I'm like, What do you mean you want to say? [02:19:59] You fucking come up. [02:19:59] To me and say that you don't want to say, yeah. [02:20:04] And I went, I walk off. [02:20:05] Another guy, two days later, comes up and says something. [02:20:09] Another guy comes up to me later and says, At commissary, he says, Hey, Matt, what's up? [02:20:13] And I said, Hey, what's going on? [02:20:15] And he goes, Um, I don't want to say anything, bro. [02:20:19] Like, I like you and I don't care what you did. [02:20:22] He's like, I'd do anything to get out of here. [02:20:25] I'm like, Okay, and I'm like, Me too. [02:20:28] And he's like, Yeah, no, I know. [02:20:30] Um, he said, Uh, You know, Wilson, I went, ah, fuck. [02:20:33] And he goes, he looked at me and I said, Well, what is it? [02:20:37] And he goes, The way you reenacted it is so good. [02:20:40] It's so fucking good. [02:20:41] It's true, though. [02:20:42] And I, uh huh. [02:20:44] And he goes, Nobody's told me what's really happening. [02:20:46] Like, I don't know what's happening. [02:20:47] I just sent you the letter. [02:20:48] Oh, people are looking at me. [02:20:50] People are walking by. [02:20:51] I'm like, Hey, what's up? [02:20:51] They're like, Dead man walking. [02:20:55] That's weird. [02:20:57] And especially since I've already come back from getting a reduction. [02:21:00] Like, I'm not hiding it, but they're like, This dude's a gunslinger. [02:21:04] Yeah. [02:21:04] Don't even fucking look at Cox's direction. [02:21:06] He'll get you indicted. [02:21:08] Yeah. [02:21:09] So the guy looks at me and he goes, the guy's name was Bradley, Martin Bradley. [02:21:13] Bradley looks at me and he goes, so I read this letter and I went, letter? [02:21:19] What letter? [02:21:20] I mean, I'm doing everything to say, letter? [02:21:22] What letter? [02:21:22] What letter? [02:21:22] What are you talking about? [02:21:23] And I go, letter? [02:21:25] What letter? [02:21:25] And he goes, so Wilson mailed a letter back to somebody. [02:21:29] Now, Wilson had no friends. [02:21:32] So I thought the only person he would have written would be his old roommate. [02:21:37] And I went, right, right. [02:21:38] I said, and they called him something. [02:21:39] They called him like Steve Austin, I think they called him. [02:21:43] Did he look like Steve Austin? [02:21:44] Did he really? [02:21:45] He was shorter, though. [02:21:46] How old was he? [02:21:47] He was old. [02:21:47] He was like fucking 70. [02:21:49] No, he's like 60, 65 years old. [02:21:52] But he had like the white hair. [02:21:54] So I, is that what Steve Austin was? [02:21:57] Steve Austin was bald. [02:21:57] That's Ric Flair. [02:21:59] Ric Flair. [02:21:59] That must be Ric Flair. [02:22:00] That's who they called him. [02:22:01] All right, Ric Flair. [02:22:03] So I was like, Ric Flair? [02:22:04] And he looked at me. [02:22:05] He just kind of looked at me. [02:22:06] I went, okay, anyway. [02:22:08] And he goes, yeah, so the letter's gone around. [02:22:11] Like a few people have read it. [02:22:12] He goes, and I read it, and it's pretty bad. [02:22:14] It says that you cooperated against him. [02:22:17] And you were emailing the Secret Service, and you've been working with the Secret Service for almost a year now to get him re indicted. [02:22:25] And I'm like, okay. [02:22:27] And he goes, is that true? [02:22:30] And I go, does it matter? [02:22:33] And he goes, it doesn't matter to me. [02:22:37] I said, well, then what are we talking about? [02:22:39] And he goes, okay. [02:22:42] Like, I think, you know, he's like, okay. [02:22:44] It's like, I'm not going to go, I'm not going to brag. [02:22:47] Like, I joke around a lot, but at this point, Here's my problem. [02:22:51] It's not that I'm concerned about getting hurt. [02:22:52] What my problem is, the lieutenants find out about it and I get shipped because they're like, he's in danger and they shit me. [02:23:02] So I can't get shipped. [02:23:04] My mom comes to see me every two weeks. [02:23:05] I'm not getting shipped. [02:23:07] I'm also working on a bunch of stories. [02:23:08] I have a life here. [02:23:10] Not a great life. [02:23:11] I got something going. [02:23:12] But at the time, your expectations get lowered. [02:23:16] I'm in a routine. [02:23:17] So I go, So I go to Ric Flair. [02:23:24] So I walk right up to him. [02:23:26] Oh, Ric Flair's the roommate. [02:23:27] The roommate. [02:23:27] I walk right up to him and I said, hey, bro, what's up? [02:23:30] And he goes, hey, man, how's it going? [02:23:32] And I went, pretty good, pretty good. [02:23:35] It's going all right. [02:23:35] And he goes, all right. [02:23:37] You could tell he's nervous. [02:23:38] And I said, so I wanted to mention to you that multiple people have told me that you've got this letter that you're circulating. [02:23:52] And he goes, he's just now he's just looking at me. [02:23:53] I said, so I want to be perfectly clear what's what the situation is. [02:23:59] Your wife comes to see you every two weeks. [02:24:01] She lives around here. [02:24:03] You don't want to get shipped. [02:24:05] And he looks at me and I go, because I said, I'm currently we both know I'm currently working with the FBI and the Secret Service. [02:24:12] I can't be shipped from this location, but you can. [02:24:16] And I said, one more fucking person comes up to me and talks to me about this letter. [02:24:21] And I shit you not, you will be transferred to FCC. [02:24:25] Baghdad. [02:24:27] Do you understand me? [02:24:28] I said, I'll walk right into the lieutenant's office. [02:24:30] I'll explain the situation. [02:24:32] They will come and raid your fucking shit, find that letter, and ship you. [02:24:36] And even if they don't, they'll ship you. [02:24:39] I said, because I can't be moved. [02:24:42] And he went, I said, we understand each other, right? [02:24:44] And he goes, Yeah, yeah. [02:24:47] I said, Nobody sees the letter again, do they? [02:24:48] No, no, they don't. [02:24:50] I said, Okay. [02:24:51] And I walked away. [02:24:52] I have no control. [02:24:53] There's no lock on me. [02:24:54] Yeah. [02:24:55] There's no FBI. [02:24:56] But you sold it. [02:24:57] I sold it. [02:24:57] Yeah. [02:24:58] So nobody ever mentioned. [02:24:59] So here's the thing. [02:25:00] So you have to think for him to mail that letter back, he was pretty pissed, right? [02:25:03] Yeah, yeah. [02:25:03] Wilson? [02:25:04] Now, here's the thing. [02:25:06] About six months later, maybe a year later, about a year, let's say six months to a year later. [02:25:12] By this point, I've gotten my five years off. [02:25:16] I just gotten my five years off, I think. [02:25:17] I want to say either before or around that time period. [02:25:21] One day, I'm sitting there. [02:25:23] You have to stand up for count, right? [02:25:25] So I'm waiting for the guards to come count us, and we're standing at the top of our cells, and we're standing there. [02:25:29] And they bring new people in all the time. [02:25:31] Well, this black guy had been placed right in front of my cell. [02:25:34] He's in the cell right across the hallway from me. [02:25:38] Not a ton of white guys in prison in general, but there's still a lot in the low, right? [02:25:45] More so, like maybe 20, maybe 40 or 50%, which is a lot. [02:25:50] So I'm standing there in my cell waiting for count. [02:25:53] You're not supposed to talk or anything. [02:25:55] And this black guy just got in there. [02:25:56] He's still in his RD clothes, like he doesn't even have his uniform. [02:25:59] And he's standing there and he goes, Hey, man. [02:26:01] And I said, Yeah, what's up? [02:26:03] And he goes, You know a guy named Matt Cox? [02:26:06] And I went, Yeah, why? [02:26:09] And he goes, you know him? [02:26:10] I went, yeah. [02:26:13] And he said, you point him out to me? [02:26:16] Is he in this unit? [02:26:17] And I went, nah, bro. [02:26:18] I said, I'm just going to pull out my ID. [02:26:19] I go, I'm Matt Cox. [02:26:21] And he goes, oh, shit. [02:26:22] And I went, why? [02:26:24] What's up? [02:26:25] And he goes, you know Ron Wilson? [02:26:28] And I immediately, like, I'm like, and he said that he goes, no, no, it's not like that, bro. [02:26:33] He said, nobody can really hear us. [02:26:34] We're pretty close, but his cell is eight feet back. [02:26:37] And he goes, no, no. [02:26:38] He said, you know Ron Wilson? [02:26:39] I said, yeah, why? [02:26:42] He said, I was locked up with him in South Carolina, and he was being shipped, and he wanted me to give you a message. [02:26:52] And I went, okay. [02:26:53] He said, he wanted me to let you know that he told me to tell you two things. [02:26:58] One, he hopes you get as much time off as you can get for what happened. [02:27:05] He goes, and he told me everything. [02:27:07] I go, okay. [02:27:08] And he goes, the second thing is he wanted you to let you know he's at peace and he's found Jesus and and he's he's good with it. [02:27:21] No, and he said he has no hard feelings towards you. [02:27:24] I said okay, and he said um, and I, and I said uh. [02:27:28] So I said am I gonna have to worry about you telling people about this? [02:27:33] And he goes. [02:27:33] Nah bro, he said let me put it this way. [02:27:35] He goes, I ain't gonna be here very long like that. [02:27:39] I went, I understand you. [02:27:40] He said I know you do. [02:27:41] I'm doing the same thing. [02:27:43] He's just waiting on people. [02:27:45] Well, he's waiting to leave, he's waiting for a reduction. [02:27:47] Okay. [02:27:47] Like, I'm here, but I'm leaving. [02:27:49] So nobody comes in quick. [02:27:51] There's no little prison sentence in the feds. [02:27:55] Right. [02:27:55] So if you come in and you're gone six months later, and this guy was gone like four or five months later. [02:27:59] Really? [02:27:59] Yeah. [02:28:00] So he did some damage. [02:28:02] So, but yeah, what, you know, so yeah, he, he, that was it. [02:28:08] And that was the last I'd heard. [02:28:09] And I'd actually thought about writing Wilson. [02:28:12] Yeah, you should. [02:28:13] I thought about, I even thought about sending him my book. [02:28:17] Like, like, Because I have a book where I talk about him. [02:28:20] I should. [02:28:21] Is he in Shark in the Housing Pool? [02:28:22] No, but he's in the book I wrote, It's Insanity. [02:28:27] Frank Amadeo is the one that fought those cases. [02:28:30] Right. [02:28:31] That helps you get the reduction. [02:28:32] Right. [02:28:32] I talk about the Wilson case. [02:28:34] Wilson's also in one of my books called Bailout. [02:28:40] Shrinker. [02:28:41] Yeah. [02:28:42] He's only in a couple scenes, but he makes appearances because he was a part of my life for a period of time, and he was an interesting character. [02:28:50] But, and keep in mind too, Wilson got six months. [02:28:53] Like, first of all, you got 19 and a half years. [02:28:55] You're dying in prison. [02:28:56] Six months ain't going to make a difference. [02:28:58] But not that I give a fuck. [02:29:01] I don't want to make it seem like, oh, so Matt thought about this. [02:29:04] I thought they were going to give him five years. [02:29:06] I don't give a shit. [02:29:06] I didn't care if he got fucking 40 years and he had two. [02:29:10] Right. [02:29:10] Serving two and got 40. [02:29:11] I don't give a fuck. [02:29:12] I went out of prison. [02:29:13] Right. [02:29:13] So, but yeah, that's the whole, that one little piece is like, so like he found Jesus and I hope you get as much off as you can. [02:29:22] Like, I mean, that was the weirdest thing. [02:29:23] Can you imagine? [02:29:24] That is weird. [02:29:24] There's like 1,800 to 2,000 people at any given time at that. [02:29:28] The guy literally is right across from me. [02:29:30] Were you just waiting for him to pull out a shank or something right when he said that? [02:29:33] I mean, it sounds like something from a movie right before you get. [02:29:36] Killed. [02:29:36] I have a message from Ron. [02:29:39] No, because he's in RD clothes. [02:29:42] So, I mean, he's got like a t shirt and baggy pants. [02:29:45] And he's, you know, he's, and he's a soft black guy. [02:29:49] This is not like a, this wasn't like a thug. [02:29:50] This is like a guy that I was, I could probably take in a fair fight. [02:29:53] Like, I don't think he's going to stack. [02:29:55] And he was very, like, hey, you know, Matt Cox. [02:29:58] Yeah. [02:30:00] Yeah. [02:30:01] So, but he was very, like, he didn't want anybody here. [02:30:03] He wasn't trying to be like, yo, man, what's up with, you know, he wasn't trying to get attention. [02:30:06] No. [02:30:07] So, I, it was a vibe was good with him. [02:30:09] Mm hmm. [02:30:10] Yeah, that was it. [02:30:11] What is that? [02:30:12] No. [02:30:12] So, how long after that did it take for you to get your reduction? [02:30:15] I want to say it was, I don't know if it was before or after that. [02:30:18] You know, the problem was as soon as Wilson got indicted and got actually sentenced, I had to wait like I waited like six months before we filed the 2255 because they basically, you first, you kind of wait 90 days because typically around 90 days, they're closing the file, they're wrapping everything up. [02:30:36] And at that point, they would have filed something saying, Hey, Your Honor, we want to go ahead and reduce Cox's sentence because he helped, he substantially helped us in this case. [02:30:45] Well, After 90 days, it was like, so I wrote a letter to the U.S. attorney, didn't hear anything. [02:30:51] Then we waited. [02:30:52] So now it's six months after Wilson's sentencing. [02:30:55] And then it was like, okay, so, oh, okay, let's go ahead and file the 2255 because I already know they're going to fuck me. [02:31:01] So we filed the 2255 saying, look, I want to rescind my plea agreement because you promised to reduce my sentence if I cooperated in my plea agreement. [02:31:12] And you're not doing that. [02:31:13] And they really don't even promise. [02:31:14] You know, we always say, you promised. [02:31:16] They're like, yeah, well, if you read the language, it specifically says this is not a promise. [02:31:20] So, but you just say that anyway. [02:31:22] So, you know, I sent it to, we sent it in, and then they come back, and the first thing the government says is, Your Honor, we don't know anything about Mr. Cox cooperating in the Wilson case. [02:31:33] We haven't heard anything about this. [02:31:35] So, of course, Amadeo then comes back and files another motion with the letter, which goes to the judge saying, Hey, what do you mean you don't know anything? [02:31:43] What about this letter? [02:31:45] What about all of these emails between Cox and the Secret Service? [02:31:49] And they're talking about the U.S. attorney and their agreement with the U.S. attorney. [02:31:53] Like, you know, You know, exhibit one, exhibit two, exhibit three, exhibit. [02:31:57] And they're like, you know, we're taking excerpts. [02:31:58] So the judge saw that and the judge went, I'm going to order an evidentiary hearing. [02:32:05] And then immediately they came back and they said, Your Honor, we'd like to reduce Mr. Cox's sentence by one level, which was like 14 or 15 months or something. [02:32:19] I know it was low, it was very low. [02:32:21] Maybe it was 22, I think it was like 20 months. [02:32:23] So we want to do it by. [02:32:24] By 20 months or 18 months, like a year, 18 months or something. [02:32:28] And it was like, and so it was lucky because when that came in, I got it and we had just enough time. [02:32:34] So the judge got something saying 18 months off. [02:32:37] I don't know the exact number. [02:32:39] The judge typically could have just gone and said, Yeah, okay, 18 months. [02:32:43] Cox is bitching and moaning. [02:32:45] They agreed to give him something. [02:32:46] Here. [02:32:46] Yeah. [02:32:46] Okay, cool. [02:32:47] Done. [02:32:47] That's done. [02:32:48] And then it's over. [02:32:48] I'm done. [02:32:49] So immediately, as soon as this thing came in, I get it at like five o'clock, right after four o'clock count. [02:32:55] So I get it at five o'clock at mail call. [02:32:57] And I'm like, holy shit. [02:32:59] I immediately go to Frank's, meet with Frank. [02:33:02] Frank, Frank, Frank, this is what I got. [02:33:04] And Frank goes, Okay, get me so and so. [02:33:06] He starts doing orders. [02:33:08] The little general, get me Johnson, Thomas, get a such and such form. [02:33:13] And I'm like, I'm running around getting stuff. [02:33:15] And he writes up a little motion saying he wants to stop the process of the judge making a determination on whether or not to grant it or not because I have the right to present evidence. [02:33:29] So stop it. [02:33:29] We want to present evidence. [02:33:31] And so they're like, So now the judges, because think about the hardest thing is this the hardest thing is getting them to ask for a reduction. [02:33:38] Now you opened up the door. [02:33:40] Yeah, you opened up the door. [02:33:42] Right. [02:33:42] And so, sure enough, we write it up, type it up, it's in the mail. [02:33:46] So, within, like, they don't think you can react that quickly. [02:33:49] So, within two days, the judge obviously got it and filed a hey, we're suspending this, we're stopping it, and we're ordering an evidentiary hearing. [02:34:00] No, we're stopping it, we're giving Cox a lawyer. [02:34:02] Yeah. [02:34:04] And we're going to do an evidentiary hearing. === Negotiating Sentence Reductions (03:10) === [02:34:06] So the lawyer takes. [02:34:07] They gave you a lawyer. [02:34:08] They always give. [02:34:09] Yeah, they gave me a lawyer the first time, too. [02:34:10] Flew. [02:34:11] This lawyer flies in from. [02:34:13] This lawyer actually went to Harvard. [02:34:16] She's a. [02:34:16] Yeah, she was a CJA. [02:34:18] Like they appoint them. [02:34:20] Yeah. [02:34:20] So, and because like if you file a 2255, you're basically. [02:34:23] One of the things you're saying is that your lawyer's in a. [02:34:26] Your public defender's ineffective. [02:34:28] So they can't now give me a lawyer from the public defender's office. [02:34:31] I just said. [02:34:31] Yeah, I'll give you a real lawyer. [02:34:32] Now they hire someone, right? [02:34:33] A real one. [02:34:34] I got this chick from Harvard. [02:34:35] Wow. [02:34:37] She flies in. [02:34:38] She comes in, she sits down, and she's like, Hey, what's going on? [02:34:42] I'm like, Yeah, this is what happened. [02:34:43] Boom, boom, boom. [02:34:44] And she's like, Okay, well, that's one of the things when I tell her, she's like, Well, your motion, you know, you read your motion, it was well written and everything, but you don't really have much of a chance. [02:34:52] And I was like, I was like, Oh, I didn't write the motion. [02:34:54] She's like, Well, who wrote the motion? [02:34:55] I'm like, Frank Amadeo. [02:34:56] She's like, Who's Frank Amadeo? [02:34:57] I'm like, He's a mentally incompetent inmate who does legal work, and he has delusions that he's going to be emperor of the world. [02:35:10] He's straight crazy. [02:35:12] And she's like, this is who's doing your legal work? [02:35:15] And I went, yeah, well, it doesn't affect his legal work. [02:35:18] I mean, yeah, he thinks God's telling him he's going to be emperor of the world, but it doesn't affect his legal work. [02:35:24] And she's like, clearly, you've got somebody who's mentally ill who's doing your, yeah, yeah, yeah. [02:35:31] She likes this story. [02:35:32] Yeah, she's like, that's crazy. [02:35:33] So she ends up saying, look, you ought to take, you know what she said? [02:35:36] She goes, you ought to take the deal. [02:35:37] I go, what deal? [02:35:38] The 18 month deal. [02:35:39] I said, really? [02:35:40] Why would I do that? [02:35:41] She's like, I might be able to get you two months. [02:35:42] I'm like, huh. [02:35:43] Frank said four. [02:35:45] Frank said to tell you four. [02:35:46] Four more months? [02:35:47] Yeah. [02:35:47] No, no, four levels. [02:35:48] I'm sorry. [02:35:49] Four levels. [02:35:50] Okay. [02:35:51] Which was basically five years off. [02:35:53] Yeah. [02:35:55] It's actually like 59 months off or something. [02:35:59] I always say round up to 60 months, which is five years. [02:36:02] So, anyway, so I said, yeah, that's what. [02:36:04] That's it. [02:36:05] So we went, we go back and forth, back and forth. [02:36:06] We argue for the next four months, three or four months. [02:36:08] And eventually they come back and they say three levels off, which that's 60 months. [02:36:14] Sorry. [02:36:14] That's 59 months. [02:36:15] Yeah. [02:36:16] The other one was like, Seven or eight years. [02:36:18] Wow. [02:36:18] So, yeah, so that's so we, she and I, I get her to argue. [02:36:22] And really what's happening is that she's not even writing the fucking things. [02:36:25] Like my buddy Pete and Frank are writing them, writing the motions and then giving them. [02:36:29] And then she's getting them and rewriting them and sending them in. [02:36:32] I mean, they're literally, they're doing all the work for her. [02:36:33] They're doing the work and she's just doing, and she keeps, every time I talk to her, she's like, they offer this. [02:36:37] You should take it. [02:36:38] I'm like, no. [02:36:40] Well, either you're not going to get it anymore. [02:36:41] Yeah, I know, but you keep saying that. [02:36:43] Yeah. [02:36:44] And it keeps getting more. [02:36:45] Right. [02:36:45] And eventually I get, yeah, 59 and She actually was like, okay, well, we're going to have to go ahead and do the evidentiary hearing because 59 isn't what you want. [02:36:53] You want four levels. [02:36:55] You only got three levels, which is 59 months. [02:36:57] Four levels would have been whatever, 70, 72, whatever. [02:36:59] I was like, no, no, I'll take 59. [02:37:00] She's like, well, you said you wouldn't take less than four levels, and this is only three. [02:37:06] And I said, no, no, I said, Frank said to tell you four levels. [02:37:10] We were always okay with three. [02:37:11] Yeah, yeah. [02:37:12] And we want you to fight for four. [02:37:13] Right. [02:37:14] And she goes, three. [02:37:14] Three is good. [02:37:15] She goes, okay, well, do you want to be moved back? === Writing Legal Motions (07:21) === [02:37:17] I said, why would I want to be moved back? [02:37:18] I've won. [02:37:20] Like, at this point, going in front of the judge, I can only lose. [02:37:23] Like, get them to agree to three levels. [02:37:26] We've agreed to three levels. [02:37:27] Put in a motion. [02:37:27] I don't need to go back. [02:37:29] So, sure enough, boom, it was done. [02:37:30] It was over. [02:37:31] I got 59. [02:37:31] Wow. [02:37:32] And that's about this around. [02:37:33] I don't know if it was before or after when I actually got the thing when the guy said to me, Are you Mac? [02:37:38] You know, hey, you don't got any Mac Cox? [02:37:40] At that point, how much time did you have left? [02:37:43] So at that point, I was down to probably seven years and I got five years off. [02:37:48] God damn. [02:37:48] And then I was, as soon as that happened, so now I've got like less than two years and they immediately were going to ship me. [02:37:53] They were going to ship me to another place. [02:37:54] But my mom, so I immediately entered the drug program to keep, so that if you enter the drug program, they lock you to the combat. [02:38:00] They put a management variable on you so you can't be moved. [02:38:03] So that's why I went to the drug program so they wouldn't ship me. [02:38:06] You've heard this. [02:38:07] Yes. [02:38:07] Remember that? [02:38:08] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [02:38:09] Yeah, bro, it's nuts. [02:38:10] Like, I mean, the juggling act? [02:38:12] Crazy. [02:38:13] You fucking played every single element of the system. [02:38:17] Horrible. [02:38:18] Horrible. [02:38:19] That's fucked. [02:38:19] And in the meantime, like, all kinds of stuff's happening. [02:38:22] I told you, remember the guy jumped up and punched me in the fucking head? [02:38:25] I don't want to say punch. [02:38:26] I shouldn't say because he didn't punch me. [02:38:28] He bitch slapped me. [02:38:29] Who did? [02:38:30] This guy jumped up. [02:38:31] One day we were watching TV. [02:38:33] Oh, yeah, yeah. [02:38:34] We were arguing over the TV. [02:38:35] He wanted to watch Stone Cold's Ranch. [02:38:37] No, no, no. [02:38:38] Broken Skull Ranch. [02:38:39] No, no. [02:38:41] This was just a crap. [02:38:42] He had a sex offender charge. [02:38:44] He was actually there for Oxies, and he was a big biker guy, but he had a sex offender charge in his past. [02:38:51] And I used to fuck with him all the time. [02:38:52] I don't know why. [02:38:53] He beat my ass. [02:38:55] You know what I'm saying? [02:38:56] I told you guys. [02:38:56] I think I told you this before. [02:38:58] When I entered prison, I kind of realized you can do one of two things. [02:39:03] You can just shut your fucking mouth for the next 20 something years and just say nothing. [02:39:10] And be miserable, or you can run your mouth and expect that you're going to get the shit kicked out of you every once in a while. [02:39:15] And I thought. [02:39:16] That'd be more fun. [02:39:18] Yeah, I'm just not going to be okay not saying anything. [02:39:20] Some of these guys, they have, they got to say something. [02:39:23] So, so yeah, I'm sitting in the, in the, the, like, you know, sex offenders can't go, like, they can't, they can't live certain places. [02:39:32] You know that. [02:39:33] They can't live around a school or whatever. [02:39:35] Yeah, we've talked about multiple business ideas. [02:39:37] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [02:39:38] So the guy, this guy, his name is Billy. [02:39:41] Billy, uh, Like Billy would say, people would be in the TV room, people would say stupid shit. [02:39:46] Like, so, or somebody would say, Hey, I just got my halfway house. [02:39:50] By the way, sex offenders in Florida can't get a halfway house. [02:39:53] So some guy would come in and sit down and go, Hey, I just got my halfway house, man. [02:39:57] I'm getting, I'm getting eight months halfway house. [02:39:58] I'm fucking leaving next month. [02:40:00] And everybody was like, Oh, cool, bro. [02:40:01] Cool, cool. [02:40:02] And then Billy would like, like, everybody knows you have a sex offender charge in your past. [02:40:06] Like, shut up. [02:40:07] Yeah. [02:40:07] Don't, don't bring attention to you. [02:40:09] Instead, he would say, Yeah, I don't think I'm going to take halfway house. [02:40:12] I'm, um, and everybody was like, What? [02:40:16] Full of shit. [02:40:17] Yeah. [02:40:17] What are you talking about? [02:40:18] He's like, Yeah, I don't know. [02:40:20] I'm just going to go all the way to the door. [02:40:22] Yeah. [02:40:23] Yeah. [02:40:23] I'm not sure where I'm going. [02:40:24] I don't even know where I'm going to go when I get out. [02:40:26] And I would go. [02:40:27] And I remember one time I said, Well, I know where you're not going to go. [02:40:30] He's where I go. [02:40:31] Anywhere in there, a school, a daycare, or a park. [02:40:35] Fuck you, cocks. [02:40:36] So I was always saying shit to him. [02:40:40] Oh, my God. [02:40:41] That's great, man. [02:40:41] One day we're watching TV, right? [02:40:43] In the morning, he sits behind me. [02:40:45] We're watching TV. [02:40:46] We're sitting there, and this chick comes on. [02:40:48] She's like running down the beach. [02:40:49] Right, like Baywatch or something, and he goes, You wouldn't know what to do with that, would you, Cox? [02:40:54] And I went, Got a better chance of hitting that than you do. [02:40:58] And he said, he goes, huh. [02:41:00] He said, I want to fuck something. [02:41:01] I'll knock your ass out and fuck you. [02:41:02] And I said, shit. [02:41:03] I said, I'm a little bit young for you. [02:41:04] I said, plus I have my high school diploma. [02:41:06] Jumps up and goes, bam! [02:41:08] Just smashed me right in the fucking fucking, knocked me out of my fucking chair. [02:41:12] Like, I thought someone had walked in. [02:41:14] You know, you walk around with your chair. [02:41:16] And when you walk through the door, I thought somebody had dropped their chair on me. [02:41:19] And that's how, that's like, I didn't expect it. [02:41:22] So I jump. [02:41:22] I'm like, what the fuck, you piece of shit? [02:41:25] And we start screaming at each other. [02:41:26] And then he storms off. [02:41:28] And I turn to one of the guys. [02:41:29] I sit down. [02:41:30] And one of the guys in there looks at me and he goes, Cox, you okay? [02:41:33] And I went, hmm, yeah, I'm good. [02:41:35] And he goes, like, that's how quickly it goes back to normal, by the way. [02:41:38] Yeah. [02:41:39] That quick. [02:41:39] Not walking around, not pouting, not fucking moving to another state, not none of that shit. [02:41:45] It's just like, yeah, okay. [02:41:46] Yeah, I'm good. [02:41:47] Yeah. [02:41:48] I like that subliminal shot. [02:41:49] You know what I'm saying? [02:41:50] Like, you just deal with it. [02:41:51] You move on. [02:41:52] We're all buddies. [02:41:52] We're good. [02:41:54] So I'm watching TV. [02:41:55] I'm like, yeah, I'm good. [02:41:56] And he goes, no, bro, you're not good. [02:41:58] What do you mean? [02:41:59] He goes, you need to go in the mirror. [02:42:00] Go look in the fucking, in the bathroom. [02:42:02] I went, Fuck. [02:42:05] Like, I walk in the bathroom, fucking half my eye is bloodshot red, just completely. [02:42:09] Really? [02:42:11] Blew the capillary out. [02:42:12] Like, I had no idea. [02:42:13] I was like, holy shit. [02:42:14] Like, how am I going to explain this? [02:42:16] Just before Mother's Day, and my mom was coming to see me, like, that Monday. [02:42:21] And I was thinking, fuck, like, how am I going to not. [02:42:26] Like, if the guards see this, I'm going to the shoe. [02:42:28] Yeah. [02:42:29] They're going to know there's a fight. [02:42:30] And so I made it. [02:42:32] This is how many fucking snitches are in that fucking place. [02:42:35] Can you believe someone snitched on you in there? [02:42:37] Yeah. [02:42:37] They had like five or six cop outs. [02:42:40] There were only four guys in the room. [02:42:42] It was like me, Billy, and like two other guys. [02:42:45] And there were like five or six cop outs to the fucking SIS saying, hey, Cox and Billy were in a fight. [02:42:55] So at the end, after four o'clock count, they called both of us into the office. [02:43:02] So we both go in the office. [02:43:03] And I'm like, yeah, what's up, man? [02:43:05] I'm trying to look sideways. [02:43:06] No, no, no. [02:43:08] All right, Cox, what happened? [02:43:10] We understand there was a fight. [02:43:13] And I go, no, Don't say fight. [02:43:17] It was an assault. [02:43:18] I was assaulted. [02:43:19] Fight makes it seem like I fought back. [02:43:21] I was assaulted. [02:43:23] I said, this is an assault. [02:43:25] And Billy's right there. [02:43:26] Billy's like, motherfucker. [02:43:28] And I'm like, what? [02:43:29] Like, if you think I got. [02:43:30] You just hit me in the fucking head. [02:43:32] You think I'm what? [02:43:33] I'm going to not say something? [02:43:35] No. [02:43:36] Anybody needs to go to the shoe. [02:43:37] It's this motherfucker. [02:43:39] But we both went to the shoe. [02:43:40] Yeah. [02:43:41] Yeah. [02:43:41] I ended up having to go to. [02:43:44] To the pin. [02:43:45] Billy went to the medium shoe. [02:43:47] I went to the pin shoe for some reason. [02:43:50] Hmm. [02:43:51] Let me tell you something. [02:43:52] It's not good. [02:43:53] Wow. [02:43:54] Like, listen, the whole way there, as I'm coming into the place, they dress you out and everything. [02:43:59] I'm telling every guard along the way, I'm like, hey, hey, you can't put me in with one of these guys. [02:44:02] They're like, no, no, Cox, don't worry. [02:44:04] You're going to be fine. [02:44:06] We got your own cell. [02:44:07] We got you some books. [02:44:08] Wow, they took care of you at least. [02:44:10] Oh, yeah. [02:44:10] Like, the guys, like, the guards in the pin are super nice. [02:44:14] Right. [02:44:15] Like as you go down and because they're dealing with fucking because they could get the worst of the worst, right? [02:44:18] They could get stabbed, you know, like at the camp, they can, or the low, they can treat you like garbage. [02:44:24] You're not going to do anything. [02:44:25] Yeah. [02:44:25] But yeah, they're like, Cox, I got, I got some, I got your books. [02:44:28] If you need any more books, don't hit the button. [02:44:31] Just knock, wait. [02:44:32] We'll come. [02:44:33] We'll come. [02:44:35] Don't, here's your this. [02:44:36] Here's your cleaning supplies. [02:44:37] Don't drink this. === Intake and Cleaning Supplies (03:21) === [02:44:38] I'm like, it's like, it's like, it was like Ajax, a suicide thing full of Ajax. [02:44:44] And I looked at him. [02:44:44] I go, is that a problem? [02:44:46] He goes, yeah, it's an issue. [02:44:47] It's an issue. [02:44:48] I go, yeah, I'm not drinking that. [02:44:49] He's a good move. [02:44:52] I mean, like, the cop was totally cool. [02:44:54] Yeah, I was there like a day and they let me out. [02:44:57] Wow, man. [02:44:58] That's fucking wild. [02:45:00] Listen, there were guys there, whole faces, eyes tattooed, like walking around, like, I mean, you know, like walking, like, this is how their wreck time is handcuffed behind their back, shackled, their legs shackled, and a chain between the two, walking around. [02:45:18] Like Wes Watson? [02:45:20] Yeah, worse. [02:45:21] Like, just, like, guys like that, completely tattooed. [02:45:25] And I mean, these are guys, like, in the, you could see the wreck, the inside, the shoe wreck yard. [02:45:30] You could see it when you go through intake. [02:45:32] And I'm looking at these guys. [02:45:33] That's when I'm like, you can't put me in with one of these guys. [02:45:35] You cannot put me in with it. [02:45:37] Calm down. [02:45:37] Calm down. [02:45:39] Cox. [02:45:39] And they almost laugh. [02:45:41] They're like, relax, Cox. [02:45:44] We would never. [02:45:46] You can't survive with one. [02:45:49] We might as well just take you out back and execute you. [02:45:52] Be faster. [02:45:53] Oh, my God. [02:45:55] Terrifying. [02:45:55] But yeah. [02:45:56] So that was it. [02:45:58] And then you're out. [02:45:59] Wow, man. [02:45:59] Man, that's fucked up. [02:46:00] The way that you rehearse the. [02:46:03] Or recount those stories and the way that you fucking recount it and like how animated you are is so fucking hilarious, man. [02:46:13] You should get Wes Watson on the channel. [02:46:16] Oh, yeah. [02:46:17] We should try that. [02:46:17] You should only if you come on. [02:46:21] I would, but I need to have a bouncer. [02:46:23] Like, we have to have somebody. [02:46:26] Wes, look, because I don't know, a guy bigger than that guy. [02:46:29] Yeah, we'll bring Big Mike. [02:46:30] Oh, yeah, we could bring Big Mike. [02:46:32] We could bring Big Mike. [02:46:36] Actually, you know, the thing is, is like I've seen Wes Watson. [02:46:38] I've seen some of the we'll have Big Mike pat him down before he comes in, make sure he's not you know, it's like an act. [02:46:43] That was the big thing that bothers a lot of people. [02:46:45] I say, it's an act. [02:46:46] He can't act like this in normal life. [02:46:47] Wes Watson cannot behave like this in normal life. [02:46:50] Nobody would be around him. [02:46:51] He's probably like the most calm, reasonable person in real life. [02:46:54] He's like probably a super sweet guy. [02:46:58] I had a guy contact me in the comment section who said he works out at the same gym. [02:47:03] It's in like L.A. or somewhere like in California. [02:47:06] He works out at the same gym. [02:47:08] Watson has like a group of people that he trains, and he said, He goes, Oh, he yells at them all the time. [02:47:14] Yeah, he calls them names, calls them everything. [02:47:17] He's like, A guy will show up like five minutes late, and he'll go, he said, He'll belittle them in front of everybody. [02:47:24] I'm thinking, Really? [02:47:25] Like, it's got to be an act. [02:47:27] Like, you can't behave this way in society. [02:47:31] But maybe, you know, one guy is telling me it's got to be an act. [02:47:35] Some guys are saying, Yeah, it's Matt. [02:47:36] Come on, Matt. [02:47:37] He's playing a character. [02:47:38] Other guys are, and then the other guy with the thing, like, but maybe he's playing the character. [02:47:42] Or further than that role. [02:47:43] Right. [02:47:44] Maybe in a place where he could play that. [02:47:45] Yes. [02:47:46] So I can't imagine. [02:47:49] But I mean, he's. [02:47:49] Yeah, he's. [02:47:53] I mean, that definitely could be his real life, just judging by how fucking juiced up he is. [02:47:59] He's violent. === Blaming Matt for Everything (08:08) === [02:48:00] I mean, his. [02:48:01] And he didn't do Fed time. [02:48:02] He did State and California State time. [02:48:05] Oh, my God. [02:48:05] That's the worst of the worst. [02:48:07] It's the worst. [02:48:08] That's why he looks like he does. [02:48:09] Yeah. [02:48:10] Oh, you know who would be good? [02:48:12] What about Big Herc? [02:48:13] Oh, yeah. [02:48:13] Big hurricane. [02:48:14] I'd love to. [02:48:15] Oh, yeah. [02:48:15] I want to get that football. [02:48:16] And ask him questions about you and then bring Matt in halfway through. [02:48:20] Hey, do you remember this guy? [02:48:23] Bubba, yeah. [02:48:23] Just like an episode of Jerry Springer. [02:48:26] Bro, you have. [02:48:27] Is that guy, Ron Wilson, still alive? [02:48:29] Yeah, he's in prison. [02:48:30] You have to fucking reach out to him. [02:48:32] Yeah, you definitely have to reach out to him. [02:48:33] Write him. [02:48:33] Just write him. [02:48:34] Just write him a letter to that guy. [02:48:35] Get a letter from him and see what he says. [02:48:38] Oh, man. [02:48:41] You know what he wants to do? [02:48:42] You should write him a letter and fix him. [02:48:43] You should show a picture of him. [02:48:45] Can you Google him? [02:48:46] Can you pick him up? [02:48:47] Oh, he's all over it. [02:48:48] They have videos of him. [02:48:49] He was on American Greed. [02:48:51] Was he really? [02:48:52] Yes. [02:48:53] He did 50 some million, right? [02:48:54] 57 million. [02:48:55] How do you spell his name? [02:48:56] Ron Wilson. [02:48:57] Ron. [02:48:57] Oh, Ron. [02:48:58] Yeah, and it is. [02:48:58] It's Ronnie Wilson. [02:49:00] I think with an R. Ron Wilson. [02:49:05] Ron Wilson. [02:49:06] I honestly forgot the name. [02:49:07] No, I was talking about Danny. [02:49:09] Anyways. [02:49:12] What's up with Amadeo? [02:49:12] Have you talked to him at all? [02:49:14] You know, he got arrested. [02:49:15] He got arrested again. [02:49:16] Said that last time you were here. [02:49:17] Yeah. [02:49:18] He's in jail. [02:49:19] Fuck. [02:49:19] What did he go to jail for? [02:49:20] Nobody knows. [02:49:22] Nobody knows. [02:49:23] I'm thinking CIA hold. [02:49:25] Really? [02:49:26] No, I'm saying at this point, nobody can find out. [02:49:28] Nobody can figure out why he's locked up. [02:49:31] That's usually public record when somebody gets locked up, right? [02:49:33] Right. [02:49:33] They have so long to either charge you or even if it was just a violation. [02:49:39] Because at first I was told it was a violation, but in a violation, they have so many days to say it's a violation. [02:49:45] Yeah. [02:49:46] Wow. [02:49:47] That's him, right? [02:49:47] Like that's after. [02:49:49] This is him after he got picked up and left Coleman. [02:49:53] Oh, wow. [02:49:53] From you. [02:49:54] So, yeah, yeah, from me. [02:49:55] This is after. [02:49:56] Can you play the video? [02:49:57] Yeah, yeah. [02:49:57] This is. [02:49:58] Did he ever talk about you? [02:50:01] No. [02:50:01] No. [02:50:02] That fucking Matt Cox. [02:50:05] Imagine if he started with that. [02:50:07] That mother. [02:50:08] He told me I couldn't trust him. [02:50:11] I asked him, can I trust you? [02:50:12] He said no. [02:50:15] Do the widescreen. [02:50:16] Here now is WIFF News 4's Mandy Gaper. [02:50:18] I mean, who's going to write me? [02:50:20] Matt Coxwell? [02:50:20] I don't remember the members that like me anymore. [02:50:24] From the Spartanburg County Jail, Ron Wilson told us it all started with a lie, and he got good at telling them. [02:50:34] When Gina Ethan, the vice president of his company, Atlantic Bullion and Coins, started asking questions, wanting to see the silver victims thought they had bought, Wilson had the right answers. [02:50:47] I said, well, what is it? [02:50:48] You don't trust me? [02:50:49] Here you are, vice president of the company. [02:50:52] You don't trust me? [02:50:53] Oh, no, I trust you. [02:50:55] You know, and all that stuff. [02:50:57] And I said, well, come on, what is it? [02:51:00] And she said, well, I'm just trying to get more information to be more effective with the clients. [02:51:08] I said, when you get to those questions, bring me in. [02:51:11] And because I used to tell her. [02:51:16] Look at her. [02:51:17] She brought in one day. [02:51:17] She said, look how much she enjoys it. [02:51:19] He said, I want to know how do I know the silver is there. [02:51:28] I said, you don't. [02:51:31] And he sat there and he says, what? [02:51:38] I said, you don't know. [02:51:41] It's not in your name. [02:51:46] It's in ours. [02:51:48] That's how I can trade it. [02:51:50] I said, if you're uncomfortable, get out. [02:51:53] We'll sell it out. [02:51:54] Nobody did. [02:51:55] It was part of the arrogance. [02:51:58] It was part of the stupidity. [02:52:00] Wow. [02:52:00] Man, you got to write this guy. [02:52:02] I'm mad at myself. [02:52:04] I did this. [02:52:05] I put myself in here. [02:52:07] Nobody put me in here. [02:52:10] I did this. [02:52:12] And it's a horrible way to end up your life. [02:52:15] Wilson says it was sheer greed that led him to steal. [02:52:18] He says his business was legitimate until 2001. [02:52:21] He noticed over that time that very few people ever took any money out of their account. [02:52:28] I started issuing statements that had nothing behind it. [02:52:33] I even redesigned a statement that was very good. [02:52:37] In fact, the Secret Service told me that it was genius. [02:52:41] No way anybody would look at that statement and have a doubt. [02:52:44] Those clients, now victims, are the ones who have all old people. [02:52:49] He says one asked to sell his silver and get his million dollars. [02:52:53] Then a second wanted two million, but there was nothing to sell. [02:52:58] That's when he says it started to unravel. [02:53:01] Hadn't been for a long time. [02:53:04] And then when I hung up that phone, I thought this is the bullet with my name. [02:53:12] Those victims and so many others never got their money. [02:53:15] Wilson will be 82 years old when he gets out of prison. [02:53:19] Oh, he might be alive. [02:53:21] The fact that he may die there. [02:53:23] I'd like to think that I might, through some, you know, God's providence, that I might live to get out. [02:53:30] I would like to spend some time with my daughter and my grandkids and my great-grandkids. [02:53:37] But that's not likely to happen. [02:53:40] And so I have to just come to grips with what I've done and what it's going to cost me. [02:53:50] It's going to cost me a lot. [02:53:52] I'm sorry that it cost the clients what it did them, but it cost them things that are financial. [02:54:00] It cost me things that I'll never recover. [02:54:03] You got to write him. [02:54:04] He passed it. [02:54:06] I should. [02:54:08] He's doing it the right way, though. [02:54:09] That's the only way to not suffer. [02:54:11] You know what's funny is when I first met him, super angry at everybody. [02:54:18] How many times have you said that? [02:54:22] I heard me like, oh, no, I'm the one that did this. [02:54:24] I'm the one that put me here. [02:54:26] His whole thing was. [02:54:27] You know, the secret service, the this, the that. [02:54:30] And I was like, bro, you keep blaming. [02:54:32] Like, when was when we first met? [02:54:33] You think he's putting on a story for the cameras? [02:54:35] No, I think that's true. [02:54:37] I think as he and I became friends and we talked, like, he was always like, you're like the only person here who, like, takes responsibility. [02:54:44] Who, like, well, you're like the only guilty man here. [02:54:48] He's like, I mean, you're the only one saying, like, and you're not blaming anybody. [02:54:51] You don't, I don't hear you blaming anybody. [02:54:53] No, I'm like, you put you here. [02:54:54] So nobody fucking made you do that. [02:54:57] Like, literally, I can hear me saying exactly what he's saying to him. [02:55:00] And then as time. [02:55:02] Went on, he was like, Yeah, I did. [02:55:05] I'm the one that did all this. [02:55:06] I'm like, Of course, of course. [02:55:07] But, you know, you get first, you get sentenced, and, you know, the first thing is to get angry and blame and this and that. [02:55:13] And it's hard to, by the end of, you know, if you're lucky, you start to realize that, you know, that nobody puts you here. [02:55:21] You put yourself in this situation. [02:55:23] You made all the bad choices. [02:55:24] But I'm telling you right now, 95% of the guys that go to prison, they get out thinking fucking snitches, fucking DEA. [02:55:32] Fucking lying that what are you talking about? [02:55:33] You were selling drugs, yeah, or you were robbing banks, yeah. [02:55:36] What did you mean? [02:55:38] You think you stole five million dollars, you have to go to prison. [02:55:41] They could have given me probation. [02:55:43] What you just stole five million, yeah, that kind of stuff. [02:55:47] It's like people are delusional, yeah, you know. [02:55:50] So, anyway, but yeah, it's funny. [02:55:51] As we talked, he started to have that kind of mindset. [02:55:54] And I was watching him right there, I'm thinking, My god, that's exactly what you told him. [02:55:58] What you talked about, hilarious man, yeah, he was an interesting old guy, bro, yeah, yeah, he had great stories, he'll probably survive. [02:56:06] 82 is not that old. === Millions Stolen by Husband (02:42) === [02:56:08] He was in good shape. [02:56:09] I mean, he was like healthy. [02:56:11] Yeah. [02:56:12] You know, his big problem was he would fluctuate in his weight ridiculously. [02:56:17] He would get down really thin and then he'd balloon back up. [02:56:21] I mean, he'd buy a bunch of Nutty Buddies and eat the whole box. [02:56:25] Like, we're doing a box of Nutty Buddies. [02:56:29] He'd eat the whole box. [02:56:30] Wow. [02:56:31] And then like the next day, he'd do that like five days in a row and eat like one or two boxes a day. [02:56:36] It's like, bro, what are you doing? [02:56:37] I mean, he's just blown back up, and then he'd get to a certain weight, and he'd start walking and walking and walking and walking. [02:56:42] Next thing you know, it's like, bro, that's not good. [02:56:44] Like, you can't, you gotta, I'm depressed. [02:56:48] No shit. [02:56:48] Justified. [02:56:51] Oh, man. [02:56:51] Imagine how your victims feel. [02:56:52] Yeah. [02:56:54] Oh, God. [02:56:54] He had that. [02:56:57] He had this one woman that came in one time he told me about. [02:56:59] She had multiple sclerosis, right? [02:57:02] So she just started with the trembles, right? [02:57:05] MS-13 she had? [02:57:07] Yeah. [02:57:07] So she just started trembling. [02:57:08] And she had like, I don't know, like a few hundred thousand dollars. [02:57:13] And she came to him and said, her husband, who she was divorced, they were getting divorced, her husband had been investing with him. [02:57:20] And her husband had said, Jesus, bro. [02:57:23] Her husband said we're three hours in. [02:57:24] Oh shit. [02:57:25] So let me finish this. [02:57:26] Okay. [02:57:26] So her husband had been investing with Wilson. [02:57:29] So she was they were getting divorced and she came to him. [02:57:30] She said, look, I have several hundred thousand, maybe a few. [02:57:34] Let's say 200,000. [02:57:36] And he goes, right. [02:57:36] She goes, if I gave you that money, how much would I have in let's say 10 years? [02:57:42] She said, because the way I'm progressing, I got 10 years before I just can't do anything. [02:57:47] And he went, do you have that in cash? [02:57:52] And she goes, yes, I do. [02:57:53] He goes, you give me $200,000 in cash. [02:57:56] He said, in five years, he goes, you'll be a millionaire. [02:58:00] He said, in 10, you'll be worth $300,000 or $4 million. [02:58:03] And she goes, really? [02:58:04] He goes, yeah. [02:58:06] She said, I'll bring it tomorrow. [02:58:08] And he goes, she did. [02:58:09] She brought me in $200,000, like $200,000, $300,000 in cash. [02:58:12] And I went, really? [02:58:12] And I went, man, I said, what'd you do with that money? [02:58:16] And he goes, I bought an antique carriage. [02:58:18] It was beautiful, beautiful. [02:58:20] It had gold trim. [02:58:23] Wow. [02:58:23] No remorse. [02:58:24] None. [02:58:25] What a son of a I know. [02:58:26] I was like, Jesus, bro. [02:58:28] She had fucking MS. God. [02:58:30] And he was like, he's like, oh, she's fine. [02:58:33] She'll be fine. [02:58:33] She'll be all right. [02:58:35] He's just taking these poor people's savings. [02:58:38] He was 10 times worse than you. [02:58:41] Oh, man. [02:58:42] He had a, it's called, it was the Heritage Museum in South Carolina. [02:58:48] And he bought like antiques and filled it. === Buying an Antique Carriage (01:29) === [02:58:51] Like, this is what you do. [02:58:52] Like, you've got millions and millions and millions. [02:58:54] And you, he had a museum. [02:58:58] Oh, yeah. [02:58:59] Yeah, I had old cars. [02:59:01] I had a Confederate this. [02:59:03] I had a, you know, like, what are you, what are you just crazy? [02:59:06] Wow, you're just stealing from people and buying crazy shit. [02:59:10] That guy's fucked. [02:59:12] All right, man. [02:59:13] Thanks for doing this, bro. [02:59:14] Three, we're over three hours in. [02:59:15] Nice. [02:59:16] That was a solid podcast. [02:59:17] Comment.
