[00:10:24]  Let's start with the SPLC, the Southern Poverty Law Center.
[00:10:28]  It's a 501c3 nonprofit, which in Democrat language means the perfect vehicle for more fraud, because this one is almost too perfect.
[00:10:38]  For years, the Southern Poverty Law Center has acted like one of the high priests of the American left.
[00:10:45]  They smear people, they blacklist people, they put out target lists on prominent conservatives.
[00:10:50]  Remember, they dubbed Charlie Kirk a terrorist or something like that?
[00:10:53]  You know, that's.
[00:10:55]  The Southern Poverty Law Center.
[00:10:57]  They label parents and Christian conservatives and basically anyone else they don't like as dangerous, as threats to democracy, and of course, as racists.
[00:11:07]  Now, the Justice Department and the FBI say the same organization was secretly funneling millions to extremist groups, including the KKK.
[00:11:17]  I mean, you can't make it up.
[00:11:21]  This wasn't some nonprofit that got a little sloppy, it was a racket, it was a criminal enterprise, and much more.

[00:11:36]  This Southern Poverty Law Center story, of course, adds to just a tremendous amount of fraud that is being uncovered in the operation of our government, a lot of fraud in the affiliated NGOs with parts of our government as well.
[00:11:49]  I want to start and just get your reaction to what you guys have found here.

[00:11:56]  Look, what the grand jury found and the indictment returned yesterday is something that should be shocking to everybody in this country.
[00:12:04]  You have a situation where you have an organization actively raising money for years and years and years, promising that their sole purpose was to root out racism, mostly in the South.
[00:12:15]  What you saw and what's publicly available is a lot of activism, a lot of articles, a lot of pushback towards anybody who's conservative.
[00:12:23]  But it turns out that they were spending, in this case, over $3 million over about a 10 year period, actually paying individuals associated with the same right wing groups that they are claiming to try to dismantle.
[00:12:37]  I mean, that's the.
[00:12:38]  The definition of a bait and switch or of a fraud, and it's something that the grand jury, there's a lot of work went into that case, and it's something that should be very concerning to everybody in this country.
[00:12:50]  Just think about that, guys.
[00:12:52]  The people who built a business model around hunting right wing racist monsters were paying the monsters.
[00:13:01]  And that's according to the DOJ and the FBI and what they said this week.
[00:13:05]  The people who sold moral panic to the country were apparently running a fraud behind the scenes.
[00:13:12]  Paying those to create the havoc that they were against.
[00:13:16]  Totally corrupt in every possible way.
[00:13:20]  And unfortunately, totally in line with the left's playbook on pretty much everything else.
[00:13:26]  And by the way, this blows up more than just one left wing NGO.

[00:14:06]  And that's not our DOJ saying that or Todd Blanch saying that.

[00:14:13]  That is why they're panicking because the whole game only works if nobody ever checks under the hood.
[00:14:20]  Call everyone racist, call everyone an extremist, call everyone a threat, and hope that no one notices that the people doing the accusing are all filthy themselves.

[00:14:35]  The SPLC even had a KPI metric, okay?
[00:14:39]  It's basically a number designed to reduce the number of whites in corporate America.

[00:14:49]  Their goal is basically to reduce the number of whites in corporate America.
[00:14:53]  To reduce the number of European based people in Europe, all the states, all the data based on lies, fraud, and criminality.

[00:15:06]  Big Democrat donors, major corporations, all the ones you've heard of, BLM groups, all the fake hoaxes like Charlottesville, it was all fueled by dollars from the SPLC.

[00:16:39]  Just like the feeding our futures fraud.

[00:16:51]  And while the whole fraud machine is blowing up here at home, look at what's happening overseas.

[00:17:07]  Now they're looking at a White House that actually understands leverage.

[00:17:19]  And today's message in the Straits of Hormuz was as clear as it gets.
[00:17:24]  If you're laying mines in one of the most important waterways on Earth, the United States Navy is not sending you a warning label.
[00:17:32]  You're getting shot and you're getting sunk.
[00:17:34]  That's how you restore deterrence.
[00:17:37]  You make it unmistakably clear that America is back and in charge of the map.
[00:17:42]  And it looks like the pressure is already showing up in the shipping lanes, too.
[00:17:47]  CENTCOM says 33 vessels have already been redirected under the blockade.

[00:18:11]  Because one of the big differences right now is that this administration understands what actual leverage and power really means.
[00:18:18]  Economic pressure actually matters.

[00:18:22]  Making it impossible for your enemies to breathe matters.
[00:18:26]  Let's level set on where we are.
[00:18:28]  As you all saw yesterday, President Trump announced an extension of the ceasefire.
[00:18:32]  He's maintaining and generously offering a bit of flexibility to a regime who has been completely tarnished because of Operation Epic Fury.
[00:18:41]  There's obviously a lot of internal division.
[00:18:43]  This is a battle between.
[00:18:45]  The pragmatists and the hardliners in Iran right now, and the president wants a unified response.
[00:18:50]  And so, as we await that response, there's a ceasefire with the military and kinetic strikes.
[00:18:55]  But Operation Economic Fury continues, and the effective and successful naval blockade continues as well of ships and vessels that are moving to and from Iranian ports.
[00:19:08]  We are completely strangling their economy through this blockade.
[00:19:12]  They're losing $500 million a day.
[00:19:14]  The Karg Island is completely full.
[00:19:16]  They can't move oil in and out, they can't even pay their own people.
[00:19:19]  As a result of this economic leverage that President Trump has inflicted over them.
[00:19:23]  So he's satisfied with that as we await their response.
[00:19:26]  And we will see.
[00:19:27]  The president has not set a firm deadline to receive an Iranian proposal, unlike some of the reporting I've seen today.
[00:19:34]  Ultimately, the timeline will be dictated by the commander in chief and the president of the United States.
[00:19:39]  That says it all, guys.
[00:19:41]  Now, look, we've seen talks start, we've seen them pause, then start again.
[00:19:46]  But here's the thing the squeeze never stops.
[00:19:49]  And compare that to what we had before.
[00:19:51]  Remember Biden renewing all the sanction waivers for Iran, money flowing, the usual experts telling us that somehow funding our enemies was the sophisticated move.
[00:20:01]  It was some sort of 4D chess, guys.
[00:20:03]  We couldn't understand it.
[00:20:04]  We didn't know why we were shutting down American oil while importing from the world's leading state sponsor of terror.
[00:20:09]  We weren't sure why we would do that and take oil from Venezuela, a regime we didn't even recognize, but not from our own ground.
[00:20:17]  It was insanity then, and it looks even crazier now.
[00:20:21]  Because now the red lines are actually clear.

[00:20:25]  Does the president view that as a violation of the ceasefire?
[00:20:30]  No, because these were not U.S. ships.
[00:20:32]  These were not Israeli ships.
[00:20:34]  These were two international vessels.
[00:20:36]  And for the American media, who is sort of blowing this out of proportion to discredit the president's facts that he has completely obliterated Iran's conventional navy, these two ships were taken by speedy gunboats.
[00:20:50]  Iran has gone from having the most lethal navy in the Middle East to now acting like a bunch of pirates.
[00:20:57]  They don't have.
[00:20:57]  Control over the strait.
[00:20:58]  This is piracy that we are seeing on display.
[00:21:01]  And the naval blockade that the United States has imposed continues to be incredibly effective.
[00:21:06]  And to be clear, the blockade is on ships going to and from Iranian ports.
[00:21:11]  And the point of this is the economic leverage that we maintain over Iran now.
[00:21:16]  While there's a ceasefire with respect to the military and kinetic strikes, Operation Economic Fury continues.
[00:21:23]  And the crux of that is this naval blockade.
[00:21:25]  We are choking their economy, we are strangling their main source of revenue.
[00:21:31]  They can't. pay their own people.
[00:21:32]  They're losing $500 million every single day.
[00:21:36]  Karg Island is completely full of oil because they can't transport it to and from.
[00:21:41]  So the president, the cards are in his hands.
[00:21:43]  Uh, the United States maintains control, uh, over the situation.

[00:21:48]  Again, that's why he's maintained a little bit of flexibility with the extension of the ceasefire as we await a unified response from the Iranians to the president's very clear proposal.

[00:22:06]  This is about China.
[00:22:07]  This is about Russia.
[00:22:09]  This is about a lot of things.
[00:22:11]  And I get it.
[00:22:12]  We don't want endless conflict.
[00:22:14]  But it's the failed globalist class that gave us endless conflict by coddling our enemies for far too long.
[00:22:21]  As far as the formal negotiations, humanitarian issues are of a great concern to this president.
[00:22:26]  But with respect to the negotiations that are ongoing, he's made his red lines very clear.
[00:22:31]  Iran could never obtain a nuclear bomb to threaten the United States and our allies, and they must turn over the enriched uranium that's in their possession.
[00:22:39]  While it is very far into the ground, thanks to the success of Operation Midnight Hammer, it's important to the president that they hand that enriched uranium over.
[00:22:48]  He's made that quite clear to them.
[00:22:49]  And now we're waiting to hear back from the Iranian regime.
[00:22:52]  The fact that they cannot send a unified message yet, which is why the president decided to extend the ceasefire, just shows how effective Operation Epic Fury truly was because there's a lot of internal division over there.
[00:23:04]  The president understands that, and so we await their response.
[00:23:09]  If anyone thought the ceasefire extension meant weakness, we appear to have an answer to that as well.

[00:23:22]  The president says that blockade is actually.

[00:24:11]  Well, the president just posted on Truth Social saying that the United States will triple its efforts in clearing the Strait of Hormuz of Iranian mines.
[00:24:19]  This comes after the Pentagon told Congress that it'll take at least six months after the war has ended to clear the Strait of Hormuz of those mines.
[00:24:28]  The president writing, I have ordered the United States Navy to shoot and kill any boat, small boats though they may be, that is putting mines in the waters of the Strait of Hormuz.
[00:24:39]  There is to be no hesitation.
[00:24:41]  Additionally, our minesweepers are clearing the strait right now.
[00:24:45]  Meanwhile, economic pressure on Iran continues.
[00:24:49]  There's a reason our adversaries are nervous right now.
[00:24:51]  It's not because we're weaker, it's because they got used to weakness.
[00:24:56]  And now they're dealing with something they haven't seen in a long time strength, toughness, courage, resolve.

[00:30:42]  So, the case prompted the Justice Department to send a government plane to Cuba.
[00:30:47]  To bring the 10 year old child back to the U.S., federal officials say the child's biological father, Rose Inessa Ethington, who's now a transgender woman, and her partner took the 10 year old for what was supposed to be a camping trip in Alberta, Canada, late last month.
[00:31:03]  But they never made it to their hotel or campground.
[00:31:06]  Instead, after crossing the Canadian border, the couple allegedly flew from Vancouver to Mexico City.
[00:31:12]  Then they took another flight from Mexico to Havana.
[00:31:15]  All of this happening, by the way, without the knowledge and permission of the child's biological mother.
[00:31:20]  Court documents don't state whether Rose and her partner were actually planning on getting the child gender-affirming surgery in Cuba, but the FBI says they found notes at the couple's home with instructions from a D.C. mental health therapist to quote, send the therapist the $10,000 and instructions on gender-affirming medical care for children.
[00:31:40]  Rose's partner had withdrawn that exact amount in late March per the complaint.
[00:31:45]  Family members of the 10-year-old boy say they were worried Rose had manipulated him to identify as a Girl.
[00:31:51]  Rose's brother tells the New York Times she had been pushing for the child to get transition surgery since he was five years old.
[00:31:58]  This seemed to be clearly all be coming from Rose, Rose's brother says.
[00:32:02]  It was heartbreaking and hard for me to see.
[00:32:05]  Rose and her partner have been charged with federal international parental kidnapping laws.
[00:32:10]  They'll face the remainder of their court case in Utah.
[00:32:14]  I mean, this one is beyond sick.
[00:32:17]  And yet another example of trans violence and abuse.
[00:32:21]  A father trying to use Cuba as some sort of ideological safe house to get around American law so he can do sick medical experimentation on his child.
[00:32:31]  Think about that.
[00:32:32]  That's where this whole movement goes when nobody stops it.
[00:32:36]  If we don't get in the way, if we don't get involved, if we don't spread this word, that's going to become the norm.
[00:32:42]  That's what they're going to try to do.
[00:32:44]  Day in and day out.
[00:32:46]  It's not compassion.
[00:32:48]  They want control.
[00:32:49]  And the same people who lecture us every day about protecting children are always weirdly comfortable when the child is the one getting sacrificed to the ideology.

[00:33:02]  And nowhere is the human cost of all this left wing lunacy more obvious than all the illegal immigrant criminals led in under Biden.
[00:33:10]  Take Sherman Gorman, 18 year old kid, just murdered by an illegal alien, a family destroyed.
[00:33:18]  And a completely preventable death.
[00:33:21]  And now the family is speaking out.
[00:33:24]  On March 19th, Gorman and her friends went to catch a glimpse of the northern lights on Lake Michigan at around 1 30 a.m.
[00:33:31]  They were just about a block and a half from campus.
[00:33:34]  But as Gorman reached the end of this pier, she encountered a masked gunman.
[00:33:38]  He, like, moved towards her threateningly.
[00:33:40]  She turned around and she warned her friends that there was a man with a gun and you need to run.
[00:33:44]  And they ran.
[00:33:45]  She ran.
[00:33:46]  She made it like 40 feet.
[00:33:48]  But she made it like 40 feet and he shot her in the back.
[00:33:51]  Came out her neck.
[00:33:53]  And she saved her friends.
[00:33:56]  I don't know.
[00:33:58]  Presumably, I mean, we heard that.
[00:34:00]  They say it was a senseless tragedy.
[00:34:01]  It wasn't, it was a murder.
[00:34:03]  It was a preventable murder.
[00:34:05]  Police arrested 26 year old Jose Medina, a Venezuelan who authorities say entered the country illegally.
[00:34:11]  His lawyer says her client lost a portion of his brain and skull after he was robbed and shot in the head in Colombia in 2018.
[00:34:18]  His lawyer said he had the mental capacity of a child.
[00:34:21]  He had the mental capacity and the wherewithal to buy a gun, to have a mask on.
[00:34:26]  And to be waiting.
[00:34:27]  The mask was on and he had a gun pointed at my daughter when she passed away.
[00:34:31]  A child does not do that.
[00:34:33]  A man does not shoot a retreating child in the back.
[00:34:36]  The Department of Homeland Security says Medina was first apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol in May of 2023 and released into the country under the Biden administration.
[00:34:47]  And just over a month later, they say he was caught shoplifting in Chicago, arrested, and released again.
[00:34:53]  An arrest warrant was issued after he didn't show up for court.
[00:34:56]  Tell me about the policies that you think made this happen.
[00:34:59]  Honestly, we're really still trying to explore that.
[00:35:02]  Clearly, there needs to be some cooperation between state and local government and federal officials.
[00:35:08]  When someone commits a crime and they've been here illegally, there needs to be cooperation.
[00:35:14]  He was arrested for, yes, a nonviolent crime, but he also was here illegally.
[00:35:21]  In our mind, he should have been handed over to the feds at that point.
[00:35:25]  That's the argument right there.
[00:35:28]  Not some think tank white paper, not cable news, food fights, a dead American girl, a grieving family, and years of politicians telling you border enforcement was a cruel position.
[00:35:42]  No.
[00:35:43]  What's cruel is letting criminals in and pretending the costs get paid by somebody else.
[00:35:47]  What's cruel is telling citizens that their suffering is just part of some abstract moral project.
[00:35:53]  What's cruel is building a politics where the criminals matter more than the victims.
