[00:09:16]  And I want to start with an incredible moment from earlier this week because it really exposes the absolute intellectual fraud of the Democrat Party.
[00:09:28]  Shifty Adam Schiff went on Bill Maher's show, parroted his rehearsed narrative talking points.
[00:09:34]  You know, Trump's war is illegal.
[00:09:37]  He didn't get congressional authorization.
[00:09:38]  You know, same story, rinse and repeat.
[00:09:41]  Happens all the time.
[00:09:43]  And Maher, you know, to give the guy credit here, sort of like sometimes giving credit to the arsonist for calling the fire department, but you know, every once in a while he does come around with this one.
[00:09:54]  He reads Schiff a quote about how the president has the constitutional authority to use military force without congressional approval in certain situations.
[00:10:04]  And Schiff jumps all over it.
[00:10:08]  He says it's outrageous.
[00:10:10]  And then, wait for it.
[00:10:14]  Marr drops the hammer.
[00:10:16]  Check this out.
[00:10:18]  The administration.
[00:10:19]  The president had the constitutional authority to direct the use of military force because he could reasonably determine that such use of force was in the national interest.
[00:10:28]  That's too vague for you?
[00:10:29]  Totally vague.
[00:10:31]  Okay, because that's from Obama.
[00:10:33]  About Libya.
[00:10:34]  Well, Obama made the argument initially that he could go into Syria without an authorization.
[00:10:40]  I and many others pushed back on that argument.
[00:10:42]  Ultimately, he did not go forward with going after Assad, even though Assad was gassing his own people, because he thought he might lose the vote in Congress.
[00:10:51]  But I respect the fact that that was important to him.
[00:10:56]  And the fact that he did not have the support of Congress meant that we weren't going to go forward.
[00:11:02]  You know, the look on Schiff's face, I mean, pencil neck, you know, bull shif, full of shif.
[00:11:08]  You know, you've heard all the nicknames for this guy because they're all basically true.
[00:11:12]  But this is a guy who spent years, literally years, lying about Russia collusion, lying about phone calls, lying about me, my father, literally lying about everything.
[00:11:24]  lying during the impeachment hoax, and he just got caught, no pun intended, in real time.
[00:11:32]  This was one of the worst actors of my father's entire first term.
[00:11:37]  Just made it up, never met a camera he didn't love.
[00:11:40]  He would just lie with impunity.
[00:11:42]  And I remember, very clearly, obviously came from him, when I was even doing my Russia, Russia, Russia testimony in front of the House Intelligence Committee, which he led at the time.
[00:11:53]  And we weren't allowed cell phones.
[00:11:55]  They were locked up in private rooms and my lawyers weren't allowed cell phones.
[00:11:59]  He had to keep it all out because it's very classified stuff.
[00:12:02]  And yet when I got done that evening after like nine hours of straight depositions, got on, I guess it was Twitter at the time and started checking.
[00:12:13]  9 o'clock, 11 o'clock, 1 o'clock.
[00:12:16]  Basically, every time we had a bathroom break, there was a new update.
[00:12:19]  Now, none of the updates were actually accurate as to what was going on, but clearly he was taking that time to leak to the press.
[00:12:27]  This is the Democrat playbook in a nutshell, guys.
[00:12:29]  Everything Trump does is an outrage.
[00:12:32]  Everything Obama did was just fine, totally justified, totally legitimate.
[00:12:36]  The Democrats have no principles, just gutter-tier politics of being against all things Trump all the time.
[00:12:46]  It's the same thing every day for basically 10 years.
[00:12:50]  And when that doesn't work, they just weaponize the government against their political opponents, which you've all seen before, which you saw again during Russia, Russia, Russia.
[00:13:02]  You saw it during Impeachment One, Impeachment Two, you saw the January 6th persecutions, and it sort of never ends, right?
[00:13:09]  But it does bring us to our next story, which just keeps heating up because this goes so far beyond what we even thought we knew about the weaponization of the Obama-Biden FBI.
[00:13:26]  According to a new report from Just the News, my father and other top figures in the administration or in his campaign were targeted by not one, not two, but four consecutive FBI counterintelligence investigations over the last nine years.
[00:13:47]  Huh.
[00:13:48]  Four code name operations that secretly subjected hundreds of innocent Americans to some of the most invasive surveillance tactics our government has.
[00:14:00]  The most invasive stuff they've ever used.
[00:14:02]  Remember when my father, who does have a pretty good understanding of how the world works, said, yeah, Obama was spying money.
[00:14:07]  Like it was obvious.
[00:14:08]  And the media went nuts.
[00:14:11]  You know, it was Obama, it was then Biden.
[00:14:13]  It was, you know, remember when he said that?
[00:14:15]  And it was like, yeah, of course, because they just knew things that no one else could possibly know.
[00:14:19]  They were investigating, making up stuff, but trying to come up with enough closeness and proximity.
[00:14:24]  Like he was like, yeah, they're obviously spying on me.
[00:14:27]  Turns out he was right.
[00:14:28]  He was right.
[00:14:29]  All of the media that said this is a conspiracy theory, you know, another conspiracy theory that comes true.
[00:14:35]  Well, he was right, as always.
[00:14:38]  He's usually right at the time, but most people don't figure it out till much later.
[00:14:42]  Even Kash Patel, the FBI director himself today, was apparently being surveilled while he was going through the confirmation process, right?
[00:14:52]  So he's chosen to run the FBI.
[00:14:55]  They're still going after him personally.
[00:14:59]  And the files were completely hidden, even from most of the Bureau itself.
[00:15:07]  Watch this from John Solomon.
[00:15:09]  They created these cutouts from the system and they were kept in skiffs and they were hidden from public view.
[00:15:15]  Even a director, if he wasn't read in, a future director, would know they existed unless a whistleblower came to them and said, Hey, boss, you won't believe what we did before you were director.
[00:15:25]  We got your phone records, which is exactly what recently happened with Kash Patel, according to the reporting.
[00:15:31]  You have agents down at the rank and file.
[00:15:35]  I'm sorry, John.
[00:15:36]  Wait, you're saying the FBI agents whistle blew to Kash Patel that they were surveilling Kash Patel?
[00:15:41]  They did.
[00:15:42]  Yeah, that's exactly what happened.
[00:15:44]  So, Cash was under potentially illegal surveillance by the F by the FBI.
[00:15:49]  Well, I see what the justification was.
[00:15:51]  Yeah, we don't know yet.
[00:15:52]  We're still getting these records to classify, but it would seem pretty odd that a man got confirmed in 25 to be the FBI director.
[00:15:59]  Obviously, there was no criminal activity, or he wouldn't have had the FBI director.
[00:16:02]  They were pushing at him.
[00:16:03]  Same thing with Susie Wiles.
[00:16:05]  She's never been charged, but they got her phone records and were listening in her phone conversations, according to the data that's now made public.
[00:16:11]  There is an amazing walk you through the different dragnet operations.
[00:16:20]  Number one, Crossfire Hurricane.
[00:16:22]  We all know that one, right?
[00:16:24]  It's the Russia Kaluja hoax.
[00:16:27]  Completely fabricated, based on a fake dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton, leaked at the New York Times that then the FBI used to start up the investigation.
[00:16:35]  It was just, you know, circular garbage can that led to the Mueller probe and the biggest hoax in American history.
[00:16:43]  Number two, Round River.
[00:16:46]  This one started in the Pittsburgh field office of the FBI.
[00:16:50]  They went after Rudy Giuliani looking into Hunter Biden's corruption in Ukraine.
[00:16:54]  But it didn't stop there.
[00:16:56]  It expanded to target numerous public figures who dared speak out about the Biden family corruption.
[00:17:04]  Number three, plasmic echo.
[00:17:08]  This one was tied to the Mar-a-Lago raid, the classified documents case.
[00:17:12]  And here's the kicker.
[00:17:14]  Internal FBI messages have already surfaced showing agents questioning whether they even had probable cause, even probable cause for the warrant.
[00:17:24]  Think about that.
[00:17:25]  The agents themselves weren't sure that they had the goods to even get the warrant.
[00:17:33]  And they raided a former president's home anyway.
[00:17:37]  And it wasn't just a regular raid where they show up for documents.
[00:17:40]  They showed up with the FBI's HRT squad, okay?
[00:17:44]  The hostage rescue team.
[00:17:46]  Okay, that's like the SEAL Team Six of federal law enforcement.
[00:17:52]  Why would you need that?
[00:17:53]  They acknowledged they were cooperating with lawyers.
[00:17:55]  You saw FBI agents themselves didn't even know they had the right to do this.
[00:17:58]  And then when they do show up, it's not like, hey, show me some papers.
[00:18:02]  They show up with the hostage rescue team, fully armed, ready to go.
[00:18:09]  Why would you do that, folks?
[00:18:10]  Unless, of course, you know, you're just simply trying to intimidate someone into folding, whether that's someone lying about what the president actually did or just scaring the family.
[00:18:21]  You know, perhaps myself.
[00:18:22]  I don't think I'm too easily intimidated even by those clowns functioning this way.
[00:18:26]  And that's all coming from Ray.
[00:18:28]  I know a lot of the guys that are the door kickers and they're great guys.
[00:18:31]  They're just doing what they're told.
[00:18:33]  But it's coming from the top.
[00:18:35]  Huh?
[00:18:36]  Why do that?
[00:18:37]  You think they do that to anyone else?
[00:18:39]  And then there's number four, Arctic Frost.
[00:18:42]  This one looked GOP lawmakers and top team figures up, trying to relate them to January 6th, and including spying on their phone records.
[00:18:57]  Now, we're learning, even more happening, that this was more of a never-ending information dragnet that basically just changed names.
[00:19:07]  While the targets all had one thing in common: they supported Donald Trump.
[00:19:12]  Four operations spanning from the summer of 2016 all the way to January 25.
[00:19:19]  Okay, and that is essentially the entire duration of my father's political career to that point, being treated by his own government's intelligence apparatus as a national security threat.
[00:19:33]  I'll tell you what, it seems like these weaponized systems and government, the FBI, probably the CIA, all of these things, they seem like a far greater national security threat.
[00:19:44]  Remember, you're a threat to democracy.
[00:19:45]  I don't know.
[00:19:47]  I don't know.
[00:19:47]  I think the surveillance of like half the Republican Party probably seems like a far greater threat to democracy.
[00:19:55]  And yet you don't hear any of the hens over on the mainstream media talking about that, even if it's the reality.
[00:20:02]  Okay.
[00:20:03]  The President of the United States was being surveilled like a foreign spy.
[00:20:09]  Remember that.
[00:20:11]  Hundreds of Americans caught up in this dragnet.
[00:20:15]  People whose only crime was supporting or working with Donald Trump.
[00:20:20]  This is what weaponized government looks like, guys.
[00:20:23]  This is what they were doing while they told you it was all a conspiracy theory.
[00:20:30]  While they told you they're fighting to preserve democracy, huh?
[00:20:33]  Anything but.
[00:20:35]  Okay, classic projection.
[00:20:36]  They're doing the opposite of whatever they tell you they're doing in this case.
[00:20:39]  And now, Cache Patel is pulling back the curtain on every single one of them.
[00:20:45]  I'm sure they were able to hide a lot that he hasn't been able to find.
[00:20:48]  I'm sure they burned plenty of bags of information linking them to other people, but I imagine there's enough out there that we can do something with.
[00:20:54]  And I have a feeling we're just at the tip of the iceberg here.
[00:20:59]  What other figures were targeted?
[00:21:01]  We know Susie Wiles was.
[00:21:02]  She's now the chief of staff of the White House.
[00:21:06]  She was the campaign manager of our father's campaign.
[00:21:10]  What about other members of the cabinet?
[00:21:12]  What about other members of the transition?
[00:21:15]  And remember, they declared these cases prohibited access files, meaning they're not put into normal case file system called Sentinel, where the FBI keeps all of its cases, right?
[00:21:27]  This is off the books, guys.
[00:21:29]  This is just a little side project.
[00:21:30]  And if we can get people entrapped and ensnared, we'll do that.
[00:21:35]  Clearly, there was nothing there.
[00:21:36]  Shouldn't surprise anyone yet.
[00:21:38]  Didn't stop them from trying, guys.
[00:21:40]  This was a totally separate system from what they normally use.
[00:21:45]  You couldn't even search for it if you wanted to.
[00:21:47]  It wasn't in the books.
[00:21:50]  And it's one of the dozens of different record systems the FBI had.
[00:21:55]  Now, speaking of weaponized government failing its people, let's talk about what the Democrat Party is doing to undermine the safety of our citizens here, home, and abroad.
[00:22:09]  The Democrat DHS shutdown is now on day 25.
[00:22:14]  We are approaching a full month of Senate Democrats holding Homeland Security hostage.
[00:22:22]  TSA agents are now getting their second zero-dollar paycheck.
[00:22:27]  And the result?
[00:22:29]  Americans are waiting three and a half to four hours in security lines at major airports.
[00:22:34]  Some airports are telling travelers to show up four hours early just to get through.
[00:22:40]  All because Democrats refused to fund DHS because they want to halt deportations and seemingly make sure that criminals in this country get to stay and ultimately vote for Democrats in elections.
[00:22:54]  Watch what we have here.
[00:22:58]  TSA wait times here at Hobby Airport still sitting at about three hours this morning.
[00:23:03]  You guys, just take a look at the line.
[00:23:05]  It has looked like this basically all morning, and it is stretching from here where we are past the ticketing area, downstairs to the baggage claim, and literally out the door of the airport.
[00:23:16]  And it seems like this line just seems to be getting longer as the morning goes on.
[00:23:20]  So all of this comes after the partial government shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security as it continues.
[00:23:27]  High demand and fewer open checkpoints because of TSA staffing shortages are what's causing these massive wait times.
[00:23:34]  We did speak to one woman who was traveling with a group of kids to DC.
[00:23:38]  She says that she checked in with Southwest around 3:30 this morning, but now she's worried that they won't even make their flight.
[00:23:45]  How many of you guys are traveling together?
[00:23:47]  We have about 94 kids and 14 adults.
[00:23:50]  And can you tell us what time you got here and how long you've been waiting in line?
[00:23:53]  I arrived around 3.20 and we've been in line since then.
[00:23:58]  We're supposed to catch a flight at 7.45, we hope.
[00:24:01]  And what words do you have to describe this line and what you guys are waiting in?
[00:24:05]  Crazy.
[00:24:06]  It's really crazy.
[00:24:10]  Again, Houston Airport officials are urging anybody traveling through Hobby Airport this morning to get here at least four hours early.

[00:24:23]  Trump Alaska Skin says, demental health.
[00:24:26]  And I think that's right.
[00:24:27]  Democrat mental health.
[00:24:29]  They don't have a lot of it.
[00:24:30]  It's in very short supply.
[00:24:32]  They're mentally ill, not a lot of mental health there.
[00:24:35]  Now, ironically, the DHS shutdown does not actually affect ICE because it's already been funded in other legislation.
[00:24:46]  So this is purely about political theater for Democrats to make our country less safe and our airports more chaotic.
[00:24:54]  They want Americans to suffer.
[00:24:56]  They know the funding for ICE is already there.
[00:24:59]  They know that.
[00:25:00]  So they're going to withhold the other funding to make sure they can try to blame Republicans, even though it's all them, while the media obviously does their bidding for them.
[00:25:10]  Here's Senator John Fetterman excoriating his own party.
[00:25:15]  A welcome thing to see.
[00:25:18]  I'll have to acknowledge that this shutdown had no impact, zero impact on ICE.
[00:25:23]  All of the funding was already in place there from the big beautiful bill that I did not vote for.
[00:25:28]  I did not vote for that.
[00:25:30]  So why should I punish all of those people that work under the DHS that keep our nation more secure?
[00:25:36]  Why they shouldn't be paid?
[00:25:37]  You know, I'm at the airport every week of the year and I asked all of them in Pittsburgh, hey, do you guys like getting paid for your job?
[00:25:45]  And I've never met one that says, nah, you know, the paycheck's not really a big deal.
[00:25:49]  Everyone, and I believe we should be paid for the work that you've done.
[00:25:53]  Why punish all those TSA agents and all the other people under the DHS umbrella just because the base demands that we just shut it down, knowing, absolutely knowing that would have no impact on credit to Fetterman,
[00:26:09]  although as we'll cover later in the show, it's also time that he supports the Save America Act and really call out his own party on that one, especially for legislation that's like 84% popular with the entire populace of America, meaning you actually need an ID to vote.
[00:26:24]  You actually need to show proof of citizenship to register to vote.
[00:26:27]  Not exactly rocket science, not exactly controversial anywhere else in the world.
[00:26:33]  But as for DHS, the House already passed a clean DHS funding bill.
[00:26:39]  Even four Democrats broke the ranks and voted for it.
[00:26:43]  And Senate Democrats, they blocked it.
[00:26:47]  And up in New York City, Zohran Mandani hosted his first Iftar at City Hall, which is the evening meal served at sunset to break the daily fast during the Islamic holiday, holy month of Ramadan.
[00:27:00]  But Mandani turned it into a hosting of radical activists for a viral moment on social media.
[00:27:12]  We're asking yourself how you can reconnect to growing up with being taught.
[00:27:41]  Isn't that good?
[00:27:43]  You're not good at that.

[00:27:55]  I imagine if a Christian mayor invited Christian influencers into City Hall to pray on camera and push it out on social media, the left would lose their minds.

[00:28:07]  So the mayor of the largest city in America is turning City Hall into a content studio for Islamic influencers while people are literally throwing bombs at his front door in the name of ISIS.

[00:28:23]  And the fake news doesn't want to touch any of it.
[00:28:27]  You know, imagine seeing that.
[00:28:28]  You know, radical Islamists at City Hall.

[00:28:38]  Now, the left lectures us all the time about Christianity, even when a teacher wants to pray in class.
[00:28:45]  But Islam in City Hall, well, that's beautiful.

[00:28:50]  You know, there's obviously no separation of church and state when it comes to that.

[00:28:57]  Now, I do want to pivot to something that connects directly to what we've been covering on this show for months.
[00:29:03]  The massive fraud epidemic in Democrat-run states across the country.
[00:29:09]  It took the mainstream media a long time to get there.
[00:29:12]  And candidly, I'm shocked that they would ever actually expose the fraud, but credit where credit is due.
[00:29:19]  CBS News analyzed records for every hospice operation in Los Angeles County and found that over 700 of the roughly 1800 hospices in LA County triggered multiple red flags for possible fraud.
[00:29:37]  700 of 1800.
[00:29:39]  I mean, that's like almost half.
[00:29:41]  Okay.

[00:29:46]  So we went door to door and what we found was empty office spaces, piled up mail, and not a single healthcare worker in sight.
[00:29:55]  There's even a stretch in LA with 500 registered hospice companies within just three miles of each other.
[00:30:02]  In fact, there's even a single building with 89 registered hospice companies.
[00:30:09]  We wanted to get some answers.
[00:30:11]  Okay, so my name is Adam Yamaguchi and I'm with CBS News and we're doing a story about hospice and we're just trying to understand how and why there are so many hospice agencies in like a small cluster in LA County.
[00:30:25]  Would love to speak with you.
[00:30:27]  I'm sorry.
[00:30:29]  You have no comment?
[00:30:31]  Okay.
[00:30:32]  All right.
[00:30:34]  Medicare hospice fraud can happen in a few different ways.
[00:30:38]  Shell companies can buy stolen Medicare numbers on the dark web and then bill the government for services that they don't ever actually provide.
[00:30:46]  Sometimes recruiters will go out into the community and look for seniors and say, hey, we can offer you a bunch of free groceries, housekeeping, free to pens.
[00:30:58]  Just give me your Medicare number and I'll see what you're eligible for.
[00:31:01]  And then boom, they're off and running.
[00:31:03]  They can charge tens of thousands of dollars and in some cases, hundreds of thousands of dollars on that one Medicare number.
[00:31:12]  Guys, here's how the scam works.
[00:31:14]  Criminals steal Medicare identification numbers.
[00:31:19]  They enroll people in hospice care without their knowledge.
[00:31:22]  Just congratulations, Don, you're on hospice.
[00:31:25]  I didn't even know I was sick.
[00:31:26]  And then they bill Medicare for services that are never provided.
[00:31:31]  One woman, a 69-year-old doctor who was perfectly healthy, found out her Medicare number had been stolen and she was listed as a dying hospice patient.
[00:31:42]  And the scale, the scale of this is absolutely insane.
[00:31:48]  There is a three-mile stretch in LA with 500 registered hospice companies.
[00:31:55]  Not 500 hospice patients, 500 registered hospice companies.
[00:32:01]  There is a single building, single building, one building with 89 registered hospice inside.
[00:32:09]  That must be one hell of a large building, guys.
[00:32:11]  I mean, wow.
[00:32:13]  When investigators went door to door, empty offices, piled up mail, not a single healthcare worker in sight.
[00:32:22]  Auditors estimated LA County hospices overbuild Medicaid or Medicare by $105 million in a single year.
[00:32:31]  The average hospice in LA bills Medicare $29,000 per patient, more than double the national average of $13,000.
[00:32:41]  I guess that's why they chose LA, that and the fact that the government's probably on it and they wouldn't get caught.
[00:32:46]  Here's Center for Medicaid Services Chief, Dr. Oz, explaining how foreign scammers are fleecing the American taxpayer.
[00:32:55]  ...to go there on their final days is what you're saying, and some of them are in real hospices.
[00:32:59]  Of course not.
[00:33:00]  You know who's coming to ask us for help?
[00:33:02]  The legitimate hospice owners in California are saying, please, we're drowning.
[00:33:06]  There's so much fraud we can't survive.
[00:33:07]  But it doesn't just end there.
[00:33:09]  There's also fraud Medicare.
[00:33:10]  We announced a nationwide moratorium in this country for six months.
[00:33:14]  You may not start a new durable medical equipment business.
[00:33:17]  They're the ones who sell wheelchairs and canes.
[00:33:19]  And we have enough to serve the American people, but the fraud is so bad.
[00:33:23]  I'll get in stats.
[00:33:24]  You'll love this.
[00:33:24]  There are two times as many durable medical equipment suppliers in South Florida than McDonald's.
[00:33:30]  And that's despite the Bobby Kennedy's not shutting McDonald's down there.
[00:33:34]  And the reason is, just to clarify, I know you're living in the middle of it.
[00:33:37]  I would open up one of these wheelchair stores because I could defraud my way to getting paid.
[00:33:43]  So I'm providing equipment to people that don't really need it in order to get federal money.
[00:33:48]  Is that what you're saying?
[00:33:49]  You're not even providing equipment.
[00:33:50]  You're stealing their beneficiary number.
[00:33:52]  You're pretending head fake to ship stuff.
[00:33:55]  You never ship any goods.
[00:33:56]  You have no payroll.
[00:33:57]  No one works for you.
[00:33:58]  You never sell any products to anybody.
[00:34:00]  You literally create a fake business.
[00:34:02]  Many of these businesses are owned by Cuban nationals, by the way.
[00:34:05]  They bill falsely for $5 million for a month of fake stuff.
[00:34:09]  They flee back to Cuba.
[00:34:10]  We try to go after the money.
[00:34:11]  It's already gone.
[00:34:12]  It's been shipped overseas.
[00:34:14]  And everyone's looking around to see who's the last guy standing.
[00:34:18]  The fundamental reality is this fraud is weaponized.
[00:34:20]  It's weaponized often by foreign nationals.
[00:34:22]  We can't allow it to continue.

[00:34:27]  And this is on top of what Nick Shirley exposed in Minnesota, the daycare fraud, the billions stolen from programs that were supposed to feed children.
[00:34:35]  Remember, Nick lit the fire in Minnesota, and now it's spreading to California, where $24 billion went to homelessness, and the homeless population actually went up, where a state audit couldn't even figure out where the money went.
[00:34:53]  A state audit couldn't figure out where it went.

[00:34:56]  In just I don't know what's.
[00:34:58]  24 billion between friends?
[00:35:00]  And, by the way, Tim Waltz was dragged in front of the House Oversight Committee last week to testify about the Feeding OUR Future fraud in Minnesota.
[00:35:10]  $9 billion stolen and Waltz was caught with him hiding behind a court order that never actually existed.
[00:35:19]  He was just, you know, able to hide behind.
[00:35:20]  It didn't actually exist, but he just basically I can't talk about it in a court order, not true?
[00:35:25]  The Oversights Committee's report said it plainly.
[00:35:28]  Waltz and Attorney General Ellison lied about their knowledge of the fraud and silenced whistleblowers.
[00:35:36]  Seems like a really bad pattern.
[00:35:38]  This is the pattern, though.
[00:35:39]  This is what they do.
[00:35:41]  In Minnesota, California, Democrat-run states, billions of taxpayer dollars vanishing into thin air.
[00:35:48]  And the people who were supposed to be watching the store were either asleep or they were in on it.
[00:35:54]  Maybe both.
[00:35:56]  Now, speaking of Democrats being exposed, I want to talk about James Tellarico because the Democrat Party is trying to sell this guy as their great hope to flip a Senate seat in Texas.
[00:36:09]  And what's coming out about him is absolutely disqualifying.
[00:36:14]  I mean, remember, this is the guy who beat Jasmine Crockett, okay, in the Democrat primary.
[00:36:21]  And then she said it was rigged and everything like that.
[00:36:22]  But like, hard to believe, as I see these clips, as we put this stuff together, it's literally hard to believe that this guy makes Jasmine Crockett, you know, crazy squad member, seem almost reasonable.
[00:36:34]  That's how insane it is.
[00:36:36]  So there's a clip that's resurfaced.
[00:36:38]  Tellerico is on a podcast, and the host asks him a simple question.
[00:36:43]  Name something you love beyond family and friends.
[00:36:47]  You know, normal question, right?
[00:36:49]  You'd maybe say, you know, your dog, your country, fishing, you know, hunting for me, you know, whatever it is.
[00:36:55]  Tellerico's answer, trans children.
[00:37:00]  You can't make it up.
[00:37:02]  This is the guy that wants to be a senator in Texas.
[00:37:04]  I mean, Texas, even Texas Dems, like, come on then.
[00:37:07]  Like, you can do better.
[00:37:08]  Check this out.
[00:37:10]  That you love that's not family or friends.
[00:37:15]  I love, I'm just saying this because it's on my mind.
[00:37:18]  The trans children who showed up yesterday at the state Capitol to advocate for their humanity.
[00:37:25]  They shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch.
[00:37:29]  And guys, this isn't a one-time thing.
[00:37:31]  This is a guy who said on the Texas House floor that God is non-binary.
[00:37:36]  A guy that's made transgender advocacy for children a staple of his entire political career.
[00:37:42]  A guy who's twisting scripture to push gender ideology on kids.
[00:37:47]  Of course, you know, it's sick.
[00:37:50]  And this far-left freak has another top policy priority.
[00:37:54]  Abortion for the trans community.
[00:37:57]  Take a look.
[00:37:59]  Before we go further, I want to acknowledge that our trans community needs abortion care too.
[00:38:05]  Defending trans Texas is something we have to do every day at the state capitol.
[00:38:10]  And you better believe I'll be giving sermons on that too.
[00:38:14]  So when I use the word woman, it should not be understood as an exhaustive term, but rather as a lens through which to understand, examine, and interrogate patriarchy.

[00:38:42]  And by the way, since some of this went viral, Tellerico quietly deleted his entire endorsements page from his website because he doesn't want voters to see who's been backing him.

[00:38:58]  This is who Democrats are running in Texas, guys.
[00:39:01]  This is who they see as their star.
[00:39:04]  This is like the Timu version of Beto O'Rourke, a guy who thinks the most lovable thing in the world outside of his own family, and perhaps more so than his own family, is other people's children going through gender transitions.
[00:39:17]  Texas is not buying what this guy is selling.
[00:39:21]  And if they are, we have much bigger problems.
[00:39:24]  If they are, you know, it's like meteor 2028 because we probably deserve it.

[00:39:38]  The Treasury Department released the mid-season numbers for the 2026 tax filing season.
[00:39:44]  Over 63 million returns processed.
[00:39:48]  Average refund over $3,700.
[00:39:51]  Okay, $3,700.
[00:39:54]  Nearly 45% of all returns claimed at least one of the new tax benefits from the One Big Beautiful bill.
[00:40:03]  More than 15 million returns used no tax on overtime.
[00:40:07]  3.5 million used no tax on tips.
[00:40:12]  That's huge for hardworking Americans.
[00:40:16]  3.5 million Trump accounts have been opened.
[00:40:20]  $91 billion in retroactive tax relief going directly to working families, waitresses keeping their tips, construction workers keeping their overtime.
[00:40:31]  Check this out.
[00:40:33]  Americans are going to start benefiting from the fruits of President Trump and Republicans' labor through the passage of the One Big Beautiful bill and these historic tax cuts.
[00:40:42]  We are midway through tax season.
[00:40:44]  So just to provide an update from the Treasury Department that just went out moments ago, nearly 63.5 million tax returns have been processed thus far, 45% of the anticipated total number of tax returns by April 15th.
[00:40:58]  So don't forget to file your taxes, people.
[00:41:01]  And the average refund this year is more than $3,700.
[00:41:06]  And we know that more than 27.5 million individuals who have filed their tax returns thus far have claimed at least one of President Trump's new tax cuts.
[00:41:16]  Over 3.5 million returns have claimed no tax on tips.
[00:41:20]  Over 15.5 million returns have claimed no tax on overtime.
[00:41:25]  Over 9.2 million returns have claimed the enhanced deduction for seniors.
[00:41:29]  And over 690,000 returns have claimed no tax on car loan interest.
[00:41:36]  And another amazing statistic, nearly 3.5 million Trump accounts have been opened for children in our country thus far.
[00:41:44]  So we look forward to, I know the Treasury Department continues to look forward to seeing these checks go out the door and into the pockets of hardworking Americans.
[00:41:53]  And the president will be meeting with them himself tomorrow on the road in both Ohio and Kentucky.

[00:41:59]  And speaking of promises kept, nine consecutive months of zero releases at the border.
[00:42:05]  Every single person apprehended was processed according to the law.
[00:42:09]  That has never happened in modern border history.
[00:42:13]  Southwest border apprehensions in the first quarter of the fiscal year of 2026 were the lowest ever recorded.
[00:42:20]  95%, lower than the first quarter average under Biden.
[00:42:25]  They told us it couldn't be done.
[00:42:27]  They said the wall was a vanity project.
[00:42:30]  They called enforcement cruel.
[00:42:32]  95% reduction.
[00:42:34]  Zero releases.
[00:42:35]  The border is more secure than it's been in a generation.
[00:42:40]  And that brings me up to the final and most important topic of tonight's show.
[00:42:45]  And this one, I need every single one of you to hear because it matters more than ever.
[00:42:52]  The Save America Act, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, requires proof of citizenship to register to vote and a photo ID to cast your ballot in a federal election.
[00:43:06]  My father said it clearly.
[00:43:08]  He is not signing anything else until this bill passes.
[00:43:12]  Nothing moves until we secure our elections.
[00:43:16]  Check this out.
[00:43:17]  Senator Thun listening to you when you say you want to pass the Save America Act, he says there aren't the votes to do it right now.
[00:43:25]  What's your well, he's got to be a leader.
[00:43:27]  You know, if he's a leader, he's got to get him.
[00:43:29]  It's the most popular bill I've ever seen put before Congress.
[00:43:33]  And it's voter ID and it's voter.
[00:43:36]  You have to be able to be a citizen to vote.
[00:43:38]  You've got to equal citizenship.
[00:43:41]  And we're also adding in no men playing in women's sports, no transgender mutilization of our children, and no mail-in ballots, fake mail-in ballots.
[00:43:53]  We have none of that, except in the case of the military, etc.
[00:44:02]  It is the Save America Act.
[00:44:05]  It's the most popular bill I think I've ever put before.
[00:44:12]  So will Senate leadership actually step up and do what's right?
[00:44:16]  Dune claims the votes aren't there.
[00:44:19]  But why?
[00:44:20]  Is it just because a few rhinos don't want to have a vote at all?
[00:44:24]  They don't want it on the record out there.
[00:44:27]  It's 84% popular across the American public.
[00:44:31]  I understand why Democrats aren't going to give it to them, right?
[00:44:34]  They understand that if they can have more illegals voting, they're going to vote for Democrats because they're entirely dependent on your taxpayer dollars.
[00:44:40]  Every single Republican senator needs to be on the record fighting for this.
[00:44:46]  And if not, maybe they should be replaced in their jobs.
[00:44:49]  Not scheduling symbolic votes and shrugging their shoulders when they fail.
[00:44:55]  Make the Democrats stand there and filibuster election integrity.
[00:44:59]  Make them explain to the American people why showing an ID to vote is unreasonable when you need an ID to buy a beer or cigarettes, to get on a plane, to start a bank account, to pick up a prescription.
[00:45:13]  If Democrats want to block this, make them do it in front of the cameras.
[00:45:18]  Make them do it on the record.
[00:45:21]  Make them stand there for hours, for hours, and tell America why they oppose verifying citizenship before someone votes in our elections.

[00:45:43]  Pick up the phone tonight, tomorrow morning.
[00:45:47]  If you have a Republican senator, tell them you expect them to follow through and fight for this.
[00:45:54]  If you have a Democrat senator, ask them why they think non-citizens should be able to register to vote.

[00:46:03]  No other country in the world would allow that to happen.
[00:46:07]  And in America, according to the Democrats, it's Jim Crow 2.0.
[00:46:10]  Well, I guess, you know, again, buying a beer or cigarettes is also Jim Crow 2.0 because that requires it.
[00:46:15]  Setting up a bank must be Jim Crow 2.0, getting on a plane, Jim Crow 2.0.
