And now, let's get into all of the top headlines for the last couple of days.
And I want to start with what is one of the most important stories of the week.
FBI's January 6th Game Plan 00:06:38
And we now know it will never get the attention from the regime media.
I wonder why that is.
It's almost like they don't report on the things that actually should matter to Americans, the things that are actually attacking democracy, the things that are actually being used to subvert American citizens.
John Solomon, frequent guest of the show over at Just the News, obtained explosive documents showing that the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, our highest federal law enforcement agency, conducted a tabletop exercise, that's what they call it, in the summer of 2020, months before the election, specifically gaming out what kind of chaos might happen if the presidential election was contested.
So just, I don't know, let that sink in for a second or two.
Think about that for a minute.
The FBI under Christopher Wright was sitting around in August of 2020, running scenarios about post-election violence, devising strategies like deploying undercover informants.
Huh, I wonder where they could have been on January 6th, and pursuing mass prosecutions for minor crimes.
And these are the exact same tactics, again, guys, they later used after January 6th.
They had the playbook written before the game even started.
I wonder again why they would have to do that.
I wonder.
FBI Director Kash Patel turned these long secret memos over to Congress just last week, and they paint an absolutely damning picture of the bureaucracy in the FBI, of the corruption, of all the things that we know that this was a plan, guys.
It was all a setup.
Does anyone actually think January 6th wasn't like the fail-safe?
You know, if the bomb's under the bench of the DNC and the RNC, you know, if they don't really get the attention that it needs, you know, maybe we could just get them to break into the Capitol building.
I wonder if we could insurrect.
The FBI's Boston field office led this exercise, and they recommended developing what they called a robust source base that would be embedded with potentially violent groups.
They recommended pursuing heavy-handed prosecutions for even minimal criminal activity as a deterrent.
Huh.
Huh.
Sounds very familiar.
And here's the kicker, guys.
These memos also warned that foreign enemies like Iran and China were likely to foment domestic violence on U.S. soil.
Remember, the left and the legacy media spent years telling you that any talk of Chinese or Iranian election interference was just a conspiracy theory, guys.
It's just a conspiracy theory, right?
It couldn't have happened.
Wow, it's not going to be Iran and China.
We're going to do it, maybe with their help, but we're going to do it ourselves.
You know, the FBI.
The FBI's own internal documents said otherwise.
They spent years telling you there were no federal assets on the ground on January 6th, in addition to all the other lies and misdirection that they gave us for months and even years after the fact.
Now, combine this new finding with what we learned late last year about the FBI's quote after-action report on January 6th regarding the deployment of plainclothes agents.
Watch this in case you don't remember.
He would not tell how many agents were sent to the Capitol once the violence started there and the riot began.
We got that answer because they did an after-action report at the FBI.
Kash Patel recently found that after action report, and it is damning.
There were 275 FBI agents, most in plain clothes, without any riot gear or protection, dispatched to the Capitol that day.
The reason there was an after-action review is that a lot of those agents felt like they were put in harm's way.
They didn't have gear.
They didn't have a way to identify themselves to the Capitol Police that they were cops.
If they had to draw their gun, they could have had a friendly fire incident.
And so that's an important fact.
It's something that Congress needed for oversight.
And Chris Ray's FBI kept it from.
But the more important issue, long term, to all my colleagues in the FBI who have tried to dispute that the FBI has a political bias problem.
This episode, this review, ended up exposing more than the fact that an incompetent FBI sent a lot of FBI agents to the Hill without gear and protections and then didn't want to admit that to Congress.
It uncorked a decade of frustration among scores of FBI agents at the Washington field office that their agency had become clearly politically biased.
Those aren't my words.
Those are their words.
The FBI was already game planning as early as September 2020 what an attack on the Capitol would be like and if it was possible.
Their own documents outline a plan to infiltrate online shed forums and build a network of confidential human sources before January 6th even happened.
They knew.
They prepared strategies.
And then when the day came, they didn't take adequate steps to protect the Capitol.
Again, it's almost like they wanted it to happen.
It's almost like, it's not almost like, there's literally no other plausible explanation.
They wanted it to happen.
And of course, what happened after?
They deployed roughly 274 agents, had about two dozen informants embedded in the crowd, and then they used the event to launch thousands of prosecutions, some of which amounted to nothing more than misdemeanors.
Yet it didn't stop them from doing anything.
I mean, misdemeanor, trespassing, jail for years, no due process, no rights.
We'll make sure you're tried not in front of a jury of your peers, in front of a jury of DC radical communists.
And they used those infiltrated prosecution numbers to justify a massive expansion of domestic surveillance on American citizens.
This, guys, isn't law enforcement.

That is institutional corruption.
Okay, that is disgusting.
You want to talk about protecting democracy?
They did exactly the opposite.
Now, speaking of things the previous administration buried, let's talk about another major story that for some reason is still not at all at the top of the news cycle.

The FBI and Las Vegas police raided a home in East Las Vegas on January 31st after getting a tip that an illegal biological laboratory was being operated out of a residential garage there.
And when they got inside, they found refrigerators filled with vials of unknown liquids, biohazard equipment, and over a thousand samples that have now been sent to the FBI lab at Quantico for testing.
And here's where it gets really scary.
The property is owned by a Chinese national who is already in federal custody.
Think about that, guys.
There's a Chinese biolab on U.S. soil.
I wonder what other biohazards China could have created in the last, I don't know, six or seven years.
This guy who's already in federal custody, he was arrested back in 2023 for running an illegal biolab in Reedley, California.
So he just moved over a state.
Okay, think about that.
He was already running an illegal biolab where authorities found thousands of vials labeled with things like HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, COVID, and even a freezer labeled Ebola.
Okay, Ebola, folks.
Chinese nationals, possibly creating, I don't know, replicating Ebola on U.S. soil.
He was arrested once already, and then they let him go, I guess, and he could just start again over, you know, the next state over.
Rinse and repeat.
There were nearly a thousand mice inside the lab, which were genetically engineered to mimic the human immune system.
Huh.
Why would you genetically change a mouse to imitate human immune systems in a Chinese biolab in America?
I wonder what you would do with that.
Huh.
If you think about this for a second, guys, this man has ties to the Chinese Communist Party, had a $330 million judgment against him in Canada for stealing intellectual property.
I wonder what intellectual property that could be.
Could it be, I don't know, biohazardous and was a fugitive who entered the United States illegally.
And yet, they got him in 2023, let him go, and he did it again, I guess.
And what did the Biden administration do about it?
They buried it.
Watch FBI Director Kash Patel on the CCP Biolabs and the Biden cover-up because you really have to see this stuff.
You don't have to be the director of the FBI to know the CCP is our number one adversary and is going to continually threaten our way of life.
What we did in the last year with the President Trump and the Attorney General of the Department of Justice is reprioritize our dynamic threat landscape going after and disrupting and criminal and looking after the criminal activity from the CCP.
We've arrested over 40% more individuals from the CCP for espionage alone last year, 40% increase in one year.
And as you guys brilliantly pointed out, that's because for four years, there was an open border policy that allowed them and other adversaries to infiltrate America, not just through cyber warfare, but personally come here, buy land, go to our universities, and inject themselves illegally, if not and improperly, into our way of life.
And this FBI has made it a priority to continuously get after it.
And you saw that when we raided the lab with the state authorities in Las Vegas.
And once those test results are back, we'll go public with what we found.
And we'll also be talking to our partners in Congress to say, hey, this intelligence that you were given and this summary you were given previously was dead wrong.
And I'm not going to mix any words about that.
So the Biden administration told the American public that the biolab had no connection to the CPCP.
None whatsoever.
I mean, you know, there wasn't like a CCP general in there, you know, so there's no connection.
I mean, the guy's a Chinese national.
He's done it over and over again.
You know, has liens against him for stealing intellectual property.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that was in the medical space up in Canada.
Got caught in California, released again during the Biden administration, and started up a shop again in Nevada.
But he had no connection to the CPCP.
Well, guys, turns out that was a lie.
And when Cash and the FBI discovered it, they took swift action to correct the intelligence.
And since then, there's been a 40% increase in Chinese espionage arrests in just the first year of the second Trump administration because this administration actually takes the Chinese Communist Party threat seriously.
But meanwhile, CNN ran a whole segment on the Vegas bio lab and somehow managed to leave out the Chinese Communist Party connection entirely.
I mean, I don't know.
This wasn't some redneck doing, you know, I don't know, let's see what we can do.
We'll kind of create a mutant squirrel.
No, no, no.
They left it out entirely.
Okay.
Given the panic that they created over COVID and where it came from and where it originated and what probably actually happened there, leaving that out, I don't know.
Seems like malpractice seems sick.
They covered it as just a man who had a biolab.
Oh, yeah, just a man who had a biolab.
Not a man who had a CCP-linked entity.
Not a man who had possibly Ebola, COVID, and other really hazardous things in his lab.
You know, just a man.
Just, you know, had he been wearing a MAGA hat, I bet you would have heard those details.
Just watch CNN in their own words.
This morning, federal authorities are investigating a suspected illegal bio lab found inside a Las Vegas home.
According to Las Vegas police, the home is owned by a man who was arrested in 2023 in connection to another biolab investigation in California.
During that previous investigation, authorities discovered materials possibly associated with several infectious diseases, including hepatitis, COVID, HIV, and malaria.
The nature of that earlier investor investigation raised significant concern for what we might encounter in this new case.
While it is unknown whether similar materials were present here at the Las Vegas residence, the possibility required us to proceed with extreme caution.
Officials in Las Vegas say they found refrigerators containing vials with unknown liquids.
That's not an oversight, guys.
That's editorial malpractice.
That should be illegal.
They should not be able to leave out these very important facts.
And these aren't conspiracy theories, guys.
Just like the COVID lab leak wasn't a conspiracy theory.
You got thrown in jail if you said it.
You lost your academic tenure if you did it.
You lost residency at a hospital if you said it.
But of course it was always there.
There was no other plausible explanation.
It happened in Wuhan at ground zero, right at the place where they studied the exact virus in questions in China.
These are national security threats that the Biden administration chose to ignore, just like they ignored the southern border and the threat of the cartels there, which my father secured on his first day in office.

But on Capitol Hill, guys, Democrats are still actively trying to undermine border security and public safety by trying to gut ICE.
They're not even using their usual euphemisms about reform, you know, the usual crap, right?
They just want to gut it and then abolish it entirely.
It's almost like they need open borders.
It's almost like they need that voter base.
They need millions of people to come here who get hooked on the government dole, who need them to give them things in exchange.
They'll give them votes and that's how they maintain power.
It's almost like, well, of course it's like that.
There's no other explanation.
We know that.
We've now seen it forever.
But as I always say, you don't have to take my word for it, guys.
They are saying it themselves.
They are saying the quiet parts out loud right now.
They've just given up on the pretense of like pretending.
They don't pretend at all anymore.

And so is abolishing ICE then just a talking point if that's not really in the demand?
No, look, I think it is about what we have the power to do.
And I have said for some time, going back to 2019, I've said we should dismantle DHS because DHS was only a creation after 9-11.
It never existed before that.
But guys, that's not all.
New York governor Kathy Hogel is taking it even further.
She wants to pass a new law to give illegals the right to sue ICE officers personally.
You know, that immunity thing that they got rid of for the cops in New York, which made so many of the cops in New York just quit because, you know, if they did their jobs, they didn't want to have to get sued personally and have no defense and lose their mortgage, their home, their wives, their lives, their families.
You know, it's almost like they're trying to destroy our nation from within.
Take a look.
We also are saying if ICE tramples on your constitutional rights, you should have a private right of action to sue them.
And we have cases all over the state of New York where those rights have been violated.
So we already proposed that, but I realized I want local police officers focused on local crimes.
To the extent that we have this bloated agency now, you heard $75, $85 billion agency that's dedicated to just taking people off our streets without any cause.
We want to make sure that our local police are not complicit in that, that our sheriffs are not housing people who are innocent of anything other than coming to this country in search of a better life like my grandparents did.
This is the priority of leadership in New York.
Side with illegals, side with lunatics who charge at cops with knives.
We covered that one last week.
Not the cop that got stabbed, but the guy that did the stabbing.
We're going to go check him out, make sure he's okay.
You know, because there's always an excuse for something, right?
He's not just an asshole.
There's an excuse for it.
He's, you know, there must be something wrong.
Yeah, he's a criminal.
Put him in jail.
Okay.
They side with career criminals who attack law enforcement.
That's today's Democrat Party.
And get this.
Remember how just a few weeks ago Democrats were screaming about the need for ICE agent to wear body cameras?
Well, now, after the Trump administration agreed to the measure, now, I don't know, guys, they're doing a little 180.
They're changing their tune and calling it a tool for mass surveillance.
Again, doing a complete 180.
So a couple of weeks ago, they're in Fayborough.
We say, okay, we believe our guys are doing the right thing.
Okay, there are obviously accidents that are going to happen, but we're more than happy to wear body cams because we're thinking we're doing the right thing.
No, Now it's a tool for mass surveillance.
Just look at this headline from Politico that reads, and I quote, ICE surveillance concerns shifts Democrats' demand for body cameras.
Are they worried that, I don't know, the more transparency we have and the more evidence that we have, the more it will likely dismantle every single fake news Democrat narrative that exists?
Almost feels like it has to be that, right?
We saw something similar happen with BLM.
Once police body cameras became the norm, it became harder for BLM to manufacture hoaxes like, you know, hands up, don't shoot.
They weren't able to change the narrative because you saw what these people did in real time.
We were more than happy to do that.
We're more than happy to have that transparency.
Let the people see what's actually going on.
But now that they realize that, they can't manipulate the narrative, you know, if there's video, well, let's change our minds.
What these bunny cameras often show is professional law enforcement officers doing their jobs while left-wing agitators create chaos, harass them, get in their face, commit violent acts, just like we saw in New York last week, where body cam footage showed the suspect wielding a knife against officers after repeatedly being told to stand down.
You know, if you don't have that video, guys, you know, in the news, just like eliminating the notion of the Chinese Communist Party in a hazardous biolab in Nevada, you know, if we leave out the knife part, oh yeah, a cop just shot a guy.
Oh, that's terrible.
Why would a cop just shoot a guy?
Oh, the cops are bad, obviously.
But make no mistake about the broader play here.
Democrats are using the DHS spending deadline to try to hamstring immigration enforcement.
And they're doing similar things in blue cities to make it harder to achieve basic safety and security for the American citizens who deserve it.
ICE officers are removing violent criminals from our streets, which, in the mind of Democrats, immediately makes them the bad guys.

They're little league coaches and veterans.
They're people who love this country.
These are immigration and customs enforcement officers.
They are removing violent criminals from our streets and neighborhoods.
It's dangerous and difficult work.
But ICE has one mission, to make America a safer place to live.
And that's what they're doing.
This is law enforcement.
This is ICE.
And while Democrats are busy having one tantrum after another, the Trump administration is actually building things that will benefit American families for generations.

But I think there's a chance that these Trump accounts may be his greatest legacy because I think that the children who are born, born last year over the next couple of years, in 18 years, those will start rolling off.
Or it may be that the individuals who get these accounts and everyone can create one for their family for children up to age 18.
Only these four years will be funded with the $1,000 seed from the government.
But as these accounts mature, when you're 18, they can be rolled into a retirement account.
So the full effect of these may not be felt on our national psyche for 20, 30, 40, even 60 years.
But I am convinced that this will be a real-time experiment in financial literacy and financial education, which we here at Treasury support every day.

And honestly, it's just another example of how using common sense gets things done.
But sadly, guys, common sense is anything but common, especially over in Europe, where we saw testimony last week on Capitol Hill from those actually being criminally prosecuted just for criticizing woke lunacy in places like the UK.
You know, England, some of these, like England, you know, you can't say anything anymore.
You can't talk about it.
You can't be critical of them, even on social media, even if you're a comedian.
And one of the star witnesses was Graham Lynham, an Irish comedy writer who had the audacity, guys, to say that biological sex is real.
I mean, I know ceremony, you don't have to say that anymore, but like, you know, I don't know, it's sort of been in the textbooks that way for like a couple hundred years until like three years ago.
That women, this is the other thing, I know, very radical, but he said it, that women deserve single sex bases.
Doesn't even feel like comedy.
It just feels like common sense.
And that children shouldn't undergo experimental medical procedures.
And for saying those things, he lost his career.
He was driven out of his home country.
And last September, when he flew from his new home in Arizona to London's Heathrow Airport, he was met by five heavily armed police officers who arrested him for social media posts, for literally posting opinions on social media that were critical of the madness that's happening right now in the UK.
Think about that.
A comedian returning home.
Not to provoke anything, not to agitate, not to do anything.
I mean, you know, I guess he'd be okay if he went there and started grooming gangs to rape young children all over the country.
That's fine.
I mean, that's, you know, cultural appropriation.
We can't, you know, can't get in the way of that, guys, right?
I mean, think about that.
Five armed guys to arrest him plainside when he was showing up there peacefully?

I spent 30 years writing comedy for British television.
It was a career I loved, but it ended when I began noticing that women were losing their livelihoods, their social circles, and even their freedom for defending rights won over 100 years ago by the suffragette movement.

We have simply been punished for objecting to fashionable yet incoherent orthodoxies.

We called it the war on women.
We were never at a loss for stories.
This committee is here to discuss threats to free speech in Europe, but I briefly want to touch on the forms of quiet censorship that don't require state suppression.
For the state has learned to let others do its work.
When employers fire workers for protected speech, when banks close accounts, when publishers drop authors, when platforms suspend users, the government's hands stay clean.
The censorship happens.
The state didn't do it.
In Britain, we have discovered that you can have formal free speech and no free speech at all.
I want everyone to understand that gender ideology and free speech cannot coexist.
You can hear the lie in the very language.
Trans woman meaning man, trans man meaning woman, trans healthcare meaning the opposite of health care, trans rights meaning men's demands.
An ideology that tells lesbians they are bigoted for not accepting male partners is not progressive.
It is homophobic.
And I will bring this home to Washington for a second.
Right now, a man named Hobby Bingham, who calls himself Princess Zoe Andromeda Love, is a registered sex offender in this country.
He raped a 12-year-old girl.
He was transferred to the Washington Corrections Centre for Women, where he raped a developmentally disabled female inmate.
This is not happening in Britain.
This is happening here.
These are the policies we are being asked to accept.
And just as in the United Kingdom, those who refuse pay with their livelihoods, their reputations, their peace of mind.
Finally, I'm asking the committee to do three things.
First, use every diplomatic lever you have to pressure the British government to implement its own Supreme Court ruling.
Women just won a landmark case confirming that sex means biological sex.
The guidance to enforce it has been written, and the Minister for Women Inequalities has blocked it for months, calling it trans-exclusive.
If the British government can ignore its own Supreme Court to appease gender activists, so can yours.
Please make sure, make it clear that America is watching.
Second, put pressure on the Irish government to reopen a conversation it never had.
In 2015, while Irish people were celebrating their vote for marriage equality, the Gender Recognition Act was quietly passed.
No public consultation, no referendum, no women's rights organizations consulted.
The public did not know what they were signing up for.
They do now.
The consequences are visible across Irish life.
Men in women's prisons, men in women's sport, children taught lies in their schools.
Ireland is my country of birth.
Its women and girls deserve the debate that they were denied.
Third, recognize that free speech is not preserved simply by declining to arrest people.
People from all walks of life are being silenced by the institutions that license and employ them.
We need new whistleblower protections for the digital age.
If government will not defend dissenters from institutional retaliation and mob rule, then what is the First Amendment for?
That's not an abstract question.
The women who lost their careers, the children who lost their health, the athletes who lost fair competition, they did not have a voice in the decisions that failed them.
I am asking you to give them one.

That is exactly the playbook that the left has been running in this country for years.
They don't even need to arrest you if they can get you fired, deplatformed, and financially destroyed.
They'll throw you in jail without actually having to sit in a cell.
You're just ruined for having the wrong opinion.
And it's why this administration has taken historic steps to fix it.
But the battle is still going.
This is why the First Amendment matters more now than ever before.
This is what our founding fathers intended with it.
This is why shows like this one actually matter.
Remember the pattern.
It's always the same.
Something is called a conspiracy until the evidence becomes undeniable.
And then it shifts to, well, it might have been happening, but it's not as bad as you think.
Then it becomes, you know, after it's very clear that it is as bad as you think and probably worse, then it becomes, well, yes, it's happening, but it's actually a good thing, guys.
It's good.
No, it's great.
And then it eventually morphs into censorship entirely.
So you don't talk about it at all.
You're forced into silence.
You're told to shut up and mind your own business or you're going to lose everything.
It's the cycle of pretty much all of the left's hoaxes.
And it's just one of the many reasons that legacy media finds itself suffering from a credibility crisis and is losing readers.
We see it with the Washington Post.
After last week's layoffs, the CEO of the paper stepped down this weekend.
Democracy dies in darkness.
You know, that's their whole, you know, masthead.
Democracy dies in darkness.
I don't know, guys.
It doesn't seem like they've been shedding light on pretty much anything other than Democrat conspiracy theories.
It turns out that Democracy Dies in Darkness isn't much of a business model.
And woke DEI reporting isn't actually all that popular.
And calling terrorists, you know, austere religious scholars isn't actually good reporting.
And we see it across the media where the so-called journalists are some of the least informed people out there.
Just look at this CNN segment on the 2020 census and how even the CNN host reacts to revelations of major errors hurting red states.
Of course, they only hurt red states, right?
It only goes one way.
Check this out.
One of the biggest things is it helps decide congressional maps.
Does this have everything to do with redistricting?
Well, it does.
In fact, we know the 2020 census, the errors were almost always to the detriment of red states.
Blue states like Rhode Island.
Do we know that?
We do know that the Census Bureau's own audit of its work has proven that blue states like Rhode Island were overcounted.
Rhode Island then doesn't lose a seat.
Red states like Alabama were undercounted.
This is just a fact.
It wasn't all red, blue, but it was disproportionately red and blue.
Amazing.
So the census is set up.
There's all sorts of errors.
They only benefit the blue states.
They always hurt the red states.
It's like, oh, we had no idea.
They probably didn't have an idea.
Now, had it been the other way, where it actually hurt blue states and helped red states, I have a feeling they'd know all about it.
They wouldn't find it on their own, but someone would tell them and they'd be shrieking like the jackals that they are.
Meanwhile, independent media shows like this one were growing.
We're reaching more people than ever before because we don't talk down to our audience.
We don't hide the ball.
The reckoning for legacy media is here, and I'm not going to shed a single tear for them.
More broadly, the contrast could also not be clearer.
One side buries the truth, gets rid of the details, while we are building the future.
The left can't win the argument, so they just try to turn up the volume with one lie, one hoax, or smear after another.
It's why we can't get complacent and we can't get comfortable because the stakes are just too high.
