Time Text
Hey guys, and welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
It's great to be with you as we count down the days until Christmas.
But as far as the news goes, it's been a tragic weekend.
Horrific news out of Sydney, Australia, where radical Islamic terrorists opened fire on a Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach, killing at least 16 people.
We've also got a manhunt for a Brown U.S. University shooter.
Now, two students are dead.
Nine are wounded during finals week.
So we'll bring you the latest as it all develops.
Also, actor and producer Rob Reiner and his wife were murdered in their home, and now their son is under arrest.
A truly sad and shocking story.
And we're learning even more about the massive Tim Waltz fraud scandal in Minnesota, guys.
Now, the numbers are literally approaching billions, like multiple billions.
It's crazy.
So there's a lot to cover.
But first, make sure that you guys are liking, sharing, and subscribing.
Just hit the little like button right now.
Do that.

And of course, don't forget about our brave sponsors for having the guts to support this program.
So if you follow politics, you know, everyone's got an opinion.
But on Polymarket, you actually get real odds on what's likely to happen.
Polymarket is a prediction market where people trade on real events back and forth, elections, debates, policy moves, just about everything.
There's a polymarket for just about everything.
And it doesn't stop at politics, guys.
There are markets on the economy, tech, sports, pop culture, and much more.
It's all live.
It's transparent.
And it gives you real-time indicators on what people think is going to happen.
Okay.
It's a big deal.
I dealt with this in politics where people are doing polling every day, you know, and they ask a question 97 times till they get the answer of whoever's paying them for the answer that they want, rather than actually trying to get to the truth.
So give it a look at polymarket.com.
See what's actually happening.
I think you'll be really impressed with the accuracy.
And don't forget about our friends over at the Birch Gold Group.
Now, there's a lot of politicians that should be getting coal in their stocking for Christmas, but Birch Gold thinks you deserve silver.
That's why for every $5,000 you purchase between now and December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you an ounce of silver, which is up over 60% this year.
So like I always say, educate yourself and learn how Birch can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
Just text my name, Don Jr., D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898 to claim your eligibility.
Again, text Don Jr., my initials, you know, D-O-N-J-R to the number 989898 today.
And now, guys, let's get into all of the top headlines.
I do want to start with the terror attack in Australia because the more we learn, the more absolutely sick and terrifying this story is getting.
On the first night of Hanukkah, over a thousand Jewish families gathered at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, where two gunmen opened fire from a footbridge overlooking the celebration.
At least 16 people are dead.
More than 40 people are at the hospital.
Two police officers were shot.
Just watch what's going on over there right now.
We're going to a restaurant.
The restaurant booking was for half past seven.
We got there at six o'clock.
So we're in the pub just having a few drinks, waiting for one of our friends' daughters, actually.
And I was outside on the phone at around 4, 6, 6.45 to around 6.51.
And then all of a sudden, all the police cars were flying by.
And usually when you're around Bondi and there's a bit of police around, I presumed it was a shark attack or something happening down on the beach.
I didn't expect what I then found out a few minutes later when there was a security guard outside the pub basically telling us there was someone with a gun and people were being held hostage.
Was what we were being told in the pub at that stage.
So, we all got told to get inside the pub.
Um, we then went into the restaurant.
Uh, more news could start to filter through that there had been an attack down on the beach.
Um, you know, we didn't really understand what was going on at that stage.
Then, more and more news started to transcend that it was um a terror attack.
That was the news that was hitting everyone around where we were.
Um, and then it wasn't much long after that they shut the doors and um they locked people, obviously, that were in the restaurant and the pub inside and told us all to stay.
Um, and we didn't really know what was going on.
Then, there was more news came that there was so much happening on social media that they said that there was more attacks going on around Sydney and around the city, which thankfully wasn't proven to be the case.
But for a period, we didn't have a clue really what was going on, um, and we were just locked inside this restaurant.
The terrorist attackers were a father and a son.
The father was shot and killed by police.
The son is in custody in critical condition.
But in the midst of this horror, there was a hero, a really brave guy, who confronted the gunman head-on because a local fruit store owner saw the gunman, rushed him from behind, tackled him, and wrestled the gun out of his hands.
Check this out.
But here's where it gets even more infuriating.
The terrorists should have never been in Australia, guys.
Okay, how often do we have to say this?
It's like every damn time.
They were already on the radar of Australian intelligence agencies, and the father was from Pakistan and should have never been in the country again to begin with.
And I'll spotlighted a tweet yesterday about this: how Australia let this guy in.
Okay, they let these guys in, but banned.
Remember when they banned people like tennis superstar Novak Djokovic because he wouldn't get the vaccine?
I mean, they banned Novak Djokovic from showing up to Australia, but they let these guys in.
It's insane.
It doesn't stop.
Okay.
This is how far so many of these formerly great countries have fallen.
And guys, not shockingly, it gets even worse because now some Australian officials want to find even more ways to inflict gun control on their citizens in a country that already has some of the most restrictive gun laws of anywhere in the world.
Remember this?
This is an old friend.
They confiscated basically everything in the country.
Why?
Why would you want to make it that much harder for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves when we all know the bad guys are always going to find a way?
And these sorts of threats aren't just thousands of miles away.
They're also at our doorstep, guys.
This morning, the FBI announced that they foiled a terrorist plot in Los Angeles, arresting four alleged members of a radical pro-Palestinian extremist group who were planning coordinated New Year's Eve bombings across Los Angeles.
Check out AG Pambandi talking about it.
Breaking news, 10 minutes past the hour.
This news happening out of Los Angeles.
The FBI now reports that it's disrupted a planned New Year's Eve terror attack in Los Angeles.
Four suspects in custody.
The FBI identified them as members of a pro-Palestine extremist group.
They're suspected of planning coordinated IED attacks targeting five different locations in Los Angeles.
But based on the reporting now, that plot has been foiled.
We will wait for more out of LA or out of Washington, D.C. for what the FBI has to say about that developing story.
And yeah, well, you know, one of the things that crossed my mind as all of these stories were developing is say a prayer for the first responders, right?
The ones who are first on the scene, who have to see some of these horrific things that are hard to unsee, and they help protect people and comfort people by getting the information out there to them as quickly as possible.
They're under a lot of pressure, too, when you hear stories like this.
Now, the suspects identified are apparently members of the Turtle Island Liberation Front.
Sounds like an environmental group.
I guess that's probably on point.
A far-left, anti-government, anti-capitalist, extremist group.
Their goal is to free Turtle Island, which is what they call North America.
Okay.
They want to free North America from illegal American empire, the illegal American empire.
Amazing.
They were also planning to target ICE agents and their vehicles.
The FBI arrested them in Lucerne Valley, California, where they were believed to be testing their explosive devices before the planned attacks.
Now, I want you to think about this for a second.
Under the Biden administration, the FBI was too busy investigating the parents at school board meetings, right?
People who charged MAGA swag at a Baz Pro shops on their credit card, a grandmother who was, you know, I don't know, within 500 miles of Washington, D.C. on January 6th.
You know, they didn't bother with the pipe bomber, none of that stuff.
They were too busy doing that and raiding the homes of pro-life activists than they were trying to stop these people.
Under my father and Kash Patel, the FBI is actually doing its job, finding terrorists, actually going after the bad guys for a change, and playing for keeps, quite literally.
Because last week, in a joint effort between the FBI, the DOJ, and the Department of War, the United States seized a massive oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela.
Check out this footage of how it happened and what went down.
When a reporter asked what would happen to the oil, my father said, we keep it, I guess.
Which is, by the way, what he's been consistently saying about all the trillions we've spent in the Middle East and how maybe we pay ourselves back from these efforts to stop terrorist regimes from taking over these countries.
right?
But it just always comes out of the American taxpayer pocket that we get nothing in return.
That doesn't work.
And why shouldn't we?
Why shouldn't we keep these things?
These are sanctioned vessels operating as ghost ships.
They don't exist on the map.
They're bringing oil to places they're not supposed to.
They're breaking international laws and maritime laws all day long.
They used the oil revenue to poison Americans with drugs, violence, and crime.
It was carrying approximately 2 million barrels of Venezuelan crude, roughly half of which was headed to Cuba.
The tanker and many others have been sanctioned for years because of its involvement in illicit oil shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations.
But under Biden, Nothing was done.
Nothing happened.
They knew it was going on.
They watched it.
They just did nothing to stop it.
And guess what?
Just like the drug boats, many of these tankers are now making U-turns.
Because as it turns out, force and strength is a deterrent.
And action matters more than just empty rhetoric, that empty rhetoric that we've been hearing about and dealing with for years.
Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Carina Machado called my father's actions decisive.
She also won the Nobel Prize this year.
She gets it.
She won elections over there, but wasn't allowed to assume office.
She's been on this show.
And that it's saving innocent lives.
It's why she dedicated the Nobel Prize that she won to him.
Check this out.
Do you endorse this idea of more seizures and possibly even a blockade?
Look, I absolutely support President Trump's strategy, and we, the Venezuelan people, are very grateful to him and to his administration, because I believe he is a champion of freedom in this hemisphere.
And that's why, and I say this from Oslo right now, I had dedicated this award to him, because I think that he finally has put Venezuela in where it should be in terms of a priority for the United States national security.
This is what happens when you actually have a commander-in-chief who isn't afraid to act.
My father promised to take on the cartels and the narco-terrorists, and he's delivering.
It's also why we have a new defense strategy that prioritizes our own neighborhoods, our backyard, our regions, our hemisphere, instead of ignoring it.
And while the neocons and the Democrats are outraged that we're taking out drug boats and illegal shadow vessels, I think the average American person understands how important that is.
What happens in the Caribbean matters a lot more to the lives of common sense Americans than endless wars in the Middle East or the Ukraine.
And I say that just as a matter of fact, even if it makes the regime media and the swamp meltdown, which of course it will, because honestly, there's probably a lot less money in sending a small missile to take out a drug boat or using the Coast Guard and the Department of War to capture a vessel and, I don't know, maybe pay us back for those returns, right?
Get 2 million barrels of oil at 60 bucks a barrel, $120 million.
I don't know.
Seems pretty good, especially if they're breaking those laws.
But the left spin doesn't stop there, guys, because they unveiled their latest Epstein bombshell.
Guys, it's an Epstein bombshell.
It was last week.
They released photos of adult women who actually had nothing bad to say about my father.
But Democrats blocked out their faces in the release to try to make it look scandalous.
They tried to make them look like minors.
95,000 images were released in this new drop.
And DJT, your favorite president, is in, wait for it.
Four of them.
Four.
Four of them.
He's in there with adults at events and photos that have literally been released publicly because one was actually, I think, a Hawaiian Tropic contest.
These are adult women who said he was gentlemanly and nothing but nice, but it doesn't matter.
If you block out their face, all of a sudden, oh, they must be minors.
We won't talk about the details.
We won't get to the actual truth of it.
We'll just make it seem salacious and scandalous.
Their whole clown show is falling apart as always.
And by the way, I'd be curious, in those 95,000 photos, how many Dems are in there?
How many big Democrat donors or Democrat politicians are in there?
Because that's what I really want to know.
Because I imagine it's a lot.
Or those just, or those photos just weren't released, obviously.
Because meanwhile, guess who's refusing to cooperate with the investigation?
Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Watch this.
Mr. Chairman, there are two very important people that you subpoenaed early on, or excuse me, that you asked to voluntarily cooperate.
They didn't schedule their interviews.
Now there's a subpoena.
But Bill and Hillary Clinton, if they continue to dock you, will you take them to court?
Will you try to enforce a subpoena?
Will you go the Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro route?
100%.
We're going to go that route.
We expect to hear from Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Look, Donald Trump's answered questions for years about Jeffrey Epstein.
Every day he gets asked questions about Epstein and he answers them in front of the American people.
We've subpoenaed Republicans and Democrats.
Two Republicans have come forward, Bill Barr and Alex Acosta.
They did interviews and deposition, and those were tough, but they did them.
They didn't back down.
Other Democrats have sent letters saying they knew nothing about Epstein, which would hold in court.
If something never comes out that they did know something, then they've committed perjury there.
But the Clintons have never responded.
They're the one group in this investigation that's never had to answer questions in front of a credible reporter, and they've never certainly answered questions from attorneys or members of Congress.
So we expect the Clintons to come in, or I expect the Clintons to be met with the same faith that Bannon and Navarro were met with when the Democrats were in control.
That's strange.
Bill and Hillary aren't going to cooperate, but I thought this was the way they're finally going to get Trump, guys, right?
The walls are closing in.
They got him this time.
Oh, no, they're actually adults that said he was gentlemanly.
And I guess they blocked out their faces to try to create a narrative that doesn't actually exist.
Four pitchers out of 95,000.
Think about that.
But Bill and Hillary, they don't want to cooperate?
Huh.
Wonder why that is.
And now, House Overchief Chairman Comer announced he's launching contempt of Congress proceedings against the Clintons if they don't show up for depositions this week.
It's been more than four months since Bill and Hillary Clinton were subpoenaed, and they have delayed, obstructed, and largely ignored the committee's efforts to schedule their testimony.
I remember about this stuff.
They did it to me during Russia, Russia, Russia.
If they ever went back to the House, I'm sure they'll do it again.
You know, that's their game.
But remember the outrage?
Remember how insane they got?
Remember that I showed up and then they still spun stuff where they leaked stuff from classified rooms.
My lawyers couldn't even have phones in there.
They leaked stuff throughout the day.
Every time there was a bathroom break, that was under Adam Schiff.
Huh.
Why aren't they so outraged about Bill and Hillary?
Seems odd.
I guess we should just never cooperate with these guys ever again when they're in power because we've seen what they're willing to do.
And speaking of Democrats dodging accountability, Tim Walt and Minnesota Democrats are embroiled in a massive fraud scandal involving the state's Feed Our Future program and a massive syndicate of Somali scammers, many of whom are linked to terror group Al-Shabaab.
We've covered it extensively, and there's nearly 100 different bad actors who have either been convicted or indicted in the years-long criminal operation.
They're still in there.
Remember, Tim Waltz had whistleblowers come out, people from his own administration, Democrats, saying, this is really bad.
This looks good.
They were punished.
They were silenced.
They weren't given the beyond reproach status of all the whistleblowers who come out against Republicans.
You know, it's sort of amazing how that happens, even when it goes nowhere.
So Waltz's latest excuse for looking the other way, you know what it was, guys?
Minnesota is, and I quote, too well governed and just too nice that it attracts criminals.
Watch this.
It's amazing.
Generous state, Minnesota's a prosperous days, a well-run state where AAA bond rated, but that attracts criminals.
Those people are going to jail.
We're doing everything we can, but to demonize an entire community on the actions of a few, it's lazy.
And as you heard Senator Kelly say, this president has cut a lot of inspector generals.
He's cut programs that could help us tackle this on.
So we are, we'll take it on.
We'll put folks in jail.
I don't care what your nationality is.
I don't care your religion is, your color, if you're committing crimes.
These are programs that were meant to serve students with autism to housing and to making sure people had enough to eat.
There's a reason Minnesota ranks as the top, lowest childhood poverty, best place for children to live.
People are taking advantage of.
They're going to prison.
That is totally disconnected with demonizing an entire group of people who came here fleeing civil war and created a vibrant community that makes Minnesota and this country better.
But that's Donald Trump.
Deflect, demonize, come up with no solutions.
He's not going to help fix anything on fraud.
My God, there's a big difference between fraud and corruption, and corruption is something he knows about.
It's too well governed?
I don't know.
You lost billions to al-Shabaab.
You sent it there knowingly.
You silenced whistleblowers.
It doesn't sound like great governance to me, but what do I know?
I guess I'm just a common sense kind of guy.
But it isn't just Waltz.
The scandal also implicates Congresswoman Elon Omar, obviously from Somalia, seems to be one of the great champions of Somalia and some of the other things that people around her, even in Somalia, have said, where, you know, she's not doing the bidding of America.
She's doing the bidding of Somalia.
I mean, not wrong.
Probably not something you should say.
Seems pretty brazen to go say that.
And yet they do because we know that's actually what's going on.
They also implicates Attorney General Keith Ellison.
Remember, big Democrat Party guy.
And the web of corruption runs deep throughout the entire Democrat machine.
Check this out to see how bad it actually is.
Under the nose of Elon Omar, Tim Waltz, Attorney General Keith Ellison.
We see a web of connections between them and those directly involved in the fraud.
For example, Elon Omar, alleged enabling, introducing the 2020 Meals Act, which was ultimately subject to fraud, held a campaign victory party at the Safari Restaurant.
That's where one of the men who run that restaurant has associations to the convicted individuals.
And then there's Tim Waltz, House Oversight Investigation Role in his role as governor, or Keith Ellison, the attorney general.
Job is to enforce the law in Minnesota, but instead, he's getting donations after meeting with the Feeding Our Future representatives, the Feeding Our Future, the biggest known yet part of this entire fraud, excuse me, theft ring.
The executive director of Black Lives Matter, by the way, over in Oklahoma City has now been charged with wire fraud and money laundering.
The organization raised more than $5 million in 2020, but she is accused of pocketing more than half of that instead of using it to bail out people for protesting in support of BLM.
No, she pocketed allegedly most of that money.
Oh, by the way, here she is.
You want to see a picture of her?
Here she is.
Notice who she's in the picture with.
That's right.
Congresswoman Ilan O'Marr.
But hey, it's just the system, right?
Let's bring in our spotlight panel.
It's yet another reason why common sense and common sense immigration policy and common sense oversight matters more than ever before.
And on the border, new numbers show the Trump administration is delivering bigly, hugely, huge with the capital Y. DHS just released the numbers for November showing record low border crossings.
Now, back in December 2023, under Biden, 336 illegal aliens were pouring into America every hour, 336, every hour.
Thousands a day, tens of thousands a week, hundreds of thousands a month.
It never ended.
But now, for seven consecutive months, the Border Patrol has released zero illegal aliens into the United States.
Zero.
Here's Tom Homan explaining more.
Under the last administration, over 4,000 aliens died making that journey.
With a secure border, lives are being saved every day.
Sex trafficking has plummeted.
Fentanyl has plummeted.
No inspector terrorists coming across borders plummeted.
A secure border means stronger national security.
But most importantly, it means saving lives, saving aliens' lives and saving Americans' lives.
Guys, that's more than 2.5 million illegal aliens that have left since my father took office.
605,000 deported, 1.9 million self-deported because, you know, they just weren't giving them the freebies anymore.
And so maybe they went back to their own country.
Fentanyl seizures up 59%.
Methamphetamine seizures up 118%.
This is literally saving lives.
It's a big deal.
We have to keep going.
We have to encourage it.
Donald Trump's like the biggest humanitarian in the world.
He's sending people back home so they can be with their families over the holidays.
And I think he should be commended for it.
Before I wrap up, though, I do want to talk about something special on Saturday, where my father attended the 126th Army-Navy football game in Baltimore.
Watch here to hear some of the sights and sounds from these great Patriots and people in attendance.
And everyone in attendance, welcome to Baltimore for the Army-Navy football game.
This is your umpire Anthony Gibson.
My name is Tim Rich, and it's our cruise honor to be working this game today with you all.
Joining me for the coin toss, it is my honor and privilege to introduce the commander-in-chief, our president of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.
Mr. President, thank you for your leadership and your continued support of our service members and our veterans.
It's an honor to have you here today.
To the men and women who wear the uniform, to all of our veterans and their family members, thank you for your service.
Thank you for protecting this great country.
And thank you for protecting the freedoms that we enjoy each and every day.
To the cadets, the midshipmen, and everyone watching around the world, this is the 126th plane of America's game.
The coin today we'll be tossing features the Army-Navy logo, which will be ahead.
The battle monument, which is a tale.
Army, what is your call?
Tails.
Tails is men called.
Mr. President, would you do the honor?
It is tails.
Army, you've done your toss.
Which man would you like to play?
Vicky Battley.
Who's rolling around?
Army has won the toss, the further option to the second half.
Navy would receive the ball.
Let's play football.
Maybe we'll have the football first.
The crowd was chanting USA.
The head referee even thanked my father for his leadership and continued support of our service members and our veterans.
And that's a quote.
Inside that stadium, surrounded by the future leaders of our military, there was nothing but patriotism and respect.
And that goes a long way.
And it's a game where everyone playing on the field is not just playing a game, but quite willing to die for those watching it.
check out this video on the history and the meaning of the game because I think this is a great little piece of Americana.
Back when life felt simpler, we were all moving to the same small world.
Same schools, same streets, same choices.
It was a time when everything carried an air of innocence.
Or at least it felt that way.
Because even then, there were choices to make.
No, you're not.
Little ones.
Let me give you a hand.
Quiet ones.
The kind that shape who you become before anyone's really watching.
Even in a time of our lives.
Hey, you're right.
Really, Katie?
Built on simple choices.
There was always a different kind of kid.
Willing to make the harder choice.
Oh, man.
So it's no surprise where many of them are now.
Choosing commitment over comfort.
Service over self.
Sacrifice over the ordinary.
We're making such a huge community come here and do something that's bigger than myself and to serve a bigger purpose in life.
The biggest thing about service is the sacrifice.
That's not an easy decision to make.
Selfless is what's written on my back and something I'll care for the rest of my life.
No one strives to be a hero.
It's about little choices every day.
Let me take a look at that.
They made the harder choice early.
Not because it was easy.
Not because they wanted praise.
Navy, huh?
Yep.
Start the summer.
But because that's who they are.
For West Point, huh?
Yes, ma'am.
Wow.
A West Point cadet football player is earning praise for his heroic actions off the field.
Larry!
Come on, get him out!
For Army sophomore Larry Pickett Jr., the call to serve came unexpectedly.
We see that there had been a car that ran into a power line.
Without hesitation, he ran towards the danger.
At that point, there's a task in hand.
You know it has to get done and get done quickly.
Together with his father, they pulled the unconscious driver from the burning vehicle just moments before it exploded.
He saved you.
He pulled you out.
There were other people that were there that were just standing around looking.
But, you know, if it wasn't for him, his family, I would definitely not be here today.
25 years ago, Ronald Winchester played his final Army-Navy game for the midshipmen.
Well, it's a thrill that your son is out there.
And Highlight was playing against his best friend.
And as soon as the game was over, was back to being brothers and going to conquer things together.
But less than a year later, the world changed forever.
In Iraq, an explosion took his life while he was guarding a convoy, serving with the quiet bravery that had defined him since the day he left Annapolis.
My brother had his troops waiting over the bridge, but he told them, do not come.
It's dangerous for you.
So he saved probably multiple people's lives.
To live in people's hearts is to never die.
And that's what this is all about.
Commitment.
Service.
For the women and men of West Point and Annapolis, these words have a much deeper meaning.
And that's why today, this game is more than a rivalry.
It's a celebration of the young men and women who will soon be asked to give more of themselves than most ever will.
It's the greatest game, period.
It's everything.
When you sit there, it's just a different type of feeling.
It's the only game that everyone on the field is willing to die for everyone watching.
You don't have to do this.
We knew early on.
Yeah.
Even when they were young.
Thanks, man.
Try now.
They were becoming the kind of men and women who would one day give their best years to something greater than themselves.
Oh, and hey, good luck at West Point.
Beat Navy.
Yes, ma'am.
For the 126th time, it's Army-Navy.
And it comes as we mourn the loss of two National Guard soldiers who was ambushed in an ISIS attack in Syria in the last few days.
Pray for these families and never, ever forget the sacrifices of these heroes.
An Iowa police chief revealing that his son is one of the soldiers who died in an ambush attack in Syria over the weekend.
His name is Nate Howard.
He was one of two National Guardsmen shot and killed by what the Pentagon is calling a lone ISIS gunman.
His father posting this tribute.
My wife, Missy, and I had that visit from Army commanders you never want to have.
Our son Nate was one of the soldiers that paid the ultimate sacrifice for all of us to keep us all safer.
The Army just releasing the name of the second soldier killed, Sergeant Edgar Brian Torres Tuvar, aged 25, out of Des Moines, Iowa.
A civilian interpreter also dead, his identity not yet made public.
It happened as the men were on a counterterrorism mission in the town of Palmyra, southeastern Syria.
The government also dead in the crossfire this past weekend.
Guys, thanks so much for tuning in.
I really appreciate it.
I hope you guys are all getting ready for Christmas.

We'll be out there regularly doing the show.

It's going to be great.
