Now, guys, let's take a look at some of the top headlines.
And we're going to begin at the U.S. Supreme Court, where yesterday the court ruled that a Tennessee law banning the surgical and chemical castration of minors for trans care purposes does not violate the 14th Amendment equally.
In a major win for sanity, in a major win for decency, in a major win for protecting children, and A big win for common sense.
In a concurring opinion, Justice Thomas noted that courts should not defer to self-described experts.
And remember, that's what we've seen so much.
Remember when this was a mental disorder according to the entire medical establishment a few short years ago?
And then it seems like pop culture actually took over.
We've got to trust the science, even if it's not scientists that are pushing it.
Just radical trans-mafia type people.
So, the courts should not defer to self-described experts on trans care, pointing out the massive red flags with the procedures and simply trusting self-proclaimed experts has nothing to do with following the science.
And in the majority opinion authored by Justice Roberts, he wrote, Having concluded that the law does not violate the 14th Amendment Equal Right Protection Clause, We leave questions regarding its policy to the people, their elected representatives, and the democratic process.
So, I like this a lot.
Leave it to the people.
This is like an 80-20 issue, and it should probably be like a 99.99999% issue.
But if we leave it to the people, common sense is going to prevail.
And it's going to prevail against the insanity of today's radical Democrat Party activists.
This is a landmark case protecting children.
The Boston Globe called it a stunning setback.
Just remember, guys.

These are children.
Minors.
We all know that the recidivism rate, okay, of all these kids who make these decisions, probably pushed in it by their parents, is in like the high 90s, meaning once they become adults, once they're thinking about it rationally, once they've experienced the negative side effects, the vast majority of these people regret doing these things.
But it's a stunning setback for transgender rights.
Reuters called it a setback that could bolster efforts by states to defend other measures targeting transgender people.
And these are news outlets writing that, folks.
Not objective, just radical activists.
It's insane.
But some of the activists outside of the courts were even worse.

Claiming her child knew he was trans at just one and a half years old.
I mean, at like seven, I thought I was an airplane.
So it's like, you know, I don't know.
I don't know, folks.

We're here for her rights and her ability to be who she is.
She's not going to let anybody silence her and we're not going to stand in her way.
Are you concerned about how this case would affect Arizona or do you think that would have an impact there?

And we've discussed having to move, which we don't want to do.
But Violet comes first and her medical care and her medical needs come first.
And as Clay Travis pointed out on X, there are seven parents on the Supreme Court.
They voted six in one against minor children being allowed to have these surgeries.
The Democrat Party, to a large degree, now enacts the policies and desires of childless women.
And as I replied and quote tweeted to that one, who was it again that warned us about childless cat ladies again?
None on earth than our great vice president, J.D. Vance.
When the childless cat ladies, when people who have no stake in the game because they have no children, they have no legacy, they have nothing left.
When the childless cat ladies are making the decisions, we have a serious problem.
The craziest part is that these aren't even seen as extreme views on the left.
Many of them actually believe this insanity.
They openly promote it.
Like it's some sort of religion.
And to them, it probably is.
Being part of the trans mafia basically makes you royalty inside democratic politics.

Just look at what took place this week on the floor of the Democrat-controlled Oregon House of Representatives.
They called it a drag show.
But it's even much worse.
And much weirder than that.

For example, out in Portland, Antifa, they're back folks, held a protest outside a Portland ice facility where they held signs saying, you can't be illegal on stolen land and no borders.

Of course, we've seen how well that's worked out for every place that's ever tried it.
There's a reason that no other country actually allows that stuff to happen, because it is civilizationally challenging.

Also, have you ever wondered what is it about these protests where everyone wears masks, looks unhealthy and fat and ugly, and where half the group is trans?
I mean, think about it.
I mean, I haven't seen a single attractive person in a single one of these protests in weeks.
It's actually shocking.
I didn't realize there were that many ugly people out there, but apparently they are definitely part of this group.
It's almost like they have a monopoly on ugly, unhealthy, pale, pasty, fat people.
It's actually quite impressive.
What does trans have to do with ice?

And it's not just far-left activists sprouting this nonsense, unfortunately.
Democrat members of Congress are right there with them.

It's not just some schmuck in Congress.
It's their leadership.
Here's Hakeem Jeffries claiming that taking illegal aliens off of Medicaid is, quote, un-American.

And the proposed cuts to Medicaid, the largest cuts being proposed to Medicaid in American history, are unacceptable, unconscionable, and un-American.
And together, we're going to do everything we can to stop them.
Un-American?
Taking illegals who don't pay into a system of a system that's already stressed and broken to, that hardworking Americans have been paying into for decades and generations, that's un-American.
We are supposed to give your hard-earned tax money to those who have not earned it while not being able to give you the services.
You have been paying for forever, okay?
So remember that when they make these arguments, Republicans are attacking Medicaid and Medicare.
They're attacking it.
They're trying to destroy it.
No, no, no.
They're trying to stop illegals from getting the benefits to make sure that you, the American people, get what you put in for, okay?
The media's never gonna cover those details.
They don't get into that.
They just say Republicans are really attacking it.
Now, they're trying to remove Trump.
And if you want to see even more extremism embraced by the Democrat Party, just look what is happening in the New York City mayoral primary, where Andrew Cuomo—I can't believe I'm out here defending Andrew Cuomo.
I guess I've become a Cuomo-sexual, if you guys remember the ridiculous times of COVID-19.
Andrew Cuomo is losing ground to an avowed socialist who has called for dismantling the police.
You know, guys, haven't we seen this before?
I mean, I feel like I'm in the Matrix.
Like, you know, it's Groundhog Day.
We're just the same over and over again.
When has, remember defund the police?
How will all that work out?
I mean, even the leftist insane people that were calling it forward, even many of those those, hey, maybe we should have thought that through a little bit better.
But an avowed socialist is gaining ground in the New York City mayoral race, and he's calling for dismantling the police, open borders, and destroying capitalism.
Here he is this week trying to stage a photo op while screaming at Tom Homan.

The guy in that video, his name is Zoran Mondami, and he's basically polling neck and neck with Andrew Cuomo.
And according to recent polling, most of his support comes from white, affluent areas of Manhattan.
I mean, think about that.
An anti-capitalist.
You know how to be affluent in New York City?
You gotta be a capitalist, folks.
I imagine there's a lot of childless cat ladies in that one too.
I mean, you can't make it up.
Regular people, people who understand how hard it is to make it in New York, you know, they're not voting for this guy, but affluent white people in New York, the rich people are voting for the open borders, anti-capitalist, defund the police moron who's actually making gains in New York City's mayor race.

But it's getting worse.
And they keep enacting policies that will only destroy their future.
But we see this across the state of New York, folks, where Governor Kathy Hochul has no answers because when she was pressed on why illegal immigrants are being given sanctuary, this was all she could muster up.

Specifically, ICE was told not to detain this individual, and he burned a woman alive on the New York subways in Kathy Hochul's New York.

He is an illegal who molested an 11-year-old in our state because, again, of your sanctuary state policies.
This illegal was shielded from federal immigration enforcement and able to commit this heinous crime.

Why do Democrats constantly put the interests of foreign criminals Over the interests of actual Americans living in their own jurisdictions.
It's remarkable.
How does a civilization survive?
Putting others ahead of themselves.
And yet, they keep doing it.

And now, New York Mayor Eric Adams, who's running as an independent, is saying what's been obvious.
These people are freaking nuts.

When they were starting to call in the President Hitler and other fascists, I said, that's not what working class people are concerned about.
We need to talk about affordability, housing, public safety, these bread and butter issues.

And far too many working class people are saying, start talking about my issues.
But if you thought New York was bad, let's check in on what's happening in Chicago under not-so-esteemed Mayor Brandon Johnson.
His latest political talking point?
That the Trump administration is trying to, and I quote, I mean, it's insane.
It's so absurd.
I know that the vast majority of people get it.
But the fact that these people still think they can run to these talking points, It's just ridiculous.
What's Brandon Johnson done for the people of Chicago?
What's he done to benefit anyone other than further destroy these formerly great cities?

As you well know, the city is facing significant budget deficit and spending hundreds of millions of dollars on migrant support.
How do you justify these expenditures to taxpayer concern about other pressing needs that you just listed right there about the concerns?
Well, we are addressing those pressing needs.
And the reason why we responded to this global crisis of the migrant mission was because the federal government failed to do its part.
Governor Abbott spent over $220 million to ship people across America.
Instead of working with Congress to actually pass substantive immigration reform policy, they wanted to create division.
But we're not going to allow that to happen in the city of Chicago.
Much like we fought for civil rights 60 years ago, we're going to continue to make sure that whether you are black, brown, Asian, white, young, old, working people deserve to be prioritized.
And this misnomer that there's division, you know, and consternation within communities solely based on on this issue is just wrong.
He's working to eliminate Black history.
He is trying to eliminate Black existence from this country, but he's also attacking the LGBTQ plus community.
I wouldn't say he's trying to eliminate Black existence.
We're going to bring people together in this country to make sure we build the safest, most affordable big city in America.
He's actually comparing stopping mass deportations to the fight for civil rights and Martin Luther King Jr.
He claims we need to protect working people.
But what he really means is that we should protect illegal aliens.
Guess what?
Getting rid of illegal aliens working under the table, that's actually protecting working people.
That doesn't take great minds to figure that out.
That's basic common sense.
It's like the most obvious thing in the world.
We've seen that county after county.
It's why so many Hispanics voted for Trump.
It's why so many African Americans voted for Trump.
They understand that illegal immigration is destroying their jobs and their opportunity for the future.
It's wild.
And he's not alone.
Out in California, we're seeing the same thing from crazy Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass.
They don't want to work with ICE.
They don't want deportations.
But they're totally okay with the violent rioting that we've seen.
I know the media has told us it's mostly peaceful protests, but when I see countless, countless images day after day of cars being burned and buildings on fire and looting and rioting and mob scenes and police getting attacked.
Okay?
And that's not mostly peaceful protesting, guys.
And there's no amount of mainstream media BS that's going to sell the American people on it.
It's been like 10 days of non-stop destruction and mayhem.
And yet, we're still told it's mostly peaceful.
None of it's peaceful.
It's insane.
And Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom are unwilling to actually do anything to benefit their legal constituents and have instead decided, hey, I guess we need a lot more illegals here to be able to balance out the voter rolls or to be able to fill up the next census so that we can possibly maintain some sort of political positions.
These people are failing you, just like they failed you during the fires, and California needs to wake up.

Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass have already proven their incompetence and poor leadership during the Los Angeles wildfires.
Now as we experience rampant lawlessness and civil unrest, it's never been more clear they're unable to respond effectively and responsibly during calamity.
Whether it's sheer incompetence or outright malevolence, the reality is stark.
California's in a state of turmoil, and I asked my fellow Angelenos, why are Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass still in office?
How much more of their destructive decision-making masquerading as leadership are we going to tolerate?
It's time to take back our community and our state.
And put the power and the privilege in the hands of competent leaders whose goals are to protect us and the way of life this nation was founded upon and promises to offer.

It's no surprise that San Francisco now tops the list of the worst cities in the United States.
They've embraced crime and chaos over law and order.
And sadly, it's common sense.
Normal people who have to suffer the most.

There is no pushback in San Francisco.
It's a one-party city in a one-party state, essentially.

95 apprehensions, zero releases compared to that of the previous administration exactly a year ago.

Guys, that's a really big deal.
OK, now we are working hard on the deportations.
That is not that easy.
OK, the way it used to work before, people would come across and maybe they'd work in Texas and some of the border things and then they'd leave out of that.
But the Biden administration for four years spent countless.
Countless millions of dollars putting illegals on planes, sending them into inner cities, putting them into buses, spreading them out to make it almost impossible to get these guys out.
But with the policies that we're enacting, where they're not getting free health care, where they're not going to be getting free this, that, and the other, they're going to self-deport.
When you go after the places that are hiring the illegals under the table and they get caught, And they're deported back.
What's really a big deal is that a lot of people are going to self-deport when you don't have a Democrat administration giving them every freebie in the book.
And so while Tom Homan's doing a good job, he's doing a great job under circumstances that are unimaginable because the Democrat Party wanted to make sure that these illegals were entrenched and spread out and hard to find.
So when you guys are having these conversations, remember that.
It's not that easy.
But when you cut off all of the fake and artificial life support systems that the Democrats were feeding them in order to attract them not only to come here, but to stay hidden, when that goes away, they're not likely to stay.
And so they're going to be deporting themselves.

Blue collar wages under my father have seen the highest increase in nearly 60 years.

I mean, it would have been common sense at any other time in history, but I guess it's shocking to people these days.

And this week, we saw my father out on the White House lawn with some of those very same workers who just installed a new huge Flagpole at the White House.

But according to Whoopi, if you think living under tyranny or oppression in the Middle East is bad, it's nothing compared to what it's like being a black woman in America.
I mean, that's special.
You know, I know the ladies of the review aren't exactly known for being high IQ or common sense or anything, but this is truly, truly a special take.
And it's slow.
But let's just remember, too, the Iranians literally throw gay people off of buildings.
They don't adhere to basic human rights.
Listen, here's the thing.
Let's not do that.

Because if we start with that, we have been known in this country to tie gay folks to the car.
I'm sorry, but where the Iranian regime is today is nothing compared to the United States.
They used to just keep hanging black people.
It is not even the same.

No, it's not.
The year 2025 of the United States is nothing like if I stepped foot wearing this outfit in Iran right now.

They're afraid that we're going to get into a long-term war.
We're not looking for a long-term war.
I only want one thing.
Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.

I'm not looking long-term, short-term.
And I've been saying that for 20 years.
I've been saying it as a civilian who got a lot of publicity.
People would cover it.
Very simply, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
It's not a question of anything else.
And if you did, you wouldn't have much of a country because they would use it on us and they'd use it on other people and there'd be a terror all over the world.
The American people elected my father for moments like this.
We saw it with the strike against Soleimani.
We saw it with destroying the ISIS caliphate.
We saw it with the Abraham Accords.
We know we don't want boots on the ground.
Everyone understands that.
So I urge you not to all get sucked into the noise or the rumors or the sources say or sort of, you know, the clickbait people on various social media platforms.

You know, that's their job.
That's how they make their living, creating hysteria.

We exposed how Christopher Wray's FBI's buried intelligence on China's plot to flood the 2020 election with fake mail-in ballots.
And now, newly uncovered FBI emails reveal that agents and prosecutors in the Biden DOJ were looking for ways to pile on new criminal charges against my father after January 6th over his involvement.
I mean, can you believe this stuff?

We knew it was bad.
It didn't take a lot to figure that out.

In an email with the subject, J6 Prisoner Choir DJT, and an attached Forbes article titled, Trump Collaborates on Song with J6 Defendants.
I mean, think about that.
Now the prosecutor who wrote this email was a deputy special counsel who worked both the Mueller and Jack Smith special counsel witch hunts.
I'm shocked that this guy was doing it.

But I guess they were the partisan hack that you needed at the time.
And get this, guys.
Whistleblowers have told Senator Chuck Grassley's office that one FBI agent named Walter Giardina, quote, Openly stated his desire to investigate Trump, even if it meant false predication.
You need predication.
You need a predicate to go after one.
But, you know, he didn't matter.
We'll come up with a false one to be able to go after Trump.
Again, this is happening in the nation's leading federal law enforcement agency.
They didn't care about predicate.
They just wanted to get Trump.
If they don't have one, they'll make one up.
If it doesn't stand up, who cares?
We'll do it anyway.
The process is the punishment.
This is sickness.
These people need to go to jail.
They need to be held accountable.
They need to lose their cush jobs and their pensions.
And we've got to figure out how to not get them martyred on CNN where they get to be contributors forever talking about how they were trying to save democracy and the other BS they've been pushing for decades.
