Then I actually I'm sitting in one of the transition meetings and I'm seeing it go like, I guess someone must have leaked it or whatever it may be.
So I was like, I posted about it.
And I guess other people were speculating, but it looked like it was real.
So I posted like, hey, this happened, yada, yada, yada.
They're like, are you leaking this?
I go, no, I'm not leaking it.
I'm watching it blow up all over the internet.
What are you talking about?
I am apparently being accused of being the leaker.
I think everyone got it.
It's a joke, but all good.
But we're following through, guys, on the promises that we made.
Remember when I said this?
I was like, hey, I'm gonna do this.
I'm gonna backchannel.
I gave Bobby a handshake.
I gave Tulsi a handshake.
Here we are.
Tulsi gets DNI, Director of National Intelligence, RFK, Head of HHS. I did what I said I was going to do.

Now, let's get into some of the top headlines before we get to border czar Tom Holman.
So, obviously, the big news, I know, just tweeting about it and posting it on Instagram and on, you know, truth, like, this one's blowing up bigly.
So, let's begin.
With RFK Jr., who is now officially nominated to be the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
This is a massive win for our country.
Our nation is unhealthy and our food supply is compromised by pesticides and other nasty chemicals.
Bobby's nomination shows that we're serious about making America healthy again.
American families are cheering this move.
And you know who really hates it, guys?
I mean...
Really hates it.
You know who's lost like billions in market cap?
Pharmaceutical companies.
The lobbyists for big pharma are also not happy, but they'll still get paid because those things are going to pay them well to try to subvert this agenda.
But if you look at the stock prices of the major pharmaceutical companies, they are down a lot.
Because they understand they're not going to be able to poison our kids anymore with this nonsense.
There's going to have to be some accountability.
Bobby is incredibly well-versed and informed as anyone about how we are poisoning ourselves with our food production and the system that's just out of whack in this country.
Here's just a quick example of that.
A big part of it is our diet.
Restaurants that serve contaminated food are fined or shut down.
But when it's the government that approves the poisons in our food, a few people get very, very rich and the toxins end up in every supermarket aisle.
Let me show you what I mean.
Doritos, Cheez-Its, Cap'n Crunch, gummy bears.
Everyone knows that these are junk foods so maybe you wouldn't be too surprised to see that the ingredients include a lot of poisons including a harmful yellow dye called tatrazine or yellow dye number five.
What you may not know is that this dye was originally made out of this sludge that's left over when you turn coal into coke for blast furnaces.
It's called coal tar and I've actually We
can actually start focusing on making Americans healthier rather than just doing whatever Big Pharma wants, which sadly is how the country has been run for far too long.
And speaking of health, Joe Biden literally looked decades younger and had a big ol' smile on his face this week when my father returned to the White House.
I mean...
I've been saying it.
I'm 99% sure Joe Biden voted for Trump.
He understands what the Democrat Party did to him.
He understands what Kamala Harris did to him.
It wasn't a coincidence that Jill wore red the other day to the Kamala Harris whatever it was concession thing.
I think he voted for Trump.
There's no denying it.
I don't know if you've seen the pictures yet, but if you haven't, they are on the screen now.
I don't think anyone has seen Biden this happy, arguably, in years.
And Democrats are now wondering, wait, We thought Trump wasn't an evil fascist.
What's going on?
I mean, they have the orange Fuhrer in the office.
I thought he was the greatest threat to democracy ever, yet they seem to be getting along swimmingly.

Now, granted, you know, I'm glad it's a peaceful transition to power, but what happened to the threat of democracy talk?
What happened to the fascist talk?
By the way, I know I've said those things about Trump as well, but I'm not talking about me.
I'm talking about his political opponents like President Biden.
When they say it, it holds way more weight than me.
I'm just trying to figure out how do you go from he's an essential threat to democracy to welcome back.
He was happy too.
He was happy.
He was smiling.
He was grinning.
He was cheesing.

I'm just trying to figure out how.
I understand President Biden believes in political norms, but damn.
That man is happy as hell to leave.

There's a couple really good ones, unfortunately, I wanted to show you, but especially the Tom Homan clips, some of those are epic, but we'll just talk it through with him directly.
So, of course, the left is completely phony.
Voters saw through it before the election, and they see it now as well.
While Biden certainly seems happy to be gone after January, Anthony Blinken is panicking.
And he's trying to make sure that peace in the Ukraine doesn't actually happen.
He wants to send all the money he can there before January 20th.
There's a clip of it.
He talks about it.
He wants to give them unlimited money so we can keep the death going on forever.
Well, We're going to stop it.
We're going to create peace.
That's what my father promised.
What we're seeing in the Ukraine has to be the biggest money laundering operation in history.
Can you imagine what we're going to find once all of the auditing starts?
Because there's no question, we have to do that.
Big changes are coming, guys.
In the past few days, my father has nominated Matt Gaetz, Pete Hegseth, and Tulsi Gabbard to key cabinet roles.
Are you guys tired of all the winning yet?
I hope you're not, because it's just getting started.
The fake news is already starting with their smears for the nominees.
For example, they're attacking Pete Hegseth and claiming he's simply a TV host and failing to mention that he's a major in the Army National Guard.
He's been there for decades.
He has two bronze stars and decades of service.
He also happened to go to Harvard and Princeton.
He didn't let the Chinese spy balloon stroll across our skies.
He didn't wear a mask like Darth Vader with all sorts of medals like Lloyd Austin.
He didn't leave our weapons in the hands of the Taliban.
He didn't cover up and hide the hospitalization like Lloyd Austin also did.
That's what Biden's defense secretary.
Lloyd Austin did.
That's who the experts like in power.
That's who the defense lobbyists want in control.
Those are the types of failures that get board seats at Raytheon.
And it's why the defense lobbyists hate Pete Hexeth, because he's taking the job for all of the right reasons, not there simply to sell out to the swamp.
And as for Tulsi Gabbard, another one I promised you we'd make happen, they're trying to claim she's some sort of traitor despite being a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Remember, they're literally calling her an agent of Russia, the lunatic never Trumpers and some of the crazy people on the left.
She's an asset of Russia.
Here we go again, folks.
Get ready for the ride.
We're going to have four more years of Russia, Russia, Russia.
People forget that Tulsi used to be loved by the liberal media.
She was the vice chair of the DNC, okay?
Literally, the vice chairman of the Democrat National Committee at one point.
But once she started speaking out, they decided to smear her.
Once she started calling out the DNC for rigging their primaries and calling out Democrats' newfound love for endless wars, Democrats, all of a sudden, had no place for her.

Well, we won't be able to show you the clip because I'm not going through the glitching process again, but let's just say it's epic.
And if you guys know Matt Gaetz, it's going to be good.
When he calls out disgraced former FBI official Andy McCabe, he thinks he's attacking Gates.
He actually makes a great argument for his nomination.
A disrupter?
Oh no, anything but that, guys.
All of the experts have done such a wonderful job racking up $35 trillion in debt and endless wars.
God forbid we do something a little bit different.
To remind you, Andy McCabe was fired after leaking to the media and lying about it to the FBI and their agents.
Think about that.
If I did that, I'd be in jail.
He gets to star on MSDNC and CNN. He gets essentially a promotion For lying under oath, for committing perjury.
He is the whole reason that the FBI needs to be reformed, and Matt Gaetz is the perfect man to do it.
The FBI has spent years going after its political opponents, including not just my dad, but concerned parents.
It's time for it to go back to its core mission of keeping Americans safe.
I know.
I know, guys.
It's a novel concept.
It's going to take so much time to get used to, like, people doing their actual jobs.
I understand.
I know that's unusual.
I know that's different.
But we're going to fix it.
And Matt Gaetz will work with a new FBI director to restore integrity to our justice system and our rule of law.
We're not tolerating any more swamp corruption from folks like Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray.
And speaking of left-wing madness, we also have a triggered exclusive story to break right here on the show.
We have even more evidence of Democrats having a tough time handling this election.
We obtained an email sent to employees of the Los Angeles Public Health Department the day after the election.
They were told it's normal to be feeling heart sick, folks, heart sick and worried.
And we're given a list of mental health support resources.

Now, the email was sent by department chief Dr.
Barbara Ferrer, who it turns out isn't even a real doctor.
Probably one of the least shocking things ever.
But no, she's not a medical doctor.
She is a doctor in, quote, social welfare.
I'm sure that's really helpful when it comes to medicinal emergencies.
And based on the email, I guess she's offering taxpayer-funded grief counseling for bureaucrats Upset with the election result.
You can't make this stuff up, folks.
It's pretty special.
These people are truly morons.
Imagine these people having to make real decisions about your health.
They can't handle the results of an election.
And lastly, folks, over in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a Democrat commissioner just said that it's fine to count illegal ballots.
She even admitted she knows what she is doing, and she knows that it's illegal.
It's against the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruling about illegal ballots.
They don't care.
That's their only chance to try to claw back a Senate seat.
It sounds insane.
But to Democrats, it's just another day that ends.
And why?

But she's openly mocking law enforcement and daring them to do something.

They're all over me, but they simply don't understand that I don't care.

So you find out you're built differently.
It took me a little longer.
You know, I was a little older when I figured that out.
Politics was a great step into that.
But, I mean, you've done an amazing job with that.
And it is.
It's perhaps one of the most important jobs in our government right now.
We got to secure that border.
We got to get rid of the drug dealers.
We got to get rid of the criminals.
We got to get rid of the rapists.
Like, this seems like common sense, but the left being against that, Tells you probably everything you need to know.
I mean, is it even shocking to you at this point or are you just used to it?
You know, I'm used to it, but sometimes I sit back and think, look, my grandfather's a cop, my father's a cop.
I know I was going to be some sort of cop.
And I woke up this morning and I was actually in the shower thinking to myself, okay, I'm a bad guy by all the left media.
Think about this for a moment.
So the people that want to enforce the law, they're the bad guy.
But the ones who break the law, they're the victims.
It's just incredible how they put this upside down.
Again, they can write what they want, and that's why you see me on YouTube in Congressional Testimony.
They want to shut you up.
They want to let you talk.
They can gavel me as much as they want.
They can stick to gavel where the sun don't shine.
I'm the only one in that room under oath.
I'm the only one in that room actually earned the right to talk because of my three and a half decades on the border.
I know more about the border than they'll ever know.
The left has gone crazy.
I got more death threats right now than ever before against me and my family.
I actually moved my family out of here.
So, you know, it's incredible where we have become.
The left has lost their minds.
And so please, keep screaming, keep yelling, because I'm coming.
And me and the President of the United States is going to make this country safer.
We're going to save millions of lives, hundreds of thousands of lives from fentanyl overdoses.
We're going to decrease sex trafficking in women and children.
We're going to Drastically slow down any terrorist that wants to come across that southern border.
We're going to save America and I can't wait to get started January 20th.
By the way, it's literally, it's hard to believe that like stopping the sex trafficking of children and the free flow of fentanyl across, it's hard to believe that that's controversial.
It's hard to believe that the left actually has no interest in doing that.
I guess those people are reliable Democrat voters because of their soft stance on all of those things.
But talk about, Tom, the new position.
I know Kamala Harris was border czar, but she was...
Bordering on, let's just say missing, not even bordering, she was missing.
What role will you have in securing the border?
How are you going to work with DHS? How are we going to make this happen?
The deportation thing, especially of the criminals.
How do we effectuate that?
How do we do it aggressively and quickly?
You know, the best part about this job is I'm guaranteed success because I'm following such utter failure.
Yeah, you can't do worse than what Kamala Harris has done.
But look, the President's been clear on stage many times.
I'm sick and tired of reading these stories, how we're going to go out and round up families and send the military out in the inner city.
President Trump's been very clear on national stage.
I inherited his same talking points.
The President is committed to prioritizing public safety threats And that's for security facts.
There's a priority.
It doesn't mean everybody's off the table, but we're going to prioritize the most dangerous people to this country.
And that's what he did during the first Trump administration.
When I was the ICE director, 91% of everybody we arrested was a convicted criminal, pending criminal charges because we found them in a jail, or a fugitive.
Great prioritization.
We could do the same thing, except this time, no one's off the table.
If you're in the country illegally, you're here in violation of law.
If you cross the border illegally, that is a crime.
You are a criminal.
So it's going to be a massive deportation operation, but with common sense, take the worst first.
And that's why it shocked me that I'm hearing some of these governors and mayors say they're going to put roadblocks up, they're not going to assist.
I cannot believe any elected official does not want to remove public safety threats And national security threats from their communities.
I mean, where the hell we are as a nation?
But the position that the president has given me as the borders are, I'll be a direct report to the president, and I'll be working very closely with Governor Noem.
Who I'm very excited to work with, because she's been a strong proponent of the Trump border policies and green sustenance.
So I'll be working very closely with her, and at the White House, we'll be working closely with Steve Miller to drive up policies and push down to the agencies that make common sense and that will get us successful.
We need to secure the border.
That's one priority.
At the same time, we've got a dual track.
We need to run this deportation operation.
So I'm going to be working on both from the White House.
We work shoulder to shoulder with Secretary Noem.
And the problem is she's got a big job.
People don't understand.
That position is probably the worst one in the entire government because she's got such a mess.
FEMA's broken.
She's got to fix that.
Secret Service is broken.
She's got to fix that.
She has a Coast Guard, TSA, and all this immigration stuff.
I will be able to help her with immigration stuff.
I've done it three and a half decades so we can hit the ground running.
So what does that day one plan to secure the border look like to you?
What does that look like from a policy standpoint, from a resource standpoint, and ultimately from an enforcement standpoint?
End catch and release.
That needs to happen day one.
If you're coming to the border, you're going to be detained or removed.
Because if you end catch and release, they'll stop coming.
President Trump proved that under the first administration with the Remain in Mexico program.
When they realized they had to wait in Mexico and they weren't going to be released to the United States, it took about two months, and they stopped coming.
They stopped coming because they knew they weren't being released in the United States.
They knew they didn't qualify for asylum.
They're not going to spend all their money, give it to the criminal cartels to wait in Mexico to fight a case they knew they're not going to win.
People need to understand this.
And President Trump clearly understood this during the first administration.
If you look at the immigration court data over the last 10 years, it says this.
Nearly 9 out of 10 people who claim asylum at our southern border never get relief from the U.S. course.
They simply don't qualify for asylum.
They'll get an order of removal.
That's why when President Trump came up with the Remain of Mexico program, that was a game changer.
And not only that, he saved thousands of lives because people weren't trying to swim across the river and drowning.
They weren't dying in the desert.
Women weren't being sexually assaulted by the cartels because the traffic start flowing.
And so the Remain in Mexico program has to be put back in place.
The Third Safe Country agreements have to be put back in place.
And that's where if you're leaving El Salvador and you really think you're escaping fear and persecution in El Salvador, And you get to Mexico, have you not escaped that fear and persecution?
You're no longer there.
Claim asylum in Mexico.
And we gotta finish the wall.
The wall works.
And this administration, live from day one, they stopped building that wall.
Every place, anybody can go to CBP.gov, and they should.
Every place they build a border barrier, illegal immigration went down, Illegal drug flow went down.
And equally important, it saves lives.
Women and children can't get over that wall.
So they'll go to a place where there's not a wall.
And what's waiting on them?
The men and women of the Border Patrol, who's going to take care of their medical and humanitarian needs right away because they're in bad shape and they get here.
President Trump's policies, when he moved immigration to a 45-year low, where illegal immigration was down 90%, How many women did get raped to come across that border?
How many children didn't die in that river?
How many known suspected terrorists didn't come across that border?
How many pounds of fentanyl didn't come to the United States to kill young Americans?
How many billions of dollars did the cartels not make?
President Trump's policies were very humane and they saved thousands of lives.
We had the most secure border in my lifetime.
Yeah, I mean, interesting point in that so many of these people, they're going through three, four, five, six, eight countries to get here.
If they're really seeking asylum, don't they just need to get out of the country of residence?
But it's not that.
No, Mexico ain't giving them $10,000 a court date in 30 years and an Obama phone.
It's just very different.
So if the claim for asylum was real, you'd think, hey, they'd be satisfied just getting out of their country, but they're not.
They're gaming a system.
It's largely nonsense.
That doesn't mean there's not some people that are legitimately being persecuted, but it ain't the 10 or 20 million people that came across the border.
Many of the cases, they're here for the handouts.
You're exactly right.
So I'm excited.
We're already working on a plan.
So we're going to secure the border.
At the same time, we run a deportation operation.
I already explained the priorities to you.
And lastly, President Trump has committed to this, which no one's talking about.
This administration, half a million children were trafficked into the United States by criminal cartels.
This administration can't find more than 300,000 children.
How is that not the biggest story in the world?
I mean, 300,000 children.
I mean, think about that.
That's insane.
It's insane.
It's not even a talking point.
I talk about, you know, fentanyl killing 100,000 Americans a year.
That's two Vietnams a year.
And it's like, ah, no big deal.
No big deal.
It's ludicrous.
It is.
And you know, I was at the RNC with you and I saw a reporter come up to you and threw out, hey, is President Trump going to separate families against Zero Thomas?
I would love to have been there.
I would say, look, you talk about 2,500 separations because we locked the parent up.
The same we locked U.S. citizen parents up every day across this country when they commit a crime.
The child won't go to jail with them.
It's unfortunate.
It's sad, but that's law enforcement, right?
Why come you guys aren't talking about 300,000 children that you can't find?
And based on my experience, three and a half decades, some of these children are in sex trafficking.
Some of these children are in forced labor.
ICE has already found many in forced labor, cleaning up entrails in a meatpacking plant at a midnight shed.
Some of these children live with pedophiles.
So look, President Trump's committed.
While we do the operation, we secure the border.
There's also going to be a task force.
We need to save these children and find them and reunite them with their families.
So, Tom, we've discussed this in the past on the show.
I've seen it in the weeks coming up to the election.
Basically, anyone at Border Patrol, leadership there, they've been so demoralized.
They've basically said, hey, if Kamala Harris wins, we're just going to quit and we're going to leave because nothing's going to change and it's game over.
How is this change in leadership affecting morale over at the Border Patrol or at ICE? How is it affecting them on the ground?
I have to imagine it's very significant.
Oh, absolutely.
Bill Moosin did a story the other day, the morale sky high.
They went from being in the toilet with no hope to being sky high.
I literally had to clear my phone in my email.
Because not only is the Border Patrol, the morale is at an all-time high right now because of the re-election of President Trump.
But I got retired Border Patrol agents.
I got retired ICE agents.
I got guys that just left the military.
I got retired cops all across the country killing my email, wanting to volunteer to help President Trump secure this border and do this deportation operation.
So not only the guys on the ground ecstatic, We've got thousands of retirees begging to come back and help President Trump secure the border and save lives.
So I've never seen anything like it.
I mean, it makes me happy because I was a Border Patrol agent.
I was the first ICE director to actually come up to the ranks.
I was a Special Agent for many years, and I felt for these guys.
And every time I was around during the campaign year, I go out in the field and I tell these guys, just hang on.
Please don't leave.
Just hang on, because we got a new president coming, and you're going to be able to do your job again.
You'll be able to uphold the oath you took to enforce the law.
You're going to stop being Uber drivers.
You're going to stop being tourist agents.
You're going to be enforcing the law, securing this border, and making this country safe again.
So I'm glad many listened.
And I was told right now by somebody high up in CBP, there's a lot of pending retirement papers that were submitted, and 90% of them pulled back.
I love that.
Guys are saying, pull them back.
You hear about that, that's obviously incredible news.
There's clearly a mandate, not just electing my father, but mass deportations, even worded that way, is actually popular with a pretty overwhelming majority of the country.
Everything that we do with the politics, 50 plus or minus one basis point, it was in the mid-high 60s that they want this program.
That's pretty incredible.
I think it'd be higher than that if they really understood the whole issue.
I've been on a lot of shows lately and people say, well, isn't that kind of over the top?
Isn't that kind of racist?
Look, millions of people have crossed our border.
They demand the right to see a judge.
They demand the right to have asylum.
They demand due process.
You know what?
This country gives it to my great taxpayer expense.
But at the end of that process, When 9 out of 10 get ordered removed and a federal judge says you lose your case, you're about to go home.
If those orders are not executed and taken seriously, then what the hell are we doing?
You might as well just shut down the immigration court because those decisions don't mean anything.
Take the Border Patrol off the border because there's no consequence.
When you have the historic illegal immigration crisis that we've had with over 10 million encounters and up to 8 million being released, of course there has to be a historic deportation operation because we're dealing with millions of people where 90% of them are going to get an order removed that must be carried out.
And besides that, you've got to ask them, what is your alternative?
To just let them stay?
Because if you do that, every person in the world is going to want to come to the greatest nation on earth if they know they can enter illegally, lose their case, and still not be sent home.
We have to fix the border, and the way we fix it is through consequences and enforcing the law.
If we enforce a law, we can fix it.
Yeah, I mean, I actually saw some news.
Some of these migraine caravans are literally turning around.
Like, their self...
Deporting before they even get here.
I mean, we're so back, my friend.
We are back.
That's a big deal.
They just say, hey, gravy train's over.
Let's head back home.
I mean, if they're doing that on their own, that's pretty amazing.
I think if you create something within Border Patrol or working with Governor Noem where, hey, if you leave now on your own and you get back in line, You know, there's a better process for you getting in here than if you're here illegally, in which case you're not ever coming back.
I mean, do you see that happening?
Because I think creating some of those incentives probably makes your job a lot easier and lets you focus on the criminal element, which is obviously my number one thing you got to get rid of.
The rapists, the murderers.
I mean, They let in 13,000 murderers, knowingly.
They let in 16,000 rapists and sex offenders, knowingly.
This is Biden administration government statistics, 600,000 criminals.
That's mind-blowing.
But you see a structure like that where you actually get some of them to do the right thing so that they're not later on penalized when they actually want to come to America.
Yeah, you know, that's a great question, and you get it, Adan, because that's something I've been talking about in the last few days, that, look, you hear it legally, understand something.
If we deport you and go through a formal deportation process, you get an actual deportation order, you got a 20-year bar, which means you can't apply for a work visa, a tourist visa.
If you have a U.S. citizen child, they can't even petition for you.
So leave the country under your own free will.
Don't get a deportation order.
And you can apply for a work visa.
You can apply for a visitor visa.
If you have relatives that can petition for it, that can happen.
But if you don't leave on your own, we have to formally remove you.
You got a 20-year bar.
And that's the message we need to get out there right away to the people.
I think you see a lot of people self-deport because they know, okay, this is President Trump.
He's serious about this stuff.
He's proved that before.
So the chances are I'm going to be deported if I don't leave on my own.
So we hope that helps.
It mentions to the people, look, we don't want to tear the lights apart.
Deport yourself and take an opportunity.
Your dad had a great, again, no one talks about it.
During the first administration, he came up with an immigration plan.
And it talked about coming to the country based on merit, not some stupid lottery.
But even in his plan, he still talked about mothers and fathers, sons and daughters.
So there will be an opportunity for people to come back legally if they choose to deport and do the right thing.
So I think very soon after President Trump takes office, you're going to see another plan go out that makes common sense.
Even had a plan for the DACA people, but Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer shut it down.
So there is hope for people who want to be part of the greatest nation on earth, but you got to do it legally.
And there's going to be ways to do that, but don't get an order of deportation or you lock yourself up for 20 years.
I love that.
And you see, I mean, the biggest sort of trope from the left lately, I mean, it seems kind of racist, has been basically, who's going to pick your crops?
Who's going to do this?
Like, I mean, it seems like you solved that with that alone, which is like, hey, you get a work visa.
If you come here, you don't just get birthright immunity if you start having children.
I mean, you can do that, and they can sign up for it.
They can get the jobs.
We can fill the jobs that may or may not be needed.
We can do that the right way.
There's a way to do this In common sense, the left is just not for that because their whole idea has been clearly to create a mass of reliable Democrat voters, especially in red states, so that they could take over and have power, not because it has anything to do with humanity or anything else like that.
Yeah, you know, I think the voting is one thing, but they don't even have to get there.
Remember when Joe Biden wrote 90s Act with orders abolishing everything President Trump created and took the most secure border to historic, never seen before in numbers, he also overturned the Trump census rule.
So millions of illegal aliens released in sanctuary cities will be counted in the next census, which means when they reproportionate seats in the House, that means Dems get more seats in the House, which means they control the House forever.
That is your first goal.
Then the second goal, of course, is vote.
So, again, I know President Trump will get back on that census rule.
It makes sense.
If you're not in this country legally, You should be counting the census.
We should proportionate seats in the House based on how many illegal aliens are in your district.
You should be punished for how many illegal aliens are in your district, not be rewarded with more seats.
So that's your plan, because I've said it many times.
Any Democrat on the Hill that I get an argument with, they never can answer this one question.
And I ask them, I said, give me one downside on a secure border.
Give me a downside.
What's the downside on less immigration?
What's the downside on less sex trafficking?
What's the downside on less women getting raped?
What's the downside on less fentanyl?
What's the downside on less terrorists?
What's the downside on less sex trafficking?
Give me a downside on a secure board.
They can't give you one.
They can just, in their minds, they're thinking, more illegal aliens here, the more power we have.
They perceive a future political benefit in opening this border, and that's why they did it.
There's no other reason to do it.
Yeah, it's always just been power.
And when we say that, we call it out.
They tried calling us every name in the book, but that's the reality, because they can't give you a downside for it.
But, Tom, what do the mass deportations look like?
For example, I guess my understanding is we have well over a million illegal aliens who have been issued Deportation orders.
They just haven't been carried out.
Will those be top priority?
I guess after the criminals?
Yeah.
I mean, the public safety threats, national security threats, as President Trump has said, then we got fugitives.
We got a lot of people with fine orders.
And why is that important?
Because they have no field process.
We don't have to wait for a judge to make decisions.
The judges made decisions.
They choose to ignore it.
If you and I didn't have a judge's order, we'd be in prison.
So, yeah, that will be a priority, too, because they've had their due process, that great tax rate.
They've got to go.
But like I said, if you enter this country legally and you're here illegally, You better be looking over your shoulder because you're not supposed to be here.
And when I drove back home today from D.C., I didn't drive 200 miles an hour because I didn't want to get a ticket.
I don't line my taxi because I don't want to go to prison for tax fraud.
It's not okay to enter this country illegally.
It's not okay to be here illegally.
If you and I were in any other country around the world illegally, I'd be pooping my drawers every day waiting for the hammer to come down.
It's not okay to be here legally.
And I get it.
I get you want to be part of the greatest nation on earth.
I get it.
But there's right way and wrong way to do it.
I did an interview last night with Chris Cuomo.
And he talked about, well, some of these people are just coming back.
I said, I get that.
But it's not innocent illegal immigration.
When you got this kind of a surge coming across the border, which you call innocent illegal immigration because they're not criminals, It overwhelms the Border Patrol.
And all through this administration, the Biden administration, an average of 70% of agents have been pulled off the line, off patrol, to make challenges, change diapers, make baby formula, and do that type of stuff.
I said, when you do that, so this mass immigration takes law enforcement personnel off their national security duty.
That's when the cartels move the dope.
That's when they move the gang members and criminals that don't want to be vetted.
That's when they move the sex trafficking victims.
And that's when they're going to remove people that want to do this country harm from a terrorist organization or from a country that sponsored terror.
So that so-called innocent illegal immigration causes all these other bad things to happen.
That's what makes it even worse than just being a crime entering illegally.
It causes much more dangerous things to happen.
That's why we need to secure the border.
The southern border right now, and even Christopher Wray, who I don't have a lot of Even he said, the Southwest border is the biggest national security vulnerability this nation has ever seen.
We know people have crossed that border to come here to do us harm.
We just arrested eight of them two months ago.
They were planning a terrorist attack in New York New Jersey and California.
Luckily, the intelligence community caught them.
But you and I both know the intelligence community isn't perfect.
They missed Afghanistan, right?
And they missed, you know, the 9-11.
So thank God they got these guys.
But I've said it for the last four years, and even the FBI said it.
Something's coming.
Something's coming.
It's just a matter of when.
And when that something happens, I want President Trump to be in the Oval Office because he can handle it.
What do you have to say, Tom, to the people who are like, oh, it's going to be too expensive to go through this deportation effort.
It's just too expensive.
Because, I mean, I hear that a lot and it seems asinine to me because it seems to me like it's much more expensive to basically take care of people indefinitely, to throw them into our school system, our healthcare system, our already crumbling infrastructure.
What do you have to say to those people who try to say the cost of doing this is actually far too great?
Of course, I said that during that 60 Minutes interview.
I did almost a two-hour interview and it went down to 70 minutes.
A lot of that was left on the floor.
Because the other stuff was too good.
Yeah.
So look, you're exactly right in your first point.
We're spending billions of dollars right now on letting them in the country, giving them free online tickets, putting them in a New York City hotel room at 500 bucks a night, giving them free medical care, giving them three meals a day, in perpetuity, right?
Billions of dollars.
Not talking about the strain on the school systems, the hospitals, the trauma centers, the social services, all of this stuff.
It's costing an average of $181 billion a year in perpetuity, and it's going to get worse.
Yeah, this operation is going to cost some money, but in the long run, the taxpayers are going to be saving money.
It will be a tax savings for American people over time.
And not only that, what I told 60 Minutes, okay, so let me tell you, I met over 100 angel moms and dads.
I met the parents of the young women that were raped and murdered.
Give me a price tag.
What was that life worth?
You give me a price tag.
What's that life worth?
What's one terrorist getting in this country?
What's that worth?
So I'm willing to spend whatever it takes.
And President Trump said the same thing.
There's no price tag on protecting American lives and securing this border and protecting our national security.
There is no price tag.
What level of cooperation do you anticipate countries like Mexico and others that You know, we may want to have, you know, safe third country agreements with.
Do you see them going along with this?
Are we going to have to exercise some of our economic might to make them go along with it?
I know my father did that a lot with the threat of tariffs in Mexico the last time around, etc.
Do you see them playing ball off the bat or are we going to have to use other measures to get them to understand that this is going to happen?
Well, the president of Mexico now, she's further left leaning.
She always took action when President Trump told him, you better stop this caravan.
I won't tear the hell out of you.
The caravan so quickly was broken apart.
They didn't voluntarily break apart.
There's Mexican law enforcement involved there.
So we'll wait and see.
But if it comes to that, to have to put the hammer down, President Trump has no problem doing that.
I remember, and we arrested almost 500 gang members in Long Island during Operation Matador, and on the way back from Air Force One, he asked me how quickly to get these people out.
And I told him, look, El Salvador has been a problem.
They don't want their bad guys back.
And President Trump, how long has this been going?
I said, we've been going on for several administrations.
He goes, okay, thanks for letting me know.
Two days later, President Trump calls my office.
He says, how many planes can you fill?
How many planes can you fill if I have 13 members?
I said, I can fill seven.
He goes, fill them up.
They're gone.
So the conversation he had with President El Salvador took two days.
So we need a strong president.
And like right now, Venezuela is a big problem.
They won't take their people back.
And Venezuela is going to be a tough thing, but there's a lot of things a president can do.
President Reagan in 1984 was a young Border Patrol agent just starting.
My first assignment was sitting at a port of entry.
After midnight, because the port of entry closed at midnight, to make sure no one flying defensor came over, because we had one DEA agent that was tortured and murdered in Mexico.
His name was Kiki Camarana, great guy.
He was tortured and murdered in Mexico, and Mexico wouldn't assist with the investigation.
He would give us the people responsible.
President Reagan said, all right, I'm shutting down the port of entry.
And that just devastates the country of Mexico.
They have billions of dollars in trade come across with ports.
He shut them down.
And it took two days.
Two days for them to come up with the murderers.
So President Trump has a lot of tools in his toolbox.
And if he has to use them, there's no doubt in my mind.
He's going to use them because America's first with President Trump.
So what about the cartel threat?
I mean, is there going to be a push to designate them as a foreign terror group?
I can't personally think of a actual greater clear and present danger to the United States than the cartels, the fentanyl, the human trafficking.
How do you see it?
How do we inflict pain on the cartels to get them to stop?
I mean, they are functioning.
Frankly, they feel like they're higher functioning militarily than the Mexican military.
How do we do that to make that happen and end of that?
I mean, that's now probably a trillion dollar business for them.
They're not just going to go over easily.
But the cartels are like a Fortune 500 company.
The Sinaloa cartels, they're in over 40 countries on the globe.
Not only are they smoking a record amount of narcotics in the United States, they are now in every major city of the United States taking over the distribution within the United States.
And at the RNC, during my speech at the RNC, I echoed what President Trump has told me.
That he will designate them terrorist organizations, because the criminal cartels in Mexico have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world combined.
Take the 9-11, times that by 100, right?
So President Trump says he's going to designate a terrorist organization and wipe them off the face of the earth, because Mexico's not going to do it.
Mexico's been dealing with this for 30 years.
And I hate to say it, but it's just a fact.
Much of the Mexican military, much of the Mexican government, they're corrupt.
We know that.
That's why even when I was the ICE director, our vetted units, and we vet these guys ourselves that we work with down there, we didn't even tell them everything.
Not every cop and soldiers is corrupt.
I'm not saying that.
I'm sure there's soldiers and police officers down there doing it for the right reason, but there's a lot of corruption there.
And the cartels, you know, if you're a police officer and you're making, you know, $36 a week, and the cartel comes and gives you $100,000 to let something happen, they're going to take it.
I mean, many of them will.
So it's going to take U.S. special operations, U.S. intelligence to track these guys down, follow the money, and just, same thing President Trump did to ISIS in the caliphate.
He can do it.
He did that terrorist organization.
He can do it to the criminal cartels, but it's going to take the United States lead to get it done.
Yeah, I mean, we have a quarter of a trillion dollars for Ukraine.
No one can articulate what it actually means.
It feels like for a small fraction of that, we could actually solve this problem once and for all.
Yes, sir.
And I think President Trump's the guy to do it.
And once he does that, think of the lives, American lives.
You know, fentanyl poisonings, the deaths, are the number one cause of death between the ages of 18 and 45.
And we've lost over a quarter of a million people just to fentanyl.
If you take those cartels out, we're going to be saving a lot of lives.
And a lot of violence.
Right now, the criminal cartels in Mexico, a lot of people who don't know this, are fighting against each other because they're making record amounts of money smoking an alien, a record amount of money in sex trafficking, a record amount of money in moving drugs across the border.
So now the cartels are fighting each other for control of the plazas, their area of operation.
So there's a war going on in Mexico right now over the cartels.
They're violent.
They have military-grade weapons.
And they got intelligence.
Again, they're like a Fortune 500 company, so the only people that can take them out of business is the United States.
We have the capability, and we got a strong president coming in January who is committed to doing that, so I can't wait for that to happen.
That's going to save a lot of lives.
And it's also going to make living in Mexico better, too.
People want to fear about being kidnapped.
You can vacation in Mexico to a resort, not after we're being kidnapped and ransomed.
It's going to be a lot better for the United States, and it's going to be a lot better for Mexico.
Yeah, I mean, I read, I mean, even during their presidential race, like 30 of the candidates for president were murdered.
I mean, this is, it's the Wild West.
And, you know, I think we can stop it, but we need to actually focus on actually trying to stop it, not just letting it happen.
You know, the same old, same old, you know, resting this guy, resting that guy.
They've replaced their kingpins, you know, like you and I play chess.
It's going to take taking their money, taking their assets, and not just destroying them in Mexico, destroying them in every country they have a presence in.
That's why when he doesn't even tear us and open up all these other...
Possibilities and authorizations to actually take this thing seriously.
So, again, it's not going to happen without the United States of America.
It's not going to happen without President Trump.
He's going to do it, I promise you.
He means business when he says he's going to designate terrorist organizations.
And a lot of people are pushing back, well, if you do that, it's going to cause this, cause that.
No.
This is the most important thing President Trump can do, because we've lost a record amount of Americans from these drugs, and we need to stop it.
I know we both have an event to get to this evening, so I think I'll be with you shortly, face to face.
But what's your overarching message to Americans who are eager for major border action on minute one?
Like, Inauguration Day, one second in.
How much will you be able to improve the life of everyday Americans?
I got three words for them.

You're going to see us take this country back.
And look, like I said before, it isn't just about the deportation and operation.
It isn't just about saving the children.
It's about securing the border.
What's the result?
Less overdose deaths.
Less sex trafficking.
For God's sake, it's one of the worst crimes around.
Less migrants dying under this administration.
Over 4,000 aliens have died crossing that border, an historic record.
When President Trump, again, had immigration on 90% and had that border shut down, he saved thousands of lives.
So less aliens die, less Americans die.
Wages will increase because you don't have all that illegal labor working for pennies on the dollar up here.
Sex trafficking is going to vastly increase.
This country is going to be ailing crime.
Ailing crime, you're going to see that reduced significantly.
