I'm gonna take a couple of minutes, let everything maybe build up.
Uh, get some people on here, got the live chat going.
This isn't loading though, guys.
Let's, uh... I'll reload.
Um... Just wanted to, hopefully you guys all had a good weekend.
Uh, here we go.
There we go.
Bring the pain, Junior.
E333, I appreciate that.
Long weekend, a lot of travel.
I went down to El Salvador for the inauguration of President Bukele down there.
Sort of amazing, I don't know if you know his story, but you know, came in as an outsider politician, just started cleaning stuff up.
He's the guy that basically imprisoned like 50,000 gang members and shockingly,
Shockingly, crime went down, so that was pretty amazing.
I'll talk about that, you know, shortly.
Started, you know, had a cool introduction to President Mele of Argentina.
You've seen him.
He's the guy with the chainsaw.
Taking on inflation and some of the craziness there.
So it was a sort of a great, it was a great weekend meeting of just sort of, you know, just populist fighters.
You know, we got to make America great again, but like the globalists, the lunatics, they're also, they're also going after other countries and that's, that's where it all stems from.
So I was super excited to be, you know, a part of that.
Kelly Song, you love my live streams.
Thank you.
Mrs. AIG, how was El Salvador?
Well, you know, I'm starting to talk about that now.
I'll get into a little bit of that.
We got an unusual format today.
We got a couple of guests.
We got Jack Posobiec.
We got Kash Patel.
We got Missouri Attorney General Andrew.
We're gonna get into all of that.
Um, and, you know, that'll be fun.
He'll be, uh, breaking some news.
That's Andrew Bailey, obviously.
Uh, Missouri AG.
Uh, Cash, obviously always a crowd favorite.
Jack Masobic, uh, doing some interesting stuff.
Uh, A.J.
McGurk.
You need a run in four years.
Thanks, A.J.
Really appreciate that.
Kill me now.
No, I'm just kidding.
But let's worry about this four years.
You see sort of what we're up against.
You see the insanity of what's going on.
I think everyone's starting to figure that out, and I think that's perhaps what was so special about this weekend.
It was like, it was amazing how well-received, even like from
You know, some of the locals in El Salvador, like you think, you know, hey, you know, place I was, ironically, call it a third world country.
Guess what?
It looked nicer than a lot of our cities.
That's what was perhaps like the biggest takeaway.
You know, you're like, I was like, hey, man, we're going to El Salvador.
This is a place, you know, pretty crazy crime rate in the past, yada, yada, like.
Yeah, we had a, you know, a pretty, you know, awesome, you know, detail that was taking care of us and everything like that.
I'm not, but like, you look around, it looked incredible.
It was, we had dinners, we had like three meals in restaurants there that rivaled, literally would have been as good as any meal I have in, you know, Miami or New York or like one of these cities.
It was sort of shocking actually to me.
I was like, you know,
May have to buy a place down there so when they throw me out of America, you know, or towards the gulags, we got a place to run.
But yeah, it was really awesome.
Yeah, it looks like people are joining in now, which is cool.
Love you, Donald.
Thank you, guys.
Tea Party Power Hour.
Fox News sucks.
Fair.
Uh, that's fair.
You know, I can't argue with some of that stuff, you know.
They'll be kind of supportive for the time being because, you know, I guess the alternative is Joe Biden and they'd lose all of their viewers, but not exactly.
SaintFan20, Don Jr.
for execution.
Are we doing that, guys?
I know the Democrats probably would, actually.
Perhaps we shouldn't rule it out, but I can't say that publicly because I'll get a... But yeah, I have a feeling if the Democrats could do that to us, they would.
And therefore, maybe we have to keep all options on the table.
Let's see.
Kill any hogs in El Salvador?
No, this was, you know, purely a work trip.
Came in on a Friday, you know, had, you know, great—I did a—I don't know, did any of you guys see my Tucker interview?
I did a—I did sort of like an hour with Tucker.
He was down there covering it, and we actually just—we weren't covering El Salvador with me.
It was just sort of talking about the conviction.
Uh, talking about the deep state.
If you haven't, uh, you know, check it out on his channels.
I think we're posting it up on here as well.
Uh, you know, so if you could go to my triggered feed, uh, you know, we put it up there, but, you know, did, you know, I guess 45 minutes or so with Tucker.
We had to, we wanted to get it up that night and it was getting late because you're two hours behind over there.
Um, but great sit down with Tucker, and then we had dinner with a couple senators, congressmen, like, you know, friends, uh, the president's son, uh, down there in El Salvador, just really, really informative, um, and then, you know, amazing inauguration at the presidential palace, and then basically, uh, you know, you know, I guess,
Their equivalent of, like, the White House ball that evening, and then went to, like, the presidential retreat, the Camp David of El Salvador with the president, spent quite a bit of time there chatting with him and seeing just all of the progress that he's made.
But yeah, Nayib Bukele, check him out.
You know, really aggressive on social media, but, like, just getting things done.
He was reelected, like, at 85%, 90% of the vote because he actually delivered results.
And of course, you know, all the NGOs and all the, you know,
Watchdog, international watchdogs.
They're sending people just hoping for something because, you know, they don't want someone like this.
They want to let the gangs run rampant, you know, and then ultimately import them here probably.
He wasn't doing that.
He took a crime rate.
We'll get into the details here shortly, but it's a big deal.
So, super, was super excited about it.
Really, really enjoyed it.
Donate, donate, donate to the Trump campaign.
By the way, I think it's probably more than it now, but like, in even a couple days after, you know, last week's sham verdict.
Verdict?
What's a verdict in a show trial?
Is that just a, what do we call it?
Is that just like, is that a foregone conclusion?
Is that, like, what's the actual word for it?
Is there one, guys?
Drew, you're a lawyer.
I just talked smack on TV, but, you know, I think foregone conclusion, right?
It probably is.
Predetermined outcome.
Predetermined outcome.
That sounds more sophisticated.
But yes, that's what that was.
But, you know, the reality is, I think because of that, you see what's going on.
You saw my father's, you know, welcome at UFC in New Jersey.
It wasn't like Vegas.
Like, you know, this is New Jersey.
This is a left state, you know, a blue state.
Uh, you know, sort of all kind of a big deal.
Do I think Hunter will be convicted?
I doubt it.
They're going to drag it out till after the election and then he'll be pardoned regardless of what happens.
But again, he's being, you know, looked at by Biden's DOJ.
So let's not pretend for one second that there are, um, you know, that they're going to be above board on that.
Uh, Lynn27 says, what are the plans for monitoring polling places on election night?
Obviously, you know, RNC and some of those dollars, those campaign dollars, that's what it's going for.
Like you got to get people.
And again, not just
You know, nice people who want to be involved.
You got to get people who are aggressive and understand the law and, you know, aren't going to get browbeaten and pushed into a corner by others.
You know, all of that stuff.
So it's, you know, we do have, they are working on that and we will see.
What's the plan regarding SC appeal?
So I assume that's a Supreme Court appeal.
Yeah, I don't know.
I think the process, you probably have to wait till, you know, sentencing or whatever, but, you know, you get that.
You get that in the way right now and start doing that because this is just, it's lunacy, and you're supposed to be able to get a fair trial, and when you can't, someone else has to step in.
But, you know, the reality is this, guys.
At this point, you know, talk isn't enough.
Strongly worded letters are not enough.
We need tough, we need tangible action, or America is done for.
I mean, and by the way, the Democrats want that.
They don't care.
Like, you know, democracy for them, it's a soundbite, right?
It's like, ha ha ha.
We laugh at those silly peasants who think about democracy.
And again, before everyone starts chiming in on the live feed, I understand we live in a republic, but I'm using democracy as a generalization.
It is a little different.
We understand that.
You know, this isn't hyperbole.
It's reality right now.
Everything is on the table.
So, this is going to be an interesting episode because we get to cover sort of a lot of bases, you know, from around the globe, from first-hand visits.
There's so much to get into.
And while I have you guys here, why don't you hit that like button?
I'm trying to follow live on the live feed as well.
Hit the like button, share, subscribe, download the Rumble app, download Rumble, the app on your big screen TV.
You know, we need you guys to help get through the noise and actually grow this movement.
You're not going to do that, you know.
With conventional media.
You're gonna do that by spreading this message.
That's why I do it.
Remember, you can also go to Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
If you missed the show here on Rumble, you can get it there.
If you have friends that get their podcasts that way, make sure to do that.
And also for, you know, a lot of the top headlines that I'll be covering here for the stuff that I didn't sort of...
Do myself, although we'll cover them on MXM News anyway, head over to my news app, MXM News, like minute by minute, MXM, where you can get the mainstream news without the bias.
The other sides always say, oh, you don't like what you get from Apple or Google or whatever it is, build your own.
So honestly, guys like me will...
Put money into things.
We'll create a team and we'll actually do these things.
So if you can support us, it helps.
That's how we fight and get back into it.
Never gonna be a big deal for me, but it's big in terms of the sense that we've gotta be able to get that message out there.
So check out MXM News.
And let's get into some of these top headlines.
And maybe I'll ad-lib a little bit and go through some of the live chat with all of this.
How are your siblings doing?
How's Melania holding up?
You know, listen.
You know, we're fine.
Not because we should be, but because we've just been so desensitized to any of this insanity.
That's TB... T-Blue... T-Blue, sir.
Sorry.
Some of your handles are a disaster, folks.
They're really hard to read in one word form, but...
As I was saying, I just came back from El Salvador for the inauguration of the second term of President Nayib Bukele.
El Salvador is an amazing success story.
They're on the opposite trend of what's happening here in America.
Here are some basic facts.
In 2015, El Salvador had a murder rate of 103 murders.
103 per 100,000 residents.
One of the highest in the world.
For comparison, that year we had a murder rate of about 5 per 100,000 in America.
Okay, that's a big deal.
Crime was out of control in El Salvador due to gangs like MS-13.
You understand, that's the people that Nancy Pelosi and others say we're not allowed to refer to as animals.
They had one of the highest murder rates anywhere in the world.
In fact, El Salvador was known
As the homicide capital of the world.
I say that in quotes because that was real.
The homicide capital of the world.
Fast forward to 2023.
El Salvador now has a murder rate of just 2 per 100,000.
Think about that.
It went from 103 to 2.
El Salvador has fewer murders than we do right here in the United States of America.
Well, how did El Salvador do that?
How did they become so safe in just a few years?
Well, it's due to a nation's great president, right?
When you have good leaders, when you have common sense, you can win.
Nayib Bukele had the radical idea, guys.
I know this is extreme, just bear with me for a second.
I know it's crazy, but he had this wild idea that
You should maybe lock up criminal gang members.
I'm shocked.
I'm shocked.
And guess what, folks?
It worked.
It worked.
Bukele had to build new prisons, okay?
Because he arrested so many MS-13 members that they didn't have a capacity in their existing prisons.
They continued to do that and continue to take more criminals off the street.
And by taking criminals off the street, El Salvador is now one of the safest country in the Americas.
As I said, I walked around, I couldn't believe it.
You know, I was told it was a third world country.
It looked more first world than a lot of our cities here in America, and it certainly looked and felt a lot safer.
His inauguration was a celebration of what is possible with good leadership.
The King of Spain attended, as did Javier Mille of Argentina.
Who's also done a great job, by the way, over there.
Check this out.
I had the great pleasure of meeting him, getting to shake his hand, talking for a bit.
Spectacular.
But I think 110 delegations came there from around the world for one of the smallest nations in the world.
Because success breeds success.
And it can be done.
You don't have to let your country fall apart.
You just need to have fighters in office.
Check out this clip with Mila.
That was pretty cool.
I mean, you know, I was walking by, I saw the car, I was like, hey, maybe I'll say hi.
And he noticed me and apparently, you know, the other fighters like me as well.
I guess it's not just my dad.
They noticed that, you know, we're out there taking on the
Disinsanity.
So that was a great honor.
Amazing to see what he's done in his country where in a few short months he's cut inflation and eliminated so much of the nonsense that was there because of graft and corruption and all of these things.
It can be done, folks.
And that stuff's going on in America.
The problem with America is they're so sophisticated, these bureaucrats are so entrenched, it makes it much harder to do.
They are protecting themselves at all costs.
But we can do it.
I believe in that.
El Salvador, though, is what we used to refer to as a third world country.
But El Salvador had the wild idea to lock up actual criminals instead of their political opponents.
Imagine!
Imagine if all countries did that.
So which country is really third world now?
I'd ask you that because I'm sort of actually 100% serious.
You know, I like to joke on the show.
But it's looking more like the U.S.
under Biden is a third world nation.
Here's President Bukele and I from this weekend.
Wow!
Amazing!
You can have success without jailing your political opponents.
Hard to believe.
Again, I keep being shocked.
The formula for El Salvador's success is an easy one to follow.
Lock up violent criminals and not your political opposition.
It does not sound like rocket science, but someone may want to send a memo to the Biden administration on what's going on, and more importantly, how we look to the rest of the world.
Now, it's been a few days since the baseless conviction in Manhattan.
One bright spot in all of this is the energy and the enthusiasm from American patriots who are now unified fully behind my father.
Just look at the response from the crowd at UFC 302 in deep blue New Jersey.
This is a big one.
Also with us tonight, 45,
Being ushered in by UFC CEO Dana White, Donald Trump is in the building in the form of President getting a standing ovation from the assembled masses here at UFC 302.
Well, you had a sneaking suspicion that former President Trump would be in the building for UFC 302.
He is a rabid mixed martial arts fan.
I kind of feel like he's betting on these fights when he's not actually here.
Boy, the round of applause he's getting right now is pretty staggering.
And you had to imagine that that's all that was going to happen.
I mean, even Rogan talking about how the amount of applause are staggering.
And he's called every fight that my father's shown up to.
And again, that's in deep blue New Jersey.
That has to tell you something, right?
I mean, at one point, the We Want Trump chants were so loud that you could clearly hear them through the TV feed.
It was absolutely nuts.
Check this out.
I think there's just a freeness about that, right?
That dancing, breaking, and when you incorporate that into your fighting style, it makes you so difficult to bear through it.
Oh, I bear through it, folks.
Right there.
In the middle of a fight, right through the feed, that says something, folks.
Americans are speaking up with their voices and their wallets to say they are fed up with the country being destroyed by left-wing Democrat lawfare.
And let's go through the facts just so we're clear.
Again, I don't want to beat a dead horse, but people have to understand this.
And again, they're not getting this.
from much of the mainstream.
Although CNN and even reluctantly MSNBC and some of these other leftist clown organizations, even they talked about some of the insanity and some of their contributors are saying just how ridiculous all of this is.
But the judge in this case is a Democrat donor.
He not only donated to Joe Biden, but he donated to a group called Stop Republicans.
The description of this group says, it is dedicated to resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump's radical right-wing legacy.
Radical right-wing legacy of, I don't know, keeping us safe, keeping us energy independent, signing peace deals in the Middle East, low inflation, low interest rates, jobs coming here, all of those disastrous radical things.
I mean, they're terrible.
Who would want that?
Juan Marchand is a resistance liberal, and these donations are against the New York Judicial Code.
The rules, the rules, actually in code, not just basic ethical norms, but actual rules in law, bar judges from making a contribution to a political organization or a candidate.
Huh.
Makes sense, obviously.
So why is Marchand still a judge?
And why didn't he recuse himself?
And why is he also the judge for Steve Bannon case and other conservatives?
Well guys, it's because the system is rigged.
It's really that simple.
This is not rocket science.
And his daughter, who is a Democratic consultant, who's done work for prominent left-wing lunatics like Adam Schiff, she has a direct financial interest in the lawfare.
And New York has another law about that, too, relating to relatives having a conflict of interest and the requirements that there be a recusal.
I'm shocked, folks.
Strange.
All of these things, all of these New York laws, magically flaunted.
Just to go after Trump.
Just to persecute their political enemies.
Guys, even Ellie Honig, CNN's legal analyst.
CNN!
When you've lost CNN, that's a problem, folks.
They admitted in this piece in New York Magazine.
Honig wrote, quote, Would folks have been just fine with the judge staying on the case if they had donated a couple of bucks to re-elect Donald Trump?
MAGA forever?
Absolutely not.
He went on to write, This is CNN, folks.
Again, just so we're clear, this isn't Fox News.
This isn't Breitbart.
This is CNN.
The charges against Trump are obscure and nearly entirely unprecedented.
In fact, he goes on to say, no state prosecutor in New York or Wyoming or anywhere else has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime.
Against anyone, for anything, none, ever.
That's not me.
That's probably stronger than I'd be able to word it because I'm not a lawyer and I have no idea how that law works.
It seems like basic ethics, but it's actually written in the law.
And yet that law, like everything else the Democrats preach, was flaunted in our faces last week.
Just totally disregarded.
At least, at least that CNN contributor is honest.
Politico wrote that Bragg was a reluctant prosecutor.
Really?
You're like, he's a reluctant prosecutor?
Apparently, they don't know what the word reluctant means.
That's an incredible lie, because there's actual tape.
...leading into this vote for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
I know a lot of people are wondering, whoever has this job, are they going to convict Donald Trump?
Look, that is the number one issue we know he's investigating.
And what I'll say is I'm the only... I was the first to announce against Cy Vance.
I, too, have a lot of issues, which is why I decided to run.
I'm the candidate in the race who has the experience with Donald Trump.
I was the chief deputy in the Attorney General's office.
We sued the Trump administration over a hundred times for the Muslim travel ban, for family separation at the border, for shenanigans with the census.
So I know how to litigate with him.
I also led the team that did the Trump Foundation case.
So I'm ready to go wherever the facts take me and to inherit that case and I think, you know,
It'd be hard to argue with the fact that that'd be the most important, most high-profile case.
Huh.
He sounds really reluctant, folks.
Like, really reluctant.
Like his entire campaign strategy is to go after Trump, but he's a reluctant witness.
I mean...
However much you hate our mainstream media folks, it is not enough.
It's not enough.
They don't deserve any quarter at this point.
They are just creating more and more lies and nonsense and perpetuating a whole bunch of BS.
And then there's Joe Biden's response.
To the trial.
By now you've all seen the video of him smiling, probably because he can't think of anything to say because he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he has no shame.
Biden is happy to destroy the country if it means he gets another four years in the White House.
I get it.
When you're getting 10% on all these deals, when your crackhead incompetent son is making billions, perhaps billions, you know,
You want to maintain that power, even if it's destroying America, even if you haven't achieved absolutely anything other than the demise of our republic.
You know, hey, it's a couple bucks for the Biden family.
And honestly, once Joe Biden's out of office, I imagine their earning potential goes to nothing.
So they're really stockpiling right now.
But even worse than Biden's creepy smile is his ridiculous tweet this weekend that no one is above the law.
Really?
Really?
No one is above the law, Joe?
What about the 10 million illegal immigrants you've let into the country?
Are they not above the law?
Seems like they are.
Just today, an illegal immigrant in Queens shot two NYPD officers.
The illegal immigrant was from Venezuela and was released into the country by Joe Biden last summer.
No one is above the law?
How about Joe Biden's own DOJ?
Uh, remember, they can't prosecute him because he's not fit to stand trial.
I mean, he did things that were clearly against the law, but you know, we're gonna let him slide.
He's incompetent, so we won't prosecute him.
But, but we're still gonna let him have the nuclear football.
I mean, seems like a winning formula if you're a banana republic.
I mean, if you're a true third world nation, that seems par for the course.
There's a famous quote, and it goes something like this.
For my friends, everything.
For my enemies, the law.
That's the story of Biden's presidency.
And in this case, they're actually bastardizing the law.
They're making up new laws.
They're disregarding the laws that are inconvenient to their political persecution, amongst other things.
His illegal immigrant friends get amnesty.
His sons get millions of China.
His political opponents get lawfare.
That's America in 2024.
There is a solution, guys, and it happens in November.
That's the verdict that matters.
The verdict that is laid out on November 5th.
There's another quote that you may have seen going around.
Power owes no explanation.
And that's exactly what the Democrats have been doing for quite some time.
But it makes you wonder, are Republicans doing enough?
Are they doing anything?
I mean, I get it.
I've seen a couple strongly worded tweets, maybe a letter.
Do they get this?
Do they understand what's happening?
It really doesn't feel that way.
For example, where are the subpoenas for Judge Burchon's daughter's bank records?
How much is she making off of the lawfare?
We'll get into that in just a second with Kash Patel, so this will be an exciting one.
Now, you'll hear, and often hear, if they can do it to President Trump, they can do it to you.
Well, guess what, folks?
They are already doing it to you.
You want to make sure that no one is truly above the law and that our borders are finally secure again?
Yeah?
Well, you gotta get involved.
For example, we want to put my father back in the White House so our border is secure.
Yet the Democrats are so desperate to preserve open borders that they're willing to indict and convict your choice for president.
Which, in turn, is an attack on you and the nation.
I'm sure it's only a matter of time until they give the illegals a social security number, which they'll be able to get a driver's license, and then they'll show up and they'll check the box and say that they're citizens, even if they're not.
And that's how they're going to game the system in 2024.
We have to get unified, and we have to fight back.
We have to overwhelm the 12 million plus, 15 million, whatever it is now, growing substantially by the day, people who the Democrats are going to weaponize to try to win this election.
In 2020, they had COVID.
I imagine they're going to use immigration, or they'll start World War III and try to put it off some other way.
At this point, I don't think anyone can seriously think that anything is off the table.
So, how do we save this country?
Well, for starters, guys, Republicans have to start talking less and acting more.
In that interview I talked about with Tucker Carlson that I did on, I guess it was Friday night when I got down to El Salvador, it was important.
We talked for a long time, so I recommend you check it out on his channel.
I think I'll probably air it here on my Rumble page, so you can check it out there.
But I explained on Tucker's podcast just what we're up against.
Check it out.
Your eyes start to open and you see the games and you see the people that are on your side and you see the, you know, the Lindsey Grahams of the world, right?
They get on TV and they're on, you know, Fox or something like that and they're like, well, we must subpoena these people and we must get to the bottom of this.
I'm like, well, you're like the chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Like, you have the authority to do that.
But you're talking about doing the thing that you have the authority to do, but you're unwilling to actually exercise that power.
So that was what disgusted me most about the Republicans.
You're telling your base, the people who are watching, you're fighting.
But you know damn well that you're not actually fighting.
And we see that so much.
That's the difference between— Such a betrayal.
It's the difference between the Democrats.
I mean, they've shown, hey, they'll put their opposition in jail.
They'll smother them.
They'll silence them.
There's nothing they won't do to preserve power.
We'll write a strongly worded memo and do nothing to follow up.
And I think as long as you have that sort of imbalance in the response, nothing changes.
Because, you know, the Democrats, they'll take their win.
They'll run to the bank.
They'll laugh their ass off.
Speaking of which, guys, Tony Fauci was on Capitol Hill today.
Some Republicans wasted time and asked Fauci about his use of private email, yada, yada, yada.
How often do we get Fauci under oath?
It seems like a time to focus on the policies that hurt and crushed so many Americans.
The policies that we know were lies.
But more importantly, the policies that we know he was lying about.
He knew better and it didn't matter.
But there were a couple of bright spots.
For example, Texas rep Michael Cloud got Fauci to admit that there is no evidence, none, to support the masking of kids.
And yet, strangely enough, we did that.
We put those diapers on those kids' faces.
Many of them struggled with it, created learning issues, whatever it is.
But you know, hey, it sounded good and the media was gonna make him a hero.
Check this out.
Going back to what I said before, all of that is in the context of at the time, 4-5,000 people a day were dying.
There was no study that did masks on kids before.
You couldn't do the study.
You had to respond to an epidemic that was killing 4-5,000 Americans per day.
And Rep.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, a good friend and someone who actually fights, said it best during the hearing.
We should be recommending you to be prosecuted.
We should be writing a criminal referral because you should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.
You belong in prison, Dr. Fauci.
Let's be clear, guys.
Accountability, in this case, means President.
He lied to the American people.
It wasn't that they didn't know, right?
It's pretty clear he knew what he got up and grandstanded before the American people for months on end was almost entirely the opposite of what he was emailing back and forth with his professional colleagues.
So you tell doctors one thing, but then you tell the American public another.
You know, he became one of the deities of the left because that was a crudgel against Trump.
But he lied.
He destroyed businesses.
He destroyed lives.
People weren't able to go and see their sick parents or grandparents die.
They had to watch through a window or from a distance if they could even get in the building.
I'm fed up with the political theater and the strongly worded letters, and I know that you are too.
But what about Washington Republicans?
Are they willing to lay it all on the line to do what's right for America?
We'll get into all of that with Kash Patel in just a few minutes because it is such an important question that we need answers to because as long as we're fighting such a different game, nothing's going to change.
Nothing's gonna change, folks.
But first, guys, remember to put the parallel economy at the center of every purchase with Public Square.
On Public Square, you can buy with your beliefs, and you can let your dollars reflect your values.
That's so critical with what we're up against right now.
With corporate America funding all the radical causes of today's left, we need to do something different.
We need to support great American patriotic small businesses.
Don't give your monies to companies that hate you.
Give it to freedom-loving companies
We're good to go.
Download the Public Square app today, go to publicsquare.com, check it out, and together we can build the Patriot economy and save our country.
This is a big one, guys.
You take away the money, that's the lifeblood.
That's another huge part of it, right?
We gotta go beyond strongly worded letters, but we also have to stop feeding the beast that is out there trying to send us to the gulags.
And with that, joining me now
Former Defense Department Chief of Staff, author of Government Gangsters, my good friend, Kash Patel.
What's going on, buddy?
How you doing?
Hey, brother.
Great to see you.
Thanks for having me back on.
Long week.
What are your thoughts, Kash?
Here, have at it.
I'm too tired for this crap.
Man, look, I mean, you laid it out brilliantly, right?
Like, we have one lever in government, the House majority in Congress, for any Republican measures to be represented by the American people.
One.
We have nothing else.
We don't have any institution, we don't have departments, agencies, don't have the White House, we don't have anything else.
And you bring up a brilliant point about, and I've been calling for this for a long time, we're not personally attacking the judge's daughter.
We are simply finding out how much money she made from the prosecution of your father, which was unconstitutional.
Let's put that aside.
But the New York State regulations specifically prohibit a judge from presiding over a case in which there is three degrees worth of separation of a monetary benefit to his family.
So if Judge Marchand's daughter made $15 million,
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say, and a lot more.
Yeah.
Yeah, because it's not, you know, I mean, obviously there's like basic, you know, ethical standards in law, and then there's actually law.
I mean, this is very clear in the law, both as it relates to the judge and the bias and the political donations, as well as, you know, they say in the law it's, you know, six degrees of separation.
His daughter's one degree of separation.
Clearly, you know, I'm seeing emails going out to, you know, supporting Adam Schiff at that time.
I heard that there were seats set aside in the courtroom for her donors.
You know, like this is, you know, obviously for them it is political theater.
We understand that.
You know, you're calling for the subpoenas of his daughter's bank records, clearly where there's a conflict.
Why- how can the Republicans say that this is something- I mean, how do- how are we playing a different game at this point that they're like hesitant to actually do so?
It seems nuts to me.
It is, and Corey Mills, great representative from Florida, former Special Forces guy, a friend of ours, he actually put forward the motion or movement to have those records subpoenaed, and it's getting stymied by leadership.
And I just don't, and then you know what you see happen is, it's such a response by the American public that they want to see this information.
They want to see money.
Money doesn't lie.
And then you have congressional leaders go on national TV and make generic statements.
We're going to have some accountability hearings.
We're going to have subpoenas issued.
Where are they?
I used to work there.
You could literally issue a subpoena from your office in about four and a half seconds.
Any member of Congress can do that, but they report up the chain to leadership and it gets stymied.
And this is all the while happening while Merrick Garland wormholes another series of information from the American public in Joe Biden's audio tape.
I mean, they just keep letting them run the show.
Yeah, I mean, and that's the, you know, I guess what's stopping Republicans is their, hey, you know, there's a Republican in a blue state, and it would look favorable, like, it, like...
So we're going to bastardize the law.
We're going to say, hey, we'll let you persecute your political enemies.
If it was reversed in terms of political party next to your name, people would lose their minds.
They'd sacrifice those seats because they'd understand we're just trying to get to the law.
But you're doing that to protect probably a couple of squishy rhinos in blue states.
And I'm sort of at the point where if they're not willing to do these basic things that would be fundamental tenets of our Constitution,
They're not worth protecting, even if, you know, even if you want sort of the accretive, even if, I guess, a fake Republican is perhaps better than a radical Democrat today, but honestly, not much.
No, not much.
Like, what's the point of having them represent our values in Congress?
They are our representatives and they're failing to represent what we sent them to do.
You know, this Merrick Garland piece is really personal for me.
Having been your father's former Deputy Director of National Intelligence, this guy, the number one law enforcement officer in America, takes a critical piece of evidence, the Biden audio tape,
Well, not remembering when his son died.
I mean, you know, these are things that
You know, hey, I'm forgetful of some dates.
And I feel terrible about that happening to anyone.
I do.
That's not being glib.
But if you have your faculties, you remember that date.
You remember that date like no other date probably ever.
And he can't remember it, then he can't remember the cover-up, then he can't remember anything.
And, I mean, that's perhaps the irony.
I don't know if you heard my intro.
I was talking about that, which is like, hey, Joe Biden, you know, put out that tweet.
No one's above the law!
I'm like, well, except for you, Joe.
Like, except for your family, like, you're above the law because your own DOJ won't prosecute you because they say, you know, you're not competent to stand trial.
Like, you're not competent to stand trial, but you can lead the free world.
You can control the nuclear football.
I mean, I mean, I don't think I'm going out on a limb here and saying there's something doesn't jive with that.
No, and the American people are catching on.
They're like, wait a second.
If you walk back the history on this thing, Joe Biden sat for an interview.
Joe Biden's interview is actually public record once the decision was made not to prosecute him, putting aside that it was completely improper not to prosecute him.
We'll get back to that.
But once that happened, that's it.
I was a former federal prosecutor.
There's nothing classified there.
And you know what DOJ and the FBI told the American public and the court before they classified it?
They said they were worried, and I've never heard this in my entire career as a prosecutor.
They were worried that Joe Biden's audio recording was gonna be manipulated by AI and used as a deepfake.
Is that a legal precedent to prevent the evidence to be shown to the American people so they can see the truth?
So now we're gonna go prosecute cases, and anytime there's a recording, Don, audio, video, or otherwise, especially of your father, I'm gonna go before a judge and say, you know what, you can't see it because I'm afraid of manipulation, judge.
I've never even heard of a standard.
It's literally like, it's like the new meme standard.
Like, I'm worried they may turn it into a meme and therefore we can't let the truth out.
I mean, it's, it's actually insanity, right?
I mean, well, so you, listen, you served as a federal prosecutor.
Uh, one of the people in the feed right now, Lin27, is that, do you think the New York appellate court can be unbiased in this?
Because I, I sort of feel like, you know, this judge is super biased.
The jury was obviously sort of handpicked to be biased.
The instructions were biased, but like,
I don't know that it gets any better when you get to the appellate division, right?
I mean, I think it's sort of, this is a level of lunacy, uh, you know, that you see in New York that's just, it's just what it is, right?
So, you know, can you ever get a fair trial?
Even if you get rid of the bias here, that next level up, probably just as bad.
And that's what they know.
The rigged system of justice, the two-tier system of justice is so entrenched in New York City that the reason the case was brought there is because they knew they would get their headline grab and Donald Trump couldn't have his constitutional appellate rights heard in a timely fashion.
The appellate court in New York is probably like one degree less worse than Marchand.
And so does he have a little bit of a chance of getting a fair hearing there?
Yeah, maybe, but not really.
And the decision that that court hands down is going to be in like four, five, six, seven months past the trial.
Then we get to the New York State Supreme Court.
Then we get to the federal court.
Then we get to the Supreme Court.
Which is why people are saying right now to take the unusual step to petition the Supreme Court
That is a perfect legal issue for the United States Supreme Court to take up immediately.
And I think that's the best route to go for an action before the election.
So what happens with that, right?
Play it out further, right?
I mean, you do that, it's pretty clear, it's never been done, it's unprecedented, but they've bastardized every other law in this.
You know, the E.G.
and Carroll case, they literally changed New York state law for one year.
You know, we're just gonna change it for one year so we can go after one individual and then it reverts back to normal.
I mean...
They are bastardizing these laws, but they continue to keep getting away with it.
I mean, does the Supreme Court, you know, do you think they have the guts to actually do that, right?
You see, you know, plenty of people, they get the protests in front of their house, and hey, you know, just like all the conspiracy theories, like, oh, well, it's nonsense, and you're gonna lose tenure, and, you know, if you believe Wuhan virus, you know, started in the Wuhan lab that studies the virus, you're, you're out of academia.
Like, you know,
It's always the most plausible response, right?
You understand what's going on, but it doesn't matter.
They get what they want in the meantime, and then if they can drag it out for the election, the whole, half the purpose of this thing, if they can't lock him up, is to be able to say, hey, he's a convicted felon.
You know, he's a felon.
You see them, you know, it's the soundbite going out on every, you know, liberal newswire right now.
And again, they don't have to win 10, 15 percent of that.
They have to sway, you know, basis points.
And that's what they're trying to do.
And you raise a great point.
Normally, if you asked me 15, 20 years ago, I'd say, no, you can't.
There's no reason to go right to the Supreme Court, take it to the appellate court, take it to the normal course.
But that's when we respected the Constitution.
That's when we uniformly applied the Constitution to all Americans.
In this instance, we have a bastardization of due process, a deprivation of due process, just because his name happens to be Donald Trump.
But if you're a terrorist and you're pro Hamas, you're supposed to get those rights in the Constitution.
So what the Supreme Court needs to do, in my opinion, is step up and recognize the degradation of lawfare in this country for political purposes is of such paramount importance to certain members of the political elite class that the only reform left is the Supreme Court.
If there was faith in the other institutions of justice, I would say let it be and let it ride out like it normally does.
But I think it's incumbent upon the Supreme Court to take this, well, if the president decides to file an appeal there,
To take this case with immediate action because we are living in unparalleled times.
Remember, this is the same Supreme Court that actually allowed a decision about abortion to be leaked for the first time in United States history and no one got prosecuted for it.
So this Supreme Court knows.
They only would have been prosecuted had they been Republicans leaking a reverse decision.
Yeah.
Exactly.
He knows firsthand what's at stake here.
Not to mention that they're going to decide the presidential privilege issue, which we all know and hope is going to go the right way, the constitutional way, this summer.
But this sort of combination of factors in the Constitution has literally never, ever before appeared in American history.
And I think that in and of itself justifies the court in taking it and taking it quickly and just slapping down this judge for his cheap,
Destruction of the Constitution and also throwing this case out, not retrying it, just completely throwing it out so the American people can at least say the top court in the land applied the law and gave us the truth and now I can go vote how I want to vote and I can get past this issue of a two-tier system of justice.
It would be a monumental win for America.
So, listen, you're one of the guys that sort of discovered the nonsense of Russia, Russia, Russia.
You and Devin Nunes sort of broke that.
You know, you were vilified.
You were lied about.
Turns out you were the only people right.
But, you know, minor details.
Again, they get what they wanted at the time.
They were able to throw turmoil into an administration.
But, you know, which of the tactics that you used to sort of uncover the truth there could be applied here to get to the bottom of things?
It's so easy.
Look, you don't have to go to law school.
You don't have to be a federal investigator, law enforcement, or anything else.
You know what the American people respond to?
Not the evening news, not speeches forced down their throats and regurgitating the same swamp monster factoids year in and year out.
You know what the American people want?
Show it to me.
Let me read it.
Let me see it.
Let me hear it.
And what that means is going out and getting the government documents
That show and expose the corruption, i.e.
the Biden audiotapes, i.e.
Judge Merchant's financial records.
The American people, what we succeeded in Russiagate was issuing 17 subpoenas for the first time in congressional history, forcing DOJ and FBI during DJT's administration
To produce under those subpoenas because we threatened to take their funding.
And then we said, we're not going to write this up for you.
We're going to show you.
We're going to give you the FBI documents.
We're going to give you the DOJ memorandums.
And in this instance, we should be doing the same thing with the financial records from the bank from the judge's daughter and the judge himself and any other companies affiliated with them.
And the same thing with the audio tape, and the same thing with so many other issues, whether it's Jan 6 and COVID origins, or insurrection, or any of this stuff.
Why Republicans in Congress continue to bend the knee to these agencies and departments that have destroyed our constitutional republic, I really don't understand, except for if you're in on it with the UNA Party, and I know, and you know, that there's some good guys and gals, you've named a couple of them, that are there that are not in it on them.
So,
I don't know how to fix that, Don.
I really don't.
Your father, you, and your family has been pounding the door forever, and we just need one guy and one subpoena.
So what's your level of frustration with Washington Republicans right now?
Uh, it's... How much time you got?
We can't use expletives, right?
Listen, we're gonna have to go off the air in the next 24 hours or so, so, you know, we'll keep it tight, but like, you know.
You know, I try to be respectful of the job that they have to do and the environment they have to do it.
But at the same time, I'm always reminding them, I'm not asking you to go to 100 miles an hour on 100 different things.
I'm asking you to do your job for like two things, right?
Issue a subpoena on the judge's daughter and issue a subpoena for the Biden
And then I'm asking you to continue to do your job because we know DOJ and FBI is going to come in and say, no, no, nothing to see here.
We're not giving you anything.
Then you know what you do?
You take Chris Wray's government-funded G5 jet and you ground it.
And you know what you do?
You take Merrick Garland's international boondoggles while he's running off to Paris and Sydney, Australia, and Switzerland, and you shut that down because it's all funded by government-funded taxpayer dollars.
Until the American people get the documents and receipts we are owed,
I'm not saying defund the FBI and DOJ writ large.
I'm just saying these government gangsters answer to one thing.
Our money.
Our funding.
And if you take it from them like we did during Russiagate, we got a thousand documents overnight when we took a million dollars from the FBI.
And we just hit pause.
Amazing how that works.
Well, BenitaDoll66 says, cash for AG.
He'll get the job done.
So you got a good there.
And I got Uncle Brian over here says, they like that I'm not using my hands as much today, which is usually my father's complaint.
I say, how much hands am I using?
He goes, 90% too much.
I'm like, that's a lot.
That's because you're on with the Bollywood guy, so I'm taking over for you.
Look, our country is literally $34 trillion in debt.
Understand, that is a lot of money.
It's not getting better.
Biden inflation is only making it worse and the Fed is just printing money non-stop.
That means that your costs go up and your quality of life goes down.
In just the last week, we've seen gold surging as Americans look to guard against economic disaster.
So like I always say, I simply want you to be prepared.
Don't just bury your head in the sand, actually do something about it.
For over 20 years, Birch Gold has helped thousands of Americans protect their savings by converting an IRA or a 401k into an IRA in physical gold.

Again, text Don Jr.
to the number 98-98-98.
And with that, joining me now, the author of Unhumans, human event host, the one and only Jack Posobiec.
Jack, what's going on, buddy?
Did I just see you doing a Bollywood dance?
Listen, you got cash, you gotta get a little, you know, get the head going.
And listen, I have almost no rhythm, Jack.
I have almost no rhythm, but you know, cash brings it out on me.
Well, you were interested in El Salvador, so you got a little bit of that Latin rhythm going on.
You know, perhaps it rubbed off, and it was sort of amazing just, you know, the reception down there.
I know you sort of follow all of that, and then, you know, I had the usual haters, what are you doing?
We gotta fix America.
I was like, hey, we gotta fix the entire continent.
We gotta fix the Americas, and then we gotta fix the rest of the world.
And what's going on down there right now is pretty amazing.
What were your thoughts on all of that this weekend?
I can't believe people actually pushed back on that.
Look, people have to understand, we're in a movement against a neoliberal globalist order.
This is an order that stretches all across the planet.
It has nodes into China.
It comes out of Davos.
It comes out of Brussels.
Obviously, these are the people who are pushing for further war in Ukraine, further war in the Middle East, because it serves their ends.
You want to fight the cartels?
You want to know what's going on down there?
Then wouldn't it make sense for us to have allies in Latin America and in South America, like Millet, who was there, and others?
God forbid we actually... And I've said this before as well, because I get this a lot.
We're good to go.
Abukele, I would say there's two things we can learn from him very importantly.
Number one is that if you want to fight crime, you just lock up all the criminals, especially the violent criminals and the cartels, and magically, there's no more murders that happen.
It's incredible.
That's number one.
It really is magic.
It's hard to believe that no one has thought of this before, right?
It's incredible.
It's amazing.
It's this one weird trick.
It's like there's those Nigerian scammers.
But the number two thing that I've got to say is the black capes.
I mean,
Those things are so cool.
We got to bring back the black capes with like the yellow epaulets.
I love this stuff.
By the way, it was so funny you say that.
So I was watching the inauguration.
We're sitting there pretty much front row, you know, and I'm there and I'm on a text chain with Tucker and Mike Lee, Senator from Utah.
And we're like, hey, we got to bring in the capes.
We got to do this for DJT's inauguration, and then we're like, and then we got to add in a sash, and then we got to start throwing on some medals.
If only to watch the liberals lose their mind, like, they're going into a dictatorship, oh my god.
Like, I think it would actually end a big part of our, the liberal media, because they would have aneurysms and explode.
So, it's funny you say that, because I was like, we're bringing that back.
Just,
Just as a troll, but it'll be good.
And then he gets up there and says, only for 24 hours, folks, only for 24 hours.
Only for 24 hours.
Back to the Republic, not a dictatorship.
But speaking of that, I posted one of your things this weekend on Instagram.
It was, let's see, get it in there.
How can you support a criminal the same way I support 56 traitors?
And it's obviously a picture of our founding fathers signing the Declaration of Independence.
Talk a little bit about that, because, you know, listen, I'm on Meta, I get censored to all hell, and that got 144,000 likes, which, you know, in a past life, that wouldn't have been all that much for me, but, you know, in Meta, if I get 30,000, it's probably a lot these days, so that one went pretty viral, and people get it.
Talk about it a little bit.
So yeah, that was something that I've actually been, I'll put it this way.
There's some times where I come up with a post and you know how it is that the inspiration hits and you just go for it.
And you're like, yeah, that's it.
Boom.
And it flies.
And those always do really, really well.
This one was something I had been thinking about it for a while.
And we just had Memorial Day.
Obviously, 4th of July is coming up.
And there's something about that status.
And a lot of people have been saying this, I don't even know who started it, but this idea of an outlaw president.
That, that Trump is, you know, he's going to be an outlaw president.
And it's, they said it's kind of fitting for the spirit of America that one day we should have an outlaw president.
And, and part of it made me think is, you know, that's always been sort of the, the ideal of America, the cowboy, right?
The you know, the, the lone man on the range, literally the lone ranger, right?
These, these are all outlaw type figures.
And then it got me to thinking back even further.
I said, well, wait a minute, weren't all of our founding fathers,
Considered outlaws and considered traitors, many of which, by the way, the 56 signers of the Declaration, and people know the history, you can go through and look.
Yeah, some of them came out okay.
George Washington did all right.
John Adams did all right.
But some of the other ones, yeah, some of those guys didn't even make it through the war.
Some of them were captured and tortured and killed because of what they were labeled as, and they did, by the way, actually rise up against the British Empire of the time.
To found our country.
And you go through the entire list of what people have sacrificed.
I'm from the Valley Forge area originally just outside Philadelphia.
And you go and you look at the sacrifice of the men who almost froze to death on the bitter ground out there because in that winter they had nothing.
They'd lost Philadelphia.
They'd lost New York.
They'd lost Trenton.
Everything was gone.
D.C.
didn't even exist at this point.
And so you're wondering how are they ever going to live.
This was it would have gone down in history as a rebel army.
But the people decided to rise up and keep fighting.
And so there's something about this that I think with the movement that your father has put together to not only remind us of his spirit and the original spirit of MAGA coming down the Golden Escalator in 2015, but also the original spirit of America.
The original spirit of America saying, you know what?
We're going to do this.
We're going to do it this way.
We're going to do the right thing.
Because it's the right thing, regardless of what you have to say about it.
And fighting back against tyranny is literally what this country was founded on.
So, you know, speaking of tyranny, you know, is the Democrat, is the lawfare going as planned?
You know, when you see sort of the response to my father coming into UFC and, you know, sort of, let's call it deep blue New Jersey, you know, are they getting what they want out of this or are they getting perhaps a little bit, a little bit of a different bargain?
How do we translate sort of the enthusiasm that we see into actual votes, physical ballots to actually take this country back?
So, two really good points there.
Obviously, there's two things that are going on.
There's the legal track and the political track, and this is how I've been breaking it down.
So, on the legal track, things are kind of going along just as they planned, as much as you want to call this a plan, because it's completely insane and completely ludicrous.
My favorite part, by the way, I tweeted this earlier, is when the prosecutor had to actually admit
I don't know.
Taxable.
So it's like, we've found the Trump Organization guilty of paying too many taxes.
It's ridiculous.
It's such a joke.
And my favorite free troll, by the way, if anyone has Democrat friends, Don, I'm sure you've probably got like one or two Democrat friends somewhere.
Honestly, I don't know about this point.
I was from the People's Republic of New York.
There was a time.
If you're ever around one, right, and this is the joke for anyone who's watching, you know, you've got family events, whatever it is, people come up, you're at a wedding, let's say, you say, describe what the charges actually are.
Just go ahead.
They say, oh, 34 charges, 34 charges, of course, we know, 34 charges.
Okay, what are the charges?
And have them actually walk you through the case and then just ask some basic, simple questions on it.
Well, they say, oh, it's a campaign finance.
They say, oh, so did the, so the FEC commissioner, he testified then, right, and said that,
That he broke finance violations.
Well, no, actually the FEC Commissioner, he was...
You know, he was blocked from testifying.
Wait a minute, why wouldn't the FEC Commissioner testify?
The guy in charge of the Federal Election Commission, the place where you're saying they violated crimes, which is a federal crime, tried in the state court, also rather unprecedented.
He's not allowed to testify because apparently his testimony would be damning to the Democrats.
And this is black letter law for the FEC, by the way, because every campaign under the sun runs into these things.
Uh, essentially, you know, I come from the military world, so we would call it dual use.
So, you know, a dual use item.
So what's the difference between a personal expense and then, and a political expense?
And you could say, well, political expense is an expense that's made in furtherance of influencing a campaign.
So, okay, if I go get a haircut.
Is that a personal expense or is that a political expense?
Because my haircut maybe makes some people like me better because I look more attractive and I don't have my hair going all over the place.
So that's a political expense.
Well, no, that would be assessed as a personal expense.
Because it's not directly political.
And you can go through the permutations of all the things that are like this.
Well, but that even brings up the concept of reasonable doubt, right?
You could say, fine, it could be, perhaps, maybe, it could be a little bit of campaign expense, like, because you just don't want to deal with the headache, but, I mean, would a billionaire stroke a check for a hundred grand?
That's like buying a pizza, to not have to deal with a headache at home.
I don't know.
Well, that's clearly not a campaign expense, but is that reasonable doubt?
Would you do that?
I mean, you know.
I know a lot of people that would.
But that doesn't matter because it wasn't about reasonable doubt.
It didn't matter.
No, no, no.
A show trial is always going to have a show outcome.
A show trial is going to have a show outcome.
And so from a legal perspective, they got what they wanted.
And that's that track.
And any appeals, by the way, that process is going to probably drag on, drag on.
It'll be past the election.
But we'll see.
But my guess is it'll probably pass the election.
However, comma.
There is the political track, and on the political track, this is where they've completely backfired.
Because the Democrat brain trust, these guys like Norm Eisen and Andrew Weissman, you see them up there all giddy on MSNBC, Weissman saying he's got a man crush on Juan Marciano, I love it, I love what he's doing, I love that he's finally doing these things.
Oh my goodness, 10 times worse than Chris Matthews anytime.
Because remember, Weissman is the guy who ran the Mueller investigation.
Weissman is the guy who ran the Crooked Enron investigation.
He's the guy who ran so much of this nonsense that was going on in our DOJ.
He loves using the government to go after his political enemies.
That's his view.
That's his entire view of what it's for.
And so this guy, I mean, he's kind of like getting off on there.
And so what's interesting to me on the political track is I'll sometimes, just for fun, kind of go around on Twitter,
And run, like, advanced Twitter searches to see who's tweeting about certain words and certain phrases.
So I took out the word, convicted felon, and I ran a Twitter search, and I said, minimum retweets, 1,000.
So let's see who's used that phrase that's gotten over 1,000 retweets.
Because you think, okay, you know, is Joe Biden out there?
Is Hillary Clinton out there?
Some of these big, big names.
Don, there was nobody.
The people that were doing it were just, like, your normal, like, douchebag liberal types that don't get any, that don't permeate into
You know, normie space that don't cross over.
It was like the farthest left of the farthest left guys were the only ones saying this.
And so this is what I realized.
This is all just blue anon.
This is nonsense.
So what they've done is, yeah, they've given a lot of blue meat, shall we say, to their side, but instead what they've done is sacrificed the middle.
They've completely sacrificed the middle in terms of this by actually convicting someone who was a former president, who is a former president, and who currently is the frontrunner for the presidency of the United States.
By going after this, you've sacrificed the middle and that's why you're starting to see Silicon Valley, the business community, you're starting to see so many billionaires get off the fence at this point and say, you know what, I want to get involved because this government, it's not even about
It's not even about politics.
It's not even about left versus right.
It's not even about conservative Democrat.
At this point, it's about a government that's completely out of control.
That's number one.
Trump has become a symbol.
He's become a symbol of resistance against an out-of-control government.
You saw that, as you just mentioned, at the UFC entrance.
And then, of course, you've got those guys, by the way, who are all thinking about this, and other reasonable people thinking about this.
Wait a minute.
If they can do this,
To a guy who was the President of the United States, what can they do to me?
What can they do to my family?
What can they do to any of us?
And I would say that to anybody out there.
If you think these people wouldn't be willing to take your children away and throw them into re-indoctrination camps and all this other stuff, then you just wait.
Because if they're willing to do that to a guy who's as popular and as well-known and as influential as Donald Trump, just imagine what they could get away with doing to you.
So, you know, obviously this case, you know, they turn misdemeanors into felonies, they do this.
But, I mean, you clearly believe, as I do, I guess, that they'll try to jail my father if at all they can.
I think they will.
You know, what's interesting is that I don't know that they had had it all the way thought out.
I don't really think these guys think that far ahead in advance.
But again, what I'm seeing here is that you've got these psychopaths, like Weissman,
I don't know.
Guess which names keep popping up again, and again, and again.
It's very simple.
Jack, it's the safest and securest election ever, even if we send millions of ballots to random homes all over the place, because they said so.
There's no evidence, but... These tech companies, Don, these tech companies, we could save them billions of dollars on cybersecurity.
Just run everything through the election system because it's completely unhackable.
It's the safest system in the world.
They should just be using that.
Why are they even paying all these other cybersecurity guys?
No, what they're doing is they've become completely drunk with power, and I think that they actually will attempt to jail him.
I think this is going to come, and I think people need to actually step back, and I get it.
I got a lot of texts when that happened, and I got a lot of texts from people who actually work in professional politics on the Republican side, and they said I couldn't believe that they were actually going to convict him.
I can't believe it's gotten so bad.
I got a lot of texts from older people as well, as a matter of fact.
I don't
Has this word and he calls it in the fourth turning and he has this concept that that people gain their worldview of the world of the country they grow up in at the time when they're young.
So people's initial worldview is kind of they think the country is always that way.
So if you grew up in the 50s, the 60s, the 70s, even the 80s and 90s, you still kind of think that the country is generally fair because maybe you haven't been paying attention.
You see some stuff on the news, but your your overall worldview hasn't changed.
I'm not talking about the people
I think so.
And now we need to do something to change them back.
So there's two things.
So will they do that though?
And how should they do it?
Yeah, how should we do it?
So number one, look, people are cutting checks.
People are cutting checks left and right.
I maxed out that day.
I've never donated anything other than buying some gear here and there.
And I maxed out.
People are maxing out like crazy.
Which, which is incredible.
And it's not even about that.
It's about sending a message, right?
It's about sending a message that's saying, we will not, like, this is the hill to die on.
This is absolutely the hill to die on.
We do not want to have a nameless, faceless, oligarchic, AI-driven, you know, migrant hordes flooding across the southern border, giving amnesty to every one kind of government with, you know, changing the kids' genders around like crazy, Miss Rachel popping up.
No, no.
No, we're done with all of it.
We're done with all of it.
No, we want a human led government for actual human beings.
And so we're going to fight back and we're going to fight back now.
So that's number one.
Number two, the money, the money started to turn on now.
That's great.
Number two, though, people need to get involved on the ground.
I've been calling for something like this.
I was just on I was on Laura Trump's podcast last week talking about it.
And she's doing a ton.
Obviously, Trump Wars 47 is something I think is absolutely needed.
It's absolutely fantastic.
People need to get involved and sign up with that.
I've even said, look, if you want to do something locally, set up a MAGA barbecue or just an America First barbecue.
Have people come into your area.
Because the situation that we have now is that there's a lot of new Trump supporters, but this is sort of like the top of the sales funnel.
So those guys are like, I like Trump.
I like his TikToks.
I like seeing that people did what, three million followers in one day.
Yeah.
And they're even saying that there's twice the amount of Trump support on TikTok than there are as Democrat support or Biden support.
And so Tara Pell, Mary had that this morning.
And so I've been on TikTok for like four days and I already have more supporters than Biden, but I guess we got to go out there and hit the young people.
So, you know, we just got to be in all these places.
People are there.
We'll, we'll, we'll fix the back end when we can.
And here's the situation, though, is so the top of the funnel is there.
We have to turn that those new supporters into voters and we have to turn those voters into ballots.
And that's why I'm saying people just need to get out in the space and say, hey, we're here.
We're here.
And people were doing this already last weekend with these impromptu flash mobs that were going on in places like Huntington Beach, California.
We saw it in New York City, of course, in front of Trump Tower.
I saw one in Cave Creek, Arizona, north of Scottsdale.
And so people are just texting me and it's popping up completely spontaneously.
This is what you have to do.
In 2016, we were holding build-the-wall barbecues in our backyard and we had a pool party on the 4th of July and just got some big signs that said, hey, come on out.
You throw up a Facebook page, throw up a group and say, this is in your area and plaster it out there because people are supporters, but they don't know what they have to do.
Number one, to turn that support into votes.
And of course, you know, we used to have this thing called Election Day.
Now we have a thing called choose your own adventure and some of these states.
There's ballots, there's early ballots, there's ballot boxes, there's ballot bundles, who knows what kind of ballots we're gonna have next, virtual ballots, whatever it is.
Okay, whatever your flavor of the month is in terms of your election, in terms of your state, you need to be out there.
I don't know.
I don't
We're good to go.
This is the time to build the infrastructure because in the fall will be the time to execute operationally on that infrastructure.
So build the grassroots networks now.
Start your barbecues.
Start your local MAGA meetups.
MAGA meetup, whatever.
MAGA meetup Southeast Pennsylvania is what we used to do.
Yeah, so we called it MAGA meetup Southeast Pennsylvania and people just started joining.
We used Facebook and we used some of these other different groups out there.
We're good to go.
But the idea is you have to do stuff that's fun, because if you do stuff that's fun, you're going to get more people on board than you would if you're like, hey, we're going to come out and do the phone calls.
We're going to be phone banking for four hours.
We can delegate some real work later, but get them hooked.
Yeah, yeah.
So this is the way you get people in.
Again, top of the sales funnel, and then you bring in those people in, and eventually that will translate to ballots.
And by the way, when you're holding those events, you're going to do a barbecue, or if you're going to do a cookout, or whatever it is you do, pit beef, et cetera, et cetera.
Make sure you're trying to bring in five to ten people that you know aren't registered to vote, or if you know aren't normally involved in politics.
That's how you grow the movement.
It's as simple as this, but people actually have to start getting out, getting into the real world and doing it.
And by the way, once you go through this exercise, and it's gonna be annoying, there's gonna be personalities and everything else going on, but once you go through this exercise,
What you will find going into the fall is, wait a minute, all that networking that I spent the entire summer doing, now when I need something to go on, oh look, I know how to call this guy because he lives in this area.
I know how to live that guy who lives in that area.
Oh, there's a precinct that needs coverage in a key district.
Oh, there's a ballot box where something's going on.
By the way, if you're like me, you're from the Philly area,
We're good to go.
Thank you so much for the advice.
Everyone, make sure to go check out Jack's book, Unhumans, on the communist movement, how to stop it, the secret history of communist revolutions, an awesome book, and most importantly, and how to crush them, because that's where we are right now.
So, Jack, thank you very much, man.
God bless, Don.
Take care, man.
OK, guys, joining me now, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.
Andrew, good to have you, man.
How are you?
Hey, Don.
Thanks for having me on, man.
Really appreciate your time.
It's my pleasure.
It's my pleasure.
You know, what are some of the steps as an attorney general?
What are some of the steps that we can take to hold Joe Biden accountable?
How can Republicans respond to the lawfare that's going on?
Because I feel like
You know, as long as we're playing t-ball and they're playing hardball and they take every win, like, why would they ever stop doing this?
Yeah, I think you're absolutely right.
I think, you know, it's important to frame the issue.
Look, I mean, at the end of the day, I support President Trump because he puts America first.
What a novel concept, right?
And the left hates that.
They hate the fact that he puts America first because they don't like this country.
They don't like it the way it is.
And they want to fundamentally change it to be unimaginable and unrecognizable.
From the country that you and I have grown up in and that President Trump loves and has served, you know, so faithfully.
And so, that's what we're up against.
So, if you support America, you support America first, then you have to support President Trump.
And you need to get out there and endorse President Trump.
I was the first statewide official in Missouri to do so, and I'm proud of that.
I didn't wait until primary contest.
I knew which side I was on, so pick a horse and ride it early.
Also, be proactive.
I was the first Attorney General in the nation that I'm aware of to remove a Soros-backed prosecutor.
You know why we did it?
Because she refused to enforce the law.
And we saw her using lawfare in the state of Missouri to go after people like the McCloskeys, who all they did was carry a firearm to defend their property from a Black Lives Matter mob that was attacking their neighborhood.
So be proactive and set the condition.
To prevent this sort of thing that we're seeing in Georgia and New York from happening in your state.
But then finally, we've got to find ways to pick up the weapons, the tools in our arsenals, the statutes on the books in our states, and use them to fight back.
And you've got to get creative to do that.
We've got more than 40 lawsuits pending right now against the Biden administration.
We were the first state to sue the federal government over censorship on big tech social media platforms.
That was a big one.
That was a huge one.
To President Trump, yeah.
And guess what?
100% of the speech they censored was conservative voices.
You're going to tell me they're not going to do that as we move into a 2024 election cycle?
This is about building a wall of separation between tech and state to protect the integrity of our elections and allow us to talk about political things.
But finally, you know, going after the corporations like Media Matters, who's technically a non-for-profit.
This is a tyrannical progressive advocacy group masquerading as a non-for-profit that uses corporate pressure campaigns and market manipulations to go after platforms like X because they hate it because they can't control it.
Well, they do the same to Rumble, you know, right here where we're on.
I mean, they try to do that and it's all fake.
It's all this, but they're, you know, trying to manipulate, you know, everyone into, you know, bending their way.
They can't win the argument on the merits.
And I think that's what's really telling.
The whole concept behind the First Amendment is that we create a free, fair, and open marketplace of ideas for this competition of ideas.
And President Trump's ideas win.
People like hearing that there's finally somebody who's going to fight for them to put America first.
And so the left has to censor that because they can't fight back on the merits.
They can't win a head-to-head matchup.
First state in the nation here in Missouri to launch an investigation into the collusion between Biden's crooked Department of Justice, Fannie Willis, and Alvin Bragg.
At the end of the day, we know that President Biden is behind this.
This is a coordinated campaign.
It was never targeted to obtain a legally valid conviction.
The conviction in New York is not supported by the facts of the law, and it's replete with reversible error.
But President Biden has deployed resources like Matthew Colangelo, the formerly third-ranking official at Biden's crooked Department of Justice, to assist Alvin Bragg in this illicit witch hunt prosecution.
And by revealing that collusive relationship, by under
Mining and presenting those documents and creating transparency there in the public space, what we can do is not only undermine the credibility of the illicit conviction, which nobody really believes holds any water to begin with, but finally, we can create liability for these prosecutors.
Not only liability on their professional licensure.
I think President Trump has a valid civil suit because these prosecutors, by acting outside their statutory authority, have waived their sovereign immunity.
And finally, it's time to prosecute the prosecutors.
Let's find where they broke the law and hold them accountable.
So, you know, by that logic, I agree 100 percent, right?
They're using, you know, blue state attorney generals to go after Trump for anything, even, you know, bending the law, breaking the law, changing the law, you know, moving statute of limitations.
You know, they drop every felony charge against violent offenders, but they'll take a misdemeanor and try to turn it into a misdemeanor at best and turn it into a felony.
Are there any Missouri laws that Joe Biden himself, not necessarily the administration,
Is breaking, that he could be investigated for.
I mean, Hunter Biden, you know, when are, you know, the sort of the Red State Attorney General is going to go after them the way the other side does?
Because I think, you know, again, as long as we're playing sort of, you know, disproportionate warfare and we're losing, they're never going to change.
Once we start playing that same game, as much as I don't want to play it, I mean, I wish we'd never even had to, I wish we'd never even had to go there, but it doesn't seem like there's another solution.
No, I think you're right.
I mean, at the end of the day, the problem is this.
Historically, conservative states have not empowered their attorneys general.
And the whole idea being that as conservatives, we believe less government is best, get the government out of people's lives.
Blue states, meanwhile, empower Letitia James in New York to have all sorts of authority that allows her to bend the rules, break the rules, and they exceed the scope of that authority.
Missouri's really uniquely positioned because we were so recently a blue state turned purple and now red thanks to President Trump.
And so it's as if this retreating enemy has left weapons behind on the battlefield that I'm now picking up and using against them.
And so there are absolutely lines of liability.
Again, I think
Looking into this collusive relationship and investigating the collusive relationship between Biden's Department of Justice and Alvin Bragg's office, I think is a great first step fighting back against media matters and the lawsuit against big tech censorship, I think are critical steps, but I think there's also criminal liability.
Look, at the end of the day, we know that President Biden's open border policy and the Biden invasion has allowed more than 10 million criminal aliens to come into this country.
That's more than the population of my home state of Missouri.
And so Biden's policies have hung an open sign at the southern border.
He is a co-conspirator at this point to any human trafficking or fentanyl smuggling that's going on.
And we know that in Missouri, there's more than 1,100 cases of human trafficking reported in one year alone.
1,500 deaths from fentanyl exposure.
What role did President Biden's policies play in that?
And how do we connect the dots?
It's a felony offense in Missouri to knowingly transport a criminal alien into or through this state.
And to the extent that President Biden is attempting to do that,
We're going to hold him accountable.
There's other lines of liability as well, but that's the first one that comes to mind.
Student loans?
Look, we just went to court today to try to get an injunction against President Biden's quote-unquote student loan cancellation.
No working family or small business owner believes that anything gets canceled.
Somebody's paying it.
And at the end of the day, what President Biden's trying to do is buy votes.
At some point, that becomes election interference.
So there's several lines of liability here that we're going to pursue to hold the wrongdoers accountable.
Well, one of the things I know you're working on, you know, as it relates to the Department of Education, is Joe Biden's literally trying to force schools across the country to allow men in girls' bathrooms and sports.
You know, how do we stop that?
How do we put an end to this nonsense?
And it's one of those that, you know, despite what the media tells you, despite what you see on, you know, even social, you know, when I post, even on some of the liberal platforms, I'm like, this is ridiculous.
The people who hate me are like,
I hate you, but I'm actually with you on this one.
This is like a 90-10 issue at best, almost unheard of in politics.
You wouldn't know that based on the noise, right?
The trans mafia, so to speak, is one of the loudest voices in America, probably the most privileged group of people in the entire country.
How do we end the nonsense?
Yeah, it's the lawsuit.
I mean, for 50 years, Title IX has stood for the proposition that women are equal.
They get their own athletic competitions where they can compete against one another.
They get equal access to bathrooms and locker rooms and hotel facilities when there's overnight stays for their athletic competitions.
And we protected the integrity and sanctity of women's sports.
For 50 years, that legislation has stood for that proposition.
Equality for women, and with a stroke of a pen,
Without any congressional authorization, President Biden's going to throw away that 50-year history, that integrity, that sanctity of women's sports, and it's really an attack on women.
So yeah, we filed suit.
I was proud to partner with other like-minded state attorneys general, my colleague Tim Griffin down in Arkansas, and we filed a lawsuit here in Missouri to try to put a stop to it.
At the end of the day, President Biden, this is yet another example of him exceeding the scope of his statutory authority.
He knows that the law doesn't support what he's doing, and he does it anyway.
He wakes up and says, how can I break the law today?
So I wake up and say, how can I sue Joe Biden this morning?
And again, you look at things like the student loan repayment.
Let me go back to that just for a minute to say this.
The Supreme Court has already struck down what he's doing once before.
How is that not a constitutional crisis where he's out on the stump campaigning, bragging about how he's willfully violating a court order, willfully flaunting and disregarding the authority of the United States Supreme Court.
If anybody else had done that,
They would have been pilloried, and yet somehow this constitutional crisis that President Biden's provoked is, you know, buried by the lamestream media.
Well, you know, they get the results that they want, they bought a couple of votes, and then once after the election they don't get it, then the people are shocked, but they're stuck with another four years of Biden, you know, taking our country further, you know, turning it into a third world nation.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And again, if you look at the lawfare, it's lawfare against President Trump because he puts America first, but at the end of the day, it's lawfare against the very soul of America.
We're a nation founded upon law.
Our Constitution exists to protect us from the government, and the government exists to protect our rights, but our Constitution is our national identity.
And yet, look at how many due process rights of President Trump's were violated in this illicit witch hunt prosecution.
Look at how many of the basic tenets, like the Sixth Amendment requirement for jury unanimity, they just threw out the window.
And you know, this is a state in New York that's supposed to be criminal justice reform minded.
I mean, Alvin Bragg's motto on his website is one standard of justice for all.
How does that guy keep a straight face when he says that?
Yeah, no, he doesn't.
I mean, I'd love you to expand a little bit more on the media matters thing, because obviously, you know, here on Rumble, they've played that game.
They try to get, whether it's, you know, individuals who have a voice, you know, cancelled.
They try to get the entire platform cancelled.
They've gone after X sort of the same way.
They make a living basically trying to get conservatives fired or cancelled.
But, you know... Yeah.
What are the next steps with that?
What's the endgame?
Because again, I think people need to see that because out there in the world with our media, with big tech for the most part, they make it seem like these guys are heroes as opposed to just literally guerrilla activists making a mockery of laws and rules.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, it's a new front in the war against the First Amendment.
Again, for the past 10 years, we've seen a direct assault by the deep state and then by President Biden's administration.
The case is Missouri v. Biden.
We argued it back in March at the United States Supreme Court, where we've, you know, uncovered this coercive relationship between the Biden administration and big tech targeting conservative voices for censorship on social media platforms.
And we've exposed that in Missouri v. Biden.
But that's a direct assault.
That's the government attacking the First Amendment because they can't win the argument on the merits.
What we're seeing now is this new front in the war against the First Amendment right to free speech.
And it is.
It's tyrannical progressive advocacy groups masquerading as not-for-profits like Media Matters.
Who then solicit contributions and use those contributions, convert them to exert a corporate pressure campaign.
And what they did is it's a market manipulation because they manipulated the algorithms on X to juxtapose controversial speech with prominent advertisers to try to bully those advertisers into pulling out of X. They want X to collapse under its own weight without, by abusing open market principles.
And again, rigging the system to take down X because it's one of the few platforms dedicated to free speech in America.
Same with Rumble.
Same with Truth Social.
Anything they can't control, they're going to target.
They don't want us to have a medium of communication.
And they will bend and break the rules through any means necessary to eliminate that means of communication.
My office was one of the first in the nation, joined with my colleague Ken Paxton in Texas, to file an investigation, launch an investigation into media matters.
And if they're ripping off Missourians, soliciting contributions under false pretenses, then we're going to hold them accountable.
And I had to sue them.
I had to take them to court.
Yeah, so just so the viewers understand from what I've read, and obviously you've gone way more down the rabbit hole in terms of the details, I mean, they literally have teams of people just hitting refresh, refresh, refresh on a video until something that maybe remotely could, you know, an ad that was seen by one person, someone pays five bucks for an ad, and then it pops up on the feed, then they screenshot it, but, you know, they refresh something 400 times, and it's like,
Oh my God, they're advertising the racist, the usual soundbites, but it doesn't matter.
They have the amplification systems to do that.
So they're artificially creating the controversies that don't actually exist, using that to then hurt those businesses, dissuade people from advertising on other platforms, and ultimately have an economic, let's call it economic warfare, against anyone that would actually promote free speech or anything that isn't radical leftist ideology.
Well, we've got to expose these frauds perpetrated against the public for what they are.
Media Matters is going to masquerade as some kind of, you know, not-for-profit that's out to ensure there's accountability and that media is truthful and honest, and yet here they are lying to the American people and abusing the access they have to X in order to accomplish a political objective that's not necessarily part of the way in which they were incorporated or the purpose for which they were incorporated.
Yeah, at the end of the day, this is absolutely a new front in the fight in the war for free speech.
And so this investigation is really critical.
And again, especially as we move into an election cycle here in 2024.
And let me say this, my office is in possession of a document from Media Matters that predates this investigation.
And some of the details in that document would chill the devil's spine.
This has been their objective all along.
It was never to tell the truth and protect the integrity of the media.
They don't actually care about that.
It was always to bully corporations and silence conservative voices anywhere they found them.
They have to stomp out our voices because they can't win the argument on the merits.
Well, thank you very much.
Really appreciate it.
Andrew Bailey, Missouri's Attorney General, someone who's fighting for this.
Andrew, thanks for being here.
Guys, check him out.
Follow him on social.
Keep this up because this is really the front line in preserving free speech.
The guys that are actually willing to take that kind of action, not always easy to go after against the left.
It's easy to go after conservatives because they usually just fold.
So, Andrew, really appreciate you doing that.
It means a lot to us.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you having me on.
Very cool.
Well, guys, with that, maybe I'll take a couple of questions before we wrap up.
You know, I'm solo tonight, so just, you know, a little bored.
Probably go have dinner and a cigar, but just, you know, maybe take a couple questions.
Also, hey, make sure you're liking, make sure you're sharing, make sure you're subscribing.
I haven't hit you up all night, I guess since the intro.
Do that.
Download the Rumble app so you get notifications.
I think we're
Uh, pretty close to probably adding a third show.
Actually, there's a lot going on, so we'll probably be doing a third show, uh, a week.
Uh, you guys seem to want that.
Maybe I'm wrong.
