Government Gangsters Didn't Want This Book Released: Live with Kash Patel | TRIGGERED Ep.69

Time Text
you you
what's going on guys Welcome to another huge with capital Y episode of Triggered.
Tonight's interview is with one of your guys' favorite guests, so you're going to really like this one.
By the way, hello everyone.
I'm seeing people tuning in from Scotland, Australia, North Carolina, South Carolina, so Illinois, Pennsylvania, Nevada, all over the place.
So I love that we're reaching beyond the U.S. But tonight...
We're going to be joined by Kash Patel.
Kash is the former Chief of Staff at the Trump Defense Department and was a House Intelligence Committee investigator.
You all probably know him as the guy who uncovered Russiagate.
The only guy that got it.
He worked with Devin Nunez, the guy that was...
Ridiculed and dragged through the mud and the only guy that was right in about three years of insanity.
He got it. He knows what's going on.
He's the author of a new book, Government Gangsters, which...
Pretty self-explanatorily, exposes the truth about the deep state and all the inside swamp dirty tricks.
We need to shed light on this.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant and getting these things out there and this information is critical.
We'll also learn what happened behind the scenes as Cash was fighting just to get the book released.
As you can imagine, said government gangsters weren't going to make it easy.
They weren't going to go easy on him.
They were going to look for every excuse in the book.
You know, if you're Adam Schiff, you can lie to the American people as the head of the Intelligence Committee.
You can create false documents.
You can alter documents as they did with me.
Not a problem at all.
Cash, you tell the truth, that's a problem.
So we're looking forward to talking with Cash, especially since he's in the news today.
He's suing FBI Director Chris Wray and other Department of Justice officials.
Cash filed his lawsuit after discovering that the DOJ targeted his personal records while he was working on the House Intelligence Committee.
I mean, think about this.
Guys, we have so much to get into, including the trans, insane, Ukrainian spokesman, woman, spokesit, spokesit, spokesthem.
What do you guys think? Spokesthem.
Spokesthey. Spokes they them?
You can't even make up this shit anymore, folks.
Like, honestly, I wake up and, like, I'm convinced I have to be being punked.
You actually have to see this bullshit to believe it.
But it never ends.
And they want to be taken seriously.
At this point... When you guys see this, you're like, are they working for Russia?
Are they secretly trying to get people to go over inside with Putin?
Because this stuff is lunacy.
will also cover Hunter Biden's lawsuit against the IRS, which he claims is embarrassing him.
Yes, that's what's embarrassing Hunter.
Hunter Biden is suing the IRS for embarrassing him by calling out his tax issue.
Yeah, you know, he didn't pay taxes on millions of dollars of shady income.
And that's what he's embarrassed about.
Not like, you know, the smoking crack...
On video camera.
The dozens of videos doing other illicit drugs.
Paying prostitutes all over the place.
Literally, I believe it was, didn't he try to write off his, like, drug dealer's hotel room?
Like, you know, minor things like that.
So it wasn't the videos, the photos, the tooth pictures, the other insanity from the world's most famous crackhead that embarrassed him.
It was his taxes.
I mean... This is a bold strategy from Hunter, considering an IRS whistleblower said that Hunter never filed taxes on over $8 million in income.
Now, that said, we've seen that the Biden DOJ is basically functioning as Hunter's, like, you know, sweep it under the rug squad.
We'll pretend it never happened, just like they're doing for Joe Biden.
So I imagine, I imagine nothing actually happens from this.
You saw the sweetheart deals he almost got.
You know, we'll plead this, there's no jail time, and we'll make every other crime that you've committed go away.
Well, hopefully Hunter's luck has run out.
And it's why I always say in my next life, I want to be a Democrat.
I'd have to neuter myself, amongst other things, but life would be so much easier.
You can literally do anything.
You can be the biggest scum of the earth, and you'll have the heads of our intelligence agencies, all 52 of them, sign a letter saying that your degeneracy was actually Russian disinformation.
Even though it wasn't.
So tonight, with Kash Patel on, I'm sure he will have a lot to say about this.
And you guys will not want to miss this major interview.
I know he's always a crowd favorite, amongst other things.
But he does have the inside scoop.
So guys, do me a favor.
Hit the like button here.
Share the episode so other people can see it.
I think, honestly, if there's a way, what we got to do later on...
Is get some more Hunter Biden pictures up there just to talk about the things that he's embarrassed about with the IRS. We should just do like a stream, like, you know, like old school.
A picture collage of all the things that Hunter's done and just play that and say, he's embarrassed about taxes.
You can't make it up anymore, folks.
But before we get into the interview, I wanna talk about the liar in the White House.
The liar in the White House, guys, of course, is Joe Biden.
Joe Biden can't even help himself anymore.
He lies as easily as he breathes, and it's only getting worse.
So last week, this was pretty epic, a reporter from the Washington Times asked maybe the best question yet in a Biden-White House press briefing.
You know, it's nice when all the other people who have just been doing the Democrats bidding at the expense of America, you know, covering up every disaster, you know, what evidence is there?
Oh, you mean other than video and film and this and whistleblowers?
You know, there's no other evidence, but...
Everyone else is just working as Biden's marketing department, so it was nice for this reporter to do it when he asked, what's up with all of Biden's tall tales?
Check out this clip for a second from The Washington Times.
The President has lied about being at ground zero the day after the September 11th attacks, falsely claimed he saw the Pittsburgh Bridge collapse, claimed his grandfather died in the hospital days before his birth.
What is going on with the President?
Is he just believing things that didn't happen did happen, or is he just randomly making stuff up?
The President was deeply touched and honored to be able to spend 9-11 with military members there in Alaska and some families.
All of what the reporter said is true, by the way.
Biden has lied about being at ground zero after 9-11.
You know, Trump was there, I know that, because I talked to him that day.
I mean, he makes this stuff up.
He lied about seeing a bridge collapse.
Literally a bridge collapse.
He pretended he was there.
The lies go on and on.
Biden spokesman John Kirby didn't have an answer to the question, so of course he dodged.
But what's interesting is, why hasn't anyone else in the press asked any of these questions at the time?
It takes 30 instances of major lies to the American people from the office of the presidency to get one reporter to finally ask about them?
I mean, if this was Trump, what would happen?
If this was Trump, each and every instance would be scrutinized ad nauseum.
You'd hear about it for months.
It would never end.
Those are just some of the Biden lies.
And I thought maybe you guys would appreciate if we went through a couple more of them for you.
So, like, did you know Joe Biden is Puerto Rican?
Seriously, that's what he says.
Watch this clip. I was sort of raised in the Puerto Rican community at home politically.
And so we came here for a long time, both for business and pleasure since...
Yes, you know, Kim's pissed off about that one because Kim's actually Puerto Rican, but, you know, but Joe Biden's not just Puerto Rican.
Biden's also Jewish.
He was raised in the synagogue.
That's what he told rabbis just this past week.
Check it out for yourself. I might say raised in the synagogues of my state.
You think I'm kidding?
I'm not. But back in Wilmington, Delaware, Shalom was the home of countless friends for me.
Well guys...
I could have sworn, based on everything we knew, that he was Irish Catholic, but apparently he's Jewish and Puerto Rican.
But it doesn't stop there.
Biden is Jewish, Puerto Rican, and a member of the black church community.
See for yourself. I got raised in the black church.
He knows I'm not kidding. I got my education for real in the black church.
And that's not hyperbole.
It's a fact. There's just so much about Biden's background.
Who knew you could be Jewish, Puerto Rican, and Black, Irish Catholic, all of these things?
It's almost like he's these things when it turns out to be politically expedient.
It turns out that Not at all.
Biden's also Greek.
And here he is saying he's an honorary Greek.
Check it out. As some of my good friends sitting and standing in front of me here said, I'm an honorary Greek not only today, not only today, but every day.
Well, at least in that case, he said honorary as opposed to actually pretending he was the thing.
It's like, I'll give him that because we have to call balls and strikes occasionally.
But we don't have the time to play every clip because it would literally take hours.
But it just keeps getting worse.
All of the ridiculous lies, it's completely bizarre.
Biden, however, will lie about downright serious subjects.
Biden told the residents of Maui a few weeks ago that he could relate with their suffering after a fire terribly destroyed His buildings and his home.
Biden said that Jill and I know what it's like to lose a home.
Turns out the fire was put out in a few minutes.
Nothing really happened. It was no big deal.
People lost their lives, children, loved ones.
Their income, their well-being, their homes.
But, you know, I mean, it was almost the same, right?
Similarly, doing our visit to New Hampshire, Joe Biden said that he had a house burned down with his wife in it.
I mean, that sounds serious.
It's, of course, a lie.
This house fire was a kitchen fire that stayed contained in a kitchen and was put out in a few minutes.
And remember when Biden met the gold star parents of the Marines killed in Kabul?
Biden said that he knows how they feel because of his son's Beau Death.
Biden has repeatedly lied that Beau died in Iraq.
Beau died of cancer, not in Iraq.
This is who Joe Biden is.
When he first ran for president in 1988, he infamously lied about graduating at the top of his law class.
Not surprisingly, he actually finished 76th out of 85 students.
I'm actually surprised he beat more than a single individual because he's an imbecile.
Biden's not just a liar.
He's completely incompetent.
That incompetence is now reflected throughout our entire government.
And he's driving our country off of a cliff.
The Pentagon yesterday tweeted that they are trying to locate an F-35 fighter that contained...
They continue on flying after a pilot ejected near Charleston, South Carolina.
The Pentagon gave out a number and told people to call if they spotted the plane.
I mean, I don't know, guys.
This is sort of like handing out a flyer for a missing dog, but the missing dog in this case is like a 75 million fighter jet.
Like, we have find my iPhone if I lose my phone, but our own government can't locate a giant 75 million dollar, and probably a lot more, aircraft?
I mean, I don't even know how that's possible.
It could be due to the fact that we're spending every single dollar we have in the Ukraine, rather than doing what's right for America, where Ukraine first, America last.
Certainly not a distant second.
It's way behind every other country in the world.
Where's that money in Ukraine going?
Well, you guessed it, guys.
It's going to 46-year-old transgender spokesman who threatens to kill Russian propagandists.
I saw this video and I literally could not believe it's real.
This is an actual spokesman for the Ukrainian military, seemingly paid for by the United States.
Watch and learn.
will gnash ever harder and their rabid mouths will foam in uncontrollable frenzy as the world will see a favorite Kremlin propagandist pay for their crimes.
And this puppet of Putin is only the first.
So someone seemingly paid for by Americans is going to hunt down people who spread propaganda,
outside of Ukraine and Russia?
I mean, does anyone understand what this...
Them is saying?
I mean, listen, I don't know.
I thought I was being punked initially.
I was like, this must be Russian disinformation.
They must be putting this out to drive people into the arms of Vladimir Putin.
That's how insane it is to me.
Now, Senator J.D. Vance, a good friend and a great patriot, one of the few guys in the Senate who's actually kicking some ass, he saw the video and wrote to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin asking if any American funds are going towards compensating this spokesperson.
Today, that Ukrainian person, spokesperson, because it doesn't sound like there's any accent there, who goes by Sarah Ashen, I believe it's a formerly like a 48-year-old male or something like that, released a new video and seemingly confirmed that your taxpayer dollars are basically funding this behavior.
Watch for yourself. I'll finish by stating unequivocally that I only answer to three groups of people.
My Ukrainian commanders, the Ukrainian people, and the American taxpayer.
I mean, if you're entering to the American taxpayer, assuming we're paying for some of this, why on earth would we be paying for this insanity?
This comes as Zelensky is visiting Washington and begging for tens of billions of dollars and more funding.
You know, we can mortgage your children, our future, we can, to the hilt, to pay for Vladimir Zelensky's futile nonsense, and that's the spokesperson they choose.
I mean, guys, what the hell is going on?
They want rockets that can reach Russia.
They want to further escalate the world closer to nuclear war.
Why should we trust a military that employs that lunatic as their spokesperson?
Ukraine's lack of judgment is worrisome, to say the least.
If someone threatening to go after people around the world who say things they may not like, sanctioned by a government, paid for by the American taxpayer, isn't a problem, I don't know what is.
This has to stop.
Because everyone is dying.
Ukraine's never going to win this war, okay?
We need to stop the bloodshed on all sides.
There's so much more going on in here, and we'll get to that with Cash, because to me, honestly, it feels at this point like this is so much more sinister.
It's like they're trying to kill every Ukrainian male in this thing.
So, you know, the globalists can come over and take over the breadbasket of the earth, And control our fluid supplies.
Like, at this point, it almost feels like there's no other logical solution, given the insanity that we're witnessing.
I mean, that's the face they decide to put forward, and they want the world to side with them?
I mean, I get it.
Like, if you're trans these days, you're beyond reproach.
We can't question you.
We can't ask. We must bend the knee.
We must... Bow to your ever-changing whims and insanity.
But, like, give me a break, folks.
Like, in the real world, like, you know, outside of the bubbles of D.C. and L.A. and, you know, the DNC, it's not actually the case, right?
So before we get to Cash, guys, make sure you hit the like button.
We'll be responding to some of your questions and comments.
I'll try to pay attention as I'm asking Cash questions because I know a lot of you guys will want to have some words or some thoughts for him.
And I also want to make sure to take a quick second to thank our incredible sponsors who make this show possible.
And that takes guts, you know, because calling out insane trans Ukrainian spokespeople who seem to be threatening people all over the world with execution...
Could put me in jeopardy and therefore our sponsors are always taking some risks.
So check them out. We've seen the Fed raise interest rates to the highest level in 22 years.

And with that, joining us now, the author of Government Gangsters, the man who uncovered Russiagate, Kash Patel.
Kash, what's going on, buddy?
It's good to have you back.
Hope you're doing well. Hey, Don.
Thanks so much for having me on the show.
I can't wait. I'm excited. All right, so talk to us about what's going on now.
We got government gangsters here.
It's finally available.
We've had you on the show before.
I mean, you were like third episode of Triggered talking about it, and they've been breaking your balls about being able to get out what's going on.
So talk about the book, but then talk about what they tried to do to you.
It feels like every other person who had intelligence, you know, two seconds and it's out.
But you're probably actually taking it To the swamp, to the deep state, and therefore, all of a sudden, impossible to get it out.
Talk about what's going on in your lawsuit.
Thanks so much. Yeah, so look, as you know, when you leave government, you have to submit your manuscript.
No problem. I agree with that.
Two, three months usually. Get it out the door.
Just check for privacy concerns.
Ten months later, the Biden administration had sent it to nine separate agencies and departments.
You usually send it to one, maybe two.
We asked them what the blockade was over and they said, oh, classified information, state secrets.
We got it, you know, me, the former deputy director of national intelligence doesn't know how to write a book
about classified information and not disclosing it, but we'll put that aside.
Yeah, by the way, I have a feeling if they had to put you in jail a long time ago,
if you made a single mistake.
So I imagine you're not, that's gonna translate through in your writing.
No, so we, and it's crazy.
So then I got to go hire lawyers.
I file a federal lawsuit.
I sue the Biden administration, the DOD, the DOJ, the FBI, and everybody else.
FBI comes back after having the manuscript for 10 months.
In 24 hours, they said, oh, we reviewed it.
There's no redactions. And then everyone else fell apart in the next couple of days.
And we won the lawsuit.
And we finally, after 10 months, got the right to publish the book.
And that was the hard part.
And I put the letter right in the front page from the DOD because I want the American people to see.
I don't think it's ever been done before.
What they make you go through just to print your own words.
And the book, it's really simple.
It's a mission to obliterate the deep state.
I name names. In the back of the book, you will see an index of government gangsters in alphabetical order, every single one that I encountered, where they worked, and how they failed America.
But as DJT taught me, look, anyone can highlight this problem.
How are you going to fix it? And so I was humbled and blessed to have served under his administration and learned that in FBI and DOJ, it's the same thing at CIA and NSA and DOD. People like Millie, Rosine Rae, Esco, Barr, so many others, are out there undermining a commander-in-chief because they care more about their ego and their names and the headlines than they do the mission of serving the American people.
And that's what people have done so much, that serving this country is a privilege, right?
And when they create a two-tier system of justice, when they weaponize justice and come after everyday Americans, we have to stop them.
And that's the whole point. And Donald Trump called this the roadmap for 2024.
Go to governmentgangsters.com.
I signed 4,000 copies.
Help me get rid of them. All right, so listen, it's a fair question.
I just saw pop up, you know, in the live chat.
They said, hey, well, you know, Trump had four years.
Why didn't he get rid of it?
You know, I've answered this question.
Obviously, it's like, you know, coming in as an outsider gave you a lot of things.
The problem is you don't necessarily know who to trust because you are an outsider.
I think it's why they're going after Trump So much harder now, because now they understand that he does know.
You know, you get into this, and I imagine you had a similar experience.
You get into this, you think you're going to do what's great for the country, and everyone has the country, you know, the country's interests at heart, and it's all a big lie.
It's all bullshit.
But that takes a little while to figure out.
I mean, I'd like to hear your opinion on that for, you know, the crew watching.
But I think it's a fair question, because, you know, but they don't make it as easy as it would seem.
No. And look, I'll take it from both sides.
I was in for 16 years total.
Democrats, Republicans, what have you, was never a political appointee.
And when you're elected to the presidency, you're to expect career government officials to continue the mission of the United States government, which is serving the people constitutionally.
It's really simple. Nobody in the incoming Trump administration could have accepted or expected, excuse me, All of these people to rise up and say, F Donald Trump.
We are going to figure out a way to deep state him.
We are going to impeach him unlawfully.
We are going to surveil him unlawfully.
We are going to break the FISA court, lie to federal officers, take over the FBI, and flood it with intelligence from overseas that's totally bogus, bought and paid for by a political campaign.
How could you ever expect that?
And when that hit D.C., it was like a 10-ton wrecking ball taking on a square peg.
And people didn't know how to react.
And us in government, you know, speaking from a national security defense position, we were cheerleading Donald Trump's entry because he campaigned on getting the terrorists, getting hostages back, ending the forever wars.
These are apolitical missions.
And so it's really hard, though, when you go into the White House and you say, sir, I know everybody told you to get Rod Rosenstein and Chris Ray, but these guys are terrible picks.
It's a hard hill to climb when you're going against the swamp who's coming in behind them to say, these are the greatest people ever.
And I think the lesson we learned in the first administration to prep for the second one is that The swamp is real.
The deep state is even bigger than anyone ever thought.
Now they're out in the open, and we have to take out not just the government gangsters, but the mainstream media, the ones that perpetuated the fake news narratives from Russiagate to Impeachment 1-2, To Hunter Biden's laptop, to Joe Biden's classified documents, to pick any story, the 51 Intel letter.
Now Americans know none of those things are right-wing conspiracies.
Those are hard facts that rigged presidential elections because of the disinformation campaigns from these government gangsters.
So, you know, why did...
I assume that, you know, the deep state was always there and all of this, but they never went so far against a president, even if they disagreed with them.
Why did it get so much worse You know, under Trump, or, you know, yeah, I still can't figure that one out, because when I look at the results, like, where was, you know, the economy was booming, jobs were coming back, you know, yeah, he wanted to end a war, but, like, so did the American people.
It's a hard one for them to go that vocal against doing.
I mean, it seemed like one of the few universals in all of America that, you know, everyone's sick of the endless wars.
Why was it so much more aggressive under Trump?
You just listed the reasons, and it might sound shocking to many of the audience here.
Donald Trump succeeded on what every president before him campaigned on and failed.
Every president before him campaigned on ending the forever wars.
And they failed. They failed intentionally because of the defense industrial complex, which I think is worse than every lobbyist group put together.
The other thing is he protected the border.
He took on drug cartels.
He wiped out the terror.
He brought American hostages.
Every president campaigned on these things, but none of them delivered.
And that was why they hated Donald Trump.
Political outsider.
This guy that they looked at when he walked down the escalator and couldn't believe he was in Washington, Was there to rob them of the swamp that they had spent decades building.
That's why they hate him. And that's why they hate him coming back in the second term.
We're gonna finish this thing.
It is going to be game over for the deep state and the American people are gonna win every single day.
They are terrified of that concept.
Yeah, no, I mean, there's no question that's why they're going after him so hard.
But, you know, it seems like, you know, one of the things I didn't cover sort of in the news of the day, and I wanted to get your reaction to some of this breaking news, given your background as a prosecutor and all of this, but also someone who's been, you know, part of the team that these guys have gone against.
On Friday, pro-like activists Jean Marshall, a 73-year-old woman.
I'm going to put up their pictures so that people can understand who the DOJ is now going after.
And Joan Bell, a 74-year-old woman, were convicted of blocking the entrance to an abortion clinic.
They face 11 years in prison.
Like I said, I put up their photos because I want people to understand that the Biden administration and their DOJ are going after two old ladies.
They're prioritizing going after pro-like activists.
And not Antifa protesting in front of the Supreme Court or people threatening justices' lives or the people who burned down Seattle and Portland.
How is this possible?
How can they do this?
They're prioritizing this over, let's call it, actual crime.
Look, this is the central tenet of what I talked about with DJT every time I talk to him, whether it's in my book or what have you.
It's taken us a while to convince the American people that there's a two-tier system of justice.
And as Donald Trump always says, they're coming after you, he's just in the way.
And now everyday Americans, like these lovely ladies, are being targeted Because they dare to stand up for their conservative values.
They dare to stand up for their faith.
They dare to go to church and they dare to protest peacefully outside of an institution they disagreed with, which is their fundamental First Amendment right.
But if you're this DOJ, remember, Donald Trump supporters are domestic violent terrorists.
People who went to January 6th are being sentenced as terrorists.
And me as a former terrorism prosecutor, who actually manhunted real terrorists around the world, are seeing the actual political hit jobs being executed by the same people that started Russiagate.
The guys that launched that are the number two and three DOJ officers right now.
The guy that covered up Russiagate and allowed it to be carried throughout his FBI is Christopher Wray.
He's still the director of the FBI. These are not right-wing conspiracy theories.
We caught them.
Invading an institution of worship to target people of faith and label them as domestic violent terrorists.
We caught Christopher Wray lying to the United States Congress under oath when he said domestic violent terrorism is up, the statistics are up, so the mainstream media could have their narratives.
But when we look behind the curtain, he had taken criminal cases from the Midwest.
And this is from whistleblower testimony and shipped them to DC and relabel them.
Guess what? January 6 domestic violent terrorism cases so that the Congress and the media could have their headline.
These are the realities we are facing in the FBI and the DOJ, both where I serve.
And the intelligence community is no different.
You saw what they did with Hunter Biden's laptop and the 51 Intel letter.
And my question is, To Congress, this is not a question to you, is having been there and having one place where Republicans right now have the levers of government.
Why? Why, why, why are you continuing to fund Chris Wray's private G5 taxpayer-funded jet so he can...
Why are you continuing to fund Jack Smith's political prosecution?
You have the power of the purse.
These people need to be brought to heel.
And we took the money to Russiagate when they violated these congressional subpoenas.
And now, for some reason, Republicans are just letting them run Russia out.
I've completely seen the coordinate authority of the Constitution.
Yeah, I mean, to me, it feels like they're literally going after everyone except for the terrorists.
Like, there's, you know, the guy, it was the car that drove through the Christmas parade in Wisconsin.
Not a, you know, a radicalized, you know, I guess, black supremacist.
Someone who had a long history of writing, you know, racial things on his Facebook page and this.
You know, a car drove through today.
It's amazing. Like, the car just drove itself, right?
They do this time and time again, but to go after, you know, elderly women doing this 11 years and all of their lunatics, all actual terrorists, they're like, oh, we got to let them go.
You know, if you killed people and, you know, you're an illegal immigrant, like, oh, God forbid, like, well, we're going to let you go.
We don't want you to go for murder because after your murder sentence is up, they may deport you and we can't have that.
We got to get you on the vote roster.
Like, it doesn't make any sense anymore.
So, you know, I hate, listen, For me, when they go after me and they've gone after my family, it's like, that's okay.
At this point, we're used to it.
And if that's the wake-up call that America needs, just seeing how insane it is, how extreme it is, I guess that's okay.
But now, going after the elderly, people who were tourists on January 6th, who were taking selfies inside the velvet rope, being held without due process for two years...
These old ladies, it has to stop.
And hopefully, I don't want them to have to go through it.
I'm okay with it with us because it's us and we're just tougher.
At this point, shit, we're just used to it.
But if this isn't a wake-up call to people of what's going on in their country, I don't know what is.
Well, look, and I'll slightly disagree with you.
I don't think it's fair and okay what you and your family go through.
I was just with Laura in Oklahoma, and she had the similar strength that you possess and Don and Eric and everybody else has.
It's entirely unfair and improper.
And what I remind audiences when I go around the country and speak is no matter how bad you've been targeted, multiply that by X, take that to infinity, and then go to the depths of forever.
And that's what they're doing to the Trump family unit.
And just imagine what they're persevering to put America first.
The least we can do, and we get it, Devin and I and others get it at different levels, is not fight back To punch them in the eye.
It's to fight back for those women who are being unlawfully prosecuted.
It's to fight back for those people Drowning in the DC gulags for just walking into the Capitol building on January 6th.
And the way we do it is, you know, like you, you have this amazing show, you go out there, you are fearless in the media, and you care more about America than you do about your own regard.
And when you put a group of people like that together, it has an effect.
And I'm seeing it around the country.
And that's what motivated me To file this lawsuit.
I didn't want to go and sue the director of the FBI and the former Attorney General of the United States.
But it's not about us.
It's not about me.
It's about showing Americans that if they're doing this to you, the Trump family, if they're doing it to career government servants, if they're doing it to senior staffers in Congress, if they're doing it to members of Congress, if they're doing it to people because they put their hand on the Bible or go to a house of worship, What do you think they're doing that you don't know about?
We have to uncover that.
And that's where I strike back at Congress again.
We are nine months into a Republican majority.
I'll give you this and I don't know.
They wrote a letter.
Fine. I want the documents not for me.
I want the documents for the American people at the next election cycle to show them that the FBI unlawfully surveilled us and got away with it.
What else did they do and get away with?
And more importantly, what's the solution?
In my opinion, the solution is sending Donald Trump back to the White House, of course, but it's going in with a full suite of personnel and the levers of purse strings that have to be snatched back from these government gangsters so that they are reminded that they work for us.
And the other thing I talk about in my book, And people aren't going to like this.
But we've got to start impeaching judges.
The last check that we have on our Constitution used to be the federal judiciary.
And now we've seen them weaponized against Jan Six, against GJT, and against so many other people because they dared to vote for someone they disliked.
These people are acting unconstitutionally, and Congress must impeach them When we have both houses of Congress back, hopefully in 2024, that is a drastic measure.
And me as a former public defender and prosecutor, I didn't think I'd ever say that because I was like, no, judges are great.
They wear the robe. They do the right thing.
But now you look at any case that Donald Trump's been charging, And almost every judge, except one, is handling this thing as if they were not a judge, but they were a political terrorist persecuting Americans.
And that's why I think we got to pay attention to the discovery and evidence that comes out.
And that's another main piece of my...
I put the... Maybe the way they release it in the back of this book are the actual government documents.
Like this week, I saw January 6th was back in the news because that clown on MSNBC Meet the Press said the same fake news narrative about the National Guard.
Hey, I was there with DJT when he authorized it.
I was there when Nancy Pelosi and Mayor Bowser said, no, literally F you and your National Guard.
Stay away. Yeah, it's...
You don't have to be a genius to be like, there's something more to all of this.
Why on earth would you not take those precautionary measures?
Unless, of course, you wanted something to happen.
These are not conspiracy theories anymore.
It's literally the only plausible solution.
It's not like you have to go out on a limb to get there.
So it's insane.
And like I said, you were in the room.
We've had that conversation before.
But the mainstream media, there's no one fact-checking them lying about it.
You're literally in the room.
It's documented.
It's there. And it doesn't matter because Trump did it.
If it helps Trump, if it helps the case, if it helps the case of the January Sixers themselves, it can't have happened because that goes against the narrative that they've weaponized to get everything that they want.
No, you're right. And I'll just touch back to that interview.
I forget the lady's name, the new Meet the Press Lady Welker maybe or something that DJT had the interview with this past weekend.
And she goes to him, you, did you as the president authorize any other security for January 6th?
As if she doesn't know the answer to that question.
He, as the president, is forbidden by the Constitution from authorizing any other security outside of the National Guard.
And the Supreme Court has declared unilaterally that even when the president authorizes the National Guard, the state and the mayor and the governor, Pelosi and Bowser here, have to ask for it.
Because if they didn't, it would be an unconstitutional invasion.
And then they switch. It's the same narrative they had back in Russiagate.
You guys are lying.
The FISA court's great.
The FBI's the best.
Donald Trump's evil.
And then she moves on to the next narrative.
Why is it on Nancy Pelosi?
As if her entire crew of a thousand people didn't know posse comitatus.
Who wants a president to be able to unilaterally deploy uniformed military soldiers in the United States of America?
No one, literally, except meet the press.
And when you take that and you couple it with, and I remind people of this.
Actually, I don't know if I've really ever talked about this.
On January 6th, when Nancy Pelosi finally came to her senses and in the late afternoon asked for the National Guard, she called us the next minute and said, where are they?
As if I had them, you know, in my back pocket.
The National Guard are teachers, lawyers, parents.
You need to mobilize them.
They don't magically appear when you snap your fingers.
But the next part is the part you'll like the most.
She said, well, I want congressional food services restored so my members can eat.
Before the election security shenanigans, she wanted food services restored.
Mind you, by the way, she was too busy filming unlawfully her protege documentary about fleeing during January 6th in secure spaces with her daughter videotaping everything after we had already flown her to a secure space.
This is what we had to deal with.
And then they wanted us to bring in belt-fed machine guns.
Stuff you see in Kandahar, they wanted us to put it on Pennsylvania Avenue.
And all of this is out there.
And all of this is in my testimony, the SecDef testimony, everything else.
But the fake news is ginning it up again because they're running out of narratives right now that we've defeated them with the truth on Russiagate.
We've defeated them with the truth on impeachment one and two.
We've defeated them with the truth on all of Donald Trump's prosecutions and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
So what do they have? They have their political dynamo, January 6th, and it's a coordinated strike.
They are using that and the mainstream media to try to get us to remove Joe Biden, because even the Democrats are smart enough that they don't want that guy to run.
So talk a little bit about, you know, obviously you worked for Devin Nunes in Congress.
You were, you know, on an NTEL committee.
I mean, you did all of this work.
You know, by this time in the Democrat-controlled Congress, I had done about, you know, 50 hours of testimony before those things for, you know, treason, you know, minor details, a crime punishable by death, as we've discussed on this show many times, and What do you think?
And you've also been on the conservative.
They slow rolled you on Russiagate.
You bring up the truth. They criticize you.
It's different because of the way they've stacked the deck.
But talk about that.
What do you think is going on right now in Congress?
Do you think they're being just slow rolled?
Are they being just totally ineffective?
Are they not being strong enough?
What's going on? I think it's a combination of the two, and if you'll allow me to use you, unfortunately, as an example, because when I was running Russiagate, you went through that interrogation, and you firsthand saw them leaking lies about you in live time.
They literally changed the dates on my emails to try to create, like...
You know, he knew about it before instead of after.
Like, get rid of the 1 in 14.
It becomes the 4th, not the 14th.
And if something happens on the 10th, it makes it seem like you had inside knowledge.
So the problem is, that wasn't the real email.
But it didn't stop him from running with it.
The walls are closing in!
No, remember the Trump Tower meeting where you guys talked about adopting children and facilitating that process?
And Adam Schiff made it the Russian asset galore meeting.
This is where it went down.
Do you know what I find ironic and not at all surprising?
How about when a sitting vice president has dinner at Cafe Milano with his son and the mayor of Moscow's wife after she piped him $3.5 million for a business deal?
The mainstream media spent the last eight years denying that meeting ever happened.
And then when we got the records and the logs to show that that meeting happened, now they say, oh, Joe Biden had nothing to do with it.
He was just there as a dinner partner.
Can you imagine what they would have done to you and your family if you sat down with the mayor of Moscow's wife after some company you're affiliated with got three and a half million dollars?
This is the hypocrisy that we have to get out there and show them as bad as it was for you.
And this goes to your question.
What Congress is doing right now is letting them get away with this.
It's a two-tier administrative state.
I'm not asking Congress to do a thousand things.
I'm really asking them to do a couple.
Why haven't you subpoenaed Chris Wray and Merrick Garland and Hunter Biden?
Why can't you just run hard at that target set And show the American people the documentation about the bank records, about the meetings, about the CCP, about the Ukraine.
So the fake news mafia will stop saying, where's the evidence?
And we're never going to correct the left and their 40 percent.
But you know who we're going to win over with Donald Trump saying this week in and week out?
Is the middle 10 to 15 percent that decides elections.
And they're starting to come around.
And the Democrats are now trying to have us impeach Biden and take him out.
I've always said I think that's a mistake.
I think we need to impeach Garland and Ray, the twin architects of the two-tier system of justice.
That is the epicenter of the corrosion of justice.
And it will get us the documentation.
I also think we need to do simple things at Congress like, why does Leon Panetta, Michael Hayden, Deputy Director Morrell and 48 other former CIA and DOD officials have their security clearance that we taxpayers pay for when they were caught lying and rigging a presidential election.
Do you know how easy it is to zero out that so they don't go into the private sector, which they're doing right now, tens of millions of dollars off that.
Find that F-35.
Yeah, no, it's crazy.
I mean, speaking of crazy, I got to get your reaction to the insanity out of Ukraine.
You saw the trans spokesman for Ukraine's military is threatening to kill Russia propagandists.
I mean, around the world. I mean, I guess that means if you say something they disagree with, they think they can just kill you now.
And I mean... It appears to be more and more unhinged.
I mean, we've seen this. It seems like an American as well, because they say the answer to the American taxpayer.
So this could be taxpayer funded and or government sanctioned.
And, you know, it never ends.
How would you assess America's involvement in Ukraine at this point?
And what do you say about this?
How does the insanity of where our money goes inside the swamp relate to even your book?
Because, I mean, this was like next level, like, oh my God, they're really doing this.
Like, this is like the most unserious person in the world getting funded by this, but this is Ukraine policy?
I don't even understand it.
Well, it goes back to the same corrupt part in the media.
They've made this the calling for the radical left and the Biden administration.
And whether they're paying terrorists $6 billion, excuse me, For American hostages, or spend $115 billion in Ukraine, everything's the same to them.
It's all rainbows and gumdrops.
Everyone's winning in America.
Everything's great. But here's the reality.
Not only do we have zero idea where our $115 billion went.
By the way, my buddy just went to Ukraine, and he said, The nightlife and the nightclubs and everything was the best he's ever seen anywhere in the world.
This is what we're funding, the Ukraine.
And not only that, but Congress allowed Joe Biden to send $6 billion to the Ayatollahs in Iran Who are going to use it to directly fund terror against us.
And they have the audacity to tell us we will monitor the funds like you did in the Ukraine, like you're doing with fighter jets.
I mean, these guys can't find a plane.
We want them to find 1000 times that in financial assets overseas.
Ukraine is a modern day Afghanistan.
We have never been able to account for 50% of the funds out of Afghanistan, and we never will.
And the same is going to happen to the Ukraine.
And my prediction is when Biden is wiped out and Donald Trump is elected, they will somehow hang the $200 billion tag on Donald Trump's head for daring to try and help the Ukraine.
But here's a scary fact that non-military, non-national security people need to know.
We, the United States of America, have a finite amount of resources, missiles and technology, to defend us and our allies around the world.
Forget the $115 billion, for a second, that went to the Ukraine.
Do you know how much of our missile defense system we've given to the Ukraine?
As in, if we stopped today and tried to resupply, do you know how long it would take us to restore our surface-to-air missile programs?
Seven years!
Seven years. That means if there's a conflict, God forbid China invades Taiwan, or something happens in the Middle East, or Southeast Asia, or wherever, and they are calling us Americans to employ and deploy with them.
We don't have the tech.
We don't have the goods.
We don't have the weapons.
We've given them away.
And this is too cute by a half for me, especially when I was Chief of Staff at DOD. This one really ticks me off.
Oh, it's okay, there's no soldiers in the Ukraine.
You know, America's not really there.
Well, it seems like there were. I mean, that whistleblower that leaked the information, I mean, it seems like we had boots on the ground.
And then they caught him, and that story disappeared in an instant.
Our media doesn't ask about it, because I guess it would hurt Biden if he was waging a, you know, beyond the proxy war that we've been waging, but an actual boots on the ground war in Eastern Europe.
I mean, you know, what could go wrong, historically speaking?
You know, it's lunacy.
And yet, you know, that was a story for like a half a day.
It seems it was obvious what we were doing.
And then no one's even asked the question anymore.
Just like we're not asking the question is, is our Ukraine policy dictated?
Because maybe Ukraine actually has more dirt on the Bidens.
They could take them down. And therefore, we'll spend, you know, an infinite amount of money protecting the Bidens in a futile war that could...
I don't know.
Well, here's the other travesty.
We're funding it. They don't have money for this stuff.
We're funding his trips.
He's here at the United Nations calling for more money and actually telling us Americans that if Ukrainians act out in the future and do bad things, it's going to be our fault.
For not giving enough.
And we have rubes on Capitol Hill listening to this because they are wed to the defense industrial complex and bought and paid for by Raytheon and Lockheed and Northrop and Boeing.
And I'm not saying those guys don't do good things, but they have made it an institution to cycle individuals in and out of Washington so that they have golden parachutes and they get the $100 billion contracts every year.
And what ticks me off about the Ukraine Is not just that we don't know where the money's going.
That's okay.
That would take enough people off, just period.
I mean, you know, hey, the same government that wants to go after your Venmo account if you spend more than $600 is okay losing half of $150 billion.
Then the Pentagon, what was it?
They lost $220 billion.
I mean, you know, this is not like a rounding error.
This is real money.
I mean, this is money that could fund...
I mean, we could fix so many of our own problems here and there.
Oh, we just lost it. Like, you know, I'm sure it went to, you know, create the next corrupt oligarch class in Ukraine and elsewhere.
But like, oh my God.
And again, our media, 220, it's, you know, 220 billion.
What's the big deal? What's the big deal?
Our media doesn't even ask the question anymore.
They blow off the answer and then they're like, oh, okay.
Oh, okay. I'll accept that as an answer.
It's lunacy. And the biggest lie is how we're not there.
American contractors are on the ground.
And I think soon we're going to find out the facts that uniformed officers are on the ground.
Are we to believe that the American Congress and the American Commander-in-Chief are so stupid That they send $120 billion in equipment over and they send, what, the Ukrainians an ABC manual translated into Russian and Ukraine on how to launch surface-to-air missiles?
Who the heck's over there training them?
Who's taking care of the equipment?
Where does it go when it breaks?
These are American service members and American contractors that are there.
Maybe we are that stupid that we didn't send them.
We just sent them the toys and we didn't send them the Manning.
But I've never seen that in my entire career at DOD or Intel or anywhere else.
So we're going to find out that they're there.
And going to about where should we spend the money, as Donald Trump has said?
Not just the border. We got 55,000 homeless veterans in this country, two dozen of which take their own lives every week.
I'd like to spend some money there.
Maybe just like 10 million, you know, to go across to their families in need because we sent them overseas.
They came back broken and we failed them.
And to me, everywhere I go, that's what Americans want to do.
But because we're being bamboozled by this Senate, by this Democrat and Republican, you know, combination of factors, we are just lighting our taxpayer dollars on fire, which is again why, if they're not going to do the work, I'm gonna do the work.
I'm gonna go depose Rod Rosenstein.
I'm gonna go depose Chris Wray.
I'm gonna go take every one of their depositions and every one of their emails in this lawsuit, and I'm gonna publicize it to the world so that they understand that our government has been taken over.
It's not even a deep state.
They're just like publicly out there having a party.
And every time they hit the pinata, CNN puts them on for an interview.
Yeah, that's the worst actors.
You can lie before Congress while being funded by the American people.
You can do this. Not only do you not get punished, you get like a job on CNN where you lecture the American people about truth and justice and democracy and all this other...
I mean, it's amazing.
So I love your lawsuit, but I've got to get your take on this one.
Since we're speaking of lawsuits, Hunter Biden is actually suing...
This one was special to me.
Hunter Biden is suing the IRS after whistleblowers revealed to Congress that Hunter didn't pay his taxes.
He took millions from all these foreign entities, didn't register as a lobbyist, didn't do any of these things.
It's fine. You're a Biden.
You can get away with whatever you want.
I wrote a book about it called Liberal Privilege.
But what do you think about Hunter is essentially suing his father's own administration.
And of the things to be embarrassed about, in the long list of things that Hunter could be embarrassed about, it seems like, I don't know, based on what I've seen from the laptop, that maybe not paying his taxes probably isn't in the top, like, 10,000 things that Hunter should be embarrassed and ashamed about.
But that's just me. Well, I think the thing that explains it all is Hunter Biden's deposition finally released, in which he apologized for the material on the laptop, but he still said it wasn't his.
Who's gun is it? Who's naked body?
Do you have a sample? I mean, this is what we're dealing with.
When he sued, you know, he's got a really smart attorney.
So that guy is not stupid.
And so when he's going after that, he's trying to change the narrative.
He's trying to tie off the far of all nations, the tax fraud felony, which this DOJ statute of limitations expire on.
And it's just gotten so bad that, um, America is going to see Hunter Biden go to prison, in my opinion, or America is going to see Joe Biden pardon.
And either way, they're going to see a failed justice system.
Well, so, I mean, that's what struck me as odd on this one.
And it's actually not odd at all if you have been watching or paying even a little bit of attention, right?
They go after Hunter on the gun charge.
Now, relative to the FARA, the unregistered lobbying, the millions of this, the selling the political offices, you know, The reality is, while it's a real charge and guys like you and me and many others would go to jail for it, it seems like it's the small potatoes of the things that he's done.
But it also seems, again, if you've been paying attention, it's the one charge that does not tie directly back to Joe Biden and his administration.
So it's like, ah, he's done so much.
Like, we're obligated to go.
So we're going to go after the little one.
We can give them a deal where really nothing happens.
We can use that as a way to show, look, there's equal justice under the law.
Hunter got a little slap on the wrist and he'll do two weeks and Joe will pardon him and it's all good and we'll bury everything else.
But it's the one that doesn't tie back to the Biden administration and Joe Biden himself.
I mean, I can't imagine that's coincidence anymore.
No. There are no coincidences in government.
That's a major theme in the book, Government Gangsters.
There just aren't. It's not a coincidence that the Washington Post, in the same week, wrote a story suggesting Joe Biden retire and let somebody else lead the charge.
Yeah, well, David Ignatius, who's like the scribe of the CIA deep state, right?
Like, that was a message to Joe Biden for the people who don't understand some of the details, right?
That was a message.
Like, do this because we're going to go after you.
You've served your purpose.
We'll let you out easy, but there's an undertone there, is there not?
Yeah, and it goes to what you said.
What about all the other crimes?
Well, who do you think the FBI and DOJ has sent that bad material on Joe and Hunter Biden too?
The fake news mafia and David Ignatius.
He's got it. Just like he had the fake news during Russiagate, just like he had it during impeachment one and two, they are doing a coordinated strike here.
These guys are all talking at the same time.
The Attorney General, the DOJ, Biden's attorneys.
I don't believe for one second the White House isn't involved.
The White House has been involved.
We've caught Joe Biden telling his staffers what he wants to see in a prosecution of Donald Trump.
So I don't want to hear any more about it.
Yeah, well, and they also refuse to release the visitor logs from Delaware, where Joe has spent, you know, 40% of his presidency on vacation.
You know, I guess, given the job that he's doing, I guess it's better that he's on vacation than actually doing anything, because it seems like when he does stuff, it actually gets worse.
But that also isn't a coincidence.
And again, No one's asking the...
Oh, they won't release it.
Oh, it's fine.
I mean, he could literally be orchestrating all of this and was just like, oh, that's the excuse.
It's not public anymore.
I mean, he's the president of the United States. He can't just do this, can he?
I mean, I guess he could do whatever he wants when he has the mainstream media lying for him and the people at the White House.
But what I want to use the Hunter Biden case to highlight is the critical nature of the two-tier system of justice.
As a public defender, I probably handled a thousand gun cases for minorities.
And every one of those guys went to prison, not jail, prison, federal penitentiary for three to five years minimum.
And not a single one of them was ever given diversion.
The United States Justice Department has a manual that it lives by.
It's the rule of law. It says no one charged with a gun crime will be given diversion unless the Attorney General says so.
So you're telling me the AG wasn't involved in that decision?
How many more rules are they violating at DOJ? And the reason I bring it up is people are like, and this is what his lawyers are doing.
Oh, we had a deal on the table.
No, pretrial diversion is not a deal.
It has nothing to do with the courts.
That's why there were diversions in there.
The judge can't give it.
Only DOJ can offer it, and once they pull it back, the mandate at DOJ is you charge every crime you would have charged had the defendant accepted the plea deal.
So the tax fraud, the farra, the frauds, the bribery, and the gun charges.
Now they're breaking their own rules again by indicting him for, yes, the gun charge, but like you pointed out, where's all the other stuff?
It's not like they didn't have those charges in the chamber.
They charged him with the tax stuff and made it go away.
They said they were investigating for bribery and FARA. It doesn't take five years to put this stuff together.
It's not from yesterday. It's from 2017, 2015, and it's been continuing on and on.
And every time there's a transaction, for those of those saying, oh, statute of limitations, every time there's $1 put towards that illegal conspiratorial effort, the statute renews.
And we've got 20 million reasons, according to Comer, that the Bidens have been enriched, that that statute has kept going on and on.
So again, we're back to Congress.
Like, to me, that it took Congress a year to get one 1023, 60% redacted, what are you guys doing?
Why are you allowing FBI Director Chris Wray and Merrick Garland To take over your constitutional oversight authority that you owe us, the American people.
Take their money, get the documents, and put it out for us.
And if they don't give you the documents, hey, felonies!
Okay, well, so two things.
First of all, in the gun charges that you did, how many of your clients who did other crimes were absolved of the other crimes without people finding out, you know, as part of the gun charge?
Did that happen often?
Meaning, if you committed tax fraud, if you did this, if you did other stuff outside of the gun crimes, did you just say, okay, if you signed the gun crime, we'll just let all of the other stuff magically disappear?
Because I have a feeling that doesn't happen for a lot of people, as it almost happened for Hunter.
Yeah, all the drug charges vanished.
All the bank robberies vanished.
All the murders vanished.
All the gang rapes, all the drug trafficking, it all vanished.
No, what happens in federal court, and I think this is why Congress made it such a harsh penalty, is you stack them.
If you dare to possess a firearm illegally and you have narcotics, you're going down for five to ten because they don't want those two things together.
And one of the things that actually no one's talking about is what's going to happen because Hunter Biden is not taking a plea deal.
So do you know who the percipient witnesses in this case going forward?
It's kind of a sick twist of I don't know what.
Haley Biden.
The wife of the dead brother, who then was in a relationship with Hunter, is the one that reported the gun to federal authorities.
She's been in the grand jury, and she's going to have to go on the witness stand and get cross-examined by prosecutors.
I don't have much faith in those, but their dirty laundry is about to come out.
So you were talking about sort of, you know, the Republicans getting slow rolled.
How confident are you in, if at all, the Republican Party?
Do you think they have the spine to actually do what needs to be done?
I mean, I get that it's a different system.
I've seen it.
I understand that there's process and whatever, and the Democrats conveniently play that process
against us when it's there, and when it's with them, they just ignore the process entirely
and do whatever they want.
It's easy to do when you got big tech, mainstream media, everyone's functioning on your side,
but do you have any confidence that they're gonna get anything done in time?
Not really, but I have an idea.
I think if Donald Trump continues to go out there at the speed and velocity he has been on the Champaign Trail and educate the American public, like the ones watching this show, that all of these things are happening, then we may have a chance at embarrassing Congress to act in the way it should.
I don't think it's going to happen as the playing field sits right now.
But we, it's up to us.
That's why we're involved. That's why you do what you do every single day.
It's up to us because if we lose this next election, we're never going to know who broke the law and how bad it was.
We're never going to know the extent of the Biden crime family syndicate.
We're never going to know the corruption of the DOJ and the FBI. And our children are going to pay for it.
We're paying for it.
We're adults. We can handle it.
Our kids, our education system, and the safety of this country is going to pay for it because Congress is failing to act.
And I know that's harsh, coming from a guy who served there as senior staffer, got a lot of friends who are still members of Congress.
But you guys cannot give us more debt, less government oversight, and lighting our taxpayer money on fire without providing to us a justification for doing it.
And there isn't any. And so it's a call to Congress.
I don't know that it's going to get done.
I wish I had a more cheery statement.
And I hate to put even more in Donald Trump's rucksack than he's already carrying.
But I don't know anybody else that can be that juggernaut of justice that we need right now.
We'll keep swinging here.
And you'll keep swinging where you are and on the campaign trail until November of next year.
But we got to get America to swing together.
Yeah. So, I mean, speaking of that, I guess, how would you assess sort of the strength of the MAGA movement right now, as well as, you know, my father's candidacy in the primary as it stands today?
Well, I'm not the campaign genius, and I'm not probably the only Indian that's terrible at math.
But those poll numbers are, the primary's over.
I mean, I don't care what poll you look at.
And the primary's over because of Donald Trump's policies.
The other Republicans and the Democrats have been challenged to say, what policy do you have is better for the border?
Which one's better to take on Chinese fentanyl?
Which one's better to take on Iran and the nuclear program?
Which one's better to shut down the terrorists?
Which one's better to end the forever wars?
Who's going to go back out there and tariff China and make sure they don't invade Taiwan?
Who's going to end the Ukrainian?
No one. No one has a better solution.
So the policy debate is over, and I think the MAGA movement, as much as the mainstream media will lambast it, is growing.
Because people are coming, you go around the country, I go around the country, people are coming into the tent and saying, look, We may not love everything that Donald Trump stands for, but what we love is that he puts America first and doesn't lie to the American public and use government to increase his own pocketbook and corrupt our system of justice.
That's powerful.
That it resonates with people in middle America that say, I want a better life for my...
is on fire.
And I think Donald Trump...
So, you were Chief of Staff in the Trump Defense Department.
I'm sure you've seen the news about a missing F-35.
How exactly does an F-35 go missing?
I mean, if I lose my iPhone, I can get on my iPad and, like, find my iPhone in about two seconds.
How is there not a mechanism for, like, you know, let's call it a really damn expensive, high-tech fighter plane?
How does it just go missing?
Apparently, they did find the plane this evening.
I'm reading that now in Williamsburg County, South Carolina.
But, like, they put out a toll-free number to call if you had information about a missing F-35.
I mean, it feels, like, indicative of the rest of the clown show that we're getting from this administration.
How is that possible?
It's simple, it's tragic, but your DOD prioritizes DEI, or whatever that acronym is, cares more about each brown or black person gets to this position or that position, cares more about paying for abortions, cares more about climate change, then they lose sight of the mission, the NOF mission of the United States of America, which is to protect Americans here and abroad, period.
And Mark and I forget the other guy, Austin, out there, you know, launching jabs at guys like Tommy Tuberville who are righteously standing up to them.
And they can't find planes.
They can't find machine parts.
They can't find $10 billion in the Ukraine.
They can't find God knows what that they left in Afghanistan.
You're going to hear about this as the year comes.
Which is, again, Congress needs to put a stranglehold on DOD. And we're just not going to see the return to the national security mission.
That was a focus until Donald Trump's back in office.
So, you know, yeah, I think we got to get there.
But I think, you know, you still have 18 months left.
We hear a lot about the deep state.
But, you know, what can we actually do about it?
I mean, we talked about sort of the efficacy of the Republicans right now.
Will they play the same game as the Democrats?
You know, I think we're all tired of sort of the strongly worded letters, although I could use some mean tweets these days.
How do you defeat it once and for all?
You know, what's the roadmap?
Is there one? Do you cover it in your book, Government Gangsters, where you get into, like, how you can actually systematically take these things on?
Because I feel like the longer they're in there, the more they're just building up their own infrastructure to make it.
There's a point in time where it becomes impossible.
It's just that is our, you know, de facto unelected government, and it's too late.
You can't do anything about it. You know, what's the roadmap to taking that on and taking them out?
Yeah, and I do.
You're right. I lay out the roadmap in detail.
And phase one was the first Trump administration, highlighting the entrenched 50-year deep state and making it more than a right-wing conspiracy talking point.
And accomplishing that lift was no small feat.
And as a man of faith, as much as I want Donald Trump to be the president right now, I think there's a reason why they gapped it and want him to come back and finish the job.
Because the lessons we learned and this gap period we're using to educate Americans further on, you were lied to.
How many thousands of Americans have come out and said they would have voted for President Trump had they not seen that bogus 51 Intel letter?
That was the election.
That was election rigging.
And so it's there.
You have to go by agency and department.
That's what I do in my book. It's not just personnel.
It's not cabinet secretaries, secretaries, chiefs of staff.
It's everyone under them.
And then fire. Fire.
Schedule F. Everybody in government that is failing the Constitution.
And people, this is a misnomer.
People think you can't do that.
You can absolutely do it.
We did it in the Trump administration.
We just didn't do it on a large scale.
Now we have the support of the American people to do it.
When you do those two things and you have a policy agenda, like Agenda 47 from Donald J. Trump, that's how you obliterate the deep state, and you stop feeding the mainstream media.
That's the last piece of it.
You have to take out the masses in the media.
And the best way to do that, I think, is to obliterate the people that are entrenched, to name them publicly, and to permanently expel them from the roles of government.
Yeah, so we talked about that, right?
You had the 52 intelligence officers.
They can do that. They can knowingly lie.
But the media seems to be doing that every day.
I mean, how do you overcome that, right?
There's guys like you and me and some of the people that are watching this that they're following this stuff.
They keep track of it. They understand.
There's others that just, they're sort of politically agnostic.
They're not aware. And, you know, the mainstream media is touting, you know, Bidenomics.
You know, they're, oh, it's wonderful.
No, no, no. Don't believe your lying eyes.
Don't believe your wallet in the grocery store.
Don't talk about inflation.
Oh, yeah, it's transitory.
That's not really transitory.
It's something else. It's always changing.
But how do you get, you know, the regular, the populace that's not, you know, so focused on this to fully understand just how badly they're being lied to?
Because they're... I don't know what it does for the mainstream media to have a failing country.
I guess they're protected and they're behind their walls.
And maybe they're fine and they don't care.
But they're still doing it.
It continues to happen every day.
And yet there's no consequence.
And people are still watching it.
And I think how you get them to turn that off is to get them the receipts.
I know it's an easy statement, but it's a monumental lift.
No one wants lip service.
We have to show them how corrupt the DOJ and FBI is.
We have to show them the internal memorandums.
We crafted a system of justice to Hunter Biden in a hall pass.
We have to show them how the Attorney General and the Director of the FBI work together to rig a presidential election with big tech.
We show them the 81 contracts that are out there with Facebook and Google for tens of millions of dollars so FBI agents can still weekly meet with Facebook and Twitter and what have you and say, this should be on your platform and this should not be.
We, the United States of America, are paying hundreds of millions of dollars to private organizations to be self-censored by our own government.
Why these contracts haven't been made public?
They're not classified. It's just an easy fix to getting them to turning off the mainstream media and turning off Twitter and Facebook and going to Rumble and going to Truth Social and going to platforms that don't censor us.
Those are the powerful tools.
And I know I keep going back to Congress.
I wish there was another way to get these documents.
I really do. Short of Donald Trump coming back in 2024.
But we have to get some of these narratives out to the people in everyday America.
We've got their attention.
That's the good thing. They're listening.
Now we've got to show up with the goods.
Alright, so guys, we have a few minutes.
We're going to go live in the chat.
I'm going to look for questions for Cash.
We can ask. So if you have questions for Cash, go ahead and ask.
But Cash, you're also 100% right.
We've got to get away from that mainstream media.
You've got to go to different sources where they'll actually talk about it.
So if you're watching this, like, share, subscribe, download the Rumble app.
I'm going to check because I know how many people are watching.
And if you don't have that many likes in there, it's so simple to just go hit the like button, but that's how it works.
So I saw a question. They're asking Cash if you're single.
I'm not. I do have a girlfriend, but I'm not going to disclose her identity on your show.
Oh, yeah. By the way, that poor woman, the shit that they would put her through.
With Kim, it's like, okay, she's been out there for a long time.
It's a little different. But yeah, if you're not from that world, that's like the last shit they ever need.
And it wouldn't just be...
The entire deep state would be going after that poor woman.
So yeah, that's... Okay, so they're asking this one.
Cash, what about big pharma control?
Do you think, you know, how does that compare to sort of the, let's call it the military industrial complex control that's taken over so much of our government?
Has that sort of, while probably not still as big, as of late, that seems to have taken, you know, another form of a similar sort of nuisance?
I think the same in terms of COVAX mandates, the fact that the Democrats are trying to bring back mask mandates, vac school mandates, restaurant mandates, that they want to go back to the scare tactics.
And the only people making hundreds of billions of dollars are big farmers trying to be like, you've got to take our votes again.
And people have learned now through the science that not only where COVID came from, that was another one, and where we found out that CIA officers, Regina Haspel, were paid money to lie about COVID origins, but this is what we're doing in the government and outside of government.
They want to increase the wealth of the entrenched class, and big pharma is as big a problem.
And I think whoever comes in needs to seriously regulate the contracts that the government gives to people like Moderna and Pfizer.
We've seen the amount of deaths that have occurred because of negative consequences of the vaccine, and we should never make it mandatory for anyone, especially not our men and women in uniform.
We've got to take those guys on.
Yeah. So this is an interesting one.
They asked, where do you get your news?
I think we're all jaded with mainstream media, frankly, even conservative mainstream media.
I've seen what they've done to us, and they get their guys that they want, and they'll shill for them, and it's all about...
It's not about what's good for America or the American people or the hard-working American.
It's what's good for corporate juggernaut conservative and the billionaire donor class.
Those things are not the same as America first, not even by any stretch of the imagination.
So what do you find to be the greatest places where you get your news so that these people can support that rather than looking at some of the crap that's out there lying to you?
Well, I don't watch TV, for one.
The mainstream media is gone.
And I go to one place.
All my stuff's on Truth Social, and your great show's on Truth Social, and so many people are reporting brilliantly are on Truth Social.
So for me, it's like an easy one-stop shop.
I can get the facts.
I can get the actual news.
I can get what the other side is saying.
Because you always need to come in from that perspective and make sure you're listening to what your agendas are.
It's all in one place.
So when you start cutting the cord to mainstream media and moving over to whether it's Truth Social or Rumble or what have you, and you have brave individuals yourself willing to stand up twice a week and go on and tell the American people what the real world looks like, we are going to start pulling people off of the mainstream media cord by the millions, I think.
I think we already have. What are the other things people can be doing right now to get involved going into 24?
How can they start getting sort of set up to combat the nonsense that's going to be thrown at us both by mainstream media, big tech, the Democrat Party?
Again, I think the good thing about all the overkill and the disaster is that people finally are starting to get it.
But... It's not stopping those others from doing those things.
How can people get involved in making sure that you can get real elections and that you can call out the nonsense?
How do we do that? So this is like the most basic answer I give people everywhere.
Pick one thing.
One thing in your community, education, sheriff's office, school council, taking out drugs, taking on crime, whatever.
You don't have to run for office. I'm not saying that.
Pick one thing and do it 100% for the next 414 days.
Empty the tank 415 times.
And when you look for others to share that message with, go to these censorship-free platforms and write about what you did and ask if you need help.
I'm not asking anyone to go out there and be the next Donald Trump.
There's only one of those guys. And I'm not even asking the next crew of tier one guys to come in.
And be the surrogates and supporters.
Local level politics wins federal elections every single time.
And without the army, in every single county, in every single town across America, with us, we can't win.
And you don't need to do everything.
You just do one thing.
Pick one thing. All right, so they're asking, will Cassius Corner come back for another season?
So no, it won't, since I promised the president that I would be relentless on getting him back into office.
So I will appear on Epoch and other shows, but we're taking a break from the show.
All right. Well, listen, what do you guys think about Cash AG? I think that's one way to get rid of the deep state.
Their heads would explode. I think we'd like that.
Well, look, you know, I actually haven't told this story before.
People usually ask, like, you know, everybody asks why Donald Trump does this.
Why is he doing it again? And they're like, why did you sign back up?
And a couple of months after the last administration, I called the president and I just said, you know, hey, how you doing?
And what are the plans for the future?
And he goes, Cash, I'm all in.
I go, if you're all in, I'm all in.
And that was it. And that's the mission for us.
That's the mission for me.
I know it's the mission for you and your family.
And that's what we're going to do for the next 414 days.
And that's how easy it was to motivate me to make sure I do whatever I can to get on the road, whether it's books and speeches and engagements and shows and what have you.
Well, listen, I know you got a hard out, but tell everyone where they can find your book so that, you know, they can check it out.
And again, whether it's, you know, liking this and sharing this so that the algorithm works, that other people can see this interview and find out what's going on, we got to slowly and steadily chip away at the nonsense and everything else.
And I think your book will do a great job of that.
So let us know where they can do it.
And, you know, then we'll wrap up with Cash.
But guys, if you're on Locals, I'll head over there as well.
So I'll do my AMA there with you guys.
But let everyone know where you can find the book.
Yeah, thanks so much for having me on, and I apologize for the internet difficulties.
I think the Chi-Coms and the Bidens are surveilling us.

And it's a roadmap, as Donald Trump said, to kicking the deep state in the ass, to obliterating them together, and to getting our agencies and departments to start serving the American people again.
That's what government gangsters is all about.
It shot up the charts, the top 50.
If you want a signed copy, I signed 4.5 thousand books.
No joke. By the way, people have asked about that.
Yeah, so you can get signed copies.
That was literally going to be my next question.
You can get a signed copy, right?
You can get a signed, personalized copy.

That's a risk for them.
That's how that works.
We've seen that.
