[00:02:19]  You know, we will appoint the dumbest people in the world to do some of the most important and serious jobs because we can check off a box.
[00:02:29]  Because we can say we're being diverse rather than hire someone that maybe is competent.
[00:02:34]  I don't care if they're green.
[00:02:36]  I don't care if they're blue.
[00:02:37]  It makes no difference to me.
[00:02:38]  I'd like competence at the highest level of government.
[00:02:42]  I'd like competence in our military and in the White House and in the administration.
[00:02:48]  I couldn't care less.
[00:02:51]  I just want people that are competent.
[00:02:52]  But no, we go so far out of our way, it seems, to fill a bunch of, to find a magical unicorn that fits some sort of box, and then we're shocked that the rest of the world doesn't do the same thing.

[00:03:10]  And we're really upset about it. But of course, we have no ability to do anything about it because we gave up all our leverage on day one.
