How Is This Not The Biggest Story In America Right Now?

Okay guys, today we got a big one.
I don't know why it's frankly not one of the biggest stories in America right now, but we're going to be talking about George Floyd and the Derek Chauvin murder trial.
You know, two weeks ago, Officer Derek Chauvin was convicted on the three counts of murder, amongst other things, in the murder of George Floyd.
That was a big deal.
That was a trial.
That was the end result after months of rioting and protesting and cities burning to the ground across America.
And it turns out, one of the jurors outright lied.
A juror lied in what's arguably the largest criminal justice trial in modern American history.
And a juror lied getting on the jury.
This juror seems to have a vested interest in the outcome of that trial, which, as we all know, is a big no-no in the American criminal justice system.
So during jury selection, these jurors were asked a couple of questions.
First, quote, did you participate or someone close to you participate in any of the demonstrations or marches against police brutality that took place in Minneapolis after George Floyd's death?
The second question being, other than what you've already described above, have you or anyone close to you participated in protests about the use of force or police brutality?
Well this guy Brendan Mitchell apparently answered no to both questions.
Well, turns out he had gone to DC a long way from Minneapolis to protest for George Floyd.
Now that's fine to exercise your right to protest, but you then can't lie about it to get on a jury.
And the fact that the American media isn't talking about this is a real problem, because if you're a defense attorney, this would be like exhibit A in overturning that conviction, even if it's the right answer.
Again, we're not talking about whether you believe it was right or wrong.
That's sort of besides the point.
We're talking about impartiality in the American justice system.
And whether you think Derek Chauvin is guilty is sort of irrelevant if he didn't get a fair trial.
So when one of the jurors lies and gets on the jury, when Maxine Waters is out there running her mouth and spouting off craziness beforehand, when Joe Biden is doing the same, when the city of Minneapolis settles with the family for, I believe it was $18 million prior to the conviction, There's a presumption of guilt that happened prior to the guilty verdict, which could taint a jury.
The real problem is this.
It's not a story today, even though it should be.
And you know when else it won't be a story?
It won't be part of the story or part of the narrative.
When the defense uses this to overturn the guilty verdict, and again, even if it's the right verdict, the defense will use this as Exhibit A to overturn that verdict.
Derek Chauvin could walk, go free, and the riots that you saw last summer that burned down so many American cities and destroyed small business and killed people will be nothing compared to what will happen then, in my opinion.
And so that's the problem guys.
This not being a part of the story The fact that this guy could have not gotten a fair trial, doesn't even get barely any media coverage, is gonna be really bad and it's gonna be worse when people are outraged why this guy got off, no one understands why, and they start the rioting all over again.
This is the problem with our system today.
This is the problem with the media that's also, like this juror, seemingly vested in the outcome.
Not about truth, not about justice, not about the law, simply vested in the outcome.
We've seen that with the Democrat Party getting the benefit of the entire mainstream media complex being their marketing wing and their marketing division, it creates a problem.
And when cities across America And a lot of households will suffer.
A lot of families, often those who probably need the most help, will suffer.
The media is going to be silent about why.
And yet, they're the ones that help fuel the fire to cause some of this angst and anxiety that's so prevalent in America today.
And this is why it needs to stop.
I can't believe this stuff, but this should be a really big story.
