And I'm going to start with the big story of the week, obviously.
Syria.
What is all that about?
Well, to put it into context, you've really got to look at this map.
It is of an area of land known as Greater Israel, which encompasses the whole of Israel as we know it today, plus part of Egypt, the whole of Lebanon and Jordan, most of Syria, part of Iraq, and a great chunk of Saudi Arabia.
Now, to appreciate...
What Syria and the invasion this week and the takeover of Syria by Islamic rebels, as they're now called, is to understand that map.
Because that is where Israel wants to go.
And staggering as it may be, The reason for it is a biblical prophecy to Abraham.
And we've got this article about the prophecy, which says that the word of the Lord came to Abraham in a vision.
So, All that's happening, the greater Israel, and where the Israeli government and military want to go, is founded on a vision way, way back in what we call history.
And in this vision, the Lord...
came to Abraham and said, Do not be afraid, Abraham.
I am your shield, your very great reward.
And in the same day, this is according to the King James Version of the Bible, the Lord made a covenant with Abraham, saying, Unto thy seed I have given this land from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates, which is in what we now call Iraq.
That's from Genesis.
So it's this that is quoted to justify the expansion of Israel, as we know it now, out into these other countries.
And it talks there about the Lord, God, Old Testament God, gave it to thy seed.
But of course, if you look at the definition of Jewishness, it's not about genetics.
It's been well established over the years.
It's actually about belief.
It's a belief system.
And there are families that follow families that follow families with that belief system.
But of course, Jewish people have been all over the world and live into bread and what have you.
And so thy seed is a bit tenuous, to be honest.
So it goes on.
When the sun had set and darkness had fallen, a smoking fire pot with a blazing torch appeared and passed between the pieces.
On that day, the Lord made a covenant with Abraham and said, to your descendants, I give this land from the wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates, the land of the Kenites and Kenizzites and Kadmonites and Gashites and lots of other ites and shites. the land of the Kenites and Kenizzites and Kadmonites and
And so the Lord said to him, bring me a heifer, that will become relevant later, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon.
And Abraham brought all these to him, cut them in two, nice, and arranged the halves opposite each other.
The birds, however, he did not cut in half, which is...
Comforting.
Then birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abraham drove them away, which was nice of him.
Now, this is an explanation of the greater Israel idea.
And you'll see how what has happened this week in Syria fits into that.
Eventually, our borders will extend from Lebanon to the Great Desert, which is Saudi Arabia, and then from the Mediterranean to the Euphrates.
And who's on the other side of the Euphrates?
The Kurds.
And the Kurds are our friends.
So we have the Mediterranean behind us, the Kurds in front of us, Lebanon, which really needs the umbrella of protection of Israel.
And then we're going to take, I believe we're going to take Mecca, Medina, and Mount Sinai and purify those places.
When we think of the land of Israel, many of us tend to think of the small sliver of land along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
While this is currently the established land of the State of Israel, the boundaries of Israel according to the Elohim, God of the Hebrews, is much larger.
Based on the verses from Ezekiel chapter 46, It is evident that the passage outlines specific borders for the division of the land among the 12 tribes of Israel.
The description goes beyond the current geographical borders of the modern state of Israel and includes regions that extend into present-day Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria.
In Genesis chapter 15 verse 18, it says to your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates.
This is the promised land.
That is why the founding father of Israel explained his vision that the state of Israel will be from the Nile River This is the Promised Land,
which came to Abraham through a vision a long time ago.
And All these phenomenal periods later, it's dictating events in the world, which to me seems insane.
But there we go.
It's the way we are.
And so, the first move to the greater Israel...
Was for the state of Israel to be established in 1948. And then through various wars with surrounding Arab states, more and more of the land of Israel has been taken over by the Jewish government.
And you can see from this map...
Just how that process has unfolded, where now you've got enclaves of Palestinians in the West Bank and in Gaza, you're seeing that land being cleared from Of Palestinians.
So the process of taking over the whole of what we call Israel is well, well underway.
And here's just an example of what's happening in Gaza.
And it's absolutely horrific the way it is being raised to the ground.
Through incessant bombing and ground invasion.
And so how did this come about?
If we put it into the context of the expansion into greater Israel.
The current slaughter and removal of the Palestinians from Gaza.
Began, of course, after October the 7th, when you had multiple breaches of the border fence between Gaza and Israel by, quote, Hamas.
And when you look at that, In a dispassionate way, it is unexplainable, except by the fact that it was allowed to happen, that Hamas could do that.
When it happened, there were former members of the Israeli Defense Forces, the IDF, who were saying, but when we were Protecting and guarding that fence.
The technology meant that if a cockroach or a bird went close to it, we would know.
And yet, somehow, Hamas breached that border fence in multiple places and then faced For a ridiculous amount of time, no resistance from the idea.
It's inexplicable, unless it was allowed to happen.
And what did it do on the basis of that so important question?
When anything like this happens, who benefits us?
Who benefits from this situation?
Well, anyone who wanted an excuse to do to Gaza what has been done and continues to be done.
Which is kind of interesting when you look at the relationship And history between Mossad, the Israeli intelligence network, and Hamas.
Hamas was founded in 1987 and was supported at the outset by Israeli intelligence as a means to weaken the Palestinian Authority divide and rule.
Thanks to Mossad, Hamas was allowed to reinforce its presence in the occupied territories, while its opposition, the PLO, Was subject to repression and intimidation, this article says.
Israel created Hamas.
And according to Ziv Sternell, historian at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, quote...
Israel thought it was a smart ploy to push the Islamists against the Palestinian Liberation Organization, the PLO, of a guy called Yasser Arafat, who I remember very well.
It was on the news almost every day at one point.
The links of a mass to Mossad and U.S. intelligence have been acknowledged by Ron Paul, In a statement to the US Congress, quote, Hamas was started by Israel.
You know Hamas, if you look at the history, you'll find out that Hamas was encouraged and really started by Israel because they wanted Hamas to counteract Yasser Arafat.
And factions within Hamas, the article goes on, constitute an intelligence asset, namely an asset which serves the interests of those intelligence agencies.
So, within Hamas, I'm not saying all of it, you've got agents of Israel.
And then you have the situation on October the 7th, when Hamas breached the border fence and gave the Israeli government the excuse it wanted to start to ethnically cleanse Gaza.
And so October the 7th, Was the next stage of this expansion, first of all to take over the wider Israel, and then to start walkabout.
This is why you've had this incursion into Lebanon, and it's why we've had this Incursion by Israel into Syria.
And the takeover from President Assad of Syria by these, quote, rebels.
And if you go deep enough into this rebel group, it will lead you, I have no doubt, to Israel.
In the same way...
Has Hamas.
So this is an article about this Syrian situation by Brandon Turberville of the Activist Post website.
Headed, all signs point to major deal by world powers over Syria.
And, you know, nothing is as it seems.
All these world events that appear to be this against that and that against that turn out with research and the passage of events to have been nothing of the kind but centrally orchestrated.
So he says, for 13 years, the Syrian army fought valiantly, and terrorists backed by Israeli, Turkish, and American airpower were beaten back and held to a standstill.
Then all of a sudden, in a matter of three days, terrorists led by Hayat Tahir al-Sham, H-T-S, Overran first Aleppo, then every other major city in Syria.
They met little to no resistance, and according to some reports, these fighters captured Damascus, the capital, in about 60 seconds.
The lightning speed of the terrorist operation caught everyone by surprise, even those of us who paid close attention, he says, to the conflict for years.
The Syrian army didn't run, they were ordered to stand down.
And the speed of it tells you everything.
About the lack of resistance and some kind of deal in the background that led to the takeover of Syria.
Followed, of course, immediately by the mass bombing of Syria, military targets and others, that were started by Israel and Once has Sadat gone.
And also a ground invasion to take more of Syrian land and call it Israel.
As the greater Israel unfolds.
So it goes on, Bashar al-Assad fled Syria with his family and headed to Moscow.
Syria, its military and civilians were left to the mercy of some of the most merciless fighters of the 21st century.
And the presidential palace has been looted and the statue of Hafez al-Assad, Bashar al-Assad's father, has been torn down, dragged through the street and beheaded.
Now, the leader of these rebels, Islamist rebels, is Abdu Mohammed al-Julani.
Seen many different spellings of that name.
And also, he seems to have changed his name and taken up another one.
I don't know.
You can't keep up with it.
Well, he's the leader of Islam.
and is a longtime terrorist with Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
And this is some background of this bloke.
This is a great deal.
And this is a great deal.
The people who are not here are the people.
The people who are not here are the people who are not here.
I thought it was very appropriate
to see on the Internet that someone had posted Zelensky in Ukraine, along with this guy, Jelani, next to each other, um, Shall we say similarly attired and similarly puppets of a much deeper force.
Operating from the shadows.
And this is such an important thing to grasp world events.
That just because something seems to be in opposition to something else, doesn't mean that at the core that they are.
Over and over and over again, you find that groups that on one level do think they're opposing each other at the controlling core...
Are actually controlled by the same force.
And so when you look at ISIS and these other Al-Qaeda, well, Al-Qaeda very much connected to America, going way back, but you are looking at an Islamic group on the face of it,
but behind it, again and again, you'll find ISIS. Israel and the United States, very appropriately symbolized in this image of Netanyahu.
So here we have Turberville talking about if one observes the proceedings of the previous week, It is beyond clear that an international deal was made between Russia,
the United States, Turkey, Israel, Assad, Hezbollah, and the leader of the army fighters inside Syrian territory.
The terrorists, for their part, claim their victory is the result of heart-fought battles and military prowess.
And this, of course, he says, is laughable.
Netanyahu has been open about Israel's stance and involvement in overthrowing Assad, going so far as to take credit for the event in his own statements.
Events in Syria are directly connected to the Israeli war in Gaza and on Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Yes, they are on the road to the greater Israel, which is why to understand these events, you have to consult that map that we started out with.
Israel comes out of this the undeniable winner, says Turboville.
However, having reduced Gaza to rubble and weakened Hezbollah in Lebanon, it has also removed Hezbollah and Iran in Syria almost entirely.
In addition, it has moved troops to the UN Golan Heights buffer zone, seizing yet more territory and mass bombing targets throughout Syria.
And Israel has launched an unprecedented bombing campaign he says against Syrian military depots and infrastructure forcing whomever takes over the country next to rebuild its military from scratch.
Syria now no longer has an air force and its military equipment is almost entirely destroyed.
And And staggeringly, well to me anyway, this whole movement is connected back to some biblical prophecy which they are seeking to play out.
See, the game is this, and not just in terms of greater Israel but other things I'm going to come to, They're trying to kid you, they're certainly trying to kid the Christians and other Bible believers, that biblical prophecies are playing out because God is making them happen.
When actually humans are making them happen.
And they are seeking to glean support for these human-made events and conquests because they persuade people to believe that God is fulfilling biblical prophecies.
It's pathetic.
You've got the Islamists claiming that Allah is behind them and they're doing it for Allah.
And you've got the Jewish people, believers, saying that their Yahweh God is fulfilling biblical prophecies.
You've got the Christian version of God saying Being claimed to be fulfilling these prophecies.
And what they call the end times.
So what is that all about?
Because to understand this is to understand what's happening in the world today.
And why events are happening.
And what's behind them.
So this is an article, the final battle.
Understanding Armageddon, or Megiddo, as it's known.
Armageddon derived from the Hebrew Har Megiddo, meaning Mount of Megiddo.
And it's famously known as the site of the ultimate battle between the forces of good and evil.
Shockingly, this is what's driving this.
These prophecies.
This term appears once in the Bible, in Revelation, where it refers to the location where the kings of the earth and their armies will gather for battle on the great day of God Almighty.
Because God Almighty, especially the Old Testament one, does seem to like a war and a slaughter.
Loving God, though.
Armageddon is not an isolated event, but a climax in a series of prophetic occurrences.
According to the book of Revelation, here is the sequence leading to Armageddon.
One, the tribulation period.
The tribulation begins with the Antichrist's rise to power and his establishment of a peace treaty with Israel, initiating a seven-year period of turmoil.
The early part of the tribulation involves global conflicts, natural disasters, and severe persecution of believers.
Two, the seals, trumpets, and bowls.
Throughout the tribulation, a series of judgments are unleashed, symbolized by the opening of the seven seals, blowing of the seven trumpets, and the pouring out of seven bowls.
Don't ask.
These judgments bring war, famine, plague, and other catastrophic events upon the earth.
Three, the gathering of the nations, the Antichrist, influenced by demonic spirits, gathers the kings of the earth for the final battle at Armageddon.
This gathering signifies the preparation for the ultimate confrontation between good and evil.
The return of Christ, number four.
At the climax of this period, Jesus Christ returns.
This is what they're using to pull the Christians in to support this bloody nonsense.
Riding on a white horse, he'll be, says, and leading the armies of heaven.
Always armies, isn't it?
Fighting each other.
His return signifies the defeat of the Antichrist and his forces culminating in the decisive battle of Armageddon.
Number five, Satan bound.
Following the battle, Satan is bound and imprisoned for a thousand years, marking the beginning of Christ's millennial reign on earth.
The battle of Armageddon is characterized, it's said, by the suddenness and unexpectedness Just as people in the days of Noah were caught unaware by the flood, the world will be caught off guard by the events leading to Armageddon.
They will be if they don't pay attention and realize what it's all based on.
The battle signifies not just a physical confrontation but a spiritual one where divine justice prevails over evil.
But whether it's good or evil will depend a lot of the time on the propaganda telling you what to believe is evil and what to believe is not.
So the conclusion is that we must have vigilance and readiness, apparently.
God in his mercy provided a way for us to be reconciled to him.
Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, lived a sinless life fulfilling the law.
He died on the cross as a perfect sacrifice for our sins and rose again conquering death.
And ever since I was a little kid and I first heard it, I've never been able to work out how A loving God can sacrifice his only begotten Son to forgive the sins of humanity.
I've never worked that one out.
If you can help me, please, please do.
And belief means trusting in Christ alone for salvation, not in our own works or efforts.
So that alone sounds a bit bloody strange.
As long as I believe in you, it doesn't matter what I do, I'm going to heaven.
But if I live my life in a nice way, a moral way, a kind way, and I don't believe in you, then I'm basically up the swanee without one of those.
Makes no sense to me.
Sorry, but it doesn't.
So, biblical prophecies make a promise By God, for the rebuilding of the third temple, known as Solomon's Temple, in Jerusalem, on what Jews and Christians call Temple Mount.
Now this also gives you a fix on current events.
Because of another biblical prophecy...
The plan is to demolish the Alaska Mosque in Jerusalem and replace it with a rebuilt third temple, Jewish temple.
Now, a few years ago, not very long, if that had been suggested that that was the plan and that's what is playing out, Then the response, understandably, will have been, you are off your head, mate.
Can you imagine the bloodbath that would follow if you sought to demolish the Alaska Mosque?
The Muslims, Palestinians, they would rise up, it would be...
A bloodbath!
But now look at it.
As a result of what's happening in Gaza.
As a result of what's happening in the West Bank.
Look at the attacks and suppression and dismantling of Hezbollah.
In Lebanon and its presence in Syria.
It suddenly gets closer and closer to being doable and that's the idea.
That's what's unfolding.
So plans for this third temple are well advanced.
As the Jewish authorities make biblical prophecies appear to be happening through God when they're doing them.
And this includes red heifers.
Now there's a little video coming up which will explain the background to the red heifers.
But this is another part of the prophecy.
That before this temple is established, there has to be red heifers kind of born in Israel.
I think they don't carry a yoke on their back.
There's a sacrifice and then that's all part of the ritual to impose the third temple.
And what they've done...
Is import red heifers from Texas to make this prophecy happen through interbreeding and having red heifers born in Israel.
Do you think God did that?
Or is it humans manipulating humans?
Biblical prophecies.
Absolutely it is.
So here's some background to the third temple.
And the voiceover here talks about heifers.
Which is heifers to you and me.
According to rabbinic tradition, since the time of Moses, nine red heifers have been sacrificed.
Since the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 AD, No red heifer has been sacrificed.
However, the rabbi Maimonides, around the year 1200, taught that the tenth red heifer would be sacrificed by the Messiah.
Those who are waiting for the construction of the third temple believe that the discovery of a red heifer That meets all the biblical requirements, signals that the temple is about to be rebuilt, and that the coming of the Messiah is near.
The Temple Institute, which advocates for the construction of the Third Temple, announced that a perfect red Haifa was born in Israel in August 2018. According to biblical eschatology, the construction of the third temple is a prophesied event that will occur before the second coming of Christ.
Jesus in Matthew 24 15 and 2 Thessalonians 2 4 predicted the desolation of the temple during the tribulation.
And as the book of Revelation indicates, there are specific references to the dimensions and details concerning the construction of a temple in Jerusalem in the last days.
For this prophecy to be fulfilled, the third temple must indeed be built and subsequently profaned as Christ predicted.
If indeed a red heifer with perfect characteristics has been found, it could be seen as another significant step towards the fulfillment of biblical prophecies.
The preparation for the temple is an essential part of this process, as the ashes of a red heifer mixed with water are needed to purify the new temple, as stipulated by Jewish law.
The appearance of this red heifer can be understood as a key piece falling into place, Indicating that the stage is being set for the fulfillment of prophecies concerning the Third Temple and the return of the Messiah.
Just my view.
I think it's all absolutely bonkers.
And here we have current events, including war and slaughter, Being driven by prophecies in a book, wherever you believe or don't believe, written by who knows who, who knows when, in who knows what circumstances.
I mean, it's a bloody head shaker, surely.
And these prophecies...
Are not happening thanks to God.
They're happening thanks to humans.
And Russell Brand, of course, is just a few months ago now.
Maybe a bit further.
Time flies.
Even though it doesn't exist.
He has been converting to Christianity.
Now posts all the time Christian things on the internet.
And he posted this this week, that these may be the end times.
And he also posted, there is a kingdom coming, and it's coming quickly.
And that captures the way that biblical belief is driving current events.
And then you look at Trump's picks for major positions in his new administration.
People like Mike Huckabee, who he has selected to be the U.S. ambassador to Israel, who is all in favor of this stuff.
These prophecies playing out.
And the new temple and all that goes with it.
Sure, he's all for the greater Israel.
Then you've got the defense secretary.
Occabee, by the way, won't even talk about the West Bank.
He'll only talk about Samaria and Judea.
That's the extent of it.
He's a Baptist preacher.
He buys the bloody lot.
Ambassador to Israel.
Then you've got the defense secretary, who's been picked.
A lot of controversy about that, but he's still there at the moment as I speak.
Who's all into all this.
You've got the UN ambassador, the US ambassador to the UN. Crucial position for these things and these events.
Israel fanatic.
You've got the Secretary of State, Mark Rubio.
Israel fanatic.
Even Robert Kennedy Jr. Israel fanatic.
And there's Trump, who's been owned by Israel most of his life.
And when they come in, Israel will get whatever it wants.
And on top of that...
There was this story overnight as I'm recording this.
Staunchly pro-Israel, Brian Mast, picked to lead House Foreign Affairs Committee.
This is Brian Mass, who's volunteered with the Israeli Defense Forces and has spoken out firmly for Israel, was selected by House Republicans to chair the House Foreign Affairs Committee, another major part of this foreign policy network.
Among other things, Mast is a staunch supporter of Israel, it says here.
In addition to his service with the U.S. military, he volunteered in the IDF through the Sa'el organization, working at a base outside Tel Aviv, packing medical kits and moving supplies.
And following the October the 7th, Happenings, horrors for everybody then and since.
Mast arrived at Congress after that wearing an IDF uniform.
And you'll be surprised to know this, but...
Prime Minister Netanyahu congratulated Mast on his appointment, stating, Congratulations to Congressman Brian Mast on his appointment to the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Brian Mast is a great American patriot and true friend of Israel, which is more like it.
So there is just some of the background to the events of this week in Syria.
And that map of the greater Israel is one to keep in mind as future events unfold.
