| I've been, of course, saying for so long that politicians don't run the world and saying for so long that politicians don't run the world and make the decisions that dictate the direction of the But shadow people do. | |

| You know, when I started saying that in the 1990s, it was like, well, well, but obviously there's widespread acknowledgement of that now. | |
| And it's come in a video I saw this week from a guy called Dominic Cummings. | |
| Now, he was chief advisor to the prime minister of Britain, Boris Johnson, during COVID. And he's been talking about how much more powerful the civil service staff are, and officials, than our elected politicians. | |
| Well, of course, I've been saying that for so long, because that's the truth. | |
| And the point is that the permanent staff and officials, they are the permanent government. | |
| Politicians come and go, but the permanent staff are always there, and they're running the same agenda. | |
| So people come in, and the agenda's sold in a different way, depending on the political people involved, but the same direction goes on. | |
| Just take this as an example. | |
| What you have is you'll have a government, what they call a government reshuffle. | |
| And that's when someone who was minister for the environment is reshuffled by the prime minister in this case, and is made foreign minister, foreign secretary, or minister of transport. | |
| Now, when the guy entered the Ministry of Environment, he knew sod all about the environment. | |
| So who told him what the policies were and who told him what he was going to say? | |
| Who wrote his speeches for him? | |
| The officials, the permanent staff. | |
| And then when he goes to be foreign secretary, the permanent staff in the foreign office then do the same. | |
| And ministry of transport, the same. | |
| And we have a... | |
| A foreign secretary currently in Britain called David Lammy, who is infamously imbecilic. | |
| I mean, he's been known for it his entire political career. | |
| And he's now foreign secretary at a time of war, conflict, upheaval. | |
| Who do you think is making his decisions for him? | |
| Well, it ain't David Lammy. | |
| That's for sure. | |
| So this is what Cummings said from his own experience in government. | |
| And he calls it stage theater. | |
| Very good term. | |
| So if you think of two roles, right? | |
| The Foreign Secretary in Great Britain and the private secretary in the PM's office responsible for foreign affairs, an official whose name has never been in the newspapers. | |
| That person was like 10 times more powerful and important than the Secretary of State was. | |
| And I think this is something which people just don't really realize. | |
| And it's part of how the whole system has become fake. | |
| So you have fake meritocracy, fake responsibility, and then fake cabinet government. | |
| So they all walk up Downing Street, the cameras whir, they pose, they smile, ha ha, I'm going into the most powerful meeting, aren't I great? | |
| But it's all nonsense. | |
| The Cabinet is just a kind of stage theatre, and actually officials in the Cabinet Office have already decided it all. | |
| When you sit in Whitehall now, in meetings, they are literally scripted. | |
| So when the Prime Minister has a meeting with ministers, What happens is that before the Prime Minister has that meeting, officials go into the Prime Minister's study, and they give them a folder. | |
| And in the folder at the front is a thing called Chairman's Notes. | |
| And that's the script, and that's what the Prime Minister reads out. | |
| And the conclusions for the meeting are in the Chairman's Notes, drafted before the meeting happens, right? | |
| So the Prime Minister says, hello, Secretary of State, blah, blah, blah. | |
| And all these officials sit around the sides on chairs around the edge of the room. | |
| And then the MP, the Secretaries of State, all look down at their folders, because they've all got their scripts, right? | |
| And this is why I use the MPC meme, right? | |
| Because then the Prime Minister reads out, well, we're here to discuss blah, blah, blah, and then he goes around the room, and then the Secretary of State for Justice or the Foreign Secretary reads out his bullet points, and then he reads out their bullet points. | |
| If anyone goes on the script, you see the officials sort of go, and then look over at the other officials inside the room and kind of go, That means we'll come back to that after the meeting and make sure that that doesn't happen. | |
| And then at the end, it was a fascinating, great discussion. | |

| And then he reads out the conclusions were all drafted in advance. | |
| And it sounds like a parody, but it is literally how the British state functions. | |
| And the MPs are happy with that, right? | |
| Well, how does the psychology of it work? | |
| The officials are happy because they have almost all the real power. | |
| The cabinet secretary is now 100 times more powerful than any cabinet minister apart from the PM. And the MPs are happy because this whole system pretends that they're in charge. | |
| So both sides are basically happy with the fake version of the government. | |
| And that is how all the different governments around the world work and operate. | |
| And so, if you are a core of this global cult, working in the shadows, and you are controlling these permanent people in governments, doesn't really matter who comes in and who doesn't. | |
| Some are more pliable than others. | |
| You are going to run the show through the permanent level of government while the politicians come and go. | |
| That is how it works. | |
| And that is what is going to happen again under Trump, the destroyer of the deep state. | |
