Exposing the WHO 'Pandemic Treaty' - Researcher James Roguski Joins Gareth Icke Tonight

Hello and welcome to Gareth Ike tonight.
As if the world wasn't already in a state of disarray, insanity and instability at every turn, our daily lives as difficult to navigate as a silted up canal, the lunatics are stepping ever closer to the big red button.
But worry not.
The US has given the Ukraine the green light to chuck long-range American missiles into Russia.
Whew!
That will calm things down.
The UK will follow suit, of course, because Chairman Starmer, the owl-faced moron, has never had an original thought in his life.
He'll do whatever the script tells him to do, and that script will tell him to escalate the war in Ukraine.
There's never been any talk of peace between the Russians and Ukrainians, no talk of de-escalation or of formal negotiations.
And that's how you know that the psychopaths' inexpensive suits have absolutely no desire for any resolution other than more carnage, more bloodshed and more taxpayer casino chips making their way to Kiev.
It's Kiev!
Starmer was pressed by a Sky News journalist about the fact that the British public are fearful of nuclear war.
But Starmer, in true politician standard, just kept reiterating our steadfast support for Ukraine.
It's not really answering the question or putting the public's mind at ease there, Chairman.
But why would he?
Doesn't work for the British people.
He works for Davos.
And the unelected Bond villains at the World Economic Forum.
He's already openly declared that allegiance.
All selected leaders across the world serve the same doomsday new normal cult.
And that cult preys on fear.
It's how they get their own way time and time again.
By creating fear within the population, a fear of war, a fear of climate change, of pandemics, of each other.
In order to create the chaos that they can use to offer the solution too.
So the brink of nuclear war is simply perfect for these maggots.
Think of the fear that will produce across Europe and across the United Kingdom, a nation that already has its people on their knees.
The highest energy prices in the world, rising taxes, freezing pensioners, releasing violent criminals, imprisoning people for saying words, food instability, the war on farmers, rising tuition fees to get the youth into debt slavery nice and early, and the spaffing of public money on net zero nonsense, and now the threat of world war, both in Eastern Europe and in the Middle East.
That's created a powder keg of disillusionment, terror, Among the population and the destruction of a nation, that and the destruction of its society is just perfect if you want the people to agree to hand over their old normal in exchange for your new vision.
You see, most of the population don't realise the power dynamic is actually in the people's favour.
Most people simply submit to perceived authority without actually realizing that the authority only has power because the far, far, far more significant majority hands that power over.
But those that are undeservedly given that authority, they know full well where the dynamic really is.
That's why they're so desperate to always control the narrative, whether that's through mainstream media controlling people's perceptions of reality, or by bringing down the hammer of censorship on anyone that deviates from that pre-agreed truth.
These people know that fear is the currency of control.
They need you worried.
Worried about paying the bills, feeding the kids, or even saying the wrong thing on the internet and getting a knock at the door.
They need you worried about those missiles heading over the North Sea, because if you're terrorised, then you're suggestible.
For instance, if I, a stranger in this scenario, walked up to you very calmly and went, alright mate, hand us over your phone, will you?
I suspect I'd be told to do one.
I'm not going to hand over my phone to a stranger.
What are you on about?
However, if I was to run up to you in a state of panic and terror, tell you that I desperately need your phone, it's a matter of life or death.
Now, not everyone, but many, would simply hand that phone over.
Why?
Well, because a state of fear and panic was created.
At that point, I've placed you in a state of fear-based decision-making.
That's when you'll agree to do things based on fear itself, rather than what you know to be right, what your moral compass would normally say, what your gut tells you to do.
Now, we all remember the COVID nonsense.
How many times did you see an old school friend, a family member, even a partner, acting in a way or saying things that were completely the opposite of how they would normally behave?
Self-prescribed libertarians calling for vaccine passports.
There were small business owners cheering on lockdowns.
Hell, a lad I used to play in a punk band with, right, was tweeting at Tesco's to grass up minimum wage employees for not wearing their mask over their noses.
We played in punk bands together.
People lost their minds and became a shadow of themselves because the fear-based psychological messaging took their true self out, took them out for a curry.
And that's what all these seemingly unconnected things are all about, making people frightened and desperate.
But that doesn't change the fact, and it will never change the fact, that we the people, we the many, we the human race, have the power over the demons that seek to divide and rule us.
Because they need our consent for every single aspect of their nefarious schemes.
And as soon as we decide en masse to withdraw that consent, the all-powerful will show themselves to be nothing more than a wet cake in a hurricane.
Our final guest this evening joins us from the United States, James.
James Roguski is a researcher, author, natural health proponent and an activist who believes that the old systems are rightfully crumbling, so we must build their replacements and we must build them quickly.
In March 2022, he uncovered documents regarding proposed amendments to the international health regulations and was instrumental in raising awareness about them.
James has also been doing everything possible to expose the WHO's hidden agenda behind their proposed pandemic agreement, as well as the fraudulent use of the PCR process as a diagnostic test.
His vision for the future can be summarised by the phrase, and I do like this, Let's get out of the who and get on with the new.
James, great to talk to you again, mate.
We spoke many times about the pandemic treaty, you know, what adopting that might mean for all of us, but we're getting very close now, aren't we?
There's a will to adopt it in the next month or so.
Just as a bit of a recap for people that maybe haven't seen our prior conversations, what did you uncover in March 2022 that concerned you so much about this?
Well, in March of 2022, there were discussions about the pandemic treaties, what most people call it.
Officially, they refer to it as the pandemic agreement.
And those were based on what has come to be known as vaccine apartheid.
If you could teleport yourself back to March and May of 2021, when the jabs were rolling out, there was a hope in many circles that, oh, if everyone just got injected with this magical new mRNA platform, then we could all go back to normal.
But when that rolled out, the poorer nations around the world were not able to obtain the vaccines.
Nations like Canada got, you know, 10 jabs for every person, but poorer nations did not get the jab.
Well, in retrospect, my goodness, how lucky were they?
But they have not come to the awareness that they dodged a bullet and missed out on all of this turbo cancer and myocarditis and, you know, sudden and excess death and so forth.
There has not been one word spoken In the two and a half years that I've been watching these negotiations about how harmful these products are, they are clamoring for more manufacturing capacity.
Literally, Article 10 in the proposed treaty is about the geographical distribution of the means of production.
Article 20 is, you know, how are they going to finance all of this?
What I discovered in March of 2022 It was something totally different.
It was the amendments to the international health regulations.
Now, contrary to what many people have said or believed, on June 1st, those amendments were adopted.
And every nation has, at least until July 19th, to write a letter to the WHO and say, no, thank you.
We do not want to adopt these changes that were, you know, or we do not want to abide by.
We reject the changes that were adopted on June 1st.
All of this is buried under, you know, potential war in Europe and the Middle East and the Trump election and everything else.
So, you know, I've just been trying to raise awareness that people pay attention to what the WHO is doing because despite everything else going on in the world, they are still trying to put together what I think is a racketeering operation, a cartel, To just manufacture more drugs and jabs for people around the world because they missed a lot of poor people the first time around.
Is there any pushback within the world's governments?
I understand that a lot of it is buried within...
Page after page after page after page.
And I'm aware, you know, I've met a few politicians in my time, I can't imagine them actually reading really anything.
They just kind of do what they're told by their advisor.
But is there anyone within that political realm that's actually speaking out and saying, hang on a minute, I don't go along with this?
There are people in Japan, in Slovakia, people like Senator Ron Johnson in the United States, and there are small numbers of people, but they're not having an impact on the negotiations.
The people who are busy negotiating include 400 what I call special interest lobbyists.
They refer to these groups as relevant stakeholders.
And so they are negotiating a business deal.
This is not what most people have come to think it is.
What this really is, is an agreement amongst the powers that be to funnel money into the pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex to build capacity to manufacture more mRNA jabs for, you know, Probably 500 different ones.
There's a document from these organizations saying that, you know, this is the decade of vaccines.
And so the problem is bigger than the WHO. The treaty, you know, they have this treaty where you can see here, some of it is green, some of it is yellow, some of it is blue.
In these negotiations, they're going to be having another meeting December 2nd to the 6th.
Large swaths of this have already been agreed upon.
They're still working out some of the details.
They still have some disagreement.
But you have to look at this as a bunch of mafia crime families coming together to figure out how they're going to get government money to flow through the WHO to fund their very profitable venture of injecting poisons into people,
making them believe that by altering your immune function to attack your own body, as your body has been turned into a protein manufacturing facility, to trigger an immune response that does not give you immunity. to trigger an immune response that does not give you
It gives you the illusion of immunity while damaging your health so that you keep going back to the pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex for more and more care as you become more and more ill.
So whether they sign this treaty or not, it's kind of the icing on the cake for them.
It'll get them...
Billions of dollars, where they're already investing hundreds of millions of dollars around the world to build more capacity.
You know, in Japan, they have not mRNA, but SARNA, self-amplifying.
You know, they want your body to become their factory to make proteins that make you ill.
People need to get a grasp of, you know, these negotiations are not about national sovereignty.
They're not about mandates and lockdowns and, you know, what your doctor is going to tell you you can or cannot do.
This is a corrupt business deal.
To funnel billions of dollars into their industry so that jabs are falling off the shelf a dime a dozen.
Anytime you go to the doctor or anytime the WHO does anything, the solution is going to be yet another injection of some mRNA for this, that, or the other problem.
And these are not solutions.
These are biological weapons.
Well, they don't want solutions, do they?
I mean, a healthy population is not great for business.
Do you think if this is all adopted, the treaty goes through, the amendments go through, all the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted, that then we'll suddenly see another pandemic and then another pandemic?
So it will be a case of, oh, it's monkeypox vaccine.
Oh, we've got rid of that.
Yeah, OK, fine.
Oh, no, we've got COVID-25.
Right, bosh.
Can you see that happening?
Absolutely.
I mean, in this document, they're incentivizing those types of things.
They're incentivizing, throwing money at looking for the next pathogen with pandemic potential.
They refer to it as the pathogen access and benefit sharing system.
If you go out into the local bat cave or your veterinarian's office or the septic system or sewage treatment plant and find some genetic sequence that they can then model in a computer and claim that, you know, this has the potential to be pathogenic, then the contracts will start to flow and, you know, the testing, which is quite frankly fraudulent, The drug development, the JABS, the mRNA platform, stick a different genetic sequence in there.
Then they want to get contracts to put all of that into the WHO's global distribution and logistics network.
Currently in this document, they want 20% of all production to go to the WHO. So, you know, what they are doing is incentivizing people to go looking for pathogens, incentivizing the manufacturing of more jabs to essentially build their business.
And so I've described this in a couple of different ways.
People have heard of OPEC. The oil producing and exporting countries.
Well, this is the new OPEC. This is the organization of pandemic emergency corporations.
There is enormous profit to be made from fear-mongering.
Oh, you know, we found H5N1 in the Los Angeles sewage treatment system, so everybody's got to get jabbed.
Or, you know, whether it's poultry operations or dairy farms or, you know, literally your veterinarian's office, your hospital.
This is what they did in, of all places, Gaza.
This is so astonishing and people just don't understand.
They claimed, with a PCR test, to have identified vaccine-derived poliovirus in the wastewater in Gaza.
And with all that's going on in that war-torn area, they were able to not inject, because poliovirus is an oral vaccine, People, children throughout Gaza, with vaccine-derived polio virus.
You have to scratch your head and think about what's going on here.
They found the very problem that they are causing, and they claimed it was a crisis so that they could cause it even harder.

They use a fraudulent PCR process to claim that they've identified a pathogen that has pandemic potential.
And the definition that they've put in here, nobody would have had to have died.
It's just a declaration.
And once they trigger the fear, it's not that the WHO orders nation to do this, that or the other.
They're smarter and savvier than that.
They just crank up the fear.
They make a declaration of a fake, a public health emergency of international concern, or a super fake, as I call it, a pandemic emergency.
Based on criteria that only the director general decides, you know, this is what he has decided.
And then government locally kicks into gear to implement that, not because they're legally obligated to, but because they've decided that this is a good reason to give to put their operations, you know, into effect.
And so your local tyrant, whether it's, you know, local council or city, Municipality, county, state, whatever it may be, they did not need the pandemic agreement to attempt or successfully abuse your rights and freedoms over the last four or five years.
They did that all, you know, quite well by themselves.
This is just going to give them more ample reason to trigger the tyranny that they, you know, will do if we allow them to do so.
And we just simply have to say no.
Absolutely.
I remember the Gaza polio vaccine debacle.
I found that extraordinary because you had all these people coming out, standing on moralistic soapboxes saying that these children need to be injected with this polio vaccine, but none of them were stood on that soapbox trying to say that they shouldn't be getting blown to pieces.
The whole thing was just absolutely extraordinary to me.
Do you think that the election of Trump will change any of this?
Now, I don't think Trump's a good guy.
I don't trust any politicians.
But what I mean is...
He was quite openly about defunding the World Health Organization and stuff like that.
So on the face of it, even though obviously it's theatre, isn't it, politics, but on the face of it, he's anti-World Health Organization.
Can you see his election affecting this treaty in any way, or do you think they'll basically just try and get it through well before he gets signed in as president anyway?
Well, you know, I'll give you a fist bump on the not trusting any politician statement that you just made.
I'm with you on that.
You know, I believe things when I see them actually happen.
You know, talk is easy and cheap.
And so Donald Trump is on record as having said the things that you just said about not doing the treaty or the amendments or the WHO, you know, actually abolishing it.
But that is not enough.
That doesn't fix the problem.
The WHO is just the front man, if you will.
It's the marketing and promotion arm for a much bigger monster, which is Big Harba.
And so even if the WHO disappeared off the planet tomorrow, the pharmaceutical industry is still going to be doing the very same thing.
This treaty would put an air of approval from national governments and would bring in billions, if not trillions of dollars.
So they want it very much.
But if it falls apart, they're still building, you know, self-amplifying RNA manufacturing plants in Japan.
They're building an automated mRNA manufacturing plant in Singapore, you know, fully automated.
Now robots are making poisons to kill humans.
And, you know, The bigger problem is the belief that injecting substances into your body to make your body into a manufacturing plant to make toxic poisons to trigger your immune system to attack your own tissues and slowly kill you.
The belief that the RNA platform is anything other than a biological weapons delivery system.
is the problem.
And in these negotiations, that has certainly never been spoken.
They view this as, seriously, these are the terms that they've used, vaccine apartheid.
Oh, all of the wealthy nations of the West got all of the jabs that they could manufacture.
What about the poor people of the world?
Well, the lesson that they learned, meaning the delegates and the WHO and Big Pharma, is that Big Pharma was not big enough to have jabs ready for 8 billion people around the planet.
They learned their lesson, and these negotiations are addressing the problems that they had.
They're talking about liability protection.
They're talking about investment.
They're talking about research.
They're talking about global distribution and logistics.
They're not talking about how each and every thing that they did from the lockdowns and travel restrictions and social distancing and masking and drugs and ventilators and all of the many jams all harmed we the people.
Well, what did they see?
They saw enormous profit, but they saw that they missed out on a very large market sector in the poor nations of the world, and this agreement is designed to fund their expansion into those areas of the world.
Now, we're already doing this.
The United States Defense Department, through the National Defense Authorization Act, Put forth $5 billion to the World Bank-run pandemic fund.
And we've been doling out hundreds of millions of dollars to 50 or more countries around the world to build the laboratories, to do the research, to look for pathogens and develop more Covered countermeasures, okay?
In the language of the Defense Department and the PREP Act, these are not vaccines.
They're covered countermeasures, which is a biological weapons terminology.
Oh, there's a weapon out there, there's a pathogen, and we have to make a countermeasure, you know, to protect our troops or however it may be.
And this is what we're dealing with.
You know, Warp Speed, Project, you know, Operation Warp Speed, What we're dealing with is World War III on a biological weapons level that when people stop and think about it, it becomes very, very clear.
But when you listen to the way the media presents it, Oh, you know, it's this wonderful technology to save the world, you know, save children from RSV. Well, pay no attention to the side effects and the damage and the long-term rise in disease and sudden and excess death.
Pay no attention to that.
If you die from the jab, then you're less likely to get the disease that the jab is actually more likely to cause because you're no longer on the planet.
And so what we're dealing with are customer acquisition tools.
They don't make you healthier.
They give you the illusion because you come down with so many other problems, you don't worry about the problem that they said the jab was meant to stop.
If you're having myocarditis and heart attacks and strokes and turbo cancer, you know, your common cold You know, you don't even think about that.
Even when you look at the statistics that people got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 jabs were more likely to come down with a diagnosis of COVID. And, you know, when they say something is effective, They neglect to say that that effective might be negative.
The effectiveness when you're more likely to get the disease that the jab was supposed to prevent is you can still say it's effective.
You just have to really honestly say that it's a negative effectiveness.
And this is what we're seeing with people who got the jab.
There's so many people who, you know, got the two-shot cores from Pfizer or the one from Moderna and got a booster and a booster and a booster and a booster.
And, you know, even Fauci, I've lost track of how many times he said he's already had COVID. Well, what the heck good are the jabs other than damaging your immune system, making it be more imbalanced?
And making you a better customer for potentially the rest of your life.
This is what we're dealing with here.
And until people realize that we are in World War Three on a biological weapons standpoint, and push back and say, not just the COVID jabs, but anything associated with this platform.
Needs to be stopped immediately.
There need to be injunctions and warrants and seizures of these products.
They need to be taken off the market.
They are not fit for purpose unless that purpose is to harm and kill the people who take the injections.
