Hello and welcome to the ICONiC.Connect the news show.
Well, there's so much going on.
You've got the war in Ukraine ramping up all the time.
You've got the bank collapses in the United States, which look very ominous, to say the least.
And so much is happening.
So why am I going to start the show today talking about a BBC football presenter, former footballer, called Gary Lineker?
Well, because there is a mentality.
Which you can connect into all these different elements.
Like the climate change hoax, like mass migration without limit, and the COVID hoax, and all these different elements.
Ukraine, what's going on there?
And you find this mentality called woke is in favor of all these things.
that are going on.
And so, if you think that the climate change nonsense caused by humans is transforming human society, if you think the transgender stuff is transforming society, that increasingly what's happening in Ukraine is impacting upon society, And if you thought the COVID hoax impacted on society, well, there is a common theme, a common mentality that supports all of it.
And to enter this club of woke, You first of all have to be extraordinarily uninformed.
Critical thought immediately gets you banned from woke.
It's like blasphema!
You have to be incredibly smug and full of your own sense of virtue.
In short, you have to be up your own backside.
And you have to be also to gain entry.
Fantastically hypocritical.
What you say and what you do mustn't be the same thing.
And I've kind of seen all of this.
Personified, really, certainly focused, around this guy Gary Lineker in the last week or so.
People in Britain will know what's gone on, but for those around the world who haven't seen it, Gary Lineker is a presenter, former footballer, of a Saturday night football highlight show called Match of the Day.
Now, the BBC, because it's paid for by the by the public in something called the licence fee, has to try to maintain Not impartiality, but the myth and image of impartiality.
So when one of its number, like its highest paid presenter, God knows why, Gary Lineker, starts kicking off on social media, as he does all the time, in a political way, well, the BBC gets a little bit Concerned because through that people might realize, and so many already have mine, that the BBC is not impartial at all, certainly not in ways that I'll come to.
So it's all about a situation that's been developing for some time.
Whereby migrants are crossing the channel in boats, dinghies, from France into England in increasing numbers.
They're entering the country illegally and the government's been putting them up in hotels, taking over whole hotels, many with a cultural history.
And filling them with migrants.
Not only that, sacking the staff at the hotel so a private company can come in and take it over and run the show.
And people in small communities have been told by the government that a group of migrants are going to come in, crossing the channel illegally, That are not far off the numbers that live there already.
And so people have not been happy with it, as you can understand.
And so the government, one or two individuals maybe, but the government as a whole didn't really want to do anything about it for reasons I'm going to come to.
But such is public disquiet That they've had to say, we're going to do this, we're going to do that to try to stop it.
And so Gary Lineker, Mr. Woke, doesn't like that at all.
Not that it affects him where he lives in a very rich and prosperous area of London, but it all came down to this tweet.
Where he said, there is no huge influx.
We take far fewer refugees than other major countries.
Note the use of the word refugees.
I'll come to that.
This is just an immeasurably cruel policy directed at the most vulnerable people
in language that is not dissimilar to that used by Germany in the 1930s.
Yeah, so you are comparing what people are saying about migrants coming illegally across the channel.
to what happened in Nazi Germany, which is, you know, rather extraordinary in itself.
And as for there is no huge influx, well, there might not be, Mr. Lineker, in the leafy lanes of Barnes in London, where you live.
But other people in seaside towns and communities have felt that there has been a huge influx.
And then, like I mentioned, there's the use of the word refugee, which of course has connotations and it has an emotional impact.
You think of people fleeing war, fleeing governments, dictatorships, abusing the population.
And is there some of that?
Yes.
And those that are fleeing genuinely war should be helped, absolutely.
But that is not what is happening.
What we're seeing are overwhelmingly adult young men coming into the country, not from a war zone, but from France, And before that, many of them from Albania.
No bombs dropping there, the last I heard.
And they're coming into the country illegally.
And there are consequences for that, which are not suffered by Gary Lineker, but are by many of the population as a whole.
And so What we have is an inability in the woke mentality to see shades of grey.
Everything is either black or it's white.
There's nothing in between.
So everybody that wants to come into the country illegally is a refugee fleeing war suddenly when they're not.
And here's some woke celebrities.
Actually, some of them I've seen in other videos pushing the fake vaccine, the fake COVID vaccine, which has caused so much death and health destruction in its wake.
And note, again, The use of the word refugee, as if you are criminalizing people fleeing war.
And note also, the delivery.
The, I'm ever so nice, I am, I'm lovely, I am, I care, I do, delivery.
Which you get every time from these wokers.
Here's an example.
You're a mother fleeing with your toddler and a baby from bombs falling on your home.
You're a criminal.
You're an elderly grandmother.
You have trouble walking and you're trying to reunite with family.
You're a criminal.
You're heavily pregnant trying to escape with nothing but the clothes on your back.
You're a criminal.
You're a teenager and you don't even know where your family is or if they're even alive.
You're a criminal.
You're a diabetic.
You've lost your medicine.
You've not eaten for days.
You're a criminal.
You're in a wheelchair, trying to escape the dangers of war.
You have to cross streets strewn with rubble and muddy fields.
You're a criminal.
You desperately need to find a safe place, but can't find an officially sanctioned route?
You're a criminal.
This government wants to criminalise desperate refugees for taking what they see as the wrong path to safety.
It's not always possible to take the right path when you're running from bombs.
No matter where you're from, or which war you're running from, your life matters.
No refugee trying to find safety should be treated like a criminal.
No mate, they shouldn't.
And like I say, I'm all in favor of helping people, genuinely.
Fleeing, war, and so on.
But that's not what is happening overwhelmingly.
And to talk about refugees fleeing war, we're turning them into criminals, is a gross misrepresentation, classic wokery, Of what's going on.
So what is going on?
Well, I've been writing and saying for decades that this global cult I talk about has a very clear plan to transform the nature of Western society.
Very calculated, very cold, It's being orchestrated and funded through organizations connected to George Soros and many other so-called non-governmental organizations, NGOs, that are working together to open the door to unlimited migration into Europe and into the United States.
This is why Under the Biden administration, millions of people illegally have just walked across the southern border.
They're being bused to aircraft, military bases, etc.
and then flown into the interior of the United States.
This is what's happening, and it's systematic.
Why?
Because they want to change the demographic and cultural nature of Western society.
Oh, you're a racist!
No, no.
It's what is happening and you are not going to stop me saying so out of fear of being called a racist by a woke mentality that is unbelievably racist.
Here's a story from this week.
Red Cross provides illegals with maps and tips about how to cross border into the US.
First of all, Do these NGOs behind all this, orchestrating all this, could they give a damn about the migrants?
They couldn't care less.
To them, they're just a pawn in the game to get the end that their masters want and fund.
So, Red Cross provides illegals with maps and tips about how to cross border into the US.
The Red Cross is providing materials to undocumented immigrants in an attempt to help them successfully Cross the border into the US according to a report.
The documents obtained by the Daily Caller show that maps and guides for migrants to make the dangerous journeys to the US-Mexican border.
And Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb said, they didn't tell asthmatics to bring their inhalers.
They didn't tell diabetics to bring their diabetes medicine.
But they did tell the women to bring contraceptives because they know that women are being raped.
And include children in that too!
With the people-trafficking gangs that are involved in this.
This is the woke mentality.
It cares with its words but not with its actions and certainly not with its critical thought that sees that not everything is black and white funnily enough.
We have the drug trafficking gangs in the Mexico cartels Who are taking advantage of the open borders, the open southern border of the United States, to pour fentanyl into America, which has killed fantastic numbers of people and destroyed communities.
And where does the fentanyl start out?
China!
But no, it's all about migrants, refugees, not migrants, refugees.
Because you're a racist if you say anything else.
And the great irony in all this, there's so many ironies in all this, is that this Lineker situation has been promoted as an issue of free speech Because what the BBC did when Lineker made that tweet was to suspend him from presenting Match of the Day.
God, how will we cope?
Last Saturday.
And then, after the furore over free speech from the Wokers, who are trying to silence anyone they don't agree with, The BBC changed his mind and now he's going to be back on the show.
It's extraordinary.
The lack of self-awareness that you see, that a woke mentality that seeks to cancel people who have a different opinion, Suddenly are going crazy in outrage over Lineker's free speech.
And I don't think he should have been taken off the show.
If the guy wants to tweet and make a prat of himself with anyone with a brain cell on active duty, then he should be allowed to do so, I think.
But the point is, The woke mentality couldn't care less about free speech, except when it affects it.
And it's a great example this week.
There's a BBC newsreader called Fiona Bruce, and she was in effect dropped by a woke charity after being an ambassador for it for 25 years, by the way.
After she made a perfectly valid contextual comment during a BBC discussion program that she presented.
And I've got a quote for you here that just absolutely encapsulates the woke mentality.
Fiona Bruce, after the furore of what she said, Um, said she would stand down from this charity and the charity immediately accepted that because they were outraged.
But this is what the charity said.
While we know the words were not Fiona's and were words she was legally obliged to read out, This does not lessen the impact and we cannot lose sight of that.
Well, you've lost bloody sight of everything else.
Why not that?
When you reach the point that something is said on a discussion program and the presenter thinks, well, I have to put this in context because legally I'm going to have to say this and you say it.
And the charity that really wants you to go then, can see that you legally had to say it, but says, what?
You were wrong to do it anyway?
This is the strange world that Wokery lives in, where no bloody dots Connect.
And there's a bloke in Britain, he's a Guardian columnist, called Owen Jones.
And it's quite a good kind of rule of thumb, really.
If he's on your side, you're probably wrong.
And so Owen Jones was up and at it, this man who cares so much about free speech.
In support of Gary Lineker and what he said and his right to say it.
Cue the man-child.
Did I expect the revolution to be led by Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer, Jermaine Janasse, Alex Scott, and the commentators of Match of the Day, plus essentially the entire sports department of the BBC?
No, I did not.
But you know what?
Needs must.
A little pray-see of what's happened, because this is such an important moment.
Such an important moment.
What this entire episode has done is expose the political nature of the BBC in very, very vivid technicolour in a way that is now impossible to deny.
This is a very educational moment.
It must be an educational moment.
A bonfire of illusions.
Now, Gavin Linaker was suspended What was that?
He said.
importantly say this, suspended by the BBC for exercising his free speech as someone
on a freelance contract who is not a political journalist in critiquing the despicable war
in rhetoric and policy waged by the Conservative government on some of the most vulnerable
people on the face of the earth.
What was that, he said?
Thank you.
They're coming in from France.
They're coming in from Albania.
But again, there's no shades of grey.
Just black or white.
And this is an Owen Jones who's actually said there is no cancel culture.
So me being banned from 26 European countries, banned from Australia, that's just a myth, is it?
And all these people who are not allowed to speak at universities and venues, including me?
That's all a myth, is it?
But when Wokery thinks that its free speech is being denied, it's Straight in there with its outrage.
And the other thing about the woke mentality is its extraordinary hypocrisy.
I mean, we've seen this before with Gary Lineker.
He's got form, this bloke.
He was the one that was going on and castigating people for not wearing masks in shops.
And then he was caught in a shop without a mask during the COVID mask mandate.
But oh no, it's all right.
Do as I do.
No, no.
Do as I say, not as I do.
And there's another bloke, another football pundit with another channel called Gary Neville, another WOKER.
And what did he say this week in this Lineker situation?
This is what happens when you take on the Tories, the Conservative Party for people around the world, and the system.
This is what happens when you take on the system.
Mr. Neville, you and Mr. Lineker are the system.
You are part of the system.
You are promoting everything the system wants.
And both of these people have formed with hypocrisy.
You had Gary Neville, who was condemning In the strongest terms, Qatar and its abuse of migrant workers building the stadiums for the World Cup last year for being anti-LGBTQ and all the rest of it.
And yet, Gary Neville Went to Qatar to work on the World Cup and took money from the state broadcaster.
And you had Gary Lineker doing the same virtue signaling.
Oh, what's happening in Qatar is terrible.
Oh, the migrant workers, the stadiums.
Oh, how would you be doing?
To the point where he introduced the World Cup coverage for the BBC.
With a monologue.
The one thing is though, Gary, mate, you still went there and you still took the brass for going there.
Here he is.
It's the most controversial World Cup in history and a ball hasn't even been kicked.
Ever since FIFA chose Qatar back in 2010, the smallest nation to have hosted football's greatest competition has faced some big questions.
From accusations of corruption in the bidding process to the treatment of migrant workers who built the stadiums where many lost their lives.
Homosexuality is illegal here.
Women's rights and freedom of expression are in the spotlight.
Also, the decision six years ago to switch the World Cup from summer to winter.
Against that backdrop, there's a tournament to be played.
One that will be watched and enjoyed around the world.
Stick to football, say FIFA.
Well, we will.
For a couple of minutes at least.
So, all in all, I don't think I'll take lectures on anything from Mr Lineker, who, by the way, lives in Barnes, which is a ward in Richmond-upon-Thames in London.
Very nice.
And in Barnes, 63.8% of people were born in England.
The top answers for country of birth were 2.4% United States, 2.1% Australia, 1.9% Scotland,
1.8% Ireland, 1.4% South Africa, 1.3% Wales, 1.1% India, 1.1% Iran, and 1% South America.
86.2% of people living in Barnes speak English.
The other top languages are 2.3% Swedish, 1.1% French, 1.1% Spanish, 0.9% Polish, 0.8% German,
0.7% Italian, 0.7% Arabic, 0.7% Persian and Farsi, and 0.5% Russian.
The religious makeup of Barnes is 59% Christian, 4.1% Muslim, 1.4% Jewish, 1.1% Hindu, 0.8% Buddhist
and 0.2% Sikh.
It's considered one of the safest areas in London with a crime rate lower than the average in Britain.
Properties in Barnes have an overall average price of £1,321,214.
A terrace property can sell for £1.3 million plus.
Flats for £625,000 etc.
£114. A terrace property can sell for £1.3 million plus flats for £625,000 etc. And
Liddico lives in a detached house which has been valued at, it seems, around £4 million.
So this is a man lecturing people in small communities and seaside towns where migrants
crossing the channel illegally are being increasingly housed.
Thank you for watching.
It is an extraordinary lack of self-awareness that someone living in that situation can lecture those who are taking the consequences of what he's saying.
must happen.
But disagree with the Wokers and you are a racist.
Yes, Britain is a racist society.
Here's some confirmation.
Britain has a prime minister, Rishi Sunak, who is a Hindu.
His parents were born in Kenya and what is now Tanzania.
His grandparents came from Pakistan and present-day India.
The mayor of Britain's capital city, London, is a guy called Sadiq Khan.
He's a Muslim.
His father and mother came to London from Pakistan.
Then, in Scotland, I read this week that a reported frontrunner for the next Scottish leader is a guy called Humza Yousaf.
His father was born in Pakistan, his mother was born in Kenya, to a family of South Asian descent.
And apparently, Yousaf has vowed to break up Britain by any means possible.
So, Just as with America giving Barack Obama two terms as president, we're supposed to believe that Britain overall and America overall is a racist society.
Why?
Well, it suits the woke vision of what we're supposed to believe.
And then we come to the BBC itself and the myth of impartiality.
The BBC is extraordinarily biased.
Where it talks about impartiality, what it's talking about Is party political impartiality?
Not that it really is, but that's what it's focusing on.
Does it promote the Labour Party or does it promote the Conservative Party?
Your Neville's and your Lineker's obviously go to the Labour side, but That's what they're talking about.
Party political impartiality.
They're not talking about impartiality.
If you take the agenda of this global cult, the BBC is on board with all of it.
And this agenda is being imposed through both political parties.
In the one party state.
So you try to get on the BBC to challenge the hoax of climate change caused by humans.
No chance.
You try to challenge the transgender extremism.
To challenge what's going on in Ukraine.
The BBC was incredibly, continues to be biased over Brexit.
And here's the thing.
Same with mass migration.
If Gary Lineker had have tweeted That the government policy on stopping illegal migration across the English Channel was the correct one?
Had he pointed out all the communities that are being affected by lots and lots of migrants turning up illegally to be put up by the government in hotels?
If he'd have complained and said, oh, look, what about these small communities that are being told that they're going to have an influx of migrants very close to the number that live there already?
Mr. Lineker would have been out the bloody door before his feet touched the ground.
That is the real impartiality of the BBC.
Everything this global cult wants, the BBC promotes.
And I saw this story this week.
BBC is caught in fresh impartiality row.
Oh, really?
Do tell me, pray.
Over new David Attenborough show that will not be aired on regular TV and claims that Beeb bosses fear right-wing backlash.
This is a David Attenborough, a god-like figure at the BBC, who has been allowed to promote the climate change hoax year after year after year after year.
And so much of what he says has been demolished by others that will never get close to appearing.
on the impartial BBC.
And I did love this quote in the story.
Green Party MP for Brighton Pavilion, Caroline Lucas, struck out at the BBC, slamming its decision over this Attenborough programme as an unforgivable dereliction of its duty to public service broadcasting.
Which reminded me of this story.
By a guy who was a BBC newsreader.
It's called Peter Sissons.
And he did try to be a journalist when it was still, well, not allowed.
He was right on the end of it at the BBC.
And he said this.
He interviewed Caroline Lucas.
who went into the Westminster studio to be interviewed on the BBC News channel.
She clearly, Sisson said, expected what I call a free hit, to be allowed to voice her views without
being challenged on them. I pointed out to her, he said, that the climate didn't seem to be playing
ball at the moment. We were having a particularly cold winter, even though carbon emissions were
Indeed, there had been no warming for 10 years, contradicting all the alarming computer predictions.
Well, said Sissons, Lucas was outraged.
I don't have the actual transcript, he said, but Miss Lucas told me angrily that it was disgraceful that the BBC, the BBC, should be giving any kind of publicity to those sorts of views.
And he said, I believe I am one of a tiny number of BBC interviewers who have so much as raised the possibility that there is another side to the debate on climate change.
And he says that this situation with Miss Lucas So outraged about what she supports being sensitive.
That it went right to the top of the BBC to be discussed about what he said.
So we are dealing With an hypocrisy that beggars belief.
I believe in free speech.
Everyone should have it and then take the consequences of what they say.
But that's not what we're seeing.
One rule for thee and another for me.
And the BBC is paid for by something called the licence fee.
It's £159 a year.
£159 a year and a lot of it goes to Gary Lineker, man of the people and man of the downtrodden.
I I used to work for BBC Sport a long time ago and I worked here and there on the same Match of the Day programme.
I can tell you As a football presentation gig, it is an absolute bloody joddle.
You're reading short links.
They're in that bloody autocue on the camera in front of you.
Most of the program is football highlights, and then you throw it to some pundits.
To speak about this, that and the other.
It's a doddle!
Somehow Gary Lineker has become, for presenting it, the said doddle,
the BBC's highest paid presenter.
he is paid £1.35 million a year for presenting a programme on a Saturday night only in the winter.
So.
And his pundits that spout their opinions on it all went out on strike with him this week when he was suspended.
Oh, no, we're not doing it either.
We're nice.
We are.
We care.
One of them's called Alan Shearer.
He's paid the best part of half a million pounds a year.
Then there's all the others like Ian Wright and Jermaine Genis and Alex Scott, all on the payroll.
And so you're looking at a weekly show, only in the winter, that in presenters alone, We'll be costing the BBC the best part of 1,700,000 or more a year.
And that's being paid for by thousands and thousands of license fees.
And here's a couple of stories.
BBC threatens pensioners with bailiffs if they don't pay the licence fee after spending 38 million on call centres and 800 staff to enforce collection of what was then £157.50, now £159.
£157.50, now £159. BBC will send in forces to homes of 260,000 pensioners in licence fee clawback.
The warning comes 11 months after 3 million over 75s lost their entitlement to free licence fees
following a funding row between the BBC and the government.
Those 75 year olds are paying for Lineker's £1.3 million a year salary.
And what comes out of all this, I kind of focused it because you can see it before, is the BBC is a bloody disgrace.
It's a disgrace to journalism.
Pushing all these things, it pushed the COVID stuff.
Oh no, push back on COVID, not allowed.
Do you know there were elements of the BBC that actually pressured social media companies to ban
me in the spring of 2020 for saying what has now turned out in terms of Covid to be true?
The BBC is...
is a thoroughly partial biased organization and as such has conceded the right to be paid for by the general population because if you don't pay the license fee You cannot only be prosecuted for not funding the BBC.
You have to pay the license fee to the BBC, even though you never watch the BBC, because it's the license that allows you to watch any TV channel.
It's unbelievable!
And what is happening now?
As more and more people awaken to the way they've been shafted by this system in every way, shape and form, is they're refusing to pay the license fee more and more and more.
And what has happened this week with the Lineker row will, I'm sure, increase that number dramatically.
To continue watching the whole of the Iconic.Connect, the new show, go to iconic.com from 7pm every Friday, and you can take out a free seven-day trial whenever you want.
The whole basis of the manipulation is to divide us, and is to get us to judge each other, to hate each other, to envy each other, to compete with each other.
It's to confuse people, especially the young, about their gender, who weren't confused before.
That's what it's about!
A lot of people don't carry cash anymore, and they're not grabbing credit cards either.
Instead, they're using their smartphones.
A currency that wouldn't be cash, it would be merely electronic, for which there are fundamental implications for human freedom.
The United States is preparing for a war against Russia through Ukraine, and what they plan is to try to take Crimea back.
