Netherlands court verdict on David Icke's appeal against his ban from 26 European countries

Hello, everybody. I've just got the verdict.
verdict.
I bet you can't guess what it is.
Of my appeal against my ban from 26 European countries, which came as a result of being invited to speak at a peace rally in Amsterdam, me accepting the invitation, and then Fiorore being systematically, and in a very calculated fashion, whipped up to justify banning me from not just going to the peace rally, but from the Netherlands and 25 other European countries in the Schengen border group area.
And because other countries around the world, including the United States, use the Schengen information system, as they call it, as their criteria for whether they let you into their country.
This decision means that I'm banned from much of the world.
One man talking about the need for peace, love, and the end of tyranny.
But of course, when you're talking about the end of tyranny, and you are exposing the fact that we live in a tyranny, then those running the tyranny don't want other people to hear what you have to say.
I appealed against the judgment.
This is the first stage, really, because we're going to go on and on and on.
And if you saw the live stream of the court hearing last week, through Iconic, You will have seen that the Netherlands government produced no evidence worth the name to justify banning me from the Netherlands and all those other countries.
In fact, they didn't even try.
And the fact that they didn't try, I thought, this is a stitch up.
Of course, it's a stitch up.
That's the way it works.
And so today we've had the judgment and it says, The preliminary relief judge rules that the state secretary does not wrongly regard the applicant as a spreader of conspiracy theories.
Now, if we let that sink in, this is saying that if you have a different view of the government narrative, if you are exposing With evidential detail, the fact that the authorities are lying, then they can dub you a conspiracy theorist, and once they've done that, they can ban you from 26 European countries.
This is where we got the fact that I questioned, questioned, exposed, The lies of the COVID era, the lies about lockdown, the lies about the virus, the lies about masks, and the lies about the fake vaccine, which has killed already untold fantastic numbers of people worldwide and destroyed the health of even more.
So even if you are producing evidence to expose the lies of the authorities, you are still a conspiracy theorist and on this basis you can be banned as a matter of course for having a different version of reality to the government.
Now that, by any criteria, passing through the mind of someone with a brain cell, is an extreme tyranny that the Nazis would have been proud of.
I said would have been proud of because the Nazis just changed their jackboots and goose steps and stupid mustaches for business suits and went global.
The judgment goes on.
As the applicant states in his appeal, the core of the message he is spreading is that current politicians and policy makers are systematically committing crimes by undermining the rule of law and faking a pandemic to push an agenda and subject the population to medical experiments.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
And I can produce the evidence.
to support that.
Indeed, study after study is increasingly, even mainstream ones, supporting that.
And the fact that we were lied to over and over again, like machine gun fire, to justify all the impositions of the COVID era that have demolished the world economy and people now worldwide are taking the consequences of that.
If you expose that, while it was happening, you're a conspiracy theorist.
And if you're a conspiracy theorist, you can, by definition, be banned from 26 European countries.
This is the scale of tyranny, of fascism, that now passes for democracy and the rule of law.
In our world.
Not least the Netherlands.
So the judgment goes on.
It is precisely this kind of thinking that the terrorist organization, security and terrorism organization in the Netherlands, bunch of prats, warns against in its threats analysis.
That's analysis of me.
Just going to speak at a peace rally and say, let's end war, because there's no point.
It just benefits the few.
According to this security and terrorism organization, the said bunch of prats, the NCTV, such theories lead to dehumanization of opponents, extremism and violence, and thus to a threat to public order.
So, Mr Judgeman, what you're saying is that if you expose the fact the government is lying to us, then by definition this will dehumanize opponents.
I wonder if this judge and the system he serves He thinks that artificially inflating energy prices so that enormous numbers of people, not least the elderly, are going to die from the cold this winter might just dehumanize them.
I wonder if he would consider the possibility That forcing masks upon people, forcing children in schools to wear masks, isolating children with all the psychological consequences that have followed, destroying people's jobs, destroying people's businesses, forcing upon them fake vaccines that have killed so many and maimed even more,
Might just dehumanize the people who suffer the consequences.
What do you think, Judge?
My God, I've been saying for 30 years this world is inverted.
Everything that should be, it's the opposite.
And this is an inversion.
A classic inversion of the system.
You talk about peace, you're a danger.
You might cause violence.
You expose lies, you're dehumanizing the liars, even though you have evidence to support it.
But the liars can dehumanize the population.
That's not a problem.
And so what this judgment is saying, in fact, is that you can't criticize the government.
You can't have a different view of reality and events to the government.
Or you are a conspiracy theorist, and if you're a conspiracy theorist, you can be banned.
As a matter of course.
Mr. Judge, you are a disgrace to freedom, and a disgrace to freedom of speech.
And you know the saddest thing?
In many ways, the most sinister thing?
is that I never expected anything other than this judgment.
Because the judge upsets the government and the authorities that pay his wages and give him the position he's in.
Or he exposes with the judgment for anyone still with a mind of their own In the Netherlands and worldwide.
That indeed, we live in a tyranny of ever greater extremes, in which all aspects of the system, government, media, my God, the media in the Netherlands, I thought I'd seen some bad media, but my God, They're major league, they're!
Media, government, judiciary, police, military, corporations.
The whole thing's stitched up.
And it's a conspiracy theory to say so.
I don't give a shit, judge.
I don't give a shit.
Netherlands government.
I don't give a shit, any government.
I'm going to go on saying it.
You know why?
Because it's true.
And more and more people are realizing it is true.
And we have this ludicrous situation because these people in the end are not very bright.
I have said all these years that the world is controlled by psychopaths and run by idiots on their behalf.
And that is my daily experience, not least with regard to this case in the Netherlands.
And so in trying to stop the population of the Netherlands hearing what I have to say, they have pointed enormous numbers of people in the Netherlands, more than ever before, fantastically more than ever before, at what I'm saying.
Not very bright.
And we will continue.
This is just one case and we'll keep going on because we cannot fold in the face of what's happened and in the face of the fact that we have now reached the point clearly with this bloke's judgment that you cannot have a different version of anything To the authorities.
Otherwise they'll silence you.
Or try to.
Upward and onward.

The whole basis of the manipulation is to divide us, and is to get us to judge each other, to hate each other, to envy each other, to compete with each other.
It's to confuse people, especially the young, about their gender, who weren't confused before.
That's what it's about!
A lot of people don't carry cash anymore, and they're not grabbing credit cards either.
Instead, they're using their smartphones.
A currency that wouldn't be cash, it would be merely electronic, for which there are fundamental implications for human freedom.
