[00:01:31]  Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Judge David Fletcher.
[00:01:40]  And I wish I was making this story up.
[00:01:44]  Fortunately I'm not.
[00:01:46]  Pensioner Who served wine and mince pies during lockdown thinking he was tier 2, not tier 3, jailed.
[00:02:01]  These were different levels of restrictions in the lockdown in Britain.

[00:02:11]  An old-age pensioner who broke lockdown by serving wine and mince pies while thinking he was Tier 2, not Tier 3, has been jailed.
[00:02:21]  Maurice Snelling has been caged over the incident at a shooting club.
[00:02:28]  The 72-year-old ...had been jailed, or has been jailed, after attempting to destroy evidence.
[00:02:36]  He was the license holder at the club in Tier 3 during the coronavirus lockdown in late 2020.
[00:02:44]  He had claimed the club was in Tier 2, which allowed customers to consume alcohol inside a venue if drinks were accompanied by a substantial meal.
[00:03:01]  This is the subtlety of the virus, you see.
[00:03:09]  You could, he thought, have customers consuming alcohol inside a venue if drinks were accompanied by a substantial meal.
[00:03:24]  That was going to be okay.
[00:03:26]  That was only tier two.
[00:03:28]  But tier three, Wouldn't allow that.
[00:03:33]  And by the way, why would a virus not attack you if you were having a drink and a substantial meal and not, or then attack you rather, if you were having a drink and a pork pie or a packet of crisps?
[00:03:55]  The whole thing is nonsensical to start with.
[00:04:01]  But it gets more so when you see what happened in court.
[00:04:08]  It says that Snelling did not respond to both emailed and written requests by Staffordshire Police to review CCTV footage the court heard.
[00:04:21]  So you've got all these crimes taking place, but the Staffordshire Police want to see CCTV footage to see if you broke lockdown rules.
[00:04:38]  So, it says Snelling contacted CCTV contractor Welsh Services to ask for the hard drive to be removed from the system as police closed in.
[00:04:51]  Thomas Sherrington, mitigating, representing Snelling, said in court, my client is a man who is 72 and for many years ran a successful business and genuinely believed that the premises fell into Cheshire, which was a different tier.
[00:05:16]  This has tarnished his reputation.
[00:05:19]  He believed he was targeted by neighbors and this built up resentment of a man with good character.
[00:05:26]  Mr. Sherrington added that since the proceeding started, his client's health had declined and he had suffered multiple heart attacks.
[00:05:36]  He added the prognosis is grim.
[00:05:42]  So, You've got a 72 year old man who it's claimed broke lockdown rules and wanted to hide the evidence as the police closed in.
[00:05:58]  He's had multiple heart attacks since the proceedings began.
[00:06:03]  The prognosis is grim for him.
[00:06:06]  So what did Circuit Judge clown David Fletcher?
[00:06:14]  Do.
[00:06:17]  In those circumstances, he jailed the guy for six months.
[00:06:28]  Fletcher said, I find it hard to believe that Mr Snelling didn't know which lockdown tier he was in.
[00:06:35]  This offence strikes at the heart of justice.
[00:06:39]  What?
[00:06:43]  Talking of Snelling, he said, he is anti-establishment, especially to the police.
[00:06:49]  He doesn't like being told what to do.
[00:06:51]  He treated police with resentment.
[00:06:56]  So this judge now is treating someone on the basis of believing they are anti-establishment.
[00:07:08]  And someone who doesn't want to be told what to do by authority.
[00:07:14]  A 72 year old with multiple heart attacks over a breach of lockdown rules long, long past.
[00:07:26]  This, ladies and gentlemen, is the mentality that dominates the legal system.
[00:07:35]  Which is supposed to be a backdrop, a safety net, on the excesses of authority on the people.
[00:07:44]  Not why this clown, well, this clown is about.
[00:07:49]  That's for sure.
[00:07:50]  So, Judge David Fletcher, you are deservedly Clown of the Week.
[00:07:58]  And I suspect, if we followed your cases, of many other weeks too.
[00:08:05]  The whole basis of the manipulation is to divide us.
[00:08:09]  And it's to get us to judge each other, to hate each other, to envy each other, to compete with each other.
[00:08:14]  It's to confuse people, especially the young, about their gender, who weren't confused before.
[00:08:20]  That's what it's about!
[00:08:22]  A lot of people don't carry cash anymore, and they're not grabbing credit cards either.
[00:08:27]  Instead, they're using their smartphones.
[00:08:29]  A currency that wouldn't be cash, it would be merely electronic, for which there are fundamental implications for human freedom.
[00:08:41]  The United States is preparing for a war against Russia through Ukraine, and what they plan is to try to take Crimea back.
[00:08:52]  The idea for this third world war is to involve Russia and China against the West.
[00:08:58]  Stage one you create a problem.

[00:09:08]  Oxygen, medical supplies and physical threats have been contained in all of the five vaccines envisioned.

[00:09:18]  It could be a manufactured virus.
[00:09:21]  You want a reaction and you want them to either say do something or you want them to accept what the
[00:09:30]  authorities suggest must be done.
[00:09:32]  You want to do something.
