Hello and welcome to the David Icke DotConnector videocast.
Well, I've been on the road for the last three weeks making films and programs for Iconic and it's allowed me as I've moved around to meet a few people and talk to them about what's going on in the world and there are some that believe that the pushback Against the Covid fascism has worked and therefore that is over.
Well, the pushback to a large extent did work, especially in countries like England where there was major pushback.
But it's not over.
What we see as the Covid years have not ended.
That was just the stage.
Covid is not over.
I wish that was true, but it isn't.
And so if we take that attitude and take our eye off the ball, then we're going to be deeply disappointed because this is meant to go on and because there's an agenda.
You know, what I've been Exposing for the last 32 years is not a conspiracy to shut the world down for the best part of two years using COVID as the excuse.
It's a conspiracy To create a global fascist, communist, whichever you like, different masks on the same face anyway, tyranny in which a centrally dictated world government and all the agencies that go with it will dictate the fine detail of people's lives in every community Worldwide.
That's it.
So COVID is not it.
COVID is a stage to move closer to it, which is total global tyranny.
Now, just because some of the restrictions have been rolled back compared with COVID, 2020, 2021, doesn't mean that that overall big agenda has suddenly been put aside.
No, no! All around us, this new society, this great reset, is being constructed.
So let's look at the goals.
And see how this fits in with that.
The goal is to have a world government dictatorship, which in the end is not elected, made up of scientists, engineers, bureaucrats, technocrats, in a single word, that will dictate everything That goes on in your life, in this world, everything that will have a state of total dependency by the population upon these technocrats.
That will control the finance, they'll control the artificial intelligence network, the smart grid as it's called, they'll control everything.
And they also want to connect the human brain to artificial intelligence, so AI becomes the human mind.
They also want to change the nature of the human being from a biological state to a much more synthetic biological state.
Hence the synthetic biological or synthetic mRNA in these fake COVID vaccines.
So That goal has not gone away.
Covid was, is, because it's not finished, a excuse to advance that.
So we should not, it's essential, confuse the Covid years with the overall agenda.
So, of course it's great that the restrictions have been rolled back and people enjoy more freedom.
Yeah, of course.
But look around.
Look at what's going on.
Look at the World Health Organization treaty that is now being, well, not negotiated, being imposed.
And that will give The cult-owned World Health Organization the power to dictate health policy to all its member nations, which means almost everyone, whenever it, it, declares a pandemic.
So it declares the pandemic on the basis of what?
And then They dictate how the world responds to the pandemic.
This is what this treaty is all about.
Some say it's not a new treaty, it's a greater expansion of a previous treaty.
It doesn't matter. What it's giving is the centralization of global power over health policy and response.
And you have seen in the COVID era what that means for human freedom.
So not even your Johnsons and your senile Bidens, although they're massively pushing this, would actually be making the decisions anymore.
And what...
This treaty is all about is putting into law what actually happened when the COVID card was played.
Because all these national chief medical officers like Christopher Whitty in England were playing out in their country The policy of the World Health Organization, this treaty would make that, in effect, law.
So, who's behind the World Health Organization?
Well, first of all, the Rockefeller family, who established it in 1948 as part of the UN. And the goal was to put control of global health policy under one roof.
This treaty would complete that job, which they've been working towards all these decades.
Who else is involved in the World Health Organization?
Bill Gates, a Rockefeller family gopher.
And also involved is China.
And if you look at what happened in 2020, The World Health Organization, so massively influenced by China, which is a massive cult country in terms of its government, the World Health Organization took that lockdown draconian blueprint as what should happen across the world, which of course it did.
And so when you put all those different elements together, the Rockefellers, the Gates, the World Health Organization, the World Bank that has been given hundreds of millions of dollars now to become part of this pandemic response mechanism, all together, those organizations and people are expressions of the global cult.
This network of secret societies that has an interlocking mission control leadership.
And through that network, the world is being taken into this direction that I'm talking about.
So, things like lockdown, social distancing, masks, And all the other fascistic impositions that we associate with COVID, they are all in this response mechanism that the World Health Organization now wants to make enshrined in law.
So, What's happening in China now?
25 million people locked away in their homes in Shanghai alone on the order of the Chinese fascist communist government.
And the World Health Organization has made very clear That lockdown is in its armory for responding to future pandemics, which it will declare, and will have the ability to impose upon countries via this treaty.
Forced, mandatory, Vaccination, fake vaccination of this mRNA shite in these fake vaccines.
They tried to make it mandatory in some areas or quite a few areas they did.
But the pushback was enough and the exposure by the alternative media was enough.
To hold that line.
But mandatory fake vaccination is also in the armoury of the World Health Organisation via this treaty.
And governments will say, as they did so many times, Since 2020, we're being guided, actually being told through this treaty, that this is how we have to respond.
All democracy gone.
all say of the people in their own lives gone.
Has anyone asked you if you want this?

Has anyone asked anyone among the global population if they want this?
No. It's just being imposed.
Why would national governments just blindly, meekly agree to hand over the sovereignty of the country and the sovereignty of their nation To a private organization, the World Health Organization, orchestrated, created from the start by pure bloody evil.
Why would they do that?
Because this global cult is real.
It exists.
And it operates in every country.
To control their politics, their health policy, their banking and financial system, the major corporations.
And so, these different hierarchies in these different countries are actually the same hierarchy, controlled by the same centralized force, which is why the same things happen everywhere, as we so blatantly saw with Covid.
So I've been talking about, warning about this global centralisation of power for so, so long, decades. And look at this treaty.
What more centralisation of global power can you have?
Than one organization under one roof, controlled by a tiny, tiny few people, dictating health policy and health response worldwide.
Of course, this treaty is the agenda I've been exposing since the early 1990s.
So, no.
It's not over.
It's not even nearly over.
And if we get lulled into the idea that it is, then we're not going to see what's going on all around us to make this agenda reach its conclusion.
And what is that?
Conclusion. It's what I call the Hunger Games Society.
See if this makes sense of the world we're seeing now.
The Hunger Games Society can be symbolized as a pyramid.
Not even symbolized. Literally, that's its structure.
At the top of the pyramid, you've got a tiny, tiny few people who are dictating Everything down the pyramid.
At the bottom of the pyramid, you've got an oppressed population that is oppressed and controlled via dependency upon the few at the top.
And in the middle, between them, the Hunger Games Society has a merciless Police state to impose the will of the few on everyone else and to challenge any response from the population against this tyranny.
And look at what the two years plus of COVID Have done in terms of that structure.
It's moved it on in great leaps.
And just because the most extreme of the restrictions are not there currently, it doesn't mean that the Hunger Games Society is not...
Still being constructed all around us.
Okay. How do you create dependency by the population upon the tiny few?
You have to destroy their ability to earn their own independent livelihood.
The lockdowns Of COVID and the ones planned to come, both for COVID and in the end, to save us from climate change, another cult hoax.
Those lockdowns were not there to do anything about health.
They were there to fire a massive hole in the global economy.
And it's never recovered, and now it's being battered from every angle.
Closing small, even medium-sized businesses in the name of health, while allowing massive corporations to continue as normal, has been to target All independent business.
So that in the end, only the corporations, the tiny few at the top, run, control everything.
And so now, moving on from that, we are seeing the continuation, the very fast continuation, of that crashing of the global economy.
And it's systematic.
And they're trying to hide it behind, oh, it's all because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
No. It's being done on purpose.
And it began with lockdown.
And that vast amount of money, just fresh air conjured out of nowhere, money, That was spent, no expense spared, by countries across the world to respond to COVID. What has that done?
It has caused enormous and gathering levels of inflation.
And this has been further made worse, far worse.
By the explosion in fuel and energy prices.
So what you do is you have a situation of a Russian invasion of Ukraine and so you say again as an excuse we are going to have sanctions against Russia because of what they're doing and actually those sanctions are not really targeting Russia.
They're targeting The global economy and particularly the Western economy.
As Biden came into office, right from the start, he was cancelling anything to do with fossil fuel.
He was closing down pipelines.
All were squeezing the amount of energy available, and then came the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
And the access to energy is getting squeezed and squeezed and squeezed.
So the price is going up and up and up.
And when energy prices go up, anything that needs energy to be made or to be transported, those prices go up.
And so what we are seeing is massive inflation and growing greater by the week.
What is that doing? It's making the money that people have worth less and less.
It's making the things people need to live cost more and more.
It is pushing people in ever greater numbers into that Dependency state at the lower levels of the Hunger Games society.
And so we have the gathering, manufactured food shortages, which were predicted in my books long ago that this was coming.
All these different elements are being done again systematically to make food more and more expensive and more and more scarce.
Why? Dependency.
And dependency equals control.
And this is where the guaranteed income comes in.
The idea is to put people in enormous, vast numbers into such a state of being unable to provide the basics of life because of price and because of availability.
That you come forward, the people that have actually created this mayhem, they then come forward and say, oh look, it's terrible, isn't it?
We've got a great idea to sort this out.
You people who are going hungry.
Because don't anyone believe that this is not leading, certainly in some areas of the world, far more than people believe, to what is called famine?
Dependency equals control.
And that's why it's being created.
They'll come forward, it's already happening, there are, quote, trials going on around the world, and they'll say, we've got a great idea.
We're going to introduce a guaranteed income, which will be a pittance, yes, okay, but at least you'll have access to something which you don't have now because of the economic catastrophe all around you by then.
And this guaranteed income would come with big strings attached.
You do what the government wants, you behave as the government wants, Chinese social credit system anyone, and you'll get your guaranteed income.
You don't want to conform and submit, then you will not.
And all these things, all these strands in this web of human control are being constructed all around us, minute by minute, tick, tick, tick, tick.
And in terms of Controlled by AI, that's moving along too.
And that's what the metaverse is all about.
Pulling people's awareness further and deeper into fake cyber reality.
So people lose the sense of what reality is, what they are, who they are, all of it.
Because they're pulled into this fake world called the metaverse.
This attack on human freedom and the human psyche is multi-leveled and expressed in endless different ways.
But of course...
You can only do this, really, given that there's the few doing it to 8 billion, if the 8 billion don't have a clue that you're doing it, or don't have a clue why you're doing it, which is more to the point.
So, while they are Going for this treaty, for instance, and these other aspects of creating the Hunger Games Society, they're also going for the ability to expose that this is happening.
And so, in countries across the world, they are targeting The free flow of information through censorship of the most hideous now levels.
Under the excuse of stopping misinformation and disinformation, which are words that in their terms mean stopping anyone that's exposing what they're doing.
And the reason for it.
And so in Britain you have the online safety bill now going through Parliament where idiot MPs are in the process of agreeing in the name of protecting people from misinformation voting for a situation which is there Overwhelmingly, its prime reason is to destroy the alternative media.
The alternative media has put so many spanners in the works of this cult Hunger Games agenda that they have to seek to destroy it.
And then, what has happened in the last two years plus is Where people had access to another way of looking at what was happening in the world, had access to information the mainstream weren't beginning to tell them that you remove that, leaving only mainstream sources, which are cult sources, to tell you what's going on and what you should believe.
And the online safety bill would give power to a fascist organisation created by Tony Blair in 2001, that's how fascist it is, called Ofcom, the Office of Communications.
It would give that organisation the power that is only there to censor.
They call it a broadcast regulator.
No, no, it's a broadcast censor.
And now this bill would give it power over the internet.
And the power to tell people to remove content, postings, etc., that are not unlawful, are not illegal.
You can say them in the street, but you can't say them online where the great majority of people will see them.
And the excuse is, we've got to protect people from harm.
No, no, no, no, no.
You fascist liars.
You've got to protect people from the truth for your own frickin' benefit.
That's what this is all about.
And so Ofcom can say to someone who's posted something totally lawfully and legally, Take it down.
It might arm someone.
You can make a case for anything being harmful to someone.
It'd be a fake case, but you could.
And if they don't take it down, then they face massive fines and even jail at the extreme.
In America, they've just announced this Ministry of Truth to target disinformation.
The pushback has been such that they've had to put it on, in their words, on pause.
But you can see what they want to do.
They want not only to impose this agenda, they want to stop anyone being told that there is an agenda.
So you have a mentally ill man going crazy with a gun in the last week, killing multiple people, obviously not right in the head, but immediately the response is, using dead people, exploiting them for your own ends, disgustingly, That, as a result of this, we must crack down on misinformation, i.e.
free speech online.
We are dealing with pure undiluted evil.
An anti-human force.
An anti-human force because it is a non-human force, ultimately behind this, that has contempt for you, contempt for humans and their freedom and their rights.
A non-human force That sees you, as so many humans, see cattle.
You are, we are, just cattle to these psychopaths.
So anyone saying, no one would ever do that, oh, you're not paying attention, mate.
They are doing it all around us.
Now, as a result...
Of an awakening to reality by so many people in the last two plus years.
Where they want to go next becomes harder because there are more people alert to it.
And so they are going to have to up the ante In terms of the extremes of excuses to impose it and override that pushback.
Awakening people are the only ones that can do anything about this.
Asleep people, of which there are legions still, are not only not going to do anything about it, They are, and are, vilifying and demonizing those who want to protect freedom, including the freedom of the fast asleep.
And as Morpheus said in the first Matrix movie, you have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged.
And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent upon the system, that they will fight to protect it.
And that is what we're seeing.
So the responsibility is on those that are awake enough.
It's a gift awakening.
But it's a challenge too.
Because now you can see...
And if you can see, the responsibility is to do something about it.
So, what I've described here, and there's so much more, is creeping up by the hour, step by step by step.
So, no.
It's not over.
It's not even nearly over.
In fact, it really is.
Only just beginning.
According to the paper, the system allows the fetus to grow more safely and efficiently than it does within the natural setting of a woman's womb.
You see the movement here?
Oh, the technology's better than a natural woman's womb, so...
Stage one, you've created problems.
It could be a manufactured virus.
You want a reaction and you want them to either say, do something, or you want them to accept what the authorities suggest must be done.
So one of the agendas is to massively cull the population.
They want to reduce the numbers.
